    Stay away from this company. I placed 2 orders 7/26. 1st order was suppose to be delivered on 28th. It wasn't. The 2nd order was suppose to be delivered today, for my Daughter's BD. She got dead flowers. They weren't even close to what I ordered.

    Place an order on Monday for delivery to a funeral home on Tuesday. I got notification on Tuesday that it was delayed. I called the funeral home Wednesday afternoon and asked if they had arrived- they told me some of the flowers that were there but mine had not arrived. I called and FFY told me they would be there by 5pm. I just FFY at 7pm to ask why they had not arrived. They said the Funeral home would not take flowers today- The same funeral home that just gave me the list of flowers they have already RECEIVED. I hope the flowers make it before the casket goes to the cemetery. Obviously they lie.

    I wish I read all these reviews before placing an order. Advertising on their site "same day delivery" is a joke. My frustration and stress levels have gone through the roof. My grandfather passed away recently and I ordered a premium arrangement to be delivered to my aunt's house (sympathy flowers) on Saturday 7/31/21 same day delivery. I received a notification that the arrangement was delivered. I text my aunt to ask if she received the flower, to my surprise SHE DID NOT. Saturday 07/31/21- spoke to Nicole, she apologized and said she will refund the delivery fee for "Same day Delivery" and resend the arrangement on Sunday. I agreed. Sunday 08/01/21- Sunday came along and again, NO FLOWERS.

    Monday 08/02/21- spoke to Alejandra (8:00AM), I asked her why was I told the arrangement was going to be delivered on Sunday and never got there. Her response was "we can try to deliver tomorrow". Umm no, this is unacceptable. I asked her what do you mean "TRY"? I want my money back. She then said she will refund the money once the florist respond to her email to cancel and someone should call me back today to confirm.

    MONDAY 08/02/21- spoke to Khatik (8:00PM), I explained to her the whole situation, she put me on hold, came back to the line and tells me the arrangement is set to deliver for TOMORROW, like what? Lol, umm NO, I expressed to her I'm frustrated and tired of being lied to. She then puts me back on hold again, came back and explained to me that typically they must wait 24 hours for their florists to reach back to them and that's why I did not get a phone call about my refund. I was never told this, if I would have known it took 24 hours, then I would have called Tuesday. I expressed to her that the other 2 representatives need training. The representative then send me an email confirming my full refund and apologized for the whole thing. This was a terrible experience and I do not recommend this place. Out of all the 3 representatives I spoke to, the last one was professional and compassionate.. But I still don't recommend this place.

    I chose Fromyouflowers.com because it appears to be able to ship fresh-cut flowers. I had them send a delivery to a friend in Florida and the flowers were wilted and arrived upside down in a glass vase. To their credit, the fromyouflowers.com team tried to rectify the unfortunate situation and the vendor agreed to ship again. Unfortunately, the same thing happened and my friend tried to salvage a few of the flowers because she felt bad for me. Fromyouflowers.com issued a 30% refund, but the overall experience was frustrating, disappointing, and still cost me $37 for nothing.

    I ordered two bouquets for a Mom and daughter who tragically lost their husband and dad. The one order that arrived to Mom was pretty but nothing like what I ordered or paid for. The order for the daughter was not delivered and I received an email saying it was. If I hadn't checked I would not have known it wasn't delivered. I do not recommend this service.

    I placed an order at 8 am, paid for expedited/same-day delivery (guaranteed to deliver within 4 hours). I am East Coast. The recipient is East Coast/same time zone. I've been in a chat with them since 4pm and still no delivery, still not a clear answer and finally, finally, after multiple requests, they transferred me to supervisor... Another 17 minute wait. At this point, I just want to cancel the order and get a full refund. I'm not confident that will even happen. And sadly, I see that others have reported same/similar experiences.

    I placed an order for my daughter birthday flowers and chocolates. Paid extras fees for delivery the same day, they failed to deliver saying that wasn’t parking available which is not true then refusing to deliver the same day, telling me and my daughter it will be deliver the next day, when I was trying to cancel it was saying that flowers were delivered which is not true, never again will do my business with this company, just horrible service and experience!!!

    It was an awful experience. At first I was not sure if I should buy from this place but I did anyways. I decided to buy the biggest and more expensive Premium flowers with many balloons, chocolates and a teddy bear. It was a gift for my sister in her birthday since I live far away. She received the smallest and cheapest flowers. They did NOT look like in the picture. The person who did the delivery called me because he could not get into the hospital. After I called someone to go downstairs to pick up the flowers, he told me he left. He did not call and he was very rude.

    I also ordered chocolate strawberries for the next day. They did not call and just left the strawberries with someone in the hospital door. For that reason, I had to call my sister and tell her someone else received the strawberries. She spent an hour looking for the person and they told her he left home. She ended up receiving the strawberries the NEXT day. The worst was that they were melted, ugly and SMALL. They did NOT look like the pictures. I will never buy from this place again. Worst experience ever.

    I ordered flowers 2 days prior to a family funeral. They claim same day service and I wasn't even asking for same day was wanting next day. They never sent the order to any florist and the arrangement never got delivered. When I called they didn't apologize and say they would refund me what I paid rather they wanted to refund me 15% of my order and send me a $10 off gift certificate for next time. I told them I wanted a full refund as the product I ordered was never even sent to a florist which by the way was confirmed with all the florists in town. After much back and forth I finally got them to issue me a full refund to which I did receive. Will never use them again!!!

    This is the third time in a row that I ordered flowers for same day delivery and they did not get there. Each time they gave me a $10.00 credit toward my next order. This will be the last time this happens because after over 8 years of using this company I am finished. Not only did they not deliver my flowers on the same day, they didn't deliver them the next day either. It took them three days to get the flowers to my cousin. In the meantime I demanded a full refund this time. They would not do so and gave me 50% off, was going to send an apology with the flowers and make the bouquet bigger (I don't believe that one for a second). But it doesn't matter anymore. They have finally lost my business. I am done with this company. And btw, I don't believe any of their orders get there on the same day any longer. I think it is a ploy. Good-bye to this company for good! PS I had to give one star regrettably.

    Horrible company. They did not deliver my first grandbaby’s flowers. That moment is gone now. How hard can it be to find a room number in a hospital? Instead of refunding me from their mistake on their own, I had to call and demand it. Pathetic.

    Ordered flowers on 7/11 due for delivery 7/12. Chalked up the extra cash to get them to my mom on time. There was no delivery. I was alerted there was a delivery. But there was no delivery. I tried to reach customer care through their phone lines -- while on hold I was disconnected. I then called the line where you place and order and of course, immediate answer. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with them while they continued to try and give me a 10% discount for the flowers that were never delivered. Hard pass. I also emailed their customer care team whilst on the phone with them and I think hitting all of those helped and I have been told I was issued a refund. We'll see what my bank says in 3 days.

    Wish ZERO stars was an option!! I ordered flowers to be delivered for my sister's 70th birthday. Paid over $125 for these flowers and expedited delivery fees were extra on top of the delivery charges. The confirmation email guaranteed delivery by 12pm- noon on 7/12/2021 TODAY!! NO FLOWERS WERE EVER DELIVERED AT ALL!!! I called twice at 545pm and again at 7pm and their customer service is the worst... Really sucks bad. No answers, no help, no clue!!

    IT WAS A BIG MISTAKE TRYING THIS UNRELIABLE, CLUELESS COMPANY!!! Then they wanted to play let's make a deal of they deliver them some other day.... Like offering a pathetic discount and a gift card for a future purchase. HEY, IDIOTS WHO OWN THIS COMPANY....     This experience has been the most disappointing experience I have had since using a flower company online. This was for my grandmother who has been really sick recently. Instead of brightening her day the flowers may very well show up dead at this point. I will make sure I share with anyone I know NOT to use you for any reason unless they want their delivery to show up days later when they paid for them to be delivered the NEXT business day. It has been several days and she still hasn’t received them yet! The worst company to use if you need expedited flowers delivered! Do yourself a favor and use another company! (I only gave them one star because you couldn’t leave zero stars)

    NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! My brother had an unexpected hospitalization in a different state. I sent a rush order to him so he would know he was not alone, as no family was there with him. I spent extra for it to be delivered that day. They did emergency surgery, only to find he was terminal and inoperable. I was billed for the arrangement, but two days later, still no arrangement was delivered due to a "technical glitch" which they never would have told me about had I not called, but would have kept my money. So my only brother will never know that his little sister sent him an arrangement with loving messages. The florist didn't even have the common decency to call me themselves and offer an apology so I want everyone to know, DO NOT COUNT ON THIS COMPANY in a critical situation or in any situation!!!!

    With Covid hurting us financially we have become almost homeless. But an Anniversary is special so I made the sacrifice to get flowers. Bad idea to not go myself. They never showed up at all. They would not immediately give a refund until "investigated" so I could buy others. Basically it ruined the needed surprise my wife needed for our anniversary. More disappointing than I can express.     If I could give no stars I would. Let's start on the balloons which were Deflated when I received them right along with the $10 flowers I could have gotten from Walgreens. Then the chocolate they charged $15 was some Ferrero Rocher that you could get at Walmart for 7. SMH. The flowers was not what my fiancé had order and they lie about satisfaction Guaranteed.     I ordered funeral flowers for my uncle one week in advance. I chose the premium choice with the most expensive price. I also paid for banner. The photo one web is so nice but actual flowers were a ** and Terrible like trash. No banner and card. It was so ashamed to deliver such shit flowers to the funeral. I did not know how to explain with the recipient and got a terrible experience. Wish I could upload the photo so that you can see how the flowers looked like.

    UPDATED 6/24/2021: In follow up to my review of 2 days ago, I am sharing a photo of the original delivery of a 10" x 13" arrangement and the correct delivery of a 13.5" x 19.5 " arrangement. I had taken up a collection from colleagues to congratulate a team member on her special achievement. I felt personally responsible for the puny flower delivery after everyone chipped in $10 each for a $70 arrangement.

    ORIGINAL REVIEW: In short, a cascade of problems which required 5 successive days of calls to resolve. Attached to same day free delivery for a colleagues achievement. Same day could not be made on the Friday. I was not informed until after time promised to update. Delivery was made Monday of a 10" x 11" bouquet instead of 15.5" x 19.5" bouquet. After 3 days of follow up, and much resistance a new delivery of the accurate item was made. Customer service folks were nice, though inconsistent and at times I felt disingenuous.

    Typical bait and switch technique from a scamming company. What they send is nothing like what is ordered and paid for. They need to be investigated by the Dept of Consumer Affairs. All of these negative reviews are correct. Ordered what was shown to be a gift basket of brownies and I received a little box of soaking wet brownies for $70.00.     I ordered a bouquet of rose for my aunt's birthday and scheduled the delivery on June 18th. It was supposed to be a surprise for my aunt. But the flowers never arrived. Though on their tracking, it was shown "delivered". I chatted in with their CS, they straightaway only said they would request a reschedule for next day delivery. I questioned them about the tracking status, they couldn't give an understandable or even clear explanation.

    I already wasn't happy as it already passed my aunt's bday and we couldn't surprise her anymore as she at that time already knew about our plan. The next day (June 19th), my waited for a whole day, NO FLOWERS DELIVERED. I had to contact their CS one more time to request for a refund. This time, they only sent me an email stating another redelivery was scheduled on June 22nd. @@ I had to chatted in again to request full refund. Utterly disappointed...

    My husband sent flowers to my grandma who unexpectedly went to the hospital for my family using Fromyouflowers after having an awful experience using 1800 Flowers. We paid the $4.99 to have them expedited since we didn't know how long she'd be there. They were supposed to be delivered by noon. 5pm rolls around and he contacts them and they say they'll refund the delivery fee since they obviously weren't there and that they deliver til 6 so they'll "probably" still get there. I tracked them at 7pm and they said "delivered" so I figured she got them. Talked to my aunt the next day and she said absolutely no flowers showed up.

    My husband wrote them an email and they instantly refunded the money. No explanation on what happened. What's even worse is they said they'd expedite an apology bouquet free of charge. We thought ok maybe we'll give them another shot. They emailed and said they were supposedly standing outside and needed the name and room number. They were never there. No flowers ever showed up again. Disgusting business practice. My faith in flower delivery services is 100% gone. They were just going to say they delivered them and take our money and take advantage of an already stressful time. They should be out out of business.

    Today a delivery of tulips arrived for my supervisor. They were wilted and the leaves were slimy. When I called to report the issue, they were unable to help me because I wasn't the actual recipient of the flowers. As the assistant, I handle all types of issues like this however, fromyouflowers.com was unwilling to work with me. They have lost all of our firm's business moving forward!

    I will never use this company again. The Symphony bouquet that I selected for my dear friend was not what they received. The bouquet did not have substitutions but was missing 2/3 of the stems that were pictured on the website. After contacting customer service they said they would redeliver the bouquet and the bouquet that arrived was smaller than the 1st one, it's outrageous.

    Ordered a Sunflower bouquet. Paid extra to get them by 12. Did not get them by noon. Did not receive flowers until the next day. And there were no sunflowers. Was not notified by email or phone to let me know they were going to substitute the main flower. What’s the point in ordering a sunflower bouquet with no sunflowers.     I ordered special rainbow roses for a friend for her 60th birthday and was assured that it would be delivered on her special day. As of 7 pm, they had still not been delivered and when I checked online as to the status of the order, it said they were already delivered. They indeed had not. I called them and was finally connected with someone who sounded like they were in a wind tunnel. When I told her I couldn't understand her she said she could hear me fine. She then looked up the order and told me the flowers would not be delivered until tomorrow- the day after my friend's birthday. The customer service person had no explanation why the flowers were delayed. I will never use this company again. Their service charges are exorbitant and they can't even get the product out on time. Terrible Service!

    I live abroad and have relied on this company to provide flowers as gifts to loved ones in the States. The flowers delivered have always been well received. But my beef is with the pricing and sales strategy. Besides adding things (usually in pale gray print) to orders, they also charge extra fees that are bogus. Because I had been a regular customer and also bought flowers at a time when it would give me lifetime free delivery, I presumably would have my orders delivered without delivery charges. Well, technically that's true. But now they add -- without any indication until the final action, where I have to give my card info and agree to the purchase -- a hefty 'handling' charge.

    This charge is about what the delivery fee was. It is about 40~50% of the cost of the flowers. When I wrote to the company complaining, I got a response that said I needed to send the delivery data. I wrote back saying that I had no delivery data since I had canceled before sending. To this, I got the same answer (or virtually the same). This continued even when I wrote a letter asking if humans ever read the correspondence. Obviously, they don't since I got the same form letter. I'm going to look for a different service.

    Never again. The website is very misleading. Ordered same day sympathy flowers and got it 3 days later. The flowers I received was small bright color flowers they picked. Called customer service. They said to specifically put in white if I ordered again. 50 dollars total for that. For a grieving family they sent bright flowers. I will go pick and buy my flowers next time.. Unsatisfied!!!

    I ordered a premium bouquet of flowers that had a blue theme on a Wednesday to be delivered to a friend in the hospital on Thursday and paid a $2.99 charge for next day delivery. I got a notification the flowers were delivered around 5:30 Thursday evening. My friend never received them and I kid you not, the entire staff of the hospital was looking for those flowers...No flowers anywhere. I promptly called customer service and was told they would investigate and deliver another bouquet if needed. It was needed. Some flowers FINALLY got delivered on Saturday and they looked nothing like what I had ordered. Whilst the customer service reps were professional and trying to be helpful, ultimately I could have done better by going to a grocery store floral department and doing it myself. The product was mediocre and embarrassing for what I paid. I do not recommend using this company AT ALL.

    I would give less than 1 star if I could. I placed my order. The order and delivery date were confirmed. My credit card was charged. The flowers were never delivered. I did not receive any notice until after the delivery date had passed. If anyone had let me know there might be a problem with fulfilling my order, I had time to order from someone else (this was not a last minute order). But they didn’t let me know. The flowers were for a funeral. From You Flowers evidently depends on local florists to fulfill their orders but don’t do a very good job of following up. Do yourself a favor and order directly from the local florist. That way you can avoid the markup AND the disappointment! I would never trust them with an order again.

    I purchased what I thought was a nice bouquet of flowers for a very close friend who lost a loved one to suicide. The flowers were to be delivered same day as described per their timeframe. I specifically asked if the flowers were as described in the photo including the beautiful vase as a keepsake. They were not delivered the same day. They said they tried to deliver. This is not true. They were home all day with security cameras. What my friend received the next day did not match the photo. Flower colors were wrong with no Lavender keepsake Vase. Very disappointed in the service as well as the quality. I could have done better myself.

    I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my mom for Mother’s Day. I paid extra for guaranteed delivery the day before Mother’s Day. I received an email stating the flowers were delivered on Saturday, but then a few moments later received a second email stating the flowers wouldn’t arrive until the Tuesday after Mother’s Day. I emailed their customer service email address and they refunded the $5 extra delivery fee I paid. My mom’s flowers ended up arriving the next day, but they were nothing like what I ordered. I ordered a bouquet which was described as being a few different specific flowers that were shades of purple. What arrived was a random assortment of flowers in different colors with a sloppy bow. I contacted the same email address I had used previously to complain about the delivery delay and they have ignored two emails. I will be shopping for flowers from another vendor in the future.

    I made an order and realized about 30 minutes afterward that I needed to reschedule the delivery as the person I was delivering flowers to was going out of town the next day. I called customer service and spoke to a nice representative who told me no problem, they would be able to hold the order and I could call back at any time to reschedule the delivery. I said great, and that I would call back in a couple of days when I figured out when they would be back in town. The next day I got a shipping notification. I immediately contacted customer service again and explained what I was told yesterday but they basically said that it had shipped and they couldn't reschedule or refund me. I explained what I was told the day before, but they just repeated that it shipped and they couldn't refund me or reschedule. So, I will not use this service again. Very disappointed.

    Daughter ordered flowers. They didn't come as promised. They set another date and they didn't come again. These were for Mother's Day. I told her to just cancel and get her money back. My daughter has cancer and is a single mom. Shame on you for your horrible service and I hope you actually do refund her money because I will do all I can do with the Better Business Bureau and whatever I can do if you don't.

    I ordered 2 floral arrangements for Mother's day, I ordered early and paid for delivery on the Friday before Mother's Day (05/07/2021). Arrangement number 1: was not delivered until Saturday (05/08/2021) and was about half the size of the arrangement I paid for. It was almost all "filler" flowers and looked nothing like what I ordered. Many stems were broken and the entire thing was just pitiful looking. I also ordered 1 mylar "Mother's Day" balloon and 3 latex balloons. The mylar balloon was a generic "love" balloon and the 3 latex balloons looked more like funeral balloons - they were an odd beige color, gray and white.

    Arrangement number 2: was never delivered at all. I contacted customer service on the morning of 05/08/2021 and they did respond to my email within just a few hours. They said that both arrangements were scheduled to be delivered that day and I would get an email confirmation (although the email may be delayed). I contacted customer service again on Monday 05/10/2021 about Arrangement number 1 and the poor quality/small size/broken flowers etc - and was refunded 20% of the cost; regarding arrangement number 2 - they did a full refund. If you want a quality product, and to know that your purchase will be delivered - order local ... or from another retailer, because this company is awful. I will NEVER use this service again. The only positive - the customer service response was fast and they didn't seem at all surprised to have to issue a refund.

    The picture that was shown on their website for the "premium" arrangement was beautiful - full of roses, lilies, mums, carnations and baby's breath - as wide as it was tall. The picture was definitely worth $112. What showed up was a pitiful arrangement full of carnations with only a few roses (and for some reason daisies) and with no baby's breath, mums or lilies. It literally looked like it was grabbed from the bucket of flowers at the local grocery store. We were humiliated to have that show up to mark a special occasion and a call to customer service was useless. Save your money and go for the well established vendors. FromYouFlowers.com is a ripoff, pure and simple!

    My wife and I recently ordered flowers for our mother for Mother's Day. We were late in ordering them (Saturday before) so we did not have high expectations of them being delivered that next day- Sunday- The online order noted that the flowers would be delivered on Monday with a caveat of possibly Tuesday. I can understand the flowers not being delivered on Sunday but thought for sure that Monday would be the latest as the site brags on their same day deliveries. Long story short, the flowers were not delivered until Wednesday late evening. When I contacted customer service to let them know of my displeasure, they offered a 50% discount that turned out not being 50% discount as they would not remove the service charge of $14.99. After all, my call was to complain about the service.

    I was told by the representative that company policy was to waive the $14.99 service charge or offer 50% off the pre-tax flower order but they would not do both. Also, the discount of $12.00 given by google would also not apply to the 50% discount. I will never order from this company again. I understand mistakes do happen and when they do, some consideration should be given to the consumer, however, it appears that this company is deceptive in what they consider a discount.

    I usually DO NOT write reviews, even IF I do have a less than perfect experience.... THIS EXPERIENCE have taken "UNSATISFACTORY TO A WHOLE NEW LEVEL", so, I had to say something... I placed 5 (five) floral arrangement orders ALL to have delivery between Friday 05.07.2021 and 05.09.2021... EVERY single order had some kind of ridiculous issue- 1: whether it was that all of the sudden after my delivery date & orders were confirmed they could NOT be delivered on time and would HAVE to be NOT LESS THAN 2 days AFTER Mother's Day.... IF they happened at all... 2: Flowers were ALREADY wilting at the time of delivery...

    3: The arrangement delivered was NOT even remotely close to being what was ordered, and after a "reorder for what was purchased" set for Tuesday after Mother's Day- once again NEVER happened, NOW the closest delivery date is for yet ANOTHER 7 days PAST allegedly the "original reorder date" for 05.18.2021 (guess we'll see- I am NOT feeling 'all warm & fuzzy' about this actually taking place)... 4: delivery set for Tuesday AFTER Mother's Day- was going to be delayed even further because the recipient was NOT in the delivery area for the "chosen florist".... 5: Once again the arrangement sent was NOT what was ordered....

    Their version of "your satisfaction is our FIRST Priority" HAHAHAHA! THE ONLY fees they will "return" are the small fees I couldn't figure out what they were to begin with (probably built in on purpose), they have ZERO intention on fixing anything and could NOT CARE LESS about your satisfaction. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN and HAVE TOLD EVERYONE & will CONTINUE to inform others about this beyond less satisfactory experience.

    This company provides poor customer service and has a lack of proper communication, would not recommend. I placed an order for a bouquet to be delivered to a friend in the hospital. I paid extra for the flowers to be delivered the following day before noon. When I followed up, the recipient did not mention the flowers I ordered so I contacted customer service. They couldn’t locate my order because they input my email incorrectly, even though I repeated it multiple times and spelled it out. I wasn’t too upset about that because I understood that there was a language barrier since every time I called I was on the phone with a non-native speaker.

    After she fixed the error that the first representative made, she informs me that the bouquet was not delivered, so I requested a refund. When I did that, magically out of nowhere, she finds out that my order was delivered. I found that suspicious, so I decided to ruin the surprise of the flowers and contacted my friend to see if she received her bouquet and, as suspected, she did not. I did not appreciate being lied to so I called back and requested for a refund of both the bouquet and the expedited shipping. Fortunately, I did not have any issues with that.

However, I ordered Roses and lilies with other flowers in a basket with a cute bear wearing a xoxo sweater.     I will never order from this service again after ordering two Mother's Day arrangements. One was supposed to be sunflowers, the other pastel roses, nothing too extravagant. The arrangements which were delivered were identical dark colored roses, not what I ordered. When I ordered the site had a coupon for free shipping which I added. My total was $84 and some change when I hit the submit order button, however my total actual charge for the order was $164 because they did not deduct the shipping and added a $14.99 special handling fee to each arrangement and who knows what else. This is a huge rip off, go anywhere else. Order from a local florist and save yourself the trouble!

    I ordered from this company for Mother's Day, paying $100 for a "deluxe" bouquet that paled in comparison to the $30 to-go bouquets next to the Walmart self-checkout. I am aware that these orders are contracted out, but FromYouFlowers has zero interest in making sure their contractors can fulfill the order promised. Just go to the store or florist and get a bouquet that you can see instead of trusting this company to deliver anything even remotely similar to what's advertised on their website.

    I will never order from them again!!! I ordered a PREMIUM arrangement to be sent to my mom for Mother's Day. I made sure I ordered it way ahead of time for it to be delivered the Wednesday before. I paid the PREMIUM price!! The flowers that were supposed to be sent was a large bouquet full of plenty of roses, daisies, carnations, and other gorgeous flowers making a luscious Spring bouquet. It looked like it would be a large vase and a huge arrangement. What arrived the first time was a small vase with about 10 roses and some small pink flowers and baby's breath.

    I called customer service several times. They apologized for the mistake and tried to call the florist but couldn't reach them. Eventually they agreed to send a complimentary bouquet that would be the quality and size of the bouquet I ordered and give me my money back because they would not be able to deliver it before Mother's Day. I'm still waiting on the refund, but that is the only reason I'm giving one star. The second bouquet had less roses than the first and had the other flowers but it was just as small as the first one. The quality control of the florists is not good. If you can't arrange to have florists replicate what you advertise exactly as pictured, then that florist needs to be removed from your system.

    It was an embarrassment that the bouquet was as small as it was when the picture was as large and as luscious as it was. There is no excuse for this kind of highway robbery. If you're going to send a $30 arrangement, don't charge me $75. Ok, granted I got both for free, but it was because I complained!!!! Where is your own quality control?? Where is your effort to change the florist??? The second arrangement should have come from a different florist. Unfortunately, they also refuse to give you the name of the florist so you can't contact them directly. It was an awful experience.

    This review is based on the principle because it is false advertising! Buyer beware. I got my money back but will everyone even know how disparate the picture is from the reality of what gets delivered? The large vase and large PREMIUM arrangement on the right in the picture is what I wanted to be delivered. The two on the left with the small vases and the small arrangements are what arrived: one initially and one after complaining to customer service and being assured I would get exactly what I ordered from the website with apologies and assurances that they would make sure. Never again! Completely false advertising!

    Tried to order flower arrangements for my daughter and daughter in law for Mother's day. Had them delivered, after the fact, same day delivery was not a requested. First the arrangement I attempted to order for my daughter-in-law, for some reason, could not be delivered to her address (her address is a perfectly normal single home address in suburbs). So, it made me choose another arrangement. Then I got notification that the arrangement had been delivered. But when my daughter-in-law received them, they were not at all what I had ordered. NOT AT ALL. And they were crap. Just a crap thrown together arrangement of whatever roses they had. When I contacted them, they said, the florist may have had to make a substitute. NOWHERE did I receive any notice that a substitute was needed. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

    I ordered flowers several days before Mother's Day in the US 5/9/21. Customer service people (in Asia and India) were helpful ... slight delay in getting someone on Mother’s Day itself. Flowers never delivered. Did get an email at 3:43AM ET on 5/9 saying they were delivered - obviously makes no sense. Was told they would call, ring bell, or do something to ensure recipient is aware. Never happened. This was to be a surprise but no longer since I had to check if anything was ever delivered. The CSRs seem helpful ... just nothing delivered. Seems to be a recurrent problem per other complaints. Did ask for a refund - got an email saying to confirm credited account in 1-3 days ... if it does not come through, I can just block the credit card charge. Originally was offered a free upgrade and a $10 coupon without any acknowledgement of having paid for something never delivered.

    This is the worst and disgusting experience that I’ve ever had. I ordered the same day delivery one day ahead for Mother’s Day flower delivery, and wait until the late afternoon on the day to receive the status update saying that the flower was delivered. But the flowers are never delivered to mom’s address. NEVER! I tried every way on the website to contact the customer service, the chat is never responding and so is the email, and the call is on hold forever.     I ordered 2 different flower arrangements to be delivered at the same address for Mother’s Day. I live in CA. My mother-in-law and a dear friend live in MO. I placed my order 3 day before delivery for 5/9. So far ONLY one flower arrangement was delivered on Saturday 5/9 and the second flower arrangement has not arrived yet...

    I requested a picture from my brother in-law of the flower arrangement that has been delivered to compare with what I purchased online ($65.00/arrangement plus $4.99 handling, plus $12.99 for delivery X2... not cheap).     I had an extremely bad experience with fromyouflowers.com. I purchased a Mother's Day bouquet that was supposed to consist of 18 pastel roses, as well as a custom glass vase with a personalized photo. In total I paid almost $90 for this including a $9.99 fee to delivery for Mother's Day, a service charge, etc. The "flower arrangement" arrived, but it was nothing like what I had ordered. The "bouquet" looked like something that could have been purchased in the supermarket for $10; there was not even one rose. The vase was a cheap, glass one without any customization or personalized photo. The only positive thing I can say is that after sending a pretty angry email to Customer Service including a photo of what had been delivered, they wrote back fairly quickly saying that my order was being refunded (this was today, so I have not yet seen the refund). However, they did not even apologize in the email. Do not buy from fromyouflowers.com.

    Ordered for 5/7 delivery, never happened. I called in 3 times, promised each time supposedly on recorded line, they would be resent. Called again and now they say May 11 delivery, how terrible is a company that advertises Mother's Day Flowers that can't deliver by Mother's Day? My 88 yr old Mother never got her flowers, hope you Are proud of the service you clearly can't provide. I did call 1800 Flowers and guess what? They will make it happen today and gave me a discount after seeing all my emailed chats from your company. So folks you can flowers delivered and on time, SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE. WORST SERVICE EVER AND NO ONE SPEAKS UNDERSTANDABLE ENGLISH.

    Worst company I ever used. The arrangement that was sent to my Mother for mother's day looked nothing like the picture that I ordered from - it had one rose. When I called they said they would redeliver it today, May 8th and would upgrade it to Premium. It took me two calls as I was disconnected during my initial call - they never called back. They assured me it would be delivered between 9-6.

    I called on May 8th at 3, because it hadn't been delivered. They told me it would be there at 6. At 6 I called back because the flowers were not received. They told me that the redelivery could not be done today and that it would be sent on May 11th. I told them to cancel the order and credit back my credit card. They put me on hold, then told me they would offer me a 50% credit and redeliver. I lost it, cursed them out, and told them I want a full credit and no redelivery. They agreed. I should have used 1-800-Flowers as I normally do. I tried to save money, a mistake. Do not use this company. Their product and promises are no good.

    I ordered a flower arrangement with yellow roses for my 80 year old mother for Mother’s Day. I ordered a week ahead to ensure my mom would get these flowers. The significance of the yellow roses was this was what my mom called my daughter, “her yellow rose.” My mom raised my daughter. My daughter died almost 3 years ago and every Mother’s Day, I get my mom something that is symbolic of her “yellow rose.” Sadly, I found out 2 days before Mother’s Day that the flowers, that were prepaid for, were not delivered to my mom and it was too late to order and send flowers to my mom for Mother’s Day.     I ordered a bouquet for mother's day for my wife. I chose a really cool arrangement, and decided to go with the premium version. What I received was embarrassing. Did not resemble the advertised product in really any way. The flower ratios were off, it wasn't even, and much smaller than advertised, especially considering I upgraded to the premium bouquet. When I contacted fromyouflowers with my complaint, they only refunded $14.95 of the $83.00 I spent. I understand that they cannot control how the local florist fulfills the order, but they are ultimately responsible to make it right and ensure their partners are meeting their standards. Next time I will be ordering directly from a local florist.

    I am so mad. I know flower delivery can be hectic if you do it last minute for Mother’s Day, so I ordered a month in advance to surprise my best friend for her first Mother’s Day. On the DAY OF the scheduled delivery, they emailed me and said delivery isn’t available because they can’t find a florist in the area. If they couldn’t find a florist, why didn’t they let me know with enough time to do something else?     I ordered two of the same floral arrangements, dozen rainbow roses, for Mother's Day and both only had 11 Roses that were wilted and some had leaves falling off. Customer service was the most frustrating since there was a language issue. I was offered a $10 gift card and a 10% discount.     When I received a dozen roses fromyouflowers.com they were almost dead and two had broken stems. This was particularly sad because it was a gift from my son for Mother’s Day who lives in a different state and couldn’t be with me on this occasion.     I ordered a 40th Bday bouquet and balloons for my best friend who's had severe problems so we could even distance see each other. They said the flowers were delivered, which they weren't. It's a locked community that the person has to be buzzed in. Said they would contact the local florist, "deliver again" the following day, never did! Horrible service, and they don't actually deliver flowers! My friend is going to the hospital, so it's too late to get her flowers now.     So I got an email from From You Flowers saying I had a credit of $14 so I decided to order some flowers for my daughter. When I went to the website the flowers I wanted said $35.23. I ordered the flowers but because I had a credit they charged me the regular price of $49.99. Nowhere on the website does it say if you use your credit you cannot get the sale price. I called and of course it was somewhere overseas and as I explained to them my issue all they kept saying was "Sorry Ma'am. Sorry Ma'am".     The vase and flowers should have been refrigerated. The orchids were wilting when they were delivered. Couldn’t find a preservative package to add to the water. Very nice assortment but due to the weather (94) flowers needed more careful treatment prior to delivery. For the price we expected fresher flowers that would last several days after delivery, this bouquet was delivered without proper protocol considering the type of flowers and the weather being so unseasonably hot.

    I ordered 4 separate bouquets from this place for teacher appreciation week from my children to their hardworking teachers. I ordered a premium for one of the teachers that have gone above and beyond for my son and I, so I wanted to make sure hers was extra special. She sent me a picture of them and not only did it look like a different bouquet than what I ordered but also looked like the size of purchasing the “regular” bouquet instead of the “premium”. I call to get this resolved and the lady on the phone was not only rude but could only “give me a 20% refund” so with tax and delivery and the bouquet I paid 77.76 in all, with that oh so special 20% off she said that the bouquet would be 54.00$.     A hugely disappointing experience. I ordered flowers for a friend’s birthday from me and another friend. Although my other friend preferred that we use 1800 -flowers, I decided to give fromyouflowers a chance. That wasn’t a wise choice. The flowers were ordered for delivery today. As is the case with over 900 other customers (see BBB complaints on this company), the delivery was never made. I called customer service and also emailed the company. Their response was to tell me they had spoken to the florist and delivery was on the way. That is not the truth - the florist they use closed at 5 pm and this was at 7 pm and again at 8 pm. I doubt they have every owner’s personal phone number.

    When your flowers do not arrive as promised, you will receive a “scripted response” from an outsourced customer service department. BUYER BEWARE! This appears to be a scam company that makes promises they know they cannot keep. I wish I read the many reviews from unhappy customers (on many sites) before I ordered! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You will be sorry.

    I ordered an arrangement of flowers (4/27) to be delivered for our anniversary for next day delivery (4/28). Received an email at 4pm stating the flowers were delivered when in fact they were not. Contacted customer service at 5pm to ask what’s going on and they say they would reach out to them and get back to me. Never heard back from them, so I called them at noon the next day (4/29) asking what’s going on since I hadn’t been updated and they said they could reach out to the florist again. I’m starting to get a little irritated now because they were suppose to do that the day before. Then the customer service agent placed me on hold and said the flowers would be delivered (4/30).

    That’s two days after my anniversary so that’s not going to work. I was placed on another hold and now all of a sudden the flowers are going to be delivered today.     I order my mom a same day flower arrangement for my mom and was supposed to have it delivered to my home so I could take it to her. What I received is not what I order. The flowers was supposed to have succulents and it has none at all and it was supposed to have peach roses and I received orange ones. It absolutely is nothing like the picture online. So I called customer services and was told that sometimes they have to use different flowers so they can deliver them in a timely manner and that they would give me 20 percent off my flowers refunded to my card which I feel like they should have replaced the flowers with what I'm supposed to receive in the 1st place.     My Grandmother just passed and I was online getting a nice flower/spray/stand to be displayed during her service. The pictures are beautiful. Lavender and white mixed with Roses, Carnations, Snapdragons, Lillies etc... Just after I filled everything in, created card, banner and paid nearly $200, I see (in incredibly fine print at the bottom of order confirmation)... that it only comes with Carnations, Roses and Snapdragons; but NOT the dozen or so beautiful white Lillies (a large reason for its selection)... that are beautiful spread out in sales picture. I felt like it was intentional to boost a sale; while manipulative of (an already stressed) customers.

    I reached out to customer service “chat” (Diana) and she confirmed it did not come with the pictured Lillies; but had no response when I asked if we could adjust/rectify... or at the very least if the picture could be changed to an honest representation of what is being purchased by a customer. Disgusted, I canceled immediately and interestingly enough, after several requests, there were still ZERO cancellation confirmations to be had. I was just told to wait for it in e-mail (which I still have not received)... and that refund will be within 1 to 3 business days. I get the feeling it will be longer than that... despite the fact I called to cancel just minutes after purchase. There is FAR better for customers to choose from and with transparent intentions.

    On Saturday, April 10, 2021, my husband placed an order through From You Flowers to be delivered the following day. Hours later he received an email stating that the order couldn’t be delivered Sunday as requested but would be delivered on Monday. The flowers were for our anniversary so having them delivered on Monday simply wouldn’t do. He canceled the order and received an email stating his order had been canceled and his money would be refunded.

    On Monday, April 12, 2021, the order of flowers my husband had canceled was delivered to our doorstep. The delivery person wasn’t wearing a mask and was holding the flowers very close to her face while talking on her cell phone. She left them on the wet ground outside of our front door and left without ringing the doorbell. The flowers weren’t wrapped, and the vase wasn’t even in a cardboard box. I called Bouquets N Things, the florist in Easton, PA who delivered the flowers, and told them we had canceled the order and asked them to pick up the flowers, which we would have returned regardless because they were half dead when they were dropped off and the wrong color.

    We spoke to the owner who couldn’t have been ruder or more belligerent. She refused to pick up the flowers despite the fact that she had admittedly filled the order in error. She told me that she wouldn’t get paid by From You Flowers if the flowers weren’t delivered. She also gave the excuse that due to COVID she couldn’t pick up the flowers, despite the fact that neither my husband or I had touched the flowers and completely ignoring the fact that she had been holding the flowers by her face while talking on her cell phone as she was delivering them. We didn’t want to bring flowers in the house because the person who delivered them wasn’t wearing a mask, was coughing all over them, and my husband and I didn’t want to expose our family to COVID.

    Not to mention we weren’t going to keep flowers we didn’t pay for as he had canceled the order. The owner kept telling us to keep the flowers, not out of generosity, but so that she could get paid for this bogus delivery. We called Bouquets N Things several times but each time the owner refused to do the right thing and became ruder with each call. She yelled at us that her shop isn’t open on Sundays, which we had no way of knowing because From You Flowers doesn’t tell us what florist will be delivering the flowers. All we wanted to do was give back flowers for an order that had been canceled so the owner was not justified for her rude and unprofessional behavior.

    Unable to reason with the owner of Bouquets N Things, we called From You Flowers. From You Flowers contacted the owner of Bouquets N Things several times and asked them to pick up the flowers, but the owner refused. Not wanting to keep the flowers on an order that had been canceled my husband took an hour drive roundtrip to return the flowers to Bouquets N Things.

    What Bouquets N Things did was not only bad customer service, it was unethical. I could forgive a florist who dropped off flowers with a few dead rose petals, but I cannot forgive a florist that is verbally abusive and refuses to pick up flowers that had been delivered in error. If you order from Bouquets N Things you won’t get roses the way you ordered them, all you get is stuck by a thorn.

    I’ve ordered flowers from this company three times. All three times the flowers have arrived either very late in the day or regarding the last time FIVE days late. The last time, when I saw the flowers are already two days late, I contacted the company (by chat) and they said they would make sure to get the flowers to my friend soon - But not only took 2 days - and delivered them at the end of that day - they delivered the same arrangement (even though I requested a fresh one) and ALL of the flowers were DEAD.

    Not only that but I paid an extra $13 to have the vase personalized with a photo I sent them (the company’s promotion). They sent a photo tucked into the packaging with some instructions on how to stick it to the vase!!!! Not very special or personalized at all!!!! When I called to complain to customer service they offered me $10 off my next order (why would I ever want that!?!?) and 20% off my bill. So they expect that for sending my friend an arrangement that looks like something a girlfriend would give her ex-boyfriend after she found out he got her best friend pregnant, they still expected 80%!!?? Eventually they gave me a full refund but this is really pathetic that I had to fight so much for it and pathetic that this is how they do business.

    Flowers were ordered ahead of time for my four-year-old granddaughter’s birthday. Paid the delivery fee for a specific day. The flowers were NEVER delivered. Contacted customer service and the excuse was the name of the recipient could not be understood. Regardless, they gave me the correct address for the delivery. Their solution was to refund the extra delivery fee and have them delivered the next day (Saturday) before 12 PM. NEVER DELIVERED.     I ordered 2 dozen rainbow roses for my daughter’s birthday. She is alone in Houston without family, homesick and needed a cheer up. Roses arrived in a warm box via UPS. I was not told that they would be mailed! They arrived in very bad shape. Roses were not rainbow. Only a few different colors. They look nothing like the picture they show on their website. Some were already turning brown and many were broken at the stem. I felt so bad and disappointed. I was so excited for her to get the flowers and watched my email all day to see when they were delivered. I actually cried when I saw the picture of these half dead roses!! I had already placed a second order for my mother and called to cancel it once I saw a pic of the roses.

    I was offered a 30% discount for the roses. There is not a 100% guarantee as website states. Only 30% which doesn’t include the Shipping or tax. I received a $16 credit. I had to call back a second time because CS rep. Via (CS rep's name) didn’t cancel the second order as I requested. I was told she put in the info “but did not hit the button”. I’m glad I realized I didn’t receive an email confirmation for the cancellation or my mother may have received half dead flowers for her birthday as well. I almost feel scammed. I told the CS rep this and she just laughed. They don’t seem concerned at all that they lost a new customer or that my daughter’s birthday was not what it should have been!

    What was delivered was very different than what was ordered. Also paid for expedited delivery to ensure delivery in the am before noon and the flowers arrived in the afternoon.     Awful experience. Wanted them to deliver flowers to an ill friend. First they said they could not deliver to the hospital because she was sent home and asked if I wanted them delivered to her home. I said yes but I later found out she was still in the hospital! Her husband told me the flowers they delivered at home were wilted. I complained to them and two days later a small group of flowers the size of your fist shows up at the hospital. These were supposed to be a deluxe bouquet. My friend had to call the company to give directions to somebody named Doris.     Ordered an Easter delivery of chocolate covered strawberries with 4 days between ordering and delivery. I tracked the order and seemed to be stuck in Lexington Ky. I contacted the company to inquire whether or not this order would arrive on time. I was assured multiple times that the order was out for delivery via UPS. When I persisted with concern I was told that they had contacted a local shop and the order was on the truck to be delivered shortly a day late. I received 8 emails full of untruths.     Ordered a colorful selection of a dozen roses for a sick family member. She contacted me to tell me thank you and sent a photo of the bouquet. I noticed one of the blooms was damaged and I ask how many flowers looked like that. 6 damaged blooms out of 12. I contacted the company via chat and after a lengthy conversation, they gave me a credit of 9.70 and their apologies. A credit of 50% would have been more acceptable as half the roses were damaged.     I will never order from them again. They were suppose to deliver flowers on an Thursday and I get an email Thursday at 2:30 saying that they can't deliver. I was told that they would deliver as soon as possible on Friday. Friday 11 o'clock hits and I get another email saying that they can't deliver at all but they would be able to deliver to another zip code. Why the hell do I want them to deliver the flowers to another zip code? If I would have known their incompetence from the beginning, I would have went with another company.

    I am VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY AND THEIR SERVICE. I sent flowers to employee for the a death in the family. The flowers did not MATCH at all - they were half the size and not EVEN CLOSE TO THE PICTURE. They told me 6 TIMES by email they were going to redeliver. THEY NEVER DID.     I ordered some flowers on a Monday to be delivered to my sister on her birthday Wednesday. The flowers didn't get delivered till Thursday and were disappointing. She had to leave the office before five so, I reached out to them to let them know the office had already closed. I asked if I could change the delivery to the next day or, just change the delivery to her house. They changed it to her house and told me it would be delivered that night. I chose them specifically for the sunflower/roses arrangement I knew she would like. It was much smaller than I thought it would be. I would have been okay with it if they would have delivered when they said they would. For the price I paid, I expected more.

    A friend of mine sent me flowers yesterday. Did not receive, I had no idea that she did that. She didn’t hear from me to thank her which is not in my nature. She knew it was a very difficult day for me. Today she asked about them. She gave me the order number after they told her it was delivered. I called them. They admitted that they couldn’t get in the gate? That was a lie. There is a door that’s always unlocked. I think they must’ve driven by. Got scared. Thought it was a locked gate. The fact they said it was delivered it wasn’t is very bad business practice. I wonder if they assumed recipients may be someone that wouldn’t have acknowledged the flowers and the sender would’ve never known any better.

    I year ago I ordered a gift basket to my friend with the same day delivery, they screwed up, but apologized and gave me $20 discount for my next order.     Paid almost 100 dollars for an arrangement that looked nothing like advertised... Flowers were wilted and/or crappy looking. I ordered a purple arrangement and got pink roses. Paid extra for the premium arrangement and it looked much smaller and looked like my 10 year old yanked them out of the ground and made the arrangement. No uniformity at all, I literally can't even find one part of it that looks like it's even worth what I just paid for nor the scheme I requested.     I’m surprised there are so many good reviews. I have been arguing with customer service for days. I made an order for next day delivery, it’s been days now it has not been delivered no one can tell me what’s going on. They gave me a tracking number on their site however it is incorrect as I have now been notified ups is delivering it and it’s a diff tracking number. Customer service has no idea why my package wasn’t delivered and what’s going on, said she has to contact a specific department at UPS and get back to me in a few DAYS.     The two occasions I have had to use this company have been disappointing to say the least. They claim deliveries are made when in fact they aren't and say it is the florist they use. First order was 2 days late and they gave a 20% discount; the second same day order was not made and they only refunded same day delivery fee. You receive an email saying the delivery has been made but it has not. When you call customer service you get people from other countries who just read whatever information they have. Will never use this company again despite the emails with discounts. They claim offices in Connecticut and New York but you speak to someone in India or Pakistan in customer service.

    My best friend was getting surgery and I decided to have flowers delivered to her home hoping for a speedy recovery. I ordered the "Serenity and Bliss" Premium flowers for $64.99 and with a military discount it came up to $71.39. When my friend sent me a picture of the flowers she received I instantly got upset, the flowers looked NOTHING like what I ordered! There were a total for FOUR flowers and a bunch of greenery. The flowers didn't even look like the smallest option available to select. It looked as if they grabbed flowers from a gas station and threw them in a small glass box.

    When I called to have the problem fixed they wouldn't give me a full refund. They offered me a $14 refund and since they wouldn't give me a full refund I told them to resend the proper flowers but if it is wrong the second time around I will be calling again for a FULL refund.     I recently (03.02.2021) ordered the Sweet Devotion flowers and 4 balloons from From You Flowers for my mother’s birthday to be delivered on her birthday (03.03.2021). I paid $91.78!! The flowers that were delivered were not only the wrong flowers but the roses in the arrangement were already withered. If I could post pictures here, you’d clearly see what I am talking about.

    I emailed customer service and they were quick to respond (only reason for one star) but they states they would re-deliver the flowers but didn’t know when the flowers would be re-delivered as if my mother has more than one birthday. I stated if the flowers cannot be re-delivered today then they could come pick up the ugly, withered arrangement plus balloons and refund me because my mother doesn’t want to receive flowers AFTER her birthday when the point was to have them ON her birthday.

    They escalated the matter to a “supervisor” whom stated that if the flowers weren’t redelivered by today (03.03.2021) they would handle the situation how ever I wanted. Well, of course the flowers weren’t redelivered by 03.03.2021 so I requested a full or partial refund. The “supervisor” refunded me $25.91 when I paid $91.78. The flowers were unacceptable and I wish I could show them. The least they could’ve done was refunded me half of my money back for the inconvenience and the ugly, withered flowers my mom had to receive on her birthday. I have heard a lot about this company but it seems to me, they are a hit or miss, I would not recommend.

I called their customer service throughout the day to get updates on delivery.... Every time all I got was they were due to be delivered. Finally I got pissed off enough to speak to a live customer service rep who told me they would give me a partial refund.     My husband ordered me flowers for our anniversary. He is overseas and was trying to surprise me. He paid extra for early delivery. He upgrade to premium. He added chocolates and a bear. My flowers did not arrive on time. The whole thing was sprayed with cheap perfume which gave me a huge headache. I had to open up windows and classroom doors to air out the room. He ordered roses and lilies and I received carnations and lilies. The arrangement is awful. Then the bear was shoved in the flowers, breaking stems. There was barely any water in the vase. The lilies stuck out several inches over the carnations.

    When I contacted customer service to report the florist they contracted to fulfill this order, it was an awful experience. Clearly there was a language disconnect, but the company is listed as being stateside. I was told they would not disclose the florist they used, which is gross. I want to avoid this shop at all costs. Then I was told because I was the recipient I could not log a complaint. So I had to tell my husband how awful his gift to me was. What a bummer to say “hey, I appreciate the thought, but these are awful.” I sent pictures and video to the company, who really didn’t care how awful the product was.

    I've used this company twice. The first time was to send flowers to my wife for our anniversary. They arrived on time. They were beautiful and lasted a very long time. The second time was extremely heartbreaking. I ordered flowers, chocolates and a teddy bear for my mother as recently my dad, her husband of 65 years had just passed away. It was going to be their 65th anniversary. I had ordered these expedited. Not only did they arrive 5 days late but the flowers were dead within a couple of days.     On January 9th, 2021, we ordered the Red Mixed Sympathy Standing Spray in Deluxe for our Uncle’s funeral service from fromyouflower.com. The website details the Item purchased such as what is included. Not to mention, the site includes the photo example of what the item looks like in the Deluxe size.     However, the item we received the morning of January 24th, 2021, does not look like the photo on the website. It also does not include all of the flowers described on the website. We received 12 red roses, 5 red daisies and 9 red tulips with the standing spray. We did not receive any pink stargazer lilies, white football mums or baby's breath as described on the website. In addition, the size is not the Deluxe size as ordered. The size we received looks like a Regular. When receiving the item, we did not even know it was ours because of how different it looked.

    We called the company’s customer service with our concerns. In return, we received not even half in refunds. Truly, we do not believe that the refund is enough as the item we received was not the Deluxe size as ordered. More importantly, we did not receive any notification or update that the item would be changed. The decision for what flowers to include had already been decided ahead of receiving the order. This decision did not include our thoughts or opinions. As customers, we should have received some notification. Going forward, we do not recommend this company and would definitely not have purchased if we had known the company’s poor service.

    I ordered an upgraded arrangement and paid for next day delivery. That didn’t happen, the untrained, offshore representative said nothing could be done. Just wait until the next day. I asked to speak to a supervisor, who gave me a before 12 noon time frame and refunded the expedite fee. That Saturday delivery also didn’t happen. After a 2nd, 3rd and 4th call / chat / email trying to find out where the flowers were I received false information... that they attempted delivery, they did not. They also told me they called the florist, come to find out that was false as well. It would appear these people have a script that includes telling the customer lies. So now florists are not open on Sunday, so I am told I have to wait until Monday.

    I follow up on Monday late afternoon and am told they are still scheduled for delivery. I have to just wait and will get an email when delivery occurs. At 5:50 pm I call the support team, insist to be transferred to a Supervisor who cannot help, I ask to be transferred to a manager, I’m transferred to another supervisor after insisting, I finally get transferred to a manager, Shane. Come to find out Shane has been communicating with me via email. But has never actually followed up on anything. I get him to actually call the florist ... They get delivered shortly before 7 pm. At any point had Shane or anyone else actually gave a crap the flowers would have been delivered and my multiple hours would not have been wasted.     Sent flowers to my mother the Plum Sunset Bouquet and she received a few carnations wrapped in a rubber band. The vase they sent was so large the flowers were leaning sideways. They would not refund my full amount because they claim they needed a picture of the flowers e-mailed. She is currently in a Rehabilitation Center and I do not live in the same state so that was impossible. They said they will give me a 20% refund. Don't waste your money on this company. I thought I would give them a try, but sorry I did. Use 1-800-Flowers (always sent beautiful flowers).

    I placed an order on February 2, 2021 for the Deluxe Cotton Candy Flower Bouquet, it’s absolutely gorgeous on the website. My friend’s Mom Birthday on February 20, 2021. I wanted to give a beautiful birthday surprise since she just moved in the later part of January. I thought a beautiful flower bouquet would cheer her up and celebrate her birthday. I check the fromyouflowers website to see if fliers had been delivered by noon. I paid for the expedited service, but nothing. So, I call Customer Service and speak with one rep, there’s not much they can do but offer very weak and I unfeeling apologies. It’s 12:28pm and I’m fuming by then, I asked to speak with a supervisor because the service I’ve received from this company is unacceptable. This was the four and last time, I’ll be purchasing from this company.

    I receive a text from my friend’s thanking me for the beautiful flowers for her birthday. I tell her I wanted to celebrate birthday. My friend sends me a picture of the flowers. I first thought, “Oh he probably picked these up for his Mom!” How sweet they're nice. As I study the picture further, I see the card stand still in the flowers. I think that’s not what we paid for. This ain’t no Cotton Candy Bouquet!!! I’m hot after leaving here king at the picture, call Customer Service and speak with Christian, who tries to to play sympathetic but firm role. I’m not having and tell him what has occurred and ask how is this going to be rectified? He offers to contact florist for a redelivery, I state if I’m not pleased with the 2nd delivery, I want a full refund. I intend to send email and letters to corporate office of this horrible service.

    This company has provided subpar flower arrangements consistently 3x in a row & I apologize consumers, as this is my first review. If you regularly order flowers online, you are aware the arrangement can differ somewhat from the online picture but the florist normally does their best. Well, never, not once has the arrangements looked like the picture. But the recipient liked them so I still didn't complain to From You Flowers. For V-day 2021, the florist decided to not even try, providing flowers at 5 inches of height and then 12 inches, skipping total colors- an entire mess. Sent pictures to From You Flowers and they quickly refunded $13 of my $74 purchase! SMH. I will be sure to warn all other flower consumers to BUY Elsewhere! And I will post this review on every single platform as I did not need the money.     Such a disappointment, I will never order from this company again. I spent over an hour searching for the perfect bouquet, and the one that was sent was completely different. There were no similarities in the types of florals and greens, the colors, or how expensive the types of blooms were. Instead of a gorgeous variety of bright pink and yellow blooms that included lilies, snapdragons, ferns and more, my poor friend got some peach and lavender roses with some broken rosemary jammed in. They were meant to cheer her up after receiving bad news, and instead they look like they're for a (cheap) funeral. Terrible.

    I went online to order flowers for my mum for V Day. She is alone and likes to get flowers to brighten her day. I typed in my normal florist into the search bar for their website and up popped Fromyourflowers.com. I didn't even notice that it was the wrong website and ordered flowers and chocolates for 95.00. I had an email that the flowers were delivered on Saturday, but nothing arrived.

    Phone sales guy from Indonesia told me that he would re order the flowers and give me a 15% refund.... Then said 10% refund in the next sentence. I asked which one it was and he said 15%... Yes, 15%.... Got notice of a 10% refund after I hung up with assurances that the flowers would be redelivered, but they didn't know when. Figured I lost the 95$ I paid (less the 10%) and ended up ordering Valentine's flowers from the place I wanted to originally.... on Tuesday the 16th. Terrible Terrible Terrible.

    I purchased 2 next day delivery Valentine's Day bouquets on 02/13. The first was for my wife in Upstate NY where we live. These flowers were delivered only after a missed attempt by the florist who does not give any heads up they are coming and yells at you for not being home when they pop in unannounced. 2nd Delivery was to my mother who is in NYC. No one ever called, mother waited hours all day. Nothing. At 6pm I receive an email stating the flowers were delivered. I called FROMYOUFLOWERS who then attempted to call the florist who didn't answer. I was told I should just wait until tomorrow.

    The next day I called again and after a back and forth with the representative who called the local florist and claims they DID deliver (calling me a liar who wants extra flowers?), they were only able to refund me 30% of my $136.61 Order. I explained that this was unacceptable and that I would be writing a review to tell my story. I understand the local florist is mostly responsible for the flowers not being delivered, but the customer service provided by fromyouflowers was unacceptable. The least they could've done is adhere to their own website's claims of 100% money back guarantee if not satisfied. The 70%, plus the flowers that never arrived, was the price I paid for the embarrassing situation of having to tell my mother to wait all day for flowers that never came. I do not recommend this 3rd party flower delivery service.

    First time customer-ordered Valentine's Day flowers for my mother in Illinois. They were left on her porch without a doorbell ring, knock, or call to her phone which they had. It was 5 degrees there today and being 87 years old, she did not go out until late afternoon to get her mail. This is when she saw them. They had been sitting there since early morning. Every day I looked at the tracking device and it always showed they were to be delivered that day, but they weren't.     I purchased a bouquet of two dozen roses long-stemmed roses and a mylar balloon. The package arrived on time, but brought unexpected surprises. 1: The photos on the site are misleading. The bouquet shown on the photo has 24 roses IN FRONT and more in the back, and looks much fuller than the actual bouquet which has a total of 24 roses. 2: I expected to get traditional long stem roses with thick stems and large bulbs, but received regular roses with longer stems. 3: the $5 mylar balloon turned out to be a two inch balloon on a stick that should not have cost more than a dollar. 4: A number of roses started to sag on the very first day, possibly due to being shipped in cold weather. 5: The site offers free shipping but in the end adds a $15 "service charge" to the cart. Bottom Line: This was an underwhelming experience for an $80 bouquet.

    I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered to my work for me to take to a bridal shower for a co-worker. I specifically said gave details of where to deliver it and that it had to be before 5:00 which is when we close. They assured me it would be. At 4:00 and no delivery I called to see where the order was and they said it was on its way. When I called at 4:45 they informed me it had been delivered. I went to all of the entrances and receptionists at our office complex to see if someone else had accepted it and nothing. I ended up having to go to a grocery store and get a small arrangement. I called From You Flowers and spoke with a supervisor. I explained what happened and they refunded my money and gave me a credit for a future order. It was very frustrating but was glad they compensated me.

    A couple of weeks later I ordered a floral arrangement for my daughter's 30th birthday, using my free order credit. It was through From You Flowers that contracted GK Blumen. I called my daughter around 3:15 to see if she had received any deliveries. She said no. I called to inquire about the delivery and was told it had been delivered at 2:30. I had my daughter go look all around the outside of her house and no delivery. I called back and was told it had been delivered to the right of the door. I had her look again. Nothing. I called a third time and this time they said the driver said he delivered it in the reception area. I explained this is a home so there is no reception area. They said the driver was in the area and would swing by the location. Someone stopped by and spoke with my daughter. They said they would bring the arrangement. Around 5:15 she text me a picture of the arrangement that arrived.

    I had ordered the Southern Peach arrangement with beautiful roses and lilies in soft pastels and what was delivered were a bunch of wildflowers that I could have picked up at a grocery store for at least $40.00 cheaper. I am not happy with the service or product from this florist at all. All of these calls were through From Your Flowers Customer Service. They are awful and I will never use them again.

    The flowers That got delivered were all different than the ones I ordered and the vase was not the one I picked out. They sent me different flowers and the ones that were right were the wrong color. The vase was the wrong color and size then I ordered as well. The whole reason I picked them was the color the the flowers I wanted and the vase, I didn't get either. I contacted customer service and asked if I could have the flowers I ordered and all they would do was give me a 30% while directing me to their substation policy. I'm very unsatisfied and will never buy from them again and can not recommend them.     I ordered 4 days in advance to ensure on-time delivery for a special birthday. They were not delivered. I contacted customer service and they offered apology with offer to upgrade the bouquet and deliver the next day. I agreed. Again, no delivery was made. I complained and was given an apology and an offer to deliver 3 days after the birthday. I cancelled the order and got refund. Still not satisfied, I complained.     I had some bad experiences with this company. Or with a florist they use. I had paid for morning delivery and that did not happen. Then it was not looking like my Aunt was going to get her flowers at all on her birthday. Her flowers finally did come, just before 5. The company From You Flowers actually reached out to me by phone just now, to tell me they were going to refund half of the purchase price for these flowers. I think that's very reasonable because it's not their fault that the florist in my Aunt's town didn't fulfill their obligations. The fact that From You Flowers stepped up to refund half of my purchase price shows good faith.

    My Aunt was actually more understanding and decent about this than I would be. I guess her being 80 she has mastered the art of patience and understanding, but I still very much appreciate From You Flowers doing the right thing, and I will reach out to them and use their business again in the future for other flower delivery needs because they do seem to care.     This site promises same day delivery. I ordered for the following day (24hours advance) and asked to have Flowers sent to my wife for her birthday, by noon because she gets off at 2pm. I paid extra to make sure they would be there on time. At 1pm the day of delivery, still no flowers and the customer service people started asking for my home address, so they could send the flowers to our home. That was the deal, that's not what I paid over $100 for either. For half that price I could've went to a local flower shop and just brought the flowers home.

    This company (fromyouflowers.com) will promise you the world, until you pay....then it's "out of their hands because they order from the local flower shop and they cant make them be on time". This is a company that doesn't produce anything but a receipt. You pay, and they contact the flower shop down the street from where your flowers are going and they pay a percentage of what you paid them....then they keep the rest and are free from scrutiny since it's not actually them delivering. I'll never use them again.

I have been emailing the customer service since Saturday come. They said they would upgrade my order and send an apology note. Come Sunday still my order was not delivered and I received a 3 dollar refund. However the delivery fee was 14.99. Taxes were 3 dollars. Why do they refund me tax fees? Come Monday and still no order has been fulfilled.

    I have canceled my order. This company is not reliable. If they have so many floors available why can they not meet simple delivery needs? They ask you to input an address before you can even order. They show delivery is available in the area. Where's the guarantee here? It is 4 days later and all I have gotten out of this is wasted time and still no flowers. Not even a complimentary flower that was to be sent out today. It should have been ready. Could have been sent. Instead they apologize and say three days I should have a refund and no flowers. This was for a family member who is currently ill and I really wanted to bring a gesture that would make them feel happy, loved at a time that is so crucial someone that has been isolated and alone. It is Beyond ridiculous. Never again will I waste my time with this company and their so-called satisfaction guarantee.

    A SAD clump of flowers that are not close to what I ordered. Just appears to be leftover flowers thrown in a vase. The hydrangea is even wilted. I could have gotten a better arrangement from a grocery store. I am embarrassed to have that sent to my family!! BEWARE of the quality from this company!!

    Ordered a flower cake for delivery on Fri, Jan. 8th, 2021 for my granddaughter's 26th birthday and they were never delivered! Contacted You Flowers the same day and they assured me the flowers would be delivered! They were not and they could not reach the florist! They again were not delivered on Jan. 9th, call You Flowers and was assured the flowers would be delivered! Never delivered and You Flowers could not reach the florist! The flower cake was ordered on Thurs., Jan. 7th!

    Not only did I pay extra for the Deluxe version of an arrangement, I paid extra for delivery before noon the following day. It was not delivered until 6:30 pm and the arrangement looked nothing like what was shown on the website (not even for the basic version!). Very few flowers and did not have the varieties as pictured on the website. Very, very disappointed and will never be ordering from this company again! I could have gone to a grocery store and picked up the few flowers myself and saved a lot of money... and chosen a vase that more closely resembled what was pictured! A total waste of money!

    I placed an order for Sympathy flowers for a very dear friend. A customer service rep called me 1 hour after the Wake started to inform me they could not deliver the flowers. I had to speak with 3 people before they let me speak to a Supervisor. This supervisor told me a refund would be issued and also a complimentary basket would be delivered the next morning before the funeral. The refund was given but the flowers again weren’t delivered. I then called them the next day and spoke with the Supervisor’s boss who promised a gift basket to the family To be delivered yesterday. This delivery was never made. I have spent an hour and a half this afternoon trying to get through to a supervisor to find out what went wrong. I keep getting disconnected and getting the runaround. Please save your money. Do not water from these people.

    I decided to order flowers for my daughter because she has never received flowers and it was such a super special occasion. The flowers were part of a gender reveal party that I was having for her and her baby. I got an email saying that they were not going to be delivered on that date but they would be delivered two days later but they refunded me $3. When I called they said that they would upgrade my bouquet but I got the largest one. They said they would add more flowers to make it Fuller. Of course these flowers were a surprise but this company emailed her on the 2nd to tell her how to take care of her flowers but she has not received them yet. So now they've ruined the surprise as well.

    When I called customer service the lady just kept saying she assures me that it was not them that they did not send the email. She offered me 10% off and a $10 gift card. I told her that I didn't want to use that company anymore and I needed to speak to her supervisor. I pulled the email up and read it to her. I was on hold for 30 minutes for the supervisor and then they hung up on me. I had to call back and explain the situation to three more people before I could get to a supervisor. When the flowers got here today the teddy bear that I ordered was strung around his neck hanging from the vase and the bouquet was so small. I paid $100 for these flowers. I got the largest one they had. What I received look like the smallest one that they had. And it look like the teddy bear had a noose around his neck.

    These people messed up every possible way they could. I did not get it when I was promised, they didn't even have the decency to call me. They sent me an e-mail and kind of spit my face with $3 off. Then they sent the email to her about how to take care of them before she even got them, so they ruin the surprise. It was awful trying to get to a supervisor and then when the flowers got here they were pathetic. This was part of my daughter's first child's gender reveal so needless to say we were all very upset. I don't know if this is just one of those things that one in a million happens but I know I will never ever ever use this company again. I am so disappointed.

    This is the worst company EVER! I ordered a holiday floral centerpiece for a good friend in MD. Ordered this on 12/20. I received literally every other day a note from this company stating.. "Oh sorry, we couldn't deliver your order...we'll deliver the next day... please accept our apologies etc..." Mind you it's now 1/3. Have they been delivered? Nope! 15 Fricken Days! You think after waiting this long they would send it for free. So disgusted with this company and their lack of getting this done. Will NEVER use them again.

    I previously shared that after 2 attempts, the floral arrangement I ordered had not been delivered to the recipient. After the 1st attempt, FromYouFlowers agreed to upgrade my order for no additional charge and to give me a 20% discount. Which they did. However after it wasn't delivered the 2nd time, I told them to refund my payment in total and to cancel the order. They did that, BUT, here's the surprise. They went ahead and delivered the flowers (albeit 7 days after the original delivery date) and the recipient was very pleased with the bouquet of roses that she received. In summary, I guess this company promotes "Satisfaction Guaranteed." Thank you.

    I am speaking about one experience where it went entirely wrong. I ordered flowers for a friend to arrive on 12/30. They didn't arrive. When I called on 1/1 to cancel, they offered an upgrade and delivery on 1/2. Today is 1/3 and they have not arrived. The recipient resides outside of St. Louis metro area. They provided a full refund. I had a prior experience about a month ago for a recipient in NY with this same company and had no problems. So, I guess you have a 50/50 chance that they will come through or stick to large cities where they have many florists to choose from for product delivery.

    I ordered a premium flower arrangement for my daughter in-law's birthday. It looked like something from the Dollar Store. I have never been so disappointed in a flower arrangement, it looked small and cheap, certainly not a premium product. I will never order from this company again. A $75 + order looked like a $17.50 order. Sad.
