Size in style I like are always. Limited. Can only use credit for one item not multiple cheaper items. Styles I like are always more than the credit I can use. Website is a little touch hard to navigate. When clicking on a shoe to enlarge it and back will not start where you left off. Got to scroll back thru to find the place where I left off.

Tried to cancel this for a very long time, either the line was busy, or no answer. Finally just switch my debit card, it was easier than dealing with company. Never will use this service again. Never got a reply from email as well.

Loved the customer service at the Soho location. The leggings I purchased were a bit too tight however. I would purchase clothing again, but probably need to try on more legging types. I am looking for leggings that don't fall down, but I'm able to do yoga in.

Children's Summer Clothes. 2nd time shopping on website and love it, find everything I need and am looking for for my kids. Always a smooth and seamless experience when making my purchase. Thank You!!!! Will definitely recommend to peers for their shopping necessities.

My daughter and I love the shoes. They are very cute and comfortable. I would Definitely order from them again and refer them and they also are very great about making sure you get what you want and ordered.

Absolutely love FabKids for my daughter! I have three children, two of which are younger. I set up “stores” for both of them. My daughter is absolutely loving all her new clothes and shoes!! I am loving that they are good quality for the price and fit really well so far. My son is an athlete and mostly wears athletic clothes so I haven’t ordered anything for him yet. Ease of ordering is a plus, fast shipping, fair prices and cute outfits. What’s not to love?!

Great customer service, excellent quality of leggings and great deals! I love how they stay in place and stretch when I need them to. I can tell they will last. I will definitely be buying from JustFab again and again.

I ordered the Brighten Park three business days ago and received it in just 2 business days (with just standard shipping)! I’m very pleased on how quickly they got me my kit. I was also very excited to see how low the price for not just this kit, but all the other ones were too! I bought the Brighten Park to use for my vacations I will be going on in July, and you can’t get any type of toner, moisturizer, and cleanser for just $16, now shipping was about $5, but still, $21 for a great amount of skincare is an amazing deal!! I have been a FAB customer for about 1 1/2 years and I am very pleased to say I will definitely continue to do so!

I never received my order. All JustFab would do is tell me to contact the postal service, who would tell me that since I was not the shipper they could not discuss the issue with me. I told Justfab this and all they said was I was wrong and to talk to the shipper. I never signed for a delivery nor was one dropped securely for me. Building security confirmed they have no record of an attempt to leave it with them. I have shopped with this company for years. Was an early adopter and had 2 accounts, one for myself and one for a family member, with different delivery addresses. Due to the utter lack of support, I’ve cancelled both accounts.

I do not recall my order number as it has been some time since I have actually placed the last order. The clothes I purchased were poorly made, they came apart because the sewing was incomplete. It was discouraging to see. Going forward I will spend the money elsewhere, this was not a great deal.

I called twice. Spoke to 2 different agent and they were both rude and disrespectful. Put me on hold and hung up on me. I called because I was charged for Fenty Savage and had some questions but with that kind of attitude I would never want to do business with y’all and will eventually close my account because that was a total waste of my time. I was on hold for one of them for 17 minutes before he hung up.

I've already filed a complaint and have heard nothing. Now this? I'm actually rather confused and still unhappy about the customer service I've received. I'll be exchanging my shoes and taking my business elsewhere which stinks because I have really enjoyed almost everything I've gotten. But I cannot stand behind poor customer service and then 0 follow up. Not only am I unhappy with the quality of shoe as the bottom fell off the 2nd time I wore them but then got a crap response when I brought it up the 1st time.

I have been a Just Fab member for a bit now and have ordered two pairs of shoes, a dress and a purse. All which I am very happy with. I love how much of a variety Just Fab has to offer. I will definitely be ordering more in the near future.

Shoes are too big lately. Instead of using my credit, my card got charged twice. Shoes are made of cheap quality. It is very hard to understand customer service and things get confused in translation. They don't always understand you but say they do.

If I want to skip a month I have only 5 days to do so. You also have to skip one month at a time. I hate the credit system and the points are confusing. I will be canceling this month after I use my last credit.

Only thing I do not like is money being removed from my credit card each month. I prefer to order shoes at my own leisure and not taking off of my credit card without my permission. Let me decide what and when I make an order.

The company was great. I love the shoes I purchased. They were true to size and they are good quality. I left because I was not happy about needing to skip each month so my credit card did not get billed. I am a busy person and often away so I did not want the headache of remembering to do that.

Loved the pants I received. You charge my bank account 49 the next month. I went on PayPal to discontinue any further charges so I have a 49 dollar credit but when I try to spend that 49 dollars it says I can’t that bull crap. I want my 49 dollars back even though I love your clothes. I will never purchase from you again... and I will sure tell all my family and friends how you stole money from me... your customer service sucks...

I wanted to return an outfit I bought but I found out later that one of the pieces was final sale. I called customer service to explain that I didn’t get any notices that the item was final sale and they gladly accepted it back and sent me the shipping label.

Never received items in almost 2 months. I've been trying to track my items. It said it was on its way and expected day to be delivered. Change to scheduled delivery pending. Right now all I want is my items or my money back. Very unsatisfied with this!

Your customer service rep is very rude and disrespectful. He not only didn’t help resolve my problem but her proceeded to tell me to get a lawyer before hanging up in my face. I was trying to get an issue fixed.

My order was hella late and the stuff is like 3 sizes too big... A 12 is like a 3. And I don't know how to return this stuff. Is there anything we can do? What do i do? I appreciate any help. I was excited to get these shoes, it's a waste of money.

JustFab has great quality shoes that I love and I always purchase the wedges. I also feel good about the selections I get. I know what I want, so when I get online and see the shoes, I just click on that and purchase it. It's easy. I've been a member for almost nine years now and my favorite thing is the points. Overall, I had a great experience.

Out of ten pairs bought only one would get less than five stars. They blister you just walking to your car but every else is A+ in my book, good quality and fast delivery. Plenty of selection to choose from. Overall beautiful experience.

I've been a member of JustFab since 2011. The shoes they offered was a perfect fit so I bought from them. Most of the time, however, I see something different that I would choose instead of what my stylist gives me. Three weeks ago, I purchased some clothing. Thus far the quality of the items I've bought has been great and my favorite has been my shoes. Every time I buy something, I get points and I use that.

I wanted to try JustFab's products. It was pretty reasonable. I've been with the company since 2009 and I like that I could skip every month if I wanted to. I don't have to purchase anything. The last time I purchased from them was around December. I got a pair of shoes and purses too. With JustFab, it was easy looking for items and I also took advantage of their special offers quite a few times. The selections they gave were also excellent. Some of the items I got are good but some are not - if it's made in China. Overall, JustFab is really pretty good.

I was watching The Simmons Show and one of the actresses was talking about JustFab. And then, I'm like, "Well, let me see what this is all about." So, I started to Google it and I was like, "Wow! Look at all these shoes. $39. If I don't want it that month, I could pass by it." JustFab has cute shoes and it's very easy to find the item or style that I'm looking for. Being a member, I gain points. Sometimes, I will forget to skip the month and if I do, it will charge me. But it's not a problem because my niece's birthday is coming up and I usually tell her and my son's girlfriend to look at the shoes, pick out what they want and then I'll purchase them. That's how I use my credits. JustFab has sales, too. And when I wanted to use my points, I saw some glasses when summer was beginning for half off.

I'm not a "write a review" kind of person, But I had a terrible experience shopping at JustFab because I ordered two pairs of sandals hoping I could exchange to days at work and it's been 2 weeks and a half and I still haven't received anything. I tried tracking my order but all it says is shipped. That's it. WHERE IS MY $40+ order? Can I get my money back? Because I'm tired of this.

JustFab has been a good service. I liked the different styles of shoes that was available and they're at a cheap price, too. It is also easy to find the item or style that I'm looking for. Sometimes, I’ll buy stuff that I don’t normally buy. So, that’s nice. I've been able to use the little point system sales for some purchases. I usually like to get heels in black but sometimes I get a different color. I got a bag and the heels just a couple of months ago and they're of very nice quality.

I found some items that I like from JustFab. However, the selection given is a hit or miss. It depends on what I’m looking for and what kind of mood I’m in. But being a member is convenient. Though I don’t order often, I bought some flip-flops, a jacket, a romper, and a pair of heeled sandals a couple of weeks ago. So far, the quality of the items are good.

I ordered the Unicorn tennis shoes for my grand daughters who wear a size 5 and a 6. They are 2 and 4 yrs. They sent me adult size 5 & 6. Very disappointing. They were going to be worn with their unicorn birthday outfits.

I love JustFab. That's the only place I buy my shoes from. I'm always bragging about them 'cause everybody asks me where I get my shoes. Being a member, I like that I don't have to do it every month. Some months, they have really good sales for $10. I like everything I found and everything's really good quality. There are a couple of times that I've had to send something back. I bought some heels that were way too high and there were no problems sending them back. There were no questions asked. It's really great. The only thing I don't like is they include a magazine subscription in every order.

I shopped at JustFab because their shoes were nice and weren't expensive. Their selection is good and it's easy to find the style I like. They're pretty on point. When I first started shopping with them, I was like, "39.95, that's pretty cheap." The shoe might not be that good. But they're really good. I have a lot of shoes that I bought years ago and I'm still wearing them. I love them all and I love everything about being a member.

I love having the option to get the shoes every month or not! Love the styles most of the time if I don’t see anything I love I just skip the month! Having the option of getting shoes or clothes is so fun every month.

I've purchased shoes from JustFab and their quality is very good. I've never had any issues. When I got shoes that were a little big, the process of returning it was easy. I just shipped them back, and then they credited me back and I got a different kind of shoes. I like JustFab. Their website is very accurate.

I’ve been purchasing stuff forever with JustFab because of their shoes. I've been a member for 8 years. I could forget that I’m a member, and then get 6 pairs of shoes. Then they all come and it’s like Christmas for me. I usually go in during the summer time. I like getting the flat deals, and I really like the summer shop. I like the boots sales too, during the winter.

It's been pretty good with JustFab and I've been a customer for so long. They're affordable and it's pretty easy to find a style. When the 15th hits, sales usually start popping up so I usually buy around that time. I bought a bunch of sandals just for the spring and the summer and they're are fine. It's good quality, especially for the price. But I don't like having the credit because I forget that I have a credit sitting there and there might not be something I want 'til like six months. Other than that, I haven't seen any problem. I would recommend JustFab.

I've had a great experience with JustFab. They have a size 11, which is a plus. That is hard for me to find. With JustFab, it's not hard for me to find a shoe and the shipping is fast. So it's been great. I like the versatile styles and the price, and I feel good about the selection given by the style expert. I like the items there. There are also points and I like getting free stuff. The items I've purchased have been good quality as well. I haven't had any shoe break, like how sometimes the end of the heel may come apart.

The items I get from JustFab are of good quality. I place my order and they ship me my merchandise. And the beginning of each month, you have to get items, if you don’t want them charging for it. The selections given by the style expert are okay. The only thing is I just like to purchase from them when I feel like it, not because I have to. But I have taken advantage of their good deals when they have the current sale

I've been with JustFab for almost seven years and at first, it was just shoes and boots that I purchased. Now, it's been clothing and some of the jewelry as well. The website navigation is very good but it's not excellent. I had one month that I had forgotten to skip and they had the credit in there but I couldn't do it from the website. I had to call to use that credit to order something.

I like the shoes and the price at JustFab. I also like that I have free stuff with my VIP points and I can get clothes as well. I've had success in both. It's very easy to find the style I'm looking. The selection from the style expert is not always for me but often, I like it. I've been a member for about seven years, although I had a little gap in the middle. I also skipped last month. My last purchase was a couple of months ago. I purchased a bag and some bright pink court shoes. I enjoy JustFab. I pop on there and I usually always find something.

I love JustFab. I used to see it on the internet, but my best friend actually started shopping over there before me. She ordered bags then I thought of opening an account. My sister’s best friend's mom had gotten married and I could not find the shoe for the dress that I wore, but I found one on JustFab. When you choose a shoe, you can choose the color. That’s a really great idea and that helps a lot.

At first, JustFab was wonderful. I liked the price for the quality of shoes. However, the quality of the merchandise has gone way down. They used to have some really nice leather shoes and bags and I was always getting compliments for my bags. But I have not been able to find anything. What I did find were the paper looking shoes that were glued and don't fit right. I need to get some great boots from JustFab but I can't find any greats anymore. I've been meaning to cancel my membership as a matter of fact because I can't find anything.

Beautiful and very comfortable heels, I get compliments about them. They go well and fashionably with denim capris. I would love to buy them in different color. I am waiting on a dress to wear them again. I need to get a pair for my sister who fell in love with them

I started my account with JustFab a really long time ago. They looked like they have good products at a decent price so I signed up with them. I like their discounts and I mostly got the buy one, get one free promo. I purchased two pairs of shoes a couple of months ago and they have good quality.

They are unclear with their policies and I feel that I have been scammed. I will not be shopping with this company again and I warn anyone who is thinking about it to just shop at a more reputable site and make sure to read reviews before placing your important credit card information into a website. I was very disappointed with the seemingly random charges to my account. Awful.

Justfab offers great shoe options and I’ve been subscribed to them for years. However it is incredibly frustrating that I get charged $40 if I forget to skip the month, but what's even worse is that you cannot use that money during their sales. I have $200 in credits but cannot get $200 worth of shoes during a sale. It’s so frustrating that I won’t buy anything during the sales regardless. Really not feeling like a VIP. I should be able to spend the money that was taken out of my account how ever I would like.

The glitter sneakers I bought. First pair had glue and pen marks, exchanged. Second pair... had pen marks. Poor quality. I'm not sure I want to be a member anymore. I'm thinking about it. It may not be worth it.

The last 3 pairs I bought I’ve had to give away because they were sent too small. I didn’t send back because it always takes so long and never have the shoes in stock. Considering canceling my account this is a lot of money wasted.

I like shoes and JustFab has a good price. They really work with their members. I could get to skip a month, and they always give me my money back without any issues. I’ve never had issues with them. I love their items and they're good quality.

Your website makes it very difficult to skip months. I also don’t receive email reminders to skip a month. A pair of leggings ripped after 1 wear. I feel that it should be easier to skip a month, I don’t need new work out clothes every month.

FabFitFun is pretty nice but they always have issues with not keeping enough stock for their ADD-ONS. Even select members like me who pay more still don't get a chance to grab specific Add-ons since even within minutes they become out of stock. SUPER annoying.

I don't like how you can't shop sales with your gift cards or membership credits. I'd rather skip the months of membership credits and save my money to shop the sales later. But then my money is gone cause I shopped a sale somewhere else, and you don't get my money.

I've purchased purses, bags, shoes, glasses, jewelry, and different things from JustFab. I also get a gift for someone's birthday. The quality of the products is good. I liked it. I haven't ordered anything recently because of changing jobs and financial issues, but I was ordering from them for a year straight. Sometimes, I make three purchases within a month. I had the wrong size once and I exchanged it. And the process wasn't bad.

Never recieved my order. Tracking was not available and now unsure how to get order delivered back to me. Is it possible for someone to contact me on the whereabouts of this order or have it re-delivered to the address.

I stopped buying the boxes and add ons because a few times my order was never delivered, and it took a month to get a replacement. I would spend $300-500 on these with addons. Tired of waiting for orders. With Canadian dollar exchange it was too expensive.

My monthly boxes were always the same beauty products just different brands. The brands were nice but how much moisturizer does one person want to try? The very ugly thin blanket made the decision to not renew my subscription. Mascaras and perfumes along with new tech items.

I saw a sandal that my friend's wearing, and I asked her where she bought it and she told me that it was from JustFab. Now that I'm a member, I like getting discounts. Sometimes, I get frustrated. There is this sandals that I got but it doesn’t fit me well. It made me bigger. I didn’t really like to be returning stuff. So, I just gave it to my niece.

I've been a member with JustFab for several years. I like their lower prices and affordability. I take advantage whenever they go on sale. There have been offers where they were 29 instead of the regular 39 or 49. The quality has been really good too, especially the shoes. I have a pair of espadrilles that people comment on and that's my favorite one. Also, I've been pleased with the selections given by my style expert. They have been good. And finding the style I'm looking for isn't hard.

I contacted JustFab in regards to an exchange for a cute pair of shoes I bought. The return process seemed simple enough, and I was awaiting a return label I was promised would be sent to me shortly after hanging up. After 24 hours of not receiving the label, I contacted Justfab a second time. I was informed they had difficulty creating a label for me as I was a return from Canada. I was told a new request would be put in a different way to solve the problem. I still did not receive anything. I now see I was eventually sent a return label to my JustFab account which I was not made aware of and have now missed the opportunity to return these shoes. Which is disappointing because I am now stuck with a pair of shoes that are cute but too big. This experience has made me wary of continuing to buy from JustFab if things are this hard to return/exchange.

The shoes I ordered fell apart the first week I had them! I’m so upset! A pair of shoes usually lasts me a year or two but these like I said barely lasted a week!! Usually you guys are great! But not this time!

I love the style of this rain boot, but the rubber odor was so strong, I can't wear them. The odor is offensive. I don't know how to get the odor out of these boots. I would wear these boots if not for the incredibly offensive and strong rubber odor.

JustFab has good sales and I like their stuff. They have very good quality of stuff. I like their jackets really well. You just can’t go on in any store and find jackets, but JustFab has a good selection. I don’t have any issues anytime I have to return something, like when the size is not right. I’ve always been really pleased with them. It is fun shopping online.

You agree to monthly charges yet They are only good at full priced items. Those charges are basically a saving acct used toward shopping at JustFab. We should be able to spend on any sale and /or clearance. I totally understand limiting promo codes/coupons etc. I do get that. But honestly. It's better to skip every month (although it's a bit of a hassle) and be able to shop the sales, than to allow this company to draw $39 from your acct every month and have to pay full price.

Love JustFab. They are swift about sending the order out to you. The boots I have ordered fit perfectly, wear well and I cannot say enough! Love this company. If I could afford it I would surely be ordering some sandals right now!

I am recently new to Fab Kids and purchased my first order, shoes for granddaughter. I bought a pair of sneakers my granddaughter loved but the sandals I also bought with unicorns on them came off the very first time she wore them to school. She was very upset that happened. Tried super glue to fix but doesn’t seem to look as good. Did receive fast delivery on products.

I don't order too often from JustFab, but every order that I've made has been wonderful. I've purchased 2 purses and 4 pairs of shoes and I've always been satisfied. Plus, the customer service is friendly and the shipping is quick. I will definitely keep shopping on this site when the finances allow.

Prices were great and I got my order faster than I thought! The whole process was very easy and straightforward. There is just so many choices that I loved and I wish I could have gotten EVERYTHING! I will be purchasing from JustFab again in the future.

I’ve bought 12 shoes from JustFab and the quality could be better, especially the sandals. Previously, if you have to return or exchange, you’re gonna have to call but that has been fixed. A couple of years ago, I had to call to deal with it, which was easy. Still, it was much easier doing it online.

I loved the FabKids experience and wish I had found it sooner! The clothes are awesome, unique and of good quality. I loved not having to drag him out shopping. You do it all online and he loved getting packages, even though they were clothes! I just wish the sizes went bigger...

The price at JustFab sounds good for the VIP and the products are excellent. Shopping online is very good, and it gives you a video to see a live person wearing the garment or the shoes. It tells you exactly the heels’ height and color. Shipping comes timely, but there was one time where I purchased some boots but they sent me two of the same boots but in two different sizes. They never sent me the boot that I really wanted and had ordered. Also, with some of the boots, the material wasn’t as good as I thought from the advertisement. Not everybody can wear four and five-inch heels anymore, and the three-inch or two and a half would be a little bit more selective for the shoes. Other than that, I like JustFab and I’ve told coworkers about it. I’ve gotten bonuses from purchasing so many that I have accumulated credit. I’ve also purchased some clothing from them. What they advertise and what you see is what you get. Plus the sizes are a good range.

There is never any stock in size medium, which is such a common size. Every time I see a legging that I love, I click on it to purchase it and there’s only one color (usually black or brown) left. And it happens all the time. It’s very frustrating.

I've had the JustFab account for years and I always love my items. I don't like the automatic draft, but sometimes I forget to skip the month, and then I end up liking it later. It's fairly easy to find an item or style that I'm looking for.

I liked the shoes that JustFab had and it was in a good price range to sign up. I was a member for 4 years and I liked that there were a lot of options. The first year I used it, I really liked it. After that, I wasn't able to find anything I liked. I also kept forgetting to skip the month so I kept getting charged. Then I would buy something, but I never ended up actually liking it. I would skip every single month unless I forgot to, and then I'd have to buy something. I bought a pair of sandals about 2 months ago and I didn't really like them. Even though it is nice, it's not as quality as I would usually like. When I signed up, I found the item that I was looking for easily. But towards the end of my membership, for about a year, it was really hard to find anything I liked so I cancelled it. But I like that they've started to do clothes and stuff 'cause when I joined, there were only shoes.

I liked the discount that I received for the first purchase I made from JustFab. Finding the style was easy as far as handbags. The shoes are not comfortable, so I don’t buy shoes from there. And then for the variety of clothes, they're not as stylish as they could be, especially for women. I’m a 20, so I’m not plus and I’m not small, so I’m right on the cusp. But the clothes on that stature are plain. They don’t have a lot of appeal for current market trends and current dressing trends. They could be a little more stylish and a little more vintage or versatile, and they're not. And I’m a corporate woman, so I’m always looking for nice fashion, Olivia Pope-ish-looking, and they don’t have that. It's more for younger people or something that is for my daughters, but I wouldn’t buy clothes from there.

Most of the time, I buy from JustFab because they keep charging me when I don’t skip a month. But sometimes I have to pick something else because they lack of size. Their quality is great and I've told my friends about it. The material is very good.

I like that JustFab is a monthly membership. I get a shoe every month and JustFab gives away a lot of free stuff and magazines, but I kinda get in trouble with those subscriptions. And sometimes, we get so many points. We get some of the little free things that they give away. I like the clothes that the style expert selects for me. The clothes match me, but the shoes kinda don’t. I get all my sandals from them. The quality of my purchases have all been good and the shoes last. I recommend JustFab to everybody at work.

I've been a member for a very, very long time and I've taken advantage of JustFab's special offers plenty of times. It's usually when they have the BOGOs or when they have the 40% off. The clearance items are awesome. The quality of the items are decent. If I had to deal with returns, it was because of size issues and not because of defects or it was damaged. Their items are pretty good. I like the way they’re boxed. I haven’t had an issue with JustFab. They’ve been great.

Everybody at JustFab was very friendly and very professional. The quality of their shoes are really good. I had to exchange once that I received two of the same side, but it was an extremely easy process.

I was interested with JustFab's introductory shoe price. And I liked that I don't have to buy something every month. I've been a member for about two years now and for the most part, it is easy to find what I'm looking for. Also, the return policy is very easy to negotiate. A lot of times, I like what the style expert picks out. But generally, it’s not what I end up buying. Other than that, I feel like I’ve gained the quality that I’m buying, so I’m happy with that.

I heard about JustFab through another site where I shop online and I wanted to see what different things they have and if they were a similar site to ShoeDazzle or something different. I’ve been a member with JustFab for four years. I like the offers as well as the selections given by the style expert. Plus, the boutique. I purchase more of the shoes and the quality is great. However, if you’re a VIP member, they charge you if you don’t purchase that month which is the only thing I don't like about it. Still, the experience with JustFab has been great.

I signed up with JustFab because I loved the selection and the ease of ordering. I did not however, like that you had to become a VIP member to order (basically). I ordered 2 pairs of boots. One pair was absolutely perfect! Love them still today! However, the other pair was way too "wide-leg", and I have wide legs! But it was ok because it was close to Christmas so I gifted them to my sister. After that I had a really hard time finding anything that I liked that was not out of stock. So, in February I decided to cancel the VIP membership. Called and spoke with the representative who repeatedly tried to get me to reconsider. I insisted that we cancel. Done. Never thought anything else about it.

JustFab has my shoe size on consistently and they have nice shoes at a reasonable price. I’ve been ordering from them for four years and I like their price. Also, it doesn’t take long for the items to get to me. The selections from the style expert are sometimes good and with some of the offers, if you buy something for a price, then something else is 19.99. 90% of the time, the quality has been good but twice, I ordered shoes from JustFab and got ShoeDazzle shoes, which I don’t like. JustFab is a good choice and I would recommend their shoes.

The worst customer service ever! They charged me $39.95 after sending store credit for a shoe with no indication that this money would be taken out of my account. When I saw that this money was taken out I tried to cancel the order before it was shipped and there is no way to cancel your order on their website so they shipped it anyway. When I called customer service they were unfriendly and not helpful at all. Long story short: THEY DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. This is the worst site ever. I’ll stick to my Forever 21, H&M, Zara or Amazon. Those are more respectful websites, this one is just a SCAM so beware.

I found a pair of shoes that I liked at JustFab and bought them but I didn't realize I was signing up for a membership. That was seven years ago and I don’t buy from them anymore. Back then, I tried to cancel but they said that I signed up for this. I want out of the membership and they won’t let me out. I changed the cards and I’ve done everything. So, every month by the 5th, I cancel and skip the month.

I recently bought three different sandals. All were the same brand but different colors. It was extremely easy to find them.

I attempted to skip this month and the skip button was missing from my account. I called about it and they said they would take care of. Then I notice that my card was charged the membership price for the month of $39.95. Needless to say I was not happy. I contacted them via the chat about this and she said they cannot refund me, but that she can offer me points. I explained this was their error and I was told it would be taken care of. At that point I told Brooke I wanted to cancel my membership. She said she would take care of this.

I started buying items from JustFab as gifts for my sister because she's disabled and it was the perfect thing. She lives in Florida. I'm in West Virginia. I can have the things shipped to her door. And it was a lot stuff along the same kind of things she likes. I've been a member for at least six years and a lot of times, I didn't buy anything. I sometimes buy a couple of times a year. And as long as I get there at the first seven days of the month and say, "No, it's not in the budget this month or I don't see anything I like this month," they don't charge me the monthly fee. But those credits accumulate. I saved a few of the credits up at one point and just went ahead and did a big Christmas present for my sister. I got a whole setup of boots and bags. It was like a matching set.

So far, I like JustFab. I've done two exchanges as their sizing was incorrect. I like how they have fast delivery and that if I need to do any returns or exchanges, they're very quick with that as well. Also, the quality of their products is good. Their shoes have lasted me quite some time.

JustFab have special offers like a pair of shoes for $10 or two for 40 and the quality is very good. So far, my favorite is the pair of high boots that are open in the back and the front. Overall, the experience has been good. However, I would like to have a little more selection. I like the selection from the style expert but it shouldn’t be restricted to your style. Sometimes, you're open to different things. In the past, I was more on stilettos. Now, I'm a little older and like more of the thicker heel. That’s not gonna necessarily appear just because of what I chose in the past. Instead of updating, it would be a little easier to just look at different styles. Also, when you want to skip a month, it should be a little more user-friendly.

There were a few bags that I liked at JustFab and a co-worker was also buying from them. I liked some of their styles, so we both started going there. My co-worker and I didn't see the same bags recommended for both of us, but her recommended bags were usually on point. My style kind of changes, so it was a little bit harder for me. Most of the time, I don't like a lot of the stuff they recommend, so I have to go through all the items that they show me. I’ve been purchasing from them for three years and the quality was good and worth the price. However, I’ve slowed down a bit because I noticed the quality isn’t as it used to be. They used to be comfortable and there was a little bit more padding to the sole but now, whenever I buy shoes, my feet kinda hurt.

I was in the process of trying to return them but my daughter told me to try them on since I haven’t tried them on yet. So, I did that and my foot slid right into the boot. I wear a size 10 and it looks like a size 7. That’s how small the boot looked but it actually was a 10. Also, I love the special offers and the purchase process on the website is really easy.

The shoes from JustFab are really pretty and I don't really care for going into the store as much as buying things online. It's just easier to shop online. I also like to dress a certain way. I had my original account with them since 2011. I was a socialite for ShoeDazzle and at that time, I thought that JustFab should get plus-sized clothing. Eventually, they started doing plus-sized clothing and I was modeling too, so it worked out.

I have ordered from JUSTFAB once, and once was enough. I ordered two pairs of shoes and two pairs of pants. When they arrived I was sad because NOTHING was true to size. I am a size 6 in shoes. One pair came in too big the other too small; I am a large or size 30 in jeans, both pairs were WAY too big. I decided to exchange everything for sizes that would fit. One pair of shoes in a 5.5 the other in a 7 the pants in a medium or 28. I sent everything back right away! Two weeks past and I had yet to hear ANYTHING! I reached out to JUSTFAB and they tell me it hasn't been processed yet while online my account states they have already received it. I get transferred to a supervisor, Billy, who immediately processes my order, says all my items are still available, but they cannot expedite the delivery because it's "out of their hands", fine, I settle to receive my items in two weeks. He promised expedited shipping on my next order.

When I first started with JustFab, they didn't have too many of my sizes. So I sent in a lot of stuff back depending on the style of the shoe or on whether I wear size 11 or 12. But their return process is pretty easy. I also like the selections of their style experts. I've been with them for three years and I take advantage of their special offers when I'm in that shopping mode. And the booties that I just purchased seemed to have good quality. In addition, I'm a little disappointed that they don’t carry higher quantities of the larger sizes, the flat boots, and the lower heels. They seem to be the first things to sell out always. The bigger sizes are less common and people who are looking for them have very few options. Regular size feet people can shop at any store anywhere but people with bigger feet like me got very limited access to shoes.

But they won't even allow me to print it anymore and it's been already past the 30 days. I spent 40 bucks on them but I can't even return them and there's nothing I can do with them. They've never been worn and just sitting in my room.

I like the style and the materials that JustFab has. As a member, I get a bit of special offers or personalized items. Some of the qualities of the items I've purchased are good. Some of the shoes, however, are in need of more comfort because the cushion is very thin, and it feels like I'm rubbing my skin against each other. JustFab sadly keeps disappointing. I like what they have but I’ve just decided it’s not worth the stress. I bought a size small - the shirt came in a medium. But the thing is their product number sticker said small but the shirt was in a medium size. Then I re-ordered the small. Same thing - small sticker on a medium shirt. Then I ordered a an extra small to test this theory - and yep size XS sticker on a size small shirt. This is the third time I have received the wrong size shirt. The warehouse for MANGO clothing that JustFab distributes has labeled the sizing incorrectly. So frustrating.

JustFab had good deals with the $40 a month membership and I get whatever is on sale, so I signed up with them. All of the stuff that the JustFab style expert has given me is really good. It has good views of the style and fashion. Everything comes out good. So far, the quality of the products has been fine, and the price is good overall.

I like the variety of the shoes and purse selection at JustFab. The website is self-explanatory and not difficult to maneuver. The only problem I had was not being able to order something in particular but JustFab have great styles. You will fall in love with it the first time you go on the website. The prices are great and it’s a good place to shop. I’ve been a member since 2011 and I like the special offers and the points I get as a member. Each time you purchase a pair of shoes, you get points for that and after you get so many points, you either get free shipping or a free pair of shoes that’s $39.99. Also, you are able to pick a variety of accessories. The purses are my favorite purchases. I ordered a shirt of the first time but my last purchase was a black purse and I’m still using it.

I’m am very upset because I ordered a pair of boots online and somewhere along the process someone illegally used my credit card and decided to go shopping online with my bank card. The company treated it as “its not a big deal”. I’m extremely disappointed with the entire company and will never again buy anything from them. Word to the wise check your bank acct regularly and for quite some time because it didn’t happen right away.

I liked how JustFab had a nice selection of shoes. I got a membership and I've been liking the VIP perks thus far. The selections given to me by my style expert have been nice as well. I also like that if I don't like what was given, I can select other options. A while back, I got some tall platform high heels which had a skull and a red bow. They were pretty stylish.

I’ve been a JustFab member for at least five years but the monthly thing is annoying. I like the fact that it's cheap because they usually don't last long at all. They have a pair of boots that I really liked and I bought them twice and both times, the quality was really bad. I’ve had shoes that I've purchased with them and after a couple of times of wearing it, it just pretty much went. Just don't expect to wear it too often, but once in a while, you can find some things that you can't find anywhere else.

I’ve been a JustFab member since 2013 and I like their shoes and the VIP discount. It's quite a difference from the regular retail price. It's difficult to find an item that I’m specifically looking for though. I can't really find any cute sandals that I like. I had difficulty trying to find summer shoes. But the website itself is definitely easy to navigate and although the selection from their style expert varies from pumps, wedges to flats, what I find on there isn't usually what they pick out. I got a pair of boots in January and they're perfect. I love its quality. JustFab has a great collection. Although I would not recommend the clothes, you'll definitely find something out of their shoe or purse collection.

Had an awful time with customer service. Cancelled my subscription and denied me a refund because I didn't skip a month, which I didn't even know. And then the lady I was on the phone with got snippy with me. Ridiculous. Worst experience I have had with them. Not buying from them again.

JustFab has good quality shoes and they have a lot of different styles which goes with anything. I like their shoes and the ones that I have lasted me a long time. Although I don't use them a lot, when I do, they're nice. I order from them if I see something I like or something that catches my eye. But I used to order one time every month, now it's only every two, three months. I have also taken advantage of their half-price offer like the $40 per shoes.

JustFab doesn't carry my shoe size anymore, but I used to purchase something every four months. I haven’t purchased anything from them in a long time besides a handbag here or there, once every two years now. The quality of their products is really good for the cost. I’m pretty shocked about how nice it is and it seems to last. I still have all the shoes that do fit before they changed their sizing. The purses I have have taken quite a beating, so I’m happy with those. JustFab is convenient and easy. You see everything online and they accurately state the dimensions of each purse. But I really am disappointed that they don’t carry size 5’s.

I went to their website to buy a few dresses and was unable to order anything. I called customer service twice to inform them that their website would not let me choose a size or select items to put in my cart. They were no help. They lost my business and I am disappointed because I really liked the clothes they advertised.

JustFab has affordable shoes and I’ve been a member of them for years. $40 for a pair of shoes is super cheap, plus, they have constant styles. Instead of going to a retailer or even online, it made sense to buy from them. But in the recent years, their variety isn’t as good and they are not thinking of their average type buyer. They’re going with the trend instead of going with realistic people. For instance, most of their stocks are crazy huge heels which makes no sense. A woman might buy a pair, but she's not gonna wear a five-inch heel on a day-to-day basis. So I haven' used JustFab in a while even though I have credits out there to use. They need to begin thinking of their normal consumer. If they think of the everyday person and what everyday people do, they might be more successful. They need to get people who actually have money instead of selling all this kind of stuff which are great for 20-year-olds.

I have been waiting for them to issue my refund for a week now and I keep getting the message 24 to 48 hours and nothing yet. They say it is PayPal and then PayPal say it is them. I talked to PayPal again and she told me all they have to do is go in the PayPal orders and cancel it. They quick to take your money but very unwilling to give it back.

JustFab's kids' clothes were cute so I became a member and have been with them for a couple of years. It was easy to find the items I was looking for. However, some of the arms of their shirts were made for really skinny people and not all kids have skinny arms. Nonetheless, the boy’s jeans were really of good quality and they fit well.
