I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's day. Two weeks in advance mind you, to be delivered the day before. On the date they were supposed to be delivered no show. I called customer service, and was greeted by a very bored unprofessional rep who insisted that they'd be delivered on May 11th, because that was the earliest day for redelivery. May 11th came and went still no delivery. I called again this time asking for a full refund. Once again a different, but nonetheless bored sounding rep answered my call. That is until I asked for a refund. Then she was all business and letting me know that she could have the flowers delivered today.
If they couldn't be delivered 2 weeks from the time they were ordered and then 4 days later couldn't be delivered, then how was she supposed to magically make them be delivered today? I told this was ridiculous and asked again for the refund. After paying $55 for this arrangement, I just wanted it over with. After placing me on a very long hold she finally came back and informed me my refund would take between 1 to 3 business days to receive. They're quick to take your money, but very slow to return it. I wouldn't recommend this company for any type of flowers.

With Mother's Day weekend coming up, the email ad for placing a special flowers order to be guaranteed for delivery for Mother's Day struck a chord for our family. We were excited after we placed the order, then an unexpected email came to our inbox offering an "additional $10 discount" on a 2nd consecutive order for Mother's Day. We finished the payment for the 2nd order, but the charge was the same amount as the 1st order. The agent on the chat line ended up helping us cancel the 2nd order that ended up being a fraudulent offer after all.
Sadly, an email came 5 days later saying "no vendor in the delivery zipcode" for our original order which was not delivered, leaving us back at square one, as if we wasted over an hour of our time for double/triple disappointment. We'd like to give kudos to the phone agent DENZEL who took prompt care of closing out our order with a full refund. However, for this From You Flowers company, we're very likely to never put our hopes of celebrating with their gift/flower services again. We're disappointed, and finished here.

My synopsis: MISMANAGEMENT: May 2, I ordered a Mother's Day (May 8) arrangement for delivery THU/FRI May 5 or 6. I was notified it had been delivered THU May 5. When I called the recipient, she had not in fact received it. I called their 800 number. The person apologized, and said that although the Florist had it, they did not have sufficient drivers to make the delivery. He assured me it would however be delivered by Sunday May 8. It wasn't.
When I called on Monday May 9 to find out what was going on, this person said IT WAS DELIVERED back on THU May 5 - A NEW STORY NOW... and that he would arrange a "re-delivery".. insinuating that I was trying to SCAM a second delivery (REALLY???). Guess what - NOTHING was delivered. When I called again on WED May 11. MORE evasive answers. I don't even want my money back (when they offered - I hung up). I just want EVERYONE to know who they might be ordering from. If you WANT DISAPPOINTMENT - THESE ARE YOUR PEOPLE.

If I could rate a ZERO I would. I ordered flowers for mother's day for my mother and my step-mom. My mother's arrangement arrived sadder than store bought flowers from the grocery store being left in the heat despite paying for a premium arrangement at $65. I also sent flowers to my step-mom with delivery between May 4th and May 6th ahead of Mother's Day weekend. I was notified on May 5th that there was an issue with the delivery and that I'd be guaranteed delivery on Monday, May 9th. Fine, I accepted. Monday came and went and no delivery and no update.
I reached out and was guaranteed a delivery on Tuesday, May 10th. Delivery window came and went and no update. Reached out again and was told that I needed to cancel my order and reorder through the grower's collection. The audacity to give me a $20 credit towards a future purchase without having delivered my actual purchase is not customer service. They successfully lost a customer who works in hospitality and uses these services constantly. Thanks for successfully ruining the mother's days of two mothers. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE if you hope to actually have what you paid for delivered to a recipient.

200.00 worth of flowers. Would have been better off going to the local grocery store. Missing half the flowers, extra filler, wilted etc... I got a full refund for 1 set but only 11.00 for the other...

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom either Friday or Saturday for Mother's day flowers. First I got a response the order is good! Then I get an email saying that the flowers will now be delivered Tuesday, May 10th, then I get a phone call that the selected flowers are out of stock. That I now need to select a new order. THEN! I get another phone call saying that the flowers will be delivered on May 14th. So I call to cancel the order. The email confirmation never arrived. So now I'm on the phone with customer service. The 1st person sounded like she was in the shower, so I hung up. Now the 2nd guy is as slow as a tortoise. I've been waiting on the phone for a "confirmation" of cancelation for 10 mins now. They have so many cancelations. Use a more reputable flower delivery service....BUT not this one.

If you like throwing money into fire buy flowers from this company. I ordered mothers day flowers from this company for my grandma and mom. My grandma's delivered only to be wilted and hardly alive. As for my mom's we got a notification that they were delivered - NOTHING arrived. My mom had cameras and not one human came by the house with a bouquet that day. I called and emailed. They ignored me. Finally they emailed me back saying there is nothing they could do bc the florist was closed and they needed to contact them during operating hours.
Next afternoon I hear nothing, so I email them and ask for the name of the florist since no flowers were delivered on DAY 2. They are very quick on responding and tell me that's against company policy to disclose the florist and then ask me if there is "anything else I can help with" YES. ACTUALLY GETTING FLOWERS TO MY MOTHER. I finally get ahold of a customer service rep that I can hardly hear and she assures me that the flowers will be delivered next day. They were not. One day later STILL waiting. This company is a joke and scam. Never again. I ordered from this company because a lot of local florists don't have websites. But NEVER again. Buy and support Local without the middle man.

Mother's Day order arrived dried out and basically dead. Flower heads (roses) were falling off, greenery packed with flowers had lost most of its leaves which were lying in the box. The "baby's breath" in the bouquet was so dry it was like powder. The flowers were obviously not fresh and were days old. Complaints to the so-called Customer Service department got: "we'll give you a 25% rebate and a $20 coupon"...and an apology from the shipper (UPS). Big deal. This was a Mother's Day gift, we wanted fresh flowers and quality. We got neither, other than a cheap glass vase filled with flower stems and wilted leaves and petals. It was very disappointing to the recipient of the gift on a special day. A full refund and replacement would have been appropriate, but that clearly won't happen. They just don't care.
Don't bother with this company. If you want fresh flowers and real arrangements that the recipient doesn't have to assemble and arrange, I recommend you use FTD or order direct from a florist in the city you where you want delivery. FTD florists will always guarantee their product and will immediately replace the product if it is unsatisfactory. This is my first and last experience with FromYouFlowers.

My daughter sent me flowers for Mother's Day and spent 75.00. What I got was a vase from the dollar tree and some dead flowers that cost 10.00 at your local grocery store. This is a huge scam! Just call your local flower shops... I really hope she gets her money back.

Received flowers at 9:45 in the evening. Someone rang door and ran. No florist name at all on flowers. Spoke to my daughter who sent them and told her they were dead and looked like someone with no floral experience put 5 sprigs of rose bush and cutting from shrubbery into a very small ball jar. There was 1 inch of water and we filled it but by the following day the flowers were dead. I tried to get the name of the florist who delivered them. But was told due to privacy laws they couldn’t give it to me. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Very bad customer service.

I placed my order early a.m. for same-day delivery. The order was not delivered the same day and no one contacted me or the recipient to notify us of a change in delivery. The order was not delivered on the second day and I still was not contacted or updated. I had to reach out and ask why the order had not been delivered. They told me they would investigate and get back to me. They never got back to me and delivered the order over the weekend without notification and as there was no one there to receive the order they left it on the doorstep. The flower arrangement was smaller than shown even though I had paid for the premium version. It was my worst experience with a flower delivery service. I will never use them again and I will be warning everyone to avoid them at all costs.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with an online florist. Two weeks before Mother’s Day I ordered an arrangement for a friend. They did not arrive on the day that I chose and had to be delivered to a different address the following day. Even then, they arrive hours later than what was I told (I paid for expedited delivery).
I decided to give them another chance. I ordered flowers for my mother, wife and cousin. The order for my cousin arrived on time but was a cheap, sickly looking version of what I’d paid over $100 for. As of today, the day after Mother’s Day, the arrangements for my wife and mother still have not been delivered. After repeated complaining, I was simply told that they’d cancel my mother's delivery and issue me a refund. Do business with this company at your own risk.

I ordered some flowers from From You Flowers for my wife for Mother's Day, but never did receive the flowers. I was afraid they might not come in time, so I made sure to place the order 5 days before Mother's Day. I tracked my ordered and it said it would be deliver on Mother's Day before 6pm. It never came. I waited until after 6pm to chat with customer support and all they told me was that they don't have any updates on it right now and will get back to me when they do. I was shocked as to why they don't have any idea on the status of a customer's order.
I told them that if it won't be deliver today then I want a refund since it was for Mother's Day. I also told them that I was very disappointed since it's already Mother's Day and I don't have enough time to order flowers for my wife now. I'm very upset since this is the very first year I wasn't able to get my wife flowers for Mother's Day. I wish I would've seen all the 1 star Yelp reviews before I ordered from them. Will never do business with this company again and so should you.

Please DO NOT do business with this company. Horrible service, the flowers look nothing like what they advertise. I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful bouquet for my mom for mother's day. It was supposed to be delivered on 5/7/22. I got an email at 7pm on 5/7/22 saying that my order had been delivered. This was NOT true. I called the company and they said they would have to confirm with the delivery carrier/flower shop before assisting me. What?! I did not hear back from them until 5/8/22 when a flower shop called saying they had attempted a delivery last night (5/7/22) but they had trouble locating my apartment number. I have no apartment number, I live in a duplex and the address I gave them was correct.
Also, if they attempted to deliver and had trouble with the delivery, why did I receive no call? Then when I finally received the flowers, they looked NOTHING like the bouquet I ordered. Horrible! The bouquet was mostly full of greenery filler, a lot of the flowers were damaged/dying and it was just a giant messy disappointment. I emailed them to request a refund and I am now waiting for a response. Just please save yourself the trouble and buy somewhere else!

I ordered the Cherry Blossom Bouquet Premium. Not only were the flowers of poor quality but the size was hardly premium. These $85 bouquet of flowers weren't worth $25. Same your money and go to your local florist. Not only were these flowers of poor quality, Fromyouflowers insults me by offering a 10% refund. Now I will be getting up in the morning hoping to find a acceptable bouquet for Wife on Mother's Day. Just Me Shop Elsewhere

I have never been so disappointed in an order from an online florist as I have been with my recent order from your company. The Lillies were wilted and turning brown on the edges and the Purple Monte Casio & Blue Delphinium also in bad condition. The arrangement Pictured in your catalog was full and thick. Arrangement delivered to my home was poorly arranged and not as full as pictured. I paid a total of $85.41 for this arrangement. I could’ve done better by going to the local grocery store and spending only $35. I bought from your company based on the picture from your website and do not believe what was delivered to my home was even close to that image.

I received flowers from this company, as a gift from my son. The flowers are wilted and half dead. The petals on both the flowers and stems were falling off. I watched the delivery truck drop them off and I brought them in right away. My son send me flowers all the time, and I never received flowers in this poor condition! I called to complained but I got the run around so I am writing this review! I will tell my son NEVER to use this company again!

I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet for my daughter's first Mother's Day. Arrangement she received left me feeling embarrassed. Nothing like what a pictured on site. I had even upgraded to make sure she got a larger, fuller arrangement. Customer service decided giving me a 25% refund seemed fair. I would have said at least 50% would seem more fair since she got half a bouquet. Will not be doing business with them again.

I ordered 12 long stem yellow roses from this place for Mother's Day, I received the notices they were being delivered, my mother took a picture of them and said thank you but, what she got was pink and white flowers, I did not order those nor did I want them. I received no email in regards to the replacement flowers and the arrangement was horrible, it looked as though the flowers were old. I called customer service and they offered a 20% refund of the flower cost which would of been $14, I spent $75, after going back and forth with a woman whom could barely understand me she said she could offer 50% of my flower cost. I asked to speak to a manager and have been on hold for over 15 minutes.

This company is horrible. I order 3 sets of flowers from them for Mother's day. Around $80.00 each and all 3 of them simply said EMBARRASSING. I was ashamed to even accept the fact that I sent these flowers. They look dead and cheap. They looked nothing like their picture not even close to it. Customer service offered to pay me back $14.00, what a joke. What the heck I am going to do with $14.00 since I looked so bad and cheap in front of my family. I am appalled. My lovely kids in their early 20s who work very hard for their money, sent me Mother’s Day flowers. I opened them and literally gasped. They were just a pile of petals and dead buds. I mean really shocking. I contacted customer service. Automated. Addressed the reply to my daughter the sender instead of me the recipient who had sent the email. Ridiculously offered 25% off for a pile of garbage. Never even asked for the photos of the garbage they sent. They could care less about even learning how to do better. THIS IS A COMPANY THAT OFFERS A 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE on their website. I then called customer service. The first person sounded like she was working at home with a loud party going on in the background. Couldn’t even hear her. The next was completely incapable of even speaking clearly. The last one promised my daughter will get a full refund. I will believe it when I see it.
This company is a fraud. The stems were rotten, the flowers were basically petals and rotted. It's actually shocking. They ruined what was supposed to be a lovely loving gesture and I will not put up with this on behalf of all of us hard working people in the world…not to mention whatever happened to decency and pride in one’s work. They should all be ashamed of themselves and this company shouldn’t exist. This company is everything that is wrong with the world today. No one seems to care for or stand behind anything and the world gets more and more mediocre with their existence a little more each day. It's so sad.

I have order from this company on 4 occasions. Deliveries have Usually been for my daughter who is 700 miles from me. My last 2 experience they have failed to deliver to the correct location or at all. Deliveries have been so late they just, never made it. 2nd one I confirmed delivery address twice and gave a working contact number to the location. I will not be using their service or recommending their service ever again. Call the local florist yourself and do not use this company. Also, took several calls and added time to even receive a refund.

Although the bouquet was beautiful I paid for the largest one and 3 balloons. All my mom rec’d was 3. It was very difficult to find a company that had vases, and multiple balloon options. My mom fell and broke some bones so this was her get well and Mother’s Day present. Was suppose to be over the top but fell short. Will not make this mistake again. Can’t count on anyone for flower/balloon delivery.

I ordered the premium bouquet (largest and most expensive) of How Sweet it is for my Mother. The total cost with $9.00 discount was $71.00. The description had listed:
• Orange Spray Roses
• Hot Pink Carnations
• Matsumoto Asters
• Clear Glass Vase
The bouquet my mother received had one large carnation, 4 small, and a few stalks of the smallest roses in coral not orange. Lots of greenery. This means I paid a lot of money for a very skimpy disappointing bouquet not at all similar to the picture or description. The flower shop said it's because they only get partial payment and have to subtract delivery costs. So you pay for delivery twice? All around rip off. You are better off calling a local florist in the city your recipient lives in. What a scam fromyouflowers.com has going.

I ordered two dozen long stem roses in a glass vase to be delivered to my girlfriend on her birthday at her job. This was suppose to be a special moment where she would receive a beautiful arrangement of flowers. Instead, the roses came in a UPS box, wilted, and she had to arrange them herself! This was so embarrassing. It completely took the magic out of the moment. I paid a lot of money and she still had to do the work herself? Makes no sense. I called to complain to customer service and they tried to offer me a 30% refund, basically the taxes, fees and shipping. This company is a scam. Stay far away!

To : wecare@fromyouflowers.com, I don't think you really care. The flowers industry is real simple... take an order and deliver it. Delivery times are a critical part of the process, whether it be for a birthday, anniversary, or a recent passing of a loved one. If the outsourcing company does not have the flowers to deliver, find another one that does have flowers to deliver and find competent people that understand a very simple procedure. Five year olds can understand this simple concept. Your company brand name has lost any future business from me. As a consultant to businesses I would recommend change of management or get out of the industry. Should deliver as promised and a full refund as well. This is not going to look good for online reviews and your business will drop significantly. Unimpressed, Brett

I paid almost $100 for the “premium” and what appeared as petite is what she received. The flowers were wilted and discolored. It was Nothing like what they advertised. They are giving a 30% refund - of $17.18. They must use different calculators now-a-days than what I used when in school.

I ordered a 60-dollar bundle of flowers for my wife to be delivered within 4 hours. She received two white roses with some greenery and a handwritten card that looked like it was written by a three-year-old. I had to tell her what I said on it. WORST experience ever. Customer service was terrible. Offered me a 8-dollar refund. FOR A 60-DOLLAR ORDER!!!! Would never recommend this company or its affiliates.

Placed order on Thursday for funeral delivery. Needed flowers no later than Saturday by 11am delivered to Funeral Home. 3 orders never showed up!! Day of service 4/23/22 at the church no flowers. Funeral Director said they never got delivered. They keep a log book. I'm on the phone at the funeral service calling fromyouflowers highly pissed off. They lie, they hang up on you, then they lie more. Each time I called a Hindu came on the phone, so I knew something wasn't right. They refused to give me the local florist info, that they claim delivered the orders. There is no local florist!!!! THIS IS A SCAM!! STAY AWAY!! Thankfully I ordered through Klarna, they are investigating. But, this one day can't be done over. This made the day worst.

I ordered flowers for my friend in USA (I’m UK). Sympathy ones and all went through. I didn’t get confirmation they were delivered so I went on chat and was assured yes delivered. The following day I asked my friend if she got them. No she didn’t. I then contacted this company who lied and said yes delivered. I asked my friend to check defo no flowers. Went back to company who apologised and said, "We will send new order out with upgrade as apology." Later on checked with friend. No flowers. Spoke to this company who could not find my order. Spent 30 mins fighting to get refund and apology. Waiting now to get refund. Waste of time and money this company. Lied to by customer service.

Funeral Delivery never showed. 15 minutes before expected delivery time sent an email- "Sorry it's not ready, we will send tomorrow so the occasion is not missed, is there a different address for the recipient?" The recipient is dead- it was a FUNERAL piece, the funeral is over. What a horrible experience. Do not order from here! I'm so sorry I didn’t read the reviews first. Zero stars.

The arrangement I ordered was not delivered on time despite paying for expedited and Saturday. What was delivered a day late with an incorrect message - was a handful of flowers and a balloon fit for a 5yo. I have gotten nicer flowers from the grocery store for $9.99. I paid over $85. This was to be to my mom from my dad who passed away last June on the first anniversary in 56 years that she was without him. The company had the audacity to mark this as delivered and only fully refunded me for what continuously termed “my inconvenience” after I called them on it. I will never use this company again and you shouldn’t either. At best it was disingenuous to state what I purchased had been delivered - One might say it amounts to fraud.

I had serious surgery last week and my sister in Europe wanted to send me a nice fruit basket to cheer me up. It was supposed to be a surprise. The basket was delivered and I sent my sister a picture of what I received. 4 very dark green bananas that may never be edible, 1 apple, 3 pears, 1 grape fruit, 1 orange and 1 kiwi. Price $63.99. Aside from the content the presentation was pitiful as well. I called and I was told they could not give my sister a refund because I accepted the basket. Yes I did, it was a surprise, I did not know what she sent me. After seeing the picture online it is obvious I did not receive what she paid for. While the online basket may show a larger basket it is the quality of the food delivered that is the problem. I wish I could attached the pictures. They speak for themselves.

We ordered some flowers for my mothers in law’s birthday. The flowers she received was not what we ordered and we paid $50+, the vase was a skinny crappy vase (Dollar Tree has better ones). Some of the flowers were closed not a full bouquet. The arrangement looked messy. My 3 year old nephew would of done a better job. It looked like if someone just threw the flowers in it and tied it with a cheap bow. I contacted them, they only gave a 30% refund and a e gift card that like someone else said in another review we will not order from them again (I have photos of both the one I ordered and the one she received). I ordered flowers delivery for special occasion and they failed miserably… You know how important it is to deliver flowers on time. This dumb place just didn’t deliver it. They left me VM asking to call them back and when I did it said my order is scheduled for delivery. After whole day waiting I contacted their support and they said they need business name for delivery (like you have phone # and email and you still need something you can’t call or flag something is needs my attention???). I ordered a specific bouquet for a friend's birthday and the one that was delivered was not it. It was a gathering of random flowers (many which were dying & had petals missing) and none that were shown in the photo that I ordered. There was not one flower in the received bouquet that was in the one online that was ordered. The bouquet that was received did not replicate the one ordered whatsoever. I bouquet looked like someone grabbed a bunch of flowers from a neighbor's yard, threw them in water & delivered them. I was so embarrassed of the bouquet that was delivered, I rushed to cancel the other order(s) that I had placed with this company. Do NOT use this company. My daughter is in her first year of college and I wanted to send her an arrangement to let her know she is missed and I am proud of her. I ordered the roses and lilies arrangement. Beautiful picture they have on their website. She received a vase and about 9 uncut flowers that I paid over $60 for. I was embarrassed by what she received. Contacted them and they immediately offered me a 20% refund which I refused. I expressed that they need to send her what I ordered. They agreed and sent her the same darned thing!!!! Ridiculous waste of money. I could have driven the 2 hours, bought the same flowers from Publix for $4 and a dollar store vase and still paid less and made it nicer than what they delivered. HORRIBLE and will never use their service again! Will most definitely find a local florist in Tallahassee to use from now on. Do better!!!

I selected a floral arrangement on their website for my daughter’s birthday. The arrangement that was delivered was absolutely nothing like what I paid for. They refunded a small fraction of what I paid. They initially offered to deliver the correct arrangement but then changed their mind and went with a small refund. It was such a disappointing experience. I now know why I was always skeptical of these websites. I’ll go with a different kind of gift in the future. If I need flowers again it certainly won’t be with this company.

Ordered roses for my girlfriend to be delivered to her workplace. Ordered at 8:00 a.m. Save day delivery by 5:00 p.m. When the flowers were still not delivered by 5:20p.m. I called and asked if they could be delivered the next day since my girlfriend and everybody else working there had already left. They told me no problem. Instead they dropped them off that same day after hours and flowers looked horrible the next day. LIARS!!!! Never ordering from here again!

I ordered flowers for my anniversary. I did this early morning and paid the same day delivery fee. Flowers never showed up. I finally got them the next day mid-afternoon. They refused to reimburse me for the flowers. They could have phoned me saying that the delivery was not coming. After multiple calls to this company, finally they said they would credit my account and the florist would contact me. So not only did they ruin my anniversary they want the flowers back too. I will never order from this company again! Yesterday was my DIL’s birthday. I ordered for NEXT DAY DELIVERY early AM two days ago to have a birthday succulent set arrive ON HER BIRTHDAY. I paid $9.99 extra for NEXT DAY DELIVERY to have this happen as a surprise ON her birthday. She gave birth to our granddaughter last week and has had some health issues. So it was very important to us that this order be delivered as promised. their website says GUARANTEED **SAME DAY** DELIVERY!
At 715pm the evening I placed the order, they called to say there was an unexpected delay and it would be delivered a day late. Very disappointing, but they “graciously” offered me a $10.00 refund PLUS 20%. I accepted, but remembered after I hung up that I PAID $9.99 for expedited delivery, so this $10.00 only covered replacing my costs for services not rendered. I got an e-mail telling me they refunded me $10.17. Wow! So the delivery still has not happened and is now supposed to be delivered TOMORROW now due to mechanical difficulties. Tracking I see that the order was shipped from California and went to Louisville, Ky, 5+ hours from the Va destination. So checked back tonight, and now it is in Raleigh, NC which was 8+ hours from Louisville, and now has a 4+ hour transit time to reach the destination, supposedly tomorrow.
I had to tell my son last night that we did not forget our DIL’s birthday, but the order would be delayed until today. NOW it did not arrive today, and they can only tell me at the company that it will arrive “sometime” before 7pm tomorrow night! I have now had to order another arrangement from another florist (which is $20 cheaper than Flowers From You). They offered me some confusing 30% discount now, but from the e-mail, it looks like the price now matches what I paid from the other company. And from several other reviews, who knows if what I ordered will even be what arrives, if it ever does? And some additional $12.19 in “credit” to apply towards my next order, which is NOT going to happen!
I told them in no uncertain terms on the phone how misleading their promises are and how they have ruined my DIL’s birthday and stressed me out unnecessarily. So she will receive (possibly) 2 gifts now at additional cost and delays, but then again maybe NOT 2 since I no longer can rely on Flowers from You. If the tracking shows this order has not arrived by NOON tomorrow, I intend to contact PayPal and demand a full refund. If the order arrives then by 7pm tomorrow night, TOUGH! I don’t feel I should have to even pay at this point since they haven’t honored their guarantee posted on their website. I will NEVER order from them again and I told them so. Buyer beware! Use 1-800-Flowers or another company would be my recommendation!

Wife ordered a flower arrangement for friend's birthday from the picture of one of their selections called "Lavender Luxury". Cost over $100. The product that was delivered had little resemblance to the picture of the vase and the arrangement depicted on their website. There was no lavender either in the flowers or the vase. Frequent communication with pictures sent to the company met with stonewalling. All that was wanted was for the proper selection to be sent. Not even a money back request. Wife said she would not use this company again.

Ordered Birthday flowers DELUXE for someone in HobeSound FL days before birthday with expedited delivery before 12 noon. Contacted when not Delivered and said could not deliver as expedited. After many calls flowers delivered were not anything like what was ordered and even dying. Do not order from this company. Had to choose a star but it should be NO stars... completely unacceptable!!! Was a rush job to satisfy delivery with something not even close to order, many many fewer flowers and flowers that were already dying. The Florist was not identified to us but in Hobe Sound FL. Ordered floral spray for wake and funeral services 2 days in advance. Flowers were for a devastating sudden unexpected death. Flowers did not arrival as promised on first day. Called. Was promised they would be there next day. Again did not arrive. Called and was told they could not deliver the floral arrangement to the funeral home but could instead deliver to the family after services. Who would want a funeral spray delivered to their home? Also not the purpose of this delivery. It was intended to honor the deceased. My last gift of love for her. After much unsatisfying conversation I got a full refund but again not the point of this purchase. I also accepted a free floral bouquet to be delivered to the family not caring if it was thrown away. I am completely devastated by this experience. It has added more emotion to an already a trying time.

What I ordered and what was received were not as depicted in the picture. I specifically ordered yellow and white flower arrangement. Instead received yellow with red which defeated the purpose of matching the yellow happy face mug. In addition, the flowers were old and falling apart. It was a very shabby arrangement. Very disappointed. When I called customer service, I was offered a $10 gift card for future purchases, as if I would ever make another purchase with this company. 1 star just because it’s required!!!

I was so excited to send my brother’s fiancé flowers and, to be honest, I wanted to impress her. The flowers looked nothing like the picture. Instead of a beautiful tight flower arrangement, they sent an arrangement full of greenery and some flowers thrown here and there. I even ordered the middle price option. It was embarrassing. I got a 20% refund when I wanted a new arrangement. Very disappointed.

I'm stationed overseas and originally ordered flowers for my aunt's passing. The flowers never arrived, the service ended at 8PM which funeral deliveries are meant to be top priority.. Obviously not. If you call and tell them you'll get a 50% refund for the half cheeked phone apology. In order to get a full refund you have to cancel the order even though it was their screw up for the so called "Guaranteed Same day delivery." An absolute joke of a business.

I have used this company three times in six weeks for get well, birthday, and Easter arrangements. Each time I was guaranteed a rebate/discount but the code were always rejected. On each order my choice was bumped up one or two categories, increasing the price by almost double and then a delivery fee was added. That was "insult to injury." My experience with customer service agents who did not speak English as their original language was miserable! I choose to use the chat function but it was obvious what I wrote was ignored. I gave them every chance to demonstrate good delivery service and good customer response. They hooked me with promised discounts which were not as promised! This company failed on all accounts. Avoid being abused. Other companies may be more considerate and cooperative.

I live overseas and wanted to send my mom flowers for her birthday. I paid the weekend delivery fee since her birthday was on Saturday. Flowers never arrived that day. I contacted customer service and they couldn't tell me what happened or why just that they were on the way. They gave me a 30% discount to be refunded to me. What they didn't tell me was that the "discount" was only for the flowers and not the custom vase I had made or the shipping costs. So it wasn't 30% off the whole order, just the flowers.
The next day, the flowers STILL hadn't arrived. I messaged again and they said they sent out another order and it would be there the following day. They told me I would get a 50% discount on the products since there was still trouble. What they didn't say was that it was only on the flowers, actually what was left of the price of the flowers after the 30% discount from the day before. They said they would not refund me the cost of shipping which was much more than the total discount I got. My mom's birthday came and went, and she STILL waits for these flowers. I would never use or trust this company again!

She received a thrown-together collection of carnations and white daisies. They called it a slight substitution. They refunded $9.00 of my $62 purchase. No contact from the florist. I ordered flowers for my mother in law's birthday on 3/12/22 for delivery on 3/14/22. I did not pay for expedited shipping so it said delivery would be guaranteed by 6 pm PST on 3/14. By 8 pm, the flowers still had not arrived so I called Fromyouflowers and they said they were unable to provide me a status but as an apology, they would give me a complimentary upgrade and guarantee delivery by 6 pm PST on 3/15.
Well, 3/15 comes and goes and by 8 pm, still no flowers. I called back, they apologized again and offered me a 30% refund (a whopping $11 on my $55 order) with a PROMISE to deliver by noon on 3/16. It is now 2 pm PST on 3/16 and no flowers. I called again and after being on hold for 20 minutes, the agent comes back on the line and tells me "our local florist this was contracted through tells me it was delivered at 6 pm yesterday." So while on with him, my husband calls his mother to double check if she received them and she says not only did she not receive them, but she checked with her neighbors in case they got the unit number wrong and no one has seen them.
After telling the agent this, he gives me the same apology from his script and promises to forward to their investigation team to determine what happened and IF I can receive a full refund. This has been the most horrible experience with a flower company I have ever had, and I send flowers quite frequently. I guess you get what you pay for and I should have gone directly with a local florist rather than trying to order something online. Buyer beware, they'll take your money and give you hollow promises and good luck ever getting your product or your money back!!

I chose a bouquet to send to a friend in the hospital with a get well balloon and same day delivery. The bouquet wasn't delivered. I contacted customer service and they refunded me the same day delivery service and said the bouquet would be delivered with a note apologizing for the lateness the next day. It wasn't delivered the next day. I called again and was told that the bouquet would be delivered and they would upsize it to make up for all the inconvenience. The bouquet wasn't delivered the next day either. It finally arrived 3 days late, with no apology note, the wrong balloon attached (a smiley face instead of a get well one), and the arrangement was so puny that it was embarrassing. It was clearly downsized instead of upsized.
I contacted them and was offered a gift certificate for my next purchase.... as if I would ever order from them again. I told them that I wanted them to make right and send a new arrangement.... the one that was supposed to go, that I paid for, in the first place. They offered me a refund of 20%. I don't want a refund. I want a proper arrangement sent to my friend in the hospital. They turned a nice thing, sending a lovely arrangement with well wishes, into an embarrassing thing... the arrangement looked cheap and thoughtless... which ended up making me look that way. I've never had a worse experience sending flowers anywhere, anytime. Save yourself a headache and use another company.

I am extremely unhappy. I ordered a beautiful arrangement in my daughter’s favorite colors and added 5 balloons for her 21st birthday. The arrangement looks nothing like the picture and they delivered 1 balloon and not 5. They did refund me for the 4 balloons, but I wanted them to deliver the additional 4 balloons I purchased. I do A TON of online shopping including from florists. Worst flower arrangement I’ve ever sent and then the refusal to deliver the balloons I bought make me very unhappy. This is one of those companies that first collects money from customers and then wonders where to get flowers for them. I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday two days in advance. On this day, instead of flowers, I got a phone call asking me to provide explanation to make my order credible. I was asked for my name, my wife's name, my address, why the billing address and the shipping address are the same!, They were asked why there was a different name in the wish text, and it was stated that they had to check all of this and they would decide whether to deliver flowers or not. I must mention that I paid for the order in full when submitting it. Of course, I got very angry and canceled the order. Obviously, this company could not find flowers for me in my area and thus provoked me to give up the order myself. You can not believe them that the flowers will go to you as ordered, and you can hurt your loved ones.

My friend lost her husband of 53 years. I wanted to send her something to make her smile, to her home that she could enjoy, since she loves flowers. I spent quite a bit of time on the Internet trying to find a local flower shop so that I could order directly from someone in her area instead of from a middleman. I had no luck. So I came across fromyouflowers.com. I looked under site and has selected three in different arrangements but I thought I would like for her to have one out.
I ordered the flowers I was looking forward to surprising her with an unexpected floral arrangement for her to enjoy at home. I didn’t want the flowers to seem overly festive but I didn’t want them to bring a smile to her face. And since lavender is a color of mourning in our culture I selected a beautiful lavender colored arrangement for her in a lavender colored vase. Well she received an arrangement that had pink and white flowers with a pink bow in a clear vase. She texted me thanking me for the beautiful flowers.
I asked her to send me a picture so I could see them. And while I am well aware of the fact that sometimes certain flowers are not available and I understand that if the arrangement was to be different than what the customer selected and the customer should be informed beforehand and not discover that what they ordered was totally different in appearance than what was received. Needless to say I was irate. Because while the flowers were pretty enough. The clear vase was totally unacceptable because it was what made the arrangement beautiful. If they don’t have the receptacle the one selects from the site they should inform the customer of this. And since they deal with many other flower shops they should take it upon themselves to call other flower shops and see if they have the vase and flowers that the customer ordered.
They gave me a full refund after offering $20 and some gift certificate. I did not want $20 and a gift certificate. I wanted my friend to receive what I paid for or a full refund for what I had not ordered. They offered me $40 off and they get certificate and I said no. I told them that I wanted a full refund and if they were unwilling to give me a full refund then PayPal would have no problem giving me a full refund. That is one of the benefits of using PayPal. At least unlike the negative reviews here about the paltry looking flowers, that was not the case for me. THEY SENT A PRETTY ARRANGEMENT. It simply did not look like anything that I ordered in any way shape or form.
I received an email from flowers from you confirming that they had issued a full refund. Finally I must say that their customer service department was excellent in answering my emails and handling my phone call to them. I informed the customer service agent that it was not his fault after his repeated apologies to me for my friend out having received what I ordered. But they were professional in their email and phone responses so that’s a big plus for them. They simply should inform the customers beforehand that what they want and what they ordered it’s not available so the customer can decide what types of flowers based on availability will be sent.

I had concerns when I was told by this company that they could not guarantee delivery of flowers for a funeral visitation at a certain time. The funeral service was to be very short. So I needed the flowers there at a specific time. I understand they have no control over the florist they send the order to however not my problem. So I decided it was best to cancel the order at which time their customer service suggested they would be on time so I foolishly kept the order intact. Long story short we had 10 minutes to enjoy the flowers as they did not arrive at the time I requested and I had paid an extra $4.99 for early arrival. And did not make it to the cemetery which is no one's fault, I assumed they were donated to the church. It was a total waste of $125 and I will never use an online flower service again. Hard lesson learned.

I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered to a very ill family member. I could not decide what arrangement to send. They had a Florist Designed Get Well Bouquet. The description read "A bouquet designed just for you! Let our florist arrange a bouquet unique for you, using flowers that are fresh and in season, appropriate for the occasion. They will come with a glass vase to display your bouquet. When you leave it to the professionals the flowers that you get delivered are top notch and seasonally appropriate. Make it easier for yourself - chose the florist designed bouquet!". I choose the deluxe arrangement out of regular, deluxe and premium.
What showed up was an embarrassing arrangement that looked like it was bought on a corner and stuck in a vase. 3 different colored daisies with all the same colors clumped together. When I complained, providing a pic of the arrangement, they gave me a partial refund on the flowers only, not the full order which had a $14.99 fee for From You Flowers. I didn't want that, I wanted another arrangement delivered. So gave me another 25% refund. Again, I want my sister to have something showing that we care. Just now, after asking for the florist name and telling them that it is only fair that the florist get a bad review since they will be, they have just e-mailed me that they cannot give me the florist name but now want to deliver a new arrangement. But are not sure when they will be delivered.

My boyfriend's mom just had surgery. She lives across the country, so we wanted to send her some flowers. I ordered the Rose & Lily Celebration with Get Well Balloon. The flowers that arrived looked nothing like the flowers I ordered. None of the flowers were the same kind, they looked terrible, and they came in a tiny wicker basket instead of a vase with a bow like they looked on the website. I complained to customer service, and they told me, "All items are subject to slight substitution according to local availability and season as stated in the product's delivery information on our website. This allows the florist to substitute with a similar container, flowers, color scheme or plant to ensure delivery is made in a timely manner."
A company shouldn't be able to substitute the entire order minus the color of the flowers and still claim that they delivered on what you ordered. They gave me a $10 gift certificate and 20%. We spent over $60 on our original order, so to use this gift certificate and discount, I would end up just giving them more money for their terrible quality products. Do not waste your money on this place.

I ordered a Happy Birthday Bear and Balloon (Deluxe) with a medium box is chocolate added on for a total of $72.97. Before ordering, I inquired via chat, about the difference between the basic and the deluxe. I was advised by the representative that the deluxe would be the bear shown in the photo which was slightly larger than the basic. Instead of receiving what was pictured, the recipient received a small box with a small cat in it and balloons. When I contacted the company, they offered to give me a $12 refund and $20 From You Flowers Gift Card. Talk about being disappointed. I will never order from this company again.

I ordered from fromyouflowers.com on Valentine's Day and they delivered it to the wrong address. When I called them 3 times to correct this issue, they said they would refund me my money or deliver it again which both never happened even with giving them my confirmation number. I never wrote a bad review in my entire life, so this says a lot about how they do business. I spent $160.00 and was never refunded or delivered to the appropriate address. I will continue to call them from this day forward every day until they give me back my money. Worst service ever. Today is 02/27/2022 and I still haven't been refunded. I will never use their services ever again. May God bless them with their future issues however I don't want any bad will on their business, I just want my money back!

I ordered a bouquet for Valentine's Day for my girlfriend 2/14/22. It was to be delivered to her place of work. I tracked the delivery and it said it "Out for Delivery". On their website it states that deliveries to a business will be made between 9 am - 5 pm and for residential between 9 am - 6 pm. My girlfriend never received her arrangement and I kept on trying to get in touch with someone but it was always a machine. I sent an email stating that my girlfriend never received her arrangement and they returned the email saying that someone would get back to me.
It is almost the end of the month and I have yet to hear from someone regarding my purchase. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. The thing that gets me the most is that on their website they mention their award winning customer service and I have yet to experience that part. Would not recommend buying, purchasing anything from this company. THEY FLAT OUT ARE LIARS!!!!

I ordered a birthday flower arrangement. The person had been injured also in an accident the day before. I ordered the PREMIUM smile face with lots of yellow flowers. The arrangement delivered was a clunky white pitcher with mostly white flowers and one lonely rose stuck in the back. Cost was $86.88 for what I felt was a sorry excuse for an arrangement. I was not happy and felt somewhat like I was a penny pincher when I saw a picture of the arrangement. Substitution was not explained upfront when it could be read. To say that I am beyond disappointed with my order would be the understatement of the century. I spent a lot of time picking just the right flower arrangement for my friend’s birthday. This is what I ordered (premium version no less):. This is what was delivered:. It is the most disgusting display of wrongness I have ever seen in the flower world, and I was a floral designer for many years. I don’t care what caveats they have in place about there being possible substitutions to cover themselves, this is beyond unacceptable. The shape’s not the same, the flowers/greens are barely the same… This is far worse than something you would find at WalMart or grocery store… A young kid could do better, seriously. And to think I paid $100 for this (what shows is $40 at best). I’ve contacted them twice so far with no response. Vile, loathsome and revolting.

At 9:18 p.m., I received an email saying, "Unfortunately we were unable to complete your delivery," and stating that delivery would be made the following Monday "to ensure your gift arrives and the occasion is not missed." I called the 800 number and emphasized the importance of having the arrangement delivered before the services scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. I was assured a florist would be located to do this. Alas, no flowers arrived and we have the funeral without any flowers. Less than an hour before the services, I received an email stating, "We have been unsuccessful in locating a florist able to complete delivery in time for the funeral services." This lack of service is inexcusable, particularly when the flowers were for a funeral. The company added distress to our grief.

To say I am disappointed in this company is an absolute understatement. I stupidly believed all of the good reviews from this company and after dealing with them I honestly have no idea how they are so well reviewed. They messed up one order that I had paid for expedited delivery and they didn’t even say anything until I contacted them. Another delivery is absolutely pathetic and embarrassing looking. I wish I could attach a picture to this review because I think everybody would be a guest at what you get for $53. Do not use this company. I ordered and they kept saying the address wasn't correct but they couldn't inform me which information exactly was missing. The truth is that the birthday was today and my sister haven't received so far, and for sure won't receive by today (19.2.2022). I'm super disappointed. I hadn't ordered from this place in a very long time because they ALWAYS disappoint. I needed a special arrangement for my mother's birthday. I went ahead and paid the fee for early delivery. I waited ALL morning, next to mom seeing if the phone would ring. I even entered our door code so they could get in with no problem. I get an email saying they attempted to reach the person but couldn't deliver which was **!! When you call they have a very nonchalant attitude! HORRIBLE!!! They ruined the surprise. IF people pay for an early delivery fee is because they have their reasons as to why delivery needs to be done!! So I have used this company on a few occasions. I will never again. I ordered some flowers for a friend and they were beautiful as well as for my mother in law. However, I placed an order for my boyfriend. It was a masculine looking arrangement and they sent something that looked nothing like what I ordered. It looked like something young girls buy at Stater Bros for 20 bucks. I also ordered flowers for a friend out of state. I also purchased a vase. The flowers came in arranged, still wrapped in plastic, uncut, long, sticking out of a tiny vase. Did I mention they were dead? Not even a little dead. I mean dead like flowers the store would toss. I had to argue to get a full refund. I guess it’s hit or miss but not a risk I’m willing to take again.

I ordered flowers for my Director of Nursing at work as an appreciation gift. I was very excited to be able to surprise her. I got an alert that the flowers were delivered at 3:30pm to our front desk. (which is where I sit) But there were no flowers delivered. I called the customer service number and after multiple attempts was finally able to get the rep to understand that I WAS at the front desk and there were no flowers. The rep then told me that it would take 5-6 HOURS to investigate where the flowers were and they would get back to me and they would not be re-delivering any flowers by 5pm as per their website cut off time. She then told me a refund would take 3-4 business days, but I refused to hang up the phone until she processed the refund and I received verification it was done.
After I got off the phone, about 30 minutes later, there was a kid that appeared at our office door with a glass bowl, like the ones the goldfish are in at the fair and you toss the ball in to win the fish, with a small handful of half dead weeds and wild flowers, like you see on the side of the interstate, in it. This kid had the nerve to announce that these were the flowers I had ordered. I told him to leave the property and never come back. Thank goodness I wasn't sending flowers to someone's home as a surprise!

Customer service through email is not the best, they kept telling me that "tomorrow" at the latest they will arrive, and would ignore my request of a refund (4 days of waiting). The only way I got a faster response was by Facebook which they right away called me and accepted to give me a refund, so hopefully they will keep their promise and give me the refund. First delivery ordered in advance, and after waiting for delivery on Feb. 11, it came 5 days late past Valentine's day on Feb. 15 and was not what was ordered. They offered 20% discount (to purchase more flowers!) when the first order was not what I ordered. They kept promising different dates. Then, second delivery on 6th day Feb. 16 was left out on porch without delivery ringing house bell (customer home and door was open to interior of house).
The roses were limp, with curled up discolored edges, smelled like they were dead, and leaves and stems showed signs of discoloration and were limp too. Very disappointed customer and recipient twice!!! Took pictures of both fiascos. Fromyouflowers would not do anything else or honor 100% satisfaction. I wound up buying flowers from ShopRite (an additional $$). Now I am out the $$ I spent for horrible flowers at FYF. Save your $$ and buy from a local store so you don't get disappointed and RIPPED OFF. I give them a ZERO rating.

I ordered flowers for my daughter for the first time ever going from little girl to a young woman. For Valentines. The order was delivered 2 Days late. And the arrangement was very sorry. I kept getting emails from them. Telling me the order was delivered on the 14th which it was not. I had to do all the calling to then never did I receive a email from them telling me there was a problem. I ask them to tell the florist to make the order up that I would go get it and deliver it myself. They said they could not do that. After 2 days they said that they would upgrade the order to the deluxe arrangement. When my daughter sent a pic of the flowers. I broke down in tears. Cause I would have never ordered such a terrible arrangement. In no way was it upgraded. It was smaller than the original order. Placed an order in advance. Website states orders placed in advance are delivered by noon on delivery date when expedited service is selected, which I paid extra for. They missed the day completely. When I called for a refund the following day they offered a 20% refund and they would have it delivered that day. The representative "verified" the florist had the delivery scheduled and the flowers would be delivered that day. Well from my rating you can only imagine, they dropped the ball again. I have used this company probably 10 times in the past, and have always been happy. Today, I had flowers delivered to a friend who lost her mother. What I ordered was called Stunning Pink And White Lilies. What was delivered to her was embarrassing - 10 unopened lilies in a vase. No fill in foliage, just the lilies that hadn't bloomed. They did refund all of my money after low balling their offer to make it right. They started out offering me 20% of my money back - then 30%. I refused both offers and ended up with a full refund. Good thing, because I need to order her something else. I will likely never use this company again.

Ordered some flowers for Valentine's Day to be delivered. Got charged the extra fee to have them delivered on Valentine's Day. I kept checking throughout the day If the flowers got delivered, nothing. Ok, tacking said residential deliveries usually get delivered by 6 pm. It was 9 pm and still nothing. I tried to contact them but phone number is automated and gives no option for a representative. Take it I already had a pissed off GF. I jumped on the chat message to talk to someone and it kept booting me out. So I had to restart again and always 30+ minutes away.
Never went down more than 1 min or so then kicked me out. So ok I'll try tomorrow, maybe they will get delivered. I finally got a rep on the chat around 3 pm and was told a representative would give me a call shortly. Was also told I would get a full refund with the order still getting delivered. Doesn't make up for the bad experience. 2 hrs later I still have not heard anything from a representative, no product has been delivered and back to square 1. WORST BUSINESS EVER!!!

Took part of that day off to make sure I would be home. Not delivered until next day, left in the freezing temperatures all day. Opened up package and all the flowers were yellow, NOT assorted like picture. Half the bulbs still have not opened and today is the 15th and I'm pretty sure they're not going to. I was extremely embarrassed for my girlfriend to receive the flowers for Valentine’s Day. They looked like flowers that had been tossed out from the Dollar General store… cheap!!! I paid extra for a deluxe flower arrangement, which it was very much lacking and only included one freakin wilting rose. Then there were all the other flowers that were dead and brown. This company is nothing more than a middle-man, when you place an order with them, they take a large percentage of the money, and a local flower shop delivers a bouquet to you (of a much lesser value). I ordered a bouquet for my wife for Valentine's Day costing me $80.00. What was delivered looked like a $10.00 Walmart batch of flowers. It was tiny, and had 2 roses in it instead of the huge bouquet of roses and other flowers it was supposed to have. The poor delivery lady was informed that it was absolutely not what I had ordered, and she gave me the information of her boss to contact. I contacted them (who was a local flower shop) and she explained how these online flower companies operate.
Basically, they take your money (in this case $80) and they take their percentage out of it, plus their "delivery fee" even though they aren't delivering it. They give the flower shop money for a bouquet, and at the end of the month they take another 25% from that flower shop. What was left was approximately $30. The flower shops obviously hate these companies, because they have to deal with unhappy customers while the online company hides on the internet while taking your money. NEVER use these companies, call your local shop and order directly from them, and you'll actually get what you ordered. These online flower companies should be out of business. Scamming people every day and allowed to get away with it, it's sickening.

Long story short they're scammers. What you get doesn't look like the pictures, they delivered 1 of 2 items and the one they delivered they messed up. They want to offer me $10 for a $200 purchase. Sandra will claim to help, hang up, then send your future calls straight to voicemail. Customer service does not help at all, you can’t understand them and all they tell you is what they can’t do. The other numbers you contact will tell you they can’t help but will have someone else call you. Lie # 1. Customer service guaranteed my second order, to the same exact address as the first, would be delivered by end of day. Lie #2. Read the reviews on yelp, they do this regularly.
Emailing them doesn't work. All they say is it won’t happen again as if you’d fall for their scam a second time. I sat on hold for 40 minutes the first time then 1 hour the second time and they disconnected the call without even answering. This is hands down the worse experience I’ve had ordering anything online. Do not trust these scammers, don't waste your money on these liars. I have already contacted the BBB. They need to be shut down for scamming people.

I ordered a flower delivery, paid the expedited price. They guarantee 100% satisfaction along with delivery from 9-5. I checked the status throughout the day. The last time I checked was 4 PM, "New Delivery Date" was the notification that I had. I called the 855 number and was hold for about 30 minutes. While waiting I sent emails. Once a rep was on the phone, the woman apologized and said that there was nothing they could do. She offered 20%. I explained that the money wasn't the issue, I paid for it to be expedited. I was then offered 25%. Again, I had to explain that I wasn't looking for money. If the flowers weren't delivered today, I didn't want them. I understand that things happens (I never received and explanation), however don't encourage extra fees and 100% satisfaction if you can't hold your end of the bargain. Also, 100% satisfaction should come with 100% refund.

I called to order Valentine's Day flowers for my wife. She was showing up at an airport out of state. I knew that it was a long shot that I could get a company to be there at her arrival gate with flowers. When they said they could and I was surprised. I made him confirm several times in several ways that they would be at the gate at the plane arrival time. I even hung up knowing he was lying but he called me right away and reassured me that they could do it. It was all yes, yes, yes, we do this all the time. Then, on Valentine's day, "we need your home address so that we can send them there, we only do delivery windows". I don't write reviews but this was so flagrant that I felt it was is my duty.

Ordered 110$ STRAWBERRY SUNDAE BOUQUET and received a sorry-looking bouquet that was missing flowers, had dried out leaves, sorry flowers that were drooping, and compared to the image it showed it maybe looked 5% of the image. Then they have an automated customer service line where they give you back about 10% of the price you paid and then say "thank you for this email and we will do better for the future customer." I had placed an order for a bouquet of birthday flowers. Upon receiving the bouquet I could immediately tell it was either the wrong order, or false advertisement on their website. I called and was reassured my original order would be delivered the following Monday. I called on Tuesday and was once again promised a date of Wednesday or Thursday. Called again on Friday and they told me it was already delivered but could not give me a date or time of delivery. I have ring cameras and motion activated security cameras and checked all the footage from the two days to make sure I didn’t miss it. This issue is still not resolved. I will never order from “From You Flowers” again.

This company is a complete scam. They know exactly what they are doing (scamming people) and no one should order from them ever! I ordered a birthday bouquet for my niece's 18th birthday to be delivered on the day of her birthday (same day). I paid for a deluxe with a happy birthday stick, a happy birthday balloon that I paid extra for. The bouquet was to have bright colored flowers mixed with roses. The flowers did not arrive the day that was expected. I called the next day to ask them about it. They said “Oh so sorry. We will try to have it delivered before 6pm today.” I said, "You will try??" So I proceeded to call them 4 more times to have them check with the florist (which they cannot disclose) to see what the status was.
The flowers were finally delivered by almost 7pm!! No card, no happy birthday stick, no balloon and the flowers were like Easter flowers with babies breath and they were broken! The vase was not even the same as in the picture which it describes in detail. No roses or any of the flowers in the picture! I felt terrible and embarrassed and I paid $85!!!!
This is literally criminal and they should not be allowed to be in business. If I had not called 5 times throughout the day they probably would have never been delivered at all! Not to mention when you call them they are overseas and the connection is terrible and you can hear all the other “reps” on the phone in the background. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Report them! I went into the customer service chat with them today to document the conversation and ask for a full refund. I told them I would be reporting them and that the conversation had been documented so I better see a full refund asap. This was a total nightmare! I feel bad for the people who are ordering flowers for funerals or to send condolences! Don’t do it! I have been trying all damn week to get the delivery address changed because my girl is no longer there. Zero and I mean zero negative results from this company and the shipping provider they use which is ups. Worst experience ever. The assortment I ordered was a birthday one with beautiful pastel pink flowers, my recipient received the wrong flowers, I called to complain and all I wanted was for the correct flowers to be delivered and they said no. I placed an order and immediately wanted to cancel (I thought I was ordering from somewhere else - their ad was very misleading). There was no option to cancel. I had to chat with someone for 20 minutes just to get them to agree. They were very pushy about getting me to "reschedule" instead of canceling. Finally, they agreed to refund the total. 5 days later I still hadn't received a refund. I called them once again and the refund hadn't even been processed! once again I was pressured to give them a "valid reason" on why I didn't want the order anymore. But this became a nightmare, the flowers were supposed to be delivered on the 25th and the flowers were delivered on the 28th. The box was crushed and when the client took the flowers out the petals fell off, I am so upset! The carrier did not even ring the bell or anything, it is freezing so of course with the flowers traveling I don't know from where and on top of that they are delivered without notice. I ordered what was supposed to be a beautiful flower arrangement. The arrangement was not at all as it appeared online, I upgraded to premium expected it to be fuller and larger as it appeared online. It arrived looking basic not even deluxe. My daughter in law is expecting her first baby, really special moment and I Really embarrassed this was what she received. You are at the mercy of these companies doing a good job. I had some bad experiences with this company. First they delivered flowers two weeks too early so I wrote customer service who offered me a 20 Dollars gift card. This seemed inappropriate as I spend over 75 Dollars on the gift already. When I asked to deliver another bouquet on the actual birthday of my mother in law they agreed to do that after a few back and forth e-mails. And finally the day comes: they never send the flowers. I ordered flowers for my wife and they never arrived 01/12/2022. I paid extra to have them delivered same day and I chose the option to let the florist make the bouquet. It said they would arrive within four hours but never arrived. Upon reaching out to the vendor they said there was an attempt to deliver them at 8:24 pm and it was 7:45 pm then I got an email with the same message. I asked for a refund and 1 to 3 business days. The vendor was prompt to respond but whoever the florist they chose sucked.

Placed 2 orders for a dozen rainbow roses for my cousin who was grieving the lost of her dad and my daughter who was off in college feeling homesick. Both addresses are 25 minutes away, my daughter received 10 of her flowers by 12 noon. Correct me if I'm wrong but a dozen equals 12 right? I called in regards to this and was issued a 20 percent refund. And I'm still waiting for my cousin to receive her flowers which I'm being told will be delivered by 9 pm. I asked why are the flowers being delivered so late at night and not delivered with the other order I placed. Of course this company has no answer. I will not be orders ordering from here again.

I made an order for flowers for my wife for Christmas this year. Unfortunately, the arrangement that arrived was brown, wilted, and unkempt. Further, I opted for a premium package arrangement, there was nothing premium about this package received. Eight brown and wilted flowers are not considered a premium arrangement compared with local florist for similar price and their premium arrangements.
When contacting customer service, they apologized for the misgiving of the arrangement and promise to have a local florist to make delivery within two days. I had patiently waited over a week without reparation or communication either by phone or email. A request was placed for a refund. This was a lost opportunity for this company to earn further business in the future.

This company’s marketing promised me same day delivery. I have never been so disappointed. I ordered flowers for an impromptu wedding for my niece who is not well and will be starting aggressive chemotherapy next week. Due to Covid, we were not able to travel to the wedding. So … I wanted to send flowers and do something special for her. I explained to this company the importance of this order arriving on time and was told it would. They never arrived on Jan 7 as promised. When I called to review the situation I was reassured they would be out in the morning. The florist said they attempted delivery but no one answered and that they called and left a message. This wasn’t the case…My niece was home and the cell log shows no missed call and no messages.
It’s Saturday morning 10:30am and still no flowers. I call in and this time asked to talk with a Supervisor. After expressing my concerns and disappointment…I’m told my flowers will be there by 12 noon. It’s now 12:30 and no flowers and Supervisor never called me back. I call back and now I am being told the flowers will be delivered 2-7pm and my niece will not have her flowers for her wedding. Florist won’t respond to the company calling them only continues to text that delivery will be 2-7pm. At 7:30pm, I receive an email thanking me for my business for the flowers delivered Jan 7. My flowers were never delivered. I call in to talk with another Supervisor because no Managers are available to help you on the weekend.
Supervisor informs me that no deliveries happen after 12noon on Saturday by the florist. They are closed. My flowers wouldn’t go out till Monday! So much for same day promise, next morning delivery and customer service. Customer service agents keep saying sorry but can’t do anything to resolve the issue. The supervisors sound like they are reading a script and offer no solutions nor do they follow up with you. No accountability and so much misleading information. Posting because I would hate for others to have the same bad experience. I wish I read the reviews before reaching out to this company.

I ordered a beautiful full bouquet the evening before my mom’s birthday and paid extra to have it at her work by noon. Sadly by 3pm I had to call and track it. It made it as she was walking out of work at 5pm. The disappointing part is that the $70 bouquet looked NOTHING like the photo. It actually looked quite pitiful. My mother was appreciative for the “few flowers” she did receive. But I will never order from here again.

I ordered on the 30th and paid extra for delivery before Noon on the 31st. Nothing by Noon so I call and they refund my $5 expedited delivery fee and assure me that it will arrive shortly. It never came on the 31st, my wife's birthday passed and I forgot all about it until I get a text that it was left on the porch at 4:27 pm on the 1st. I emailed and complained and they gave me what they said was 20% off but I can't figure out how 20 of $70 can be $9.58. Next time I will pay a little more and deal with my local florist directly.

I purchased a $70 arrangement for my BFF’s Birthday (in NY) 2 days prior to the delivery date. At 5:30 pm on the delivery date no arrangement had arrived and I called to confirm status of delivery. I was told that the florist was not able to fulfill the order… I was beyond livid, they did not have the decency to call me earlier and let me know so I could get another option delivered to her on her birthday day. I asked for a refund and was told that it’s company policy to “investigate” and I would be presented a resolution within 24 hours. This is not the worst yet… so the following day I received a call to inform me that the arrangement would be delivered the following day (2) days after her actual birthday.
When the arrangement was delivered she sent me a picture and I was shocked to see what she got was absolutely nothing like what I ordered. I ordered an arrangement with purple orchids and other purple flowers and palm tree leaves. She received white orchids and an explosion of white, pink and green flowers. Disgusting!!! My cousin is an interior decorator in the Hamptons and I am embarrassed to have sent her such a horrible arrangement. This company is a FRAUD. BUYER BEWARE!!

DO NOT order anything from them. They waste your time. Spent time researching a purchase, then at the last screen AFTER all the summary of charges page is accepted, you go to the page to enter the info. Delivery address, your info, then the credit card info. A summary page comes up, you accept it to move forward, THEN after you've given all this secure information you hit purchase - it takes you to a new final page with a completely different total. A much higher total. My order was supposed to be $43. When I get to the final final final page it is $67. Then to add insult to it when I back completely out (mind you my CC # is now floating around their site and the internet) they send you an email. This email says "last chance - we will remove the $14.99 handling fee and the delivery fees if you come back." Gee thanks. SCAMMERS.

I placed online order for flowers Anniversary balloon and extra balloons with a chocolate box to be delivered the following day to my wife in our 17th year anniversary. Noon time comes the driver deliver the flowers not what I order small arrangement with the chocolate box. No balloons. It was a disaster. I called their customer service and she offered to credit my account for the items that was not delivered. What kind of a CSR says that to a customer who is upset for not fulfilling his order correctly. I told her I don't need my money back, I need what I paid for. So she told me they will send the driver to pick up the wrong flowers and then they will deliver the correct order.
The driver came and took the flowers and left. 5 hours passed. Nothing was delivered. Called customer service again screaming about this humiliations in front of my wife that I'm dealing with nonprovisional company. She told me they can't deliver today and they can deliver my order complete on Monday. What type of people they hiring. Of course these CSR work from overseas and it looks they never learned how to deal with situations like this.

My Mother received one filled with Carnations and Baby's Breath which was on their site for $39.99. I ordered flowers on a day where they had a promotion that any order would qualify for free delivery for life! Awesome deal right? NOPE. When ordering no delivery fee was shown, instead there was a thing called a service fee. I assumed this was the same thing and when I reached out to customer service it forever for them to respond and refused to let me speak to a manager or someone higher up who wouldn't just copy and paste the same message. Apparently the service fee is different from the delivery fee... even though on their website and the same message customer service sent me three times it states that the service fee includes local delivery costs. The service fee should have AT LEAST been reduced considering I was PROMISED free delivery. Very misleading. Customer service also refused to remove this fee or give any other discount. Finally got a refund.

Customer service was very responsive and issued a 50% discount. Not off of my total order though, only off of the company’s promo price. I have ordered a Birthday Flower Bouquet for my Mum’s Birthday (as we live so far away - me in Germany, she in Florida - and wanted to surprise her on this special day)! The registration and the payment went really fast and smooth, the kind of same-day delivery a bit more problematic. When I placed my order at early morning in Germany… it was still the middle of the Night in the States… so I never thought that they will deliver after 19.00 o clock. The picture on the site and the original bouquet is almost so far Away from each other as the North and the South Pole. The flowers were lifeless & “broken” and the composition had nothing to do with the one on the picture… For 70$ in Germany I would get a dreamlike, wheel-sized bunch with the most exotic and expensive species… I don’t mind the Price but I’m really disappointed because of the 0.99$ quality!!! If you're going to pay almost a hundred dollars for something as simple as a flower delivery? Then you're going to expect for this flower delivery to occur when you want it to occur, and with the flowers you ordered and wanted. So it was already upsetting to find out that they did not do a same-day delivery after paying the same day delivery fee (the evening before the delivery date by the way), but then to find out that they never even delivered it? And when you question them about it they say "Oh yeah, rest assured, it was definitely delivered." Except that it wasn't?? Finally, 24 hours after they were supposed to deliver it, it arrives.... And it's not even the right one. How are you going to have a bouquet called blue skies... And then forget to add blue flowers. How did that even happen. It's in the name. Never again.

I ordered a deluxe garden basket as a gift and what was delivered looked like it had been thrown away and pulled out of the trash. The basket was very cheap looking and the plants were placed awkwardly and one had overgrown the others. My friend took a photo to show me and I was very embarrassed. When I called customer service they first offered me 15% refund and then 30%. This company did not stick by their quality promises and I will not be using them again.

On Oct 29th I contacted Fromyouflowers ordering 1 plant and 1 flower basket for my Brother's military funeral on Nov 1st with explicit delivery instructions and expedited fees. Being unable to attend, I was mortified to find, after the fact, both were delivered late by 45 minutes and 3 hours late so there were no floral tributes at all!! I had paid $165.00, and was denied any refund beyond the expedited fees of $12.99. The flowers should be delivered last Friday but they didn't find the address even though they had a telephone number. The delivery arrived only today at the recipient after several calls and messages with the representatives. The final surprise what in fact was meant to be a surprise by me for the receiver was that my order was not as described. Meantime paid extra money for a premium upgrade and added also extra balloons. This is madness and whoever is the one who runs this business must take responsibility for what has happened. I ordered flowers on 10/27/2021 with a delivery date of 10/30/2021. I received confirmation via automated rep and email that they were delivered. I called my friend only to discover that NO flowers had been delivered and my surprise ruined. The next day someone from Door Dash, explained that she picked the flowers up, but she wasn’t feeling good so she never delivered them that day. So, please understand, that your flowers aren’t being delivered by the florist. So there is no guarantee, when you will receive your flowers. False advertising at its worst.

I ordered flowers for my aunt's funeral. I live in Miami and the funeral was in Boston. I ordered them the day before and paid extra for expedited shipping for the next day before 7PM. I called to follow up if they had arrived and customer service advises that they will not be able to deliver on day of service if I would like them delivered for the next day?? Seriously? The next day this is for a funeral service, so they wanted to deliver after the fact. I ordered from this company many times; that being said, this last experience was the ABSOLUTE worst. I ordered flowers for my mother, paid for next day/expedited delivery (before noon). This was to acknowledge the anniversary death of my father. At 5pm I checked the tracking, not delivered. Chatted with "customer service", and was advised they will be delivered "shortly". At 8pm, the item STILL had not been delivered. I chatted again and was refunded my "expedited" fee and that my item would be delivered the next day. I CALLED to speak with a live representative; I was advised they could not get in touch with the florist. Well of course not, it's SUNDAY! I was told they would give me a discount for my "trouble".
I advised the representative that I wanted to FULL refund to my credit card, and promptly told that would not be possible. Needless to say, I got to a supervisor who authorized the refund. I did not want flowers delivered who knows when, with a card "thinking of you today". Defeats the purpose of the flowers. NEVER AGAIN.

My boyfriend bought flowers to surprise his mom for getting well of a painful disease she had... received an email stating that the flowers were delivered, but they were not. I was with his mom in the evening... and she never got them. I called, but they couldn't give me any answers because it was under the name of my boyfriend. The surprise was ruined because I asked her if she received the flowers... He called customer service and they said the flowers were delivered and charged him anyways. Worst service! Purchased a sympathy arrangement for my best friend's wife. It was ordered on Saturday for a delivery of Tuesday. Her husband's funeral was on Wednesday. After the funeral I asked her if she received the peace lily plant I sent her and she said no! I called the 800 number and the person told me the truck only delivered in that area on Thursdays which was never told to me when I placed the order! My confirmation said Tuesday! I was told they would send me some kind of refund in 1-3 business days.
Well the plant arrived Thursday afternoon and it was nowhere near what I bought!! The plant I bought was 92.00 and the plant delivered was probably around 25 bucks! I called back and they said they would deliver the correct plant but would take back the other one!!! Are you kidding me, they wanted to take back a plant from a grieving widow who just lost her husband in a horrific motorcycle accident!! Needless to say the company said they will be sending the correct plant I purchased at no charge and that she could keep the plant they already delivered!!! How nice of them!! I wish I would have read the reviews before I bought from them, unfortunately I too was grieving and just wanted to get the plant ordered and they were the least expensive for what I wanted, and now I know why!!! Worst experience ever!!! Ordered flowers, balloon and chocolates to be delivered to my 89 year old mother for her birthday. I paid extra for early delivery because I knew they had dinner reservation for 6PM. The flowers were not delivered early. I called and they credited me the early delivery charge $5.10. Small price to pay for an unhappy customer. They said they would definitely be delivered by 6PM. I asked, "Are you sure because my sister-in-law would need to change the dinner reservations." So she did because they promised they would be there. 6:15 no flowers. They left for dinner.
I called to cancel the order and they said they could not reach the florist until tomorrow. "We can give you 20% off." 7:15 I received an e-mail the flowers were delivered but there were NO FLOWERS delivered. Called again. They said they would call me the next day after they spoke with the florist. I was very disappointed the flowers did not arrive on my mom's birthday. Worst part there are still NO FLOWERS and no call or e-mail. I will call today to cancel the order. No more promises. I wish I had read the reviews. I would not have ordered from them.

Bottomline, flowers were delivered on time and were beautiful, however... I live in Florida and had flowers sent to funeral home in NJ for a relative's service. The process of trying to confirm delivery, and/or speak directly with the florist made me a little uneasy. There was nothing more Customer Service was authorized to do, to get a confirmation. Finally I contacted the funeral home directly and they were good enough to check all the flowers/cards, and even text me a pic of the arrangement. I didn't check the reviews till after I ordered... Unfortunately I had the absolute WORST experience with this company. We ordered two baskets on the same day to be given to two employees. One arrived as expected, the other did not. I contacted customer service immediately and they told me it had been delivered. I asked WHERE it was delivered because it wasn't here. It turns out they were referencing the one that did get delivered. So they apologized and said they would investigate. They told me it would be delivered within 1-3 business days through a preferred floral shop and refunded part of my money. It did not arrive as I was told so I contacted them again and they said they would follow-up.
Now I am 10 days past the expected day of delivery. They told me it would be redelivered on Oct. 1st, but it did not arrive as I was told. Now it is 15 days past date promised and I inquired again. Then they said they would deliver on Oct 6th, and thankfully it did finally arrive. Customer service is always polite and implies they are "on the problem" but nothing happens unless you follow-up over and over again. Unacceptable. DO NOT ORDER if it is anything important and/or time sensitive. Sorry -- it is unacceptable.

My Husband's best friend died Monday. Tuesday we ordered flowers from Fromyouflowers for his widow and family to be delivered Thursday, which the website indicated was acceptable. Thursday no notification of delivery. Called Company- sorry, will give us discount. Friday no notification of delivery. Called again. I asked why is Fromyouflowers not keeping on top of this? Where are the flowers? Only then did they try to reach the Florist - but couldn't reach them. They just said sorry again and that the flowers could be on a truck to be delivered that night - but not sure. They would give us an additional 10% discount for the "inconvenience". But then they indicated that could not even confirm that Florist had ever accepted the order in the first place. Then they only shipped half the order. They missed the other two items I purchased. The flowers are great. BUT if you promise that you will have them on a day, then ensure they arrive on time and RIGHT!

I paid extra for expedited shipping. The flowers arrived 5 hours late and didn't even resemble what I ordered. I was offered 20 refund. I feel I should have gotten 50 percent. The flowers my daughter received looked horrible.

Poorly run company, with a nightmare of customer service. The flowers never got to my significant other, the operator on the phone hung up on me after speaking so soft I couldn't hear them. Avoid this company at all costs. Save yourself the headache.

They delivered the next day but the flowers were so ugly. They were haphazardly put together as if the store was about to close and they just clumped together whatever flowers were left at the end of the day. Will never shop here again.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Do not use this company. I paid for a deluxe arrangement but received a less than adequate arrangement. I am embarrassed that my friend received such a disgraceful arrangement; it was not even remotely close to what I had ordered. I understand that often substitutes need to be made but this was NOTHING like the photo on their website. When I emailed fromyouflowers.com they sent a generic reply and a $10.00 refund on a $75.00 arrangement. Garbage. Do not use.

Ordered flowers for an anniversary gift. It was delivered 4 days late and to the wrong people. I was told I’d get follow ups from them, never did. I was even told I was being difficult for wanting my order delivered when I wanted.

It was the worse customer service. I order flower on Thursday at 12:30 to send to my friend and it was 5pm and no delivery yet. 7 pm and nothing. I call 3 time on the same day, they keep saying that is on the truck to delivery, nothing. Friday the same, I call at 12pm, they say that it was going to be delivered. After 1 I giving another chance and at 5 pm nothing. The WORSE experience that I gave abs the last one. I will never call them or used them.

I ordered flowers for my GF to be delivered to her work. At the end of the day I get an email saying they cannot deliver today. I had to upgrade to get the order delivered same day, I paid for same day delivery. They apologized and were happy to reimburse me a whole 3.17. WTH? I paid $70 for this and then I don't get the service I asked for? When I contacted them they kept telling me they cant guarantee what time the delivery will be there. Every time I asked a question I got this sent back to me. I am less than pleased with this company. They eventually gave me back another 16.50 however I would rather they had put more concern on getting an order delivered as early as possible since it was already a day late, rather than giving me a run around. I will never ever use them again for anything.

I placed a same day delivery early in the morning and was not notified that the delivery could not be made until late in afternoon at which point there was no way to get flowers delivered that day. VERY disappointed! The delivery location was within a city with many flower vendors and I suspect this outfit just does not have the contact relationships to deliver on their promise for same day service.

Yesterday I placed a flower order for today, I paid extra to be delivered today, I paid extra to be delivered before noon. And around 11am somebody with a really bad thick foreign accent AND VERY RUDE called me to "verify the order". When it's supposed to be delivered before noon.

The product delivered was not what I had picked out. I paid over $70.00 for a $10 bouquet. It was an extremely poor representation of the bouquet I had picked out. They refunded $7.00. Never again will I use this company.

We ordered the cotton candy floral arrangement for the colors and the fullness and added a teddy bear to send to our Mom for her birthday. My sister in law posted a picture on Facebook of our arrangement. I haven't calmed down yet!! Let's just forget the teddy bear as he wasn't delivered. I phoned the company and they are issuing a credit which is unacceptable but at least it's something. We wanted Mom to see the flowers and go WOW!! That didn't happen here. The company said they could issue $10 off our next purchase... AS IF!!!

Flowers were supposed to be delivered before Labor Day weekend. It is Sept 8. I paid in full with PayPal. I still have not seen a refund or any flowers. This is most unfortunate because many online companies give good service and are legit. Shame I did not look for reviews before I made my purchase. Fooled me once...

This horrendous company should be shut down for fraudulent false misleading advertising, poor product quality, and by far the worst customer service I have ever received. I wasted 6 hours on the phone with these COMPLETE MORONS today. Nobody who works at fromyouflowers has any idea what they are doing, most of them are outsourced and in call centers located in India, and all this ring of con artists does is work with 3rd party vendors to provide the least personalized, most time-consuming, consumer UNFRIENDLY, DISSERVICE I have ever encountered. I hope this company tanks and all of its employees are forced to work for legitimate corporations after they are all fired for incompetence.

This is a poorly run company. Flowers are not delivered as expected. Arrangements are nothing like the pictures. Customer service is probably the very worst I have ever had to deal with. I personally heard more excuses and lies about the delays in the delivery. After 2 days of dealing with customer service and discounting all of the false information, the delivered product was not even what I ordered. Finally I was able to speak with an intelligent supervisor who agreed that this company would be responsible for the order and return my money to my account in full. I have not received the refund yet. Please take care when ordering From You Flowers. I will never use this company again. I read over the other reviews and found the reviews to be very accurate. I am surprised that this company is still in business.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed by the poor service of From You Flowers in Jacksonville Florida this time. I placed the order on Sunday to be delivered on Tuesday. The bouquet was not even close to the flowers in the arrangement as what the picture showed and how much I paid for them. It was an additional cost to have more flowers, I paid for 20 tulips instead of 15. The amount of tulips delivered was 12!!!! I ordered a personalized vase with a picture and they sent a transparent vase with the foto printed in a sticker! Apart from this, the tulips were “dead” and wilted. Plus the Mylar balloon was missing. I paid $85,69 for a dud service. Only good thing they were delivered on time. I am VERY disappointed. I've used your service for quite some time. Not sure if I will again.

Paid for same day service. Was a week late. Flowers a still not delivered. Average of 1hr of per chat a day with an agent who seemed confused and certainly confused me. Couldn't answer simple and direct questions.

I placed an order for same day delivery so paid extra money for that. But they just changed the delivery date which I didn’t need to pay for and still didn’t send anything. So I contacted them and they didn’t even say sorry to me. Can’t trust this company. They don't keep their promises to customers. I don't know why they made the same day delivery option to pay more.

Placed an order for premium flower arrangement for anniversary. Arrangement that was delivered was not what was ordered. It was not even as nice as standard arrangement pictured on website. Missing several different flowers described and pictured on website. Customer service offered to send replacement arrangement but that did address disappointment of this arrangement timed to arrive for a special occasion. The replacement arrangement was declined so a 25% refund on cost of arrangement only was made. So refund costs them less replacing arrangement. Paid more for flowers from this service than would have cost for nicer arrangement from local supermarket.

They refunded the amount charged for the incorrect flowers, and sent new flowers to our recipient, which were much better than the first ones they sent (but not what we ordered still). I think it's sad I had to post bad reviews to get this kind of action. They might reconsider who they contract their arrangements out to. For that reason, I'm giving them 3 stars.

I ordered some flowers last week for a sister who's in the hospital for some serious health issues. I wanted to send her some bright happy flowers, and chose accordingly. In the picture you will see what I ordered, and what was sent. Not even close. I contacted Flowers for You and they felt an 18% refund and an apology was sufficient. (They offered a refund of $11 on a $62 order.) Not a full refund, not a replacement. This is the 3rd time I've used them, and I was happy with the first 2 that were sent. But this is ridiculous - and the fact that they won't stand by their product is enough that I won't use them again.
