I'm a VIP member so I get free shipping and then lower prices. Sometimes I like my boutique that they pick. But other times, it's off and I wouldn't wear it. Their customer service is good when I've had to call in and if I've had to like exchange shoes because they weren't the right size. My last purchase was suede ankle boots about four months ago. So far, the quality of my purchases has been great. They're durable.

Some of the products are good. I like the selection. It's good. I got a pair of high heel sandals and they were okay but I made one of those anti-slip things on the base because it's slippery on the bottom. I did an exchange in the past when the item that I had gotten was so small and it went pretty easily.

The customer service is usually pretty good, except recently. I took over a month for me to receive shoes that I ordered. I just got them today but I ordered them the beginning of July. I called three separate times and they were really nice but there was no information given where the shipment was or how long it would take. They just kept saying, "It's on its way. It's supposed to arrive this time." Every time that time would come, it wouldn't get here. It was inconvenient to keep calling and then they would send me the link, but the link was wrong because my shipment wasn't here. So after a while, I stopped contacting and maybe I would get them or maybe I wouldn't.

I love their shoes. I love the quality and the price. I like the convenience of being a member and the different styles. There's always something different every time I look. I'm still waiting on an order that I placed with them a while ago. I can't figure out how to look it up on the website.

I enjoy shopping on JustFab. You can pretty much find what you're looking for no matter what time of the year or occasion. It's such a variety of different stuff that it makes it very easy. I've taken advantage of their promo buy one get one free yesterday. I also did the promo where you get three for $39.95. I just ordered a flat sandal and I really like it. It ties around your ankle and it's got a little bow on it with rhinestones. Then I have a gold one that is the same but it doesn't wrap around your ankle. It's just a regular sandal. I like those too. I also got a white boot that I ordered. It's a short boot but it's knitted. It's for the winter time. It's got little tassels on.

No matter how cute those shoes are they aren't worth the headache, I promise!! I created an account in November 2018 to purchase a pair of boots that I saw in my Facebook news feed. The boots arrived and the fit and quality were OK but I got them on sale and it was a deal because it was my first purchase. Now I've been stuck in the recurring membership horror story where you get charged $39.95 if you forget to skip the month (which they hide and make you find every time). I have been charged five times now and according to their website I should have received a "point" for each charge which I do not see anywhere nor do I see any way to use those points.

I really like JustFab. I order from them every few months when they drop the two for sales like this Olga. I love shoes. I order probably six new pairs every season. I range from flats, to wedges, to boots, to heels, kinda run the gamut with it. JustFab and ShoeDazzle, the sister company, both always have great quality. I've never had an issue. The delivery time takes about a week. It's been a little longer depending on the sale terms like if they're having one of their massive blowout sale or end of season sales but I've been fine with it. All my friends have already found out about it.

I've had good experience with them. There were a few times when it didn't work and they would take money from my account, but they would refund me. Sometimes it's hard to understand the people that’s in the customer service. Other than that, they’re pretty good. I had one instance where they sent me the wrong item and they gave me half off of the right item and sent it to me, so I didn’t have to go through the return process. The only time I had an issue was when they sent me the wrong item one time and they didn't refund me at all. I have one item that I’ve had for about three years that I've never worn but I was just out 40 bucks.

I was a member of JustFab for a few years or more, but I stopped it for a while because I couldn't find anything. I bought more shoes that I didn't like or couldn't wear. When they came, they were difficult, and I bought some sandals and heels that were not made well. Then I got some heels that I've worn only one time. They're in my closet now and I can't wear them. But some of the products I received were good quality and getting the items delivered had been pretty quick, which took a week or two. I also like the purses and some shoes. Plus, the coats were nice.

If I have any item that are the wrong size or don't fit, I return them and they're really good about that. It's a very simple process. They send you the label, the email and then you send it back, and you exchange it or they'll keep a credit on your account.

It's been a while since I became a member of JustFab and I always wanted to do it. I'm on the site when I'm trying to purchase something and recently, I ordered jeans. They're very good quality. All in all, I love my membership and that we have a discount as a member.

I'm really impressed with the quality. So far, I've purchased a couple pairs of boots, some really nice strappy sandals, a few platform sandals and some other shoes that are very pretty but not very functional to walk in. Those are my little silky pretties. Their offers are pretty good because the last three sandals that I got were only 10 bucks each. So that was really amazing. I've also purchased a pair of Capri pants, but I'm so short so they just ended up being pants and then I got a purse for my mom. They were really good quality. The pants weren't see through. They were nice and thick and sewn very well. So they weren't gonna fall apart. The delivery was pretty quick. So we're very happy with that. I've been pretty pleased with JustFab so far. They have a wide selection but they tend to sell out of my size really fast.

I've gotten flats, wedges, high heels and boots from them. I've gotten a ton of different options. Mostly, they're pretty good quality for the price. That's why I keep going back and it's kind of the convenience too of always having new fresh things. I love their shoes. They're comfy. They had a boot sale and I ended up getting seven pairs. The only thing that they should improve is to not have to subscribe monthly to be able to get it. I have an alarm every month that I go on there and automatically disregard that payment. But over the course of the years, I've gotten used to going on there and automatically skipping a month even though I might have bought something a few weeks before or after.

I've been ordering from JustFab for about 9 years. Some of the shoes in the beginning were different and unique. You don't see them at the mall. Also, the points that I get when I order stuff is kinda cool 'cause I can use that for other stuff. My main issue with the shoes on JustFab is a lot of the times, the angle that the picture is taken from doesn't show how narrow the toe of the shoe is. That's more or less what's holding me back from buying a lot of different other shoes on JustFab. I've gotten burned a lot of times with the shoes I got. A picture across the top of the foot or the toe box would be good.

I saw some of the same style of shoes for three or four times the amount of money that JustFab had. When I first set up my account, the site asked what did I like. It made me pick three or four different outfits. So it wasn't that difficult finding items that I like. So far, some of the costume jewelry pieces has been my favorite. They ship very quickly. Every now and then, I’d get something that doesn’t kinda wash like I expect it.

When I first joined JustFab, there were so many choices every month. They just sold shoes at the time but I liked all the selection that was available. Ordering is very easy and I'm only asked one question when I want to skip for the month. Returns are also very easy, seamless and straightforward. The quality has gone down a lot over the years. But they're generally $39 shoes, so you get what you pay for. I'm more particular about what I order from them now and being able to have other options like clothing, bags and accessories help with that. But I might be interested if they were able to offer better quality options at a slightly higher price.

I have a hard time finding shoes because I wear size 11. Using JustFab seemed simpler. In my showroom, I mostly just browse on my own and it was fairly easy to find what I'm looking for. Aside from the monthly showroom, I most recently purchased when the shoes were $15 a piece. I love my strappy white sandals that have heels. It's like a summer shoe.

JustFab is very convenient, affordable and stylish. I like the prices and the styles and I've taken advantage of their holiday sales and two-for-ones. But they should step it up just a bit with the style expert. I’m not a one type of shoe person. I like different things at different times. Other than that, it’s fine. The quality’s good. This shoe that I’ve had from them is at least 5 years.

I recommend JustFab all the time. Ordering through them has been super easy. I open the app and just check out what I'm interested in purchasing that month. They'll let me know if I have any points reserved so I can either get something for free or discounted, or they let me know if I have any credit through the same thing. Then I kind of adjust my cart accordingly. It'll also send me particular styles each month of what they think will be good for me. For the most part, it's good. I don't necessarily always order off of their pick styles. Sometimes, I just go through and browse what else is new. I can skip if I don't wanna spend any money that month. I really enjoy it.

I've been a JustFab member for about three years, on and off. I love shoes and everything has been fine so far. That's why I keep going back and getting more. The first pair that I purchased was too high for me but it was just me being picky because I’m already tall. But the fit and everything was right.

I liked that 1 shoe was free at the time when I signed up with JustFab. I have wedges, boots, sandals and high heels that I've bought from them and they are cute but sometimes it hurts when you wear them for a long period. I can't be with those shoes all day. Maybe the material has to be better. But overall, I like the shoes and I always buy with JustFab. One time, I returned something and they gave me the money back.

I like shoes and I’ve been with JustFab for four years. My most recent purchase was a pair of black wedges. I haven't worn them yet but the shoes are good. I had them in the past. It's easy to order from them and I’m very satisfied.

The items I received from JustFab have good quality. It usually takes five days to receive my orders from them.

JustFab's styles were nice, so I wanted to be a part of the monthly subscription. The quality is great and shipping is pretty quick- 3, 4 days tops. I typically like the wedge heel that they offer and I used to get a lot of the bags. They're stylish. As of lately, I've been suspending my monthly acceptance of items. Not that it's not in the budget, it's just I have a lot. I wish that there was a way to put the subscription on pause instead of having to remember every month to do so. It's hard sometimes when you forget to skip the month.

I started buying things from ShoeDazzle first and then I ordered something from JustFab. I usually order a lot of boots such as the riding and motor boots. The quality is okay but I did order a pair of boots in the winter and the sole was very slippery to the point where walking, I almost slipped and fell. I don't remember though if it was ShoeDazzle or JustFab. Another time when I ordered pumps, they were very uncomfortable, so I wasn't able to wear them for the function I bought them for. But I order online a lot and I’ve known about JustFab for six years. They make good selections based on the products that they offer.

I'm enjoying JustFab just fine especially right now that we cannot go into the mall, which is even better. The website is very user-friendly and I can find everything. It takes between 7 and 10 business days to receive my purchases but I'm totally okay with it. The products are affordable and the quality is good. Not only for shoes but also for accessories and clothing. I don’t buy that many accessories but I got a hat, a scarf and some bags. I’m a huge fan of flats and booties. The material doesn’t get dirty that fast. I want to use a shoe even on a rainy day and I’m trying to avoid suede, which is the one that gets dirtier. I would love some high heels but I don't know how to work in it. So it would be nice if JustFab can add hidden heels. That will be awesome because there are not that many styles that have that high.

When I clicked and bought something from JustFab, I didn't realize it was a membership thing. I was confused at first when my account was taking money out to pay them. I then realized that I had a giant credit of membership stuff that I haven't used. I ordered some stuff and saved the rest to order in bulk when I have enough. Finding an item or style I'm looking for on JustFab has been easy. Plus, I get good quality stuff from them. I'm happy with my purchases.

I love JustFab. I've been a customer for probably 10 years and I have a little bit of everything from them - sandals, boots, etc. The shoes are usually pretty good. I don't have any complaints about them being low quality. They last me for years. I've seen that when it comes to pricing, it’s perfect. It's affordable. JustFab has a lot of stuff that are in trend and it's way cheaper having it from them than having them from a designer. It's the same style so I love it. However, I recently had a purchase and it took a month for me to get it which is not very usual from JustFab. I usually get my stuff in about a week or two. I called customer service and they told me that JustFab has been using a new company for delivering. That’s the only complaint.

I've been ordering from JustFab for a few years and I have no issues. I have no complaints about the products. They last and they're good quality. When I need to return things, it's pretty smooth. Usually, they credit or everything is there as soon as I return the item. The main concern for most people is the size of the shoe if it really fits. If they just go off with what their normal wear is, they should be fine.

I've been on JustFab since 2010 and they always got great shoes. There was a couple of times I bought some boots and because of the way the front was made, they were too big because my feet is narrow. I called them to return two pairs of shoes and then got the correct size. My man is complaining because right now, I have 150 pairs of shoes in my closet. I find an outfit and then I go on JustFab to get the shoes to match it. Every time a new pair of shoes or something comes out and I see it and I got an outfit to match it, then I'm getting it. I have never had an issue with the shoes falling apart. I'm older now so I like everything flat. I also like the booties.

I never really had the time to go to the mall and shop and I thought that JustFab might be nice because they offered free returns and exchanges, which was really something I liked a lot. I've been a member for maybe a year and the quality of my purchases has been very good. They offered the buy one, get one with the jeans and they also offered $10 shoes.

This company is the worst, they are a bunch of corrupt thieves! They will charge you $40 every month just for signing up!!! I can't believe a company has so little respect for their consumers that they will charge them for not reading the small print at the bottom of the page of terms and conditions. A REAL company with REAL values would ask their customers personally if they wanted to become a VIP member, but as you can see this company is made of a bunch of thieves. They don't deserve your trust, don't risk your money with them! Someone that hides a monthly charge from their customers is someone that's hiding a bunch of other stuff!! This is just a horrible company, spend your money somewhere else where they respect you and your trust.

I like the styles JustFab has and their price. I became a member and I like that I could order what I want and it would come to my house. I don't have to worry about going outside. I purchased nice boots and some sandals from them. I love what I bought.

I've been a JustFab member for a couple of years and the price and quality are pretty good. But when you look for a shirt, they're not all in one place. You have to look through them ‘cause they have different styles for different people. Other than that, it’s pretty easy to use.

I've had an account with JustFab since winter and so far, I've liked their styles. Purchasing has been pretty easy. However, what I get from their style experts doesn't appeal to what I selected in their quiz at the beginning. Also, during my last order, I purchased a lot of jewelry and the earring backs were bent and damaged after shipping. During the shipment, they were all smushed together. The jewelry should go in a small box. Other than these issues, everything else is pretty good.

I ordered shoes earlier this month. I have yet to receive them. Very very disappointed. My shoes have not arrived or I have not gotten any email notifying me of the delay or the tracking information. I would expect more for a business with so much promotion.

The shoes I bought from JustFab were good. The quality was good for the price and the shipping seemed pretty fast. It’s easy to access things on their website. I would recommend my friends to JustFab if they needed some really cute shoes.

I am having trouble redeeming my credits. The email says shop and then checkout, but it doesn’t let me use my credits. I should have 3 credits. $120US but I can’t use that money or can’t see how to use the credits. I find the whole system not user friendly. Especially with not so tech savvy people like me. I just want to buy SHOES with the money I have already given you for those SHOES....

I purchased some sandals and a pair of sneakers from JustFab. Things are a hit or miss with them. One of the three things I got from them is great. The other two look a little cheap. Rhinestone looks good but if it's over the top, it looks a little cheaper. Still, I've gotten a lot of boots over the past years I've been with them and I've been generally satisfied with those. I get compliments for a year but they don't list through the test of time. It is my impression that the shoes from JustFab are for seasons.

Ordering from JustFab has been very easy. I get email notifications every month to see if I need to order or skip a month. They have a very friendly website too and I like their website compared to a lot of other companies I order from. So far, I love their shoes and jeans.

My sister ordered from JustFab before. The first pair was for $10 and that was cool. They also had cute shoes. I went with them and ordered two pairs of shoes. One pair didn't fit that well but I really like the other one.

I personally think that JustFab has quality shoes that everyone and anyone can afford! I love most of the shoes JustFab sells and I find myself ordering shoes more often now that I am a VIP member, which also brings great benefits and savings for every purchase! Keep it up, JustFab! You are doing great!

Ordered on 5-24, shipped 5-28, Grapevine Tx 6-3, 6-11 still in Grapevine, cust serv no help. Pitney Bowes delivery cust serv no help. Understand Pandemic, but to sit in one town for 9 days makes no sense. This was a gift for my daughter who was coming into town for a visit, but didn't receive this week.

Off Duty sandals were perfect with any outfit. So comfy & stylish!! Crush On Me heels are easy to wear without feeling over dressed. Great this spring going into summer. I am so glad I took advantage of $15 sale when I picked these shoes out.

I had a pair of boots that were sent back to the warehouse and the rep was very pleasant in having them sent back to my home address. I had issues whatsoever with this order and handling it on the phone.

I absolutely adore Just Fab. The only problem I have is if I forget to go into my account and mark “skip this month,” I get billed. During the COVID Pandemic, money has been tight. I’ve incurred overdraft fees because of this.

I love the continually evolving styles at JustFab. Although I cannot purchase every month, I always have a saved list of loved items every time I am ready to buy. They make it easy to be a member: I can skip the months it's not in the budget to splurge on myself & returns are a breeze.

All of the shoes and the dress that I have purchased from JustFab have been super cute and great quality! I’ve gotten a ton of compliments and I’ve told all my friends that they should check them out! I’m always excited to see what is new each month.

I sent an order of boots back my husband purchased for me and we didn’t receive credit nor a refund. There is not a way to contact them from my understanding! I have not purchased from them since and it’s been months since I returned the shoes.

I love JustFab! I just wished you had more wide width heels and flats!! It seems all of the clear heels are not wide width!!!! I would love to see Transparent Clear heels in wide width and wide width flats which you don’t have!!!!

I accidentally missed a month of 'skipping the month' and got charged 39.95. I have saved my $39.95 that was taken out of my bank account until there was a sale. Well when sale time (memorial day sale) rolled around, I couldn't get the sale price if I used my "credit". Completely ridiculous. I will be canceling Just Fab and shoedazzle for the same reason.

They don't sell any of the shoes they advertise on social media. The options aren't as cute as you would believe when you sign up. It's expensive after your first purchase, even with your "discounts". And they charge you every month (sometimes even when you've skipped). And when you try to cancel they guilt trip you.

I have a wide foot and JustFab has lots of wide shoe selection online. I love to online shop and they have cute stuff as well. The site is super easy, manageable, and user-friendly. I search through the selection myself and it’s fairly easy. You can narrow down your search and that’s super helpful. Their customer service is very decent and the returns are pretty simple. They give you your own label to return shipping and they just send you the size you want or just refund you back. If you’re a member, you get your store credit back.

I have been very pleased with my orders and exchanges that I have done.. I love the variety and the comments help as to order your size or go up or down. I would recommend to anyone. Great suggestions and sales.. Thank you.

I would love to order more items but I cant return anything!! YOU WON'T provide return labels w/ your packing slip. This is a big problem for me and I am sure MANY others. I even tried calling & they still wouldn't. I can't shop at a place like that. There is only one reason you wouldn't provide a return label (to make it difficult). There are thousands of people without printers. All of my other stores will send a label. I am going to cancel my membership because of this!

I've had one pair of boots that broke in the first week and I had to glue them back together. Another that came damaged and a random green gem where a silver gem should be and was not offered a refund. Just told they could send me a new pair of shoes but a different color because they were out of the one I ordered. Now I can't even add shoes to my cart to cart to use my credit so I can cancel this terrible company.

I had a coworker who was ordering from JustFab and I liked her shoes, so I went on and started ordering. Most of the picks are what I would go for. They're close to my style, but I don’t always buy from my picks because sometimes, I already have something that’s similar. Also, I never look for anything too specific when I go on the platform, so I don’t have any trouble navigating it. It was not like I had something in mind and I couldn't find it, so it has been simple to order. Even the process of returning online is straightforward, simple and easy.

I got things from JustFab and they were fine. But I've been trying to cancel and they keep charging me. I've been dealing with this for about a year. Every month, they charge me $40. That happened five times. But it’s my fault for not checking my credit card. I didn’t know I was getting charged for the longest time. And then I couldn’t even use those credits because they said that it expired, so I got nothing for $200. I wouldn’t recommend them. There’s been a couple of times that I talked to their reps and it’s been okay. But other times, they would just say they can't help me and that would be the end of it.

With JustFab's VIP membership, you pick up a shoe for $10. It's pretty easy to find a particular style of item. The only thing that was annoying was having to scroll back up to the top when on the website. It may have just been my phone but when I kept going to the next page to look for a pair of shoes, I kept having to re-enter what I was looking for. After that, I downloaded the app to make it more easier, so that helps. I ordered two pairs of shoes. And on one of the pairs, I thought it was more like a laid-back orange but it was really bright orange. That was the only thing I didn't like about one of the pairs. Also, the strap was rubbing against my foot and it started to bleed. But I was satisfied with one of them. I like JustFab's selection. I like simple type of deals and they had my style that I like. JustFab is a good company and they have styles that everybody likes. It’s just sometimes not your style. They have a good range of shoes, too.

It's very easy, simple, and straight to the point to order from JustFab, and customer service is pretty good, too. I recently just had to return some stuff because it didn’t fit right, not because it was bad quality, and I did reach out to them asking about my return and they were able to give me the exact information I needed and exactly when they will be receiving it. Then they told me when I should expect to see the credit on my account. So, they were very helpful as well. That’s why I like ordering from them and that was why I became a member.

For three months now, I've been with JustFab. I gained a little weight this year so I needed to add a few items to my wardrobe that fit me including shoes. I got my first month’s order and I was pretty happy with the stuff that came. I didn’t have a hard time with the ordering process. I just haven’t done the last two months. I keep forgetting so I just keep getting charged. I wanted to skip next month and I feel like I did. But I still got a charge, which is fine. But I would really like to maybe end my subscription.

I only order clothes and shoes and they're of very good quality. I like all of their shoes and the clothes are my favorite. It's easy ordering and I get the items here quickly. I've also used the 20% or 30% discounts. Overall, it's a good place to purchase stuff from.

I love JustFab. I found them maybe five years ago and I’ve been shopping with them since then. They're very quick. In seven days, you will get your product whenever you order and you get the same thing you saw online. I like the benefit of JustFab. I pay $39 every other month to be a member. When I order, sometimes I pay like $8 and I have three, four stuff coming. A couple of weeks ago, I ordered two jumpsuits and two shoes and I only paid like $12. I always do things online like with the jumpsuits and stuff like that. The only thing is I order so many shoes but the quality is not all the way. It's not comfortable enough for me. But I keep ordering anyway.

I found JustFab through Facebook. I ordered a couple of times through them such as boots, clothing, shoes. I have previous credits with them too. Ordering has been okay and the products are really good quality. It’s not like you would go and buy a $60 pair of jeans. It would last you a couple of years. It gets you through a couple of seasons if you wear them occasionally and don’t put them to heavy use. But the shoes, I’ve had no problems with.

I saw their special with $10 shoes so I started ordering from them and then if there's a good deal going on, I go ahead and look at it. The items I've purchased are really good quality. I've worn them multiple times. It’s good quality for a good deal.

One of my friends told me about the JustFab website. I've been with them for a couple of months and in my first month, I ordered sandals. They’re really nice and I like them a lot. Everything is fine the way JustFab is set-up.

I found a little pair of boots that JustFab was advertising and I went ahead and did their VIP thing so I could get it for 10 bucks. I hate the website though. Everything that I click on is out of stock and it’s frustrating. Every time you click on an item, if you end up going back, it completely takes you all the way back to the very top of the page where you have to re-scroll all the way down to where you were just looking. Then, every time I click on a style that I want in my size, which is 6, it seems like those are the fastest ones to go out of stock. I skip every single month. I've tried cancelling a couple of times and then they would say that they could just credit my account.

JustFab is cheap and I've been buying stuff from them for years. I just go out there and search for what I'm looking for. It’s been easy looking for styles I like and I can return things if they don't fit. I like their boot sales too. They usually make taller boots go on sale. I have a pair of all high black boots I absolutely love. I like JustFab and I've always gotten good stuff from them. The quality of the products is pretty good.

Most of the items I've purchased from JustFab are good. The latest one was a blazer dress but the sizing was a bit off and it was a little bit too small.

Being a member has been convenient. You have some credits and then you can just go and buy whatever. It’s a pretty easy process. I usually buy shoes or purse. I like the quality. Everything's good. I like that you can skip whenever you can and at the same time, they have nice prices for their members.

I've been a JustFab member on and off for years. This last time, it was a couple of months. I joined six years ago and it was the $10-boot sale that got me the first time. I go back to them every time because I see the $10-boot sale and some flash sale going on. The products are good.

JustFab was running a $10 boot sale if you signed up. I've been a member since February, and since I’m part of the VIP now, I love the videos I get every month. I love the process of ordering online with them. I scroll through there way too much. I search through everything, and I don’t always buy from what they put together, but I do look through it, and it’s always cute. As far as shipping, everything’s always showed up quickly.

I like that JustFab has seasonal sales. The sandals I got from them are my favorite item.

I just ordered a few pairs of shoes with JustFab the other day and it went smoothly. Navigating the website was really easy. The shoes were all summery heels. A really small heel. Like flats.

A friend recommended JustFab. Overall, my experience was pretty simple after the first time I tried to navigate the website, but the app was easier to figure out overall in the ordering. The first shoes I got were the wrong size, but shipping them back was pretty simple. I did have a hiccup when it came to the refund exchange policy. With the $39 credit a month, I've had some issues. I ordered something that was less than that, and they ate up my whole credit. I really don’t know how this exactly works. So that’s been a pain point for me as far as how to use the credit and how to maximize them.

I found JustFab on Instagram and saw that it was really cheap so I wanted to see if it was real or not. I went and I ordered a pair of shoes from them. The ordering and everything was really easy. The shoes were nice and they got here at the time they were supposed to. That experience wasn’t bad. It was just that when I read the thing to sign up for a membership, I didn’t see anywhere that said I would be charged so when I saw that I was, that made me kinda upset.

SUBSCRIPTIONS NOT AUTHORIZED. This company has been debiting my bank account since Nov 2019 for $39.95. I called them today to asked them to reverse these charges and they declined. These are deceptive practices and consumers need to be aware. Unfair business practices. I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau as well as the Federal Trade Commission for the fraud that they are.

I've been seeing a lot of JustFab commercials and even on Facebook and Instagram. I like the variety of shoes and how you can kinda color and pick your style of shoes instead of them just randomly throwing shoes at you. You’ll get the email saying different things are on stock and I have different shoes on there. When you go into the site, you can easily type into the search margin and it'll pull up all different styles. So, that's easy. But if you go to your profile, you can say your size, the length and all the type of colors. They have different shoes and they're just for you, and I like that.

I like the fact that I’m able to kind of put off the order if I don’t wanna order one month. I can save that task for the month. So that’s helpful to have that option. I have made returns in the past and it was really easy to do. I just had to log on and print off the return slip. I’ve also had to cancel an order before and they were very helpful with that as well.

The website’s set up pretty good to navigate. Some can be really confusing. The way they have it set up, it’s pretty helpful to type in the kinds I like and then it puts suggestions after knowing what you like. And their suggestions were pretty on point. And I didn’t think the prices were outrageous or anything. I got a pair of white loafers, a pair of black flip-flops, and a pair of mustard brown summer heels and I haven’t had any issues with the quality.

The shoes I got from JustFab are really good. They’re cute, too. I have a pair that lasted me a couple years. I don’t use the company anymore. It’s a good price for what you get, but it’s just not always feasible. I can’t afford it. I’m not working now, so I just skip months. I still have credits though, and I'm just waiting for them to pop up.

I like the sizes of JustFab's items and the different styles that they have. It's easy to find items and styles, and everything is just a click away. I took advantage of their two for $30 special offer. Right after you make the first purchase, you can make another purchase just for two for $30. It's really simple. Their selection is good because it's exactly how I would wanna find shoes I can afford. The items I've gotten have awesome quality. I bought black sandals, and they were my size and they fit everything.

I was a premium member with JustFab and what I liked about them is that the products are nice and they delivered on time. However, I cancelled my membership because it was getting a little pricey, especially in the current situation. It was a good experience overall.

I liked the boots sale that JustFab had. I've been buying from them for a couple of months now and they're really convenient. It’s pretty easy when you try to find items because they did like what color and style that you wanted. I like their style expert selection. It fits my style pretty well. The products I've gotten are really good quality. I got these western-style boots that fit my style pretty well and they’re like a short booty. It’s been a few weeks since I made a purchase from JustFab.

I have never experienced something so bad about the company and what they sell. I purchased 3 pairs of shoes, shipping took forever and when they finally arrived none of them fit me. I immediately process a return and I was supposed to get my return label in 24hrs, that never happened! I have been contacting their customer service for over a month, every three days and all they can say is that they have an error in their system, they need to escalated and to give them 24-72hrs more. I haven't been able to talk to a supervisor directly, I even offer to pay for the return myself so I could get the box out of my house and get my refund and they said that was not an option. HATE this company and their service is the WORSE!

I always order shoes and it’s got a good mix between boots and heels. They're not super high, top notch, but they're not poor quality either. Once, I’ve ordered apparel too. The website is a pain in the ** to get to load, but other than that, it’s self-explanatory and easy to go through. I wish there were more filters on it though. They have the color and shoe size, but there are so many pages, so having more filters will make it easier for a consumer. Still, it’s nothing that we would die over. On my last order, I got four pairs of shoes and I received them on Friday. They were all heels of different colors, sizes and heel lengths and I got a killer deal on all of them. I got them on JustFab's $15 sale, then I had a member credit that I was using, so it got applied towards that. Also, everybody I work with always ask me where I get my shoes and I always tell them. I recommend them often.

JustFab looked interesting so I tried it and I liked the things that it comes with. Also, I like that sometimes I can choose an option to pick what I want. I purchase mostly shoes and I have purchased a couple of tops from them that I really like. The quality is good. The only problem I had was with a V-neck crisscross top and the piece that was holding the top together ripped, but it’s no big deal because it still worked. Also, I don’t buy every month so I would skip and a couple of times, the skip went through but then they said they never got it on their end so I was charged for it. That kind of annoyed me a lot. But it hasn’t happened in a couple of months.

I've ordered a bit of everything but mostly shoes. I love the really cute, block heel, multicolored shoes.

I’ve been a member for a while and I get a lot of the strappy heels with some wedge. In fact, I just got two pairs that came in the mail the other day. I’ve never had to return anything too. The quality is great, and the pricing. I also love the fact that I have my boutique every month. I go and look at my boutique, and it’s easy for me to look at all the different styles. The site is very easy to navigate, so it’s user-friendly.

I am a VIP member of JustFab and they are great. Anytime I've called the customer service, everybody has always been great and helpful. They also always have great sales and deals. It's awesome. When you first apply, you pick your own style and they send you stuff that you prefer. I got a lot of items. I buy for myself and for my mom. The quality of some of the shoes can be a little better as far as the materials. But otherwise, everything has been good. I like JustFab and I am really happy with them.

It’s going pretty good with JustFab. Being a member was really cheap for me. But I cancelled my subscription because it was out of my budget for a while.

I like the options available. I can do it at any time and get what I need whenever I need it. It's also very easy trying to find a style I want. Their expert selection is good but I kind of do my own thing. I just look through the site and get what I want. Sometimes, I'll take the suggestion but that's not my main access to what I need.

I liked the pricing and I ordered a couple of pairs of boots as well as a pair of summer sandals. All of them are heels. Besides that, I got one pair of flat boots. I’ve gotten them in and all of them fit, but my pair of blue ones. I got it in my size, and it still didn't fit. The zippers were difficult to work with. I was upset, but I ended up gifting it. Other than that, I love my white sandals and I can’t wait to get to wear those. I love my black heels too. My flat heels are a little tight, but most shoes are. I’ve been wearing them a little bit and they feel like they're loosening up, so those ones are good as well.

I got a pair of black open-toe booties. Every time I wanted to toggle onto a different clothing, say the clothing section, the website would just freeze and say, "Sorry, it’s unavailable." I would have ordered a lot more. But other than that, I liked the shoes and JustFab said they were 10 bucks on my first pair.

JustFab is an easy shopping platform. The quality varies depending on the shoe. It's a great website for boots. I have a couple of pairs of the flat booties that I really like. But any other shoe I've ever tried is not a good value. I'm in the process of sending a few items back because the sizing is just not good quality. The shoes are extremely narrow. I can't even fit my feet into them and I don't have wide feet. But it’s very easy to return them.

I probably had some great items 70% of the time. The only hesitation I have is sometimes, they're pretty expensive depending on the product. I have a few times forgotten to skip and gotten charged, so I am forced to use the credit.

JustFab shoes are of really good quality. Any time I’ve had a sizing issue, it’s been really easy to return and exchange. I’ve had a couple of times when I’ve had to exchange shoes and had to call. I wish that could be done on the website. You can return something just on the website but if you’re exchanging it, you have to call.

JustFab offers good deals but it would be a little while before I can order stuff. I’m pregnant and it would be cool if they added maternity clothes. Still, all the outfits are so cute. They fit well and they're good quality too. I have the app on my phone, which is how I shop. It has been easy and I’ve been happy with it.

The selection provided by the style expert is good, although I see things that are coming up that are much like new or exclusive, and then I just go on my own to investigate. It's very easy to find my style of items. The quality of the items I've gotten so far is amazing. They're better than anything I've ever spent that much money on.

I like JustFab's shoes. It was easy looking for particular styles. They give you your boutique of your selections of your outfits and shoe tastes. They have similar taste I like. My booties are my favorite. It lasts long. However, they took an order out, $39.99. I didn’t opt out in April so I’m trying to find that on my account and it’s not showing. They credited me last April 16th or 15th.

JustFab's shoes get me interested. I have ordered quite a few pairs of shoes in a short amount of time and I have loved every single pair. I wear a 6 1/2, and I have a very strange foot. It's a short thing, but kind of wide. It's sometimes hard to fit, but every single pair that I have received from JustFab has fit my foot. For anybody with any sized foot, to have every single shoe fit and to love every single one is great.

I love JustFab. It’s good for me that the subscription is there for me and it just takes the money out of my account. I have too much stuff going on. My days are super busy. And I kinda forget a little bit, but then I go in there and I have credits and I can get whatever I want. I like that. I also love the quality of the shoes I received. They last forever. I also do have a lot of bags and those also last forever. I purchased them three years ago and they still look new.

When I first purchased from JustFab because of the promotion that was going on, I didn't know it was a monthly subscription until I was charged several times and then found out later. I've also been skipping the monthly subscription because I haven't found anything that I liked. I felt like the quality was not as great how it was before. I'm not satisfied with their selection and the monthly subscription that I've been paying is not worth the quality of the product that I get for the points.

They sent me the monthly thing from the style experts. But most of the time I just browse and buy things on my own instead. They also have a lot of the perks like the random sales they’ll have, or buy one and get one 50% off, or 50% off your entire order. I've had to return a couple of things but I haven't had an issue with that. I just go to the post office to drop it off, return it, and I get credited. I’m very pleased with them.

I heard a lot about JustFab before making my first purchase. I was thrilled when I got my first pair for only $15.00, however I was soon thrown down a rabbit hole of mysteriously vanishing contact agents and monthly unapproved charges. I was being charged for a membership I never even signed up for! On top of that whenever I tried to cancel my account over chat, as SOON as I said Cancel my account, an error message popped up and told me to try again another day. Creepy right?! So, I took it upon myself to call them, and at this point I was fuming. After a couple minutes of waiting an agent answered and asked me how they could assist me and get this, I said I wanted to cancel my account and they HUNG UP ON ME!!

I like the style of the shoes at JustFab. If I want a wedge heel I just put on wedge heel on the search, it gives me all the wedges. If I want boots, I put in boots, it gives me all the different styles of boots. It’s not really hard to pick. It just depends on what shoes you like as a person. It also doesn’t take long to receive your item. The selection given by the style expert has been okay. They’re not bad items. I have purchased before items that were selected or they looked some similar to the item that they selected. They have pretty good criteria. Quality-wise, I bought the boots, wore it one time and my heel broke. And I didn’t know how to get it fixed. But I love the boots. Their products are not horrible. I just have had some bad shoe moments with heels looking like they’re gonna come from the sole, but other than that, it doesn’t happen all the time. I’ve ordered plenty of shoes.

Moreover, finding my style of item is pretty easy. I kind of change things up a lot and their selection is good. I bought shoes that are little wedges and paid $14. I don't think its quality is bad, but it's not worth 60 bucks. If I paid full price, I would not have been very happy with it. I haven’t worn it, but you can just feel that it's not top-of-the-line quality.

Also they have Buy One, Take One sales and you can get a certain amount off of a total order by being a member. I like the sales. They keep in contact with you as far as when a sale is about to be over to make sure that you are a part of it. I bought a pair of shoes two weeks ago, and I love them. They’re excellent. The lines that they have are good but sometimes, not so much is changed. For example, the heels are pretty much the same and they don't change year to year. Sometimes, the sizes are not so accurate too. If you had a size and you ordered according to the design of the shoes, sometimes, it's different. I also find shoes in the stores that are half of the price. They discount every Monday morning from my account and if I have credits and they have the shoes in sale, they say the credit for the $40 instead of getting two pairs of shoes for the credit. If the shoes are normally $40, they put it for $19. Immediately, I use one credit and I lose the other half of the money because they are already on sale. Then a year ago, I had sent so many stuff and it was a mess so I am going to stop using JustFab. But other than that, I really like their styles which are so similar to the style of shoes that is from my country.

I like the shoes and the convenience of purchasing from them. All in all, their items have good quality. But when boot season was in, I didn’t like the quality of the boots so I sent them back. But most of them are really good. I’ve been with JustFab for so long that I’m very satisfied with everything.

I started my subscription back in college. It's an affordable way to get nice shoes. The quality has been a hit or a miss though. Sometimes, the quality is really good. But I’ve bought some shoes that weren’t up to my standards. For me, the selection given by the style expert is not always spot-on too. Sometimes, it’s just like the general. I always blindside it, but usually, I’ll just search through all those shoes that are available. If I’m purchasing, I have a style in mind that I’m looking for. So, then, I’ll just use the filters to try to figure out which shoe am I shopping for today.

Some of the shoes that JustFab has are cute and they have a lot of different styles. Their selections are good and they match the kind of things that I like. The special offer they had when I first signed up was the best one. They had a couple of boots that came out 20 bucks each. For my last order, I ordered some wedge sandals. I ordered my normal size and when I received it, they were huge. I sent it back for a half-size smaller and still, those were too big so I sent it back again. When they came back, I had ordered three pairs of shoes and they only sent me two and they were still too big. I have to go back-and-forth multiple times and it's a mess right now. I'm still waiting for two other pairs to come in so I can ship them all back together.

I like the ease of return and 95% of the stuff that I have are good. I just have problems with maybe a few, with the comfort. But I wonder sometimes why they’re sorta connected with ShoeDazzle and why do they offer the same products. JustFab should try to do something different because why am I gonna pay for a membership on another site that has the same exact products? Also, when there’s something on sale and then you go in to pay, it doesn’t allow you to use your credits. Sometimes, I have four credits, but if I wanna buy two, get two free, then I have to pay the actual price instead of using my points. We should be able to use our points however we want regardless of a sale or not.

I’m no longer a member of JustFab. I didn't like the quality of the shoes. The quality is really bad. People are getting what's worth the price. If they want something cheap, it’s great. But if they want good quality shoes, something that you would get at DSW or Macy’s, it’s not that type of quality. They also hurt my feet and they smell funny. They all have this weird plastic smell. I ended up giving away almost everything I’ve ordered. I’ve only kept a few.

I found JustFab through a young lady that had mentioned it. We were talking at the doctor’s office one day and then I started looking it up on my phone. And I became a VIP member. I’ve had a great experience with JustFab. I just bought two beautiful pairs of flats. Because I do security at church, and our church went from being a small church to a huge church, so I had to change up my shoes. And I ended up sharing a pair of those shoes that were just $10 with my brother’s girlfriend. And she was amazed and now she has been on JustFab too. I love the shoes. My favorite pairs are the wedges. They look more like sneakers. I’ve already bought several pairs of those. I ride a motorcycle and I’m only 5’5, the wedges give me some height. And I love that when I’m on my bike because I don’t have to be on my tiptoes. The wedges are very good.

When my sister started with JustFab she said I could get two pairs of shoes for $39.99 when first signing up, and then all shoes are $40, no matter what shoes you pick, once you sign up. I like JustFab. I just skip a month when I'm not budgeted for it. I normally get my shoes during the deal time, so I love it. I like the products. But I'm really skinny, so I gotta send some of my boots back because a lot of boots are wider. I wish they make boots for slimmer legs. That would be my only thing. So I normally just get pumps. They gave me a list of shoes that is in season for me, and I take advantage of that. All the shoes and the quality are good, and my shoes come in three days.

The designs are marvelous. I found some items there which is very hard to find. They have shoes in all colors and the prices are very affordable. Sometimes, they have sale deal also where you can get with $15 a designer shoe even it's a copy. When I wear the shoes, everybody always give me compliment, and they would say, "Beautiful shoes. Where did you get it?" So that's the kind of drive also for me to purchase those items from JustFab. Recently, I started purchasing some clothing as well and those are very comfy. So for me, it's convenience, design, and accommodating from financial perspective.

The quality of their items is good. I bought a purse from them that I really, really like. The selection from their style expert is really off sometimes. But most of the time, it’s usually good.

JustFab is my go-to. I've been with them for 2 years and I like them 'cause I do order shoes from there. I like the colors. They made my feet hot, but it was good. I bought a pair for my mother and she said, "These are really hot. Can we find something a little softer? You really don't feel anything coming through the shoe.” I like the two-inch wedges too. I don't like it too tall because then I look like I'm a struggling newborn. For chunkier women who are trying to be cute but not trying to break any ankles, they can't get the shoes 'cause they're too high. I like the flat shoes, but I don't always wanna show my toes.

A co-worker told me about JustFab. Their shoes made me buy from them. It's very easy to find particular styles. Having credits as a member is my favorite and I've taken advantage of VIP prices. The style expert 's choices are good. I bought tall boots from them and that's my favorite purchase. Every time I’ve ordered it’s been great. It came timely or before the time, and I was well-informed that it was coming. I could track it, too. Everything has been perfect.

I like the affordability and the styles of JustFab. Their pricing is okay and their shoes are an 8 out of 10. Some are good quality but on some of them, you can feel kind of the marking. And if something was amiss, I'll just give it away.

The quality of the purses are really good. The outfits can be hit-or-miss. But for the most part, they’re okay. I like the style of the shoes and I like how you can’t find their style in the store. A lot of their stuff is hard to find in a store. It was unique and it was custom. It was a lot of different options and it was real stylish. I had like some things that came back not fitting or not what I expected, but the return policy is so easy and simple. You can do it in five minutes, so I enjoyed that part of it too. The last return that I did was really easy. The customer service rep sent the packing slip to my email with ease, and I had it done in five minutes. Right when I shipped my package, they were shipping my shoes with the other size. But I don’t like how they automatically draft the account. But I do like the fact that you can skip if you want to.

I usually purchase short-heeled booties. Those are my go-to. I use my shoes for work and I like them. Purchasing it was easy especially ‘cause my size fits right all the time. I’ve tried some clothes and I purchased a few purses also. The items got good quality. I also like the options that the style expert gives me. Then I usually go for the sales like the holiday sales and stuff.

I love to shop here. I love the clothing, the shoes, and the different styles. I feel great about the clothing. If there's an item that's too big or too small, I can return it no problem. I noticed that they did an upgrade in their site and I wish it can be fixed. It used to be when you search for clothing styles like jeans, it used to have the numbers for the sizes, but now, it's not there. It's just small, medium, large, and extra large. It makes it somewhat hard to filter and shop for what you're looking for because you have to go through all the pages now rather than just putting your size in and come look.

I can’t afford to purchase shoes monthly. Sometimes, I forget to go on there to skip the month and I’m getting charged. I want to stop this subscription but it doesn’t allow me to do it online. I’ve called in the past and had issues trying to get it canceled. Then sometimes, the size of the items may be a little off. But overall, I’m happy with the products.

I enjoy the different kinds of shoes that I like and they're mostly good. I usually just go to the JustFab website myself and look. Sandals or heels are what I usually buy. I like high heels. I have some shoes and boots that have worn out at the bottom. But other than that, everything I had is pretty much good.

I really like shoes and I like a lot of different styles, so it's easy for me to decide to purchase from JustFab. I look at different deals. It’ll be like 60% off, or buy one, get one half off a lot, and I’ll take advantage of those. I also like the selection given by the style expert. It has a pretty wide range like sneakers, heels, boots, and I can pick from a lot of different things. Recently, I bought some little block heels that were not as high in height. Those are my favorite. They’re pretty comfortable, easy to wear all the time, and pretty versatile. The quality has been great.

JustFab reached out to me, and they send me products in exchange for putting it on my Instagram. I like my heels from them and the quality is good. The selection given by the style expert has been nice, and finding the style of items that I like has been easy. Also, the $10 thing is cool.

I've used it for a very long time and it’s convenient if I find myself needing shoes. I use it mostly for shoes and sometimes for clothes. It’s convenient to find something at a good price. The clothes are good. I really like them. Sometimes the sizing is a little funky, but I figured it out for the most part. I also feel sometimes the quality is hit-or-miss. Sometimes I’ll get something that I really love and it’s really versatile and I can wear it a lot. But sometimes when I order like a skirt or a dress, the material either wrinkles super, super easy or the first time I wash it, it shrinks and I can’t wear it anymore. If the quality was a little bit better, I’d buy the clothes a little bit more.

Somebody here at work told me about JustFab and me being a shoe lover, wanted to purchase from them. I've taken advantage of their two for ones. Also, I usually rack up when they have clearance sales at around 20 bucks. The style given by my style expert is okay except for then block heels come in my boutique. I don't like block heels just overlook them. I had a store credit and I finally used it a couple of months ago. Also, I have a gift certificate, but the number on the thing didn't work. The lady told me to call it in when I do it again. So far, the quality of the items has been good. However, I had a pair of shoes that broke. The heel broke, but I figured I'd take them to the repair guy and have him fix them. I like the shoes and JustFab didn't have any more in my size. I couldn't send it back because I would never have that shoe again.

I love shoes. I've purchased a variety of things from JustFab. I've had ups and downs with them like being able to afford things some months, being able to skip, and not being able to skip. And I have found a lot of variety of things for work that I could even just use at night time. So, I've appreciated that. I've really enjoyed the shoes and a lot of dresses. Also, I've had really good luck with the purses. I like it because people don’t always have mine.

I like the monthly shoe selections and the fact that they listen to customer’s feedback. Because at one point, they only went up to size 11, and then for fashionable big foot girls like me, there was a size 12 that they added on, which is awesome. I’ve had some really, really good pairs of shoes from JustFab. Some of them I wear on a regular basis because they’re really comfortable and they’re really unique. It’s not anything you’re kinda like finding in your average famous footwear. So the exclusiveness of the styles and the variety are pretty awesome. If there’s a special offer that comes up and if I’ve got it in the budget, I try not to let it pass. A couple months ago, there was $10 boot sale which was awesome.
