This is a joke. Customer service reps are in India and are always "Very sorry for the inconvenience" every time I had to call. Ordered flowers to be delivered before noon and paid the expedited fee. Flowers didn't arrive and when I called later that day, they were going to contact florist and let me know status of delivery. They said they would get the flowers there that day, but as I mentioned earlier, I paid expedited fee to get flowers there by noon because the recipient would not be there later that day. So, he said we could reschedule for the next day before noon. That never happened either. In fact, when I called customer service, the representative said he would call the florist. Then I got cut off. Called back and the rep said they would call florist.
When he came back on the line he said he couldn't get ahold of florist because they have already contacted the florist and they can only contact them once per day! Then he was very sorry for my inconvenience. I was offered to be credited my expedited fee and 20% off. So, now we are going to deliver them the NEXT day to their residence because they would be home all day. Of course, the flowers never arrived. I called and canceled the order. He tried to get me to just take an additional $10 off. I said, "No, thank you, please cancel and refund my money." Then, at 6:30 am the next morning, I got a call from this company offering to send me a bouquet of flowers for free for my inconvenience. And guess what? It is 7:34 pm and they are still not here! This is a complete joke and I do not recommend ordering flowers from this company.

The flower arrangement I had sent to my sister were wilted and looked nothing like the picture of the arrangement I chose. I purposely wanted sunflowers in the arrangement to cheer her up but there were maybe two (should have been more) and they were pathetic. She called and was told they would send another arrangement but it took 4 days before she received it and it still wasn't quite like the picture promised. I sent an email to fromyouflowers.com and have never heard back from them. Very disappointed!

I am very disappointed in my recent purchase from Fromyouflowers.com. I ordered the Gerbera Daisy Collection Deluxe size for $54.99. Requested expedited delivery for an additional $4.99. I paid a total of $71.09 altogether. What I ordered was not what was delivered. I had to contact them to get my $4.99 expedited delivery fee back which they gave me but when the recipient sent me a picture of the arrangement my jaw dropped. You will see on the attached pictures that I definitely didn't get what I paid for. The arrangement that was delivered has maybe, MAYBE, 5 blooms in it. But all I see is greenery so basically I paid $71.09 for grass. I am so very disappointed that the flower shop fromyouflowers.com contracted with didn't have enough respect to tell them they didn't have the flowers to complete the bouquet.

I use "fromyouflowers.com" business for years and was always happy with their business. A few days ago, I again ordered flowers from them for my best friend. Unfortunately, UPS did not deliver them. I contacted “From you Flowers” and they responded to me right away with the offer to resend flowers to my best friend. Despite my best friend receiving her flowers with a little delay she was still happy and I am happy with “From you Flowers” business for the excellent communication and resourcefulness. I would recommend this business to everyone. Blessings.

After a terrible experience with this company and the floral arrangement that was delivered versus the one I ordered (Madly In Love bouquet with red vase) The arrangement delivered looked like a $10 arrangement, I called them and they offered me 20% refund. I explained the money back wasn’t going to rectify my embarrassment of the flowers that were delivered to someone very special and dear to me. The agent just said they will redelivery after 2 days which was useless, it doesn't make sense to delivery a gift after 2 days of event. I Opened a case in PayPal and they said they have already refunded 20% money, and keep repeating same message again and again. Please be aware that what is shown on the website they will deliver opposite of that. Don't waste your money, I had to order another flowers via Instacart from Wegmans and ended up paying double the money of my budget, at least Instacart delivered exactly what I ordered.

I ordered flowers as a Birthday gift for a friend. Flowers were delivered as specified however, front and center in the bouquet was a full blown rose that looked like it would start dropping petals the moment after it was delivered. I reported situation to customer service. Their solution was to give ME a partial refund. I explained this really was not about me. They delivered a nearly dead flower as a Birthday gift to my friend. They KNEW it was a gift! Buyers beware! Please don't make the same mistake I did! Do not trust this service to deliver gifts to your dear family and friends! They clearly don't get it or they simply don't care! Either way, if it really matters to you, don't use this service!
When I tried to explain a second time how they negatively impacted a GIFT, they said they would give ME a full refund... they STILL didn't get the significance of what they did. But I'll use their refund to order a nice new, FRESH bouquet for my friend...it will be a belated Birthday gift but hopefully I can find a florist who cares enough to respect both the recipient AND the sender.

I ordered sympathy flowers from this company. The lady that I sent them to sent me a thank you text and included a pic of the flowers. I ordered an arrangement that included a dozen roses. The vase was clear and lined with a purple ribbon. What was sent was an arrangement with 6 roses in a clear vase with no ribbon. It looked as though it had just been thrown together with no thought or care. I have sent sympathy flowers many times but had never got to see what I sent. Had the receiver not taken pics to include in the thank you text I would have never known which was why I felt it was very important that I leave a review.
The rep at the company asked if instead of roses it had carnations or some other flower because they have the right to substitute which I told her no. She then tells me they can issue a refund for the missing roses or send another arrangement. As much as I did not trust this company to send out a replacement I accepted that offer otherwise my refund was going to be a fraction of what I paid and I would have had to spend another $70.00 to get a nice arrangement to my dear friend. I will never use this company again.

They were able to give me a full refund after I left this review. They also said they would work on making everything better. But from reading other reviews it seems things have not improved for this company. I am appreciative of the refund but I should have gotten a full refund when I called. They offer 100% satisfaction but I think that only applies when their image is on the line. I am updating my review to 1 star to 2 because they were able to reach back to me quickly.

I ordered flowers for a birthday and ordered them 4 days in advance. I chose one with lilies and roses because those are her favorite flowers. Her birthday was on a Sunday and the flowers said they were delivered but she knew nothing of it and checked her Ring camera and nobody had came. So I reached out to them and they apologized and they were sent the next day. They have a substitution policy with flowers so that they can be sent in a timely manner. Since mine were a day late, past the event, I assumed at least the lilies would be there. In addition, her birthday was on a Sunday and they charge an extra fee and I got no type of refund. Then she says she receives the flowers the next day and I see the photo. NONE of the flowers are the same.
On the website it says it will include white lilies, yellow roses, Blue Delphinium, and purple monte casino. They promise that the substitute will be of equal or greater value. If I am allowed to use photos I will include the photos of the flowers. Instead she got none of those flowers and received carnations, daises, and purple almost baby’s breath. My mother was a florist and was able to provide that information for me. She also said that carnations are not even close or equal to the value of roses and especially lilies. Overall, I would urge you not to buy from this website. They do not care about quality or respect delivery times, even if you pay an additional fee.

This company is the worst. They have a guarantee on their website that the flowers will be delivered the next day. I needed them delivered for a funeral. They didn't show up. Then when started a chat with the customer service person she hung up. Then when I called and was speaking to another customer service person they hung up me, also! I was simply asking for a full refund. Then I got ahold of another customer service person and asked for a full refund. He said he could offer me a 30% discount and that the flowers would be delivered two days later. I said no. Then he offered 50% discount. I said no. He then finally said he would refund me. I don't recommend this company for obvious reasons.

I sent my mother in law flowers when her dog passed away. I spent over $75 on the flowers and vase and ordered the premium bouquet with a vase and a ribbon. The amount of flowers she received was 1/4 of the amount I ordered. The vase was way smaller and didn’t have a ribbon on it as pictured. These flowers were an embarrassment to my grieving mother in law. After contacting customer service they offered me a 30% refund. I wouldn’t pay $10 for the flowers they sent. Unacceptable!!!

I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday. I used same day, paid for expediting (4 hr) guarantee. Order made in 8 o'clock am hour. At 2pm had not arrived. Part of birthday guests were waiting for delivery and would go on to celebration afterward. Flowers not there. FIRST LIE...At 3:45 pm I received email stating flowers delivered. Flowers not there. SECOND LIE... I was refunded expecting charge. At 6:45 pm I called back again because..Flowers still not there. Another representative states will give 20% off price and would arrive by 7pm. They were not there. THIRD LIE.... I called back at 8:10pm and was told unfortunately florist is closed and I would have to wait upwards of 24 hours for a resolution because they would have to know if florist delivered flowers and still would have to wait 2 to 3 business days for refund..(meaning this being Thursday I would obviously be waiting till following Monday for refund).
The days plans delayed and changed in order to accommodate lies. ...After verbally reading the last representative.. Flowers arrived at 9:05pm. Partially dehydrated and missing flowers from picture representation. Very very sad about my choice in this company. I will never use for same day or any other business again. And will still expect compensation for the misrepresented flowers delivered extremely late, and for the inconvenience of having to change plans for the day. All lies are documented in email and pictures taken of flowers delivered.

I ordered a very vibrant multi colored flowers with red, orange and yellow flowers with no sunflowers because the person doesn't like sunflowers and no white flowers. I received an arrangement with sunflowers, yellow roses and large white flowers. The one I ordered was in a lovely plastic pot but the one I received came in a wicker basket. I hate wicker baskets with live flower arrangements. The flower arrangement received wasn't even arranged like the one advertised as what I received. I understand there will likely be substitutions but I thought they would be at least in the same color arrangement and a similar type pot.

The flower arrangement delivered was not the exact same as we’ve seen in their website. It’s for an 18th bday bouquet and that’s the only flower that suppose to be a highlight in our dinner. So disappointing. We called them and they offered me a 30% refund at first, but we declined. Next, they offered me 50% refund and said it will credit to my card the same day - but none. They emailed me and no response after. The way they handled me is not good. Is such like “suck it up” that’s it.
I almost cried for the disappointment. Then we decided to buy in the store quick so we can have an amazing bouquet for the dinner but we’re late in the dinner. I told them it’s not about the refund, it’s all about our expectation and trust of their service. By the way, we ordered “cotton candy” flower arrangement and paid premium. I asked for a blank note card - but none. We are so disappointed. Not good to recommend. We feel like we were scammed.

Ordered small rose bouquet for relative's birthday. She thanked me with a pic of flowers received....while they were pretty, they looked nothing like the pic on the website. She received CARNATIONS!! This is completely false advertising. They responded to my complaint with a generic apology referring to "substitutions of flowers when flowers ordered are unavailable." Roses are ALWAYS available in some color/variation. They are also 5X the cost of carnations. This is a cost cutting business model. Unfortunately, I think a huge % of customers are not aware what is actually delivered.

I placed an order today for flowers for a family member's funeral. The viewing is tomorrow and the funeral is on Monday. I received an email stating "Please accept our sincerest apologies as we have been unsuccessful in locating a florist able to complete delivery in time for the funeral services". I requested delivery for tomorrow, so I thought best to change the delivery date for Monday to at least be in time for that. The worker said that wasn't possible, but they COULD deliver them to a FAMILY MEMBER of the deceased. Doesn't that miss the point?
Why would they be able to deliver to someone's house, but not to a funeral home? It should be easier to deliver to a funeral home in the middle of town than cruising suburban and rural areas looking for someone's house? Needless to say, I immediately requested a refund. The worker herself was polite and seemed to genuinely want to help, however the reliability and organization of the business left much to be desired.

The company was very fast to resolve the matter. Where I was upset that their systems were not correct when giving the option for same day delivery with the flower selections, they refunded my money and gave me a free bouquet. I am thankful for them trying to resolve the matter.

I did research on a flower company that could deliver flowers same day to a dear friend that was in the hospital. I found FromYouFlowers.com that gave me the expectation that it would be delivered without any issues. That same evening I received an email that the flowers were not able to be delivered same day and that it would be delivered the next day. They issued a $3 refund and in the email, I was told they would expedite my deliver the next day.
The next morning, I called customer service to get an update and I was told that it would be delivered by 5pm, which was not acceptable. They were unable to assist in any other way. I was told was that they didn't have a flower shop that could deliver the flowers that I ordered. I am not sure why they would have that option available, especially when you are entering a zip code before ordering. They need to fix their customer service and their computer programming to know what people can actually order for same day delivery in the specified area. I would not recommend them by any means. They are not prepared for this type of service.

I ordered a premium arrangement for my daughter’s 30th birthday. She sent me a picture of what she received. It looked nothing like what I chose. I called and complained and they offered me a 20% refund. I said no. Then offered a 30% refund. No. I wanted what I chose from all the pictures on the website. Why have pictures if they are going to send whatever they want. They will resend. We will see if she gets what I ordered.

I’m writing a review to this place because I’m super disappointed with their delivery. I live in Chicago and my mom lives in Houston TX, I randomly like to send her flowers, I did my research on places and From You Flowers seem to be good and close to her job. Well, the 2 times I have ordered from them they have failed to deliver on time.. I paid the extra $4.99 for the “before noon” delivery fee and guess what? Both times they have been delivered when my mother isn’t at work anymore.. PAST WORKING HOURS. The 2 times I wanted to surprised my mother the 2 times they failed to do so. I don’t understand…and honestly if I DIDN'T call customer service they would get away with charging people that fee and not delivering on time and that’s **. Worst company ever. I’m super upset of how late they always are. Thanks to the customer service, they are the life savers, they refunded me some of my money for the inconvenience.. those are the real ones!

Paid for expedited before noon shipping, did not arrive until 6:30pm. No one even knocked on the door, they just sat it outside the door...the wrong door. The arrangement is NOTHING like what I ordered. It didn't have the same flowers, nor did it come in the cheerful yellow cup it was supposed to. It came in a clear glass block. Flowers looked like they were already dying. They attempted to offer me 15% refund, then 30% refund, then 50% refund. I fought hard and did get a refund and the pictures will indicate why. I was so disappointed with the entire experience. The arrangement delivered looked like a $10 arrangement I picked up at a gas station. Avoid this company as you will not be satisfied!

I have ordered fromyouflowers several times and did not have an issue trying them again. I placed an order on the 5th of June to be delivered on the 16th for Father's Day to my Son. Well I called my Son today and he had not received his package. I sent him the tracking number and it said delivery 19th of June before 7 PM. I called fromyouflower and the young lady kept apologizing, that the package was not delivered on the 16th. I am sure it was a busy time, that is why I ordered on the 5th. She offered me a certificate, but that is not what I wanted. I wanted my Son to get his package on Fathers' Day. June 19th is not Fathers' Day. I explained to her, I have another order to be delivered for a funeral tomorrow. I hope it will get there tomorrow. I will not order from them again. If I was not out of the country, I would have delivered it myself!

Ordered a Sympathy item to deliver to a Funeral Home. Order went thru and received email that the flower was delivered. I was surprised when the family told me the flower never arrived. Followed up with Customer service and they insisted the flowers was delivered. Only after 2 round of questions and request for proof of delivery before they finally admitted that there was an error and flower was not delivered and finally issued a refund. I don't know if this is an honest mistake or not...

I ordered the premium vibrant bouquet, which is supposed to be the biggest and best bouquet of this type. I paid extra for it to arrive prior to noon. The flowers did not arrive until 2pm and are not as big and beautiful as pictured. It looks like I got the cheapest picture but paid for the most expensive one. The flower colors, also, do not match the picture but I was anticipating that and do not care about that. Just throwing that out there.

I googled a florist in Missoula, MT and fromyouflowers.com came up offering same day delivery. There was no same day delivery nor delivery at all. These flowers were ordered on a Friday to arrive at hospital after my sister’s surgery. I received an email the following day saying they could not fulfill order. If this company cannot fulfill orders then they should not advertise..period.

Ordered a beautiful succulent Dish Garden $80 with delivery. Received an email saying they had to substitute, but it would be something very similar. Ordered plant so it would last indefinitely, but flowers were delivered. Nothing close to what I ordered. Disappointed, hopefully they will give me a refund. That’s now how you do business.

I ordered a spray of flowers for my brother in law's memorial service held at his favorite restaurant, to be delivered by 3 PM. When they didn't arrive, I called fromyouflowers. They said the local florist didn't have a name of a person to take delivery, but the prior day they emailed me for information. I told them to deliver it to the restaurant, and they seemed fine with that. They never said they needed the name of a person, or tried to call me. When I offered to go to the local florist to pick them up, was told by fromyouflowers they couldn't give out that information. I was extremely upset, and demanded a refund (which I got). Never again!

Placed an expedited order that was guaranteed to arrive before 12. Did not arrive before 12. Paid a lot for an arrangement that looked nothing like what was received. Colors were different. Succulents weren’t in the arrangement. They looked like something I could’ve bought for $10 off flower vendors at traffic lights. No resolution whatsoever. They offered 20% refund. What a joke. Never again.

We ordered funeral flowers four days before my father's funeral. Two days before the funeral, relatives came to town and three of us ordered more flowers. The day of the funeral I read my emails that were sent the day before. Both orders were cancelled due to finding a florist that could deliver in time due to the "remote location" of the funeral home. One family member's order was delivered and the other was cancelled also. The funeral home is not in a remote location, in fact, there is a very large reputable florist two miles from the funeral home. Even if I had looked at my emails the day before, one day notice to order funeral flowers from another company was not enough time.

I called fromyouflowers.com and ordered a $70.00 flower bouquet called “passionate peaches” for my daughter’s birthday. They sent a complete different bouquet! Different flowers, different vase, more green, and on the vase day it that was from VONS. And got there on the end of the day. I hope people chose a different company to send flowers to loved ones. So disappointed, so sad. They charge a fortune and went to Vons and got a maybe 12-dollar bouquet!!!!

All facts, no embellishment. DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER. I will summarize short as possible and to the point with only the facts but there is plenty to tell. First tried to order flowers for my daughter's birthday in advance. The date I wanted was not acceptable so I had to select "SAME DAY" delivery and of course pay an extra rate and amazingly the date I selected was now available for the additional fee. (Even though I wasn't ordering on the same day as I wanted the flowers, just paying extra) On the day it was to deliver, as you can expect - the flowers did NOT deliver. Email I received stated that it would deliver the next day instead. It was a surprise so I waited until after business hours that next day and hadn't received any notification of receipt from my daughter.
I broke the surprise and called and asked her if she had received her flowers from me and she had not. Was going to call them first thing the next morning and decided to check my email and had another message from them. Nothing about missing the delivery for 2 days but a message to tell me that what I ordered was not being sent and they were selecting something "similar" to send her. I still called them and they could not tell me what I was getting, but that it would arrived today by end of business. It is now 3 hours past the end of business and she has still not received any flowers so it will be FOUR DAYS LATE AT A MINIMUM and I'm not even getting what I ordered --- with no option to make a different selection on my own.
I can only HOPE she gets her flowers tomorrow, (4 days after her birthday) and that they are nice. It won't be what I ordered her, (which I did for a SPECIFIC reason-she was raised in KS and loves sunflowers and now lives in Alabama so I wanted her to get a touch of home with the sunflowers and knew she would love it), and I have no idea if they will be nice. I ordered the DELUX arrangement so I will just have to wait and see the quality of them if they ever are delivered. The saga continues....

I ordered two dozen roses with a custom photo vase for next day delivery. The vase came next day, shattered and only a dozen roses were provided (some of which were brown and wilted and not arranged). The custom vase was also just my printed out photo onto what I believe is just computer paper, taped to the broken glass. I had called and asked for a replacement to which they sent me a new shipment with another broken vase and more wilted flowers, again not arranged. After speaking with 2 representatives, they were only able to provide me with a 20% refund for my entire order, even though I had to go out and buy new flowers and a new vase. I highly recommend staying away from this company.

My 12 year old granddaughter was injured this past Saturday and had to undergo surgery on Monday. I ordered flowers/balloon to be delivered to her hospital room on Monday 6/5/23. Total including extra fees to MAKE SURE she received it that morning $69.08. Imagine my disappointment when she called me yesterday, 6/6/23, and when asked about her flowers she told me they never arrived. I called customer service rep (who speaks English with such a heavy accent that I cannot understand her well) and was put on hold while this rep called the flower shop. The line was busy and apparently, that's the end of the customer service because despite being told I'd hear by the end of the day via email, I've heard nothing.
I reordered the flowers/balloon yesterday morning to be delivered to her home. Again, I paid all the extra fees - I did use the $12.19 'credit' from the day before, for a new total of $65.33. I waited all day for these to be delivered in the 4 hour period which I paid extra for. Nothing. An email arrived last night after 7PM telling me the order AGAIN was not delivered. No failing on my part, the girl was at her home all day long. No reason given. They didn't deliver or attempt to deliver. I am out a total of $134.41 with a 12 year old grandchild that STILL has not received any flowers.

On 5/29/2023 I purchased an arrangement from “From You Flowers (FYF)” to be delivered on 6/2/2023. On 6/2/2023 at 5:30pm, the order had not been delivered so I contacted FYF and asked for a delivery update. FYF e-mailed me and stated the recipient was not home. The order was not left at the door, no call was made to me or the recipient, and no door tag was left. All of this should have bene done per the FAQs on FYF’s website. I responded to their e-mail and asked them to deliver it ASAP, the replied stating they would deliver it on 6/3/2023. On 6/3/2023, I received an e-mail stating “no one was available to accept the arrangement and deemed it unsafe to leave.”
I called FYF and spoke with Joy, a supervisor, who assured me the order was delivered 6/2/2023 at 6:12pm. Are you still with me on this? First, they tell me no one was home on 6/2/2023, then they say it was unsafe to leave it on 6/3/2023, then they tell me it was delivered the previous day (6/2/2023). In speaking with “Joy,” she offered a 50% discount because I was unhappy. In another e-mail after speaking with Joy, FYF stated, “we would like to redeliver the item ordered to replace the one received.” So…now they are suggesting the order was delivered and they are replacing it because I am “disappointed!” FACT: The recipient was home with family recovering from surgery on both days and confirmed that no florist ever attempted to deliver anything to their home on 6/2/2023 or 6/3/2023. To sum up, FYF states that my order was delivered and was not delivered and is “willing” to give me a 50% refund for my disappointment.

I'm livid!!!! I ordered the flower arrangement to b delivered for a celebration of life service! I personally spoke with a rep when ordering to express the importance!! The service was for the father of the man who received my deceased son's organ!! I was charged more than the amount shown on the site, which was fine, as it was about paying my respects!! When I called to inquire about where the arrangement was being delivered from, or an estimated time...I got no information!! Had to cancel and have money refunded!!! Completely unacceptable. I paid $64.00 for a fresh cut flower arrangement for Mother's Day. My mother received a plant that I could have gotten at Walmart for $19.99. After several Emails with fromyouflowers.com, I was offered a 50% discount on my order. Finally, after the company lied to me about contacting the florist at 12:00 at night, I sent them a copy of the complaint I filed with the Better Business Bureau and was finally issued a refund. I highly recommend not doing business with fromyouflowers.com.

One stem had only one petal on it, another stem was broken, many of the roses were wilted (they were not in any sort of water container). I ordered a candy arrangement for a little girl's birthday. It never arrived, yet I was charged. It is a guarded, gated community where she lives, so it definitely did not arrive. When I called the company, I was informed that they had no record of my order. I disputed the charge through my bank and was informed that "the merchant said the item was delivered." I am disputing the charge - again. A $113. charge for something that never arrived is not acceptable. Because of their nasty attitude, it has become a matter of principle as well as a financial loss. If the dispute is again found in their favor, it will become a small claims court decision. There are many other online companies to choose from. Buyer beware and don't use this one!

WARNING! Do not buy from this company. I placed an order on 5/26/23 #** for flowers and paid extra for expedited delivery, the next day (5/27/23) for 12:00PM (noon). I received an email at 8:10PM day of the delivery (5/27/23) that they were unable to deliver and that they would deliver it in 3 days 5/30/23. They also said that they would credit my account the expedited delivery cost. So basically, they were going to give me back the money I already paid for expedited shipping and also be 4 days late on my delivery.

These people are shameful to say the lease. They failed to deliver a spray to my best friends funeral today. Their piss poor excuse was they couldn't find a florist. REALLY? I had a video call from the funeral home in Washington state and there wasn't anything delivered. I had to find out hours after the funeral. No flowers delivered - 3.18 refunded for not delivering same day. Next day still not delivered. I got hung up on twice and every time I called back I had to give them the same information. The last person I talked to said they could not deliver the flowers and did I want a refund. Really? Of course! Why are you not using florist in the area or do not allow someone to order something leading people to believe you can provide the service. Hire some English speaking staff if you are providing a service for USA. Do not make me contact you to find out you can not provide the service. I would give them Zero Stars if it were an option. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with flower delivery. The Mother's Day flowers I ordered were not delivered on the requested date. When I called two days later to inquire, they offered a 20% refund and said they would be delivered by 6 pm. They still were not delivered (even though the website said they were), so I was told they would launch an investigation and call me back within 24-48 hours. I asked for the name of the florist who supposedly delivered them, but they wouldn't release that information either. I never did receive a call back, so I had to contact customer service again to request a full refund which I am waiting on. Please do not waste your time and money ordering from fromyourflowers.com. Avoid the headache and embarrassment of not having your gift delivered and use another company.

Ordered flowers on Friday May 10 to be delivered May 13. Paid the extra “same day delivery fee.” The company sent an email Sunday May 13 saying they were delivered. I called the recipient and they never got them, and they have a camera on their house. Called the company, and they claimed they would investigate and it would take 24 hours. I called again later and asked for a refund, which they sent me less than 20% of the total, and said they were still investigating. The next day, I called again and they stated they would redeliver. That day also came and went. So I called and asked for a full refund. Which I am still waiting on!

I ordered (# **)a bouquet of the Gerbera Daisies (10 Stems $63.58 total) for my mother in law as they are her favorite flower and are typically a good choice for a long lasting cut flower. They arrived on time. 4 of the flower heads were not attached to the stem and the remainder were in various states of decay (centers rotted, drooping heads, spotting). The photos I have are from 2 days after delivery. The company was kind enough to credit me back a whopping $9.54 when I initially contacted them about the headless flowers. They did not respond when I emailed them photos of my $63.58 order of very poor quality flowers.

Horrible. I ordered Flowers for my Mother to be delivered the day before Mother’s Day, and she did not receive them. Spoke to Customer sevice over the phone on Mother’s Day, and they said the delivery was confirmed.. I asked them what address, and they had the wrong address. They did not even verify the recipient's name. I gave them the address it was to be delivers to, and they said they would have it re-delivered that day.. Here I am three days later back and forth with their customer service run around, and they still have not delivered the flowers. They have not been able to resolve this issue, and keep giving me the run around. Terrible that my gift was was never received as promised..

I ordered my mom flowers from this site for Mother’s Day and they were dying. I can’t believe they would send someone this quality of flowers. I upgraded to the biggest bouquet and my mom received a small bouquet that looked nothing like the picture I purchased online. It didn’t have one rose and the bouquet I ordered online showed a dozen roses. It was a long process to get ahold of someone with this company. Save time and money, go somewhere else.

In an effort to curb my usual scorched earth policy when I get burned by a company, I gave this place a second chance after ordering flowers for an important occasion several months ago. That order never arrived, but I was given a full refund. I thought I would try them one more time so I decided to order my mother's flowers for delivery on Mother’s Day. I placed my order on May 9 and paid the additional fee to guarantee delivery on Mother’s Day. 5:15 in the evening, no flowers yet. So I spend an hour on the phone with them, constantly being assured the delivery would arrive by six.
I woke up the next morning to still no flowers and was told by customer service they would have to investigate what happened. To me, it made no difference. I didn’t have the flowers I ordered to be delivered on a specific day after having paid extra, they did refund the full cost but this company is a chronic fail. Do not put your trust in them to deliver something special like this on important days.

I bought flowers for my expecting daughter and they arrived the day before Mother's Day. The driver brought the wrong ones to the door and had to go back and look for them. When he brought them in, I was disappointed since they didn't look like the picture and several flowers were wilted. I contacted the company and they apologized and said they would make it right, which they did. It was a very pretty arrangement (sans the wilted few) and since they delegate the orders to other stores they don't have complete control but they were great about it and fixed it right away. I will definitely try them again.

I hate to give a bad review but I ordered flowers for my Mother and Sister. They were happy that I thought of them but when they sent a pic of the flowers I immediately became embarrassed. I could have bought the better flowers at a gas station. The display was 4 flowers instead of the beautiful pic they show. The company responded by giving me a $15.00 discount. The original bill was $160.00. Save your money and buy a $20.00 worth of flowers from the grocery store. What they sent was a complete joke.

If you enjoy waiting on hold trying to get customer service from a different country, go for it. I ordered these for Mother’s Day and never received them after telling them they tried to refund me 6 dollars and I told them I need a full refund now which they did a few hours later. Then I come home today and they are sitting at my door dead and dried out Because I was told they weren’t anymore and they aren’t even what I ordered. They are cut all stupid. The lilies are cut terrible so they won’t bloom and I paid 60 dollars for weeds. Most of it was leaves and they were fall colors and the ones I ordered were bright and fun and PINK. This company is terrible. Beware of scammers because that’s what this company is!

I was hoping to upload photos of what was ordered versus what was actually delivered. I don't see a place to do that. Hopefully as I finish my review this will be an option. You really have to see it to understand how truly terrible the delivery was. I ordered what was supposed to be a beautiful vase filled with lovely flowers called Lavender Love. What I got looked like a 3 year old child was sent to the backyard to pick a few flowers and stuff them into a vase. I did not order a cheap arrangement. I ordered a upgraded vase with a teddy bear added to the order.
When you send flowers for a special date, they are meant to send a message. In this case, the event was Mother's Day. What was delivered sent the message that "I really could care less about you, but its Mother's Day, so here you go". How very sad, for an order that cost me close to $100 total. It isn't even about the money, although you kind of expect that if you spend a bit more, you will get better quality. But, it's the message the delivery sends that really matters and this delivery sent a terrible message!

Updated on 05/17/2023: After my flower order was not delivered on Mother’s Day, they said they would deliver a better quality bouquet two days later and refund part of the cost. They did refund part of the cost, however the bouquet they sent was not even close to the one I ordered. The one I ordered originally is pictured with the purple vase, lilies, roses, etc. The one with the clear vase is what they sent. So disappointed.

They are not allowed to give information regarding the florist fulfilling the order to actually verify whether or not the flowers would be delivered or if they were even scheduled. My advice, do not use this service. Call a local florist to place orders.

Horrible experience. I ordered Mother's Day bouquet 4/7/23 for Friday 5/12/23 delivery. I was awaiting email confirmation day of delivery and called the cust serv phone line. The rep on the phone only had English as 2nd language for sure. I couldn't even guess what country I was calling. But the few words I could understand were "delivery tomorrow". The next day I tried their chat feature on their website, and was told via chat, they were reaching out to the local florist and I would receive email conformation. I did not. So I again called the cust serv number and spoke to another rep who spoke a little better English and was assured delivery would be Sunday 5/14/23. It was NOT delivered Sunday either. This is the worst experience I’ve had. I purchased two seemingly beautiful bouquets for my mom & boyfriend's mother to arrive on Mother’s Day. Not only did they take until the end of the day to deliver (don’t even bother commenting that they arrived earlier because I have receipts) but they were the complete wrong bouquets for BOTH recipients. Completely incomparable flowers that I would have NEVER purchased. I would have rather cancelled the order. Trying to resolve the issue the customer service employee left me on hold for over 20min and then hung up. Finally, an online chat person said they would give me a measly 30% refund and immediately ended the chat. I’m disgusted with this place. SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY & SANITY. No wonder they’re not on Yelp because they’d get roasted.

Well, Mother's Day came and went and no flowers. I contacted support and they had no clue where the order was and offered to deliver next week. If you want reliable flower delivery, don't use Fromyouflowers.com. We never received my wife's Birthday flower delivery. Tracking never showed it being delivered and when you call you get the runaround. After working a 10 hour shift, I had to go buy flowers for my wife because they never delivered the flowers I ordered 2 weeks earlier. I'm still waiting to see if I receive my refund. I learned my lesson with them.

Customer service offered to give $18 back from an order of $74, with explanation that they can substitute. Which I understand but it was completely different and poorly arranged with no notification to me who ordered it.

I am only giving 1 star because zero star is not an option. My wife just received her Mother’s Day gift of 20 tulips and a custom picture frame. The tulips were rotten. Looked like rotten asparagus. The custom vase with the picture was just water proof paper. They ran out of ink because the picture is faded and some of the words are only partially printed. I contacted customer service to inform. I was offered a 25% refund. I was told that Mother’s Day is like their Christmas season and this was the best they could do. After I told them I just want to cancel everything I was then told they could give a 50% store credit instead.
I argued more to please just cancel the order. I was put on hold and finally told they would cancel it. I understand mistakes happen. It would have been bad if they apologized and just told me they would provide a refund. To have their service recovery team haggle with me was unbelievable. I was really excited for my wife to get this and the look on her face was disgust when she opened it.

Not even sure if this company is an actual company. I placed an order on May 9, for May 10. Didn’t deliver. Called on May 11 to complain and was told they’d refund 20% ($8.80) and that they would guarantee delivery that day. It wasn’t delivered. Complained on the 12th and was told yet again they’d deliver before the end of day. IT WAS NOT DELIVERED. Now they’re saying they’ll refund 50% and it’ll be delivered tomorrow but I won’t hold my breath. I have never used this company and definitely won’t in the future. I’ll also let everyone I know not to as well. What a strange concept they have going on.

I set up an order for my mother to receive her flowers for Mother's Day, but when they finally arrived the tulips were clearly dying and suffering from root rot. Disappointed, I contacted their support with photo evidence to back up my claim, and they said they will only be issuing 30% of my purchase back to me due to the inconvenience. I hate being a complainer, but when you look at reviews of products before purchasing as well as the business' self-proclaimed guarantee of satisfaction, and then you receive a worse-than-sub-par version of what you were promised, you naturally are quite annoyed. I paid extra for a deluxe bouquet and it only contained maybe 4-5 flowers of which many were broken. If the that represents deluxe bouquet I would hate to see what a standard bouquet would be. Probably dead flowers. It was very embarrassing since this was a gift. When I contacted the company they would only refund 30% of the purchase price and offered a $10 coupon for future services. I ordered the dozen multicolored roses arrangement for my mother for Mother’s Day. She waited around at home all day to get her delivery and brought it in as soon as it arrived. The roses were all browning, limp and dead. The chocolates were all melted and the bear looked like he had depression and anxiety. The thorns were still on the roses and pricked my mom. My dad decided to help her so she won’t get pricked again and he also got pricked. Now they are both bleeding and arguing. There are many leaves all over their floor, counters and packaging and the arrangement doesn’t look anything like the product photo on the website. Nor does the teddy bear. The balloon was the only part of the shipment that was ok. Even the vase wasn’t great.
My mother was one of the first women in the Air Force as a B52 mechanic and she served this country well! She also dealt with me as a child so believe me when I say she deserved to receive the arrangement and extras AS PICTURED ON THE WEBSITE. I paid good money for this shipment for her and it was an atrocity! She was more excited about her kitten waking up from his nap than she was about this order! This is truly unbelievable.

I ordered a SUCCULENT JADE BONSAI TREE for my mom's surgery. Not even 90 days later the plant dies. It has been on a slow death for over a month. I placed an order on Saturday afternoon for express delivery on Sunday. I was notified on Sunday night that the order couldn't be delivered and my express delivery fee was refunded. It's Tuesday and no flowers still. I called and they needed 24-48 hours to investigate the issue. I cancelled my order and will call a local florist to send my friend the flowers. Never again will I use these folks.

I ordered a sympathy gift, a get well package with chocolates, the bear, the balloon, the whole nine yards. Spent $121 with expedited shipping in a metropolitan area where did the full 4 hours before contacting them to be told my order had even been processed yet and it wasn't going to arrive till around 6:00. I had got this gift for a friend who was getting out of the hospital after having cancerous tissue removed. I wanted her to come home to this. I've been promising her this and their word and their agreement they broke and then they want to say, "Well we'll refund you the $5." It's not about the money. The agreement was I pay you, you get the flowers there on time. That did not happen. If it was about the money I wouldn't have spent the $5 to begin with. I do not recommend this service.

Horrible experience. Ordered an arrangement for a funeral, paid to have it expedited and it was never delivered and fromyouflowers wanted to refund only the expedited fee. Contacted them a number of times as the delivery was not happening and the CSA’s lied and said anything just to get me off the phone. I will be taking them to small claims court.

I ordered flowers for a coworker whose mother just passed. I ordered a De-Luxe bouquet and I ordered it for priority delivery before 12 o’clock. Not only did the flowers arrive late, but they sent an entirely different bouquet of flowers and the wrong size bouquet. The flowers were embarrassing to look at. They were white lilies that were covered in dirt and bent and broken. It took me three phone calls and two weeks of empty promises later to finally demand for my refund. I will say the people I spoke to were very kind and very professional, but there is a point to which an inconvenience turns into a complete disaster. I caution anyone who desires to buy from them. Save some time by going to the store and doing it yourself. You would find better quality and more efficiency going to 711 than going through them.

I went to order flowers for Mother's Day and decided I wanted to go with a local florist instead, there is no information on the website nor through the account about canceling orders. Therefore I called the number, and told them I wanted to cancel, they asked me about 100000 questions about my order, how I wanted to change my order, asked if they could just hold my order for a future date, and I just kept repeating the words, "I want to cancel my order." and it was like it was not possible. They put me on hold for almost 10 mins and when they got back on the phone they apologized and said that their supervisor needed to approve the cancelation. I'm sure their product and service are great, but make sure you want to order from them before you do - canceling an order was not easy.

First, when choosing a bouquet I liked, it said small medium or large. I went with medium and they said only large was available in that area which I felt was a ploy to get me to spend more money. I had ordered a succulent plant from your website as a birthday gift for someone special. However, when the package arrived, I was shocked to see that the plant was completely out of the packaging, the soil was scattered everywhere, and even the little rocks accompanying the plant were all bow dirtied and mixed up with the soil.
The plant itself seemed to be in good condition, but the entire arrangement was ruined, making it look messy and unpresentable. I had specifically ordered this plant as a gift, and the way it arrived was embarrassing and unprofessional. This experience has not only left me feeling frustrated and disappointed but has also taken away the joy of gifting for a special occasion. I tried fromyouflowers for the first time this month (April 2023) to send flowers to my aunt in Florida. While the flowers arrived in a very timely fashion and the color scheme was that of what I ordered, I was very disappointed with the arrangement as it looked like a (cheap) bouquet was bought from a grocery store and shoved in a vase. The variety of flowers, and especially the quality of the arrangement was very disappointing (see images below comparing what ws ordered from their website, and what was delivered). For the $63 dollars that I paid, I was expecting a professional arrangement, similar to what was depicted on the website. I will not be using this company again in the future.

My husband’s grandmother passed 3 days ago on Sunday. She was a feisty vibrant personality and she loved lots of color; her favorite flower were Lillies. My husband looked at the available arrangements with me and picked the one that was very vibrant & colorful, with several different colors of Lillies, 2 different colors of roses, reds, oranges & yellow with pink & purple accent flowers, and simple-looking greenery… 130.00 + tax/fees & add on ribbon saying beloved grandmother… approx $150 total. Ordered Monday night for a Wednesday 4p delivery for the visitation.
I was horrified at the when I saw what was delivered!!! The arrangement delivered is mostly pink & white flowers & not a single lily in it!!! no yellow or orange flowers either, lots of baby’s breath-looking clusters, 4 pink cheap carnations, 4 pink roses, alstroemeria, 3 white Chrysanthemums, 2 dif types of daisies, frilly greenery as filler as well. Definitely not $150 arrangement! What we ordered was supposed to have 4 stargazer Lillies, 4 Orange Asian Lillies, 6 Red roses, 6 peach roses, 3 yellow gerbera daises, 6 yellow chrysanthemums, 8 red baby carnations, 12 snapdragons in pink & purple with simple/clean greenery for the backdrop.
I called customer service when I got home from the funeral visitation tonight… they weren’t really interested in hearing about what was delivered, they just immediately offered a refund of 20%. ($24) and were quick to get me off the phone. I insisted on sending them a picture of what was delivered so they gave me an email address and basically responded with we gave you a 20% refund, case closed.
What is the point of having pictures of arrangements to select from if the florist they use doesn’t even make an attempt to make it look anything like the picture? We are 4 days before Easter, lilies should not be hard to come by, especially Stargazer Lillies!! My husbands upset/pissed off because he wanted his grandmother to have her favorite flowers and we spent $150 for crap!

I ordered the extra "Deluxe" bouquet to be delivered for a Birthday and paid the extra for next day delivery. The flowers didn't get delivered for two days and that was after I called them and asked about it. When they arrived, they were old, drooping over and the roses fully open with curled back edges. There were only 3 roses and two other flowers for the "Deluxe" bouquet. I do NOT recommend ordering from this company. When called Customer Service there was yelling and a party going on in the background, the call went to another country to someone's home. I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my mom for her birthday with same day delivery from, fromyouflowers.com. The only good thing was the flowers arrived same day like it stated but the flowers were nothing like what I ordered, there literally wasn't any of the flowers I ordered in the bouquet that was delivered. I paid for the premium ones which is the biggest bouquet, what my mom received was very small that I wouldn't of paid more than 10 bucks for those flowers anywhere. Not only were they extremely small it had nothing in it that should of been in the bouquet ordered, I was very disappointed.
I contacted customer service and provided pictures, they said they would refund me 16.69. I spent 87.00 total luckily I paid through my PayPal account so I replied to their 16.69 offer and told them, "No I would not accept that amount." I wanted my full 64.99 that I spent on the flowers back or I would have PayPal reverse the transaction for them not following through with their end of the bargain. I did not want the delivery fee or the chocolates I added refunded just the flower cost. So after I sent them that message they promptly refunded my money. Through this whole experience at least the customer service responses were quick and the refund was taken care of correctly.

This place is AWFUL!! Ordered flowers for a family member in the hospital on Sunday after a major surgery. They claim the flowers were delivered Monday at 4pm in the afternoon. Never received the flowers. Nurse on the floor of the patient has worked both days, no flowers. Address and room number were correct. Guest services at the hospital never received the flowers. No one received any flowers. Multiple calls today went to customer service reps who did not speak clear English and were difficult to understand. Asking to speak to a manager was met with a no. Email sent said they are investigating.
Customer service rep could not reach the driver. No one has been able to reach the florist they used today??? Would not disclose who that was so I could follow up. My relative is laying in the hospital and never received flowers from the people who love her. They said, "Give us 24 hours to investigate." She will be released in the morning! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! AWFUL Company, terrible place to do business! Do not waste your time or money on this company! I am FURIOUS and wish I had gone with a more reputable company!! Live & Learn!

I ordered a deluxe "You're In My Heart" bouquet ($74.99 before the discount, $83.82 after service fees and tax). It's a bunch of red roses and carnations. What could go wrong with a bunch of red roses and carnations? Well, upon arrival, it's about 1/4 the size of the picture shown online and awfully arranged it does not look like a bouquet but more like "here's your 3 roses and 5 carnations". They don't look like a bouquet because as a bouquet you need volume, which did not exist at all. I wrote to the company to express my disappointment and stated that when people sent flowers, they tended to be on important occasions in their relationship. They replied back and gave me a 20% refund -- what a joke.

On Saturday morning, I ordered flowers for a funeral taking place next day Sunday. I ordered by phone and spoke to a live representative. I was assured the order would arrive next day Sunday 8am at my hotel. Late in the afternoon I received an email stating they couldn’t deliver until Monday. This was unacceptable so I called the company, spoke to a representative who put me on hold. They came back and told me the flowers would be delivered Sunday by 8am as originally planned. Sunday rolled around 8am, 9am, 10am no flowers.
I called the company again and was told again that I would not receive the flowers until Monday. I immediately told them to cancel the order and refund me. They have only given me a partial refund as of Monday. I received a call from the delivery company stating they were attempting to deliver flowers to my hotel on Monday (I have already checked out). fromyouflowers.com is poorly run. Horrible customer service when they can’t deliver and I am fighting for my fully due refund still while they give me the run around.

It's Valentine's Day and I see a beautiful photo of their Red Rose & Calla Lily Bouquet flowers. I know my wife will love them so I order straight away! I get the order and we immediately put them in a vase (that was also purchased from them) and leave it in adequate daylight, looking forward to them to blossom. That's not the case. Terrible experience. My mother placed an order for my birthday that was never delivered. When I called they indicated that they were out of that particular product. Not sure why they wouldn't proactively reach out to the customer? It took well over 30 minutes on the phone to finally get a refund. Probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

The actual White Standing Heart Spray with roses... is nowhere near the image sample from the website. Please compare for yourself from these 2 images. This spray is not worth over $200. The delivery is on time. Ordering process is easy. I do not recommend this.

Did not receive what I ordered. There were 3 tiers and I purchased the top tier but received lowest tier arrangement. Rhodee Floral & Greenhouses (where the order was filled) said they only get about half of what I pay to fill the order. My problem is I didn't get what I paid for. I ordered a same-day delivery plant for my daughter-in-law on Monday morning (by 9:30). I never heard anything about the delivery so I contacted them. They did not deliver on this day. Tuesday, it was to be delivered by lunch. At 11:30, they contacted me and said the plant was not available but they could make one of equal value. This was just an unacceptable situation.

We ordered flowers for a staff member that was recuperating at Scripps Memorial hospital and wanted the flowers delivered to her while she was staying in room 615. Staff member never received the flowers. I checked with the concierge/welcome desk at Scripps and no flowers had ever been attempted to be delivered. When we contacted the vendor, they first said that the flowers were delivered, which was a fallacy, then they tried to change the story and said they tried to deliver but could not - which was another untruth, since the hospital is open 24/7, and the hospital confirmed that outside flower delivery were acceptable, but no one had been attempted a delivery. The vendor offered a credit for the delay, to be used at another time, with a promise that the flowers would be delivered the next day. The flowers were never delivered the second day either. Finally got full credit back for the on-line payment.
We totally understand that they have to work with regional florists, since they obviously cannot make all deliveries in all States, but the fact that they used excuses caused a lot of mistrust. I don't know if this error was on the part of FromYouFlowers or on the delivering florist, I was not given the name of the florist even after requesting it to see if we could straighten out the delivery issues one-on-one.
Be accountable for your mistakes, confess there was an error and rectify it. Hopefully they received a lesson learned moment and will take greater strides to make certain they are living up to an expected level of conduct and build on that. We will definitely use reputable vendors in the future, that have built trust in the industry, even though more expensive. I guess you get what you pay for! Or in this case, you don't even get that.

My son who is in the military & presently deployed, sent me a dozen roses for Valentines Day. Initially I was thrilled. Unfortunately they had been able to freeze some time during the delivery because when I opened the box, 1 rose was completely off the stem & the rest were dark along the edges, never opened & died. I have spent the last week emailing this company & at this point I believe I have been dealing with a bot. I get the same emails notifying me that they have contacted a local florist, promise re-delivery & ask that I contact customer at my earliest convenience, only to have them tell me that unfortunately they cannot locate my order. Then they send a numbered list for me to fill out with the order info & once again promise redelivery & when it doesn’t happen, I email them again only to have them tell me they’re unable to re-deliver because they cannot locate the order.
At one point I called & spoke with a man who at the end of our conversation told me they’d be redelivering that night. I said, tonight? Like, tonight? Yes. It never happened of course. As of today, I told them I no longer want the flowers. Valentines Day was last week. I’d like to be reimbursed instead. They said they can only refund the cardholder who is my son, & as I said he’s deployed with access to email but no phone & of course he cannot relay his credit card info through email.
My next email to them was to inform them that I had reached out to my son about this but being deployed overseas with an 8 hr time difference, I didn’t know when he would be able to contact them. I also let them know how disappointed I am & how annoying it has been dealing with their false promises for a week. Their response? They apologized, said they have contacted a local florist & would be happy to re-deliver the flowers & asked that I contact them at my earliest convenience. Here we go again. I’m done.

I ordered the blissful arrangement and 3 balloons for my mother to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. I ordered the day before early in the morning and I got confirmation it would be delivered 2/14/2023 before 5pm, I got an email at 4:40pm that it delivered but it did not. I had my mother stay at work a few hours longer and nothing. The next morning she went into work and there were still no flowers. I called and told the operator what happened and they said they would contact the florist, it has now been a week and I have called multiple times, emailed multiple times and get the same exact email back. There are still no answers I offered to ask the florist myself because this has gotten nowhere. For the amount I paid I would at least want a refund until all is resolved.

For 40-60 dollars the flowers should at least be fresh and stems cleaned below the water line. I had black leaves and dirty stems in a clear vase nothing like the one advertised. Flowers already browning on petal edges. Only resemblance to website phone was vague color resemblance. They offered partial refund. Was not having it as what I received was not worth $5. Fortunately I had delivered to me first. I would have been horrified if I had them delivered to the recipient.

First of all, the flowers from this company aren't delivered as I was led to believe, they are shipped. Mine must have been frozen and shipped from another country because they arrived thin and withered with some of the rose heads completely broken. They looked nothing like the online photo. First, I just thought that maybe I was just unlucky with "delivery"...but when I tried to contact the company, the run around I received made me realize that they don't want real feedback. I wanted to find a flower delivery service to deliver my wife roses, on Valentine's Day, to her job. This is the first year in two years that she has been well enough to be at work on Valentine's Day. So I wanted to make her feel special. I came across the From You Flowers site. They advertised delivery by 12 pm for an extra cost. I trusted them and paid for full service. Of course nothing happened as promised. Flowers did not show up unitl 8 pm that night to her job. She left at 5 pm and later went back to the hospital where she is now. We do not know of the roses. I expect that they may or may not be at her job. I do not care because the company nor their service matter to me. I asked for a full refund and they refused. I think this is a terrible way to treat people. My wife is now back in the hospital with no Valentine's Day roses because these people are liars! A Very Unhappy Valentine's Day for Us!

I went to consumer support online chat. I ask them for my money back. They can only do 25% refund and redelivery the flowers. I told them you ruin my Valentines Day. I just want my refund. Where to begin, I place an order of 2 dozen long-stem roses with a base and a photograph of me and my girlfriend. This was our first valentines as boyfriend and girlfriend, a very special moment for me. I place the order on 2/3/23 enough time before Valentine's. They charged my credit card $114.44, and finally, valentines is here, I waited to hear from my girlfriend that she received the roses, but nothing all day. 6 pm came I call fromyouflowers to find out why my delivery was not there yet, and their response was it was on route and to call back in one hour, 7 pm came I call no flowers deliver yet. I was told that the flowers will arrive the next day, due to my frustration and not accepting that answer they refunded me 50% of the order. I had no choice but to wait.
The next day came, and when my girlfriend send me the pictures of the flowers, I wanted to pass out, the two dozen roses were dead, and the baby breath that came with it was full of so much mold that it was unbelievable. I call back and had to put a fit to get my full refund back. I will never and I mean never order flowers fromyouflowers and I hope that whoever sees this review does the same thing. Very poor business and don't care about people's special occasions. If I can give them a 5 zero rating I would, that one star they don't deserve it.

First off, even giving them one star is generous. I placed an order on Monday (2/13) based on FromYourFlowers confirming that the roses that I ordered for Valentine's Day would be delivered the next day. Well, the next day comes and by late afternoon it is apparent that no flowers are arriving so I called their customer service department.
An automated message advised me that they're unable to provide tracking for an order over the phone, and to go to their website to track my order. Upon entering my order # and email address, their "tracking" page advised me that residential orders take up to 6:00 pm to be delivered. I also emailed their customer service department for an update. Needless to say, the order hasn't arrived. It is Wednesday (2/15) and this is the first year that my wife didn't receive flowers for Valentine's Day in nearly 30 years of marriage. Not one response from FromYourFlowers. Fortunately, I was able to contact my credit card company to contest the charge. They've issued me a credit, but it doesn't make up for the poor service. I won't be ordering flowers from them again, and would caution anyone who does.

I was supposed to receive flowers as Valentine's Day gift (ordered from India - using an international credit card). They never delivered it on the day. Customer care was impossible to get hold of. Happened to many customers over the years. Agreed to full refund. Cancelled the refund was the bank didn't accept the refund apparently.
They did not ask us for another bank details or asked us permission to try another refund method. Worst of all they sent a gift card. I don't intend to use their services ever again so the gift card is useless. I need a full refund and will provide another bank where they fully refund it. If you want guaranteed services - do not use them. If you are flexible with timings and promises and willing to spend times and energy to get your orders go for them.

I will dispute the charge with my bank if the refund isn't processed. But the worst part of it is that my girlfriend did not get her flowers on Valentine's Day.

My long-distance boyfriend ordered flowers to be delivered to me on Valentine's Day and I can see on my Ring Camera that the delivery driver did not even stop at my house to deliver it. He walked down the street holding my flowers and gift and walked past my house, never stopped at my house at all. I am unsure where he delivered the flowers as the video cut off once he passed my house. My neighbors did not receive anything. I am heartbroken and my boyfriend feels soooo bad. He wasted his money with this company. Phone lines are a joke. I waited an hour on hold only to be hung up on. When I called back and spoke to someone, I could barely understand him as his volume was VERY LOW and he barely spoke any english and was very hostile with me raising his voice and blaming me almost.

Who deliver flowers to a busy business like Walmart at the rear door. To my understanding from the website, they partner with local florist, so why did UPS deliver it. Called and spoke with the manager on duty that morning and evening to see if anything was delivered and it was not. Very disappointed in this service as a first-time customer ordering flower delivery this way. I ordered flowers, roses for my wife to be delivered before Valentine's day. I ordered You're in my Heart roses which included 12 roses and beautiful vase. What I got was 4 measly roses and 13 small carnations and a broken vase. They tried to appease me by offering a 15.00 gift certificate (like I would ever use them again right?) then when I requested a refund they gave me 30% 22.47 of the 70.00 I paid. So that meant I paid 50.00 for something that was incorrect and broken. Seriously folks this company does not care what they are delivering to their clients and I can promise you they will not be in business very long with this kind of Customer Service. This place cancels the order at the end moment and notifies you at the last hour and you won't have any other choice than to listen to their crap. Very horrible experience. This is the only business that needs to verify the order 1000 times once the order has been placed and that is also only via calls! Really?? How can you verify via calls if the individual who places the order lives out of the country? If you can send a cancellation email via email how can you not confirm the order via email?? Crappy service.

This was the first time I ordered from this website and my $139.79 “Premium You’re in my heart bundle” was not delivered. I ordered the flowers on 2/13/23 and asked for next day delivery 2/14/23. On the “Track my order” it showed me that my delivery was made though the recipient never received this bundle. I never received a delivery confirmation email either. I tried calling and I was not able to reach anyone. I tried contacting customer service but still have not received any response. I would not order from this website ever again.

This service was AWFUL! I placed two separate orders and neither one was delivered on time or to the correct place! When we placed the first order online it said we would get $10 off the second order but never did!? They actually charged us MORE! I called customer service and was put on hold for over a half hour just for Rele to not help me AT ALL! We spent over $130 on flowers and the best they said they could do was give a lousy $17.00 back?!?! What kind of customer service is this?! Neither of our orders were delivered on time or at all and nobody was willing to help fix the problem or give me anything for the inconvenience other than basically telling me to ** off! Horrible service, unreliable, never on time. This has been my 3rd bad experience with them, once for my wife's birthday delivered to wrong person ruined the surprise. Wife had to track it down, second time ordered some flowers for a wedding they sent someone's funeral flowers instead. And then today Valentine's day flowers never arrived. The company was able to resolve this issue providing me with 50% the price of the product and delivery today 2/15, however, do not advertise delivery on a certain day (Valentine's Day) unless it can be completed. To me it is false advertisement. I personally received a call from a supervisor trying to make it right which is impressive. The fact that my daughter went without having Valentine's day flowers her 1st being away from home leaves a bitter taste in my mouth when I tried to give her something special and she received nothing. It is simply the fact of the matter.

They weren’t delivered like you think. That they will be they get shipped in a box and tug you get any items with the flowers. They are all separately packaged. Also the roses were withered and had some dead spots on the leaves. Overall looked horrible and was embarrassed when I saw them. I had three different orders and only one was ok. The other two were pathetic looking and had to be opened and arranged by the person you gave them to. These flowers are very expensive and there should be more care given to them. I spent well over 300 with them. I would have been better off just going to Kroger...

I placed an order on 1/25 to be delivered on 2/8 and the flowers never got there, I contacted customer service multiple times via email and was told that they would reach out to the florist and later emailed that said florist was “looking for the delivery information”. I received that same answer every time. Regardless, I gave them an extra two days to see if the flowers would be delivered because I have used FromYouflowers.com before and was absolutely pleased with the prior order, and still they were not delivered.
I then cancelled my order, gave them the benefit of doubt, and placed a new order, to be delivered 2/12 and this time the tracker stated they were delivered however, at the time it was supposedly delivered the recipient's place of work would have been closed, again I gave them two days just to see if maybe the flowers would get there and when I spoke with the intended recipient, they (you guessed it) never received the flowers. I’ve emailed several times and they only thing they keep telling me is that they’ll investigate and keep me updated but they never do. I’m completely disappointed and I just want my refund at this point.

I made a purchase from From You Flowers. Today is Valentine's Day and the 1 year marriage anniversary for my wife and I. I placed my order on January 19, 2023 for the flowers and other things I ordered to be delivered on 2-14-23. Five minutes before the driver was going to deliver to my wife’s job they called her saying they have the flowers but left the other items at the shop and they will try to get it to her tomorrow.
I am upset at the fact that I placed the order almost a month ago and I understand things happen but to say that they will try to get the other items to her tomorrow was unacceptable. There’s no one to talk to when calling the center. I will never use them again. I loved the arrangements but if I’m paying over $150 for items I want them all delivered at the same time and not to mention there was an extra charge to get it delivered today.

I ordered a Valentine's stargazer Lily and roses bouquet. The picture showed a beautiful arrangement with everything in bloom. What was delivered was embarrassing. The Lilies were not in bloom at all. One of the roses had a broken stem and they looked wilted. It appeared to be a mess of green stems with a couple pathetic roses mixed in. I paid almost 90 dollars for this mess.

If you are used to flowers from your local florist then prepare to be disappointed. I ordered two dozen roses for Valentine's and they are the worst flowers ever. Flowers from the grocery store are better. I may as well have sent dead roses. The buds were as big as my thumb. Total waste of $100.00. I also got the picture vase. They put the picture you sent on a piece of paper and shove it in a 10 cent vase you paid $10.00 for. Instead of buying disappointment why not take that money and give it to your local food bank. You'll feel better.

I placed 4 orders for Valentine's Day on 2/6. I expected the flowers to be delivered as pictured, in containers all arranged. Only 1 of the 4 orders arrived in this manner. The other three arrived in a black box with missing vases (which I paid extra for). While they did agree to credit me for the vases this was not really the point...My 3 year old granddaughter received her flowers in a box and not in a container saying "I love you to the moon". A 25% accuracy rate, as well as not communicating that some orders would be delivered by FedEx (a clear indication they would not be delivered as arrangements) puts this company on my "do not use" list.

Flowers for a funeral weren't in stock. I received a call but no message was left. I didn't see the emails until hours after the funeral. A voice-mail message could have saved the order. They were for a funeral out of state and I felt horrible not being able to send my condolences properly.

The flowers were delivered and just barely made it on time. I ordered them ten days in advance. They made it to the recipient at about 4:55 pm on the correct day, but if they had been five minutes later, I couldn't have even called anyone to fix the error. After 10 days of preorder, why do I feel like I just barely got my flowers delivered on time? When they did arrive, the flowers were beautiful! It didn't look like the big deluxe bouquet I had ordered, but they were nice.

I sent some flowers to a dear friend that just lost her father. I had to reach out to them to ask if they got them because I received a confirmation email they were delivered to find out they had attempted delivery but were not delivered. Said they would attempt again. Due to the sensitive nature surrounding me sending the flowers I was never able to verify they ever got them and don’t dare ask the recipient who is focused on their loss. My flowers were 3 days late and looked quite a bit different than what the picture did, 5 days after delivery the flowers are already almost completely wilted. The reps I spoke with were helpful and even gave me a small gift card and discount. The receipt from the local flower shop had the original date on it, and the flowers were quite droopy and sad with little water, like it just sat in the bag waiting for delivery. I will probably use my little gift card from this company, but I most likely will not use you again.

I ordered flowers and a balloon to be delivered this morning for a very special person on her birthday. Not only did they not get delivered, but they didn't even have the courtesy to inform me they weren't going to be delivered. I had to find out when I went to visit my elderly friend and noticed there was nothing there so I had to ask. Only when I called, did they say "Oh, we were planning to deliver it tomorrow instead." I paid for expedited (before noon) delivery for a specific day a week in advance. Why would they think it was okay to just change the day and not tell me? Completely unacceptable.
It was so embarrassing and such a huge disappointment. They ruined my day as well as my friend's special day! Getting a refund was a complete hassle because they kept trying to tell me to let them deliver them tomorrow instead and they would give me a credit for the expedited fee in return. Ridiculous. The customer service department was rude, unapologetic, and terrible from start to finish. Such an awful experience all around. I will absolutely NEVER use their services again. THEY ARE UNRELIABLE, HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and do not honor their service agreements. Do not waste your money, time, or effort. You will be so disappointed and so will the special person you are buying for. I should have stuck with 1-800-Flowers!

I am so angry with this whole experience from fromyouflowers.com. My husband paid extra to have a flower arrangement sent to my place of employment before noon on Tuesday. It is Thursday and I just received the crappiest bouquet, cheap vase, and a printed picture of my husband and me just stuck in the vase. The flowers were not put in the vase. So, apparently the picture was supposed to be actually part of the vase and not just a picture that was printed. The flowers were wilted and several were broken.
He tried contacting them on Tuesday and Wednesday and was unable to receive any resolution to this issue as there was a, for politically correct purpose, a "language barrier". I am so disappointed because he tried so hard to be sweet and these losers completely took away what he tried to do. DO NOT waste your money on this company!!!! Oh, I was also on chat with a supervisor there this morning for 30 minutes when they just left and I have not been able to reconnect with anyone other than a fake person on chat.

I ordered a Premium Bouquet to be delivered. The bouquet on the website showed at least 36 flowers in the bouquet (of course that would mean there are more flowers as well). When the bouquet was delivered it only had a measly SEVEN flowers. I couldn't believe they only put SEVEN flowers and the rest was just greenery. I immediately tried to get a refund. They tried to insist that they were giving me a 30% refund, but it was not 30%. Then they tried giving me a $15 gift certificate to their site. After writing this review, the company followed up and offered to upgrade the flower package and try to deliver again. The flowers were delivered and they are pretty. However, if a single color small bouquet of carnations in a mug is the "upgrade", I'd be even more disappointed to know what the original purchase would've looked like. After taxes and fees, the cost of carnations in a mug, delivered late, was nearly $60. Take that as you will.

Flowers (and balloon) I ordered were never delivered. I received an email saying they were delivered and contacted customer service to let them know that they were not. They kept sending me the same email saying they were. Twice. I know they were not delivered because my friend lives in a gated community and they never received a call from the gate. And because she told me that there were no flowers delivered. Perhaps they delivered to the wrong address. But continuing to insist they were delivered when my friend doesn't have her flowers isn't what I'd call good customer service.

This is 2nd time this company has ruined a special day for me. I ordered an arrangement last week to be delivered on Monday 1-30-23 for a birthday present. I was a little worried as their website states delivery will be made before noon for future delivery days. Of course, it wasn't delivered. I had a chat session with staff from them and guaranteed delivery by 5 as it's a business (hospital) and said delivery was 9-5. Called at 5 pm to see what was going on and of course, they could not reach the florists but will send confirmation to me.
I voiced my annoyance with this as this was a birthday present but they really don't care. They got my money, that's all they care about. At 6 pm I again called as I was tracking all day and yet again got the run around that no florists are available and would deliver the next day!! Not acceptable. I ordered specifically on her birthday with plenty of time to make what I needed. They did this to me before as they did not deliver to the Hospital and said it was closed and could not access A hospital closed?? That's a first! I had to get approval to get my money back which annoyed me. They claim 100% guaranteed delivery well two times, that is ** and this 100% satisfaction guaranteed?? I got my money back and had to go out at 6:30 at night to find something else for her birthday is what satisfaction I received from this company. Never again. FYI...I have proof of everything I have mentioned as well.

I ordered sympathy flowers for a funeral, checked the early delivery box, the funeral was at 11am. It's now 4 pm and the flowers were never delivered. I was told that they tried to contact me that the flowers would not be delivered on time, but I never received any such message[s]. I just called the company and all they could do was to send them to the house.. I have used them in the past and have had issues with delivery, will no longer use this company..not very reliable.

I ordered beautiful flowers, teddy bear and chocolate and it was supposed to be delivered the same day which they never did and they got delivered the next day and totally different from what I ordered. This was the first time ordering from this company and it will be the last. I called, complained and all they did was apologized that was it and I paid too much for nothing. Don’t order from this company because you are wasting your money for nothing.

Awful experience. I ordered flowers and a Get Well balloon to be delivered to my elderly neighbor broke her femur. I ordered the Florist Designed Get Well Bouquet. I was contacted the next day to say that my choice wasn't available...which I thought was odd since it was FLORIST DESIGNED so it could have been made from any type of flowers. Anyway, they assured me that the recipient would get an arrangement of equal or greater than the value I paid, which by the way came to $58.28 after taxes, delivery and a $14.99 service fee. (This was the total AFTER my $10.00 discount that I had). I'm not complaining about the price because I expected a beautiful floral arrangement with a Get Well balloon attached (which was an extra $5 for 1 balloon).
On 1/14 the recipient received an arrangement of 6 balloons....that's it...just balloons, no flowers at all. I contacted customer service who told me that I had agreed to this "slight substitution". Had I known that their "Slight substitution" was 6 very cheap by the way balloons which all looked the same, I would have cancelled my order and got it from somewhere else. I've ordered several times from them before but this time was an absolute nightmare.
For my "dissatisfaction" they gave me a $10.00 gift card which they can shove where the sun doesn't shine because I will not be ordering from them again. Then they gave me 20 percent back which was $8.48, Big woopie. I paid $58 for 6 balloons which they charged me $5 for the 1 balloon that was supposed to be attached to the floral arrangement. I'm assuming they can't add because if 1 is $5 then the 6 I received would have only been $30! And these cheesy balloons are the same ones I couldn't gotten at a dollar store for $6! I am very aggravated..as you can probably tell. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! Save yourself the frustration!

I was offered a full refund of my order because it never arrived and I was offered a $75 complementary arrangement from the company which I do appreciate however given my experience I probably will not redeem it. Customer service was quick and responsive though.

Placed an order for flowers 3 days in advance for a friend who had surgery, checked throughout the day to see if the flowers were delivered, by 7pm they had not arrived. Called friend to let her know and she said no one ever came by. Emailed the company and they assured me they tried several times to reach the recipient but they weren't home. Issued me a 50% refund and assured me they would be delivered the next day. Checked with my friend throughout the day.. They never arrived. Emailed the company again and they apologized and issued a full refund. The customer service was very good and quick response but the delivery process was non-existent. Wouldn't order from here again.

I ordered birthday arrangement for my friend that has baby roses and large roses. The arrangement arrived with three large almost dead roses with baby carnations that are wilted and about to die. It was embarrassing when my friend sent me the picture. I will never waste my money with them.

DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS WEBSITE. I ordered a bouquet and Standing Spray for my brother's funeral three weeks in advance. My daughter ordered a bouquet from the same website two weeks in advance and none of our flowers got delivered for my brother's funeral. This was even prior to contacting them via telephone two days before my brother's funeral to confirm that our flower arrangements would be delivered timely. At the time of the funeral, I was upset no flowers had been delivered to the funeral home. I contacted fromyouflowers and they could not tell my why none of our flower arrangements got delivered. All I got was an excuse that the orders were submitted to a local florist weeks in advance, but they didn't know why the flowers were not delivered. They would not tell me the local florist's name. Nevertheless, their negligence in not delivering any flowers ruined my brother's funeral and we had to proceed without any flowers.
VERY DEVASTATING! Then they gave us a hard time on getting a refund. They had the nerve to state they could still deliver the flowers after the funeral was over. How much sense does that make. ABSOLUTELY NONE! Further the customer service received was terrible and although they apologized, this mistake does not make up for the loss of not having flowers at this very emotional event. Again, it was not just my order that didn't get delivered, but my daughter's as well, which was made completely separate and apart from my order. How do they explain that error.

This was my very first time using this flower delivery service and my very last... I ordered flowers on 1/1/23 For my very sick friend's 90 yr old mother in the hospital.. I made the delivery date for 1/2/23. It was her mom's birthday gift from me (just something to brighten her day up from being very sick in the hospital on her birthday)... however she never received it on her birthday, I spoke with someone around 4 pm on 1/2/23 that day And I told them my issue, I decided to give them another chance and let them deliver it on 1/3/23 after her all day of waiting again to receive her flowers and card the second time around still NOTHING. Then I was just pissed at that point...
I called again. Spoke to someone around 6 pm on 1/3/23. They kept trying to talk me into just getting a 20 percent refund and still get the delivery as they did the first time... at that point I was just frustrated and wanted my full refund back, I wasn't notified about anything at all as to why both deliveries were not made. I coulda gotten this from a better place if I'd been notified of any issues... this place is a huge disappointment and made me look bad when they didn't show up TWICE! Never again! I'm still waiting on my refund. If I don't get it in 1-2 days I will be changing my review.

I don’t plan to order from this company ever again. I had a horrible experience this Christmas. My package, a gift basket to be delivered on Christmas Eve, arrive 5 days late and some of the items had to be thrown out. So embarrassing. I called customer service and requested a refund which was granted. However, the follow up email and refund never came. I have emailed since with no response. What a waste of $129 US ($180 CD). I send items regularly to my sister in the states, so it’s unfortunate.

Ordered for same day delivered, paid extra. Didn't arrive the same day and called to ask why and when would it arrive. Was offered an upgrade for the arrangement and was told it would be delivered the next day. The flowers did arrive the next day but were much smaller than originally ordered! There was no upgrade, there was less flowers and it didn't look like what I ordered in the first place. After complaining to the company, they refunded me $10.99, which is less than the delivery charge. Would never deal with this company again. Buyer beware.

I ordered flowers for my parents as a Christmas present, and while I understand that weather is technically considered an act of god, if this company had decent customer service they would have sent out a replacement product or given a full discount. Instead, my parents received rotten, disgusting flowers almost a full week late and all this terrible company offered me was $12.
The roses had clearly been frozen and defrosted multiple times and are completely rotten (my parents received them with mold on them even). Do not buy from this company. I normally go for local florists but I thought that to save time I could trust From You Flowers. Do not make the same mistake I did.

I delivered flowers to a relative after she gave birth to her baby girl. I ordered flowers in a vase, and added a teddy bear and balloon to it. I'll give stars because fromyouflowers were able to deliver next day. But the actual flowers that were delivered look not even remotely close to what was pictured on the online order form. I wish I could post the two pictures side by side so everyone can see. The name of the flower arrangement was "Pretty Please." The photo showed a big bouquet of about 20 or so flowers. The actual arrangement that arrived had about 10 flowers. I paid about $80. Ripoff.

Updated on 12/27/2022: Once again you Failed to help and please the customer! Great job guys, NOT! I was given a gift certificate that would of paid for the full amount of the order, then they charged me $40.25 for service fee. I told the agent not to process card until they spoke with the supervisor to waive those charges. Then they said it would be $32.70 which it was not. Then they said that they would transfer me to a supervisor about the service charges to be waived, which made no sense to me. So guess what happens next? They hang up the call.
I then called the company back and was speaking to an actually supervisor. While I was explaining the situation while I was still explaining the guy hung up on me. So why and even try to call their company back again when I'm being rudely neglected and twice hung up on. So I'm back making this complaint! Shame on your company for treating valued customers in that matter!!!! I was trying to resolve the issues but as you see they didn't care. SUCH A NIGHTMARE!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! BEWARE. NO ONE SHOULD BE TREATED THAT WAY!!!! VERY SAD :O(
Original Review: I will never order from this place ever again! I made 6 different orders all deluxe and paid extra for shipping the same day. All 6 were a nightmare. My family got flowers that didn't look like the images that were given on their website, then the deluxe flowers weren't even deluxe at all. Looked like someone went to Publix bought a cheapest flowers and just threw it in a vase. The flowers were damaged and dying already with stems broken. I was so embarrassed. Well I contacted company and they gave me gift certificates. So I just wanted to use up the certificates that I had and never deal with them again, but here is the catch you can only use one per purchase.
NOWHERE on the site nor the email giving you the certificate says there is a limit to use them. If you look under Payment Inquiries is says: Can I use more than one discount they replied That they cannot combine discounts and credits, but says nothing about gift certificates which is nor a discount or a credit. So I was died to use the ones I had only if I made separate purchases that I could only use 1. So what's the point of a gift certificate?? Spent over $500 down the drain with the embarrassment seeing the flowers came out the way they did. BEWARE!!!

I ordered a centerpiece for Christmas, to be delivered on 12/24. At 5:38pm on Christmas Eve, I received an email telling me that they could not deliver the order until 12/27, which is completely useless to me. Do NOT order from this company if you actually need flowers delivered on a certain day. They are totally unreliable. Order from a local florist instead!

I ordered flowers for a death in the family. I ordered the deluxe size arrangement. They sent a tiny arrangement of flowers in a cup. So they said they we would resend. Get a confirmation they were delivered. They never were. You expect it to possibly go wrong once but twice not acceptable.

The flowers were ok. Ordering a premium/deluxe bouquet for delivery and seeing what was sent from my loved one, I was mildly disappointed at how small the bouquet was. It looked like something you could get at a grocery store but it served its purpose.

I placed order for flowers to be delivered today with a service time for 1pm. Received an email saying that flowers had to be substituted, then received a call from a very unprofessional representative name Al. Al stated the flowers could not be delivered today but they could be delivered to an alternate address tomorrow. I requested same address by 9am tomorrow. He agreed to take information however stated as a "heads up" the order will be canceled because they would call to verify funeral time (which again is a time this company missed today).
When I asked to speak with manager Al talked over me ignoring my request even to the point where he stated "can you hear me talking". He eventually said this company didn't have managers. Fromyouflowers being a multimillion dollar company and no managers available to speak with customers. I called back. Spoke with a different associate of this company and was told the flowers would be delivered today as requested. This experience was beyond horrible and unprofessional. When we pay for a service, we expect the company to deliver on the service as promised. Funeral services are not rescheduled or postponed. If Fromyouflowers are not able to deliver as promised they should not provide the service. No other family or customer should ever experience what I have today with this company.

I recommend to anyone who’s planning on ordering flowers here do not. Yes they have great selections, but I ordered flowers for my mom for her birthday and she never received them. Currently I am in the hospital and is unable to do anything so I thought this website would’ve been the best option for me, but turns to find out it was a waste of time and I couldn’t give my mother anything while I was in the hospital. This is the first year I’ve missed out not gifting or appreciating my mother on her birthday because of this scamming business.

Order ahead of time for birthday surprise. Understand weather issues. But I don't know what or if they were received and in what condition. Disappointed. They were sent sent from Kentucky to WY. Did not realize not ordering vase would cause this. Did not want to have to ask niece when, if and what was received. They offered to make a call of explanation but didn't ask for #. I feel like I was charged for flowers and delivery service fee. And received not sure what. There's a customer service transcript. Very sad. Disappointed customer.

The bouquet I ordered Blue Skies was supposed to include roses, lilies and carnations with purple statice. When my grandmother sent a picture of the bouquet it had a few large and small roses. She is a former florist. I was disappointed and embarrassed they looked so plain. I called and they offered a 20% refund. I would rather the florist sent a new more accurate to the price and description. The flower shop who sent did not provide a great product/experience.

A birthday gift was delivered the day after the birthday. No reason given for the delay. No one seemed to think it was a problem. I was not pleased and do not want to depend on you again to get a gift delivered on time.
