USAA informed me about FTD and I always order flowers through my USAA. I recently purchased for somebody who just gave birth and it was a pink floral arrangement. It had anemones in it which was something very seasonal and springy. Those flowers were beautiful and I felt great about the quality of the order because the person was very happy. I will continue to order them through the USAA app and as long as they arrive on time, FTD is my preferred flower vendor. The sales process was very easy. The one I bought was the most premium level of the bouquet I could buy and it cost $100.

Do not ever order from this online flower shop. I paid $137.15 for a Mother’s Day orchid arrangement, and the delivered product looked very different from the advertised photo. The pot was dirty, there was no decorative greenery or finishing inside the vase, and even the card was taped to the planter, making the whole presentation look unprofessional and careless. This felt like a complete rip-off for the amount charged. Very disappointed with the quality and overall experience.

FTD has been around forever and I've used them for years. Their website is super easy to use. They have a good selection, and they also give good coupons. They are reliable too. It's easy to order from FTD rather than trying to find a local florist.

I ordered a Deluxe order of flowers for my wife on mother's day and I arrange for delivery on the 8th of May thinking that I would beat the rush. Well needless to say the flowers arrived on the 11th of May and most of them were wilted and lost of the fragrance. When I called and asked for a Refund all; the would give me was 30% off, I will never order from them again. I don't see how this company is in business for over 100 years. Customer Satisfaction is not their strong suit.

My son bought flowers for Mother's Day the fiesta bouquet. He spent over $100 and the flower shop that FTD sent delivered them at another office by the door and left them. The delivery guy or gal can't ready building numbers. These flowers what he ordered was a joke. Smith's grocery store has nicer flowers and way cheaper than what was sent. Please come get this joke and return my son's money.

I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my mom on May 7, 2026, a few days before Mother’s Day. When she sent me a photo of what arrived, the arrangement wasn’t even remotely close to what I ordered. The bouquet looked like something picked up from a liquor store—nowhere near the quality or value of what I paid for.
Naturally, I contacted customer service. The representative I spoke with was difficult to understand, and they struggled to understand me as well. I was told the flowers would be redelivered and that I would receive a confirmation email. No email ever came. I then used the chat feature, and again I was told the flowers would be redelivered.
FTD doesn't even deserve one star. Then yesterday—on Mother’s Day—I received an email stating that my order would be refunded, and the refund did go through. At this point, the entire experience has been unacceptable. FTD.com has provided the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with, and I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. The first picture is what I ordered, the second is what was delivered.

Today I received my Mother’s Day flowers from daughter. She texted me this morning and asked if they arrived yesterday. We got home from an event yesterday at 4:30. The flowers had not arrived. When we spoke early this morning, I went and found the flowers at my doorstep. I had no idea when they were left there. No one rang the doorbell to notify me of their arrival. My tulips were extremely droopy and never responded after being placed in water. I am not sure they will recover. I believe if I had been notified of their arrival things would look different now. I am very disappointed in how this was delivered.

Updated on 05/14/2026: After my first review and company response, another bouquet was delivered via UPS again. The flowers left the facility on Monday and were delivered late Tuesday. Once again, the bouquet is completely dry. The roses have brown edges, are not opening and the petals are dropping off. I just can't imagine how a company finds this acceptable. After I replied to the original response I never heard back from FTD. Just another lousy bouquet of flowers that I am certain look nothing like the photo they presented.
Updated on 05/11/2026: I’m posting this a second time because I think FTD may have written an apology and then ghosted me. Has anyone ever had a problem with FTD rectified? Their response asked for an order number which at the time I did not have. Unfortunately, I had to reach out to the sender for the order number which I now have. There is no way to send it back to them.
Original Review: My mom passed away a month ago so my daughter sent me flowers for Mother’s Day because she knew it would be a rough day. The flowers were sent via UPS and arrived later than expected. Upon opening the box, there was no packaging or anything to keep the flowers fresh. Just stems bundled together and a vase. The flowers were wilted and some were browning. When I lifted them from the box, petals started falling off. I called FTD and spoke to a non-English speaking rep. He proceeded to tell me there is nothing they can do since the flowers were drop shipped?? They were sent from Louisville Kentucky and somehow they were going to stay fresh? He then told me to contact the sender. I was not going to tell my daughter that her expense gift arrived in terrible condition! I asked to speak to someone else and yet another non-English speaking rep came on. DO NOT ORDER FROM FTD! SO DISAPPOINTING AND SAD!

Ah, Mother's Day. Probably the most important, annual hour for flowers on the national scale. First, I looked for the local florist. Found the most artistic, capable one. Little pricey but rarely a 2nd thought. Yet, gas prices right? So I noticed FTD had same arrangement for $10-$15 less. Pulled trigger for Friday delivery because I was sending them to a school for mom/teacher. The school closed on weekend. So on Friday I'm watching clock for notifications as you know, school is out by 3 pm, teachers there maybe til 4:30 or 5. Whole day goes by, no "thank you" comes so I go online, UPS (what? I thought local florist making it?), and shows as delayed. No Bueno. So I call. Per AMERICAN corporate fallacy, they've got a guy so foreign I cannot understand him nor does polite asking him to repeat himself get us further so I hang up and move to FTD's chat.
First agent takes up case and acknowledged my refund request, then lied to say my order was out for delivery, long, long pause and when asking for her to confirm refund, she slapped some scripted rescheduling reply up and ran. Not cool. I get a 2nd agent next. Smoother, issued refund, but had to ask him 4 times about registering a complaint against prior agent. To his credit he transfered chat to a Supervisor Chat, that guy put me through ALL of the same questions and told me to hold on while he looked into it. 10 minutes go by, nothing, and eventually he's gone. The End. Worst customer service I've ever seen.

Within the past two weeks, I have placed two orders for flowers. Both arrangements were very disappointing. These orders went to two different states so a single provider can’t be blamed. The first arrangement was cut flowers in a vase for a newborn baby. I received a picture of the arrangement. It was embarrassing! The second order was an arrangement in a happy face cup. What was delivered was cut flowers (not very many) in a vase with a small happy face stick balloon. Awful!

I've known about FTD since I was a child and they're go-to over the years. They deliver flowers throughout the United States and that's why I contacted them to send flowers to my wife. I ordered flowers online through FTD. It had pictures on it, and I just clicked the one I thought was the most attractive. Then, I liked that I could upgrade it. So I upgraded it. It was very easy. It went through Floral Fashions in Gallipolis, Ohio. And they picked different colors, and my mom actually liked the colors they picked better than what I had picked. So it worked out great. She was happy, I was happy. The arrangement was beautiful. I like that they source it through local florists. That's really good for small businesses.

Truly wish I could get 0 stars. Paid $30 for same day delivery and they did not deliver and never told me. Then the next day they made multiple false promises of times they would guarantee delivery and each time it did not come. Wasted opportunity to send flowers. Horrible customer service too.

Before I left Washington State, I ordered the Exquisite Blue. It was like $154. I requested that it’d be delivered on Saturday, the 9th of May. On that day, I emailed to ask when it was gonna be delivered the evening of the 9th. And the response I got was that I would be notified of the status. ‘Cause I've done with FTD internationally several times. I've always got a notification when something's been delivered. Then Mother's Day came, and nothing happened. I also sent a scathing email of my dissatisfaction, ‘cause I know they contract with local florists.
On Monday the 11th, in the morning, I went to track it. And it said it was delivered. But it wasn't there the night before. So, it was finally delivered. I had my daughter send me a picture. It was okay. But I personally do not think it had the flowers in it a value or equal, ‘cause I know they can substitute for $154. I was disappointed. Arrangement was similar, but the flowers itself, they looked different. And I know that it's not their fault. It’s whoever they contract out or whoever got the order. But again, that many days late. And also, even though it's Mother's Day, I understand about the shortage of flowers, but to me, that's one of the busiest times of the year, and usually, they would have the flowers. That's the very first time I have been disappointed in FTD.

There was someone I wanted to send flowers to. FTD was the first one I got to. The site was easy to use. They have a good selection. I've used FTD several times now. I bought flowers for Thanksgiving, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and Christmas. I've gotten good service every time. Once an arrangement is delivered, I get an email and a text message. Overall, FTD is a safe and easy site to use, and deliveries went as expected.

I’ve used FTD a number of times over the years. I recently got a calla lily arrangement for Mother’s Day, and it wasn't available to be delivered on time. I also did this through the mobile, and it would say that things are available for delivery, and then you click on another screen, and then suddenly, it would say it wasn't available for delivery, which was a little obnoxious. If you could filter to available items, and they surely were available, that would be much more convenient. I also requested a refund, which they quickly sent, because it was a diverse arrangement with a base included. And the florist only sent my mother a dozen roses. Their customer service was good. I just sent them a message, and they said that it would be refunded in full. I've had no issues otherwise.

My daughter just turned 21 on April 18th, and she loves hydrangeas, and her favorite color is blue. I spent $152 on an arrangement for her 21st birthday, blue hydrangeas at a coastal theme, because she's a marine biologist in college. There were no hydrangeas. It was nothing like the photo. She said, "Mom, there were no hydrangeas." I am livid. It was her 21st birthday. We are 3,000 miles away from each other. They couldn't do one thing right. I will never use FTD again. I just found out about it, right before the weekend, because she didn't say anything to me immediately. So when I tried to make a complaint, it was too late. I couldn't put in the date; it had to be between May 9th and this date. I couldn't even make a complaint about it.

I've been using FTD for years. I used them for a birthday arrangement and I saw the arrangement myself, and I thought it could have been a little better. ‘Cause I had bought one for my sister back in March, and that one was gorgeous. Maybe it's just the selection, ‘cause my sister was in Connecticut, and this one was up in Vermont. Maybe it's what was available up here. But they’re usually really good.

Will never use FTD ever again. Ordered flowers 4/22 for delivery 4/23 for my mom’s birthday. Also, her dog had to be put down on 4/23 so the flowers held extra importance. I was told they couldn’t be delivered even though she was home all day. Called and was told they’d re-try before 8pm. Called again at 7:50 to find out why they weren’t delivered and was hung up on by the FTD employee. Called again for the third time and was given a roundabout answer with zero solution. Can fully say FTD is a garbage company that ruined an already awful day.

I got a discount for FTD through USAA, and I ordered a gift for a birthday. There were two purchases, and one was very good, but the other purchase made at the same time was bad. My mother loved the flowers. I also got her these chocolate-covered strawberries with letters that spelled out "Happy B-day". But they were all melted, and the chocolate was half off of some of the strawberries. It was very unappetizing.

I sent tulips to my best friend for a very hard day for her to cheer her up. They came wilted, moldy and already losing petals. This is the second time within 2 months that I've had subpar flowers delivered. It's been awful.

I got 36 long-stem roses from FTD. It was something I wanted to buy for my wife for our wedding anniversary. Delivery was great. The only negative is that they didn't ring the doorbell. They just set it on the front porch and walked away. We were glad the wind didn’t knock it over.

My husband ordered from FTD for my birthday. It was a nice array of different flowers in a vase. I liked all the colors and variety. They lasted for a couple of weeks. It was great. It all went really nice and smooth. FTD is a great place to get flowers.

I think I'm more disappointed in myself for not listening to the reviews and I gave FTD a chance anyway. I ordered 2 dozen long-stemmed red roses to be delivered to my girlfriend's work for her 50th birthday. They showed "out for delivery" for 4 hours and never made it. I called FTD multiple times and always received various excuses and they told me they couldn't reach the florist. Absolute worst business to deal with!!! Please do business elsewhere. Thank you, FTD, for ruining her birthday!!!!

My best friend had her first baby and I wanted the arrangement to be the most special set of flowers ever, and girly and fun because the baby was a girl. I was doing it as a bigger purchase, like I wanted to spend a fair amount, but I didn't want to break the bank entirely. I ordered on the FTD website and it was so quick and easy. It was so user-friendly. I did it in two minutes, and I really appreciated that because I was a little behind on ordering it. I chose the deluxe version and it was really nicely done. It came a little more put together than a vase. It had more quality, and it felt more special.

For how expensive the flowers I bought are the liberties taken in replacing and changing the arrangement are shocking. It's as if I didn't choose an arrangement at all and just instructed a local florist to do whatever they wanted. It looks nothing like the original in color or type. I can't believe how much I paid for it. All that considered I doubt I will use FTD again in the future.

I've used FTD for many years. They have great products, great price and on-time delivery. My wife and I have been married for 30 years, and I've ordered from FTD about 50 times. I don't use it a lot, but it is nice to get a reminder that her birthday or our anniversary is coming up. I recently got one of the birthday arrangements. It had her favorite colors in it, and the quality is very good. That's why I keep coming back. I do typically upgrade to the deluxe version on each of the arrangements. Overall, FTD got good quality, good delivery, and a reasonable price.

FTD misleadingly put the name of the local flower shop I had googled under FTD's name on my search list. I clicked on the name of the local flower shop and placed a $150 same-day order, assuming they were affiliated with FTD. When my flowers were not delivered by the end of the day, I called the local florist to ask what had happened. They told me that they are not associated with FTD and did not receive the order (and that this had happened before). I then called FTD and was told that FTD had received my order and subcontracted to a florist, but that it had not been delivered yet, it was not going to be delivered on the day I had requested.
So... (1) FTD misleads customers by putting the name of florists they are NOT associated with under the name "FTD" and makes customers think they're ordering from that florist; (2) thereby steals orders from local florists; and (3) fails to deliver birthday flowers on the day customers have paid to have them delivered, without giving any notice to the customer so they can make other arrangements. This was a VERY BAD experience. I will NEVER use FTD.
We have reviewed the order in question, and we apologize that it was not delivered on the scheduled date of 4/13. We are currently doing an internal investigation to find out what went wrong and why it did not arrive on the correct date. We can confirm that a full refund was issued to the original payment method and a complimentary bouquet was sent out to your mother in law on 4/14. If she did not receive it, don't hesitate to let customer service know.

I had flower arrangements sent to Canada through FTD. Everything was good. My cousin who I sent them to said that they were gorgeous. They were the nicest flowers she ever got. It had purple and white in it. Overall, FTD is great and they go everywhere.

Doing business with FTD has been great and easy, and I seem to get what I want. My mother-in-law is always happy, so it’s been fine. The price is perfect because I get to choose how much I want to spend. I just do my purchases online. I always held FTD in high regard. I’ve known about them since I was a child. I’ve ordered once before. It was whichever one my wife said, “That one looks pretty.” The website is easy to maneuver, and there are plenty of options to choose from. We sent the flowers to somebody else, but my wife liked the colors for that person. I will order from them again.

I ordered some flowers for a memorial service directly through the funeral home's Legacy.com hosted website. They said a local florist would fill the order. Unfortunately, it was FTD. I called Legacy on the scheduled delivery day for confirmation, only to find out the flowers were not delivered. Legacy had me contact FTD directly and I was told there was a problem with availability and they attempted to call me 3 times to determine how to proceed. I never received any calls, text messages or e-mails other than the original order confirmation. If I hadn't called, FTD probably would have let me believe the order was filled and delivered and they would have gladly kept my money. This is not the first time I've had issues with FTD failing to deliver and not communicating. The next time I order flowers I'll make 100% certain I'm not dealing with FTD before proceeding with payment.

The arrangement looked smaller than the picture led me to believe. The site also showed it mostly being blue and purple flowers, which the ones delivered were most multicolored. This is the first time I’ve had an issue with FTD.

I ordered a peace lily for a wake. I ordered a special pot for the order. I was so embarrassed it came in a plastic green Plastic cheap pot and was very small and looked half dead! I believed it was sent to the funeral home in a box. Not what I ordered per pictured item. I thought I was ordering from my florist but got high jacked to their site.

I'd ordered from FTD before and this time, I ordered a plain, all-white flowers memorial arrangement. The process went simply. I didn't want to buy a classic wreath or any kind of standing thing. I wanted a really beautiful, plain arrangement of flowers that they could take home from the memorial. When I don't use FTD, I'm using a local florist in an area that I know is really good. FTD is not necessarily very creative or different. It's sort of all the same thing. They don't look special in any way. But other than that, my experience was efficient and as expected.

FTD was the first one that popped up through Google search. So, I purchased an arrangement from them. I got the one with stargazer, lilies, and roses. I did it online and their website was very user-friendly. It turned out really well though it was a little pricey.

The ease of using FTD set them apart from other companies and I’ve been using them for years. Earlier this month, I got one of their pre-arrangements and I liked what I saw. FTD has three different sizes and the last two times I used them, the arrangements that were shipped to my girlfriend were not the size that I selected. I ordered the largest one and what she received was probably a little larger than the smaller one, close to the middle version.
I complained to FTD the last time this happened and they gave me a credit, which I liked. But there should be a mechanism to audit the local florist when they prepare the arrangement. With today's technology, they should have a program where the photo that they have on their website matches a photo from the local florists. It doesn't have to be exact, but it should be within a relative range of size. Overall, the experience was good with a couple of issues that I’ve had, more than likely with a florist in the local area. FTD's customer service was fairly professional.

I placed an order over a week before the scheduled delivery. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday and was not. I only found this out when I contacted them to check on the status. No one contacted me when they were aware of the problem. I was told that the vendor was out of the item ordered. Again, they had a week to notify me. No one ever contacted me about a problem. Now it can not be delivered until tomorrow! Couldn't even correct their mistake today! Received a credit but that doesn't make it better! Now I will think twice about using FTD ever again!

I was driving in Madison and I heard about FTD from George's Flowers. I was appreciative of their speediness and response time to a last minute order. I also liked the availability of a lot of different things and their website was pretty user-friendly. II could use it on my smartphone and on the computer. Ordered flowers on Tuesday to deliver on Friday for a funeral. They didn't deliver until Monday after the funeral. Was given $14.11 refund, which didn't even cover the $19.99 Shipping/Delivery Fees. I've used FTD in the past and I’ve bought several arrangements from them. They were expensive and when they arrived, they were always smaller than what the pictures showed. I just figured that the pictures made them look bigger, so I didn't call FTD about it. The other thing I don't like is that they don't give you a good delivery time. I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday and they had them delivered at work. But the flowers didn't show up until 4:45 and my wife got off at 3:30. Other than that, I was happy with my experience.

I first heard of FTD years ago on television and radio advertisements but most recently, it was through a simple Google search. They popped up and had what I needed for the reason I was ordering flowers. The buying process was fluid and I didn’t have any issues, which was one of the reasons why I chose them, plus the expediency of being able to get what I was looking for out to my wife. It was a large, premium bouquet of long-stemmed red roses and she was shocked. It was very nice. You won't be dissatisfied with FTD’s service or product. Everybody's always looking for a more economical way of doing things. But I wasn't concerned with the price of the package that I had to purchase for my wife. I just wanted to get her something for her birthday that would knock her socks off. And it did it.

I've chosen FTD a few times before and I like using them because everything is online and convenient. The website is good but the biggest problem that I have is that the arrangements on the website never match to what is delivered on purpose. It's always very underwhelming, always different kinds of flowers than I ordered. It never pans out the way that the pictures are described. That's an issue at the local level with the florist that's delivering. But if I drop 200 bucks on a bouquet of flowers, I expect it to be a little bit more than a $35 arrangement that you can pick up from a gas station.

I sent a Calming Sympathy bouquet to a friend in Baltimore, Maryland. Her mother had passed and I bought the largest arrangement because she loves flowers. I was concerned whether she got it or how it looked but I didn’t get anything from FTD. Days later, my friend sent a picture and it was adequate. It was pretty and nice, and it turned out okay. I could have gotten a bigger arrangement for the money I spent but I get it that things are different now. She was not even home when it was delivered. I've used FTD for many years. I used to send my mother flowers often before she passed away last year when I was in Texas. I hadn't used FTD in a while but they were reliable and professional, and the flowers were fresh. The website was good, though I like to pay with PayPal and I can't remember if PayPal was an option or not.

I ordered flowers and chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered on my wife's birthday for a surprise birthday party!!! They were delivered a day late and it was embarrassing not to have her gift for her party! I contacted customer service, and they gave me $8 off, wow! When my wife opened the package, the flowers were very wilty and the roses were turning brown!! The only positive was the strawberries!! I would never recommend FTD to anyone after all that!!

I was buying flowers for my girlfriend to go to the prom, and I saw an FTD advertisement at the florist's shop. I was 17 years old back then, so that was 70-something years ago when I first knew about FTD. I chose a big basket of very colorful flowers. The flowers that I ordered went to my best friend's wife in South Carolina. So, I never saw them. I was in New Jersey, and they were in South Carolina. I sent them anniversary presents and never saw the flowers. But she sent me pictures, and they looked nice. FTD has a system that works, and I’ve never had a problem. You get a choice of the money you wanna spend, either low or high. It's the easiest way I know to send flowers.

I saw an advertisement for FTD on my computer and since then, I’ve ordered from them several times. I go on my computer and look at the different arrangements and the cost, and order online. Everything was organized and they made it easy to use. I had different choices for every single type of flower and different arrangements. So, I just looked at a bunch and picked what I want. The price of the arrangement is a bit expensive but the people I sent the flowers to love it.

Placed an order for a birthday theme bouquet. The image presented on the FTD site was very festive in bright yellow colors. We paid the premium price for the best version of the product displayed. What was delivered did not meet expectations and was disappointing in comparison to what was advertised, although what was delivered was in and of itself nice. FTD, lesson here, do not advertise what you cannot deliver. It drives customers away from not just you but from online florists in general. Keep your promise, listen and do better.

I have used FTD florists all of my adult life. I used the FTD online website once, several years ago and had an excellent experience. However, this past Thursday I ordered a birthday bouquet "In Good Spirits Bouquet Deluxe" in a vase, to be delivered either Friday, Mar 20th or Saturday, Mar 21 (the actual birthday). I got a text from the recipient with a photo. I was shocked. She received 12 medium-stemmed, multi-colored roses in a box with a vase, sent from Kentucky by UPS, not a local FTD florist in Las Vegas.
The bouquet I ordered had several different flower types, and a variety of colors, NOT roses. Shipping in a box from Kentucky seems crazy for fresh flowers. Sending a different bouquet than ordered is just plain deception. After a lengthy discussion with a customer service agent yesterday, March 20, he said he would replace the order. Great. But then he said that the system indicated it could not be sent until March 24. Well after her birthday. NOT SO GREAT. At least the correct (hopefully) bouquet will be delivered next week. I have never been so embarrassed by the flowers delivered that I have sent. FTD is not what it used to be.

I am writing to share my experience with FTD and show photos of what my loved one received. The order was for Peonies, My best friends favorite flower. The first order arrived and the stems were dead. (See Photo 1 and Photo 2.) I called and spoke to a person in another country that I could hardly understand. The frustration of that alone was tedious. In the end she said she would reship. The order arrived yesterday and to my surprise, the flowers were partially dead, the green palms beat up and didn’t look like they were already in bad shape and to our surprise, they were hydrangea’s (hot pink on one side and white on the other) not what was ordered. (See Photo 3). FTD has always been a “Go to” for my flower purchases however, this delivery of flowers (twice) has been shocking and disappointing.

Have had previous issues with FTD myself. They won't refund the full amount even after I proved someone was lying. Now my son placed an order for my 80th birthday for flowers to arrive on Saturday. Nope, no flowers. So Monday at 4:30 here comes a delivery guy very quietly setting something on the front porch in full sunlight not ringing the bell or anything. Luckily I saw him and the wilted flowers. I made him take them back. He argues instead of apologizing for the late delivery of wilted flowers. My son called them and was told he would get 22.00 back for a 101.00 dollar purchase. We live in different states. They are not responsible!! They are crooks!

Would you pay $140.00 for these flowers (see photo). I was expecting a beautiful flower arrangement delivered to my wife on valentine's day. Instead I got a box of flowers that clearly had been in the box for a week or more. I called and complained. They said they would give me a refund but never did. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. They credited my account, only to have FTD recharge the full amount. Worst company ever!

Purchased 2 arrangements. 1 for the sister and wife of a friend who passed away suddenly. I paid 90+ for 1 with a discount I purchased 85+ for the 2nd arrangement. They were not close to the pictures. Very deceptive. I think they should give me a partial refund. I wouldn't have known if I didn't ask for a photo.

I ordered flowers for my wife for International Women's Day in 2026, which is very important to her, especially since she is currently living in a different city 400+ miles away. FTD was one of the few big-brand companies that acknowledged it could take an order and deliver the day before. Not only did they fail to deliver on the required date, but they also failed to notify anyone that the delivery could not be made. I called customer service, and they issued a partial credit for shipping, promising delivery today, along with a confirmation of when the flowers would be delivered.
No confirmation came, only a notification after end of business that they could not make the delivery. I called customer service again with an extremely upset wife, and the representative had the audacity to tell me I should be happy because I received a partial shipping credit and they were losing money because of me -- yes, because of me, not because they failed to make a delivery twice. By the way, they lost $3 and some change.

The flowers delivered to my daughter, a $70 Bouquet plus tax and $19.99 delivery, were beautiful. The bouquet included star gazer lilies, roses and other flowers. However, they barely lasted 5 days in spite of her care to change the water. Very disappointing.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with FTD Florist. I scheduled a same-day delivery well before the stated cutoff time and clearly advised that the delivery needed to be completed before 2:30 PM. My daughter is a school teacher and had an important review by the school board that day. I wanted the flowers to be there beforehand to show support and encouragement during a very meaningful moment in her career.
Despite providing the time constraint in advance, the flowers were not delivered as requested. This completely defeated the purpose of scheduling same-day delivery and communicating the specific deadline. When customers choose same-day delivery and take the time to provide important details, they expect those details to be honored. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing and stressful during what should have been a special and supportive gesture. I hope FTD takes better care in honoring delivery commitments in the future.

They double billed my parents for flowers sent to my sister in the hospital as she was dying. When I called they could not see that it was double billed and did not offer a resolution. I disputed the charge with credit company. It was too late - just past the timeframe allowed.

As you will see from the pictures attached the sympathy plant we ordered for a family members passing need sympathy itself. The florist who could even send this to someone grieving should not be in the floral business. Very embarrassing, wrong, and dishonest. To spend $96.00 for what looks like an $8.00 plant at best is truly amazing! When I called FTD it took over 10 minutes of going back and forth to finally get a full refund. They wanted to re-deliver a plant, then offered 30% back, 50% back, finally received a full refund. Imagine most people don't get to see what is delivered. I am glad this time I did!

FTD + customer forever. FTD's actions are fraudulent and deceptive in my opinion. Latest mess-up was 27 emails and several days of wrangling only for them to cancel completely, after promising me in writing they would be delivering a gift of flowers "with a complimentary upgrade" and a "note of apology", albeit a day late and with a substituted item. I even paid extra for weekend delivery! This is not the first time for colossal FTD errors, by far, but it will be the last for me. I found 33 florists that could deliver to my 87-year-old uncle. It is my opinion that with all their constant sales and discounts, including FTD +, FTD is paying local florists too little, which is why they delay and delay and then cancel. I had thought there was a shortage of florists. Nope. My opinion is the fraud and deception is systemic, and it's on me that I did not recognize it sooner. Look online and book with a local florist. You're not saving money if FTD cannot deliver at all.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I ordered an all white sympathy bouquet of roses and lilies. What was delivered was completely different. The recipient received half dead multi colored roses. Not roses in different colors, but each rose had about 5 colors on it like it was dyed for a Bozo the Clown children's birthday party. I understand they may substitute flowers from time to time due to availability but what was received wasn't even remotely close to what was ordered or paid for. To add insult to injury their solution was a 30% refund which I refused. They then offered a 50% refund which I still refused because I shouldn't have to pay for a bouquet that is half dead and completely different and disgustingly inappropriate for the occasion.
When I addressed the issue they didn't even request to see what was received. Any reputable company that takes pride in their service would be interested to see what their vendors are delivering in their name. Pictures are attached for reference of what was ordered vs what was received. This is definitely NOT an $80 arrangement and completely unacceptable.

I placed an order for flower delivery to my wife’s workplace on Friday, February 13, 2026. The school was closed that day, and I was informed the flowers would be redelivered on Tuesday, February 17. No delivery was made on February 17. I called and was told the flowers would be delivered on February 18. Again, no delivery. I called once more and was told they would be delivered on February 19 and that I would receive a 50% discount for the inconvenience.
There was still no delivery on February 19. At that point, I requested a full refund and was told it would be processed. I was also offered complimentary flowers to be sent to my wife, but she has still not received anything. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing. I have received multiple promises and no follow-through. I am requesting immediate confirmation of my full refund and a clear explanation of why this order was mishandled so badly.

We fully understand how disappointing and frustrating this experience must have been—especially given the special occasion and the multiple assurances you were given that were not honored.

Five days after Valentine's Day and my mother's flowers and card have not arrived. FTD delivery person couldn't or wouldn't read the sign on the gate giving exact instructions on how to enter the property. I have been contacted on two separate days, both times to get my mother's phone number. I was told that the order would be delivered today, yet it has not been delivered. When I check on FTD's website it shows that the order was delivered. It has showed that ever since Valentine's Day. FTD would not put me in touch with the florist so I could get this straightened out. Instead I have to deal with offshore customer service reps who are difficult to understand. FTD has really slipped.

I spent $111 on a deluxe flower arrangement, taxes and delivery. The arrangement delivered looked NOTHING like the arrangement I ordered. Instead of the elegant, pale pink arrangement of mostly roses, lilies, and spray roses with accents of Alstroemeria and stock (per FTD website), a $30-$40 looking arrangement of significantly cheaper flowers: mostly daisies, carnations, and alstroemeria with a couple of roses and a couple of stock flower stems was delivered. While the website states flowers and colors may be substituted, it says that substitutions will be equal or better, which was not the case with this order. I also find it hard to believe the florist was completely out of lilies and only had a few roses. Thankfully the recipient sent us a picture so we could send them a picture of what they should have received, as I wanted them to know they meant more to us than the cheap arrangement they received.
Sadly, I spent all day reviewing floral arrangements on various websites to pick one that was absolutely beautiful to send to the mother of a close friend who lost his father. I truly thought FTD was supposed to be a reputable floral brand, so we were willing to pay the higher price compared to other websites, but either FTD is no longer the reliable seller it used to be, or they contracted out to a florist that misrepresented their name. Either way we are extremely disappointed with the flowers delivered and FTD.

I am beyond angry and incredibly disappointed. These flowers were supposed to be a holiday gift — something beautiful that would make a special day even more meaningful. Instead, the product itself completely ruined the celebration. The flowers were not fresh, looked tired, and felt like something that had been sitting around for days. For a holiday gift, this is unacceptable. What should have been a joyful and memorable moment turned into disappointment and embarrassment.
It’s heartbreaking when something meant to show love and appreciation ends up doing the opposite because of such poor quality. No one should have to worry about their special occasion being ruined by something so basic. Attempted to avoid a $35 delivery charge by driving out to the florist. Arrived at what can only be described as a floral warehouse. The florist did not have my order or order number and essentially just threw together an arrangement from scratch after I showed him the receipt and what the arrangement was supposed to look like. Not the first time that I've been swindled by FTD. I did get flowers...I guess.

Placed an order for a bouquet of roses for my wife. Never received the delivery even though I called three times and was promised delivery. I wrote at least 15 emails providing my delivery address and phone number to reach me and was told in emails that the delivery was made (that was a lie) and that the delivery was not made, but attempted (that was another lie). I never left home for three days and was at the residence with my wife and nobody came by (we live on a private road and it's obvious when someone comes over).
I finally asked for a refund of the full amount and FTD offered to refund 35% of the amount. Because when you pay for something you should eat 65% of the cost when the company you purchase a service or product from screws everything up and provides nothing except wasting your time. Based on the time I wasted trying to get flowers to my wife FTD should refund me my hourly consulting rate. Instead they try and rip you off for 65% of the mess they created. I would never recommend this company and advise everyone to use a local florist who you can contact directly when there is issues.

I would give them a zero, but that's not an option. They were supposed to deliver my flowers on Valentine's Day. They did not, they then decided they would deliver them on Monday the 16th, but they delivered a substitute flower arrangement on Sunday the 15th instead. Nothing like what I ordered. I've included pictures of the floral arrangement I ordered vs just a dozen roses. I asked for a refund they want to give me a 30% refund - unacceptable. Horrible customer service. Horrible company.

I ordered a Valentine’s Day floral arrangement on Thursday, February 13th for delivery to my partner on Friday, February 14th or on Saturday, February 15th. I received an email from UPS early on February 14th saying that my order would be delivered on February 14th. We waited all day to receive the flowers. About 8:30 pm, I checked status of delivery. I learned that the roses order would be delivered on Monday, February 16th. I was shocked and appalled. I called the FTD 1-800 number and spoke with Hussein. I was told that UPS does not have Saturday or Sunday delivery. Then why was that an option when I placed my order?! I’m disappointed and angry that my partner won’t receive his floral bouquet until 2 days after Valentine’s Day. I’ve had problems with FTD before, but this problem pales the others. I’m angry because I could’ve used a different floral service. I cancelled my order.

My husband ordered a dozen roses and a box of chocolates for valentine's day. The roses were dried up and one was broken off the stem. No chocolates were sent. When he contacted FTD, they said they ran out and refunded $10. No explanation for the dry flowers. Why did they not refund until after we contacted them??? I contacted them after about the poor quality roses and they refunded 30%. So we got a %30 discount on dry flowers????

FTD has really fallen off with customer service. I ordered holiday gifts from FTD and the gifts never arrived. You can never contact a live person. I don't recommend FTD in any way.

Purchased flowers for delivery on my girlfriend's birthday. I received a message saying the address was incomplete. The address provided was 100% correct and I verified it online. I called customer service, verified the address, and was told they would be delivered that day (her birthday) or the following day. The flowers were never delivered and I look like an idiot for not getting her the flowers. I'll never use FTD again.

This company is the worst. First, they do not guarantee that your order will be delivered on the day that they promise. Second, when you call customer service, you get someone in India who does not speak English very well. He would not give me a local phone number to call to check on my order. He also hung up on me when he was transferring me to a supervisor. Third, when you go on their website to track your order and you input the order number and recipient's last name, all you get is a generic answer that residential orders will be delivered from 9:00am to 8:00pm and business orders from 9:00am to 6:00pm. Not many private offices are open until 6:00pm! This is Arizona, most offices are 7:00am-4:00pm! They are no help when trying to talk with anyone. I will never order from them again....from now on, just call your local florist.

Not impressed at with the flowers or the delivery. The box was placed upside on the front porch destroying multiple flowers, multiple flowers were already dying upon delivery, as well as their delivery person didn't call the number that FTD asked me to provide in case of issues. Absolutely terrible service and I wouldn't recommend.

I had a major concern with the bouquet that was sent as it was not at all like I ordered nor in the blush case. FTD made it right with a new delivery from a different florist and I’m now very happy with the product and the response to my concern. The first bouquet looked like 18 dollars worth and the second was worth the $100 it was suppose to be worth.

I ordered flowers for a birthday and got a confirmation that the flowers would be delivered on the day of the birthday. When that day came, I got an email from FTD saying they could not deliver that day. I asked for a refund and got a runaround. First they say they would refund the expedited fee. Then they said they would refund 30%. Finally they agreed to refund. Very miserable experience with them. Never use this lousy service.

The flowers NEVER arrived. It's truly a huge disappointment!!!! When I called to find out when the flowers would be delivered, I was advised the flowers should arrive in 30 minutes and if not, to call again. I called after 40 minutes and was told that they could not be delivered until Monday, February 9th. There is not excuse for this especially, since I order the 6 days before the event. This experience has been horrible. I tried to use a coupon that I got off of Groupon. It ended up costing me a lot more than I thought it would. And then the day of the delivery it never showed up. I waited until the next day and called. They told me that it should be there. That day when it did not show up, then I called back and they told me that something was wrong. And they could not deliver, it was supposed to have originally been delivered on the 6th for our anniversary and now the guy's telling me that he cannot deliver it until the 17th!! What a joke. This place is definitely a waste of money. I will never use this again!! I guess I will wait and see if it actually gets delivered on the sixteenth or not.. I have the product is good, but even if it is just the aggravation of going through all this is not worth it!

Order was two days late and they basically sent dead branches and twigs to my cousin who has just lost her mother. Then they send a replacement and it's the exact same thing. Not worth the gouged prices or the hassle. If I wasn't in another state, I would've just bought her flowers from the Mexicans outside. Do not use this company. I ordered a premium flower bouquet for a memorial service for a family member. Arrangement was supposed to be there next day. The flowers never showed up. I gave it a couple days, still nothing. I called customer service and they assured me they would deliver it next day. Still nothing after 3 days. I called again. Got the same response, assured next day. Still nothing. I waited 2 more days before calling again. This time they said the same thing, next day and a 30% credit refund. Now it's been 9 days, missed memorial and still no flowers. Contacted my bank and requested a full refund.

I paid for same day delivery and then got delivered 4 days later. So much confusion in their end. And I ordered two bouquets, only one was delivered. Customer service is hard as it’s shopped out to India. Avoid FTD.

I’m not happy with the service. Most floral companies have their own delivery service. Had I realized that this delivery would be through UPS I would had chosen another company. The flowers are late and the customer service rep was no help at all.

We have used FTD more times than I can count... The flowers delivered are always as good as or better than the image online. We tried to add some cookies to the order but they were not available in that area; something FTD could improve upon.

Flowers were ordered in a timely manner to arrive on my mother's 96th birthday. Sadly they were delivered the day AFTER her special day. I have used FTD twice in the last month with one experience being good and the other was awful! My best friend's mother passed away last week, and her service was on Saturday 1/10/26 and my husband and I were already scheduled out of town and could not attend. I ordered a plant on 1/5/26 to be delivered to the church on 1/10/26 with the correct address, name, date, & time. The plant was delivered to the church on 1/11/26 Sunday night after her service and the church was closed. They left the plant outside of the church by the door in this cold weather and it is now dead.
My friend received the dead plant on Monday 1/12 evening. I'm heartbroken that the plant did not make it on time and is now dead. I already felt bad that I was not able to attend this service and hoped the plant would shine some light on the day for my friend, but that did not happen and I'm very upset. I will NEVER order from FTD again! Do not waste your money. They also advertise a plant; however, they all come in separate containers and need to be re-planted. Not happy at all!

I wish I could give them an F, I order flowers for a friend a work, that her husband had an accident, and died, I order the flower, very early paid extra, so she would have to have them delivered the same day, they wasn't. I kept calling, they said they were delivered, they lied because I was at work all day, they said they was going to deliverer to my house, didn't do that, the next day still no flowers, they are just like 1-800-Flowers. Flowers were scheduled to be delivered to us on Saturday. The florist reported them as delivered. They were not. We called FTD and were told they would call us back in 24 hours. No phone call. We called back on Monday and were told they would be delivered Tuesday. We verified our address 3 times, and it was the address they had on file. The flowers were not delivered, and the florist reported that they were, again. We called FTD, and were told they would reach out to the florist, but could not give us a delivery time.
They offered a 20% refund to the seller in response to my request for a full refund, in consideration of our two days of manning the house for a delivery to no avail, and delivery of the flowers. I told them this was inadequate and they did not budge. At the call's conclusion, the plan remained for them to contact the florist and get back to me in 24 hours. If you want flowers delivered, call a local florist and send the money through a cash app to avoid giving CC info over the phone. You are gambling if you use FTD.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on my granddaughter's birthday and they did not arrive until the following day. I called to get a partial refund and was refunded the 5.99 for the same day delivery. No compensation for impacting my gift and the event it was intended for. It was supposed to be a centerpiece at the event and the event is over. They do not care that they ruined my special gift for a special day. I will never order from FTD again or encourage anyone else to do so.

I Ordered flowers for my sister for Christmas through FTD. I ordered an exquisite bouquet and the flowers she received fell far short of the image that was displayed on their website. It only contained two roses, three carnations, a white geranium and some greenery. I expressed my dissatisfaction to FTD as I paid over $100 for an exquisite arrangement. They in turn sent her a replacement. However, the replacement was worse. Although there were more roses they were not fresh. The petals were falling off as soon as she received them. Both I and she were very disappointed with the flowers ordered through FTD. After my experience I would never do business with them again. My advice is to order your flowers through 1-800-Flowers. The arrangement she got through that company was breathtaking.

Flowers didn't show up on my wife's birthday. I had to call them to find out why since they hadn't informed me in any way. They told me those flowers (ordered weeks in advance) were out of stock and that it would be sent two days later. I told them to cancel the order. They told me they wouldn't cancel it, but would offer me 30 percent back "as a courtesy." I had to argue with them to get them to give me a full refund on an order that didn't arrive. I won't be ordering from them again.

For this Christmas, I placed 3 orders with FTD Florist, and FTD Florists FAILED to deliver ALL three of my orders on time.
1. The first order was a Christmas table centerpiece that was to be delivered on 12/23 for a Christmas Eve dinner. The order arrived on 12/24 before the dinner, so no impact to anything except the missed delivery date. No big deal and no impact.
2. The second order was also for a Christmas table centerpiece, that was supposed to be delivered on 12/23, and wasn’t delivered until 12/27!!! I find out on the day of delivery that the order was going to miss its delivery date. For that dinner, we had no nice centerpiece for the table.
3. The third order was to be delivered on 12/23. On 12/24 (the day after the delivery was supposed to occur) I get an email telling me that the product that I ordered weeks before for the zip code is not available and that I have to order something else. I was furious to find this out the day after the delivery was supposed to occur! I called the customer support and demanded to speak to a supervisor. The call agent kept telling me that a supervisor was not available and I kept demanding to speak to a supervisor.
Eventually I did speak to a supervisor. I did cancel this order due to the frustration of FTD failing on all three orders. To be fair, the supervisor gave me 50% off the two orders that were late (and I did receive the refund) and offered to send a complimentary apology bouquet to the third order. That bouquet was to be delivered that day on 12/24. The complimentary bouquet did not arrive until January 03!!!! I asked the supervisor what the quality of the bouquet would be and they told me it would be of equal or MORE value than my original order (approximately $100). The apology bouquet was maybe 10 tulips that I can buy at the grocery store for $10!!!! See picture attached. Obviously, FTD was not that sorry about ruining 2 of my Christmas gifts.
FTD was just full of empty promises and do not stand behind their products or services. When I came to this website I found it interesting to see that the majority of the ratings for FTD was 1 star. I do hope the appropriate personnel in FTD read this and start to review their customer service metrics. I have learned my lesson and will never do business with FTD Florists again. I will be encouraging everyone in my social networks not to use FTD Florists in the future.

Ordered Christmas bouquet for Mother to be delivered on 12/22. Was informed order was delivered but Mother stated nothing ever came. Mother called customer service and was told they'd look into it and call her back, that never happened. I called and was told delivery was confused with address, it was the USPS posted address and we both never received any communication that there was a confusion. I was then told they would redeliver the flowers on the 24th...That never happened. I filed a dispute with my card company since their customer service is completely useless. Stay FAR away from FTD...Not worth the hassle.

Purchased an arrangement with a marble vase and about 24 flowers for a Christmas Eve delivery. Received a delivery of about 10 flowers with a regular white vase (on time). They refused to bring the correct order out until after Christmas and argued about giving me a full refund. Eventually they agreed to a full refund. The first photo is what I ordered. 2nd photo is what I received. Doubt I will ever use them again. I do understand mistakes, however I feel this was down right deception, in my opinion.

I am writing to formally complain about my recent experience with FTD, which was extremely disappointing and far below the standard I once associated with your company. I purchased what was advertised as a Christmas Orchid arrangement. The product photo showed a beautiful red orchid with yellow edges, paired with a vibrant, healthy succulent. Unfortunately, what was delivered bore little resemblance to what was advertised.
First delivery – 12/19/2025: The arrangement appeared to have been dropped and then poorly propped back up. The succulent looked dried out and nearly dead, and the overall presentation was embarrassing. I contacted FTD immediately, and your representative acknowledged the issue and offered to resend the arrangement, assuring me that the replacement would be of better quality and presentation. The card with my message to my friend was not included with either delivery.
Second delivery – 12/23/2025: Shockingly, the replacement was even worse. While the succulent was slightly larger, the orchid itself was a sad, one-stem plant with no resemblance to the full, festive orchid that was advertised. This was not an improvement in any sense and only compounded my disappointment. I remember when FTD was a trusted and reliable floral delivery service. This experience has completely changed my perception. The repeated failure to deliver a product that matches its description, even after acknowledging the first issue, is unacceptable.
For context, I am located in Florida, and the recipient is my best friend in Ohio. Regardless of location, the quality delivered should meet the advertised standard. This entire experience was a waste of money, and I will not be using FTD again unless this matter is addressed appropriately. I am requesting a full refund due to the failure to deliver the promised product after two attempts.

I ordered a deluxe poinsettia for delivery at a cost of $65. The plant delivered I could have purchased at the local store for $20. I had 10 other similar plants delivered. I received pictures of those plants which confirm the one I received was significantly inferior. I called customer service on 12/6/2025. They offered me a 20% refund and a new plant. To date I have received neither.

FTD should be Zero stars. I have tried to use this company for the last time. They simply are not the same company they used to be and there is at least a 50% chance they will fail you. It may not happen right away, but it will happen. And when it does, it will frustrate you as well as mess up your plans. The last true times using them have been disasters for us. Once on a Valentine's Day when they failed to even deliver the flower on the day. Once for my wife’s birthday when they delivered sad looking, already wilting flowers that I paid top dollar for and looked nothing like on their site. Even the flower count was half of what they showed. And now for a Christmas delivery that I order well in advance and they failed to deliver them on the days. Then failed again on the next day. And now failed again today. And that is after at least (3) emails and on call to their customer service.
Worst even is that their Customer Service simply lies to you to try and appease you temporarily. After a couple emails, their Customer Service told that on a Saturday morning at 11:50 that the flowers were “en route” to the destination. As of 7:15 pm they had still not been delivered. So, I called their Customer Service. Their Customer Service then put me on hold and came back to tell me that they had spoken to the florist and assured me that they would be delivered Sunday. I’m supposed to believe that they spoke to a small town florist at 7:15 pm (long after the flower shops close) on a Saturday night. I wanted the recipient to have them for at least 5 or 6 days before Christmas, and now they messed that up. And I actually doubt they will ever be delivered. They obviously have little to no control over the flower shops they use. Bad quality. Bad service. Bad Customer Service. Nothing good about this company anymore.

FTD, a company known for its flower delivery services, promised to deliver my flowers within 24 hours. However, I received an email informing me that the florist was out of stock of my preferred flowers and requested that I modify my order. Later that day, I received a call informing me that the florist was unable to fulfill the delivery due to an overwhelming number of orders. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated, as it represents the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I demanded a prompt refund for my inconvenience. We've always ordered flowers from FTD for the past 13 years. I place the orders online, but we've had issues. I may put the wrong delivery date, but if I work fast enough, I can get a message to them to get that changed. That's been quickly fixed. Recently, I ordered five arrangements at Christmas for our attorneys' assistants. People are excited to get these flowers because they say they last longer.
FTD should make it obvious if you are signed in their website or not to avoid any extra service fees for not being signed in. One more thing that would be very helpful is if FTD had a way to could keep their webpage open after one order so that I don't have to open up a brand-new window per transaction.

I placed an order on December 1st to surprise my mother for her birthday. I received an email stating the flowers had been delivered, but they had not been delivered. When I called customer service to ask for clarification, I was told they could not provide me any information and would only speak to the recipient. I explained that this was a birthday surprise, but this was dismissed. My mother then called and was told they would contact the florist and follow up — that never happened.
Fourteen days later, after receiving no updates and no delivery, I called again to ask where the flowers were. I was apologized to and told the order could be delivered the next day if I paid an expedited delivery fee. Given the lack of communication and service, I declined to pay an additional fee. The representative agreed to comp it, then informed me delivery still could not occur the next day, but the day after.
The flowers still did not arrive. They were finally delivered on December 17th, over two weeks after the original delivery date and well past the birthday. To make matters worse, the card — which was an additional cost — looked extremely unprofessional, as if it had been handwritten carelessly. Between the inaccurate delivery confirmation, refusal to communicate, lack of follow-up, repeated broken promises, and poor quality for the price, this experience was unacceptable. I would not recommend this service for time-sensitive occasions or gifts meant to be meaningful.

I saw on the FTD website pictures of what the flowers would look like. It was just a nice-looking arrangement. So I had them deliver flowers for a funeral for a family member of one of our employees. I've used FTD for 40 years. The quality of the product was good and prices were reasonable. But I don't like the website pop-ups. Anything that has pop-ups on it makes it very difficult.

I don't know if it's because they are sometimes sale flowers or I'm an FTD Plus member and don't pay delivery fees, but I consistently have delivery problems. This time, two orders in Columbus, OH going to two different people in the same week - one was to be shipped, the other delivered by a local florist - had issues. The shipped item was marked as delivered on the promised day, but did not turn up until the next day (the driver rang the bell, so they knew when it arrived). Imagine how it looks when I see it's delivered and send the recipient to check their door only to have... nothing. Followed by wondering whether it went to the wrong house, maybe someone took them? Nope. Just blatantly wrong. The other, delivered locally and clearly a birthday item, was finally delivered at almost 6pm after I called at 4:30pm to find out what was going on. Really poor experience. I'm not sure it's worth continuing this way.

The poinsettias I had delivered either arrived dead or very distressed. The fact that FTD is using UPS to deliver live plants seems to be a BIG mistake. I sent these plants to wish family and friends a Merry Christmas. Imagine my horror when I was told I had sent dead plants.

The wrong item was delivered. I had ordered a bouquet with a gingerbread house vase and it was delivered in a Santa Clause or elf vase. Also the message on the card was crudely done, so you could tell the employee did not put that much effort into the job.

This was a horrible experience. I had called FTD one day before I needed the roses and I was very clear they had to be delivered no later than 12:00 PM. at 11:45 I called back the 800 number to be sure it will be here on time. They notified me that there was a problem with my order. Claiming it will be the following day. Which was no use to me as my client need them as he was going to get engaged in one of my Limousines that day. To make it worse for me my reservationist was on vacation, I had to close my office run to a florist get the roses and be back in 15 minutes. Let's just say this didn't work .. Today UPS dropped of the roses 28 hours late. I had no use for them and never received an apology from them and for 75.00 I got 1/2 dead roses a day late. Good luck.

FTD is a great company. My family uses them whenever we have funerals because they're local. I just go online and see what they have. It’s a lot quicker process. We ordered a peace lily arrangement from FTD. We had purchased that before too. I didn’t see any pictures when they were delivered to the funeral home.

I ask for the delivery window and they approve the delivery window. I get an email saying the flowers were delivered but they were never delivered. I called FTD and I am now waiting 3 hours to get a proof of delivery from the local florist. This will be my last time dealing with a 3P flower business. It's safer and better to just work directly with a local florist. This is the second time this happened to me with FTD. FTD service (India) was simply awful dealing with the poor English from their reps.

I ordered on 11/16/25 for delivery on 11/20/25. They said it was delivered. When I checked delivery status it just said delivered. No time of delivery and no picture of delivery. I called customer service asked for the florist who was supposedly delivering, and he said we don`t give out that information. Then I asked for a refund, and he said only 20% will be refunded. And here I am with no flowers or refund.

This has been the worst flower order experience of my life. I ordered flowers on a Friday for my sister to be delivered to her office. I paid extra for same day delivery. They did not arrive, and I wasn't contacted. I reached out with specific instructions to deliver on Monday, as this was an office delivery. I asked for my same day delivery fee to be returned. I then received a notice that they had tried to deliver the flowers on Saturday but that "the recipient was not at home."
I sent another email to customer service asking them to be sure that my flowers were delivered on Monday, and I asked that fresh flowers be delivered, not the ones that had sat all weekend. I reminded them that I still hadn't received a refund of the same day fee. I then received an email letting me know that my order was cancelled "per your request" and I would receive a refund within 3 days. Terrible customer service, unreliable flower delivery, poor communications and no attention to detail or instructions. Won't be using them again.

Ordered flowers to be delivered on the 20th of November. Got an email say they were delivered and they never was. Called that evening and was told they never got delivered and that they would get delivered in the morning. Still haven’t received the flowers. Called at noon and was told they would be delivered and still no flowers. I just called back and was told they would be delivered tomorrow. This is absolutely unacceptable and this isn’t the first time. I thought maybe I would give FTD another chance. But again same results. By far the worst flower company I’ve experienced. Never will I again place another order with this company. Frustrated and disgusted.

In the past 5 years, flowers or plants sent to me as gifts via FTD were wilted, rotten, dying, losing leaves, brown, etc. and I had to telephone them and ask for replacements. Now, they were very nice and quick about replacements but nonetheless, the original deliveries, I'd say over half of the time, are not good in fact, not acceptable.

They did not deliver on the day scheduled, it was for a death in the family. They had 2 days to deliver. I will never use them again. They did refund but their customer service response was all automated, very disappointing.

I ordered the happy bouquet, yellow coffee mug with a happy face and flowers for my dad. They sent him a damn pumpkin bowl it was a get well how does a pumpkin says get well I don’t think so. Tried to get them to send the right item never heard back. I will go to one 800 flowers. I’ve never had a problem with them.

I placed an order a week before the funeral. 3 hours after the funeral I get an email saying, "We couldn't match a delivery driver...." They offered to send the flowers somewhere else or a 30% refund. Completely unacceptable. It took demanding a full refund before they did. I will never trust this service again. So many other options, I could have had them Ubered....

Would give a zero if I could. WORST experience ever!!!! I ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter the day her bestie suddenly died. I paid extra for same day delivery. I did not get a delivery confirmation and didn't want to ask her if she got them because I wanted her to be surprised, I finally asked her the next day. No delivery. So I called FTD customer service, they refunded the same day delivery charge and set up delivery for the next day. No delivery! So I called them back and they set up delivery for the following day. No delivery! So I called them back for a refund. They would NOT issue a refund; only schedule for redelivery. They weren't delivered on three separate occasions, who knows what will happen this fourth time. If they miss it this fourth time, I will stop payment on my credit card and report them to the better business bureau Do NOT trust FTD! Grieving families shouldn't have to deal with this..

Ordered flowers for my brother's bday. First I am contacted that the florist cannot do the item I chose. Would I accept an equal alternative. I said yes. Then the flowers were not delivered on the day I paid for. The next day I call and am told they can only get the flowers to him via UPS in two days. I asked for a refund immediately which they did. My question. What happened? No delivery and I was not being notified. I had to call them to find out. Needless to say, I was totally disappointed my brother did not get his birthday flowers. And not happy they were NOT proactive.

I ordered flowers from FTD for my sister’s funeral, and this company utterly failed me. They promised delivery on time for the service, but when I called to confirm, they suddenly claimed they couldn’t deliver that day. Instead of fixing it, they made excuse after excuse and said they would deliver the flowers the next day at 10 AM to my house address, the exact time I requested. 10 AM came — nothing. I called again, and they kept making excuses. Around 4 PM, they emailed saying the flowers had been delivered, but we received nothing, and they provided no proof of delivery whatsoever. This is not just incompetence — it’s dishonest and disrespectful, especially during a funeral.
To make it worse, another family member ordered from FTD for the same funeral. Their arrangement arrived tiny, cheap-looking, with no stand, and barely any flowers, nothing like the website photos. FTD is unreliable, misleading, and completely heartless. They ruined something meaningful for my family and clearly do not care about their customers. If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I will never use them again and strongly warn anyone to stay far away.

I placed an order several days in advance for my grandfather's funeral. I noted in the order that this was for a funeral with a start time of 9am. FTD accepted the order and never notified me of any potential issues. On the day of delivery I checked the status and FTD notified me that delivery had not occured. I contacted customer service, who admitted that the local florist designed by FTD to fulfill the order didn't even open until 9am but they would "request" delivery by 10am. So, FTD accepted my order under false pretenses (they knew there was no way delivery would happen by 9am). FTD offered me no other remedy other than to wait for delivery in the middle of a funeral service. Then, customer service hung up on me.

I've been subscribing to the FTD website for a long time. It's $40 a year so you get the free delivery. I do that every year because I send flowers a lot. Last arrangement I sent out was a sympathy one for my aunt. I like the fact that I could do next-day or same-day delivery with FTD. A lot of the choices is really nice. Although, when I do try to do flowers out of state, like to my sister's in Washington, a lot of times, FTD can't do those orders for me. It's like they don't have a florist near there or it has to be done in a box. But I try not to have to send people flowers in a box.
Everybody that I've sent the arrangements to are always extremely satisfied with them. I send them to my mother-in-law almost every month. But a couple of times, the bouquets would be skimped on. When I upgrade to the bigger one, it's usually not that big when they get it. I did let FTD know about this one time and they said, "Well, we can just give you a percentage back," which was fine. But they should say something to this florist because this was the second time that this florist did that. I asked FTD, "Can you tell me what florist it is so I can put in my notes that you don't use that florist again?" But they said they couldn't do that.
The customer service has been okay. The only thing that I didn't like when I reached out was when I was notified the day that the flowers were supposed to be delivered that they couldn't deliver to that area. I placed the order in advance and I wasn't notified that they couldn't deliver. I had to call them and ask, "Hey, why haven't they got their flowers yet?" They said, "Oh. well, we can't deliver in that area. But what we can do is send them a box." I told them I didn't wanna do that so I cancelled the order.

I ordered a beautiful plant arrangement with multiple plants for my daughter who has cancer. She received the delivery same day as requested but was given cut flowers which died within 48 hours. I have now called 5 times trying to fix this issue. I was told a new plant would be seen today. It was not. I have talked with multiple representatives in both the Philippines and India which have not helped. When a supervisor was requested the Filipino rep refused to let me talk with one. So bad!!!

Doing business online with FTD has been perfect. I've had no issues with their delivery or the product that they have delivered. Everything has gone really smoothly. They also have a very fair price. I usually receive email updates from them, reminding me of either specials that they have. The flowers have always been high quality. If they are delivering flowers somewhere and they don't have the same pictured flower available because it's not available in that area, they've done a really nice job of substitution. The flowers are usually sent to my mom and she usually either sends me a picture or she tells me about it.

I've been using FTD for years. For the one I recently ordered which is the Eternal Light, the floral part of it was correct, but the keepsake part, other than they were both in the shape of a cross, was very different from what I thought I was ordering. It was pricey as well. Other than those, placing orders has been easy. Try FTD, but be careful and make sure that that is what you're getting.

I've known about FTD for my entire life. We ordered for our CFO's day and it was from an entire team, but when I got the order, it was a little underwhelming. It didn't look like the picture. It was sparse and I expected more for the money. I thought it was gonna be a little bit nicer.

I ordered the Pastel Tradition, the flowers didn't arrive on time and they sent a complete different bouquet, that looked nothing like what was advertised. They didn't have the decency to contact me and asked if a substitute would be acceptable. I will never order from FTD again.

If I could give this company a ZERO, that’s what I would have rated it. I ordered flowers and chocolate for my daughter’s birthday. I requested a morning delivery. Delivery charge was $19.99. I was fine with the charge. As morning passed with no delivery, I started a chat session. Customer service stated my order would 100% be delivered. 5:00 pm, still no delivery. Opened chat session again, agent stated by 6:00 pm my gift would be delivered. 6:30 still no delivery. Now, I called the 1-800 number, once again I was assured my order was 100% guaranteed to be delivered. Agent stated they delivered up until 8:00 pm. At this point I am completely frustrated. Thinking to myself, WHY didn’t I just call a local florist and place an order. Agent also stated they could NOT call vendor. Only message. ODD! Time is ticking, but I wait again.
8:15 pm NO DELIVERY! I call again, agent now offers me a partial refund and they would deliver the next day. WAIT WHAT! No, thank you. Please save yourself the headache and order from a local small business. In the end, my daughter received NOTHING from me on her birthday, my credit card was charge and NOW I have to WAIT to be credited a refund. Horrible experience!

Our company has been using FTD for years, so when I came into my position, it was passed down to me. I looked at other options, but they weren't as efficient, easy to work with, or had the customer service that FTD does. Their quality is different as well. With some companies that people go with, the pictures that they show is not the same quality that they get in person. With FTD, what you see is what you get and that's huge to me.
Some of the flower arrangements we've purchased have been for funerals that my company has gone to, so I have seen them. Unfortunately, I don't always get to see it when it goes to a client, but I know that whenever someone gets something from FTD or whenever they get what I send, it brightens their day. They sometimes send us an email thanking us. There was one time where I sent something to a funeral, and somehow, there was a mix up with the note that went with it. The family that got the flowers didn't know who it was from and they had to go on a fishing operation. It took some time, but they finally figured out it was from me.
I use FTD's website all the time. They did improvements by changing their website a little and I wasn't used to it. I was used to the old version, so when I was looking for something on the new version, it got confusing. However, once I knew what I was looking for and how to find it, the website was user-friendly. I've also found that FTD always has promotions going on and discounts available. While they say they have a price of 30, there's always a discount where people can save some money.
FTD is the first option I tell anyone that's looking for something like this to go to and look at. I would tell people, “You are silly if you don't use them.” I've voiced my love for this company. I even voice it in family events. I've used it now for Mother's Day and my mom has used it for her Mother's Day gifts. My brother also uses it for his mother-in-law gifts. So, I'm a huge advocate.

I ordered flowers for my grandfather's funeral, a 100$ flower arrangement, the flowers never showed up for the funeral, when I called customer service, they said that they would reach out to the florist and email me later on. I enquired that since the funeral services were over now, could we change the address to my grandfathers home where my Mom and Aunt were staying since he had passed away. The customer service representative kept saying I will receive an email. The email did come later that evening around 5:30pm that the flowers had been delivered to the Funeral Home. What good do flowers arriving late to the funeral home when the services were at 10 am.
My Mom did pick the flowers up at the funeral home the next day, these were not even close to what a 100$ floral arrangement should look like, I understand that they may not look exactly like the picture they showed online, but I seriously could have picked a better arrangement for 20-30$ at my local supermarket then what was sent. I give 2 stars b/c they did eventually deliver the flowers, but they should cancel the contract with whatever local florist they used, abysmal. The first picture is what should have showed up the second it what actually showed up.

100% satisfied. The arrangement I ordered "looked" like the picture, was delivered on time and has reportedly lasted greater than a week. Fairly priced with a minimal delivery fee, considering it was California. FTD florists are reliably dependable.

We have been using FTD for several years regularly, and until about 6 months ago never had an issue. The last few times we have had unreliable delivery 2 times, and difficulty finding order options that were available within a couple of days in a given area once. Customer service is always friendly and responsive, but not always able to actually affect any resolution or give answers that are accurate. In one case of a 3 day delay, I was offered a 'partial refund' that I never received and I honestly just got tired of calling. They were able to help me over the phone this last order to find an option that was available in the area (everything online showed it needed a 2 week lead time for some reason-in a Connecticut suburb) and that was delivered accurately and on time.
Prior to these few issues we used them successfully all over the country and even internationally with great success, so I hope this is not indicative of a downturn in service. I don't like that there is no record of the delivery date and time once delivery is made, so my account just lists the date promised and then says "delivered" which doesn't really validate the issues or provide accountability for the actual delivery timing. The flowers have always been beautiful and match the description and photos, so we will continue with them for now and hopefully the issues were just a momentary glitch.

I ordered flowers for my father’s birthday yesterday. I tracked online and called customer service to check on the status of my order a few times throughout the day. Last night, I was assured by a representative that the flowers would be delivered by 8:00 pm. The flowers were not delivered. I called this morning to cancel my order and request a refund. They said they would issue a refund. It just doesn’t feel good that my father thinks I forgot his birthday and I don’t want anyone else to have his unfortunate experience. I cannot recommend this company.

What a disaster. How do they stay in business? Flowers are ordered for a particular reason on a particular day, but that doesn’t seem to matter to this company. I placed a birthday arrangement for my daughter to go to her place of work. I asked for delivery between 11:30-5:00 pm on a Saturday. I was told that would be no problem. I wanted it to be a surprise so I didn’t ask her about it. When I checked my email (no text or call!) I was told that delivery could not be made at 5:45 pm as the business was closed. Which is why I asked for an earlier time! I called and was told that they did not deliver due to traffic in Brooklyn. That 5 1/2 hour window was not long enough apparently. I wanted a refund but was assured they could change the delivery to her apartment the next day. I did not want to do this, as I didn’t want her waiting around all day, but they promised delivery by noon.
So at 10:00 am I called FTD to check on delivery status and was told that they could not deliver to her apartment that day (still no call, text or email actually telling me this!). The reason they could not deliver is that they have no one on that zip code for delivery. After promising me the day before that this would be no problem. The area is Lower East Side of Manhattan. The densest place on earth, and you could not deliver there?? So disappointed and frustrated. They ruined this special event for my daughter. Hopefully my refund will go through, but what a hassle. And they ruined the surprise. I called a local florist who delivered to her place with a few hours' notice. Will never use FTD again!

I cannot even begin to describe how terrible this service was. It's actually gotten to the point where it is comical. We ordered a deluxe bouquet at $90.00 to celebrate my child's seven years of SOBRIETY ANNIVERSARY. The delivery took place on the appropriate date with the appropriate message. However, there were very few flowers and looked like they had been thrown into a vase haphazardly. I requested a redelivery. I was assured by two FTD representatives that the flowers would be redelivered but had to contact them over and over because the flowers did not arrive.
FINALLY, a redelivery was made two days later, but these were someone else's flowers assembled in a BEER STEIN with a personal, handwritten note congratulating them on their graduation. I cannot express how terrible of an experience this has been. It's like 5-year-olds are running this company from India. If I could give them a zero I would. Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday and I received an e-mail late in the day that they were unable to deliver because no one was there. It's a business and someone is always there at the front desk. Then Customer service said they would deliver the following day. What!! It's not her birthday tomorrow and it would be on a Saturday when no one was there and a 3-day weekend. They delivered on Saturday anyway and left the flowers outside. Needless to say, my wife didn't get them until Tuesday, and it had been cold and rainy all weekend. Stay AWAY!!

The flowers were delivered on and my daughter couldn't believe how fresh and beautiful. I gave these flowers to my daughter as opened a new office. She was so excited about getting them. Everyone in her office just loved how beautiful they looked in her office. I would recommend FTD to all my friends.

I send my new girlfriend flowers at least once a month. I first tried 1-800-Flowers. Thumbs down, no same day delivery in her area. Not the same with FTD. I can order her a bouquet or whatever, and she usually has it within a few hours. Keep up the good work!!!

I never have to worry when ordering flowers from FTD. It's a floral service that has been a part of my life long before ordering online came into fashion. I have twice ordered a flower group shown pictured on your website but seeing a picture from the recipient it was different. Christmas greens showed two candles only one on the greens. Didn’t consider that an issue, busy season. The one recently sent was a birthday product. Website showed a bag type vase with Happy Birthday printed on it. The one receive was in a clear glass vase. That annoyed me.

Ordered a lovely bouquet for my friend's Mom who turned 96. Delivery person left bouquet on driveway in the sun instead of placing the bouquet on their porch in the shade. The roses wilted because of this act of negligence. This happened once before. FTD said they would send a fresh bouquet the next day.

I ordered two arrangements to be delivered into the same person on the same day and they delivered one in the am and if I hadn’t called I wouldn’t have gotten the second one delivered at all but they finally delivered it late late in the pm. Very poor customer service especially when you charge $20 each for delivery.

When I experienced a problem with a delivery, I reached out to FTD to express my disappointment. I felt that the florist wasn’t providing the level of service that I’d come to expect with FTD. 100% Worth this company don’t ever trust them for anything you need delivered on time and accurately. I ordered $150 worth of flowers, candy and a card and it showed up a whole entire day late even though they marked it as delivered. Their excuse was that they couldn’t find my house and I live in a suburb in a major city, which makes no sense. It’s like they were so lazy. They just gave up and didn’t even bother to call then even after they delivered it a day late they totally forgot the chocolates that came with the order.

Order flowers for a funeral on October 6. They were not there even though I got a email says that they were delivered. I called the one 800 number. I asked for the florist to call me so we can figure this out. No one ever called. Flowers were never delivered. I had to show The grieving family that I did order flowers for them they just never came, $160 down the drain. I won’t trust FTD again. I’ll go with another one of the companies.

Dear Customer Service support Team, I have been a satisfied customer with FTD for more than 15 years. My most recent experience was mostly disappointing. The arrangement that I had selected for my Granddaughter (Best Year Yet Floral Cake) arrived as a completely different arrangement in color and design. I ordered the bouquet for my Mother's birthday. It arrived on time, she sent me pictures and couldn't get over how beautiful it was and also the wonderful aroma coming from the bouquet. I always make sure to send her flowers every year. I love the fact that FTD sends me a reminder.

My experience was extremely poor. My order was not delivered to the address correctly. When inquiring about the delivery FTD customer service agents were not very helpful. I was told to track the items myself. When I requested for a fund for non-delivered items, FTD customer service agents attempted to convince me to accept another delivery or a discount rather than a refund. This experience was was riddled with incompetence and A lack of genuine effort towards customer support service.
