    Being older now, I don't wear the real high shoes, and the majority of the shoes that I see when I go in, the heels are too high for me. The clothes are more geared to a younger crowd, so that is what makes me not order as much as I used to in the beginning. I love JustFab but what they're picking for me is not for me at that time. It was me once upon a time, but it's not me now. But customer service is great. There have been times when I could not get on the website or I had a problem with ordering through the website and I would call customer service and they have always been very courteous, professional and patient.

    I like JustFab's shoes. It was easy looking for particular styles. They give you your boutique of your selections of your outfits and shoe tastes. They have similar taste I like. My booties are my favorite. It lasts long. However, they took an order out, $39.99. I didn’t opt out in April so I’m trying to find that on my account and it’s not showing. They credited me last April 16th or 15th.

    I love JustFab. It’s good for me that the subscription is there for me and it just takes the money out of my account. I have too much stuff going on. My days are super busy. And I kinda forget a little bit, but then I go in there and I have credits and I can get whatever I want. I like that. I also love the quality of the shoes I received. They last forever. I also do have a lot of bags and those also last forever. I purchased them three years ago and they still look new.

    JustFab's shoes get me interested. I have ordered quite a few pairs of shoes in a short amount of time and I have loved every single pair. I wear a 6 1/2, and I have a very strange foot. It's a short thing, but kind of wide. It's sometimes hard to fit, but every single pair that I have received from JustFab has fit my foot. For anybody with any sized foot, to have every single shoe fit and to love every single one is great.

    However, I get emails that are late. It would say, "This huge sale's going on," but when I go to the site, the sale would not be there. I'd then almost complete a checkout to see if it happens at checkout, but it would not be there. I'd then go to my email to see if there was another email, but it would not be there. That has happened around five times. It kinda made me mad because I was all excited to buy 10 pairs of shoes or buy one and get one free. But besides that, I hope to continue being a customer for a while because I love all the shoes. I've gotten some sneakers, heels and espadrilles. They look like very expensive, nice, shoes. And I get compliments on them all the time.

    I've been with them for at least 10 years and it’s the only place I buy shoes from. My last purchase was a couple pair of jeans and it had very good quality. They sent me the monthly thing from the style experts. But most of the time I just browse and buy things on my own instead. They also have a lot of the perks like the random sales they’ll have, or buy one and get one 50% off, or 50% off your entire order. I've had to return a couple of things but I haven't had an issue with that. I just go to the post office to drop it off, return it, and I get credited. I’m very pleased with them.

    When I first purchased from JustFab because of the promotion that was going on, I didn't know it was a monthly subscription until I was charged several times and then found out later. I've also been skipping the monthly subscription because I haven't found anything that I liked. I felt like the quality was not as great how it was before. I'm not satisfied with their selection and the monthly subscription that I've been paying is not worth the quality of the product that I get for the points.

    I heard a lot about JustFab before making my first purchase. I was thrilled when I got my first pair for only $15.00, however I was soon thrown down a rabbit hole of mysteriously vanishing contact agents and monthly unapproved charges. I was being charged for a membership I never even signed up for! On top of that whenever I tried to cancel my account over chat, as SOON as I said Cancel my account, an error message popped up and told me to try again another day. Creepy right?! So, I took it upon myself to call them, and at this point I was fuming. After a couple minutes of waiting an agent answered and asked me how they could assist me and get this, I said I wanted to cancel my account and they HUNG UP ON ME!!

    After FINALLY getting through to someone on chat after sending message upon message telling them I would take legal action, I was finally told after 2 months of haggling that my account was finally cancelled and I made sure I was SUPER safe by cancelling my debit card. This was back in December, and flash forward to today, April 21 when I opened my account to see a $39.95 MEMBERSHIP FEE FROM JUSTFAB!!!! HOW DID THEY GET MY NEW DEBIT CARD INFO??!! I immediately started panicking and called my bank and disputed all the purchases as fraud.

    I went back onto the website and was confronted with a snooty agent telling me that I AGREED TO KEEP THE MEMBERSHIP IN DECEMBER! ABSOLUTE BS!! I told them ONCE AGAIN that I have disputed all the purchases and I was going to report the company. The snooty agent continued to IGNORE me for 15 minutes until she finally messaged back saying my account was cancelled, with the exact same message they sent before. Fingers crossed I do not get charged again. Do not use this site! They will scam you and charge you and claim you agreed to it! They are sketchy people! Use Amazon instead!!!

    I heard about JustFab through my cousin and I saw that they were doing a 4.99 special, which made me decide to buy from them. I like the selection given by my style expert. Moreover, finding my style of item is pretty easy. I kind of change things up a lot and their selection is good. I bought shoes that are little wedges and paid $14. I don't think its quality is bad, but it's not worth 60 bucks. If I paid full price, I would not have been very happy with it. I haven’t worn it, but you can just feel that it's not top-of-the-line quality.

    I like the style of the shoes at JustFab. If I want a wedge heel I just put on wedge heel on the search, it gives me all the wedges. If I want boots, I put in boots, it gives me all the different styles of boots. It’s not really hard to pick. It just depends on what shoes you like as a person. It also doesn’t take long to receive your item. The selection given by the style expert has been okay. They’re not bad items. I have purchased before items that were selected or they looked some similar to the item that they selected. They have pretty good criteria. Quality-wise, I bought the boots, wore it one time and my heel broke. And I didn’t know how to get it fixed. But I love the boots. Their products are not horrible. I just have had some bad shoe moments with heels looking like they’re gonna come from the sole, but other than that, it doesn’t happen all the time. I’ve ordered plenty of shoes.

    I like how they have the boutique setup where you could go in and pick your own style and you can go straight to what you like. It's already put in place for you. I also like the fact the I have credits. When I see something I like, I can go in and get it, and I like to be surprised with the fact that I have credits because I don’t have to pay as much. I haven’t had any problems with the quality of their products. I've liked everything that I've ordered. But the selection of their style expert could be a little better.

I even love the app. The selections could be a little bit more different though, because every time I try to change it, the styles still don’t go with what I like.     I ordered from JustFab with the style of their shoes, plus they carry a big size, which is a size 10 that I wear. My style is relatively easy to find. Also they have Buy One, Take One sales and you can get a certain amount off of a total order by being a member. I like the sales.     The lines that they have are good but sometimes, not so much is changed. For example, the heels are pretty much the same and they don't change year to year. Sometimes, the sizes are not so accurate too. If you had a size and you ordered according to the design of the shoes, sometimes, it's different. I also find shoes in the stores that are half of the price. They discount every Monday morning from my account and if I have credits and they have the shoes in sale, they say the credit for the $40 instead of getting two pairs of shoes for the credit. If the shoes are normally $40, they put it for $19. Immediately, I use one credit and I lose the other half of the money because they are already on sale. Then a year ago, I had sent so many stuff and it was a mess so I am going to stop using JustFab. But other than that, I really like their styles which are so similar to the style of shoes that is from my country.

    I’ve been a customer of JustFab for several years now. I was always a fan of Kimora Lee Simmons. When she started promoting it and talking about it, I was like, she’s cool. Let me check it out. I started my subscription back in college. It's an affordable way to get nice shoes. The quality has been a hit or a miss though. Sometimes, the quality is really good. But I’ve bought some shoes that weren’t up to my standards. For me, the selection given by the style expert is not always spot-on too. Sometimes, it’s just like the general. I always blindside it, but usually, I’ll just search through all those shoes that are available. If I’m purchasing, I have a style in mind that I’m looking for. So, then, I’ll just use the filters to try to figure out which shoe am I shopping for today.

    Any time I purchase clothing from JustFab, the quality has been more disappointing with the clothes than with the shoes. I’ve purchased different shirts, dresses, different apparel a couple of times. It’s really been more misses than hits. So, now I usually use my JustFab to get either shoes or handbags. I really like the handbags sometimes. I had one tote back that I bought and I kept that for 5 years ‘cause I just love the bag so much. But then, I also had a jumpsuit that I bought one time that the fit and the fabric was so horrible. But then, I got it on sale so I couldn’t return it. So, I ended up just giving it to Goodwill.

    Some of the shoes that JustFab has are cute and they have a lot of different styles. Their selections are good and they match the kind of things that I like. The special offer they had when I first signed up was the best one. They had a couple of boots that came out 20 bucks each. For my last order, I ordered some wedge sandals. I ordered my normal size and when I received it, they were huge. I sent it back for a half-size smaller and still, those were too big so I sent it back again. When they came back, I had ordered three pairs of shoes and they only sent me two and they were still too big. I have to go back-and-forth multiple times and it's a mess right now. I'm still waiting for two other pairs to come in so I can ship them all back together.

    I started looking on the website to see what the reviews were on them. There was a split. One ranted about the money back. But that was the first time it had happened to me that it was that extreme of not fitting. All in all, my experience is not terrible but it does suck sometimes when times like these, as opposed to when I go to the store where I'm able to try on the shoe and walk out and I have the shoe but not with JustFab. I gotta wait weeks in between if their shoe size isn't right. For other items I have ordered, they're okay quality for 40 bucks. I don't expect to have top-notch quality for $40 though, but for whatever the price that I got them for, they're pretty decent shoes.

    I like the ease of return and 95% of the stuff that I have are good. I just have problems with maybe a few, with the comfort. But I wonder sometimes why they’re sorta connected with ShoeDazzle and why do they offer the same products. JustFab should try to do something different because why am I gonna pay for a membership on another site that has the same exact products? Also, when there’s something on sale and then you go in to pay, it doesn’t allow you to use your credits. Sometimes, I have four credits, but if I wanna buy two, get two free, then I have to pay the actual price instead of using my points. We should be able to use our points however we want regardless of a sale or not.

    I’m no longer a member of JustFab. I didn't like the quality of the shoes. The quality is really bad. People are getting what's worth the price. If they want something cheap, it’s great. But if they want good quality shoes, something that you would get at DSW or Macy’s, it’s not that type of quality. They also hurt my feet and they smell funny. They all have this weird plastic smell. I ended up giving away almost everything I’ve ordered. I’ve only kept a few.

    I found JustFab through a young lady that had mentioned it. We were talking at the doctor’s office one day and then I started looking it up on my phone. And I became a VIP member. I’ve had a great experience with JustFab. I just bought two beautiful pairs of flats. Because I do security at church, and our church went from being a small church to a huge church, so I had to change up my shoes. And I ended up sharing a pair of those shoes that were just $10 with my brother’s girlfriend. And she was amazed and now she has been on JustFab too. I love the shoes. My favorite pairs are the wedges. They look more like sneakers. I’ve already bought several pairs of those. I ride a motorcycle and I’m only 5’5, the wedges give me some height. And I love that when I’m on my bike because I don’t have to be on my tiptoes. The wedges are very good.

    JustFab is my favorite. My plan is at least once a month to buy myself a pair of shoes. I tell anybody that I talk to when they ask about my shoes, “It’s JustFab. It’s $40 a month. But what they do is they put the money at your account, but it’s credited to your account so you can always go in there and get shoes.” And I also tell them, as far as my shoes, if I know I got an event and if I can get to JustFab in time, I order it through JustFab. I rarely now even go to a shoe department store ever since I joined JustFab. All my shoes are JustFab to where I really love them. I love JustFab and it was a great idea.

    And every time I’ve called in, tried to do an exchange, the people were just wonderful. They were really nice and they looked at my account and they did everything before I even asked or they’d make suggestions. And their suggestions have always been very good. I also love the shoes. They're great quality shoes for the price that they offer. You would think they're very expensive, but they're not. Then when you do the sales, the sales are off the chain. I’m a lifetime member with JustFab all because it is great.

    When my sister started with JustFab she said I could get two pairs of shoes for $39.99 when first signing up, and then all shoes are $40, no matter what shoes you pick, once you sign up. I like JustFab. I just skip a month when I'm not budgeted for it. I normally get my shoes during the deal time, so I love it. I like the products. But I'm really skinny, so I gotta send some of my boots back because a lot of boots are wider. I wish they make boots for slimmer legs. That would be my only thing. So I normally just get pumps. They gave me a list of shoes that is in season for me, and I take advantage of that. All the shoes and the quality are good, and my shoes come in three days.

    The designs are marvelous. I found some items there which is very hard to find. They have shoes in all colors and the prices are very affordable. Sometimes, they have sale deal also where you can get with $15 a designer shoe even it's a copy. When I wear the shoes, everybody always give me compliment, and they would say, "Beautiful shoes. Where did you get it?" So that's the kind of drive also for me to purchase those items from JustFab. Recently, I started purchasing some clothing as well and those are very comfy. So for me, it's convenience, design, and accommodating from financial perspective.

    Their deals are great. Sometimes when it's the clearance time, at the end of the season, I actually stock up more then because I pay $10 or $15 sometimes. Even though if not on sale, I actually buy them if I like them. When I became a member of JustFab 10 years ago, I was wearing high heels. But now, with my aging and with my back pain, I'm looking not too high. But they have combination of mix and match. So I always find something for me. I love JustFab.

    JustFab is my go-to. I've been with them for 2 years and I like them 'cause I do order shoes from there. I like the colors. I've over-ordered shoes, so I have a whole bunch of shoes that I can't wear anywhere 'cause of the quarantine. I have some boots and I love them. I have winter boots ready for the snow. I noticed that they did an upgrade in their site and I wish it can be fixed. It used to be when you search for clothing styles like jeans, it used to have the numbers for the sizes, but now, it's not there. It's just small, medium, large, and extra large.     I love shoes. I've purchased a variety of things from JustFab. I've had ups and downs with them like being able to afford things some months, being able to skip, and not being able to skip.     I like the monthly shoe selections and the fact that they listen to customer’s feedback. Because at one point, they only went up to size 11, and then for fashionable big foot girls like me, there was a size 12 that they added on, which is awesome.     I've been with JustFab for more than eight years. I like the quality of their items. You're not gonna get fine leather for 50 bucks but I have no complaints. I have until the 5th to call them and cancel. Last month, I forgot to do that. Now, with the stress of my job and working from home, I may forget to call and cancel. I wish that JustFab could waive that five-day cancellation fee that they normally take out which is 39.99. That normally isn’t a big deal to me because I buy shoes all the time anyway. To have that kind of sitting there isn’t gonna break the bank. But right now, with everything being day-to-day as far as our job, I would want for JustFab to not charge the 39.99 in the event I forget to cancel by day 5.

    When I go onto the website, I’m always expecting to see something that I must have when I really don't need it. I always find myself satisfied with it and excited when I see the boxes coming to the house.     I'm looking for a pair of black pumps right now and I go on every month but I don’t see a closed-in pump. Maybe this isn’t the season either and no one is wearing closed-in pumps. But I need one, just the basic black pump to interview in and just to have a pair of nice pumps. JustFab usually doesn't have the style of shoe I need either. I may look for some sandals and I'll see a lot of beautiful styles but I'll click on it and they're 4 inches. I'm not wearing a 4-inch heel. It's not healthy to have your feet up like that, in 3- or 4-inch heels. They're also just too tall. So I haven’t purchased in a while. Another concern is some of their prices, especially with sandals in summertime.

    I know I can go somewhere and get a $9 sandal knowing that I may only wear it for one summer or maybe two summers. Some of JustFab's prices should be based on that. A summer shoe should be much less than their regular shoes, their career shoes or boots. If I buy a sandal from them and it's cute and I love it then I go on a vacation so I'm posting on my Facebook page, I wouldn't wanna post that same shoe the next time. But I would have spent $49 so I gotta keep the shoe. If I only spent 9.99, I'd be like, “Okay. Let me go get another 9.99 shoe.” It's almost like only taking one bathing suit on vacation and all your pictures are in that one bathing suit. But sandals is what I've purchased from JustFab the most overall. I've also purchased boots. All of them have been pretty and the quality of 90% has been good. I've been with JustFab for five years and I've gotten just one or two that I didn't like.

    I liked the prices and the return and exchange policy that JustFab had at the time was convenient. I mostly ordered shoes. But considering the price, you can’t expect too much. I haven't bought anything in a while and I actually stopped buying stuff from there. The last time I bought something was a year or two years ago or so and the return process wasn’t that convenient. They tried to charge me a $4.99 or 5.99 to return an item, but I wanted to exchange. I needed a bigger size for the pair of shoes that I bought and they tried to charge me to return it.     I've purchased more than 15 pairs from Just Fab. I do JustFab and Dazzle. Between both, I ordered five pairs of shoes most recently. There were some platforms and some boots as well. I bought the boots in my size but they’re not my size and they are a little bit uncomfortable. Where the curve of the foot is supposed to be, it doesn’t fit right. But that’s not JustFab’s problem. I love the shoes so I’m staying with them. But JustFab should have more variety in flat shoes for the office because there’s not much variety. They have a lot of sandals but for the office, I can’t wear my toes out because I go from office to office. Otherwise, they're great.

    I really like the way that not only does JustFab gears everything to your preferences, but if you're looking for something different, you can always browse all of their offerings. You're not just stuck with those one set of preferences. When you fill out the profile, their stylist introduces things that you're probably gonna like, which is great because then you're not looking through everything that you'd never wear. But if you do want something for a special occasion, you can go outside of your preferences and still have full access, which is a really great feature.

    I teach in school so I purchase boots like flat boots to wear every day. They are a really great value and I have them for the full school year. I get lots of compliments on them. The quality is great, especially for the price point. They hold up really well and they look nice too. Wearing them daily and putting thousands of steps in every day in our school, they're comfortable.

    I got jeans from JustFab too. The first time I ordered the jeans, I ordered one pair because I wasn't sure how they were gonna fit. The shoes are pretty easy. The jeans fit really well and I wanted to get a second pair of the same kind. When I went back the next time, they didn't have that style. They don't necessarily have all of that all the time. They've gone to a different style. I'm like, "Okay, great, but now I don't know how that one is gonna fit me." It would be nice to have a little bit more continuity of some of the basic items.

    JustFab has selections that I liked. But I don’t really care for their style expert selection as it’s just not my style. Their items have had good quality. But I a bad experience with JustFab recently. I purchased a pair of boots and they were too little so I sent them back for a bigger size. When I got that bigger size, they were still too little. I asked for my money back and they refused. And I’ve been a customer for five years. I escalated the call. I sent the purchase to the post office and they said that they never received it. But I gave them the tracking number that I received from the post office like I told them. I did my part. I took it back to the post office with the return label that they provided and gave them the information. But they were holding my money because they haven't received anything warehouse yet. That aside, I would still pretty rate JustFab pretty high.

    I like the selection of boots that JustFab has. Unfortunately, as of last year or so, I feel like the quality is not that great anymore. So, the value to me isn’t as much as it used to be, but I just keep my membership. I’m able to go in there and skip every month and it’s nice to have it available to me.     I love JustFab. Signing up with them was easy and I got wonderful shoes from them. I like the style and their delivery is always on time and fast. I've been a member for three and a half years now and I always say I will be cancelling my membership but I never do. What really gets people is how you get a different price if you’re a VIP. That was what caught me as well and I thought I had to sign up as it was cheaper that way. Recently, I got an Emily black and flat sandals where you put the strap around and the little thing goes in the hole. But that part is messed up on one side. It’s still attached but it’s hanging on and that’s on the left sandal. Then on the right sandal, the beadwork is coming off, so I got to glue it. And on another one of my wedges, the straps that come across the foot to the sole lifted. I would usually take it to a shoe repair but I haven’t in a while. Other than that, all the shoes that I have received from them have been good.

I tried to cancel via phone call months ago, and the reps don't even listen to what you are saying and just keep offering to skip the month for you.     I saw some advertising on Facebook and then, I saw that JustFab was doing a promotion which they do every year. You get three pair of boots for $44 and they kinda sold me on that one. I’ve been a member since then and it has been about four years. I am able to find my size with JustFab and they fit perfectly. I just wish that they have better and different options on their boots on sale. I’m curious about the clothing section as far as how they go with the sizing because I am kinda tall and I’m very slim, so it’s kinda hard to find pants. It’s probably the only reason why I haven’t checked out the clothing section yet but I’m looking forward to doing that in the near future. I shop at JustFab majority of the time when it gets a little cold. I like the sandals but the ones that I wear the most are the thigh-high boots.     I really like JustFab's shoes and clothes. The pricing is a little expensive for my budget, but I do make it work because I love clothes and shoes. Most of the time, I can get a lot of bang for my buck with the amount I paid for the membership because I can get like two pairs of shoes or a jacket and two cute sweaters.     I like the shoes and they were a good price. I found the shoes that I had wanted for this event pretty quickly. I ordered the shoes, and they were supposed to be for New Year’s. I got them a few days before New Year’s but I never wore the shoes. It was a little bit smaller than what JustFab had indicated on the website. It ended up being too tight, so I sent them back a week later. There were no labels included in the package. There was no information in the confirmation email that I received. So I just sent it back in, put “return to sender” on it, and had not received any information. I was having a hard time finding out information in terms of that. The process was difficult for me and I never got a refund for them.

    JustFab should have their return policy posted more visibly on their website. I wish that they had provided a phone number to try and get in touch with somebody immediately regarding that. I tried to look through their website and could not find that information on the website. But in other places I’ve ordered from before, they would provide that information within the confirmation.

    The shoes don’t ever fit me quite right. I buy a size nine and they’re all way too big, and so at my last pair of shoes, I bought a size eight and a half, but they’re too small.     I purchase a lot from ShoeDazzle and some of the stuff on there are also on JustFab. I've been a member for quite a while and one time, I got a pair of shoes for my granddaughter. The quality of the shoes is good, but sometimes, the fit is off a little and the returns process takes more than normal that I used to receive the item. I like ankle boots so I got a pair of boots and they didn't fit. The fit was so tight, I sent them back, got the next size up and they still are tight, so I haven't had a chance to wear them. Now, I don’t know what to do with them because I don't know if sending them back is gonna help anymore. Still, they're an okay website. One time, I bought five pairs of shoes, including some boots they sent me two right feet of. I called to get the boots returned and they didn’t have any more of it in stock. I had to get another pair of boots, and it took so long to send me the shoes I wanted that they didn’t have it in stock again. It took them long to send me my shoes, so by the time I got them, it wasn’t what I wanted. They gave me a store credit of $15, but their customer service sucks.

    With JustFab, I can find boots that I like to have and when I see something, I normally get it. I just look at whatever comes that I like that catches my eye. If I don’t like what the stylist says, I can go and look to see if there are other stuff available. It’s great that I can look at everything. Also, the quality is better than going to the mall, like a Steve Madden. If I didn't have too many shoes, I would buy more but I’m very selective because I have too many.     I purchased a pair of mesh leggings. I received them 4 days late per tracking information that was sent to me. I wore them for the 1st time and as I was putting them on the mesh on the bottom ripped. Everything else about the activewear leggings were great! I put in for an exchange damage but they do not have any other options but to return. This was the 1st clothing purchase on my end and my experience was horrible. How could you sell mesh leggings and then they rip as soon as someone tries them on?

    It sucks when I forget to skip the month and I gotta pay that extra charge. I haven’t been buying shoes as much because their 5.5 is on a bigger kind of sole so it’s bigger than my foot. I wish they would carry a 5 for shoes. I would definitely buy all my shoes there if they did. Payless is now out of business and people with big feet or small feet like me have to go to Dillard’s and Macy’s because they carry our size. But we’re talking about brand stuff, which is really pricey.

    JustFab carries original stuff, which is something that I wanna see in the stores here. A lot of the times I’ll get compliments on a purse or on a shirt because I don’t see it around. Their designers are doing a good job of having fashionable stuff, but at the same time, it’s not what everybody has. Moreover, the purses are really sturdy. But the clothing would be a 6 on a scale of 1 to 10.

    Sometimes, JustFab's sizes are a little off but that's just shoes. I really haven't been disappointed with anything I get. However, I'm kinda wishy-washy on the selections that they give. A lot of the stuff, I wouldn't wear and I usually have to search for what I want. But finding what I'm looking for is pretty easy. The website's really easy. And if I get the wrong size, it's always really easy to return for a different size or a different style if they don't have it. It's hard to find shoes at a decent price, but JustFab's offers are really good. Also, if I don't skip a month and they charge me, I have the credit, so I can get a pair of shoes even if I don't have the money.

And when they do $10 or 3 for 30 sales, it's even better because I can stock up on boots for me and my daughter.     I've been a member for six years now and I don't do the monthly subscription anymore. I understand the whole membership thing. That's how they do their business but I have had it before where I forgot to press the skip this month. And I didn't need to spend that much money that month. If I know what type of shoe I wanna look at, I just look at the page that corresponds with it. If I'm looking for something for an event, I always check them out first and see what they have 'cause they usually have every kind of style and lots of different colors.

    I like the pricing and the variety. There's so many different styles of shoes and colors, which is the best part about it. But I don't think the boutique that they send to me is always my particular style but they try. My favorite purchase is a little pink coral heel. It's like the pointy-toe heels. I dance a lot so they're the perfect heel size for dancing. I can wear them longer than any of my other heels when I'm dancing. Most of my purchases have really decent quality. I did a lot of wears out of them, and I get compliments a lot on my shoes. Some websites have something like, "We're out of stock but we'll notify you when this is back in stock." JustFab doesn't do that. So it would be great if they can implement something like that because sometimes, there’s some slide shoes that I don't get to in time because my size is sold out.

    JustFab's products are great! All of the shoes and clothes I purchased are wonderful quality and always unique. My only problem with JustFab is the serious lack of professionalism in their customer service department. I was a VIP member of JusFab for about 5 years before canceling last year. Twice during my subscription I skipped a month using my phone on the mobile site and both times I was still charged. Every time that I called I was basically told too bad. When it happened a third time I finally spoke with someone helpful who told me, at that time, it was better to skip through the full site. Even on the third time my money was not returned to me.

    Soon after spending my credits I canceled my VIP membership. What really made me never want to shop at JustFab again was the how petty the customer service staff would be. I've had reps outright lie and try to tell me that my money was in fact returned and even had someone tell me that I shouldn't shop there if I can't afford "just $40". As I stated in the beginning the products, in my experience, are good quality and if it wasn't for the "customer service" staff I would buy from them again. Unfortunately my experience had far too many instances of unnecessary comments and opinions from people who I would expect to be professional.

When I go on the website, I look and I see something I like, I click it and I put underneath my favorites or likes. It's pretty easy to find things.     I tried it, and they force you to pay $40 dollars every month, if you forget to skip, you're on your own. The quality isn't good. The shoes are painful and have no support. They don't make canceling easy. First of all, you can't just hit a button to cancel, you have to call or live chat with someone. Then they waste your time telling you things you already know (like being able to skip a month) or offering coupons. I repeated myself 4-5 times that I wanted to cancel. Then I was told they "respect my decision" and would cancel. I shouldn't have to jump through so many hoops just to cancel a subpar service.

    I saw a pair of shoes in JustFab then and they were really cheap. I said, “Let me do this.” So far, the quality of the items I’ve gotten were good for the price. The three for $39 is the one I like the most. I also bought some wedge suede-like booties in burgundy and in black, and those are my favorites. However, their style experts selections were never on-point. They give me all heels even though I put on there when I signed up that I don’t like high-heels.

    JustFab does clothes, kids’ stuff, etc. There's a monthly fee of $39 if you forget to skip the month, but you can use it at another time. Other than that, there are no other attachments for you to it. Whenever I have an issue, they always resolve it. When I order something online and if I have a gift card, it won’t take it because it’s a promotion. But when I call and do it over the phone, they hook it up and put the gift card on it.

    My sister-in-law had JustFab. They had cute boots and I love the discounts and the sales they have. When they have their sales, I usually get an email, then I would check it out and I would take advantage of them. Most of the time, the selections are spot-on.     I'm more of a stay at home and buy online kind of shopper so I don't need super instant gratification. Being a member of JustFab works for me and what intrigued me to order from them was mostly for the new customer thing. I only shop when there's a sale and I skipped months here and there. I usually go for the booties. The style expert selection isn't always my preference. Usually, it's not really quite accurate to what my taste is so I have to look around at the different pages to see what I actually like. As for quality, the items are not high end but it's not like I would have to replace them every single year. I get about 2 years' worth of on and off use out of a pair of shoes.

    A couple months back, my order was never shipped out. It took about another 6 additional weeks to actually get the order after much back and forth with customer service. I also work a customer service job and I 100% understand that there's a lot happening and things fell through the crack. It was just a little bit frustrating when we did basically 12 weeks for one order. They gave me some in-store credit after the fact. And they rushed the shipment once it finally got through, but I didn't really ask for it. It was more of there was no explanation as to why this happened and really no follow through.

    I like everything about JustFab- the price, the sale, and the shoes. Everything I buy, I'm satisfied with. My favorite purchase is shoes. I get the heels, but I always get them cut down.     I like JustFab's sales. Sometimes, I can get three pairs of shoes or three purses for $40. In fact, they just had sales that was 60% off everything, all clothing. The only thing that I had an issue with was my jeans. I have big legs and butt, so unless there’s a good stretch to the jeans, I always have to just take a chance. So far, I've had so many favorites. One was the bell-bottom I found last year because I have been looking for some, and all my thigh-high boots because I have lots of boots. I bought three pairs of boots this last month for $15-$20. They had the end of season and blowout sale. I bought boots for 5 bucks. You can’t ever beat that.

    I’m picky so I don’t like everything, and the variety of JustFab's shoes and their options made me go with them. I like the option between the sneakers, and the flats. Then, when you want to wear heels, you have that option also. I have a pair of sneakers and I wear them to work. I’m a pharmacy technician, so I’m on my feet all day, and their shoes are comfortable. I like their quality. Sometimes I save the selections given by the style expert and then order them when I can. For the most part, my selections have been nice. Overall, I like everything.     I've been a member for a couple of years now and I like that I don’t have to continue the membership if I don’t want them. I could stop it easily. My last purchase was a pair of boots a couple of months ago. I had different things back and forth as well. I have some stuff where maybe the stitching was off or the measurements was off so that I had to send them back and get a new pair or I just wound up giving them away because I didn't wanna go through the back and forth of sending it back. One time, I also had shoes which were the wrong size. The return process was easy and I just printed the slip and took it to the post office, sent it back, and then they sent me a new pair. They should work on getting the shoe sizes right and be consistent with it. Other than that, I usually do both using the style expert and choosing things on my own, and the purchase process has been fine.

    I am stuck in the JustFab nightmare and it is only due to my intense dislike of being "taken" that I have not found a way out yet. $39.95 a month for this membership. I have credits, but somehow need to pay more than my credits for EVERY pair of shoes I have ever gotten from this site. Every time I make a purchase, I am issued "bonus points". When I attempt to purchase my next pair of shoes, my "bonus points" are applied, which gives me a dollar discount, yet still have to pay for the shoes.

    What exactly am I paying the membership fee for? The terms of service claim that if I do not use my monthly membership money, it can be saved for a future purchase. There does not appear to be ANY way to do this. So, now I pay the membership fee every month and attempt to figure out how to get shoes from this site. When they have "sales", guess what, every item is out of stock. This site is a rip off akin to the old CD clubs.

    The variety at JustFab made me purchase from them. I had an account for eight years and then I didn't purchase anything for a while. When I moved, I ended up getting a different account. Most of the time, the styles given by the style expert are the stuff that I like. They are on point with it. The quality is like those shoes at Macy's and Dillard's -- it is good. A pair of boots that I wear a lot is my favorite. I have one pair, however, where the strap came off, but I still have the shoes because I like them.

    I would not recommend Justfab. It's expensive, and they nickel and dime you with no refund available. If you want to spend $50 a month on shoes there are many other options out there! Even if you cancel your account they will continue charging you.

    I've been a member of JustFab for about 6-7 years and I can honestly say that I have acquired some great shoes and clothing from them. I have never received anything that was below my expectations. My issue is mostly with the membership credits. I don't mind paying the fee each month but why can't I use them when they have sales? I have been looking for an explanation for this and have yet to find one. I literally wait until there is no sale to go and see what they have on clearance so that I can get the best bang for my buck because it just doesn't make sense for me to use my own money to participate in the sales when I have credits sitting there for use.

    They basically would get my money twice. Once for the membership fee and once for me to make a sale purchase. I miss out on so many sales because of this and it almost makes me want to cancel my membership completely. Why should I have to give you more money when I've already paid? I need an explanation from someone about this. It just doesn't seem fair to me.

    I saw an ad on Facebook about their $10 boots deal, so naturally I checked it out. I bought some boots, and they were really nice and quality. The next month rolls around, and they charge me $40. The $10 deal is only for members!! This was not at all made clear in the process. I had NO IDEA. The cancellation process was horrible. I was on hold for over 30 minutes and once I got a hold of someone, he was not very friendly and upset that I was cancelling. I am very upset with their service and how unclear this was. I do not recommend if you don't want to get scammed, this place is nasty. If you do not become a member and pay full price, you may be ok. But whatever you do, DON'T BECOME A MEMBER.

    First let me say I really like JustFab, ShoeDazzle and Just Kids. I like the fact that you can go in and skip the month if you arent purchaaing for the month. I love your boots and shoes and other accessories. However, I have been with JustFab, ShoeDazzle and JustKids for a little over two years now. Every month when I am not going to use the membership services I go in and I skip the month, it's pretty easy to just go in and skip the month. You can't do one and then forget to do the other, it's impossible to forget 1 because they are all connected.

    I go in and I skip each membership if I'm not going to use it. However last month of December and this month January I was still charged by JustFab even though I skipped the month the same time when I skip the month for the other two memberships. Last month they refunded my money and the representative that I spoke with told me that it wasn't just me who had that problem, apparently, other people had the same issue and were calling in.

    I have called twice yesterday and 5 or 6 times today on both my cell and home phone but I'm not getting an answer from a representative and I waited on hold each time about 10 to 15 minutes which is ridiculous. It's not making any sense to me. I'm not getting through. I feel like I'm being blocked or something. I don't know how the system works but I just want my money back because I know that I skipped the month, I do it every month if I'm not going to use it. There's no fault of my own about this, it's a mistake on JustFab. It's honestly just really upsetting and I just want to get my refund and cancel my membership service because this is the second time in a row it's happened. And I've never had this problem with the other two memberships from ShoeDazzle or Just Kids. So I'm just going to cancel this membership and be done with it!

    I’ve seen ads for JustFab for a while. I thought of finally getting it and when I went on the site, I was even more surprised. They have great deals. So I felt kinda silly waiting for so long because they have really great shoes. I wanted to find something that I could wear to work still and that’s why I picked the boots that I did. I definitely like the selection. It has a wide variety. I’ve worked in a clothing department, so simply knowing that there’s availability and selection is a big thing for me. It was great to have the variety but not have too much of an option.

    The layout of the website was great, purchasing was very simple and delivery was on time. My experience with them was really great. I really like the trendiness. My only issue is that the shoes were a little bit small. I only paid $15 for them and I didn’t want to send them back ‘cause it would cost me $9, so I’m trying to break them in right now. But the shoes look great. It’s not like any other shoe where you put them on once or twice and they’re good, then you get so much scratches. These are really cheap, good boots. They’re gonna last me a good, long time.

    I only ordered a pair of boots so far, but definitely I’m wanting more boots. Out of the styles available, there were gonna be 4 or 5 that I want to purchase. There were these really cute purple ones with the heel that I kinda wouldn’t mind. I just think I have to bump it up a size or so. That’s the main issue - my shoe size is not precise so I almost always have to try on 3 different pairs to find the perfect fit.

It’s just sometimes with the shoes, like the one I just ordered, the white one is very uncomfortable. I can’t even wear it. Online it showed the heels are different, but when I tried it on it’s so small and very uncomfortable. Also every time when I try to take advantage of their special offers I never really get any offer. The one that they just had, like the Buy 1 Get 1 free, when I went on there it ended. But other than that everything is good.

    The selection given by my style expert has been good, but then they messed up my last order, which was my third time ordering from them, that was why I fully cancelled. I ordered two boots, and they put a tape over one of the boots saying the size of the order. I was wondering why it couldn’t fit me, and when I took the tape off, it was the wrong size. They then told me to send it back. They weren’t really going to do anything about it. I had to go print off the label to get it. I had no computer at the time to go print it, and it ended up fitting my daughter, so I had to give it to my daughter. Before that, I ordered two boots and those were pretty good. The quality, overall, has been good, too.

    As a VIP member expected good cust service. Ordered a shirt for Xmas present & it had a ft long rip on yoke which was embarrassing when present was open. It was a cute shirt other than the rip. Called cust service, connection was really bad & the rep could barely speak English. Was told I only had 7 days to return & emailed label. I dont have printer & requested it mailed. After a wait was told label might arrive after the 7 days & I couldn't return item. Seems to me they would start return period at the eta? NO so I gotta find a way to print it or I'm SOL. So much for being a VIP will be cancelling & suggest others beware!

    I've been a VIP member of JustFab for years. It can be a little bit irritating having to skip the month every first week, but I've just gotten used to it. I've bought a few shoes from them and some of them have been great while others are extremely uncomfortable. Overall, they're not the greatest quality. My biggest problem is their customer service. I recently forgot to skip the month so I was charged $39.95 with that credit being applied to my membership account. Since I didn't want to waste it, I went onto the site to use the credit. I bought a pair of shoes at full price along with some items that were on sale. I had to chat with a consultant online to get the sale items and use the membership credit in the same order, but he was able to apply everything to my account and the total came out to just over $18. I placed the order and next thing I know, I got a notification from my bank account saying that I was charged $75!

    I went back and checked my receipt when I placed the order and it said $18 and explained all of the promotions and discounts that had been applied. When I called JustFab to figure this all out, they essentially called me a liar. Their manager got very rude and sarcastic and read the terms and conditions for the promotions and sales out loud to me. He made sure to point out that multiple promos can't be used together. I tried to explain that I talked to their consultants and that they were the ones who applied the promotions to the order while they were initially helping me, but he insisted that I was wrong. How can a company say they are charging you $18 and then take $75 out of my bank account. This site is a complete scam and they have the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Just trying to cancel your membership is a hassle. If you take anything from this long and ranting review, DO NOT TRUST JUSTFAB!!!!

    When it comes to variety of products JustFab has a good amount of it. I got two pair of boots last October and they're fine. But a few days ago I ended up buying boots somewhere else. I thought about going to JustFab but I was like, “It takes too long. I forget I ordered them by the time I get them.” And that’s not good in this time and age when you got prom and all that kind of stuff. You want your boots or your shoes when you want them. 10 days or two weeks shipping is far too long. Their shipping could be quicker.

    I was a member for JustFab for almost a year, then I quit them and rejoined six months ago. I have no problems with their website. It’s on their mobile app that I have problems with. I always have problems with the price showing correctly. So I’ve had to reach out a couple of times to get someone to, one, tell me what I’m doing wrong, and then two, to adjust the price. But I like the option of talking to someone or chatting with them because sometimes I don’t feel like talking. When I first quit them, it was because a lady was a little rude with me on the phone.

    Their product quality is a hit and miss. I tend to buy their boots only because their heels are kinda cheap. I don’t ever wanna be the girl walking in heels and the heel bends. I’m a big girl so I need a little more of a sturdier heel than their heels tend to offer. And with their clothes I usually have to end up ordering sizes down. I don’t know what scale they are using because it’s like that big of a difference. But I didn’t have this problem with their smaller clothes, it’s just their plus sizes.

    Also my biggest pet peeve with them is how they apply certain things. So, for example, they take the monthly subscription, every 39.95, and if I don’t use it, it becomes a token. But let’s say I decided to use it and there’s a sale going on, I can’t use them together, which doesn’t make sense to me because it’s still money paid. I don’t understand why I wouldn’t be able to use it. Or if I return an item, I can’t use whatever credit I get for the returning item. It’s not applied to whatever I buy. There’s restrictions on what I can apply it to, which doesn’t make sense to me. I have a $12 credit now and I haven’t used it is because the stuff that I choose that I wanna buy says I can’t apply the credit with it. But for the clothing and the shoes, for a more petite person, I believe they would be perfect.

    About 10 years ago, I was on ShoeDazzle and I saw an ad inside Access Hollywood story with Kim Kardashian. And I signed up to ShoeDazzle and that led me to JustFab. At that time, Kimora Lee-Simmons was the spokesperson for JustFab. The quality of JustFab's products is pretty good. It’s better than ShoeDazzle. Since I’ve been a member for so long, it is confusing when they changed from the point-value system. It was credits at first and then it became points, and that was confusing and there wasn’t anything that clearly stated that points or credits expired within a certain time. It was a few years ago when I found out that they had removed all my credits. I called and discussed it and they reinstated my credits, which was really great. So I appreciated that because I usually only shop once a year, and I usually do a big purchase all at once or I redeem credits a lot.

    Another thing that’s also been confusing is when they started doing the mobile app. They’re going back and forth between having a mobile app and not. Other than that, I get comments all the time on the shoes that I wear or the jeans. I really like JustFab because I wouldn’t have to go to the mall to try on jeans. I knew my size and that was that. And when people compliment on the jeans, I always tell them where I got it, “JustFab.”

    I was with JustFab for eight years but I stopped because the membership wasn't useful for me anymore and the prices changed drastically. When I first started, they had any shoes for 39.99 and that was with shipping. But all of a sudden, they started having different pricing, price point, and VIP was not as effective. And for today's market, JustFab's prices are pretty high. About two months ago, I bought boots from them and they're okay. But they're no different than if you went to Shoe Carnival or Rack Room. Also, they're not authentic leathers or suede. They're all man-made material so they're not gonna last more than a year.

    JustFab's shoes are amazing. I like their quality and style. Some other shoes don’t wear as good as others, but that is okay. The only issue I have is their VIP membership, which is $40 a month. I have tried the, “Oh, let’s skip it, let’s skip it, let’s cancel it,” but I could not cancel it online. I don’t have time to sit on the phone with somebody all the time either. I have never been able to speak with somebody because by the time I go to call them, I’m in the middle of getting ready for work. I have to do full hair and make up every single day as I am a hairstylist. So when I’m even on hold, it is at least an hour that I am on hold and I don’t have time for that. And then, they always ask multiple questions as to why you are skipping a month.

    A long time ago, I needed a pair of shoes and I saw something online. Those orders went fine, but my most recent three orders have been messed up. It was every order this season that I ordered. One of them was shipped to the wrong address, at an address I did not live at anymore. And then the other one, it was an exchange. I had to get another size and they told me they had the size in stock, but then when they had the items returned to them, they did not have the items in stock, and they never contacted me to let me know. They just canceled my order and gave me a store credit.

    So, I had to call them after seeing it on the app to find out why my order was canceled and ended up having to ask for my money back because I did not want anything else after that. They send out a bunch of notifications throughout the month and they could not even notify me to let me know that they did not have my items in stock. If they have given me the courtesy of at least letting me know, I probably would have ordered something else. But, after that, I was like, "I'm probably not order again." My experience, overall, has not been the best.

    The purchase has been awesome. Their customer service people are beautiful. I’ve been a customer from day one and I had great experiences with them. I’m looking to get the Buy 1 Get 1 Free, or the 10 and 20 and 40% off, or the 2 for 50. I’ve gotten every special that they’ve had. I have shoes I’ve never even worn because I have to make more room. I have one pair that everybody raves about. It is black and neon yellow with an ankle ties. I’ve only worn them a couple times and every time I wear them, people absolutely love it.

    There was also a pair of boots about two years ago. They were flannel leather and they had a nice furry lining, but they stopped making that one. I got the size 8 boots, but then the size was tight, so I tried to get another one and they sold out. So, that was a heartbreaker. I hope they bring it back. In the summertime, there was another beautiful pair. They were like a screen in black with sequins. But, it was the same thing -- they got the wrong size. It was also sold out. But I’ve been so very satisfied with everything I’ve gotten. And whenever I see something I like, I get immediately. I love them. I’ve got so many pairs and it is awesome.

    I signed up with JustFab because they had trial and everything was 39.99. But they didn't have what I was looking for. They had things that I normally didn't see in my area. But they don't have the simple shoes, a lot times. Like, I've been looking for just a simple pointed toe, black patent leather stiletto. You should always have a pair of black patent leather stiletto and black suede. The suede is kinda easy to come across but the patent leather is not.

    I've been with JustFab since early 2000s. Their offers are okay. They've have some $10 shoes but those are really the shoes that I don't wear. I'm usually around $20 of shoe. I've worked retail for 25 years, so I refuse to pay a lot of money for something I know they didn't pay a lot of money for. Also maybe I'll like one thing coming from my style expert. But she didn't look at my profile because she was sending me stuff that I would never wear. I'm more of the high fashion and so just skimming through, I'll find some and wonder why didn't they give me that? I think their fashion level or something was there, but it was not for me. I have to go hunting on my own. I have to be specific. And those will be first choices. But then after they give you the blue, they just give you everything else. It'll be like a black heel and then I'll have to click on it to see that it doesn't come in blue. I have to divide it up and they let me know these are other choices when you start looking at all the other heels.

    It's extremely easy to find the items I'm looking for at JustFab. You pick a questionnaire about your style then every month they match you up based on that questionnaire. So, if I feel like my style's changed, I can go in there and just adjust my answers. Then, when they give me my picks, I can like or dislike it, and tell them not to send me anything like this or send me more like this. So, it's very customized to what I'm looking for. Aside from that, I was around when they first started and customer service had been super easy to deal with at the time. There wasn't a long wait, too. But I called two months ago and I was call number 50. I stayed on the line and was put on hold. So, they've gotten a lot busier. But besides that, I haven't had any issues. Plus, the shoes are extremely comfortable and they last a long time. They're a great quality for the price and you can’t go wrong with them.

I was charged the normal amount on November 30th and i noticed that 2 days ago, December 10th, I was charged an additional $40, and I didn’t purchase anything else.     The selection and convenience of being able to shop personally curated choices and have them delivered made me become a member with JustFab. I bought a pair of boots and I like them. The quality of the shoes is always good, but the sizing seems a little off. I purchased a 10, and it felt a lot bigger than that. It didn’t quite fit. And so, I tried the size down but the 9.5 felt too small. I was having trouble finding something that fit properly. I’ve also purchased a few jackets and I was pleased with their quality. I like that they carry larger sizes, the 2X, so that has been nice too. But recently, it didn’t seem like there were as many options that I liked.

    I feel like I would like to get an alert to my email as well. When the skip day is coming up, because sometimes I forget that I haven’t skipped, I end up getting charged with a number credit. Sometimes, it is nice because then I’ll go in and see that I have a number credit that I can use. But, I would like to be able to get a reminder when the skip day is coming up if I do want to skip that month, so it doesn’t pass me by.

    JustFab requires you to call their customer service to cancel your membership to avoid getting charged $40/month. I called JustFab to cancel my membership, and I was immediately put through a customer service rep. Once I told him why I was calling the customer service representative hung up on me. When I attempted to call back an automatic voice said, "an error has occurred. Please call again another time." I hung up and called back. This time I got put on hold and was told that I had 13 people ahead of me. 30 minutes later, the automated voice came back and said there were still 13 people ahead of me. This is flat out wrong. If they get a whiff that you're considering cancelling your membership, they make it so you can't talk to anyone to be able to do so. This is criminal. Do yourself favor and don't subscribe to JustFab.

    I bought four pairs of boots, they took a little while to come in and the quality was pretty good for the inexpensive price. If that had been the end I would have rated them 4-5. However, a couple weeks later I was billed $39.95. Fortunately, I purchased with PayPal so I received a notification. After speaking with customer service I found out they auto-enroll you in the VIP program at $39.95 per month when you purchase during particular sales. - Check your transactions!

The only thing they would say, "It was sorry are we already refund your money. There's nothing else we could do." So I stay with that my refund money and without the boots so I am really disappointed with this. Just fine I will never give a good rate or a good review on this.. Is the worst.

    They treat their customers very poorly. I got onto their chat because I realized my account had been charged. I explained to the agent that I had not approved the charge, which I did not, and that I would like a refund. They disconnected the chat. The next guy tried arguing with me. I went to my account setting before chatting and I had my account set up to receive emails from them. He was trying to tell me I received a notification that this would happen? He finally agreed to refund the amount.

    After exiting the chat with him, I went onto my bank account and noticed an additional $2.50 charge. I got back onto the chat and they were unable to explain the charge and kept telling me that they couldn't see the charge that was being taken from my account. I do not recommend anyone ordering items from them at all. Their customer service is also extremely poor. They are obviously a company that only cares about getting money in their pocket and not about their customers at all.

    I had ordered for the first time my invoice stated pay 18.71 which I paid right away. When I got the boots I noticed a mark on the side bottom and they are too small which they run small. Then I noticed they charged me again for 39.95 and I do not know why. I opened a case with Pay Pal but no luck. They took their side and I do not know why. Well I am not giving up on this. It is wrong and I do not know why they charged me twice and more money on the second charge.

    For convenience, I purchased from JustFab. It was easy enough to find the item I was looking for. In the three years that I've been a member, I like that I can say, “No, thank you” if I don’t see anything I like. The selections were okay. I bought three pairs of boots but I didn't like them. Two of them, the calves are too big. I was gonna return them, but it was such a headache so I just kept them.     1st order was great to hook you even though the quality of boots weren’t that great at all. However; it turned out to be a complete scam. They charge you $40 month and you can not use your “credits” on the advertised discounted prices. They charge 3X more for the SAME item. If you want to use your own money they automatically take from your bank account each month for a “credit.” Cancellation is almost impossible. You have to call and the first time I called, I was behind “73” callers according to their system and the second “122.” I think they’re hoping you will just hang up instead of wait 2 hours on hold. When I FINALLY got someone on the first time, someone came on insisting that I “skip” a month, and was VERY persistent on me not cancelling. I got nothing accomplished.

    I went back on figuring that I better use my credit before cancelling since he said I would not get the discounted prices if I cancelled. He failed to tell me that I do not get the discounted prices if I use my “credit” aka the money they take from your bank account every month. Lol So basically, I could just go on and pay full price or better by NOT having ͏them take the money out. I will continue to go to Rack Room, eBay shops and other nicer shoe stores that at least offer bogo deals and do not have a 2 hour hold time when you try to get a live a agent on the phone or cancel your order. RIDICULOUS!!! TERRIBLE experience all the way around.

    I've been ordering through JustFab for at least six years now. It's convenient. I didn't have to go into a shoe store to buy shoes. Some of the shoes come at astronomical prices, while others, super low prices. And JustFab does really good sales. That's my favorite thing about them. Most of the time, when I buy during their sales, I can get a bunch of shoes for an inexpensive price. There have been a couple of times when I've had mishaps with the shoe after only wearing it one time. But for the most part, about 80% of the time, they're good quality shoes.

    Also, for the most part, the selection their experts give me works. Sometimes, it’s a little overboard, but they are mostly accurate. I have purple thigh-high boots, and it's not like the boots that have the platform, they are the regular, like pointy-toed boots. And they are fabulous. They're cute because they are not thigh-high boots that actually come up to your knee, but actual thigh-high boots. And it has about a 4-inch heel on it.

    I started with JustFab because of the Stassi Collection. It was really good. I got a purse and two tops. Their clothing line was very true to size and the quality was very nice. You could’ve sworn I got the top at Nordstrom. And when I washed it, it didn’t shrink. The selection from the style expert was good. There’s always a lot. So far, everything is working out good, but I'm canceling my membership soon because I keep forgetting that it even exists so I keep forgetting to skip.     I purchased boots on a Black Friday sale, and was notified the next Tuesday they they boots weren't shipping, and that I would not be charged for them. My issue is not that the boots were no longer available, it's that the company waited until both Black Friday and Cyber Monday were over to inform me that the boots just weren't coming...     I've been a JustFab member for about four years now. Everything was 39.95 and it was very easy to find the item I was looking for. They charge me monthly, and when I need to shop, I have my little credit of three months of being deducted 39.95. So, I shop, pick my stuff and I get it in the mail. Now, I’ve become more like a VIP. I get too many compliments from a lot of things that I like. I have stuff that I haven’t even worn and still have the tags.     I really like most of JustFab's shoes. I’m not a big fan of their clothes. I don't think that their clothes are the best quality, and I don’t think that they run well to size. I’ve ordered a couple of sweaters, and they kinda get all like pilly after you wash them a couple of times. So, I don't order their clothes any more. JustFab's customer service is really good. I’ve never had a problem returning anything if I needed to return it. So, I like them. The shoes I like are inexpensive, and they're more fun shoes. I definitely wouldn’t wear them to work for 12 hours, but you just can’t beat a $40 pair of shoes. They have good sales. I’ve been a member for years.     Decided to try FabKids. I'm truly disappointed, not in the product or shipping but their companies failure to disclose a possible or guaranteed authorization holding. (Even in cases of a declined purchases!) Unknowingly I used my debit card for my first transaction. Was declined due to unaccepted prepaid card (I used my debit bank card). Thinking it was a typo I resent my payment and was declined again. When checking my bank account I noticed I was charged twice for $40. I called customer service and was notified it is a authorization hold from both check out attempts. I was advised I'd be reimbursed within 72 hours. No where on the site was I advised there would be a authorized holding. PLEASE ADVISE YOUR CUSTOMERS OF A POSSIBLE WITHHOLDING BEFORE CHECKING OUT!!!!

    When I wanted new boots for the winter, I went on JustFab and searched by category. It wasn't very hard. The quality of the items, while not super high-end, is reasonable for what you pay for it. I like the ability to skip months just because I am a college student.     I found this website 3 weeks ago & found the cutest boots. I ordered 4 different styles of "furrie fuzzies". It took less than a week for me to get them with the free shipping. The boots all arrived in their own boxes inside a box. Nothing smashed or damaged. All the boots were in great shape & looked just like they were shown on site, & the quality was good. If I had spent a couple hundred on each boot I might be upset, but I didn't & for the price I paid I got my money's worth. A week later I saw they were on sale for even cheaper. I felt comfortable ordering 9 more pairs & I wasn't disappointed.

    These boots were not meant to go trudging thru the rain but for how cute (and I mean CUTE) they are you get your money's worth plus some. It's hard to see so many bad comments where I have only had positive experiences with them. It's hard to think I just "got lucky" when I was impressed with all 13 different boots. There is really no reason for me to look anywhere else for boots. I am happy with all of them. It is also nice to have a great selection of flat boots. I have had a lot of back surgeries which makes it very difficult to wear any kind of heel & JF has a huge selection of them. There is no doubt I will continue to shop here.

    I like JustFab's variety of clothes and I buy more clothes than shoes. Buying is simple and I appreciate having different options. Moreover, I don't have to put my credit card information in and I can give PayPal instead. Finding items is fairly easy, but it gets a little frustrating. When you click on an item, it opens up and you get the details, but if you wanna go back, it takes you to the beginning. In a way, it's not user-friendly. Often I just come out of it because I don't feel like starting over and I don't know exactly where I left off.

    I like JustFab's pre-shop concept. I might not wanna shop, but my credits are building so when I shop, I can buy more than one item at a time. However, I don't get a warning that says that I'm gonna lose credits if it's not used by a certain time, which is a deterrent. It gets a little frustrating when my credits disappear. I'm paying $39.95 every month and I feel I'm losing money a bit. They have some good deals, but I can't apply the credits to the promotions and I end up losing credits. It's not a great feeling. I have been meaning to cancel my membership, but I have to call to cancel.

    JustFab's initial sale was super cheap so I chose purchased from them and I've been a member for two years now. They have cheap boots and I’m usually able to get any boot that I like in my style, in my size, which is a size 11, and it’s a hard size to find. So, it is a win-win for me. I sometimes take advantage of their special offers. In fact, I did it last time. It was a buy one, get one free. The quality is fine. There is just one pair where the zipper does not go all the way down. But I can still get my foot in and out of it, so it doesn’t bother me and that was why I didn't send them back. JustFab is perfect. I just don’t like the whole idea that I have until the 4th to cancel my thing. But I get it, if I snooze, I lose.

    JustFab had free pair of boots offer then, so I went to purchase from them and it has been three years now since I have been a member. Sometimes, it’s just hard to find my size and their sizing is inconsistent, width-wise. When I get wide-calfs, some of them are not wide-calfs, or it’s too wide. So, I just re-gift them.
