Ordered the Deluxe Sweet Devotion bouquet to be delivered to my mother for Mother’s Day. Was never delivered. Tried getting in contact with FTD for an explanation, but their phone lines were jammed with what I imagine were similar complaints. Also sent an email to no avail. Very disappointing, will be seeking a refund at this stage as the entire point of the bouquet was missed. I’ve used FTD for special days numerous times before, but this experience will make me think twice before purchasing their services again, if I ever do.

I ordered flowers for my Mother for mother's day a month in advance with FTD floral for delivery on Friday May 10, 2019 and on that Friday I received a text message and a email that the flowers were delivered. Speaking to my mom on Mother's Day May 14, 2019 she had not received any flowers. Called immediately on Sunday and was guaranteed the flowers would be delivered that day. Monday evening May 13, 2019 still no flowers!! Called and they wanted to give me an upgrade but at this point I cancelled my order. Bad business, especially when they texted and emailed me that they had been delivered. How many customers have they done this to and the customer doesn't realized that the flowers were not delivered at all? Just discussed with this company!!

Received Mother’s Day flowers from my son. Small glass container with too many flowers. My son ask me to send picture of them. Turns out he ordered the delux version and I got the basic. No business name on the envelope. Not sure if he ever got his money back. Bad bad FTD.

I ordered flowers for my wife for Mother's day through FTD. They were never delivered. No call, no email, nothing. Just disappointment. I was on the phone for 10 minutes waiting for a representative. When she finally answered, she asked for my order number and said to hold. I sat on hold for another 15 minutes, and the representative came back to tell me the florist is ready to send the flowers on Thursday! What? I paid extra for the flower quality, extra for the delivery on mother's day and she thought I would be ok with having the flowers delivered after Mother's day? 30 minutes on the phone wasted on top of not doing their job. FTD is a complete joke. Unreliable waste of time. I will never use them again. It will now take them another 5-7 days to refund my money. Nice, they take your money and hold it for 2 weeks.

I ordered my 80 year old mother’s flowers on 5/6/19 to be delivered 5/10/19 for Mother’s Day. They were never delivered. I called FTD on 5/11/19 and they apologized and gave me a guarantee they would be delivered on Monday 5/13/19, (a day past mother’s Day). This morning 5/13/19, I received an email from FTD telling me that my flowers would be delivered today. However, no flower delivery. I once again called FTD and I told the customer service person on the phone today that these were supposed to be for Mother’s Day.
I asked the service rep wouldn’t she want her mother to have her flowers too? Then I said to her that if they were not going to deliver the flowers, they should have told me so and gave me a refund so I could have ordered them elsewhere. Again, the phone rep apologized with no explanation. I had to ask for a refund. I don’t like to write negative reviews, but seriously this was my worst flower shopping experience ever. I hope they follow through with my refund.

I ordered two arrangements for delivery for Mother's Day weekend. The first was never delivered to my mother and the florist insisted that it was delivered. I was at my parent's home until 9 pm, and unless it was delivered after that time, it was not received. The second arrangement was to be delivered for my mother-in-law's birthday. It was delivered three days late and the quality was terrible. It had been over watered and was shedding terribly. It did not live. These were supposed to be the highest quality plants. Very disappointed.

Looks like we are just another in a long line of disappointments today. We have been using FTD for a long time without incident. Family members have been impressed with everything delivered. Until now. I have rarely had such a poor support call. I am an incredibly patient man and I ended up getting so frustrated I was yelling at the support guy halfway through my second call.
My wife set up a delivery Friday morning for flowers for my mother on Mother's Day. They never arrived, several hits on the "check my order" link went unanswered. No communication at all. I called support today (Monday) and a very uncompassionate support center man informed me that the order could be sent tomorrow (Tuesday) or I could cancel altogether. I asked him to see if there was any way it could be sent right away since FTD messed up. I was told that those were my only 2 options (cancel or tomorrow). I opted begrudgingly for Tuesday delivery.
I called the support center people once again to see if I could talk to a supervisor. Was told that he had 3 calls before me and if they could try to help me directly. I got the same 2 options and without my permission HE CANCELLED THE ORDER! After I yelled at the call center person he was able to get me to a supervisor. Since the order had been cancelled he said there was no option but to set up a new order. He passed me on to sales and I finally found someone who was compassionate and willing to help. Unfortunately the bouquet I had ordered was now unavailable, so I had to select a different one that could be delivered today. Fingers crossed. What's the address for flowers.com?

This company was rated right under 1-800-Flowers so I figured I give them a try. The ordering process was easy, it's the delivery that I had a major problem with. I understand that Mother's Day is a busy day so flexibility for delivery between Saturday and Sunday was required; I was totally fine with that. Saturday early afternoon I received an email stating that the flowers had been delivered. I checked...they had not been. I was worried that maybe the delivery man brought them to the wrong house. I had to call customer service multiple times.
The first time, the call ended while I was put on hold. The second time, I had to hang up because the customer service representative didn't speak English well. The third time, I spoke with a different representative who seemed confused about my complaint and wasn't sure what to do. I had to TELL HIM to contact the florist or delivery person. He told me that he did and that the flowers would instead be delivered on Sunday. Then later on that night at 8:30pm guess what? The flowers were delivered. I was so confused... I asked the delivery man, "You guys deliver flowers at nighttime????" And he just laughed and shook his head saying "I know right?!" My mother was already out for the night so I just hid the flowers in my room until Sunday. This wasn't worth the trouble, next time I will order from a different company.

I ordered flowered to be delivered the day before or on Mother’s Day. I got an email saying they would be delivered yesterday and they weren’t! On top of that they were delivered on Mother’s Day at 7:40 pm. The flowers were nothing like the ones I ordered and I paid more to get the nicest flowers. I have attached two pictures. The one it is supposed to look like and the one I received. Never order from this place ever.

I want a full refund. This had been the worst experience ever. I didn't even get a confirmation email of my order!! My mom received her order 4 days early, and was disappointed. I spent $132 dollars for a what looked like a $40 order my mom was sent & she was upset. This is unacceptable!! I contacted my credit card company for a refund. I can't express how upsetting this is.

I placed an order for Mother’s Day. I received an email on 5/11 early in the morning stating that the flowers were out for delivery. However, they were never delivered! I called on 5/12, was placed on hold while the rep “called the local florist.” He came back on the line and said that they didn’t answer and that I’d receive an update via email. After waiting two hours I made the mistake of calling back. The rep barely spoke English and kept on saying that he couldn’t understand me or answer my question! I called a third time and supposedly spoke to a supervisor. What a joke!! The so call supervisor reassured me that she would personally follow up on this order... blah, blah, blah... and still nothing.
I posted my concerns on their Instagram page and was given an email address to reach out to. No one replied. I did get a phone call and the woman was pleasant. However she still was absolutely no help. She said that my order would be delivered by 9pm today. Guess what?? It wasn’t!!! The customer service line just rings and rings and rings. I can’t even get through to get a refund! Awful experience across the board. They continue to delete my service concerns and complaints on their Instagram page. Talk about a scam! Buyer beware.

A few days before mother's day I went to FTD's website to send my Mother Flowers for Mother's day. Picked them out, paid for them, thought all was well. Received an order conformation #** and was satisfied. Got another email saying the Flowers would be delivered on Saturday May 11th. Got another Email on Sat May 11th saying they were delivered! Spoke to my mother on Mother's day. She never received them.
I called customer service [which was also a nightmare]. Hard time Understanding the operator more because of really ** phone connection than his accent. He couldn't tell me anything other than he sent a message to the florist and would wait for a call back. Wouldn't give me the the Florist's name or Number. Another call an hour later yielded the same results. I contacted them through Facebook and Twitter. Someone did call me. Promised me an email with personal contact on it. Said the Flowers will be delivered today Sunday May 12th by 9 pm. They weren't. So an 80 year old woman whose son is 1500 miles away didn't get her Mother's Day Flowers. May not be a big deal to some but I'm sure it would have made her day.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day to send to my fiance. Not only did they lie and say the flowers were delivered when they were not the customer service people told me that they can have the flowers resent out and guarentee delivery by Tuesday. If Mother's Day is on a Sunday why should she have to wait till Tuesday to receive flowers. Will never order with this company ever again! They are full of **!

NEVER will I be ordering from these guys again. I have ordered what I thought was a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my mother on Mother's Day, but little did I know, I would spend close to $100 on a basket full of weeds with a few flowers here and there. Not even close to what I ordered for her, and far from beautiful. I was almost in tears. My mother may not mean anything to you people, but she means the world to be me, and I expect that respect to give her the best like what I had got her.
I called customer service the day she received the flowers, and they promised me they'll send her a better bouquet of flowers the day after (Mother's Day) and didn't receive anything. Absolutely disgraceful! I would have been better off buying my mother flowers from the grocery store, than buying from this company. I won't be making that mistake again!

I placed two orders on May 5th to be delivered May 11th. On May 10th I received a call telling me that one of the orders could not be filled because they were sold out but they could replace it with a different item unfortunately it wouldn’t arrive until several days after Mother’s Day. The second order wasn’t delivered on the 11th or the 12th, as of right now it shows it will be delivered by the end of the day on the 13th. Again this was an item for Mother’s Day. I have sent several messages and they have not replied. I have been a gold member since 2012 but this will be my last year as they are not dependable.

IT'S NOT really possible to know how a delivery went when you are ordering for a funeral that you are not going to be attending but there was no email confirmation from the company to say the delivery was made and I don't think I really liked that because I just didn't really know if it got delivered or not and for the extreme price of it, I think that should have been a service provided.

I ordered two bouquets of flowers over a month ago to arrive on Mother's Day for my sister and mother today. I was aware that the delivery was for the weekend and not a specific day as it is busy that time of year. I received an email on Saturday being told my flowers were being delivered that day. Neither bouquets arrived that Saturday. Sunday afternoon I decided to email in regards to my order. I was told it was out for delivery. I received confirmation that one of them was delivered.... but noticed the other was missing. Both were being delivered to my mother's house.
I called my mom to confirm if the flowers were received in which she told me there's a bouquet for my sister that had arrived. I decided to then call the company who informed me they have until 8pm to deliver (it was already 6pm at my mother's time zone). Needless to say I spent over $100 for a late delivery along with a missing bouquet. I will be reaching out for a refund as it is now past the time of delivery. Completely unacceptable. Don't waste your money. They might fail to arrive the day you need them to.

Ordered flowers to be delivered 2 days before mother's day. Flowers never arrived. 2 days of unanswered emails and phone calls. Finally spoke to someone with online chat. They could do nothing but give a refund. No flowers for my 88 year old mother. Nice job FTD. You are a joke.

On April 30th, I placed an order for a Mother’s Day arrangement to be sent to my elderly mother on Saturday, May 11th. I received an immediate confirmation email from FTD and another email from FTD the morning of May 11th stating that my order was scheduled to be delivered that day. At 9:00 p.m. on May 11th, I called FTD to check on delivery as I had not heard from my mother that the flowers had been received. The FTD agent assured me that the order had been delivered. This morning when I called my mother, no flowers had been delivered. I called FTD again and a different agent - Zairus- told me that they had not received confirmation from the local florist that the flowers had been delivered. I was told that he would “check with the florist if they were open today.” This is unacceptable. I am requesting that the delivery be made today... Find another local florist, if necessary... just right the wrong.

The services of FTD.com are the worst I have ever experienced. My wife was supposed to receive her flowers for Mothers’ Day at her business on Friday, May 10, 2019. When she came home from work, I asked if she got her flowers; her reply was “no”, even though I received a deceitful email from you that stated the flowers had been delivered. I then spent more than 1 hour on the phone with a customer service agent who could not speak or understand English very well. She gave me a 20% discount and guaranteed me that the flowers would be delivered yesterday, Saturday May 11, 2019, to our home (new address) and would follow up with an email.
I never received the confirming email. My wife never received her flowers and SHE STAYED HOME ALL DAY BECAUSE YOU GUARANTEED THEY WOULD BE DELIVERED YESTERDAY. She had planned on doing stuff away from the house yesterday, but she couldn’t. She actually spent more than one hour on the phone with a non-English speaking person trying to find out when her flowers were to arrive. She had the same problem understanding the CS person, so much that she said it took 15 minutes to figure out your person was saying “recipient”, but she didn’t know how to say that word. I called last night AGAIN to state we didn’t get the flowers yesterday. (Do you think I’m embarrassed about this with my wife????)
I again, when I called Saturday night, got a non-English speaking CS person, spent an hour on the phone with her, and got another “guarantee” that they will be delivered today, Sunday, May 12, Mothers’ Day... I guess we can’t leave the house for church, brunch or a dinner out because we have to wait for the flowers.... I’ve been doing this with FTD.com for about 30 years now. NEVER has this happened. Never have I experienced such poor customer service. I WILL NEVER use your services again, so you can stop sending the emails. Your attempt at saving money with hiring customer service people in call centers in other countries just lost you hundreds or thousands of U.S. dollars in the future. I will make sure that others do not experience you poor service. Hoping the flowers arrive today and we can go to a Mother’s Day meal and church.

I ordered my mother a beautiful arrangement to be delivered (guaranteed) on the Friday before Mother's Day. She lives in John Knox Village in Pompano Beach, Florida. I ordered it online on the FTD.com website 11 days prior to Mother's Day and I received an email confirmation with my order number. Well, Friday the order did not arrive, nor did it arrive Saturday, and now today is Sunday and it still has not arrived. I have called FTD customer service at least 5 times now since Friday.
They have been zero help, can barely speak English, and have absolutely no idea why the flowers were not delivered. I asked several times to speak with a supervisor and each agent kept transferring me to another agent - not a supervisor, manager, etc. Today, I was hung up on 3 times when I called to get answers from them and asked for a supervisor. This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering flowers for my mother in this location. FTD should be ashamed of themselves - your customer service is nonexistent and unprofessional. I am now entering a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to get my money back. Do not waste your time with this pathetic excuse for a company.

My boyfriend ordered flowers to be delivered to me at work well in advance. He meant this to be a surprise for our anniversary. He said the delivery hours would fall between 9 to 5. He'd hope it get there before I left the office at 4 p.m. However, it did not so he had to ruin the surprise by telling me that he ordered flowers and asked me to see if it made it. I called the shipping department at my work and the front desk. They said nothing was received for me. My boyfriend called customer service at FTD and they reached out to the local florist. Of course they couldn't reach anyone cause apparently it was being delivered by the local florist.
They just kept saying that these deliveries are not confirmed until after they're delivered and that they can't be reached. This is very upsetting as FTD needs a better tracking system! We had no consistent updates whatsoever. So the customer service person said there was no real issue around 4:30 since they say sure to be delivered by 5pm. I ended up staying actually an hour more waiting for these flowers, which I never got. Exactly at 5pm my boyfriend gets an email confirmation that it was delivered. I spent an extra 30 minutes trying to locate these flowers at my workplace. Still, nothing!
This was THE WORST flower delivery experience ever. My boyfriend had to ruin his surprise for me by telling me, then me waiting over another hour for these so called delivered flowers to only never had received them. Only good thing is my boyfriend got his refund. This was the worst experience anyone could have as a surprise meant to be beautiful. They ruined it for us.

I ordered a $100 bouquet last Wednesday to be delivered to my mother in law either yesterday or today for mother’s day. I received an email yesterday that it won’t be delivered until monday or tuesday! How can that be?! I am so upset. I called customer service 3 times. Each time I called the agent could barely speak English which was beyond frustrating. The first man knew I was upset, put me on hold and then said ok they will be delivered on Sunday. As you read in, you will see he lied to get me off the phone.
I called again this morning (Sunday) and was told that they are back to being delivered tomorrow or Tuesday. I asked to speak to a manager. I was put on hold and then disconnected. I called back a 3rd time. The man I spoke to was able to validate my order number and recipient name. But not the address due to a language barrier. Therefore he couldn’t help me. What?! This is completely unacceptable. My mother in law won’t have her flowers on mother’s day. What a letdown especially when I order them last Wednesday. I am extremely frustrated. FTD you let us down. I have been a good customer for years. I will never, ever order from them again.

Sorry that I was persuaded by boyfriend to place my order with them. Ordered the better (believe it’s good, better, best) arrangement for my mom. I visited her today, less than 24 hours after FEDEX delivered - yes, FedEx, not a local florist, and the flowers are pathetic. Carnations were wilted and brown and other flowers and greenery definitely showed they were shipped. My suggestion would be to pick up and hand deliver (my preference) or use a different service that finds a local florist. Overpriced and poor quality. Won’t do it again! P.S. Boyfriend ordered the best for his mom. It was delivered from a local florist but it was ended up being the small arrangement. He got a full refund. I don’t want to hassle with it. Lesson learned.

I took a chance and ordered flowers for Mother's day for my mother from FTD. She was supposed to get the flowers today, the day before Mother’s Day. Well she never got them!! I got a shipping notification but it said it would be delivered Monday instead!! My mother’s health is not good and this just made things ten times worse. If I had known this company would flake I would have ordered from a more reliable company. You should be ashamed of your company FTD. Don’t make promises you can’t keep!! Worse customer service of my life!!

I have used FTD in the past and have had an okay experience with them. But after today's experience, I will never use them again. I ordered an arrangement for Mother's Day several days prior to ensure if there was any mix up, they would be there by the holiday. They were not delivered on the Thursday as arranged. When they weren't delivered on Friday, I contacted customer support via their website to track my order. It was at this point that everything went downhill. At approximately 6:30 AM, I received an email saying they are confirming a delay and contact customer service. It also stated that they tried to contact me by phone and could not reach me (this never happened). I spoke with an agent at the call center who gave me four different stories: The florist was unable to deliver on date requested; the arrangement selected isn't available; they did not have a florist in the area; the arrangement will be delivered on Monday.
I then requested to speak to a manager and at first was refused this request. After further requests, I finally spoke with a supervisor who said that they couldn't guarantee delivery dates for international orders. This was not an international order. It was in another province within the same country (Canada). Rather than making anything better, they refunded my money and told me to find another florist. I have never been treated so badly by a company. I get that Mother's Day is a busy day for florists but lying to customers and failing to communicate with them is an unacceptable business practice. I hope other people will think twice before working with FTD.

McCarthy Florist in Chinchilla, Pa. They have the fastest service for delivery. The flowers are breathtaking every time and all my wife's deliveries. Pleasant knowledgeable staff and it's a local florist in town with 3 separate locations for convenience. Whether it's Mother's Day or a birthday or a holiday they're always up to date on the modern day vase or flower holder of your liking. They have very reasonable prices and definitely excellent flowers - fresh and with much aroma of beautiful smelling flowers.

I placed an expensive order for Mother's Day on Friday morning for same day delivery. I wanted to make sure my mom got the flowers on Friday so that she is able to enjoy them since I was unable to be there with her to celebrate her special day. This was a huge deal for us because we are extremely close and we have a Mother's Day tradition where I'd send her flowers and she would take pics of it all week from Friday to Friday. All day Friday I anxiously waited for her to tell me her flowers arrived and last night when at 9pm, they still weren't there, that I started to get upset and worried. Earlier today (Saturday) I received an email stating the flowers were going to arrive a day late. I was upset about it but didn't worry too much since it will get there today.
A few hours later, I received a phone call from your company stating that you have no one available to make the flowers until Monday!! I was VERY UPSET to hear this. Mother's Day is tomorrow (Sunday), what sort of Mother's Day gift will arrive the day after?? I explained how upset I was about this whole ordeal and how I specifically chose more expensive flowers and paid extra to have it to delivered the same day, just to be told it won't arrive until 3 days after the fact.
The phone rep didn't seem to understand the whole point of getting a gift a day after the "holiday" and offered a $15.00 credit. Are you kidding me??? How is $15.00 going to make anything better? My mother called to let me know, never to do business with FTD again. I placed an order for Mother’s Day for her, that for whatever reason had to be delivered by carrier and not florist which was weird because I had it delivered by florist to her in the past... anyway she received my order and said the roses were brown could tell that maybe at one time they were pink. The greenery was flat and squashed. None of it would stand up just drooped over. And anything in that arrangement was 1/2 dead. Pretty embarrassing sending that to my mom!

Ordered flowers for delivery for Mother’s Day three days in advance, supposed to be delivered on Friday before Mother’s Day. I get notified late Saturday that because of sales volume, they rejected the order. Real nice - letting me know hours before Mother’s Day when I have no other options. Will never use again.

I purchased the EXQUISITE Best Day Bouquet for my mother as a Mother's Day gift and was completely devasted to see what was actually delivered to her!! From the flowers to the vase completely different!! It did not look worth $80 but more like $20 worth, I have pictures as proof! I immediately called Customer Support to complain about this matter and the response I was given was that if the florist does not have the exact flowers listed they will substitute it for something different. That is NOT okay! In this case where this actually happened it should have at least been communicated to me beforehand!
It would have been nice if they would have asked me if I preferred something else, or a refund instead and not just assume or make their own decisions. I was left excitedly expecting my mother to receive the correct flowers that I thought she would receive. Nonetheless, I received an email indicating I will receive a refund for this order only to notice that the refund total was also short by $2.50. This was my first and last time ordering with this company.

Ordered Flowers for my Mother in law for guaranteed delivery by Mother’s Day. Had originally chosen a much prettier arrangement but they couldn’t guarantee that they would arrive by Mother’s Day so I selected another. Received an email yesterday stating they weren’t able to deliver them by the guaranteed date. I called customer service, and was told they figured it out and flowers would be delivered today (Saturday May 11). Woke up this morning to an email stating they were out for delivery. Perfect!
Then received and voicemail from FTD customer service asking me to call them. When I called I was told there was an issue with delivery, but they straightened it out, but delivery would be tomorrow instead (Mother’s Day, not the guaranteed date, but still ok). 15 minutes later I received another call stating the flowers wouldn’t be delivered until MONDAY!! What happened to “guaranteed by Mother’s Day”?!!? And how could there be soooo many miscommunications? I will NEVER order from FTD again! They guarantee delivery, then once they get your money, they don’t care what happens! Unacceptable!

I would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered Mother’s Day flowers to be delivered Friday. Friday passed with no delivery. I logged into my FTD account to check order status on Saturday. Hours later I was informed by email that the flowers could not be delivered due to high demand. When the flowers were ordered they were listed as available on the date and in the location requested. This is terrible customer service and I will choose another vendor in the future. FTD you have lost a customer.

My wife and I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my mom for Mother's Day, and we selected flexible delivery Saturday (today) or Sunday since it's obviously going to be pretty busy tomorrow. We just got a call from "customer service" requesting a callback, and the person who answered barely spoke English. After an arduous series of questions to track down our order and a clear language barrier she finally informed us that our order was cancelled for some inexplicable reason. We requested to speak with a manager, and after several minutes on hold while reading the reviews here we decided it wasn't worth our time since it's clear they're getting a lot of these complaints and don't have a solution. To be fair, I've had similar experiences with other flower delivery companies. It seems none of them can get it right.

Order Mother's Day flowers through FTD online and no flowers were ever delivered leaving my son upset that his mom didn't get flowers. He wanted to see a delivery person giving the flowers to his mom. I have one upset son and no Mother's Day flowers. I will never use FTD online ever again. I am going back to 1-800-Flowers and ProFlowers which show up in a box but at least they show up.

The flowers were sent as a mother’s day Gift. The flowers received were sub par at best and wilted and were dying. Hardly flowers I would have sent to someone who just lost their mother themselves and was highly disappointed and saddened at what was received. The local florist used to deliver the flowers has had this type of issue in the past and I would never use this service again unless I could choose the florist myself.

NEVER use this flower service! I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother several days prior to scheduled delivery. I received an email at 2:30 AM the morning of, stating that the florist could not fulfill my order. I tried calling customer service and the only option available was for the flowers to be delivered 2 days later. Absolutely horrible business model. Going to 1-800 FLOWERS from now on.

I ordered a $65 bouquet for my mother for Mother’s Day. The bouquet arrived in a box with wilted and brown flowers. My mom had to assemble the bouquet herself. It’s no bigger than a pack of flowers that could have been bought at Walmart. I am very disappointed in the quality and method of delivery. It should not be called a bouquet if it comes in a box for one to assemble. I could have done that myself for a lot cheaper.

I ordered flowers for my mother. Mother's Day. I received email stating delivery was completed, when it was not yet. Took a few more hours. I also had a huge quality issue. The flowers received were not 20" tall. We measured them. It was more like 13". And it was missing the balloon I paid for. It was such a small bouquet. Not the Exquisite Lavish & Grand size, the largest one I paid for. It was the cheapest sized ones sent. Very unsatisfied customer!

I got a confirmation that the flowers were delivered to the intended recipient but they never were. I don't know where the flowers are but somewhere there is a very expensive bouquet of roses rotting somewhere. Thanks for nothing FTD. Your customer service is not helpful at all either. I will never order from FTD again and will not recommend to anyone. Would give zero stars if I could.

I placed an online order on May 3 for 2 different recipients to receive Mother's Day flowers. I opted for flexible delivery between May 10-12 knowing it is a busy holiday. On May 9 at 5:30pm I received a call to say that they will not be able to deliver 1 of my orders (in an urban area). After about a hour on the phone, I was told a substitution could be made and my mom's flowers could be delivered. A subequent email this morning still showed a scheduled delivery. Yet, 2 hours ago. I received an unable to deliver notice--this had nothing to do with the recipient's availability. Unacceptable customer service. Avoid this company...use another. I'm still on hold trying to resolve this issue.

I ordered 2 dozen chocolate covered strawberries for Mothers day. I had to change one part of my order and called customer service 3 times to be sure that my order was processed correctly. I was on the phone with customer service for maybe 1.5 hours just to change something that should've taken 2 minutes. Upon delivery, the chocolate covered strawberries were half broken and did not resemble any of the pictures that are advertised on the website. Please avoid at all costs.

I understand their substitution policy, but the arrangement did not reflect the amount of money I spent. I have never had such a bad experience before. The flowers that were delivered look nothing like those in the picture. I paid extra to get a fuller bouquet, and the flowers that were received were not only dead and wilting, but didn't contain most of the flowers pictured and some of the stems were broken when the vase was pulled out of the box. When I called customer service, an employee with broken English read from a script to review my options, and offered to deliver a different bouquet within 7 days to make things right. That was nice, but this $70 purchase was definitely a waste of my money to give my mom dead flowers for mother's day.

Nice when the flowers are actually delivered but have had flowers not make it. Rates don't seem any better than the specials that always seem to be running. Customer service can be a nightmare for an English speaker as reps have been difficult to understand.

Long story short..I mistakenly did not add my mothers apt # in the address and I literally called right after I got the order email to add the Apt # and they said I couldn't, this all happened within 6 minutes of placing the order.... So I canceled it and that's sucks because people make mistakes and I didn't think changing the adding and apt # would be so difficult for them...

I placed an online order Monday for Delivery to a business Wednesday before 5pm. Delivery day was not a holiday and placing the order 2 days in advance should have been plenty of time. The florist attempted to deliver after 5pm when the business was closed. They left a message for my mom (the recipient) without saying who the flowers were for, what company they were calling from, what their name was, nor left a call back number. Very unprofessional. At the same time they are leaving a message for my mom, I get an email confirming delivery. This delivery was supposed to be a surprise and ended up a disaster after having to question my mom about why she hasn't said anything to me about the flowers. Come to find out they were never delivered.
Upon calling FTD Thursday morning at 8am and 11am, I was told they would be delivered Thursday by 5pm. I told them that was unacceptable as they already lied about delivery and still hadn't redelivered. I requested delivery by 3pm, FTD said the florist confirmed. 3pm comes and goes. At 3:30 I call FTD again, they reach out to the florist in which the florist asks if they can deliver Friday instead. I am appalled at how difficult it was for a simple delivery and for my mom to still not have flowers. At no time in the 3 times I called FTD, did they ever offer to get a different florist or guarantee any sort of delivery. They couldn't answer any of my questions when inquiring about why the flowers hadn't been delivered. They were very unprofessional and not a company I'll be using ever again. This was my first and last time.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and needed to change delivery date due to a family emergency. I emailed FTD a week in advance of delivery to try to change the delivery date - no response. I emailed 2 days later - no response. I finally called and they said the order was already being processed and there was nothing they could do and they couldn't find my emails (even though I have a record of it). Now my mother will be receiving dead flowers on her doorstep when she returns home from a family emergency. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Spend a little more with a local florist that is more flexible and has better customer service.

THEY ARE A SCAM! After their public response I have sent several more emails in the thread with not a single acknowledgement from them.
Original Review: Ordered flowers a week before delivery date. Paid $17.99 in delivery fees. Late afternoon of delivery day (today) I called to find out when the flowers were going to be delivered. After being placed on hold 3 different times for a total of 15 minutes I was told that the flowers would be delivered the next day (tomorrow). THE DAY AFTER THEY NEEDED TO BE DELIVERED. Over the past couple years I have ordered flowers about 20 to 25 times from FTD. This was the last time. Completely unacceptable.

I received an order confirmation for a $70 purchase of a floral arrangement to be delivered. If I hadn’t asked my sister if she received them a day after delivery date, I wouldn’t have known that they never were delivered. When I called, it took twice to get through to customer service rep. They tracked the order and told me the order wasn’t picked up by a florist because no one had the vase detailed in the description. My money was refunded promptly but I it’s bad practice to take money, send confirmation, and only refund after the customer figured out after the special event that the order wasn’t picked up. Sounds fraudulent to me. Not to mention, my sister never got the flowers and went the day believing no one acknowledged a significant career achievement she was being recognized for that day. Horrible.

I ordered from this website thinking that I was going to get the product that was shown on the Internet. Needless to say I was completely wrong. My in-laws had sent me a picture of what was delivered and it was completely different than what was shown. I contact it their customer service on their website and I have never gotten no response back. My advice would be shop elsewhere. I don’t think this company will pay attention to details.

I have been a longtime user of the FTD Gold Membership and have generally had a good experience, but today I have tried several times to place an order, while logged into my membership, that fulfills the agreement of the Program. When you first place the preliminary order there is no service charge, then when you navigate to the final place to actually place the order, the service charge (an extra 30.00 + tax) has appeared and, even though it says right on the page that I am logged in, there is nothing you can do to get the charge off as per the contract with this program.
I called customer service and even they couldn't figure it out. The representative stayed on the line while I placed the order, thinking that it would come off in the final processing, but it didn't. They have promised me a refund of the service charge, but that was an hour ago and I have not yet received the email they promised confirming the refund. I am not happy with the service at the moment, and I'm thinking that this could be their way of ignoring the contract during the busy Mother's Day rush. Beware and look before you press the Place the Order button!

I ordered an arrangement on May 3 to be delivered on May 6th. On the delivery details I asked for the delivery to be made before 2:00 pm. Called to get confirmation it had been delivered, was not delivered on May 6th. It is now 2:40 on May 7th and still have not received an email confirmation after being told I would receive one once the delivery was made today. So frustrating and will never use FTD again.

I have used multiple florist delivery services in the past. This was my first time using FTD as there was a promotion being advertised through my credit card that I wanted to take advantage of. I placed my order on Friday to be delivered on Tuesday and received a confirmation email that the company was working on my order. I received an update email the morning of the delivery date stating the item I chose was "unavailable at this time for delivery in your recipient's delivery area" and to call their customer service line ASAP. I called the number and the agent I spoke with needed me to repeat my order number 5 times before she understood and was able to look up my order. Then she told me that I needed to go online to choose a new item for delivery.
I asked if I'd be given a way to update my existing order or if they were going to cancel my order and I'd have to start over. I was told that they'd cancel my order and I can place a new order online. I then asked if this meant that in order to get my flowers delivered today, the original delivery date, I'd have to pay for additional shipping and I was told yes. Then I asked if there was a way to ensure the new item I chose was available for delivery in the location chosen and was told to enter the zip code when choosing products. I told the agent that I had entered the correct zip code when I placed my original order but wasn't told until today that the item cannot be delivered to this area.
I then repeated back to the agent the information I had gathered to make sure I was not mistaken. I asked the agent to confirm that I'd have to start a new order, pay additional shipping if I wanted the item delivered today, and I'd have to wait until the item went out for delivery to know if it was actually available and I was told yes. I told the agent that I'd like confirmation of my canceled order so I could take my business elsewhere. I could tell she was unhappy with the call as she was sarcastic when she said goodbye to me on the phone.
I then went back to FTD's website to try to chat with an agent. I submitted my question and the chat box refreshed to say that there were no available agents online. I am incredibly frustrated that I wasted this much time and energy to try to give my money and business to a company that doesn't want to help their customers. TL;DR: FTD's customer service is unhelpful. Their item availability function doesn't work properly, and you're risking wasting a ton of your time by trying to order an item with them. The only thing they did right was send an immediate cancellation confirmation email. I will not be shopping with FTD or any of its companies in the future.

Too many hidden charges. 15% discount does not show up and not worth the cost for something that will die in a week give or take. For the cost it is less expensive to buy jewelry or a token that can last a lifetime. Don’t waste your money. Truth is that if you have kids or can create something of your own it is much more meaningful than purchasing a dead plant. If plant is what they like or need go to a nursery and that can be replanted and nourished.

I ordered flowers 1.5 weeks prior to delivery date, and I also called to confirm my order 2 days before it was set to deliver. When the flowers arrived at the funeral home, they looked pitiful and pathetic! It was so embarrassing that the card showed that it came from me. It made me look cheap and insensitive. The flowers looked like a 5yr old put it together. I wish there was a place on here for me attach a side by side picture of what I ordered compared to what was delivered at the funeral home. FTD offered me a $25 coupon to give them another chance. Are you kidding me? What an insult! I want my money back! Where can I post a picture to show other reviewers the disappointing flowers?

I ordered 2 Groupons for FTD.com and decided to use one to send my mother flowers, on what would have been her and my father's 50th wedding anniversary (he passed recently from lung cancer). First, the site said my Groupon was invalid and I had to chat with a rep, then it finally worked and then it wouldn't process my credit card (no issues with my card), so I had to chat AGAIN just to place the order (it did go through finally).
The flowers come the day of, not at ALL representative of what I ordered. It was basically a miniature bouquet with one rose and some wilted carnations. I was so embarrassed that my mother received THAT on what was supposed to be a sweet gesture on a difficult day - besides the fact I was swindled (and that's WITH a Groupon!). I complained to customer service, crickets. I decided I would try to place an order just to get the other Groupon out of the way (wish I could get a refund) and I'm literally experiencing the same issues - Groupon wouldn't work, now my cc won't process, and two agents later they're telling me they can't help. Pathetic and disappointing.

So disappointed in this company! I contacted them four times regarding my membership with absolutely no response. I finally got in touch with someone on their phone line and not only did she have zero explanation as to all of my inquiries being ignored and my membership renewal never happening but her response was, "Well I have no idea but if you give me your credit card number I’ll charge it for you now." No thanks! No apologies, not courteous or kind. Did not care in the least about my complaints in regards to being ignored for weeks as a customer with a problem just, "Give me your credit card number." Disgraceful. I work in customer service and I would be fired for such a conversation.

I have ordered the largest bouquet for a very dear friend of mine for work. I purposely order a few days in advance. I receive the confirmation email saying the bouquet has been delivered. My friend has no idea what I was talking about so I called. They told me the florist couldn’t attempt the recipient's number which I left my number purposely and they never called. Promise to deliver the next day, once again the same **. This is very aggravating and disappointing. Never ever had a problem like this before. I will never ever order from FTD again. They were always my go to florist but never again. Makes me sick to the stomach when I try to plan something nice and a nice surprise to a dear friend for her birthday.
FTD, I’m done with your company. Will not recommend this company to anyone. My husband is always ordering flowers from them to my work and home. He needs to work with another company as of now as well. Customer service just keeps repeating the same BS. Just resolve the damn problem and send a bouquet over.

My mother had surgery to remove the cancer from her breast. She’s in NC and I’m in NJ. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered for when she returned from surgery. I received 2 emails saying it was delivered. I asked my brother if they came and he said no. I called customer and was told they were delivered. When I said I spoke with the recipient she then asked me to hold so she can look into it. Five minutes she came back and said they can be delivered today. When I asked if I can have the number of the florist they use she told me they are not allowed to disclose that information. At the point I told her I wanted a refund. Big disappointment!!!

I ordered some birthday flowers for a very special person who is turning 86 today out of a recommendation. Wow I wish I never had! Your site quotes US dollars even though it’s a Canadian site and even after shelling out the $125 to deliver the flowers same day to Kelowna I thought, well she’s worth it. I ordered at 9:20 and at 7:30 told she has not received anything. An elderly lady all alone on her birthday. Are you kidding me? So I call and get the line cut off 4 times. Only to be answered when I say I want to place a new order?! Customer service at its best.
After a painful process of finding my order he says “sorry we couldn’t place my order”! Really?? Why didn’t someone call me? You were very fast to get the money from my MasterCard and charge me the hefty same day service rates! And no one has the decency to call me and let me know that the service you claim to provide you can’t?? So now I have a very special 86 year old lady alone on her birthday with absolutely no sentiment to say that I cared to send flowers. You should be ashamed of yourself. Not only am I getting my money back but will tell everyone else what a scam your company is. Birthdays are supposed to be special and your customer service department is pathetic. Read my reviews! On March 29, 2019 I ordered the True Romance Rose Bouquet for our 47th Wedding Anniversary. It was to be delivered on April 1, 2019. I also ordered the “Extra special greeting card” and was charged $4.99. The card turned out to be nothing but a piece of paper size of 4” x 11” poorly copied and folded into 3rds stuck into the bouquet without even an envelope. Your online website shows an honest to goodness greeting card inside an envelope. This really irks me. I could have spent half that much money at the supermarket for a real card. On the scheduled delivery day I checked your website multiple times to see if there might be an ETA on my delivery but there weren’t any notifications. Finally at 3:22 pm I received 2 emails stating that my order was delivered. NOT TRUE! It was nowhere in sight.
At 3:25 pm I called customer support twice to find out what happened to my order. The first call (overseas call center) was cut off because I could not understand him with his accent. The second call was with a woman that I able to understand. I read her the emails I had received, and explained the Roses were not delivered as stated. She then called the florist. Afterwards she told me “the order would be picked up at the florist by a FTD driver and delivered shortly”. She also said she would call me back to make sure they were delivered. The flowers were delivered at 4:10 pm, about 25 minutes after I called. The customer support lady never did call me back.
This florist closed at 5 pm. I honestly believe that if I did not call customer support the Roses would not have been delivered today. This was a very stressful Anniversary day for me. It should have been a very happy one. Especially after seeing the Special Anniversary Card that was horrible! I sent a similar letter of this to FTD customer service on April 1, 2019 in hopes they would at least reach out and talk to me about this. I have not heard anything and it is now 3 weeks later. I have used FTD to deliver flowers in the past but after this experience and after spending $99 on Roses, losing $4.99 on the greeting card and then $17.99 for delivery. I will probably use a local neighborhood florist next time.

A friend lost her sister, so we sent flowers right away. Albertson's florist called to confirm the resident would be home. Got an email an hour later that they were delivered. The next day, I got a call from a very angry and rude DoorDash guy saying he was given the wrong address and he's driving around looking for the house. I told him the flowers were already delivered and he said he couldn't find the address yesterday and no they were not. The florist abbreviated the address so the DoorDash GPS couldn't find it. I called FTD, they told me they were delivered and I told them about DoorDash. They said that was an issue with the florist - basically not their fault. Gave me back "half" the cost of the flowers. Never again. Use ProFlowers before, never had a problem with them.

I placed my order to be delivered to my sister in law a day before the 1st Anniversary of my brother in law (her husbands) death (4/20/19). I received an email the morning of the day the flowers were to be delivered stating that the order would be substituted for something different as the flowers that I chose from the website were unavailable. The email stated that they were sorry for the inconvenience and to contact FTD if I had any concerns.
I received another email the next day stating that FTD was sorry that they missed me but they left a voicemail. I did not receive any calls from FTD. I called after receiving that email the next day, Monday, 4/22 and was told that they were going to contact a local florist and that the delivery was going to be what I originally ordered from the website and that it would be delivered that day. A robotic “I do apologize” was said several times in very broken English.
The flowers were not delivered. It is now Tuesday and I received an email stating the there will be a substitute for my order that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. The flowers have still not been delivered. This day was a very emotional one for my sister in law. I went to FTD as I thought this company could be trusted. Disappointment is a huge understatement. Going to call and have them completely refund my order. How do they get away with this? Tell your friends. This company is horrible.

I thought I was sending the best of the best - and it was the worst of the worst. Never ordering from FTD again.

Ordered on April 17, supposed to be delivered on the 19th., it never showed. I called. Was told it would be delivered on Saturday before 1. It never showed. It was left on the porch on Sunday and was the worst, ugliest arrangement I've ever seen. I called back, they Guaranteed a better bigger assortment. Today it was dropped off at 6:42 and looks worse than the other one. I spent $80.

I ordered a succulent plant for a friend’s birthday; the plant was delivered on April 4, 2019 and the plants were broken. I have emailed customer service twice, once on 4/8 and again on 4/16, and received no response. I usually have good luck with FTD, and local florist delivery. This was not a local florist who delivered, and the plant was either not packaged properly for shipment or proper care was not given in transit. I am very disappointed in the customer service, or lack thereof, that I have received and This forum seems to be only way to get a response from FTD. I will think twice on my next gift order, there are other companies out there with far better customer service. Should FTD decide to review, I will save you the trouble with asking...My order number is **.

I place an order for pink long stem roses on 4/16 to be delivered on 4/20 for my granddaughter‘s Birthday. The arrangement was never delivered and I was on and off the phone with non English speaking customer service representatives for a total of 6 to seven hours trying to find out about the delivered to be told the arrangement was on the truck and “not to worry” they will be delivered by 8 pm, no delivery at 8 then to be told since it was Easter weekend there were a lot of deliveries and “not to worry” the florist would be making deliveries until 9 pm. Of course the delivery never happened and FTD was unable to contact the florist or the driver. I was again told the arrangement would be delivered on Monday... Of course Monday comes still no delivery. Only a lot of “not to worry” the flowers are on the way.
This has been the worse experience I have EVER witness in my 70 plus years and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND using FDT for anything other than to waste your time. By the way you can plan to spend 30-35 minutes on hold to speak to an English speaking person because you won’t be able to understand anyone else. I don’t understand why these companies put non English speaking individuals on the line whom you can’t understand. I will NEVER use this Floral service EVER again. By the way it is Monday and the deliver still has not been made.

This company took my $80. Never delivered the plant to a family who JUST lost their loved one, and a month later I found out that it never was received, so when I called them they said, "I'm sorry that plant was on back order," but they never told me that nor did they tell the recipient. Just total lack of responsibility, then when I said when will it be delivered, they said, "Oh it's scheduled for today" but this is a month and a half after it was to be delivered the 1st time. Then come to find out 2 days later after our conversation about that delivery still to this day it has not been delivered.. But they still lack responsibility of this. It is a awful shame how a company can take your money and not have respect for someone's loss of life.

I ordered God's Gift Bouquet on Monday with a delivery date of Friday. I received an email stating the arrangement would be delivered on Friday. Shortly thereafter I received another email stating the delivery would be substituted with something different. I then learned the arrangement was never delivered. I called the 1-800 FTD number to speak to a customer service representative. The representative was nice and appeared to follow a predetermined script. The representative stated the vase was not available. Also stated the arrangement would not be delivered on Friday. Stated arrangement would be delivered on Saturday.
I followed up on Saturday only to learn the arrangement would not be delivered and was asked if a Monday delivery would be acceptable. I said, "Absolutely not" and demanded that the arrangement be delivered on that day. The customer service representative assured me that a different florist had been contacted and the arrangement would be delivered. An arrangement was delivered but it wasn't anything similar to the arrangement I ordered. Honestly, a grocery store would have done a better job.
Of course, I contacted FTD again. They stated they had tried many times to contact the florist to no avail. Additionally the representative stated the correct arrangement would be delivered today or tomorrow. When I asked for their statement/commitment in writing, they refused. So, I contacted the florist directly (she answered the phone right away). She explained that I had been talking to an order company who gets 30% of the order. Also explained she did not receive enough money to create the arrangement I ordered. Lesson learned. Always contact the local florist. Shame on FTD! Never again!

I order a bouquet of flowers on 4-16-2019 for my wife's birthday on 4-20-2019. This was the only gift that I purchased for her. I waited all day on the 20th for the flowers to be delivered. At 7:00 pm I called FTD to find out where my flowers were at. They informed me that they did not have a florist in my area and that the flowers would not be delivered. I can understand that they did not have a florist in the area, but they could have called me so that I could make other arrangements!!! A Birthday only comes once a year. I am so mad that I have to stop typing before I say something horrible.

My last two orders have been terrible. I have been a gold member for several years and until recently have been very satisfied. In February, flowers were delivered in frozen state and never bloomed and died in a couple days. I was sent a replacement set that were beautiful. Today's order never arrived after receiving an email that the flowers were delivered. Either my wife or I were also home all day. When I called customer service I was told that the delivery person took them back to the shop because there was no answer. I have a doorbell camera and was home, the driver never came or went to the wrong house. How can you send me a email that the flowers were delivered then? After speaking with a supervisor allegedly more flowers are going to be added to the arrangement that may come tomorrow. This is totally unacceptable. I doubt I will be usually or recommending FTD in the future.

I tried to use FTD's link to discover ETA 3 times. Never got communication. Wasted all afternoon waiting. When I called customer service, connection was terrible and representative's accent was so thick as to be unintelligible. So I can't tell what he was telling me. Flowers left on front porch without call or email. By this time, I was anticipating problems, so I kept checking the porch. I can't prove it, but I think I was not given what I paid for. I paid for the most expensive of the 3 options and this doesn't look like that. I was planning on ordering 3 arrangements in June, but I like the people I'm giving the flowers to. So, I'd rather go to the supermarket or Trader Joe's and get loose stems. Just as pretty. Less aggravation. Will never use FTD again.

Their service was good overall, but they delivered the flowers for my friend's father's funeral on the wrong day. I gave them a specific time and day. When I asked them what happened, they blamed the florist and the funeral director. If they were going to make any changes, they should have confirmed with me first. I am very upset.

I ordered the most expensive version of this birthday arrangement. I paid over $140 in total. What was received looked nothing like what I ordered. When I complained they said that a replacement would be sent. Nothing was sent. When I complained a second time they did not answer me at all. I feel totally used. This was a horrible experience. I will never use them again.

I ordered a beautiful arrangement for my daughter as a Thank You for a wonderful trip she took me on. I ordered the deluxe version which was about 15-16” tall. She received a 7” version completely different from what I ordered. I called, they could not even find the order. I filled out an email form and received an email backing stating how sorry they were and would give me 40% off my next order! Really, no thank you. I sent an email back and if don’t get a refund I will call my credit card company and tell them to dispute the charges. They just can’t continue to treat customers this way! I paid the charges in good faith and to me this is not only False Advertisement on their part but they are taking my money knowing that they are unable to fulfill the order correctly.

Absolutely awful experience. Tries to send a fruit basket as a thank you to my aunt and uncle during a difficult time in my life. They advertised the fruit basket for $30. They then tacked on a $3 and then a $19.99 fee without telling me until I completed the order without realizing. To clarify, that's over half the price of the "item" for "shipping/service" fees whatever that means. I called right away to cancel and refund because they are 1) false advertising 2) taking advantage of customers 3) lying 4) exploiting the system and a business people need and use when they are in pain or having troubles.
How awful a company model do you have to be to try to charge customers the price x over 1/2 the price for what's probably something that probably won't live up to the picture? Also the woman who refunded me on the phone thought it was an international order to try to justify the $24 extra fee (again on an item that allegedly cost $30) and it wasn't international. It was right in the US. I will never use this company again and I hope they go out of business ASAP for their corrupt and deceitful business practices.

Ordered two plant & flowers baskets to show our sympathy spending over $100.00. I didn’t expect the baskets to look identical but the sample had four different plants and then some flowers and at least one I sent had three plants total and a big pink bow for filler. Not near as big and didn’t even compare to the picture. I'm assuming the other one I sent was probably the same. I sent a message to the florist who sent the arrangement with no response. Sent a an email to FTD also and it asked if I’d like a response back which I said yes and still not a word. I should’ve known after reading the hundreds of awful reviews. Photos are what is was supposed to look like and two photos of what was sent. Will never ever use FTD again!!

Ordered Flowers on Thursday 04 April scheduled for delivery on 06 April. Got a e-mail stating unable to complete order. Call and spoke with supervisor who promised delivery on 07 April by 0900AM. Called to confirm delivery and was told that not able to complete order and was told they are sorry and would refund my money but this is the worst experience I have had with FTD. I will never use this company again and I hope that others will read this review and think long and hard about using this company. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

We ordered flowers on Friday around 1 PM. They were supposed to be delivered the same day. Saturday at 10:30 AM, we were notified that they would not deliver our order. They did not even contact us the day we ordered the flowers to let us know. That is totally unacceptable. Here we thought the flowers had already been delivered. Customer beware… You may not get your flowers delivered. Totally unacceptable! When I called to talk to a manager I was totally blown away. The only thing she had to tell me is, "We will refund the service fee." Really... I am not sure why she thought she could keep any of the money, when we didn't receive any product or service. I think that speaks volumes for the type of business this is.

I will never use FTD again. You need to fix your problems prior to offering same day service. I called to request the time my arrangement would be delivered as I spent most of the day waiting for it. I spoke with someone whom could not speak clear English. After a struggling conversation I understood that my arrangement would be delayed as there was a problem with the items not being in stock. Since I was assured that my order was coming the next day.
I waited most of the next day without my order being delivered. I called again and spoke with someone whose English skills were even worse than the first person. All I got from this conversation was that my order had not been started yet. Subsequently because I couldn't get any answers I cancelled the order. I have never been treated so poorly by a supposedly established company. For your reference my order number was **. I would be very surprised if you have many future orders at all.

I am extremely angry and upset because my order that I placed for flowers yesterday was not filled and delivered to my mom for her birthday. This is beyond terrible and disappointing. When I called customer service the representative said, "We are sorry it was not delivered. What would you like? We are sorry it didnt get filled". I'm so angry because NO ONE contacted me to tell me the order wouldn't be filled. If someone let me know I would have ordered the flowers from somewhere else. From a florist who would have delivered them to my Mom on her birthday.
I have used you guys numerous times in the past but this is an occasion that has been ruined for me. I don't live in Canada. I live in the USA and was depending on your service yesterday as you promise. However I am extremely disappointed and now my Mom sits there with no flowers from her daughter. I wish I knew I would have used a local florist who would have got the flowers to her. The worst birthday surprise ever for my Mom who had such a tough year. Thank you for ruining her special day. After choosing the perfect floral arrangement to send to my mom for her retirement, the Groupon code I entered at checkout was not accepted because it was "expired or already used", even though I'd purchased it just minutes prior. Live chat support said the code was showing up as valid on their end, but could not help me, so I called to place the order over the phone. Just before placing the order, I was told the flowers could not be delivered on Friday, but could be delivered on Thursday. I didn't want them delivered Thursday because the whole point is to deliver them on my mom's last day of work--Friday. When I asked why they couldn't deliver them on Friday, the representative simply said "I don't know." After spending entirely too much time trying unsuccessfully to place the order, I decided to go elsewhere and refund my Groupon. When I told the phone representative this, I was not even offered an apology.

I ordered flowers for a good friend father's viewing and funeral. On the day of the viewing I got an email saying they had missed the viewing. I called customer service number and was assured that the flowers would be delivered for the funeral. On the day of the funeral after the actual funeral I got an email saying they needed the address of the funeral home. This is ridiculous as I ordered the flowers from the website of the funeral home. FTD totally dropped the ball on a very important event. DO NOT USE FTD IF THE DELIVERY OF THE FLOWERS IS IMPORTANT TO YOU.

Do NOT order from FTD. They will not return your customer service emails. I ordered an extra large arrangement for $127 and it should have been white with pink and blush tones. Hydrangea and roses and small touches of greenery were featured as the photo. I understand that sometimes substitutions must be made, but the arrangement my loved one received, whose husband is dying of stage four cancer, was orange and yellow. And by the way... She hates the color orange. Which I knew ahead of time. I have emailed customer service twice with pictures and my order number on 3/12 and 3/19 and have not heard back. Today is 3/24. This company is unprofessional. And I will share my experience with anyone who will listen.

It was a special moment in my friend life. I was surprising her with a bouquet of flowers. Spoke directly to FTD and instructed them to leave them at her desk as she wouldn’t be in until later. Instead the delivery wasn’t left then they went ahead and called her to inform her she had flowers. Way to ruin a surprise. Customer service didn’t really care they ruined the surprise. They instead read off the same script.

I ordered a bouquet from here. The flowers came the next day just like I wanted and they looked great. However I ordered one that had a unique red vase, the one I received was just a cheap looking clear one with red food coloring in the water. Fairly disappointing. They didn't even say they didn't have it and needed to substitute or anything. Just did it without a word.

On 3/2/2019 I ordered a bouquet of flowers, online via a local florist, to be delivered by 3/5/2019. There were some weather issues in the Midwest at that time so I didn't think anything of it when the flowers weren't delivered that day (3/5/2019). Over a week later the flowers still were not delivered. I emailed the local florist where I had submitted my online order for some information, ie tracking number. I was given the tracking number and tracking information stopped on 3/5/2019 in KY; delivery was to be in WI.
After checking the tracking number and saw the delivery stopped there I called the florist and in turn they called FTD. FTD advised them. There was an issue of some sort (nothing specific provided to the florist) and they just stopped the delivery. They did not call the florist to advise of the issue, they just stopped delivery. Just stopped the delivery! How can you do that?!? You have someone waiting for a floral arrangement to be delivered and you just don't do it? You feel it is acceptable to just stop the delivery without notification. It is not. The florist advised they have been having problems with FTD and is in the process of finding another delivery service. Can't say I blame them. In my option, I would never, ever use or suggest FTD delivery services. They have absolutely awful customer service and obviously don't care about customer satisfaction.

I paid extra for a larger bouquet but when it was delivered it was not “Lush and Full” and did not resemble the picture I picked. It had similar flowers but mostly greenery. It was for a special occasion and I was totally disappointed in the end product. I have notified the company 3 times in the past 2 weeks and no one has responded, except for the automatic email saying they will send my comments to the right department and contact me. They say on their site that Customer Service is 24/7. I find them not responding to a customer such poor service. If you want something big and beautiful, like one of their sample pictures, I would advise not ordering from FTD.

My sister passed. I ordered flowers. I received notice that they would be delivered. Next day, after the funeral, I received notice that the flowers were not delivered because there was not a supplier in the area. I don’t think anything can be any worse than this. Heart broken.

I ordered FTD flowers straight off of their website and paid extra for same day delivery and paid their $20 "service" fee and tax. They DID NOT deliver the same day as promised. I called them in response to the email telling me that they did not deliver and got somebody with a heavy accent in another country who I had to keep asking to repeat what he said because I could not understand him. He repeated "We apologize..." in front of EVERY sentence. He made no sense, had no explanation just kept saying "we apologize". VERY ANNOYING. I will never use FTD again since they do not do what they say then I had to spend 20 minutes trying to understand somebody who can only say "We apologize". Pathetic service to pay for same day delivery and not get it and not get any explanation.

Placed order for flowers that was time sensitive. I pay extra to belong to their club. Had to choose flowers based on zip code and placed order that I got confirmation on. Flowers never arrived. Went back and found another email telling me they could not fulfill their obligations which they billed me for. All found out when it was too late to make other arrangements so major problems. Called customer service. Barely spoke English. Refused supervisor unless I gave info on person getting flowers to include their phone. They refused to help even having order number and my membership info. Thankfully my credit card company is helping me. Will use someone else. Be aware.

Update to my previous review on FTD. Had ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday from FTD. The bouquet arrived at a good time (1.30 in the afternoon). This is definitely a positive sign. The flowers are not of the best or freshest quality but that is more a problem of the local florist and not of FTD.

I live in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. Last year I had ordered flowers for my wife's birthday (a week before). When the arrangement never arrived, I called them and was told that they were having difficulties with finding a florist to deliver in my area (and this is the 5th largest city of Canada, in the Greater Toronto Area). This year I ordered through them again for my wife on Valentine's day, 4 days in advance (note: I am a FTD Gold Member). Upon return from work at 6 pm, finding nothing was delivered yet, I called them.
The customer service rep was not apologetic and instead replied that they had until 9.30 pm to deliver. The order did get delivered at around 9 pm. I just find it ridiculous that an order of flowers for Valentine's day will be delivered at 9 pm. I asked to be connected to a manager but they did not have time to talk to me, so I told the CSR that I would leave a feedback online since I could not reach anyone in management to voice my concern with.

I’m very disappointed in FTD. Poor customer service! I ordered a birthday bouquet for my Nana’s birthday. The order was placed the day before. I called them at 6:30 pm the day of delivery to check the status of the delivery, only to be informed that there was a discrepancy in the delivery and the bouquet would not be delivered until the following day. If I hadn’t called, they had no intentions of informing me that there was a delay. They offered 50% off, which was an insult to me. It was a special gift for a special person, and I wanted it to be delivered on her special day! I will never use FTD again!!! Did not order from this unreliable company!

I am so disappointed in the arrangement that was sent to my niece's family for her funeral. We spent over 80.00 on the arrangement only to discover it was not even 18" tall, all three of the white roses were wilted and browned on the outer petals, the lilies were small, not full as they should have been and all of it was stuffed poorly into a small blue vase that was probably purchased at the local Dollar Store. What a waste of money. My five year old could have put together a better arrangement with dandelions. Thinking about calling to dispute charges on my credit card as what was delivered was not what was ordered.

My husband recently got a huge promotion and as a thank you for my support he ordered a cheerful bouquet as a thank you. I was so excited and surprised when the florist pulled up to the house but was shocked at what she handed me as my husband is never one to skimp. He could have easily picked up a nice bouquet at the grocery store for a quarter the price that would have been as nice. It was such a sweet gesture but I knew he’d be so disappointed that any joy I might have gotten was replaced with guilt over knowing his intention (not a feeling you should get when receiving flowers). When he got home he was SHOCKED and furious (not the feeling you want to have after spending money on a loving gesture). He asked me to throw it out so he didn’t have to look at it but I don’t have the heart to do it so I guess it will sit as a reminder not to order FTD arrangements again.

I ordered the Simply Gorgeous Bouquet yesterday before 2 pm, and my Mom received her fresh birthday bouquet of flowers around noon today; she was beyond happy and literally in tears. Thank you so much for making her day extra special. I will definitely order again in the future!!! PS: I wish there was a way I could attach the picture of her flowers.

Never once did the representative offer to look into why despite receiving a confirmation that the flowers I had ordered the day before were delivered, there was no sign of the flowers. All I was offered was a refund or a next day delivery - when they would not mean anything. Hours later a driver arrived at my daughter's house, practically threw a substitute bouquet at her, and left without a word. Use a small local flower shop - this company is not trustworthy and is not guided by principle of promise.

My husband ordered me flowers for Valentine's Day on Feb 14th. Wanted to order chocolate covered strawberries but they wouldn’t be ready till Feb 15th. So he only got flowers so they would be delivered to my work on the 14th. The day came and went with no flowers delivered. I found out when he asked me about them later that night. Apparently these were delivered the next day, which was my day off and our office was closed the 18th. So I didn’t see wilted flowers till Tuesday, Feb 19th! The driver told our receptionist they were busy! What is that about!?!
Unfortunately my husband never does this and finally tried to make it a special day! Very upsetting and disappointing! He called customer service and they basically said “oh well, sorry”. Very poor customer service! Even if they weren’t the one delivering! They need to choose better companies they partner with! I plan on blasting this experience with reviews, etc! We will never choose FTD flowers again! They did not stand by what they promised! Delivery on the 14th!

Today I got the disappointing news that the flower arrangement that I set up with a gentleman with FTD for about 30 minutes was for nothing. The flower arrangement NEVER ARRIVED AT THE ** FUNERAL... SMH!!! What makes matters worst I asked all the necessary questions and that was one of them. The guys who assisted me with my order advised me "my order is pretty simple, and would be fine, not to worry. But if there were any issues with my order the Florist will call and advise me of the issue."
Not only did the florist NOT call me but NO ONE FROM FTD CALLED TO TELL ME THE ARRANGEMENT wasn't going to be delivered to the funeral. I received a call from a family member AFTER the damn funeral my arrangement wasn't there. I CALLED FTD...which I was told the florist threw my order out due to LOCATION... WTF!!! I'M PISSED! What does that crap even mean? If the website clearly makes you enter the ZIP CODE in to see if that particular flower arrangement could be ordered, and let's not forget I'm get assisted by a rep for FTD the whole time... Why would the Florist throw my order out??!!
It's clear this is not the time to be unprofessional. You chose this job (hopefully) because something as simple as a flower makes this time for me and my love ones get through the process a little earlier, but of course some people only set out to make things harder for others. My advice to people who are interested in this horrible flower company...DON'T DO IT!! They'll only make things worst on either an already awful day or they will turn your special day into a horrible one.

We sent a gift of dried fruit from Ct. to our son in Pa. that never arrived. I called FTD and they gave me a UPS tracking number. UPS said the package was delivered and said they would double check and call back, which they never did. I paid FTD for two things - the merchandise and the delivery. They failed on the delivery but refused to take responsibility. It was not us that chose UPS, that was FTD’s choice. Very poor customer service. FTD should have looked into the tracking. We are disputing the credit card charge.

On Feb 15th, I ordered a Zen Garden for a friend in Maine whose spouse had died on Valentine’s Day. Of all things... couldn’t be sadder. I was assured that it would be delivered that same day (that actually made me suspicious, they never promise that!). Three days later I was made aware by another friend that the item never showed up. So I called the dreaded 1.888 number several times because of being placed on ignore twice for over 25 minutes. Finally, after another attempt when the person answered, I said “Stop, don’t place me on hold”. She begrudgingly took my reference number and “researched” and said that they were unable to deliver because a designer in the area could not be located.
Seriously?? That’s a real florist’s excuse?? The item on their website is undeliverable because they don’t have a designer?? How about this... ”I’m sorry that could not be delivered as promised, would you like to reorder another item or refund?” Why has customer care and common manners gone out the window? I was told that it would be delivered that day, the18th. So... today is the 20th and still nothing has arrived. I tried the 1.888 number again for Troys Florist and it rang your over 20 min. I have now sent an email requesting a refund and an apology. I’m not gonna hold my breath. I’m probably just going to eat $78 if nothing. Live and learn. FTD hands out its letters to anyone.

I ordered my granddaughter a Valentine bouquet with vase and chocolates on 2/12/19, was assured delivery would be Friday the 15th of February. I agreed to these terms and waited to hear from our granddaughter who was excited to get goodies delivered to her. The delivery was never made, nor were we informed either by email or phone call. I spoke with an FTD customer rep today Feb. 20th and was informed that although he apologizes they must have ran out of product and was willing to do a new delivery tomorrow but as it was after Valentine's Day it would have to be a new order, he would refund our original amount and charge me for the new order either tulips with a vase or long stem roses with a vase at $63.51. I am appalled that this is the best you can do after not communicating with me to begin with. In future, we will not be using FTD.

My husband sent me Valentine's rose bouquet which also included a stuffed bear. Within less than 24 hours of receiving them they were turning brown and looked awful. We emailed customer service but have not yet heard anything from them. So apparently their customer service is as bad as their product. They charged my husband $167.00 for this crap. It’s pretty sad when supermarket flowers are nicer and last longer than any FTD florist. They don’t even deserve one star. We should have the option of giving negative stars.

Every time my family orders from FTD the flowers arrive wilted. Most recently, my dad ordered me roses for Valentine's day and they came on Feb 15th after being promised on the 14th and they're all black around the edges. I tried to contact FTD customer service via phone and the line hung up on me. So I tried their online chat function, and there was "no agent available." So I called the customer service number back again and this time I got someone who was speaking in heavily accented English (I assumed from a foreign call center) who tried to tell me that "noemail at noemail.com" was a valid email address. Awful.

Flowers delivered on time, but...they looked awful! The small arrangement for Valentine's Day came in a sealed box handed over by a delivery service like FedEx or UPS. Inside the box was a glass vase and a tightly bound bunch of flowers that appeared lifeless. The instructions said to place the flowers in water after snipping off the stems and to add half the packet (enclosed). What happened to fresh flowers prepared by the local florist and having them delivered by a smiling person? The whole idea of a beautiful arrangement arriving unexpectedly to be admired by co-workers is gone. This was NEVER stated by FTD. Never again will I call FTD.

Do not use FTD. I ordered flowers for a 2/14 delivery and they never arrived. I then spoke with Jelly who told me that they would be delivered 2/15. They never arrived. I then spoke with another rep today, 2/16, who did issue a full refund, but it still doesn't fix the fact that the flowers never arrived. HORRIBLE. It's my mother's first Valentine's day alone since she lost her husband and now I can't even give that gift to her of receiving flowers at work because of this epic FAIL!

The flowers didn’t arrive until 5:00 on a Friday after I had left the office. No follow up from them to let me know when they would actually arrive. We now have to make an extra trip down to my office to pick them up. Terrible company, terrible customer service. We will never use them again. And I hope this post convinced others not to use them either.

I would rate FTD a zero if I could. Ordered a bouquet, balloons, chocolates, and a teddy bear for my daughter in college on 2/10 to be delivered on 2/13 - the day before Valentine's. Got an email saying my order was canceled on 2/13. Called to find out why and a gentleman in India said he had no idea why and put me on hold and claimed he spoke to the florist and they would deliver on the 14th with a free upgrade. Got an email on 2/14 saying my order was canceled, and again, with no explanation and that my credit card would be refunded.
Called again asking what the hey! Another gentleman in India said he didn't know why, put me on hold, talked to the florist, came back and apologized and said they would be delivered for free the day after Valentine's on the 15th. You guessed it, nothing showed up. They tell you they are upgrading to get you off the phone. Please, please, please do not trust this horrible company. Otherwise, you and your loved one will be sorely disappointed. Call a florist direct. That's what I did and had flowers delivered on the 15th, the day after Valentine's. This experience just totally broke my heart -- for the first time since my daughter was in kindergarten she didn't get flowers from Mom and Dad on Valentine's Day. And the fact that it was her first year away from home in college made it all the more gut-wrenching.

Been ordering flowers from FTD for many years and have always had a good experience. Well, ok; there was that one time the flowers smelled like cigarette smoke, but that turned out to be the fault of the delivery guy, not FTD. Makes me wonder how FTD vets their florists… Anyway, this year I ordered several days in advance of Valentine’s Day as I always had, was guaranteed delivery on the 14th to my place of work (wife works here also). All looked normal as it always had.
The 14th came and went. No flowers. Hard to explain to my wife that there are no flowers for her on Valentine’s Day. Got a call later that evening from the florist who was trying to deliver the flowers long after my office had already closed, and long after the time FTD says it guarantees delivery to businesses. It's hard when the internet says FTD is the best flower delivery company out there. How can this be? It appears that something has changed fundamentally with FTD in recent years, and that they do not vet their florists the same way they used to. The quality of the flowers over the past few years has gone downhill, and this year, wow. Not sure what I can say other than look elsewhere. I just cannot recommend doing business with FTD until which time they get back to a culture of good customer service including vetting their florists with much stricter guidelines as they once had.

Like others have said, if I could give 0 stars, I would. This has to be the worst experience I have had with a floral company ever. I spent A LOT of money on a floral arrangement for my mom for Valentine's Day. I had the order confirmed to be shipped on February 14th. I go all day constantly refreshing my email waiting for the delivery confirmation, and never got it. I called about 10 times throughout the day and could not speak to a single person, it would ring and ring with no answer or I the call would drop.
I eventually called at MIDNIGHT to ask about my order and was told "the local florist could not fulfill delivery." I was not notified at all. They apologized for the inconvenience and told me they would give me a free upgrade (more flowers apparently). The flowers were finally delivered on February 15th around noon. They look NOTHING like the order I placed. And that upgrade they promised? Doesn't look they upgraded much of anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. UNRELIABLE.

About 20 minutes ago I receive an email stating they tried to call me... Nothing!!! And that my order wasn't able to be processed and that I needed to call them. Unable to get a manager to speak with the rep said nobody is available. Now they are offering to upgrade the order with no explanation on what the upgrade is exactly. I ordered a dozen roses for my girlfriend for Valentine's day. I ordered the flowers in January so they had plenty of time to know my order. I paid $70+ for 12 roses and a vase, including Extra so that they would be ensured to be delivered on February 14th, before 12pm, so she would get them before she went to work. I quickly learned I should have looked at reviews before using this company. I guess I was just excited to order her surprise flowers.
The day they were supposed to be delivered, I got an email with a tracking number saying they were out for delivery. I kept trying to track my flowers, but it only said that a customer rep would contact me via email, which never happened. I tried multiple times throughout the day, along with other means of contact, like trying their Live Help Line on the website (Which just took me to a blank page with tiny text saying that nobody was available to take my request), and calling their number (I was hung up on before anyone even answered).
I found out today (Feb. 15th) that my flowers were not even made until this morning, a full day later than I paid for, and were then delivered. While I'm happy they even got there at all, and my girlfriend said the flowers are beautiful, it is still absolutely ridiculous how horrible the service is. I would have at least liked someone to tell me that they are running late due to order volume, cause then I would understand what's happening with my order instead of thinking it was lost. As a disclaimer, I completely understand that valentines is a busy day for any flower company, and the delivery being a little late would be understandable. But customer service was completely abysmal, and again, I paid extra to ensure on time delivery. I really should have checked online reviews first, and I will not be using this company again.

My boyfriend ordered flowers for me to my job for Valentine’s Day. It was supposed to be a surprise but by 330 pm he finally asked me “you didn’t get a delivery of flowers to your job? They emailed me saying delivered at 235 pm”. I walked around the office and No flowers to be seen. They were never delivered. I spent over an hour trying to call the FTD number and kept getting hung up on or the call would not go through. I finally got ahold of some woman and begged her to not hang up on me. I just wanted some answers or at least a REFUND OF THE 75 dollars to my boyfriend. The woman said the florist that was supposed to deliver the flowers was closed, I said give me the name or number. What florist closes at 430 on Valentine’s Day? She said she “couldn’t disclose that information.” What a joke. She said she’d take care of it and hung up.
I will probably never get these flowers and even if I do a week from now so what? The point was to receive them on VALENTINES DAY? My boyfriend spent $20 alone on a delivery fee, what delivery?! My boyfriend and I Spent the evening annoyed and frustrated- what a way to spend Valentine’s Day. This company is a scam and a disgrace. They should be ashamed ruining people’s holidays/funerals/thoughtful gestures and stealing people’s money. FTD probably stands for FAKE TULIP DELIVERY. STAY AWAY.

If I could rate zero stars I would. I ordered flowers the day before Valentine’s Day early in the afternoon to be delivered to my wife at her work at the school where she teaches. On the morning of Valentine’s Day I called and requested the flowers be delivered prior to 330 when the school closes. I was told that I could not make a request such as this and that they were not allowed to let me know which florist was doing the actual delivery so I could call them. I was told I would just have to wait for an email confirmation from FTD that They had been delivered. I received an email at 3:30 the exact time my wife leaves work that my order had been canceled and they were unable to do the delivery. When I called I was told that I will have to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund and was not even offered an apology. Will never use them again. Suggest that nobody ever uses them.

Updated on 01/11/2020: So, a follow up from earlier post. Flowers arrived very late afternoon, but at least they got there. I also paid for a balloon. The site does not let you select the message (happy birthday, anniversary etc), but states the appropriate message balloon will be added based on the occasion. This was booked as a birthday event. Balloon delivered - plain, cheap, no message at all on it. My advice, don’t use FTD flowers. Very unprofessional and you never know what you will get if the gift even gets delivered.
Updated on 01/11/2020: I ordered flowers for my girlfriend last Valentine and they were never delivered. I was given a refund but it didn’t stop the day being ruined. I stupidly decided to give them another this month (Jan 2020), to have flowers delivered to her at the same workplace for her birthday, before she finished work obviously. The so called ‘tracking’ just said ‘with florist’ at 2:30pm. I called customer then it all came flooding back. Customer say they are calling the florist and put you on hold, then they say they have spoken to the florist and he is going to ‘update them when they have been delivered’. I asked why the florist can’t say if they are being prepared or are already out for delivery, or on the next van leaving etc. Just kept getting told they will update is when delivered. I have zero confidence they shall get there before she leaves work. Terrible service with no real tracking or genuine customer service. I shall post an update at end of day.

I called them late in the afternoon on Valentine’s Day to see if they could see where they were. An automated message, (after several minutes on hold), tells you that they cannot give updates until they get the lists of deliveries back in the evening, so they shall inform you next day? I am pretty sure my girlfriend would have informed me herself, had they arrived. My Advice, do not use this company under any circumstances. I am now trying to get a refund.

I made 2 online orders for flowers to be delivered to my daughters in Canada for Valentine's Day. The orders totaled over $400/CND. After 6 emails from them for changes to the vases and types of flowers available and numerous telephone calls to confirm the changes were acceptable... They lost both orders and could not find them in their system. This is despite me providing them with email evidence of their order confirmation. This went on for 3 days, from the order date on February 11 to February 14th. On top of that my visa card was charged for the full amount. I am not looking forward to trying to get this resolved!! Very disappointing experience with this company. I got lured by GROUPON in order to buy FTD deal of $40 with in flowers for $15. I purchased, I schedule delivery for February 13th on the same day by 12:30pm since policy indicates: Orders before 2pm local time will be guaranteed delivery. Remember I had to pay extra $20 same day delivery. I received a confirmation email at 3:50pm stating that the delivery already took place. 4:53pm 800 FTD number calls me to apologize for the inconvenience but local florist wasn't able to fulfill delivery on that day. I was upset and disappointed then.
The person on the phone convinced me to take the delivery on February 14th instead and the extra fee for same delivery will be reimbursed, I request a confirmation email. They said it would take up to 5 days to get $10.80 back into my debit card for extra delivery fee reimbursement. So I went on with the change. I was hoping to hear my girlfriend all excited about the gift, but no it didn't happened. I called to check status at 5:30pm the 800 FTD number and after 5-6 tries I got to speak with someone, hard to understand since it seems they are in India. It was more like a broken English.
They told me the delivery wasn't there yet posted on their screen. To please be patient since they policy says to expect delivery between 9am to 9pm local time. 20 minutes after 9pm and at least 8-9 tries to communicate with the 800 FTD number someone answered. They said they were very sorry but they didn't see my delivery was made. I was very upset and disappointed that I just cancel my order since they were unable to fulfill they false promises. Now I have to wait patiently for my refund and I can only say something. ** This Delivery FTD.

At 10:20 PM I received an email saying that the flowers have been delivered. Lie! I will be canceling my membership and requesting my money back in full. Ordered flowers for my mom for Valentine’s Day a week ago. This being my 95 yr old mom's first Valentine’s Day since my dad passed after 65 yrs of marriage. He asked me to be sure my mom always had flowers on Valentine’s Day and their anniversary. Flowers had not delivered by 5:00 so I called, they promised me they’d be delivered by 6:00. Now I know they lied just to get me off the phone. By 9:00, still no flowers. I called again and on hold for a supervisor for 35 minutes. No compassion or care from the company whatsoever. I’ve been an FTD Gold member for many years. They did not care about my years as a customer or their failure to deliver today. Offered only a small discount and delivery tomorrow. Gold membership cancelled. I will NEVER do business with FTD again.

I placed two orders for my wife and daughter a week ago to be delivered on 2/14/19. They work at the same place. Daughter got hers in the morning but my wife’s never arrived. Called the 1800 number and got disconnected 11 times. Finally got through only to have the customer service person tell me that it couldn’t be delivered because they didn’t have a physical address which is total BS. She could not explain how they managed to deliver my daughter's flowers. She then tried to end the call and I demanded a supervisor. I spoke to the supervisor who told me that it wasn’t delivered because it was outside the florists delivery area. Again, couldn’t explain why my daughter's flowers made it but not the wife’s. I demanded and eventually received a refund. Don’t get angry with these people but do be firm and demand resolution. Get the names of everyone you speak to. I will never use FTD again. They have poor customer service and obviously don’t care.

I placed an order on 02/08/09 to have a fruit arrangement delivered to my wife's high school, where she works, delivered today 02/14/19 Valentine's Day. Nothing could possibly go wrong because I ordered almost a week in advance, right? To my surprise, not only did my wife not receive her arrangement today, but school is out until Tuesday of next week. I made 14 phone call attempts to only be disconnected on half of them and the line busy the rest. After finally getting through I was told that they would love to deliver the arrangement to my home tomorrow since my wife would be home, but unfortunately the arrangement was only available for Valentine's Day. WHAT? I was then offered a floral arrangement but my wife HATES flowers. I requested a refund that was eventually granted in full but Valentine's Day is ruined now. Never shopping here again.

I have been using FTD for years -- this is the last time, unfortunately. The quality assurance (or lack there of) is not what it use to be. I could always count on FTD -- not anymore. Droopy petals looking more like a 1-800-Flower hodgepodge mess. So I decided I would give them another try. I ordered TWO different flowers going to "two" different locations: one in MO. and the other in TX. One was supposed to be delivered on 2/13 and the other in the morning 2/14 (I paid extra). Called mom to see if she had received her gift. Nope. So I thought I'd wait to see if it will be delivered today. Meanwhile, I see an email today that the items were "unavailable" from the florist -- the items that were being delivered in TX. I'm livid by now.
Call the agent -- and no offense, but I could not understand a single word they were saying. All of their customer service seems to be in India. I politely disconnect and told the gentleman, I will call back and speak to someone else. Second time I receive a female -- also from India. She too had a very strong accent, but she seemed to be a little more knowledgeable. I tell her about the email, tell her, "Is there anything else I can get to send to my BFF in TX.?" I told her I don't care what it is as long as it is delivered (as guaranteed) before 2PM as we are in a school and we are not in school tomorrow. She has me on hold forever and kept saying, "I'm looking at your order, ma'am."
Finally, I said, "May I just have the number to the local florist that you are using so that I can make certain that this order is available?" Of course she says she doesn't have that information. She finds a replacement, guarantees me that it will be there before 3PM. This conversation happened at 8:45 AM. By 9AM I receive another email that the item is "unavailable" at the local florist!!! Whhhaattt??? Are you kidding me? The employee even placed the order and it still doesn't go through? I am absolutely livid now. No flowers. Again!!! Now have to call back a 3rd time...(ugh)...Someone else from Indian, has me on hold forever and tells me they can deliver tomorrow? WHAT???
I finally just canceled. Who wants it after the fact? My poor friend has lost so much, and all we wanted to do was show her that she wasn't left out of Valentine's Day -- Well, forget that! I tell the gentleman on the phone I realize it is not his fault. But this isn't right and completely unacceptable. I should be given something for my troubles today. At the very least a free bouquet. That may have restored my faith in this company. Nope. What do I get? $15 off my next order. Are you kidding me??? $15.00? This was the last chance. For years the quality has gone down hill. I ordered Roses on 2/7/2019, a whole week in advance of Valentine's Delivery! They never showed up and I was never notified that they would not be delivered! The only reason I found is via 45 min Live Chat at 630 PM to see where they were! Apparently the roses were "not available"! But they can deliver them on the 19th if Id like... Ummm NO, I ordered them for Valentine's Day dinner, not a random day next week!!! FTD SUCKS AND I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU DON'T EITHER!!!

I placed an order for a flower display to be delivered on Valentine's Day. Throughout the day I kept checking on the order and at 4:07 PM I received an email saying the local florist could not fulfill my order. Two days after placing the order and late on Valentine's Day they tell me this. Then I try calling the 800 number and it's busy. I finally get through and speak to a rep who asks if I want to send another arrangement that won't arrive until tomorrow. I tell him that's pointless, and he then asks if I want a refund, which was the dumbest question ever. So not only are they poor at executing but they have people on the phone that struggle to speak the language and understand the problem in front of them. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I SUGGEST THE SAME FOR ANYONE ELSE THINKING ABOUT IT.

We ordered flowers for our daughter to be delivered on Valentine's Day. The order was guaranteed delivery on 2-14. Now our tracking shows them to be delivered on 2-15. No help from FTD - "They're sorry and will refund 20%." That is just not enough. You sure are quick to accept payment of $65 with your guarantee but as soon as you can't meet your own guarantee we only get back $13?? Now there will be flowers delivered several days out of water so their freshness won't even be what was guaranteed. I will never buy from this company again and I will never recommend them. I hope other's have better luck.

I put an order through on February 8th and accidentally cancelled it when trying to message them about a giftcard code that I had and they didnt ask for it at check out. I called them immediately and told them I do not want to cancel it. The woman on the phone said, "Okay no worries, your order will be delivered on the 12th as promised." I said, "Okay, you're positive?" She said yes. So on Monday the 11th, I got an email saying it was cancelled. I called them and the lady said, "She cancelled it and refunded you, you can go back on and reorder it." So I ordered it AGAIN for the 13th. I check the tracking on the 13th and it says should be delivered by the end of the day on the 14th. I called them and said what is the point of choosing a date if you're going to just pick whatever date you want to deliver it?? I will never use this service again. I've had other bad experiences with them and tried to give them another chance. Never again.

I ordered a Valentine's arrangement for my fiancé on Monday, February 11, 2019. I received an email on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 stating that the product that I chose was not available in my area and to contact their customer service department. I spoke with a lady in customer service who told me that they could not substitute another product and that my money would be refunded. She then went on to say that I could choose another product on their website and complete a totally different transaction to get flowers delivered to my fiancé. I explained to the lady that I just wanted a refund. She told me that she would send a confirmation email to my inbox indicating my choice to receive a refund.
More than two hours later, another representative from FTD contacted me and asked if it was okay if the local florist used a different vase for the flowers that I ordered. I explained to this customer service representative that my order was supposedly cancelled. The representative told me that there was no indication on my account that my order was cancelled. I explained to the representative that I did indeed wish to cancel my order. Once again, I was told that an email indicating that my order was cancelled was being sent to my inbox. I am very frustrated and I’ll be surprised if I ever see my money again.

I order flowers for my boyfriend on Friday to be delivered Monday. I got an email stating that they were delivered but they were not. So I tried to call and figure out what was going on with the order. The person who answered could not have been more rude. She argued with me about them being delivered. She did not offer to help. Only after I asked for the Sup, she offered to call the florist. They said they tried calling him - they did not. She said there was nothing and I have to wait. I asked her to change it in the system to 'not delivered' she told me she could not do that either. I ended up canceling the order because the flowers never showed up. They also would not give me the florist information to call them. All around it was a terrible experience.

I ordered flowers through USAA FTD for a young single woman for Valentine’s Day. The flowers I picked were shown in a baby boy vase. I asked if I could have a clear plain vase and was told yes - no problem. I stressed the importance of getting the vase correct and I questioned the size and number of flowers. I ordered the “exquisite” version. Well...the flowers arrived in the new baby boy vase and the flowers looked nothing like the photo. I complained so they replaced the order with the correct vase but this time the flowers looked even worse. I will not order from USAA again. It is a rip off.

Wanted to send my daughter a 'new baby' arrangement in the hospital to mark the arrival of my first grandchild. First FTD emailed me to tell me that 'no local florists will deliver to that hospital because of parking issues' (which I later found out was a lie, all the local florists deliver there) and then told me that the product I ordered was not available in that market so they'd have to substitute something else (which I reluctantly agreed to).
Since they wouldn't deliver to the hospital, they asked for another address and I gave my daughter's home (which is gated) and told them to call her if the gate was shut, and gave her phone #. They said this was fine. Two days go by, my daughter never said anything so I asked if she received the flowers. She said no. So I called FTD AGAIN and they could not explain why no delivery. First tried to say they didn't have the second order, but when I proved to them they credited my credit card for the first order and then charged me again, they found the second order with the new address (but still couldn't explain non-delivery).
I asked why they opened a second order when they could just have changed the address on the first one (again, no explanation). Finally I told them to forget it, credit my account for the second order as well and cancel everything. What a waste of four days and I missed the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to send flowers to my daughter IN THE HOSPITAL for the new baby. I subsequently researched local florists and every one of them said on their websites that they deliver to that hospital. I placed an order directly with one of them and they delivered same day. It seemed to me like FTD just wants to take your money and either deliver an inferior product or not bother to deliver at all (and doesn't bother to tell you they didn't, either). They're horrible and I will never use them again or recommend them. 1800Flowers or Teleflora is far better.

The online order was placed for a funeral in a small town and the company charged my account. However, the day of the scheduled delivery I was told unfortunately they can’t place the order unless I provide another address other than the funeral home. The home address is also in the same small town so the customer service rep continued to imply the order could be delivered to the home the next day. The company actually couldn’t make a delivery at all to the town and wasted my time and money by allowing the order to be placed and acting like they can resolve my issue. I would have rather my refund be issued instead of wasting time I could have spent trying to find another florist.

I ordered a specific order for same day delivery, paid extra for same day, upgraded to the next size up, more flowers, etc. Well it wasn’t even close to what I ordered. I get the substitution if not available but this wasn’t even in the same country. After calling and on hold because they could find my order they refunded me $4.99 same day delivery fee, and that’s it. Not even, "I'm sorry for the mix up". I recently purchased flowers for my aunt’s funeral and they arrived nothing to what I paid for. When emailing the company I received NO response back from them. I paid for a lovely wreath full for beautiful flowers with barely any greenery and in returned received a wreath that was more green than anything. It was so sad. My sister also ordered a vase for my aunt’s funeral, she paid more money for the fuller vase and in return received the same amount of flowers as the cheaper version. I can only imagine what that one would have looked like if she ordered it. I Will NEVER EVER order flowers from them again.

What a disappointment. I spent $78 for an arrangement for a friend's surgery. The bouquet was nothing like what I ordered. I called and they said they would get a new bouquet out right away and I would get an email notification of delivery. 2 days later a new bouquet arrived and still no email notification. The bouquets shown on their website are FALSE advertising 'cause you're not getting what you think you're ordering. Very poor quality and very poor customer service. I will NEVER use again.

FTD promised and guaranteed a Saturday delivery and it didn’t happen until Sunday. 25+ emails and ten days later and still no refund for their screw up. Worst service ever!!! Avoid FTD. They do not stand behind their satisfaction guarantee!!! If you use a credit card, dispute the charges from FTD. Go on social media and tell all your friends not to use FTD.

I ordered a flower bouquet for my girlfriend's birthday, which was easy enough to navigate through on the website. Sunday delivery was also a big plus, but that's where the positive things end. I was supposed to get a confirmation for my order within 24 hours, but the confirmation never came. So I sent an email to ask if my order came through and is being processed. My email got ignored and I didn't get a reply. I tried checking the status of my order, but all it said was that it is being processed by a florist and I will get an email. I never got a status update email.
Three days after I had placed my order I still didn't get any reply, so I sent another email and told them to cancel my order. And you probably guessed right, I still didn't get a reply. In the end my order came through and got delivered although I asked them to cancel it. I had ordered flowers from a different service in the meantime so that I got charged twice now. If any of the people working at FTD would be capable of reading and replying to customer mails, this wouldn't have happened. This is horrible customer service and I can't recommend anyone to use this service ever. Go look somewhere else for your own sake.

I ordered flowers online for a family in another town whose loved one had died for a group of friends. I put in the address and they took my order. On the day of delivery I checked the status at 3pm after hearing nothing and not a single thing had been done. They just said they couldn't secure a florist in that town. I was not alerted in any way that it was not happening. Every florist online was closed at that point on Saturday. They are telling me I'll be refunded, but we'll see how smoothly that goes. Will never use this service again.

This has to be the worst floral delivery company. My boyfriend ordered flowers to be delivered on my 55th birthday at my office. The flowers never showed up and no one at customer service knew where the flowers were. The flowers were supposed to be delivered on a Friday at my office. They shipped them in a box through the postal service. They sat at the Post Office from Friday, 1/11/19 (my birthday) until Monday when picked up by our company's mailroom. Needless to say only 4 out of 24 roses opened and by Wednesday there were half dead and by Friday of that week they were all dead. Who mails fresh flowers in a box through the Postal Service? My advice is never ever used this company for floral service.

I ordered flowers for a special birthday to be delivered on 1/24. I ordered them a week early to make sure they had plenty of time. They were delivered the same day after specifically asking to have them delivered on the 24th. The birthday surprise is ruined. When I called customer service to tell them what happened, it was suggested by Christian that I have them send the same bouquet on the 24th. That makes absolutely no sense. He talked me into ordering a different bouquet to "make it better." He offered me a small discount ($8.00) and told me the other bouquet would be refunded. Instead of refunding me, they charged me the same amount twice.
After staying on hold for about 20 minutes, I was told by supervisor Lawrence that the way they work is to charge the same amount and then discount the offered discount. What?! Then he offered me an additional 40% discount. So now, I have two charges on my card with the promise of three refunds in 24 hours. I honestly don't know how they are still in business. I wish I would have done more research. I will NEVER order anything from them again.

I will never use FTD.com again. I ordered flowers to be delivered on a specific date (with plenty of time to meet that date) and received an email that it was delivered but my recipient did not receive. When I called the next day and reported it they said they would contact the florist and get upgraded flowers delivered that day but that also did not happen. Apparently the florist contacted my recipient and arranged for a Monday delivery (this was a Saturday) so then FTD tried to tell my recipient changed the date but that was not the case.
I called on Monday and was once again assured UPGRADED flowers would be sent and I fought and finally received a 20% discount but still not enough because it did not cover the delivery fee that was charged for the original Friday delivery. I got a picture of the flowers sent and I question if they even looked like the picture of the original flowers - seemed much smaller so no way was it an upgrade! Bottom line I will NEVER use FTD again - I understand problems happen but the customer service was not at all what I would expect!

I ordered flowers for my mom for her birthday because I was disappointed I could not make it out to see her that weekend. Ordering was easy, the selections were beautiful. They took my money no problem. However, my mom never received the flowers. It was devastating to me. And FTD sent me an email letting me know the delivery was on the way. When my mom said she didn't receive the delivery I inquired only to be sent an email stating the flowers were delivered. Where?? At this point no one could answer my questions. Losing money is one thing but the fact that my mom did not receive the flowers for her birthday was even worse. I used this company because like others I thought it was reputable. IT IS NOT! Use someone else if you actually want a product. Wish I'd read the reviews first.

The flowers that I ordered were beautiful, The delivery time was great, but the flowers that were delivered were completely wrong! They looked awful compared to what I requested. The colors nor flowers were right. I could have walked around my neighborhood and picked those flowers and put them together myself. Lesson learned, will never order flowers online again!

Extremely disappointed in the level of customer service from FTD. I paid $110 for same day delivery that never happened. I get an email stating that the room that my mom was in was not allowed to receive flowers, which was a complete lie. My mom was in the room and receiving flowers from others. FTD said this florist would keep trying to deliver. Fast forward 30 hours later, and all I hear is crickets. No update, no delivery, nothing. Trying to call FTD is an absolute nightmare. I had to try 3-4 times to get through and when I get through I couldn't even understand the person on the phone.
I then had to go through over 10 minutes of verifying my order, which this rep had all the information I already gave him, name, delivery address, order number, etc. Super frustrating. Then all I wanted was to cancel the order and get my money back. So I'm put on hold two times again. Then a supervisor "Grace" gets on the phone and doesn't even ask what she could do for me to make this right.
She insisted the florist tried to deliver yesterday and couldn't. When I asked why they haven't delivered today since it's been over 30 hours she asked if I called the florist which is hard to do because FTD never supplied the name of the florist. After much pain and frustration I was told I would get a refund. I will never purchase from FTD nor any florist affiliated with FTD because of this experience. FTD did not care, did not ask to make it right, did not deliver as promise and did not provide good customer service. All I wanted to do is brighten my mother's day and all I got in return was frustration from FTD.

It was a small funeral and there weren't very many flowers. If the flowers I ordered were there it would have been easy to find them. They weren't. I stepped out into the foyer of the mortuary and called FTD to inquire about the order. They put me through about 10 minutes of verifying the order. I was at the viewing and told them so. They were very disrespectful of the situation and required a lot of information from me before they would even look up the order. Then they put me on hold for about 10 minutes. I finally hung up. They didn't even try to call back.
I called again the following morning and went through the whole verification routine again. Then they came back on the phone and told me the flowers had been delivered. I told them they had not and I wanted my money back. They offered to have them delivered to the residence but what good is that? The funeral was over. They agreed to refund my money to my credit card and I told them if it wasn't I would contest the charge on my card. The worst part of this experience wasn't that the flowers weren't delivered. Mistakes happen. The worst part is their customer service. It's terrible. I will never order from them again.

I ordered the “I’ll be Home” bouquet in exquisite for my mother for Christmas and I was utterly disappointed by what was delivered, the bouquet was nothing like what I was promised through their website. What arrived included flowers that were not supposed to be in the bouquet, the greenery was thrown over the flowers and was clearly added at the last second, and the green foam that the flowers are in was visible from the side.
I immediately called FTD, to ask for a new one (exactly like what the website showed) to be delivered the next day, and the woman said, "Not a problem. It would be there for Christmas Eve." Nothing arrived on Christmas Eve, so I called back and asked again for a new one to be delivered on Boxing Day, and I was told that it would be there on Boxing Day. Again nothing arrived. I called a third time on the 26th and asked for a new arrangement to be sent and the woman guaranteed it would be there by the 27th. Big surprise, nothing arrived!! I finally called back on the 29th and spoke with a manager and once again explained my whole situation, only to find out that nothing had even been marked on my file/order to show that I was to be sent a new bouquet.
The manager could’ve cared less, and said it would be impossible to send me a new bouquet at this point because my original order had been refunded. When I pressed him again saying that I don’t care that my original order was refunded, I still wanted a new bouquet sent to my mother, the most he could do was offer me a $25 gift card for my next order (which doesn’t even comparable to all the crap I went through with customer service). All in all, they care very little about their customers and about the quality of their products and services. I will never be ordering from them again and I will not be recommending them to anyone in the future.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Christmas Eve. I ordered them a few days in advance. Not only were they not delivered but FTD never contacted me. I contacted them on the 26th and they said they were sorry and that they would deliver them the next day and would refund the amount charged to my CC. Today they still have not been delivered and when I called they told me it was because they were out of that bouquet. That's it! They never planned to call me. Today is the 29th and they told me they will deliver the flowers on the 3rd. Oh and should they change the card to "Happy New Year". No apologies or anything. I will never order from FTD again. After numerous attempts to contact the company l was able to send an email and get a response stating that delivery could not be completed because no one is there. It was a place of business which I confirmed was open. Several more attempts to contact them took me to the Philippines and then to Illinois. I was given a refund. No loss to them, but my gift to my wife on her birthday was ruined by FTD. Never again!!

I wish I would have read review before using this company, but I always looked at FTD a reputable company. After reading reviews everyone has the same problem. FTD does not deliver. I was so patient. Flowers should have been delivered on Friday Dec 21, but the evening I called FTD and inquired they didn't have an answer. Promise me an email with an update, no email. Saturday I felt confident they would deliver, no delivery. FTD subcontracts with these florist and they don't have a better means of communication to avoid a break in customer service??? They lied and said they try to deliver but no was home and no one answered the phone. I said funny, my mother is 88 years old, where would she be??? Why didn't the florist call me?
So because of this company's lack of work ethics, it had such a huge impact on my mother's Christmas. These flowers was one additional gift to put a smile on her face and your company stole that from her. I will never?!!! Purchase anything from your company again. And I would warn anyone that is purchasing flowers don't order from this company from the reviews I am not the first. How many times does your company keep the proceeds and the buyer never realized you didn't deliver???

I ordered a beautiful red centerpiece from FTD. It was $ 77 which is not cheap. I received a small white centerpiece of mostly carnations. Very poor quality. Trying to get customer service to help is a long frustrating process. The associates are not entirely fluent in English. I will not order with FTD again.

We live in a very rural area (pop ~25). This being said, FTD was the only delivery service available for our area - actually they shipped it FedEx. The 800 #'s for flowers just told me, "Sorry we don't deliver to your zip." Very happy that FTD would do it for us.

The flowers were frostbitten from shipment, then customer service tried to blame UPS, then my 96 year old mother, saying she bought cheap flowers so shouldn’t expect quality flowers for $40. Several problems with them. First I ordered from them online because they had a 20% off special happening on everything, no coupon required. Their website was being buggy so I refreshed the page. When I refreshed it and placed my order I realized the 20% off was no longer applied, even though it was still advertised on the website. I emailed them about it and still haven’t heard anything back.
Second, they missed the delivery date. No call, no email, no warning at all saying the flowers weren’t delivered. I paid $80 several days in advance, I think they should have warned me they weren’t going to arrive. Even when I called they couldn’t give me a reason as to why they weren’t delivered. They did give me 20% off for the inconvenience, So I finally got that original 20% off I guess. Still not a great thing because it was for a new bosses first day and now the moment had passed for the gesture. Third, the message I wrote on the card wasn’t delivered with it, it didn’t even say it was from me. Luckily I was there to tell her it was from me. Also they said they would email me when it was delivered but I never got that email. So currently I’m still waiting on my 20% back and am just unimpressed with the whole process.

I feel like my review will seem like a scam, but I'm honestly confused by all of the negative reviews. FTD was the ONLY website I could find with both of the holiday plants that I wanted available for immediate delivery. Had a great sale going and sent the plants to two separate addresses. BOTH were delivered perfectly on time and I received wonderful feedback from each of the recipients. They couldn't believe the amazing quality. Ordered a special Thanksgiving bouquet - large expensive centerpiece for family dinner. Paid for delivery on Wed Nov 21 (The day before Thanksgiving), delivery was supposed to be guaranteed by 6 PM... Assured my brother-in-law that I had the floral centerpiece covered for the Thanksgiving dinner. Flowers never arrived the day before Thanksgiving or the day of Thanksgiving or at all. Great hassle on website trying to track down the order, finally called and had a dreadful experience with customer service. They’re only suggested solution was to deliver Thanksgiving bouquet two days after Thanksgiving, when family were all going to be out of town and the dinner would be long over. The inexplicable part was they didn’t contact me to say there would be no delivery, or that the delivery date had been missed. Nothing open on Thanksgiving day for me to go by replacement... Never will use this site again.

What a disappointment. Ordered over $100 flower arrangement for our daughter, to be delivered to her work, so that she would be appreciated throughout the day. Flowers arrived at 4:30, 1/2 hour before she leaves, and quality was terrible. FTD response has been nothing from my inquiry online to customer service, other than an email acknowledging receipt of the form.

I ordered for my mother's birthday 18 red roses...her favorite. She received an ugly brown thing that looked like a centerpiece or something that would sit on a casket. Not even close. When I emailed custserv@ftd.com, I got silence. I don't know these guys stay in business. Avoid at all cost.

I purchased flowers for my bf for his birthday. Because of our distance I figured online would be the best option. Unfortunately I ran into FTD. I ordered their biggest batch of flowers. I was so embarrassed when he sent me a picture of what he received. It looked like they had been stolen from someone’s front yard. Wilted, sad, not enough flowers. If the largest batch looked like that, I am curious to see what the smallest one looked like. I was so disappointed and embarrassed. I sent an email complaint twice and no response. NEVER USE FTD. They’re a scam. I paid over 100 US dollars for garbage. I wish I could post pictures. I’m sure you’d get a good laugh at it. Garbage company. Garbage customer service. Needs to shut down.

I ordered the mid size Beyond Blue bouquet for my aunts funeral through the funeral homes website. The bouquet was extremely small. Not even close to being like the photo. To say that I was disappointed is an understatement. I spent $50.00 on that bouquet and then another 20.00 to get it delivered and then add tax. So for almost 80.00 I got a bouquet that was less than what I could have walked into Owen's or any other store that has ready made and picked up a much nicer and Bigger arrangement. Never again will I ever use this company. I was talking to another family member about it and she said that the same thing happened to her and she won't use them either. Not sure if it is the florist that you guys are using or if you are not paying for what we order and are reducing our orders to a smaller version. Whatever it is, we are getting ripped off and you are losing customers. I only need to get burnt once and you got it. Never ever again.

I ordered a basket of flowers for my wife’s birthday on Thursday for delivery for Saturday. Four days later, the flowers have still arrived. I had to call customer service to inquire what happened. They never contacted me. They had excuses that the local florist did have the irises, and therefore did not deliver the basket. No one ever contacted me and I have called them four times. FTD is very poor on communication. I am disappointed that my wife never received my gift.

How many times do you have to allow yourself to be a disappointed by a company that fails to deliver to your loved ones? This is the third time they have failed to deliver. This time they failed to deliver to my mother for her 79th birthday. Previously, they failed to deliver to my wife and my granddaughter. They didn't even try to call me and advise they couldn't deliver from the florist they chose.

I placed an order the day before my friend's birthday. The flowers never arrived. I called that evening and I was told they were “delivered” but sometimes that means nobody was home. Nobody left a delivery notice on her door, nobody called her or me. The next day FTD said they would leave instructions to leave them at the door. She comes home from work. They still aren’t there. I called FTD several times, every time they claim to be on the truck arriving in 5-10 minutes. 7:15 PM rolls around and still nothing has arrived. They agree to refund me and admit the flower shop never got back to them. All of a sudden at 7:30 the flowers arrive. They are similar colors but nothing close to the amount of roses in the “luxury” arrangement I paid for. Do yourself a favor and call a local flower shop. FTD is useless and flower shops have no shame ripping you off since they don’t have to face you!

Ordered flowers on Sunday around 12pm for same day delivery. First time ordering from FTD. My order processed with no issues. The order was never delivered. I called the next day and was told that the local florist had a cutoff before noon for same day delivery. Nowhere did it say that when I ordered and it allowed my order to go through. If there was a cutoff and I was ordering after it, why would it allow me to complete my order?
Monday afternoon FTD called me to let me know that the florist attempted delivery earlier that day. They also told me that the florist tried calling the number listed for the recipient. This was not true as I put my number as the recipient and received no call from anyone. FTD told me that they would issue me a refund for the same day fee, which they did but they also told me they would give me an upgrade to my order. I didn't receive it. The order was finally delivered on Tuesday night around 6. It didn't look anything like the picture listed. Very disappointed with FTD.

The flower count was correct. The flower types were acceptable. But the flowers were small, brown, and wilted. I paid $90 for trash. When I called CS, they offered to bring me replacement flowers, but flowers the day after an occasion do not compensate for garbage on the day of the occasion. FTD will not get any further business from me.

The flowers were delivered on the day they were supposed to and they got the vase and kinds of flowers close to what was used in the picture, but the size and number of flowers was way off. I paid a lot for their "best" category and my mom got sometime closer to their lowest category of good. The pictures on their website are beautiful, but that's not what you get. You basically get a stripped down version of what they show you and I would hate to see what "good" would have looked like if the "best" showed up looking like the "good". Not worth the money at all. I feel scammed. I emailed customer service and not even one response. Unusual for a company that claims "Love it, or we'll make it right."

Ordered a beautiful bouquet to be delivered to my mom on her birthday. They arrived on schedule but the arrangement was missing several of the pictured flowers and was sparse, sad and looked cheap and unattractive. It was embarrassing for both me and my mom and turned what should have been a lovely surprise into a very disappointing and awkward situation. FTD is issuing a credit, but despite that, I will NEVER order a thing from them in the future.

I ordered a flower arrangement, for delivery to a funeral home. While the flowers were timely delivered, the arrangement was nothing like the picture on the website. It was much smaller and had fewer flowers. Very cheap looking. I will never use FTD again.

Ordered flowers for sister's 75th birthday. They were simply left on the porch for her to happen to find 4 days early. FTD said they would make it right and have them redelivered on the correct date. As of 7 pm no flowers. Was told by customer service rep to wait to 9 pm. Why not tell me, "Maybe they will get there at 11:59 pm." Ridiculous. The day is over. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Will never use FTD again.

I ordered flowers from FTD for my mother’s birthday to be delivered on her birthday. Upon ordering from the website and specifying that date, the website showed that they would be delivered that day and in the email I received also said that they would be delivered that day. The flowers did not arrive. I called customer service and I was told that the flowers are being sent by UPS and would not be there for two more days. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

I have used several flower companies to deliver if I can't take them to someone locally and have never had an issue. I purchased a $50 arrangement (full and lush) + $15 shipping. My friend got them and sent me a picture and thanked me and all I could do was apologize for the embarrassing arrangement. I was mortified. It looked nothing like the picture AT ALL. The picture advertised showed 7 pink daisies, 5 roses, these blue summer flowers, long stem blue flowers and some greenery. She got 3 roses 2 pink flowers of some sort that were falling dead and greenery. It didn't even look close to the cheapest arrangement they offered. I was so angry.
I sent two emails to the company and never heard back. I ended up calling and the lady told me she would call the local florist and have them make it look more like the photo... so what were they doing before? She said she spoke with the florist and they said my friend would need to leave the previous arrangement out so it can be exchanged for the new one. EMBARRASSING but I asked my friend to do so which she did. The florist said they would make it more full and have more flowers.
I asked the FTD employee was it not in question what they were doing the first time they made the arrangement because it was a very clear that no effort or time was put into this. She just said I'll have them send a new arrangement and kept repeating back to me that I was not happy and the arrangement only had this and that in it. My friend did get the new arrangement the next day and it did look a little better but I still have yet to hear back from the company. I will never use FTD again.

I would never, ever order flowers from FTD again. Stay away from this horrible company. My $50.00 arrangement ended up costing me $110 on my credit card with no explanation from FTD. The total cost with tax and delivery should have been around $78 but my card was charged $110. No one from FTD will acknowledge or answer my repeated emails. Thankfully there are other flower shops, in future, I will order from a local, small independent shop owner and stay away from this nonsense. Lesson learned.

I ordered flowers last night to be delivered today. I got an E-mail confirmation at 3:30 that they have been delivered and waited from a phone call from my S.O. to tell me that she loved them. The phone call never came. I then called them and they told me that "sometimes they mark it delivered before they deliver them." and to wait until 8:00pm and then call back. I call back at 9ish and she told me that they were delivered and signed for (they were not) and to wait until Monday for an E-Mail. They would "keep me posted". She really didn't seem to care or to want to help me, it was all what she could not do for me. Now I have to go through the fraud department with my bank and that is not at all how I planned for this interaction to go.

I have used FTD for years and paid for a gold membership over a year ago. Today I found out that they didn't deliver flowers for my mom's birthday. I ordered the flowers a week in advance and received an immediate email confirmation that they would be delivered. They were supposed to deliver on Friday and even sent a confirmation email on Friday that they were on their way. Little did I know that they later sent an email saying, "Oops - we couldn't deliver your flowers today...please try something else."
They have my phone number. Why don't they call for something like this? Do they not realize how important the order was to me? You would think - this is their business for a reason - to make people smile and touch their hearts...right? If I had known, I could have ordered something else that would get there in time, but unfortunately, I trusted them and their emails. When I called them, they said, "Oh - we are sorry. We will cancel your order and charge you for something else..." Okay? What? That is what you offer me? To charge me for something else? You lost a long time customer today FTD.

Yesterday I ordered flowers from what seemed to be a highly rate online flower service called FTD which was featured on Groupon. I went with this company because I had partial credits from Groupon while the remaining balance of about $40 went on my MasterCard. Yesterday when I placed the order on July 29, 2018 the website accepted the order and indicated no concerned with the delivery date being today for a funeral viewing. The viewing was only for 3 hours from 9am–11am this morning as God bless my best friend’s mom passed away about 2 weeks ago to cancer. I arranged the flowered to be delivered by 9:30 am this morning, it was clearly indicated what the occasion was for regarding the flower deliver also evident by the message associated with the delivery. The company confirmed my order this morning 7/30/2018 AT 6:02am.
Then the unimaginable happened at 10:58 smack in the middle of me getting ready for work I receive an email stating they need further address information, now I am thinking how can this be? So the order went through, I clearly provided the address of deliver with post code, phone number and closest intersection. Furthermore the company also had my contact information as well. After waiting 20 minutes for a representative the company confirms the order has not yet been delivered because the first florist declined the order at 8am due to stock and the second assigned florist did not have enough time to process the order (keep in mind delivery was 9:30 am – so not a call or an alternative delivery time just an email hours later). Outraged by this information by verbally displaying my level of disgust the company representative was laughing and smirking and this could be heard through the phone.
At this point I request a cancellation because my order serves no purpose furthermore I call the company out on not contacting me regarding this in a more timely manner as my delivery was set for 9:30 am the representative responds ,"Well we emailed you…" Yeah at 10:58am!!! The company then offered to call the family of the decease to apologize… that is the last thing I want at this time, if I can't even trust you to do you sole job and deliver flowers now why would I want you to cause the family more distress by calling after the fact when maybe just maybe they can seem the slightest bit of peace given the events followed today. I have since contacted Groupon to request no further networking with the merchant as that is unacceptable and I do not feel they should be associated with promoting such a company… I am yet to receive an answer but the current wait period from their customer service is 48 hours.
Honestly the company FTD acronym should just stand for fake transportation services, I do not know why the company would have done this maybe overall they wanted to try and squeeze some more money out of the CC by a possible scam of rejecting to order another item of greater value? I do not really know at this point. I am hoping this can be out to the public eye because I do not want anyone else to go through what I did and nothing they can do or say will ever be able to correct this and now this is something I will have to live with forever… and no it is not just about flowers the message and presentation of the flowers and what they symbolize is so much more.
I am the last person to write and a review so you know this meant a lot from me reaching out with this concern. The company’s email stated: “We always strive to provide the very finest quality and service, so please let us assure you that all your future orders will be filled with the special attention and care that they deserve”. That has got to be the biggest joke I have ever heard! I hope they go out of business.

I ordered flowers on a Tuesday and paid same day delivery, they were not delivered so I called and they said, "Oh sorry the florist will deliver tomorrow." The next day they called and said they're out of roses. We can send a nice arrangement, I said ok. I would just like flowers delivered please. No delivery. 3rd day they told me the florist can't deliver again. Everyone I talked to kept say "Sorry. I know how you feel"! I told them to stop saying that to me, they don't know how I feel. Finally on Friday when they told me they were trying to find a florist I canceled. 5 minutes later called a local florist and flowers were delivered 1 hour later! Horrible customer service, no clue or people skills! USE A LOCAL FLORIST!!!!

Run away! Not the FTD of your parents. I ordered a nice vase and flowers for our anniversary - 80 dollars plus! I was informed days later that the nice lattice-like vase - which was one of the reasons I ordered the arrangement - was non-available and would be substituted with a plain glass vase (like the dozens we already have laying around the house). I followed the instructions in the email to reorder - found a nice vase and arrangement and GUESS WHAT? There was no product number to input into the reorder site. I called customer disservice - got a poor soul with even poorer English and was told my reorder was not possible as the new vase was not available either. I was told I would receive a special??? order - I think a day later than my anniversary. Keep in mind I could not understand the operator much! TERRIBLE accent. I canceled the order and will not be back. FTD? RUN AWAY!
