On 12/25/2020 I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law’s 85th birthday. My mother-in-law lives in a memory care unit, and no one has been allowed an in person visit since the start of the Covid 19 pandemic. I paid the extra money to ensure that the flowers were delivered by noon on 12/28. When we had our weekly FaceTime on 12/28, the facility’s social worker informed us that no flowers had been delivered.
I called the customer service line at For You Flowers. After a brief hold, the customer service representative informed me that she would refund the expedite charge, but assured me the florist had the flowers “out for deliver.” I was annoyed, but could look past this. A short time later, I received an email confirming the flowers were delivered. On 12/29, we reached out to the retirement home staff to confirm that mother-in-law had received her gift (a day late). The staff responded after taking the time to review their delivery logs, that nothing had been delivered. When I called For You Flowers on 12/29, the customer service rep informed me that no flowers had been delivered. I asked to have my order cancelled and price refunded. What a waste of time. We will go back to calling our local florists directly.

Ordered flowers for my daughter which needed to be delivered by a certain time. This site advertised flowers could be delivered before 12:00 pm the next day (so I paid the extra money). Flowers should have arrived before she went to work at 4:00 pm. But the flowers did not arrive until after 6:00pm. If you want on time delivery do not choose this company. For my inconvenience they gave me a 30 day credit (the amount they charged for before 12:00 delivery) towards another purchase. If you need your flowers delivered by a certain time please choose another company, this is not the one to use. They received 2 stars because the flowers were beautiful, but beautiful flowers which can not be delivered on time is not good business.

My mother used From You Flowers to order a bouquet for me for Christmas. She was notified that the flowers were delivered on Dec 23rd. When she asked on Christmas Day how I liked them, I told her no flowers had been delivered. She called them at least 3 times regarding this problem. They notified her today (Dec 28) that the flowers had just been delivered. We have been home all day, and no flower delivery has come! If you actually want your recipient to receive the flowers, use someone else!

Delivery was 5 days late! Bouquet was nothing like what my Husband ordered. Husband spent over $100, looks like a $20 bouquet of Carnations. Typical "bait and switch". Emailed company regarding this, with no response. Very disappointing!

I placed an online order for a flower arrangement I picked out from a picture online. First of all, for a whole host of reasons, the arrangement my sister received was not even close. The florist they deal with in Madison AL delivered what I think was an arrangement they already had in their store. I ordered a tall arrangement with some whispy evergreen, a few red berries and pine cones and a red ribbon. She got a short stubby arrangement with ugly bright red berries, ugly gold glitter ornaments and no ribbon and no balloon that I paid for. They tried to give me a coupon and $5.00 back for the balloon. First of all, I would never use them again so the coupon would be worthless. I told them I wanted all my money back. She refused, but gave me 30% off and my $5.00 back for the balloon, so for $75.00 order, I got $21.00 back. They told me they would contact the florist about the complaint. I am quite sure that will not happen.

I ordered from FromYouFlowers well in advance to get it my order right and on time. I paid extra for morning delivery until 12pm. I called them very shortly after they did not show up. They looked me up in the system and saw that they were passed the time and without asking they gave me my money back for the early delivery that did not happen. They could not tell me when it would arrive and said that they have many orders out. They arrived finally around 5pm or so, and as we were about the leave. The lady told my wife, "Happy birthday." I said, "Wow for real, it's for her, our ten-year anniversary." The balloons said, “You are special” and “Wish you the best” instead of “Happy Anniversary”. I will not used them again. They messed everything up. I would tell everyone do not use this company and go with someone else.

I have ordered from this company numerous times over several years and have a few complaints. 1. Pricing is not transparent. Orders end up costing considerably more than advertised after junk fees are added, and they are always added at the end just before you press to confirm the order. 2. Flower arrangements oftentimes will be something other than what you ordered, and the company substitutes cheaper flowers than the more expensive ones you paid for. Case in point: I ordered an arrangement for my sister with roses and lilies but she received carnations and evergreens instead, and it arrived a day late.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Tuesday for a friends who had just lost her father. I wanted it for the memorial. I received an email the flowers were delivered but they were not. I called on Wednesday and the customer service agent said the florist told her the flowers were in three truck and would be delivered today. They were not. No one is able to give me an answer as to when they will actually be delivered and I am asking for my money back. $100 spent and a terrible experience. I do NOT recommend.

I purchased flowers for our Christmas Eve dinner. It’s 9 PM the 23rd. The flowers were supposed to be delivered between 9 to 6. I have called 3 times today. The second time I called at 7 PM and they said it would be here by 8. I called at 9 and now they said tomorrow. I’d recommend a local company or more reputable experienced floral company. Save yourself a headache.

So I order Christmas look of flowers for $45.00 because I live in the middle of nowhere. I didn’t have a large selection to choose from and the only one that looks good was the one for $45 and they didn’t have a picture because they chose how to decorate it but it did say Christmas. I had no idea what it would look like. But for $45.00 they sent me a couple of roses, 1 red.. Some of the roses are already turning brown. It was horrible.. They scam me because this is definitely not worth $45. I could’ve went to Walmart and bought nicer roses with a Christmas book for $20. I will never order from them again.

I honestly do not understand how they are still in business. The pictures of the floral arrangements on their website are absolutely beautiful but what will be delivered will look nothing like the pictures!!!

Purchased some flowers for my sister that were to be delivered on Saturday, Dec 19th (her birthday). I ordered them Thursday, the 17th. I awaited a delivery confirmation Saturday and finally received one around 6:22PM. Email from From You Flowers said that they were delivered. I called my sister, excitedly, just to be informed that they were not delivered. I called the company (on the 19th) and was told again that they were delivered. I informed them that this was not the case and they said they would "get back to me". On the 20th, they called me back with the same comments. It was delivered.
This is not possible, there is reception in the front and they never saw any attempt at delivery. I was put on hold and was then told, "nobody answered the door", "they couldn't find the address", & "nobody answered the phone". After informing her that there is not only a 24/7 mailroom, there is also a 24/7 person at the gate. And my sister has no missed calls. On top of it, if there were multiple issues, why was the order marked delivered when it clearly was not? So finally they say they will send my order out on Monday. After waiting all day for the delivery, I call again to see what is going on. I was assured the order would be rushed out first thing Monday morning.
After sitting on hold, yet again, they tell me my order will be delivered by 6pm (it was already 430). At this point I was so frustrated that I simply demanded a refund. There is no reason my order was not delivered ESPECIALLY after being marked as so. This company is a joke. They attempted to call me a liar. They never intended to deliver the flowers. The customer service was not polite, fast, nor did it resolve anything. Do not use this company.

Wrong arrangement was delivered and it was horrible. It looked like a bouquet of weeds. They only offered a 30% refund. I wanted the correct arrangement delivered. Received an email that it would be delivered on Dec 18 with free upgrade. It was never received. I call and get a supervisor who is not helpful at all. Keeps yelling at me that the soonest they can redeliver is next week. This is not acceptable. Their customer service is horrible, they do not try to please you as a customer and have no desire to. Don’t order from this company. You will be disappointment and waste your money and time.

My mother ordered flowers for me on 4th November for delivery on 23rd for Thanksgiving! My mother received 2 emails the flowers had been delivered but they did not arrive so I called them the following day (Friday)...I was told they would contact a new supplier and I would get them on Monday. I was also told due to the inconvenience the bouquet would be “upgraded” to a large bouquet and my Mum would get partial refund... the order cost $75. My mother wasn’t happy but I said, "Let’s see what happens on Monday." The flowers actually arrived on Saturday but they certainly didn’t look “large” and a day later my mother received a $4 refund!! My mum eventually sent me the original order email and the flowers I should have received did not look anything like what she ordered... it wasn’t even the size she paid for let alone upgraded! And it did not include a balloon that was also ordered and paid for.
I sent an email to them with the original order and picture of what I received. I did get a quick response and they offered a full refund and apologies although I was annoyed at their comment about I should understand at times there are unforeseen circumstances/issues out of their control? For an order made 2 weeks ahead I fail to see how this is a valid excuse!
What frustrates me the most about these online flower companies is that many of them DO NOT deliver bouquets “as advertised” or anything close and unfortunately I don’t believe it’s by accident or unforeseen issues! Who is going to say to someone “thank you for the flowers but can you tell me what you paid or expected me to receive so you can ensure you got what you paid for”. NO ONE is going to do that because they are happy they received flowers and this is how these companies take advantage! This happens way too often but as I am used to it now and I personally get the receiver of any flowers I send to send me a picture so I can check myself and will follow up with the company if necessary and I have had to many times here and in the UK! I would NOT recommend this company!

I ordered the 'Christmas Spirit Bouquet'; the largest arrangement available at $59.99 and expected this a beautiful and big arrangement; what my 100 year old mother received wasn't even close to their smallest bouquet offered at about $20.00 cheaper! I wish I could include pictures so you can see the difference because it is astounding! Needless to say I will NEVER use this company ever again.

For the last 3 years I ordered a Christmas Thomas Kinkade Centerpiece for my sister for Christmas. The centerpiece comes with a collectable/keepsake. Fromyouflowers has sent her the same centerpiece every year, instead of the centerpiece I ordered. This year was suppose to be the Heroes edition. When I contacted their customer service, their response was they have the right to substitute the product. I will not being business with them anymore.

The arrangement on the website is not accurate. Compare the attached pictures. I was very careful to read the description before I ordered as well. I called customer service and they are going to have the same florist deliver a new arrangement. But they didn't say when.

I ordered from this company flowers for my wife. It was our FIRST ANNIVERSARY, I wanted something special and surprise her, because I wasn’t there, that day, next to her. I chose bucket and was charged extra for weekend delivery, also picked some sweets, I thought that she would love that with coffee... But sadly, the day came, flowers were delivered day after, plus they forgot chocolate... Thank you for the greatest service, especially on those days that you have to rely on someone.

I ordered 5 arrangements. All with same day delivery. Two looked like the pictures online. The 3rd was a deluxe centerpiece with red candles. It arrived no candles, in a round basket and small. Another arrangement was nothing like the picture. A lot of money spent for poor quality flowers.

I paid extra to get the top of the line arrangement for my 80 year old Mother who just lost her precious cat of 18 years! There were three options as far as size of the arrangement. I ordered the largest one they had. Expecting it to be what it looked like in the pictures/details and it did not. My Mom was happy to get it but when she took a picture and sent me it I was embarrassed!!!! I should feel proud that I’m sending flowers and they would help a bit in her grieving process. Not only that...I spent a fortune for an I adequate floral arrangement and not at all what I thought I paid for!! Never again using this company. Waste of your time!!

I paid for a $60 poinsettia that was supposed to be a large size. My son received a small poinsettia with six blooms that look like it was something from Walmart for 10 bucks. I called them and they were only willing to give me a 20% refund. Not satisfied at all. The florist explained to me that they take 40% off the top and you’re left with a smaller plant.

I paid $100+ for flowers to my wife on our anniversary with Premium option. They delivered it late in spite on I extra paid for delivery guarantees, roses (as turned out only 10 for $100) dried and semi-dead, 5 cent cheap baloons. I was so ashamed. I wouldn't pay even $10 for that... Don't even think about orders there.

I have used this company before and it was good, but this time awful, my arrangement for my best friend's funeral was NOTHING like the picture, had dead branches, flowers drooping, very small, looked like a 5 yr old did them, and when I emailed them with pictures they refunded me $11.99, which was less than their service fee, special events can not be done over especially a funeral, I was embarrassed by my flowers. If I could have taken the card off so no one knew they was from me I would have. They didn't get delivered until almost end of the day after viewing, but they were at the funeral. I will not use again nor recommend. The first picture is what I ordered. The rest is what I got.

My bestfriend is going through a really rough time and she loves Christmas. Yesterday (12/9/2020) I ordered her the Snow Capped Christmas Tree along with a Thinking of You balloon. I set the delivery for the next day (Today - 12/10/2020). She just received her tree and sent me a picture, thanking me for it. Although she is happy and thinks it is pretty, it looks nothing like the picture and it isn't snow capped at all, which was a little disappointing. I asked her if she received the balloon and she said there was no balloon, only the note and the tree. Wouldn't use this company again.

I ordered some flowers. They sent me something that looked nothing like my order. I paid $57 and asked for a refund. They said they refunded me 30%. A whole week went by and still no refund. So I contacted them and they told me I would get a $20 refund. So three days later I get a $7.70 refund. I will never ever use this company again. Stay away from this company if you want to avoid being ripped off! I live in Sweden with family in the US and thought this would be a good way to go...but no. My order has still not arrived after 7 days. Customer Service say they are waiting for confirmation from their Vendor that delivery didn't arrive? Basically they didn't believe me. Asked for them to send new order and they simply stopped answering my mails. I still have not received a credit. Tried writing again but now they are just ignoring my mails. Best thing to do is go with a local florist by searching in the specific town and country and typing in 'flowers', Most deliver and are glad to get your business.

I ordered a month ago a funeral arrangement and was disappointed at the appearance of the flowers. I contacted Customer Service which responded right away and gave me a 10%refund which I was not inquiring about. I proceeded to give them a 2nd chance and ordered flowers for a birthday and again failed to meet my satisfaction. The flower arrangements are nice, however do not match the pictures at all. I will not use their services again.

Ordered flowers Saturday to be delivered Sunday. Advertisement showed same-day delivery. All day Sunday I was checking to assure they were going to be delivered. Got complete runaround!! Finally they said that wasn't available for same-day delivery. The advertisement clearly showed it. I took a picture of the ad. Then they said there was an item that was the same. It just didn't have a balloon. I told them, "Fine" and they said it did not include a glass jar. They just came raw flowers. I'd have to pay $6.60 for the jar. I said, "That is total bait and switch. You advertise you have something and you don't then you give me something identical without a balloon but it doesn't have a jar and I have to pay for that." My heart was broken. My sister didn't receive flowers on her 70th birthday. Never ever do business with this company. They will give you the runaround.

The products advertised are not delivered. The services are bad and products are the worst. They take your money and do not deliver the products. Instead they gather sticks or weeds from the side of the road and deliver that instead of products they advertise. All calls to complain are sent to India and they lie about making good or that they will give you a credit. They are frauds. Stay away and do not not use their services or products. Worse service and products in the world.

While they missed the boat for delivery on my Mom's birthday in a very difficult year for her as a senior citizen isolated due to Covid. They did however deliver the flowers a day later - which happened to be Thanksgiving day. Fromyouflowers says they will refund my money as well. It takes a few business days for that to reconcile so we'll see.

In a year where she hasn't seen any of her children in months because of Covid or received even a hug from a single soul. Just be careful with your order. I sent a bouquet of flowers to my sister for her anniversary. They send me a confirmation of delivery which was not true. I call my sister asking if she received it and she said no. I contact the company and they said that it was delivered since 4 pm lol. When I call before they said on an email that the delivery was after 6 which I believe it was super late and on top of that they never sent the bouquet that I purchased. The owner of the florist said that they could do any arrangement as long as they have the roses. They ruined my surprise. The delivery was made at 8 pm. Almost by the end of the day. I paid to have flowers sent to a friend in another state. The flowers I sent were not cheap. I received an email that the flowers had been delivered. However I came to find out when speaking to my friend that they were never delivered. This was extremely disappointing to hear they took my money and didn't even bother to deliver anything. I have ordered flowers from here a dozen times; each time I felt regret having done so. More often than not, the recipients end up receiving almost completely different flowers than the ones I ordered. Furthermore, they lure you in with a lot of sales % but at the end of the ordering process, it's another $15 for the delivery and an additional $5 if you want your order to be delivered during the first half of the day. Otherwise, your flowers usually end up getting delivered close to 5 pm - lopsided and wilted. Even if you'd go for the least expensive bouquet, you would still end up paying at around $65 - $72. In short, I would suggest that you spend a little more money with other florists and know that the recipient will really be happy with the flowers you sent. With FromYouFlowers, I ended up feeling very embarrassed.

Ordered something from a distance and what was delivered bore no resemblance to my order. Paid extra for same day delivery. Didn't happen. They refunded that small amount. They offered to pick up delivery and deliver the correct order. I didn't want to disrupt that family again so I declined only to find out they ran out of the desired vase and couldn't make the switch anyway. Hidden fees. What was delivered was nice but not what I ordered. Will not use this service again. Should have called me and said they were out rather than making a substitute decision without my ok.

So, I ordered fruit basket as birthday gift to my really close person, who I cannot congratulate by myself, so I decide to use this "brilliant" service. In the specified day florist delivered not ours order but instead florist delivered simplest bouquet of flowers from theirs shop. When I contact and said that my order had not been delivered I was assured that those bouquet - this is it. And only when I showed them photo of bouquet and receipt they agreed but instead of correct deliver they just returned the difference in cost. For what reason they did this - I don’t know, maybe prejudiced attitude towards my roots or my country or just lazy workers - I don’t know. Anyway they ruined the birthday gift and I wouldn't recommend this store if you want good gift to you loved one!

Ordered flowers for my Mom's Bday but the online pic and actual product were as close as a distant cousin. They charge an extra $5 for delivery within 4 hours but they delivered 7 hours later and some of the flowers are wilted. Went from a $60 dollar arrangement to $86. E-mailed back and for 5 times to no resolution. At one time they sent me a reply that was for someone else's complaint and simply apologized and asked me to go through the website once again and resubmit my concern. What a waste of time and money. It's apparent to me that this company is a third party and simply finds a local florist to deliver taking no accountability for the actual product and overall experience. Never Again!

This site offered same-day delivery so I ordered flowers to be delivered on the 24th. They were not delivered. From You Flowers said they could not contact a local delivery and I had to call back after 10 am on the next day. So I called them as directed. They said the flowers would be delivered that day, the 25th. When they were not again delivered, I called the company who refunded my same-day delivery fee and said the flowers would be delivered on the 27th. Because I asked, they also refunded the service and handling fees. Now here it is the 26th and no flowers were delivered AGAIN today. When I called them, they said they had JUST connected with a local florist and the flowers would be delivered on the 27th. No more refunds available.
So now we await, again, another day for flowers to be delivered to a sick person who needed cheering up. Not a big deal, you may think, but it's a big deal to me to have to keep calling what should be a professional company. It's big deal to me to have to deal with an inept company who can only apologize, as if that carried any weight. Do not order from this company if time is of the essence!

The pictures online are very deceiving both for quality and size! Orders Deluxe flower arrangement - Rose and Lilies. Well the arrangement was more GREEN that colored and NOT Deluxe. No purple status or baby's breath or anything else. just some Roses (6) and Lilies. Definitely NOT the deluxe I ordered. And I paid for express before noon delivery which was refunded only after I contacted them when they delivered after noon. The arrangement was an embarrassment. If I could post the two photos of what was delivered vs. what was ordered, it is amazing. Yes, they did refund me 50% but it would have been nice to have a redelivery of the ORIGINAL flowers ordered.

After I read the negative reviews online, I was really stressed out about my sister receiving her bouquet for her birthday. I kept checking throughout the day if the order had been delivered. By 4 PM her time they still weren't delivered. I called customer service and they said they had a window for drop off from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm. 6 pm rolled around and it still was not dropped off. I called to follow up. Customer service gave me a free upgrade on the size because it was late (which they didn't have to do, my only concern was that it was delivered). Thankfully, it was delivered shortly later and they sent me an e-mail confirmation.
I had the recipient take a picture of it. It was ok looking. It wasn't as nice looking as the online picture, but not terrible. So keep in mind local florists put them together and some florists might be better than others. Plus I'm thinking some florists may not have access to certain flowers so your bouquet may not look exactly like the one online. I will say their customer service was helpful, nice, and professional. My experience had some minor flaws, but I'm just happy the bouquet was delivered and looked decent.

I placed an order 10/22/2020 to be delivered 10/23/2020. For a friend due to the passing of a loved one. They told me the arrangement was delivered only to find out they weren’t delivered. I wouldn’t have known this if I never asked the recipient and they would have just had my money. I spoke with customer service only for them to offer the delivery fee back or only 10% refund. I only gave this company 1 star because you have to choose a star. If I could I would give a -5 star. I would never recommend or shop here ever. Just wish I would have read others reviews before ordering. On top of laying my Dad to rest, I had to deal with this company on the day of my Dad services. They delivered items to wrong address. They left my arrangements out in the rain. I called to find out where flowers were and could not understand the person I was speaking to, requested to speak with a manager and waited so long that when I got a chance to speak to said manager had to go because sermon had started. So unhappy arrangements look nothing like pictures online. I paid extra for a banner and my message was written in with a marker on the ribbon with such a horrible hand writing.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife at her workplace for our anniversary the day before. I paid extra to make this happen. I received an email the day of saying they would be unable to deliver the flowers at her workplace that day but promised it would be delivered the next day, which is our anniversary. Waited all day and the arrangement never came, tracked the flowers and the tracking said it was delivered to where I do not know. Called the company on hold for thirty minutes and stated they will now have the flower arrangement delivered on Saturday, the day after our anniversary. This was so disappointing and I hope this does not happen to anyone else. Please be careful if you place an order via this website. They make promises they cannot keep. I don’t care how many times they apologized it does not make it right as an anniversary is only once per year.

Ordered bouquet for 10/09/20 via phone. Guaranteed delivery 10/10. Email stating no delivery until 10/12. Called, delivery for 10/11 guaranteed (the birthday). It’s now 4:00 10/12. No flowers, 5 calls, no email, no answers. Refused to email promises as “email dept closed”, finance department closed. At 3:00 EST?? Save your $$.

I ordered flowers to have delivered for the same day and they were not delivered, contacted them and they said it will be delivered first thing the next day and it wasn't. I contacted them again and the online chat repeats the same message every time. So after contacting them through chat twice I called them, got hung up on called again, they put me on hold to contact the florist get back to me and said it should be our for delivery and still nothing.

I order delivery for Saturday. Pay the expedited fee. They do not deliver on Saturday. Customer service said they were going to upgrade it from the deluxe I purchased to their premium bouquet and deliver on Monday. They did not upgrade it. The bouquet I ordered came in a pumpkin vase with a lid so they could use it at a later date and they did not ship the lid. When I called customer service she said, "Oh we forgot to notify the florists of it being upgraded to the premium" and they didn't know anything about the lid that it clearly shown on their website. Horrible customer service. Horrible experience overall.

One star is too much. My delivery scheduled for October 3rd. My sister's 40th bday is over. It's now the 4th of October and now they have stated it will come on the 5th. I have to just cancel the order as nobody will be home on the 5th. So long story short birthday is over. Flowers never came. This was a huge waste of time being on the phone with them two days to get no flowers.

I ordered flowers for my mother for her birthday from FromYouFlowers.com The arrangement they delivered looked nothing like the bouquet that was advertised. Flowers were sparse even though I ordered an upgrade for fuller flowers. They were to be in all pink and there was yellow and orange in the arrangement. I asked for a replacement, requesting it be more like the picture advertised with the same degree of fullness, The second arrangement was actually worse than the first it had one rose when it was supposed to have 6. It was more sparse than the first and again looked nothing like the picture on the website. I am very disappointed in this company and would unfortunately never use them again.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE GUYS. Paid $100 for a same day delivery. The picture on the website showed about a dozen or so roses along with other flowers. What arrived at the destination? A SINGLE rose with some random leaves that look quite literally like they were plucked out of some backyard. Their Google review shows a 4.6 out of 5 at the time of this review. Fairly sure that is incorrect.

I can't comment if the product was good or not. I never received my order. I can tell you that customer service on several occasions was non existent! I was offered a 20% refund after 3 days for an order that was supposed delivered next day. Save yourself a headache and go with a company with a better reputation. I cannot recommend From You Flowers. I paid extra for expedited delivery and they did not deliver at the time or day specified. They are unreliable. Just go to your local florist and pick out something in person. Customer Service was not particularly helpful other than the scripted responses drafted for some off-shore person.

My order was placed 9/16 for delivery on 9/18. I also purchased additional expedited service to make sure it was delivered by noon on 9/18. The flowers were never delivered. I phoned FYF and was talked into retrying delivery for later that day on 9/18. I phoned back on Monday to find out that NEVER happened. I was then talked into going with another florist for delivery on 9/21. I find out this morning that NEVER happened. This is unacceptable service. It was a good thing I was in contact with the recipient, otherwise I would have been out $70.00 and never known otherwise. This service cannot be trusted - do not use them!

I ordered a gift for my friend's jubilee. They sent absolutely ugly random flowers not even close to what was ordered, the kind I could buy at the supermarket for 5 dollars with no arrangement at all. I disputed this through the PayPal. The fromyouflowers wasted month and a half in correspondence, and by the end requested me to send the order back to them to get a refund. When I asked for the instructions how I should send back more than a month old flowers which were sent my friend, the fromyouflowers happily closed the case because of my inability to send those so called flowers back to them. Terrible customer service. I will never use them again and will recommend to others do the same.

I placed the order for my Aunt's birthday and requested for a same-day delivery, sadly, they couldn't keep true to their words and received an email the next day (living in a different Timezone) that they will not be able to meet the deadline, I get it, there's a pandemic. I ordered a standing flower arrangement shaped as a heart for my son-in-law's funeral which cost me $160. I also ordered a ribbon with a message from my grandson to his deceased father to go with the arrangement. During the viewing, when I approached my son-in-law's casket, it was very aggravating to see the flower arrangement with dead flowers. Also, it must have had 50% the amount of flowers that appeared in the picture. The worst part was the ribbon which was all wrinkled and handwritten with a fine point marker. The flower arrangement looked a like a horrible joke. I wasn't able to take a picture of it since the situation was overwhelmingly sad but I cannot believe the lack of respect from this company.

Fromyouflowers.com did a fantastic job with my flower order. I ordered very late the night before, and paid extra to assure they were delivered before noon. They arrived at my wife's work just after eleven o'clock, and were exactly what I picked out for her. Great job!

I ordered flowers for my best friend's birthday. She did receive some but when I seen what she got it was nothing like what I bought. The company gave me a little credit for my next purchase so I ordered again. That order has yet to be delivered for mom's birthday yesterday. I had to contact them to find out that don't have what I ordered at 7:21 PM! They say she'll get some today, we'll see. And it's whatever they pick? I ordered them long in advance so it wasn't same day. They had plenty of time to let me pick something else but instead I had to reach out asking why hasn't she received it yet. Well I wanted the same day delivery. And after I purchase the flowers which was for a birthday and mind you in the picture it shows a balloon (one) attach to the the flowers and it did not say weather or not it came with the flowers so you would. It did two. I check my email and got a confirmation number and then got a call from the flower shop in town. So I thought everything was good till my daughter got home and she didn’t have her flowers. So if you’d gonna run a business call the PERSON and if they can’t get to the phone right then leave a MESSAGE cause I didn’t know they were gonna call me to make sure I was the one purchasing the flowers with my debit card.
So now my daughter not get her flowers on her birthday and she got them the next day it wasn’t the flowers that I purchased so I DID NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE TO ORDER FLOWERS ... I have to say I’m beyond furious, for my great aunt's 80th birthday, I ordered a beautiful arrangement; which is pictured below. The day it was supposed to be delivered, I never received a call, or email it was delivered. I called your customer service, only to be told; “it will be delivered tomorrow, the florist didn’t have the correct flowers”. You would think the order would be transferred to another florist, OR I would be contacted but NO. I had to contact your customer service to find out where the delivery was.
I was offered 15 percent off, 15 PERCENT. Are you kidding?! This was for an 80th birthday, her birthday wasn’t the next day! I demanded to speak with a “manager”, I told them due to the circumstances and inconvenience, I wanted a full refund and the birthday flowers delivered to my aunt the next day. I ONLY received 50 percent back, and the flowers that were delivered looked NOTHING like I ordered!! I ordered Flowers to be delivered to a funeral in Orlando. I ordered from Mexico and I was supposed to travel to the funeral and be able to have those delivered. Meanwhile. No flowers were ever delivered and no luck getting back the $200.00 USD I paid for those. When I contacted customer service some kids from Philippines answered the phone or the email chats. Totally unprofessional and VERY DISRESPECTFUL. Rude at best. You tell them to call back within a time frame to resolve this and they called me in the wee hours of the morning. No one have taken ownership of the issue plus they dared to offer to make a delivery of the same flowers 7 days after the funeral had already been done. I ordered from this website and they said they would deliver in 4 hours and charged me expedited charges that they don’t reveal until check out. At the end of the day I get an email saying that it won’t be until tomorrow. So I contacted them to get my exported charges refund and after some wait time the person on the chat came back and told me that I would be refunded the expedited charges and that my delivery would not be until 3 days from now. Been out for delivery since 9:00 am, out for delivery in a small town. They could have walked it there by now. Ask a lady in customer service if she could give me the # to the florist so I could let them know what time the business closed so my Daughter could possibly get her flowers on time. I ordered from fromyouflowers.com because they advertised same day delivery. When I placed my order same day was not available, which I understand, and I had to pay a fee to guarantee next day delivery. The fee and pricing for Simply Stunning bouquet all seemed sensible. There was an offer to pay $4.99 to have free shipping "for life" which I chose to purchase. When I checked my email the next day there was one with the subject line "From You Flowers order #** was delivered" so I waited to hear from my friend. After waiting I called the company and was on hold for 8.5 minutes before getting a person who said it was delivered to my address. After going back and forth, and being put on hold numerous times, I figured out it was just the $4 free delivery charge. I explained how it is very confusing to receive a delivery notification for an non physical item. They did not apologize and kept countering that I had not given them the correct order number.
I found the correct order number and they verified it was already at a local florist so I couldn't cancel the order. When my friend did get her flowers she sent a picture and it was NOTHING like the bouquet I ordered. The picture was of bright pink and purple and green flowers with lilies and roses and statice. She received white carnations, yellow daisies, and some assorted greenery, not a single bit of color. I looked like something from the markdown bin at Kroger! I sent in a complaint with the picture of the ordered item and what was delivered and they offered me a 30% credit back to my card. I didn't want a credit, I wanted to send my friend a colorful bouquet. I understand the need for substitution but this was not even in the same realm.

I have tried this Company 2 times. The first time I order a balloon BOUQUET to be delivered to a 4 yr. old's quarantined birthday. I paid for expedited service. ONE balloon was delivered. Just ONE! I called the Company, they were very sorry and gave me a credit. So...I tried again. I ordered a birthday bouquet to be delivered to my daughter and paid for expedited service which guarantees delivery by 12:30pm. By 3:30pm the item had STILL NOT BEEN DELIVERED. I understand that they use local florists over which they have very little control. However, they appear to NOT be using reputable florists. Giving me a credit is a nice gesture but it still does not cover the disappointment both by me and my daughter. I have never had a problem with 1-800-Flowers so I guess I will stick with them.

I paid for expedited same day delivery. It is now the 2nd day and no delivery. I have called and emailed and no one can tell me when they will be delivered. No one can give me the local florist name and number so I can follow up. The customer service person I spoke with in a call center outside of the USA was rude and did not care that my order was not delivered as I paid for. The website has a Same Day Guarantee, but there is no information on what this Guarantee actually is. She nor the website has any information on what this Guarantee even is. No refund partial or whole was offered. I choose and paid for the Deluxe version of the arrangement as well. I have done everything as a consumer and they are doing nothing to provide what I paid for and what their website Guarantees.

Don’t be fooled by their “5 star” ratings on their website. I ordered a flower arrangement for my best friend when she was having a bad day, in the flowers she received there were maybe about 1/3 of the flowers in the picture, and there was absolutely no purple in it which is why I ordered it, because purple is her favorite color, and this is all with me upgrading to the “deluxe”, which is supposed to look just like the picture.
I contacted customer service, they offered a 20% refund? I said I’d like what I actually ordered to be delivered so they set up a delivery for the next day, 3 days passed and nothing. Come Monday I get a text saying they delivered them. At this point I had assumed they forgot and I didn’t even want them anymore. This whole thing was supposed to be a positive nice gesture for my best friend, and it turned into a negative experience, they refused to refund me for the bouquet, and told me over the phone “you’ve already received two arrangements and refused multiple offers” as if I’m out here scamming for flowers?
I told them I was fine paying for the fees and the bear, but the best they could do after 40 minutes of bartering back and forth was a 50% refund on the flowers. Just know that if you order from them and something goes wrong, they won’t refund you and you’ll be really lucky if the arrangement looks anything like what you ordered. Better off just buying something from a local florists or a grocery store. It’s clear that keeping 50% of their money for an arrangement is more important than retaining their customer base or reputation. Uploaded pictures to show what I ordered vs. what I got. To sum it up if you just want someone to get flowers this will do the job, but don’t expect much else.

I ordered an arrangement for the funeral of one of the Board of Directors and the flowers never showed up! I called and was placed on hold for nearly an hour. The first rep said she was going to refund my money and never did. The second rep said she was going to transfer me to a supervisor who said she was going to transfer me to a supervisor. The second level supervisor said they were told by the local florist that they would not be able to make my delivery at all the day and time I needed it. Nobody called me to let me know! I ordered Flowers for a funeral on Friday the 21st of August. I paid extra on Thursday the 20th to have them delivered on Thursday so that they would be there. According to the funeral home which I spoke with today, A arrangement was attempted to be delivered on Friday after 1:00. The service was actually at 10:00 am and the funeral home refused delivery because the service was over. I did not receive a refund or any type of communication about the delivery not being made and after contacting fromyouflowers.com this morning they are "supposedly" attempting to send the arrangement to the family's home. This is unacceptable and a refund should be made. I will not use them again.

I ordered a balloon bouquet for a child turning 10. Placed the order 8/11/20 to be delivered 8/15/2020 with a special request to be delivered before 12 noon. I paid the expedited fee of course, and the total cost was $75 and change. A Lot for 9 balloons...but I needed them delivered and by a requested time so it’s what had to be. The child is my only granddaughter and it was her Big 10th Bday...a balloon bouquet is what she wanted. Well, the balloons were NOT delivered by noon, my granddaughter had to leave by 1PM for her other birthday activities and needless to say...I was extremely unhappy.
I contacted customer service, they gave me the expedited fee back plus 20% off the cost due to my dissatisfaction. The balloons did get delivered 3 hours late, by a grumpy elderly man, no apology or explanation. I gave a 3 star review only because the balloons were nice, not spectacular...just nice, but my granddaughter loved them when she was able to return to my house later that day.

My friend was scammed on a dating site and got flowers from the scammer via flowersforyou. The first time they were dead! She contacted Flowersforyou and AGAIN they arrived with the same note and DEAD as well. They told her they would have to contact the sender in order to resend. After researching the scammer...he has been scamming my friend and getting information about her. He sent her flowers, said he worked on an oil rig of the Virgin Islands and uses a text only #. His name was John ** supposedly from Virginia! BEWARE!!! My eyes burned and nose ran after opening the box! They were deader than dead.
I have received 100's of flower bouquets from Other reputable flower shops and they occasionally had a wilting flower but never dried out and these had to have come from overseas! Now Flowersforyou is scamming as I understand from watching You tube and internet experiences with this company as well. I think the scammers and this company must be in bed with each other. Personal opinion and opinion of others who have been ripped off! Hoping they didn't infect me with the Corona Virus!

First off, flowers were left outside in 90+ heat. Recipient was home. I paid for the Mid-Grade "Pretty Please". What I got was not close. C.S. started off by saying well we advise of substitutions. I said yes, I understand but this isn't close. They were more concerned with there being no ribbon. I don't know how red carnations, pale pink daisies and white roses are suppose to be similar. Offered to credit me back $11.64 and $20. gift certificate(by e-mail). They said by phone they would credit 30%. Just order from one of the major companies.

This is a company that obviously utilizes local florists to provide and deliver their arrangements, great idea, poor execution. They advertise same day delivery, which is a valuable service in situations like a friend or family member that has had a sudden loss of a loved one and you want to express your sympathy with a lovely flower or plant arrangement. While I am willing to cut fromyouflowers.com some slack, the company listed the order as delivered that day and stopped there. Two days latter, when my wife and I went over to visit our friend, we found that the arrangement had in fact not been delivered. Quite embarrassing, so I called fromyouflowers.com and customer service said that they would reach out to the florist to find out the status.
After some time I received a return call where I was informed that the florist's delivery driver had been unable to find the address provided on the order (the recipient's phone number was also on that order) stating that GPS had brought them to a different address and that the street number provided was invalid. So the driver left the order at their "best guess" address to which the GPS had directed them. Just to check if this could actually happen, I googled the address and it popped right up with an image of the front of the house prominently displaying the street number in 4" black letters on a white post on the entry porch. When I explained this to the CS agent, she placed me on hold and again called the florist.
Coming back online, the agent explained that the florist was now preparing a new upgraded order to be delivered that same day to the correct address. Not feeling confident with the florist by this time, given what they had done knowing it was not right, never having contacted the recipient or myself, I asked if I could just drive over and pick it up since the florist had to be close by. Unfortunately this was not possible. So I have to blame fromyouflowers.com because they are responsible for those they have representing them locally and it is up to them to work with reputable florists and have processes in place to avoid this type of situation.
As you read other reviews, it's obvious that 2 - 4 day delivery times on "same day delivery" orders is a common problem and they have not done anything to remedy it. So for those of you that need to send flowers to someone that is not local to you, choose another service or perhaps consider looking up a florist in the area you want to have the flowers delivered to.

I ordered a flower arrangement with 3 balloons. It was delivered with no balloons. I called and they said they could only credit my account for 9 dollars and they could not deliver the balloons. The starting price was 53 dollars. Total cost ended up to be 75 dollars which I felt was way overpriced. To credit my account for only 9 dollars was insulting, this was their error and I did not receive what I paid for.

I understand that the price listed under the flowers photo is the price for the “standard” or smallest option for that arrangement & if you want something similar to the photo you have to pay more for the “deluxe” option. The deluxe option is supposed to look as close to the photo as possible. With that being said I selected the flowers I wanted, and selected the deluxe version. I what I ordered is nothing like what was delivered. Not even close. The arrangement looks more like a $25-30 arrangement not $80 that I ended up spending total on the flowers. The person I sent them to still liked them. But she LOL when I showed her what she was supposed to be getting. I think this company lists arrangements and then calls local florists and makes an order for something halfway similar but cheaper so they make a profit. My advise, skip this and contact the local florist yourself. Who needs a middle man for flowers anyway?? Very disappointed.

Recently ordered flowers and given delivery date of the 30th. On the 31st still no flowers yet. Called customer service, they apologized and promised they'd be there next day (yesterday). Last night still no flowers. Called them again. They are looking into it and call me when they're delivered. REALLY... I'm not happy. Maybe they should do that they (guarantee) and promise to do....☹☹

Twice now they have not delivered the flowers that I ordered. The first time was on Mother’s Day and even though I was furious I was stupid enough to try them again in July 2020. Once again they did not deliver the flowers on time. They told me it would come the next day. They still didn’t come. They told me they weren’t open on Sundays. It would come on Monday. Never happened. Total scam. And when you try to get your money back they tell you to give you 15% off your next order. I told him there will never be a next order and they still wouldn’t give me more than 50% discount. They claim that the delivery company says it was delivered but they couldn’t speak to them or tell me what company they used. Scammers and should not be allowed in business.

July 24 2020 I ORDERED A BEAUTIFUL FLORAL ARRANGEMENT FOR MY MOM FOR HER Birthday.. I ordered and gave a delivery date of the 26 of July, which is my mom's birthday. From the minute they got delivered everything went wrong. The delivery person delivered on the 25th which was the wrong date, broke the plant that was in the arrangement, she bent over, picked it up and placed it on the top of the floral arrangement. The flowers were the wrong color, there were no carnations, the arrangement was nothing like I ordered. They looked like a grocery store floral arrangement on clearance. I was so embarrassed after spending 128.00.. I was upset. The gift I bought my mom to make her feel special was a bust!!

I ordered flowers on July 30th to be sent to my sister for her birthday... Paid for them and birthday balloon attached, and paid for expedited delivery for between 9am-12noon as my sister has p/t after. Order came to just under 100 dollars. Never showed up... Thus I cancelled the order asked for a full refund and will never ever utilize them again.

I wanted to send my niece flowers for her birthday. Chose this website for their guaranteed 24 hour delivery. Start choosing the arrangement, and add a bear ($10) and balloon ($6), and what? I have to pay for the vase too ($7)? Submit, and no, this arrangement is not available in her zip code? Go back and start all over. And 24 hour delivery not available? Next available delivery date not till Tuesday? (Birthday is Monday). Proceed to checkout....and an additional $15 for "Service and Handling".... They're flowers, of course they're going to have to be handled. Tuesday arrives and I get a tracking error, the apt. # has not been included!!! Now the delivery won't be till Wednesday.
I called the company and they were very helpful, even refunded 20% of my order, and offered a Gift Certificate (this I declined because will never order from them again.) Wednesday, my niece finally gets her order. This crap looks like somebody ran out to the gas station and picked up the flowers, and then went to Dollar Tree for the balloon and bear!! Are you freaking kidding me?!?! This is what you get for $65. Be warned.

My order was delivered to my Father yesterday evening. He sent me a photo of what he received and I must say it is extremely disappointing. I made a point to select a very full, beautiful, arrangement. I made sure I selected the larger arrangement even so that it would have more flowers. I paid $80 and some change for this order. Granted I paid the upsell for a photo vase which is honestly the ONLY thing that's ok with the entire order. The flowers arrive wilted and dying, nowhere near as full or as many, and honestly look absolutely pathetic!
I have included photos of my preview for what I ordered and what was received. You can even notice right off the bat that the one received did not even include the 5 calls lilies pictured that in fact is was less than the smaller order and only included 3 (I even asked my father to count and let me know in case I just couldn't see them in the photo). This is absolutely unacceptable! Do not waste your money with this company!

Ordered an arrangement 4 days ago. At 4:00pm the day of delivery I called to see where the order was. I was informed it would be delayed and should still be delivered sometime today. No call, email, I had to reach out to them. Terrible service, terrible experience, terrible company.

I was very disappointed with the flowers my wife received. I knew she was too. They were not for a special occasion. I just wanted to say I love you. The arrangement had flowers whose stems were cut too short and the flowers were resting on the top of the cheap vase. The cost was $43 plus about 25 in delivery and tax. Total Just under $70. If you cut the stems short on roses it reduces their value. You can make a dozen African roses normally sold at $100 worth nothing if you cut the stems to 8”. They would not be worth $10 for the dozen. I received a refund only for the arrangement. It still cost me about $30. It was not worth $10. I’ll never use their service again. You should had seen the disappointment in my wife’s face as she gratefully accepted them as a sign of my love.

Please check Yelp, ConsumerAffairs, TrustPilot, and ResellerRatings before you order from these folks. I recently placed an online order on 6/26/2020. According to their website they could deliver some flowers the same day to my mother who had been placed in a Skilled Care Facility after being discharged from the local hospital. They charged an extra fee ($2.99) for the same day delivery to which I agreed. Approximately 1 1/2-2 hours later they sent me an email stating they were sorry but they weren’t able to deliver the flowers the same day (on Friday the 26th) but they would be able to deliver them-as soon as possible-on Monday the 29th. I proceeded to call them and cancel the order because I didn’t know if my mother would still be alive on Monday and I wanted her to have the flowers as soon as possible. They agreed to cancel the order and stated that they would send a cancellation confirmation number via email.
To make a long story short, no cancellation number was ever sent and they proceeded to put the $79.47 charge on my credit card on Monday. I’ve had to dispute the charge on my Visa at Wells Fargo and am still waiting for the charge to be removed. So, no flowers, no refund and no empathy at all from these folks. If you want an honest, reliable and empathetic flower delivery company you might want to skip this one. It was my first time ordering from them and it will certainly be my last.

I order a flower arrangement called rainbow flowers and I got a dozen of pink from one orange and almost dying flowers. I had order before from them for my niece's 13th birthday and the flowers didn’t look nice but she agree to keep them. I order a balloon for her also and she didn’t receive it. I personally feel like they do false advertising because you do not get what you pay for.

Ordered Two matching vases with flowers for funeral. One vase came on time, the other came at very end of ceremony. Imagine the delivery occurring at the conclusion of my deceased relatives ceremony, that’s what happened. The vases were supposed to be identical matching on each side of my deceased relative. They were completely different, not the same. I called to complain after spending hundreds of dollars. They said they reserved the right to change out the orders. They apologized for the late flowers and credited me 15% on one of the two orders. Since I cant have another ceremony for my relative, they completely failed me. Do not use this company, my experience could not have been worse.

DO NOT use fromyouflowers.com. They lied to me 3 times by 3 different people, when asked for a supervisor they put me on hold for 25min then hung up on me. They not only didn't deliver flowers on the correct day they also messed up the entire order. The WORST experience I've ever had by a company and absolutely horrible professional behavior. They dont deliver flowers. They subcontract it out and do NOT communicate with the local florists they hire. PLEASE PLEASE save yourself the trouble and NEVER NEVER use them.

I hope I can add pictures of what was ordered vs what was received. What I received in Florida was not what my sister ordered in Ct - they told her substitutions can be made for the flowers. Did not get even close to what she ordered! Very happy to get flowers, but very disappointed what she paid for them.

I ordered an flower arrangement with teddy bear and chocolates from them for same day delivery. In total I paid $85. These were for my wife whose uncle's funeral was yesterday. Due to coronavirus restrictions we were unable to attend so I thought flowers may help some. I was so wrong. This company did not deliver my arrangement same day at all! I kept in contact with them throughout the day to make sure it was still coming and they assured me continuously that they would come same day by 6pm. They sent me an email at 6:15 or later saying they were unable to find a florist to fill my order and would deliver the next day as soon as they could. They said they would refund the fee I paid for same day shipping but the point is I bought these for that day to help ease my wife's pain some and they didn't come through at all.
Today is the day they were supposed to bring the flowers. We are past noon and I couldn't keep my wife at home all day waiting for flowers that may not come. I spoke with the company and they gave me the exact spiel they gave me the other day about how they are for sure going to get me my order. At this point I told them to just cancel it! I wanted to surprise my wife but I would rather pick them up in a store myself for a lot less money and headache!! Do not purchase from them. Save yourself time please for the love of God!

I am very disappointed on what was sent to my friend who just got out of the hospital. I ordered the $150-ish Bon Bivant Gourmet Basket. However what was sent was nowhere close to what is shown in your pictures. I know this because they sent us a picture as to what they received. I am sure you can hide behind some legal small print disclaimer such as stating ‘that items are subject to availability ‘. Regardless, this bait and switch tactic was not appreciated and will not trust your site for other orders.

I purchased a Large brown Teddy Bear and a nice Philodendron plant in a basket for my ill father. The purchase was made early enough that it could have been delivered the same day. However, it wasn't. And they didn't bother refunding my same day fee. The following day, they dropped off a large white rabbit and some shrub of a plant in a white bowl. That is FAR from what I ordered. Once I saw the picture sent to me from my father, and rechecked my order, I realized they sent absolutely NOTHING that I had ordered! Apparently, they just grabbed anything in the two categories and dropped them off. I contacted them via email, and they apologetically and kindly responded that they would get back to me after an investigation. Today, that email is gone. I don't know if one is able to cancel an email, but no one else has used my email, and THAT reply is no longer there. Initially, I offered them a chance to correct the order. Now, I demand a refund!

This candy cake was shipped with a tiny ice pack inside and nothing to insulate it with. The candy was all melted and after it hardened and we tasted it it was also very old chocolate. It was the most disgusting thing that came that day for my mother’s 90th birthday. DO NOT waste your time and order from them!! This product came from an outside vendor - they don’t even put it together themselves. What a total waste of money!!

These were suppose to be a surprised while she was at work, now she leaves at 5 pm and it's worthless. I came across this website and ordered flowers from them, in which I thought the product I was ordering was going to be about the same as the beautiful picture but apparently I was tricked. I paid $78.06 and mind you it was that price with a coupon added which I mean price isn’t an issue when spending on a loved one for a special occasion but to give me flowers that look nothing like the picture is sad and embarrassing! When my sister took a picture of her flowers that were delivered to her doorstep and sent it to me I was so embarrassed I didn’t even know what to tell her except apologize. The picture even had a pretty clear vase and what they gave her was an ugly dark green vase with a messy cheap looking ribbon tied around it (which I had no idea they were even going to add that ribbon when it’s clearly not on the picture shown on their website). So I’ve placed orders with this company and first off they get you with low prices on arrangements but by the time you check out you have a million added fees! I paid same day delivery never happened, they send a small refund. Next time I ordered expedited shipping before 12 paid extra not delivered they offered a discount . On top of that they still delivered late basket looks completely different from pic, I understand different florist but still I want it as close to the photo also paid for foil balloons I got 5 regular balloons. Horrible Horrible online floral company. The fees are ridiculous. I started off with like $35 arrange by the time I was done with fees I paid almost $80 dollars.. Overpriced and not delivering the service they advertise. I feel I got scammed twice!!!

I saw the rainbow roses online and had to send. I sent 3 dozen to 3 locations in separate states. Then I read the 1 star reviews online and got nervous. I'm happy to say all 3 were delivered on time and were just what I ordered. 2 were absolutely gorgeous. One had a couple of buds that didn't look great but it's Texas and hot. Seems like the problems people had could be due to the local delivery company. I was very pleased with my experience.

Sadly I will never be a returning customer. My experience has been horrific. I selected an arrangement for my mom (her 64th anniversary but 8th as a widow) to help brighten her day. The first arrangement was a disaster so I thought but the one they chose to replace it with was much worse. Overall the flowers have been a disaster, and the misleading pictures vs what gets delivered have just fostered a profound sense of mistrust in me for any online floral Delivery service in the future. I do not recommend this company at all. They act as a middle man and farm out the business to any unmonitored local service. You do not get what you pay for!

I paid 70$ to send flowers and chocolates to my sister for her birthday that were supposed to arrive on Saturday June 20. They did not arrive until Friday June 26th. The flowers were almost dead, all the leaves fell off and the chocolates were melted. This is the worst customer service/delivery service I have experienced with this company. I have ordered from them before and all was fine. I want a full 100% refund and the flowers and chocolate to be resent to her ASAP. This is unacceptable.

I ordered a floral arrangement to be sent to another state. It was supposed to be a pink and white arrangement for a baby girl. They offered two upgrades for more money. I chose the premium upgrade, which is the highest and they charged me $75 for it. Their photo showed a container that looks like a baby block as well as beautiful pink and white flowers. The floral arrangement that arrived was absolutely nothing like that! The baby block vase was nonexistent and it was just a plain vase. The flowers were disgusting! It was all yellow daisies with a couple pink carnations thrown in. Who makes a “baby girl” arrangement with yellow daisies?? Plus, daisies and carnations are the cheapest flowers you can possibly use...Is that PREMIUM??
I complained to their customer service department and they offered me a nine dollar refund. Are you kidding me? This website is a complete rip off. Do not order flowers through them. Stick to FTD or Teleflora. They did not care that the product was miserable. The other upsetting thing was that the delivered floral arrangement had no record of the florist that prepared the arrangement. I was going to call the florist directly to discuss but could not. What kind of a fly-by-night operation is this? Please save your money and never use this website!

We ordered flowers and a teddy bear for the death of a family friend. The white roses that were delivered as part of the bouquet were brown around the edges which, given we spent $88 was not acceptable. Lucky that a family member posted a photo and we saw. The crazy thing is someone could have simply removed the brown petals. We contacted the company and the same day new, fresher flowers were delivered. It's sad that had to happen, but the company was quite responsive and fast. My guess is that they use affiliates who try to skimp as they probably don't make a lot of money on the orders. We were surprised at the fast response.

I purchased flowers for a elderly neighbor and friend. They delivered the arrangement on the wrong day and not the arrangement I ordered and this is no joke, they delivered them to her home in a hearse with a handwritten note that didn’t even have the florist name or anything on it. Suspect the writing on the note was unprofessional. It was this "happy birthday love Peggy Darrel" when it should of been "Happy Birthday Becky, Love Peggy & Darrel".
Delivering a 73 year old elderly lady flowers from a hearse is the most outrageous inappropriate thing I have ever heard of and a blank note with child-like writing on it. I called and complained to a customer service rep. Which stated they would send out a new arrangement the correct one on the correct date. It did not happen. I spoke to my neighbor and this whole ordeal was a fiasco. I sent them an email. They once again said they would redeliver. I did not need more flowers even if they ever do that. I just wanted this company to get the orders correct and deliver on their promise.

It was a father's day fruit basket. It showed up on time but arrived damaged with bad fruit. All of the fruit was bad and had to be thrown away. Not a great way for my father to celebrate father's day. So I called and explained my problem. They stated they would send another replacement basket for Monday 6/22/20. It never arrived and I didn't receive a confirmation email as I was told by customer service agent, I'll pay for the shipping but not for the horrible product.

I was completely disappointed in the lack and quality of care and time sensitivity on my aunties order for a funeral after all the business my boyfriend, and myself have used your company to include referring your services to my auntie and being completely dissatisfied and disappointed and having to deal with a rep who would not take our complaint… Will not be using this flower provider ever again and will recommend my friends elsewhere, and this is after years of being a faithful customer, I am hurt and disappointed that our funeral arrangements not only were delivered days late but also incomplete/ incorrect arrangement was finally delivered after having to call several times and being ensured there'd be an upgrade which was also not honored and late again...
I ended up having to send my ** brother to the stores to try and find flowers to make up for the altar during the protests in fear he'd suffer of police brutality and be exposed to covid as police seem to be uncovering individuals' face masks to pepper spray them... I really needed to be able to count on FromYouFlowers and was convicted they'd make up for it but they simply did not care nor did they in my opinion remedy the situation nor alleviate the added stress and sadness.

I ordered a beautiful standing cross for my niece's funeral. The cheapest spray of flowers on their website was what was delivered to the funeral home. I made the order 2 days before the delivery was made. They should have contacted me or at least delivered something equivalent to what I had ordered. I'm sure if I had not called them on it they would have done nothing. They did refund the difference which was $100, but still it was not good customer service. Too many other places to chose from and surely more trustworthy places.

After debating I decided to try an online company for mom's funeral flowers. I spoke with them directly over the phone to confirm available arrangement(s), delivery address was acceptable and would arrive on time. They not only verbally confirmed but walked me through the online steps to purchase and move forward. Day before the funeral I receive an email that it was now an address where they couldn't ship to... They didn't even call knowing details so I contacted them and 2 hours (!!!) later the only concession they were willing to make was a refund of my money in 3 business days!
This means no flower arrangements at the funeral and out $400 + with no means to get more flowers on such short notice other than local shop who helped but didn't have time to do a real funeral arrangement. All the supervisors I supposedly was connected to were the same lady giving me another name. I've owned my own business for 22 years and never been treated so poorly and unprofessionally. I implore you, DO NOT BUY OR DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I still have not received my refund to date and now about to start fighting with them for that...

I purchased a birthday bouquet for my mother on May 19th to arrive May 21st, expecting it would arrive in the daytime, it came in the evening around 8 p.m.. The vase was shattered and blooms had dropped off, the roses were brown on the edges. The flowers were drab and near death. I was promised a 50% refund and a new upgraded birthday bouquet delivered on the 23rd. This would have been fine except they were never delivered. NEVER, even when I was promised 2 more dates of arrival, and, only 20% refund was given and not on the total of sale. If you want poor quality flowers and poor quality customer service that fills you with empty promises and arguments then do business with these people. NEVER would I use this service again NEVER, EVER!!!

Delivery was fine but the flowers were lacking compared to the picture. Not styled very well, no straw bow like in picture. I don’t feel what I got was worth what I paid. This company has left me heartbroken! I will never use this company and will never refer it to anyone. My first grandchild was born and I ordered a big flower arrangement and balloon arrangement. I paid for same day delivery. Around 8:30pm, my order had not been delivered (I had placed my order at noon). When I called to find out why, I was told that the florist had rejected my order and it was given to another florist but it was too late to follow up. I had not been informed of this during the entire day or I would have gone through another company. The supervisor assured me she would have my order delivered first thing the next morning. When 12pm came, I called and was told it had not been delivered and they could not reach the florist. I was told to wait until 6pm that night to see if it might be delivered!
This company had already missed my same day delivery and now I was being told to check back and it might be delivered the next day! I had already missed the big day! I was upset and another supervisor called me two hours later and told me they couldn't get a hold of the florist and the florist had already closed. It was 2pm! She asked if they could deliver it the next day (the third day!!). I was so frustrated and disappointed. My daughter gave birth to her first child and this arrangement would be three days late. I cancelled my order through tears. Please do not use this service. They do not keep tabs on their florists or hold them accountable.

I pre-ordered Mother's Day Flowers ($75) from them since my mom lives out of state to be delivered between May 8th and May 10th. I received an email on May 8th stating my flowers had been delivered. So I waited for my mom to call me because I knew she would have as soon as she received them but she never did. I finally spoke with her later that evening and asked if she received anything but she hadn't. I called the company to let them know. I was told they would investigate the matter and call me back. Of course they never called me back so I called them again the next day where I was once again told they had been delivered even though I knew they hadn't been.
My mom can not leave the house due to Covid 19 so I knew there was no way she could have missed them. The agent then told me they would send out a new order. 2 days passed and no new order was received. I called back furious especially since at this point Mother's Day had passed. I demanded a refund and kept being put on hold but finally got the request. That following Friday (May 15th) my mom calls me to let me know there was a dead bouquet with a mother's day balloon hanging from it sitting at her doorstep. The delivery driver called to let her know they just dropped it off. Smh. The card was also just a white piece of paper with misspelled words on it. Worse flower experience ever!

I bought flowers for Mother's Day. The Flowers never came and when I opened the claim they told me that the flowers were delivered. Call Center said they will investigate and return with a resolution. It is already May 19 and there are no resolutions or answers from this company. The company does not respond to emails. They keep sending me emails with offers and gifts of $ 12 credits for my $ 90 purchase that was never delivered. The company does not control deliveries and I will never use it again.

Fromyouflowers.com is legitimate floral arrangement and is a very very nice floral arrangement service that you should try. I dont know why are there so many bad reviews in this one. I'm from overseas half across the world and they've helped me reach my loved one in the US, it was a same day delivery kind of flower arrangement for my fiancee because it was our anniversary. And at first I was very nervous because it was my first time but they were very responsive in Facebook messenger and they've have this tracking system for your delivery. And I'm amazed that they really made the effort to make sure that the flowers I bought was delivered on her work, she was very surprised and happy, it really made our anniversary and thanks to them for that. Ordered flowers from my brother to my mother for Mother's day. Placed an order for a $60 seasonal order. My mother is in an assisted living facility on lockdown. When I contacted her she said she received 10 stems of mostly carnations. When I called customer service I was on the phone for over 40 minutes and they did nothing for me except speak to me like I was an idiot and often interrupted me and spoke over me. Ross could not have been and worse and he was suppose to be the supervisor. He couldn't even speak or comprehend English. There is not a chance this company will ever see another penny from me.

Purchases flowers 5/4/20 to be delivered on Mother's Day. I paid 60.00 for the bouquet to be delivered to my mother. She sent a photo to me and I was shocked to see the size of this. It was so small with 4 roses half dead! 1 Lily and some astro and greenery. I was shocked. It was squished and no arrangement whatsoever. Just shoved into the tiny small vase. My mother also advised me that whomever delivered these flowers just dropped them off no doorbell ring nothing. I literally emailed the company 4 times each with a follow up email stating it was getting passed up the to a supervisor. CRICKETS!!!! A email saying they would refund 30% back from a supervisor. Is that the way they do business? My mother has dead flowers. Should I have had them deliver a new arrangement? NO, taking advantage of people when you are expecting them to do the right thing and produce a quality product isn't too much to ask.
Taking advantage of people and giving a product that last 3 days and not providing a service to rectifying the problem is even worse. Additionally these flowers that were sold at 59.99 the agent says is a standard arrangement is 35.00 photos receipts and I wish I could include all my emails. DONT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

First Mother's Day I am not able to spend with my 71 old mother, this is the 2nd time I've ordered from Fromyouflowers.com. First they called there days before mother's day to confirm with my mom her address and whether she'd be home ruining the surprise. Obviously she'd be home since CA is on Shelter-in-Place. Okay, the day of Mother's Day, I notified them that by 7pm the flowers have not been delivered. They argued with me that it had been delivered. I said I don't think my mother would lie. Flowers never arrived. They gave me a discount, great, but the flowers never arrived even till a week later. They kept telling me that they were confirming with the fulfillment order shop whether it was indeed not delivered.
Finally a week later, they confirmed it was indeed not fulfilled so they suggested to send the flowers. I said, "Too late, refund me." I'm dumbfounded by the lack of professionalism on how they handled this delivery. I understand it's an awkward time, and so I made concessions. But what was frustrating is that they first tried to blame me saying that the address was not correct, that my mom didn't live in her house. I said this is the second time I'm ordering to the same person who has lived there for over 30 years. Then they said that they couldn't see her name at the intercom. That's a lie, but I said if you can call my mom the first to ruin the surprise, I'm sure they could have called her again. Anyway, worst worst worst service!!! Compounded by the fact that my mom spent Mother's Day alone and didn't get her flowers was just cherry on top! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Updated on 05/16/2020: OK. I gave them a one star review in previous post. I paid and they promised an important before noon delivery which was not done. Then they promised delivery by 6 PM. After 6:20 PM I went online and their system still showed that it was not delivered and in progress. I called them and they did not know why it was not delivered and they told me it will be delivered by 9PM. However, it was actually delivered about 5:50 PM, but they and their system did not show it. So I am upgrading my review to 3 stars to be fair. I still will not order again from them since I cannot rely on their delivery promises and their on-line reporting system is not accurate.
Original review: I bought flowers for a special birthday to my stepdaughter whose birthday is the same week as her mother's death anniversary. She is all alone. I prepaid and was promised it will be delivered before noon the next day. I called at 12:30 to check. Not delivered. Called the company and they promised me it will be delivered by 6 PM. Better late than never. At 6:36 not delivered. I called From You Flowers and they said wait until 9PM and call in the morning if not delivered. This was a special birthday. I ordered flowers from them on a Sunday for delivery on Wednesday and they were never received, then when corresponding with them through email I was told 30% back not 100% of what I paid and acted like it was no big deal that they didn't fulfill the order when it was expected to be done! Then when I asked who was the florist they told me that couldn't tell me that because of privacy, what a joke. I as a consumer have every right to know the company doing the work I paid for!! I ordered a Mother's Day arrangement to be delivered no later than Tuesday. The order was placed on Friday so this should have been ample time to deliver in the Clearwater Beach area of FL. Tuesday evening rolls along and at 6:30pm (while I was on the phone with my mother to see if her flowers had arrived), I receive an email stating my order had been delivered. I immediately called and stated that the delivery had not been received. I was placed on hold while they were to reach to florist. No answer so they set up my account for a call back once the florist responded to their inquiry. I waited until 1pm the following day to call back. At that time, I was offered a 20% discount for the item being late. Still no flowers - still no follow up from their company. I called the next day at 6:30pm and advised I just wanted a refund because I had already sent my mother something late and this was to supplement until her other gift arrived.
I was asked to "give them the remainder of the day" before a full refund was issued. I advised it was already past 6pm EST, and if the florist had been unresponsive for 2 entire days, I seriously doubted they were going to magically pull through after hours. Lo and behold, the following Friday - a full week after placing my order!!! - still no follow up from their company. Still no delivery. I called at 1pm and requested a full refund. They had the audacity to try to fight with me for my refund stating the gift would be delivered the following day. Well, a week after Mother's Day, those flowers are basically useless because the gift sent by snail mail had already arrived. GUARANTEED DELIVERY is just that.
Their vendors are marking these items as delivered to keep their numbers looking good while the customers and recipients are all playing on the phone trying to figure out where the stuff we already paid for is...! Who has time for that?! I had given them ample time to do their own follow up with their vendor. There was no follow up unless I was calling in. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. CALL AN INDEPENDENT FLORIST. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING THROUGH THEM AGAIN.

I placed a order with this company for my daughter's birthday. Very unsatisfied with their service. They sent my order to a florist in the state where they were going to be delivered. Which I could of done that myself. Flowers were wilted. The website showed sunflowers which none was in there. Mostly cheap daisy. It was not deluxe which is what I paid for. The company offer me 20% off which does not justified false advertising. I wasn't asking for a refund. Just a another deliver of what I ordered. I may still cancel the credit card payment. I've had flowers delivered before from this company and they came in a box. I recommend everyone to use another flower company, they do not care about customer satisfaction.

First of all I like the name of this website, good reviews. But lack of knowledge and communications. WE CARE from you. Yes the owner but not the employee. I purchased a 2 items – a flower and a teddy bear. Because of the same day delivery. But the delivery was late. NO. 1.. Called the 800 number like you said in the internet/website any issues problem, track the order, ETC. I ask nicely, “Where is my ITEM to be delivered.” CS. (Customer Service) reply, “Sir, your item will be delivered.” I say it again.. WILL BE DELIVERED by Noon.. Noon means 12:00pm.. oh ok that's fine. I understand because of COVID-19.. Guess what – my item still not delivered and it’s 4:00pm (central time USA).
NO.2.. I CALLED AGAIN. This my 2nd time calling. They said, “I apologize the Item wasn't delivered.” And tell me. What Am I gonna look like to this person. Some stupid idiot!! Cant even order a FLOWER?..by the no email or courtesy call. You guys have my info.? NO. 3. I called again and I got the email and text to the person that is supposed to be delivered. DELIVERED.. It's a flowers!! They just left the vase and the flowers outside the door + there's a missing Item.. They emailed me that been deliver but it’s not saying there's a missing ITEM!!

Ordered Mother's Day arrangements for 2 people. 1 was never delivered. Other did not have the card I wanted nor did it look ANYTHING like the arrangement I ordered! I ordered balloons and they were not included. I asked for a refund for both. I even spoke with a 'supervisor'. They said they would refund only 1/2 of the absolutely erroneous one and a full refund for the one not even delivered yet. They said they would send me an email stating they would refund my money. Never got the email. Called to ask them to 'resend' the email and they said they COULD NOT 'resend' the email without triggering another refund!!! Never heard of anything so stupid. They said it was refunded and to call my bank. I did and there was NO REFUND! My bank filed a dispute asking for a full refund of BOTH charges. They did not respond to the dispute. I had actually ordered from this company once before and had the best experience, so when this experience fell short of my previous one with the company, I was very disappointed. The first time I ordered an arrangement from them, it arrived early in the morning and the delivery person rang the doorbell a couple of times to make sure the person receiving them knew they were there and the arrangement was exactly what I expected- maybe even prettier in person.
The second delivery was for my sister and I spent a long time picking out the perfect arrangement for her for mother's day but once I settled on my choice, I was excited for her to receive her flowers. Being that it was for mother's day, I opted for the flex delivery option, which showed it could be delivered any day over the next 3 days. I was fine with that. My first disappointment was when I received an email stating that they didn't have all the flowers that were pictured/described in the arrangement I ordered and some substitutions would be made. I appreciated the email, however, I really wish I had been given the option to either cancel my order as it wasn't going to be what I ordered OR to select a different arrangement (if there was a difference in cost, I wouldn't mind having to pay it).
The point is the customer should be given the option to cancel or move forward when the item they purchased isn't going to be what they actually receive. If that had been the only thing, I may not have written a review, but the delivery itself really upset me for what could've happened. I kept checking my email to see when the flowers were delivered, because the last time, I got an email a minute or so after the flowers had been delivered. However, this time, I received an email a little after 10:30PM. I thought... maybe they got delivered earlier and I just not got the email. I hadn't received a text or anything from my sister, which was odd because she would definitely have sent me a message as soon as she got them. I didn't text her to ask if she got them because she's a nurse and I didn't want to risk waking her up since she just got off a 12hr shift 3 hrs ago and was likely asleep.
Anyway, the next morning I texted my mother to ask if my flowers had arrived for my sister, so she went to the door to check and the flowers were there on the porch. I was happy that she got them. I was happy she liked them despite that it wasn't what I had ordered. What I wasn't happy about is that they were delivered after 10pm and left to sit out all night and morning until someone happened to go out the front door. Maybe it was in the fine print that flowers could be delivered into the wee hours of the night, but I think that should be in large print so I am aware of what I'm agreeing to.
Thankfully they live in a house and not an apartment complex so the flowers were still there, but I was mostly just disappointed with having such stellar service the first time and then lackluster service the second time. The flowers were beautiful according to my sister and mother, so there's that, but again, just wanted the option to proceed or not and the latest flowers should be delivered is 8pm- which is when my mom came inside the house through the front door after her post dinner walk and how I know they must have been delivered shortly before I got the delivery email.

On May 5th I ordered a beautiful bouquet for a co-worker whose Mother had just passed away. They were to be delivered May 8th but were not delivered until May 11th and they were dead!! I can't even imagine how my co-worker must have felt! I called (no answer), emailed (they offered a 30% refund), I told them absolutely not acceptable!! They stopped responding. I did a BBB review and still nothing!! They are worse than scammers. They are catastrophically horrific!!! I have pictures but cannot add them.

I ordered 3 arrangements (standard nothing fancy) and the delivery window was 1-3 days later. Even the cable or appliance companies give you a smaller window 8am - 2pm. They emailed me to verify the delivery address because they couldn’t find it in their system???? I ordered the flowers through their website and I can find the delivery address easily so why can’t they do the same? Then they called to tell me that they tried to deliver the flowers but were told by the homeowners that the person had moved.
So we REverified the address a second time. The delivery is in a town in LA meaning Louisiana NOT Los Angeles. So they would touch base for the 5th or 6th time with the local florist to confirm address, name of recipient, etc. I asked if I could just speak with the local florist and get everything straightened out but I was told that wouldn’t be possible. It is 7:06 pm CST and flowers are still not delivered and the CSR cannot tell me when they will be delivered other than “end of business day”. I spent a total of $193 and I’m totally frustrated with the company but even more with myself for not researching and reading the company reviewed.

I ordered 2 Mother’s Day flowers With a balloon For 2 different people a week In advance. One of them was delivered broken with no balloon, and the other one was not delivered at all. It is now, 3 days past Mother’s Day. I requested a refund for my first delivery being messed up and a second refund for not sending flowers at all. They said ok and never sent me my money back. My husband and I ordered a cotton candy for my mother in-law for Mother's day, we even paid the fee to get to my mom faster but still it was a day late and when it arrived it's not the flowers that we ordered for my mom it was nowhere near close to what we got for her. So gave them a call, tell them what happened and the lady I was talking to giving me excuses that they are busy and rushed that's why my mom got a substitute flowers. I'm like, "Okay I get that you guys are busy but for my mom to get a substitute flowers that is not good!" And she offer like a discount for the next purchase or whatever and see if they can send her the cotton candy flowers.
She put me on hold for a long time and said they can't do then I told her I need a refund and she started asking if my husband is around. Told her, "Nope. He's at work". So basically the only way that we can give a refund is for my husband to call. Then she asked me if I need anything else. I told her nope and expect a bad review on Yelp. Here you go! Worst experience of any bouquet delivery service. This is a scam of a company who uses local florists and then charges double what they would charge. The florist has little idea of what they are making and it rarely actually comes to what the picture is like. They use classic marketing tactics to get you in the door (sticker price is not what they advertise) and then your total comes to double what you thought (they have multiple sizes of the arrangement and shipping is $22 on weekends).
My mom was so appalled at what we paid for the flowers for Mother's Day she called the florist who arranged them (who had no idea what the customer actually pays). We were charged $72 from Fromyouflowers.com for what the florist said should have cost $35. Please do yourself a favor and call local florists to see if they deliver.

I came across the site www.fromyouflowers.com on May 3rd and ordered the Rose &Lily Celebration Deluxe. Delivery was scheduled for May 9th. The total billed was more than $60.00. It is now May 11th and I'm beyond disgusted and disappointed! Customer service doesnt exist! No one answers any calls and the tracking doesnt show any progress. BE ALERT!! Don't use this company! Ordered 2 identical bouquets for mine and my husband’s Mothers this year as they’re both high risk and nobody is visiting to keep them safe. One was delivered as ordered and the other was horrific. Delivered 4 pink, browning and wilting roses instead of the $75 arrangement purchased. Called and the representative told me she’s give me 20% off to go online & reorder. Was she crazy? I was very dissatisfied with my order and will never order from fromyouflowers or the local florist Julie's florist EVER again. The flowers were delivered on the wrong day and didn't have the balloons I ordered and also was the basic arrangement and not the deluxe I ordered. It was missing the pink roses that were suppose to be in it. I was credited for the balloons and 15% off my order which is crap because that leaves more than the basic costs and that's all that was delivered. Beyond disgusted. It's very disappointing for the money that was charged.

I ordered flowers for my daughter for Mother's Day. Based on the description, the arrangement should have included white roses, pink roses, green poms and small number of pink carnations in glass vase with pink satin bow (arrangement called Cotton Candy). The arrangement that was delivered had pink roses, a lot of carnations and another flower I am not sure what they are called but not white roses... I called the company and spoke with a representative. He wanted to offer me a discount and a voucher for future order. I said I just want the right order delivered! Also, if I didn't like what you provided the first time, there won't be any future orders. After a long hold, I was told they would send the flowers to match the description to my daughter for Mother's day.
As of today, May 11th she hasn't received the order and I did not receive a confirmation call or email telling me the order is being re-sent, as the representative said I would. I called today and I was told by another representative that they have to "check with the delivering florist from first order to see if they accepted the redelivery request". Unbelievable! They, the florist, should not have a choice of whether they accepted the redelivery! They should just send the CORRECT Flowers and take care of the order as described on the website!!!! Ordered flowers for my 80 year old mother for Mother's Day on 5/7 to be delivered by end of day Sunday 5/10/2020. On 5/10 around 6pm I called to ask when "end of day delivery" was and was told 7pm. So I waited. Around 730pm I called my mom (it was supposed to be a surprise) and nothing delivered. I called customer service back and they said 8pm. Around 9pm I called back again and they told me no one at the florist store is answering. They said I could get 20% off a future purchase for my problems. I told them NO WAY! I want the flowers delivered and I now will NOT pay for them. Went to bed.
Monday 5/11 at 9am I called customer service. Was told it was in supervisor's hands now and I would have to speak with them, but of course the supervisor is "not available" and they would call me back with a resolution. It is now 12:30pm and no call. I have contacted and filed a complaint with the BBB. They have reached out to them as well. Waiting waiting and more waiting - and still no flowers for my mom. So sad, disappointing and the most UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY ever. DO NOT USE THEM.

Strongly recommend against. Flowers did not arrive on time (or at all in fact). It is now 9:30pm and delivery for Mother's Day was between 9am to 6pm. I ordered a week prior. I called at 6:30pm and the lady said 'it is out for delivery so we can't refund the order'. I was first offered 15% then 30% then finally 50% refund though the amount refunded is only on the flower and not the full bill (an effective discount of 30%). Clearly deceptive behaviour on multiple angles.

This is the second time I’ve had an issue with this company. Each time you call be prepared for at least a 30 minute hold. Forget trying to get a resolve about your order. I ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement for $100 plus and the delivery was set for Saturday but the following day was Mother’s Day with no delivery confirmation. I asked for a refund but was told I could only receive a 50% discount. I told them that they never deliver the items. I will never do business with company ever again. The worst company ever!!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with for flower delivery. Last Mother’s Day, I ordered flowers online. Received confirmation of the order. Come the day of delivery, no flowers. The next day, I had to go to the local florist to get the arrangement myself. This year, I decided to give them one more chance. I ordered the rose and lily celebration arrangement on 5/6/2020 to be delivered on 5/9/2020. 5/9 comes...no flowers. Checked the website and all it showed was "delivery scheduled". Sent two emails - no flowers. Finally called customer service and was asked if it was “acceptable to have the flowers delivered on Monday or Tuesday.” I said, "No, that was unacceptable as this was not what I paid for". I requested a full refund, was told it was “approved” and would take 1-3 days for it to clear the bank. This is a fraudulent company that needs to be investigated.

Do not count on them to deliver your order. I ordered on Monday to deliver flowers before Mother's Day (a week lead time). On Thursday I get an email saying they said they delivered (on the 7th). With no word from my mom or anyone at their house I figured that nothing was delivered. Confirmed with my dad that nothing delivered. I called on Friday morning and they said that they would have a replacement order put through. With no confirmation email of this or anything, I called back again Friday afternoon just to make sure. I retold my story to another rep, and they said not to worry that the replacement was in and they guarantee delivery by today (Sunday). Today, still with no new tracking, I'm wondering what the status is. Up to this point I've been treated as if I'm lying to get another bouquet! What is going on here? Everyone was home at my parents' house so no, it wasn't delivered.
But wait there's more... Called back, yet again today. After giving my story a 3rd time (you'd think they would have a history of my calls) only to find out it's not going to deliver until Tuesday. I'm absolutely horrified at the poor customer service I received all 3 times. I also forgot to mention that after the 1st call this company had me reach out directly to the florist too... which was awkward and completely unprofessional of FromYouFlowers.com Thanks FromYouFlowers for ruining my mom's surprise. Your company must be ran by a bunch of idiots!! Also- they don't honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee. Obviously I'm not even close to satisfied.

Purchased a dozen red roses for my wife, for Mother's Day. Paid extra for overnight shipping...total $70. Rec'd email flowers arrived in Oakland, on 5/9/20, @ 5:00 A.M. Departed 7:30 A.M. Never arrived. Phone call to company is a joke. "...they have too many orders ... can't answer your questions on phone...use website." Website puts you in electronic cycle... Shame on me... Should have read reviews... Don't do it...

I planned ahead (week in advance) and ordered a large bouquet of roses and lilies for my mom. Got an email indicating the flowers were delivered on May 8. I was excited. But then, I did not receive from my mom for a couple of days. Thought she would be pleasantly surprised with the gift ahead of Mother's Day. Unfortunately, she never got them. Not sure how they mark the order was delivered when she did not get it. Tried contacting the 1800# today listed by FromYouFlowers.com. But understand it is too late.
Thought I would at least get a dispatch service on the line but only got routed to an automated voice machine. Hopefully the 'award-winning' customer service will get back to me tomorrow. At this time, I only need a refund and an apology. I asked the neighbor to go to the local grocery story and get my mom flowers in the meantime. Will follow up with FromYouFlowers.com again tomorrow. Sad but resigned to the fact that mistakes do happen. I was unlucky this time. Hope other readers are not.

Ordered an arrangement with friends which we picked out a beautiful summery one & did the upgrade for larger arrangement but what arrived wasn’t upgraded. Look not even close to picture including the bow around jar & literally looked like a 5 year old did the arrangement. Beyond embarrassed & disappointed. When contacting them they offered a 15.00 GC & 25% refunded which honestly was like a slap in face. There is no way I’ll be ordering from them ever again.

Updated on 05/11/2020: Ordered Mother's Day flowers for my 96 years old Mother. Can't be there so I wanted something special. They were to be delivered 5/9/20. At 10 p.m. they still were not delivered. Tried to call, was referred to their web site. Checked status "Out for delivery". Got up at 4 a.m. on 5/10/20, Mother's Day. Sent an email to customer service. Called my credit card and filed a dispute. Quickly received a quick response that the flowers were being delivered. They were at 7:18 p.m. Not remotely close to what I ordered! What was delivered was a half dead red rose and some sickly flowers shoved in a vase. Received a text that the flowers had been delivered 5/9/20! Texted them said come pick up their "flowers", I am not paying for them and the charges remain disputed.
Original Review: Ordered Mother's Day flowers for my 96 year old Mother and they were never delivered, I paid $75 for a bouquet. Checked their website and the flowers are "out for delivery" this morning, Mother's Day, the website says "waiting for confirmation of delivery". It's a scam!

I ordered two bouquets, one for my MIL, one for my mother. The total for the 2 bouquets ended up being more than $140. The MIL'S arrived looking trashed and nothing like the photo, not even the same types of flowers. My mom's didn't arrive at all, they were listed as being put on the truck almost 2 days ago.. Haven't been able to get anyone on the phone, sent several emails. Waiting to hear back from customer service.

I ordered two flower arrangements...one for my new mother daughter and another for my mom. I understand that arrangements have risk of substitutions, but what my daughter got for $75 total was unacceptable. Colorful bouquet consisted of 4 white roses (some brown at tips) and small white daisy things, some of which were dry/dying. All white and what I ordered was colorful; nothing in bouquet pic was white. They substituted green leaves for beautiful lilies. Not sure what my mom is/will be getting. Paid extra for weekend delivery on 5/9...it's after 8:30pm and nothing yet. Got 20% off of daughter's order plus 10 gift card. Going to ask for full refund as I will not be using these guys again. I placed an order a couple weeks ago to be delivered to my best friend for her first Mother’s Day. The flowers were supposed to arrive Thursday, May 7 and that evening I received an email at 6pm saying they were delivered. My best friend did not get them. She searched the complex, we spoke with the leasing office and no flowers were to be found. The next day I called From You Flowers at 6am and they said I needed to call back a bit later since the vendor wasn’t open. I called back at 8am and they got ahold of the vendor who claimed the flowers were delivered, after calling back again at 10am as still my best friend did not receive anything they said the vendor had actually not delivered the flowers but would that day by 6pm. Mind you I have called From you Flowers 4 times and spent about 2 hours on hold and chatting with your reps.
Friday evening the flowers still had not arrived by 8pm. So I called first thing Saturday morning and spoke with another agent who said they’d be reordering and having the vendor redeliver today by 6pm. They said they’d be sending me an email confirmation with this in writing confirming the new delivery. Well guess what, it’s 6pm and no flowers have arrived. I called From You Flowers yet again, was on hold for 35 minutes waiting to chat with someone. Finally got ahold of a rep and told them I just want a refund now and do not even want the flowers as I have spent so much time and energy on this failure of a company. The rep said, "Let me put you on hold again," she did. And then after 15 minutes THEY HUNG UP ON ME. Take a look at the call recording attached - I spent an entire hour just wanting a refund for expensive flowers I never got.
At this point, I am going to call my bank and have them refund me as I have no clue what I can do now since I cannot get ahold of your company and feel like the entire company might just be a complete scam. I will make sure to inform all friends and family to never use your website/services again as at this point it must be a scam.
Truly heartbroken that I spent so much time the past 3 days just trying to get flowers to my best friend for her to celebrate her first Mother’s Day. I understand that the company might have an influx of orders at this time, but as someone extremely informed about the customer service industry, I truly cannot believe and express how poor of an experience this was.

I placed an order on Thursday online. they charged my credit card. They told me it would be delivered on Saturday. I went online to track my order. It said they had my order but it didn’t show that had been delivered. I called the 800 number, put my order number in and an automatic recording said your order has been canceled. you will receive a refund in 3 to 5 business days. So Great!!! Now it’s too late to order anything else at 9 o’clock on Saturday for Mother’s Day.

Used this website in a last minute miracle was I wrong. I should have given the money as a gift versus the flowers. The flowers made me feel cheap and ashamed but they didn't bill me a low price. Weird. >=/ Don't get scammed like I did... Two orders and both made me feel embarrassed...

I placed an order for flowers to be delivered on May 9th. Received an email with tracking info yet the info was incorrect and didn’t show any updates. Sent an email to customer service and received an email stating the flowers were delivered. Called my mom to confirm and she never received anything. She’s been home all day and it is now almost 9pm and still nothing. Have tried calling customer service at least 6 times and it’s all automated and doesn’t let me speak to anyone. So I basically paid $65 for flowers that never came. I’d better get a full refund.

After many attempts to order online, I spoke with a person who was not proficient in English and making many ordering mistakes. I learned that all discounts advertised in numerous emails would not apply to any order (bait & switch tactic for sure). And now the flowers that were to have been delivered yesterday, for Mother's Day weekend, have yet to be received (it's 2:00pm on Saturday!). They will not be getting any more of my business because they aren't really doing business.

I paid for delivery of flowers for my mother 3 weeks in advance for delivery the day before Mother's Day. On that day they sent me an email saying they wouldn't be delivered until the following Tuesday. They said that they couldn't deliver them sooner. I hope they go broke.

For 80 dollars!!! They said they will send me a new one but I'd rather have a refund and take my business elsewhere. Will never order from here again.

Spent $50 on a “florist designed bouquet” and this is the atrocity my mother in law received. They refunded me $8. I also never received an email receipt after my purchase and correspondence with these people was such a nightmare. I wondered if the employees could even read. Save yourself some frustration and support a local business instead if you can. Or at least don’t use this company! I was so embarrassed when I asked my MIL to show me her flowers.

I ordered flowers on May 1st to be delivered between the 7th and 10th. On the 7th it was marked delivered but it was not, I spent all day calling and emailing customer service. They eventually got delivered the next day but looked NOTHING like the $60 picture I paid for, more greenery than flowers!! They offered me a $10 gift certificate after my complaint (that I've yet to receive as well). I sure will NOT BE USING IT! It was my first and definitely last order with them.

I cancelled my order because it started at $35.99 and with delivery..$72. I don't like hidden fees and told them so. Then they insisted on sending a complementary order; charity order ...believe me they used leftover discarded bad flowers and delivered putting my name on it. What a great way to ruin someone's Mother's Day. Embarrassing flowers. It's like giving the homeless garbage food and wondering why they weren't grateful.

In my opinion this company has committed fraud. It advertised on Facebook that they had a Mother's Day special on two dozen pink roses. I ordered this arrangement for my pregnant daughter in law who has suffered multiple heartbreaking miscarriages. She loves pink roses. My bill was over $80.00. From You Flowers delivered fifteen tulips, plopped in a vase. I'm beyond furious. Customer service offered me a $16.00 refund and a $20.00 gift card. Why would I want a gift card to a company which has no scruples? Woman on the phone told me that was the best they could offer me. How is this company still in business?

I received a mixed bouquet of flowers which I immediately opened upon arrival. Two flower heads fell off in the box from mold. The mold ate through the stem. There was no vase. The remainder of the flowers looked like they were worth $5.

I ordered 4 Mother's Day arrangements to be delivered across the US and paid $60 each. Two had special delivery instructions. I assumed they would be delivered by a local florist, but they were delivered in a box by UPS with no water and a loose vase. They all were reported by driver as LEFT AT FRONT DOOR (ignoring special instructions). All the mothers were very polite but implied flowers looked bad. I will not use this company again.
