The flowers were delivered on the day they were supposed to and they got the vase and kinds of flowers close to what was used in the picture, but the size and number of flowers was way off. I paid a lot for their "best" category and my mom got sometime closer to their lowest category of good. The pictures on their website are beautiful, but that's not what you get. You basically get a stripped down version of what they show you and I would hate to see what "good" would have looked like if the "best" showed up looking like the "good". Not worth the money at all. I feel scammed. I emailed customer service and not even one response. Unusual for a company that claims "Love it, or we'll make it right."

Ordered a beautiful bouquet to be delivered to my mom on her birthday. They arrived on schedule but the arrangement was missing several of the pictured flowers and was sparse, sad and looked cheap and unattractive. It was embarrassing for both me and my mom and turned what should have been a lovely surprise into a very disappointing and awkward situation. FTD is issuing a credit, but despite that, I will NEVER order a thing from them in the future.

I ordered a flower arrangement, for delivery to a funeral home. While the flowers were timely delivered, the arrangement was nothing like the picture on the website. It was much smaller and had fewer flowers. Very cheap looking. I will never use FTD again.

Ordered flowers for sister's 75th birthday. They were simply left on the porch for her to happen to find 4 days early. FTD said they would make it right and have them redelivered on the correct date. As of 7 pm no flowers. Was told by customer service rep to wait to 9 pm. Why not tell me, "Maybe they will get there at 11:59 pm." Ridiculous. The day is over. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Will never use FTD again.

I ordered flowers from FTD for my mother’s birthday to be delivered on her birthday. Upon ordering from the website and specifying that date, the website showed that they would be delivered that day and in the email I received also said that they would be delivered that day. The flowers did not arrive. I called customer service and I was told that the flowers are being sent by UPS and would not be there for two more days. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

I have used several flower companies to deliver if I can't take them to someone locally and have never had an issue. I purchased a $50 arrangement (full and lush) + $15 shipping. My friend got them and sent me a picture and thanked me and all I could do was apologize for the embarrassing arrangement. I was mortified. It looked nothing like the picture AT ALL. The picture advertised showed 7 pink daisies, 5 roses, these blue summer flowers, long stem blue flowers and some greenery. She got 3 roses 2 pink flowers of some sort that were falling dead and greenery. It didn't even look close to the cheapest arrangement they offered. I was so angry.
I sent two emails to the company and never heard back. I ended up calling and the lady told me she would call the local florist and have them make it look more like the photo... so what were they doing before? She said she spoke with the florist and they said my friend would need to leave the previous arrangement out so it can be exchanged for the new one. EMBARRASSING but I asked my friend to do so which she did. The florist said they would make it more full and have more flowers.
I asked the FTD employee was it not in question what they were doing the first time they made the arrangement because it was a very clear that no effort or time was put into this. She just said I'll have them send a new arrangement and kept repeating back to me that I was not happy and the arrangement only had this and that in it. My friend did get the new arrangement the next day and it did look a little better but I still have yet to hear back from the company. I will never use FTD again.

I would never, ever order flowers from FTD again. Stay away from this horrible company. My $50.00 arrangement ended up costing me $110 on my credit card with no explanation from FTD. The total cost with tax and delivery should have been around $78 but my card was charged $110. No one from FTD will acknowledge or answer my repeated emails. Thankfully there are other flower shops, in future, I will order from a local, small independent shop owner and stay away from this nonsense. Lesson learned.

I ordered flowers last night to be delivered today. I got an E-mail confirmation at 3:30 that they have been delivered and waited from a phone call from my S.O. to tell me that she loved them. The phone call never came. I then called them and they told me that "sometimes they mark it delivered before they deliver them." and to wait until 8:00pm and then call back. I call back at 9ish and she told me that they were delivered and signed for (they were not) and to wait until Monday for an E-Mail. They would "keep me posted". She really didn't seem to care or to want to help me, it was all what she could not do for me. Now I have to go through the fraud department with my bank and that is not at all how I planned for this interaction to go.

I have used FTD for years and paid for a gold membership over a year ago. Today I found out that they didn't deliver flowers for my mom's birthday. I ordered the flowers a week in advance and received an immediate email confirmation that they would be delivered. They were supposed to deliver on Friday and even sent a confirmation email on Friday that they were on their way. Little did I know that they later sent an email saying, "Oops - we couldn't deliver your flowers today...please try something else."
They have my phone number. Why don't they call for something like this? Do they not realize how important the order was to me? You would think - this is their business for a reason - to make people smile and touch their hearts...right? If I had known, I could have ordered something else that would get there in time, but unfortunately, I trusted them and their emails. When I called them, they said, "Oh - we are sorry. We will cancel your order and charge you for something else..." Okay? What? That is what you offer me? To charge me for something else? You lost a long time customer today FTD.

Yesterday I ordered flowers from what seemed to be a highly rate online flower service called FTD which was featured on Groupon. I went with this company because I had partial credits from Groupon while the remaining balance of about $40 went on my MasterCard. Yesterday when I placed the order on July 29, 2018 the website accepted the order and indicated no concerned with the delivery date being today for a funeral viewing. The viewing was only for 3 hours from 9am–11am this morning as God bless my best friend’s mom passed away about 2 weeks ago to cancer. I arranged the flowered to be delivered by 9:30 am this morning, it was clearly indicated what the occasion was for regarding the flower deliver also evident by the message associated with the delivery. The company confirmed my order this morning 7/30/2018 AT 6:02am.
Then the unimaginable happened at 10:58 smack in the middle of me getting ready for work I receive an email stating they need further address information, now I am thinking how can this be? So the order went through, I clearly provided the address of deliver with post code, phone number and closest intersection. Furthermore the company also had my contact information as well. After waiting 20 minutes for a representative the company confirms the order has not yet been delivered because the first florist declined the order at 8am due to stock and the second assigned florist did not have enough time to process the order (keep in mind delivery was 9:30 am – so not a call or an alternative delivery time just an email hours later). Outraged by this information by verbally displaying my level of disgust the company representative was laughing and smirking and this could be heard through the phone.
At this point I request a cancellation because my order serves no purpose furthermore I call the company out on not contacting me regarding this in a more timely manner as my delivery was set for 9:30 am the representative responds ,"Well we emailed you…" Yeah at 10:58am!!! The company then offered to call the family of the decease to apologize… that is the last thing I want at this time, if I can't even trust you to do you sole job and deliver flowers now why would I want you to cause the family more distress by calling after the fact when maybe just maybe they can seem the slightest bit of peace given the events followed today. I have since contacted Groupon to request no further networking with the merchant as that is unacceptable and I do not feel they should be associated with promoting such a company… I am yet to receive an answer but the current wait period from their customer service is 48 hours.
Honestly the company FTD acronym should just stand for fake transportation services, I do not know why the company would have done this maybe overall they wanted to try and squeeze some more money out of the CC by a possible scam of rejecting to order another item of greater value? I do not really know at this point. I am hoping this can be out to the public eye because I do not want anyone else to go through what I did and nothing they can do or say will ever be able to correct this and now this is something I will have to live with forever… and no it is not just about flowers the message and presentation of the flowers and what they symbolize is so much more.
I am the last person to write and a review so you know this meant a lot from me reaching out with this concern. The company’s email stated: “We always strive to provide the very finest quality and service, so please let us assure you that all your future orders will be filled with the special attention and care that they deserve”. That has got to be the biggest joke I have ever heard! I hope they go out of business.

I ordered flowers on a Tuesday and paid same day delivery, they were not delivered so I called and they said, "Oh sorry the florist will deliver tomorrow." The next day they called and said they're out of roses. We can send a nice arrangement, I said ok. I would just like flowers delivered please. No delivery. 3rd day they told me the florist can't deliver again. Everyone I talked to kept say "Sorry. I know how you feel"! I told them to stop saying that to me, they don't know how I feel. Finally on Friday when they told me they were trying to find a florist I canceled. 5 minutes later called a local florist and flowers were delivered 1 hour later! Horrible customer service, no clue or people skills! USE A LOCAL FLORIST!!!!

Run away! Not the FTD of your parents. I ordered a nice vase and flowers for our anniversary - 80 dollars plus! I was informed days later that the nice lattice-like vase - which was one of the reasons I ordered the arrangement - was non-available and would be substituted with a plain glass vase (like the dozens we already have laying around the house). I followed the instructions in the email to reorder - found a nice vase and arrangement and GUESS WHAT? There was no product number to input into the reorder site. I called customer disservice - got a poor soul with even poorer English and was told my reorder was not possible as the new vase was not available either. I was told I would receive a special??? order - I think a day later than my anniversary. Keep in mind I could not understand the operator much! TERRIBLE accent. I canceled the order and will not be back. FTD? RUN AWAY!

Like others reported; was supposed to be delivered same day. I received a pleasant phone call that flowers were not up to standards & that a free upgrade would be offered if I'd be willing to have them delivered the next day. Great! My friend was fresh post op... that'd give her a day to be more alert & better arrangement. 3 days later... still waiting! I called to check status & call goes to India. Even though I had the order #, they won't tell me anything because I don't have her house & phone # on me!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

I ordered flowers for a very dear friend in another state - feeling being FTD was nationwide was my best most convenient option. WELL I paid for same day delivery which DID NOT happen then was informed that it would not be delivered but by courier days later!!! When you contact customer service you get transferred to India and when you request a supervisor you get SCREAMING KIDS in background!! Then only wanted to discount the delivery fee for $4. Are you kidding ME!! This is not my first bad experience.

Spent a pretty penny ($79 including delivery costs) to mom-in-law in Michigan -- and should have read reviews on FTD -- before even going there. My mom-in-law received the flowers on the correct day -- but by the next day -- she called to say that the flowers had wilted and dying. I'll never use this company again. At least if they had responded with some explanation by email (I sent them 2 messages via customer service address) -- I may have given them a second chance -- but this is the worst service and product ever. Stay away! And don't fall for their ads for sales either -- it's just a sale on dead flowers. :(

I have had flowers delivered from my daughter, you pay a lot of money to receive dead plants. I sent a complaint & never heard anything back. I also sent flowers to my mother for mother's day, I just heard from her that the flowers were half dead. I will no longer use FTD. I thought it was a reputable company, but when they don't even respond to a call or a complaint, they don't need our business. I would not recommend this company to anyone, go to your local florist, you'll save money & receive nice quality flowers.

They accept delivery time requests “only for funerals” per their “friendly” customer service representative. Birthday flowers were delivered at 6:30pm. We received confirmation of delivery at 4:20pm. We called 3 times and were told about 30 minutes delay 3 times for total of 1.5 hours of wait. Highly unprofessional phone staff with the attitude and funeral statements. Need training and brain.

LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my niece at the hospital. Paid extra fee for same day delivery, the order was incomplete, missing items. I called FTD's 1-800 number right away. The first "customer service" person I spoke with put me on hold, she trying to contact the local florist to see if they would bring the missing part of the order, A few minutes later she came back and said there was no answer, that she would call me back, except she never took my phone number. I waited until the next day, no one for FTD contacted me, I called a second time, and the answer was, there were no more deliveries for children's hospital on 6/7/2018 or 6/8/2017.
Not a reliable company, they refunded me for the teddy bear, and said that was all they were able to do, and they were very sorry for the inconvenience. I paid extra money for the same day delivery, extra charges for the extra items, and the order was not even close to I have ordered to begin with, The arrangement was smaller and the colors nothing like what I have ordered. NOT A reliable company, THE COMPANY statement is not true. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH FTD.

Have received local FTD floral arrangements from out of state friends/relatives and they selected trusted FTD florist they have used before and occasionally when an FTD florist sends flowers ready to fall off the stems, they will call & complain. Resulting effect is Local FTD sends a fresh reorder to maintain goodwill.

I paid a lot for these flowers and when they are delivered they were almost dead. Once I ordered flowers for my grandmothers funeral and had the flowers delivered dead. I had a hard time receiving a refund.

I ordered flowers for my wife for Mother's Day. This whole transaction has been completely unacceptable. It is quite obvious that FTD does not value any business from me or any of my friends or family. FTD has delivered to my house in the past and left them on the porch at temperatures that easily exceeded 100 degrees. So the day before Mother's Day I get a call telling me that they can't deliver flowers until Tues after Mother's Day. They were scheduled for Friday before holiday. After being so irritated that I cancelled the order I called my wife to tell her that for the first time in ten years she would not get flowers for Mother's Day. She then tells me that she offered to pick them up... This is even more unacceptable as I paid for delivery. I'm certain that if she had picked them they wouldn't have refunded my delivery fee. The customer service rep offered an apology but at this point as far as I'm concerned an apology for their poor service is unacceptable.

I have used FTD, Teleflora, 1-800 one, and a few others but had an unpleasant experience. It takes a lot of time + it’s very expensive and top of that, tax is too much.

My son sent me flowers for Mother's Day. They were to be deliver on Friday, but never came. I finally got them, by UPS, on Monday. When I opened the box, all the petals had fallen off the flowers and they were mostly dried out.

Missed the guaranteed delivery date to deliver flowers on my anniversary. No notification. Late in the day they dropped the flowers (and chocolates) at the front door of the closed business at night. Customer service was worthless and would not give me the name of the local florist that screwed up the delivery. That was May 2017. Will never order from FTD again and buy from any FTD flower shop in Laguna Beach, California since I can't isolate it to a particular florist.

I really wish I'd read reviews before ordering. Spent $100 on arrangement for mother-in-law. Picture was beautiful, but the arrangement was the saddest thing I've ever seen. Wilted, brown spots, and thrown together. Said they'd deliver new flowers Wednesday. Today is Thursday and I get a text from my mother-in-law that she didn't receive anything yesterday. I'm mortified. They have her number and mine, but neither one of us received a phone call about a delay. Haven't ordered flowers in 15 years, but I will never, ever do it again. Especially if it's important. A loving gesture has turned into a pathetic mess, and a huge hassle. Not just $100 wasted, but I basically paid $100 for a huge aggravation!

I was so excited when I ordered the flowers for my hostess for Thanksgiving, I thought what a gorgeous bouquet for the middle of the table. But when I got to the house it was a tiny little flower arrangement so I was very disappointed. I will never do it again!!! It was very misrepresented on the pictures to what you receive and they are expensive too!

I placed two separate orders for Mother's Day. I did this online through my work as we get discounts. I entered the recipient's address and then my credit card information. When it came to time to enter the billing address, their system changed the city and state of the recipient. I had no idea this happened. One order was supposed to arrive 5/11/18 and the other 5/12/18. It is 5/16/18 and as far as I know, they still have not gotten their flowers. The only way I knew there was a problem was when my local florist called me to deliver at an address they could not find.
I called FTD Customer Service immediately to try and sort out what happened. I spoke with people who did not have a good grasp on the English language and could not hold a conversation. They only knew enough English to talk about main frequently asked questions and their canned responses. I was hung up on once and had to call back and go through the whole process of getting a Customer Service Agent on the phone. Then had to try to explain everything AGAIN to someone who could hardly speak English. I do not recommend using this provider, I will never use them again even though I get employee discounts through my work. I would rather pay full price and ensure the flowers get there and get there on time.

Ordered flowers and “Gourmet” chocolate covered strawberries for delivery on May 11. She is 87 years old and has Alzheimer’s at a home in TN. Flowers were on May 12 with no vase. “Gourmet” strawberries came on Monday, May 14 all melted and rotten, surely not gourmet. Called to get a refund and they said they would ship them again. I said, "Refund me, Mother’s Day is over, already ruined." Tonight, which is May 15, they sent them anyway as FedEx sent a tracking. I called FedEx to return them to FTD and then had to call FTD again and tell them, "Give me my full refund." Non English speaking person said, "Can I help you with anything else?" And I laughed and said, "Nothing from you," I will never use FTD again.

HORRIBLE experience, even worse so-called customer service, and STILL haven't had my mother receive her gift, which was to be delivered 05.11.18 and it's now 05.15.18 and no one knows ANYTHING... Why is that? I will NEVER order from FTD again and will encourage everyone NOT to do so! Already hearing from other cohorts about their poor experiences and should have taken heed. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered by a local florist for my Mother-in-law (MIL) for Mother's Day. I received the confirmation email that it would be delivered on Saturday, 12 May or Sunday, 13 May. The morning of 12 May (which also happened to be my birthday), I received 4 emails from FTD.com - 1 confirming my order was scheduled for delivery and 3 to let me know they would notify me once the arrangement was delivered. At 3:29 pm EDT on Saturday afternoon I received a call from FTD Customer Service. I did not recognize the number so I let it go to voicemail. I checked the message and it said to contact FTD.com Customer Service and left their phone number. I called the number back at 3:31 pm and spoke to a customer service rep (who did not speak English as a first language).
The rep told me my order was unable to be filled by a florist until Tuesday, 15 May so they had gone ahead and canceled my order. I told him this was unacceptable and to find an alternate arrangement for my MIL to be delivered on Mother's Day. He put me on hold for about 5 minutes and told me there were now no florists locally who could deliver an arrangement until Wednesday, 16 May and that he was confirming my cancellation and I would receive a refund in 3-5 business days. He also confirmed I would receive a cancellation notice via email. I voiced my displeasure to the rep - letting him know that I understand this is not his fault but I wanted him to make sure a note was entered that this was completely unacceptable and I would NEVER be using FTD.com again and would ensure my friends and family are aware of my experience so they never use FTD.com.
It is unacceptable to receive a call at 3:30 pm the afternoon prior to a holiday to tell a customer their order has been canceled. This left me with no time to find an alternate option as most other florists require an order placed by 2 pm for same day delivery. After I hung up with the rep I did receive the cancellation email as he confirmed. (My MIL lives 2500 miles away so it was not like I could even go pick up an arrangement from a local grocery store to give to her.)
On Sunday, 13 May I received an email from FTD.com to remind me of the Mother's Day holiday and to order a beautiful arrangement. I received another email on Sunday, 13 May to let me know a "substitution on your FTD.com order was required." The email said the arrangement I ordered was no longer available in the delivery area and they were substituting with similar item to ensure timely delivery of my order (I should note the subject of the email included the confirmation number of the order that was canceled the previous day). I contacted FTD.com customer service via chat on Monday, 14 May to inquire why I received a substitution notification AFTER I was sent a cancellation notification. The rep I chatted with again confirmed that my order was still canceled and apologized for receiving the substitution email. She said it must have been a system generated email.
I asked if there was a way to contact someone within FTD.com to let them know of my experience to ensure it doesn't happen to someone else. She again apologized and said, "No, but you will receive an email within the next few days to leave your feedback." I find it unacceptable there is no way for me to contact a manager to inform them of my experience. I also find it unacceptable FTD.com did not offer any alternate solutions for my issue - only a refund. If I were them I would have refunded the money and also delivered an arrangement on the first available day for delivery to the intended recipient. They made zero effort to right their wrong and continued to send incorrect/inaccurate emails after the order was canceled.

I ordered Mother's Day flowers for my mom and they never showed. I received an email on Mother's Day stating there was an error in my order and the flowers were not deliver. I called to find out more information and the customer service person Lou could not tell me what the error was. She assured me the flowers would be delivered the next day. On Monday 5/14/18 I called at 12:00pm to confirm that my flowers would be delivered on Monday and again was assured that they would be. I never received another email from FTD flowers after Sunday. I called my mom to see if she received her flowers and she informed me that she did not. I called to see why and spoke to Mary and she could not explain why my flowers were never deliver. I canceled my order and asked to speak to a manager. I was put on hold and no one ever picked up my call. I am very nervous that I will not receive a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered flowers for Saturday before Mother's Day. Never got delivered! Not on Saturday, not on Mother's Day. When you call you get to talk to someone you can barely understand and they Do Not Care. This person blamed the florist. I explained that they were the ones responsible. They could deliver them Tuesday. What??? Terrible Customer Service. I will never order from them again.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day from FTD. I received an email stating that the address was incorrect for the recipient. I called to find out why they had the incorrect address. I never received a satisfactory answer because the address I gave them was correct. I called back three more times and was assured that the flowers would be delivered on Saturday prior to Mother's Day. I called back today and was informed that the flowers were not delivered until the day after Mother's Day which was unacceptable. When you call FTD, the operators can barely speak English that is understandable. I do not have a problem with foreign operators as long as you can understand what they are saying without having to repeatedly ask for them to repeat themselves. I WILL NEVER USE FTD AGAIN. Terrible, Terrible service.

I ordered flowers for my stepmother for Mother's Day to be delivered Saturday 5/13. She called me and told me that they arrived dead and there were only about 5 flowers that were actually still alive. I ordered a huge arrangement and only 5 were alive! Are you kidding me! Then I called them and they said they will redeliver a new bouquet on Sunday. The bouquet never came. I called and got a refund. What a horrible way to do business. As a customer who has purchased from them several times it's a shame that I will never use them again after this.

I never been so upset about a delivery! First off I ordered From FTD Thursday to have the flowers delivered to my mom on Sunday for Mother’s Day, Sunday I got emails saying it was delivered to my mom. I called her and she said that nothing had arrived at her home. I called FTD and they told me that the message automatically sends out once the flowers leave the shop which I felt was really weird because I’ve never had a company told me something was delivered if it was not really delivered.
Finally after keep calling FTD with no one able to locate where the flowers are they finally arrived at my mom's house and it was not the order that I purchased!!! I’ve never been so embarrassed. The picture online had pretty purple pink and red flowers and a purple pretty vase. The pictures my mom sent me was a ugly green vase. Total opposite. Not even the same flowers that was in the picture that I originally ordered and then the card didn’t look like the card that I purchased online. This is a damn scam. I definitely will not be purchasing anything else from them again and I advise no one else to purchase from them. The customer service sucks!!!

On Saturday May 11, 2018 I placed an order for flower delivery for my mother in law. After looking online for over an hour I went with FTD as a company that is known. I paid for extra delivery charge. I received emails confirming my purchase and delivery. I was out of range with data service till I got home at 8:00 PM WST when I found out the flowers were never delivered. I called customer service and all they could do is refund me my money. Well Mother's Day is once a year so the refund does not fix the problem. Shame on you FTD. I will spread the work not to use your service! What a Shame!

The poor ratings I see are well-deserved and I agree that zero (or negative) stars would be a more appropriate rating system for this vendor. I can also see why it does not have a Consumer Affairs accreditation. I used ProFlowers for many years (before it was purchased by FTD) and was NEVER disappointed. It is a shame and a scam that the well-respected ProFlowers name is still in use as there is NO comparison in quality. I stopped using ProFlowers as soon as I realized what had happened. Regrettably, the word has not gotten out widely enough because I have continued to be on the receiving end of "ProFlowers" (FTD) orders from others who were used to the quality that is no longer. The "arrangements" bear NO resemblance to what the customer expects to be delivered, either in terms of quality or quantity of product.
The Mother's Day delivery that came to me yesterday was pitiful, some cheap flowers and three over-the-hill roses. An $8 purchase from the grocery store would put what I received to shame. Another order I received in the past was literally dead on arrival. I'm sure it's not a coincidence that the local florists who fill these orders have far less than stellar reviews. I will continue to report back to those who send me flowers through FTD, letting them know that their money has been wasted and suggesting that they never again use this vendor. I will also continue to call customer service, as I did today, to make sure FTD is aware that their shameful service does not go unnoticed.

I ordered a $120 wine and cheese/snacks basket for Mother's Day (Called the "Spirited Gourmet - Best"). I placed the order weeks ago on April 30th, and FTD's website stated that the item was not eligible for delivery on weekends, so I requested Friday May 11th delivery - I figured my mom could enjoy the gift throughout the weekend. Lo and behold, my mother did not receive ANYTHING on Friday, or over the weekend. I called FTD twice, and both times, customer service reps kept placing me on hold, and could not answer any questions about why the order was not delivered, and why no one had contacted me to let me know it wouldn't be able to be delivered. During both calls, both reps finally told me that my order was a "very special delivery" so they needed to transfer my request over to the "special orders" department. Except they couldn't transfer me over to this department, someone would call me back from that department.
They kept saying things like "I assure you this order is very important, and I've already submitted the request." What request? Request to do what? Why would be calling me, and when? They could not tell me anything about when I could expect the call or when there would be a resolution or what the resolution would be. Finally, I told the woman I spoke with the second time I called that at this point I just wanted a refund, as $120 is not an insignificant amount of money, and Mother's day has come and gone, with my mother not having received her gift, so I just wanted the money back so I could get her something else instead (better late than never, right?).
After putting me on a long hold, yet again, she told me she was sending me an email and issuing me a refund. That was an hour ago, and still nothing. No refund, no actual information on where the order/gift is, nothing. This company is AWFUL. No one should rely on them for any special delivery. And if you do, and it goes wrong, don't expect to get your money back. I hope they are shut down, and stop defrauding people!

We ordered a bouquet to be delivered on 5/12 for our grandmother's 97th birthday. We waited for a confirmation, and on 5/13 contacted FTD online to ask for one. We received an email containing an 800 number. After calling, we found out that the local FTD agent was unable to fill the order. We were not contacted, nor asked if we would like an alternative arrangement. FTD refunded our money, but did not offer any compensation. DO NOT use this company.

On Thursday 5/10 ordered a Sunday 5/13 Mother's Day flower delivery for my mom. FTD indicated this is possible, accepting my $45 order. On Sunday, Mother's Day, shortly after noon, I received an email stating the delivery was made. Called my mom. She sounded surprised. Said nothing's arrived from me. Hung up. Called FTD. After dodging to answer for 15-20 min they admitted nothing's been sent. Still no explanation why did FTD try to lie??? Not to mention they made me look like an ungrateful son, I know I am not. I'm making this short and sweet. Don't bother with FTD. They suck. I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful bouquet of tulips (the recipient's favorite flower). When she texted me a picture with a "thank you for the flowers" I couldn't have been more embarrassed! This is why I hate spending money on flowers, such a waste. I could have sent cash for a really nice dinner instead, would have been more useful than looking at these pitiful flowers.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Absolutely in shock at how awful my experience has been. I ordered my mom and mother-in-law flowers for Mother’s Day. I have never been so embarrassed or furious about a flower delivery. What was delivered is not even close to what I ordered. The flowers within the bouquet picture online were not even in the bouquet they received. I have contacted customer service and they won’t do a thing. I really really wish I saw these other reviews before I ever ordered so I could have spent my money elsewhere. They are obviously scamming all of their customers.

I would rate FTD a zero if this review site would let me. FTD is the absolute worst company and I will never, ever, ever order anything from FTD ever again for as long as I live. I ordered flowers for Mothers Day (5/13/18) to be delivered on Fri (5/11//18). Later on Fri 5/11/18, FTD confirmed the delivery, however, the flowers were not delivered. The next day Sat. FTD sends an email indicating that the delivery could not be met and the absolute best that they could do is deliver the flowers a day after Mother's Day on 5/14/18.
FTD is completely incompetent and I will go out of my way to ensure that upper management knows how crappy FTD is since this is not the first time my delivery was missed by more than 2 days. I was disgusted with FTD and FTD's customer service that I just cancelled the order. I will make FTD management aware of my complaint so that they can fire the incompetent people and replace them with robots. At least robots are trainable! Don't ever order from FTD - they are too incompetent and stupid to get anything done correctly.

I ordered my Mom and Aunt flowers for Mother's Day to be delivered May 12th-13th. (Upgraded both to BEST bouquet and I'm an FTD Gold Subscriber. Each bouquet was $64.99 before tax.) My mom sent me a picture of hers and naturally was absolutely delighted! When looking at photo and back to what I ordered, it was not nearly as impressive. I emailed customer service regarding my dissatisfaction. My Aunt later send a photo of her flower surprise and I was actually ashamed by the arrangement! Not acceptable or near the wow factor of what I had expected. Sent another complaint to customer service. Waiting on a response.

I ordered my mom a beautiful bouquet online from FTD. What she received was a pathetic box of almost dead flowers and a whole lotta green filler! They were shipped from Illinois and she is in New Mexico. I called FTD to complain and was offered to have the order redelivered except the bouquet I ordered was no longer available. I was given two options and asked to know more about one of them. I was put on hold for ages while she went to look up what comes in that particular bouquet only to have her come back and say that one wasn't available anymore. In the end I called back again and asked for a refund, which they complied. They have proven to be totally unreliable and it's shameful that people pay so much thinking their loved one is getting beautiful flowers and get a box of crap. I'm so glad my mom told me the condition of the flowers. Do not use FTD!!!

This has happened before. We ordered flowers through FTD well in advance of our desired delivery date, only to receive an email the day before the delivery date telling us that our choice of flowers can't be delivered. This time it was for Mother's Day 2018. If the flower arrangement can't be delivered, why offer it for sale in the first place? We canceled the order, but I'm sure if we called and upgraded the order to a much more expensive flower arrangement, the delivery would miraculously become possible. This appears to be a pattern of bait and switch.

FTD was to deliver a special fruit arrangement to my mother for Mother's Day on the Friday prior and had not. I did so as I knew my mother would not be available on Saturday to receive a package due to her outing. When I called "customer service" they claimed it would still be delivered the same day, it was not. I could barely understand the representative as their English was not up to par so I had to ask them to repeat several times so I could understand what they were communicating to me. Nevertheless, what was ultimately stated was that they had seven days to rectify the situation if my mother did not receive her arrangement fresh, which would put it past Mother's Day. They appeared desensitized to my situation and argued their point to the end. NEVER USE THEM OR YOU'LL REGRET IT! I most certainly will not!!

For the second, and final time, I've made arrangements to have flowers delivered to a friend and her mother and only one was delivered on time... Oh, and they're both going to the same address. Whatever you do, go get flowers and deliver them yourself if your only option is FTD. They are horrible!

I called to check on the order and found out that FTD took my money but cancelled the ** order! Very unprofessional customer service. They charge you a premium price and substitute products without your approval. I called to inquire and ask to see what was delivered and I got a CS person who barely speaks English. She kept asking for information that she already had, such as "what was the item you ordered?" I had already submitted my order number etc. I realized I was getting nowhere with this CS person and asked to speak to her supervisor. I was ignored and repeatedly asked to speak to her supervisor.
I was placed on hold for 100 minutes and the person who came to the phone was at the same level as the person with whom I had spoken and NOT a supervisor. I demanded to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold for another ten minutes. All told, I was on the phone with FTD for 49 minutes, spoke to four different people, and not one of them had a decent command of the English language. There was no resolution and I feel as if I have been defrauded. I will never again use this service.

I ordered flowers online from Eflowers.com FTD Flower and Gift Delivery on April 28 and they never were delivered. I then reordered on May 1st. Still no delivery and my credit card was now charged twice for $72.98 by an entity named "Flowers LLC Cambridge, MA". Many attempts to resolve this issue of non-delivery with the several "800" call center numbers and multiple emails to customer service. Also, several of my calls were outsourced to answering services with promises that I would be contacted within the day to resolve the issue. And sadly my sister never received her get well bouquet.

I won't use FTD again. The last few times I had flowers delivered to my wife, it was more like a do it yourself kit. She had to bring the package home, cut the stems and arrange them in the vase herself. When I pay all the upcharges to have flowers delivered on time, I expect the arrangement to be complete without having the recipient do all the work. Will not use FTD again.

FTD advertises on their main site that they do same day delivery. I did not ask for same day. I asked for next day only if they could deliver a birthday bouquet before 2PM. Their representative said they would try for 9AM but definitely before 2PM. I told them the recipient would leave at 2PM. I bought a $39 bouquet. They added $10 for the vase and $17 for delivery which was fine with me if they could deliver before 2PM. They did not deliver on time. I called them after that and someone on the chat room told me they had not delivered. I asked them to cancel the order. They said they would be glad to cancel it but they didn't. I called the bank to cancel the charge but they said the cancellation would have to come from the florist first so I called FTD again.
This time they said the flowers were delivered so they could not cancel. How they did that in the 10 minutes it took to talk to the bank is akin to magic. I did not believe them. This morning I asked the recipient whether she received the flowers. She said someone in her office had accepted the late delivery and sent me a picture. It was a very scaled down version of what I had ordered. Not only is their service horrible but their agents lie and their page has false information in big letters. I will never use FTD again and I hope someone nails them for false advertising.

I ordered an arrangement 6 days before my relative's funeral from FTD. Flowers were never delivered and was told that due to time constraints they were unable to. The service was at 2 pm and when I placed the order I specified that time with agent. Was told that they tried to call the day of funeral, but got no answer. All lies. Do yourself a favor and never order from this FTD establishment. How humiliating that they could not honor a burial-funeral request! I will never, ever use them or refer anyone else to them again. I ordered a prom corsage on 04/10 to be delivered on 04/19 (PLENTY OF NOTICE). Today is the 19th; I have contacted FTD now 4 times, they can’t get in touch with the local florist. They have now left 4 messages with them. They won’t disclose the florist’s name with me so I can reach out, they can’t give me any reassurances that I will receive my order, and they won’t refund my money. I am extremely frustrated with the customer service. I continually get someone that’s not in the United States on the phone and it’s difficult to communicate. I would never recommend ordering from FTD if it is something that’s actually important.

I ordered flowers for $65.30 for same day delivery. I placed the order in the morning for a friend that was having a particularly hard day due to her chemo treatment and I wanted them to arrive THAT DAY. That's why I paid for same-day delivery, it's two days later and FTD still cannot confirm if they have been delivered. I've called FTD three times, about 10 mins on hold each time (with their outsourced people), having wasted about half an hour of my time and I still do not have an answer. They say they try to call the floral shop but can't get through... Maybe try using a reliable business or implement a better system of tracking. This is so aggravating. Do yourself a favor, use another company.

My daughter sent me a picture of a purple vase with 3-4 long weeping branches of orchids. Didn't look anything like the picture. I have placed a complaint with the company but based on other reviews, they don't really take care of anything. I won't use FTD again.

I wanted to order some flowers for a friend that lives in Campeche, Mexico. I ordered on the FTD.com web page on March 26th and everything seemed good. The next day, I received an email from FTD.com indicating that additional address information was needed. When I called FTD customer service, I was told that the local florist in Campeche needed the additional address details. I contacted my friend's daughter twice to verify and re-verify the delivery address, and spoke with agents at FTD customer service four times, trying to make sure they had all the address information. I saw the charge appear on my credit card, and was looking forward to speaking with my friend on her birthday... The day the flowers were scheduled to arrive. Fast forward a couple days to March 29th, the day of my friend's birthday...
I called FTD customer service in the late morning to see if they could confirm if the flowers had been delivered yet. At that time, I was told that my order had been canceled due to the fact that FTD didn't have a local florist in the area of Campeche where my friend lived. I was told that I should have received an email notifying me of the cancellation, but I couldn't find one (even in my spam folder) and despite the fact that I had already received emails from FTD that week.
I asked to speak to a supervisor to tell them of my unhappy predicament, and to ask why I hadn't been told of the "no local florist in the area" earlier in the week when I was speaking to customer service in response to their request for additional address information (that had been requested from the local florist). I was told that they had just found out that they didn't have a local florist in Campeche and that they were sorry. I was scrambling for ideas since it was already the day of my friend's birthday, and asked the FTD supervisor if she had any other options that she could suggest for me, she said "no, she didn't" and again was told how sorry she was for my situation. This was the first time, and definitely the last time I will use FTD. :(

When shopping on FTD.com, you are encouraged to purchase a Gold Membership for $19.99 to save on delivery fees - which I did. When I went to ftd.com to shop again, I found a special I wanted to purchase, and added it to my shopping cart - but when I signed in, the price DOUBLED on that arrangement. So you get free shipping, but they mark up the flowers for you, to make up for it! I contacted customer service and they told me that it's correct - Gold Members do not get the same specials as others. What a rip.

I ordered flowers for my Mom's birthday and I paid extra money for a "better" arrangement. But my Mom received horrible flowers, not even the flowers that appear in the FTD website picture but also half of the flowers. The only thing that fits with the picture in FTD web is the base. I called FTD customer service requesting a refund but the agent hung up on me and he didn't call me back. I called again and they said they will contact the florist and contact me back and that never happened. FTD customer service is as worst as their flowers.

On Thursday I ordered flowers online for my sister who is undergoing cancer treatment. The order was to be delivered on Friday. I received a confirmation email the same day. Today was the first time my sister felt up to talking and she said she did not receive the flowers. I called the 1800 # to speak to customer service. Before I go further it is important to say that everyone I spoke to during this entire experience has been extremely polite. The person that I spoke to explained that the flowers were not able to be delivered because there was not an FTD florist in Carson City, where the flowers were to be delivered.
I expressed my frustration because I was not notified of this. He explained an email was sent. I went back through my emails and I had not received email notification. I let him know that, and he proceeded to explain he could deliver a different arrangement that would be shipped. We spent 10 minutes on the phone (while I was on my computer) to identify an arrangement that would work. I was frustrated but he explained the arrangement would be delivered on Monday. He was very sincere and told me that the arrangement would be upgraded for the inconvenience. This was at 4:05pm today and the call ended at 4:18. At 4:30pm (12 minutes later) I receive an email that the “Product is unavailable” and that I would receive a full refund.
Obviously I was confused by this since I just got off the phone with them only 12 minutes earlier. So I called back. The gentleman I spoke to, again very polite, explained that my flowers could not be delivered because there was not an FTD florist in Carson City. You can imagine my surprise as this was the same exact reason the first order was not delivered and why I had called back and spent 10 minutes searching for an alternative arrangement that could be shipped. I tried to explain this to the gentleman on the phone and he got very confused. I asked to speak to a supervisor.
The call was transferred and the supervisor answered “yes?”, with no other words. I asked if this was the supervisor and he then introduced himself. I asked if he was aware of my situation and he only knew that my flowers could not be ordered because there was no FTD in the city I was wanting to deliver to. This caused more frustration as I had to explain this issue again. He then proceeded to tell me that instead of Monday, they could deliver on Tuesday. I got frustrated asking why they wouldn’t have just called me to tell me that versus cancelling my order and then refunding me. He then said that he couldn’t deliver the flowers because there was not FTD florist in Carson City. I grew more frustrated and told him to just cancel the order and I hung up on him.
This is ridiculous. They are in the flower delivery business. This is all they do. Yet, for some reason, due to their processes or technology, or lack thereof, I had to spend an hour of my time trying to pay them money to do what their business does. The only thing their business does. Yet, no one could seem to get this right.

ORDER PLACED FEBRUARY 17 FOR DELIVERY ON MARCH 8 - This order was fine until the day of delivery when they didn't give any indication there was even an order until 5 pm when they called my daughter to tell her the delivery would be at 6 pm. At 6 pm, they called her again and said it wouldn't be until 7! I sent 3 emails and called "customer service" twice on March 8th to verify delivery. They told me it WAS DELIVERED, but since technology is instant, I texted my daughter who said they WERE NOT. Not only do they not process the order, but they lie about it as well. I requested a refund. The flowers were wilted upon delivery also and not like the bunch I selected in the order process. They keep saying that they will have the flower shop contact me. It is 3/7/18 and the flower shop has not contacted me after I have called them more than 5 times and I am told the same thing each time. I have not been refunded or contacted. The customer service line tells me that they can only send a message to the flower shop to call me and there is nothing they can do. They can't even give me the name of the flower shop to call. This is very poor business.

I ordered flowers for my daughter for her birthday the day before they were to be delivered. She is a teacher at a high school in North Charleston, South Carolina. I called the high school first to make sure they could receive them, and they assured me that it would not be a problem. FTD took my information and charged my credit card. The flowers were not delivered on her birthday. I called to inquire where they went and was told that the order was cancelled because they could not find a florist to deliver to that area. The high school is 15 miles from downtown Charleston. Only then, the day after her birthday, and only after I inquired, did they offer to refund my money. No one called me or my daughter to indicate they had cancelled the order. And I find the reason they cancelled very suspect.

I purchased an arrangement from FTD for my mother’s birthday. The arrangement was fulfilled by a local florist who apparently by the looks of it, doesn’t have any experience. The arrangement I chose had sunflowers, roses, carnations and filler. The arrangement she got had half of a yard bush in it, unsymmetrical and wrong vase. I understand there may be slight differences, but this was disastrous. My mother even admitted to it looking like something out of her front yard. I called FTD and they were having the florist send another arrangement free of charge the next day. The florist did not make the delivery. I am very unhappy with the professionalism and quality from such a large company. I will never purchase or recommend flowers from FTD.

My daughter sent me flowers ordered in Raleigh, NC and sent to Lake Park, GA. The flowers arrived two days late and were half dead and looked terrible. A bunch of tulips that didn't stand up on their own and they needed to be trimmed and arranged. Once in the vase which was too tall they looked terrible. After notifying my daughter she called and complained to FTD. Today a local florist brought me the most beautiful arrangement in a correct size vase with a lovely ribbon tied around the vase. Even the card that was stuck into the floral arrangement was far superior to the one sent by FTD. My daughter will call the local florist if she orders flowers again for me. I recently sent flowers to someone with a terminal illness. The card I selected was something along the lines of "just because." The card that was sent was a Birthday card! Considering that there is a very good chance that the recipient will not see her next birthday, the gift did not brighten her day as I had hoped it would. In fact, just the opposite was true. I called FTD to ask that the FLORIST contact my friend to apologize for the error. Apparently, that was not possible. Instead, the FTD customer service representative (who I could barely understand) called her and left a message requesting that she call back so they could explain what happened. For heaven's sake, the woman is very ill. I am very disappointed with the product, the error and how that mistake was handed. It was the first time I used FTD and it will be my last.

This bouquet was picked for specific reasons. What was sent was NOTHING like what was ordered. The substitution policy was reviewed and nowhere does it say that a completely different bouquet comprised of far inferior flowers (carnations) would be substituted. Not one of the flowers in the sent arrangement was the flower that was ordered (hydrangeas). A beautiful glass vase was ordered and what was sent was a tin bright green vase. Ugly. I paid $93 for an arrangement mostly of carnations with 3-4 roses thrown in the mix. Are you kidding me? Ridiculous. Will never use FTD again.

I was ordered Valentine day flower for my wife. I ordered as a surprise to the my wife office because we work that day until the late night. FTD they charged me 2 time from my credit card. I called them 15 Feb. And they return only 25% of full amount. 16 Feb the delivery person again visit my wife workplace and ask for the money. He asked for the written that she accept the flower. The flowers I ordered from FTD were not at all as pictured. There were only about half of the flowers shown and they were already dying when delivered. Turns out FTD dispenses the order to the recipient's local florist who fills the order, so they both get a cut of your purchase price. This would be fine if the flowers delivered were as pictured but they were not (on 2 separate occasions). Very dissatisfied!!

The order I placed for my mother on Valentine's day was a disaster. A different package was delivered with a different message meant for someone else. Which then caused an issue with her boyfriend thinking another man sent her flowers (because of the wrong note). They apologized when I called and they said the new flowers will be sent by tomorrow (day after Valentine's). Then my mother waited for 3 more days and still no flowers were delivered. Very angry and upset and I called again...this time to ask for a refund. I told the lady on the phone the whole story then asked for a refund. She came back on the phone and actually argued with me that flowers were delivered even though only a few minutes before that I told her those were the wrong flowers and the wrong message. I told her she needs to read the notes on my order. Horrible experience for a special day for my Mother that I was far away and couldn't give flowers to her myself.

www.canadaflowers.ca/ftd. www.ftdfloristsonline.com/canadiana. This is about a problematic florist company that are the top three Advertised 'FTD Canada' Google hits. All links direct to www.ftdfloristsonline.com web pages, and they were trying their best to look like the official FTD websites (especially the second one 'FTD Fresh Flowers & Gifts' - only had a huge FTD logo at the top left corner). They claimed to be a FTD member and generates FTD order numbers.
The big problem is: they don't deliver! I ordered flowers to deliver to a US address on Feb 17 for my parents' wedding anniversary - I never missed this day in the past 20 years but this time, they did not deliver, no phone calls or emails whatsoever. I think they are a complete scam - missing even a day for flower delivery is a complete failure, and to be honest I don't think they deliver/care at all. I will be asking for an immediate refund and might ask my credit company to help. I am deeply disappointed that this company paid Google to make themselves look better. Please check how many complaints were filed against this company. The remaining advertising fee should be forfeited and used to compensate the victims.

I ordered a floral arrangement for my boyfriend in Tampa for Next day delivery. The next day around 4pm I got an email that the phone number I provided was unreachable and that my order has been delayed till the following day. My boyfriend was not going to be at delivery location for the next two days, and I needed it delivered on the date I ordered. I called customer service and the first guy I spoke to I could barely understand. I had repeated my confirmation number at least 6 times until I asked to speak to someone else. The rep kept skirting around my request until I said if I didn’t get transferred to someone else I would complain. Finally he transferred me but put me on hold for over 5 minutes, which was longer than the hold to get a rep on the line to begin with.
I hung up and called back again, and immediately got a new customer service rep. The rep asked for my confirmation number, and pulled up my order. He then asked me for every single piece of information (literally every single field I entered in my original order) I entered in my order to “verify my information.” I told him I needed the flowers delivered on the day I requested. He put me on hold and said “we found out from the florist that they were delayed a day.” I said I already stated that’s why I am calling and I am wondering why it was delayed in the first place. Apparently the florist had the wrong color vase, and that’s why they were delayed. Even though I said I didn’t care about the color vase, the best they could offer me was 15% off. I said that was unacceptable and asked for a refund. Worst flower ordering experience I have ever encountered.

I order chocolate covered strawberries for my wife. It was never delivered. I e-mailed and was not contacted the same day, or the next day, or the day after that. I had to log in and contact customer service again through chat. I finally got an answer for a refund. I hope at least I get a refund. Very upsetting ordering something weeks in advance and not getting the gift delivered.

I ordered flowers for my daughter-in-law after she returned home from delivering my granddaughter. I received an email stating that the flowers had been delivered. They had not. I called customer service. I had a lot of difficulty understanding the woman. She stated that they tried to make the delivery, no-one was home, so they left a note. False, false, false.
The conversation became complicated, so I asked to speak to a supervisor because I could not understand what she was saying. She put me on hold... forever. I called again, and the nice Indian gentleman told the same delivery tales. He also informed me that they could not deliver the flowers until Monday (four days late). He said that he would "upgrade the order," but I had no reason to believe him, especially since my order had already been upgraded by me when I originally ordered the arrangement. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. As a result of this experience, I recommend that you avoid using FTD.

After years of using local florists, I decided to give FTD a chance. My order totaling $77 arrived on time to my wife's place of business. Of the dozen roses, 3 were already drooping and nearly dead. We placed them in water and decided to give them overnight to recover. By morning, less than 24 hours after delivery, 2 more were nearly dead. My experience with FTD customer service was the worst I have encountered in many years. The first two calls I connected with a rep who could barely speak English, nor understand my order details. I was placed on hold and left there. One rep wanted to know what my personal message to my wife was??? All the time repeating 'we wish to give you best customer of service we do offer'. A third call connected with someone who had mastered English and the end result was a full credit. Their final solution was to offer $10 discount on 'my next FTD order'. NO THANKS!!

On 2/05/18, I ordered Valentine's Day flower delivery for my wife (paying in full at the time, of course). It is now 2/15/18 at 4:15 p.m. and they have not been delivered. It is also impossible to track the delivery online (I get an email saying that FTD.com will check with the local florist and get back to me). I have read these reviews, and it looks like I will never use FTD again.

Never in my life have I ever placed an order from this company. On 02/14/2018 I catch a charge on my business debit card in the amount $153.97. I immediately call make bank to advise that charge is not authorized, the agent said, "Don't worry. I'll just have to wait until the item post in order to file a claim." I couldn't wait due to curiosity who on earth stole my information so I called the 800.736.3383 got a representative within 5-8 minutes. She asked for my name since I didn't have order number, I advised her nothing is listed under my name because I never placed the order however she put me on hold & said she couldn't locate the account (go figure)! After asking her questions if there was any other way she could tell me how did she get my debit card number she quickly advised she couldn't & rushed me off phone.
02/15/2018 I logged into my bank account. Saw the charge posted. Immediately contacted my bank to file claim, they blocked the card and advised they will take care of the situation however that wasn't good enough for me, I called FTD back and I swear the weirdest thing ever, the phone was answered in 5-8 minutes by the same agent!!! She asked for my name I gave it, I told her, "You sound like the lady I spoke to yesterday in regards to this matter." Same to accent everything, she ignored me. She asked for address which she didn't ask yesterday. I gave it to her, she for last four digits on card. I gave it which it didn't matter because the bank had already blocked card.
After that she advised an order was placed for delivery today at that address... I told her I never placed this bogus order, she said, "No problem. I will refund your money in 5 business days." I advised her she doesn't have to do anything because my bank have been made aware of this fraudulent activity by this fraudulent company. She quickly rushed me off phone as I told her how pathetic this company is stealing and making unauthorized charges on people accounts around Valentines day to make themselves look legit!!!

I ordered flowers to be delivered at a bank on the 14th. I was told that it was going to be delivered by a flowerist. They never came that day even though FTD told me they were. I called late that night and was told they were going to redeliver the morning after. Those never showed up either, I called back and was told that the other representative lied to me and it was delivered by UPS the day before, that makes no sense considering I was told it was going to be delivered by a flowerist. No UPS package came either. She assured me that she was sending a refund confirmation to my email "right now". That never came as well. About 100 dollars thrown away and very disappointed. Really wish I would have read the reviews before I placed an order.

Ordered flowers for my mother for Valentine's Day, never showed up. Finally at 11:00 pm I got through to customer service for them to try and tell me that they were delivered - when they were not. They could not confirm the florist, she was supposedly trying to contact them to see what happened. But of course she would not give me the name of the florist, could not explain why she didn't receive the flowers or why neither of us were contacted on the non-delivery. She tried to say they'd be delivered the next day with extra stems - WHY would I want that, Valentine's Day is over? Took over 25 minutes on the phone to finally get a credit that I won't see for at least 5 days? Terrible customer service, they should be issuing a refund and delivering the flowers for free for their screw up.

Asked for same day delivery, didn’t get it. Sent a cancellation and it was rejected with no clear reason. Called to cancel and was interrogated before I could do so. Finally got the cancellation submitted and they still delivered the next day. On top of all that, what they delivered looked absolutely nothing at all like the picture—not even remotely close, and certainly not worth $100. Never ever again.

Last time using them. Bought and wasted $160 to make my wife happy. Only half the flowers, wilted flowers, and no balloons (which was paid for). This is fraud and they should be fined. I only wish I could picket them, as I would. This is a rip-off company... please do not use FTD!

First and Last using this company, wish I seen the reviews first. Same as everyone called several times regarding my order, promised a returned call never received it, told to hold. Was on hold twice for almost an hour then got hung up on, expected delivery was Valentine's. Before clinic closed, no delivery and still getting the runaround. I just don't know how this kind of business still exist. Just takes innocent people’s money and expectations not met.

No refund. Just apologized for inconvenience. And will last this message to florist and they will contact horrible service.

Ordered flower delivery three days in advance for Valentine's Day and was notified that delivery was available. I was charged immediately the day of the order. On Valentine's Day there was no delivery and FTD did not respond to email inquiries. This company charges customers in advance for services they cannot deliver and customer service is non-existent.

Ordered 2 different sets of flowers. My daughter's were shipped from NJ to TN. They were mixed roses. She was happy but they looked pitiful. Not healthy at all. The ones I ordered for my GF never made it. $149 wasted. Called a local florist and they took care of me. Lesson learned. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FTD. The fine print is absolutely ridiculous...

For Valentines day 2018 my wife's flowers were not delivered. I was assured the flowers would be delivered on time. FLOWERS WERE NEVER DELIVERED. When I requested a refund the clerk told me, "I'll see if we can do that!!!!" I immediately called the bank and asked them to not allow payment and they did not allow FTD to debit my account.

Delivery setup 3 days in advance and yet flowers came 2 days late. 5 days in total. Spent over 1 hr trying to escalate to supervisor but they just keep you on hold and don't respond. Please stay away from this company. They have been in business a long time. But until us consumers have had enough of their lies - they will thrive if we continue to use. I would love to have someone suggest a better flower delivery company.

I ordered a colorful display of Valentine’s Day flowers for my wife with a vase, and box of Godiva chocolate. She received 6 plain roses in a box with a 4 piece chocolate set. The chocolate was Godiva but no vase and I did NOT order plain boring roses. The roses were nice BUT not what I ordered. Wife was happy BUT again my selection was much nicer AND I paid for a vase. They were apologetic and did refund (after a 30 min. Phone call) my full amount. Lesson learned. I will never use FTD again.

On the same day, I ordered three flower arrangements to be delivered. 1 of them arrived with a broken vase. FTD replaced it with a same day, florist delivery. That was good. The other order wasn't delivered, despite a shipping confirmation. First, FTD said they couldn't resend for 9 days. Then, they offered to deliver two days after, which I accepted. I'm not very impressed with a company that gets 2 out of 3 deliveries wrong.

First E-mail from FTD stated they were delivered, 2nd e-mail from FTD stated they weren’t delivered because the recipient didn’t answer their phone call. “We apologize for notification of this inconvenience via e-mail, but we were unable to reach you at the phone number you provided when placing your order.” Why would you even call her, flowers are a surprise. My Wife was in the office till 5PM, no calls. I just called FTD and had 2 very bad calls with customer service, very bad communication barrier, I kept had to repeat myself constantly and had to ask the FTD rep to repeat what they were saying constantly. I have no confidence these will get delivered today now that my wife is home. I will never order from FTD again.

I have a deal through my work that has discounts and free shipping for FTD.com and with Valentine’s Day coming up I thought it would be nice to get my girlfriend a nice arrangement of flowers. So I enter my codes and get my total of $22.00 for a $40 dollar arrangement. Awesome! I wake up to find I had been charged $50 for the whole transaction. Upon looking at the receipt the free shipping had been kicked and I was paying more for their service and shipping fees than the actual arrangement. Bogus.
That’s not even the bad part; once I realized this error I called to see what had happened only to realize through broken English that they cannot refund that. So I decide to cancel the order. There is two days left and I put the order in last night. Can’t cancel it. Absolutely can't, even though the cancellation policy reads as long as it is before delivery it can be cancelled. Only now do I see how “highly” regarded FTD really is. I just hope the flowers are decent looking now. Wish me luck.

Placed order last week for Valentine's Day delivery for my children. Both were to be home from college so I had delivery set for our home. Just found out last night that my one daughter will be unable to come home. I went on FTD to have delivery address edited to her college instead of our home. Was told order was already in transit??? How is that even possible?? What will the flowers even look like if they are already on their way there for a 02/14 delivery???
Then, the guy who BARELY SPEAKS ANY ENGLISH AT ALL tells me they can stop delivery and reroute to her college for an additional $10...after already paying almost $200.00 in delivery charges already for 4 deliveries that day. I told him to cancel my order...in which he told me of the $92.50 charge for her flowers...I would only get a credit of $19.99 and it would only be a credit to FTD! I told him to shove his non-English speaking attitude and the flowers up his **!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!! Terrible!!!

I placed an order on 2/9/18 to have flowers delivered to my wife on 2/14/18 expedited to arrive before 12:00 pm on 2/14/18. I called to have that ordered changed to 2/15/18 because my wife will be away on business on 2/14/18. FTD wants to charge me an extra $10 to move it the next day. Then I asked to cancel for a full refund they decide they want to keep $21 of my rush fee which hasnt occurred. Never should anyone do business with FTD. Go to Amazon where you as a customer matters. FTD is the worst company I have ever experience stealing my money I take very seriously.

Similar to the previous reviewer, we ordered flowers to be delivered to the funeral of a family member and the flowers were not delivered. We proposed to FTD that we be refunded our order and that FTD arrange to have flowers delivered - at their cost - the subsequent day, albeit after the funeral. FTD initially denied the request to deliver flowers at their cost, but finally agreed to a 50 percent discount. As the order was processed, we learned that the discount applied to the cost of the flowers only, not to cost plus tax plus delivery. We love FTD's promise, "Love it or we'll make it right." We wish they'd live up to their promise. We will not be ordering from FTD again. Ever.

Terrible customer service. My delivery did not make it in time for the funeral - and this company (due to a corporate merger) did nothing to ensure that it arrived in a timely manner according to schedule. Have never ordered from FTD, but this was the preferred flower delivery service for the funeral home, so I ordered through them thinking it would streamline the process. I was very wrong.
Will not use this company again for anything time-sensitive. Talked to 5 different individuals on Sunday (slated day of delivery) - was put on hold for a combined 90 minutes, and never was able to speak to a Customer Service representative who was able to assist me. Embarrassing treatment of customers and an overall extremely negative experience with this company, website, and the process in general. Nothing will be done (or can be done since the funeral was Sunday), but hopefully this discourages others from using FTD for their personal matters.

Two terrible experiences in a row. They missed delivery for my sister's birthday on 1/30/2018 to Salinas, CA. They did not return my first call on 1/31 or respond to my email on 2/1. I called again on 2/2 and finally they delivered the birthday bouquet several days late and not with the vase as pictured. They didn't offer a refund or discount. She only received them last night and I'm waiting to hear if she received the "up-sized" bouquet I ordered. To add insult to injury, when the bouquet was finally delivered they sent a confirmation email stating it had been delivered on time.
In Nov 2017, I sent a birthday bouquet to my daughter in Blacksburg, VA. I "upsized" it and bought an expensive, unique bouquet with Peruvian flowers. She received a small bouquet with very few flowers. FTD refunded my purchase, which was more than fair. Still, given the recent experience in Jan 2018 of a missed birthday, I will not renew my annual membership and do not plan to use FTD again.

I have used FTD years ago but haven't had a need to utilize an online Floral Service in recent months. To my utter disappointment, the lovely Rainbow Roses I thought I ordered were not delivered in my selected cobalt blue vase nor was there any green accents or Baby's Breath included. Just roses in a clear case. My Friends deserved better and for $70+ delivery, I believe I did as well!

I ordered flowers for a funeral. Gave them the date and time of the funeral and was assured they would be delivered the day before the funeral. However the flowers weren't delivered until a week after the funeral. Their service was very lousy and unprofessional to me. I haven't used them since and probably won't use them ever again nor will I recommend them to anyone.

They have always delivered quality flowers and on time. They were probably a little more expensive but very reliable. The website is very easy to use and the local supplier is good at calling ahead and offering good alternatives when certain flowers were not in stock.

I ordered a condolence arrangement for delivery in early December, and have asked repeatedly since then about delivery. It would be in horrible taste to ask to bereaved, so I asked FTD -- again and again and again. I received from emails for the first month saying they couldn't contact the local delivery shop, and have just now (more than 6 weeks later) received an email saying 1) that they couldn't contact me via phone (they didn't try, I have call history and voicemail), and 2) the arrangement was never delivered. Inexcusable! No apology, nothing. DON'T USE FTD!!!

On Saturday, January 27, 2018, I ordered flowers via FTD for a funeral Monday afternoon. When I called on Monday to confirm the delivery, I was told the flowers could not be delivered because there was only one florist in the designated area and they could not reach anyone at that local florist. That was not true. Thus no delivery for the funeral. I was very upset. If they were not going to be able to deliver the flowers on time, I should have been contacted. I did receive an email confirming I will receive a refund, AFTER first receiving an email stating I would not, AFTER I called to find out there would be no delivery. Normally I read reviews before dealing with a company but this time I did not. When I went online to file a complaint, that's when I saw they only have a one-star rating. I will never use them again.

I was Gifted a order of 12 tulips. Three were damaged beyond repair. The order was delivered on its head so the Tulips were crushed on their tops. Called to report and asked if I could Get a less fragile type flower if it was the same price and they refused. The person on the end of the line was so hard to understand. I wasn't A happy camper.

I ordered a floral arrangement for a special 60th birthday - the 'best' version of the arrangement. The product that was delivered was not what was depicted on the website; instead it was an embarrassing and pitiful display of love and appreciation for someone so dear to me and my family. When I contacted customer service, I was told that what was delivered was inadequate, that FTD would make good on the purchase and another arrangement would be delivered the next day.
Well it wasn't. The following day I contacted FTD and was told that the florist disputed the complaint and it was decided another arrangement would not be sent. Do you think I was contacted? NO. I was then told that a decision would be made the FOLLOWING DAY, and at the very earliest I MAY have another arrangement delivered the day after that... Uh no thanks. Please refund my money and thank you for turning a nice gesture and gift into a disaster and an insult. I've been disappointed by FTD in the past; it won't happen again. DONE.

I ordered flowers for my son's girlfriend to send her some happiness during a very dark time in her life. She sat in a hospital room during the holidays holding her Father's hand for 17 days 24/7 by herself watching him die a very slow and painful death! She was in a city where she knew no one. She was alone trying to comfort him as he was dying. The flowers I ordered never arrived! I'm angry that a company this big can't even complete a simple delivery order! I should have checked the reviews on this company because 99% of them are 1 star! They have an F rating! If I could I would give them -50 stars! If you order from this company you order at your own risk!!!! I will NEVER order from them again!

I have traded with them over the years but this will be my last one. I requested delivery on the Saturday before Christmas, paid extra for it and it did not occur. I tried to talk to a customer service manager, there was no one on duty and or available. I filled out a form to have a return phone call , it never occurred. I called about a week later, was placed on hold for thirty minutes and then proceeded to get hung up on/disconnected. Still waiting for my refund but the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When you do talk to someone it is over VOIP, and you can barely hear them and or understand them. The call center is poorly managed, how do you not have managers available to handle customer service issues, makes no sense. Anyway the best of luck to FTD and Shari's Berries given they are a customer service based organization and I will not be one of those in the future.

My password doesn’t work for my FTD account. Attempts to get an email to reset it failed. I spent almost an hour with many people (not in the USA) and no one can reset it. They kept asking about my orders. I bought the annual service and ordered 26 items in 6 months. About a third were delivered late or early or damaged. Now, I am locked out of my account and no one can help. I was promised a callback yesterday morning. 27 hours later ~ nothing. Does anyone work at FTD in tech services? No.

I have had the same issue TWO years in a row. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered on a specific date before Christmas. I picked the only item I really liked on the website which was to be delivered in a cute Christmas sleigh. I ordered well over a week before the delivery date. One day before the delivery date, they called me on the phone to say that they were unable to fulfill the order. The order was canceled and I had to call the recipient and tell them that there would be no flowers as I had made arrangements to see that they would be home for the delivery.
I ordered again this year, same sleigh with flowers and gave over a week notice. Again, the day before the delivery they called to say they did not have the sleigh but they could do a clear vase... I went with that because I wanted to send flowers and it was too late to make other arrangements before Christmas. If they cannot supply the order as pictured perhaps they could have let me know sooner. I will never do business with them again.

36 hours later no flowers! It was supposed to be same day. On a $97.72 order they offered me a $4.50 discount. I canceled the order after 10 calls to customer service which I believe is in India. The accent was so thick and the connection so horrible that I could barely have a conversation with the rep. I believe they should have discounted the entire price of the purchase, because of the terrible customer experience!

Trouble with an order of flowers. In writing a Message to FTD I was directed to email my order number to another dept and found my problem had been forwarded and reviewed. FTD took immediate steps to correct the problem and talked to me directly on the phone. Although this time of year brings about many problems with sites and service, it seems FTD stands behind its orders and employees to try to give the best service to customers that experience a problem. I will try to deal with FTD again in the future and thank Nancy for her kindness and understanding. Any business can make a mistake, but the ones that care about the customer try to correct the problem even if it is for a just a single voice out in their community of customers.

I called at 8 am to have a same day delivery, I requested a time of 2 pm and no later recipient would have left for the day. I was told by clueless customer service rep no problem. Only to find out later by someone who knew the business they could not guarantee a time... the florist has until 5 pm. After 3 attempts to find out if my flowers were going to be delivered on time and supposedly several attempts to the florist themselves still reassured that would not be a problem. After all the BS has cleared flowers were never delivered and all I got was a refund and a "Dear John" apology! Will never use FTD again and will make sure no one who needs to ever order flowers uses them. Do yourself a favor. Call another company or a local florist directly!

FTD has been around forever so I assumed they were a solid company and I wanted the cute birthday bouquet they advertised. I ordered it a week before but it didn't arrive during the birthday. I called FTD at 5 PM and was told they'd arrive at 5:30 PM. Stupid. Why would I purchase birthday flowers to be delivered at the end of the birthday when the recipient is out to dinner? When I complained, I was put on hold (again) and a woman came on and gave me 30% of my money back. She wasn't happy about it and neither was I. Never again.

These folks not only don't honor their same day delivery, they don't care if they honor it. The "same day flowers" that I ordered on a Tuesday morning, finally arrived on Wednesday afternoon. By Saturday evening, they were completely wilted. I still have the email that I sent to them regarding the situation, along with their, couldn't care less response. HINT: 1800 FLOWERS is a better option. I used them before, and from now on, I will use them every time that I need to send flowers.

Ordering a bouquet and started the process of entering the zip code. A popup came on for a $5.00 off coupon. It requested my email address - so I entered it. When I did, the screen I was ordering my flowers on refreshed and the cost of the flowers went from $29.99 to $39.99! WTH??? Shady! I order flowers for my wife's birthday at the cost of about $95.00. The flowers that arrived were wilted and did not resemble the photos on the website. I called and complained and FTD said that they would replace them free of charge. The replacement flowers arrived, this time they were not wilted but also did not compare to what I had purchased. I did not call back because I decided that it was not worth my while. I just went out to the store and purchased some very lovely flowers together with some Baby's Breath and arranged the flowers for my wife which I should have done in the beginning. She was delighted and they cost me about $20. FTD and the other online flower shops do not deserve your money.

I am sitting in a funeral home, minutes away from leaving for the cemetery. The $300 spray that I lovingly ordered for my granny never showed up. Two phone calls to FTD and no one can tell me what happened to my order. First the original florist was unable to fulfill and they re-assigned it. Now they are unable to get a hold of the new florist. No one knows where the flowers are. They even had the GALL to suggest a delivery tomorrow. To a funeral home. After the funeral. Are they for real? They are not forthcoming with a refund either. I can barely deal with grief and this poor service right now - I have no words. Be advised that this company has an outsourced helpdesk, which means that your order and the heavy accent over the phone are a few thousand miles apart. Nobody seems to care.

I specifically used FTD to send funeral Arrangement flowers 3 days prior to the funeral. I paid extra for shipping. The night before the service FTD notified me that there was no way they could complete the delivery and there was no other florist in the area that could complete the delivery and they were sorry and could give me a refund which would credit my account in 7 days. Stay away from this place unless you just want problems.

Well that's not the same as the same day because it was their birthday and they didn't receive them on time. On top of that I didn't get notified of that situation until the next day. I have used FTD in the past and have been satisfied with their service. It has been a while since I used their services, and I decided to use them last week. I found out within hours of placing the online order that I had to change the address of the person I was sending the flowers to as they had just been transferred to a hospice facility. When I called the FTD 800 number the saga began, and it slowly began to dawn on me throughout this experience that it was possible this company had outsourced to another country.
All three different women representatives I spoke to throughout my dealings with them (I detail my experience below) had such pronounced accents that I had to keep asking them to repeat what they said. I never was able to speak with another representative without the same identical heavy accent. In the background there was so much noise of other people talking that I also had trouble hearing on top of struggling with the accent. Evidently, I did something wrong on the billing/delivery address and fixing it took a monumental effort on my part.
I was told that I needed to pay a $10 rerouting fee because of changing the delivery address even though I had just placed the order just a few hours previously and because of my frustration in just trying to speak with them I agreed because I just wanted to get it all over with. Before I hung up with them I made them repeat the new address several times and was reassured the flowers would be going to the new changed address.
I got an email from UPS the next morning showing it was still going to the wrong address. This experience was starting to feel surreal. I had to call again to ask them to change it. I was frustrated beyond belief when I had to address the same billing/delivery address mistake again because they said it had been fixed on my initial call. They had to keep using military words the two times I called so they could spell the addresses and names correctly, and this was done multiple times during each call. When I checked the tracking number from UPS I was relieved and honestly surprised to see it had arrived on time to the correct address.
I found out the next day they had charged me twice for the $10 rerouting fee, but I was so done with them at that point I didn't care to get the extra $10 fee refunded to me. I was happy before because I was under the impression that FTD used local floral businesses for their services, and I wanted to keep using local American businesses, but now that it seems they've outsourced to people with very broken English and just the simplest of problems can't be solved without incredible difficulty, I will not be using this company again.
Another reason (as if the above isn't enough) I will not be using this company again is when I placed the order online I wasn't shown the delivery service fee until I had already put in my payment information. The flowers were $39.99 and the service fee was $17.99! Really?? This fee on top of the two rerouting fees gave a grand total of $77.98. No words... I have no problem speaking to competent representatives with an accent but this was way over the top and such a shame.

Everything was fine until time to checkout. The site does not keep a running total for you throughout the process. So, once you've entered your payment information, it finally shows your total which includes a "service fee" of almost the total amount of your order!!! By this time it's already processed and thanking you for your order so enjoy the gift you just got gouged on!

One of my worst online experiences. Not only the delivery is done one day late, they lied saying that there was an attempt to deliver on time but no one was home. When an 80 years old guy do a surgery the night before and having an army of caregivers, where he will go the next day of the surgery??? Shopping!!! Also, the card was poorly written with chicken scratches as it was described to me and it took the pharmacist on the family to come and read it as is it was written from a doctor as a prescription. They charged 17$ for a service that doesn't deserve a pack of gum to **... It is horrible service and I want a whole refund to my money.

They were not and the customer representative lied and said the funeral home gave different instructions. But I had the funeral home on the call with me and they confirmed that what FTD was saying was a lie. This company is a nightmare. Will NEVER use them again.

Initially, had a problem with getting the bouquet we ordered for our sister in Punta Gorda, **. Florist (Peachy Keen Bouquet) delivered a substitute bouquet that we were not pleased with. But on Monday 10/23 she finally did get the original one we ordered. She loved it and we are very pleased that FTD Florists worked with us to bring this to a happy ending! Thank you very much.

My sisters and I ordered Peachy Keen bouquet for my sister after she had a knee replacement surgery. The wrong flowers were sent to her in Punta Gorda, FL. We called FTD 3 times to complain and each time they said they would sent the correct flowers. They didn't comply 3 times. We paid $88 for a junky, cheap bouquet that looked to cost $30. The sender forwarded the FTD survey to me (the recipient). It was a pleasant surprise for me when I opened the door to see flowers on my doorstep. I would have been happier if the driver would have rang the bell (as I was home the whole day). Note: The vase was narrow at the bottom and wider at the top; it was placed in a small cardboard box, but it was not well padded or secured - so when I lifted the box, the vase almost tipped over! There was no water in the vase, nor were there any accompanying instructions. The flowers were very very very open - and the following day the petals began to droop and fall! I have never been so dissatisfied with an FTD order. In the past, I've enjoyed FTD flower arrangements for a week or more - these barely lasted one day!
By the way, the attached greeting card was very wet. Is it possible that the vase had tipped and lost its water during transportation? I know that the sender had used FTD in the past and I had always been highly satisfied. This time it was indeed a bad experience! I trust that you will comply with the seven-day satisfaction guarantee. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am a customer of United Airlines and I am always buying in some stores with the purpose of earning miles. As FTD.com that Flowers sells was inside the United website and at Easter it was offering more than 1,000 miles when buying a ship to put on the dinner table. I paid for an $80 ship and it was a disappointment: small and many flowers, I did not complain because I thought I would win the miles, 6 months have passed and no mile received. And a disrespect with the consumer, you should want an indemnity for moral damages.

I received an arrangement containing roses and alstroemeria on Sept. 25th 2017. By the next day the roses had started to wilt and two days later all of them had to be thrown out. I sent an email to customer service and on the 27th of Sept. I received an automated response saying that I would hear from them as soon as possible. Today is Oct. 16 and still no response. I hate to tell the person that sent the flowers and make them feel bad but it is becoming clear that they may get a quicker response than I have.

I've never been so unsatisfied with any company's customer service than FTD. I ordered a gorgeous arrangement for my bridal flowers back in July. I scheduled them to be delivered the day before as recommended by customer service. Come 4 pm we had to leave for our rehearsal and dinner. I left a note for the delivery person to bring them to my neighbor. Come 630 my neighbor told me they still had not come. We immediately called FTD who said the florist tried calling my number which they said was "disconnected". The number was verified as being the same as "the same number I'm calling from". My phone never rang all day. I explained that I needed those flowers immediately and they would not even connect me to the florist to verify any information. They took my husband's number as an alternative and said they would call the florist.
We made arrangements to have them urgently delivered to my venue. No flowers ever showed and no contact was made by either FTD or the anonymous florist. The day of my wedding, a busy day where I have limited phone access, I got an email my order was totally cancelled. I'm so thankful for 1800flowers whose florist called me to verify all my information and to see that I would be home for delivery. And thankfully the craft store was still open for another half hour, I had JUST ENOUGH time for my bridesmaid and I to run out and make an artificial bouquet for me. I absolutely will never recommend this site, and neither will any of my guests who were all told the horror story. I'm only giving one star because I was given a full refund and a free similar arrangement because I was so desperately looking forward to those beautiful flowers. STICK TO 1800FLOWERS!

This company has screwed up my order almost every single time. I am finished. They ruined my anniversary which I made sure to place the order 3 days prior and they promised delivery. I called 5 times the day of, speaking to people that barely spoke English and couldn't give me a straight answer. But still they promised a "by 5 pm delivery." 5:30 comes around and no delivery and all they had to say was they would upgrade the bouquet free of charge and deliver the next day. Or refund the whole order and not deliver at all. I am livid and they have permanently lost a customer. Disgusting business acumen and customer service.

I placed an order, they guaranteed delivery. The day AFTER the delivery was supposed to happen, I received an email at 4:37 am that it didn't happen and to call them. The only reason I got the messages is because I went to the website and requested a status. This has now happened a couple of times over the last 2 years. I am done. No more FTD. I want to actually be able to call and talk to a person that has some level of accountability. There is none here. Basically, if you use them you have to put up with their crappy service and there is no accountability.

I NEVER leave reviews, but this just irritated me to the brink of writing about it to let others know to steer clear of this company. Once a year my husband buys me last minute flowers for our anniversary. So, you can imagine that when our anniversary came and went without them delivering the flowers we were both rather annoyed. They give you no tracking number to start and tell you nothing about your delivering being late. We received an email saying that they changed the order so they could deliver it to us in a timely manner.
Well, two days later I called and they weren't even close to sending it out. But that's ok because they offered 4 dollars back for the "next day" delivery fee that they weren't able to fulfill. Needless to say I went kinda postal on them but they don't seem to understand that delivery time is one of the most important things in their business. If they can't make the time people pay for then they need to be able to communicate that to the customer! But we heard nothing from them until two days after because we contacted them. Seriously if you are looking for something reliable and well worth the money then 1-800 Flowers or ProFlowers are the way to go... I would steer clear of FTD unless you have no expectations for time!

My boyfriend sent me a gift of 2 dozen roses and a dozen chocolate covered strawberries. I received them Sept 1, 2017. The roses didn't include flower food which was stated on instructions that it was. I followed the care instructions and they still died within a week... Didn't even fully open up. The strawberries were mushy and soft on the bottom, not very edible. I sent a email to them and haven't heard one word back from them. I'm very disappointed. This was for my 50th birthday and my boyfriend spent good money for basically nothing.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on our daughter’s birthday. She has two small children and her husband was traveling out of the country, since we couldn't be there to celebrate with her I wanted her day to be special. I called her around 2:45 Central time and inquired whether they had arrived, they hadn't so I sent a message to FTD and received feedback they would email me when they knew they were delivered. At 4:45 p.m. Central time I had heard nothing so I called. They put me on hold and called the florist who claimed they had tried to deliver them and left a note in the door, they claimed they had also tried to call the recipient and left a message.
Our daughter went to her door and found a note saying she could pick up the flowers. She was home at the time of delivery attempt and has never received any calls or messages. I paid good money and a delivery fee for poor service. FTD refused to disclose the florist name to me as a purchaser so I could deal with the local company. I will not be using this organization again, they don't follow through and charge ridiculous rates for poor service. You might also think twice about using Dillon's Florist in Wichita Kansas.

We ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered on 8/29/2017 in commemoration of my Dad's 1st year death anniversary. We wanted to cheer mom up. I called at 5:45 pm after learning that flowers had not been received. I was told by the FTD agent that they were delivered after being put on hold and checking with the florist. I called a second time after contacting my mom and learning that she hadn't received the flowers. The second agent informed me that the florist failed to print the order and offered to deliver the flowers the next day.
I expressed my disappointment and informed her of the reason for the flowers. I asked to have the flowers delivered for free but she laughed and offered a discount. Her supervisor was WORSE. He WAS SO RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. He asked me if I will expect free service or goods if the item was late. WHAT A DISGRACE TO THE COMPANY. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM FTD AGAIN. He spoke to me like I was beneath him. We cancelled the order.

After calling customer service the day after they were meant to deliver, they stated no one was home to accept the delivery the day before. My wife was home the day before, and we have security cameras that cover our front door, I can confirm there was no attempted delivery. Either FTD.COM lied, or whoever was delivering the flowers lied.

Very full and luxurious flower bouquets are illustrated on the website. Unless you pay for the highest price shown, that is not what you receive. And even then you can have fewer flowers than shown. However, freshness is fairly good with the flowers lasting a little over a week.

The worst purchase I have ever made online hands down. I ordered a lavender floral arrangement that includes a purple vase, chose the BEST option so it would arrive with a nicely filled mixture of flowers as depicted on the website. But what my wife got delivered was FAR from what I ordered online! It honestly looks like a bouquet of flowers you can buy at your local grocery store for $9.99 and it came in a CLEAR VASE not the purple vase it was marketed as an included piece with the order. How does FTD.com allow these florists to conduct business on their behalf and carry the FTD.com name? I think the bulk of the problem nowadays with this business is the lack of pressure they put on these third party florists whom have the responsibility to accept, review, create and deliver orders without having to be subject to an evaluation or quality control from FTD.com as to ensure customers are receiving what they paid for.
It was our 10th anniversary and instead of getting a loaded beautiful lavender mixed floral arrangement w/ purple vase, she literally received the worst flowers a husband could get his wife for a special occasion. I thi4nk it would have been less troublesome or painful if she never got any flowers from me! This is absolutely unacceptable! I contacted customer service immediately and demanded a full refund because what my wife received was not what I purchased. I am entitled to a full refund! But their slogan "don't love it? we will make it right" is deceiving and to me it feels like false advertising! How do you make it right after you learn one of your florists delivered something that did not match the item description?
So what a supervisor did next seriously made me more angry... I was offered $25 certificate for a future purchase!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS??? Do you expect me to make another purchase from FTD.com??? Never in my life will I order from you again, so why are you offering me something I will never use? This is not making it right. If you want to make it right, offer me to have an even better floral arrangement delivered ASAP (a day after the anniversary), apologize to my wife for your mistake and try to make it sincere. This to me is making it right and not a ** $25 certificate for a future purchase. I am trying to get the CEO (Mr. Walden) to learn about this and all the other thousands of misfortunate incidents that derived from such poor quality control management and customer service. Please explain why I ordered this and received the picture on the side. It looks like somebody picked wildflowers from a meadow. Very disappointed. Received a confirmation saying it was delivered however never even was delivered until nearly two hours after I received the confirmation email. The flowers look nothing at all like the picture and there is no decoration around the vase.

They had me. I loved their flower arrangement, had it all picked out, had written the message, filled out all the billing info, everything was done. Then I reviewed the final charge. The delivery date was 3 days away, sent to an ordinary address in San Diego, obviously a big city. They wanted an additional $17.99!!! Goodbye! Hello Teleflora, no additional charges. I ordered a flower with a bear to surprise my daughter on her birthday, July 6. I specifically wanted it to be delivered exactly on her birthday to make it more special. I received an email stating that the item will not be delivered until July 7. It was very disappointing and disheartening to say the least. I was out of town and sending her a surprise would have been very special if she could have received it on her special day. I called and just agreed for it to be delivered the next day. I kept asking her if there was a delivery, Sunday came, still no delivery. It was very upsetting!!! I did not even get a correspondence to let me know that it was not delivered as promised on July 7, a day late for original request.
I called and I was told that delivery will can be on Tuesday July 11, 5 days later! This is so unacceptable! It was not about the money that I paid, but the thought of the joy my daughter could have had if she received the flower and bear on her actual birthday. Your poor service have ruined all that. They refunded my money but it was more than about the money. I will never order from that company again and I will make sure I spread the word that FTD has very poor service.

We ordered flowers for my Mom's birthday. FTD accepted our order for next day delivery. The flowers were not delivered. When my wife called to find out what happened she was told that FTD did not have a florist in the area. When my wife asked why FTD accepted the order and did not notify us that they could not deliver the customer service person got nasty. Totally unacceptable and we will not use FTD again.

I ordered flowers on 7/10/17 to be delivered in Alphaetta Ga. and they have yet been delivered. I called the customer service number and it 's only an answering service who takes all the same information when I placed the order and they say they will refer it and someone will call or email you back with the delivery status. The status as on the writing of this complaint is STILL NOT DELIVERED. But yes they charged my credit card $97.00 for nothing. I emailed several times and spoke to CS 3 times to no avail.

My experience with FTD was remarkably pleasant. Admittedly, I was concerned given the number of poor reviews, but I decided to give them a chance anyway. My order consisted of 8 bouquets that were set to arrive four days after I had purchased them. My one negative remark would be that only 7 arrived on time, so I could not use the last one for my intended purpose. The others arrived within the time frame I had set for them, and they looked fantastic! There was little to no wilting, they all smelled like they had been hand-picked that morning, and they matched up pretty well with the pictures online. I cannot vouch how the flowers are during other points of the year, but in the Summer, they are excellent. Couple that with the fact that free vases are thrown in with almost every order, and you have yourself a romantic treat for anyone to enjoy.

I recently purchased a Groupon for a discount on flowers ordered on FTD.com because a friend had unexpected surgery and I wanted to do something nice... Since I paid with Paypal and I was in a hurry I paid full price for her order rather than use the Groupon because it was still being "processed" and I was in a hurry. The order was delivered on time and as far as I know the flowers were nice (I never saw them but my friend sent a very lovely thank you note). I attempted to use the Groupon a few weeks later to send flowers to a friend for her birthday. After I placed the order I called customer service department to confirm they could deliver the order by noon as the flowers were going to a business and the person would only be there until 2pm. They could not guarantee delivery so I canceled the order.
I then called back and spoke to the order department to see if they could guarantee delivery for an additional expediting fee. The Rep I spoke to said they would be able guarantee deliver by noon. I advised I did not want to place the order if they could not, again he said they could so I place a full priced order (no Groupon as the refund had not yet been processed from the earlier order cancellation). I called twice on the scheduled date to confirm delivery... I was put on hold and told they called the florist but could not confirm delivery and they would notify me once delivered, but they could not confirm if I would be notified that day or the next. Nor were they willing to give me contact information for the local florist so that I could try to reach them direct for information.
They did not make the delivery by the time the person got off work nearly two hours after the scheduled delivery time. I was able to cancel the order, but was very sad that the flowers were not delivered as I know it would have made her feel very special on her birthday. Had they just been honest about not being able to deliver the flowers I could have just called a local florist direct and made arrangements for a guaranteed delivery.

Worst service ever!!! I called to place an order today and... I am appalled at the customer service I received... at first a customer service rep quoted a price. As I was ready to place my order we got disconnected... I called back ready to place my explained the situation of getting disconnected... the customer service rep (a male this time) said, "No problem with getting your order in." I gave him the address and name of the recipient and he stated my total was going to be 23 dollars more than what I was quoted prior to speaking with him. I stated, "I was quoted a different price." He stated, "It doesn't matter" because he's a different rep. I asked to speak to a supervisor. He stated, "There are no supervisors or managers." I asked to be transferred to a different rep and he said, "I don't care ** you!!!" I repeated his statement hoping I heard that wrong as I was in shock and said, "Did you just curse at me by saying this?" He said, "YES!!!"
I hope that as your automated system states your calls DO get recorded because I am appalled and shocked that you would keep such ignorant idiots who get paid by the hour as your employees who ruin your company name!!! I will be sharing this on all social media. Instagram, Twitter, Yelp, you name it!!! I have never been soooo belittled by any company that I wanted to make a purchase and support eveeeer!!!

I ordered these flowers on Wednesday June 27th at 145 pm Pacific time. 20 minutes later I get a call saying the flowers can't be delivered same day since I ordered them after 2 pm. So they would be delivered Thursday. Then they were never delivered Thursday. So I call Thursday afternoon and the FTD florist you contracted with locally never looked at their emails so never got the order and never delivered the flowers so then they were going to be delivered on Friday. Friday around 12 pm I call to change the address of the delivery since my friend is no longer at the hospital and they have gone home and FTD customer service rep says no problem and the flowers will be upgraded and delivered Friday. Well no delivery Friday.
Today is Saturday and I called again this morning at 8 am to see what the status of the delivery is and I spent over 1 hour AGAIN on the phone to be told the flowers would be delivered today. I asked for a refund a credit or anything as this 4 days later and flowers have yet to be delivered. I was offered a 20% refund OR my entire order cancelled today. I needed those flowers delivered and after six phone calls in four days that I proactively made to FTD and you guys dropped ball after ball after ball and I get a choice of order cancel or 20% refund? I will NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER USE OR RECOMMEND FTD EVER AGAIN. You have permanently lost my business. You clearly don't care.

Sent flowers to for my sister and brother-in-law's 45 anniversary and they never received them! Received an email stating that the flowers had been delivered but they were not so I emailed FTD to inquire. Then I called the 800 number and was assured that this situation would be rectified, it was not. I then filed a complaint with FTD and received an email saying they would investigate and get back to me. They have not! This is such poor business!

Almost a week ago I purchased (or at least thought I purchased) flowers for a funeral that took place last Friday. After spending 20-30 minutes on the phone and providing all of the funeral home info, deceased person's name, what the personal card was to read, along with my own personal billing information, I found out Friday that my flowers were never sent by FTD!
Profoundly disappointed I called FTD that night. None of the information I gave them INCLUDING my credit card was on file. Whoever I had given my order to hadn't processed it. And because they have call centers worldwide there's no way of knowing who the responsible person at FTD was. My confirmation number should have come in an email, but I didn't get that either. Without a confirmation number they can't track the order. They tried using my name, phone number, funeral home information, the deceased person's name and nothing showed up. The guy took all that information and never placed the order. Who does that Jeez.
Even in a time of grief, I suppose none of us should let our guard down. So, worried about the credit card I had used, tonight I called and cancelled the credit card because I was worried about the whole transaction, or lack thereof. I used the 1-800-736-3383 number that is on the FTD website. What a HUGE disappointment. I hope no one else has trouble like this with FTD. You think you're getting a well-known company, but maybe not. There are no do-overs for this.

I ordered flowers from FTD.com for my mother's birthday this year to be delivered on 15 June (date of my mother's birthday). The flowers were not delivered as scheduled. I received a vaguely worded notification from FTD on 18 June. There was no explanation as to why the delivery was not made and I was asked to reschedule the order. I have no intention of using FTD in the future and I encourage others to use more other companies.

I reside in NJ, USA. My mother lives in Ireland and I wanted to send her a beautiful bouquet of flowers as she is very sick at the moment. The bouquet that was delivered looked nothing like the picture I was hoping for. The picture on the website looks so beautiful and deluxe!! The bouquet my mother received is only worth $25 at the most. FTD charged $52.99 for the flowers. Plus an additional service fee of $27.99. My Visa card was charged a total of $80.98. I could have gone to my local ALDI grocery store for a more lavish and deluxe version (they have the most beautiful flower arrangements for $20) of the white flowers my poor sick mother had delivered to her today in Ireland.
SHAME ON YOU FTD!!! I will never order anything from you ever again if you don't make this right!! Oh! What's with your motto "Love it or we'll make it right!!!" Huh??? What a joke! Do the right thing and make your upset customers feel better by doing the right thing. Hoping for a positive and swift outcome from you. You can make this right!! Practice what you preach!! Ordered flowers 2 weeks prior to my wife and I 9th anniversary. Selected what I thought was a nice arrangement to be delivered to her work on our 9th. If you are delivering to a business location that absolute last delivery time should be 2 pm. So they can enjoy them for a couple hours before having to leave for the day. 2 pm rolls around on the day of. I hadn't heard anything from my wife which she would call or text me immediately. So I called FTD and spoke to "Ann" from India. They said they would check with the "vendor" and get back with me. After sitting on hold for about 7 minutes, they came back to tell me that they are out for delivery and that there is nothing they can do to find out when they will be delivered. I called back 2 more times similarly as before until 3:30 pm stressing that my wife leaves work at 4 pm. They ensured me they would get there on time. Around 4:15 my wife calls me on her way home as she always does.
NO FLOWERS ever got to her. I called back immediately to cancel/demand a refund. Not even that is enough after having my wife go through our anniversary like I forgot. They said, "Okay we will refund your money in 3-5 days", yet they never apologized or anything. Totally did not care, they did say I would receive an email stating the cancellation and refund immediately. I never received an email. I did receive an email about an hour later stating of delivery confirmation. My wife went in the next day thinking they would be there. But NO flowers. She checked with reception as well asking if a delivery came the day before and they said no deliveries came after 1 pm that day. What a "crock of **" FTD. Thanks for ruining our anniversary and making me look like a terrible husband and for my wife to feel hurt that she was forgotten. And yet I still have not seen a refund. Will never order from FTD again.

I live two states away from my parents. I ordered flowers for their 50th Anniversary to be sent yesterday. They were not delivered. I called last night and customer service said they would start calling first thing this morning. I call back this morning and no one had tried to even call. After staying on the line for 4 different representatives while they call the florist, all they got was a voicemail for whatever florist they were using. I should have checked the reviews for this company before using them.
My advice... NEVER order from FTD.com. They will give you the "run around" and you will waste your time and energy trying to get them to rectify the problem. I am extra upset since it is not everyday someone has a 50th Anniversary! I was also told they could not tell me which florist they were dealing with. Wouldn't the recipient know who the florist was when they received the flowers? So why keep that private? I have never dealt with any company this incompetent!

I will never use FTD Flowers again. Unprofessional and no courtesy at all. I had ordered flowers for my mom for her bday and Mother’s day (fall on same day). I had gotten an email that they were undeliverable. I called to have them go to a different address. Unable to do. I had asked to have them delivered for the Monday the day after. Nothing was said that they got delivered or if there was an issue. Called to see if they got delivered, NOPE notta nothing. Poor customer service and to wait 3 after to have them delivered, no thank you. Will never use this company again.

I sent an expensive bouquet for Mother's Day to my mother-in-law and my sister. They both told me that the flowers were wilted and brown and the lilies never opened up. My mother-in-law called FTD and complained. They sent her another bouquet, but it was just as bad. NEVER USING FTD AGAIN!!

I ordered a huge bouquet for my Lady Wife on the occasion of our 18th wedding anniversary. It was to be delivered to her place of employment on Monday. Saturday she throws a spanner in the works and says she is taking a few days off. I called FTD and of course get some foreign call center who barely comprehend English. I explain to the operator the situation and she says that the florist has been contacted with the updated address. Relieved, I took it for granted that all had been resolved. Monday they delivered it to her job. We were not notified. We waited at home most of the day until one of my wife's co-workers saw the flowers at the front desk. I am pissed beyond words right now that I wasted over a hundred bucks on a company that is as reliable as an earthquake.

I had ordered flowers via FTD.ca for my older sister's 40th birthday because I could not be there to physically celebrate with her. I wanted to do something special for her, and sent her flowers using ftd.ca. I chose a bouquet that I liked, placed the order, and paid $107 USD dollars. When my sister received the flowers, they looked pathetic and nothing at all like the picture. There were a lack of roses which the picture had a lot of, the lilies did not smell, and it was not the "better" option that I had chosen. Half the flowers had broken stems and broken flowers, and brown leaves by the next day, and did not last more than 1 day. What a disappointment.
I definitely will never ever order from ftd.ca again. In addition, when I called ftd.ca, they said they would call the vendor, and re-send the flowers at no charge. I did not want another ugly bouquet sent again and wanted a refund which they did not give, so I wasted hard earned money for nothing. In addition, the flower vendor wanted emailed pictures of proof that they were pathetic looking as the claim was that they delivered the flowers as a full bunch - totally not true. The pictures were emailed to the company, but no follow up or phone call, and not even an acknowledgement that the email was received nor any refund of any kind.

I waited until the last minute to order a Mother's Day gift for my grandmother. That said, it was early the Friday before. Apparently it was too late to order flowers and the choices for what I could get delivered was limited and expensive. Nonetheless I procrastinated so I was willing to pay for it; $79.00 for some chocolate covered strawberries. The order went through and I was content that I had something for my 101 year old grandmother to enjoy for Mother's Day. Well, the next day I checked my email and I received an email from FTD saying they could not "despite their best efforts fill my order and a full refund would be submitted". This was so untimely that I could not order anything in time to arrive on time and the fact that FTD took the order with no issues. Under the circumstances an apology and a refund are not acceptable. I will not give FTD the opportunity to disappoint me again.

TERRIBLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I spent close to $70! On a bouquet of Tulips for Mother's Day. They arrived unbloomed (Which I was told) with instructions. After LESS THAN A WEEK they dropped and shortly after died without ever blooming. So thank you for nothing FTD Flowers. I am INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED and will make that known.

My daughter splurged and sent me a dozen (I got only 11) rainbow roses for Mother's Day 2017. They were left in my front door, in the sun and by the time I opened the box, they looked crushed and about a week old. I contacted the Florist on the card (Englewood Florist) who said it was a drop shipment not from them. I called FTD and they said the the order number was not from them! Did I mention the 3 paneled high gloss FTD brochure that came with the flowers? I called the local shop back, and she confirmed my order number (the one that FTD did not recognize).

Whatever you Do, do not use FTD flowers!! On mother's day I PAID extra and they did not even deliver the flowers I PAID a lot of money for. And then they never even called. I called them and they argued with me... I can go on for a half hour about my experience... Just don't use them...
