I've been rocking with JustFab since they first came out, but I've had a love and hate experience in the VIP. They automatically deduct the 35.95 from my card, so sometimes the subscription hits my budget a little bit harder than I think it would. The good part is even when that happens, it's not that bad because now, I have a free pair of shoes. If there is a special occasion or there's a seasonal thing, you get a new pair of boots. The money's already spent and all I have to do is take care of the shipping. Also, I like the matching purses and shoes.
The selections given to me by my style expert are sometimes hit or miss. It depends on what I'm looking for seasonally. Not every pair of shoes is 70-degree weather and even as far as the high heels and the boots, there's gotta be something that's seasonal. However, a few years back, I wasn't happy with the pair of sandals I got. They were really cute but they fell apart in about a week or two. It wasn't even raining heavily. Still, it shouldn't have very much to do with the quality of the shoe, but it just didn't last very long. Other than that, I've never had a problem with JustFab when it comes to quality. Customer service is great and they're quick to respond all the time.

I had to call 3 times to try and cancel my VIP account. Each time they would pull some crap story and would not cancel the account. When they finally did cancel the account they would not refund me the $80 in charges because they said they I had already been issued a refund. Think twice before signing up!

It looked like JustFab had good deals and they definitely suggested things that appealed to me. But I was a little leery of what the quality is like until I ordered my first pair of boots. Then I was like, “Okay, they’re good.” I have large calves so I was a little leery about "wide calf" because sometimes they say "wide calf" but they’re not. But I’ve ordered several pair of boots and overall, the quality has been decent for the price that I've paid. The boots fit and they look cute. The calves fit too, so that was a plus. When people ask my where I got my boots or are interested in looking for shoes, I definitely tell them to order from JustFab. I even say that they should just go on JustFab instead of searching in the stores.

JustFab had a lot of advertisements throughout social media. I found it interesting how they could have a shoe subscription and decided to subscribe for a month. They had your first shoe for 9.95, and then I took part in that deal and bought a couple other pairs of shoes as well last year. The shoe quality was really nice considering the price. They had a lot of categories to choose from. However, I would have liked for their shoe size to be a bit more of a variety 'cause there are some shoes that I really liked that didn't come in my size. But the selections were pretty spot on. There were a few other special offers that they would send me every once in a while, and I took part in a couple of those as well. I was totally okay with paying the price they offered 'cause it wasn't very expensive.
I recently bought a pair of knee-high boots. They look cute, were wintery and fit pretty well. My favorite purchase so far was one of my bootie shoes. It was like a suede, sort of velvet texture, and that's my favorite pair. I appreciated their customer support when I had to cancel my account for a minute, so I was able to pick back up when necessary without any issues. Their customer support is the best. JustFab is a really good company.

I saw a good heel and a pair of boots that I liked at JustFab. So, I went searching for boots at their website and I signed up. It's a pretty smooth search engine and it was easy to search by size and height. So, that was nice. But I stopped being a member six months ago because it was annoying as hell to have to remember to go in and make sure you look at this before the fifth or you're gonna get charged. Other than that, I've got a couple of different sweaters from JustFab and I absolutely love two of them. One of them didn't survive the first washing and one of them is a little bit itchy, but that's just my preference. I love their big pink boxes, too. It makes you feel really special when you get yours.

JustFab is a sketchy company. The monthly reminder emails rarely show up and even when you choose to skip, often times it does not register with their system so you get charged anyways. I ordered a time or 2 and the quality was terrible. Thin, plasticy materials that are ruined after a single wear. Steer clear of these guys. I ended up losing money due to being charged and then was not able to use the credit for the items I wanted to try. In the end I had them cancel my VIP membership and they kept the money.

I am so displeased with the setup of the website, it is arbitrary and makes no sense. Just because I forget a month, I still don't like the setup of having this money taken out and stored away. I just wanted to join the site for good deals, but I don't need shoes that often. Also, when I tried to end my account, customer service would not answer me, so now I'm stuck on this terrible site.

JustFab had a good sale. It was 75% off and I bought a jacket and some boots for $33. I was a member two years ago and I was able to take advantage of their buy one, get one free. My favorite purchase was the jacket and the boots. The quality of the items was really good as well. I was afraid that the jacket was thin because a lot of reviews said it was, but it was perfect for the winter weather. Their sales and the shoes are good but I just can't keep buying shoes, I had to let go.

I've been a member of JustFab for about three years and I like the ease of being able to shop online and for the most part, the shipping and everything is pretty smooth. But I have to be very careful with shoes I select because sometimes they're really hard. I have given away some of the shoes that were so hard because they were causing friction on my feet. So I have to really pay attention to what kind of shoe is it or what's a good design. For me, I have to stick with more fabric-type shoes, because the ones that are simulated leather are harder. Also, I have sent a couple of emails trying to ask a question, but nobody has ever answered me back.

We were going into the new year and everyone had new fitness goals, and I was trying to make sure that I had a good arsenal of workout clothes so that I could work out. JustFab was not crazy expensive and I know that workout clothes can usually be a little pricey. Also, their site is user-friendly. My last purchase was a sports bra and a pair of workout pants that were part of the Kelly Rowland collection but they were too tight for my comfort. The sizing didn't fit me well and I will have to send them back. The return process seems to be really easy though. I just print out the return slip. Other than the sizing, everything looks great and I plan on ordering again.

The first time, I bought a $10 pair of shoes. That's why I liked JustFab. But the next time, it was full price. I stopped buying from JustFab because I don't like that they take away money from my card. They charge $30 a month. I didn't know they were supposed to do that because I have to cancel before the month.

I order at least seven pairs of shoes each year. More if my wallet can handle it. I recommend this company whenever I see friends ordering shoes online. I had a friend who bought stuff from JustFab and she said the quality was really good and worth it. I went ahead and signed up and I have been a member for two years. My experience with them has been good and sometimes, there was a buy one, get one and 50% off that I took advantage of. There was also the VIP. I get points from the special offers that I can work up in retrieving gifts. My favorite purchase is the shoes that I bought long ago. JustFab’s product is good and the cost is cheap compared to local stores. I would recommend it to anyone because I’ve ordered a few things out of there and I’ve never gotten a bad product.

JustFab had a special offer for two pairs for 29 that made me purchase from them. The selection given by their style expert was fine, and some of them are my style. But when they put the selection of shoes, it was hard to find. I can be looking online at a particular shoe and when I try to find that, they ask me all the questions about what I like but they don’t post that shoe so I have to go through all of the shoes to find that. I was looking for a boot of a certain color, and I got a gray and a camel-toe flats. I also didn’t like the fact that they bill my card every month for shoes that I didn’t even get or order yet. They take it out regardless and I don’t buy shoes like that. Other than that, I haven't had any problem with the quality of the item I have gotten.

Will never order boots from them again. Had black spots on the boots, sent them back twice and got the same results. I don't think the boots were new, because new boots stand tall and these boots just lay flat down and fall over!

When I enrolled for vip status it was stated that I will be reminded every month before deadline if I want to skip the month, no email reminder at all so there have been times I got charged for for not skipping the month, tricks consumers.

Love the clothes and accessories. Styles are up to date. Unfortunately the cut of many of the jeans are not flattering regardless of size. Dresses and tops are perfect. Quality on all clothes beside almost style of jeans are good. Shoes over all are decent.

I saw somebody with some really cute boots, and I asked where they got them. They told me about JustFab, so I went online, ordered a couple of times and I really enjoyed them. It wasn’t difficult to find what I was looking for. It was just having a little bit of patience to look through what you had. The boots are very good for the price, plus I have a variety to choose from. Also, JustFab is good on their delivery. It was within three to six business days, which was cool.

You charged my credit card 3 times with something I had no idea why and the monthly charges were more expensive than the item I purchased. Thank God for my credit card company that alerted me to the charges. I will never order anything from you again because I don't want to be automatically enrolled in a scam.

I bought the Corrie Lace-Up Boot for my mother-in-law and she mentioned that the boots are really comfortable. This is my second time buying shoes for her from Just Fab. I purchased the Shaye Western Bootie and they are super cute! At first, they were a bit snug but I bought some really thin socks and they feel a lot better. I love all the different styles Just Fab has to offer and I love the holiday sales even more! They charged a credit card they were not authorized to charge. I have no idea how they even found it. It was a business credit card that is used strict for business only. My original card was lost so they charged a card linked to PayPal only. Threw off business transactions and I was charged a fee from Paypal when it was used.

I have bought several boots and booties from Just Fab and recommended them to friends when I get compliments on them. Customer service always excellent. Products not always best quality but still good price. Sometimes clothing was not up to high standards, small flaws, or not made well. Pls improve quality of clothing offered. Prices are always good and VIP status helped me to get in on great deals. Thank you!

I do which I could use my monthly credits that I pay for on sale items. I would rather put my monthly fee into a “fund” so I can use my accumulated credits/money towards my total in sales no matter the promotion/sale going on.

The website kept locking up when I tried to make a purchase 1/28/19. I missed the "3 for $39.95" sale, so I won't be ordering anything at all. This seems to happen more than it ought to. I understand the sales are popular, but when this happens there should be an extension of the sale.

I dont understand how Just fab works. I have asked and cant seem to understand the monthly fee verses ordering... just would be better if you could order when needed not a membership type site. The sale prices are great but hard to understand how to get.

I am very disappointed with the sales rep Chad, that I had worked with. I kept trying to explain my cancellation concerns and he just wouldn’t listen, even when I explained and was very clear he just kept pushing. I kept trying to repeat myself of what my concerns were and he disregarded all of them. Because of this I will never come back to JustFab if that’s how your customers will be treated.

I like JustFab. It’s a cool way to get affordable shoes and clothes. My only issue is the billing method. I can remove cards if I want to and it’s really difficult to cancel the membership. I find myself ending up with multiple credits without even realizing I’ve been charged. I wish there was a way to pause memberships.

JustFab has become one of my favorite places to get shoes and accessories. I wear a size 11 shoe and 3X in clothing and I really appreciate their expansion into plus size clothing and shoes up to size 12, while many brands are still refusing to do either of those things. The quality is what you expect or better for the price. I have been a member and customer for years and I can't remember ever having an unpleasant experience.

The prices are good but sometimes the quality is a little cheap. Order always come fast. Customer service is always great and response time is prompt. It just takes time to get reward points for free items. I would definitely recommend this website.

Right now I'm upset about the fact that I've received VIP gifts but I haven't been able to use them. So far I've received 2 20 dollar gifts and 1 10 gift but was never give a code to use and so they expired before I could get any assistance. I bought a pair of boots that were so cute. Unfortunately I waited till fall to wear them (a few months after the purchase) and the first time I wore them the heel fell off. Like what?? I spent $60-$80 on them. When I called customer service they wouldn’t return them since it was past the return date. I literally had worn them once. Sucky customer service.

I had to contact customer service multiple times because I was missing a refund for about two months. After the third time of contacting them I was able to get my refund and I was able to swap a pair of boots for my mother-in-law that were too small. Overall it was a good experience but too many times of having to contact the service department.

Not clear on how policies for payments work. You took money out of the wrong bank account that I didn't set as my default payment for a JustFab credit purchase. The terms on JustFab credit were not clear before I made the purchase. I got an email saying I had FREE credit. I didn’t know that meant if I used it, I would have to pay it back.

I was only really happy with 1 of the 4 items in the order. 2 of them extremely unhappy with to the point of wanting to return them. During the start of the return process it would only allow me to return for store credit. Needless to say after the store credit is returned and hopefully I find something that I am happy with, I will be canceling my membership.

My boots I bought were less than two months old and the heel broke off while I was walking downstairs and it made me fall all the way down the stairs. I thought I hairline fractured my forearm. Also there are never any available boots for winter!

I love Just Fab! Yet one of the things that made me love it was the amazing customer service and fast delivery! That’s totally changed and I’ve been skipping months ever since. Delivery has become very slow. I’ve been subscribed for a long while now and doesn’t feel easy and loving anymore to order. I’ll have to wait til the end of the month to receive my order and a call has to be done at some point.

I found a pair of heels that I liked at JustFab, so I purchased from them. I've been a member for a year or more now and so far, I hate my experience with them. When I made a big purchase of nine pairs of shoes, I didn’t receive two of them. When I called and talked to a representative, they told me that they sent them out. They also told me that they were investigating and they’d call me back. But they never returned my phone calls. I called again and talked to them about it but they never sent the shoes out or issued a refund. Then, from that purchase, I had 6 to 8,000 points that I was able to use to buy another pair of shoes. But I didn’t like the fact that I wasn’t able to get the discount price on the website for them. I had to pay full price for the shoes because I had credits or points to use.

I would definitely recommend the JustFab website. I bought countless shoes from them and they've been super cute and good in quality. The initial $10 pair of shoes made me want to purchase from them and I've been ordering from them for over a year now. First of all, what I like about being a member is that I can skip it every month and that's easy to do. I also like that they always have good style. I've done some of the special offers of two for 39 and used the membership credit twice. The items and styles that I am interested in are not difficult to find at all. I like the selection given to me by the style expert, but I don't usually use it as I like to just look at the shoes myself. I like all of the items that I got from JustFab. I have one pair, though, that is a little pinchy in the toes but any heel does that. Yesterday, I got a pair of heeled boots. But my favorite purchase is the red heeled boots that look awesome.

At the time that I found JustFab online, they were giving out a huge discount. You get 50% off in your first month. Their website was very user-friendly, but a lot of the stuff was sold out. I've been a member for over a year. However, I don't order from them as much as I used to. The whole automatic withdrawal stuff ended up being annoying. I hate that. Also, I wasn't really too pleased with the quality of some of the products that came. Some other products that they market on their website looks like it has better quality than when I got them. I purchased a few shoes from them, and some of the times that I’ve used or worn the shoe should not equate to the way that they look. With the quality of the fabric, after you wash it one time, it looks like I could have went to Walmart and bought the same thing.
I have returned a pair of shoes because they weren't true to size. The most frustrating experience I had with them was after I made a purchase, the item got lost and I didn't receive my package. One of the items that I got had been sold out. I actually had the very last one, so they wouldn't reship that back out. I would have to wait for it to return to the warehouse. Once it returned, instead of me getting first hand on it, it went through the first come, first serve. So, that was really annoying. But they sent out everything else that I ordered, and then they also gave me a credit for that.

I decided to purchase from JustFab due to the style of the boot. At this point, I've been with them for three years and I've tried to take advantage of their special offers. They have a buy one get one at 50% off offer and I also got a $20 credit for something. They also had a blowout sale about a week ago and I saw some boots that I liked. They were really cute. But my pet peeve with them is that every single time I've tried to get some boots in the past year, they’re always out of my size. It's a consistent problem. So I end up having to skip the month and waiting to see if hopefully, they have my size. I love the over-the-knee boots I bought. That's my favorite purchase. They're comfortable and the quality is good. But when I went back and I wanted it to appear in taupe, they didn’t have my size.

I ordered one shoes from JustFab and I got double charged. I called the customer service, and they said it was because of the VIP thing. I said I didn’t wanna be a VIP anymore and it looked like I had to buy more shoes and I didn’t wanna do that. They refunded my money and cancelled my membership. It was easy to get it done. JustFab have to make sure that the VIP membership is made clear.

I needed shoes at that time and JustFab seemed to have a really good selection, so I went ahead and bought with them. It was pretty good. I'm still a member with them, and it's convenient that you can just skip every month because I've been doing that for the past six months now. If you skip it, you don't get charged, which is pretty good. They also give you a five-day window at the beginning of every month for you to skip it. So, it's pretty convenient if you're on top of your game. They do the credit VIP thing, but I still don't fully understand how it works. I was able to use that last year when I was purchasing a couple of shoes and it seemed to work out pretty easily. The selections given by the style expert are good, too. My last purchase was pretty great. It's solid quality and I have no complaints about them.

I cancelled my membership, but still had a remaining credit. I have literally researched this site now for 2 months trying to buy a product that is actually 39.95, and I have yet to find something. Each item listed is VIP special price, and I’m not going through that again, so jack the prices up 3 times more for a product not nearly worth the amount. So now I’m stuck with a “credit” which in reality is my cash 39.95 that I can only buy something and apply more money at the checkout. So I could potentially be paying 70.00 for a 39.95 item. This site needs to be shut down for consumers' protection.

I found things I liked in JustFab, and I've been a member for at least 10 years now. I'm a VIP, so I get the reward points and the sale, which is good. Sometimes, however, it's difficult when they're showing different styles on their ads and then you can't find some things they show on the posted ad. So not everything that's posted is available. I called and even the CSRs could't find it, and it has happened twice. Other than that, for the most part, you can find most things you see.
The skip months need to be easier to find, however, because you gotta search around and find it, and it seems like it changes. That needs to be right there when you log in. As far as selections, I don't think I've ever purchased anything that the style experts put in my closet because they don't seem to follow what you say. I don't like flat shoes and I don't like that I still get some of the things that I say I don't like. The returns process is very easy though. They'll send you a return label and then you print it out. Most of the time, I return an item because it looks cheap, and I let them know it. A lot of times, their snakeskin products look cheap to me, but I have lots of favorite purchases. I have a shoe closet that holds 300 pairs of shoes. JustFab has cute shoes and the ones that I keep are great.

It was easy to find items or styles at JustFab. The quality of the items was good and my wife liked the shoes, however, I canceled my subscription with them because I didn't know that they automatically take money every month until I looked at my account and I saw that they kept deducting. I had to call in to cancel and the customer service reps were helpful.

I've been with JustFab since 2011 and a lot of things have changed. When I first started, there were a lot of different designs in the jeans and styles of shoes. They had things they I couldn't find anywhere. However, they don't have the items they used to have in the beginning. Now, their styles are more plain. JustFab should get more jeans with polka dots and stripes. Those are things that people don't just find everywhere. Still, I like the fact that I can shop whenever I feel like it. I'm also able to hold my points, they're able to pile up and I can use them for the season. Moreover, the quality of their items have been pretty good and the clothes I still have from them haven't faded. The fit is good as well and I get comments on the shoes, pants, tops and dresses I wear.

It looked like JustFab was gonna be a good deal for quality shoes but I returned all the items I ordered. It was easy to find what I thought I was getting. I ordered the size that I have always worn but that didn’t fit well at all and there was no selection of anything different, as far as a half size or a wider size. The customer service people did what they could with what they had to work with though. Aside from that, I also felt that the way JustFab does the membership is underhanded. "It’s in the fine print," as they say and everybody knows that everybody doesn’t read that. So it’s catchy to get everything for that low $10 price but then you are roped in to that monthly membership. Then when you cancel with customer service, it falls downhill from there.

JustFab had a starter package for first time people where you could get a pair of shoes for $25. I took advantage of that. I was skeptical to order something online, especially a shoe, but it was free shipping too if you don’t like it. The first order I got from them fits really well. I ended up having that as one of my favorite shoes. I still have it, and I even had it reupholstered because I love the shoes so much. It’s comfortable. Sometimes, they'll have like 50% off clearance and I would do that.
But if the style expert would give me 10 selections I might like two of them, so they’re not very good for my taste. I’ve tried to redo it a few times. It doesn’t match exactly, so I’m not super-impressed with it. Also there’s been a few items when you get them, it’s a little different than what you expected. But for the most part the quality of the items is pretty good.
The only thing that I don’t love is that if I don’t wanna order anything that month or if I don't wanna get charged in case I can’t find anything, that I have to go in by the 5th and opt out of it, but they do a fairly good job reminding you with emails. Sometimes I would forget but it only happened twice where I forgot to go in there and skip a month because I’d rather have more time to look through stuff versus I only have the first five days.

I've been a JustFab member for a couple of years and I like the diversity they offer. Even within styles, I can get different patterns on certain pairs of boots. Usually, there's enough variety that it’s easy to find what I’m looking for in the realm of what I want, although it’s more difficult to find exactly the right thing. For the most part, though, the selection offered is a mess, but once in a while, the style expert recommends something that I like. For instance, I liked a pair of shoes in the past recommendation.
So far, the items that I bought from them are of good quality and have held up well. But the texture added and the coloring of some of the round, collared boots look cheap. Also, the knee-high or over-the-knee boots are often made too wide, so they look too big. JustFab sometimes offers a wide fit on certain pairs of shoes, but these are big on the calf. That aside, I really like the two pairs of chunky heels with an ankle strap that I got and I have them in two different colors.

I saw cute pairs of shoes that I really wanted from JustFab and I love the shoes that I got. I was a JustFab member for a while and looking for items was super easy. I also liked how they had credits so when I accidentally skipped a month, I had credits to buy shoes that I want. But I stopped using it after a while because of money. I made two purchases from them, which I have worn. The item’s quality was very high. It was kinda hard though to not be a member once I did not have enough money to do it.

It's very frustrating that I need to call to cancel my membership and that I have to decline every month's selection! I was charged in December because I didn't get the email reminder and I was busy with family in town! The ability to cancel a membership should be available online. Additionally, I have not purchased anything from this website in months because I have not found anything to my liking and the last purchase I made, the shoes were horribly uncomfortable! But I can't return them because I've already worn them!

Overall I am pleased with JustFab. I have been a customer for 7 years. The thing I like the most is the selection for small feet. I wear a 5.5 and they have great selection and generally true to size. I was very displeased with a recent purchase that was too big. Was passed off as a size 5.5 and turned out to be a 6. The size had been scraped off the bottom of the shoe and a sticker was placed over it. The other thing I would like to see on this site is petite clothing. I have ordered clothing items over the years with little success due to them just being too big. I will continue to purchase the majority of my shoes here but I would like to be able to purchase clothing as well.

I'm always going go love Just Fab. Been with Just Fab for over 2 years. This is the first time I was upset (upset meaning super sad and disappointed). I order a pair of boots I absolutely loved and was so excited to get them. So I ordered and they said one was left... then they canceled my order. I certainly would have not done that... you all have been great... but this was the first time I was let down.

I have a credit for $8.63 that I would like to use, but I am not allowed to use it on a discounted item. I do not understand as this is money you have taken from my bank account and is not contingent on a sale. I tried to find items that I would be allowed to use the credit on and they are expensive and over my budget. Either I overspend and buy something outside my spending ability just to use up the credit or I am forced to sacrifice the $8.63. This just feels dishonest and has a hint of scam to it.

There were shoes from JustFab that caught my eye and the product that I've purchased from them was good, although the size wasn't all that great. I got my size that I usually get, but it was more than half a size bigger for me. I didn't want to go through the whole process of returning it and I ended up selling it to my sister-in-law and they fit her perfectly. I was also having some issues with my JustFab account and I had contacted them about three months prior to cancel the account so that they didn't keep charging my card. But I just got an email saying that I had rewards and it doesn't seem like they canceled it properly because the account is still being charged.

I was a member of JustFab for a while. They had cute shoes and for 39.95. The shoes matched the description and the images were an accurate depiction of the actual product. However, the quality was lacking. Some of my shoes fell apart quickly. Others were not consistent in sizing. They advertise that they will email you to remind you of your next auto charge. And you can skip it. I never got the emails. So I ended up with credits. And somehow I ALWAYS ended up owing money. Or couldn’t use the credits. Overall - the hassle of the shopping experience is not worth the product they give out.

I don't understand how the pricing works...if I have a certain amount deducted out of my bank account each month, I should be able to purchase an equivalent to that amount on your site. For some reason, the points don't add up...and they expire...so my money just is worthless? It isn't being refunded. Help me understand this. There's plenty of variety for any woman, with access to larger sizes as well. I originally joined for the boot selection, but I've stayed for the clothes instead. I was able to update my closet with some colors and patterns, as well as find jackets that were complimentary and in my size.

Boots were uncomfortable and cheaply made. Very unhappy with product. The material was very very thin. Indent in toe of boot. Stitching was coming loose. Couldn’t wear for more than 10 min. from blisters on my heel. Horrible.

I skipped a month and then I found a charge for $40 to my debit card from JustFab 3 days later. I was told that I would not be charged if I skipped every month within the first 5 days of the month. I was stolen from so immediately cancelled my membership. Loyal customers shouldn’t be treated this way.

When JustFab said I can get a pair of whatever type of shoes I want for $10 and thereafter, it would be 39.99, I decided to purchase from them. I like the selection given by my style expert and I feel good about it. Not so long ago, I purchased some boots from their website. They were regularly 39.99 but I got them for 19.99 which was a good deal. Their shipping is good as far as how quick it comes. I track everything I get and it shows me how long it is gonna take and where it is.
I like the items I got and the quality is good. So far, I like the Indian looking flat shoes called moccasin that I got from them. Although sometimes, the shoes that I want does not come in wide as I have a wide foot so I have to wait until the shoes are in stock. Then, they fill out so quick. Other than that, I would recommend people to go to JustFab’s website to look and see if they can find something that they may like. They would more than likely to come out with something that they will purchase.

I ordered shoes from this website and it said they were delivered but I never got them. I contacted FedEx and my package got returned. I called JustFab customer support and they said the package was returned and that they had given it to another member instead of contacting us. Last time I checked that's illegal and I will be contacting my lawyer. Also the customer service representative told me that they cant get a hold of my package because they have no way of contacting THEIR OWN WAREHOUSE. When I asked to speak to the customer support manager. The manager declined my phone call twice and hung up on me so I had to call back. I would not buy from this website ever again and will spread the word that they are giving away customers' packages to other customers.

I have a friend who works at JustFab and she recommended that I go on the site. She also had cute stuff. So, I've been a JustFab member for at least a year now and it's very convenient. I don't love the selections given by the style expert but finding items or styles is very easy. I also like the products and the quality of the items I've purchased fits excellent. I got my first pair from JustFab for $10, and I thought I would give it a try and see how I liked it. Now, I’ve been a member for around five years and I’m 100% satisfied with the quality of the items I've received. My favorite is a pair of boots, which are laced up the top and have fur on the rim on the top. It’s very easy finding items that I'm looking for and the selection given to me by their style expert has been great as well - it seems to be something that I would pick out for myself. I was also able to take advantage of their deal when they were half off and there was the three for 39.95 too. I like being able to get good deals on good-quality items. And I recommend JustFab to just about everyone I know.

I really wanted to try JustFab for the first price of purchase of two for 20. I've been a member with JustFab for at least two years now and it is difficult to find styles in my size. Everything that was average size, small, medium, and large was sold out. There was always just extra small and triple X large. Even with the selection given by the style expert, there was really never anything for my size. They would have the $20 boots or those kind of specials. But I feel that the quality of items I've gotten so far are cheap. If I didn’t get it with the discount, it probably wouldn’t have been something I would have bought if I had seen it and touched or felt it in a store. It was a really frustrating experience all around.

I like how JustFab had a little offer of first order for $9.99 when you first sign up. I also like how you can always skip a month if you don't feel like purchasing that month but if you do, you just let them charge it. I just liked the overall experience. It's been really good and I love JustFab. I also like the selections from the style expert and the quality of the items is great. I take advantage whenever JustFab has a little boot sale or a BOGO sale. With the boot, there's an offer of buy one get one for $9.99. About a month ago I purchased two over-the-knee boots, and this last over-the-knee boots purchase I made is my favorite so far.

I am dissatisfied with JustFab due to the very limited amount of styles and colors available in my size. I frequently use the “Wait List” function, but these items seem to never be restocked. I feel as though my monthly VIP membership is a waste when there is never anything I want to purchase.

JustFab has nice, cute and inexpensive shoes. The best deal I got was the first shoes that I bought. It was 50% off. It was a pair of grey boots with silver stars and it’s flat. I really like it. I have three pairs that I bought that didn’t work out though. They didn't fit well on me and they hurt my feet a bit. Other than that, the selections given to me by my style expert were good.

I like what JustFab had so I purchased from them and it was easy finding the item or style that I was looking for. I was only a member for one month and during that time, I just made that one purchase on the first time. The quality of the shoes is good and I still wear them. However, I didn’t wanna pay a monthly fee for the membership. I wanna buy shoes when I wanna buy them and not pay. When I cancelled, it was easy too. I just went online and took care of it.

I wanted to try the shoes that JustFab offered, so I signed up with them. But my experience wasn't the best. When I received my first pair of boots, they were both the left side. I contacted JustFab and they were gonna charge me to send the shoes back. After that, I cancelled my membership and they were still charging me for two months. When I noticed, I called back and told that them that they have been charging me. They said that they were gonna refund me but they never did. I would tell others who wanna try JustFab to be diligent.

My first purchase with JustFab went well, so I decided to order several other things, totaling over $300. Rec’d an email saying my order was cancelled. No reason. I called. First they said the product was low, I asked ‘all 9 items?’ Then asked to be transferred, to ‘Alvin’ who wouldn’t give me his last name. He said my credit card ending in (he said the last four numbers) was being investigated by the fraud Dept because it’s being used by another 1000 accounts. What!? I said that’s impossible, I use that credit card constantly, as I’m talking to him, I log into my bank to see if all is well with my bank account and it is. I ask if I can be transferred to fraud. "That’s impossible." Why? "I can’t transfer you." I ask if the company is overseas, he can’t answer. Finally I say, "This is not accurate, what you’re saying. Please delete my card info." He says ok and then also I deleted my VIP account.

I saw the ad for JustFab on Facebook and I decided to purchase sandal shoes. I didn't like the selections given by the style expert, and some of the items were not fabulous. With some boots that I bought at the beginning of me being a member, the material was kinda cheap. Still, I was able to take advantage of the bonus points and whatever you get to work on with that. I was a member for a year and finding styles was easy. Some of them were in special offers.

I signed up for their VIP membership. I've been a member for 3 months and have $39.95 per month. I wanted to use my credits, but it only applied 2 credits, leaving a balance that was too large for my bank account to cover at the moment. So, I tried to remove the items, and the site won't let me. I just want to buy 1 item for the $39.95, and can't. Also, the chat with support didn't work...no one responded. I wasn't really happy with the first 2 pairs of shoes either. The heels are taller than expected, and boots seemed rather cheap. I'm extremely dissatisfied all the way around.

I really love their shoes and clothes options but these last couple orders have left a bad taste in my mouth. The shipping will say it shipped but it hasn't made any progress so basically a label has just been created. This makes it hard to know when it is actually coming and with traveling for work I try to make sure to order around that. Also, the sizing has been a tad inconsistent. I ordered boots in 9.5 and then had to exchange because they were big so went down to 9. Then ordered two more pair in 9 and had to exchange because they were too small.
When I talked to the rep for that exchange they did not tell me they were sending me a different color which I do not want at all. I got them on sale so hopefully they let me just return them but who knows. So sad about this interaction because it's making me feel like I am not sure if it's worth ordering from here anymore. And I ordered the boots for the winter season but the time I get boots that fit and that I like the season will be over.

I wanted some thigh high boots and JustFab's ad had thigh high boots. I said, “Yes.” Most of my purchases have been great. They’re definitely worth what I paid for them. I get good use out of them and don’t have to buy shoes every month. I also got a pair for my sister's birthday and a pair for my mom. Shoes are expensive, but with JustFab I didn’t have to break the bank. I've told a lot of my friends to use my code when they sign up. I get stuff and they get stuff, and now, we both have shoes, which is sweet. My friends and I are all shoeaholics. I've told them to try JustFab out. If they don’t like it, no harm, no foul. They can cancel at any time.

I ordered a pair of boots which I usually would not order online. I thought for the price, why not check it out. I ordered them a size larger as recommended. When I received them I could not get them on. They were way too small. I looked at what they call an invoice which was just packing information. It was not mine. It belonged to someone else. Where my invoice and information is, I do not know. I called them, First they do not listen to what you are saying. I had to repeat myself 3 times before he understood what I was saying. He refused to cancel my membership. I had to ask to speak to a supervisor before he said he canceled it. Then he told me all I need is a shipping label. I finally did speak to a supervisor. She told me the same thing. I packed up the boots and sent them back. I received a tracking number from the post office. I could not track the package. I have never had that problem with the post office until this package.
I decided to call after 2 weeks. Again, I explained why I was calling. Not to my surprise, the girl said to me, "So what you're calling about is you want to return your order." Obviously, they do not listen to what the customer is saying. So I repeated myself again. She said, "Your account is canceled". I asked what is happening to the return I sent in to be credited back to my bank account. She said again, "Your account is canceled". I said please put a supervisor on the phone. She refused and she your credit was done yesterday, but will not show in my bank account for 5-7 days. When I told how dissatisfied I was with the service she could care less and said thank for calling Justfab. Unbelievable. My advice, DO NOT deal with this company.

I was looking for a particular color of a shoe and I was able to find it in JustFab. I got one pair but they were a little too tall. I kept the shoes but I have never worn them. After that, I cancelled my membership with JustFab. I stayed with them for three months and have used them twice. People who would ask about JustFab should be careful about the heel height because most of the shoes are very tall.

I saw an ad for JustFab and I liked their products. The selections from the style expert and the sale last year during Thanksgiving were both good. It goes as well for the quality although I would prefer the sizing details to be more specific. I was a member for a year but I unsubscribed from it a while ago because of the monthly cost in the first five days which annoys me. If I don’t skip the monthly cost, they don’t reimburse it. Other than that, I love the store.

I cancelled my subscription about a year ago. Since then my debit card had been charged out of the blue 3 different times and I have had to call you and tell you, then wait for my 39.95 refund. I don't receive emails to skip my month, I have asked to cancel my subscription three times, and it never happened, I asked to be reimbursed the first time they charged me and they never did. They did reimburse me for the two times after that, but again I have been charged this month. I am now in the midst of speaking with my bank to reverse these charges. I am very unhappy.

I was very excited about this site and couldn't wait to finally build my show collection up. After receiving my first 2 pairs of shoes with your introductory offer, neither show fit so I called to return them and get in corrected size. I was told if the first shipment didn't fit I no longer qualified for the special, that once it was redeemed that was it. I find it terrible that something like a shoe company doesn't allow for corrections to take place.

My friend told me about JustFab and their boots made me want to order from them. Also, I like how they give their members a VIP pass. But they have a lot of shoes to choose from, so it's hard to choose a particular style. I was given a nice and cool selection by the style expert, though, and it was in my style. I ordered three boots and the quality of the items that I got is pretty good. I've had a good experience with JustFab. Ordering from them would be nice and I would tell people to go for it.

I've dealt with JustFab a couple times before and every time, something went wrong. Things happen which is fine but dealing with the customer service at JustFab was always a nightmare. They were often very hard to have a conversation with due to language barriers and I was constantly pushed into getting a VIP account when I repeatedly said I wasn't interested. Not necessarily that they weren't nice people, just very hard to deal with. Haven't messed with JustFab since and don't plan to.

I went to JustFab when I needed some shoes. I was a member for about a year and I got some shoes, a couple of dresses and jackets. I got a big discount on the jackets and then I ended up with four pairs of shoes for 80 bucks. The selections given to me by the style expert were cute but not something that I normally wear. I’ve never been all that girly as I just started coming out. But I liked the heels. Their quality was fine. I have told people to go to JustFab's site I just didn’t have the budget to continue with them.

Their shoes are ok. If you order blue or black jeans, they're ok as well. Some of their colored jeans are not the same color as seen on the website. I ordered what I thought were baby pink jeans. The description even described it as baby pink. When I got them, it was some strange, orangey pinkish color. Their t-shirts fabric are VERY thin. You have to wear something underneath. I bought a pair of booties and only wore them once. The shoes were destroyed by the end of the day.
I also hate how they automatically send you the next color available instead of emailing you to let you know that the color you ordered isn't available so you can decide for yourself what color you want or if you rather choose to get store credit. When they send you the next color available and you don't like it, you have to waste time, tape, gas and mileage to box it up and drive to a FedEx office. Also, I absolutely HATE how the only way you can cancel is to call them. There should be an option to cancel online. You see, they have you call them to cancel your subscription so they can talk you into staying with them by offering you store credit, etc. If you want quality shoes and clothing, stay away from JustFab. It's overpriced for cheaply made crap.

Boots are a perfect fit! I read scrolling for some boots for the season and stumbled upon these that are just right. Love how they fit and the look can be dressed casual or dressy. Also they are comfortable! Can walk all day in them and don't have foot pain.

Love your boots and most sandals. Only issue I've had is one pair of sandals broke after the 2nd time I wore them and I couldn't return them. I bought them in spring and wasn't warm enough to wear them yet so by the time I could it was too late and they wouldn't do anything about it. 40 bucks wasted.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the return process. I had a pair of boots I tried to return last year in exchange for a bigger size. I attempted to get the bigger size but was sent the same size, twice. I gave up and gave them to my mom. But I still love the site.

The last few orders I received before cancelling fell apart or did not fit appropriately. In the beginning everything was great. The inside of the shoes would wear quickly revealing cardboard like soles which were uncomfortable to walk in. The lapels or collars on dresses and blazers never lay flat and did not even iron appropriately. Shirt buttons came off or didn't hold during wear.

I enjoyed Just Fab for the 5+ yrs I was a VIP member but to simplify my life I unsubscribed to all the subscriptions that operate by having automatic payments withdrawn from my account each month. I canceled my membership with JustFab for no reason other than I just didn't want to remember to opt out each month or have the $39.95 taken out of my account each month.

JustFab has great quality products at low prices. I love everything I order. I only wish that shipping was faster. Sometimes when I have to return items for size problems I choose to just keep the shoe that might not fit correctly because it takes so long to get the right size back.

Shipping takes too long. There needs to be other options available to Hawaii. I had placed an order and a month passed. Contacted customer service, giving the same information that I can see via tracking. Per FedEx, they can not give me any information only the shipper. I relayed that twice to agent, she put me on hold. Second time she claimed they would reimburse me. When I explained an example on how packages from China and other states are delivered in less than a week to Hawaii, she asked if I was in Hawaii. Point she failed to look up my address, made an offer, then took the offer of reimbursement off the table due to her failure. The entire time I thought she was literally checking on my order when putting me on hold. Evidently she wasn't or she would have seen my address.
No one I spoke to contacted FedEx to verify where the package was. Just put it on another department located in Kentucky. I had to do it myself. This is not the first time this happened. My packages won't be delivered for a month. Then I get charged my membership VIP fee, still not receiving my package from prior month. I would love to order more, but how can I when my packages take forever? There's no excuse as to why they take long. Why not offer more shipping options for those in Hawaii? Upon check out, I'm only allowed one option and the options is a failure. If I'm willing to pay for it, why not make it available? It's 2018, and the methods offered is as if the pony express rides again.

I no longer use JustFab because I don’t want or have the free time to wait for stuff to come out and then beat others for items. The only color that is available is black for exercise pants. I understand supply and demand, but how hard is it to keep an adequate stock of popular colors based on ordering statistics. You dont have to do that for all colors, but offer a random color other than black. Change it up.

I was forced to cancel my account because the JustFab site wouldn't allow me to go in on the 5th of the month and skip the month. I had to call in on the 6th. Then I was told I can only skip 2 times.

I do not like that if I forget to skip the month, I am charged $39.95 but not allowed to use it toward a sale price. You already have my money which should be credited toward any purchase I choose to make.

All product that I have received has been of good quality and is exactly what I ordered. I love that I can skip months as being a member so when I can't or don't want to order something I'm not charged for it. That's what has kept me a shopper with them as long as I've been (about 3+years)

Loved the shoes but after calling 3 different times to close my account, they still "couldn't find" my account information. I had an email address, number and everything and they would not close it for me and didn't care to help. I eventually had to cancel the credit card.

I ordered a pair of duck boots for my wife for Christmas, they only had limited stock of her size 6 left so I placed the order. All was well until they cancelled my order 9 days later due to the boots being sold out. Sold out? I ordered them 9 days ago when they had stock and claimed my pair. Now they don't have them and it's almost Christmas. Very disappointed that this company is selling items they don't actually have.

I've been buying from JustFab for about a year now. I like JustFab because it gives me a better deal and I like their shoes too. I bought my heels, open toes, closed toes from them. The only thing that I really don't buy from them is the knee-high boots because I bought a pair from them before and they don't go out my calves. When they say wide-width, they need to understand that people have wide calves. So, their wide-width is not the same as if I would go into a store and think that it was wide-width. Also, the thing that I hate about them is, they just drop my packages off. They don't let me know that they're being dropped. But that's something that needs to be taken up with UPS. The quality and the price of the shoes are great. I'd suggest JustFab to everybody because it's the best.

One of my friends found JustFab. I saw their stuff online as well as reviews and I went ahead and bought stuff from them. I became a member for that month and I was able to utilize their initial special promo. It was easy to find the items and styles that I was looking for and the things that I got were good.

I won't be in the US anymore and so I canceled my VIP membership. However, I have member credits of close to $80 and they refuse to refund that back to my account, saying that I can use them in the future. I am leaving and there is no JustFab in my home country. All I want is for my money not to go to waste. This is the first I'm hearing of this. It's hard to believe and it's very saddening seeing that I've had nothing but good experiences with them. I'd like to say I'm one of their biggest advocates but I'm a rather unhappy fan now.

I bought my mom a pair of boots from JustFab last Christmas and I also bought three pairs of cute little booties for myself. I feel like the style experts do a pretty good job, but picking something out for me is hit-or-miss. The boots I bought are of good quality, but I wish that they were a bit wider and not squeezing my foot so hard because I’m an athlete and I have a wide foot.
I’m not a fan of not receiving emails whenever the beginning of the month comes. I’m a college student and I’m broke, so when I see that my card has been charged and I hadn’t bought anything, I’m like, “Whoah!” They didn’t even send me an email reminding me to skip the month. Nevertheless, it's easy to find items of my style at JustFab and there’s a bunch of products there. I see the usual $40 for a pair of boots but I don’t wanna always pay $40 for boots, so I have consistently been skipping unless something crazily catches my eye. I don’t have the money to spend on shoes all the time, but if JustFab had cool deals like “buy one, get one”, that would be pretty awesome.

Two huge issues with this company. One is the credits they draft from your account. You can’t apply them to sales! This is your actually money, and you are literally penalized for using their credit system. The second is their customer service. Here is a message I sent to them after an hour long call. It’s suppose to be immediate response, never heard back. I have since filed a BBB complaint. “Hello, I just spent exactly one hour and four min on the phone with your customer service. I’ve been a loyal customer for years. I’ve also, worked in customer service my entire life and have yelled on a call exactly twice, both for my last order with you. The first was the scam with the credits, that makes you a bad business. The second was you switching my address on an order and refusing to properly refund me, that makes you thieves.
It’s clear after an hour you don’t care about customer service. You have stolen from me. From the three people I spoke to my understanding of what happen is that one of my items was sold out when I made my purchase. When this happen your system updated the order and put my old address and billing address in! I asked several times for a call to be placed to FedEx to switch the address, but the most I got on response was the last manager who said they could try, but it probably wouldn’t work. I deal with FedEx every day, it would have. I’ve made mistakes and sent things to the wrong place. Infuriated I demanded my money back. I was told, several times that JustFab is incapable of refunding on a card, it would have to be a check in 12 days.
You are an international company, this is flat out not true. The guy selling local produce at the farmer’s market can refund to my card. I don’t claim I handled this well, and I’m ashamed for raising my voice, but I have never, never received such customer service. These were Christmas presents. I don’t have a ton of money, that’s why I let the credits be drafted, a sort of savings account for Christmas presents. Now I don’t have them, or the money for them. I don’t know what I’m going to do. My heart is broken for this, and I am so angry. You took my money, changed my address without permission, and refused to refund me. This is the definition of stealing. I have no faith this check will ever be sent to me, and if it is it will probably be to the wrong address. I’ve read several rules with similar check issues, who have never received them. I was so excited about these gifts.”

JustFab has clothes that look nice which made me sign up with them. My favorite about being a member are their stylish shoes. I also like the coupon once in awhile. The quality of the items I bought seems decent. However, it's not a good thing to get charged $40 just because you forget to do their skip the month. Other than that, one can get a lot of things at a discount just by being a JustFab member.

I saw the JustFab shoes on TV and the price was affordable for me. Being a JustFab member, I can buy things cheaper and I love that. Sometimes they do a 75% for VIP members and I always take advantage of that. I love the quality of the items for their price and my favorite purchase is a pair of heels. Looking for a particular style of items is not too difficult except for a little bit on getting the height of heel I need because they have high heels. Their style expert are so professional and give very good items. The staff are always available when I have a question for them, so I like that as well. I also always talk to my friends about JustFab.

My daughter told me about JustFab and as a member, I like their special offers and discounts. I have taken advantage of all of them. I just did the buy one, get one 50% off for the denim jeans and I've done the $20 booties too. I did their 60% off sale for Black Friday and I just got a massive box delivered yesterday. So far, I like all the items I have purchased, especially the cold shoulder shirt. However, they need to have more variety of cold shoulder tops and more jeans with the super flare. Also, they need to make pants for short people. I got the super flare and my mom had to cut almost two inches off the bottom. Other than that, they're great.

I liked the way that the shoes looked on JustFab and it was easy to find the item or style that I was looking for. I've been a member for two to three years and during that time, I liked being able to order my shoes and not pay for shipping. I've also taken advantage of their special offers when they had their sale. The selections given by the style expert have been pretty accurate. I used this site once or twice for shoes. First time buying clothes from here. I bought a grey off the shoulder dress. It looked nice in the picture but when it arrived it was way darker than in the picture and didn’t have any shape. It felt cheap and I’m not even gonna bother trying it on because it looks huge. I regret buying this. Never using this site for clothing again.

A friend ordered everything from JustFab and she told me that I could order boots and shoes. We live in the country, so I wear boots all the time. She also told me when you order a pair, you get points. The website was user-friendly. Plus, they said that if you don’t like the product, it’s an easy return. When you sign up, they automatically send something every 30 days. Then I had a car accident and I closed all of the accounts that I had that did automatic shipping. I got hurt pretty badly in the accident and couldn’t keep up with what was being shipped and ordered in all of my accounts.
Putting the style in the computer and it shows was neat and interesting to look at. I have two pairs of boots and a couple of pairs of shoes and they were priced appropriately to their quality. JustFab.com did great. They were awesome and accommodating. I live in a small town. We don’t have shops and stores, so we do everything online unless we go to town once a month. JustFab.com was good for us out here. I would recommend them.

One of the girls in my lab had ordered some shoes from JustFab at one point. She said that there was some deal going on or if one signs up to be member, then they can get a $10 pair of shoes. That was a solid deal so I signed up for a brief of time and ordered a pair of shoes. In general, the shoes were good and definitely held up for the price. However, I didn’t want to pay the membership fees every month and I really don’t order things that often. I was left in a situation that if I sign up, then I'm committed to a membership, but obviously, the initial deal is really good. I’m sure there are other deals that would be worth it if one would order products more often than I do.

My experience with JustFab was fine. I enjoyed shopping on it. The website navigation was good. It was really easy to navigate and order. Everything came properly as well. Finding the style that I was looking for was easy with JustFab and their styles made me want to purchase from them. I like boots and they have a lot of these. I was able to take advantage of their special offer of $10 per shoe pair. I liked the selection that was given to me by the style expert. There was a lot to choose from and it was almost hard to narrow it down to one. I'm excited about JustFab. The quality of their items is really good. Their shoes are great and can’t be found anywhere else. The last purchase that I made from them has definitely been over a year ago and I outwore the last pair that I got. I ordered 2 pairs of boots late October. One black wedges, the other taupe slouch thigh highs. I received them both in a timely manner. They were exactly what I ordered and they matched what I saw in the pictures. But my excitement quickly faded as I found stains on the taupe boots. I called customer service to discuss this, and while on the phone, my daughter pointed out to me that the black ones were stained, as well. I ended up deciding to return the taupe boots, but keep the black ones because the stain wasn't as noticeable, and I really wanted some boots for fall looks right away.
I was sent a shipping label, and was offered 20% off my next order. The return process was simple. I took it to the post office with the shipping label, it cost me nothing to return. I received the replacement taupe boots today. Guess what? They're STAINED! AGAIN! I called to ask about how this keeps happening. I wasn't very reassured that this isn't going to keep on being an issue. I was again offered a discount on my next order, this time 50%. But I really don't know if I'll be using that, because 50% off of stained items isn't really worth much to me. The CSR kept asking me about reshipping new product. I refuse to order if no one can assure me that I'm not getting stained and/or used items. I asked for a supervisor to call me so I can figure out what the problem is before I'm willing to make any decisions. I'll for sure be skipping my order for December if I don't hear back from a supervisor soon.

JustFab has nice merchandise at a great price. I also liked the quality of their merchandise. But I don’t like the fact that they charge my card continuously every month and don’t send the merchandise. I thought they only charge a monthly fee if you purchase within that month. If I go in, see a pair of shoes that I like and purchase that month, it's fine if they take a fee. But if it’s time to debit my card and I haven't made a selection, they should just make the selection for me from my style profile and send it out to me free of charge. I’m not even really picky. Plus when you go on to JustFab, you have to do a style profile. Debiting my card is fine as long as they send me my merchandise. But they shouldn't debit my card and take $39.50 when I haven't purchased anything. What would I be paying for? They should remodel their processing.
On the other hand, the customer service people have been good. I was a member for less than a year and when I told them that I was gonna remove my card from that account, they were fine. They also let me know that I had two months of credit of merchandise. So I still have my login information and when I’m ready to get those two free items, I’m logging in.
