    This a PSA…. Buyer beware! DO NOT EVER ORDER FLOWERS FROM “Flowers for you”. I ordered flowers for my mom’s 70th birthday. Spent almost $100 and this is what was delivered. 1st pic is what I ordered and pic 2 is what was delivered! I call them and requested them send a new bouquet of what I ordered and the florist REFUSED to send a new arrangement. In all fairness I called them Flowers for you and requested a refund and they are supposed to refund my money. Ordering from online flower sites is not the people sending the flowers. They farm it out to a local florist who send crap. You are better off calling a reputable local florist in the recipient’s area. Just a little Buyer beware. FYI.

    Horrible customer service, unable to make changes to order per customer service for an order that won’t be delivered for 4 days. Reason it is already processed even though I have not received tracking information. Will never use this company again, thought I was using 1 800 Baskets.

    I order a flower arrangement for my First Lady after the passing of her father. The flowers came on time however, it did not look anything like the picture. Our church came together to get the biggest arrangement and the flower arrangement was so small. When I saw it, I was embarrassed. She was grateful so I never mentioned anything to her, but to put so much money into a flower arrangement and to get nothing what I pictured was very disappointing. I would have been better off going to Giant. Very disappointing! Never again will I be ordering from this site!

    Recipient sent a photo of the arrangement and it was missing two of the flowers that made up the colors of the arrangement. No yellow Daisies or blue Delphinium like in the picture. Just sad looking white Roses and white Daises. Super sparse and looked like it was put together with minimal effort.

    I ordered flowers from this company for my friend going through surgery. I received an email saying the flowers were delivered, but when I asked her if she received them she said she did not. I called the company and they refunded the same-day delivery charge of $3.25 and said they contacted the florist to redeliver the flowers. My friend eventually received them the next day, but they were not the flowers that were shown in the picture and look like a cheap, knock-off version. I feel that I have been scammed. Not worth the $62.97 I paid for them.

    I placed a order for a flowers to be delivered to my job for a coworker who grandmother had passed. I paid $62.00 for my order. I placed the order around 8:30AM. it arrived around 1:15pm. What arrived and what I order was completely different. Nothing about what was delivered was correct. The card was handwritten which I am not upset about but I am mad about is the fact the spelling was incorrect on the card. The arrangement that was received wasn't even worth half of what I paid for.

    The first lady I spoke with wanted to offer me 20% and then 30 percent and a gift card. Unacceptable. The next lady offered a full refund and stated I would receive a email. The only email I received was a email refunding me $12.89. When I called back I was informed only one email could be processed per day. I requested to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor informed me that the refund is processing and I would receive a email within the next couple hours. I told them I would give them a call back in a couple hours if I did not receive the email. I wished I would have looked at all the negative reviews prior to purchasing from this company. The fact that so many people are receiving flowers that look nothing like to photos should be illegal. I posted a picture of what I received vs what I ordered for reference.

    I would not recommend ordering from this place. I ordered flowers for my mother for Easter and they came in a box from UPS that she had to put together. My mother is old and has dementia and is not able to cut flowers and put them in the vase. On the website they make it seem like that's how flowers were delivered - in the vase already arranged. I have never had flowers that I paid for been delivered like this before and then when you go on their website you can't even leave an honest review because they monitor their reviews and only post the good reviews. I paid $75 for a bunch of flowers to come in a box.

    I accidentally placed an order with these people for my mother for Easter. I did not realize it was the same company that did this to my mother at Christmas. The big difference, she will NOT be receiving her Easter gift until after Easter. She at least got something, not what I ordered on Christmas Eve. Shame on me for not paying attention. But shame on them for knowingly taking my money and immediately coming back with the same day refund. And the information that said flowers (which were at florists discretion) will not arrive until Monday hopefully.

    I believe I might of gotten scammed. I ordered bouquet to be delivered same day. Received a message saying it was delivered. There was nothing. When I called to speak to someone. They “called the florist and there was no answer” but they can’t give the florist number or names. I should’ve done more research. This is completely ridiculous and unprofessional. All anyone has had for me is they will get back to me upon further investigation. So sad and unprofessional. So disappointed. Almost 60 dollars for WHAT?!?

    I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by FromYouFlowers. I placed an order for flower delivery to celebrate a wedding anniversary and paid an expedite fee for morning delivery before noon. However, the flowers had not arrived by 1 pm, so prompting me to initiate an online chat to inquire about the delay. The customer service representative apologized for the delay and informed me that they had rescheduled the delivery for as soon as possible, aiming for before 2:30 pm. Additionally, they promised to refund the expedited fee as compensation for the delay.

    Despite this, when I checked the delivery status around 3 pm, the flowers still had not been delivered. Frustrated, I decided to call customer service to express my concerns. Once again, the rep apologized for the delay and attempted to reassure me by explaining that their usual schedule for residential areas extends until 6 pm. They assured me that they would request the local vendor to prioritize the delivery as early as possible.

    Ultimately, the flower was not delivered until 6:15 pm. This experience was particularly disappointing considering that FromYouFlowers charges a premium for their services compared to local stores, and they also impose additional fees for specific delivery times. It seems to me that FromYouFlowers should either adjust their pricing to reflect the added cost of guaranteed delivery times or refrain from accepting orders that they cannot fulfill on time. In my case, despite refunding the expedite fee, they prioritized my order last, effectively disregarding its importance. Since I was not in town and relied on online ordering, I regretfully conclude that I will never use this service again. Flowers ordered for special occasions or memorable days hold significant sentimental value, and the failure to deliver on time can profoundly impact the significance of the event.

    Order flower earlier today for my daughter's birthday, paid to expedite delivery. Waited after 5 hours and I had no calls, no emails, called customer service and they apologized and promised to deliver the flowers and made a change of delivery address. Waited until 4:45pm. Again, no delivery no email. Waited for about 8 minutes to be switched to a supervisor to let me know they reached out to the local florist and delivery was going to be at 5 pm, it was 4:58pm, and they still had no contact with the local florist. This is very disappointing, and unacceptable. Please think twice before ordering from this site. Little to no communication from them whatsoever. They don't do what they say.

    This is my 2nd terrible experience with them. 1st one, my flowers did not show up and it wasn't until 9pm I got refunded. Today flowers did not come as promised and I had to fight for my refund. I paid 75.00. Finally got refunded and they still delivered. I went to a flower shop on my own and ordered 58.00 worth and the bouquet is double the size of the one from fromyouflowers finally delivered! Extremely disappointing. If I wouldn't have gotten a refund, I certainly would be filing a complaint and on the phone with them. I got 3 roses, little vase, and 6 unopened lilies. TERRIBLE!

    I ordered sympathy flowers to be sent to my sister due to our father passing away. Paid for same day got an email that evening saying they couldn’t deliver that day. They never came the following day either. When I called they lie and tell you it will be delivered. Told them I want a full refund. They tried to offer 20% refund and a $10 gift card. Told them to put me on with a supervisor who tried to lie some more. Finally was told I’d be given a full refund. Still waiting on the confirmation email.

    The flowers delivered didn't arrive same day as promised. The vase of flowers delivered the next day were a mere shadow of those in the picture on this company's website - one sunflower instead of three, three mums instead of nine, etc. I even paid for an upgraded larger bunch. When the recipient sent me a picture of what she received, I was humiliated to have her think that is what I selected. It made me look cheap and uncaring. This was a HUGE occasion in the recipient's life and I was embarrassed. I will never use this company again. Wish I could leave zero stars.

    I ordered the "serenity & bliss" flower arrangement for a loved one recovering from major surgery. I was ripped off. The delivery did not resemble the picture. The flowers used were not the ones listed. There were no pink roses, no stargazer lilies but there were cheap white daisies. I complained to co. Next day they sent a different arrangement. Still no stargazer lilies. A couple of magenta colored roses, not pink. I will never ever deal with this co. again. Huge disappointment and waste of money.

    I ordered a premium bouquet for $69.00. My in-laws instead received the equivalent of a regular bouquet which was $20.00 cheaper. There were supposed to be at least one dozen white and pink roses, instead there were about three pink ones. Instead of a very full bouquet, they received a skimpy one. I wrote a lengthy complaint and sent a picture of what was received. They only reimbursed me $10.45. A similar thing happened at Christmas where a bouquet I sent was supposed to have red roses and had none which was embarrassing when I visited my hostess. At least then I was reimbursed the proper amount and was given a $15.00 certificate. I am extremely disappointed with this company.

    When the floral arrangements we pre-ordered for the public memorial service for our fallen trooper had not arrived by the time we specified, and no emails with any updates to our order had been received, customer service was contacted. After 8 minutes on hold while the employee contacted the local contracted florist, we were informed they would not be able to fill our order. We were offered the florals to be delivered the next day to the home of the deceased, which was not the reason the floral arrangements were ordered, and for security reasons, that was not an acceptable alternative. We requested an immediate refund and were assured it would happen, then had to scramble to have a local florist emergency-fill the order.

    The next day, we received an email from PayPal that our order was partially refunded and an email from FromYouFlowers that our order had been delivered (which it indeed had not, as we were at the arena packing out until 6pm). The same absolutely unfeeling and condescending customer service was offered when calling back to ensure a full refund. While it was refunded fully, it took explaining the situation another three times to the employee on the phone and twice again explaining the arrangements could not be delivered to the deceased residence. If you need your flowers on a certain date, do not order your flowers here.

    I would rate fromyouflowers.com minus 10 stars if that were an option. I placed the order for flowers yesterday morning for delivery today by 12:00 noon, for which I was charged an extra $7.99. The flowers were to be delivered to an office building that closes at 4:00 PM to someone who is having surgery tomorrow --- delivery today was a must. When the flowers still hadn't been delivered by 1:00 PM today, I called From You Flowers, provided my order# to the automated bot, was told no such order# exists. When I was connected to a customer service rep (Chad), I was told there's never a guarantee on the delivery date and time, he couldn't promise me the flowers would be delivered today, he couldn't tell me when they'd be delivered. So pretty much when they get there, they get there.

    This is totally unacceptable and inexcusable in a business where, 99% of the time, the date and time of delivery are of paramount importance --- especially when charging the customer an extra $7.99 for that guarantee, to boot. This is no way to operate a flower delivery service. Oh, and another thing --- I was also charged an extra $2.99 for weekend/same day delivery when neither was the case AND a $14.99 handling fee. A total of almost $26.00 in various delivery-related fees for flowers no one knows when they'll be delivered. I then called a local florist who, within 30 minutes of getting off the phone with me, was able to deliver the flowers, they're beautiful and fresh, and the delivery fee was less than half the almost $26.00 I was charged by From You Flowers. I canceled my order at From You Flowers and received a full credit to my credit card. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!

    A box of flowers was received by this funeral home for a family. The cut flowers are halfdead (wilted) and rubber banded. There was no vase provided. Instructions are to recut and arrange the dead flowers. Put them in water. THIS IS A FUNERAL HOME! We do not provide vases. We do not stock vases. We are not flower arrangers. We are not a florist, Call a real florist in the area. Your intended gift will be a true embarrassment to both you and this floral company.     Worst flower online service I have ever used. They butchered 3 of my 4 orders. The first one was to celebrate my girlfriend's first day at her new job. They didn't get there to around 7pm. The second. I order a peony arrangement at a premium. This was to surprise here the day before our vacation. They replaced them with roses. If I wanted roses, I would have ordered roses. They asked if they could delivered them the day after. I said, "Read the card, we would be on vacation the next day." The third time, they advertised peonies arrangements. They were shipped on a UPS truck. When they arrived, half of them were dead. They refunded me a portion of my payment and gave me a $15 gift card. I will never used this. I canceled my account and will find another vendor.

Well, it *wasn't* delivered March 5th, and when I contacted them, their response was to offer me 25% off... but only off the flower price (which was about half the total), not the entire purchase price... so really it was 12.5% off... This was a really important, time-sensitive delivery, and even after I explained this they didn't care. Every time I'd respond to customer service, I'd get spammed with a generic "we care" email, and then a response later... and after I replied to their "25%" offer they stopped responding to me completely and haven't resolved the issue at all.

    The flowers ordered online were in a smiley face yellow mug and upgraded flowers for one of my employees in the hospital. When he sent me a picture to thank me, I was shocked to see the 3 pink gerbera daisies in a plain glass vase with a pink ribbon in the picture texted to me. I contacted your customer service via email and sent pictures of pictures purchased versus picture of those delivered and was informed I was receiving $15 off and that local florists are allowed to makes substitutes.     I placed a first time order Thursday morning and paid for same day delivery for sympathy flowers. I received an email Thursday evening stating it wouldn’t be delivered same day. It came the next day. However, rather than protecting the package by leaning it against something out of the wind, the driver left the flowers in the driveway on a very windy day and the glass vase tipped over on the cement. The recipient sent me a photo along with a thank you message, and I was shocked to see that arrangement was half the size of the listing photo. The bouquet was roughly $45 excluding rush delivery and a $15 service fee. Upon contacting customer service, they offered me a $7 refund. I wish I could post comparison photos of the listing versus what was delivered. I will not be ordering again.

    I was trying to shop around for flower deliveries for my husband's birthday and when I went to just review the order, it pulled the money from my bank without me placing the order. Because of this, when I called to figure out what was going on and why it pulled already, they told me they couldn't find my information since there was no order number... since I didn't place the order yet. So now I just have to wait until my bank finalizes the charge so I can dispute it. I have never ever experienced my bank holding a charge like that when I'm just reviewing an order for an online purchase but that's all they could come up with as reasoning for this happening.     I paid extra to have the flowers delivered to my fiancee on Valentine's Day. They were unable to do so even though I ordered them multiple weeks ahead of time. My fiancee cried because she did not receive them on Valentine's Day. They didn't deliver them until two days later. The flowers were beautiful, however, it wasn't as special for her because she was hoping to receive it on Valentine's Day.     I live in Arizona and ordered flowers for my grandma who lives in glenview Illinois for her birthday. I’ve never ordered flowers online so of course I googled and this website with beautiful flowers came up! So why not right. I chose one that looked like a garden literally, called soft splendor bouquet cost $51.99. I wanted them delivered before noon so of course cost more. I asked my grandma if they were delivered. She said no, yet I got an email saying they were.

    I call and they say wait until 6pm and they would refund me the expedite fee of $5. Later when it finally arrived I had my aunt take a pic and send it to me and I was very disappointed! Does not look like what is advertised online whatsoever. They were pretty. But some flowers looked smashed. To me not worth it at all. I spent $82 trying to surprise my grandmother with what I was hoping would be an elegant beautiful little garden of fresh flowers. I would not recommend at all! I will never order from here again. For what I paid I would’ve paid $20-$30 more and ordered from an actual flower shop where my grandma lives. At least she would’ve received a beautiful fresh bouquet. I was unable to be in town for the closing so I had a Realtor friend to be there with her and wanted to surprise her with flowers. I searched through flower arrangements for over an hour before deciding on the beautiful Rose and Lily Celebration bouquet. I was so embarrassed when I saw the flowers that were actually delivered! They looked nothing like I ordered. Most of the buds on the flowers were closed. I reached out to From You Flowers and sent them the photo. Without first speaking to me, they sent me an email and said they credited my card with $17.00. I emailed them back and told them that was unacceptable and I wanted more flowers sent out. After calling and speaking with them over the phone they said because I had been credited the $17, they could only give me a $20 gift certificate, which I will not use.

    They allowed their choice florist to ruin what should have been an awesome surprise. From You Flowers, I suggest instead of offering refunds- hold your florist accountable- if they mess up, make them fix the mistake and send out new flowers- if they don't have the correct flowers in stock, they should send out something that is in the same price range/comparable. How will the refund help my friend who I purchased them for? It's not about the money when you are trying to send flowers for a special occasion. You only have one shot to do that.

    I ordered flowers for a friend who received difficult health news to help lift her spirits. After putting the delivery zip code in, I was offered same day delivery - great!! I also ordered a premium arrangement. A few minutes after paying, I received an email saying not only couldn't they provide the same day delivery, but they couldn't deliver until two days later. (Why was I offered same day delivery?) Two days later I received another email saying that they couldn't create the arrangement I ordered, but they would create something to equal or greater value. I expressed my disappointment in the delivery delay and inability to deliver what I ordered, but agreed to the substitution.

    After waiting all day for the arrangement to be delivered, it arrived at 5 p.m.! (Seriously how was this not put on a rush after the delay and substitution?) The photo in the delivery confirmation was a very basic arrangement, nowhere near the premium I ordered.     I ordered the premium sized Valentine's Day bouquet to be DELIVERED ON Valentine's Day. It's the largest size bouquet they offer to buy. My flowers were never delivered on Valentine's Day. Got another email telling me to call them again to verify information for the 3rd time. Seriously??? Not worth all the trouble.     Awful experience. I received flowers for Valentine's Day, which looked nothing like the promoted picture. My boyfriend requested a refund and they've refused multiple times, and he's still having difficulties. It's a shame he had to pay more for added balloons and a fuller arrangement and got absolutely nothing of the sort. I didn't even get a card. I got an almost deflated balloon. Fraudulent behaviour.

    I ordered a pretty bouquet for a friend to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. I made all the arrangements, read all the fine print that I could find, and paid, confirming the order would be delivered on Valentine’s Day. Several days went by and Valentine’s Day eventually arrived. I hadn’t heard anything from the company so went through all the hoops to contact them and try to confirm that it would indeed be delivered on that day. I was eventually notified that it would not be delivered on Valentine’s Day after all (after specifically choose that day on the order & being confirmed that delivery would be available that day). They promised to deliver it on the sixteenth instead and said that they would provide a note of explanation for the late delivery & would even up the size of the bouquet.

    I was very frustrated but eventually agreed and hoped that they would do what they said this time. However, no one responded to my communication that I would like to proceed with the order…so I reached out again. Jumped through all the hoops, only to be disconnected before I could even speak to someone. Eventually, I got through and they assured me that the order was out for delivery and the florist would update me on what time the arrangement was delivered. Cool, great, that works.

    Hours later, I received another email. Hopeful, I opened it and expected to see that the flowers had been delivered. After all, we had just confirmed everything multiple times. Alas, it was not a proof of delivery email. Yet again, they said that they would be unable to fulfill the order but that they would schedule the order for delivery next week and that they would refund a delivery fee. (If I paid a fee, it was a maximum of $5…)

    I responded that, at this point, I would just rather have a refund as I’m tired of spending so much time trying to communicate with them, being told whatever I want to hear, and then them not following through. If you’re looking to buy flowers, I’d recommend going elsewhere and would have myself if I had seen all these reviews prior to ordering. They aren’t worth the headache and the potential hurt feelings of friends & loved ones. —will my friend understand? Absolutely. But that doesn’t take away from the fact that she felt a little forgotten. Very disappointed in this whole experience.

    I paid to have some flowers and a bear delivered to my girlfriend on the 15th of February. I had her waiting at the residence all day and no delivery came. At 6pm their supposed florist stated that they made the delivery to the residence. There is a ring camera at the front door, and what do you know no one showed up. They then proceeded to tell me they will get back to me the next day which was unacceptable. The customer service agent refused to release the florist info to me so I can check to see what happened, and possibly get this resolved the same night. I will never use this service again at all. You're better off going to DoorDash and placing an order there. At least you can track the driver yourself.

    I would be very wary of using this company. First, the price quoted is not the price you will pay – there is a $15 to $17 “handling” fee associated with the arrangements, plus tax. Most online companies reveal this prior to checkout or have it included in the price of the arrangement, but From You Flowers does not. Second, I paid for the “guaranteed” delivery by noon. At 1:30, no flowers so I contacted FYF. The most “help” they could offer was the flowers will be delivered as soon as possible – no explanation of why they were not delivered as agreed. There was no notification that the flowers were going to be late – I had to initiate contact. They are going to remove the guarantee fee. My wife and I were heading to a concert that afternoon and the flowers showed up just as we were leaving.

    Unfortunately, it was the wrong arrangement. Other than coral and white roses, none of the other flowers matched what was ordered. I paid for a “deluxe” arrangement and have no idea if what came was a regular or deluxe arrangement. Finally, the flowers only lasted about 4 days (Sat delivery, by Wed they were wilted). There was water in the vase provided the entire time - probably not a FYF issue (it appears they contract with local florists), but still, for a $95 arrangement I would expect at least a week of enjoyment. I’ve used other online flower deliveries before and have never had this issue with timeliness of delivery, arrangement or longevity of the flowers. Use FYF at your own risk.

    I placed my order for same day delivery at 11:30am Eastern Time. I paid over $80. The delivery was from a local flower shop in San Antonio Texas. The time was 10:30am in San Antonio. They email me later to tell me flowers would not be delivered the same day, which was the entire point. They are horrible. I will never use them again.     I made my purchase over two weeks before the occasion. Flowers did not show. There was no communication from the company regarding delays or problems. I called that evening and it just kept ringing, no answer. I called in the morning and the lady had very loud noises in the background. It was extremely difficult to understand her.     Updated on 02/17/2024: I reviewed yesterday that this company did not follow through with delivering the flowers. After speaking to them over14 times trying to get the flowers delivered or refunded they offered a refund and complementary flowers of florist choice to be delivered today. However the complementary flowers also never arrived. The order number they gave me has no record attached to it when tracking the flowers. Then I got an email stating the complementary flowers were delivered. However they were never delivered. I have cameras surrounding the house with proof that they were never delivered.

    So this place just has shady business practices and is a complete scam and rip off. After they refunded my money I found another flower place and they had the flowers delivered within 1 hour of placing the order, which was placed at 7pm. So by 8pm they flowers were arriving, yet fromyouflowers.com couldn't couldn't deliver the originally paid for flowers at all, or the complementary flowers over a period of three days when I paid for same day delivery. Think twice before choosing this company. You will not get your flowers.

    Original: My dad asked me to help him order flowers for my Mom for Valentine's Day. I chose fromyouflowers because the price points were more reasonable than some other florists and I have never had flowers delivered before. They were supposed to be delivered on Valentine's day, but they never arrived. My dad just wanted something special. He ended up telling her that he ordered flowers so she wouldn't think that he didn't do anything, ruining the surprise. I called them and while they did apologize and offer a 20% discount and redelivery, I am still not satisfied. Why? Because they were not delivered the next day either. I contacted them again and they said they are investigating. Sounds like they are just blowing me off now. Don't order from them. You will not get your flowers. I will not be ordering from them again.

    Valentines order was placed with paid priority delivery options, before 11 am. At 3pm, the flowers weren't delivered and after 30+ minutes on hold, they had cancelled the order because the florist had run out of flowers. No call or email notification. Fromyouflowers.com assured me the flowers would be sent on 2/15, but it wasn't delivered. Again, I wasn't notified. I was assured the order will be delivered on 2/16 and the arrangement will be at the florists discretion. We'll see.

The flowers I received were nothing like the arrangement pictured. The arrangement I purchased came in a red vase with 12 red roses, red and white carnations, white Lilies and the green filler. What they delivered had no roses, not even a single red rose, no Lilies, and maybe one or two carnations. Hopefully they allow me to upload the pictures of what I ordered and what they delivered. Even the red vase I ordered they sent a ugly cheap, gold painted, clay pot vase.

    I am asking for a refund. I will leave an update if they try something funny and don’t give me a refund. I know they are going to say something like oh we don’t guarantee the same arrangement but if you run out of red roses and carnations on Valentine’s Day you don’t belong in the floral industry.     On January 30 I ordered deluxe red roses for Valentine delivery to my wife and paid for that date delivery. When they did not arrive I checked the site at 4:30 pm and they said they had been delivered. I called and after a 20 minute wait customer service said they would arrive within the hour. They came at 8 pm and they were pathetic. Small and dying with no greenery nor the red advertised vase.

    They did not have the card with the message I had asked for when I ordered but did have attached a "Incoming-Mercury HQ Order Detail-Delivery" which indicated the order source was FTD and the sending shop was fromyouflowers. That form showed that it had been sent at 8:35 am on Valentine's day which apparently was the first request for a florist to fill it and most annoying were the special instructions which said "SIZE: Regular. **IF YOU CANNOT FILL THIS ORDER, PLEASE REJECT IT, DO NOT FORWARD.**" I have added the emphasis to the latter sentence.

    Clearly this form was for the florist and it was not intended to be delivered with the flowers because basically it showed they waited until the last day to send it to a florist and indicated if they could not fill it just don't do so. That is a pretty lousy way to run a business. The form also had to card message that never came with a card with the flowers. I sent an email last evening requesting a refund and have heard nothing so far.

They "guarantee" same-day delivery but they will not fulfill that promise.     I will NEVER order from this place again. I was limited to what I could pick based on zip code. I selected a bouquet that I then paid extra to have next day delivery. My delivery was not delivered the next day. I called and asked to speak to a supervisor, the customer service person kept saying she was authorized to help me, this is not what I asked. I wanted to speak to someone in a supervisor position about my frustration for having to pay extra for delivery to a dying friend in a hospice house the following day which was VALENTINE'S DAY. I am beyong frustrated that these flowers went from FLORIDA to WISCONSIN.     Paid $140 for a flower bouquet, balloon, and chocolate tin to be delivered on Valentine's Day. The tin arrived a week early, on its own, in a giant cardboard box and was essentially a store-bought bag of candy tossed into a metal tin. The flowers and balloon never came... I called and the woman I spoke to was awfully rude. She said "It'll be there today", and when I replied "Ma'am, it's 10pm," she said, "How about tomorrow morning?" I began to respond "That's not what I paid $140 for ..." when she hung up on me.

    As a disabled person with very limited mobility, I depend on services like this to get it right. When it doesn't, I expect at the very least to be treated with respect when I try to get whatever issue there is resolved. Trust me, go with a company with a solid track record, not these folks. They've completely ruined the special surprise gift I paid for, yet they hasn't stopped them from sending me 7 emails a day wanting me to order more things from them.

    I ordered some roses for my best friend for Valentine's Day and I had to change the address because she was moving. I contacted customer support to change the address more than a week before the delivery and they refused. I contacted them again and they gave me a 50% refund, but that does not solve the issue. If someone takes the time to update the address wayyy before it should be delivered they should be able to change. Their customer service is awful and they ruined the day for everyone involved due to the incompetence.

    I ordered flowers for my wife on morning of 2/13. The website showed availability for 2/14 and so I spent $100 on roses. On the 14th I received no email updates, no shipments. I went to website and talked to a boy who said the order was scheduled. At end of day (7 pm) no delivery and no updates. Called customer service by phone and waited 45 minutes without anyone picking up. I then went to chat service it said 17 minute wait for 20 minutes and didn't change. I revisited chat service after sending several emails, it said 18 minute wait for 24 minutes and then someone picked up. I got a stock "We will investigate this and get back to you". I said "no" I want refund which they confirmed but then refused to provide me with confirmation in the chat (reference number).

    So, what do I see, they took the order and confirmed 2/14 delivery. Didn't dispatch the flowers and didnt contact me to say they could be delivered. I had to jump through hoops to talk to someone who I naturally didnt trust. I would advise anyone who asked me to steer away from this company, they break promises, are hard to contact and then refuse to confirm any details on refund. There was no remorse and the apology was a stock apology. They know what is happening (1 % of 1 star reviews show that)... odd that the Google reviews are so positive.

    My Girlfriend lives all the way in New Orleans 7hrs away. I trusted this service to do me right by sending her everything that I paid for so she’ll be happy on Valentine’s Day being so far away from me. It was as simple as delivering the balloons, card and flowers to her but when they arrived she said she got her flowers and card which made her cry but I asked her about her balloons and she told me she didn’t receive any balloons. So I told her I would call to see about it, once I got on the phone after being on hold for a while the lady on the phone which it isn’t her fault btw or policy which I understand told me all they can do send me a refund since the balloons didn’t get delivered. I’m like I don’t need a refund. I wanted her to have her balloons.

    I trusted the company to come through but instead ruined a moment for us. It’s very inconvenient to receive a refund because that doesn’t fix the fact she’s not getting balloons unless I place another order and pay for shipping and delivery fee which would cost ME more money to have something done that was already paid for and that’s not good business. All I asked was for them to either refund me the amount for the balloons and delivery fee so I can resend her the balloons but they couldn’t do that.

    So now she either doesn’t get them which is terrible or I’ll have to come out of pocket more money to send them again and HOPE she gets them this time? I explained that I’ll never do business with them again and will leave a review in hopes that people read reviews before making a decision. Should have sent someone else out or refunded me the amount for shipping so I can reorder or something. It’s already bad enough she didn’t get everything all at once. Whoever is reading this read reviews before you do anything. See what people are saying. After reading all of these reviews on here I would have NEVER done business with this company. Unprofessional not making things right when it wasn’t my fault. You ruined a moment that you can put a price on. That’s huge.

    I bought the rose and Lily flowers for my mom for Valentine’s Day. When she got them they looked nothing like the picture. None of the colors were right. There were barely any Lilies. There was more green showing than color from the flowers. I was HIGHLY disappointed. The website says something about substituting flowers but it wasn’t one or two. The WHOLE ENTIRE THING was different. Everything was supposed to be pink. Not a single flower was pink. I will never order from them again and will share that information with my friends and family.

    Placed order for an arrangement to be delivered 2/14/24 on 1/20/24. Picked a specific arrangement from their website. Arrangement was delivered as promised however the arrangement was in no way similar to the one I picked. The container, theme and colors were nothing like I chose. It also looks to be a cheaper arrangement than I ordered. I contacted customer service and provided pictures. I was sent an email that said "slight variations" could happen. If the pictures were even reviewed anyone could see it as a totally different arrangement. I was offered a $15.00 gift certificate for a future purchase.     When I found out my normal local florist couldn’t deliver in time, I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine’s Day from fromyouflowers, “Two Dozen long stem Red Roses” to be exact. They arrived on time. I thought great…NOPE. When I opened the box I was given pink roses, which in itself fine no biggie. However the quality was complete garbage, one wilted and yellow and ok the verge of dying. And one completely chopped in half…”LONG STEM”, if that was considered long, then my wife will love her gift later.

    All joking aside…I called customer service, phone connection was horrible, assuming it was an overseas operation. Could barely understand their rep through the static. Apologized and went to “talk with his supervisor”, came back and offered a 20% off my order OR (not and) a $10 gift card for “next time”. Even though the order when it was all said and done came out to over $100. There won’t be a next time and this was completely unacceptable. Paid with PayPal so I’m sure I’m covered and will get my money back. Will NEVER order from this company again. Stay away, very far away.

    I ordered flowers 11 days in advance to be delivered with an extra (paid) request to have the flowers delivered at or before Noon. The website informed me the package had been delivered to the correct address at 10:59 AM, on time. Unfortunately no-one at the delivery address received the package, furthermore after calling customer service, they couldn't provide proof the package was even delivered other than what their website suggested. In their attempt to resolve the issue, I was given an option for rush delivery for the current date. This was also not delivered. When reaching back out to the customer service agent, they informed me that another package could be delivered, but would come at the earliest 7 days from the current date. To their credit, after initially rejecting my request for a full refund with a $10 gift card, they did fulfill my request to cancel the order and refund my money.

What I received from Flowers of Charlotte was nothing like the photo, still had a price tag of $25.99 stapled to a filler stem and then they included the paperwork between both companies. Such an embarrassment. I have photos to prove it all. Upon reaching out to customer service, they never answered the questions or addressed my specific situation, they simply sent a pre written email and discounted me $15. Who cares. Not worth it.     I had a few bad experiences with flowers not showing up on the right day, even after paying for delivery on a certain date. This last delivery was for Valentine's Day.     I went to Google and typed in 1800flowers, who I always use and was somehow sent to the Foryouflowers website. I ordered a dozen roses for my wife's first Valentine being married. The flowers showed up dead and moldy. I checked my email and saw that they were shipped from Pennsylvania. I live in North Carolina. Why would they not use a local florist.

    I called customer service and the person offered me 20% off of my order. I of course said that is not acceptable. They eventually offered to ship new roses, but they would miss Valentine's Day and not be shipped until 2/20/24. I have photos of the travesty that was sent to my wife and they are both embarrassing and disgusting.

    This is the second time in a row that Fromyouflowers has not been able to simply "deliver flowers."     I have been a customer of 1800flowers.com for many years so on Wednesday, Feb. 7, I ordered a get well bouquet for a relative. I selected the flowers on 1800flowers.com and added them to my cart but somehow when I went to schedule delivery and pay, my cart was inexplicably transferred to fromyouflowers.com and the order was processed. The charge on my credit card was from fromyouflowers.com. I contacted 1800flowers.com and they had no record of my order and did not know how the order was redirected to fromyouflowers and therefore could not assist me with tracking the order. I contacted fromyouflowers.com and they SAID flowers were delivered on Friday, February 9, 2024 but honestly I'm just not sure if they were or not.

    They had no explanation for how they got the order either and somehow blamed it on a browser add-in? I'm usually pretty careful about not clicking on "pop-ups" so I am concerned that there is something going on behind the scenes that I don't know about. I'm still not 100% certain that flowers were delivered and since they were a Get Well gift, I don't want to bother the recipient by asking them if they received them. I asked fromyouflowers.com if they could confirm the local florist who delivered the flowers and they said their vendor contracts did not permit this. Not only did my credit card info pass through to fromyouflowers from 1800flowers but my logon password passed through as well.

    I have since deleted my account from fromyouflowers.com and changed my password for 1800flowers.com. Can someone please help me with this? This is scary and I may be out $63.58 with no flowers ever being delivered. Tracking info says only "Delivered". Don't even know where fromyouflowers is based but if I had to guess, they are not in the US. Guess I won't be ordering flowers for a while. At the very least, I would like definitive confirmation from fromyouflowers that the bouquet was in fact delivered.

    I ordered a premium upgrade ($20 more) arrangement. What I received was 1/3 the size, wrong flowers and garnish, wrong colors. Even the bow and vase were lower quality. Absolutely underwhelming. I trusted them to help me make an impression for my Valentine’s Day / 4 year anniversary. She liked them but they were NOT what I paid for. Additionally, the roses/flowers weren’t fresh they were fully open, not tight buds… might last 2-4 days.

    They providing a full refund but I had to demand it. I was actually insulted when they attempted to offer me 25% credit… a) I was cheated out of far more than 25%, and b) the credit only gets me a discount on future orders so they still make money off me… I can’t stack coupons and I can get 25% or comparable coupon anywhere… and c) a discount forces me to use their service again, if I want to claim the money — I never intend to use their service again. I gave multiple chances over the years, but they failed me. They don’t even quality control the flowers their contracted florists arrange before they are sent out.

    This company took my order, emailed me on a Saturday saying the delivery was too remote and they were cancelling if they didn't hear from me, I emailed same day asking to wait until Monday for me to answer because I was busy, then Sunday they emailed saying it was cancelled anyways (even though they heard from me like they asked). These flowers for my 99-year-old grandmother, who I don't get to see much, are for Valentine's Day. To cancel them in the dead of night when (1) I literally responded to their "if we don't hear from you this is cancelled" email and (2) I asked to wait until Monday because I was busy on the weekend, is so gross and wrong. Then they kept telling me "but you're getting a full refund" as if that was some special thing?? That's literally my money you're holding since you cancelled my order, of course I'm getting a refund!

    They also called me and offered me a "free bouquet" as an apology. BUT they couldn't give me a promo code for the order. I had to either decide right then which bouquet I wanted (while I'm busy working) or I had to call them back, tell them the situation, give them my order number, and then they'd give it to me. Why offer me a free thing as an apology if it can't just be a promo code? Why -- and I mean this with as little respect to this horrible company as possible -- would I ever want to call your company again? Why in the heck would I voluntarily get on the phone with this horrible company ever again? Just delusion on the most profound level by whichever lackluster middle manager thought forcing customers to call their overseas help agents is the best way to offer an apology.

    If I were a suspicious man, I'd say that's a great way to ostensibly offer a "free bouquet" as an apology BUT ALSO make it as hard on the person as possible to actually redeem it. Thus, the company probably won't ever have to send the "free bouquet." Sounds like a great way to make it seem like you care while also not actually having to do anything. That said, the customer service phone agents were very nice and helpful. Very professional too. Only problem: they're all located OVERSEAS. So they can only help so much.

    This company's business practices of cancelling on a person in the way they did is so gross. Then to handle it afterwards by wasting my time with a call for a "free bouquet" akin to a gun to the head is just so lame and rude. This is the single worst interaction I've ever had with a company. I never do reviews like this (or of any kind really, I usually just don't care), but this situation and interaction was so bad it was astounding. I'll never buy anything from this company and I suggest you don't either. I truly hope it goes bankrupt.

    I received a call from FromYouFlowers today and was refunded 50% plus the same day delivery fee. The flowers showed up this morning, even though FromYouFlowers says they have photographic proof that they were delivered Saturday. I am satisfied enough with this resolution, but will never use this company or any similar companies again. They steal business from local florists, only to turn around and sell it back to them. I have asked the recipient for a photo of the flowers so I can see if they even match what I asked/paid for. I did ask for the local florist's name and the person I spoke to refused to give it to me, instead saying "it is on the recipient's card." Valuable lesson learned.

    Ordered a bouquet of flowers for Mother's day from this website which was supposed to be a surprise. Despite description saying the delivery will happen within business hours in the day, it never happened (bear in mind I live in Bay area so it is not rural at all). Called Customer service and asked for refund. They apologized, gave a discount and promised the flowers will be delivered the next day. I had to tell my mom I am waiting for a package coming to their place to make sure she stays home. And yet they did not deliver again the next day! My poor mom had gone out a few times that day looking for a package that never got delivered. I had to end up telling her about the flowers, which ruined the surprise as well.

    I was able to get full refund after calling back, however, they were still trying to ask me to let them try delivery the next day. I was so upset. This is not how you do this kind of business. The flowers are usually sent for a special occasion. The worse part was at the end of the first day I received an email saying the flowers were delivered. If I was not in contact with my mom I would have assumed that is the case. When I told them why you sent this email when the flowers are not delivered they said it is for their record keeping!!! Anyway, extremely unhappy experience. The only decent thing was customer service was respectful and refunded my money fully.

    I have used this company twice and both times the flowers could not be delivered when requested. The first time I just had them deliver them the day after. This time I just canceled my order. Because they were needed for a specific day not the following day. If things cannot be done then they should not say it's going to be done. Had I known it wasn't going to be delivered that day I would have just went and bought flowers and deliver them myself. I will not use them again because they just don't get delivered when they're supposed to. And the first time I used them they weren't even the flowers I ordered. They were totally different.

I was horrified when I saw what they sent, The flowers looked all wilted, and was nowhere near the price I paid.     I used their service to order flowers for my uncle's funeral. Called a day ahead of time, two whole days of fake promises and lies and hours on the phone and my order was never delivered at all. Very embarrassing situation to be in.     Ordered 2 dozen roses with a vase. The shipment arrived promptly when they said it would but the vase was completely destroyed. They didn't do anything to package the glass to make it safe to ship. I originally thought they'd forgotten to include it until I saw glass shards in the folds of the box. I called them and they offered the refund for the vase without question (this must have been a common complaint.) But the flowers were already wilting and blackening around the tips. There are better options. Definitely not worth the money.

    I ordered a bouquet to be delivered for a friend's birthday (we live in different states) and specifically chose a purple bouquet (her favorite color) and upgraded it to include more flowers than the standard option. When she text me a picture of what she received today, I was appalled. She received what looked like $5 worth of flowers without even a vase included. I paid $71!! When I called customer service, they offered me 20% back… I had to negotiate for 50% but even then it was only off of the flower cost… not the service fee or taxes. The total refund was $27.55 so I paid $43.45 for a less than average bouquet. The photo comparison is laughable.

    Used this company in the past and it was so so. Placed an order yesterday and the flower arrangement delivered had 10% similarity with my choice on their site! They promise 100% reimbursement or resent but Customer Service doesn’t honor their online statement! They offered me 20%. After I got upset they went up to 30%. I wish I could upload the pictures so people can see what a difference there is between offers online and delivery! I wrote them emails, send pictures and received an automated response! I am still upset, and am certain they honestly don’t care, but pretend to do! I will never use this company again that is for sure!

    I purchased on January 22nd from fromyouflowers.com the Charming Garden of Love flower bouquet same-day delivery. I'll NEVER order from them again. It look like the delivery guy hit every bump in the road and through these flowers all over the place. It looks as if the person who arranged these flowers went skimpy on the materials and could not even find similar or even close to like flowers. You can easily count six different flowers in the online photo bouquet but once delivered there was only two different type of flowers and some kind of huge green leaves thrown in there…and they were all falling out of the vase and could barely stand on their own. It looks like they ran out of flowers and couldn't even make it look like a full bouquet nowhere near worth the money I spent…I called customer service immediately and they were trying to downplay and get me to accept low-ball offers….

    They finally offered me a 50% refund so I figured this was the best I was going to get. They said it take two to three business days to get the refund and when the refund finally hit it wasn't even 30% refund. I don't think The customer service representative can do simple math…Even if they were just figuring on the cost of the flowers alone and not the delivery cost or taxes they were still nowhere near 50%... I really felt this company did not care about my order, my special occasion or me as an individual from my interaction with the delivery all the way through my phone call conversation with customer service.

    This place is an absolute scam. I used it once and swore I would never use them again when they delivered flowers to the hospital 4 days late (after pay for same day delivery and when my sister and her new baby weren't even there anymore). When they sent a "complimentary bouquet" it looked absolutely disgraceful with branches and weird flowers sticking out, not just a normal bouquet. It looked so bad. I took a leap of faith for a second time (most recent) and yet AGAIN the orders (two bouquets) are beyond late when there was a death in the family. They just emailed asking if they could push the date AGAIN when I ordered them for same day delivery so at that point they'll be 3 days late. This company should be ashamed of themselves. Absolutely horrible business. If I could give them zero stars or negative stars, I would.

    I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom for her birthday. I got an email notification that the order was delivered, but my mom said that it had not arrived. I called Customer Service and they instructed me to wait until close of business that day to see if it would arrive. I did, and nothing. Then at 8pm, a bouquet was delivered to my mom, but it was not the arrangement I had ordered. I called and they offered me a 30% refund and a $10 gift card - I argued for a full refund, which they then granted me. Disappointed about the hassle, but grateful that they corrected it.     I ordered a floral arrangement for a friend with same-day delivery. The delivery arrived promptly but when my friend sent me a picture of the arrangement it was nothing like the design I had picked out.     In the past I have had a great experience with From You Flowers. But this time it was a nightmare. Every time I chose an arrangement I received a message saying it could not be fulfilled as no one in the area was able to fill the order. Finally after trying for 4 days I found one that processed. Naturally, it was an expensive one. Then at 2pm on the day it was to be delivered I received an email canceling the order. Again, no one in the area was able to fill the order.     This is the worse company you could ever use for your special occasions esp when it’s important or time sensitive do not take the risk. I ordered balloons and they were late and I was lied to repeatedly on how far the driver was, I had to keep calling customer service. This was a very sentimental occasion as my mom was waiting for balloons to be delivered for a balloon release, she waited downstairs at a nursing home for over 6 hours and we paid for rush delivery to ensure it would be delivered In time before noon and it wasn’t.

    I spoke with customer services at least 5-6 times and they had no compassion and continued to offer me very small discounts like 10 % off, no real apology or help rectifying. It was finally delivered hours later after I was fed lies. I was told 12pm then 2pm then 3pm then 3:30 then 4 and the lies continued like that, that my mom got so disappointed and discouraged. An already emotionally draining day was made worse as we waited on edge for the delivery and was told lies all day long on a time frame.

    They expect customers to just suck it up and take it. I never even received my partial refund. I wasn’t even offered a full refund as we missed the deadline for what we wanted to do because they kept lying. I spoke with someone via the chat and they simply stopped responding when I asked for a supervisor. I will NEVER use this company again and will continue to tell others to go else where especially for the important occasions in your life. Horrible customer service and they lie a lot and that’s what’s stressful believing what they say. So take it from me, save yourself the stress and headache. I'm still waiting for a $13.02 refund on a $60 order that should have been fully refunded. I have yet to even receive the 13.02 and it’s been 8 days.

    I was pretty excited about ordering flowers for a coworker. I found the perfect arrangement. When I saw what she actually got I was pretty embarrassed. I collected money from other employees to buy these and they did not look worth the money. I understand there would be substitutions but nothing was what I expected. The company offered 20% right off the bat and made a statement about how there would be some slight substitutions. I don’t think they know what slight means. It was missing berries, the foliage was droopy and long instead of standing upright to fill it out. The large roses were close but one was wilting and the smaller roses were replaced with a cheap flower that I am not sure the name of. There was a succulent that I honestly was okay with the substitution. I just wish I knew which flowers to order that would be delivered looking like the photo.

    I ordered 6th of Jan for my mother’s Birthday, same day. Ended up having issues with florist never delivered, but I called to confirm on track. Was advised yes. Monday came and went no delivery. Called and they assigned a different florist. The 16th they cancelled the order without telling me. I had to call them I think 4 times since the 6th. Customer Service was very nice. When I called assured me it would be done. Switch florists 3 times. I understand weather and delivery but the fact when they could have been delivered many chances they weren’t. No call or notice after the first time. It was never happening.

    I paid $75 for premium. First time refund of express 4 hour delivery and 20% refund. Second time 10%. Then another call they just cancelled it without notice. I look like a horrible daughter and my mom thinks I didn’t Try To do anything. It takes up to 3 days for return when I waited so long? No offer of, "We will make this up to you to make this right…." The canceling of the order without notice and me having to follow up is the problem. I called, I was a good customer and understanding. Ultimately, the ending was unfavorable. I emailed and pretty much got a "Sorry about your luck" email. Thanks for feedback. This issue they should be sending for free to save business and reputation. Due to how this was handled I won’t use them again as retaining customers doesn’t appear to be the solution.

    I order flowers multiple times a year and have done so for the last 20 years. This time I tried ordering from Fromyouflowers.com and was stunned by the outcome. I selected the arrangement I wanted and paid extra for the "deluxe" version. When my mom received the delivery for her birthday she sent a picture of, literally, a jar filled with baby's breath - not one actual flower (besides baby's breath) was included in the jar. I had to fight with the company for a refund and my mother's b-day surprise was a disaster - so sad and SO disappointed.

    I have used this company twice for 2 separate flower orders for coworkers. The first time they said they couldn't fulfill the order but would replace it with a "better quality" of flowers. They were not better quality. Then I ordered flowers on the 12th. They said they wouldn't be able to deliver them until the 17th. BUT then I got an email this morning saying the delivery was delayed until the 23rd. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!

    I am not happy with this place at all. As soon as the funeral services were announced, I placed my order with Fromyouflowers.com on Friday morning without issue, to be delivered to the funeral home the next day. They waited until Saturday afternoon to call and tell me they couldn't find a florist that can deliver on Saturday! I immediately requested a refund and quickly turned to Google to locate a florist in their area. The first place I called took my order and will have it delivered on Saturday. This place just didn't try to locate anyone even though I sent the order in on Friday. I will never do business with this company again.

    They contract w/ businesses that don't fulfill their end of the business deal & then drag you along w/ lies. Be aware that they will try to do anything to keep from refunding you. Also, the "courtesy delivery for the inconvenience" is code for "We'll still make sure that you get the arrangement for which you paid. However, it will be at 9 at night & won't look anything like the product you purchased."

    Our Aunt passed away suddenly, we needed flowers delivered the next day by 11am, the wake and funeral was only one day until 2:30pm. I ordered the arrangement online the night before at 11pm, they advertised that they could deliver within 4hrs. They called me at 11am (at the requested time if delivery) to say they couldn't deliver that day because they couldn't find a local florist to deliver, so they wanted a home address to deliver to the next day. I explained I did not have an home address for anyone and they must deliver no later than 2pm that day. They said they couldn’t and offered a refund, which would take 2-3 days. Why would they charge for a service before it was provided? Then when checking our account they had 2 charges pending?

    I called and they told me I'd have to check with my bank. This wasted much of my time calling back and forth after being cut off twice. In the meantime I called a local florist and they had an arrangement delivered by noon, within less than an hour of calling! How is it that I could find a local florist that could deliver but they could not? Poor service and false advertisement on their promised delivery time. Will never order again from them. Instead I will use The Finishing Touch Florist in Crete IL. They deliver anywhere throughout the world, and Stacy was so helpful and really went above and beyond to help us out of a sad situation. We wanted our love ones to know they were in our thoughts, and she made it happen! No thanks to Fromyouflowers.com.

    To the company: Thank you for the credit (2nd credit) but I will not be continuing a business relationship with your company. I would not have ordered anything if the product description had read as follows: "We will deliver an arrangement of roses that will not resemble the pictured photo. We will allow you to pay $10 extra to request it to be delivered on your requested day of Saturday. However, we will not plan on delivering and wait until you find out it was not delivered and call us to provide you a 20% discount and refund the extra $10 charge that we should never have charged for the Saturday delivery in the first place. We will then offer to deliver on Tuesday following your requested Saturday."

    "When you ask to deliver after 4:00 pm since the recipient will not be home (hence the Saturday request in the first place) we will say that we will put the request in. When Tuesday comes the flowers will be delivered promptly at 12:49, over 3 hours before you requested.     I ordered Charming Garden of Love flowers Premium size, two balloons, and a large chocolate box for a birthday. Flowers look totally different. It only had two pink roses with bunch of other droopy flowers. It is missing • White Lisianthus • Peach Berries and • Succulent Cutting. The premium size (the most expensive one) has only two roses. How many the small one has? none?! And large chocolate box has only 8 basic chocolates! If large box has only 8 chocolates, how many small one has??? I regret ordering from here, I should have read the reviews before ordering. Please order from somewhere else. I was so embarrassed when the person who received the order sent pictures. It looked so cheap! I paid $111 to buy embarrassment.

    My mom just had her hip replaced and I wanted to send her a nice bouquet of flowers to brighten her day when she got home from the hospital. The flowers she received aren’t like the picture and for the price I paid I’m disappointed. I wish I would’ve chosen a local florist and spent a couple extra dollars for better quality. I had also chosen for them to be delivered the day she arrived home from the hospital, but they arrived the day after… which is not a huge deal to me, but I wasn’t contacted regarding the late delivery.     I had never used this company before but a coworker recommended it. I ordered a flower arrangement for my oldest and dearest friend for her father’s funeral. She lives in Louisiana and I’m in Virginia. If I couldn’t be there for her in person, I wanted to show my love in the only way I could. I paid for expedited shipping to make sure the arrangement would be there in time for her father’s public viewing. The next morning I called her to make sure the funeral home had received the flowers and my closest friend in the world tells me they never showed up.

    When I called FromYouFlowers and spoke to Joey, he informed me that they could deliver the flowers today before the funeral with 100% guarantee. Then a half an hour later I got a call from a woman at FromYouFlowers telling me that they couldn’t deliver my flowers but they can offer me a 50% refund and deliver the funeral flower arrangement to my friend's home AFTERWARDS in a couple of days. Who does that? She tells me that they EMAILED me. You don’t EMAIL someone when you screw up something so important! Yes, I broke down crying and there is nothing they can say to make this better! I’m normally not an emotional person, but this is devastating to me! Yes they have told me they will refund my money in 1-3 business days, but then sent an email saying that if I haven’t received the refund in that time, to contact my BANK! My bank didn’t “guarantee” the delivery or the refund! If I don’t receive it, I will be calling the company back. I would give it a negative star if I could.

    My wife stays home with our 18mo. son, today he was a little extra grouchy and threw the day’s schedule for a loop. She called and vented a little and I could tell she was having a bad morning. She’s 13 weeks along with our second son, so I’m trying to be as supportive as possible. I ordered flowers for same-day, paid the expedited fee as well, was assured (guaranteed, even) that it would be same-day.

    Day goes by, I make it home from work shortly after 6 PM expecting to see the flowers on our island. Instead, I get an email as I’m taking my shoes off that the delivery couldn’t be completed, and it would be 2 days later before it can arrive. They offered a measly $3.20 refund (partial refund of the expedited fee) and that was all. If they had simply told me 30 minutes earlier, I could have at least stopped at the grocery and picked up a generic bouquet. If they had given me an hour’s notice, I could have went to the next town over and gotten a nice bouquet. Instead, I got $3.20 offered for the trouble of 2 days’ late delivery. Don’t use this company if expeditious service is important to you.

    Flower delivery was delayed by almost a week. The flowers were dead when delivered. When I requested a refund or redelivery, they offered 15% of the sticker price (about $6) of the flowers. I've had occasional mishaps with deliveries from other online florists and without exception, my entire purchase price was refunded or a new delivery was sent out. This place clearly does not value return customers. I won't be using them again.

    My sister never received the beautiful flowers I ordered for her 50th birthday. I contacted them and wanted the flowers sent asap because this was a special day. They refunded money but would not send the flowers. This is poor business practice. I have ordered flowers before from other companies and was always satisfied. I was not happy after I ordered and saw a $14.99 charge for handling. That made $39.99 flowers were $56.00 but because it was my little sister's 50th, I went ahead and ordered because I wanted her to feel special. I am visiting her for the holidays so I know flowers never came and they should have sent out a Beautiful bouquet on them. They will not get any of my business anymore, and I will warn others not to use.

Truly a dissatisfied, disappointed customer that thought this company would do better. Boy was I wrong...now I am worried if my boyfriend got the right flowers I ordered him. He's in Florida and I won't know until I get back. Heck I could have got screwed on that deal too because I don't want to ask if he got his.     I placed an order on 12/20 selecting the choice of delivery on 12/22 or 12/23, an option given to me from fromyouflowers. I received an email in the evening of 12/26 saying my order was delivered (four days late and after the holiday). I emailed them of this failure and received a prompt response that said this: "Our inexcusable errors... Offering best solution... 20% off the product." What a joke! I then received an email a short time later and another the next morning saying, "Come back now and save 25%." They were willing to give me more off to get me to buy from them then they were willing to fix a botched delivery. A credit was sent to me in the morning... A CREDIT, not money back! A credit is not a solution they only want you to purchase more...

    Plus, they offer credits on every order - it's their normal way of doing business. It turns out the recipient did not receive it until today, 12/27! This is such a failure and horribly bad business. I felt (wrongly) comfortable with ordering from them since they gave the option of the two days of delivery which gave them a little leeway. There were plenty of other places I could have purchased flowers and have them arrive on time. Do not buy from fromyouflowers.com.

    I placed an order for my wife's birthday (12/27) and the next day I got an email saying that the order was sold out. What is the reasoning behind accepting my money if you're not aware of your inventory? I get on the line with customer service and they state they can have the flowers there by January 3rd. I told them there was no reason I would need them that the 27th is my wife's birthday, not Jan 3, and that I'd like to cancel my order. I then get asked, "Really what if we give you credit?" REALLY? What good is your credit if I needed them there today??? I used to buy here pretty frequently and they always had issues on their site that I always overlooked but I'm done shopping through a site that can accept my money and not deliver. I would recommend this be your last option unless you want to be scrambling for flowers at the last minute.

    I ordered a large arrangmnet of flowers for my grandmother for Christmas. I received an email they arrived the scheduled day. First mistrust. They did not arrive for another day after that late. She received a small arrangement cheaper version of carnations that appeared smaller than basic arrangement. Not what I paid for. Made me feel bad to have that be sent to my grandmother.     I purchased a centerpiece that was guaranteed to be delivered between 12/22-12/23. At end of business day on 12/23 I used the chat method to inquire about this purchase. Here is the response I received, “Jerlon 04:14 pm. Unfortunately, we were unable to locate a florist able to complete the delivery today for ****. With your permission, we would be happy to send the delivery December 26th with a note of apology explaining the delay, or we would be happy to call the recipient to personally apologize. In addition, we will also include a complimentary upgrade, which will increase the size of your arrangement and give it a fuller look. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.”

    I understand hiccups - but I also know what “guaranteed delivery” means. My issue is that NO reached out to me when they knew my order couldn’t be processed/delivered by the guaranteed date of 12/23. The purchase of an order around Christmas is typically because it’s needed BEFORE Christmas. Never again, will I trust this company with an on time delivery.

    UPDATED 12/27/2023: Once again I'm here for another review from FromYouFlowers. Let me tell you people whatever y'all do don't ever order from this business. They have the worst business. There is delivery service. I ordered flowers for a loved one for a funeral and they were supposed to be delivered on Dec 22 between 8:30 a.m. and 9am. Instead of them delivering them like I paid for expedited they decided to deliver the flowers to the church at 5:27 p.m. that very day. Now mind you I got a confirmation saying that these flowers will be delivered that morning instead of that evening. I also had a confirmation saying that if the flowers wasn't delivered in time to have the flowers delivered to the families' home.

    Instead they canceled the order lied to me and sent me an email and told me they were delivered only to find out yesterday Dec 26 at 9am that not only did they not deliver the flowers. After I went back and forth with them countless emails that they actually canceled the order then they proceed to tell me well we gave you a refund back. I said I never asked for a refund back. I asked you to deliver the flowers like I paid for. I figured you gave me a refund back out of courtesy because didn't follow through or what I paid for and then you also decide to send a complimentary flower for the troubles. And guess what that didn't arrive 'til today Dec 27 at 12:30 p.m.

    This is so unacceptable on all levels This place needs to shut down their business because they cannot keep their word. Even after they called me and try to explain to me what happened I thought that I had got a clear understanding and a confirmation more than once through countless emails and phone calls that the flowers was going to be delivered to the family home since they couldn't make it to the funeral. So with that being said I would never use this service ever again.

    I don't recommend nobody else to use their service. They are truly a disappointment and a total let down. I'm embarrassed because I called the family and told the family that I was sending flowers to only find out the flowers never made it and that the flowers are coming 4 days later. Uacceptable. Y'all need to fire the whole staff or shut down your business but your same day delivery business that you advertise is all of a lie because that's not what happens and I don't even know what the flowers look like that you all sent because what I paid for the family did not receive although they sent email that the original 1st flowers had been delivered???

    So FromYouFlowers decided to send complimentary flower to the family I don't know what it looks like because they never sent me a picture for all I know they sent them some cheap flowers I wouldn't know but I am so disappointed so embarrassed and so upset with this company. And I recommend nobody use Fromyouflowers. They don't get one star They don't get no stars you need to shut down your business. How you going to deliver the flowers 4 days after the funeral and burial. Just horrible horrible and a total let down. That's my review and I said what I said.

    ORIGINAL REVIEW: I ordered a sympathy flowers for my kids grandmother funeral and was told it would be delivered that morning between 8:30 am, 9 am because the funeral starts at 9 am. I checked this morning the day of only to be told that the flowers will be delivered at 6pm. Like seriously this is unacceptable and way off time the church will be closed the funeral long been over with, how dare you to even inconvenience the family like that and all you can do is apologize for the delay. Even after you paid for expediting service you still can't keep your word after you assured me it would be there.

    So then I realized that this company wasn't going to keep their word on the first request. I had to have them to send the flowers to family house afterwards. And that's not the problem. The problem is I told the family the flowers were being delivered to the church. And this company didn't keep their word. They took my money and lied to me. Got me looking crazy to the family. I just hope the flowers are just like the picture they advertise. I'm so so disappointed. And it's not about the money it's the principle. You guys are not dependable or reliable and you taking people's money and not keeping your word. Don't advertise same-day delivery and on-time delivery when you know you are not doing this service on time at the customers requests. Just be a walk in service only because your delivery service is trash. All thumbs down.

    Worst flowers ever! This company is a scam. I spent $70 on a beautiful Christmas table centerpiece for my Mother In Law and what she got was a sloppy handful of weeds thrown in a box. I contacted the company immediately assuming they'd apologize and realize what an error had occurred, but boy was I wrong! They didn't apologize at all, simply said their website clearly states not all items will actually look their the images, then threw a $10 credit my way - ha! Like I would ever order from them again!     I'm so sad to leave a bad review. I ordered a "You're in my heart" bouquet for a spouse's December birthday at $84.99 (with $17.00 off coupon makes $67.99) with $5.00 balloon, delivered, with service fee ($16.99) and tax - grand total $96.50. I ordered 3 weeks in advance online. The photo online shows at least 2 dozen red roses for "You're in my heart." Delivered on time, but what I received was a small red, green, white Christmas arrangement, including styrofoam glitter ball and evergreens, with five roses replacing what would have been carnations, I imagine, for Christmas. Two roses had black spots. In the middle of the arrangement was a piece of dried cheese that must have slipped off either the arranger's or the delivery person's pizza they had for lunch. This was my first order with FromYouFlowers. Very disappointed.

    This is only the second time in my life I have felt compelled to leave any type of negative review for a product online. I'm usually satisfied with my online purchases. I am so sad to have to do this, but I spent nearly $100.00 for a small misrepresented arrangement, or incorrectly fulfilled order, similar to one I could have gotten at Costco for $19.99. So sorry. Heavy buyer's remorse.

    I chose a premium package, priced from $64.99 to $51.99, and that is how it showed in the cart. When I received the receipt from my payment, after I completed the shopping, it showed the old price of $64.99. I complained and received back a garbage email stating this: "When prices are initially displayed online, an original price will be crossed off with a discounted price next to it. The reduced price is the cost with your discount applied. Before submitting your order, a price breakdown is given, including the cost of the item, service charge, and the overall total. At the point of order review, the price will be listed as showing the original, the crossed-off cost, then display the monetary value of your discount as a deduction." I do not see my discount anywhere. And I do not think this is legal. Hope the end up in court for gouging. No wonder their rating is so low. FTC will be notified.

    Do NOT order at Fromyouflowers! I made a HUGE mistake and ordered 4 items (for over $470) and paid extra for early shipping on October 13 to be delivered October 16. They advertise same day delivery so I thought when ordering a few days early, I won’t run into any delivery issues. The items were for a little baby’s funeral and it never arrived! I spent the whole morning on the phone with customer support and missed all of the memorial service. The first representative gave no solutions and said it can be delivered another time with no ETA. One of the items was a casket arrangement and I told her that won’t work since the burial is for today. I had to hang up on the Rep and call back again to get someone else who actually listened and pretend to care a little. The 2nd Rep also had no better solution but eventually gave me a refund. I do not recommend this services to anyone! Please take your business to support a local florist!

    I ordered flowers and chocolate to be delivered to a co-worker after surgery. I received an email confirmation stating it was delivered. I asked the recipient and she never received them. I called the company 5 times and they were always sorry, couldn't explain anything and always said they would redeliver. After failing over and over again, I asked for a full refund and ordered from a local place. I had used this company for 10+ years, something has changed recently and this is not the same company I used to order from successfully. Customer service agents are hard to understand and have no details to help with anything. Wish I would have googled the reviews before using them again.

I reached out online in their chat option and was told delivery was "attempted" but they couldn't see why it wasn't successful but promised me it would arrive the next day. Well you guess, 12/14 comes and middle of the day and I start a chat to ensure my order is on its way. I was informed it was, will 100% arrive that day and the "local florist is out for delivery." At 9pm on the 14th I called and was informed the delivery driver wasn't back from his route yet but it was for sure delivered. It wasn't. 12/15 my tracking info updated to say delivery was expected that day. I think the company is a scam and luckily I paid through Paypal so was able to get a refund. Don't even waste your time with this lying company who is likely a scam anyway.

    I ordered flowers for my wife late Saturday night/Sunday morning for our anniversary on Tuesday. I was billed for weekend delivery and same day delivery. The flowers came on Wednesday. Plus it was not what I ordered - the flowers or the vase that I paid extra for. Then when I demanded a full refund I was told they would do $14 and a $10 gift certificate. I was told I would get a full refund that. I haven’t received yet. Plus I was supposed to receive a veterans discount and didn’t get.

    I ordered flowers on Dec 8th to be delivered to my mom on Saturday Dec 9th. The website advertises quick, same day shipping - that’s why I chose them. On Dec 9th at 5 pm I contacted customer support to let them flowers hadn’t been delivered yet. They said the flowers were out for delivery.     I ordered a nice Christmas arrangement to be delivered at a hospital. It was to be delivered before noon. It is now 7:58 p.m. at night and has still not been delivered. I called the company multiple times today and they told me it was out for delivery. When I called a few moments ago they told me it would be. Tomorrow. From You Flowers is like that. Do yourself a favor; rather than insult the person you love, get your flowers elsewhere. After insisting that I would dispute any charges made to my credit card, FYF.com DID refund my money and said that they would send a complimentary arrangement with a note of apology. Unfortunately, THAT bouquet was more insulting than the first!

    Original Review: My order was late, incomplete, and not accurate. It was supposed to be delivered in the morning, it arrived at 4:30 pm. It was supposed to include a teddy bear, it didn't. I was supposed to include a mylar balloon, which turned out to be a 12' popsicle style insert to the flower arrangements. When I called the support line in India, I was informed that they are not allowed to divulge who the name of the local florist used to fill the order. So...uh...yeah, not happy.

    I placed an order with this company against my better judgement simply because I was pressed for time. They had horrible reviews, but so did every other company I looked into. We spent $100 on a bouquet that looked nothing like the described item. Lesson learned, I will never order from this company, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone for any occasion. I wish I would’ve spent the extra $30 at a local florist who actually CARE about the products they produce. Take a look for yourselves!

    Called on Nov 27th 2023 in a.m Mountain time. Said flowers would be delivered that day. Called that night because my daughter had yet received them. They said they'll deliver before 6 p.m tomorrow and gave me a 25% discount. I said, "Ok." I called in afternoon next day. "Will be delivered before 6 p.m" and was still NOT delivered. So I called in evening and they apologized and said, "Will be delivered tomorrow"!! I said, "NO!!!" I was disappointed and so was my daughter because I told her she was going to get a delivery and it did not happen 2nd day.     I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the service I have received from your company. I recently placed an order for flowers, balloons, and a teddy bear to be delivered on a specific day and time. I paid all the required fees promptly and expected a smooth and timely delivery. However, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite my anticipation, I received no feedback or confirmation from your company.     I ordered the beautiful "Blue Skies" arrangement for my Grandfather's funeral viewing and recieved the most embarrassing arrangement I have ever seen. Not one flower matched what I ordered (Creme Roses, WhiteAsiatic Lilies, White Miniature Carnations, Purple Statice, and Blue Cube Vase). I received 3 white Gerber dasies, 1 white hydrangea and another random white flower. I contacted customer service and was offered a replacement. Some other family would have received them since the viewing was over and my Grandfather was buried the next day. I had to explain that twice. At the end I received a partial refund.

    The following week I asked to be removed from the ad emails and was again offered Another replacement. I deleted my account with them and will mark any further emails as Spam since I could not be removed from the mailing list since I will never order from this company again. Especially when there are other companies that do deliver the arrangement you order and will fully refund you if anything other than what you ordered was sent in error.

    This experience was NOT as advertised. The bouquet received did not look like the bouquet I ordered online. There were flowers missing, the flowers in the bouquet were bruised and crinkled and the leaves in the bouquet were not “fall”. They were dead. The product received was not bad but it was not worth the money they charged. I would suggest choosing a different company for your business.

    We have order flower for our relative funeral. The process went through successfully, and we expect that the flower will be delivered at designated time and location. However, we did not see our flower when we visited the service at funeral home. We call them and ask for the reason; their answer is that they cannot locate the delivery and propose for next day delivery directly to the church at 8:30am when the mass will be started. We did not see our flower at the church as we did not see any message from them. We were so disappointed and cannot believe that there is service like this happening in DFW area.     We ordered the Deluxe vesrion of a "Get Well" bouquet for a friend in the hospital. The product delivered was not what we ordered at all. The bouquet was poor made, completely different vase than the one online and an ugly plastic bow on the side. When we complained they sent us a coupon of $10 via email, which we can't even use since we are currently overseas. This company is located in CT (We found out today). The delivery was for TX.     I googled florists in Spokane WA. They came up. I thought they were in Spokane. I was so wrong. I ordered a wind chime from these people for $80.00 on a Monday evening for my aunt's funeral that was on a Friday of the same week. I had 2 day shipping. Since it was considered Tues. for the order I figure it would arrive on Thursday. Boy was I wrong! It didn't arrive until Tuesday!! 8 days later. I was horrified when my cousin called and asked me if I sent a wind chime to my aunt's funeral. I say yes and she said well it just arrived at the church! This company didn't even want to refund anything until I made a huge stink to them. They took the payment so they are responsible for the product getting to the place of delivery.     I ordered flowers 3 days prior to delivery date. I found it odd that residential deliveries were given a delivery time of 6 pm. In all my years I've never known a florist to work/deliver after 5 pm. There is nothing rural in Houston so I didn't worry. The day of the delivery I kept checking the status throughout the day...no update. Finally at 5:30 I called to ensure nothing went wrong. Even double-checked the address to make sure it wasn't my error. I was reminded that the delivery time was 6 pm and then they added "6:30 the latest." That is when I got concerned. But I patiently waited.

    I waited till 7:20...verified with the recipient...nothing arrived and they were home all day. When I called customer service they informed me the delivery person left a note that they attempted delivery but no one was home...that they tried calling...and even left a note. The recipient was home...There were no notes left or phone calls received. I asked for a full refund...was then given the option of having them delivered the next day. I refused...What was the point of ordering early only for you to deliver late. You didn't accept partial payment when I ordered...Why should I accept partial service when it came time for you to provide the service. Now to wait 3 business days to ensure they kept their word and actually issued the refund. Lesson learned...Will be using 1800 Flowers instead.

    One of the worst experiences had with my purchase and made me feel guilty.     Google advertised this site to me when I was searching for online floral delivery. I paid them $78 for a bouquet delivery. Payment was processed immediately, but customer service contacted me an hour later to tell me they would not be delivering my order. When I asked them why, and whether this meant they were going to refund me, they kept telling me they could not release my information unless I contacted them. Which, in fact, was exactly what I was doing.

    I've disputed the payment with my bank and filed a report with the FTC. I encourage others having this problem to do the same. Let the testimonials on this website serve as a cautionary tale. The recent spate of 5-star reviews presumably come from paid reviewers and - hilariously - are still not enough to skew the algorithm.

    This company not only DID NOT DELIVER THE FLORAL SPRAY FOR A FUNERAL, they notified he they did deliver it!!!! Meaning, if I had not called to confirm the delivery, I would have never known that it was never delivered and I would have paid for a service I never received!!!! Who does this? They claimed the local florist didn't have the flowers needed....and you don't call me? You don't notify me YESTERDAY (when said item was allegedly delivered) so that I could find an alternative????     I live in WA state. I purchased the next day delivery on flowers for my birthday. Made my purchase 11/9/23, they said it would be delivered 11/11/23, great since my birthday was 11/12. As of today the flowers have shipped from CA (mind you only 2 states away) to KY half way across the US and then to the UK. I reached out asking why they are 2 days late and in another country entirely and was told they were sorry and would credit my account $10 (less than what I spent for next day delivery) and that my flowers would arrive shortly. I asked about the fact they've now been shipped over thousands of unneeded miles, when they would come and got no response other than, "Sorry and please accept this gift of $10." I will never order from then again. I'm more than disappointed and still wondering when my $90 purchase of a simple dozen roses will ever arrive despite wondering, I'm sure they will arrive wilted and destroyed.

    If I could give negative stars I would. I was having some issues with my now ex-girlfriend and to celebrate an anniversary I decided to buy a bouquet. We had just had a conversation over how they felt I didn't understand or appreciate her interests or likes so I specifically spent time looking for a bouquet with her favorite flowers. Sunflowers. "The Most Appealing Autumn Arrangement" seemed to be the best pick and I was glad to find something so pretty so I splurged for the largest size possible with the autumnal leaves and sunflowers. What arrived was a lackluster bouquet that was significantly smaller than the product shown on the site with some dumb plastic pumpkin glasses thrown in for good measure.

    This bouquet was seen as an afterthought rather than an effort to buy something nice and within a few hours after delivery my relationship was over. I reached out to Fromyouflowers for a refund and to air my frustration and was offered a partial refund. When I expressed my desire for a full refund they insultingly offered 12 more dollars back. Do not order from this company if you need flowers. Look for a local florist or even buy a bouquet from a Kroger. Those flowers will be the same quality if not better.

    I received a bouquet from fromyouflowers.com for my birthday last week. It’s a wonderful surprise to find a dozen yellow roses at your door! However, in about 12 hours the first of the roses began to droop and fade. The rest began to follow. I changed the water, cut the stems while underwater, a trick I’ve learned over the years, but they continued, one after the other to droop and wither. I have had bouquet deliveries that lasted at least a week so this was a disappointment. I noticed that not all thorns had been removed, and the tip off to something going on was the leaves: They were withering, curling at the sides, many looked like they had powdery mildew or black spot.

    I did not want to bother the sender with the issue so I wrote to customer service and included photos, I never received a response. That was, perhaps, the biggest disappointment. I know that roses are fragile, but when you receive flower from a delivery company you expect that they will last a decent amount of time and that if there is an issue and you take the time to write to customer service, you will get some kind of response. I send flowers as gifts but would choose another company in the future to do so.

    My wife and I purchased a floral arrangement online for my mom with the expectation that the arrangement may be slightly different from what would be actually delivered. Hoo-boy were we wrong! The arrangement delivered looked nothing like what the website represented. I actually had to have my mom verify that the flowers were for her and from us! The container was way different, there were no sunflowers (main reason to purchase this arrangement), very few flowers overall, and a lot of greenery. I wish I would have researched fromyouflowers.com prior to ordering, as I would have never purchased from them based on the multitude of negative reviews.
