    Multiple times I have placed orders with FTD for occasions such as birthdays and orders did not arrive as scheduled with ZERO notification that there was a problem. Even when I called I was told to wait, “it was coming” but never did. Had communication occurred, I could have made other arrangements. NEVER again will I place an order from FTD!

    I really wanted to like this company. I currently do some of my banking through USAA and on their website, they offer certain perks. They were offering a discount for flowers for Mother’s Day through this company FTD. I do trust USAA and thought that this would be a good company. I have never ordered flowers to be delivered before because I’ve always felt it is best to support a local florist, however, this year I was very busy and still wanted something nice for my mother. I will give them a few stars because they did deliver a bouquet to the correct address, on the correct day, within a reasonable timeframe that day. The delivery was fine, minus the fact that the flowers were left on my mother’s front porch, however, my mom could not remember if she heard the doorbell or not so that’s not necessarily the companys fault.

    I will also say that the bouquet I received seem to have somewhat healthy flowers that were not wilted or overly damaged, which was nice-I will give them that. However, the bouquet that arrived was completely different from the bouquet pictured and what I ordered. I called their customer service line and they informed me that I had chosen a “A Florist Original” bouquet that means, even though there’s a specific bouquet I ordered that was pictured, the florist original allows for the florist to modify your bouquet based off of supply and demand, and what flowers may be freshest for that time, however, they mentioned that they would only be changing a few stems and would try to stick to the same color theme and bouquet as much as possible.

    My mom loves mild colors and pastel so, pastel blues, pastel purples, pastel pinks, and white, so I ordered her a light colored pastel bouquet with white, pastel purple, and pastel blue flowers. She is not a huge fan of vibrant colors, or colors that pop, so I thought the pastel bouquet would be perfect, and I was fine with them substituting the type of flower as long as they kept a similar color scheme. However, what was delivered was a vibrant yellow, Vibrant, pink, and frankly majority of flowers/greenery and colors that were not pictured in the original bouquet I ordered. So pretty much their version of a florist original is a completely different bouquet from what you ordered.

    Now I don’t know how bouquets come out for people who order arrangements from them that are not listed as “ a florist original” however I was very disappointed when it was a completely different bouquet and the color scheme didn’t even remotely match. I try to be understanding which is why I chose a florist original because I understand that flower arrangements will change by season, and based on freshness, however, it looked nothing like what I ordered, and to be honest, even with the USAA discount, the product I received did not seem worth the money. I understood some changes could have been made, I just didn’t realize I would get a completely different bouquet, that was very disappointing to me.

    When I spoke to customer service, they told me there was nothing they can do other than offer me a discount on another bouquet, but after the one service I received from them I think I’m better to just never do service with this company again. For those who are unable to shop local or have family members that live very far away from you that need flowers delivered, I understand having to find a company that delivers flowers, but if possible, I would try to find a local florist that can deliver to your family member, or a different company than this one if you are more interested in the product matching what you order. If you don’t mind them changing a majority of the bouquet you order or don’t care as much about the colors/actual bouquet, and care more about the delivery process and freshness of the product then, by all means I would consider them again, however, it was a big deal to me personally that the bouquet looks similar.

    The flowers did arrive, and were beautiful, but customer service was lousy. I was a new customer, filled out all information that was asked. I got an email stating I'd need to call customer service. I called, and promptly had to answer each and every question on the form 2 and 3 times each. I guess they thought I'd give a different answer? They were eventually satisfied, and processed the order. I emailed customer service, merely wondering why I'd had to go through all that again. I got a very curt email in return stating I had to call customer service, which I already had. They also mentioned if I emailed them again before they were delivered, it'd automatically be rejected. I got a survey, and was fairly generous with them, but mentioned I had an unresolved issue, clicked that they could contact me, and provided information. Needless to say, I never heard a word from them. Don't worry FTD, I won't contact you again, as I'm done with you.

    After bad experiences ordering flowers for a friend in Palm Desert through other companies I thought FTD.com would be a reliable company to order from. They presented a beautiful bouquet in a vase and I paid $52 to have it delivered. What showed up was flowers in a plastic sack like you would get from a grocery store and a separate vase. Four Roses and a couple small flowers and buds with some leaves and that was it. When I called them they only wanted to refund $10. I could not be more disappointed and I will never ever use FTD again.

    Disgusted with FTD who I used to rely on. This is the second time that an order was not delivered on time. I even received a text saying the order was delivered when IT WAS NOT. I ALWAYS ORDER IN ADVANCE. My Niece was waiting ALL DAY. I called and nobody could tell me WHY I got a text saying flowers were delivered. Fraud. All they did was refund the delivery fee. Big deal. The flowers were delivered the next day. Not what I wanted. I have spent years and a lot of money with FTD. That stops now.

    On Thursday 6-19, I ordered flowers for Saturday the 21st of June. I was told you could use the extra time to find a florist close to my Nephew and his wife, in order to have fresh flowers delivered. Later on the 19th I rec'd another email stating the flowers had been shipped and I could track them if I liked. I assumed you couldn't find a florist IN MISSISSIPPI because they were shipped 2 to 3 days before their requested delivery date! I always ask my family and friends to text me a pic of the flowers they receive. Your 2 days in shipping "bouquet" looked nothing like your advertisement. I asked for 2 dozen roses to fill out the "bouquet" and instead it looked like a bean pole. It will be quite some time before you get another order from me and I will never order giving you extra days "to find a local florist", so they can be in route for 3 days.     The delivery was not made on the requested date, when the flowers were delivered, they were wilted and poor quality. Very embarrassing to me that this was the quality of flowers that I would send to someone. The follow from FTD was slow and not very responsive to the issue.

    Ordered flowers- got a notification that they couldn't deliver so I needed to call to change. Called and got into a continuous loop that was trying to sell me a medical alert. No way to get out of it. Made three attempts, trying different prompts. No luck. I think FTD did it on purpose. NEVER using FTD again after that. Thought about calling Better Business Bureau.

    I ordered a beautiful bouquet for my mother's birthday. The flowers arrived a day late, and in absolutely terrible condition. When I called to request a refund, they were willing to resend the flowers, but no refund (even partial) was offered. I'm sorry... I spent $80 so that my mom would have nice flowers on her birthday. You failed to deliver anything on her actual birthday, and then what you did ultimately provided was in such poor condition it went right into the trash. This is unacceptable customer service, and I will never order from this company again.

    Two different times, once for Mother's Day and the second for my daughter's birthday. Mother's Day, the flowers were not delivered on Mother's Day, but a week later, after I complained. On my daughter's birthday, I paid for flowers, a birthday card, chocolate, and a balloon. They only delivered the flowers, and I had to complain, and they refunded my money.

    Flowers ordered for my brother's funeral 4 days before requested delivery date to funeral home. Charge applied immediately to card. 5 hrs before funeral I received an email saying they could not deliver the flowers to the funeral home. I had to make a last minute call to another florist and luckily they could deliver my request. They said they could deliver to a home address but not a funeral home. Why do they sale and advertise funeral bouquets if they can't deliver them? Will never order from them again.

    The sunflowers I had delivered never opened. Day two they slouched over and proceeded to die. Day three they cracked around the neck and some “blossoms” broke. Day four I gave up and they went in the trash. The best FTD would do is give me half my money back. Still haven’t received it.

    It was very disappointing, first time my daughter got flowers at work for birthday, paid a lot of money and made sure to add balloons and nothing! Just flowers and they were only ok.     Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered flowers for my grandfather’s funeral—one of the most emotional and important days for our family—and NOTHING was delivered. There were no flowers at all. When I called to find out what happened, they refused to tell me which florist they used and had the nerve to offer just a 50% refund. Half a refund for no flowers? That’s insulting. This wasn’t some casual event—it was my grandfather’s funeral. Their complete lack of professionalism, compassion, and accountability is beyond disgraceful.     I ordered a Birthday arrangement ten days prior to delivery date. The flowers were not delivered on the day I requested. I called the 800 number and they rescheduled the delivery for the next day. The flowers were not delivered that day either. I called back and they wanted to deliver the third day. I said no and requested a refund. They grudgingly agreed to a refund. A very special birthday was negatively impacted by FTD and their local contractor. Do not order flowers from FTD. Call your local florist instead.

    I ordered two standing sprays within weeks of each other for funerals. Both times the names were spelled incorrectly. I called and corrected the spelling and when it arrive both times, it was spelled incorrectly. I also had one delivered to the funeral home instead of the church I requested. Not sure where the communication problem started. Theses orders were not online, I actually spoke to people.

    My daughter sent me Mother's Day flowers. Most businesses are hoping you will let them slide like she is doing. I, the mother.. am holding FTD accountable! It was embarrassing the shape the miniature rose bush was in, it had a deadly fungus. The buds were not attached or hanging and fuzzy growth was on them. I called (whole different ((yucky)) experience) and they scheduled another delivery. The second plant was worse if you can believe it. It was completely dead within 5 days.

    The plant was WAY TOO WET to start, so I did not add water. I suspect it may have been exposed to frost? The weather in the north-east did suddenly get much colder, and I wonder if the plant was sent from the arctic. I haven't called again.. as I believe I called Pakistan??? With the price they charge this should never be "a thing". It did give the idea to open a "dead plant/tell them how you really feel" business. With cards like "I am not sorry you're dead!" However, at this age I am beyond starting another business.

    If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered flowers to be delivered a specific day for an occasion for my 4 year old niece. FTD accepted the order, took my money and then the next day said the delivery would be 3 days later, totally missing the occasion for which they were sent. I was offered 15% off my order. Flowers still to arrive late. DO NOT order from them.

    I placed an order yesterday 5/20/25 to be sent to my sister for her birthday today! The order received was not what ordered & I was very disappointed! My sister sent a photo of the order she received & I couldn’t believe what horrible condition of the flowers! I asked for a refund and customer service stated they would refund 30%. The refund was not close to 30% of the order! Customer service was horrible & disconnected my chat before my issues were addressed! I got a sense they did not want to listen with my concerns!!     I ordered the premium flowers and paid 96 dollars for my order! It looks like a child made this arrangement!! I will never order flowers online ever again. It isn't even close to the fullness of flowers that I paid for.     Ordered from a limited item page as wanted same day delivery which I paid for, did not get the arrangement or the bear I selected, they sent whatever they wanted.     I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet on 5/9/25, two days before Mother's Day. I paid a total of $125.16 in order to get Saturday (weekend) delivery so that the flowers would be delivered to my mother on/before Mother's Day. However, the order was delivered on the following Monday, over two days late. I am dissatisfied, having paid extra for a Saturday delivery. Moreover, the flowers were not fresh. The petals fell of the roses as I was taking the bouquet out of the delivery box.

    I complained to FTD (via the chat function on their website) when I realized they were going to be delivering late (this was before the bouquet actually arrived) and their response was "We can offer you a 30% discount". At that time, I opted for the discount; they "refunded" $19.90 to my payment card (NOT 30% as they stated). Then, when the bouquet finally arrived, the flowers were not fresh; the petals immediately fell off the roses as I took the bouquet out of the box. I used the chat function on the FTD site to complain again about the lateness and now the freshness of the bouquet and their response was to refund me an additional 20%

    (NOTE: it took two complaints to get the total 30% discount, and as of this writing I do not yet see the discount/refund on my payment card so this is not over yet). I am very disappointed at the outcome. This has happened in a previous experience (recent year) with FTD but I decided to give them another chance. I will not be ordering anything from them ever again.

    Whatever you do, please do not buy flowers from FTD. They do not have the ability to deliver them quite frequently. I placed an order before Mother's Day that was to be delivered in a timely manner. I called on Mother's Day and there was a mix-up on the address. Things happen. I was told that they would be delivered on Monday. This also did not happen. I called Monday night and they had no explanation for why they were not delivered on Monday. They did say they could schedule them for delivery on Tuesday. At this point I have no confidence in FTD at all.

    They then offered me a full return. This is unacceptable given the horrible performance. I then asked for refund plus a gift card as consideration. They offered me a $10 gift card.     I contacted (online) a florist in Las Vegas for a Mother's Day delivery for May 9 (the Friday before Mother's Day) on May 1. My Mother in Law lives in Vegas so thinking it would be definitely fresh flowers. Little did I know the order went through FTD. On Friday I get a call from the delivery person that she needs a gate code. So called my Mother in Law, got the gate code and texted it back to the delivery person and she acknowledged by texting me back "Thank you". Also stating the flowers wouldn't be delivered until Saturday. I said fine. Well on Sunday, Mother's Day they still hadn't been delivered. I called, texted and emailed. Finally a few hours later got an email from FTD saying they were working on getting my order delivered. Well they never got there and that was the last I heard from them. Luckily I paid thru PayPal and they reimbursed me my $96. Very disappointing from FTD... I will never use them again.

I had to speak to five different people before I could even get a professional assistant to help me.     Your service is HORRIBLE! If there was a zero Star, I'd have chosen that. I get one order mess up, but over the past couple of years, I've had several, from a broken vase to not following delivery directions, it's always some excuse. And then, you only want to offer a $15 refund toward the purpose, which shows just how bad others delivery issues have been. You have to offer a ridiculously low refund because issues happen so frequently. And now you have an updated "delay" policy to prevent you from having to deliver full refunds for your lousy service. There are other MUCH better quality delivery services that I will be using going forward.

    Your own customer care representative act like she didn't know she wasn't authorized to provide refunds. How ridiculous is that? Then, I got connected to a rude ** manager who was just as worthless and incompetent. I'm done. And I don't wish you good luck! I hope you thank your leadership at some point very soon for going out of business.

    Ordered 2 items for 2 different recipients after receiving a coupon code for FTD through a USAA promotion. 1) Never got an email confirmation for the first order. Reached out to customer service, and was told there was no record of the order on their end. They recommended re-ordering. 2) Then, the recipient of that order received it twice over, and I was also charged twice. 3) For the other order, I needed to change the delivery date within 10 minutes of placing the order.     Update: FTD did replace the arrangement but only because of my review on Consumer Affairs. (Phone calls got me nowhere.) The replacement arrangement was satisfactory, but nothing to write home about. I learned a good lesson here. If you're sending flowers, find a LOCAL florist in the town or city you want to send the flowers and contact the florist directly to send the arrangement. A lot of fantastic florists do not participate in FTD programs for various reasons.

    No resolution after calling (3 Times!!!) Based on the UPS label, flowers were shipped on a Tuesday, and did not arrive until Friday evening. They spent 3 days in a box with no water. Arrived withered, with crushed blooms, and dead flowers. Even the greenery had complete leaf drop. FTD did not making things right. No replacement. No credit. No refund. The baby pink box the flowers arrived in had "PROFLOWERS" stamped on it. The shipping label said "FTD". The 800-838-8853 phone number rings to a company called "FROMYOUFLOWERS" where no one speaks English in a complete sentence. NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND NO RESOLUTION. How can anyone hold them accountable?

    Ordered flowers to be sent to a small funeral. They never showed up. Called FTD and they lied and said they were delivered. After going back and forth they said they would redeliver them. So I asked them to deliver the flowers to the person's home since the funeral was over with. Guess what?? They delivered them to the CHURCH!! TWO DAYS AFTER THE FUNERAL!     Terrible terrible terrible experience, I don't know where to even start.. Day 1 of flower arrival, I received the flower bouquet which I bought (in good spirits bouquet) for my wife's birthday, however the flower bouquet which we received is nothing like what is described in the photo in FTD's website. The flower came in a box, and was dried up. The sunflowers and a few others were flattened / crushed by the box.

    The most critical thing is the flowers in the pictures are different from what we have received. Also the vase we received is way too big for the bouquet and we had to resort to buying another vase to fit the bouquet otherwise it will look inadequate. Also the text on the message card had weird characters that should not be shown. I definitely did not add those in there. The very next day, the flowers started withering when they promised a 7 day freshness guaranteed. Best part, the only thing support did was to give me a 25% refund despite everything that has happened.. Please AVOID this company at all cost.

    I wish I could leave ZERO stars. I ordered an arrangement for a memorial services on Wednesday, to be delivered on Saturday to a funeral home. I received and email that the flowers were delivered and found out the next day that they were not delivered. I contacted FTD on Monday to have them delivered to the daughter at her house on Wednesday since they did not make it to the funeral home the past Saturday. They did not deliver those, so I requested a refund and they were able to do that fairly quickly. TO FTD, please leave the flower delivery business, people rely on your service and you have failed miserably. I will never do business with you all again and will tell others not to as well!!!!

    Funeral arrangement was ordered on 2/28 for a memorial service scheduled for 3/7 near Fresno, CA. The afternoon of 3/7, I received an email stating that they would not be able to deliver the order and stated they could deliver the order within the next 3 days with a $10 refund applied to the order or cancel it with a refund and a future $10 discount. The next email I received stated they "have not been able to reach me at the phone number provided". I emailed back requesting they deliver to a home address as an alternative and provided my cell phone number. Within 10 minutes they called the phone which I sat next to the entire day where they had not been able to reach me before.

    There was no FTD floral shop in the area of the home address, which is likely considering it was it was a rural address. This is why I wanted it delivered to the funeral home instead! They offered sending boxed flowers via UPS overnight delivery. So instead of having a nice already made arrangement, now I've given a grieving family a task to assemble their own flowers instead! But NOT TO WORRY, they'll refund the price difference to the original payment method. HOW TACKY. For something that would initially have been seen as a nice gesture is now going to be a tacky box of flowers, which HOPEFULLY, they will be home to even receive! I wish the person ordering would have found a local florist to order directly from instead of using the funeral home page to order the flowers. Something I will be requesting in the future!

    I wish the Indiana's Attorney Generals Office would sue the **** out of this company. They take your money then they will send it to a local florist to take the order for half what FTD charges you. Then FTD will give you a FAKE confirmation #. When the order from FTD is sent to the local florist "THEY CHOSE" and the local florist says "NAW", they can't make that arrangement for that price. So you can't blame these local florist trying to make a living, I get it. So even though the order was canceled by the local florist and since nothing was done on the florist end then they shouldn't owe me a refund right? Not according to FTD. And every number FTD gives you in their so called emails and conformations, when you give those numbers to your FTD REP from way the hell over yonder, none and I mean none of the numbers they gave you all of a sudden doesn't show in their system. This company is stealing right in front of everyone.

    I ordered flowers for a memorial service and confirmed the delivery the day before which was affirmative. I received an email AFTER the service saying my flowers could not be delivered. I also found out that several other people who also ordered flowers through FTD did not have their flowers delivered either. My advice is to contact a local florist DIRECTLY in the area you want them delivered to and go through them instead of FTD (aka, Failure To Deliver).

They said that it was delivered at 1p.m. The funeral service was 11:30 a.m. and I asked the delivery to be before 11 a.m. Not only was it late, it didn't even show up. After the service, we stayed in the reception room till 2:30 p.m. If they couldn't deliver to the chapel on time, why can't they send it to the reception room?     I would stay as far away from this company as possible if you want your delivery to be on time. Long story short... I ordered flowers for my mother for V-Day because my Dad passed away a few months ago. She has been having a hard time and my siblings and I wanted to do something special for her. I placed the order and confirmed delivery of 2/14. Late in the day on the 14th, no flowers. I pulled up my order and they were now not coming until 2/17. My mom was leaving her house on the 15th for 3 weeks so anything beyond the 14th wasn't acceptable.

    Called FTD customer service and spoke to a farmed out, barely understandable representative that was so rude and disrespectful. He lied and told me the flowers were still out for delivery. When I told him the UPS shows Monday delivery, he changed his tune and said, well they will still be there by the 15th. I told him to cancel the order and refund me. He kept insisting that I just wait for the flowers. I would not accept anything other than to cancel and refund.

    Well, they delivered the flowers to my mother's door the 17th late in the evening. Now we've got flowers sitting on her doorstep signaling to anyone that passes by that she is not home and the house is empty. This is not about the money. It's about being let down by a company that sent me about 15 promo emails prior to me ordering and then completely let me down and refuses to acknowledge it.

So, I called the and was told that they will be delivered on the 14th. Nothing was delivered. So I contacted AGAIN. They will be delivered on the 17 with a larger bouquet of flowers.     I ordered smiles and sunshine for my mother for valentine's day 2025. Smiles & Sunshine - Deluxe with Vase. Order #:**. $111.28. She got 9 roses and some greenery. They offered me 30% off my order. My mom called me to let me know. She thought I just ordered roses and only got 9. Told me not to worry about it, they were pretty. The picture I ordered from had various flowers including roses. A full bouquet. Never again will I trust them to handle anything.

    Ordered Valentine's Day flowers. Received confirmation. Never delivered. Was completely ghosted. Never received notifications about any delays. Online tracking just says "Scheduled". Have been on hold with Customer Service for 30 minutes now. Infuriating a business as well known as FTD would screw up something this badly.

    FTD advertised same-day delivery for Valentine's Day, I placed my order early in the morning. I kept checking the status of my order, at which time it said the order was delivered. I never received my order. Someone was present to receive the order, flowers never arrived. I will never use FTD or recommend them to anyone. Buyer be aware.

    This is definitely an expectation vs. reality. Do NOT trust what you see in the pictures of the website, you will be disappointed. Ordered one for my wife and one for my daughter’s FIRST Valentine’s Day. My wife’s rose petals were pretty much discolored and I upgraded my daughters to exquisite but it somehow looks worse than the standard option…wife said she would’ve been happier if I went to the Dollar Tree and got a bouquet. Would’ve saved almost $300. 1 star because the flowers actually got here. I know it’s technically a third party service (Maya’s Flower Shop), but this was just…did you even try?!?!

    I bought 3 dozen assorted roses for $137. The flowers came tightly packed in a small cardboard box. After unpacking and putting them in vase all the flowers wilted over the vase. Some of the flowers were brown on the edges, already showing signs of wilting. The assortment looked nothing like picture. Customer service offered 20% refund. I’ll never use this company again.

    I ordered flowers through FTD for my wife two days before Valentine's Day. What I got was a message saying, "Sure, we can get you flowers, but the soonest they can deliver is 17 Feb." This kind of defeats the purpose. It took me 5 minutes to find a local flower place myself and have them make a delivery on Valentine's Day. How useless is FTD?

We called customer service who promised the flowers would be delivered on 2/7, we weren’t happy but what could we do? So were flowers delivered on 2/7? No. Again we called customer service, when we asked for additional compensation they cancelled our order. We will never do business with FTD again.

    I purchased a plant for my cousin for the passing of her brother. When the order was delivered by UPS, it came in a box. The plants were separate and needed to be assembled into the basket. My cousin was confused and didn’t know what to do. There were no instructions. Number one when you order something online, you expect it to be delivered just like it shows in the picture. Nowhere in the instructions did it show that it is to be assembled. That was the first disappointment. The second disappointment is that there was no instructions and no peat moss to go on top of the plants. In the picture online it obviously shows peat Moss. When I called customer service they said it does not come with peat Moss. This is a true case of false advertising, fake marketing and I’m truly disappointed. For anyone wanting to order from FTD, please expected to be disappointed.

    I usually use Flowers.com, but I wanted tropical flowers that FTD had and not others. They charged $20 for delivery and they showed up frozen and thrown on their side (spilling out). Called CS and the only thing they offered was redelivery a week later.

    This company basically runs a scam! I ordered flowers to be sent to a Celebration of Life in another state. I tried multiple times to place the order online but the street address (which is for a hotel that has been in existence for 30+ years) kept giving an error message that they do not deliver to a PO Box or APO/FPO address. I called customer service, which is not located in the U.S. and was told that I could place my order with them by phone. I should have hung up right there and went with someone else.

    I gave the guy all the information and he confirmed everything back to me as I gave it, including the correct address. I received the email confirmation a couple of minutes later and saw right away that the address was wrong and not the one I gave. I immediately called customer service back and he tried to update the address but it was coming up as not valid. He told me they would reach out to the local florist and verify that they could deliver to the correct address, then advised I would receive an email one way or the other.

    I had not heard anything for 24 hours so I called again, the guy tried the address again and said he could not update it. He said he didn't know why the other guy said he would reach out to the local florist to verify. Ultimately, I asked to just cancel the order. I asked for a cancellation number and he said I would get an email. So far, no email! I'm not so sure I will receive a refund and will dispute the charge on my Amex.

    I recommend that no one use this company. Especially if you're sending flowers to someone in a tragic position. One of my best friends passed away in December and his widow was having her first birthday without him. I ordered flowers for her that never arrived. At first they said they needed a valid address. It was the county sheriff's office. Then they said it would be delivered the next day. The flowers never were. I canceled the order due to their incompetence and excuses. They've claimed that they sent a refund. But, time will tell. Very shady bunch. I strongly recommend you use another florist system.

    I placed an order with Ftd.com yesterday January 13, 2025. It was supposed to be delivered today. I did not hear from FTD except by an email that was sent this afternoon in the email. They indicated that they could not complete my order because they needed to speak with me about it. When I called them, they informed me that my order was randomly flagged for a review by their finance department. This was after I had been put on hold twice already while they searched for my order.

    Once I was transferred to the finance department, they requested information about my billing address. Being concerned that this may be an attempt to access my personal information for fraudulent purposes. I told them I would not give them any personal information over the phone other than what I had already provided on the website order. At that point, I asked them to cancel my order. I am hoping they will credit my PayPal account. I see there have been a few reviews written this month all negative. Buyer beware!

    I was disappointed and embarrassed by the FTD arrangement that I thought I bought versus what my relative received. The pictures tell the story perfectly.     This was the worst online purchase I have ever attempted. I made a selection and after multiple days they said they couldn't fulfill but would need more time. I heard nothing from them until I called to find out they had no intention of filling the order. They canceled the order and credited me only a portion of the full amount, the customer service agent gave me all the incorrect information and was very unhelpful. I was unable to talk to a supervisor but after they said they would call back they did not so I called again. They did not resolve the issue and I am still waiting for a full refund for this issue. I will not use them again. Very disappointed.

    I placed an order this morning for a bereavement delivery. After 9pm, found no delivery was made. I chatted twice with FTD and each person could find the order but it doesn't show in my account for me to pull up myself. I was charged with my bank account already so they had me call their 800 number. The phone rep couldn't find the order with the number provided, so put me on hold. After 13 minutes, she came back and said she finally found the order, but can't find out any information about why it was not delivered and sent me to another department. Another 5 minutes on hold, a voice mail message said they are so busy delivering Valentine's flowers (it's January 4th!!) and if need to check on an order status to go to the website. Of course, I can't since it's not in my account! This is ridiculous!!

    I went back to chat and they said the 800 number will help me fast and call them back. I asked to cancel it since they can find the order and of course, they can't cancel it for me and have to go to the department who is not answering. I filed a dispute with my bank and submitted the screenshot of my order, the number, payment and other info.

    I ordered a $180 Sympathy Arrangement from FTD for my stepmother's Saturday morning Memorial Service. Because the burial is next month, in a different state, there was no involvement of a Funeral Service at today's Memorial Service. To be positive that the floral arrangement got there, I called the Church Office and spoke to the Church Secretary, who gave me her name, her phone number and her assurance that she would be there Friday afternoon to receive the flowers. Then I placed the order and received an emailed receipt, that stipulated delivery to the Church Friday afternoon! After that, I called FTD customer service to review the request, and to confirm that they had all that was needed, and that there was no misunderstanding. This evening, I talked with my sister who told me that the flowers never showed up!

    When I called FTD to share how FURIOUS I was and demand a full refund, their South Asian telephone operator had the audacity - no, the STUPIDITY- to ask if I would except the flowers purchased for my mother's Memorial Service being diverted tomorrow "to the recipient's home address". Yes, the freakin’ IDIOT really asked that!! The US is not, and will not ever be great again, because all of these mega-corporations ALWAYS chase to cheapest cost and care not a damn about actually providing the “customer service” that they boast about ALL OVER THEIR WEBSITES and their marketing ads!😡😡😡

    If I could give a negative review I would - I ordered a floral arrange for funeral for an employee's parent 3 days before the event. I did not find out until 2 weeks after that the arrangement was cancelled and never delivered. I contacted FTD and got "I am so sorry" but we did try to contact you via email after the event to let you know. I did not receive any email notifications from FTD that they were cancelling this order prior to the event and when asked why they did not call they simply stated that they sent an email. They then tried to tell me that they could not find a florist to do this because it was too close to Christmas. Then she tried to tell me that the closest florist was over 100 miles away (in a large city). Now our company looks terrible for not acknowledging a long time valued employee's loss and all I got for it was "I'm sorry". DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this oversized and overpriced company that will not follow through on what you need.

    We ordered a "premium" version of "Lovely Lavender Bouquet" from Flowers by Nora of Skippack. Instead, we received a substantially lower quality bouquet from Kremp Florists from Willow Grove PA more than 20 miles away. Some of the obvious differences between "Nora's" ad and the flowers I received include a cheap clear glass bowl instead of an attractive clear lavender vase, my $5 greeting card with message was replaced by a 3x4 note and, instead of a bouquet of predominately lavender (or purple) flowers, I received a mixed color bouquet where about 40% of the flowers could be described as lavender or near lavender. Had the bouquet cost about $50 I probably would not have made much of a fuss, but at more than twice that much, the first word that comes to mind is RIPOFF!

    The arrangement I ordered looked nothing like the one that was delivered. I understand that they can't guarantee the exact flowers, but the arrangement was completely different in style and shape. FTD proposed redelivering the flowers, but did not ask for a picture to see the discrepancy, so I did not feel that they are really interested in quality control, and I do not feel confident that the re-delivery will be correct either. I do not think I will order from them again. I ordered "Snow Angel Bouquet."

    I am beyond disappointed at the floral arrangement delivered to a business associate on 12/20/24. I ordered "Let It Snow Tree-Premium". The one delivered is nowhere close to the arrangement that I ordered, nor the price I paid. If a photo had not been taken, I would have never known the Florist delivered a much cheaper and inferior arrangement. (Photo 1 is what was delivered and photo 2 is what I ordered.) All floral deliveries should be mandated to provide the purchaser with a photo of what was delivered. What this florist did, borderlines on fraud.

    I had placed an order on 12/18/2024 for 12/21/2024 and waited all day for a notification of a completed delivery. However, my recipient never received the delivery and I also did not get a message stating that my order was delivered. I called at 9:12PM to see what had happened to my order. The representative told me over the phone that their delivery person decided to cancel the delivery of my order. I was NEVER notified of this and NO ONE contacted me about my order not getting delivered. The order was for a special occasion to congratulate my best friend since their family lived overseas and there was no close friends nearby to join in this happy moment. However, instead of receiving flowers for their graduation, they are receiving nothing.

    I am very upset with how bad the communication was with FTD. I am more heartbroken that I relied on FTD to delivery flowers for my dear best friend and am sadden that they will be one that won't have someone by their side and no gifts to congratulate them for graduating. FTD even had a couple of days to update me if there was a change of status in my order. However, FTD did not at all relay a message of no delivery nor did this company notify me that I would have to cancel my order. If I did not call in to check on my order, I would never have known anything. I would have just gave free money for no apparent reason. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FTD because they are VERY UNRELIABLE and are poor in communication.

    Pretty dismal experience in general. I've used FTD before, and generally it goes okay, but recently I ordered a poinsettia for delivery to my mom and ended up calling "customer service" representatives *multiple* times to accomplish the delivery. The order was supposed to be delivered December 6, and I received a notification that the order had been delivered. It had not been. So I called December 7 and was assured the delivery would be made by 8pm that day. It was not. So I called again December 8 and was told that the delivery would be made by the end of the day on *that* day, and that I would receive a confirmation e-mail when delivery took place. It was not delivered, and there was not contact from FTD.

    Finally, it was delivered on Monday, 4 days after the initial promised delivery date. I was told by rep on Sunday or Monday (I forget which day now, as I called so many times) that I would receive a 20% discount as compensation for the troubles, but that never happened. In fact, there has been no contact from FTD at all. The only way I knew the flowers were delivered was a call from my mom. I'm to a point where I'm tired of calling FTD, so I haven't bothered to call to push for the 20% refund. The only plus I can state is that the poinsettia thrilled my mom, and she said it was beautiful. So glad this was a seasonal delivery and not a birthday or funeral or something date-specific. I'm not eager to to business with FTD again; there are more reliable companies, I'm sure.

    The bouquets never are as lush or as full as appears in the pics on their website. They also skimp on expensive flowers and load up one cheap ones like carnations. I think of the 5-6 bouquets I’ve purchased from FTD, only 1 looked remotely like how they presented it. I’ve finally learned my lesson and will no longer order from FTD.     They’re a scam!! Don’t use! We have video of the florist walking up to the door with flowers, knocking once and leaving with the flowers - not even on the porch more than 2 minutes. When we called to inquire- they said they can’t do anything about it. No refund and no redelivery- even with proof they weren’t dropped off! This is a scam- don’t use them.

    The flowers we ordered for a child’s funeral were not delivered. There was no concern by Anu (the customer service person I spoke with). She would not help me at all other than issuing a refund (which we have not received either). I really hope that someone at FTD flowers has to bury their child and deal with a no sympathetic customer support person. If I could find out where Anu is located, I would send her a personal “thank you” for my experience.

    Have used FTD on-line many times and overall satisfaction regarding selections and delivery is very good. But .... a bit disappointed with last order of flowers for my brother's wedding anniversary. After filling out all pertinent information and gift card my brother received flowers just fine but my name wasn't on the gift card so he was a bit puzzled until he confirmed it with a phone call to me. I don't think it was my "ooops", since website didn't indicate they needed my name on the card. Since I was the one purchasing and sending the gift I (hate this word) assumed.... my name would be included? Apologies if I'm wrong.

I did look at a local florist in the area I needed the flowers delivered and their prices were higher and so was the delivery price.     Not a fan of flowers... They die so quickly but it was a special day for someone I love... So I ordered flowers. These flowers did not make it on time (10/25/24) after many attempts (through customer service) to get them to deliver as of today (10/28/24) still no flowers. I am very disappointed... I will say customer service emails were very courteous and fast to responded and I did get a kind of refund but there seems to be a disconnect in "the chain"... I think next time I will pick my own flowers and deliver them myself.

    Using FTD was the worst flower experience I have ever had. In a tile where someone is feeling Empathetic, Sympathetic, Loving, Caring… they just make you feel like a 11 digit number. When I asked for a delivery window, they said today, when I stated the recipient leaves at 2 PM they said they will try. I placed the order 24 hrs ago. Why couldn’t it get delivered in time. This is Phoenix, not some tiny rural town in the woods at the top of a 6000ft mountain.

    We were quite shocked to find that the FTD florist had gone to a grieving friend's home at 4:00 AM with her flowers. When we called FTD for an explanation, the customer service person said she could not give the florist's name, as they protect their florists. there was no explanation and no call back ever. They were quick to refund us 20%, but we can't ever use them again since we can't count on them to avoid bizarre behavior.

    I ordered a happy birthday bouquet for my daughter to be delivered at her place of employment because she had to work on her birthday. They never delivered the flower arrangement. I contacted the company at noon to make sure that they were still going to deliver it and the person I spoke with was from India and he said it would be delivered by the close of business day. It was never delivered and was such a disappointment because I wanted to do something special for my daughter and bring her joy. I would never trust this company again.

    I purchased these flowers as a group gift for a party for my manager's upcoming retirement. The party was held on a Thursday. At the next two Team meetings (held on Tuesdays), she shared pictures of how well the flowers were holding up. She raved about how beautiful they are, how intricate the hand-dyeing was, and how she'd only lost five out of the two dozen in almost two weeks.     I placed an order for an arrangement to be delivered to a residence and within a few hours I got an email saying delivered. I contacted the residence to see if they received the flowers they did not. I called the number and one person said they are not delivered yet but on the delivery truck. Shortly after I got a second email confirming delivery with the time stamp of delivery the same time as my first email. I tried to chat and received no help. I called a second time trying to find where these flowers are and I was told they say delivered are you sure they checked the whole property for them? I said yes they did not get them. Then they said they will follow up with the flower shop to see the status and I will get notified. I will never order from them again. If I’m getting told an arrangement that is not cheap might I add is delivered I expect it to be delivered.

    I placed an order online for delivery. I received an email saying the order was delivered, but the only problem is the recipient didn’t receive the order. I left the unit # and phone number for them to contact her and no attempt was made. She searched the two lobbies of her building and no flowers were found. Come to find out they were delivered to a different complex next door. She knows someone there so that person contacted her. When I reached out to FTD about the missing flowers (before they were found) I was told someone would follow up and they never called me back. I followed up today requesting a refund for the delivery, since they weren’t delivered and they gave me 30% off the flower total which didn’t even cover the cost of delivery. I learned my lesson to always go through the florist directly. I will never use FTD again.

    Never again will I order from FTD. Sent flowers to my sister for her birthday at a hotel. Driver said they were delivered but they were not. He took them back. When I called customer service (which is apparently in India), they would not give me the name of the florist so I could deal with it and get them redelivered. Who knows if they will end up at the right place tomorrow because the customer service was so bad and barely spoke English.

    Horrible experience. Friday I ordered flowers for a co-worker's 1 year anniversary of her husband's death, which was on Saturday. I put in the delivery date, they took my money. Saturday comes, I track the shipment, and it looks like it's all on track. Come Sunday, no delivery. Then I'm told they can deliver on Monday? NOT okay. They blew it, failed to deliver, failed to communicate and failed as a business. Go to Bouqs - WAY better quality, much more professional and their selection is incredibly better.     I am beyond disappointed with FTD Flowers. I placed an order several days in advance for my sister’s birthday, trusting them to deliver on time and make the day special. Not only did they fail to deliver the flowers, but they had the nerve to email me the day after asking if I would mind if they switched the vase! You missed the entire birthday and then expected me to settle for a substitute vase like it would somehow fix the situation. It’s baffling how a company that specializes in delivering flowers can’t manage such a basic task. Needless to say, I will never use FTD Flowers again.     Never delivered my order, kept making promises that it would be delivered quickly but it never was. Even got an email it was delivered but the florist confirmed it wasn't. This whole website feels like a scam. Customer service feels like they are in a hurry to stop talking to you and will hang up on you suddenly.     It was very easy to make a selection from the site. The toughest part was making a selection from the wide variety of Beautiful flowers of all types and colors. After that setting up, the delivery was very easy and also getting the time frame that I want it for the delivery. As a delivery came the driver was very cordial and friendly as he brought and delivered the flowers on time making a perfect day and making one very special person, not only surprised but very happy. The actual flowers that came were just as beautiful as a picture they were selected from. The smell of the flowers filled the room a beautiful scent, the Flowers themselves were fresh and very beautiful as a lasted through the week looking just as good as the day they were delivered.     Ordered from FTD with same day delivery. Got email confirming order, then email confirming delivery, and then about 40 min later that delivery was not made (no one available @ delivery) due to high temperatures. Order not left & would deliver that Monday. When you call the “800” number (only one available) you get obvious “call center", (& definitely OFF SHORE.) Bottom line, no delivery on Monday and Tuesday. Trying to get $$ back from credit card company.

    If I could write zero stars I would. I called before I placed the order and the representative said I could call back after I order and request that my flowers are delivered before a certain time. I was happy with that so of course I went through with the order. It was getting delivered to a business, and the person had left for the day and still after 4 PM the flowers were still not delivered even though I ordered at 8am. In the future, I will just go to a florist myself and deliver them on my own because now the person won’t see them for four days since I had it delivered to their work place, so by the time they return to work, the flowers will be dead. So I basically just spent $80 to have flowers delivered to a receptionist desk which will sit there for four days and die. Beware of this company and do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Order directly from a florist who delivers or you can go pick them up and deliver yourself.

    The ONLY reason I gave this review 2 stars was the help I received and ultimately the refund I received from the customer service rep. I'm sure because I ordered mine through AARP with a good discount these are held to the very last to be delivered. It was our friend's big 60th birthday. We wanted the flowers delivered in the beginning of the day, they knew she left at 5pm and the flowers were delivered at 5:05pm. An employee caught her leaving and gave them to her. What's the point? Her birthday was over at that point. You would think I would have learned but this was the 2nd time I used them and I will NEVER use them again. EVER. I will pay more and contact a florist locally. I did receive a full refund. The flowers did not seem as big as we had paid for but the fact that a birthday arrangement showed up after the day was done was just insane to me.

    If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. Complete and utter failure to do their one single job. I ordered flowers to the hospital for my aunt's surgery for same day delivery. FOUR days after I ordered them FTD contacted me to tell me the order was delayed. Then they said they would refund 50% and upgrade the flowers. And then 12 hours later I got an email with a full refund (the email was itself a response to another customer's email chain about their missing flowers for a funeral). And then I called to see if my flowers were in fact going to be delivered and got an automated response which sent me to a tracking number which showed that my order was in fact cancelled! So I guess the flowers are never coming, not that it matters because my aunt is already home from the hospital. They had one job. Epic fail.

    I ordered the Comfort Planter with lilies at ftd.com for a friend in Texas who just lost their dad. The next day, my friend reached out telling me that she received the delivery. When I asked how she liked the lilies, she surprisingly told me she didn't get any flowers. I asked for a photo and was shocked that they delivered an umbrella plant instead, which is sometimes known in our culture as a 'bad luck' tree (whoever planted one usually died within a short period). I was never informed of any substitution. I contacted FTD (customercare@ftd.com) to lodge a complaint. They apologized and said they will post a refund of $24.68. I emailed back saying they should refund the entire product price (I said they could waive the shipping & taxes) since it was not what I ordered. I never heard from them again.

I expressed that this was unacceptable, as they had already missed the delivery date. He then said it would be delivered that day, but could not provide a guarantee. After several more discussions and emails, they assured me it would be delivered the next day, claiming they had received confirmation from the local florist. This led me to question why they had sent a delivery confirmation without securing confirmation from the local florist in the first place.

    When the delivery finally arrived, I was shocked and dismayed by the result. The arrangement was nothing like what I had ordered. I have attached images of both what I ordered and what was delivered to illustrate the disparity. Despite emailing FTD Florist to address this issue, I have received no attempt from them to rectify the situation. This experience was incredibly disappointing, and I will never use FTD Florist again. Their service failed on multiple fronts, from delivery reliability to customer support and product quality. I cannot recommend them based on this experience. SERIOUSLY???? Now, I have to create an account with your organization just to place a review on a product that was horrible???? Wow.

    Flowers were delivered very dry and didn't recover when brought inside, stems cut, and placed in the medicated water. Very disappointed as this was a gift for my mom and this is her first birthday I've missed since moving away. It was supposed to be special. I'll never order from FTD again. This was an awful experience. Packing was almost nonexistent inside the box and the buds (which were nowhere near open) were very bruised and many never did open up or show signs of opening. I'm very displeased with this purchase. I thought that since this was a large company I could expect a professional product. I'll be sure to post this review elsewhere as well.

    Got multiple promotional email from FTD heading into Mother’s Day in 2024, making strong impression that they meant business. Since couldn’t visit mom this year so decided to give FTD a try. They charge $23 for delivery due to special occasion and I thought maybe this is what it takes to ensure flower be delivered on time for a special weekend. No follow up emails whatsoever through the weekend, asked mom and got nothing delivered.     I placed an order for mother's day. The website said the flowers I selected were available and would be delivered Saturday. They were not delivered. Instead I received a cryptic email saying they were going to have to deliver on Sunday (Mother's Day). I agreed, Sunday came and went and no flowers, no communication, no tracking information. Monday came and went - nothing. Finally I got on the phone and waited through 3 minutes of robots and hold music. The person on the other end was clearly in another country and barely spoke English.     I have been ordering flowers for my mother from FTD for many years. Overall, I've been happy, though sometimes the arrangements were smaller than expected. With each arrangement, I ask my mom to send me a picture. I sent her an arrangement for Mother's day that was supposed to be in a pretty peach/pink vase with large lilies and other flowers. I was horrified when she sent me the picture. The vase was a cheap clear one, the arrangement had just 2 lilies, and the arrangement looked horrible. I was so embarrassed. So I contacted FTD and asked for a refund. They gave me back $12 for a nearly $90 arrangement. I responded back and told them that wasn't enough for ruining my mom's flower arrangement and asked if this is how my loyalty over the years is returned. Absolutely no response from them. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from them again.

    I purchased flowers and chocolate. Wrote twice the address where it has to be delivered. The flowers without the chocolate arrived to a complete different address, the person at this address called me and asked the delivery guy to take it back, he didn’t agree to take it and left the flowers there.     I bought something that I thought was very special for Mother's Day. I put my order in a couple of weeks ahead of time. An entire day came and went and my mother received nothing. When you reach out to customer service you get canned replies. They tell you not to worry, but the florist can deliver as late as 8:00 p.m. so my mother literally was waiting from morning till night for flowers that never arrived. When I reached out again they said they would send her a complimentary bouquet and refund my money. But there was no information given as to when a new bouquet would arrive? No details?

    I reached out again the other chat and they told me they would send a rose bouquet on May 14th. So she will be getting a generic bouquet 2 days late, granted it is complimentary but what a disappointment. How embarrassing to have nothing to give her on Mother's Day. I went to the FTD website, found their phone number and called. I was told they didn't have any vendors that could fulfill the order but they assured me it can be delivered in the next 3 days.     I’ll start by saying there is a great selection. HOWEVER, an order was placed and paid for yesterday morning. Our bouquet being sent to Massachusetts was delivered and was beautiful. The bouquet being sent to NJ was supposed to be delivered today. At 1:15 this afternoon, FTD sent us an email saying it “may arrive within the next 3 days.” Really?     If I could give zero stars I would. I will not use this service ever again even if there is no other way to get flowers to someone. I ordered flowers for my wife for Mother’s Day. Normally I can go to a local supermarket and get a nice bouquet for a very good price although price is not my main concern; quality of the flowers are, this Mother’s Day I’m recuperating from surgery and can’t get out. I ordered a dozen roses with chocolate. The roses came on time but no chocolate. The roses were limp and not fresh looking and there were hardly any baby breaths included that could have at least spruced this sorry looking bouquet up a bit. I know my wife was appreciative but I did get her to admit it was a sad looking bouquet. I’d recommend looking for a local florist if you can or going and buying for yourself if you can. What a disgrace of a service. $85 for a sorry looking bouquet when I’ve spent as little as $20 at a local supermarket for a very nice bouquet.

    Placed an order with FTD on May 8th to be delivered on May 9th for a birthday. The morning of May 9th, FTD sent me an email stating the florist was preparing the order. That was the last communication I received from FTD about the order. Followed up with FTD the evening of May 9th on the order status. All they could tell me was the order was not delivered. The FTD representative rescheduled delivery on for the morning of the next day, May 10th. Again never heard from FTD that the order was delivered or would not be delivered.     I will never use FTD again. I placed an order for Valentine's Day, and my girlfriend waited all day and night for the delivery. When I contacted FTD, they assured me that the order was on its way, but it never arrived. The next day, after they had already ruined Valentine's Day, the flowers were finally delivered.     Only giving 1 start as I was forced to put some. I decided to use this service to get flowers for Valentine's Day. First off the flower arrangement I chose came to 123.14. I was charged 171.51 on credit. Got the flowers and they were nowhere near the arrangement that was shown. I tried to reach out to customer service numerous times to get them to fix the issue only to hear crickets. I have now been going back and forth never getting a proper answer or rectified for this since February.

    Never have I had such poor customer service. Was told to fix the situation they would send a replacement arrangement and that never even showed up. I have provided receipt from them, receipt from bank and picture of each arrangement I chose and what I received. Still nothing. I do not recommend using this service if this is the way that they handle their mistake. If there was a reason for the difference in price let me know. If you didn’t have the arrangement or case I chose let me know. But no I’m still sitting here waiting for some sort of compensation for their mistake.

    I wish I could leave 0 stars. Now I understand why it is hard to find FTD reviews. I ordered flowers on April 30th for a funeral that was to take place on May 3rd. I requested a delivery date to the church of May 2nd so that there would be enough time. I received a confirmation email immediately ($111.66 charged to my AMEX), and then on May 2nd I received a link so that I could track the order. I tried several times to track the order online, and then I called Customer Service. On the third call to Customer Service (May 3rd) I was informed that the flowers were not delivered and was asked if I wanted a redelivery.

    By then the funeral was almost over! The customer service representative could not give me the name of the local florist, and I was told that her manager was "busy." I will supposedly receive a refund (let's see how long that takes). Once you mess up a delivery for a funeral, there is no way to fix it. This is a horrible way to run a business!! I will never use FTD again.

    Never again will I order from this website, what a HEADACHE. Only for the flowers never to be delivered. It’s basically a website that acts as a middleman to order overpriced flowers from. They then source the flowers from local florists based on where you are delivering. Customer service is not even based in America and they are not ‘allowed’ to give the name of the florist they sourced so you can call them directly. And with that, you probably don’t even get the flowers you paid for online based on their inventory!

    I called customer service 9 different times to figure out where and why the flowers I ordered as a birthday gift were not delivered. They kept saying they’ll contact the florist and get a time, but anytime they called, they were either told a) the flowers are out for delivery or b) no one is answering at the florist shop. After 2 days of still not receiving the order I placed and MULTIPLE phone calls, I cancelled and got a refund. DO NOT USE THEM! Do a quick google search and find a local florist to order directly from to save time and money and actually be able to talk to someone from the shop. I suppose there is a reason they have such horrible reviews but don’t have any reviews on their site. :)

There are three florist in the town that my sister lives in, but we were told that FTD is now sending all of their orders to grocery stores, because they accept them for a cheaper Under price. The flowers were not delivered on the day of her birthday, and a day after her birthday, I received an email saying that the flowers would be delivered two days later than requested. Had FTD let me know they could not deliver on the requested date, I would have had time to find another company who could deliver on time. Their customer service was equally disappointing.
