After contacting customer service with detailed pics. The order was replaced. Yes these are better than first order but still with dead outside petals on multiple flowers. It’s just disappointing to have the same thing happen twice. I do have pictures of the latest delivery. I told my daughter to cut stems and get right into water. She will take more pictures tomorrow if needed.

Ordering online from the UK. The choice of arrangement/flowers/gifts was fantastic making for difficult decisions but the system was very clear once passed the opening order function. Experiencing doubt I had an online 'chat' confirming process which proved as easy as advised. I was happy with the flowers but not with the late delivery. I ordered the flowers about 4 weeks before they needed to be delivered and they arrived very late on her birthday. Not happy with this, I have ordered From You Flowers for 12/23/22. I hope she gets them earlier in the day, as I live on Australia. I have to rely you to deliver on time.

Flower arrangement was not what I expected it to look like. The flowers were small and looked old. And the floral arrangement was very small for the amount paid. Not happy with the flowers for a funeral service. Flower arrangement was not what I expected it to look like.

It was very pretty. I liked the planter. The only complaint is it was much smaller than the picture made it appear. Maybe they should include the dimensions. Delivery was on time. I ordered it the day before the funeral.

I ordered flowers 2 days ahead of when needed, the flowers never arrived. And this was for a dying friend's birthday, I was very disappointed. Not happy with this at all and having to scramble to make a dying person happy for a day! I would love a response on how this can be rectified.

I purchased a gift to my fiancee who lives in USA, while I am Brazilian. I paid and informed the right address. UPS tried to deliver twice and I reached them to check why they couldn't. I found out that the WHOLE address I gave was wrong. It was a birthday gift that was supposed to get in Lewisport on December 7th. I bought chocolates. I sent many emails asking for a solution, I needed to change on my own (after 50 dollars in international calls, to UPS) the wrong address FromYouFlowers gave to UPS and now my fianceé still didnt receive his present.
Dec 13 today. I contacted Fromyouflowers to check the possibility of them sending a new gift since this one probably is ruined, melted and damaged. Probably not good for consuming after 7 days in a box God knows where.... and All I receive as answer is "We are sorry." "We will calm him to apologize". I DON'T WANT APOLOGIES. I WANT HIM TO GET HIS PRESENT or a full refund. It ruined the surprise, he was frustrated, I am extremely angry. I spent a lot of money in this since my coin is Real and not Dollar. It's US$ 1 to R$5,30... plus 200 reals calling USP because of you, so I think you can understand my frustration.

Extremely disappointed with my order. I ordered a very beautiful (according to the picture) sympathy wreath. Totally cost was almost $250 and the actual wreath was delivered looked no more than $50. Unsatisfied & disappointed. We paid the price to get the one that fit its price, not only it looked poor but embarrassed knowing that somewhat disrespectful towards the recipient. I have pictures to show here but I don’t know if I can share. I did email to the customer service and they said they apologized and given me $40 back. I don’t feel happy with that. The one that they made was not worth that price, then they stopped communicating with me after that. To be honest I got great service from them before until this time. I would not recommended for anyone in Gilbert AZ. That was where my flowers sent.

I ordered a floral arrangement for my mother from a picture on the company website. The 74.41 dollar arrangement that arrived looked like it was made by a second grader. It had few flowers and lacked symmetry. After consulting with multiple people on the company chat line, they promised to resend a new one. I received an email from them stating that a new arrangement had delivered, but this was untrue. I'm not sure that this is a legitimate company. One of the people on the chatline wanted my mother to return the arrangement she had received, but they would not let me know which florist made it. I have pictures of the arrangement I ordered and the one that was received.

I sent my brother flowers and he sent me pictures. He said it was the most beautiful thing he ever got. So every time one of my friends gets sick or have surgery, I've been using fromyouflowers.com and they show me pictures and they say how beautiful they are. One time, the rep said that the flowers were expected for that day but it won’t make it till Monday and I said it was fine. If I order late on a weekend, they say one-day delivery. But they take the delivery charge off for one day. It's a wonderful experience. I've used them several times through the year now. Fromyouflowers.com send the most beautiful flowers and they keep me updated on delivery and when they deliver them, which was what I liked about the place.

I do not recommend. I haven’t had the best experience with From You Flowers but thought I’d try again since it had been awhile and other reviews seemed okay. I guess I should have known better. We paid $77.97 for a premium display for a 50th birthday. The picture on the website was gorgeous. What was actually delivered was a joke. I contacted From You Flowers and they said they could only offer a 25% refund ($15 - which was basically the service fee). I couldn’t believe it. Do not use this service - you will get cheated. I do not recommend.

Very disappointed in my recent flower order! The flowers my mom got look nothing like the photo! 9 or 10 flowers that don’t even go together compared to the long list of peach and orange colored roses with other matching flowers that she was supposed to get and a very plain, clear vase, instead of a nice flower mug?! I can understand substitutions, but this is definitely not even close to equal quality and they didn’t even arrive on time.

I am satisfied with the outcome of my complaint. The company apologized to me and processed a full refund for the substandard quality of the flowers delivered to me and gave me an extra gift card. Although nothing can truly make up for the arrangements not being delivered for my friend's service I appreciate the fact they did take responsibility for it and did their best to rectify the mistake.

My experience with them has been the worst ever. I ordered flowers for a friend's funeral, one arrangement was from her sister. The other was from her daughter's father. I ordered well in advance to make sure that these flowers were going to be delivered on time. I even had the delivery date stated for a day before the service to make sure that they were there on the morning of.
My first clue that these people just don't have it together should have been when I ordered a dozen roses to my own house after receiving a coupon for them for my previous order. Not only did I receive them the day after they were supposed to be delivered but they were the most horrible quality and looks nothing like the photo to begin with. Now mind you I knew that the flowers I ordered were not naturally colored the way they were in the photo however I did not expect that they were going to come spray painted. This is absolutely outrageously ridiculous especially for the price that they charge for these things.
I had another order coming the week after and I canceled it afraid that I was going to get some flowers of the same quality. During that time I asked the representative if the other two flower arrangements I added ordered for my friend's funeral today we're going to be from a local florist so I could ensure they would be delivered last night in order to be there this morning. He assured me that they were coming from a local florist and that they would be delivered on the delivery date requested.
This morning I was completely blown away when neither flower arrangement had been delivered. In 15 minutes before the service I called and had my money refunded because they hadn't even had the flowers ready for delivery nor do I even know if anybody acknowledged the order and were planning to deliver these at any point in time. The customer service rep very stupidly asked me if I wanted to change the address to have them delivered to her home? Are you kidding me? She's dead. Why would I have the flowers delivered to her house? I had them cancel both orders and refund me locally. A local florist felt bad for my ordeal and I had ordered my own statement from them so they were kind enough to rush my order and did a beautiful job where I should have ordered these two arrangements from the beginning.
I was so incredibly upset and this is not a company I would ever use for anything important and I would never recommend them to anybody for any reason of importance. They clearly don't make deadlines, they have the nerve to charge you for delivery fee when they can't even get the flowers there the day they're supposed to. In my opinion in order to make this whole thing right they should have to pay for the order that I had to give somebody else to make or at least the difference in cost that I had to endure for their lack of running a responsible business with a reliable product. All I could say is horrible, horrible, absolutely horrible.

This is not a second time I've used this company and have been thoroughly disappointed. I should have known better after the first time that I had to cancel and order because it never arrived. I ordered 7 hours before the deadline for the end of the day but did it with the expedited fee to get it there within a 4 hour time frame. None of the above were met. This package stated to arrive by noon tomorrow. Initially offered me a $10 gift card which would be absolutely pointless I do not plan to use this company ever again. They stated on their website that there's 100% satisfaction guaranteed and please explain to me how this would be 100% satisfaction guaranteed when none of the criteria that you offer was met.
If it's 100% satisfaction guaranteed I should be offered a full refund along with this being delivered on time by noon tomorrow. Clearly this company does not meet any of their statements on their website to include same day delivery, expedited service or 100% satisfaction guarantee. I would suggest using another company if you would like something delivered on time. They tell you that it's their affiliates but clearly they did not pick affiliates that can meet the demand.

After the initial review, I received a scripted voicemail saying they were sorry I was disappointed but sometimes substitutions are made and sent in a similar container to meet deadlines (NB: a vase is NOT similar to a woven basket). I also received a partial refund and a request to update my review. I guess something is better than nothing. However, based on my experience and other reviews, I now believe this company regularly engages in deceptive advertising and would caution anyone considering ordering from them.

Very disappointed! I ordered the deluxe version of the Fall Harvest Woven Basket. So, I was shocked when my recipient sent me a photo of flowers in a cheap standard vase. Not only that, but they weren't the flowers listed on their website. For example, no lilies and only a single rose. The bouquet was a hodge-podge of cheap substitutions. The color scheme was the only similarity between expectation and reality. Lesson learned. I'll never order from FromYouFlowers again, and I'll always check independent reviews before trying a new company.

If you say you are going to deliver flowers on a specific day, then get the job done. I love using fromyouflowers.com. This time, I ordered for a birthday. The quality was great. The balloons still look good. I sent them to my stepmom and she sent me a picture. And she was happy with them. The color was vibrant. I was happy with it. Also, I like that fromyouflowers.com gives me an option to get a vase or not. They give you the option to purchase whatever you want, or some of the flowers come with a vase, but I like that option. And I like that they have always been very receptive. I had one issue a few years ago, and they fixed it immediately. They were good. So, I would recommend them.

This is second time I have ordered flowers. Very pleased with both orders and so were the receivers. Personally saw in person the arrangement ordered and bouquet was beautiful. My order outshined another bouquet ordered by a relative for double the money and it stunk.

My order # was **. I wanted to order 2 dozen long-stem roses, but that was not among the options (why not?) so settled for something else, because what mattered most was to get the flowers delivered that same day. I picked the "You're in my heart" bouquet minus the silly teddy bear and chocolates. On the website it says: "From You Flowers offers florist-arranged flower arrangements for delivery today in the USA. Simply place your order before 11:00 AM in the recipient's time zone and From You Flowers guarantees the florist-arranged same-day flowers will arrive in time to celebrate today's special occasion. New same-day flower delivery bouquets available, including roses delivered today."
The flowers were not delivered until the following afternoon. San Francisco, California is neither a rural, nor a remote area. The company shifts the blame to local delivery companies and states that in some areas deliveries cannot be made after 5 PM. Fair enough, but I get packages delivered to my house by FedEx, UPS, and Amazon as late as 8 PM, so perhaps they should contract with a different local delivery company. Or they should clearly state that "Same Day Delivery" actually means next day delivery. The company also states that if a delivery cannot be made by 5 PM it will be made the next day before noon. My order was delivered at 2:40 PM the next day. It was a fortunate coincidence that the recipient had a change in schedule and was at home to receive the flowers.

I am absolutely disgusted. I ordered Deluxe arrangements sent to my mother and my sister for their birthdays but what was received versus what I ordered was not even close. I sent them photos and told them that I was very upset with what was received. I ordered a big and colorful arrangement that looked like roses and daisies and the spiral eucalyptus. It had oranges and yellows and reds in it. My mother's flowers, were all dark-colored mums that looked dead, with giant leaf eucalyptus stuffed in the top. They tried to match up the vase but they didn't get the flowers right at all. They agreed that it would be remade and that they would find a florist in the area to remake them and send them out. They were unable to find a florist to remake them so they offered me a refund and a complimentary bouquet delivered to my mom today which she did receive.
They got the order to my mom but they also tried to charge me for the bouquet and I said, "No, I'm not gonna do that. I'm not paying for flowers that I didn't want that you're sending as an apology for your immense mistake on the first order. My sister's flowers were delivered on Monday and the reason that I picked the arrangement that I did was because it has a sunflower which is her favorite. But the arrangement that she got was multi-length cut daisies and roses just tossed in a vase and it was absolutely horrible. Also, there was no sunflower at all. Plus the vase I ordered was a short, square glass one but what they sent looked like a plastic vase you get out of the Dollar Tree that was a weird peach color.
I ordered a short vase with an arrangement, a grouping of flowers cut to different lengths so that they look like they're put together well. That is not what was received on either order. I am currently waiting for them to locate a florist to remake my sister's flowers and deliver them but I haven't gotten any confirmation on that yet. Expectation versus reality on both orders, was something that belongs on a Reddit sub-thread. It's absolutely atrocious. It looks like I sent my six-year old out in the field with some scissors and told her to chop some wildflowers. The whole thing was an absolutely disappointing experience.

I ordered a standing spray for my niece funeral 3 days in advance and asked them to be delivered the day before the service which was the 10th of November, they did not deliver, I contacted them and let them know the funeral was at 11 am the following day. I needed those flowers to be there, and they were not delivered! The worse experience ever. Since I could not attend I wanted those flowers to represent my thoughts, all I got was a bunch of I’m sorry for this inconvenience but they can’t guarantee, well why take my money and promise a delivery date the day before!!!!

I work as a manager in the Spa and I have ordered a baby gift basket for one of our coworkers who was leaving on maternity leave, It was paid by the owner of the Spa. The basket was delayed and didn’t arrive on time. I called fromyouflowers customer service. They couldn’t help me but gave me 30 % refund as a courtesy. The gift basket never arrived. I called FEdEx to check but they told me it was returned to sender. Not sure why as no one attempted a delivery. It was supposed to be delivered to The Spa where we work and someone is there every day.
I called fromyouflowers customer service again a week later. They didn’t help me, told me I have to get the owner of the spa who is also a credit card holder on the phone and they will discuss that with her. Not sure what’s the problem and why they are making things so difficult. If the basket wasn’t delivered you either refund the full amount or you send another basket. Simple as that. The flowers arrived very dry. You could barely smell them. Some were even brown around the petals. Not a good look at all. I bought two separate bouquets and the plant had bugs in them and it had an odor.

I do not believe a box of chocolates was delivered with the flowers, thought that's what I ordered. Otherwise, flowers were fine. They weren't as colorful as I expected, but the person I sent them to seemed to appreciate the gesture nonetheless.

I was looking for a local florist in Engelwood NJ and the website directed me to fromyouflowers. I am ordering for a funeral with three days notice in October 2022. The day of the funeral I did not notice our flowers. I asked about it and was told the funeral home did not receive anything! A few days later I called to ask about the delivery and kept getting recordings. I finally received an emailed three days later with an apology. So unless I called them, they would have never emailed me, and took my money. I called again from a different phone and a person picks up. I asked for a refund. She instead offers to send flowers and Would have to ask special permission for a refund. They gave a refund. This was a funeral with multiple people grieving. This can’t be refunded. Terrible service.

I ordered a special floral arrangement for my sister's 30th anniversary. It was supposed to be a surprise. I placed the order at 2:00 AM on Monday Oct. 24. To be delivered on Tuesday the 26. I asked her if she got a delivery contacted the company when they didn’t arrive. I had to email them several times before I got a response. They said they would upgrade the bouquet and deliver it on Friday. The arrangement delivered was larger, but not as pretty. It had more carnations and fewer roses. I asked them to add chocolates as an upgrade and they did not. (Even though they were offered on the website as an option). Having flowers delivered three days late is not good business. I will never use this company again!

One time, the flowers died and new ones were sent. Also, I wanted to express my disappointment with the flowers. We paid for the larger arrangement and thank goodness we asked the recipient to take a photo because it looked just like the first option. Other than that, I've been a very satisfied customer for many years. They offer great variety and I would definitely recommend them still as this is a one-off thing. I ordered once from this company and the flowers were underwhelming but on time. I figured I would try them again for a friend who had surgery. I ordered on a Monday for same day. I was told they would be delivered that day. Later in the day I received a small refund and an apology saying they could not deliver but would the next day. I wasn’t happy. Well day two came alone and I get another sorry message saying they would now be delivered the next day. I was offered an upgrade and a small refund again, but I just wanted the flowers to get where they were supposed to go. By the time they told me on day two that they wouldn’t be delivered until day 3, it was too late in the day to order elsewhere. I will not be using this company again.

I have been a faithful customer of this company for many years - No more! I ordered a "Sunny Pumpkin" arrangement for a loved one who just had major surgery. The arrangement, as pictured, consisted of sunflowers, orange roses and hypericum. I even had the associate confirm with the florist, while I was on the phone placing the order, that the flowers would be delivered as pictured - Despite confirming, the florist lied. The arrangement delivered had 1 sunflower, cheap daisy mums and LOTS of filler greens - Not remotely like what was pictured. I called to complain and managed to have them deliver another arrangement as pictured. That arrangement arrived 4 days later and still wasn't right - The majority of the flowers were magenta carnations - Yuck! Don't waste your time - If you want your loved one to receive flowers as pictured online, this company is not for you! Customer service is no longer in their vocabulary.

Have you ever went to the Mojave desert? Most of us have not, but fromyouflowers gave me that opportunity when they sent me a “florists choice bouquet”, and it had what looks like tumbleweed and wheatgrass, with one pink carnations and one pink rose in it. This place charges you so much money for weeds. I feel like this bouquet should be named “the grapes of wrath” bouquet, and that’s doing it Justice. My mom is sweet so she’s pretending to be ok about it but I’m embarrassed that it was even sent to her looking like this. Then, the card looks like it’s been written by a 5 year old. Please don’t order from these scam artists! Do yourself a favor, go pick some grass and leaves next time before you pick this place.

As noted above, I received a dozen red roses on Friday afternoon. They were already in the wilting process, but there is always hope. By Saturday they were virtually dead. When we got in touch with them (with picture evidence) they expressed sorrow and offered us a 25% refund. What a joke. When this has happened in the past (rarely) I have always received an apology as well as a replacement order. This place is the worst.

Paid a rush fee on Thursday afternoon to have them delivered on Friday. Florist said they could do it. Got an automated email on Saturday informing me that they didn't deliver and it would be Monday before they sent the flowers. That's 3 days after her birthday. Waste of money. First, I've used this online business at least three times without any issues. Each flower arrangement was fresh and beautiful. There's three price choices. I always use the middle or "deluxe" choice. This time I'd ordered "purple morning melody" for my niece. When I called her the flowers had not been delivered, even though my Gmail receipt showed a delivery. I called customer service and received a quick response from a representative. I explained what had happened. He contacted the flower shop while I was on hold. Someone from the shop said that the arrangement was delivered. I told the rep that I always had a photo sent to me by family when I ordered flowers. I received an apology and also a partial refund of $29.00 (rounded).
From You Flowers sent a replacement bouquet the next day to my niece. I saw the photo of the flowers and was disappointed. They were older. I sent a photo of the flowers and a photo of my order via Gmail to the business. Then I called customer service again. I spoke with a supervisor, Kenny. She apologized, and the next day my niece received a second bouquet! That arrangement was absolutely perfect. The next day I also received a small bouquet! I'm absolutely satisfied with customer service and two of three bouquets. I recommend "from you flowers" and will purchase from them again.

I placed an order online Saturday, October 8th for same-day delivery. Upon following up with no updates I spoke to a representative who told me the delivery would be attempted the next day Sunday, October 9th. I called twice on Sunday to make sure the delivery would happen BEFORE 4 pm. One representative called the florist (no answer) and reassured me that it would get there after they notate the records. Upon calling a third time I was told the florist was closed. This was NEVER communicated to me or on the website. My arrangement was supposed to be a surprise for a friend's big day and they dropped the ball twice. The lack of communication resulted in the recipient not receiving the surprise on the only day they were in town. I requested a refund and they offered a 30%. Please do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else!!!!

I ordered a bouquet, balloon and card for a sick relative, to be delivered that day. No email after order, no receipt, no confirmation, no order number....Nothing. After several attempts, I got through and received an order number. The flowers were not delivered that day, nor did they contact me. I finally got them at 6:00 pm and was told that all attempt was made, but it was unsuccessful. My relative is home in bed with a caretaker----I suspected that no attempt was made and I was right. The next day I waited 12 minutes on the phone to reach someone--very bad connection, very difficult accent. I was told that the flowers would be derived after noon and that same day charges would be deducted. I don't expect them to contact me but I will continue to contact them (six times so far) to find out how this all ends. Was reading about quality of merchandise delivered, but I haven't gotten there yet.

Ordered an arrangement the deluxe version, for an extended family member's funeral. The flower quantity was 3x less. When I sent a picture to them, they refunded $16 of $75. I sent another photo of what I thought I was ordering from their website, they sent another refund of $11. Although they have a 100% customer satisfaction. Still not 100% satisfied, these flowers were important to me as I was unable to attend the funeral and a small way to let family members know I was thinking of them. It was way too small. They claimed the 3rd party florist does their best to replicate/duplicate the original. I asked would that include using the same amount of flowers because that is where they fell way short. I do NOT recommend "From You Flowers".

We ordered a $59.99 bouquet of flowers and received what looked like a $10 grocery store bouquet. It looked nothing like the picture and it didn’t come with the greeting card note we requested either. The picture looked lush and full and the actual flowers were anemic. When I called to complain they did not seem to care and they offered me a 20% off my next order. I also explained that the third party company that they used clearly are terrible and they should think about not doing business with them and they basically dismissed it. But looking at their reviews it makes sense because their reviews are even lower. I am so disappointed with the results of our order and how the company dealt with our complaint. I would never order from them again and warn everyone to never use this company. It’s a complete scam.

They had them delivered from Albertsons and, not only did it not have the roses (which were specifically supposed to be in the premium option) but it was smaller than the regular bouquet. It also included 3 orange plastic pumpkins. Maybe that was supposed to make up for the expensive roses it was missing. I received a 20% refund which is still a good 15% less than the value difference between what I ordered and what she received (I priced the exact bouquet at Albertsons - I paid $87 ($56 before shipping) and the bouquet she received was $20. I was ripped off. I am glad that there are happy people. Unfortunately I am not one of them and they did not make it right. I just wanted the difference in value between what I paid for and what I received. Their automatic default is 20% refund and there is no one you can talk to about it. That is the part that bothers me.

This company is such a scam. I ordered two arrangements of flowers to be delivered the next day, and they never got them on the scheduled time. The flower arrangement that I ordered were totally different than what was advertised in the pictures online. The chocolates that order with them were completely melted and mushed up. I placed an order for a "Deluxe" arrangement of flowers to be delivered to our daughter after delivering a baby. I paid the extra fee to ensure delivery that same day. It wasn't - It arrived the next day and was not anywhere close to the arrangement pictured online. I was given a small "credit" which needed to be used for a future purchase with an EXPIRATION date of today (less than a week after the original order). Purchased flowers and spent $75. I received the tracking information, it was out for delivery at 10 AM in the recipient’s town and they did not receive it until 8 PM. Once we open the flowers they were dead, smashed, and no water. Who knows how long it had been that these flowers did not see water. So embarrassing. When I reached out to them to express my dissatisfaction they told me they would send another bouquet. I said no thank you, they had already received dead flowers and we did not want more. This company delayed delivering my order for 3 days straight. They sent me emails stating that they couldn't deliver on the day I requested. The next day they sent me another email stating they would get delivered AFTER the birthday that I wanted them for. A third email came that they would deliver them on the 3rd day. I called my bank, but they said to contact the company first before filing a complaint. So I sent an email telling them to cancel the order. They still wouldn't give me a refund, and sent me a Gift Certificate number to use on my next order. I just tried to use the gift certificate number, and the order wouldn't take. My whole experience seems like a scam, and they have completely ruined my opportunity to support a friend in her time of need. I ordered flowers for same-day delivery from their "Same Day" selection. A while later I received notice they would not be able to deliver same-day, and they would refund my same-day fee and the flowers would be delivered the next morning. Here it is the next evening, and still no delivery. Customer service keeps telling me "they will get there today" but can't give me any details, and don't seem to care this was supposed to be delivered yesterday, and then changed to this morning. I only chose this company because of the same-day, and only choose not to cancel because by the time I received the notification I couldn't get the same day. It was too late to try any other service, and I believed they would be delivered early the next day.
Do not choose this company - it will be a lot of time and money wasted, and your special delivery will be ruined. I was offered a 50% refund (but not of the fees), but honestly, at this point, the whole point of sending flowers has passed and I have spent countless time on the phone and in customer service chat - and the flowers still aren't delivered even after a promise from 3 different agents of delivery by 6pm today.

This is the worst place to order flowers from. I ordered some and they had 3 different sizes and the cheapest one wasn't available so I had to order the most expensive. When they were delivered she posted a picture on Fb and thanked me for them. I couldn't believe what I seen. The flower arrangement was smaller than the cheapest one that was unavailable. I called and they blamed the florist. I called the florist to find out they lied to them and that's what they said was ordered. I have ordered from this company 5 times now. Each time I’ve been disappointed. Bouquets have been small, substitutions not equitable to what was ordered, flowers not delivered when they claim they were. My most recent order was unacceptable though. I ordered the Deluxe Colton Candy bouquet for a dear aunt’s birthday. My mom, her sister, had just passed away and this was her first birthday since. Pink roses were her favorite. I ordered deluxe because the site said the smaller size was not available. What was delivered appeared to be white and purple carnations and 2 red roses from a local grocery store. Instead of 25-30 stems, about 12 in s cheap vase without even a ribbon. It didn’t appear there was any attempt at all to deliver what I wanted or even substitute anything close to equitable. I was embarrassed and extremely dissatisfied.
I contacted customer service and they offered a 30% refund. I replied and said that’s unacceptable for the complete disregard for a customer’s wishes. Flowers are a statement and people order certain types, colors, and arrangements based on sentiment. Complete disregard for that is totally unacceptable. They refunded the purchase price and apologized but the apology seemed blanket like they’re used to it. I will not use this company again.

After a terrible experience with this company and the floral arrangement that was delivered versus the one I ordered this company has reached out to me offering 1/4 in monetary reimbursement. Product delivered by local florist did not remotely resemble ordered product via FromYouFlowers.com Internet company. I did not have knowledge which local florist would deliver product. Local florist was not given sufficient info on desired dish garden plant that was requested. No description or picture to use by local florist. Plant ordered was a plant dish garden in a ceramic dish. Plant received was contained in an undesirable wicker basket with handle. Plant variety selected by florist was very different and not desirable. Unable to add pictures here. Did not see product until delivered. Local florists are given choices for substitution but this was not a good substitution. Very disappointed. Be careful when ordering from this on-line company. Better to visit local florist on-line or in person.

I ordered flowers for a friend's birthday to be delivered today. I gave specific information about what time she was leaving work and they never showed up. I even paid an expediting fee. They had 8 hours and not even a phone call. They said it was coming from a local flower shop but were unable to provide that information for me to call them directly to get an ETA. I understand the privacy policies but how about ask them to contact the customer. I am asking for a full refund. I will never order anything from them again.

I ordered a beautiful arrangement. I ordered the deluxe, as it said that was what was pictured. The delivery was not in the time frame specified. I paid the extra fee so it would be. The flowers are not the same. The delivery was left on the front porch in 95 degree humid weather and no phone call was made, even though I provided a phone number. I will not order from them again.

We recently order flowers for my daughter, after discussing it with another family member we decide on a beautiful bouquet called clear blue skies, it was ordered on a Thursday, and was to be delivered on Friday, received a confirmation e-mail that it had been delivered that Friday morning, but at the time no one was home, per delivery it was left on the front porch, and not taken back to the shop, when my daughter got home, no flowers, so I called company the same day, and the next day, only to be told, that the team was working on it, and had sent the florist an e-mail, as they could not get ahold of them, called the next day, and was told the same thing, that they could not get ahold of the florist, called twice this morning, and waited online for over 20 minutes, and got disconnected, called back again and got disconnected again, very disappointed in this company, and its service.

This will be the first and last time that I do business with this company. We ordered three flower arrangements. One was correct because it was a plant. The other two were supposed to be arrangements with succulents and roses and a pretty extra type of flower. What we received were carnations with a couple of roses and a basic type of flower. Purchasing three flower arrangements is a worthy investment and to receive carnations for me is completely unacceptable. These were for a funeral and should have been what was expected by the picture. I believe this company does this on a regular basis based on the reviews that I have seen. I always check with the recipients and have them send a picture so that I can compare and make sure that the quality and care that I took and choosing the arrangement is acceptable.
We immediately contacted the company and sent them pictures of what we ordered versus what we received. They responded in a timely manner and gave us a 25% refund. While some people may think this is acceptable I do not. I also will not go back and forth with a company and whatever they decide to do to make it right reflects the character of that company. I should have gone with Urban stems but was having trouble with some technical difficulties at that time. They always give you what you want and exactly what you see on the picture. Not worth the time and effort I put in to give them my business. Sorely disappointed.

Ordered a thank you bouquet of flowers for a friend of us, order never delivered, tried to chat online. No one was there to attend to my chat, chat was sent offline, never received a reply, called the website contact number two times on different times to check on the order, very unexperienced agents. Frustrating, kept asking questions to verify the order, more than 6 questions asked on every details of the order, one call with an agent finally I passed the verification process then promised the order will be delivered asap on the same day. Never happened, the 2nd agent couldn't verify the account then he hang the line, never faced such a terrible service in my life.

I ordered flowers with a balloon and box of chocolates for my daughter's birthday. She lives in Austin and I live in the Dallas area. What I ordered and what she received look nothing alike. I paid for the upgraded flowers and the ones she got were already wilting and had brown edges and was not full or the same flowers as in the pics. There was no happy birthday sign in the flowers like shown in the pic and the "box" of chocolates was a tiny bag of Hershey's miniatures. I contacted the company and they tried blaming it on the hot weather. My daughter works from home and was there to receive the flowers. Their only solution was to deliver her a teddy bear. I said, "No, she's 25 and doesn't need a teddy bear. I would like you to re-do the flowers" and they said they would contact me but I haven't hear from them. I will never use this company again.

I placed an order around two weeks early for 2 dozen mixed color roses and one birthday vase and one clear vase. They contact me like the evening before they are to be delivered and say no one had roses. Ridiculous. They are substituting with other flowers that will be just as pretty. That's a laugh. They sent one bouquet in an ugly vase. It had 3 roses and some lilies and what looks like daises and some other ugly flowers. You have to face it to a wall because back side is greenery. No birthday vase and no clear vase. They sent a little discount and a certificate towards more of their horrible service. Also included photo of what I had ordered buy they said they couldn't do at the last minute.

I order a beautiful bouquet of sunny tulips yellow and purple online from their website, my mom received it on time, 4 days later my mom told me the flowers never opened, I sent an email and pictures, their response was positive. They apologize and told me they were sending a new bouquet, I told them that I would like to change the flowers which they refused, however what really got me is that instead of fixing the issue immediately they took one month to tell me that the flowers I requested were out of stock and if I wish to change, after one month later of my mother birthday she received her new flowers, horrible experience.

Flowers were not as described at all. I don’t think it was the company because I think they give flower shops the orders to fill but the flower shop in Spokane Washington did a lousy job. Then they had them deliver flowers again and they were just as bad. The 100% guarantee is not a moneyback guarantee. They did end up giving me a 30% discount and a $20 gift certificate which I probably will never use. I just think they should be more careful who they use to fill orders. Extremely dissatisfied! The bouquet I bought is called bright blue skies bouquet check out the picture on the Internet and then check out the picture of what I got.

For my boyfriend's mother's birthday we picked out a rose birthday arrangement. The picture showed this beautiful display of brightly colored roses wrapping around a stunning script happy birthday sign in a clear vase. What I got was absolutely hideous. Thank god I ordered them to be delivered to myself because when I opened my door and saw the mess in a pot this man was holding, I almost cried. There was no pattern, it was scattered roses, some wilted, with a massive ugly green sponge wrapped in a even uglier green stripped seaweed looking thing inside the clear vase. Looked NOTHING like the picture. I got them delivered a day before we needed to give them to his mom. Out of desperation I literally took the whole display apart, pulled up the picture from the site and did my best to make it look beautiful.
They look pretty now..after I, who isn't a florist, had to redo the display. The happy birthday signs paint is chipped in some spots, it looks like it belongs on a child's birthday cake, not in a 50 year old woman's flowers. The card was actually pretty, her handwriting inside was beautiful but they wrote my full name and address on the back of her card!!!! The delivery man was rude and skeptical of me being the person it was being delivered to and seemed hesitate to give me them. Honestly I should've sent them back with him.
I called them about the disappointment and they offered to send more on Monday. Today is Sunday and today is the day we're giving his mom the flowers I redid. So that's useless. I also don't trust that it'll look good either. But let's see. They come tomorrow. They also only offered a 25% refund. I paid almost $70 dollars for flowers I had to rearrange MYSELF, and I'm only getting $14 back? Horrible. Terrible site, terrible company, bad florists with no talent who use little effort. Thankfully I got her a bottle of wine also because she's going to need a few glasses before getting these flowers.

Delivery was not made, 2 days in a row. I paid for expedited service. When the flowers did not arrive, I called and they gave me the expedited service fee back and assured me they would be delivered that day. After 4 phone calls and no delivery, they said the florist was not answering so they would be delivered the next day. A supervisor sent an email stating they were going to use a preferred provider and they would be delivered. When they did not show up again, customer service informed that the same florist had been assigned, not a preferred one and they would not answer the phone. They do not want to refund my money, they want to assign another florist and have them delivered on Monday, for a birthday and delivery that was scheduled for Friday. The company is not truthful and does not care about whether or not they deliver as promised. Would not recommend.

This site scams you into believing the flowers will be delivered the same day. You can also choose an option to have the flowers delivered in a four-hour window, which I did. After checking the status of my order after five hours and six hours, the order had barely been started. I started a chat with them and was told that the delivery could not be actually guaranteed. I demanded my money back, which they said that they are refunding, although I also started a fraud investigation with my credit card, but I missed the chance to have flowers delivered to my friend when she needed them. Do not buy from the site. They are a total scam.

I ordered 3 days in advance. Not sure what to get, I ordered their florist choice arrangement which boasted fresh seasonal flowers that will not disappoint, with sunflowers on the picture. Arrangement was a disappointment and instead of using seasonal flowers (with sunflowers in the photo), it seems that this is a code SKU for florist leftovers and rejects. I was sending for a birthday but they gave white death flowers. What an insult to the recipient. Likewise, they almost didn't make it in time for delivery and just left the vased flowers at the recipient's doorstep. Browning flowers, inappropriate for the occasion, late delivery, and a $15 hidden delivery fee that only appears at the checkout out. Do not waste your money here and buy instead from other online florists.

Terrible experience! I ordered a standing flower spray for my grandmother's funeral. I live in a different state and could not attend the funeral. I purchased a HUGE beautiful standing spray and it never arrived! I could not be more saddened and disappointed! They said they will provide a refund, what does that help, it's not like I can make this situation better. It was one chance and a chance I will never have again! Beyond disappointed! I order a new baby girl bouquet in time for same day delivery. It was supposed to be in a keepsake glass baby block. I then got an email saying they couldn't do it in time. Ok, next day is ok. I then got an email saying that they will have to substitute the flowers, with no say by me of what they would send. They might as well have been funeral flowers. No pink girly flowers. I ordered some flowers for my mom's 91st birthday on June 23. I ordered the day before her birthday (June 22) and paid the extra fee to have them delivered on her birthday (she lives near Wichita, so delivery should not have been a problem). The flowers were not delivered on her birthday. I notified the company and was told that they would refund the fee I paid for prompt delivery. The flowers were not delivered on the following day (June 24) or on June 25th. The email from the company almost indicated that they were relieved when I emailed them on June 25th and cancelled the order. They indicated that I would receive a full refund, which I assume will happen. If they only understood that I really wanted flowers delivered to my mom instead of having to find another florist in the area to reorder.

I ordered flowers for my husband for our anniversary. First, I thought I was calling a florist. It is not. It is 1-800-flowers which I've been disappointed with before. When I called to reschedule the delivery because my husband unexpectedly was not going to be in the office, I couldn't. UPS had already shipped. UPS!! For flowers!? We had to go to his office that night. They were delivered to a business at 6:20 pm!! Which means, if we didn't go in, they would have sat all night with no water.
Next, the roses could not have been any smaller!! And the balloon was a joke - maybe 3 inches!! I also paid extra to make my own vase with a picture. The paper that they print it on actually goes into the water to be seen thru the glass vase!! The paper says it's waterproof. Even if it is, I couldn't reuse it. I thought the picture would be in a protected sleeve in the vase. This was so absolutely disappointing and embarrassing to give to my husband. A close family friend lost a nephew to suicide, and was absolutely despondent. Nobody from the family was in the same state at the time, so I made the dire mistake of ordering through fromyouflowers.com. I ordered the flowers at 10am on a Thursday, and purchased the expedited option (delivery within 4 hours), because we needed those flowers to get there ASAP. The flowers were not being delivered, so I basically spent the entire day with Customer Service giving me information like: "The flowers will be delivered as soon as possible." (Yeah, duh.)
By the end of the day, the flowers had not been delivered due to an "internal error" that they had not communicated to me throughout the entire day of my calling and writing. They promised that the flowers would be delivered the next day, by 12 noon. That did not happen either, so I was on the phone non-stop with them all day long Friday as well. Finally the flowers were delivered Friday at around 7pm. By then the gesture was, of course, kind of moot. New levels of disgusting customer service.

Placed a order way ahead of time for a 'early' saturday morning delivery (extra fees required), did not receive a confirmation email but did not think anything of it at first. Saturday, day of delivery I contacted the live chat to check up on the delivery since it was already past 12 and still no delivery received. Live chat told me they could not fulfill the delivery in the morning and that it would be delivered before 6pm, as a 'compensation I received a 10 usd gift card' woho. At 4 pm I contacted the live chat again asking for an update, live chat redirected me to the supervisor, supervisor told me; 'Sorry the florist is not able to fulfill this order today, they will deliver the flowers on the 31st' (3 freaking days later?!). Just don't order at this company which is just a scam.

I reached out to FromYouFlowers to send flowers to my mother-in-law following her hand surgery. Note: I had tried 1-800-flowers who (strangely) refused my order because it was due to arrive 2 days prior to Mother's Day and they claimed they could not fulfill my order in Washington State. Frustrated, I looked into other vendors and landed on FromYouFlowers.
I ordered a premium bouquet at a cost (with delivery) of $95. The picture showed a beautiful bouquet with 20-24 stems including at least 8 roses (as shown in online photo). What arrived was SADLY small. My mother-in-law sent me a photo of the arrangement when it arrived and I was aghast. A total of 8 stems. 3 small and wilted roses.
When I called customer service they offered to resend (which I refused as it was unlikely to be any nicer...and I did not want my mother-in-law to know of our dissatisfaction). I asked for a partial refund. The company initially offered a 20% refund which I refused stating that only 1/3 of the arrangement was received. I requested a minimum of 40% (I deserved at least a 60% refund of the flowers given what was delivered).
Being put on hold several times, the agent agreed to secure a 40% refund. However, after a hold of over 10 minutes - and a full call time of 35 minutes - the call disconnected. I received only a 20% refund of the cost of the flowers. In other words, I paid $75 for a seriously SUBSTANDARD product. I may file a dispute with my credit card company as well. But I will NEVER order or recommend this company. Hideous experience.

May 22nd, is the 42nd wedding anniversary for my sister. She lost her husband to cancer 6 years ago. Even though her husband is no longer here, I still remember their special day. I selected a beautiful bouquet called Blissfully Yours, to be sent to her. I requested that the bouquet be delivered today, Saturday, May 21, because she would probably be in church on her anniversary, May 22nd. My sister was delivered a bouquet on Thursday, May 19th. Not only was the delivery on the wrong day, the bouquet was NOTHING like what I had ordered.
Blissfully Yours, is what I ordered, but this is what I received. It is supposed to be filled with red roses and red carnations, not yellow daisies!!!I called and reported this problem. I was offered a $20 refund and 10% off on my next order. I declined the offer and requested that my order be filled as requested. I was assured that my order would be filled as requested. Well here it is 8:30pm, and my sister still has not received her anniversary flowers!!! I AM SOOO DISSAPPOINTED!!!

I order a premium arrangement for my daughter’s first Mother’s Day. She thanked me and sent a picture of the item she received. I was shocked. It bore no resemblance to the pictured item on the company’s website. It looked like a grocery store arrangement. In all, I paid $100 for the flowers. Grocery store price, maybe ten dollars, or perhaps a Dr. Seuss character. Such a disappointment for such a meaningful occasion. The company’s response to my complaint was to credit me 20%. Note, their site offers 20% off orders. My daughter was cheated as was I. This company seems not a reputable business but rather a dispatch service for shoddy products.

I recently purchased an arrangement for my brother-in-law's funeral He loved blue, so I bought BEAUTIFUL IN BLUE BOUQUET, premium arrangement. I was SOOO disappointed when the flowers arrived, they were all yellow and the absolute SMALLEST arrangement I have seen, with more greenery than flowers. I was embarrassed to have them with all the rest of the flowers. I emailed the company, but to date NO ONE has responded. I did get an email saying my account was credited with $16.69. Was this the consolation prize? No acknowledgment, no apology, nothing. Suffice it to say I will NEVER do business with this company again. I know they call on local florists to do the arrangements. This florist was ASGFLOWERS, Best Flower Group Inc. Poor work from both businesses. I would definitely NOT recommend either company.

I called and waited many hours on hold to be told they were sorry and would deliver tomorrow. Around noon the next day I received a call from them. I hoped it was to tell me the flowers had been delivered but no, they said there had been another problem and now they would be delivered on Wednesday. Wednesday came and again no flowers. I placed an order for a floral arrangement to be delivered for an out of state funeral. I received an email from “fromyouflowers.com” saying that the flowers had been delivered. The day of the funeral, I was notified by the funeral director that the flowers were never delivered. I called Fromyouflowers.com, and was told that they were unable to contact their florist. This company is totally unprofessional and unreliable! Since the funeral was in another state and I was unable to attend, at least I took comfort in the fact that there would be a floral arrangement representing me. I am heartbroken. I ordered the large arrangement for my daughter's college graduation. It was delivered as the smallest arrangement I ever saw. Had about 12 carnations, one Gerbera daisy, one rose. That was LESS than even the small display online. The large showed about a dozen small roses and at least 6 Gerbera daisies. What they sent was as small as a water bottle. I ordered a boutonniere on a Wednesday for Friday delivery. The company confirmed my order, and the online tracker confirmed that delivery was being arranged. On Friday, around 6pm, I received an email confirming that my order had been delivered. But it hadn't been. I called the company and they told me that actually, it hadn't been delivered because it was out of stock! What kind of company sends a confirmation of delivery and then waits for the customer to call to tell them that it was never even available in the first place (and, of course, they had charged me?). The only redemption here is that the company refunded my money after I asked for them to do so. There are so many other options for ordering flowers. Don't use this one.

My daughter bought two dozen roses for me from FROMYOUFLOWERS.COM and they arrived in terrible condition -- dried out, brown petals with no water reservoirs. Placing water reservoirs on each long-stemmed rose is standard practice for florists. She complained to the company which said it would replace the order. The new flowers showed up two days later in the same condition -- brown petals, dried up blossoms, and no water. PLUS her original order was for two dozen roses and the replacement contained only one dozen. My daughter has learned her lesson to use a local florist and not to go online. You can hold a local florist accountable for shabby work.

I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's day. Two weeks in advance mind you, to be delivered the day before. On the date they were supposed to be delivered no show. I called customer service, and was greeted by a very bored unprofessional rep who insisted that they'd be delivered on May 11th, because that was the earliest day for redelivery. May 11th came and went still no delivery. I called again this time asking for a full refund. Once again a different, but nonetheless bored sounding rep answered my call. That is until I asked for a refund. Then she was all business and letting me know that she could have the flowers delivered today.
If they couldn't be delivered 2 weeks from the time they were ordered and then 4 days later couldn't be delivered, then how was she supposed to magically make them be delivered today? I told this was ridiculous and asked again for the refund. After paying $55 for this arrangement, I just wanted it over with. After placing me on a very long hold she finally came back and informed me my refund would take between 1 to 3 business days to receive. They're quick to take your money, but very slow to return it. I wouldn't recommend this company for any type of flowers.

With Mother's Day weekend coming up, the email ad for placing a special flowers order to be guaranteed for delivery for Mother's Day struck a chord for our family. We were excited after we placed the order, then an unexpected email came to our inbox offering an "additional $10 discount" on a 2nd consecutive order for Mother's Day. We finished the payment for the 2nd order, but the charge was the same amount as the 1st order. The agent on the chat line ended up helping us cancel the 2nd order that ended up being a fraudulent offer after all.
Sadly, an email came 5 days later saying "no vendor in the delivery zipcode" for our original order which was not delivered, leaving us back at square one, as if we wasted over an hour of our time for double/triple disappointment. We'd like to give kudos to the phone agent DENZEL who took prompt care of closing out our order with a full refund. However, for this From You Flowers company, we're very likely to never put our hopes of celebrating with their gift/flower services again. We're disappointed, and finished here.

My synopsis: MISMANAGEMENT: May 2, I ordered a Mother's Day (May 8) arrangement for delivery THU/FRI May 5 or 6. I was notified it had been delivered THU May 5. When I called the recipient, she had not in fact received it. I called their 800 number. The person apologized, and said that although the Florist had it, they did not have sufficient drivers to make the delivery. He assured me it would however be delivered by Sunday May 8. It wasn't.
When I called on Monday May 9 to find out what was going on, this person said IT WAS DELIVERED back on THU May 5 - A NEW STORY NOW... and that he would arrange a "re-delivery".. insinuating that I was trying to SCAM a second delivery (REALLY???). Guess what - NOTHING was delivered. When I called again on WED May 11. MORE evasive answers. I don't even want my money back (when they offered - I hung up). I just want EVERYONE to know who they might be ordering from. If you WANT DISAPPOINTMENT - THESE ARE YOUR PEOPLE.

If I could rate a ZERO I would. I ordered flowers for mother's day for my mother and my step-mom. My mother's arrangement arrived sadder than store bought flowers from the grocery store being left in the heat despite paying for a premium arrangement at $65. I also sent flowers to my step-mom with delivery between May 4th and May 6th ahead of Mother's Day weekend. I was notified on May 5th that there was an issue with the delivery and that I'd be guaranteed delivery on Monday, May 9th. Fine, I accepted. Monday came and went and no delivery and no update.
I reached out and was guaranteed a delivery on Tuesday, May 10th. Delivery window came and went and no update. Reached out again and was told that I needed to cancel my order and reorder through the grower's collection. The audacity to give me a $20 credit towards a future purchase without having delivered my actual purchase is not customer service. They successfully lost a customer who works in hospitality and uses these services constantly. Thanks for successfully ruining the mother's days of two mothers. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE if you hope to actually have what you paid for delivered to a recipient.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom either Friday or Saturday for Mother's day flowers. First I got a response the order is good! Then I get an email saying that the flowers will now be delivered Tuesday, May 10th, then I get a phone call that the selected flowers are out of stock. That I now need to select a new order. THEN! I get another phone call saying that the flowers will be delivered on May 14th. So I call to cancel the order. The email confirmation never arrived. So now I'm on the phone with customer service. The 1st person sounded like she was in the shower, so I hung up. Now the 2nd guy is as slow as a tortoise. I've been waiting on the phone for a "confirmation" of cancelation for 10 mins now. They have so many cancelations. Use a more reputable flower delivery service....BUT not this one.

If you like throwing money into fire buy flowers from this company. I ordered mothers day flowers from this company for my grandma and mom. My grandma's delivered only to be wilted and hardly alive. As for my mom's we got a notification that they were delivered - NOTHING arrived. My mom had cameras and not one human came by the house with a bouquet that day. I called and emailed. They ignored me. Finally they emailed me back saying there is nothing they could do bc the florist was closed and they needed to contact them during operating hours.
Next afternoon I hear nothing, so I email them and ask for the name of the florist since no flowers were delivered on DAY 2. They are very quick on responding and tell me that's against company policy to disclose the florist and then ask me if there is "anything else I can help with" YES. ACTUALLY GETTING FLOWERS TO MY MOTHER. I finally get ahold of a customer service rep that I can hardly hear and she assures me that the flowers will be delivered next day. They were not. One day later STILL waiting. This company is a joke and scam. Never again. I ordered from this company because a lot of local florists don't have websites. But NEVER again. Buy and support Local without the middle man.

Mother's Day order arrived dried out and basically dead. Flower heads (roses) were falling off, greenery packed with flowers had lost most of its leaves which were lying in the box. The "baby's breath" in the bouquet was so dry it was like powder. The flowers were obviously not fresh and were days old. Complaints to the so-called Customer Service department got: "we'll give you a 25% rebate and a $20 coupon"...and an apology from the shipper (UPS). Big deal. This was a Mother's Day gift, we wanted fresh flowers and quality. We got neither, other than a cheap glass vase filled with flower stems and wilted leaves and petals. It was very disappointing to the recipient of the gift on a special day. A full refund and replacement would have been appropriate, but that clearly won't happen. They just don't care.
Don't bother with this company. If you want fresh flowers and real arrangements that the recipient doesn't have to assemble and arrange, I recommend you use FTD or order direct from a florist in the city you where you want delivery. FTD florists will always guarantee their product and will immediately replace the product if it is unsatisfactory. This is my first and last experience with FromYouFlowers.

Received flowers at 9:45 in the evening. Someone rang door and ran. No florist name at all on flowers. Spoke to my daughter who sent them and told her they were dead and looked like someone with no floral experience put 5 sprigs of rose bush and cutting from shrubbery into a very small ball jar. There was 1 inch of water and we filled it but by the following day the flowers were dead. I tried to get the name of the florist who delivered them. But was told due to privacy laws they couldn’t give it to me. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Very bad customer service.

I placed my order early a.m. for same-day delivery. The order was not delivered the same day and no one contacted me or the recipient to notify us of a change in delivery. The order was not delivered on the second day and I still was not contacted or updated. I had to reach out and ask why the order had not been delivered. They told me they would investigate and get back to me. They never got back to me and delivered the order over the weekend without notification and as there was no one there to receive the order they left it on the doorstep. The flower arrangement was smaller than shown even though I had paid for the premium version. It was my worst experience with a flower delivery service. I will never use them again and I will be warning everyone to avoid them at all costs.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with an online florist. Two weeks before Mother’s Day I ordered an arrangement for a friend. They did not arrive on the day that I chose and had to be delivered to a different address the following day. Even then, they arrive hours later than what was I told (I paid for expedited delivery).
I decided to give them another chance. I ordered flowers for my mother, wife and cousin. The order for my cousin arrived on time but was a cheap, sickly looking version of what I’d paid over $100 for. As of today, the day after Mother’s Day, the arrangements for my wife and mother still have not been delivered. After repeated complaining, I was simply told that they’d cancel my mother's delivery and issue me a refund. Do business with this company at your own risk.

I ordered some flowers from From You Flowers for my wife for Mother's Day, but never did receive the flowers. I was afraid they might not come in time, so I made sure to place the order 5 days before Mother's Day. I tracked my ordered and it said it would be deliver on Mother's Day before 6pm. It never came. I waited until after 6pm to chat with customer support and all they told me was that they don't have any updates on it right now and will get back to me when they do. I was shocked as to why they don't have any idea on the status of a customer's order.
I told them that if it won't be deliver today then I want a refund since it was for Mother's Day. I also told them that I was very disappointed since it's already Mother's Day and I don't have enough time to order flowers for my wife now. I'm very upset since this is the very first year I wasn't able to get my wife flowers for Mother's Day. I wish I would've seen all the 1 star Yelp reviews before I ordered from them. Please DO NOT do business with this company. Horrible service, the flowers look nothing like what they advertise. I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful bouquet for my mom for mother's day. It was supposed to be delivered on 5/7/22. I got an email at 7pm on 5/7/22 saying that my order had been delivered. This was NOT true. I called the company and they said they would have to confirm with the delivery carrier/flower shop before assisting me. What?! I did not hear back from them until 5/8/22 when a flower shop called saying they had attempted a delivery last night (5/7/22) but they had trouble locating my apartment number. I have no apartment number, I live in a duplex and the address I gave them was correct.
Also, if they attempted to deliver and had trouble with the delivery, why did I receive no call? Then when I finally received the flowers, they looked NOTHING like the bouquet I ordered. Horrible! The bouquet was mostly full of greenery filler, a lot of the flowers were damaged/dying and it was just a giant messy disappointment. I emailed them to request a refund and I am now waiting for a response. Just please save yourself the trouble and buy somewhere else!

I have never been so disappointed in an order from an online florist as I have been with my recent order from your company. The Lillies were wilted and turning brown on the edges and the Purple Monte Casio & Blue Delphinium also in bad condition. The arrangement Pictured in your catalog was full and thick. Arrangement delivered to my home was poorly arranged and not as full as pictured. I paid a total of $85.41 for this arrangement. I could’ve done better by going to the local grocery store and spending only $35. I bought from your company based on the picture from your website and do not believe what was delivered to my home was even close to that image.

I watched the delivery truck drop them off and I brought them in right away. My son send me flowers all the time, and I never received flowers in this poor condition! I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet for my daughter's first Mother's Day. Arrangement she received left me feeling embarrassed. Nothing like what a pictured on site. I had even upgraded to make sure she got a larger, fuller arrangement. Customer service decided giving me a 25% refund seemed fair. I ordered 12 long stem yellow roses from this place for Mother's Day, I received the notices they were being delivered, my mother took a picture of them and said thank you but, what she got was pink and white flowers, I did not order those nor did I want them. I received no email in regards to the replacement flowers and the arrangement was horrible, it looked as though the flowers were old. I called customer service and they offered a 20% refund of the flower cost which would of been $14, I spent $75, after going back and forth with a woman whom could barely understand me she said she could offer 50% of my flower cost. I asked to speak to a manager and have been on hold for over 15 minutes.

I was ashamed to even accept the fact that I sent these flowers. They look dead and cheap. They looked nothing like their picture not even close to it. I am appalled. My lovely kids in their early 20s who work very hard for their money, sent me Mother’s Day flowers. I opened them and literally gasped. They were just a pile of petals and dead buds. I mean really shocking. I contacted customer service. Automated. Addressed the reply to my daughter the sender instead of me the recipient who had sent the email. Ridiculously offered 25% off for a pile of garbage. Never even asked for the photos of the garbage they sent. They could care less about even learning how to do better. THIS IS A COMPANY THAT OFFERS A 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE on their website. I then called customer service. The first person sounded like she was working at home with a loud party going on in the background. Couldn’t even hear her. The next was completely incapable of even speaking clearly. The last one promised my daughter will get a full refund. I will believe it when I see it.
This company is a fraud. The stems were rotten, the flowers were basically petals and rotted. It's actually shocking. They ruined what was supposed to be a lovely loving gesture and I will not put up with this on behalf of all of us hard working people in the world…not to mention whatever happened to decency and pride in one’s work. I have order from this company on 4 occasions. Deliveries have Usually been for my daughter who is 700 miles from me. My last 2 experience they have failed to deliver to the correct location or at all. Deliveries have been so late they just, never made it. 2nd one I confirmed delivery address twice and gave a working contact number to the location. I will not be using their service or recommending their service ever again. Call the local florist yourself and do not use this company. Also, took several calls and added time to even receive a refund.

Although the bouquet was beautiful I paid for the largest one and 3 balloons. All my mom rec’d was 3. It was very difficult to find a company that had vases, and multiple balloon options. I ordered the premium bouquet (largest and most expensive) of How Sweet it is for my Mother. The total cost with $9.00 discount was $71.00. The description had listed:
• Orange Spray Roses
• Hot Pink Carnations
• Matsumoto Asters
• Clear Glass Vase
The bouquet my mother received had one large carnation, 4 small, and a few stalks of the smallest roses in coral not orange. Lots of greenery. This means I paid a lot of money for a very skimpy disappointing bouquet not at all similar to the picture or description. The flower shop said it's because they only get partial payment and have to subtract delivery costs. So you pay for delivery twice? All around rip off. You are better off calling a local florist in the city your recipient lives in. What a scam fromyouflowers.com has going.

I ordered two dozen long stem roses in a glass vase to be delivered to my girlfriend on her birthday at her job. This was suppose to be a special moment where she would receive a beautiful arrangement of flowers. Instead, the roses came in a UPS box, wilted, and she had to arrange them herself! This was so embarrassing. It completely took the magic out of the moment. I paid a lot of money and she still had to do the work herself? Makes no sense. I called to complain to customer service and they tried to offer me a 30% refund, basically the taxes, fees and shipping. This company is a scam. Stay far away!

Delivery times are a critical part of the process, whether it be for a birthday, anniversary, or a recent passing of a loved one. If the outsourcing company does not have the flowers to deliver, find another one that does have flowers to deliver and find competent people that understand a very simple procedure. Five year olds can understand this simple concept. Your company brand name has lost any future business from me. As a consultant to businesses I would recommend change of management or get out of the industry. Should deliver as promised and a full refund as well. Placed order on Thursday for funeral delivery. Needed flowers no later than Saturday by 11am delivered to Funeral Home. 3 orders never showed up!! Day of service 4/23/22 at the church no flowers. Funeral Director said they never got delivered. They keep a log book. I'm on the phone at the funeral service calling fromyouflowers highly pissed off. They lie, they hang up on you, then they lie more. Each time I called a Hindu came on the phone, so I knew something wasn't right. They refused to give me the local florist info, that they claim delivered the orders. There is no local florist!!!! THIS IS A SCAM!! STAY AWAY!! Thankfully I ordered through Klarna, they are investigating. But, this one day can't be done over. This made the day worst.

The arrangement I ordered was not delivered on time despite paying for expedited and Saturday. What was delivered a day late with an incorrect message - was a handful of flowers and a balloon fit for a 5yo. I have gotten nicer flowers from the grocery store for $9.99. I paid over $85. This was to be to my mom from my dad who passed away last June on the first anniversary in 56 years that she was without him. The company had the audacity to mark this as delivered and only fully refunded me for what continuously termed “my inconvenience” after I called them on it. I will never use this company again and you shouldn’t either. At best it was disingenuous to state what I purchased had been delivered - One might say it amounts to fraud.

I had serious surgery last week and my sister in Europe wanted to send me a nice fruit basket to cheer me up. It was supposed to be a surprise. The basket was delivered and I sent my sister a picture of what I received. 4 very dark green bananas that may never be edible, 1 apple, 3 pears, 1 grape fruit, 1 orange and 1 kiwi. Price $63.99. Aside from the content the presentation was pitiful as well. I called and I was told they could not give my sister a refund because I accepted the basket. Yes I did, it was a surprise, I did not know what she sent me. After seeing the picture online it is obvious I did not receive what she paid for. While the online basket may show a larger basket it is the quality of the food delivered that is the problem. I wish I could attached the pictures. They speak for themselves.

We ordered some flowers for my mothers in law’s birthday. The flowers she received was not what we ordered and we paid $50+, the vase was a skinny crappy vase (Dollar Tree has better ones). Some of the flowers were closed not a full bouquet. The arrangement looked messy. My 3 year old nephew would of done a better job. It looked like if someone just threw the flowers in it and tied it with a cheap bow. I contacted them, they only gave a 30% refund and a e gift card that like someone else said in another review we will not order from them again (I have photos of both the one I ordered and the one she received). They left me VM asking to call them back and when I did it said my order is scheduled for delivery. After whole day waiting I contacted their support and they said they need business name for delivery (like you have phone # and email and you still need something you can’t call or flag something is needs my attention???). I ordered a specific bouquet for a friend's birthday and the one that was delivered was not it. It was a gathering of random flowers (many which were dying & had petals missing) and none that were shown in the photo that I ordered. There was not one flower in the received bouquet that was in the one online that was ordered. The bouquet that was received did not replicate the one ordered whatsoever. I bouquet looked like someone grabbed a bunch of flowers from a neighbor's yard, threw them in water & delivered them. My daughter is in her first year of college and I wanted to send her an arrangement to let her know she is missed and I am proud of her. I ordered the roses and lilies arrangement. Beautiful picture they have on their website. She received a vase and about 9 uncut flowers that I paid over $60 for. I was embarrassed by what she received. Contacted them and they immediately offered me a 20% refund which I refused. I expressed that they need to send her what I ordered. They agreed and sent her the same darned thing!!!! Ridiculous waste of money. I could have driven the 2 hours, bought the same flowers from Publix for $4 and a dollar store vase and still paid less and made it nicer than what they delivered. They refunded a small fraction of what I paid. They initially offered to deliver the correct arrangement but then changed their mind and went with a small refund. Ordered at 8:00 a.m. Save day delivery by 5:00 p.m. When the flowers were still not delivered by 5:20p.m. I called and asked if they could be delivered the next day since my girlfriend and everybody else working there had already left. They told me no problem. Instead they dropped them off that same day after hours and flowers looked horrible the next day. LIARS!!!! Never ordering from here again!

I ordered flowers for my anniversary. I did this early morning and paid the same day delivery fee. Flowers never showed up. I finally got them the next day mid-afternoon. They refused to reimburse me for the flowers. They could have phoned me saying that the delivery was not coming. After multiple calls to this company, finally they said they would credit my account and the florist would contact me. So not only did they ruin my anniversary they want the flowers back too. Horrible customer service, not worth the aggravation.

I will never order from this company again! Yesterday was my DIL’s birthday. I ordered for NEXT DAY DELIVERY early AM two days ago to have a birthday succulent set arrive ON HER BIRTHDAY. I paid $9.99 extra for NEXT DAY DELIVERY to have this happen as a surprise ON her birthday. She gave birth to our granddaughter last week and has had some health issues. So it was very important to us that this order be delivered as promised. their website says GUARANTEED **SAME DAY** DELIVERY!
At 715pm the evening I placed the order, they called to say there was an unexpected delay and it would be delivered a day late. Very disappointing, but they “graciously” offered me a $10.00 refund PLUS 20%. I accepted, but remembered after I hung up that I PAID $9.99 for expedited delivery, so this $10.00 only covered replacing my costs for services not rendered. I got an e-mail telling me they refunded me $10.17. Wow! So the delivery still has not happened and is now supposed to be delivered TOMORROW now due to mechanical difficulties. Tracking I see that the order was shipped from California and went to Louisville, Ky, 5+ hours from the Va destination. So checked back tonight, and now it is in Raleigh, NC which was 8+ hours from Louisville, and now has a 4+ hour transit time to reach the destination, supposedly tomorrow.
I had to tell my son last night that we did not forget our DIL’s birthday, but the order would be delayed until today. NOW it did not arrive today, and they can only tell me at the company that it will arrive “sometime” before 7pm tomorrow night! I have now had to order another arrangement from another florist (which is $20 cheaper than Flowers From You). They offered me some confusing 30% discount now, but from the e-mail, it looks like the price now matches what I paid from the other company. And from several other reviews, who knows if what I ordered will even be what arrives, if it ever does? And some additional $12.19 in “credit” to apply towards my next order, which is NOT going to happen!
I told them in no uncertain terms on the phone how misleading their promises are and how they have ruined my DIL’s birthday and stressed me out unnecessarily. So she will receive (possibly) 2 gifts now at additional cost and delays, but then again maybe NOT 2 since I no longer can rely on Flowers from You. If the tracking shows this order has not arrived by NOON tomorrow, I intend to contact PayPal and demand a full refund. If the order arrives then by 7pm tomorrow night, TOUGH! I don’t feel I should have to even pay at this point since they haven’t honored their guarantee posted on their website. I will NEVER order from them again and I told them so. Buyer beware! Use 1-800-Flowers or another company would be my recommendation!

Wife ordered a flower arrangement for friend's birthday from the picture of one of their selections called "Lavender Luxury". Cost over $100. The product that was delivered had little resemblance to the picture of the vase and the arrangement depicted on their website. There was no lavender either in the flowers or the vase. Frequent communication with pictures sent to the company met with stonewalling. All that was wanted was for the proper selection to be sent. Not even a money back request. Wife said she would not use this company again.

Ordered Birthday flowers DELUXE for someone in HobeSound FL days before birthday with expedited delivery before 12 noon. Contacted when not Delivered and said could not deliver as expedited. After many calls flowers delivered were not anything like what was ordered and even dying. Do not order from this company. Had to choose a star but it should be NO stars... completely unacceptable!!! Was a rush job to satisfy delivery with something not even close to order, many many fewer flowers and flowers that were already dying. The Florist was not identified to us but in Hobe Sound FL. They should not be allowed to be in business. Tried to copy photos but can't enter here.

Ordered floral spray for wake and funeral services 2 days in advance. Flowers were for a devastating sudden unexpected death. Flowers did not arrival as promised on first day. Called. Was promised they would be there next day. Again did not arrive. Called and was told they could not deliver the floral arrangement to the funeral home but could instead deliver to the family after services. Who would want a funeral spray delivered to their home? Also not the purpose of this delivery. It was intended to honor the deceased. My last gift of love for her. After much unsatisfying conversation I got a full refund but again not the point of this purchase. I also accepted a free floral bouquet to be delivered to the family not caring if it was thrown away. I am completely devastated by this experience. It has added more emotion to an already a trying time.

I ordered an pink and pretty bouquet for my daughter to cheer her up...it was not delivered when it was supposed to be delivered and it came the next day late in the day after I complained where is it. She finally received it, but it was not what I ordered, very disappointed. I will not use them again.

What I ordered and what was received were not as depicted in the picture. I specifically ordered yellow and white flower arrangement. Instead received yellow with red which defeated the purpose of matching the yellow happy face mug. In addition, the flowers were old and falling apart. It was a very shabby arrangement. Very disappointed. When I called customer service, I was offered a $10 gift card for future purchases, as if I would ever make another purchase with this company. 1 star just because it’s required!!!

I ordered an adorable Baby Basket for a Friend. When she posted the picture of it on FB, I was so embarrassed. I understand substituting certain items but this did not even come close. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! And if you do, ask the recipient for a picture of your order. You may be just as embarrassed as I am!!!

Very bad experience!! Do not order here. You will waste your money!!! They say it's same day guaranteed delivery but flowers never arrive on the date selected!!! They overcharge and send something completely different from the picture shown even when you have placed a premium order and overpaid!!

I was so excited to send my brother’s fiancé flowers and, to be honest, I wanted to impress her. The flowers looked nothing like the picture. Instead of a beautiful tight flower arrangement, they sent an arrangement full of greenery and some flowers thrown here and there. I even ordered the middle price option. It was embarrassing. I got a 20% refund when I wanted a new arrangement. Very disappointed.

I'm stationed overseas and originally ordered flowers for my aunt's passing. The flowers never arrived, the service ended at 8PM which funeral deliveries are meant to be top priority.. Obviously not. If you call and tell them you'll get a 50% refund for the half cheeked phone apology. In order to get a full refund you have to cancel the order even though it was their screw up for the so called "Guaranteed Same day delivery." An absolute joke of a business.

I have used this company three times in six weeks for get well, birthday, and Easter arrangements. Each time I was guaranteed a rebate/discount but the code were always rejected. On each order my choice was bumped up one or two categories, increasing the price by almost double and then a delivery fee was added. That was "insult to injury." My experience with customer service agents who did not speak English as their original language was miserable! I choose to use the chat function but it was obvious what I wrote was ignored. I gave them every chance to demonstrate good delivery service and good customer response. They hooked me with promised discounts which were not as promised! This company failed on all accounts. Avoid being abused. Other companies may be more considerate and cooperative.

I live overseas and wanted to send my mom flowers for her birthday. I paid the weekend delivery fee since her birthday was on Saturday. Flowers never arrived that day. I contacted customer service and they couldn't tell me what happened or why just that they were on the way. They gave me a 30% discount to be refunded to me. What they didn't tell me was that the "discount" was only for the flowers and not the custom vase I had made or the shipping costs. So it wasn't 30% off the whole order, just the flowers.
The next day, the flowers STILL hadn't arrived. I messaged again and they said they sent out another order and it would be there the following day. They told me I would get a 50% discount on the products since there was still trouble. What they didn't say was that it was only on the flowers, actually what was left of the price of the flowers after the 30% discount from the day before. They said they would not refund me the cost of shipping which was much more than the total discount I got. My mom's birthday came and went, and she STILL waits for these flowers. I would never use or trust this company again!

I ordered and paid $62 for their "cotton candy" assortment. It had pink roses, greens, white mums.. For my daughter's 30th birthday. She received a thrown-together collection of carnations and white daisies. They called it a slight substitution. They refunded $9.00 of my $62 purchase. No contact from the florist. No chance to cancel it. It was ordered more than 10 days ago. They had the opportunity to make it right. They are not very caring about the quality or customer.
