I am most impressed with their customer service. A while back, my husband was deployed. So, we were financially struggling a bit. I noticed that I forgot to do the skip a month for my VIP membership and it was several months. It just totally spaced me. So I called customer service. The gentleman who helped me was so friendly, helpful and understanding. He said, “Without a manager, I can't credit all of these credits.” So he needed to get it cleared and he did. Everything was just so smooth and easy. I was really happy.

My style expert usually suggests items that appeal to me. I've bought good quality items so far. I have a pair of brown booties that I purchased a couple of years back and they're still comfortable. Being with JustFab has been an easy and friendly experience.

I've been a member of JustFab for a few years and I'm 50-50 on the quality of items I have received.

Finding my style and size on JustFab is fairly easy. I just got two kinds of boots delivered last week and I love the quality. Their shoes are true to size and a lot of them come in a wide width now which is very helpful. This is an amazing site with great quality and customer service.

It's easy to find styles I'm interested in and the recommendations of the style expert were spot on. I usually get my orders within a week and the quality of the items is usually really great. Sometimes the sizes are off but I've never had to return anything.

I’ve bought a couple of pieces over the years and I like the style of the shoes and clothes at JustFab. I take advantage of their special offers all the time. Sometimes, I would buy the selections from the style expert but other times, I would pick my own shoes. I would see what I like and buy it. I’ve made a purchase this month and it’s supposed to be shipped to me within a few days. The quality of the shoes is good and I have plenty. When I grew out of it, I gave some to my daughter too. I like all the ones I bought. They're all my favorites. I've gotten a lot of compliments when I wear my shoes, the boots or booties, and referred a lot to them. JustFab is fabulous.

I'm obsessed with shoes which was why I decided to buy from JustFab. They just came out with an offer that when you buy a certain amount, you get a certain amount off. The only thing that I don’t like is they took away all the shoes on sale. But I understand. I also like when they do colors of the month and the different themes are cool. It makes it a little different. I like the selections from the style expert. My style is eclectic so sometimes, it may be hard to pinpoint that. I would assume it's done by a program but a lot of times, I don't get the stuff that's on my style boutique. So, I go through every single page and then find the things that I like and throw them all in my bag, and then cut them down from there.

I don't like the recommendations from my style expert. I'm going to cancel my subscription as the styles don't impress me. Also, they take $40 a month out of my account and I'm not really using it because I'm not impressed by the style.

My style expert has given me good recommendations and the items I've gotten are of good quality. Recently, I bought my daughter some kid's light-up shoes and she loves them. She wants to wear them to everything.

I tried out JustFab and I’ve been purchasing from them for a while. I like all the stuff that they send to me. I don't always purchase but I like that they base it off the information that you put into your profile. I am very particular about my shoes because I can't wear certain types of shoes. Because I have a high instep, a lot of boots are tight on my foot. I can always buy stuff from JustFab and not have an issue, so I don't normally change my profile because I like a certain way for my shoes to fit. One of the reasons why I continued to buy from them is because the very first pair of boots that I ordered fit me better than any I have purchased in years.

JustFab has good search criteria. I can pick heel height, size, and color as far as shoes. I really like the quality. Every once in a while, when I order a clearance item and it's the wrong size, they may not have the right size in stock when ordering it. They're good about returning them. Being a member, I like having to go in and skip every month. I just wish having to remember to do that every month. There is an email reminder. But sometimes, emails get lost.

I’ve been pleased with most of what I've received from JustFab. Everything is set up user-friendly and the quality itself is good. Before, it used to be a little bit confusing to skip a month when I didn't want the credit to be taken, but it's been simplified too.

I signed up for Fabletics and JustFab was an advertisement. I went to JustFab and I love shoes so I continued getting them. I’ve been a member for a couple of years but I don't do a consistent order every year. I skip the months more often than ordering. Still, I like having the option of cheap shoes. I like my nice shoes that are expensive ones but sometimes, you don't need $200 boots to match an outfit. So, it's nice when you can get your boots for 40 instead of 200. I've had some fuzzy boots that are UGG look alikes that have been my favorite because I can wear them at work. If they get a little roughed up, I don't have to worry about it. JustFab has an awesome selection and the prices are very affordable. You should be able to find something you're looking for.

Sometimes, navigating their website is hit or miss. I've been used to it so I know to click through the tabs. But sometimes when I'm trying to go back and look for something specific, that's hard. It's always better if I'm just browsing and have no one thing in mind. But being a member, I like the fact that it's cheaper. The more credits that I build up, the more goodies that I get. When I've had problems in the past, they were always there to help me with those and made it easier. I had to return a couple of things and there was also a time when I was going to cancel it, but instead, I ended up asking some of my credit stuff and they were really helpful.

It’s pretty simple finding items that I like at JustFab. I'm kind of disappointed though. I had a little disagreement with one of their customer service reps. They had an old account for me. When I first ordered, I had a different email account. I haven't ordered from them in a while, and I opened a new account with them in May of last year, and I ordered some stuff, and everything was great. Then, I realized that they've been charging my card ever since then, although I skipped the month. They're telling me that they've been charging my card because I have two accounts with them. I said, “How is that my fault? ‘Cause you guys reactivated the old account. I didn't. I gave you guys a new email address.” The rep was like, “Oh, no. When you called you gave us the email address.” I said, “I would never use an email address I haven't used in over eight years.” He was going back and forth with me. So, that was my bad experience with them.

I’ve had good deals on shoes, which allowed me to get more styles than I normally would from just shopping in a mall without having to leave my house. I usually like JustFab's selections but I tend to shop for the more practical option. A few years ago, I bought the thigh-high, black, suede boots and I still have them. I've had them for at least five years. They’re perfect. The quality is great. If you're on the fence, just do it. There's no bad result for just giving it a try.

I've been very pleased with JustFab. I go off on my own to find my own stuff. Their stuff is good quality and they always have size.

I've been ordering from JustFab for a while now. I mainly buy from them because I'm a tall girl and I have “big feet”. They always have my size. I just type in what style and color I want. In all the years that I bought from them, there was only one time that they were out of stock in a size. But they were able to help me, and they were able to get me something similar quickly. The thing that I like the most is how affordable it is. Also, they are always doing great deals. I'm very surprised at how quickly the shipments come. And the one time that I had to return something just because of a sizing issue, it was a very simple process. It was explained to me very well. The biggest thing that I hear from people is that they don't want to have to pay every month. I just tell them that, “If you don't want to buy anything that month, you can just skip it for the month.”

Some of the shoes are not as good quality as they could be or the purses. But most of the things are okay. I like sales and I wish JustFab has more clearances.

I love being able to look through the different styles and do replacements with the shopping online. JustFab does make the process of swapping it fairly easy. I don't have to return things too often, but when I have, it has been a fairly easy process of just filling out a request online and shipping it off. The shipping time is usually fast and the quality is usually good. It can be challenging sometimes with slight size differences between different items like I might get same shoe size and one pair fits while one pair doesn't. When I do order, I'm happy with what I get. But I order so rarely anymore. What I'm doing is having to remember to say that I don't want the credit that month.

I like the products of JustFab. I've taken advantage of the spring sales and summer sales that they've had. I love the items that they have especially when they have some items that are at $10 prices. The convenience of having a good quality shoe with a good price is always nice. I do like mostly all the styles and collections that have been offered to me except I've been trying to find a small booty with a low heel and I haven't seen one of those yet. But I've already have recommended JustFab and they've purchased.

I talked to one of JustFab's reps when I was trying to cancel because I was trying to cut out expenses out of my budget. They talked me into, “Well, you can skip unlimited amount of times. You don't have to actually get their credit every month.” They also talked about their benefits and convinced me to stay on. At that point, I forgot to skip and it was another X amount of money that came out but I wasn't budgeting for. Apart from that, the jeans are really good and I like their booties. For the price, they have good stuff.

JustFab seemed like it was a good price for a good pair of shoes, so I tried it out. They’re good shoes and I like them. I just don’t pay attention sometimes or when I would see it, I think, “Oh, shoot, they just took money off my card. I ain’t stopping this month.” There would be times when I think, “Oh, it’s winter time. Let’s go back to repair boots.” “Oh, it’s the summer, let’s go back to repair summer shoes.” There’s a time when you forget about it and you can’t get your money back necessarily. I forget about it sometimes and when I remember, I end up buying three or four pairs of shoes at a time ‘cause I got credit.

For the most part, the quality is good. I feel like I don't get my money's worth for some of the shoes, but it's far and few between, so it's nitpicking at this point, especially for the price.

I've been a member for 12 years. I constantly have credit every month, but I don't necessarily buy something every month. I'll have a bunch of credits and redeem at once. Sometimes I feel a little late to the party, and they're already sold out in my size, but there was a time I ordered five pairs of shoes. There were also some purses I bought nine years ago, and I absolutely loved them. They get ruined fast once you use them all the time, but those purses that I've gotten back then were my favorite thing. For the most part, the quality of JustFab's items is good.

JustFab is awesome. It's easy to find items because everything is categorized. For what I'm looking for, I can search anything, and items will pop up. The product quality is fine as well, so they should keep that same energy for it. Being that they are a decent price, the quality lasts long, so I appreciate that. I bought all types of things, clothes, shoes, and accessories. It wasn't just one particular area. So far, I've never had any issues with them as far as quality or lasting long. I still have them and things that I bought that were much more expensive didn't last as long as those items have.

My boutiques don't align with my style, so I'm curious. I have tried changing up the questions to see if that yielded different results, and it didn't. I don't usually even look at my boutique. I just search for what I'm looking for and go from there. I recently purchased three pairs of boots when I hadn't purchased anything in quite some time and I liked them. Two pairs were knee-high boots (one in black, and one in gray) and then, these other ones were high boots. They were wedged and they were black. They were comfortable and I'm satisfied. I've worn only two pairs and they fit well. I assume the other one fits well too because it's just in a different color.

I like the website. It’s good. I like the shoes too. I also like to check out the variety here and there and see what's new. Some of the shoes are very well made but some look a little bit more on the cheaper side.

I liked a lot of the products that my sister was getting from JustFab. They weren't too expensive especially for day-to-day use of shoes that were comfortable that was why I decided to sign up with them. The questionnaire of what you're looking for gives you an idea of what products you can purchase and it seems simple. I like the selections given to me because they fit my style. Last month, I got a couple of flaps and a couple of slip-on shoes. The quality is good. Considering the price, it's a really good deal that you get.

I had some extra credits and I let my girls go ahead and pick out some Christmas gifts. The process was easy. I sat them down in front of the computer and they spent some time scrolling through the web. One of them found some clothes and the others found shoes. I like the quality. It's definitely something that I'm interested in continuing to do though one of my daughters said, “I wish they have some more selection of wider shoes.”

I have 50 pairs of shoes from JustFab and my husband built me a full shoe closet. I liked the prices of the products and purchasing is very easy too. They have my preference thing, so it’s easy to find what I'm looking for. I get a lot of boots through them. The quality is very good.

Everything’s been great with the quality of the things I’ve bought from JustFab and I haven’t had any issues. But it’s sometimes hard to remember to cancel JustFab before the fifth of every month so I don’t get charged. That’s not very nice but it is what it is.

I like the convenience of ordering online from JustFab and the order coming to my house. I'm happy with everything that I've ordered from them. I have so many boots from them. I purchased these olive booties with two little buckles on the side maybe two years ago and those are my favorites that I usually go to and wear when I'm looking for something casual-cute to put on. I have these nice beige, almost above-the-knee flat boots too that are super cute. They're high in the back and they have a string going up in the back. Those are my second favorite.

JustFab has excellent quality and I like their selection of shoes. I've been with them forever and I've been paying for my membership monthly. When I think about it or if I needed a shoe for an occasion, I'd go out and spend my credit. I love all my shoes which is a very huge shoe collection right now. I love all my wedges. Even though they're super high, they're easy to walk in and very comfortable. The boots I have are awesome. I just got some snow boots and I even bought some snow boots for my daughters. When I first started, they had a huge selection of shoes and wedges that I really liked. I did that for years. Lately, it seems like the selection of wedges have kind of gone down. As cute as they are, I need some stability. I can't wear heels. I just turned 50. I can't be teetering anymore.

I liked the item that I saw on the JustFab site. I purchased a pair of sequined pants for New Year's Eve from there and they were of decent quality-wise. That was the first thing that I purchased in a long time. I've been working from home and I don't really need the same kind of things that I needed previously. I've gotten to the point where I just know that I'm gonna cancel their subscription thing every month. I appreciate the fact that there's information there and the fact that I can skip every month. It’s a little annoying but I get that that’s the business model.

I enjoy shopping with JustFab and I have no difficulty with their website. I like the special offers and the discounts. It takes a week to get an order after it's been placed. I just got an order a few days ago. The quality of their items is very good. With JustFab, you just have to make sure you do the deadline if you don't want to order for that month. In my case, anytime I've called the day after I forgot, I had no problem correcting it.

JustFab is a great service and I've been a member for a couple years. You just have to remember to answer your boutique within the first five days. Sometimes, life gets away from me and I forget but then I have that credit. The quality has gotten better. I bought several pairs of shoes a couple years ago. I live in Alaska so when we wear our winter shoes, they usually wear out in the season because they're worn pretty much every day. I noticed that kind of the sole wasn’t the greatest of quality on a couple of pairs of low-heeled boots that I bought several years ago. But I have enjoyed greatly the pair of boots that I just got. Once I got the booties they were about a half an inch too tall but I still wear them. I would love to have a selection of shoes that were two inches or below. I'm already 5’8 so wearing three to four-inch heels is not something I would wanna do. The other thing is I'm older so I'm not into stilettos.

As a member of JustFab, I like the discounts and the reward points I get which I can use towards my purchases. I also like that I can always have time to make a choice on what I want and the discounts I get rather than being in a store where I'll be like, "So I guess I'll get this item." and then end up taking it back. I had to return a jacket to JustFab because the size was a tad too big and the process was easy. Their reps did all they could to help me.

I have JustFab for adult women and Fab Kids for kids. I like the options I have as a member. When I want to skip the month, I can. If I don't, they always just credit it. JustFab gives me options on how I like my styles. From that, they pick out what outfit or shoes I might like. Last month, I got some boots and I'm really happy with my purchase.

Sometimes it's difficult to find a style I'm looking for on JustFab. There's so much there. Sometimes, the recommendations of the style expert are spot on. Other times, I'm looking for something I don't normally purchase. Also, somehow I ended up with two accounts under two different email addresses. I kept getting charged the minimum because I didn't know I had the accounts. Other than that, for the price, you can't beat the quality of their items. I like a lot of the boots they have.

It was easier for me to order something online versus doing things because of my job. I normally tell others I get on JustFab, and then they ask me for the price and they always like it.

I normally go to where exactly I wanted to get the item. It's very easy to get. What I always do is if I see anything I like, I go ahead and buy it. Then if there is any promo, I still go ahead and buy. Almost all the things are awesome. All my handbags are JustFab. Then almost all of my shoes are JustFab. I like them. The bags are my favorite because I love their shapes. The designs are awesome. Also, most of their boots. JustFab always brings in new things, and they always let people know what they have. There is something that I'm always pleased with.

I purchased from JustFab because of the discounts but they're a pain in the ** so I'll cancel. If I have points and I'm at a certain level, that does something to the price but it's not accurate. They gave me credits but then when I go to buy, all of a sudden I'm charged the regular price and not the discounted price when I put the item in my cart. So, I've been skipping months because I don't like all that. It's a jack-up system. Also, I got a credit of $10 because I returned something. When I went to use it, it doesn't pre-populate in my basket. So, I had to call to get something ordered. I've bought boots and sandals from JustFab and they have great variety. They have good quality items and I like their cute stuff. But, they make me work for it. Sometimes I can pick up stuff which then depends on my points. So, I have to be willing to get jacked around a bit.

I have purchased several boots, and all of them have been great. The quality is good. Because most of everything I got from JustFab, I still have. What I like about them is you can order your true size. And they’re comfortable.

The cost of the shoes and the ability to have the credit build up made me choose to go with JustFab. The selection of their style expert is pretty accurate. I like the ease and convenience of purchasing from them. I also like it when I get their special offers on notice. The quality of the items fluctuates. Sometimes I’m really excited and happy with everything I've purchased. Then other times, some of the clothing materials are not what I expect but that’s true with anything you buy at any store. But if you do want to return something that isn’t the quality, it doesn’t always allow you to because it's not part of returnable items which is not fair. Other than that, the pair of wedges, mid-calf, suede boots were the most comfortable thing that I purchased. I'm gonna look them up again to reorder.

At first, it was the prices that made me purchase from JustFab. I would have canceled a long time ago, but I had to call to cancel. So, I tried to be really good about skipping. Then I'll make multiple purchases back to back once I've accrued from the months I haven't skipped. My last purchase was back in October. A friend of mine told me about JustFab and they have really cute styles, so I decided to purchase from them. It's fairly easy to find what I want from their selection but there are more things that I don't like about being a member than the things that I like. I keep hoping my next experience will be a little bit better. They have really cute shoes and it sucks that the few things that have happened, have happened. You could try different styles, different categories, as well as different types of boots and dresses on their website. And it's very easy to find the items that I want. There are also certain items that I liked among the ones suggested by the style consultant, but then I usually just go off and see what else they have. Other than that, they'll send you a text saying you can get $10, but when you log in, it doesn't give you the promotion. So, it gives you whatever credit you have already and they keep sending you emails and texting, then they tell you to click on it. But the website wouldn't update to get it to the 10 bucks that they're promoting.

JustFab is pretty simple and easy to use. My biggest thing is I forget my password a lot of times, so it's nice to just be able to go in and not have to sign in all the time. They do a really good job and the products are of good quality. I just got three pairs of boots. They're really good for the price. It takes around a week or less to receive the order, which is actually impressive.

Everything was $39.99 when I started in 2013 then some of the things went up, but it was worth it. Then if you really don't want the subscription, make sure to skip the month before the 6th. Overall, there are a variety of things that you can purchase from JustFab. It’s good quality.

JustFab's shoes were catchy and the price was even catchier. I found it easy to find the styles I wanted but their style experts need help because the selection they've given to me was ugly. I rarely like the items they suggest. About a month ago, I got four pairs of shoes which included a couple of pairs of boots and a pair of sneakers. I'm a VIP and I like the option of skipping a month or you could save your credit because if you do it then you forget, like I did, by the time you come back during the spring, you could go on a shoe spree. And then, you feel like you earned it. Technically, it’s your money, but when you’re a female, you'd know how it feels to just buy three pairs of shoes and not have to hear anybody’s voice about it. I usually recommend them and tell others, "You see my shoes? JustFab."

JustFab is subscription based. Don't forget to skip a month if you need to. When I go up the website, there is pre-selection. I like the discounts.

I get notifications from JustFab when new styles are coming out and it's relatively easy to locate the items I'm interested in on their website. I like their Black Friday promo where it's either buy one, get one free or 50% off and when I order, it usually takes three or more weeks to get the product.

This is my first impression of JustFab! The VIP price is an unbelievable $10 for the first pair of boots or shoes. After choosing the first pair of shoes or boots, the items after that are 50% off the already low prices. JustFab does not kill the customers with shipping prices; free shipping is available for orders over $39.95. If a person is good with keeping up with freezing the subscription before the specific date, JustFab is an excellent choice for shopping. The company has many larger sizes too! I highly recommend this company!

I like the ease of using JustFab and the style of shoes that they offer. For the most part, the items are stuff that I would wear although I have skipped a month or two. I have sent something back but only because it was the wrong size and the process was very easy. Aside from shoes, I like the face masks. I'm not big on costume jewelry but they’re okay. I feel very good about the products I've received.

Ordering is a pretty easy process. You do everything yourself online. And then, the items are of decent quality. However, if you don't skip within the first five days of the month, then you are automatically charged 40. So, you have to pay attention the first few days of the month. I don't like that where you have to skip or your account is going to be charged. Or you have to make a purchase or your account is going to be charged. I'm about to cancel my account.

Being a member, I like buying boots. I'd rather not have to skip every month. If I don't want to purchase anything, I'd rather not have to be tied to that. But the boots last a fair amount of time. People ask me where I get my boots all the time and JustFab is what I tell them.

It’s easy to find the items on JustFab’s website and the last time I bought from them was during the holiday. JustFab is doing an awesome job and I love them. I never had any problems and I would recommend them to others.

JustFab charges my credit card for $40. But when I go to buy something, if it's on sale, I still pay $40 for it. That's kinda messed up. Also, I bought sweaters. But I don't think all of them are like $40-quality sweaters because they're not cotton. If they actually were handmade, it would be one thing, but I can't tell if they're handmade. But the recent sweaters are cool.

I’ve purchased a few shoes from JustFab over the 15 years I've been a member. I like the 39.95 for any shoe. That has always been cool where you can get a nice pair of shoes for a good cost. The quality of their products is excellent too. JustFab tries its best to suggest items but I rarely ever buy their picks. For the most part, I browse through different options that I'm looking for at the time. JustFab has Fabletics and they have something for men and kids. It would be nice if they start doing lingerie sets too. On the whole, I’ve recommended one or two friends to JustFab. I also know a few people that are members and they like it.

Navigating JustFab's website is very easy. Sometimes I like the things that their style consultant suggests. But a lot of times I buy shoes for work and some of what they recommend are more for stepping out than office-type style. I've had shoes that I bought from Justfab that I've had for years. The quality is very good especially in comparison to the cost. I have a lot of shoes so I don't wear the same pair every day. I have these black suede wedge heels and they’re a tie up. I've worn them probably the most out of anything I've ever bought. With Just Fab, there's always something fresh and different designers are always coming out with new things. One thing I appreciate is they show you how to wear most of the styles or what they are paired well with as far as fashion is concerned. I'm very happy with the service at all levels and I'm pleased every time.

I looked at the website of JustFab and I loved what they had to offer. I'm into flats and I get all my boots from them. I love 99.9% of them. Sometimes, I got a pair of boots and they looked a little cheesy. But they were comfortable. I really love JustFab. I just had to remember to get on the first of the month and skip it, so I won't be charged.

I love the product. But JustFab should not run out of some stuff so fast. Everybody doesn't like the same thing. So, I'm sure it's hard to tell what would fly and sit. My problem is I shop and browse, and I put stuff in my cart, and then I come back a couple of days later, and I add something else. And then I might wait for a sale or a coupon, and then the item I wanted is out of stock. So it's my fault, too, I don't always buy stuff right instantly. They send emails and say, “Oh, we saved your cart.” or “Did you forget your cart?” They do send reminders. But it's just me. I'm OCD, and I like to wait for good deals and coupons.

JustFab is fine and I've been ordering from them for a few years now. The process is easy and the prices are good. I'm satisfied with the quality of their items too. I bought most of the stuff I gave away for Christmas from there. My friend really likes the shawl or wrap.

I get what I need. It's easy to choose. And if I have credit, I can just use it in the future. However, I’ve been finding a lot of shoes that are cheaper somewhere else. So, it's not very competitive at JustFab anymore. But some of the purchases are great selections. And the price for purses are great, too.

It's straightforward information when I actually buy. I normally go with my own pick and those are of very good quality. I know you have to skip the month before your five days - the first five days of the month- are up. However, JustFab should send out a reminder email. Because I've been caught off guard where I would forget to skip, and then, they would remove the 39.99. I know that is part of the rules. I can still buy things with the money that they take from my account. But I can't do that all the time.

I like the styles and the convenience of JustFab. The selections given to me are pretty good and I like everything that I've seen. Last month I bought boots that you can wear with leggings. So far, the quality is okay. I've been very pleased. I'm getting ready to do another purchase. It's just right now, things are not really in my budget so I have to wait for the sales.

I signed up with JustFab for their sales. The quality of their products is okay. I purchased some boots and they sent me out the wrong thing. I had to send them back and it took a little while for me to get my refund back. The return process was not so easy and I had to keep calling. It took almost 30 days, which was longer than usual.

JustFab is the best place to get your shoes. I like the consistency of being able to choose different products. The shoe sizes are good. If they send the wrong size, they don't mind. So far, I’ve had a great experience. When it comes to the stiletto heels, maybe a stronger tip of the heel. When you do a lot of walking on concrete, it wears the tip down quickly. It's hard to find someone to replace those once they go down and you end up having to get rid of the entire shoe. Or either send extra tips, where if one wears out, we just pull that one out and pop another one in there. That would be great.

The only thing is when something is on deal, like being a VIP member, I cannot even use credit if there is any. You know how JustFab takes your money every month if we don’t get something. And that comes to our account as a credit. If I really needed to buy something in a clearance, I cannot even use my own money. And that's what I don't like about JustFab. But it's good that they offer rewards points.

So, I have stayed away from the heels like I normally would before, and I deal more with the booties or the sandals. But I do like their customer service. When I've had to interact with them, they’ve been very helpful and quick. They should keep doing what they're doing.

Finding the style that I'm looking for is pretty easy. Also, JustFab's regular suggested items appeal to me.

I have seen other places but JustFab has better material. I've had to do a few returns because my calves are really small and some of the boots don't fit too well. Overall, this a really good brand, and they put out really good products.

I was a customer for several years. Loved most of the products. Come 2020, I was no longer employed and needed my account credit. This journey began in March and hasn't ended yet. I still have a balance of over 80$. I just spent another hour, yes hour, on hold to get this resolved. After that hold someone came on the line, because I could hear someone, and they just hung up. No words just hung up. Now when I call there is a message that they are having a system failure and can't take my call. Is this for all calls or just mine. I just want my money. I don't understand the problem. Will report to Yelp and BBB next.

They've got a lot of cute stuff. But the quality is not that great and they're not that comfortable. I have to put inserts in them to make them comfortable. The textures of some of the vinyl shoes peel off really easy. But they're starting to get more and more designers in, which is kind of cool. I like their outfits and everything together. I get their email letters and I do look at those every time they send them. I've recommended JustFab to several people. I do get compliments in the shoes I bought from there.

For shoes, some qualities are better than others. I found that a pair of sneakers is good quality, and then, another one is very cheaply made. They should either give people more time in order to skip the month or not have them do it at all.

I haven't seen it on the site. Maybe I'm not looking carefully, but I've tried to find it to figure out what's being taken out and then what of that could be used for purchases.

I just shop for whatever’s specifically on sale at that time. JustFab lists what the regular retail price is if you're not a member. Then if you're a member, you can get deals for $10 and then it shows that the original price is $50. I get constant emails and updates often, but I just clear them out of my mailbox. They do a really good job. I've been a member for so long, but I've never been forced to buy anything. My card does not get charged anything I have never authorized. It's really easy to skip the month when I don't want to purchase anything. I'm given the first five days to skip that month. Otherwise, it tells on there that I'm going to be charged $39.95 and I'll use that as a credit. I set a reminder to myself every first of the month. That's the tip I usually give people because being charged for something that they didn't buy or purchase is the number one fear they have. I’ll access JustFab account to skip and literally, it's so easy.

The selection by the style expert is not always fitting and I usually don’t use it. I've been a customer for so long that they should ask more often what your style is so that it can grow with you. But I’ve been able to get a buy one get one free offer from JustFab as well as free shipping and collecting my points to take off additional percentages.

I love their shoes and customer service has been great. I'm very happy.

This company will charge your bank/credit card with a monthly fee! That is a Rip Off! I bought 2 items from this company then, come to find out, they started charging my charge card $39.95 every month. I never signed up to join anything and I certainly would Never agree to a $40 monthly charge just to buy something from them. I had to google a way to call them as they do not have their phone number available on their site. I'm getting my money back, but I will Never buy Anything from them again...lesson learned. I am also sending this info to the BBB and you should too if it happens to you. I will write another review if the money fails to be credited back to me.

There was a 40% off going on the other day but it was confusing me with how that kind of goes hand in hand with my VIP discount. So, I haven't used it yet.

I've been using JustFab for a few years. I like the price of their shoes. I had just one order and I thought the quality was good for the price. About a few years ago, they started doing clothing items, and I started ordering the clothing items, and I noticed the quality wasn't very good. Their shoes are great, though. I wish returns were a little bit easier, and I wish they had a 60-day return policy instead of 30-day. It would just be simpler if they already sent you the return label and you just had to put this stuff back in the bag, put the new label on it, versus having to go to a UPS center and having to do all that there. Other services like Amazon already send you that return shipping label. Overall, JustFab has good options, but I probably would not recommend ordering any of the clothes off of there.

Even if I paid $40 for them, they're not really leather. The quality is really poor. They're hard and it takes a long time to break them in. I returned half of the stuff I did get. I bought a whole bunch of extra, more than the whole 39.95 worth of stuff. I spent over 150 something dollars. When it came time to return, they gave it back to me like a credit. But they never told me how they would give it back to me. Even if they had, it just kept saying that the refund was still being processed. When I finally got it back, I had to use it. So, I ended up buying some stuff that I'm just gonna give away.

My favorite thing about JustFab is the shipping. They get here really fast. I like their price and style. Most of their products last me a very long time. So the quality is pretty good on the boots. But when it comes to sandals, I don't like the quality too much. The sandals are very thin and hard. They don't bend with your feet when you walk. When I first signed up with JustFab, I got the $10 offer. But I didn't like that I couldn't just get my credit. I have to spend double the amount just to get the credit. That was annoying, so I signed off. We should be able to use the credits without buying an additional two pairs.

The only reason I was returning a pair of shoes today was they ran a little bit small. I ordered two boots and I was just gonna return one, originally. I had printed the return label and decided I needed to go ahead and return both of them. But when I went back, it wouldn't let me print a return label for both shoes ‘cause I already did it with the one.

This shopping site is ridiculous. They draw you in with first shoe for $10. I ordered the first shoe and paid for shipping as well. It's been almost three weeks now and I never got my shoe. They told me it was delivered but I never got anything. I have been contacting them for three weeks now and they keep telling me the same thing... "We need to contact back-office, wait for 24 to 72hrs". I've waited for 72hrs repeatedly and still nothing. Contacted them again and again and they keep telling me the same thing. Their customer service is so rude. It's really ridiculous and annoying that they scammed me of $16.15. I wonder how many people they've scammed already. Watch out y'all they are scammers.

The last pair I purchased was the black boots and they ended up being too wide at my ankles but I'd still wear them. With the current pandemic, I couldn’t use the deposit. One of the heels that I ordered was a 12 and the other heels was 11, but it turned out that all I needed was the 11. So all I did was swap it out for a smaller size. It was an easy process. All I had to do was put it inside a different box and use the return label from online, and put it on there and drop it off at the post office. I love boots but I had to send back the boots that I got because it came over the calf muscle. I was not able to wear it because I have a really big calf. It was not fair that online, they made it seem like it was gonna fit over a big calf.

With JustFab, you get your things on time and they're of good quality. The suggested items were nice too. Although my credit card was charged for membership before, it was refunded back. Overall, I had some bad experiences, but they're a good company.

I really like the items I've purchased. They fit perfectly and they look exactly like the picture. I was surprised. With online shoes, usually, the sizes are wrong and they look different but these were perfect. But I canceled my membership. They took off money from my account but I didn't know that I had to buy something monthly. But overall, everything was fine. I would recommend JustFab because it’s perfect.
