Being older now, I don't wear the real high shoes, and the majority of the shoes that I see when I go in, the heels are too high for me. The clothes are more geared to a younger crowd, so that is what makes me not order as much as I used to in the beginning. I love JustFab but what they're picking for me is not for me at that time. It was me once upon a time, but it's not me now. But customer service is great. There have been times when I could not get on the website or I had a problem with ordering through the website and I would call customer service and they have always been very courteous, professional and patient.

I like JustFab's shoes. It was easy looking for particular styles. They give you your boutique of your selections of your outfits and shoe tastes. They have similar taste I like. My booties are my favorite. It lasts long. However, they took an order out, $39.99. I didn’t opt out in April so I’m trying to find that on my account and it’s not showing. They credited me last April 16th or 15th.

I love JustFab. It’s good for me that the subscription is there for me and it just takes the money out of my account. I have too much stuff going on. My days are super busy. And I kinda forget a little bit, but then I go in there and I have credits and I can get whatever I want. I like that. I also love the quality of the shoes I received. They last forever. I also do have a lot of bags and those also last forever. I purchased them three years ago and they still look new.

JustFab's shoes get me interested. I have ordered quite a few pairs of shoes in a short amount of time and I have loved every single pair. I wear a 6 1/2, and I have a very strange foot. It's a short thing, but kind of wide. It's sometimes hard to fit, but every single pair that I have received from JustFab has fit my foot. For anybody with any sized foot, to have every single shoe fit and to love every single one is great.

I've been with them for at least 10 years and it’s the only place I buy shoes from. My last purchase was a couple pair of jeans and it had very good quality. They sent me the monthly thing from the style experts. But most of the time I just browse and buy things on my own instead. They also have a lot of the perks like the random sales they’ll have, or buy one and get one 50% off, or 50% off your entire order. I've had to return a couple of things but I haven't had an issue with that. I just go to the post office to drop it off, return it, and I get credited. I’m very pleased with them.

When I first purchased from JustFab because of the promotion that was going on, I didn't know it was a monthly subscription until I was charged several times and then found out later. I've also been skipping the monthly subscription because I haven't found anything that I liked. I felt like the quality was not as great how it was before. I'm not satisfied with their selection and the monthly subscription that I've been paying is not worth the quality of the product that I get for the points.

I heard a lot about JustFab before making my first purchase. I was thrilled when I got my first pair for only $15.00, however I was soon thrown down a rabbit hole of mysteriously vanishing contact agents and monthly unapproved charges. I was being charged for a membership I never even signed up for! On top of that whenever I tried to cancel my account over chat, as SOON as I said Cancel my account, an error message popped up and told me to try again another day. Creepy right?! So, I took it upon myself to call them, and at this point I was fuming. After a couple minutes of waiting an agent answered and asked me how they could assist me and get this, I said I wanted to cancel my account and they HUNG UP ON ME!!

I heard about JustFab through my cousin and I saw that they were doing a 4.99 special, which made me decide to buy from them. I like the selection given by my style expert. Moreover, finding my style of item is pretty easy. I kind of change things up a lot and their selection is good. I bought shoes that are little wedges and paid $14. I don't think its quality is bad, but it's not worth 60 bucks. If I paid full price, I would not have been very happy with it. I haven’t worn it, but you can just feel that it's not top-of-the-line quality.

I like the style of the shoes at JustFab. If I want a wedge heel I just put on wedge heel on the search, it gives me all the wedges. If I want boots, I put in boots, it gives me all the different styles of boots. It’s not really hard to pick. It just depends on what shoes you like as a person. It also doesn’t take long to receive your item. The selection given by the style expert has been okay. They’re not bad items. I have purchased before items that were selected or they looked some similar to the item that they selected. They have pretty good criteria. Quality-wise, I bought the boots, wore it one time and my heel broke. And I didn’t know how to get it fixed. But I love the boots. Their products are not horrible. I just have had some bad shoe moments with heels looking like they’re gonna come from the sole, but other than that, it doesn’t happen all the time. I’ve ordered plenty of shoes.

I like how they have the boutique setup where you could go in and pick your own style and you can go straight to what you like. It's already put in place for you. I also like the fact the I have credits. When I see something I like, I can go in and get it, and I like to be surprised with the fact that I have credits because I don’t have to pay as much. I haven’t had any problems with the quality of their products. I've liked everything that I've ordered. But the selection of their style expert could be a little better.

JustFab is very convenient and they have really nice styles. Their website is simple. I even love the app. The selections could be a little bit more different though, because every time I try to change it, the styles still don’t go with what I like. But I like the quality of the items I purchased. It’s long-lasting. The bag that I bought two years ago is still in great condition. Their shipping process is also pretty good. I get it right on time, if not earlier.

I ordered from JustFab with the style of their shoes, plus they carry a big size, which is a size 10 that I wear. My style is relatively easy to find. Also they have Buy One, Take One sales and you can get a certain amount off of a total order by being a member. I like the sales. They keep in contact with you as far as when a sale is about to be over to make sure that you are a part of it. I bought a pair of shoes two weeks ago, and I love them. They’re excellent. I’m very satisfied with JustFab.

The lines that they have are good but sometimes, not so much is changed. For example, the heels are pretty much the same and they don't change year to year. Sometimes, the sizes are not so accurate too. If you had a size and you ordered according to the design of the shoes, sometimes, it's different. I also find shoes in the stores that are half of the price. They discount every Monday morning from my account and if I have credits and they have the shoes in sale, they say the credit for the $40 instead of getting two pairs of shoes for the credit. If the shoes are normally $40, they put it for $19. Immediately, I use one credit and I lose the other half of the money because they are already on sale. Then a year ago, I had sent so many stuff and it was a mess so I am going to stop using JustFab. But other than that, I really like their styles which are so similar to the style of shoes that is from my country.

I like the shoes and the convenience of purchasing from them. All in all, their items have good quality. But when boot season was in, I didn’t like the quality of the boots so I sent them back. But most of them are really good. I’ve been with JustFab for so long that I’m very satisfied with everything.

I’ve been a customer of JustFab for several years now. I was always a fan of Kimora Lee Simmons. When she started promoting it and talking about it, I was like, she’s cool. Let me check it out. I started my subscription back in college. It's an affordable way to get nice shoes. The quality has been a hit or a miss though. Sometimes, the quality is really good. But I’ve bought some shoes that weren’t up to my standards. For me, the selection given by the style expert is not always spot-on too. Sometimes, it’s just like the general. I always blindside it, but usually, I’ll just search through all those shoes that are available. If I’m purchasing, I have a style in mind that I’m looking for. So, then, I’ll just use the filters to try to figure out which shoe am I shopping for today.

Some of the shoes that JustFab has are cute and they have a lot of different styles. Their selections are good and they match the kind of things that I like. The special offer they had when I first signed up was the best one. They had a couple of boots that came out 20 bucks each. For my last order, I ordered some wedge sandals. I ordered my normal size and when I received it, they were huge. I sent it back for a half-size smaller and still, those were too big so I sent it back again. When they came back, I had ordered three pairs of shoes and they only sent me two and they were still too big. I have to go back-and-forth multiple times and it's a mess right now. I'm still waiting for two other pairs to come in so I can ship them all back together.

I like the ease of return and 95% of the stuff that I have are good. I just have problems with maybe a few, with the comfort. But I wonder sometimes why they’re sorta connected with ShoeDazzle and why do they offer the same products. JustFab should try to do something different because why am I gonna pay for a membership on another site that has the same exact products? Also, when there’s something on sale and then you go in to pay, it doesn’t allow you to use your credits. Sometimes, I have four credits, but if I wanna buy two, get two free, then I have to pay the actual price instead of using my points. We should be able to use our points however we want regardless of a sale or not.

I’m no longer a member of JustFab. I didn't like the quality of the shoes. The quality is really bad. People are getting what's worth the price. If they want something cheap, it’s great. But if they want good quality shoes, something that you would get at DSW or Macy’s, it’s not that type of quality. They also hurt my feet and they smell funny. They all have this weird plastic smell. I ended up giving away almost everything I’ve ordered. I’ve only kept a few.

I found JustFab through a young lady that had mentioned it. We were talking at the doctor’s office one day and then I started looking it up on my phone. And I became a VIP member. I’ve had a great experience with JustFab. I just bought two beautiful pairs of flats. Because I do security at church, and our church went from being a small church to a huge church, so I had to change up my shoes. And I ended up sharing a pair of those shoes that were just $10 with my brother’s girlfriend. And she was amazed and now she has been on JustFab too. I love the shoes. My favorite pairs are the wedges. They look more like sneakers. I’ve already bought several pairs of those. I ride a motorcycle and I’m only 5’5, the wedges give me some height. And I love that when I’m on my bike because I don’t have to be on my tiptoes. The wedges are very good.

When my sister started with JustFab she said I could get two pairs of shoes for $39.99 when first signing up, and then all shoes are $40, no matter what shoes you pick, once you sign up. I like JustFab. I just skip a month when I'm not budgeted for it. I normally get my shoes during the deal time, so I love it. I like the products. But I'm really skinny, so I gotta send some of my boots back because a lot of boots are wider. I wish they make boots for slimmer legs. That would be my only thing. So I normally just get pumps. They gave me a list of shoes that is in season for me, and I take advantage of that. All the shoes and the quality are good, and my shoes come in three days.

The designs are marvelous. I found some items there which is very hard to find. They have shoes in all colors and the prices are very affordable. Sometimes, they have sale deal also where you can get with $15 a designer shoe even it's a copy. When I wear the shoes, everybody always give me compliment, and they would say, "Beautiful shoes. Where did you get it?" So that's the kind of drive also for me to purchase those items from JustFab. Recently, I started purchasing some clothing as well and those are very comfy. So for me, it's convenience, design, and accommodating from financial perspective.

The quality of their items is good. I bought a purse from them that I really, really like. The selection from their style expert is really off sometimes. But most of the time, it’s usually good.

JustFab is my go-to. I've been with them for 2 years and I like them 'cause I do order shoes from there. I like the colors. I've over-ordered shoes, so I have a whole bunch of shoes that I can't wear anywhere 'cause of the quarantine. I have some boots and I love them. I have winter boots ready for the snow. They made my feet hot, but it was good. I bought a pair for my mother and she said, "These are really hot. Can we find something a little softer? You really don't feel anything coming through the shoe.” I like the two-inch wedges too. I don't like it too tall because then I look like I'm a struggling newborn. For chunkier women who are trying to be cute but not trying to break any ankles, they can't get the shoes 'cause they're too high. I like the flat shoes, but I don't always wanna show my toes.

A co-worker told me about JustFab. Their shoes made me buy from them. It's very easy to find particular styles. Having credits as a member is my favorite and I've taken advantage of VIP prices. The style expert 's choices are good. I bought tall boots from them and that's my favorite purchase. Every time I’ve ordered it’s been great. It came timely or before the time, and I was well-informed that it was coming. I could track it, too. Everything has been perfect.

The quality of the purses are really good. The outfits can be hit-or-miss. But for the most part, they’re okay. I like the style of the shoes and I like how you can’t find their style in the store. A lot of their stuff is hard to find in a store. It was unique and it was custom. It was a lot of different options and it was real stylish. I had like some things that came back not fitting or not what I expected, but the return policy is so easy and simple. You can do it in five minutes, so I enjoyed that part of it too. The last return that I did was really easy. The customer service rep sent the packing slip to my email with ease, and I had it done in five minutes. Right when I shipped my package, they were shipping my shoes with the other size. But I don’t like how they automatically draft the account. But I do like the fact that you can skip if you want to.

I like the affordability and the styles of JustFab. Their pricing is okay and their shoes are an 8 out of 10. Some are good quality but on some of them, you can feel kind of the marking. And if something was amiss, I'll just give it away.

I usually purchase short-heeled booties. Those are my go-to. I use my shoes for work and I like them. Purchasing it was easy especially ‘cause my size fits right all the time. I’ve tried some clothes and I purchased a few purses also. The items got good quality. I also like the options that the style expert gives me. Then I usually go for the sales like the holiday sales and stuff.

I’ve always been super-satisfied with JustFab. I’ve been buying from them for probably seven years and I've enjoyed them. I like that I can skip whenever I want so that I don't have to be locked into buying every single month. Also, their shoes always fit my feet right. They're probably the best-fitting shoes that I’ve ever bought. I like their clothes too. With the quality of their products, they're definitely worth it. I still have most of the shoes I bought and they're still in good condition like they're new. I get compliments on them all the time. They're super-comfy. I’m a weirdo and I like the ones that are like 4-inch plus heels.

I love to shop here. I love the clothing, the shoes, and the different styles. I feel great about the clothing. If there's an item that's too big or too small, I can return it no problem. I noticed that they did an upgrade in their site and I wish it can be fixed. It used to be when you search for clothing styles like jeans, it used to have the numbers for the sizes, but now, it's not there. It's just small, medium, large, and extra large. It makes it somewhat hard to filter and shop for what you're looking for because you have to go through all the pages now rather than just putting your size in and come look.

I can’t afford to purchase shoes monthly. Sometimes, I forget to go on there to skip the month and I’m getting charged. I want to stop this subscription but it doesn’t allow me to do it online. I’ve called in the past and had issues trying to get it canceled. Then sometimes, the size of the items may be a little off. But overall, I’m happy with the products.

I have some shoes and boots that have worn out at the bottom. But other than that, everything I had is pretty much good.

I've used it for a very long time and it’s convenient if I find myself needing shoes. I use it mostly for shoes and sometimes for clothes. It’s convenient to find something at a good price. The clothes are good. I really like them. Sometimes the sizing is a little funky, but I figured it out for the most part. I also feel sometimes the quality is hit-or-miss. Sometimes I’ll get something that I really love and it’s really versatile and I can wear it a lot. But sometimes when I order like a skirt or a dress, the material either wrinkles super, super easy or the first time I wash it, it shrinks and I can’t wear it anymore. If the quality was a little bit better, I’d buy the clothes a little bit more.

Somebody here at work told me about JustFab and me being a shoe lover, wanted to purchase from them. I've taken advantage of their two for ones. Also, I usually rack up when they have clearance sales at around 20 bucks. The style given by my style expert is okay except for then block heels come in my boutique. I don't like block heels just overlook them. I had a store credit and I finally used it a couple of months ago. Also, I have a gift certificate, but the number on the thing didn't work. The lady told me to call it in when I do it again. So far, the quality of the items has been good. However, I had a pair of shoes that broke. The heel broke, but I figured I'd take them to the repair guy and have him fix them. I like the shoes and JustFab didn't have any more in my size. I couldn't send it back because I would never have that shoe again.

I love shoes. I've purchased a variety of things from JustFab. I've had ups and downs with them like being able to afford things some months, being able to skip, and not being able to skip. And I have found a lot of variety of things for work that I could even just use at night time. So, I've appreciated that. I've really enjoyed the shoes and a lot of dresses. Also, I've had really good luck with the purses. I like it because people don’t always have mine.

I like the monthly shoe selections and the fact that they listen to customer’s feedback. Because at one point, they only went up to size 11, and then for fashionable big foot girls like me, there was a size 12 that they added on, which is awesome. I’ve had some really, really good pairs of shoes from JustFab. Some of them I wear on a regular basis because they’re really comfortable and they’re really unique. It’s not anything you’re kinda like finding in your average famous footwear. So the exclusiveness of the styles and the variety are pretty awesome. If there’s a special offer that comes up and if I’ve got it in the budget, I try not to let it pass. A couple months ago, there was $10 boot sale which was awesome.

There was a buy one and get one free offer that made me sign up with JustFab. I also loved the styles of the shoes that the website had and that made me stay with them. I've been with them for more than six years now. One or two of the shoes that their style expert suggests are something that I will buy. It's a good recommendation. Their high heels are less quality but the boots are still good quality.

I've been with JustFab for more than eight years. I like the quality of their items. You're not gonna get fine leather for 50 bucks but I have no complaints. I have until the 5th to call them and cancel. Last month, I forgot to do that. Now, with the stress of my job and working from home, I may forget to call and cancel. I wish that JustFab could waive that five-day cancellation fee that they normally take out which is 39.99. That normally isn’t a big deal to me because I buy shoes all the time anyway. To have that kind of sitting there isn’t gonna break the bank. But right now, with everything being day-to-day as far as our job, I would want for JustFab to not charge the 39.99 in the event I forget to cancel by day 5.

I like the shoes so I decided to order from JustFab. I've been a member for about three years and I’ve gotten a few discounts. I got three pairs of shoes and only paid $10 for them because I had gold member points or something like that. Also, they have good quality products. My favorite is the rain boots that I ordered not too long ago.

It was easier to shop having everything as an online shopping. The month options should be easier to find rather than shopping through various stages to find them. Also, some of the boots sometimes are very cheap for some of the quality. But other than that, the cost is pretty accurate. There is an over-the-knee boots that I liked but it has always been sold out so I could never really go get it.

When I go onto the website, I’m always expecting to see something that I must have when I really don't need it. I always find myself satisfied with it and excited when I see the boxes coming to the house. I’m also extremely satisfied with the ordering process, the quality of what I received, and the longevity of its use once I have it. I got five pairs of shoes and three pairs of dresses from JustFab. They're of pretty good quality because they can hold me up and fit in the right places. I had surgery when I was younger so it makes a big difference on being able to fit into certain things. Normally, I don't think I would wear them, but it actually fits right in all right places so it’s pretty cool. I usually tell people about JustFab instead of sending a link and telling them where to go because most people nowadays don't want to be inundated. So, I’m glad it comes in my newsfeed or my advertisements. That’s how I sometimes get into the link and pick which ones I want for the month, or if I don't want any stuff like that. It’s real good that way for me.

I bought some boots from JustFab and the calves were too small, that was the first pair that I got. The shoes are good, but some of them don't fit my calves all the way 'cause I have fat calves, and I didn't see it when I bought one that they were a different size calves for that boots. But the quality is good. The second and the third pair, my granddaughter has them. I haven't even gotten them yet. I live in Chicago, and I have all of my mail shipped to my daughter's house. Everything else is good. I'm a shoe person and a bag person, and I like some of the styles that they have and their shoes too. I just wish they all had more clothing and more handbags.

I've been a member for a long time. I don't like to shop in stores, and they have shoes and I have the option to purchase or not. The shoes are $39, 39.99 or 49 or 59. I'm one of those people that I like to have a lot of shoes, so it doesn't matter about the quality to me because when they messed up then I just buy another pair.

I'm looking for a pair of black pumps right now and I go on every month but I don’t see a closed-in pump. Maybe this isn’t the season either and no one is wearing closed-in pumps. But I need one, just the basic black pump to interview in and just to have a pair of nice pumps. JustFab usually doesn't have the style of shoe I need either. I may look for some sandals and I'll see a lot of beautiful styles but I'll click on it and they're 4 inches. I'm not wearing a 4-inch heel. It's not healthy to have your feet up like that, in 3- or 4-inch heels. They're also just too tall. So I haven’t purchased in a while. Another concern is some of their prices, especially with sandals in summertime.

I liked the prices and the return and exchange policy that JustFab had at the time was convenient. I mostly ordered shoes. But considering the price, you can’t expect too much. I haven't bought anything in a while and I actually stopped buying stuff from there. The last time I bought something was a year or two years ago or so and the return process wasn’t that convenient. They tried to charge me a $4.99 or 5.99 to return an item, but I wanted to exchange. I needed a bigger size for the pair of shoes that I bought and they tried to charge me to return it. I just kept the shoes. But way back then, it was very convenient.

A pair of shoes stood out and made me wanna purchase from JustFab. I've taken advantage of their shoe prices. I've also bought several pieces of clothes from there. For the most part, they're good quality. However, I hardly use the JustFab's style expert anymore because the things that are pictured are kinda not my style. Also, I’m not buying so many shoes anymore. I love the shoes, but the heels are just too doggone high for me.

JustFab has cute shoes and if I don’t like the quality, I send it back. I've had to do that on a few boots, but not with sandals.

I really like the way that not only does JustFab gears everything to your preferences, but if you're looking for something different, you can always browse all of their offerings. You're not just stuck with those one set of preferences. When you fill out the profile, their stylist introduces things that you're probably gonna like, which is great because then you're not looking through everything that you'd never wear. But if you do want something for a special occasion, you can go outside of your preferences and still have full access, which is a really great feature.

They’re a pair of combat boots that I like. I was able to get the VIP offer. I got deals where I got two products for $50. The selections were sometimes the stuff that I’m not into, then other times, it’s stuff that really fits the style that I inputted when I first signed up. If you're into fashion the way that I am, I will recommend it to you so you can look at the different options.

JustFab has selections that I liked. But I don’t really care for their style expert selection as it’s just not my style. Their items have had good quality. But I a bad experience with JustFab recently. I purchased a pair of boots and they were too little so I sent them back for a bigger size. When I got that bigger size, they were still too little. I asked for my money back and they refused. And I’ve been a customer for five years. I escalated the call. I sent the purchase to the post office and they said that they never received it. But I gave them the tracking number that I received from the post office like I told them. I did my part. I took it back to the post office with the return label that they provided and gave them the information. But they were holding my money because they haven't received anything warehouse yet. That aside, I would still pretty rate JustFab pretty high.

JustFab had a pretty consistent price and it was pretty easy to find my particular style of items. I usually just find my own stuff and I've purchased from the sales that they do around the holidays. The quality of the items is not the best but that’s to be expected for items that are $39. The items, especially the shoes and the purses, don’t always last for more than a season.

I like shoes and the quality of those from JustFab is excellent. It's nice to have the ability to purchase or not. The latest pair that I got from them was booties for $15. Their style expert used to be great. I need to change my little settings because it's not relevant anymore. My style has changed and I haven't updated it. Overall, JustFab is great. If I had more room, I’d buy more shoes.

JustFab's styles and price made me want to purchase from them. Finding the item I want was pretty easy. They have a wide variety of shoes available, which are comfortable. It also ships quickly and if necessary, the return process is easy. Especially for me, somebody with larger feet, so it's hard to shop in stores. JustFab is a great way to be able to get some cute, affordable shoes. I wouldn't necessarily have that option in stores. I always look for the Black Friday sales and it seems like they always have some really good beginning of season sales. I mostly only buy shoes and handbags and like all my purchases so far.

I like the selection of boots that JustFab has. Unfortunately, as of last year or so, I feel like the quality is not that great anymore. So, the value to me isn’t as much as it used to be, but I just keep my membership. I’m able to go in there and skip every month and it’s nice to have it available to me. If I have an event or something coming up, I can go in there and have a huge selection all in one spot as opposed to going to an Amazon or Zappos. Also, I’m a size nine but I have a more flat wider foot, and the shoes I got from them don’t seem to fit like they used to.

I love JustFab. Signing up with them was easy and I got wonderful shoes from them. I like the style and their delivery is always on time and fast. I've been a member for three and a half years now and I always say I will be cancelling my membership but I never do. What really gets people is how you get a different price if you’re a VIP. That was what caught me as well and I thought I had to sign up as it was cheaper that way. Recently, I got an Emily black and flat sandals where you put the strap around and the little thing goes in the hole. But that part is messed up on one side. It’s still attached but it’s hanging on and that’s on the left sandal. Then on the right sandal, the beadwork is coming off, so I got to glue it. And on another one of my wedges, the straps that come across the foot to the sole lifted. I would usually take it to a shoe repair but I haven’t in a while. Other than that, all the shoes that I have received from them have been good.

I like shoes and when I wanna use JustFab, I use them. When I don’t, I don’t. I like the price and the variety. I got a pair of pointy toe shoes recently and they were nice, but they were too tight in my toe area. I couldn’t fit them and I sent them back. Apart from that, the other shoes I have received were very nice and the quality was fine.

I have a whole closetful of shoes and don’t need any more. And if I keep my JustFab membership, I’m gonna spend more money than I need on shoes so I'm gonna cancel it. However, everything is good about them. I ordered boots and they were fantastic. The sizes were correct and it was just wonderful that you could order them.

I went on JustFab to buy a gift for a friend. So far, the things I got have been of good quality.

Finding the style I'm looking for on JustFab has been very easy. I like their shoes and the quality of the ones I've purchased has been fantastic. However, sometimes I cannot afford it on a given month and there is not enough time for me to cancel. They give me until the 5th of the month and if I don't cancel, they charge my card. Still, there are so many offers so anytime I see JustFab. There was a time when I could get $10 off. Another time, there was an offer when I could buy one item and get half off the second item. If there is a holiday, they give me a special which I make use of.

I've been JustFab since forever and I like them. But I've been diagnosed with MS and RA and I have all these stilettos that I can't wear anymore. It sucks 'cause I love my stilettos and I wanna cry. Every time I see them, I wanna order. I've even tried to order the wider heel and that didn't help. I've had to go from stilettos to flats but I've gotten a lot of nice, cute, flat shoes. They have fit comfortably and even in my stilettos, I've never had a problem with comfort and size. Once, they shipped my ordered pair of shoes somewhere and I had to call and reorder them. But they sent the shoes and I got them a few days later. I've been buying clothes from JustFab too and they've been fitting fine as well. I like quality of the clothes, the jeans and the jeggings. They are awesome. I bought a little trench coat and it was cute.

I never write reviews, but I am so upset with JustFab that I had to. I tried to cancel via phone call months ago, and the reps don't even listen to what you are saying and just keep offering to skip the month for you. I declined every time and thought I had cancelled- yet was charged again the next month. After calling again they still tried to get me to stay a member and we're extremely unhelpful. Will never ever give my business to JustFab and its related sites again.

I saw some advertising on Facebook and then, I saw that JustFab was doing a promotion which they do every year. You get three pair of boots for $44 and they kinda sold me on that one. I’ve been a member since then and it has been about four years. I am able to find my size with JustFab and they fit perfectly. I just wish that they have better and different options on their boots on sale. I’m curious about the clothing section as far as how they go with the sizing because I am kinda tall and I’m very slim, so it’s kinda hard to find pants. It’s probably the only reason why I haven’t checked out the clothing section yet but I’m looking forward to doing that in the near future. I shop at JustFab majority of the time when it gets a little cold. I like the sandals but the ones that I wear the most are the thigh-high boots. I’m already 5’10 and I don’t need extra height so I don’t purchase the heels as much. But other than that, I like everything.

I really like JustFab's shoes and clothes. The pricing is a little expensive for my budget, but I do make it work because I love clothes and shoes. Most of the time, I can get a lot of bang for my buck with the amount I paid for the membership because I can get like two pairs of shoes or a jacket and two cute sweaters. That’s what’s most appealing to me. The clothes are not a bad deal either. Thus far, I have no complaints about any of the products I’ve gotten. The boots are still holding up and I wear them all the time. My shirts, sweaters and jackets are the same deal. They’re great and comfortable. They’re almost always the size. I don’t have to worry about it being too small or too big so that’s really good. I got a faux leather jacket which is like beige-ish pink and I wear it all the time when it goes with my outfits. It fits well.

I’ve been using JustFab since 2012 and I like the price. I can get a pair of boots for 40 bucks. The quality is sometimes hit or miss but I’ve made them last, so it’s more than appropriate for what you pay. The selections are current and sometimes when I buy some clothes, it’s always on trend with things that I see at other stores.

I’ve been a member for quite some time now and I like the variety of selections they have available. I don’t go as often as I used to before, but every change of the season I go in and see what’s new. The selections are good. I love them.

JustFab had the $10 deal and it was amazing. They have some beautiful shoes. I was gonna order some shoes, but then they didn’t have my shoes, and that was why I kind of stayed with them so if they had the shoes, but they still haven’t popped up yet. I bought two pairs for my daughters and they're beautiful. They’re comfortable. They look good on them and they like them. JustFab got great customer service and I enjoyed their services. But I called them last month and canceled because I didn’t know that I was enrolling into a $33 plan every month. But I noticed a charged on my card and I called the lady today. She gave me the refund back and then she told me I had to call back to cancel.

I bought about five pairs of boots and shoes for me and my daughter. All of them are good except for one pair. One shoe is definitely bigger than the other one. But I forgot to return within the 30 days. And then I had back surgery, so now, I have seven credits because I forgot to cancel. I don’t like the auto take out your money thing. But I like their quality of shoes and their selection. I’ve ordered their capri jeans and they were a little bit too big. But they fit my daughter perfect, so I went and ordered me a pair in the size that fit me. So we love those.

I like the shoes and they were a good price. I found the shoes that I had wanted for this event pretty quickly. I ordered the shoes, and they were supposed to be for New Year’s. I got them a few days before New Year’s but I never wore the shoes. It was a little bit smaller than what JustFab had indicated on the website. It ended up being too tight, so I sent them back a week later. There were no labels included in the package. There was no information in the confirmation email that I received. So I just sent it back in, put “return to sender” on it, and had not received any information. I was having a hard time finding out information in terms of that. The process was difficult for me and I never got a refund for them.

I've been a member a long time. Most of the shoes are good, but some of them are a little uncomfortable. The balance between the height of the heels is off a little too. Still, I like when they have deals and usually, I do the 3 for 39.95.

The shoes don’t ever fit me quite right. I buy a size nine and they’re all way too big, and so at my last pair of shoes, I bought a size eight and a half, but they’re too small. They’re not like my leather Gianni Bini, but they’re affordable. You get what you pay for. But I don’t like that when I purchase on sale time, I can’t use a credit. That’s not cool. I have not purchased because I couldn’t use a credit, and then I just skip the whole month. They would have made a sale if they’d let me use credit.

I liked one of the promotions of JustFab and I’ve taken advantage of the steal deals. I’ve been buying from them for at least three years and my favorite is one of my pairs of boots. I’m satisfied with the quality of the items. Overall, I’m pleased with my experience with JustFab.

I purchase a lot from ShoeDazzle and some of the stuff on there are also on JustFab. I've been a member for quite a while and one time, I got a pair of shoes for my granddaughter. The quality of the shoes is good, but sometimes, the fit is off a little and the returns process takes more than normal that I used to receive the item. I like ankle boots so I got a pair of boots and they didn't fit. The fit was so tight, I sent them back, got the next size up and they still are tight, so I haven't had a chance to wear them. Now, I don’t know what to do with them because I don't know if sending them back is gonna help anymore. Still, they're an okay website. The prices are fair and I don't like to go to mall so I like online shopping.

I always order from JustFab. I've been a member for five years and the shoe quality is all right. I like their shoes, but they keep messing up my order. One time, I bought five pairs of shoes, including some boots they sent me two right feet of. I called to get the boots returned and they didn’t have any more of it in stock. I had to get another pair of boots, and it took so long to send me the shoes I wanted that they didn’t have it in stock again. It took them long to send me my shoes, so by the time I got them, it wasn’t what I wanted. They gave me a store credit of $15, but their customer service sucks.

With JustFab, I can find boots that I like to have and when I see something, I normally get it. I just look at whatever comes that I like that catches my eye. If I don’t like what the stylist says, I can go and look to see if there are other stuff available. It’s great that I can look at everything. Also, the quality is better than going to the mall, like a Steve Madden. If I didn't have too many shoes, I would buy more but I’m very selective because I have too many. So, if I buy something, I need to purge something.

I still have a $79 credit and I liked a couple of the shoes, but I’m up and down about them. I don’t have a use of the membership and I cancelled for JustFab Kids as well as JustFab. They only cancelled JustFab Kids and I’m still being charged for JustFab. So right now, I’m not too happy.

I bought a pair of boots from JustFab and it came on time. Its quality is okay. However, somebody tried to order some shoes off my card.

I purchased a pair of mesh leggings. I received them 4 days late per tracking information that was sent to me. I wore them for the 1st time and as I was putting them on the mesh on the bottom ripped. Everything else about the activewear leggings were great! I put in for an exchange damage but they do not have any other options but to return. This was the 1st clothing purchase on my end and my experience was horrible. How could you sell mesh leggings and then they rip as soon as someone tries them on?

It sucks when I forget to skip the month and I gotta pay that extra charge. I haven’t been buying shoes as much because their 5.5 is on a bigger kind of sole so it’s bigger than my foot. I wish they would carry a 5 for shoes. I would definitely buy all my shoes there if they did. Payless is now out of business and people with big feet or small feet like me have to go to Dillard’s and Macy’s because they carry our size. But we’re talking about brand stuff, which is really pricey.

Sometimes, JustFab's sizes are a little off but that's just shoes. I really haven't been disappointed with anything I get. However, I'm kinda wishy-washy on the selections that they give. A lot of the stuff, I wouldn't wear and I usually have to search for what I want. But finding what I'm looking for is pretty easy. The website's really easy. And if I get the wrong size, it's always really easy to return for a different size or a different style if they don't have it. It's hard to find shoes at a decent price, but JustFab's offers are really good. Also, if I don't skip a month and they charge me, I have the credit, so I can get a pair of shoes even if I don't have the money.

I knew somebody who had did JustFab and saw the good quality. I decided to give it a try and I love the fact that the shoes are of good quality. And when they do $10 or 3 for 30 sales, it's even better because I can stock up on boots for me and my daughter. It’s a good advantage to have when you’re a member, especially with a family of seven and you need to be on a budget. They also have a pretty good variety of stuff. However, if I’m paying the 39.99 a month for the credit, it makes no sense for me to pay for a $20 outfit and lose 19.95.

I like JustFab's different styles. And my favorite purchase has been the last one, which is the wedges. Overall, the quality of the items is good and I like them. I'll continue ordering from JustFab.

I will refer JustFab out to others ‘cause they're good. I’m a shoe lover, and I like being able to see different shoes and get them every month easily. I'm able to get nice shoes all the time and how you can get the points. And I always end up getting a free pair every now and then. That happens a lot, every other month. I ordered some clothes and pants too and a week ago, I got four pairs of shoes.

I've been with JustFab for years and I like the boots and having a credit all the time. When I get five credits built up, I let my grandchildren, who are all teenagers, get out and order boots for themselves. I also like some of the clothing that JustFab has. I got a dress and some workout pants. Everything I get, I’m happy with. And if not, I send it back. I’ve had some boots for such a long time now that they're dry rotting and they cracked. So, I threw a couple of those away in the last couple of weeks. But I like everything. Their shoes and boots need to get a lower heel though. I don’t like flats, but I can’t wear those high heels.

I've been a member for six years now and I don't do the monthly subscription anymore. I understand the whole membership thing. That's how they do their business but I have had it before where I forgot to press the skip this month. And I didn't need to spend that much money that month. So then, I felt stressed a little bit that I'm like, "Oh, god, no. I should go pick out a pair of shoes." Maybe they should do a text alert to remind you you have this many days to either pick a style or skip the month.

I love JustFab. They have an amazing selection. People are always complimenting me on my boots. The ones that I’ve ordered fit perfectly and are comfortable. The quality is great too. I still have boots from years ago and they are still just as in good shape as they were then. And you can’t beat the price. Before, I had to to skip months because I wasn’t working, but in the last three months, I think I’ve ordered around five pairs of shoes. I also love the sales that they have. And it would be great if they would have coats as well as hats on there, like fedoras.

I like the pricing and the variety. There's so many different styles of shoes and colors, which is the best part about it. But I don't think the boutique that they send to me is always my particular style but they try. My favorite purchase is a little pink coral heel. It's like the pointy-toe heels. I dance a lot so they're the perfect heel size for dancing. I can wear them longer than any of my other heels when I'm dancing. Most of my purchases have really decent quality. I did a lot of wears out of them, and I get compliments a lot on my shoes. Some websites have something like, "We're out of stock but we'll notify you when this is back in stock." JustFab doesn't do that. So it would be great if they can implement something like that because sometimes, there’s some slide shoes that I don't get to in time because my size is sold out.

If there’s a special, that’s my cue to go and shop. That’s how I usually purchase every time. However, JustFab's selection is not quite what I usually like or end up purchasing. Maybe it’s because I need to go back and update it or something. But I usually just go through the whole selection when I purchase. Other than that, I love the quality. I’m good with what I’ve gotten so far. Go for it. The way JustFab works is very simple. I like to shop, but you want to avoid the whole going out to the store than having to go through everything? JustFab is the solution.

I like that I can purchase shoes at a good cost when I need to or skip months if I don’t need to. Also, JustFab's selection is pretty accurate. They suggested boots which were my favorite. Then the items that I bought last for a long time and are of good quality.

I love shoes and my favorite perk as a JustFab member are the discounts, offers, sales, and specials. I've used the 2 for 20 or 2 for 25. Looking for items is not difficult at all. I regularly look at suggested items by the style expert and they match well with my style. My last purchase was the brown and tan furry boots, and I wish I could wear them everyday but it’s not cold every day. Once, I ordered a pair of boots and they came right before Christmas. It was 2 of the left shoe and they were the wrong size. I sent them back, I got a refund, and it was easy.

JustFab's products are great! All of the shoes and clothes I purchased are wonderful quality and always unique. My only problem with JustFab is the serious lack of professionalism in their customer service department. I was a VIP member of JusFab for about 5 years before canceling last year. Twice during my subscription I skipped a month using my phone on the mobile site and both times I was still charged. Every time that I called I was basically told too bad. When it happened a third time I finally spoke with someone helpful who told me, at that time, it was better to skip through the full site. Even on the third time my money was not returned to me.

JustFab has personalized offers and I like it best when they have the buy 3 for $39. I like everything that I ordered from them and the quality of the items is good. I've been a member since over 10 years ago and I always recommend them too.

Overall, I like JustFab. The VIP offer when I first signed up caught my eye. And I have also taken advantage of a sale. The items' quality is good, but sometimes the shoe sizes are true and sometimes it's not. I wear 8 1/2. Sometimes 8 1/2 fits right on, sometimes it’s too small, and sometimes it’s too big. I have had to decide how much I really wanna send shoes back and get the correct size. All in all, it has been a fair experience.

You sent me 2 different size boots and won't even help me exchange to the right size. Horrible HORRIBLE experience and I can't believe the customer service representative/supervisor won't even help me in the least bit. I'm stuck with boots I can't even wear and I'm out of my money. Thanks for nothing JustFab. And the supervisor Henry needs to be fired for his disrespectful and unhelpful attitude over the phone.

JustFab has really nice shoes with good quality. I love them. They have a perfect fit and good sizing. The material is really nice. It’s like it looks on the picture. I have never had a problem with one of their shoes. But right now, I’ve been sick for a very long time and I’m not able to afford them. I wanted to stop my subscription, but I haven't been able to log in. When I called last time, they said they had already taken out one of my payments. So, they ordered me a pair of shoes, but they told me to call back and say to cancel. If it wasn’t for that, it would be great. One day, if I am able to go back, I can subscribe back.

I like their offers, especially at the end of the year when it’s so cheap. When they do clearance, they do 3 for the price of 1 and that's my favorite special offer. It’s fun to shop online, and finding items and styles is easy. A few times I get stuff that doesn’t fit, but it’s unusual. I have a pair of boots I really love that I got there and I’ll never be able to find them again.

After checking out JustFab the first time, my first order was great quality so I decided to continue it. It’s working out okay and as long as I remember to go on and skip the month when I don't need to get anything, then I’m good. I’ve used them to get gifts for people and they’ve enjoyed it, so I keep my membership. The style expert selection is right on target sometimes but it is a hit-or-miss on other times. It would depend on the stock available at that time. So, for my closet where they send me the recommendations, I hope there's a suggestion if there's something that’s in stock that goes along with it or I tend to buy along with it. A suggestion, like, “Other people like these things too, to have...” would be really be cool ‘cause then I wouldn’t have to spend as much time searching through the website to find something.

They have nice shoes and I like the fact that you get special offers, and it’s not too expensive with certain things. When I go on the website, I look and I see something I like, I click it and I put underneath my favorites or likes. It's pretty easy to find things. I click in what colors I wanted, then it shows me different things and there’s things that I like. I got some booties not too long ago and they were great. The delivery took kinda long, and then it said it was delivered when it wasn’t delivered. So there was a little mix up with the delivery part. But most of the time, my orders are fine.

I tried it, and they force you to pay $40 dollars every month, if you forget to skip, you're on your own. The quality isn't good. The shoes are painful and have no support. They don't make canceling easy. First of all, you can't just hit a button to cancel, you have to call or live chat with someone. Then they waste your time telling you things you already know (like being able to skip a month) or offering coupons. I repeated myself 4-5 times that I wanted to cancel. Then I was told they "respect my decision" and would cancel. I shouldn't have to jump through so many hoops just to cancel a subpar service.

I purchase shoes from JustFab for cheap prices. I've been a member since my daughter was born and she’s 11 now. I've taken advantage of their free shipping and the free returns. And they always have the special member price, $39. Usually, when I go on there, I already know what style I’m looking for. For the most part, everything has been really good quality, especially for the price. Around Christmas time, I bought a sweater for my mom and it was so cute that I ended up buying one for myself. I also have a pair of boots that I bought a couple years ago and that’s totally the thing that I wear the most about the stuff that I bought from JustFab.

I saw a pair of shoes in JustFab then and they were really cheap. I said, “Let me do this.” So far, the quality of the items I’ve gotten were good for the price. The three for $39 is the one I like the most. I also bought some wedge suede-like booties in burgundy and in black, and those are my favorites. However, their style experts selections were never on-point. They give me all heels even though I put on there when I signed up that I don’t like high-heels.

My sister-in-law had JustFab. They had cute boots and I love the discounts and the sales they have. When they have their sales, I usually get an email, then I would check it out and I would take advantage of them. Most of the time, the selections are spot-on. I have a pair of boots that I bought years ago that one of the heels went out. I always try to find the same style on the website, but I haven’t found it yet. But other than that, I love all that I bought. My last purchase was three pairs of boots because it's cold and the boots were awesome. I had to exchange them for the wide width because my calves couldn’t fit comfortably, but that worked out fine. They have great customer service. Anytime I had an issue, like the boots were too small, too snug or too big, I usually talk to one of their customer service representatives and they're quick to help me and print a return or exchange label, and I can easily send them back. No problem.

I'm more of a stay at home and buy online kind of shopper so I don't need super instant gratification. Being a member of JustFab works for me and what intrigued me to order from them was mostly for the new customer thing. I only shop when there's a sale and I skipped months here and there. I usually go for the booties. The style expert selection isn't always my preference. Usually, it's not really quite accurate to what my taste is so I have to look around at the different pages to see what I actually like. As for quality, the items are not high end but it's not like I would have to replace them every single year. I get about 2 years' worth of on and off use out of a pair of shoes.

I like everything about JustFab- the price, the sale, and the shoes. Everything I buy, I'm satisfied with. My favorite purchase is shoes. I get the heels, but I always get them cut down. They would look so pretty, but they're just too high for me. The selections given by the style expert has a lot of the shoes I like, but I'm not feeling confident about my body shape right now. So, I just say, “That’s pretty.” I'm very satisfied with JustFab and always tell my auntie and my cousin about them.

I like JustFab's sales. Sometimes, I can get three pairs of shoes or three purses for $40. In fact, they just had sales that was 60% off everything, all clothing. The only thing that I had an issue with was my jeans. I have big legs and butt, so unless there’s a good stretch to the jeans, I always have to just take a chance. So far, I've had so many favorites. One was the bell-bottom I found last year because I have been looking for some, and all my thigh-high boots because I have lots of boots. I bought three pairs of boots this last month for $15-$20. They had the end of season and blowout sale. I bought boots for 5 bucks. You can’t ever beat that.

I have been with JustFab for three years now. I like their price and that they do have a wide selection. I've purchased clothing from them more than shoes, because I get more use out of the clothing than the shoes. The quality is what you pay for. They have a strategy wherein you have to be fined every month. I understand how it works, but that is my least favorite part about how this process work.

I’m picky so I don’t like everything, and the variety of JustFab's shoes and their options made me go with them. I like the option between the sneakers, and the flats. Then, when you want to wear heels, you have that option also. I have a pair of sneakers and I wear them to work. I’m a pharmacy technician, so I’m on my feet all day, and their shoes are comfortable. I like their quality. Sometimes I save the selections given by the style expert and then order them when I can. For the most part, my selections have been nice. Overall, I like everything. They have met my expectations.

I've been a member for a couple of years now and I like that I don’t have to continue the membership if I don’t want them. I could stop it easily. My last purchase was a pair of boots a couple of months ago. I had different things back and forth as well. I have some stuff where maybe the stitching was off or the measurements was off so that I had to send them back and get a new pair or I just wound up giving them away because I didn't wanna go through the back and forth of sending it back. One time, I also had shoes which were the wrong size. The return process was easy and I just printed the slip and took it to the post office, sent it back, and then they sent me a new pair. They should work on getting the shoe sizes right and be consistent with it. Other than that, I usually do both using the style expert and choosing things on my own, and the purchase process has been fine.

I am stuck in the JustFab nightmare and it is only due to my intense dislike of being "taken" that I have not found a way out yet. $39.95 a month for this membership. I have credits, but somehow need to pay more than my credits for EVERY pair of shoes I have ever gotten from this site. Every time I make a purchase, I am issued "bonus points". When I attempt to purchase my next pair of shoes, my "bonus points" are applied, which gives me a dollar discount, yet still have to pay for the shoes.

The variety at JustFab made me purchase from them. I had an account for eight years and then I didn't purchase anything for a while. When I moved, I ended up getting a different account. Most of the time, the styles given by the style expert are the stuff that I like. They are on point with it. The quality is like those shoes at Macy's and Dillard's -- it is good. A pair of boots that I wear a lot is my favorite. I have one pair, however, where the strap came off, but I still have the shoes because I like them.

I heard about JustFab from a friend of mine and I've been a member for a long time -- for seven years. I liked their style of shoes and they had different things to choose from. Their website has been very easy, too. I like the offers and they always have sales of which they remind me about via emails. Sometimes, the styles by the style expert appeal to me, and, sometimes, they don’t. But I look at the styles that they pick, and, more than normal, I don’t pick the styles that they pick -- I usually find something different. One of my favorite purchases was the platform ankle booties. They were nice. Overall, the customer experience has been simple.

I would not recommend Justfab. It's expensive, and they nickel and dime you with no refund available. If you want to spend $50 a month on shoes there are many other options out there! Even if you cancel your account they will continue charging you.

JustFab prices made me become a member, and I have been with them for two or three years. Their selections and the quality of the shoes I bought are good. Their reps have also been good, too. They, nevertheless, can improve on their pricing and the time when I get the orders.

My grandmother told me about JustFab and I used it because I wanted to give my mother something for Christmas. I saw something there that I really liked, so I bought it. The quality of the items I purchased so far is exquisite. But I got the wrong size for my mother. Dealing with returns was very peaceful and easy. I signed up on the website and my mother took advantage of their special offer on my account.

The shoes at JustFab were really cool and so were the deals. I ordered a pair of winter wedges and a pair of winter heeled boots. It took very long for them to get here and the boots ended up being a bit tight even though I got the right size. But the quality is very good.

I've been a member of JustFab for about 6-7 years and I can honestly say that I have acquired some great shoes and clothing from them. I have never received anything that was below my expectations. My issue is mostly with the membership credits. I don't mind paying the fee each month but why can't I use them when they have sales? I have been looking for an explanation for this and have yet to find one. I literally wait until there is no sale to go and see what they have on clearance so that I can get the best bang for my buck because it just doesn't make sense for me to use my own money to participate in the sales when I have credits sitting there for use.

I liked the deal on JustFab. I purchased a pair of boots. I like them. I had just been a member for a month or so, but the deals and stuff were cool to look at. It was a good experience.

JustFab's selection and stuff are things that you wouldn't normally find in a regular store. I've been a member for at least seven years. I order mostly shoes, but I have ordered a couple of dresses from there that I was pretty happy with. I've also been happy with the quality. I don't wear many of them for everyday wear. It's usually special occasion stuff that I buy. I purchased a dress that I wore for a wedding, and I got a lot of compliments with that dress.

It was $10 for the first pair of boots, and I loved them so I went on and I purchased the pair. They’re amazing. It was a great experience, very easy.

I saw an ad on Facebook about their $10 boots deal, so naturally I checked it out. I bought some boots, and they were really nice and quality. The next month rolls around, and they charge me $40. The $10 deal is only for members!! This was not at all made clear in the process. I had NO IDEA. The cancellation process was horrible. I was on hold for over 30 minutes and once I got a hold of someone, he was not very friendly and upset that I was cancelling. I am very upset with their service and how unclear this was. I do not recommend if you don't want to get scammed, this place is nasty. If you do not become a member and pay full price, you may be ok. But whatever you do, DON'T BECOME A MEMBER.

With JustFab, it's easy to find the styles I like. Every once in a while, I'll start my membership with them, buy a couple of boots and then, I don't like to be a member anymore. It was hard for me to find the skip a month option. As I could not figure that out, I ended up canceling my subscription. Still, I think that at $40 a month, the membership is a good deal. Every pair of shoes I bought, I still use. I've never had to throw them away.

First let me say I really like JustFab, ShoeDazzle and Just Kids. I like the fact that you can go in and skip the month if you arent purchaaing for the month. I love your boots and shoes and other accessories. However, I have been with JustFab, ShoeDazzle and JustKids for a little over two years now. Every month when I am not going to use the membership services I go in and I skip the month, it's pretty easy to just go in and skip the month. You can't do one and then forget to do the other, it's impossible to forget 1 because they are all connected.

I like that JustFab has many different designs and styles to choose from. I've been with them for about two months now and my favorite things are the perks and the discounts. When they first started, they had the shoe purchase for the $10. And then when you continue to buy and you get your points where you can use for half off. My most recent purchase was last December and the quality of the product so far has been good. They’re a little comfortable as well. My favorite item I've seen so far was the boots.

I liked the boots that I had seen at JustFab. I ordered some brown boots with the fur on top. My sister has a pair. That’s why I really purchased them because I liked hers. The only thing is I ordered on the 27th of December but haven’t received my boots yet.

I liked JustFab's prices and it was really easy to find the items that I wanted on their website. I also liked that they had everything I was looking for and I didn’t have to go to the store to search and ask customer service to find them. There were tons of selections, too and the ones given to me by the style expert were great. So far, I did their special offer of 2 for 10 and the other one where your first would be worth $10 and 2 for 24. The quality of the items I bought are great as well and so is the design. And I haven’t thrown a pair away yet. My go-to-style are boots and booties and recently, I made my third purchase with them.

I’m big on shoes so JustFab is a go-to. The deal of getting nice shoes at an affordable price is really how I came about it, just to sign up. The selections given by the style expert are on point. I like it. It so fits my character. It’s been a few years that I've been with them, maybe since 2012, and I still order from there from time to time. I do take advantage of any special offer if I see something and it’s in the budget for the month. Most of the time, I skip them off because I try to not buy shoes everyday. But they had their 2-for-50 deal last month and I got two pairs of shoes. It was from a collection that they did with a reality star.

I’ve been a member with JustFab for so long, like for 10 years and I love that if I don’t have it in my budget I can skip the month without being charged. I also like the selections. They have great quality of clothes. I’ve bought a couple of dresses, shirts and shoes from them. I liked it when they started doing the clothes.

I was looking at the shoes and they were nice so I tried JustFab out. It’s going great with them. The shoes are comfortable.

You can order shoes all at the same price at JustFab and I kinda liked that idea. The selections they gave me were also pretty good and I liked my purchasing experience so far. One of the shoes had a nick on the rose gold plate on the bottom but other than that, my orders were in really good condition and that’s what I appreciate.

I’ve seen ads for JustFab for a while. I thought of finally getting it and when I went on the site, I was even more surprised. They have great deals. So I felt kinda silly waiting for so long because they have really great shoes. I wanted to find something that I could wear to work still and that’s why I picked the boots that I did. I definitely like the selection. It has a wide variety. I’ve worked in a clothing department, so simply knowing that there’s availability and selection is a big thing for me. It was great to have the variety but not have too much of an option.

I decided to become a JustFab member because of my daughter. She likes the things she can have and JustFab is so convenient. You don’t have to go to a store. You can just get the items online and so far, the experience has been great. The last item I purchased was some snow boots for my daughter. The quality of the items is good and my daughter loves the shoes. We have the same size too, so whatever she likes, I tend to wear.

I ordered many things over Christmas and I was looking for stuff. I found JustFab that way. That was my first time using them and everything was fine.

I used to buy shoes from JustFab all the time. Then I ordered long boots for my sister's birthday and overnighted it but I ended up getting it five days later. I was not too satisfied with the timeframe as I paid for overnight shipping and didn’t get it. I would’ve liked my shoes on time.

I love JustFab. I like their different style of shoes and their handbags. I usually order shoes from them. I like the quality. It’s just sometimes with the shoes, like the one I just ordered, the white one is very uncomfortable. I can’t even wear it. Online it showed the heels are different, but when I tried it on it’s so small and very uncomfortable. Also every time when I try to take advantage of their special offers I never really get any offer. The one that they just had, like the Buy 1 Get 1 free, when I went on there it ended. But other than that everything is good.

I love JustFab's shoes that I see on Instagram or on advertisements so I signed up as member. The quality of their items is excellent. Recently I got a pair of snow boots, and I love them. I got the Cheetah furred one. I actually saw a similar pair on a different site and I went with theirs because I like their stuff best.

Skipping a month with JustFab has been very easy. I'm month-to-month with them and lately, I've been skipping either because I don't have funds or there are some styles I don't like. Also very rarely do the selections given by my style expert appeal to me. I don't like my boutique and I feel the styles I get there can be better. Even so, they have good deals at JustFab and the shoes I have ordered from them are of good quality. Thus far, I've ordered three pairs of boots.

The selection given by my style expert has been good, but then they messed up my last order, which was my third time ordering from them, that was why I fully cancelled. I ordered two boots, and they put a tape over one of the boots saying the size of the order. I was wondering why it couldn’t fit me, and when I took the tape off, it was the wrong size. They then told me to send it back. They weren’t really going to do anything about it. I had to go print off the label to get it. I had no computer at the time to go print it, and it ended up fitting my daughter, so I had to give it to my daughter. Before that, I ordered two boots and those were pretty good. The quality, overall, has been good, too.

As a VIP member expected good cust service. Ordered a shirt for Xmas present & it had a ft long rip on yoke which was embarrassing when present was open. It was a cute shirt other than the rip. Called cust service, connection was really bad & the rep could barely speak English. Was told I only had 7 days to return & emailed label. I dont have printer & requested it mailed. After a wait was told label might arrive after the 7 days & I couldn't return item. Seems to me they would start return period at the eta? NO so I gotta find a way to print it or I'm SOL. So much for being a VIP will be cancelling & suggest others beware!

I really like JustFab so far. However, I wish they had more flats. Also, all the boots they have are high-heeled boots. I ended up buying a pair of white combat boots from them. The quality is great and I love them.

I've been a VIP member of JustFab for years. It can be a little bit irritating having to skip the month every first week, but I've just gotten used to it. I've bought a few shoes from them and some of them have been great while others are extremely uncomfortable. Overall, they're not the greatest quality. My biggest problem is their customer service. I recently forgot to skip the month so I was charged $39.95 with that credit being applied to my membership account. Since I didn't want to waste it, I went onto the site to use the credit. I bought a pair of shoes at full price along with some items that were on sale. I had to chat with a consultant online to get the sale items and use the membership credit in the same order, but he was able to apply everything to my account and the total came out to just over $18. I placed the order and next thing I know, I got a notification from my bank account saying that I was charged $75!

I've been ordering from JustFab since years ago and thus far, the only thing I don't like is that my order takes forever to get to my place. Also, I ordered wedges last year which didn't work out for me. I wore them once or twice and the heel came off. Still, the items from there are of good quality.

The variety of their items, their speed in shipping, and the quality being decent for their price make JustFab fine. I also take advantage of their special offers. Their boots are definitely my favorite. I have low heel and flat boots, but low heel ones are what I usually get.

I ordered a couple of pairs of boots from JustFab. The boots looked really cute, so I wanted to try them. I got the first one for $10 and the second one was like $25. They were both too small, which is weird because I've worn the same size my whole life, so I've never had an issue with finding size 7 ever. I kept one because I really liked them and I didn’t wanna wait to exchange them. And then, I sent one of them back because I couldn’t even really wear them comfortably. JustFab's selections were great though.

When it comes to variety of products JustFab has a good amount of it. I got two pair of boots last October and they're fine. But a few days ago I ended up buying boots somewhere else. I thought about going to JustFab but I was like, “It takes too long. I forget I ordered them by the time I get them.” And that’s not good in this time and age when you got prom and all that kind of stuff. You want your boots or your shoes when you want them. 10 days or two weeks shipping is far too long. Their shipping could be quicker.

I really like the shoes that I got from JustFab. However, I think I may have gotten half a size too big, but I just tightened it a lot, so I think it will be fine. That was my first pair from JustFab. It was the $10 for your first pair. Unfortunately, I had to miss this month. They were like you are purchasing it at a certain date and I know I wouldn’t have the money to order a new pair for that date. But I’d love to order more shoes than slippers. They’ve been great.

I just got with JustFab in January. I ordered boots on the 26th of December, and I haven’t received them yet.

I’ve been buying shoes from JustFab for at least three years, and I definitely appreciate the free shipping. Then, every time there is a specific sale going on, they give me a heads up, so I enjoy that as well. The style expert does well with the selections given to me. It seems that if they notice the type of things that I typically buy, then that is all they feature when they send me email. I typically buy shoes and they are good. I’ve still got shoes that I’ve had for a couple years and they still look practically new. Overall, they do everything well.

I was a member for JustFab for almost a year, then I quit them and rejoined six months ago. I have no problems with their website. It’s on their mobile app that I have problems with. I always have problems with the price showing correctly. So I’ve had to reach out a couple of times to get someone to, one, tell me what I’m doing wrong, and then two, to adjust the price. But I like the option of talking to someone or chatting with them because sometimes I don’t feel like talking. When I first quit them, it was because a lady was a little rude with me on the phone.

About 10 years ago, I was on ShoeDazzle and I saw an ad inside Access Hollywood story with Kim Kardashian. And I signed up to ShoeDazzle and that led me to JustFab. At that time, Kimora Lee-Simmons was the spokesperson for JustFab. The quality of JustFab's products is pretty good. It’s better than ShoeDazzle. Since I’ve been a member for so long, it is confusing when they changed from the point-value system. It was credits at first and then it became points, and that was confusing and there wasn’t anything that clearly stated that points or credits expired within a certain time. It was a few years ago when I found out that they had removed all my credits. I called and discussed it and they reinstated my credits, which was really great. So I appreciated that because I usually only shop once a year, and I usually do a big purchase all at once or I redeem credits a lot.

I have purchased from JustFab before, so every once in a while I go back on and look again to see if there is something else I want. Everything has always been fantastic. Order arrives quickly and sizing is good. I’m very happy with it.
