    Size in style I like are always. Limited. Can only use credit for one item not multiple cheaper items. Styles I like are always more than the credit I can use. Website is a little touch hard to navigate. When clicking on a shoe to enlarge it and back will not start where you left off. Got to scroll back thru to find the place where I left off.

    Loved the customer service at the Soho location. The leggings I purchased were a bit too tight however. I would purchase clothing again, but probably need to try on more legging types. I am looking for leggings that don't fall down, but I'm able to do yoga in.

    Absolutely love FabKids for my daughter! I have three children, two of which are younger. I set up “stores” for both of them. My daughter is absolutely loving all her new clothes and shoes!!     I ordered the Brighten Park three business days ago and received it in just 2 business days (with just standard shipping)! I’m very pleased on how quickly they got me my kit. I was also very excited to see how low the price for not just this kit, but all the other ones were too!     I never received my order. All JustFab would do is tell me to contact the postal service, who would tell me that since I was not the shipper they could not discuss the issue with me. I told Justfab this and all they said was I was wrong and to talk to the shipper. I never signed for a delivery nor was one dropped securely for me. Building security confirmed they have no record of an attempt to leave it with them. I have shopped with this company for years. Was an early adopter and had 2 accounts, one for myself and one for a family member, with different delivery addresses. Due to the utter lack of support, I’ve cancelled both accounts.

    I do not recall my order number as it has been some time since I have actually placed the last order. The clothes I purchased were poorly made, they came apart because the sewing was incomplete.     I called twice. Spoke to 2 different agent and they were both rude and disrespectful. Put me on hold and hung up on me. I called because I was charged for Fenty Savage and had some questions but with that kind of attitude I would never want to do business with y’all and will eventually close my account because that was a total waste of my time.     I've already filed a complaint and have heard nothing. Now this? I'm actually rather confused and still unhappy about the customer service I've received. I'll be exchanging my shoes and taking my business elsewhere which stinks because I have really enjoyed almost everything I've gotten. But I cannot stand behind poor customer service and then 0 follow up. Not only am I unhappy with the quality of shoe as the bottom fell off the 2nd time I wore them but then got a crap response when I brought it up the 1st time.

    Shoes are too big lately. Instead of using my credit, my card got charged twice. Shoes are made of cheap quality. It is very hard to understand customer service and things get confused in translation. They don't always understand you but say they do.

    I wanted to try JustFab's products. It was pretty reasonable. I've been with the company since 2009 and I like that I could skip every month if I wanted to. I don't have to purchase anything. The last time I purchased from them was around December. I got a pair of shoes and purses too. With JustFab, it was easy looking for items and I also took advantage of their special offers quite a few times. The selections they gave were also excellent. Some of the items I got are good but some are not - if it's made in China. Overall, JustFab is really pretty good.

    I was watching The Simmons Show and one of the actresses was talking about JustFab. And then, I'm like, "Well, let me see what this is all about." So, I started to Google it and I was like, "Wow! Look at all these shoes. $39. If I don't want it that month, I could pass by it." JustFab has cute shoes and it's very easy to find the item or style that I'm looking for. Being a member, I gain points. Sometimes, I will forget to skip the month and if I do, it will charge me. But it's not a problem because my niece's birthday is coming up and I usually tell her and my son's girlfriend to look at the shoes, pick out what they want and then I'll purchase them. That's how I use my credits. JustFab has sales, too. And when I wanted to use my points, I saw some glasses when summer was beginning for half off.

    The only thing I don't like is it doesn't make it easy for the customer because I have to call JustFab and then say, "Hey, I do have credits. Can I do this over the phone?" But the reps are really good and they guide me through. As far as the selections given by the style expert, I don't really like it. Even though I gave them all the different types of styles that I like, I really wasn't that impressed. I just scroll. Other than that, the quality of items I got is excellent, and I get lots of compliments. My favorite purchase are the booties. It's a heel, and it's a leopard print. I get lots of compliments from guys. My hairstylist likes it, too. I've already told a lot of people about JustFab.

    I'm not a "write a review" kind of person, But I had a terrible experience shopping at JustFab because I ordered two pairs of sandals hoping I could exchange to days at work and it's been 2 weeks and a half and I still haven't received anything.     JustFab has been a good service. I liked the different styles of shoes that was available and they're at a cheap price, too. It is also easy to find the item or style that I'm looking for. Sometimes, I’ll buy stuff that I don’t normally buy. So, that’s nice. I've been able to use the little point system sales for some purchases. I usually like to get heels in black but sometimes I get a different color. I got a bag and the heels just a couple of months ago and they're of very nice quality.

    I love JustFab. That's the only place I buy my shoes from. I'm always bragging about them 'cause everybody asks me where I get my shoes. Being a member, I like that I don't have to do it every month. Some months, they have really good sales for $10. I like everything I found and everything's really good quality. There are a couple of times that I've had to send something back. I bought some heels that were way too high and there were no problems sending them back. There were no questions asked. It's really great. The only thing I don't like is they include a magazine subscription in every order.

    I’ve been purchasing stuff forever with JustFab because of their shoes. I've been a member for 8 years. I could forget that I’m a member, and then get 6 pairs of shoes. Then they all come and it’s like Christmas for me. I usually go in during the summer time. I like getting the flat deals, and I really like the summer shop. I like the boots sales too, during the winter.

    Also, the more apparel they’ve added, it’s like right up my alley. So, it’s just easy for me. It’s a one-stop shop for me, which is what I need. But sometimes, some of the shoes fall apart quickly. Like I have some shoes that I haven’t really worn because I’m active duty in military. I put them in my little boxes, and some of them are wearing and I haven’t even worn them. But I love all of my flats and I also love that the shipping is fast.

    It's been pretty good with JustFab and I've been a customer for so long. They're affordable and it's pretty easy to find a style. When the 15th hits, sales usually start popping up so I usually buy around that time. I bought a bunch of sandals just for the spring and the summer and they're are fine. It's good quality, especially for the price. But I don't like having the credit because I forget that I have a credit sitting there and there might not be something I want 'til like six months. Other than that, I haven't seen any problem. I would recommend JustFab.

    I've had a great experience with JustFab. They have a size 11, which is a plus. That is hard for me to find. With JustFab, it's not hard for me to find a shoe and the shipping is fast. So it's been great. I like the versatile styles and the price, and I feel good about the selection given by the style expert. I like the items there. There are also points and I like getting free stuff. The items I've purchased have been good quality as well. I haven't had any shoe break, like how sometimes the end of the heel may come apart.

    I've been with JustFab for almost seven years and at first, it was just shoes and boots that I purchased. Now, it's been clothing and some of the jewelry as well. The website navigation is very good but it's not excellent. I had one month that I had forgotten to skip and they had the credit in there but I couldn't do it from the website. I had to call to use that credit to order something.

    JustFab should also be more mobile-ready. That’s more useful on our smartphones than just laptops because if you need to skip months, you have a five-day window but if you don't remember, they always come out on the first of the month. And if that falls on a Friday, which happens to be a holiday or somebody's on vacation, JustFab should send a reminder once during that time to remind people that they have so many days before they have to either skip or purchase something. The prices of the flat sandals are also too high. When it comes to buying those, I usually get those off-season. But I buy more of the dress and the shoes. Those are on excellent prices. The quality of the items I've purchased has been great as well. I also always get compliments on my shoes and they wanna know where I get it.

    I love JustFab. I used to see it on the internet, but my best friend actually started shopping over there before me. She ordered bags then I thought of opening an account. My sister’s best friend's mom had gotten married and I could not find the shoe for the dress that I wore, but I found one on JustFab. When you choose a shoe, you can choose the color. That’s a really great idea and that helps a lot.

    I got my mom to make an account. She orders too. The quality of the items is wonderful. I've only had one that broke just recently. It was one of my first orders. It was a royal blue heel with a lace tie in the back with a blue bow. I had them for a long time so they lasted for a while. I've been a member since 2013 and I like getting the update when there are new things on there. I became a VIP member. I have a lot of points on my account but I never use them. I don’t understand how I can use the points.

    At first, JustFab was wonderful. I liked the price for the quality of shoes. However, the quality of the merchandise has gone way down. They used to have some really nice leather shoes and bags and I was always getting compliments for my bags. But I have not been able to find anything. What I did find were the paper looking shoes that were glued and don't fit right. I need to get some great boots from JustFab but I can't find any greats anymore. I've been meaning to cancel my membership as a matter of fact because I can't find anything.

    Everything is so tacky like painted heels, and some of them are just comical. You'd look at those and say, "Who would wanna wear something like that?" It's really ridiculous. I'm not happy with it anymore because of that. They used to have the bags too. They had these big nice boxes where they would ship them and they came in little bags that has a pull top thing. Now it's like they throw them in a plastic sack and slap a label on them. If it gets here in any kind of condition or if it doesn't, they don't care.

    A lot of things have gone downhill. It's just cheap stuff now as opposed to when it first started. It's how things are just real exciting at first when people are into new ideas and stuff then it gets going and they start cutting corners and cutting corners and cutting corners. After a while, they don't have anything left. They've started the clothing thing too, and after that started it seems like the bags and shoes got tackier. I was telling everybody about JustFab years ago, but that's not the case today.

    Justfab offers great shoe options and I’ve been subscribed to them for years. However it is incredibly frustrating that I get charged $40 if I forget to skip the month, but what's even worse is that you cannot use that money during their sales. I have $200 in credits but cannot get $200 worth of shoes during a sale. It’s so frustrating that I won’t buy anything during the sales regardless. Really not feeling like a VIP. I should be able to spend the money that was taken out of my account how ever I would like.

    I contacted JustFab in regards to an exchange for a cute pair of shoes I bought. The return process seemed simple enough, and I was awaiting a return label I was promised would be sent to me shortly after hanging up. After 24 hours of not receiving the label, I contacted Justfab a second time. I was informed they had difficulty creating a label for me as I was a return from Canada. I was told a new request would be put in a different way to solve the problem. I still did not receive anything. I now see I was eventually sent a return label to my JustFab account which I was not made aware of and have now missed the opportunity to return these shoes. Which is disappointing because I am now stuck with a pair of shoes that are cute but too big. This experience has made me wary of continuing to buy from JustFab if things are this hard to return/exchange.

    You agree to monthly charges yet They are only good at full priced items. Those charges are basically a saving acct used toward shopping at JustFab. We should be able to spend on any sale and /or clearance. I totally understand limiting promo codes/coupons etc. I do get that. But honestly. It's better to skip every month (although it's a bit of a hassle) and be able to shop the sales, than to allow this company to draw $39 from your acct every month and have to pay full price.

It tells you exactly the heels’ height and color. Shipping comes timely, but there was one time where I purchased some boots but they sent me two of the same boots but in two different sizes. They never sent me the boot that I really wanted and had ordered. Also, with some of the boots, the material wasn’t as good as I thought from the advertisement. Not everybody can wear four and five-inch heels anymore, and the three-inch or two and a half would be a little bit more selective for the shoes. Other than that, I like JustFab and I’ve told coworkers about it. I’ve gotten bonuses from purchasing so many that I have accumulated credit. I’ve also purchased some clothing from them. What they advertise and what you see is what you get. Plus the sizes are a good range.

    I liked the shoes that JustFab had and it was in a good price range to sign up. I was a member for 4 years and I liked that there were a lot of options. The first year I used it, I really liked it. After that, I wasn't able to find anything I liked. I also kept forgetting to skip the month so I kept getting charged. Then I would buy something, but I never ended up actually liking it. I would skip every single month unless I forgot to, and then I'd have to buy something.     I liked the discount that I received for the first purchase I made from JustFab. Finding the style was easy as far as handbags. The shoes are not comfortable, so I don’t buy shoes from there. And then for the variety of clothes, they're not as stylish as they could be, especially for women. I’m a 20, so I’m not plus and I’m not small, so I’m right on the cusp. But the clothes on that stature are plain. They don’t have a lot of appeal for current market trends and current dressing trends. They could be a little more stylish and a little more vintage or versatile, and they're not. And I’m a corporate woman, so I’m always looking for nice fashion, Olivia Pope-ish-looking, and they don’t have that. It's more for younger people or something that is for my daughters, but I wouldn’t buy clothes from there.

    I've been a JustFab member for a couple years, and my favorite thing is knowing that I have these credits available. When I wanna shop, if I get a feeling to shop, I can go here and buy some stuff. I have daughters, so every now and again, I’m like, “Oh, let me buy them something.” As far as the handbags, they're okay. But for the price, the handbags could be higher quality. They do sometimes unravel at the handles, so you have little plastic strings that come out. For the most part, they do last okay, but handbags are not meant to last a couple years. But comparatively speaking, if I buy a purse at Target, it lasts longer and it doesn’t come apart, and they're about the same amount of money.

    Also, the handbags from JustFab could also have more color options. I was looking for different colors like yellow or green. They keep a lot of the tans, beiges, black, brown, and grays. My sorority, for example, our color is Kelly green, and I was looking for Kelly green bags. They don’t have greens and they don’t have yellows. They don’t have enough variety.

    Moreover, you get the points you accumulate towards free stuff. The free stuff is not really worth it. You gotta use 5,000 points for this little, dinky necklace. I don’t wanna do that. I’d rather use 5,000 points to get a pair of shoes. So, I never get the free stuff because it looks really cheap. I don’t wanna spend 10,000 points to get a bracelet, too. I’d rather the points have a dollar equivalency or I can use it towards merchandise that they sell. The points need to be used to get something else like a wallet, some fashion gloves or hat or something that accessorizes what you purchased on JustFab as a complement to what you have.

    I recommended JustFab before when people said, “Ooh, where did you get your purse?” But that’s only if I feel like it’s a cute purse. If I don’t feel like it’s a cute purse, I would say, “Oh, I’ve had this thing for a while.” A lot of people look at the purses that Olivia Pope carries or some of the ones you’d see on The Haves and the Have Nots, and they look like JustFab bags. So, I look for those bags because I’ve seen them on the JustFab site.

    I signed up with JustFab because I loved the selection and the ease of ordering. I did not however, like that you had to become a VIP member to order (basically). I ordered 2 pairs of boots. One pair was absolutely perfect! Love them still today! However, the other pair was way too "wide-leg", and I have wide legs! But it was ok because it was close to Christmas so I gifted them to my sister. After that I had a really hard time finding anything that I liked that was not out of stock. So, in February I decided to cancel the VIP membership. Called and spoke with the representative who repeatedly tried to get me to reconsider. I insisted that we cancel. Done. Never thought anything else about it.

    Well now, it's May and I just noticed a charge from JustFab! I go back and noticed that they have been charging me after I "cancelled". I log into my account, which I had to reset my password because it's been that long since I logged in and what do you know, I am STILL a VIP member. I am very upset, I feel that I have been ripped off for 3 months. I'm a single mom on a budget and $40 a month for nothing is insane! I truly hope that they will resolve this issue immediately! But for now I feel completely and utterly cheated. Beware!

    The worst customer service ever! They charged me $39.95 after sending store credit for a shoe with no indication that this money would be taken out of my account. When I saw that this money was taken out I tried to cancel the order before it was shipped and there is no way to cancel your order on their website so they shipped it anyway. When I called customer service they were unfriendly and not helpful at all. Long story short: THEY DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. This is the worst site ever. I’ll stick to my Forever 21, H&M, Zara or Amazon. Those are more respectful websites, this one is just a SCAM so beware.

    I attempted to skip this month and the skip button was missing from my account. I called about it and they said they would take care of. Then I notice that my card was charged the membership price for the month of $39.95. Needless to say I was not happy. I contacted them via the chat about this and she said they cannot refund me, but that she can offer me points. I explained this was their error and I was told it would be taken care of. At that point I told Brooke I wanted to cancel my membership. She said she would take care of this.

    I then went to go use my credit so I can be done with them and it says it will show up when you go to check out. It didn't show up. I contacted them again and the guy said it had to be $39.99 for it to appear. So I added more to the cart to do this and guess what, it is still not showing up. I have tried to connect on their chat 3 more times and nothing is working and when I just tried to call I was hung up on. Needless to say this is ridiculous and I would never recommend anyone to utilize their services due to their lack of customer service. I am very disappointed and will not be utilizing them again. Hopefully they can use my $40 to find better adequate service providers.

    I started buying items from JustFab as gifts for my sister because she's disabled and it was the perfect thing. She lives in Florida. I'm in West Virginia. I can have the things shipped to her door. And it was a lot stuff along the same kind of things she likes. I've been a member for at least six years and a lot of times, I didn't buy anything. I sometimes buy a couple of times a year. And as long as I get there at the first seven days of the month and say, "No, it's not in the budget this month or I don't see anything I like this month," they don't charge me the monthly fee. But those credits accumulate. I saved a few of the credits up at one point and just went ahead and did a big Christmas present for my sister. I got a whole setup of boots and bags. It was like a matching set.

    JustFab's customer service was top-notch. I had one issue and they were right on it and fixed it instantly. Everything was taken care of in like a day. I was shocked. I was expecting a little bit of a battle. JustFab has a lot of special offers. A lot of times, they'll combine things in their sets. And those are usually really worth it. They also have their kind of clearance section. I tend to buy from that a lot of times. Since my sister is in Florida, when they put the summer stuff on sale for everybody, half the time, she can still use it. And when they put winter stuff on sale, I jump on that because I use it up here. But a lot of their stuff were totally different sizes. It doesn't fit me well. I'm short and that's one of my biggest problems. Finding any clothes for somebody who's 4'10" is insane. My sister is almost five inches taller than I am. I have a lot harder time finding stuff that fits me.

    Other than that, JustFab's getting into the plus size lines. The quality on some stuff is really high, and some stuff, it's okay. It's a cheaper, synthetic type thing, if you read the things carefully. And I don't like to use a lot of leather. I tend to like the simulated leather. They do carry a lot of that. So, if somebody's vegan, there's a lot of good options there.

    I purchased a couple of jewelry pieces that were all lined in stone. And everybody went wild over them because they were gorgeous. I also do costume work. So a lot of times, I'll look there to see if they've got anything I can use on their clearance. But some of the best pieces I've got from them were for my sister. The real thing they started with were shoes and handbags. And then they branched out into the clothes and everything.

    JustFab's stuff fits my sister well. She's happy with them. I've gotten her a bunch of shoes over the years, shopping bag, and higher end handbag not just the cloth things but the ones that you could take to work or events. They're more of a high end dress for success kind of theme. I definitely would recommend JustFab. There's room for expansion there. But they made great strides.

    JustFab had the style of shoes that I like which made me want to purchase from them. I’ve been buying from them for four years. JustFab have special offers like a pair of shoes for $10 or two for 40 and the quality is very good. So far, my favorite is the pair of high boots that are open in the back and the front. Overall, the experience has been good. However, I would like to have a little more selection. I like the selection from the style expert but it shouldn’t be restricted to your style. Sometimes, you're open to different things. In the past, I was more on stilettos. Now, I'm a little older and like more of the thicker heel. That’s not gonna necessarily appear just because of what I chose in the past. Instead of updating, it would be a little easier to just look at different styles.     There were a few bags that I liked at JustFab and a co-worker was also buying from them. I liked some of their styles, so we both started going there. My co-worker and I didn't see the same bags recommended for both of us, but her recommended bags were usually on point. My style kind of changes, so it was a little bit harder for me. Most of the time, I don't like a lot of the stuff they recommend, so I have to go through all the items that they show me. I’ve been purchasing from them for three years and the quality was good and worth the price. However, I’ve slowed down a bit because I noticed the quality isn’t as it used to be. I used to buy their shoes a lot but I noticed the shoes don't stand up to quality. They used to be comfortable and there was a little bit more padding to the sole but now, whenever I buy shoes, my feet kinda hurt.

    The style expert is on point with regards to clothing but I don't buy their clothes anymore because the size fitting was really way off. I like how the bags match some of the more popular styles. So, I like the exterior design of the bags, which is why I continue to still buy their bags. They are usually good at choosing the day-to-day bags that I like but I look more at the materials and the details more closely now. Before, the bags are made of good quality leather and I would usually buy leather but lately, there are a few items that weren't what was described. Still, I like that most of the stuff is trendy and stylish so, that’s good.

    The shoes from JustFab are really pretty and I don't really care for going into the store as much as buying things online. It's just easier to shop online. I also like to dress a certain way. I had my original account with them since 2011. I was a socialite for ShoeDazzle and at that time, I thought that JustFab should get plus-sized clothing. Eventually, they started doing plus-sized clothing and I was modeling too, so it worked out.

    When JustFab has percentages off, that's mostly the time that I order and look at something that I just have to have right now. In the fall, usually, I order boots and then lately, sandals. But at this time, I mostly buy clothes. 80% of the time, I'm pleased when I get the product. Some things have been a little smaller than I anticipated.     I have ordered from JUSTFAB once, and once was enough. I ordered two pairs of shoes and two pairs of pants. When they arrived I was sad because NOTHING was true to size. I am a size 6 in shoes. One pair came in too big the other too small; I am a large or size 30 in jeans, both pairs were WAY too big. I decided to exchange everything for sizes that would fit. One pair of shoes in a 5.5 the other in a 7 the pants in a medium or 28. I sent everything back right away! Two weeks past and I had yet to hear ANYTHING! I reached out to JUSTFAB and they tell me it hasn't been processed yet while online my account states they have already received it. I get transferred to a supervisor, Billy, who immediately processes my order, says all my items are still available, but they cannot expedite the delivery because it's "out of their hands", fine, I settle to receive my items in two weeks. He promised expedited shipping on my next order.

    The very next day I get an email saying the pair of shoes I was most excited about are no longer available. Now I'm fuming! I contact their support team again and get transferred three times before finally reaching someone willing to help, his name was Ryan. He says my return was never received and my order is not processed and I can choose a different item to replace the shoes that are no longer available. I don't know if the exchanges will even be in the right size or if I can get my money back. This entire situation has been beyond frustrating! DO NOT BUY FROM JUSTFAB! Save your money, time, and sanity! Go to your local swap meet. Sizes, prices, and customer service will be way better than anything you'll receive from JUSTFAB.

    Update: They canceled my account without my request!!!! Now I don't know if I'll ever receive a refund or any of the items I ordered, I am positive I have lost all points I had accumulated and discounts promised. Time to call customer service YET AGAIN!!! THIS IS A NEVER ENDING NIGHTMARE! Now I'm talking to Naomi who says is a supervisor and cannot help!!!

    When I first started with JustFab, they didn't have too many of my sizes. So I sent in a lot of stuff back depending on the style of the shoe or on whether I wear size 11 or 12. But their return process is pretty easy. I also like the selections of their style experts. I've been with them for three years and I take advantage of their special offers when I'm in that shopping mode. And the booties that I just purchased seemed to have good quality.     I have been a JustFab member for a few years now, and I like their good price and the variety. However, a lot of the shoes on there are extremely high.     JustFab is like a shoe store and I've been ordering shoes from them as a member for about 2 years now. I've taken their special offers on occasion, however, I really wish I had never signed up with them. I only wanted one pair of boots and I don’t need a new pair of shoes every single month. I have to stick with them so that I can use the credits eventually. Also, I now have to have reminders on my phone every month to make sure I hit “Skip the Month” since I’ve already forgotten to skip a month a couple of times.     I have been ordering from JustFab for about three years. They have a variety of different styles and looking for items of my style is easy. I just type in what kind of style I like, heel or no heel or sandal. Whenever I order from them, I like that out of the shipping, I even get points or I can get discounts when I order. I also like the way they got the style expert’s selection set up. It is a great thing but I do not look at it sometimes.     I saw JustFab on an advertisement online and I liked a lot of their shoes and the styles. I've been a member for more than two years and you have to purchase something within the 1st to the 5th day. I missed the 5th and I went and called JustFab. They didn’t let me off the hook for missing the 5 days. Also, I have gone and skipped a month and right after that, I still went and purchased things. JustFab should be able to give those who are always buying an opportunity to miss just a day or two as well as skip a month based on purchasing history.

    Nevertheless, when I buy items from JustFab and it doesn’t fit so I don’t like it, I have the opportunity to send it back to either replace it or I get my credit back. All I have to do is call customer service and let them know what’s going on. They tell me to mail it back, which I do and they instantly give me my credit. I watch their selection but the selection usually doesn’t fit my style. I’m not so crazy about it and usually, I pick my own thing. Usually, when I wear something, I wear them for long hours and very few of them would be too hard on the soles or too hard on the feet. For the most part, the quality is very good.

    JustFab has a huge variety. I've been a member for over three years. And it was quite easy to find the item I was looking for. Their customer service reps are quite easy to deal with and I normally get results. I never really normally have an issue with them. Even if I order something that's not what I want, they're normally quite accommodating. The style expert would ask you the option and then you choose what is it that you like. Then the recommendations that I get normally works for me. I like all of my purchases from them. They're durable and the cost is quite good 'cause that's one of the deciding factor.

    The only problem I have with JustFab is the clothes. I am not really in the regular size, so it's hard to find the sizes once moving from the petite. But, I am quite fine with the shoes and their customer service is top-notch. Then sometimes when it reaches a period that you're supposed to just skip the month, you still have that point that you can use. My experience has been exceptional. JustFab was a referral and I have also recommended them to people who are now members themselves.

    A friend at work told me about JustFab. The website is good. It’s easy to navigate. It’s very self-intuitive. It’s almost like Amazon-based, you can look at the different colors. You can turn the shoes every which way to look at them and see them from all different angles. You can also see if they’re available in your size or other sizes.

    I always read the comments to see if people say they’re comfortable or they fit well. JustFab does put up if people don’t like them as well, ‘cause some websites filter out the negative. They do leave it there and respond. At times, I have had to return things, and they’ve been very responsive, and very easy to deal with.

    Some of their products, you can easily find cheaper elsewhere though, but it's the convenience that you have with JustFab. Also, other products are well worth the money.

    I learned about JustFab on social media marketing and aside from the shoes being cute, the price was good. Also, the reviews were decent. I have been with them for five years but I tried to cancel my membership. Whenever I purchase a shoe and then it gets lost in transit, it is at my expense. That’s not how I do things and that’s not who I wanna be doing business with.

    When I tried to cancel it, they said they would give me three extra credits to use for purchases as an apology. This was after a week of escalating calls and emails. So, I said okay and that I would give it another shot. They seemed to have been trying to right their wrong and then, I just put my membership on freeze, which is one of the nice things with them. You have to go in every month and hit, “Skip this month.” You can put off your membership if you’re not going to be purchasing from them, which I did for two years. I just recently purchased from them again. So far, everything has been great quality. I don’t have any complaints over it and everything for the most part, is good. However, if you wanna cancel your membership, it is near impossible.

    JustFab carries size 11 and nobody around me carries that size. However, I find their website a little difficult to navigate because the filters aren't narrowed enough. I can't wear high heels any more and if I want a flat or a low heel boot, narrowing my search down to what I'm looking for tends to be a little difficult. I also don't pay attention to the selection given by the style expert 'cause it always gives me high heels. In addition, I'm a little disappointed that they don’t carry higher quantities of the larger sizes, the flat boots, and the lower heels. They seem to be the first things to sell out always. The bigger sizes are less common and people who are looking for them have very few options. Regular size feet people can shop at any store anywhere but people with bigger feet like me got very limited access to shoes.

    Still, the JustFab items are of great quality and I have a lot of their shoes. I even just made a purchase last month. My favorite purchase is a pair of flat, white, zip-up booties, and I bought 2 pairs because I like them so much. So now, I have a good pair and another one that's roughed up. My experience with JustFab has been really good.

    Being a JustFab member, my favorite thing was getting the shoes for a set price. I used to get them every month, but I don’t anymore. I just wait until I see a pair that I like, and then I go and order. The quality of their products is really nice. I’ve been a member for five years now and I still have those shoes.     I've been a member of JustFab for a few months now and I've purchased a few things, mostly shoes, from them for 2 or 3 times so far. I normally order when I see something I like on the site. I saw some boots that I thought would be good for my daughter 'cause she wanted them, and that's what initially prompted me to order. My daughter hasn't had any issues with the boots that I've purchased for her, but I had an issue with the little booties that I ordered. There is no way I can even put my foot in the shoe. It just won't allow it. It's not made for my foot to go in there, and by the time I realized, I had to print a thing off the website to return them. But they won't even allow me to print it anymore and it's been already past the 30 days. I spent 40 bucks on them but I can't even return them and there's nothing I can do with them. They've never been worn and just sitting in my room.

The height, style, and color of the products I got from them were on point and regardless of how cheap they were, they matched. JustFab also has a really good color selection, so if you have a fuchsia skirt that you need a fuchsia stiletto for, you can find it there. Recently, I had two member credits, so I decided to use JustFab again. I went under work dresses and I got two items. One that I thought may work for work or if I was just kinda being cute and another one which was purely for work. It was bright red, which was unusual, and I liked it. I also got some red pleats to go with one of the dresses. I wear an extra small though sometimes that still wouldn't quite fit me. But I noticed that JustFab has extra, extra small as an option,

    There are also a lot of selections in JustFab's website, plus they have a good handbag collection. But I was thinking why there were no belts under accessories. In fact, when I was shopping for dresses, one of the girls in the comments section said that the dress that she got was a little loose on her, but it’d look good with a belt. I was looking at it and it did look like it would go well with a belt. So I would suggest for JustFab to have belts.

    JustFab had a sale going on and it was fairly easy to find the item I was looking for. I've been a member of JustFab for six years and it’s convenient. However, I’ve contemplated canceling my membership. I just haven’t gotten the time to do it. If a person is somebody who purchases every month, then the membership is a good idea. But I don’t purchase every month, so it’s not like I can’t live without it. It's a hassle having to go back in and waive my membership month to month. Nevertheless, JustFab's selections are fine.     I’ve been a JustFab member for more than five years. I liked the old VIP ‘cause I could earn shoes. But now, I just earn junk. They used to be better but now, I just like their shoes. Also, they should give ten days before they charge me and for me to say I don’t want the shoes. If you pull my account, I have so many credits because I always get charged.

    Nonetheless, JustFab is great and their returns are easy. Their shoes are amazing and I've only ever returned one thing. I like their shoes so much that when I get a pair I don’t like, I usually give them away to somebody else. If I go to a shoe store, they barely ever have my size and run out of my size often, but I've never had a problem finding a pair of shoes with JustFab. They have a great selection for bigger women and of wide-calf boots. I’m a runner so I have a 17 and a half inch calf. I also have very big feet as I wear a size 10. For shoes at $39.95, you get what you pay for. I am not unimpressed with what I got. They are not expensive and they are good for the price that you pay for them.

    My favorite purchase was a pair of boots which I wore until they fell apart. However, they never came back out. I actually like some of their clothes too and started buying some from them two years ago. There was a dress that I liked a dress so much that I bought every color that they sold it in. I've taken advantage of a couple of special offers in the summers when they would have the buy one, get one type. They do them on their cheap shoes, like the flats or the FitFlop type. But for the most part, I just buy the shoes that I like. Any time people ask me where my shoes come from, I always tell them I got them from JustFab. Any shoes that doesn’t fit didn’t come from them other than my Fitflop. That is just because I have a bad arch, so I have to use a special FitFlop which I buy from Under Armour.

    I like JustFab's purses, shoes and apparel, and finding the item or style that I was looking for was always easy. However, the quality of their shoes has declined so I don’t order as much. But they have different styles and I do like the fact that they have teamed up with other online companies, like ShoeDazzle and so on and so forth, so it just broadens the options. Also, I’m not impressed with the selection given to me by the style expert. It’s just not my style. So far, I have two favorite things that I've gotten from them.     JustFab sadly keeps disappointing. I like what they have but I’ve just decided it’s not worth the stress. I bought a size small - the shirt came in a medium. But the thing is their product number sticker said small but the shirt was in a medium size. Then I re-ordered the small. Same thing - small sticker on a medium shirt. Then I ordered a an extra small to test this theory - and yep size XS sticker on a size small shirt. This is the third time I have received the wrong size shirt. The warehouse for MANGO clothing that JustFab distributes has labeled the sizing incorrectly. So frustrating.

    I like the quality of JustFab's products. I decided to become a member and thus far, finding items and styles has been very easy. I also like the perks for booking credits. If I don't order one month, it gets pushed to the next month. Then, if I don't buy a bunch of stuff, it gets credited back. I don't buy something every month. As a result, I build up points and then go buy seasonal stuff at the same time. This makes things easier.

    Additionally, I like getting half price on shoes. JustFab has certain coupons wherein if I build up a certain amount of points for being a VIP member, I can use 40% off on something that's regularly priced instead of discounted. Thus far, I have ordered a couple dresses, a shirt, and some boots. It worked out well, so I'm happy. Unlike items from other types of shopping clubs wherein the type of their clothing is for one season, one-and-done, JustFab's clothes aren't like that at all. While those from other shopping clubs seem to fade and fall apart, those from JustFab hold up for years. I get multiple seasons out of them.

    A couple of months back, I purchased a lot of different types of coats and jackets. I got all those on my credit for next winter. That was one of my better purchases recently. Overall, I get a lot of compliments with what I have purchased from JustFab. Additionally, the sizes are true to what they're supposed to be. I'd tell my girl friends to go and check them out.

    As a JustFab member, I like how I get my own custom shop every month because they know what I like. I also like member exclusive wherein we would get first pick at things and better prices. However, sometimes using their site is not as easy on my phone as it is on my computer when I'm looking for something specific. Still, I love my whole experience with JustFab. They're such a great resource and I use their service for so many different things. I don't just get shoes and sometimes, I get clothes and accessories too. If there's something that I'm looking for for my daughter or for cosplay or something that isn't something that I would normally wear, it's always very easy to find when I get on the website. I also have a magazine subscription with them.

    In January, they emailed me about some great specials as they were having a clearance. I got this army jacket with this really pretty embroidery thing on the back for my sister-in-law for Christmas for $11.50. There's no way I would ever find that anywhere else and that is her favorite color, so it's just perfect. On top of that, I also got a trench coat for myself for $16.

    JustFab is also great about returns and shipping. If I can't find my invoice, they take care of it. They outsource some of their customer service and though the people they outsource to are not necessarily in the US, they're all very easy to understand and are very helpful. With JustFab, I can always skip a month and there's no hassle about that. If I don't see anything that I love or what they have on offer is not fitting into my budget, skipping is easy to do. They send me reminders and if I forget, they I get a credit. They're great all around.

    Initially, I purchased from JustFab due to the 39.95 promotional price. In ordering online, it was pretty easy to find the item or style that I was looking for. I've been a member for four years now and I like the buy one, get one free special where I get two for 40. The selection is fine but I never look at the selections that are given by the style expert. The quality of the clothing isn’t always the best. Normally, I just buy boots and I like the most the quality of the boots. I don’t buy sandals because $40 for a pair of sandals is expensive and I only buy sandals when they’re buy one, get one free. Usually, I just skip every month until there’s a buy one, get one free or 50%-off sale and that’s when I’ll shop.

    I made my last purchase over a month ago. I bought a couple of sweaters on a 50%-off sale and the sweater quality has worked out good. They were oversized, but then when I washed them they shrunk up, so they're like crop-top kind of oversized which is not really my style. I also bought a set of sandals which I haven’t even worn yet. The sandals are flat and aren’t comfortable. They're not really what I buy for the long-term and I just buy them for summer dresses. But I get good deals from JustFab throughout the year.

    I liked how JustFab had a nice selection of shoes. I got a membership and I've been liking the VIP perks thus far. The selections given to me by my style expert have been nice as well. I also like that if I don't like what was given, I can select other options. A while back, I got some tall platform high heels which had a skull and a red bow. They were pretty stylish.

    One complaint I had with JustFab, however, was when I had to call for a blue dress that I bought which was a romper thing that wasn't sewed properly. But then, the time they gave to make a repair was overdue and I was upset. Though I had my package a while without opening it, I still haven't returned anything else except to change size. This time, it was a quality thing. Also, I can't really afford to purchase every month and I don't like how I have to be skipping the month every month. Sometimes, it slips my mind.     I’ve been a JustFab member for at least five years but the monthly thing is annoying. I like the fact that it's cheap because they usually don't last long at all. They have a pair of boots that I really liked and I bought them twice and both times, the quality was really bad.     I’ve been a JustFab member since 2013 and I like their shoes and the VIP discount. It's quite a difference from the regular retail price. It's difficult to find an item that I’m specifically looking for though. I can't really find any cute sandals that I like. I had difficulty trying to find summer shoes. But the website itself is definitely easy to navigate and although the selection from their style expert varies from pumps, wedges to flats, what I find on there isn't usually what they pick out.     JustFab doesn't carry my shoe size anymore, but I used to purchase something every four months. I haven’t purchased anything from them in a long time besides a handbag here or there, once every two years now. The quality of their products is really good for the cost. I’m pretty shocked about how nice it is and it seems to last. I still have all the shoes that do fit before they changed their sizing. The purses I have have taken quite a beating, so I’m happy with those. JustFab is convenient and easy. You see everything online and they accurately state the dimensions of each purse. But I really am disappointed that they don’t carry size 5’s.

    JustFab has affordable shoes and I’ve been a member of them for years. $40 for a pair of shoes is super cheap, plus, they have constant styles. Instead of going to a retailer or even online, it made sense to buy from them. But in the recent years, their variety isn’t as good and they are not thinking of their average type buyer. They’re going with the trend instead of going with realistic people. For instance, most of their stocks are crazy huge heels which makes no sense. A woman might buy a pair, but she's not gonna wear a five-inch heel on a day-to-day basis. So I haven' used JustFab in a while even though I have credits out there to use. They need to begin thinking of their normal consumer. If they think of the everyday person and what everyday people do, they might be more successful. They need to get people who actually have money instead of selling all this kind of stuff which are great for 20-year-olds.

    I also don't use JustFab's style experts because I don't know if they're realistic. But other than that, the quality of the shoes that I bought from them are great. There are some shoes which I bought years ago that are still great even to this day. So, it really is worth it to buy from them. Purchasing from JustFab was super easy, too, and I never had a problem. And they ship the items really well. They were in a box and stuffed.

    I have been waiting for them to issue my refund for a week now and I keep getting the message 24 to 48 hours and nothing yet. They say it is PayPal and then PayPal say it is them. I talked to PayPal again and she told me all they have to do is go in the PayPal orders and cancel it. They quick to take your money but very unwilling to give it back.

    When I first saw the designs and the shoes from JustFab, they looked very nice. I gave it a try and I really liked it. Looking for a style has been easy and I like the options that I have of the different products. The selections that they give me is also good and I change it from time to time. My favorite purchase would be the two dresses that I bought. They were beautiful. One of them is black and it was a see-through material. It has slits on both of the sides and had thick laces crisscrossing in the back. I've had that dress forever. But they don't have it anymore and although I'm not expecting the same thing, I wish they will have similar products. They don't have a lot of maxi dress options too. My other favorite is the weekend dress. Every time I wear it, I get compliments because it has such a unique color which is a different kind of blue. It was an amazing color. It's long sleeves so it's really good for the winter. I really like that.

    I also love the fact that they have a wide-length options but then sometimes, they run out of the size and then it never comes back. I have stuff in my wish list that has been there for a few years. I was hoping they'd come back and never did. It's upsetting. The sizes are also a little weird because I’m usually extra large. But sometimes, the sleeve or the chest area would be smaller than the usual cut. So, I get a bit confused over that. I bought a 1X and they were too big. Sometimes, it's a tinsy-winsy too much in size but other times, it fits beautifully. I recently purchased a green dress of the same material as my blue dress, but of different cuts and design. I love the color, too. But it did not fit me well.

    Also, I feel that JustFab designs were better before than it is now and I'm not a very big heel person so I have a hard time getting products. I also wish I had more color options. Once in a while, JustFab comes up with colors and I'm in love with it. But then I'm searching and I can't find the colors at all. It's just so dull. I wish they had more options on jewelry too. Although I haven't been very active with JustFab lately, I still have my membership with them. In fact, I purchased two months ago and the quality of the item has been pretty great. There was once or twice where the quality didn't match up to the price that I paid but overall, the quality had been good.

    I've been on and off with JustFab. It was a hassle being with them. I had a hard time with the monthly credit and remembering to either get something or to stop the transaction. I mostly just shopped for shoes. The suggestions of the style experts were the same. But compared to some of the other stuff I saw, I could see why they were choosing certain styles for me. But then, if there were any specials or coupons, they didn’t apply to me because I was getting whatever the VIP thing was.

    Even so, I like most of the shoes that I got. My last pair was the boots, but it came in a different box. It had another company box with it, which was ShoeDazzle. I felt like it wasn’t the same boots that I had ordered. And then there was another one that was too big. I wanted to return both of those, but I never got to, so I just ended up keeping them. If you keep up with JustFab or you don’t mind having the credits add up and not skipping, then it's fine having them. If you also have a range of different shoe styles and colors, then JustFab is helpful. However, JustFab is not for me and I knew I shouldn’t have gone back.

    My wife bought boots from JustFab back in October of 2018. A month later I see a $39.95 charge from JustFab on our bank account. I asked my wife what JustFab was and why they charged $40 and she told me she bought a pair of boots from them earlier but it wasn’t $40. So I do some research and learn about the “VIP Program” that a lot of people don’t realize they are signing up for and call to cancel and get a refund.

    I was able to cancel my wife’s account after some time chatting to a customer service rep but was told they cannot refund the membership fee. They assured me that my wife has a credit on her account and can buy anything on the site, but not as simple as that sounds, there are some restrictions. So I told the rep that I would be disputing the charge with my bank since the charge was not authorized, and I have not received a product or service for the fee. After checking last years statements I see that my claim was reversed in December. So I called my bank again and they said the claim was reversed because JustFab told them that I cancelled my membership after the charge.

    This is ridiculous that JustFab can get away with calling this charge a monthly membership fee, when in reality it is just store credit to make another purchase. They try very hard to make this VIP membership program unknown to their shoppers and at the end of the day say that it was listed before checkout. My wife didn’t even remember clicking anything to opt into the program so I am pretty sure the program is already checked for you. So in reality you don’t agree to any of the terms of the program, it is prechecked for you. I am going to pursue this further but I wanted to get my experience out there to hopefully save someone from falling into their trap.

    There may be a lot of happy customers that use JustFab on a regular basis but for the people that just want one pair of shoes this company is a nightmare. Those happy customers most likely buy something on their website every month so they do not realize what would happen if they didn’t. But I am speaking to the online shoppers that will probably only buy one item from JustFab, avoid this company if you can. Once they get one fee from you, that is all they need. What a scam JustFab, congratulations on fooling another victim.

    I started out on ShoeDazzle and a friend of mine found JustFab and had a pair of shoes from there. So, I moved from ShoeDazzle to JustFab. I liked some of the things that they get and I liked being able to have variety and the fact they have the free returns and free shipping. Also, I liked the fact that you can skip months. I get frustrated when I wanna skip a month and I forget to because sometimes I end up with a lot of credits that I don’t wanna use and once you miss the skip, you end up stuck with the credits. I've had to use a lot of credits up before.

    I started looking at the other clearance stuff and that's what got me into the sale thing. But I about had a heart attack when I went to check out and it didn’t give me any of the sale prices. I put in two orders today and I was a little frustrated that the way they have it structured with the sales where I couldn't get the sales and use my credits. I had to pay out of pocket for sales because I had one thing that wasn’t on sale and then three things that were on sale. So, I had to do two separate orders and buy the sale things by the sale price and then use the credit for the other one on the second price. It used the credit, but it was just weird. I didn’t really care for that approach but I understand it. Also, I happened to want the bag and the jackets. I thought they were inexpensive enough and so I just went ahead and paid the sale price for that and I wanted the one jacket and used the credit for that.

    The shipping is usually faster than I expect and so far, I've been satisfied with the quality. JustFab doesn’t claim that anything is real leather. They're cute. They have a purpose and they are what they are. They're trendy things that I can wear out just for fun. I'm not looking for lifelong pieces when I'm shopping on there. I realize that they are what they are and I've been happy with everything I've gotten. For the most part, I think it's kind of a fun thing to do.

They have lots of special offers that I take advantage of sometimes when things are on sale. I really like their $15 sales. I purchase clothes more because they have good price points with just clothes. And I really like the clothing and the jeans better than actual shoes. The clothing fits bigger, so I have to size down on the tops. But then the pants fit as sized. So, it’s easier to get the same size in different pants.     JustFab is a great company and it is gonna keep rising, especially with the deals that they give for VIP members. I got a lot of good sales from it. When I became a VIP member, I got two shoes for 40 bucks and you can't beat that. The website's navigation is very simple. Also, I liked the deals that they provided. I've bought a lot of shoes, boots, and cute sandals. I've even bought clothes. Their selections are good. However, I feel like I overpaid for the sneakers. The bottom almost has no grip. It's almost like cloth. I use them for the gym and it is not so pleasant. A pair of sandals I have also has no grip. My boots are fine though.

    I recommend JustFab to anyone who has a shoe habit. When I use the site, I never have a style in mind. I just look. But really, the only time that I actually shop is when they have the Black Friday, the New Year and the Christmas sales. It’s not that I don’t think they give me a good selection. I shop during the sale so I like to look at the sales versus looking at the boutiques. During those sales, you can get things for like five bucks. It’s one of those take-my-money moments. But when they send the email to me to remind me to skip before they charge me, there are shoes in that email and I’m like, “That’s pretty." I would put it on my wishlist to see if maybe later in the year, it would be on sale. If I were to pay full price for some of the items that I’ve bought, I wouldn’t be that impressed. But since they're sale items, they're good quality to me.

    I saw JustFab from the TV a long time ago and then I decided to try it later on and I stayed because of the quality of the shoes and the price.     My mom got me purses from JustFab and I liked the purses, so I started buying from them. When I purchased from them for the first time, it was easy. I've been a member for a long time. If I have any other complaints, they’re always ready to listen to their customers, which is good. I would always recommend JustFab.

    I had a great experience with JustFab. I needed a new pair of boots and my husband said I can buy my own pair of boots for my birthday so I purchased from them and I love the boots. I’ve been a member since I was 17. So far, this is my second purchase from them because I never really have time. Finding the style that I was looking for was super easy. On the other hand, there were so many options given by the style expert, it was overwhelming. But overall, I love being a member. They have updates on what’s new and of everything moving and they have VIP perks and special offers. If I can do the monthly payment, I would. But right now, I have two kids so my hands are tied. I’ve bought boots from other sites but JustFab's are of really good quality. My boots are in great condition and they last me a good while.

    I first purchased from JustFab when I was graduating college in 2012. There was some heels on there that I bought and wore for my graduation. JustFab has nice shoes and their pricing is great. The items that I have gotten are also of very good quality - I’m not a small lady but they hold me up well. I like all my shoes that I got from them. It just gets to the point that I can’t wear most of them. I do a lot of sitting and driving constantly and then my legs swell around my ankles. So when I buy the shoes it would be my size but when I get them they don’t fit. I end up giving them away to my sisters and my daughter. But overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience with JustFab. They have many varieties to choose from. People should go ahead and sign up with them.

    I saw an ad for JustFab on my Instagram and I was interested in buying some new shoes. It first tells you to make an account. Big mistake. What they do not mention is that you are subscribing when you make an account. So I was just trying to purchase one pair of shoes but then I looked it up because I was uncertain about making the purchase. I read reviews that said basically I am trapped in a subscription. I then called the number to cancel my subscription, and this lady tells me I have two options. Either purchase something retail price, or skip every month to not be charged.

    I then came to realization that my billing info has not yet been added so there is no way for them to charge me. However she continued to tell me that my only two options were to make a purchase at retail price, or skip the month. She then tried to convince me to add my billing info, and when I told her I was not going to she started sounding really nervous, as if she knew that I had caught on to her trying to scam me. I do not recommend JustFab at all. They seem to be money hungry. I can see why, they probably aren't making much business with service like that.

    I like what I have gotten from this company and that you can exchange for another size if needed for free. Only complaint is they seem to be consistently out of stock on popular boot styles. I waited 2 months till Cayte Sweater Cuff Boot in Cognac finally came back in my size 9 to order and they ended up with an ink mark on them so had to send back and not in stock since. Very disappointing especially since I hear they don’t restock items so once it’s gone it’s gone. Wish they would bring back popular styles from one season to the next and have more in stock so there’s not that issue all the time.

    I have been a member of JustFab for about two years now and my experience has been fine thus far. The customer service has been good and the people that I speak to have been very respectful. It has also been easy to have things returned. They are well versed in what they need to do as far as canceling and they know what to do with the returns. They are good about sending it to my email in a timely fashion, so I haven’t had any problems. However, I suggest that they have more products because they run out of popular colors, then I go on the waiting list. I’ve been on the waiting list for so long, but they don’t get back, or when it comes in, I am just on a waiting list of what I know people are going to want.

    I just browse for what I am looking for. I get overwhelmed because JustFab has a lot. Just recently, they had a shoe sale, two for $39 or $49. You get two pairs of shoes or you can get those outfits, and I just went through and grabbed pieces and threw them together. A lot of the stuff that I’ve been getting right now have been on my waitlist, and they’ve been coming in. I’d go in and order something else and they would say, “Your order has been shipped,” and I’d be like, “What is that?” When I look at what has been shipped I would notice it was something that has been on my waitlist and I don’t even remember that I ordered it. Still, JustFab has been great overall and I love their products.

    I love this website. Don’t get me wrong but they charge you every month even though you didn’t purchase anything. Which is a controlling situation because once they’ve taken money out of your bank you HAVE to go and buy something off that price which sucks but whatever’s. The one thing I did find inappropriate though was yesterday when I wanted to cancel my “VIP membership” and the lady was lowkey convincing me to stay and she’s telling me all these things like “you could skip the month so you don’t have to be charged” and so on and I was like “no I’m sorry. It’s not really working out for me cause I’m really busy and I just can’t keep up with it or imma forget which once I do you’ll charge me and then I HAVE to get another pair and blah blah blah. I’d just rather cancel it reasons on why I’m here lol.”

    After that she did not say anything else. Literally stayed there for IDK maybe 10 min for the “chat” to end. She never told me anything about canceling it for me. She never said anything to me. She ended the chat. 6 hrs later I got the email that my membership was canceled. The professionalism was rich. And I was gonna show proof that all this happened but my chat deleted sooner than usual.

    I purchased a pair of shoes and agreed to their terms, what I didn't realize in the fine print was it signed me up for a monthly subscription. I don't find out until I start seeing charges on my credit card statement. You will not receive any type of email warning that they're going to start charging you $40 a month. I tried to dispute this charge and cancel my account and it took several days just to cancel. They wouldn't listen to my cancel request and kept trying to sign me up for something else, then they said they wouldn't refund any of the unauthorized charges to my account. How is this not considered stealing? It's a huge scam and I couldn't even wear the shoes I purchased after a couple of weeks because they deteriorated after light usage. If you like bad quality shoes and want to experience the absolute worst customer service of your life then give this company a try.

Every time you call they say 24- 48 hours. Been going through this since December. It is the end of Feb. They lie and say they have been trying to contact me via email. No email. I have phone contact. No phone contact either. Do not pay money on this account if you plan on canceling. BAD. BAD. BAD. BAD.

    All my shoes at the moment are from JustFab. I wait, and when I see a sale, I buy. I like the sale and I've been buying some of the shoes that I like from there. Buying from JustFab is easy and I only have to call if I’m not going to buy yet. It’s flexible. But sometimes they send me a recommendation about high heels that are too tall, and I don’t use those anymore. Still, I look at them and show them to my daughter in case she likes them.

    I like the quality of the shoes that I have. When I don’t use it anymore, I give it to somebody, so it's good that I don’t throw away. Overall, I’m really satisfied with JustFab. When I have problem with a pair of shoes and I have to return it, it’s easy. It doesn’t complicate my life. I only have to put a report and then send it out.     They link your account and take money out without your permission, they pretty much try to make it a bill every month. It is impossible to get in contact with a actual person. They don't even have cute shoes. Made 1 pair. The rest are basic and ugly! I recommend Fashion Nova, they're not thirsty for sale and their clothes are not old lady looking. If you like JustFab a lot just go to Payless where you can find the exact thing they have on their boring website.

    Well I signed up for the membership and I decided I wanted to cancel it. I called twice and they took my money anyway. I had to cancel my card to not get charged. It’s ridiculous when you cancel. Just cancel your whole card.
