I love this site. It was easy to use, filter, upgrade, and pay. I was also able to easily added a message to go with the delivery. The flowers arrived when they said they would and they were gorgeous.

I specifically shopped same day flowers as promised by FTD. I ordered and paid for the flowers in the morning and by early afternoon I received a phone call saying the order was rejected because there wasn’t a florist available in a town of over 400k and a town of over 400k only 9 miles away. Highly disappointed.

This is very sad. FTD used to have a very trusted name in the florist business, sadly that is no longer the case. I will never use them again. They made me look like a fool. I ordered flowers for my mother's 93rd birthday a day ahead of time. Her birthday is not around a holiday or anything. I trusted that FTD would deliver them the next day. Her birthday came and went without the flowers ever being delivered. I contacted them on her birthday and was told the flowers would be delivered by 8pm. That did not occur.
I contacted them the next day and was told that the order had been "assigned to a florist". Why would you assign the order to a florist the day after they were supposed to be delivered? I cancelled the order. Their customer service is in India and the person that took the cancellation could care less. They said my money would be refunded but I have not seen that happen as of yet. I guess I will have to go through the process of a civil suit to get my money back.

I love FTD and always use them to send fresh and pretty flowers. This particular time the flowers were left at the front door which is rarely used. (luckily this was a day ahead of the anniversary). I did get a notice when FTD had delivered the bouquet-so I knew they were onsite. The next day I still hadn't heard from the party about the flowers and I told them their was a surprise hidden under one of the windows or doors. (luckily this was 2 days after Easter their easter egg hunt) Lo and behold the flowers were discovered with delight- "SO BEAUTIFUL" So, I'm thinking FTD may need to come up with a hide and seek notification in case there are many door options to leave the bouquet at. : ) All's well that ends well and I will continue to order from FTD but leave exact directions if property is a little unique.

We were very pleased that FTD stood up to their name by redelivering when the order was not right the first time. Knowing that they would do that means that I will be ordering through them the next time I need flowers and balloons delivered.

The recipient said the flowers were beautiful and brightened her day! She said they were very bright and cheerful and the mug they were in was adorable! They were delivered on the same day as I ordered them which was great.

Never again! Our group ordered flowers for a friend in a NYC hospital. The flowers never arrived. Each time I tried to rectify the problem I got the same robot email back. No one looks at the emails. No one helps. Just a total cheat. Many reviews had similar problems. Do not waste your money!

FTD is terrible. I do not typically write reviews yet I just endured the worst customer experience that I have ever encountered. The address resolution system that FTD utilizes on their website resolves my address to another city, aside from my own, even with the correct zip code offered. Even with the city name corrected, the system defaults to a different city name. The address does not exist in the other city and even on Google Maps the image that is returned is of my home.
My order was not delivered as a result of this snafu and FTD offered me a “courtesy” refund. Yet, the FTD representative admonished me for not correcting the city in the address though I did so twice in an attempt to override their system default. Poor customer experience coupled with terrible customer service equals a net negative in the placement of future orders with their organization.

I ordered flowers for my wife’s 30th birthday, they were ordered 2 days prior to the delivery date. The flowers never showed up. I even went to my wife’s job to wait on the flowers and customer service could not get in contact with the florist. This experience was terrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Gouged for flowers delivered to funeral home for baby's service. Then had the nerve to deliver a day late. I don't have words to adequately express my disgust. I hope their financial loss is legendary.

They used to be a reliable service for flowers and gifts orders, but not anymore. I have had several issues with their service lately, like: order not delivered on date requested, incomplete orders, low quality, etc. I would recommend using a different service or look for a local florist based on the zip code where you want your gift.

Well honestly I feel like like a fool having not checked the reviews for this company before ordering. They promised same day delivery, this was a lie. They said they attempted the order - this was also not the case as the recipient was home all day and never received a call about the delivery, which they also claimed. No confirmation after purchase email was sent, nor was an email regarding this apparent 'attempt' at delivery. To add insult to injury, I paid through debit card so the charges came out of my account right away, can't dispute the transaction, the bank says I have to take it up with FTD.com customer service. I called them tonight - they did say they have processed a refund however I have yet to see it come back to my account, and have high doubts that I'll see it within a 3-5 day window, but here's to keeping my fingers crossed. Will report the site as a scam if it doesn't come back.

I ordered same-day delivery and paid for it. They deliver the next day and won't refund me same-day delivery charge claiming that Sunday is the same day as Saturday?? Are they serious? This is a straight-up lie!

I bought FTD flowers, based on reputation, however, the company sold out, and it is a huge scam. I have 50 horrible wilted roses, that were delivered a day late, no policy or procedure on anything, horrible company with horrible practices. I would never use FTD again, ever.

Nothing ever delivered on time or day, they take your money but it takes 3 to five days to get a credit back. Customer service is somewhat friendly but just lie to you. Would not recommend this service in any way at all. Find a local florist close to delivery address and deal with them.

Just go with a local florist, FTD has proven to simply be an order catalogue that subs its services out to other florists, and in doing so they have no quality control over the delivery services of their sub-florists. I made a purchase online Monday 2/12/24 for a flower arrangement to be delivered to my wife's office by 2/14/24, paying an extra delivery fee for the prompt Valentine's Day turnaround. The flowers did not deliver by the requested delivery date, and understanding that it was a busy time I gave it until Thursday 2/16/24 to see if they would deliver. I called on 2/16 and received their voice activated response system that only told me my order had been assigned to a florist. Once I finally got connected to a representative they tried to reassure me that they would have the flowers delivered that week.
By Tuesday 2/20 the delivery had yet to occur so I called back and spoke to a different rep who offered me a free upgrade and to reassign the order to a different florist and have it delivered by 2/21. I gave this company until today 2/26/24 to deliver my order and since it has yet to be fulfilled I called to cancel and get a refund. The rep tried to offer a discount and guarantee a delivery for tomorrow 2/27 in order to keep the sale, I told him that will not be necessary as they have had 2 weeks to deliver on the services I paid them for in the first place and I have no reason to trust that they're going to do so and I require the refund. After conceding the refund the rep then told me the refund would be processed in 5-7 business days. In today's world of business and technology, it shouldn't take 5-7 business days to provide an electronic refund, especially when it took them 20 minutes of my time to take my payment, and 2 weeks of not rendering the services they advertise to provide.

On 2/1/24, I ordered a Valentine’s Day heart shaped board with treats to be delivered to my spouse’s workplace on Valentine’s Day; I paid extra for the holiday delivery. It never arrived and I contacted FTD regarding the order, and accepted putting in a request for “redelivery,” even though the surprise was already ruined. On 2/16/24, my husband still had not received anything, so I asked for a refund. FTD offered a 30% refund because they supposedly could not cancel the redelivery. It is now 2/22/24, over a week past Valentine’s Day, and still no package. I disputed the charge on my credit card and received an immediate credit, rather than wasting any more time contacting FTD.
I am a USAA member and have been a longtime FTD customer due to the USAA discount. I have ordered many birthday, sympathy gifts, etc. (flowers) from FTD without issue, but now I am wondering if the reason I did not receive the usual phone calls thanking me for their annual holiday gift baskets is because FTD did not deliver my gifts to my dentist, eye doctor, and primary care. All three always call to thank me, and I did not hear from even one this December/January. I have had Valentine’s Day gifts successfully delivered on time to my spouse’s workplace from Shari’s Berries in the past, as well as other gifts and flowers to family and friends from Cheryl’s Cookies, 1-800-FLOWERS, etc. without incident, so they will get my business from now on.

Do not use this service! Order from a local florist. They charged over $20 for delivery and failed to deliver on the day requested and were unavailable to address the issue. I needed it delivered on a specific date and it did not arrive. I tried calling and could only reach an automated service that provided a recorded answer directing me to the website. The chat feature would not connect. The website allows a form submission but I received no reply. The order arrived late and on the wrong day with no explanation or comment but I was charged the full amount. Even just buying flowers from Walgreens would have been so much better! I feel scammed!

I placed an order on 2/13/24 for a Valentine delivery of a dozen red roses and a box of chocolates. The flowers were delivered at 8:45 pm and no chocolates. When I reached out to them by email, I received about 10 emails all telling me something different. The last one I received today, 2/15/24 said that a new delivery had been delivered today. Nothing has been delivered. I called and spoke with a representative and she was absolutely no help. I will never use this service again.

I ordered online on FTD website. Order was confirmed via email for sympathy flower arrangement to be delivered next day. About 20 minutes later I receive email that the florist could not fulfill my arrangement. In email it said I could change the order, but the link in email took me to FTD, but there was no place to change order, so I tried online chat, which was unavailable, so I called 800-315-7527. Spoke to a gentleman with a strong accent, that changed my arrangement to one that was available. Then about 20 minutes later I get another email saying this arrangement was not available either. Again chat, and link in email to change the order did not work. I called again, again a gentleman answered in thick accent, I asked twice for his name, and asked him to spell it, and he hung up on me!!
I called back and got another guy. I just had him cancel the order, for full refund. I have always used FTD, but NEVER again.. Also I ordered on FTD, but got emails from Proflowers...I started this process on Alaska Airlines shopping partner link, so next on my list is to write to Alaska Airlines and tell them what a terrible partner FTD is....I am 68, and have used FTD for close to 50 years. They lost me as a customer

The automated customer service hangs up on you when you ask to cancel for credit. There is no phone number to speak with a person. This is a complete ripoff and scam. AGAIN I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE LIARS!

Ordered 2 Dozen red roses for my wife for Valentine's. She sent me a text and said "Babe I love this thought but..." Then proceeded to snap photos and text me and continued saying "Yep these are all really bad, most of the petals are already falling off - it says they are from Colombia or Ecuador." Tried calling FTD of course no answer, had to leave a message. I wish I had checked for reviews >> before choosing this. I'm so disappointed the biggest day to send flowers to my loved one and FTD bombed. Now to try to collect a refund. What crap! Do Not Order from FTD!! Lesson learned >> get myself to a local flower store and "buy local," see what you are getting - hand them to your wife directly - not shipped to and left on the front door in an ugly box!

As a long-time customer of FTD, I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with a flower delivery for my fiancée's special day. I entrusted FTD with providing the floral arrangements for this important occasion, but unfortunately, the outcome was far from satisfactory. Upon my fiancée receiving the delivery at her workplace, we were both shocked and dismayed to find that the majority of the flowers' petals were wilting and scattered in the box. The condition in which the flowers arrived was truly embarrassing, and it was disheartening to see such a subpar arrangement sent to her at her job. This was meant to be a special day filled with joy and celebration, but instead, the sight of wilted petals strewn about was a significant disappointment. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I expected better from a reputable company like FTD, especially for an important event like Valentine's Day.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife on her birthday. By 8 pm, the status still said that it would be delivered that day. I called customer service and they told me that they received a message earlier that it would be delivered the next day. I asked the representative why I was not informed and they told me that they don't monitor those messages. I won't order from FTD again.

Cactus arrangement to daughter works in a school. Never mentioned it would be shipped out of state. I stated had to be there by 4pm, and UPS shows delivery at 7pm. Would not tell me it was being shipped, only that it was in transit. I expected it to come from a local florist, and it did not state it was being shipped from out of state. I stated that it was a school and it had to be there and spent more than enough on shipment costs and it still won't be there. I emailed with customer service and they would not tell me where it was coming from, but I work at a company where I have a UPS account, so I tracked the package myself, since they can't reveal where it came from. I am so disappointed and frustrated with FTD right now. I always liked them, but this has left a bad taste in my mouth.

I have used FTD in the past but just recently I used them for our anniversary in which they were to deliver an arrangement for my wife at my home. We would be traveling late that night but wanted to get her some flowers prior. I checked status of the delivery early that day and it stated it was delivered. No delivery. I contacted FTD who replied that they had given that status in error but to this day that status remains at my account for that delivery. I have a ring doorbell and found that they never tried delivery at all in the anniversary day not to this day (15 days later).
I have contacted FTD several times….at first they said they would refund after talking to two rude CS agents but no refund as of yet. I my last attempt at contact ended with an email stating they would try delivery again, this never took place. This was a first for me in my dealings with FTD. I suppose they have chosen to “do nothing” about the $124 I spent on this failed delivery. I am totally blown away at this blatant ripoff.

I ordered an arrangement of flowers for my fiancé a day in advance for her Birthday, requesting delivery before 2 pm since she works at night shift. Spoke with customer service and I found out they could not guarantee the time frame. That delivery could happen between 9 am and 8 pm. She didn’t get the gift on her birthday. I will never order from them again.

Ordered same day service for flowers to be delivered to my nephew on his birthday today. After 9pm I called FTD to find out, the flowers were not delivered. I was so upset. Told the FTD rep to REFUND my $118.00 immediately. He doesn't even listen to me and says, "We can still deliver the flowers tomorrow." Excuse me? His birthday was TODAY, which is why I ordered the flowers to begin with for same day service. Said NO, I want my refund. Won't be using FTD anymore. Talk about a bait and switch tactic. Will be calling local florists from now on.

I ordered flowers for my mother who is on hospice on 11/21/23, I specifically choose FTD because they had next day delivery. I wanted to get my mom flowers while she is still coherent enough to enjoy them, and to brighten her day. Ordered the flowers and the next day when the delivery was supposed to happen I received an email that said the item was unviable but could be delivered in 3 days.
I called and spoke with FTD to say I don't care what arrangement is delivered it was just the thought of flowers. The FTD rep stated that the flowers were available but they did not have a florist available until 11/29/23 which is more than 3 days. I told the rep that would not work because I quite frankly didn't know if my mother would be alive by the delivery date and he suggested I could send flower to someone else or change the intent of the flowers if she wasn't alive. - YEP never using this company again. I was able to call a local florist and have flowers delivered the same day and the company was compassionate and understanding.

This is the second time FTD has failed to deliver flowers on time for a funeral service. They let me know after the start time of the funeral service, not giving me the opportunity to source flowers from elsewhere. FTD prides themselves in same day delivery and even with more than 24 hours notice as it was in this case, they can't seem to deliver on time. If you intend to use their services and you have a specific time you need the flowers, they are not the company to choose. Go with someone else more capable of making good on their commitment. Only use FTD if you have a flexible delivery window. As for me, I'm shopping around for other services as they have lost my business and unfortunately purchasing flowers for funeral services is a frequent thing I have to do.

First of all, this is not an isolated incident. Both me and my mother have had this exact experience on separate occasions. I ordered flowers to be delivered online far in advance. The ordering process went smooth enough, but come delivery time, they sent the flowers to my billing address rather than the address I requested. Main problem is that the billing address is in Florida and the delivery address should have been in California (my mom's delivery address was in Kentucky). After calling customer support, they refused to acknowledge any fault on their end. They kept referencing the fact that "they had no record of the California address", which is insane to me. I typed in a delivery address, just for fun it seems, but it did not matter to them. Do not order from this ** company unless you are ordering flowers for yourself.

DO NOT buy from this company. They do not keep their promise yet sell you something they don’t have in stock. I ordered flowers and then two hours later received an email stating they didn’t have the item but could give me $10 off and deliver the next day. Well, Birthday ruined.

Please understand that I have used this service in the past multiple times and never had issues when choosing to have flowers shipped or delivered. I ordered flowers for next-day delivery on Oct 13th, 2023. This is a service that is promoted and specialized on the FTD website. Order #**. All that was ordered was a deluxe florist creation in a standard vase. Did all of the things, check out, went about my day. Checked on order status the next day around 11 AM and stated from the link in my email assigned to local florist. Check again at 3pm. Still in assigned status with no other details. Contacted customer service VIA chat option from the website for update. Told this was still being worked on and to check my email for tracking information. This was going to a business and per the website by 5PM delivery time.
Checked on and off till about 4:30 PM and got back on the Chat link. Then was informed that is will not be delivered today due to the ONE and ONLY florist in the whole area having system issues. When asked why I was not informed VIA email or in my chat that was from earlier was told that it wasn't known at that time because the florist had not responded, and the customer service rep called the florist and was informed just now. Asked when would be delivered, rep advised next day, due to this had to update address from work to home address.
Saturday OCT 14th, 2023 Checked on order online at 10 AM. Still same status. Contacted again, VIA customer service chat. Customer service said that they would call and stated that florist had been assigned, to wait for tracking information in email. Offer 10.00 credit. 3:03 PM Oct 14th, 2023 get an email from FTD customer service stating florist still having issues and will not be delivering again. Contacted VIA customer service chat again, was told the same song and dance and offered to just cancel order, because florist is closed on Sunday and won't be delivering. Looked at other florist options and due to the time was too late to get anyone to deliver anything with any other services. Beyond annoyed at this point. Just left it alone because I was just sooo angry.
Contacted Monday Oct 16, 2023 and asked for status of this order. Advised the ONE and ONLY florist in the whole area that they work with, in a city with a population of 750,000 and hundreds of florists, was still having system issues and could not deliver the flowers. Customer service now offers to ship the flowers or cancel the order. Nothing, just cancel your order and go somewhere else. Unbelievable, this company doesn't hold florist accountable for their failures and also doesn't try and make things right after all the lies that lead to not being able to deliver within the guaranteed window plastered all over the website. What a joke. DON'T USE. WASTE OF TIME. DECEITFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Ordered flowers but it took three days undelivered. Tried again and they promised next day. Then a week after I had placed the order they told me they could not deliver them and would send a gift box instead. It doesn’t get any worse. Avoid!

I ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered to a friend who is in the hospital. I paid $110 and change for the arrangement, delivery fee and an additional same-day delivery fee. I received a confirmation email for the order and then several hours later received an email stating the order was delivered. I expected a call from my friend about receiving the flowers as this was a surprise. After several hours of waiting, I called my friend to see if she liked the arrangement and she asked me, "What flowers". She had never gotten them.
I called FTD and enquired about the delivery. They said they would contact the flouriest and then call me back. The FTD rep did call me back about an hour later and informed me the florist said they dropped them at the front desk with "some old lady". I then called the Hospital and was directed to the volunteer desk where all flower and gift deliveries were received. The gentleman that I spoke to said that all deliveries were logged into a receipt book and there was not any deliveries logged for my friend. I called FTD again and informed them of this and the rep told me that she would put in a new delivery with a free upgrade.
Next day around noon called my friend to see if she had received the flowers yet and they were still not there. Called FTD again and was told again that they were delivered the prior day. I again informed them of what the Hospital told me and was told to call the hospital back and ask them to look at their security cameras to see the flowers being delivered. I informed them that I would not and requested proof of delivery from the florist. They refused to provide me with that. I told them I wanted my money back and would just get flowers myself. They again offered me to send a replacement to which I informed them I was told that had already been done.
I was informed that it had in fact not been done. I again asked that they refund my money and was told that they would but would take 5 to 10 days. I called a florist near the hospital and had them deliver flowers and asked them to inform me of exactly what happened when they dropped them off. I received a call within the hour and was informed that the delivery person dropped them at the volunteer desk where the volunteer logged them in immediately. My friend called shortly after thanking me for them.
This whole process took less than 2 hours and cost me $40 less than FTD. FTD has been around for a very long time so it didn't even cross my mind to look at reviews on them. I discovered that just because a company has longevity, doesn't indicated they are good. Will NEVER use FTD again and will tell anyone who will listen not to waste their time or money.

I ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered to my friend for her birthday on September 20th. I tracked the flowers and it stated that it would be delivered on that day. Nope. I called FTD Thursday morning. I was told they were sorry the flowers weren't delivered and assured me that it would be delivered that day. There was no tracking number given to me when I checked my email. I didn't hear anything from my friend about receiving the flowers on Thursday so, I called her on Friday. She stated that she received roses however, she didn't know who they were from as the card said, "To the greatest mother in the world! We love you!" I didn't send her roses. (I spent a long time looking at the floral arrangements to find the perfect gift).
Well, my friend never had any children and she received roses from the local grocery store which, she called. Needless to say, once again, I called FTD. I was told she would get the arrangement, that I spent quite a bit of money on, either that day or yesterday, September 23rd. Friday came and went with no flowers. At 3:30 I called my friend and she still didn't receive her flowers. I called FTD, told them to cancel the order and give me my money back. I have no idea where the arrangement I paid for ended up. All in all, it was a very bad experience. From now on, I will use a local florist in the city where she lives.

Ordered our daughter a beautiful arrangement and chocolate for her birthday. An arrangement was delivered but not what we ordered and no box of chocolate. Called to complain and they said they’d deliver it again the next day and it be right. The next day a jar of flowers were delivered and again no chocolate. Arrangement was not what we ordered and this arrangement was ugly and came in a jar. Twice they had a chance to make it right but they didn’t. Will not use FTD again.

My youngest brother died and I was unable to attend the funeral, out of state, due to illness. I ordered flowers from FTD and paid $137.44. My relatives who attended the wake took photographs of the flowers received. The flowers they sent were hideous & did not match the photograph of what I ordered in so many ways. If there was a way to post the photographs I would. I contacted FTD customer service who wrote me an email stating they would refund me $94.11 of which I only received $34.11. When I contacted FTD again, they stated they made an error and that the correct reimbursement was $34.11. Sounds like FTD makes a lot of mistakes at other people's expense. I hadn't used FTD in years, now I remember why. I will not be using FTD again.

I unfortunately had to be out of town for my anniversary and decided to order flowers through FTD. I wanted to surprise my wife the on day of our anniversary. They guaranteed delivery by 6:00PM and at 4:22PM on our anniversary day I get an email with the following: "We're sorry, but despite our best efforts, we are unable to deliver your order on the date you initially requested for L**. WHAT A DEAL AND WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Deliver my order within 3 days and get a whopping $10 savings on overpriced flowers (wow). And really...Within 3 days. Glad they had such a sense of urgency to rectify the problem. I will be home before they will be able to deliver so I will go to a reputable florist and have a fresh bouquet of flowers done so I know they are fresh and as advertised (as many people complain of poor quality flowers delivered by FTD) and will be much less than the premium I paid. NEVER AGAIN FTD!!!!

I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday a day ahead of time to ensure timely delivery the next day. I received an email on the day of delivery saying they wouldn't be able to deliver the product I ordered and asking if I could substitute for something else. However, I never saw this email as it was flagged as an advertisement in my Gmail. They should have called me (they had my Cell #) to let me know there was a problem... instead of having a very disappointed mom and son. This is terrible customer service and I will never use them again. I'm writing this review to advise others... that they don't care enough to pick up the phone and call you.

I ordered flowers today to be delivered today to my sister at her place of work. I got an email stating delivery attempted and that they are waiting on the recipient to return a call so they can attempt delivery again. I contacted my sister who has been at work since 6:40am today, she had not left her place of employment, nor has she received any calls or messages. So, I contacted FTD Florist and they advised me that the delivery driver recorded, " employee advised the recipient was not at work". Interesting, since I know she was at work and still there. FTD was reaching out to the florist to see if they can deliver by 3:30pm today. If not, I will request my money back due to my sister not being at work tomorrow. This is the 2nd time that I've had bogus attempts made for delivery via this company's referral.

Flowers from a grocery store to deliver by door dash to the wrong address. Attempted to give them an opportunity to correct and deliver on a different date and they STILL failed. Now my daughter did not get her birthday flowers, the Door Dash driver didn’t get paid and all I get told is sorry for the inconvenience. This has to be some of the poorest customer service I have encountered in a long time.

If you really want flowers to get to someone, DO NOT order from FTD. I ordered and never heard anything on the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered. The next day still no confirmation of delivery so I sent an email. FTD said they send a redelivery. Well that just looks bad. Then it looks like I forgot the Birthday and ordered the flowers after the fact. They'll show up 3 days later. I was more upset that FTD said nothing in the 1st place. How many customers do they rip off? If I said nothing, they would have made off with my money. FTD is just 1 big scam. Send money to your loved ones instead!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Company is fraudulent. Falsely advertise lux arrangements but deliver half dead flowers similar to the cheapest possible option you can find at a CVS. If they even deliver it at all. I placed 3 orders NONE OF WHICH WERE DELIVERED, until I called them, if I had not called they would’ve kept my money nonetheless. When the orders were delivered I HAD TO APOLOGIZE to my family because it was so embarrassing what was delivered. I was mortified and made look like a fool after spending almost $400. A beautiful gesture turned humiliating. These arrangements are priced around $60-100, then they add taxes + fees, plus another mystery tax of about $30-$40.
They are thieves and the company needs to be investigated. I’m making a report on the BBB. The customer service center is definitely based in an Asian country, to where the agents are barely understandable, considerably rude and very much don’t give a ** about what you have to say. Thankfully I was able to get refunded however a lot more people were not so lucky. Take a look at their reviews on Trust Pilot. To be honest I am concerned for whoever has put in any payment information on this site. They also send about 100 emails a day with ** “promotions”. Truly a traumatizing experience.

Ordered a bouquet for mothers day. It did not arrive but said delivered. Went to customer service which offered refund or redelivery. I chose to deliver again. Product no longer available per next email and I chose a replacement. Asked to replace and they said product was actually available and ready to send. Product was never delivered. I sent another email. They credited me with no explanation of what happened. I guess they gave up on trying to help me with my order. Extremely disappointed.

UPS dropped the flowers I ordered from FTD for my Daughter's flowers in front of her garage, instead of her front door. A storm came through and she didn't find the flowers until the next day. The flowers were in a glass vase and not in the best of shape. My Daughter won't complain, but I am very disappointed at the laziness of the driver who didn't take them to her front door vs dropping them off in front of her garage.

I specifically chose FTD due to their long-standing reputation as a leader in floral delivery. I WAS SOOOO WRONG!! I ordered flowers to be delivered for a graduation, paying an extra fee for same day. The flowers never arrived. The phone representative was vague about what happened, saying there was “delay” in delivering. No kidding! I never got an email or call from FTD or the florist to explain that my order would be delayed and why. This is the third day that I’ve been assured that my order was out for delivery! I HOPE I CAN PREVENT CUSTOMERS FROM MAKING THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I DID!!!

I ordered flowers for a friend for Mother's Day to arrive on the Wednesday before Mother's Day. I received an email notification stating they were delivered that evening, however when I checked with her the next day no flowers had been delivered. I called FTD, and they seemed to have trouble understanding that the problem was. My friend did not receive her flowers even though their computer said she did. Finally, their resolution was they would be redelivered several days AFTER Mother's Day. Now they couldn't understand why that wasn't acceptable.
After Much discussion, I was offered a refund, which I accepted. I ordered from a different company who delivered them the same day. This was my first, and last, time I will ever deal with FTD. I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering from them!! Of course, my second order was more expensive because it was closer to Mother's Day. I would say...Buyer Beware!

I used FTD in the past with no problems. I ordered flowers for my cousin and had them ship out only two days later. I wanted to order flowers for my mom for Mother’s Day, and figured my order could be delivered on Monday with no problem. I received an email later that same day that I placed my order, telling me that the arrangement I picked out was not currently available. They gave me two options: to wait until the next available date and get $10 refund off of my total price, or to just cancel the order and receive a $10 coupon for my next order.
I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt so I went ahead and chose to wait until the next available date, thinking it would be delivered on the week I chose, maybe on a Wednesday or Friday the latest. They told me it wouldn’t ship out until 6/1! Why would I need Mother’s Day flowers a month out? Customer service ended up calling me about the order, even though I already confirmed what I wanted to do via email. I called back anyways and the representative tried to push the delivery date sooner, however nothing was available. I told her I was fine with just waiting then, as I stated in the email. I checked my email again to reply and verify that I would still receive the $10 discount off my order like they said I would, because they didn’t tell me anything about the discount.
The email they reply with is just letting me know they couldn’t find a florist so they cancelled my order. How did it go from being delivered on 6/1 to no florist being available at all? All because I asked if I will receive the $10 off? It seems they didn’t even check any of the previous emails that were sent. I was just left so confused. Really I should’ve gotten shipping off completely if they were going to ship out Mother’s Day flowers a whole month out. This company is a complete mess and I do not plan on ever spending my money here again. Very disorganized, no communication within the company apparently. Never even received a date of when my refund will hit. Now I have to wait and see. Wish I had seen these reviews sooner.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers in April from FTD for my sister's birthday to have them delivered to her at work as a surprise. She lives across the country from me. I ordered the Mother Nature bouquet which was beautiful with hydrangeas, fuchsia colored roses, eucalyptus, hypericum berries, and some atypical greenery. I paid extra for the premium size so that the bouquet would be very full. What my sister received was a bouquet of carnations and chrysanthemums, with a lily, some white roses and regular greenery. It looked like the mixed bouquets of flowers that you can pick up at a local grocery store!
When I called FTD to find out why she did not receive the bouquet I ordered, FTD told me that they have a substitution policy and that in order to guarantee the freshest bouquet possible, some of the flowers may have to be replaced with others but any substitution will be similar to the original design and be of equal or greater value. I told FTD that other than the roses and the carnations, everything else was changed about the bouquet and the 3 items that I wanted most in the bouquet (hydrangeas, eucalyptus and berries) were not included at all. The flowers they replaced them with did not make the bouquet "similar to the original design" at all. I also said that the bouquet she received was certainly not of "equal or greater value" and it was certainly not worth the amount of money I paid.
I asked to know the name of the local florist that made the bouquet and FTD told me they could not give me that information. FTD apologized for not meeting my expectations and offered me a 30% refund, and I did receive a refund but it was not 30%. At that point, I was so frustrated and disappointed about the whole experience that I didn't bother to call back. I will NOT ever use FTD again. Once they get your money, they obviously don't care about working with the customer to give them what they paid for.

I’ve used FTD numerous times, but this time they totally botched my order. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife at her office on her birthday, May 3. The flowers never arrived. The phone representative was vague about what happened, saying there was “delay” in delivering. No kidding! I never got an email or call from FTD or the florist to explain that my order would be delayed and why. I gave FTD my wife’s number, too, but no one called her. She was waiting all day for the flowers. Although FTD agreed to refund the delivery charge, that doesn’t change my wife’s and my profound disappointment. Terrible service.

I ordered flowers for my cousin's birthday across the country. Her birthday is on April 18 but I found out that she was going to be out of town so I change the order date to April 19. I change the order date three days before the delivery. The flowers were delivered on April 18 when she wasn’t there – I received a confirmation as such. I called FTD five times and finally got a supervisor and they apologized and assured me she would get new fresh flowers today the 20th. No flowers have been delivered and my cousin called the local florist and they’re closed. So now I’ve spent $130 and my cousin's birthday was ruined. At least my portion of it because this was my present to her and FTD's is still trying to act like the flowers are going to get delivered tonight. I’ll never use the service again. They should be shut down. They’re a horrible disgusting and I would give them a zero review if I could. Never again, disgusting company. Frauds.

Ordered flowers for delivery. Paid $120. They emailed the next day to say they couldn't deliver on the date I selected, no big deal. Then they emailed the next day after that to say they didn't have the exact arrangement, again no big deal, I said to make something similar. Then they emailed the next day to say they couldn't fulfill the order at all, and they would be refunding my money, plus a $10 credit for future orders. When they refunded me they refunded me $111, which is $9 short of the amount I paid. I emailed them to explain the discrepancy and they denied, even though I sent a screenshot of my bank statement. Then I read a lot of reviews stating they are a total scam. I normally wouldn't leave a bad review over $9 but I'd like to prevent this happening with another customer.

So disappointed. I tried to send flowers to my 80 year old mother for her birthday. FTD never delivered though website said they were. After many calls, FTD has a new story, they say they tried to deliver and couldn’t. They would try again the next day. Still no flowers. Her birthday is passed and they have my money. I’ve talked to no less than 7 people and sent multiple emails. No resolution. None of the customer service reps give two flips. They just keep saying give us more time. I will never used FTD again.

Was sending flowers for a friend's birthday on the 24th. Decided to send it on the 22rd so as to make sure she receives it. The courier couldn't find the address and I had to call FTD directly. Turns out the number for the address was the wrong one. I corrected it with the right one but the agent on the phone said she cannot see the address/house on Google Maps. This could be a problem for the delivery driver as they use GPS. I told her to type in the new address and see what comes up. The house/property came up on Zillow, Realtor, Redfin etc. But still FTD agent said they still might not able to deliver the flowers. Mind you I also included the recipient's phone number! They could call and ask? The next available delivery date for my flowers is March 8th! Great way to kill all positivity for doing business with the company. Missing the mark and missing the special date for the flowers.

I would rate them zero if that was an option. They guaranteed same day delivery if you order before 2:00pm which I did on Feb19, 2023. This is February 23rd and they still aren’t delivered. They didn’t have the flowers I ordered so they said they would substitute them and then they claimed on February 21 when they supposedly were delivering them that twice no one was at the address to deliver them to and I got the same message today and said that they will try tomorrow. All week my daughter was home and no florist came to the house with a delivery on the 21st, 22nd, or 23rd.
FTD LIES and blames it on the florist. When you need flowers delivered for a death in the family or for any occasion DO NOT USE FTD. They fool you online into thinking that you are dealing with the florist but you only have access to FTD. I told them that I want a full refund so hopefully that actually happens. As of today my flowers were NEVER DELIVERED. CAUTION: DO NOT USE FTD… EVER!!

I ordered a bouquet of Roses for my daughter the day before her birthday, so it would be delivered on her birthday.... They got her address and also her cellphone number, to make sure to communicate. They made 1 attempt during the day, without calling her or msg her before. She was at work at 4:30pm and when she came home there was just a piece of paper on the front door, downstairs of her apartment building, saying they had attempted to deliver. She contacted the florist at 5:30 and the florist said they would deliver tomorrow (the day after her birthday!) Because they were closed...
On FTD website it says they deliver to 8pm! It is now the day after at 11:45 am, after I have called the FTD (last evening at 6pm and this morning at 11 am) The florist still have not even contacted my daughter... I spent $110.00 thinking that I would be sending my daughter some beautiful Roses on her birthday! They are so unprofessional! I will never trust FTD Flower Delivery again....

On 2-7-23, I ordered the "Be My Valentine Red Roses" arrangement to be delivered to my special lady in NC. The 24 red roses were delivered in excellent condition at 2:15pm on Valentines Day!! The roses came with a lovely red vase and the arrangement was all that I had hoped for!! She loved them and that is the most important thing!! Thank you FTD! Great job and I will definitely use FTD again!! I wish I could insert a photo in this review.

Order flowers on the 13 to be delivered on Feb14, order wasn’t delivered, called to find out what happened that night, said florist was closed and would deliver on Feb15. Called on the 15, now they saying the order was cancel without my knowledge cause it wasn’t assigned to a florist but when you go onto the website it says assigned to florist so clearly someone was lying. Now they telling me they reassigned it to another florist and won’t be delivered until Feb16. Unbelievable. This is a very Piss poor way to run a business and the only thing they can say was sorry. DO NOT USE THEM. This is the second time they have done this to me

Received roses for Valentine's Day. The roses are just okay. Several arrived wilting and droopy. There are no filler flowers so the roses lay around the vase. I am grateful my coworker was here to take them out of the box for me because they arrived late in the day after I left work. If not, they would have spent the night crammed in a box without any water. Flowers just aren't meant to be boxed. Go for fresh delivery!

Ordered Get Well flowers at around noon on a Wednesday. The recipient still hasn’t received the flowers on Thursday evening!!! I contacted FTD customer service twice inquiring about why the delivery was taking so long, and was told by two different service reps, two different stories, one rep said they had until 7pm to arrive and one rep told me they had until 9pm to arrive. I am disgusted that FTD thinks it is ok to deliver flowers to someone as late as 9pm at night at their home!!!!! This is THE worst company I have ever ordered flowers from and I will NEVER ever deal with them again!!! Order local!!! Do not order from FTD if you need flowers quickly. As I type this review, it is 7:21pm and my recipient STILL has NOT received their flowers!!!

I ordered from FTD as they stated they could complete a same day delivery. The order was forwarded to a local florist. I received an email confirmation, but no follow up of tracking. I asked the receiver if they got the flowers and they did not. I contacted the local florist and they will not answer the phone, return voicemails or respond to emails. FTD claims it isn’t their responsibility and the local florist will have to be contacted. So the runaround confirms to me that neither are legitimate businesses and seeing the additional reviews here as well also support this business is not credible.

I placed an order to be delivered on 03 Jan. Received a confirmation through my email that my order was placed. In the morning, I received an email stating that my order was being prepared and would be delivered on 03 Jan. Later that afternoon, I received another email stating that there was a delivery delay and my order would be delivered on 04 Jan. I called the customer service number and was told that the florist was not able to deliver my order because they did not have the product available. If they did not have the product available, why am I being told that my order is being prepared and will be delivered on 03 Jan?
Then FTD has the nerve to send me a $10 off coupon for my next order!!! Trust me, there will not be another order!!! This is unacceptable!!! The customer service representative told me, my order would be delivered on 04 Jan. On 04 Jan I tracked my order on the FTD website and again, it stated my order was being prepared and would be delivered on 04 Jan. I even called customer service at 12:18 on 04 Jan to confirm that my order would be delivered on 04 Jan. The customer service representative stated that it would be delivered.
1pm, 2pm, 4pm, 5pm and 6pm pass and still no delivery. This was a business and on the web site it states business deliveries will be delivered by 6pm. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional!!! Is this what I am to expect from FTD? This was the worst experience I’ve had with any business. I do not appreciate FTD making me look foolish with TWO days of no delivery for such an important occasion. Never will from FTD again.

Flowers never delivered. I placed an order on 12/16 to be delivered 12/19. Received a confirmation, and on 12/19 at 6:01 am (the day it was to be delivered) I received an e-mail reminding my my order would be delivered & a way to track. 12/19 came & went, and on 12/20 around lunchtime, I clicked on the tracking link since the recipient hadn't thanked me for the flowers. It was still "in progress". I contacted customer service at FTD who said they could send a different (but better) arrangement, or refund me & give me a $10 credit toward my next order. I still wanted the arrangement delivered.
On 12/21 (now 2 days later) I received an e-mail saying they couldn't find a florist to deliver (which is odd because there are 2 in the city), so the option was to FedEx flowers in "an award-winning box", or get a refund. No offer of a future credit this time. I opted to cancel since that's where things were heading anyway. #1 - they shouldn't have accepted the order if they couldn't fulfill it, #2 - THEY should have notified me it couldn't be delivered on the date scheduled, I shouldn't have had to track them down to find out what happened, and #3 - they didn't seem bothered at all about not delivering the flowers ordered days in advance. Nothing for my trouble or for missing sending our 97 1/2 year old grandmother Christmas flowers to brighten her day. I used to send flowers via FTD all the time, and will NEVER use them again.

I order FTD Flowers online at 9:00 PM a beautiful arrangement for $80.00, in class vase, to be delivered by a florist. Then I received a United Parcel Service notice that they created a ticket for this. So the picture was misleading, their vase will not be the same, there will not be water in the vase, so this person that I sent it to is very sick, they will have to cut the stems, fill up the vase and arrange the flowers. I'm appalled. Then $20.00 delivery fee? I thought the delivery fee was for the florist to create and deliver.

Placed an order for flowers more than a day in advance meant to be a birthday surprise delivered on 11/23. Day of delivery, status never updated. When delivery window closed, used the chat feature to ask about the status and was told I’d have to wait for the florist to respond and that I’d be contacted with an update. Also submitted a help ticket. Was never called and the ticket was never even responded, but online status did revert back to “assigned to florist.” Today (11/26) after no updates I submitted another support ticket and this time got a response offering me a re-delivery for something of greater or equal value to be delivered on 11/28! Went back to chat, and kindly asked for a refund instead. Was given no real explanation. Used FTD for years, after ruining this birthday gesture and surprise… likely never again. Will wait to see if they come thru with the refund.

Public published review 11/25/22. I placed an order with FTD on November 12, 2022 for flowers for a visitation/funeral with a scheduled delivery date of November 17, 2022. On delivery day the flowers had not arrived at the funeral home. I placed a call to a service representative who informed me that he would contact the florist handling my order and update me by phone or email on the status of my delivery, I never received an update. I called back later that day and again I was promised an update but I received nothing. I called back early the next day hoping the flowers would at least arrive in time for the funeral; no such luck. The flowers were never delivered. I eventually received a refund, but in the future as others have suggested I will contact a local area florist and arrange flower delivery directly with them, frankly because dealing with FTD is a waste of time..

I received an email confirming delivery of my daughter's birthday flowers but they never got there! I called to complain so they "promised" they would deliver flowers first thing in the morning, the flowers arrived at 7 pm LOOKING HORRIBLE, only a few flowers and a DEFLATED "happy face" balloon instead of the birthday balloon I paid extra for, the bouquet was also missing the Happy Birthday topper which made me decide for this expensive one, It looked NOTHING like the picture, I will upload pictures!
So I called a 3rd time very upset and this time they said they would deliver an "upgraded" bouquet and refund my money. It's now 2 days from my daughter's birthday who is alone in Colorado while we are in California. Well, what do you know the flowers NEVER came. This company has no idea of why we order flowers and what they mean to us and the recipient, do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER from them. My second and 3rd call I was supposed to be talking to a manager hoping they would understand but no one listened to us. Horrible service, horrible people!

I ordered flowers from FTD Flowers for my grandfather's funeral. I selected Oct. 22 for delivery to my grandmother's home prior to my grandfather's funeral on Oct. 25. I received an email that the delivery was scheduled for Oct. 22, but the status of the order was "Assigned to Florist." This status did not change, and I did not receive a delivery confirmation. I reached out to FTD Customer Service on Oct. 24, Oct. 26, Oct. 28, and Oct. 29th (initially using their customer service form on their website, then subsequently replying to the auto-reply email as instructed to reach assistance). My order was delivered on Oct. 29th - 4 days AFTER my grandfather's funeral (and 1 week after the original delivery date). I heard this from my family before I received a delivery confirmation email. I NEVER heard directly from customer service.
This was especially disappointing as I am almost 8 months pregnant and was not able to fly to Illinois for my grandfather's funeral, and this was my way of being present with the family on that day. If delivery prior to the funeral was not possible, I would have selected another company for flower delivery. Whether that was communicated upfront in the available delivery dates or at some point in the process. I have asked for a partial refund, but again - have not heard from the company. I do NOT recommend FTD Flowers for anyone that needs their flower delivery to occur by a specific date. I can see in the reviews, I am not only one. This company needs to fix these issues, so that they do not lose more customers. I for one will not be using their services again.

Ordering flowers is sometimes very time sensitive.... They need to be delivered on the day scheduled. The next day is too late. I ordered flowers, got a confirmation, then received a notification the following day that the flowers were being prepared and would be delivered that day. The flowers were NOT delivered. I received notification the following morning that they regretted not getting them delivered, and would get them there today for 10% off my purchase price. I responded it was too late, and asked for a complete refund, which they agreed to. They get one star for the refund!!

Ordered a bouquet for a friend for her birthday and paid for the highest upgraded bouquet because it looked full and lush on the website. What she received was half the size of what was depicted on the site. Emailed customer service 3 times and received no response so clearly they don’t care once they get their money. Don’t waste your money on this scam of a company. You’re better off shopping with a local florist in the recipient’s area directly. Should’ve looked up reviews prior to purchasing. Never again!

Ordered flowers for my mother’s 7Oth. Received order confirmation number. Called when checking delivery status on the day of delivery because status was still “Order received”. Customer Service said they could not find a florist in the area to make the arrangement and the arrangement would not be delivered. Why wasn’t I notified? Customer Service could not offer any flowers to be delivered in time. Extremely upset, frustrated and disappointed.

What a bunch of crooks!! I ordered flowers on 7/27 through Legacy.com /FTD for a funeral on 7/31/22. I wasn't thinking much of it that it would not get delivered because I got a confirmation email stating that it was delivered on 7/31. After a month goes and I thought I would get a thank you of some sorts. I did not receive any thanks which was weird because it was a family I was close with since 1985. So I reached out to my friend whose father passed and asked if they received flowers from me. He said they didn't get any flowers. I was pissed! So I sent a contact us saying they did not get the flowers so let me know.
I get a reply back saying..."Thank you for contacting us. We apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations (nor our standards!), and we would like to rectify this immediately by sending a re-delivery order at equal or greater value to your original order. Please reply with the following information and we will work to secure the soonest available delivery date:..."
Are they nuts? What a bunch of idiots! They wanted to deliver the flowers a month after the funeral???? When I replied back saying I want a refund then they replied by saying... "We regret to inform you that, despite our best efforts, we were unable to complete the delivery of your order due to the time constraints of the funeral service. We apologize for the notification of this inconvenience via e-mail, but we were unable to reach you at the phone number provided."
How could they not have my email or my phone Number!?!? I ordered through them online! Then I get an email from another person saying..." According to our records your order was successfully delivered on 7/31 at 11:26am. The delivery address provided on your order is Frank A. Patti & Kenneth Mikatarian Funeral Home 327 Main St Fort Lee, NJ 07024. Per your request, we have provided a full refund. Due to our no hassle policy, we provided the refund in full without any hassle. If you require further assistance, please contact us directly at (800) 736-3383."
I replied back saying that I got a delivery confirmation as well.. So I am getting different stories from them! How I took that response was that they didn't believe that the flower wasn't delivered just by starting off the reply by stating that the flowers WAS delivered! Very passive aggressive response from FTD! I took it as they think the family LIED about NOT getting the flowers OR I am lying about it just so I can get a refund or something! How low would they think especially for a funeral flowers??? Are you kidding me??? If I didn't reach out to them, THEY WOULD HAVE TOOK MY MONEY WITHOUT FLOWERS! DO NOT USE THEM!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE! Bunch of idiots and incompetent business!

4 days late, 3 phone calls, over 2 hours on the phone, and still no flowers delivered. A complete failure from FTD customer service and a lack of communication with their network of florists. I'm not sure how they are still in business. As a tip, just Google a local florist and call them directly - do not use FTD - it will save you a lot of embarrassment, you won't waste time trying to speak to someone who isn't all lip service, and your flowers might actually be delivered on or near the event you're trying to acknowledge.

Ordered off the FTD website. Apparently the company has gone thru multiple changes of ownership and now offers terrible service. They accepted my order and charged me $13 extra for Saturday delivery. Turns out they were shipping the flowers via UPS from Texas to my sister in CA. Multiple stops in between. They arrived two days late and in bad shape. Wilted and brown on the edges. Trying to get a refund and can't get thru to talk to a human. Call the neighborhood florist! My mistake ordering from FTD.

Despite verbiage of customer service, FTD falls flat in practice. I ordered flowers for my girlfriend and they never notified her of the delivery. The flowers cooked in the August sun of Arizona. I contacted them and they sent another delivery. My girlfriend was home but not notified again; the flowers wilted in the heat. I asked for a refund: no answer. I have repeatedly asked how to search for flowers without a vase. I finally got answer—"how to take care of tulips”. Also, the exorbitant delivery charge makes FTD a poor choice. I ordered flowers bouquet to be delivered through FTD. The recipient posted on social media. They were awful... wilted, sparse and not at all like the picture. All at a cost if over $130. I contacted FTD and they said they would resend...never did and never heard from them again. I will never use them again or recommend. FTD is a scam.

Picked out a lovely bouquet of flowers to send to a friend to honor the death of her father. The picture on the website was beautiful and lush and I chose the upgraded version. My friend sent a photo and it had about 1/4 or less of the flowers but lots of baby's breath. Very disappointed. Will not use FTD again. Would like to find out who the florist was, but they don't tell you that info. Definitely a scam that includes the local florist in on it.

Ordered flowers for my 82 year mother who is also ill. Was told that they could not fulfill my order with my selection and that they would send a substitution - which I agreed. Incredibly, the flowers that arrived were DEAD. They offered to immediately send a replacement bouquet, within a couple of days - but failed to do so. Almost a week after I placed the order and still only dead flowers for my mother. Lies and incompetence. Stay away.

I bought a flower arrangement for my wife's birthday. I also ordered an optional box of candy as well. The candy was 19.95. The flowers came on time and was fine. The box of candy was a very small box that had a very small amount of candy in it. The candy would be worth maybe five dollars if that. I was sent a review and I mentioned the candy but no response. For twenty dollars, I could have bought a very large candy sampler in the local supermarket here. I am seeking compensation for being overcharged for this item.

Ordered flowers for delivery 3 days before the date I needed it. I called CS on the day to ensure delivery, I even got a delivery confirmation email but the flowers never arrived. When I called them again they said they "accidentally forgot to deliver it". What's the point of ordering in advance and paying for shipping if it doesn't get there on time? A birthday is once a year and delivering the day after because, ooops you made a mistake, is just not good enough. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I had two options for delivery. 5/7 for one item and 5/10 for another, total cost for both items $154 bucks. After I PAID, the delivery dates were both change to 5/10. Had I known FTD couldn't fulfill one of the options by 5/7 delivery, I wouldn't have ordered it because I wanted at least one item to arrive before Mother's Day. It was misleading for FTD to say the item could be delivered by 5/7 on 5/5, when I purchased, but then FTD didn't ship it till 5/9. When I contacted customer service I was told the shipping price would have been the same for 5/7 delivery or 5/10, but you all missed the whole point. I wanted delivery BEFORE mother's day otherwise I wouldn't have ordered it. They gave me ten bucks to "compensate", but the money wasn't the point. Don't offer shipping 5/7 then after a customer pays change to 5/10 just to make a sale...

I ordered some flowers for my wife for Mother’s Day. It’s not the first time the website update as “delivered” when they didn’t delivered anything. So I called the customer service line because again the website was saying “delivered” even though nothing was delivered. Basically long story short, no “sorry that happened” or anything was said, all they asked was “are you interested in receiving the delivery tomorrow?”. It’s a Mother’s Day flower, why would I be interested in a delivery for tomorrow (Monday)? Then the person offered, if I wanted the delivery for Monday plus a $20 discount in my next order. Next order?? Why would I order again after such a poor service from this company? So finally after the third time asking for the full refund the person asked for a moment and almost 5 minutes later she finished the refund.
There was zero care or consideration from their part. Clearly all that matters for this company is making money and oh well if some customers have bad experience. There’s nothing your company could do to repair the damage, once the holiday is passed it’s done but, what is amazing to me is the person on the phone didn’t even bother to say sorry. “Amazing service” offered from FTD, never ordering again, that was the worse experience with online flowers delivery company I’ve ever had.

The only thing consistent about an order from FTD is that something about it will be horrible and screwed up. There is no quality control with florists, and therein lies the biggest problem. The second is they have singularly stumbled upon the absolutely worst customer service experience possible. The photos are rarely even close to what I paid for, and this last time they just didn't even both to show up. I will never use FTD again. Way to ruin Mothers' Day.

I ordered flowers online from FTD for my wife for Mother's Day. The day they were supposed to be delivered the order status still just said received so I contacted their customer service via chat. The customer service rep promptly apologized and then said that they could not find a florist to create my arrangement. They did offer to replace it with another arrangement but what good does that do me? My wife now has no flowers and I have to find an alternative. It is flat out fraudulent to charge someone for a product, know that the product purchased will never be delivered and never contact the customer to let them know. If I had not contacted customer service about it I wonder if they would have ever reached out to me, I doubt they would have. I will never order anything from FTD again.

What a terrible experience I had this Mother’s Day. Placed an order to be delivered the Friday before Mother’s Day knowing the weekend would be busy with possible delays. The flowers were never delivered never received notification or call from FTD or the local florist. Had to call the main customer service today just to be told oops we’re sorry the next available delivery date isn’t until the 12th. Had to cancel my order and receive a refund and try to scramble to get flowers for my wife this weekend.
FTD service is continuing to decline and this is about the third or fourth time my order has been messed up in the last year. I understand the circumstances but there’s no excuse for bad customer service. They have now lost a very long-time customer as I’ll be using other resources including just going to a local florist as I can no longer trust FTD to handle my orders in a professional and timely manner. I’d be very leery of using or recommending them as they have no control over delivery no matter if you pick a time and date in the app they still will ignore it and deliver when they feel like it or not deliver at all. Buyer beware.

My husband ordered me flowers to be sent to the school I teach at. He ordered them 4 days before the delivery date. He put on the order that this is a school and they need to be delivered before noon. They never showed. He asked me if I had received anything on the day of our anniversary and I said no. He called FTD and they would not refund him or tell him which florist was going to deliver them. All they would do is reroute the flowers to our house. They still have not showed up. Happy anniversary to us. We will not use FTD ever again!

I ordered flowers to be delivered on my mom's birthday 6 days before the delivery date. She did not get anything. When I called they said no one was home. She lives in an assisted living facility so that was a lie. She is always home and the facility has a front desk agent to great visitors. They said they would be delivered the next day but they were not. It took several phone calls and finally on the fourth day they were delivered. They did give me a discount but I would rather have had my mom get a gift on her actual birthday. Also one would think that a company as big as FTD would have a preferred vendor in different areas to handle problems rather than to allow something to go three full days past the delivery date. I understand problems arise but if you don’t do it on the day you promised, it should show up the next day at the latest. I will not use them again.

I ordered flowers for my person last Thursday for same day delivery around 11am. The flowers were not delivered so I called and they upgraded the flowers to the biggest size for delivery the next day. On that Friday at 3pm I received an email saying that the flowers couldn't be delivered because they couldn't find the location. She works at Sephora in a mall. I cancelled my order and was refunded.
Yesterday at 10am I went to ProFlowers to send an arrangement not knowing that the 2 companies were tied together. I paid for the middle arrangement and she was sent the small arrangement. It was NOTHING like what I ordered. No lilies, 3 roses, and all unbloomed carnations. I contacted them AGAIN because it was unacceptable and they said that they were sending a new arrangement. The issue isn't that they won't compensate for their mistakes but that it doesn't make the occasion special anymore when it's wrong or not delivered. Maybe they should find a new vendor. I could've bought the same arrangement that was sent from Wegmans for $18 instead of paying $80 and not get what is expected.

First, I have made multiple orders in the past with FTD and have had great success. I ordered flowers for my mother to be delivered on her birthday. She did not receive them on her birthday but a day late, after the advertising and order both indicated delivery on her birthday. I emailed the company about the issue and indicated that they make it right. They replied that they canceled the order and refunded my money. I have yet to confirm the refund but I did not ask for that. She did receive the flowers the next day but they were dead. She opened the package and the flowers fell off the stems. The ones that were barely alive were brown. I was very embarrassed and horrified. I will not use FTD ever again.

I ordered over a 100 dollars in flowers for my mom's 75th Birthday. I ordered these well in advance through the FTD website. I ordered them to be delivered on her birthday. I received an Email around 5pm Eastern stating that they were delivered. When I checked with her. They were not delivered. I called FTD customer service and instead of checking with the floral location they just told me to wait until 8pm. I waited until 8:30pm and still no flowers and card. I called customer service again. They just just said they would try and fix it tomorrow. A day later. This could have been fixed during my first call. But CS just ignored the issue. Do not ever order from FTD. They outsource their CS to some foreign call center with no cares about the customer. They also cannot provide responsible delivery dates. I order with Flower Chimp all the time for international flower delivery and I never have an issue. I will use FlowerChimp for my US orders now too.

Ordered same day flowers for Valentine's Day, very early in morning. At 7 pm, when flowers were supposed to be delivered by 8pm on VALENTINE'S DAY, I get an email saying sorry NOT being delivered today. Call them in the morning. First operator says everything is fine (they didn't realize how important flowers on Valentine's Day is) and that they will come later in the day. I need them by a certain time, she says nothing more can be done at all. I demand a manager, she lies and says they can do nothing else. She was very rude with me and didn’t show any sympathy over not delivering roses on Valentine’s Day.
The manager at least tries to solve the issue and calls the florist direct. He very smugly thinks he has fixed it and that the flowers will be there by 10 am. He mentions they will be there by 3 hours from then (it was 8:30 am), I said, "You have less than 1.5 hours." The fool had been looking at my billing address and desperately calling florists in the completely wrong state. Long story short no Roses for Valentine's Day and an amazingly incompetent crew at FTD Flowers. Will never use again and highly advise you do the same. Terrible! Please read other's reviews online! They do they stuff constantly, take your money but don’t deliver flowers on time or at all. STAY AWAY!

Happy to take money with a promise date, failed to deliver on the date. Attempted to re-deliver again the next day, left by garbage cans out front. $125+ rose order actually ended up being a mixed floral arrangement comparable to what you would pick up at a supermarket for ~$15-20. I understand FTD contracts to local florists, but FTD support lied and was completely unhelpful throughout the process. I would've chosen a local florist but the gift was for someone far away. I will never give them my business again and I'd strongly consider you research local florists in an area and order direct instead.

My boyfriend purchased flowers for me for Vday 2022. Although he purchased these a week before the date, this company still could not fulfill the flowers. We have called and they will tell us they are “delivered” however, it’s clear they are not. One customer service rep stated they did not have the stock to fulfill this order. I'll probably never use FTD/1800 Flowers/Proflowers again. I order a nice bouquet for my GF's mother (which I do every year) but wanted to make sure she received them because she had lost her husband of 45 years back in October of 2021. I know Valentine's Day would not be the same without him but just wanted to make sure she received them. I order them over 2 weeks ahead of time. The day of the delivery: 7pm, 8pm. rolled around, I called customer service and they told me that they were in transit. Ok, I get it, it's probably the busiest time of the year for them. 9pm, still nothing, call again and I was told it MIGHT come 2/15. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. They issued me a refund, but that's not what I want. I just wanted the flowers to be delivered ON TIME. If you can't deliver, it would've been better for me to get the notice a day before or earlier in the day so I can at least pick something up and deliver them in person.

I ordered the flowers days in advance of Valentine's Day. The delivery date was confirmed for 14 FEB 22. My GF was aware of the delivery so she made it a point to check the front door on multiple occasions throughout the day. At about 6pm, I tracked my order and it stated delivered but they weren't so I chatted with a FTD rep who said the delivery confirmation was in error and that the flowers would be delivered by 9pm. At 8:50pm. I called FTD only to be transferred back to the customer service recorded helpline, I called again and some lady then put me on-hold as she was 'going to go check on the delivery.' My GF never got the flowers and I informed FTD that I demand a full refund.

I ordered a bouquet of roses, all of which showed up dead with black all over them and rips in the petals. I tried to utilize customer service for my ruined gift and they would put me on hold to "transfer" the call, only for them to run me through an automated system to hang up on me. Several calls later where I was "transferred" and the call dropped, I finally got through to someone who wanted to make excuses for their poor customer support. Worst customer support experience I think I have ever encountered.

Bought wife flowers for Valentine's Day to be delivered on Valentine's Day. Came home from Super Bowl party tonight to find her flowers delivered on 2/13 instead of Valentine's Day and flowers were left outside and had blown over I guess from wind, all the water gone. Will never buy from again.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day four days prior. Two days later, I am notified that they can’t deliver that order because they don’t have the flowers and that it will be delivered THREE days later. REALLY? Called to find out why and they could not give me a reasonable explanation. “We will refund your money and charge you for a new order.” That means that my refund will be back in my account in about a week and you want to charge my account again instead of refunding me the difference. Crappy customer service!

Flowers showed up at my house today, but my name wasn't on the label. I called FTD to see if they could figure out how to get the order to the person it was intended for. First agent hung up on me. Second agent literally said, "it's not your problem, consider it a gift from FTD to you". I said that was absurd and not acceptable. She said, "when the customer realizes they weren't delivered, they'll call us". Again not the way to handle this. THEN, she said "If the customer is upset, they'll let us know; it's not your problem". I wanted to scream that I know it's not MY problem, it's YOURS to fix! That's what customer service is!
The agents are incompetent, and the company doesn't care about you getting what was paid for. I ended up HAND DELIVERING this order after finding the recipient on Facebook. She was so thankful and told me a very sad story about why the flowers were bought for her. Imagine if someone had just kept the flowers and didn't care to find who they belonged to?! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Use a local florist!

I ordered a plant for my friend's birthday in a different state, more northern. Initially I wanted it to be delivered on a Saturday (when she was home). The plant did not get delivered on the specific day, it got pushed back twice. I was told that it will be delivered on a Wednesday during the day. That does not work for me! First of all it's freezing cold where she leaves, and my friend is not home during the day and that means that when she gets home she will find a dead plant/flowers by her door. I ended up canceling my order. Even though FDT offered me some discount on my next purchase, it still does not make up for not having my delivery completed when suppose to! Please go with a different delivery company, this was my second incident like this with FTD! Customer service is worse! Don't even talk to you, they just apologize and hand up!!!! Worse experience Ever!!!!

Order placed one week in advance for gravesite service, paid in full. Order confirmation included statement that "funeral delivery will be DONE prior to requested time" at 11:00 am weekday. This did NOT happen and 3 different customer service reps FAILED to with an explanation or remedy to the problem. Funeral service occurred WITHOUT flowers, and I insisted on a full refund. The mortuary staff called 5 hours later to say flowers arrived...A COMPLETE WASTE of time and money.

I ordered a standard bouquet that did not look like the photo. The descriptions says the bouquet contains sunflowers but daisies were used instead and the general quality looked cheaper than the description and photo on the website. Otherwise service was timely and organized, just not the quality I expected.

Terrible, overpriced flowers that were an absolute embarrassment. I was sent a picture of the flowers from the funeral as I was unable to attend due to living out of state and having short notice. They look far worse than the picture on which I based my order. In no universe is that tiny, lame arrangement worth over $150! Also, the card had the florist's name on it. I priced the same flowers at their website and it was $50 cheaper. Thank you for scamming me on my Aunt's funeral flowers, FTD pieces of trash.

Never again! I ordered flowers for my daughter's 30th birthday via FTD Online. I found the bouquet that I wanted to send and took it to the Premium level to the tune of almost $100. I was advised via email that the flowers were scheduled for delivery the day I expected. I found out that evening that the flowers had not in fact been delivered. It seemed that the florist never received the order due to their internet not working appropriately. When I went back to FTD Online, they checked with the florist and said they would be delivered that next day. And due to the issues, the florist said they would upgrade the order. I said I had already upgraded to to Premium, and was assured that they would 'fill it out even further' to make it more full and larger.
When the arrangement finally arrived, later that afternoon, she sent me a picture. It was a sad bouquet that looked like the lowest level I could have ordered. Very disappointed in FTD AND the florist who put it together. I was an FTD Gold member, and have consistently experienced this type of service and product quality. Once I ordered a sympathy plant for a colleague in Florida, and it came in a bright rainbow container, nothing like the peaceful white vase in the picture. Unfortunately, unless you get a picture from the recipient, you only have your faith in FTD to rely on, which is minimal at best at this point. I feel that this is consistently a 'bait and switch'.

I bought a Gold membership and now TWICE out of 6 orders it was shown as "delivered" only it was NOT delivered. Security camera footage confirmed there was not even an attempt to deliver. Business name, address, and recipient name were all 100% correct/accurate. And when you call FTD they don't even care; they just offer a refund or to have the flowers re-delivered. Like, do they not care that whatever florist they used set the status to "delivered" even though it wasn't?!?! Nope, they literally don't care. Instead of receiving a nice surprise, I have to ask my lady if she received anything, and then she has to take time to go check security cameras. It's awful, absolutely awful. I excused it after the 1st time, but not now. NEVER AGAIN FTD!!

I wrote to customer service twice and received an automated response saying they couldn't do anything because the order had already been processed. Really poor customer service and very unreliable delivery service overall.

The person who I delivered them to was expecting them because they were actually for someone else. If you actually want someone to receive flowers, don't use these people!

I ordered a Blooming Abundance Gardenia Bonsai plant sent to a family as a sympathy gift. It arrived with the pot broken in 5 places and a mess of dirt and a bag of stones (apparently the family was supposed to assemble). It was also not the plant ordered (maybe bamboo?) and bore absolutely no resemblance to the picture. FTD refunded my $90+, but I think they should have also sent a new plant as compensation for this unacceptable delivery.

I ordered a very nice bouquet for a friend's Dad's memorial service. I ordered on a Tuesday in order for them to be delivered on Friday. These were being delivered to a business address and the business close by noon on Fridays. I received confirmation. On Friday, my friend said that the flowers had not been delivered as marked on my order. I had to call to find out why. Apparently they were just late... Customer service asked if they could be delivered that afternoon to the recipient's home, I agreed.
The recipient received a call from the florist who said they would be delivered by 4pm. Again, no delivery, no call. I called FTD once again to find out what happened and I received two excuses for my efforts, this time. One excuse was that the flowers were now in a different postal zip code and the second excuse... "We don't have a driver to take them." Again, Customer service has to tell me, "Guess what, your flowers will have to be delivered on Saturday." Alright, we are still sort of ok, as the memorial service was in Saturday.
Once again, Saturday came and went, WITH NO FLOWERS DELIVERED! At this point FTD totally dropped the ball, then told me that Monday is the only day they can get delivered and they missed the memorial service, entirely. I explained to FTD that there was still more than two hours left in the delivery window and that the flowers were probably ready to just be put in a car and delivered. Nope, Monday. As I write this, it is almost 3:30 pm and the recipient says they have NOT been delivered as of yet. If they aren't delivered today, I will lose my mind on FTD in another call to them!! DO NOT EVER ORDER FLOWERS FROM FTD IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT THEM TO ARRIVE - AT ALL!!

I have been a gold member of FTD since 2016. I ordered flowers to be delivered to a coworker's house for the passing of her grandparent. The flowers never arrived. When I contacted FTD the next day they told me there was a problem and they could deliver them the next day--2 days after the original day. I asked why I wasn't contacted about the problem and they could not tell me. Since it was 2 days later, I needed to change the address to be delivered. I spent the next 25 minutes on the phone trying to get this problem resolved. They never once apologized and I had to beg to get some sort of reimbursement. Very disappointed!

Flowers were never delivered to funeral location. Upon calling FTD, they couldn't tell me anything. They couldn't even tell me what business was supposed to deliver the flowers. The representative said they would do an investigation but he also said FTD would never get back with me to find out the results of the investigation. They protect the incompetent vendor that they contracted with via their "privacy policy" but screw the customer. They owe me more than just a refund.

We ordered flowers a week prior to the memorial service for my mother. We received confirmation through email and we confirmed on the phone. The morning of the service (about 4 AM) we received an email confirming the flowers would be delivered on time, so we didn't feel the need to call again. Our hands were full with traveling to the church and finalizing the service details with the minister. As the start of the service approached, we noticed the flowers hadn't been delivered. We called and were told that basically the florist notified them at 9:30 AM they didn't have the flowers for the spray. FTD emailed us - a critical, time sensitive situation and they email us to tell us they can't deliver the flowers, but would we like them a few days later to another address, or credit our payment!
First, why didn't they call us? This was for a memorial service, there is nowhere else to send flowers. Had they called us we could have stopped at a local florist and asked for something to have at the funeral. Instead, this situation added to the emotional sadness we were experiencing over the loss of a loved one. When speaking to Customer Service, they could only apologize and refund our money. They could not explain why they did not use the phone number provided "in case we have to reach you" on the order form. Of course, they would not provide the name of the florist (due to agreements), so we could not write a review on the actual florist. FTD guarantees delivery, but did not follow through.
Because of their lack of following their own process, our mother's service was without the flowers she loved so much - that was the whole point. We purposely ordered the most colorful spray for her and there were none at her funeral. It looked pretty sad and empty at the front of the church. It really marred our last goodbye to our mother.

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend who is a teacher for the first day of school. It's now the end of the second day of school and the flowers were never delivered. Was called by the FTD order center and they said the delivery person was there delivering at the school at like 7pm. School has been closed for many hours at that time. What idiot goes to an elementary school that late. The next day still no delivery so where are the flowers that were attempted to have been delivered the evening prior? My guess the actual delivery was a LIE!!! Chat option on FTD website provided me NO satisfaction on a remedy for the problem. Gave me grief on requesting a refund. So angry with failed service and customer service.

Hello All, I ordered the "You're Precious Bouquet" for my girlfriend's Birthday (July 2021). Expecting to pay an arm and a leg for good flowers with same day delivery the price point wasn't bad! $82 and some change total with delivery. She received the flowers way earlier than expected (time wise) and being curious I asked to see what they looked like as I ordered the "Deluxe" version and was curious...This is where true disappointment set in. Even at the price point of $65, this bouquet didn't appear to be any more than some $10 flowers from Giant in a vase with some extra greenery...
Calmly, I then called the customer service line to see what could be done. I let the representative know the bouquet I ordered my order number; found me no problem. I told her the issue was: the bouquet wasn't up to standards of what they're advertising on their site. I let her know I even ordered the "Deluxe" one so that even if I was getting gypped for expensive flowers it would be full! I feel not wanting to admit the wrong the representative then proceeded to tell me I only ordered the Original (cost of: $50) even then, what was received didn't fit what fifty dollars of flowers looks like.
After speaking for another 20 min I was 'assured' another bouquet would be sent out "today or tomorrow". I asked for a tracking number or some kind of receipt that this call happened and they were unable to provide any of that information. Next time I'll be picking them out myself and not recommending FTD to anyone I know! Be smart folks - don't let the pictures fool you.

After my credit card information was given to FTD, I was billed for an amount higher than what was advertised. Also, for a second subsequent order, the bill did not show the Gold card benefits for which I had paid $30 annual fee. Calling customer service did not help to resolve the problem. As per FTD processing, Gold card annual renewal payment by default is automatic. No clear procedure is provided to cancel the automatic renewal of Gold card membership. Therefore, I sent a letter requesting cancellation of automatic renewal billing of Gold card membership renewal. FTD process is convoluted and confounding. They collect credit card data first, and then provide all the billing data, with many higher than advertised amounts.

FTD finally contacted me and told me that the first bouquet would have to be picked up THEN a replacement bouquet would be supplied...nothing. Today I finally called and demanded a full refund which the girl I spoke with told me would be credited back to my card. Will be shocked if I get the refund.

I paid $99 dollars for my mother’s birthday flower arrangement. I received a false delivery confirmation from FTD. So I contacted customer service. They assured me that flower arrangement is on its way and my mother going to get it any minute. Unfortunately it’s 8:48pm and no flowers. Customer service offered to deliver flowers the next day. Which is kind of pointless because my mom’s birthday is today. I would NEVER order flowers from them again.

I ordered a flower arrangement on Friday to be delivered to a friend the following day. I placed my order and received a confirmation email. The following day I received another email stating that the flowers were scheduled for delivery that day...except they NEVER arrived. I called the 800 number (a call center staffed by employees I had a difficult time understanding) to determine what happened. I was told they would still be delivered that day, except it was now 9:30 pm and I was fairly certain no one would be making a delivery after that hour. I called again, this time I was told to wait, they would arrive the next day...except they didn't. A third call to the 800 number produced no explanation for what had happened to the flowers so I requested a refund and then located a local flower shop that actually did deliver what I ordered. Never again will I use FTD (Fail To Deliver).

I get an email this morning that my flowers would be delivered TODAY! It's a church! There may or may not be anyone there to get them! I paid over $100 for those and went with them because they were recommended by the legacy website! I called and canceled it and boy did that little girl get an earful this morning. I asked her why are they even on the legacy website if they can't keep up with the dates on the obituaries!?!? Ugh! Idk what I am going to do now! I'm so upset!!!! I do not recommend. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister the Wednesday before mother's day this year. I was notified by FTD that they would arrive Friday before mother's day. They arrived 3 days later than Friday and were wilted and horrible. I immediately asked for my shipping charges to be refunded and that happened right away. However they then promised to have the flowers redelivered to arrive within 3 days. They are scheduled to be delivered on May 25th!! That is over a week since the first ones arrived damaged and late! When I called to tell them to forget it, that I just wanted a refund for the cost of the flowers they said no. This is the first and LAST time I will ever buy flowers from this company. Delivery and product is highly unsatisfactory and although the customer service agents were very nice, their accents were so thick it was hard to understand them. Customer service is great. Delivery is horrible.

FTD is hit or miss. Sometimes I can get a really great bouquet and other times it seems like they do the bare minimum. I think it really depends on the local florist who fills the orders. Most times they are an approximation of what the picture online actually looks like.

I never write reviews, let alone negative ones. I ordered approximately 3.5 weeks ago for Mother's Day. I was sent an email saying that my order was supposed to show up on the 9th (Mother's Day) but it never came. I then saw all the negative reviews all over the internet but thought I'd give them a chance. I contacted them and said that I wasn't mad that my order was late despite their email saying otherwise, I just wanted to know where exactly it was. I got no response but figured they were busy, it being Mother's Day.
"My" order showed up the next day. Although the exterior envelope was addressed to the right person, both the interior CARD AND THE BOUQUET were addressed to the wrong person AND it was the wrong bouquet entirely!! They completely botched the delivery! I spent quite a bit of money on this order and I am not a happy. I understand Mother's Day is a busy holiday for Florists, probably their busiest all year, but I still can't believe they let this happen. It's not like it's the first mother's day and I ordered in advance.
It's been 4 days and I have yet to hear back from the company despite multiple emails asking for them to either correct their error or just refund my $110.79. I seriously paid that much just to get screwed over and it seems like without much chance for a refund through them. It's my first time being away from home and I wanted to do something special but now I've been stressed about this along with studying for exams. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

It's been awhile since I ordered flowers but when I did FTD was and is an familiar name for me. Especially when I was in the military when you have to order flowers over the phone to get to either a friend or family member. Whether it was for a wedding or funeral or bridal shower. Sending flowers or plants always shows family how you feel and they were thought of. I know I enjoy getting flowers from my children and friends. So having a company that delivers is always a great service in my book.

The flowers I ordered did not seem worth the price that I paid. I’ve put together more beautiful arrangements myself for less at a grocery store but I was having these delivered to my mom in another city. They did not look bad but seemed small for the price. Also, the vase was ugly. The photo was a modern looking cylinder shaped vase with gold accent. What was sent wasn’t even a similar shape. I hate that I spent my Money on this. I usually look at reviews before ordering things online but I didn’t this time so I’m taking this as a loss for not doing any research.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mother and sister for Mother’s Day, May 9th 2021. I ordered the flowers 3 weeks in advance and was set to have them delivered the day before MD and paid over $100 for the flowers. I received an email from FTD that the flowered I ordered delivered. Ok. This is the day before mother’s which was 5/8/2021 and I’m just patiently waiting for my mom and sister to call or send pics because it was supposed to be a surprise. So several hrs go by and now it’s almost 11pm and I’m like something doesn’t seem right. So I call my family to ask did the flowers deliver, they said no but just to be sure they took a look around the outside of the house just in case they hid them from porch pirates.
Well I called customer service and asked what was the situation and they suggested that I wait another day to see if the delivery takes place and I’m actually offended at this point because how can you not only take my money but then lie and say you delivered the product and they have absolutely no way of confirming if their flowers are even delivered to the customer. Thank to my mother who has a camera system so we we able to verify that the delivery did not take place. Pathetic company...shouldn’t even be in business if you're going to ** people especially for special occasions when there are plenty of other local florist or markets I could have easily chosen from but instead went with FTD and they just ruined it for us. I give them zero stars!

I️ wanted to have flowers sent for Mother’s Day. I️ ordered the day before and was given a window of 5/8-9 from 9am-8pm. No flowers. At 8:35 pm on 5/9, I️ called customer service. They told me to ask my elderly mother to stay up later and wait. Later, they sent an email saying that the flowers were delivered at 9:13 pm. Still no flowers. I️ understand that is a holiday, but why accept payments and make promises that you do not have the manpower to fulfill? I️ thought FTD was a reputable company, but this experience has been terrible. My mother is 700 miles away and loves flowers, but now she’s disappointed that she didn’t receive them. And I’m left with very little support from customer service. Unacceptable!

I paid them for a floral arrangement 3 weeks before Mothers Day. They failed to create my order and didn't think to notify me so I could make other arrangements. What's worse is that they were recommended by USAA. That leads me to believe I wasn't the only veteran who was disappointed today. You're better off using 1800Flowers.

The florist went above and beyond for us. The flowers were bright and full! There wasn't any wilted and the bouquet of flowers lasted about 7 days with the flower food they provided. The florist delivered on time and was very professional in their delivery. I cannot say enough good about the florist. You can't go wrong with a FTD florist. They did establish the floral standards industry wide.

I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and my mom never received them even after multiple calls with customer service to check in. The site had automatically marked the flowers as delivered but that was a lie which was confirmed when I called the customer service representative. They also kept promising the flowers would be delivered the next day which they never were. They would put me on hold to call the florist and then promise another delivery time which was never met. After three frustrating days, my mom will not be getting the expensive ($100+) flowers I ordered for her. What a disappointment! Don’t waste your time or money here!

I ordered a $70 dollar Mother’s Day bouquet. What was delivered was 2 roses, a lily and daisies shoved in a vase. No arranging. No greens. Not worth the $$ at all and will never use FTD.com again. Spend your money elsewhere.

They call me the night before at 7:00 pm to tell me they are cancelling my order, because there is no flower shop in Montreal that can fulfill a simple bouquet order! Are you kidding me? On May 3rd, I ordered flowers to be delivered on May 8th, the day before Mother's Day. Today, May 8th, they told me that they would not be able to deliver the flowers until May 12th, the Wednesday after Mother's Day. They have betrayed my trust and have completely lost my business. I'm only going to buy flowers local from now on, or maybe on 1-800 Flowers. All they offered was a refund of the rush fee. A total insult to me, to say nothing of my wife. FTD cannot be trusted.

I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day for both, my mom and mother in law. My mother in law did receive her flowers on the correct delivery date however, the flowers were nothing like I ordered. When I checked the status on my mother's order, the order was still in process and they told me the order wouldn’t be delivered until May 18th, Mother’s Day is the 9th. Customer service was very uncaring in the matter. Had them give me full refunds, but the damage had been done. Both of them live too far for me to run a gift over and no way could I find someone to deliver on such a short notice. Will never use this company again, and advise everyone to stay away or be prepared to be disappointed.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day. Being able to have them delivered on that day was the reason I chose FTD Flowers. The day before they were to be delivered, I received an email saying that delivery on the day I requested was not possible. I was given two options- deliver at a later date or a refund. I chose deliver at a later date. Minutes later I received an email saying my order had been cancelled. When I followed up by calling customer service hoping to correct this, I was told I would have to reorder; I would have to correct the mistake that they made. Not a chance in the world! When I called my mother in tears to explain what happened, she told me she had the same experience with FTD Flowers and never received a refund despite multiple requests for one.

I'd like to upload a picture. The flowers were delivered at 5 pm. I was home and they never rang the doorbell. Fortunately, I was on the computer and saw they were delivered. The flowers are tulips. I can tell some were cut at least 5 - 7 days ago. They do not stand up. They all droop over and the leaves are greenish yellow. They look like a two year old stuck them in a vase. I wish I could upload a picture so you could have a laugh.

They are fairly universal. Can be found almost anywhere and deliver almost anywhere. Easy and quick to use. Not cheap. They don't always send what you think you have ordered, but I have had no complaints.

Beware of FTD, they routinely engage in a form of bait and switch, they offer no real customer support and seem to blatantly lie as a means of grabbing your cash. I ordered flowers, specifying a delivery date (a full week in advance) and a zip code. I selected one of their arrangements. On the very next screen, they tried to upsell me to something other than what I had selected. When I tried to check out, they tacked a $20 fee onto the purchase price. My $70 bouquet now cost $100 with taxes and FTD's mystery fee. It took no more than an hour to receive an email telling me that the bouquet wasn't available and that I had to take action. The webform the email directed me to had no option to resolve this problem, so I tried to choose "other" and specify the issue. This proved futile.
I tried calling. Their call center is somewhere they have trouble recruiting staff who can speak and understand English. Communication was difficult. The second customer service representative, who claimed to be "Dave **", told me that the local florist refused to deliver, saying that it was below the minimum threshold for delivery. How could a $100 order be below the delivery threshold? I was told that the price I pay is not what the florist receives. I called a local florist and asked about FTD. I was told that they take an enormous cut of whatever the consumer gives them, leaving the florist with about half the money. The results are predictable: either the florist refuses, or what gets delivered is a mere shadow of what the consumer ordered.
This is, in essence, a bait and switch. What's on offer is not what the consumer sees, but some smaller version thereof. The cost the consumer pays is not for the flowers or delivery, but for FTD to maintain their offshore call center and run web ads. Do yourself a favor: use Google to find a local florist and call directly. DO NOT USE FTD.

At 9 pm, I called to see why my flowers had not been delivered, as indicated on my on-line account. It appears the customer service department is overseas, as their English was quite broken with every person I spoke with, and at times very difficult to understand. They said they would try to find out about my order and placed me on hold for some time. When they came back on-line, they said the flowers would be delivered 3 days later. I said I didn’t want that and would rather get a refund. Then I was transferred to another lady who said she would try and find someone who could deliver the flowers and advised the bouquet I had chosen wasn’t available.
I tried to pick three different bouquets and she said they weren’t available. I asked her to tell me what was available in a rather large city. She gave me the ugliest bouquet on their website and told me that was the only one. I went on the website and all of the bouquets I requested showed available. I was done at that point and asked for a refund. I was sent to a male at this point, who never even answered the phone at first. I had to ask if someone was there. Then he proceeded to call me sir numerous times after I had already corrected him. I asked to speak to a manager numerous times and none of the personnel would allow it. I finally had to hang up on the last guy and call back, as I was not going to allow him to treat me like that. The fourth person supposedly processed a return.
The next day at 6 am, I was sent an email the flowers had been delivered the night before. If the first person I spoke with would have contacted the florist, I would have never had to go through this nasty experience. This is the worst customer service I have ever come across. They have lost a customer for life and I would highly recommend to use a different company, in case you ever have an issue, as they will just give you the run-around and provide no assistance and treat you poorly in the process. Obviously, their personnel are not held accountable for their actions.

I *just* purchased a Mother's Day bouquet for mother-in-law-to-be, and only noticed AFTER checkout that the total price I paid was approximately $30 MORE than what was shown in my basket - and the extra was NOT taxes OR shipping. $20+ in "service fees" PLUS an additional $10 tacked on to the original price for the flowers???? NOT COOL guys. If you'd like to charge service fees for delivery to help pay commissions for the florists you partner with - FINE - but be HONEST! The other 1-star reviews here have me incredibly nervous that this arrangement won't even be worth the $100 I spent on it. Extremely displeased.

If a mistake occurs they correct immediately and compensate on the mistake. They assure what they stand for in delivery service and pay attention to detail. My mom received her flowers today- the text she sent me after I asked if she liked them was... "They are actually kind of beat up. They look like they're sad. I'm going to put them in some water to see if I can liven them up. I don't know why they put them in a box. I feel like it's kind of hard on them." Had to call 3 times. Ultimately talked to 7 people. No one speaks understandable English, so I doubt they understand me. Had a simple question about delivery... Got 3 or 4 variations of answers. Spent over half an hour on the phone. The answering system does not have a choice for questions, so you get transferred to people only interested in orders. It says to check the website...which I did, and the website had no answer which is why I called DUH... Very presumptuous of them. Will never order flowers from this place if a simple question is so difficult to answer.

We had a dear friend of the family for this week. My mother recommend this company for the funeral flowers. It was beyond horrible. We get to the funeral and no flowers were there from our family. It was something that I was horrified to have happen. Getting my money refunded me because of a no delivery thing is definitely not even close to good enough! I want flowers for life every week! Gorgeous pink flowers. What she received was a glass vase with a dozen mainly white carnations with two of the pink flowers shown on the site photo. I complained and called their Customer Care and voiced the complaint. Below you will see the email I received from ‘Harold’ in Customer Care. These people are criminals and you may want to be careful giving them your Credit/Debit Card info. I have regretted them and will NEVER use them again. Flowers for my grandmother's 85th birthday were supposed to arrive by 3PM. Received an email that they were delivered at 5PM. Then received another email at 6PM that an attempt was made and failed. Called and discovered they weren't delivered until 10am the next day. Then had to fight for to get a the delivery fee back. Do not use this company. Terrible experience. Use 1800 Flowers instead!

I bought flowers for my aunt for her birthday and prior to that, I showed my aunt and cousin the bouquet online. When she received them my cousin told me they weren’t worth the 150 I had paid and looked nothing like the picture + had a couple of dead flowers. I proceeded to call customer service and they set up another delivery, which I’m grateful for. The next day they still weren’t the same AS the picture and looked like I had paid 70 for the original rather than 150 for premium! It sucked because I wish I hadn’t had to order again or even contact customer service for my issue. I hate being that person but it doesn’t sit right with me to be spending so much money on something that’s nothing close to the picture.

This is the third year in a row I’ve tried to use FTD to deliver my sister flowers for her birthday. They take no responsibility for late delivery or no delivery at all. I received a confirmation that they were delivered and they never were! They will immediately refund your money but take no action to remedy the issues with the lack of delivery of what you’ve ordered. Do not! do not! do not! ever use FTD. Call a local florist. Talk to them directly and they will Deliver flowers to your love ones. FTD is a joke. You get someone in India at a call center if you have an issue. They do not care about their horrible and lack of delivery. Every. Single. Time. It’s Covid for god sake. My sister is a cancer survivor and lives alone and these were birthday flowers. This was important. We live six states away from each other and I relied on this company to give her something loving for her birthday. Shame on FTD. They don’t care at all do not give them business!

I have called, emailed and live chatted with FTD representatives with promise that they would be delivered immediately. She has yet to receive them. Completely unacceptable. I paid 150 dollars online for a funeral arrangement through FTD. 4 days AFTER the scheduled delivery date, tracking information continues to indicate "Order Status: "Assigned to florist." I attempted to contact FTD to inquire, and I was brought to an online portal to report a problem. 24 hours after I reported this issue, I have no response from FTD as to whether this order was delivered.

I came to FTD for flower delivery for my mother's birthday because the last company completely failed with dead flowers. The ordering was easy and they delivered on time when they stated they would. I did sign up for the gold membership due to it being almost free after sending 2 flowers for what I would save in fees that were waived. I would highly recommend this company. I really wish I could submit pictures to show how well they did.

Take your money elsewhere! I ordered some roses for my mother. I ordered them weeks in advance. The roses were to celebrate a very special day for my mother and I. The roses not only arrived late but they were wilted and brown. FTD is issuing a refund for the delivery costs. They are sending some replacement roses. It's very unfortunate that they didn't arrive in time to commemorate our very special day. You see, it was for the anniversary of the day that I met my mother. I ordered flowers for someone going through a tragic stressful period. I upgraded to make it special. First of all I couldn’t get delivery for a few days. Keep in mind when you are ordering flowers many times they are time sensitive, if this is the case DO NOT use FTD you have to plan death a few weeks in advance to accommodate delivery.
The day of the delivery I didn’t hear from the recipient. Which was odd she is from the generation that always gets the thank you out ASAP. Next day nothing. Finally 3rd day I asked her, "Ummmm how did you like the flowers?" "What flowers?" "I sent you flowers..." "I never got them." I said, "I got a delivery email, can you look around outside?"
(Now keep in mind this woman is elderly and had been at her dying husband's bedside all day for days, it is late at night and I have her wandering around looking for flowers like Easter eggs). She finally finds a box on a back porch. She takes them in with me on the phone and opens. "Oh they are nice." (I could tell by the tone... No they weren’t). I told her to be honest because just like I didn’t want to ask if she got them which was awkward she needed to know I paid 90+$$ for them. She said, "Oh...they are frozen and black."
I call FTD, talk to someone that had very limited English skills. I try to get her to understand the issue. Finally. "Oh okay we will replace flowers...in a week..." ANOTHER WEEK! Okay at this point ok...wait a week, I follow up with recipient. "Were the new flowers better?" "What new flowers?" I follow up with FTD, “Oh the person you talked to forgot to place the order”. Seriously FTD used to be a standard of beauty and service. Now they should not be allowed to say they deliver because they do not!

Do not use this company. The flowers they send aren't worth nearly half the money you pay for them. I will say I paid for morning delivery and it was actually delivered in the morning on time but I could find better flowers at Walmart or Publix and that where I'll go next time.
