I sent my cousin a bouquet of flowers that was supposed to be a ceramic pot for a vase. Not only did it come in a cheap glass vase the fliers looked a week old. The roses were just about spent and the rest looked old too. I asked her to send a picture the day they arrived. I was embarrassed frankly.

I'm ordering flowers normally for our parishioners who are 85 and older, but outside of a certain area. But the experience with FTD has been excellent. All responses have been positive and greatly appreciated. Navigating FTD's website has been easy, and the arrangements have been very good, as well.

I realize placing an order to be delivered in Alaska I might not get exacts. I didn't even get close. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. I have ordered before with no issues, but the arrangement that was delivered look like it was thrown together by a 12yo. For the amount of money spent, EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Ordered sunflowers and roses with pretty filler, received, 1 rose and carnations with ugly filler flowers. CARNATIONS, who pays for carnations? Hopefully you can see what was ordered and what was received.

I've always known about FTD since I was growing up. I always purchase flowers once a month, and they have a great selection. And if you get there at the right time, then they may be able to get the flowers the same day, which is very beneficial.

I order from FTD multiple times a year and was very disappointed with the arrangement sent to my aunt and uncle on the occasion of their 68th wedding anniversary. The first arrangement consisted of dead flowers and the replacement arrangement had few flowers in it!

I’ve done business with FTD once or twice a year and we’ve had some issues where the flowers were left outside in the heat, and the people receiving them were never notified that the flowers had been delivered. I would get a notification later that they had been delivered, but when I called who I sent them to, they didn’t know about it and they were just sitting on the porch in the heat. It has happened several times and I realize that’s the florist doing business with FTD. One or two times, we had to have the flowers re-delivered. The experience with FTD was okay but people should be careful about the delivery based on the experience we’ve had.

Can we talk about how the photo of what I ordered and what actually showed up are apparently distant relatives? The menu picture looked like it belonged in a magazine. What got delivered looked CHEAP. I didn’t order “expectations vs. reality,” but somehow that’s what arrived.

I use FTD over and over. They're dependable and good. The flowers usually are not what I ordered. They're usually something totally different, which is disappointing. But they get there on time when I ask them to, and that's acceptable.

FTD is reliable. I recently bought from them and the experience was efficient and quick. I started online, and then I finished it on the phone. I had to call back to make a change to the order. The customer service people were helpful. FTD is easy to use. The only objection is it's hard to tell the size of the bouquet that's being delivered. Someone took a picture of the bouquet and sent it to me when they received it, and it looked beautiful. Everything looked alive, and it was delivered in a timely manner. It was a very time-sensitive delivery.

I purchased with FTD because I was looking for a different option than our local florist, 'cause our local florist doesn't deliver everywhere that I need it to. I work for an employer, and we send employees arrangements for different celebrations in life and professionally on a regular basis. FTD's selection is fine and while their prices are a bit higher than what I would like to pay, it's convenient. That's why I stick with them. It is a great choice if someone's looking for convenience and the quality is always good. I would give them 5 stars.

I live in the states and I want to send flowers to Canada, and FTD has been successfully doing that for me for years. It's very easy to purchase. If you're good at using apps and you can order online, FTD is good to use. It's fast.

I order from FTD for other people. As far as I know, the flowers that I recently ordered arrived fine. I did not see it personally, but I did get good feedback from it. I was pleased with it. I would recommend FTD. They did a good job.

FTD’s arrangements are very beautiful on the web. I tried them and ordered, and from my side, I had no problem. I sent flowers to somebody up in New Jersey, but I never heard whether they got them or not. But I would recommend them.

Everybody knows FTD and I've been ordering from them for a few decades. I recently ordered roses for my wife on our anniversary. The arrangement was pretty. I get a discount with FTD through USAA. So, I go through their portal, and it's fairly seamless. When the flowers showed up, they looked just like what I had ordered, and so I was pleased. With FTD, it's simple to order, and the product is delivered as described.

I bought flowers from FTD for my wife for our anniversary. It was like around 100 bucks. It was supposed to be lilies-dominant. Delivery was on time. It was a same-day order, and they delivered within a few hours. So, it was very convenient. The bouquet came with 75% of the lilies still all closed up, and they eventually bloomed and was eventually beautiful, but not the dramatic presentation you might hope for. If it was maybe 10% of them, that's fine, but the vast majority of the lilies were still all completely closed up and green with no flowers showing. I would recommend FTD. It got the job done.

I ordered flowers from FTD for a family friend. She's a lawyer. She won a big case. So, all of my family sent her different gifts and I decided to send flowers. She loved the quality. I did the same-day delivery. It was quick. I'm in college, and I don't really make too many decisions by myself without my mom. When I did have to call, having questions about what to do, they were very helpful and walked me through the stuff. I got it done. Two hours later, she had the flowers. I was actually planning to get more flowers for my mom's birthday on August 18th from them. My brother and I were planning to get a bunch of roses sent to her office.

I talked to a very friendly service representative who quickly solved my problem. The person I sent flowers to did not receive them even though I received an email saying they had been delivered! This representative contacted the florist, and the flowers were resent without incident!

No accountability, flowers were handed off by an Uber driver with poor language skill who couldn't reply, and left bouquet at a hospital reception desk no one was working at. Won't do refunds. Out over $150.

After reviewing the delivery, we can confirm that we received proof of delivery showing the order was completed. We also spoke with the customer listed on the order, who confirmed that they had located the flowers.
Please note that the hospital's delivery policy does not allow delivery drivers beyond the reception area. As a result, all floral deliveries must be left with the reception desk or designated reception area in accordance with the hospital's procedures.

I found FTD on the internet, and I like the way that their arrangements look. They had arrangements that I thought suited the people I was buying them for. I purchased one this time for Mother's Day. It had hydrangeas. Blue and white were of the overall esthetic. Also, I purchased one recently for my wife along the same lines for just a one-off special occasion. Generally speaking, there are blues, whites, and hydrangeas. Those all fall into the category of what my people like. FTD has been great. Everybody really likes their arrangements. They arrived on time. They look good. Purchasing is easy. I do it sometimes last minute, even the day of, and I've had success. It's a good service.

There should be an option for 0 stars. Ordered an arrangement for my uncle's wake/funeral. What was delivered looked absolutely horrendous. It looked nothing like the picture. I ordered a red, white, and blue spray in the largest size. Not only did the arrangement end up being small, but there was no color to it and most of the flowers were wilted/dead. The card that accompanied it was written so sloppily you could barely read the message/names. Maybe it was better that way, so no one would know that the hideous arrangement was from my family! It was incredibly embarrassing.
I reached out to customer service and they offered to send a new arrangement in time for the final viewing and funeral service, however, a few hours later they sent a follow-up email saying they couldn't find a florist that could do it in time. After that, I repeatedly asked how I can leave a review on their website. My question was ignored the first dozen times I asked, and they kept just trying to push a free flower arrangement on me. I don't want your ugly/dead flowers! They finally gave me options for how to leave a review on their site, but none of them worked...Shocker! I will never order from this service again. Buyer beware.

FTD's pricing is very reasonable. The person that I spoke with on the phone was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The lady was a lot of help because I called her since I didn't know what to send. I told her to send something to my wife, and I wasn't sure what to send. Then she sent me over a couple of suggestions. I picked out what she said. She tried to save me some money. Everything was good. They were awesome flowers. My wife liked it.

FTD has a thing with Skymiles wherein people can get bonus miles, and I've done orders for years. The website is user-friendly. It stores birthdays and addresses and I appreciate that. I do birthdays and anniversaries, and I send three on Mother's Day. The last arrangement I ordered was for an anniversary and it was outstanding. It was roses, and it was very good. They were high quality and the person who delivered had a card. I'd tell people to go ahead and order from them.

I've used FTD about four times. The purchase experience is very easy. It goes quick. I purchase flowers from there because that's where Dr. Nancy wanted me to purchase flowers from. We give the flowers as thank yous for our patients. I haven't seen them myself, but the patients love them. They say they're beautiful. They have been very happy with the delivery.

I’ve heard about FTD since the 60s. I purchased from them recently, and I chose an anniversary thing with roses. The arrangement was beautiful. Had a ton of roses in it. And they delivered it. It was for a 40th anniversary, so it went perfectly. I've used FTD for a ton of stuff now. My experience was great. Everything came. I was quite pleased with everything.

I ordered a get well arrangement for an investor, and the experience with FTD went well. The website was really good. It automatically told me which ones I could get. He was in Norway so the fact that I had options for overseas was nice. The bouquet was a great. It was white then some greenery. They were called Alstroemeria and they reminded me of a lily.

We were getting flowers for my dad’s funeral and the funeral home showed us flowers on the website and we selected from them. It was straightforward. FTD must have been the first one that popped up for us. The quality of the arrangements was great and we had no delivery issues. It was all a good experience.
