    I ordered flowers for my mother in law's birthday on 3/12/22 for delivery on 3/14/22. I did not pay for expedited shipping so it said delivery would be guaranteed by 6 pm PST on 3/14. By 8 pm, the flowers still had not arrived so I called Fromyouflowers and they said they were unable to provide me a status but as an apology, they would give me a complimentary upgrade and guarantee delivery by 6 pm PST on 3/15.

    Well, 3/15 comes and goes and by 8 pm, still no flowers. I called back, they apologized again and offered me a 30% refund (a whopping $11 on my $55 order) with a PROMISE to deliver by noon on 3/16. It is now 2 pm PST on 3/16 and no flowers. I called again and after being on hold for 20 minutes, the agent comes back on the line and tells me "our local florist this was contracted through tells me it was delivered at 6 pm yesterday." So while on with him, my husband calls his mother to double check if she received them and she says not only did she not receive them, but she checked with her neighbors in case they got the unit number wrong and no one has seen them.

    After telling the agent this, he gives me the same apology from his script and promises to forward to their investigation team to determine what happened and IF I can receive a full refund. This has been the most horrible experience with a flower company I have ever had, and I send flowers quite frequently. I guess you get what you pay for and I should have gone directly with a local florist rather than trying to order something online. Buyer beware, they'll take your money and give you hollow promises and good luck ever getting your product or your money back!!

    I chose a bouquet to send to a friend in the hospital with a get well balloon and same day delivery. The bouquet wasn't delivered. I contacted customer service and they refunded me the same day delivery service and said the bouquet would be delivered with a note apologizing for the lateness the next day. It wasn't delivered the next day. I called again and was told that the bouquet would be delivered and they would upsize it to make up for all the inconvenience. The bouquet wasn't delivered the next day either. It finally arrived 3 days late, with no apology note, the wrong balloon attached (a smiley face instead of a get well one), and the arrangement was so puny that it was embarrassing. It was clearly downsized instead of upsized.

    I contacted them and was offered a gift certificate for my next purchase.... as if I would ever order from them again. I told them that I wanted them to make right and send a new arrangement.... the one that was supposed to go, that I paid for, in the first place. They offered me a refund of 20%. I don't want a refund. I want a proper arrangement sent to my friend in the hospital. They turned a nice thing, sending a lovely arrangement with well wishes, into an embarrassing thing... the arrangement looked cheap and thoughtless... which ended up making me look that way. I've never had a worse experience sending flowers anywhere, anytime. Save yourself a headache and use another company.

    I am extremely unhappy. I ordered a beautiful arrangement in my daughter’s favorite colors and added 5 balloons for her 21st birthday. The arrangement looks nothing like the picture and they delivered 1 balloon and not 5. They did refund me for the 4 balloons, but I wanted them to deliver the additional 4 balloons I purchased. I do A TON of online shopping including from florists. Worst flower arrangement I’ve ever sent and then the refusal to deliver the balloons I bought make me very unhappy. The gentleman I spoke to didn’t even care about the quality of the arrangement.

    This is one of those companies that first collects money from customers and then wonders where to get flowers for them. I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday two days in advance. On this day, instead of flowers, I got a phone call asking me to provide explanation to make my order credible. I was asked for my name, my wife's name, my address, why the billing address and the shipping address are the same!, They were asked why there was a different name in the wish text, and it was stated that they had to check all of this and they would decide whether to deliver flowers or not. I must mention that I paid for the order in full when submitting it. Of course, I got very angry and canceled the order. Obviously, this company could not find flowers for me in my area and thus provoked me to give up the order myself. You can not believe them that the flowers will go to you as ordered, and you can hurt your loved ones.

    My friend lost her husband of 53 years. I wanted to send her something to make her smile, to her home that she could enjoy, since she loves flowers. I spent quite a bit of time on the Internet trying to find a local flower shop so that I could order directly from someone in her area instead of from a middleman. I had no luck. So I came across fromyouflowers.com. I looked under site and has selected three in different arrangements but I thought I would like for her to have one out.

    I ordered the flowers I was looking forward to surprising her with an unexpected floral arrangement for her to enjoy at home. I didn’t want the flowers to seem overly festive but I didn’t want them to bring a smile to her face. And since lavender is a color of mourning in our culture I selected a beautiful lavender colored arrangement for her in a lavender colored vase. Well she received an arrangement that had pink and white flowers with a pink bow in a clear vase. She texted me thanking me for the beautiful flowers.

    I asked her to send me a picture so I could see them. And while I am well aware of the fact that sometimes certain flowers are not available and I understand that if the arrangement was to be different than what the customer selected and the customer should be informed beforehand and not discover that what they ordered was totally different in appearance than what was received. Needless to say I was irate. Because while the flowers were pretty enough. The clear vase was totally unacceptable because it was what made the arrangement beautiful. If they don’t have the receptacle the one selects from the site they should inform the customer of this. And since they deal with many other flower shops they should take it upon themselves to call other flower shops and see if they have the vase and flowers that the customer ordered.

    They gave me a full refund after offering $20 and some gift certificate. I did not want $20 and a gift certificate. I wanted my friend to receive what I paid for or a full refund for what I had not ordered. They offered me $40 off and they get certificate and I said no. I told them that I wanted a full refund and if they were unwilling to give me a full refund then PayPal would have no problem giving me a full refund. That is one of the benefits of using PayPal. At least unlike the negative reviews here about the paltry looking flowers, that was not the case for me. THEY SENT A PRETTY ARRANGEMENT. It simply did not look like anything that I ordered in any way shape or form.

    I received an email from flowers from you confirming that they had issued a full refund. Finally I must say that their customer service department was excellent in answering my emails and handling my phone call to them. I informed the customer service agent that it was not his fault after his repeated apologies to me for my friend out having received what I ordered. But they were professional in their email and phone responses so that’s a big plus for them. They simply should inform the customers beforehand that what they want and what they ordered it’s not available so the customer can decide what types of flowers based on availability will be sent.

    I had concerns when I was told by this company that they could not guarantee delivery of flowers for a funeral visitation at a certain time. The funeral service was to be very short. So I needed the flowers there at a specific time. I understand they have no control over the florist they send the order to however not my problem. So I decided it was best to cancel the order at which time their customer service suggested they would be on time so I foolishly kept the order intact. Long story short we had 10 minutes to enjoy the flowers as they did not arrive at the time I requested and I had paid an extra $4.99 for early arrival. And did not make it to the cemetery which is no one's fault, I assumed they were donated to the church. It was a total waste of $125 and I will never use an online flower service again. Hard lesson learned.

    I purchased flower for my girlfriend's birthday. I also purchased a red vase that we did not receive. The red vase I paid an extra $8.99 for and on top of that the flowers were almost dead. I called them and they offer a 10% discount off of flowers which $5.90. Nothing was said about the vase that we did not receive. The product was not good. I work in customer service so I can appreciate great customer and the customer service is great.

    I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered to a very ill family member. I could not decide what arrangement to send. They had a Florist Designed Get Well Bouquet. The description read "A bouquet designed just for you! Let our florist arrange a bouquet unique for you, using flowers that are fresh and in season, appropriate for the occasion. They will come with a glass vase to display your bouquet. When you leave it to the professionals the flowers that you get delivered are top notch and seasonally appropriate. Make it easier for yourself - chose the florist designed bouquet!". I choose the deluxe arrangement out of regular, deluxe and premium.

    What showed up was an embarrassing arrangement that looked like it was bought on a corner and stuck in a vase. 3 different colored daisies with all the same colors clumped together. When I complained, providing a pic of the arrangement, they gave me a partial refund on the flowers only, not the full order which had a $14.99 fee for From You Flowers. I didn't want that, I wanted another arrangement delivered. So gave me another 25% refund. Again, I want my sister to have something showing that we care. Just now, after asking for the florist name and telling them that it is only fair that the florist get a bad review since they will be, they have just e-mailed me that they cannot give me the florist name but now want to deliver a new arrangement. But are not sure when they will be delivered.

    Very disappointed. Just got a thank you and a photo of what was delivered from my girlfriend. I thought I was getting what was shown in the photo, as well as the premium version. This was definitely not the case, I emailed customer services with pictures and concerns and unfortunately no one has gotten back to me, apparently they do not value their customers.     My boyfriend's mom just had surgery. She lives across the country, so we wanted to send her some flowers. I ordered the Rose & Lily Celebration with Get Well Balloon. The flowers that arrived looked nothing like the flowers I ordered. None of the flowers were the same kind, they looked terrible, and they came in a tiny wicker basket instead of a vase with a bow like they looked on the website. I complained to customer service, and they told me, "All items are subject to slight substitution according to local availability and season as stated in the product's delivery information on our website. This allows the florist to substitute with a similar container, flowers, color scheme or plant to ensure delivery is made in a timely manner."

    A company shouldn't be able to substitute the entire order minus the color of the flowers and still claim that they delivered on what you ordered. They gave me a $10 gift certificate and 20%. We spent over $60 on our original order, so to use this gift certificate and discount, I would end up just giving them more money for their terrible quality products. Do not waste your money on this place.

    I ordered a Happy Birthday Bear and Balloon (Deluxe) with a medium box is chocolate added on for a total of $72.97. Before ordering, I inquired via chat, about the difference between the basic and the deluxe. I was advised by the representative that the deluxe would be the bear shown in the photo which was slightly larger than the basic. Instead of receiving what was pictured, the recipient received a small box with a small cat in it and balloons.     I ordered from fromyouflowers.com on Valentine's Day and they delivered it to the wrong address. When I called them 3 times to correct this issue, they said they would refund me my money or deliver it again which both never happened even with giving them my confirmation number. I never wrote a bad review in my entire life, so this says a lot about how they do business. I spent $160.00 and was never refunded or delivered to the appropriate address. I will continue to call them from this day forward every day until they give me back my money. Worst service ever. Today is 02/27/2022 and I still haven't been refunded. I will never use their services ever again. May God bless them with their future issues however I don't want any bad will on their business, I just want my money back!

    I ordered a bouquet for Valentine's Day for my girlfriend 2/14/22. It was to be delivered to her place of work. I tracked the delivery and it said it "Out for Delivery". On their website it states that deliveries to a business will be made between 9 am - 5 pm and for residential between 9 am - 6 pm. My girlfriend never received her arrangement and I kept on trying to get in touch with someone but it was always a machine. I sent an email stating that my girlfriend never received her arrangement and they returned the email saying that someone would get back to me.

    It is almost the end of the month and I have yet to hear from someone regarding my purchase. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. The thing that gets me the most is that on their website they mention their award winning customer service and I have yet to experience that part. Would not recommend buying, purchasing anything from this company. THEY FLAT OUT ARE LIARS!!!!

    I ordered a birthday flower arrangement. The person had been injured also in an accident the day before. I ordered the PREMIUM smile face with lots of yellow flowers. The arrangement delivered was a clunky white pitcher with mostly white flowers and one lonely rose stuck in the back. Cost was $86.88 for what I felt was a sorry excuse for an arrangement. I was not happy and felt somewhat like I was a penny pincher when I saw a picture of the arrangement. Substitution was not explained upfront when it could be read. Only after I complained did the paragraphs on substitutions show up. BAD BUSINESS. I NOTICED THERE ARE MANY, MANY, MANY ONE STAR REVIEWS. WELL HERE IS ANOTHER ONE.

    To say that I am beyond disappointed with my order would be the understatement of the century. I spent a lot of time picking just the right flower arrangement for my friend’s birthday. This is what I ordered (premium version no less):. This is what was delivered:. It is the most disgusting display of wrongness I have ever seen in the flower world, and I was a floral designer for many years. I don’t care what caveats they have in place about there being possible substitutions to cover themselves, this is beyond unacceptable. The shape’s not the same, the flowers/greens are barely the same… This is far worse than something you would find at WalMart or grocery store… A young kid could do better, seriously. And to think I paid $100 for this (what shows is $40 at best). I’ve contacted them twice so far with no response. Vile, loathsome and revolting.

    I would 100% NEVER order from your company again. I ordered flowers to be delivered on 2/14 or 2/15 and got an email saying that they were delivered and they were NEVER delivered then I called and was told they would have them redelivered by the end of the day and they never received them AGAIN! What a fraudulent company they are running. Luckily the flowers were for my mother and I asked her if she received them because she had never said anything.

    I ordered an arrangement for my father's funeral. They were scheduled for delivery on a Friday, the day before the services. At 9:18 p.m., I received an email saying, "Unfortunately we were unable to complete your delivery," and stating that delivery would be made the following Monday "to ensure your gift arrives and the occasion is not missed." I called the 800 number and emphasized the importance of having the arrangement delivered before the services scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. I was assured a florist would be located to do this. Alas, no flowers arrived and we have the funeral without any flowers. Less than an hour before the services, I received an email stating, "We have been unsuccessful in locating a florist able to complete delivery in time for the funeral services." This lack of service is inexcusable, particularly when the flowers were for a funeral. The company added distress to our grief.

    To say I am disappointed in this company is an absolute understatement. I stupidly believed all of the good reviews from this company and after dealing with them I honestly have no idea how they are so well reviewed.     I hadn't ordered from this place in a very long time because they ALWAYS disappoint. I needed a special arrangement for my mother's birthday. I went ahead and paid the fee for early delivery. I waited ALL morning, next to mom seeing if the phone would ring. I even entered our door code so they could get in with no problem. I get an email saying they attempted to reach the person but couldn't deliver which was **!! When you call they have a very nonchalant attitude! HORRIBLE!!! They ruined the surprise. IF people pay for an early delivery fee is because they have their reasons as to why delivery needs to be done!! I will never even attempt to order from them again because I truly don't know how they function and how flower shops work with these people!!

    So I have used this company on a few occasions. I will never again. I ordered some flowers for a friend and they were beautiful as well as for my mother in law. However, I placed an order for my boyfriend. It was a masculine looking arrangement and they sent something that looked nothing like what I ordered. It looked like something young girls buy at Stater Bros for 20 bucks. I also ordered flowers for a friend out of state. I also purchased a vase. The flowers came in arranged, still wrapped in plastic, uncut, long, sticking out of a tiny vase. Did I mention they were dead? Not even a little dead. I mean dead like flowers the store would toss. I had to argue to get a full refund. I guess it’s hit or miss but not a risk I’m willing to take again.

    I ordered flowers for my Director of Nursing at work as an appreciation gift. I was very excited to be able to surprise her. I got an alert that the flowers were delivered at 3:30pm to our front desk. (which is where I sit) But there were no flowers delivered. I called the customer service number and after multiple attempts was finally able to get the rep to understand that I WAS at the front desk and there were no flowers. The rep then told me that it would take 5-6 HOURS to investigate where the flowers were and they would get back to me and they would not be re-delivering any flowers by 5pm as per their website cut off time. She then told me a refund would take 3-4 business days, but I refused to hang up the phone until she processed the refund and I received verification it was done.

    After I got off the phone, about 30 minutes later, there was a kid that appeared at our office door with a glass bowl, like the ones the goldfish are in at the fair and you toss the ball in to win the fish, with a small handful of half dead weeds and wild flowers, like you see on the side of the interstate, in it. This kid had the nerve to announce that these were the flowers I had ordered. I told him to leave the property and never come back. Thank goodness I wasn't sending flowers to someone's home as a surprise!

    I ordered a flower arrangement for my mother for Valentine's day and they never arrived. I accepted an upgrade with the condition that they would arrive the next day. Sadly they never did. Customer service through email is not the best, they kept telling me that "tomorrow" at the latest they will arrive, and would ignore my request of a refund (4 days of waiting). The only way I got a faster response was by Facebook which they right away called me and accepted to give me a refund, so hopefully they will keep their promise and give me the refund. Sadly I will never order from here again. I paid extra for flowers to arrive on a special holiday and they did not. Very unprofessional.

    First delivery ordered in advance, and after waiting for delivery on Feb. 11, it came 5 days late past Valentine's day on Feb. 15 and was not what was ordered. They offered 20% discount (to purchase more flowers!) when the first order was not what I ordered. They kept promising different dates. Then, second delivery on 6th day Feb. 16 was left out on porch without delivery ringing house bell (customer home and door was open to interior of house).

    The roses were limp, with curled up discolored edges, smelled like they were dead, and leaves and stems showed signs of discoloration and were limp too. Very disappointed customer and recipient twice!!! Took pictures of both fiascos. Fromyouflowers would not do anything else or honor 100% satisfaction. I wound up buying flowers from ShopRite (an additional $$). Now I am out the $$ I spent for horrible flowers at FYF. Save your $$ and buy from a local store so you don't get disappointed and RIPPED OFF. I give them a ZERO rating.

    I ordered flowers for my daughter for the first time ever going from little girl to a young woman. For Valentines. The order was delivered 2 Days late. And the arrangement was very sorry. I kept getting emails from them. Telling me the order was delivered on the 14th which it was not. I had to do all the calling to then never did I receive a email from them telling me there was a problem. I ask them to tell the florist to make the order up that I would go get it and deliver it myself. They said they could not do that. After 2 days they said that they would upgrade the order to the deluxe arrangement. When my daughter sent a pic of the flowers. I broke down in tears. Cause I would have never ordered such a terrible arrangement. In no way was it upgraded. It was smaller than the original order. Thanks to them such a special memory between father and daughter was totally trashed. Will never use this company again.

    Placed an order in advance. Website states orders placed in advance are delivered by noon on delivery date when expedited service is selected, which I paid extra for. They missed the day completely. When I called for a refund the following day they offered a 20% refund and they would have it delivered that day.     I have used this company probably 10 times in the past, and have always been happy. Today, I had flowers delivered to a friend who lost her mother. What I ordered was called Stunning Pink And White Lilies. What was delivered to her was embarrassing - 10 unopened lilies in a vase. No fill in foliage, just the lilies that hadn't bloomed. They did refund all of my money after low balling their offer to make it right. They started out offering me 20% of my money back - then 30%. I refused both offers and ended up with a full refund. Good thing, because I need to order her something else. I will likely never use this company again.

    Ordered some flowers for Valentine's Day to be delivered. Got charged the extra fee to have them delivered on Valentine's Day. I kept checking throughout the day If the flowers got delivered, nothing. Ok, tacking said residential deliveries usually get delivered by 6 pm. It was 9 pm and still nothing. I tried to contact them but phone number is automated and gives no option for a representative. Take it I already had a pissed off GF. I jumped on the chat message to talk to someone and it kept booting me out. So I had to restart again and always 30+ minutes away.

    Never went down more than 1 min or so then kicked me out. So ok I'll try tomorrow, maybe they will get delivered. I finally got a rep on the chat around 3 pm and was told a representative would give me a call shortly. Was also told I would get a full refund with the order still getting delivered. Doesn't make up for the bad experience. 2 hrs later I still have not heard anything from a representative, no product has been delivered and back to square 1. WORST BUSINESS EVER!!!

    Worst Company!!!! I just want everyone to know that this is my SECOND BAD experience with this company. Last year, they messed up my wife’s birthday by sending the wrong kind of flowers. Now they Valentine’s Day. My wife was expecting flowers from me and they delivered them after the day was over. My friend had a similar experience. Last year I was so frustrated with them but they did not seem to care. I am officially done with them. By the way there are great companies out there who keep promises. This company is just about money. On special days they take so many orders and they know very well, they will not be able to deliver on time. I am officially done with them!     I ordered a 25 count bouquet of rainbow alstroemeria. Was promised a delivery date of Feb. 8th and told it would take the flowers 3-4 days to open. Took part of that day off to make sure I would be home. Not delivered until next day, left in the freezing temperatures all day. Opened up package and all the flowers were yellow, NOT assorted like picture. Half the bulbs still have not opened and today is the 15th and I'm pretty sure they're not going to.     This company is nothing more than a middle-man, when you place an order with them, they take a large percentage of the money, and a local flower shop delivers a bouquet to you (of a much lesser value). I ordered a bouquet for my wife for Valentine's Day costing me $80.00. What was delivered looked like a $10.00 Walmart batch of flowers. It was tiny, and had 2 roses in it instead of the huge bouquet of roses and other flowers it was supposed to have. The poor delivery lady was informed that it was absolutely not what I had ordered, and she gave me the information of her boss to contact. I contacted them (who was a local flower shop) and she explained how these online flower companies operate.

    Basically, they take your money (in this case $80) and they take their percentage out of it, plus their "delivery fee" even though they aren't delivering it. They give the flower shop money for a bouquet, and at the end of the month they take another 25% from that flower shop. What was left was approximately $30. The flower shops obviously hate these companies, because they have to deal with unhappy customers while the online company hides on the internet while taking your money. NEVER use these companies, call your local shop and order directly from them, and you'll actually get what you ordered. These online flower companies should be out of business. Scamming people every day and allowed to get away with it, it's sickening.

    Long story short they're scammers. What you get doesn't look like the pictures, they delivered 1 of 2 items and the one they delivered they messed up. They want to offer me $10 for a $200 purchase. Sandra will claim to help, hang up, then send your future calls straight to voicemail. Customer service does not help at all, you can’t understand them and all they tell you is what they can’t do. The other numbers you contact will tell you they can’t help but will have someone else call you. Lie # 1. Customer service guaranteed my second order, to the same exact address as the first, would be delivered by end of day. Lie #2. Read the reviews on yelp, they do this regularly.

    Emailing them doesn't work. All they say is it won’t happen again as if you’d fall for their scam a second time. I sat on hold for 40 minutes the first time then 1 hour the second time and they disconnected the call without even answering. This is hands down the worse experience I’ve had ordering anything online. Do not trust these scammers, don't waste your money on these liars. I have already contacted the BBB. They need to be shut down for scamming people.

    I ordered a flower delivery, paid the expedited price. They guarantee 100% satisfaction along with delivery from 9-5. I checked the status throughout the day. The last time I checked was 4 PM, "New Delivery Date" was the notification that I had. I called the 855 number and was hold for about 30 minutes. While waiting I sent emails. Once a rep was on the phone, the woman apologized and said that there was nothing they could do. She offered 20%. I explained that the money wasn't the issue, I paid for it to be expedited. I was then offered 25%. Again, I had to explain that I wasn't looking for money. If the flowers weren't delivered today, I didn't want them. I understand that things happens (I never received and explanation), however don't encourage extra fees and 100% satisfaction if you can't hold your end of the bargain. Also, 100% satisfaction should come with 100% refund.

    I called to order Valentine's Day flowers for my wife. She was showing up at an airport out of state. I knew that it was a long shot that I could get a company to be there at her arrival gate with flowers. When they said they could and I was surprised. I made him confirm several times in several ways that they would be at the gate at the plane arrival time. I even hung up knowing he was lying but he called me right away and reassured me that they could do it. It was all yes, yes, yes, we do this all the time.     I will never purchase from this site again. Extremely unhappy. 0 for 2 with my pricey orders. First order never was given the bear and card that was paid for.     I had placed an order for a bouquet of birthday flowers. Upon receiving the bouquet I could immediately tell it was either the wrong order, or false advertisement on their website. I called and was reassured my original order would be delivered the following Monday. I called on Tuesday and was once again promised a date of Wednesday or Thursday. Called again on Friday and they told me it was already delivered but could not give me a date or time of delivery.     This company is a complete scam. They know exactly what they are doing (scamming people) and no one should order from them ever! I ordered a birthday bouquet for my niece's 18th birthday to be delivered on the day of her birthday (same day). I paid for a deluxe with a happy birthday stick, a happy birthday balloon that I paid extra for. The bouquet was to have bright colored flowers mixed with roses. The flowers did not arrive the day that was expected. I called the next day to ask them about it. They said “Oh so sorry. We will try to have it delivered before 6pm today.” I said, "You will try??" So I proceeded to call them 4 more times to have them check with the florist (which they cannot disclose) to see what the status was.

    The flowers were finally delivered by almost 7pm!! No card, no happy birthday stick, no balloon and the flowers were like Easter flowers with babies breath and they were broken! The vase was not even the same as in the picture which it describes in detail. No roses or any of the flowers in the picture! I felt terrible and embarrassed and I paid $85!!!!

    This is literally criminal and they should not be allowed to be in business. If I had not called 5 times throughout the day they probably would have never been delivered at all! Not to mention when you call them they are overseas and the connection is terrible and you can hear all the other “reps” on the phone in the background. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Report them! I went into the customer service chat with them today to document the conversation and ask for a full refund. I told them I would be reporting them and that the conversation had been documented so I better see a full refund asap. This was a total nightmare! I feel bad for the people who are ordering flowers for funerals or to send condolences! Don’t do it! Your flowers will either not be delivered or they will not be what is advertised and you will be way overcharged!! Report this company to BBB.

The assortment I ordered was a birthday one with beautiful pastel pink flowers, my recipient received the wrong flowers, I called to complain and all I wanted was for the correct flowers to be delivered and they said no.     I placed an order and immediately wanted to cancel (I thought I was ordering from somewhere else - their ad was very misleading). There was no option to cancel. I had to chat with someone for 20 minutes just to get them to agree. They were very pushy about getting me to "reschedule" instead of canceling. Finally, they agreed to refund the total. 5 days later I still hadn't received a refund.     I had some bad experiences with this company. First they delivered flowers two weeks too early so I wrote customer service who offered me a 20 Dollars gift card. This seemed inappropriate as I spend over 75 Dollars on the gift already.     I made an order for flowers for my wife for Christmas this year. Unfortunately, the arrangement that arrived was brown, wilted, and unkempt. Further, I opted for a premium package arrangement, there was nothing premium about this package received. Eight brown and wilted flowers are not considered a premium arrangement compared with local florist for similar price and their premium arrangements.

    This company’s marketing promised me same day delivery. I have never been so disappointed. The florist said they attempted delivery but no one answered and that they called and left a message. This wasn’t the case…My niece was home and the cell log shows no missed call and no messages.

    It’s Saturday morning 10:30am and still no flowers. I call in and this time asked to talk with a Supervisor. After expressing my concerns and disappointment…I’m told my flowers will be there by 12 noon. It’s now 12:30 and no flowers and Supervisor never called me back. I call back and now I am being told the flowers will be delivered 2-7pm and my niece will not have her flowers for her wedding. Florist won’t respond to the company calling them only continues to text that delivery will be 2-7pm. At 7:30pm, I receive an email thanking me for my business for the flowers delivered Jan 7. My flowers were never delivered. I call in to talk with another Supervisor because no Managers are available to help you on the weekend.

    Supervisor informs me that no deliveries happen after 12noon on Saturday by the florist. They are closed. My flowers wouldn’t go out till Monday! So much for same day promise, next morning delivery and customer service. Customer service agents keep saying sorry but can’t do anything to resolve the issue. The supervisors sound like they are reading a script and offer no solutions nor do they follow up with you. No accountability and so much misleading information. Posting because I would hate for others to have the same bad experience. I wish I read the reviews before reaching out to this company.

    I ordered a beautiful full bouquet the evening before my mom’s birthday and paid extra to have it at her work by noon. Sadly by 3pm I had to call and track it. It made it as she was walking out of work at 5pm. The disappointing part is that the $70 bouquet looked NOTHING like the photo. It actually looked quite pitiful.     I ordered on the 30th and paid extra for delivery before Noon on the 31st. Nothing by Noon so I call and they refund my $5 expedited delivery fee and assure me that it will arrive shortly.     I purchased a $70 arrangement for my BFF’s Birthday (in NY) 2 days prior to the delivery date. At 5:30 pm on the delivery date no arrangement had arrived and I called to confirm status of delivery. I was told that the florist was not able to fulfill the order… I was beyond livid, they did not have the decency to call me earlier and let me know so I could get another option delivered to her on her birthday day. I asked for a refund and was told that it’s company policy to “investigate” and I would be presented a resolution within 24 hours. This is not the worst yet… so the following day I received a call to inform me that the arrangement would be delivered the following day (2) days after her actual birthday.

    When the arrangement was delivered she sent me a picture and I was shocked to see what she got was absolutely nothing like what I ordered. I ordered an arrangement with purple orchids and other purple flowers and palm tree leaves. She received white orchids and an explosion of white, pink and green flowers. Disgusting!!! My cousin is an interior decorator in the Hamptons and I am embarrassed to have sent her such a horrible arrangement. This company is a FRAUD. BUYER BEWARE!!

    DO NOT order anything from them. They waste your time. Spent time researching a purchase, then at the last screen AFTER all the summary of charges page is accepted, you go to the page to enter the info. Delivery address, your info, then the credit card info. A summary page comes up, you accept it to move forward, THEN after you've given all this secure information you hit purchase - it takes you to a new final page with a completely different total. A much higher total. My order was supposed to be $43. When I get to the final final final page it is $67. Then to add insult to it when I back completely out (mind you my CC # is now floating around their site and the internet) they send you an email. This email says "last chance - we will remove the $14.99 handling fee and the delivery fees if you come back." Gee thanks. SCAMMERS.

    I placed online order for flowers Anniversary balloon and extra balloons with a chocolate box to be delivered the following day to my wife in our 17th year anniversary. Noon time comes the driver deliver the flowers not what I order small arrangement with the chocolate box. No balloons. It was a disaster. I called their customer service and she offered to credit my account for the items that was not delivered. What kind of a CSR says that to a customer who is upset for not fulfilling his order correctly. I told her I don't need my money back, I need what I paid for. So she told me they will send the driver to pick up the wrong flowers and then they will deliver the correct order.

    The driver came and took the flowers and left. 5 hours passed. Nothing was delivered. Called customer service again screaming about this humiliations in front of my wife that I'm dealing with nonprovisional company. She told me they can't deliver today and they can deliver my order complete on Monday. What type of people they hiring. Of course these CSR work from overseas and it looks they never learned how to deal with situations like this.

When ordering no delivery fee was shown, instead there was a thing called a service fee. I assumed this was the same thing and when I reached out to customer service it forever for them to respond and refused to let me speak to a manager or someone higher up who wouldn't just copy and paste the same message. Apparently the service fee is different from the delivery fee... even though on their website and the same message customer service sent me three times it states that the service fee includes local delivery costs. The service fee should have AT LEAST been reduced considering I was PROMISED free delivery. Very misleading. Customer service also refused to remove this fee or give any other discount. Finally got a refund.

    I have ordered a Birthday Flower Bouquet for my Mum’s Birthday (as we live so far away - me in Germany, she in Florida - and wanted to surprise her on this special day)! The registration and the payment went really fast and smooth, the kind of same-day delivery a bit more problematic. When I placed my order at early morning in Germany… it was still the middle of the Night in the States… so I never thought that they will deliver after 19.00 o clock. The picture on the site and the original bouquet is almost so far Away from each other as the North and the South Pole.     If you're going to pay almost a hundred dollars for something as simple as a flower delivery? Then you're going to expect for this flower delivery to occur when you want it to occur, and with the flowers you ordered and wanted. So it was already upsetting to find out that they did not do a same-day delivery after paying the same day delivery fee (the evening before the delivery date by the way), but then to find out that they never even delivered it? And when you question them about it they say "Oh yeah, rest assured, it was definitely delivered." Except that it wasn't?? Finally, 24 hours after they were supposed to deliver it, it arrives.... And it's not even the right one. How are you going to have a bouquet called blue skies... And then forget to add blue flowers. How did that even happen. It's in the name. Never again.

    I ordered a deluxe garden basket as a gift and what was delivered looked like it had been thrown away and pulled out of the trash.     The flowers should be delivered last Friday but they didn't find the address even though they had a telephone number. The delivery arrived only today at the recipient after several calls and messages with the representatives. The final surprise what in fact was meant to be a surprise by me for the receiver was that my order was not as described.     I ordered flowers on 10/27/2021 with a delivery date of 10/30/2021. I received confirmation via automated rep and email that they were delivered. I called my friend only to discover that NO flowers had been delivered and my surprise ruined. The next day someone from Door Dash, explained that she picked the flowers up, but she wasn’t feeling good so she never delivered them that day.     I ordered flowers for my aunt's funeral. I live in Miami and the funeral was in Boston. I ordered them the day before and paid extra for expedited shipping for the next day before 7PM.     I ordered from this company many times; that being said, this last experience was the ABSOLUTE worst. I ordered flowers for my mother, paid for next day/expedited delivery (before noon). This was to acknowledge the anniversary death of my father. At 5pm I checked the tracking, not delivered. Chatted with "customer service", and was advised they will be delivered "shortly". At 8pm, the item STILL had not been delivered. I chatted again and was refunded my "expedited" fee and that my item would be delivered the next day. I CALLED to speak with a live representative; I was advised they could not get in touch with the florist. Well of course not, it's SUNDAY! I was told they would give me a discount for my "trouble".

    I advised the representative that I wanted to FULL refund to my credit card, and promptly told that would not be possible. Needless to say, I got to a supervisor who authorized the refund. I did not want flowers delivered who knows when, with a card "thinking of you today". Defeats the purpose of the flowers. NEVER AGAIN.

    My boyfriend bought flowers to surprise his mom for getting well of a painful disease she had... received an email stating that the flowers were delivered, but they were not.     Purchased a sympathy arrangement for my best friend's wife. It was ordered on Saturday for a delivery of Tuesday. Her husband's funeral was on Wednesday. After the funeral I asked her if she received the peace lily plant I sent her and she said no! I called the 800 number and the person told me the truck only delivered in that area on Thursdays which was never told to me when I placed the order! My confirmation said Tuesday! I paid extra for early delivery because I knew they had dinner reservation for 6PM. The flowers were not delivered early. I called and they credited me the early delivery charge $5.10.     Bottomline, flowers were delivered on time and were beautiful, however... I live in Florida and had flowers sent to funeral home in NJ for a relative's service. The process of trying to confirm delivery, and/or speak directly with the florist made me a little uneasy. There was nothing more Customer Service was authorized to do, to get a confirmation. Finally I contacted the funeral home directly and they were good enough to check all the flowers/cards, and even text me a pic of the arrangement. I didn't check the reviews till after I ordered...     Unfortunately I had the absolute WORST experience with this company. We ordered two baskets on the same day to be given to two employees. One arrived as expected, the other did not. I contacted customer service immediately and they told me it had been delivered. I asked WHERE it was delivered because it wasn't here. It turns out they were referencing the one that did get delivered. So they apologized and said they would investigate. They told me it would be delivered within 1-3 business days through a preferred floral shop and refunded part of my money. It did not arrive as I was told so I contacted them again and they said they would follow-up.

    Now I am 10 days past the expected day of delivery. They told me it would be redelivered on Oct. 1st, but it did not arrive as I was told. Now it is 15 days past date promised and I inquired again. Then they said they would deliver on Oct 6th, and thankfully it did finally arrive. Customer service is always polite and implies they are "on the problem" but nothing happens unless you follow-up over and over again. Unacceptable. DO NOT ORDER if it is anything important and/or time sensitive. Sorry -- it is unacceptable.

    My Husband's best friend died Monday. Tuesday we ordered flowers from Fromyouflowers for his widow and family to be delivered Thursday, which the website indicated was acceptable. Thursday no notification of delivery. Called Company- sorry, will give us discount. Friday no notification of delivery. Called again. I asked why is Fromyouflowers not keeping on top of this? Where are the flowers? Only then did they try to reach the Florist - but couldn't reach them.     I hate to rate it this bad.. But I ordered flowers for my anniversary and they said they would arrive the next day. Well they didn't, they didn't arrive until later the day after. Then they only shipped half the order. They missed the other two items I purchased. The flowers are great. BUT if you promise that you will have them on a day, then ensure they arrive on time and RIGHT!

    It was the worse customer service. I order flower on Thursday at 12:30 to send to my friend and it was 5pm and no delivery yet. 7 pm and nothing. I call 3 time on the same day, they keep saying that is on the truck to delivery, nothing. Friday the same, I call at 12pm, they say that it was going to be delivered.     I ordered flowers for my GF to be delivered to her work. At the end of the day I get an email saying they cannot deliver today. I had to upgrade to get the order delivered same day, I paid for same day delivery. They apologized and were happy to reimburse me a whole 3.17. WTH? I paid $70 for this and then I don't get the service I asked for? When I contacted them they kept telling me they cant guarantee what time the delivery will be there. Every time I asked a question I got this sent back to me. I am less than pleased with this company. They eventually gave me back another 16.50 however I would rather they had put more concern on getting an order delivered as early as possible since it was already a day late, rather than giving me a run around. I will never ever use them again for anything.

    We ordered the cotton candy floral arrangement for the colors and the fullness and added a teddy bear to send to our Mom for her birthday. My sister in law posted a picture on Facebook of our arrangement. I haven't calmed down yet!! Let's just forget the teddy bear as he wasn't delivered.     This is a poorly run company. Flowers are not delivered as expected. Arrangements are nothing like the pictures. Customer service is probably the very worst I have ever had to deal with. I personally heard more excuses and lies about the delays in the delivery. After 2 days of dealing with customer service and discounting all of the false information, the delivered product was not even what I ordered. Finally I was able to speak with an intelligent supervisor who agreed that this company would be responsible for the order and return my money to my account in full. I have not received the refund yet. Please take care when ordering From You Flowers. I will never use this company again. I read over the other reviews and found the reviews to be very accurate.     I am EXTREMELY disappointed by the poor service of From You Flowers in Jacksonville Florida this time. I placed the order on Sunday to be delivered on Tuesday. The bouquet was not even close to the flowers in the arrangement as what the picture showed and how much I paid for them. It was an additional cost to have more flowers, I paid for 20 tulips instead of 15. The amount of tulips delivered was 12!!!! I ordered a personalized vase with a picture and they sent a transparent vase with the foto printed in a sticker! Apart from this, the tulips were “dead” and wilted. Plus the Mylar balloon was missing. I paid $85,69 for a dud service. Only good thing they were delivered on time. I am VERY disappointed. I've used your service for quite some time.     Placed an order for premium flower arrangement for anniversary. Arrangement that was delivered was not what was ordered. It was not even as nice as standard arrangement pictured on website. Missing several different flowers described and pictured on website. Customer service offered to send replacement arrangement but that did address disappointment of this arrangement timed to arrive for a special occasion. The replacement arrangement was declined so a 25% refund on cost of arrangement only was made. So refund costs them less replacing arrangement. Paid more for flowers from this service than would have cost for nicer arrangement from local supermarket.

    Place an order on Monday for delivery to a funeral home on Tuesday. I got notification on Tuesday that it was delayed. I called the funeral home Wednesday afternoon and asked if they had arrived- they told me some of the flowers that were there but mine had not arrived. I called and FFY told me they would be there by 5pm. I just FFY at 7pm to ask why they had not arrived. They said the Funeral home would not take flowers today- The same funeral home that just gave me the list of flowers they have already RECEIVED. I hope the flowers make it before the casket goes to the cemetery. Obviously they lie.

    I wish I read all these reviews before placing an order. Advertising on their site "same day delivery" is a joke. My frustration and stress levels have gone through the roof. My grandfather passed away recently and I ordered a premium arrangement to be delivered to my aunt's house (sympathy flowers) on Saturday 7/31/21 same day delivery. I received a notification that the arrangement was delivered. I text my aunt to ask if she received the flower, to my surprise SHE DID NOT. Saturday 07/31/21- spoke to Nicole, she apologized and said she will refund the delivery fee for "Same day Delivery" and resend the arrangement on Sunday. I agreed. Sunday 08/01/21- Sunday came along and again, NO FLOWERS.

    Monday 08/02/21- spoke to Alejandra (8:00AM), I asked her why was I told the arrangement was going to be delivered on Sunday and never got there. Her response was "we can try to deliver tomorrow". Umm no, this is unacceptable. I asked her what do you mean "TRY"? I want my money back. She then said she will refund the money once the florist respond to her email to cancel and someone should call me back today to confirm.

    MONDAY 08/02/21- spoke to Khatik (8:00PM), I explained to her the whole situation, she put me on hold, came back to the line and tells me the arrangement is set to deliver for TOMORROW, like what? Lol, umm NO, I expressed to her I'm frustrated and tired of being lied to. She then puts me back on hold again, came back and explained to me that typically they must wait 24 hours for their florists to reach back to them and that's why I did not get a phone call about my refund. I was never told this, if I would have known it took 24 hours, then I would have called Tuesday. I expressed to her that the other 2 representatives need training. The representative then send me an email confirming my full refund and apologized for the whole thing. This was a terrible experience and I do not recommend this place. Out of all the 3 representatives I spoke to, the last one was professional and compassionate.. But I still don't recommend this place.

    I chose Fromyouflowers.com because it appears to be able to ship fresh-cut flowers. I had them send a delivery to a friend in Florida and the flowers were wilted and arrived upside down in a glass vase. To their credit, the fromyouflowers.com team tried to rectify the unfortunate situation and the vendor agreed to ship again. Unfortunately, the same thing happened and my friend tried to salvage a few of the flowers because she felt bad for me. Fromyouflowers.com issued a 30% refund, but the overall experience was frustrating, disappointing, and still cost me $37 for nothing.

    It was an awful experience. At first I was not sure if I should buy from this place but I did anyways. I decided to buy the biggest and more expensive Premium flowers with many balloons, chocolates and a teddy bear. It was a gift for my sister in her birthday since I live far away. She received the smallest and cheapest flowers. They did NOT look like in the picture. The person who did the delivery called me because he could not get into the hospital. After I called someone to go downstairs to pick up the flowers, he told me he left. He did not call and he was very rude.

    I also ordered chocolate strawberries for the next day. They did not call and just left the strawberries with someone in the hospital door. For that reason, I had to call my sister and tell her someone else received the strawberries. She spent an hour looking for the person and they told her he left home. She ended up receiving the strawberries the NEXT day. The worst was that they were melted, ugly and SMALL. They did NOT look like the pictures. I will never buy from this place again. Worst experience ever.

    I ordered flowers 2 days prior to a family funeral. They claim same day service and I wasn't even asking for same day was wanting next day. They never sent the order to any florist and the arrangement never got delivered. When I called they didn't apologize and say they would refund me what I paid rather they wanted to refund me 15% of my order and send me a $10 off gift certificate for next time.     This is the third time in a row that I ordered flowers for same day delivery and they did not get there. Each time they gave me a $10.00 credit toward my next order. This will be the last time this happens because after over 8 years of using this company I am finished. Not only did they not deliver my flowers on the same day, they didn't deliver them the next day either. It took them three days to get the flowers to my cousin. In the meantime I demanded a full refund this time. They would not do so and gave me 50% off, was going to send an apology with the flowers and make the bouquet bigger (I don't believe that one for a second). But it doesn't matter anymore. I tried to reach customer care through their phone lines -- while on hold I was disconnected. I then called the line where you place and order and of course, immediate answer. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with them while they continued to try and give me a 10% discount for the flowers that were never delivered. Hard pass. I also emailed their customer care team whilst on the phone with them and I think hitting all of those helped and I have been told I was issued a refund. We'll see what my bank says in 3 days.

    This experience has been the most disappointing experience I have had since using a flower company online. This was for my grandmother who has been really sick recently. Instead of brightening her day the flowers may very well show up dead at this point. I spent extra for it to be delivered that day. They did emergency surgery, only to find he was terminal and inoperable. I was billed for the arrangement, but two days later, still no arrangement was delivered due to a "technical glitch" which they never would have told me about had I not called, but would have kept my money. So my only brother will never know that his little sister sent him an arrangement with loving messages.     UPDATED 6/24/2021: In follow up to my review of 2 days ago, I am sharing a photo of the original delivery of a 10" x 13" arrangement and the correct delivery of a 13.5" x 19.5 " arrangement. I had taken up a collection from colleagues to congratulate a team member on her special achievement. I felt personally responsible for the puny flower delivery after everyone chipped in $10 each for a $70 arrangement.

    ORIGINAL REVIEW: In short, a cascade of problems which required 5 successive days of calls to resolve. Attached to same day free delivery for a colleagues achievement. Same day could not be made on the Friday. I was not informed until after time promised to update. Delivery was made Monday of a 10" x 11" bouquet instead of 15.5" x 19.5" bouquet. After 3 days of follow up, and much resistance a new delivery of the accurate item was made. Customer service folks were nice, though inconsistent and at times I felt disingenuous.

    I ordered a bouquet of rose for my aunt's birthday and scheduled the delivery on June 18th. It was supposed to be a surprise for my aunt. But the flowers never arrived. Though on their tracking, it was shown "delivered". I chatted in with their CS, they straightaway only said they would request a reschedule for next day delivery. I questioned them about the tracking status, they couldn't give an understandable or even clear explanation.

    I already wasn't happy as it already passed my aunt's bday and we couldn't surprise her anymore as she at that time already knew about our plan. The next day (June 19th), my waited for a whole day, NO FLOWERS DELIVERED. I had to contact their CS one more time to request for a refund. This time, they only sent me an email stating another redelivery was scheduled on June 22nd. @@ I had to chatted in again to request full refund. Utterly disappointed...

    My husband sent flowers to my grandma who unexpectedly went to the hospital for my family using Fromyouflowers after having an awful experience using 1800 Flowers. We paid the $4.99 to have them expedited since we didn't know how long she'd be there. They were supposed to be delivered by noon. 5pm rolls around and he contacts them and they say they'll refund the delivery fee since they obviously weren't there and that they deliver til 6 so they'll "probably" still get there. I tracked them at 7pm and they said "delivered" so I figured she got them. Talked to my aunt the next day and she said absolutely no flowers showed up.

    My husband wrote them an email and they instantly refunded the money. No explanation on what happened. What's even worse is they said they'd expedite an apology bouquet free of charge. We thought ok maybe we'll give them another shot. They emailed and said they were supposedly standing outside and needed the name and room number. They were never there. No flowers ever showed up again. Disgusting business practice. My faith in flower delivery services is 100% gone. They were just going to say they delivered them and take our money and take advantage of an already stressful time. They should be out out of business.

    Today a delivery of tulips arrived for my supervisor. They were wilted and the leaves were slimy. When I called to report the issue, they were unable to help me because I wasn't the actual recipient of the flowers. As the assistant, I handle all types of issues like this however, fromyouflowers.com was unwilling to work with me. They have lost all of our firm's business moving forward!

    I will never use this company again. The Symphony bouquet that I selected for my dear friend was not what they received. The bouquet did not have substitutions but was missing 2/3 of the stems that were pictured on the website. After contacting customer service they said they would redeliver the bouquet and the bouquet that arrived was smaller than the 1st one, it's outrageous.

    I ordered special rainbow roses for a friend for her 60th birthday and was assured that it would be delivered on her special day. As of 7 pm, they had still not been delivered and when I checked online as to the status of the order, it said they were already delivered. They indeed had not. I called them and was finally connected with someone who sounded like they were in a wind tunnel. When I told her I couldn't understand her she said she could hear me fine. She then looked up the order and told me the flowers would not be delivered until tomorrow- the day after my friend's birthday. The customer service person had no explanation why the flowers were delayed. I will never use this company again. Their service charges are exorbitant and they can't even get the product out on time.     I live abroad and have relied on this company to provide flowers as gifts to loved ones in the States. The flowers delivered have always been well received. But my beef is with the pricing and sales strategy. Besides adding things (usually in pale gray print) to orders, they also charge extra fees that are bogus. Because I had been a regular customer and also bought flowers at a time when it would give me lifetime free delivery, I presumably would have my orders delivered without delivery charges. Well, technically that's true. But now they add -- without any indication until the final action, where I have to give my card info and agree to the purchase -- a hefty 'handling' charge.

    This charge is about what the delivery fee was. It is about 40~50% of the cost of the flowers. When I wrote to the company complaining, I got a response that said I needed to send the delivery data. I wrote back saying that I had no delivery data since I had canceled before sending. To this, I got the same answer (or virtually the same). This continued even when I wrote a letter asking if humans ever read the correspondence. Obviously, they don't since I got the same form letter. I'm going to look for a different service.

    I ordered a premium bouquet of flowers that had a blue theme on a Wednesday to be delivered to a friend in the hospital on Thursday and paid a $2.99 charge for next day delivery. I got a notification the flowers were delivered around 5:30 Thursday evening. My friend never received them and I kid you not, the entire staff of the hospital was looking for those flowers...No flowers anywhere. I promptly called customer service and was told they would investigate and deliver another bouquet if needed. It was needed. Some flowers FINALLY got delivered on Saturday and they looked nothing like what I had ordered. Whilst the customer service reps were professional and trying to be helpful, ultimately I could have done better by going to a grocery store floral department and doing it myself. The product was mediocre and embarrassing for what I paid. I do not recommend using this company AT ALL.

    I would give less than 1 star if I could. I placed my order. The order and delivery date were confirmed. My credit card was charged. The flowers were never delivered. I did not receive any notice until after the delivery date had passed. If anyone had let me know there might be a problem with fulfilling my order, I had time to order from someone else (this was not a last minute order). But they didn’t let me know. The flowers were for a funeral. From You Flowers evidently depends on local florists to fulfill their orders but don’t do a very good job of following up. Do yourself a favor and order directly from the local florist. That way you can avoid the markup AND the disappointment! I would never trust them with an order again.

    I purchased what I thought was a nice bouquet of flowers for a very close friend who lost a loved one to suicide. The flowers were to be delivered same day as described per their timeframe. I specifically asked if the flowers were as described in the photo including the beautiful vase as a keepsake. They were not delivered the same day. They said they tried to deliver. This is not true.     I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my mom for Mother’s Day. I paid extra for guaranteed delivery the day before Mother’s Day. I received an email stating the flowers were delivered on Saturday, but then a few moments later received a second email stating the flowers wouldn’t arrive until the Tuesday after Mother’s Day. I emailed their customer service email address and they refunded the $5 extra delivery fee I paid. My mom’s flowers ended up arriving the next day, but they were nothing like what I ordered. I ordered a bouquet which was described as being a few different specific flowers that were shades of purple. What arrived was a random assortment of flowers in different colors with a sloppy bow. I contacted the same email address I had used previously to complain about the delivery delay and they have ignored two emails. I will be shopping for flowers from another vendor in the future.

    I made an order and realized about 30 minutes afterward that I needed to reschedule the delivery as the person I was delivering flowers to was going out of town the next day. I called customer service and spoke to a nice representative who told me no problem, they would be able to hold the order and I could call back at any time to reschedule the delivery. I said great, and that I would call back in a couple of days when I figured out when they would be back in town. The next day I got a shipping notification. I immediately contacted customer service again and explained what I was told yesterday but they basically said that it had shipped and they couldn't reschedule or refund me.     I ordered 2 floral arrangements for Mother's day, I ordered early and paid for delivery on the Friday before Mother's Day (05/07/2021). Arrangement number 1: was not delivered until Saturday (05/08/2021) and was about half the size of the arrangement I paid for. It was almost all "filler" flowers and looked nothing like what I ordered. Many stems were broken and the entire thing was just pitiful looking. I also ordered 1 mylar "Mother's Day" balloon and 3 latex balloons. The mylar balloon was a generic "love" balloon and the 3 latex balloons looked more like funeral balloons - they were an odd beige color, gray and white.

    Arrangement number 2: was never delivered at all. I contacted customer service on the morning of 05/08/2021 and they did respond to my email within just a few hours. They said that both arrangements were scheduled to be delivered that day and I would get an email confirmation (although the email may be delayed). I contacted customer service again on Monday 05/10/2021 about Arrangement number 1 and the poor quality/small size/broken flowers etc - and was refunded 20% of the cost; regarding arrangement number 2 - they did a full refund. If you want a quality product, and to know that your purchase will be delivered - order local ... or from another retailer, because this company is awful. I will NEVER use this service again. The only positive - the customer service response was fast and they didn't seem at all surprised to have to issue a refund.

    The picture that was shown on their website for the "premium" arrangement was beautiful - full of roses, lilies, mums, carnations and baby's breath - as wide as it was tall. The picture was definitely worth $112. What showed up was a pitiful arrangement full of carnations with only a few roses (and for some reason daisies) and with no baby's breath, mums or lilies. It literally looked like it was grabbed from the bucket of flowers at the local grocery store. We were humiliated to have that show up to mark a special occasion and a call to customer service was useless. Save your money and go for the well established vendors.     My wife and I recently ordered flowers for our mother for Mother's Day. We were late in ordering them (Saturday before) so we did not have high expectations of them being delivered that next day- Sunday- The online order noted that the flowers would be delivered on Monday with a caveat of possibly Tuesday. I can understand the flowers not being delivered on Sunday but thought for sure that Monday would be the latest as the site brags on their same day deliveries. Long story short, the flowers were not delivered until Wednesday late evening. When I contacted customer service to let them know of my displeasure, they offered a 50% discount that turned out not being 50% discount as they would not remove the service charge of $14.99. After all, my call was to complain about the service.

    I was told by the representative that company policy was to waive the $14.99 service charge or offer 50% off the pre-tax flower order but they would not do both. Also, the discount of $12.00 given by google would also not apply to the 50% discount. I will never order from this company again. I understand mistakes do happen and when they do, some consideration should be given to the consumer, however, it appears that this company is deceptive in what they consider a discount.

    I usually DO NOT write reviews, even IF I do have a less than perfect experience.... THIS EXPERIENCE have taken "UNSATISFACTORY TO A WHOLE NEW LEVEL", so, I had to say something... IF they happened at all... 2: Flowers were ALREADY wilting at the time of delivery...

    3: The arrangement delivered was NOT even remotely close to being what was ordered, and after a "reorder for what was purchased" set for Tuesday after Mother's Day- once again NEVER happened, NOW the closest delivery date is for yet ANOTHER 7 days PAST allegedly the "original reorder date" for 05.18.2021 (guess we'll see- I am NOT feeling 'all warm & fuzzy' about this actually taking place)... 4: delivery set for Tuesday AFTER Mother's Day- was going to be delayed even further because the recipient was NOT in the delivery area for the "chosen florist".... 5: Once again the arrangement sent was NOT what was ordered....

    Their version of "your satisfaction is our FIRST Priority" HAHAHAHA! THE ONLY fees they will "return" are the small fees I couldn't figure out what they were to begin with (probably built in on purpose), they have ZERO intention on fixing anything and could NOT CARE LESS about your satisfaction.     This company provides poor customer service and has a lack of proper communication, would not recommend. I placed an order for a bouquet to be delivered to a friend in the hospital. I paid extra for the flowers to be delivered the following day before noon. When I followed up, the recipient did not mention the flowers I ordered so I contacted customer service. They couldn’t locate my order because they input my email incorrectly, even though I repeated it multiple times and spelled it out. I wasn’t too upset about that because I understood that there was a language barrier since every time I called I was on the phone with a non-native speaker.

    After she fixed the error that the first representative made, she informs me that the bouquet was not delivered, so I requested a refund. When I did that, magically out of nowhere, she finds out that my order was delivered. I found that suspicious, so I decided to ruin the surprise of the flowers and contacted my friend to see if she received her bouquet and, as suspected, she did not. I did not appreciate being lied to so I called back and requested for a refund of both the bouquet and the expedited shipping. Fortunately, I did not have any issues with that.

    I will never order from this service again after ordering two Mother's Day arrangements. One was supposed to be sunflowers, the other pastel roses, nothing too extravagant. The arrangements which were delivered were identical dark colored roses, not what I ordered. When I ordered the site had a coupon for free shipping which I added. My total was $84 and some change when I hit the submit order button, however my total actual charge for the order was $164 because they did not deduct the shipping and added a $14.99 special handling fee to each arrangement and who knows what else. This is a huge rip off, go anywhere else. Order from a local florist and save yourself the trouble!

    I will never order from them again!!! I ordered a PREMIUM arrangement to be sent to my mom for Mother's Day. I made sure I ordered it way ahead of time for it to be delivered the Wednesday before. I paid the PREMIUM price!! The flowers that were supposed to be sent was a large bouquet full of plenty of roses, daisies, carnations, and other gorgeous flowers making a luscious Spring bouquet. It looked like it would be a large vase and a huge arrangement. What arrived the first time was a small vase with about 10 roses and some small pink flowers and baby's breath.

    I called customer service several times. They apologized for the mistake and tried to call the florist but couldn't reach them. Eventually they agreed to send a complimentary bouquet that would be the quality and size of the bouquet I ordered and give me my money back because they would not be able to deliver it before Mother's Day. I'm still waiting on the refund, but that is the only reason I'm giving one star. The second bouquet had less roses than the first and had the other flowers but it was just as small as the first one. The quality control of the florists is not good. If you can't arrange to have florists replicate what you advertise exactly as pictured, then that florist needs to be removed from your system.

    It was an embarrassment that the bouquet was as small as it was when the picture was as large and as luscious as it was. There is no excuse for this kind of highway robbery. If you're going to send a $30 arrangement, don't charge me $75. Ok, granted I got both for free, but it was because I complained!!!! Where is your own quality control?? Where is your effort to change the florist??? The second arrangement should have come from a different florist. Unfortunately, they also refuse to give you the name of the florist so you can't contact them directly. It was an awful experience.

    This review is based on the principle because it is false advertising! Buyer beware. I got my money back but will everyone even know how disparate the picture is from the reality of what gets delivered? The large vase and large PREMIUM arrangement on the right in the picture is what I wanted to be delivered. The two on the left with the small vases and the small arrangements are what arrived: one initially and one after complaining to customer service and being assured I would get exactly what I ordered from the website with apologies and assurances that they would make sure. Never again! Completely false advertising!

    Tried to order flower arrangements for my daughter and daughter in law for Mother's day. Had them delivered, after the fact, same day delivery was not a requested. First the arrangement I attempted to order for my daughter-in-law, for some reason, could not be delivered to her address (her address is a perfectly normal single home address in suburbs). So, it made me choose another arrangement. Then I got notification that the arrangement had been delivered. But when my daughter-in-law received them, they were not at all what I had ordered. NOT AT ALL. And they were crap. Just a crap thrown together arrangement of whatever roses they had. When I contacted them, they said, the florist may have had to make a substitute.     I ordered flowers several days before Mother's Day in the US 5/9/21. Customer service people (in Asia and India) were helpful ... slight delay in getting someone on Mother’s Day itself. Flowers never delivered. Did get an email at 3:43AM ET on 5/9 saying they were delivered - obviously makes no sense. Was told they would call, ring bell, or do something to ensure recipient is aware. Never happened. This was to be a surprise but no longer since I had to check if anything was ever delivered. The CSRs seem helpful ... just nothing delivered. Seems to be a recurrent problem per other complaints. Did ask for a refund - got an email saying to confirm credited account in 1-3 days ... if it does not come through, I can just block the credit card charge. Originally was offered a free upgrade and a $10 coupon without any acknowledgement of having paid for something never delivered.

    This is the worst and disgusting experience that I’ve ever had. I ordered the same day delivery one day ahead for Mother’s Day flower delivery, and wait until the late afternoon on the day to receive the status update saying that the flower was delivered. But the flowers are never delivered to mom’s address. NEVER! I tried every way on the website to contact the customer service, the chat is never responding and so is the email, and the call is on hold forever. I wondered it is a fake website and so disappointed!!! I will never use this website again and will let all my friends and friends’ friends not use this website!

    I ordered the Sunrise Bouquet for my mom for Mother’s Day. I paid extra for an upgrade to include more flowers. The bouquet was supposed to include yellow roses, this was the sunrise part. The flowers that were delivered to my mom were daisies and pink carnations. Two of the cheapest flowers out there! Not a single rose! This was false advertising at its best!!! Save your money and do not order from this company. You will definitely not be happy!!!

    I ordered flowers to be sent to my mother on Mother's Day. The picture on the site was beautiful with white lilies and yellow roses. This company sent "substitution" flowers to my mother that look absolutely nothing like what I ordered. They sent sunflowers and orange carnations. Then when I reached out to their customer service they had the NERVE to offer me a $15 gift card to their site as if I would EVER allow them the pleasure of ruining another special day! I don't recommend this company to anyone.

    I ordered 2 different flower arrangements to be delivered at the same address for Mother’s Day. I live in CA. My mother-in-law and a dear friend live in MO. I placed my order 3 day before delivery for 5/9. So far ONLY one flower arrangement was delivered on Saturday 5/9 and the second flower arrangement has not arrived yet...

    I requested a picture from my brother in-law of the flower arrangement that has been delivered to compare with what I purchased online ($65.00/arrangement plus $4.99 handling, plus $12.99 for delivery X2... not cheap). To my surprise, my mother-in-law received an embarrassing flower arrangement. Not even close to what I ordered on Fromyouflowers.com

    I wanted to upload the pictures but I can't. The local florist in MO Parkville location is not meeting the standards of Fromyouflowers.com. I will NEVER EVER place an order through them again. Fromyouflowers.com has a huge problem to solve as their local florist selection is not meeting standards and expectations. I will follow up with them shortly....
