    Placed an order on 10/10 for a delivery date of 10/18, so mind you, an 8 day window to get this done. I didn’t order the flowers the day before or even the same day to warrant NO UPDATES, NO DELIVERY, and NO ANSWER AS TO WHY OR WHEN I SHOULD EXPECT MY DELIVERY. FromYouFlowers clearly don’t have reliable let alone competent florists working for them. What is the point of paying these outrageous delivery fees IF YOU CAN’T EVEN DO YOUR JOB.     You should be cautious and not expect your flowers to be delivered when using this 3rd part service, fromyouflowers.com. fromyouflowers.com seems to be a scam. I googled flowers near Henderson, NV 89015 and was directed to fromyouflowers.com - After reviewing the google rating of 4.4, I felt it would be reliable. I ordered on 10/09/2024 for delivery on 10/16/2024, received a confirmation email 10/16/2024"From You Flowers order #** was delivered". I called the mortuary 10/17/2024 am, they were not in receipt of the flowers. I called From You Flowers at 800-838-8853. spoke with Victor who confirmed delivery address and made up an excuse why the flowers were not delivered because of xyz, they would be delivered by 4 pm on 10/17/24.

    I called back, spoke with Byron at 2pm to confirm the flowers would be delivered, was advised, yes by 4 pm same day and I would receive another email to confirm. At 4:30 pm, I called recipients they were not in receipt of "sacred duty spray". I called fromyouflowers.com, spoke to Michelle, after being on hold yet another 30 min. was advised, flowers were delivered at 3 pm signed for by James. I advised, I would like to call mortuary to confirm. After, calling mortuary, and confirming address for both, the flowers were not delivered and they had NO James that worked there. The experience is beyond disappointing during this difficult time of not being in person with Family, to not have the Group effort of our condolences expressed as intended as a tribute to honor our Family member is unacceptable service..

    Wish I can give this company zero stars. Order a funeral arrangement for my best friend's mother's funeral and they failed to deliver on time which I paid extra for. No communication from them, it was only after contacting them via the chat function that they admitted they were late, and could not confirm when the arrangement would be delivered. This was two hours before the funeral began, and is a huge service failure. DO NOT ever use them, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE stay away. They only provided a refund after asking several times, as they had already messed up this day of sorrow for me and the family.

    Purchased in-stock flowers 10/11/2024 to be delivered 10/14/2024. Got delivery confirmation. Emailed them 10/15/2024 (1 day after they were supposed to arrive), and they didn't give a reason why they weren't delivered, but gave a refund 10/16/2024. This was nice to get my money back, but does not give my sick Mother her flowers on her birthday, which is what they were for. They should've just continued to deliver them, along with giving a refund. Really bad customer service and satisfaction.

    Really wish I would have found these reviews before ordering! Never again will I order from these guys. I ordered maybe Thursday for a morning delivery in Saturday (paid extra). It is 2:00 Saturday and the flowers are not there. The recipient is trying to leave (she’s at college) town go home to see her parents on her 21st birthday! If it can’t be done a call or email before Saturday would have been great, I would have called another florist! I am so disappointed right now!

    I paid for expedient time before 9:00 a.m. I paid extra for it it did not arrive by that time and when I called the person said that they wouldn't refund me the extra charge for the expedited time because it was going to be delivered before noon. here it is now noon and still no delivery and no refund coming for the expedited delivery that I paid for. The guy was rude about it also. I would never recommend this to anyone else because of how awful it is when you pay for something and you don't receive it and don't get a refund for it

    At midnight I realized that I did like the artificial arrangement that I made for my dad’s memorial to hold his urn. I knew what I wanted, but at the funeral home it was over 400. I found the exact same arrangement on your site, ordered and they were delivered by mid afternoon. I paid under 200 though your site and pleased with the arrangement and quality of the flowers.

    I elected to use fromyouflowers.com because of the guaranteed same day delivery. I placed my order on Monday 9/30 to send my mother flowers for her 80th birthday. She waited at home till 5pm, no flowers. Stayed by the door till 6:30pm, no flowers. I called and emailed customer service and was assured that the flowers would be delivered. No flowers on Monday. I called and emailed customer service again on Tuesday and was assured that the flowers would be delivered on Tuesday. For my inconvenience I was refunded $4.25. Again, my elderly mother waited till 6:30pm on Tuesday and again, no flowers. It is now Wednesday morning nearly 10:30 and still no flowers have been delivered. I will neither use this service nor recommend them to anyone who has a reasonable expectation of paying for flowers and actually having them delivered. Lesson learned. Stay away from fromyouflowers.com. Total scam.

    Paid for flowers to be delivered to my wife for our anniversary. After, a local flower shop called my wife (not me). Then they texted my wife (not me) asking for me to call. The flower shop rep did hardly spoke English. They told me they could not complete my order for the price that I paid through Fromyouflowers.com and demanded more money. I told the flower shop not to complete the order. I then contacted Fromyouflowers. The service rep told me the flower shop was not supposed to contact me directly and was supposed to contact Fromyouflowers.

    I asked to cancel the order, but they ensured me that they would use another vendor and the order would be completed as requested. I allowed them to redeem themselves and begrudgingly accepted. The next flower shop again texted my wife (not me). Not that it mattered because the surprise had already been ruined to begin with. The flowers arrived and I was less than impressed. I could have gone to my local grocery store and bought better flowers at a way cheaper price. I will NEVER use Fromyouflowers again. Horrible experience.

    Flowers From You did fix the issue. They gave me a refund and a upgraded bouquet. I truly appreciate that they did that. However, this company really needs to ensure they vet their local florists. Somehow all these different florists across the country seem to follow the same practices. It is not fair for the Company to allow their florists to deliver substandard floral arrangements and expect the customer complaint department to deal with the aftermath. I appreciate the customer service. I apologize for flying off the handle. I was not easy to deal with. So thank you for fixing it.

    Nothing I say can be any worse than what many others are saying. Guess I should have checked reviews before ordering from them for the first time. Not only were they a day late, but they sent me a confirmation they had been delivered when they had not. Then when they were finally delivered the next morning, missing my sister's birthday, today, 5 DAYS later, I received a resolution to my complaint STILL claiming they were delivered on the correct day! Not only that, they claim 24/7 service. Yeah, if you want to talk to a clearly overseas call center who doesn't even know what time zone your delivery is in and you still have to wait until the shop opens the next day. I would not even give them 1 star! DO NOT use this service! Oh, and I not only contacted then twice by phone, but by email and chat as well!

    Literally if I could put 0 stars I would. It was complete false advertisement. I ordered $54 bouquet because it looked like it was exploding with flowers, no empty gaps, just full and beautiful all around…. Total lie. It was delivered in a skinny box and the flowers were netted like they were suffocated…. Literally looked like someone just pulled weeds out of a field, not pretty at all. So sad and pitiful to have said the grand total ended up being $88. FAKE NEWS. Beware and the delivery wasn't dropped to my mom like it should have been. They just handed it to a supervisor at Kroger and I ended up going to the store myself and demanding it be found. UPS was great at helping me verify it was at Kroger but the flower company said all they can do is reship it and it wouldn’t be until Tuesday delivery and couldn’t refund me anything unless it went missing again. But lo and behold I found it and boy I’m devastated and embarrassed.

    Do not order from this company! I ordered a birthday arrangement 8/27 to be delivered 8/30 (day before person's birthday). On 8/30 130p I called to inquire about the delivery and was told it’s in route and will be delivered by 6p. I received an email 537p stating they couldn't find a vendor to fulfill the order.     This company is horrible! I ordered a premium arrangement, and this is what my mother received! Pictures are below. I was absolutely appalled at the bait and switch they pulled. This cost me $76 after delivery. I contacted them immediately and they offered a partial refund or a redelivery. I opted for the redelivery so that my mother could receive what she was supposed to. They assured me that she would receive a redelivery in the morning. By 3pm the next day, nothing had been sent. I contacted them again and they stated that it the redelivery was never processed because they "had an issue with the previous flower company" and needed to use a different company. But had I not reached out to them again, the redelivery wouldn't have been processed or done at all. I am very disappointed in this company. My first interaction with them was great but I realize now that was because I ordered a premade gift basket. Their flower side? Forget it!

    I found this company online and used them because they offered next day expedited service. I was traveling and wanted my wife to receive her flowers at work before she left, thus the expedited fee. The flowers did not arrive and I asked for the company to contact the florist with my wife’s number so she could pick them up locally. They said they would and either they did not or the local florist did not fulfill the request. The chat with customer service just stopped responding when I ask them to contact my wife since the delivery address would need to be changed over the phone. I spent at least an hour trying to resolve this with chat and then just got ignored! Do yourself a favor and use a local florist. This guys are awful. Should have looked at the abundance of 1 star reviews before I relied on this joke of a flower delivery service.

    Awful customer service! Paid for expedited service and same day delivery. They ended up doing UPS SHIPPING the flowers instead and they will now take 4 days - didn’t even ask if we wanted them shipped after paying for same day! They won’t even reimburse the fees for same day delivery and expedited fees. Their website even lies and says it’s out for delivery until you click on the ups tracking number which then shows the Monday delivery!!!

    I live in Washington, DC. I found From You Flowers online (google). On a Wednesday (8/7), I ordered flowers for a loved one, which were to be delivered to a funeral home on Friday (8/9). I also paid for expedited shipping. This guaranteed that the flowers will be to the funeral home before 12 p.m. The flowers did not arrive to the funeral home before 12 p.m.; they were not delivered at all, and the family had already left the facility. I was given the option of redelivering the flowers the next day to an alternative address and offered a 20% refund. This is completely unacceptable, disappointing, and unbelievable! Disappointed is an understatement!

While I appreciated the refund and the suggestion to send another arrangement, I begged the supervisor I spoke with on the phone to communicate with the new florist, stressing that their arrangement needed to be truly remarkable to rectify this fiasco. Otherwise, sending another replacement that didn’t far exceed the previous poor deliveries would be pointless, and I would prefer to just accept the refund instead. However, the florist-designed arrangement did nothing to restore the situation or alleviate my embarrassment. The family sent me a picture of the bouquet, and while it was decent and an improvement from the two other poor deliveries, it lacked the elegance and sophistication I had originally paid for and did not reflect the price I paid.

    Original Review: This has been an incredibly disappointing and embarrassing experience. I sent an elegant bouquet of orchids to my aunt, an interior designer, in sympathy for the loss of our uncle. Instead, they received a cheap, tired-looking arrangement that bore no resemblance to what I had chosen from their site. The embarrassing part was when her son sent me a photo to show the poor quality—half the flowers were missing—and mentioned how it did not represent our family at all.

    To make matters worse, the replacement they sent was even more unacceptable, with wilted flowers and nothing like what I had requested. This only added to the embarrassment. Instead of being able to grieve, my family had to deal with this issue, urging me not to accept such poor service. It’s awful to think that I will forever be associated with these terrible flowers at such a significant time.

    I am soo sorry I didn’t see these reviews—they will only post the good ones on their website—what a dishonest horrible company!!! They delivered my friends bouquet not even at her door, but at the fence & they sat there 2 1/2 hours until I asked her if she got a delivery & she looked & saw the horribly wilted flowers in the hot Fresno, CA sun!! I paid 81.00 & some change for a big arrangement of wilted flowers!! I called & complained about it so they sent her a small—poor cheap quality flower arrangement—not even half the amount of flowers—looked like something picked from their garden—no buds—all opened poor quality flowers—not even arranged nicely!!!     On July 5, 2024 I ordered flowers to be sent for my daughter's birthday. I understood all of the charges, and that signing up with FREESHIPPING.COM

    I would not have a service charge. I understood that $2.99 was a fee for ensuring that the flowers would be delivered the next day. When I reviewed my account I saw that the $14.99 was not removed. I phoned 7/15/24, at 0800, and spoke with 'Sheena' (sp?). This person told me that I should have entered a code for free shipping. She went on to say that the $14.99 was a charge to ensure that I received the best flowers possible from the best florist!

    I am upset beyond words! Seriously? I am paying $50.00 for a relatively small arrangement of simple flowers and I have to pay an extra $14.99 to be certain they are decent and from a good florist?? I was not asked if I wanted to be sure they were good--I would think that for nearly $50.00 you would in fact get fresh flowers from a reputable florist. So if you did not charge the extra fee I might get a vase full of wilted flowers? Do I pay an extra $14.99 at the grocery store to be sure I get fresh food? It makes no sense.

    I understand that everything is expensive, I understand that services are not free. I knew that ordering flowers would be expensive but I did not believe that I would have to pay extra to be sure that they were even good. It is stated that the phone calls are recorded, listen to her explanation! Is this truly the way you run your service? I was told the charge will not be removed. How I wish that it was explained to me when ordering exactly what I was paying for. I would have found another florist or sent my son in law $50.00 to buy her a HUGE arrangement from a local store that morning. I am terribly disappointed.

    If I could give a negative star review I would! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered an “arrangement” of flowers to be delivered to my wife at her office for our anniversary, I added chocolates and a stuffed animal to the order and paid for next day delivery. NOWHERE on their website did it say what the delivery method was so I assumed they contracted with local flower shops for their orders. I was wrong to assume. The “arrangement“ was delivered via UPS and was shipped from Kentucky to Georgia!!

    It did arrive on time but the flowers were wrapped up in bundles and NOT arranged in the vase!! No water in vase and obviously looked like flowers that had been bundled up and shipped via UPS! The chocolates were completely melted! The only thing closely resembling what I ordered was the stuffed animal. I contacted them and they refunded a 20% discount for my “troubles” but that doesn’t atone for the misrepresentation of their product/services!     I should have read the reviews before purchasing through this business. I paid for expedited shipping as it appears many people do just to be told "well sorry we can't make it happen". Had I known they were going to just discard my delivery timeline I paid extra money for I would never have purchased with this company as the delivery was time sensitive. They offer next day delivery before 12:00pm to pull people in for the sale and just massively fail to deliver. This just seems like very manipulative sales techniques on their end.

    If I could give a negative star I would, I placed a same day delivery order (placed it the night before) for my daughter's birthday. I paid for expedited delivery as well. The delivery time came with no delivery, and no notification. I called to find out what happened and was told that they could not deliver today, that they would deliver tomorrow. This really ruined a very important birthday gift for my daughter. When I asked for a full refund, the operator continually told me that it would be delivered the next day. Finally after several very insistent statements she agreed to a refund. The whole point is the lack of communication, and the refusal at first to issue the refund. Really poor service. Will never use them again.

    On 6/11/2024 I ordered flowers for my mom. Her birthday is 6/16. I never received any tracking information from fromyouflowers.com. When I called my mom on her birthday, I was shocked that she had not received her flowers. I called fromyouflowers.com only to find out that they were scheduled to be delivered on 6/17, when I had scheduled them to be delivered on 6/14. I told the young man that I wanted my money back and he wanted to haggle how much money he would refund to me. After going back and forth with him for several minutes, and my evil wicked side finally making an appearance, the young man was happy to give me a full refund.     Yesterday I ordered a beautiful floral arrangement From You Flowers. I paid extra for the delivery to be this morning for a birthday surprise. When the order never showed up for my daughter, I chatted to inquire about no delivery. They said they would refund the extra money I paid for the early delivery. Later this afternoon the delivery arrived and looked nothing like what I order. A few flowers were in a small box delivered from a grocery store. I called and had to demand my money be refunded. My surprise and excitement for my daughter was a total flop.

    The order was to be pink carnations and roses with white daises advertised as the "Pastel Daisy & Rose Delight". What was delivered was a little brown box with a few white daises and carnations and a red rose. Now let's see if my credit card is actually refunded $64.84 within the week. In the future, I will always order from a local florist.

    I purchased a Premium flower arrangement for my daughter's 50 Birthday which also included chocolates. It arrived at the end of the day, no chocolates, the flowers were the wrong color, the wrong types and the vase was totally different that the one in the photo and looked like it came from a thrift store. I paid $99.38 for the the flowers/chocolate and what they delivered like it was whatever the florist had left at the end of the day and they stuck them in a tacky vase without any arranging. They offered a refund for the chocolates and a 20% credit for the flowers. I'm insulted that they would try to pass such an inferior arrangement off for the stunning one I ordered and then offer me a 20% credit. I will never order from an online floral company again. I will go through a local florist who will make the the situation right. The first photo is the arrangement I ordered. The second is the order that was received. Pathetic!!

    My wife order the roses and lily celebration to deliver to her mom for mother's day. The picture shows a full arrangement of flowers with about a dozen flowers and garnishments. We paid $61 for this expecting to receive what the picture showed. However, what arrived was 3 roses and a SINGLE lily for SIXTY DOLLARS. You could walk to Walmart and get a better arrangement for $10. On top of that the roses were drooping on arrival. I tried calling them twice and got no answer and when I disputed the charge they committed fraud by saying I got what I order because I didn't order the deluxe choice and I never contacted them. There is no indication that the picture is for the deluxe choice.

    The picture on my invoice is still a full arrangement of flowers. So they are sending you pictures of what you will get if you order the most premium choice and invoicing you that despite you not selecting that choice because they know their product would not sell if they do not mislead you. No one would buy 3 roses for $61 dollars which is why they don't show that is what you are selecting. This is intentionally misleading people to think they are purchasing a full arrangement of flowers and then showing their invoice a full arrangement of flowers so you won't cancel than stealing your money and running when you receive 2 or 3 flowers. Shady business do not buy from them. Go to a local business or heck even just going to Walmart getting $10 arrangement and a $5 vase from Walmart will be higher class than this fraud company.

    I had a bad experience with 1-800-flowers so I thought I will try FromYouFlowers.com. For starters I went through my order selection and it even let me know what was not available in the area. So I was shocked when the order confirmation came and it was being shipped via UPS not a local florist delivery. UPS was delayed in 84 degree weather and the order was not even close to what I ordered. I ordered seasonal bouquet flowers and they delivered red roses. It’s for a birthday not Valentine's!!!!     I ordered a PREMIUM plant arrangement for my father-in-law's funeral. The PICTURE was a lovely saucer bowl full of beautiful green plants. It was serene and peaceful. I paid $58 for it. When we arrived at the funeral home I was disappointed and disgusted to see a 3 inch tall faux tree stump with 4 squished up little plants. I was mortified. When I called to make a complaint I was offered a partial refund. They refunded $8.06! That is an insult. They offered their apologies and they said the delivering florist also apologized.     This will be the 5th time I send this with absolutely no reply. After this, I will take my complaint to the Better Business Bureau and other entities that will start looking at your business practices. This is not the first time I've had issues with your company. Order # **. I ordered a Fields of gold Mason Jar arrangement for my daughter's birthday to be delivered to school. I am very disappointed with what she received.     I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mom's birthday, and everything arrived on time. But when I saw them, I was shocked; they looked nothing like the photo!     I purchase a plant for my Mother-in-law for Mother's day. I ordered on the 9th with delivery date on Mother's Day. The date was picked off of the calendar that was available dates.     I used to Order flowers from here with no issues. But today what was delivered was awful, in horrible condition. I called and the lady, who was hard to understand said they could deliver new flowers in 2 days. Then I decided to chat with someone via the website to ask if they can deliver in the morning. It said it was a live person but she kept typing the same sentence over and over and had me waiting for 10 minutes. So I ended the chat and called again. I got a guy who was hard to understand and he said they couldn't ensure it would be a morning delivery (even though on the website you can pay extra for morning delivery). So I've yet to see what gets delivered on Friday. Now the other strange thing is that I initially ordered the flowers 2 days ago and today I received a fraud alert from my bank.     Ordered 2 bunches of flowers to be delivered 5/4 and 5/11. The 5/4 were for a birthday on that day, but weren't delivered because it was a "rural area" but found it no problem on the 6th. Second order placed for delivery 5/11- since it was supposed to be a gift, nobody was home to receive it, so instead of leaving the item, they "didn't deem it safe to do so". To rectify it the COMPANY offered to have them re delivered 5/14- got a message 5/14 to tell me the florist wasn't available. Oh and I should mention this was not a last minute order. The orders were placed 4/13. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau where they fibbed and said I wanted no contact- I said no calls, not no contact! The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because they refunded the costs for both deliveries and orders. But Never again!

Customer service sucks. I called and used their chat bots at least 8 times, investing at least 5 hours. They lie.     I strongly recommend using a different online florist. We paid for flowers to be delivered on May 11, the day BEFORE Mother's Day. We received emails that they were coming, but they were not delivered until the day AFTER Mother's Day. Two days late. And when they came, they were left on our porch in the 90+ degree weather. They were not packaged with anything to keep them cool or wet. The stems were dried out, with nothing to keep them moist at all. I wouldn't call them a bouquet. I will include a photo of what they were supposed to be and what they were. We asked for a refund and they were only willing to give a 30% discount. This is a crime. And really spoiled Mother's Day. If I could, I would have given them ZERO stars.

    I live in another state from my mom and for Mother’s Day I thought it would be a good idea to surprise my mother with flowers being delivered to her. I was in a rush but now I know I won’t make the same mistake with buying from this company. I had put the date to be delivered by May 11 which I understand Mother’s Day weekend is a hassle but they still haven’t arrived and it is a couple days after.     I've been experiencing so many issues with this service in my last few orders. The below is all from my most recent order: 1. They failed to deliver on the date I specified, again. 2. I reached out to them, and the tier-1 support used a random name (the chat window says I was chatting with **, but she introduced herself as YYY). Excuse me? 3. I asked for a supervisor. He promised a redelivery the next day and offered a 50% partial refund. I received an email confirmation with the refund amount and it was only $18.20 for the $49.99 product I ordered (fees and taxes excluded). 4. I was not happy with how what they told me and what they actually did were different, so I asked them just to cancel it for a full refund. They said it's now canceled and also they'd sent me an email confirmation, but I never received it.

    5. I kept asking just to resend the confirmation email for the second refund for my record. They kept saying they'd sent it to whatever email address I used to place the order and it takes 1-3 business days to see it in my bank account, so just wait. I kept asking just to resend email for my record, again and again. They finally admitted that they can't issue a full refund as they've already issued a 50% partial refund, yes, after canceling the order, and yes, they just told me it's all done just a few minutes ago. What a smart way to steal customer's money... 6. I had some credit which I applied to this order, which is gone now (well, I don't think I need that any more anyway for obvious reasons).

    This company claims they do same day delivery, but they actually cannot guarantee that when you order! they reach out to local florists and if no one can fill your order for that date, they don't tell you until you call them. I ordered on a Sunday for Monday delivery. When my order was not delivered by 4:30, I called and they told me that no local florist could fill it that day. It's a good concept but the website, communication, and support are absolutely terrible. I was trying to avoid using a big service like Amazon, but for reliability I'll have to next time.

    Horrible floral delivery and product! I ordered flowers for Mother's Day for my mom who lives out of state. Flowers arrived a day late. I overlooked that but my sister sent me photos of the flowers. They were wilted and you couldn't even tell what flowers they were from photo. The size was 1/2 the arrangement. I am embarrassed and shocked this company is still in business. When I called to complain they offered 20% discount. I said, "No, these flowers look like someone dug them out of the trash 2 weeks ago." They offered 30% discount.

    I said, "I have photos I can send you and ask yourself is this what you'd send a loved one and pay $70." Then I got the excuse it was Mother's Day, they had a lot of orders. I ordered flowers to be delivered for Mother's Day and I never received them and when I called the company they tried to blame the lack of delivery on high volume!! I understand that this is a high volume holiday but a courtesy email should have been sent if there was going to be a delay. And trying to get a refund back? Absolutely impossible. The agent refunded me the wrong amount and when I called back to get that fixed I was told it would take 1-3 business days before they can issue another refund!! Absolutely horrible.     I ordered flowers for Mother's Day. I was told the arrangement I first chose was not available, so I assumed local florists were used, as I had had this issue on other sites. The day I ordered was May 4, and asked for delivery on May 10. I was charged a weekend delivery charge, even though Friday is a standard working day. So, on Friday, after not hearing from my mom that she received the flowers, I checked the delivery status, and found they were actually coming by UPS, not a local. Then, there was a delay notice, caused by weather, and a new date of delivery for May 13. The tracking info showed they had been received May 10 in early am hours at OKC, the final destination hub.

    Now, since I had paid for weekend delivery, they should have been going out on the weekend, so I waited, and hoped, but no luck. Instead they are out for delivery today. So, I contacted customer service, and there was only an email or chat option, and it went to a third party site. When I finally had the human, Steve, I was given an answer of it is on the truck and we won’t confirm delivery until the driver checks in… no addressing of the true problem of the delay, the weekend charge, or the non-local delivery. Then he disconnected the chat, without asking if I had a response. This company is deceitful. Do not use them.

    Terrible. Just dreadful. Ordered Mother's Day flowers a week in advance. On Mother's day I checked the status of the delivery at 3PM...No delivery. 5pm...No delivery. Contacted support. They said wait til 6pm. Well, 7PM..No delivery. This was a special day for me and it was important for them to deliver these flowers to my mom. It's now 10pm and no delivery and I don't think they will get delivered at all. Their contact support was quick to get ahold of but are clearly outsourced to another country so all I got were generic copy and pasted answers rather than a sympathetic person. Oh yeah...the day after I ordered the flowers my emails were FLOODED with spam messages from them. Search "flowers" in your email and you'll see probably 50 emails from them. Terrible cheap website and marketing. They did offer a full refund, but that won't solve the ruined day. Will never use again.

I purchased a mylar balloon as well, and again, no where did it indicate that it was not a standard balloon. It was a small balloon on a stick in the same box delivered by UPS. Flowers were shorter than pictured, half the quantity and the vase had to be arranged by the recipient. I also sent Mother's Day flowers to my mother and scheduled a day earlier, by 4pm on Mother's Day (day after scheduled delivery date), they still were not delivered. I was refunded only 15% of my original purchase price and there was still no guarantee they would be delivered on Mother's Day. Stopping the delivery or getting a full refund was not resonating with the customer service rep and was not entertained. Still waiting on the delivery of the second order. Very dissatisfied and extremely disappointed.

    I thought I was ordering from a local florist. Got slammed into this site. The flowers were very below standard. Delivered from UPS.. They were warm to the touch as I took them out of a box and put the bouquet together. Petals were coming off in the box, and as I put them into the vase, more came off. It was embarrassing in front of my wife. $85 dollars for the worst bunch of flowers I have ever spent.

    The organization is an absolute scam. I ordered a 115 dollar arrangement for Mother's Day. It was initially marked as delivered when nothing was received. I contacted customer service and threatened to report them for wire fraud. They subsequently delivered an arrangement that was several days old based in the appearance of the flowers, no candy or balloons and gave me a $35 credit. Total scam and a huge disappointment for my wife and daughter. Save your heartache and don't use them.

    Do NOT order from FYF. I ordered my mom what I thought was a beautiful bouquet of flowers for Mother’s Day, and when she sent a photo of what she received, it was COMPLETELY different.     I am very pissed off. I ordered flowers earlier today and they said that they would be delivered either today which is the 13th or tomorrow which is Mother’s Day. I checked my email and around 8 PM it said that they were delivered and I am at work this weekend which is why I couldn’t pick them up and give them to my mom locally.     I wished I could have read these reviews before ordering flowers for Mother's Day. I wouldn't have ordered and definitely would not order again from them. I see the resolution to all complaints is the same and nothing is done to improve their service. I requested a new arrangement be sent to my Mom to make-up for the missing and dead flowers, but their excuse was "your arrangement is no longer available to deliver." I asked what is available and they repeated their sincere apology and did not agree to re-send new flowers. Therefore, I requested a full refund. So, on Mother's Day, Mom got dead and missing flowers and I have to wait 1 to 3 business days for a refund. Embarrassing!!! (Look around the arrangement received, if you can call that arrangement vs the bouquet I paid for.)

    Horrible company to deal with, notice said flowers delivered, must have been a different house as doorbell cam shows nothing. Called for refund, given run around. My wife ordered, she def can't call but they won't help us get a refund as I'm just her husband. Transferred to supervisor, they never answered the line. Left on hold after being told I'm being transferred over. Go with a different company that doesn't use an Indian call center with no customer service skills. I'm her representative and against ADA law not to help her through me.

    Beyond disappointed. I had great experiences before but this time was as if I received the reject bouquet from the grocery store that no one wanted. Flowers were wilted and the leaves were diseased and browning. The lilies will bloom after all the other flowers have died within the first 24 hours I received the bouquet. I have previously ordered from “FromYouFlowers” many times, and this is the first time I have been beyond disappointed with the arrangement and the delivery of bouquet I ordered.

    The first disappointment was the delivery timing and incorrect notification shown through the website and initial “inquiry” I had about the delivery time. I was fully aware that my delivery may be delayed and delivered later in the evening (even beyond the “cut-off delivery time of 6:00 pm PST). My initial inquiry was just to understand the status of my flower arrangement delivery, which was made AFTER 5:00 pm PST. I was more than understanding if the arrangement would arrive a day later than my expected delivery timeframe.

    However, what was frustrating and disappointing was shortly after my inquiry, the status of my arrangement had been changed to “Delivered”. Of course, that seemed to be a false statement and it made it appear as an attempt to “give false hope and assurances”, my flowers were delivered. I paid for same day delivery, and even with my attempts to be understanding, the attempt to falsely claim the arrangements arrived on time was borderline seditious and misleading.

    After I called the customer service line, they assured me the arrangement would be delivered the next day. When I woke up this morning around 8:30 am, the arrangement had just been carelessly put on my front porch in a place that would invite anyone to steal the bouquet. After I thought the initial frustration of the delivery had passed, when I looked at the arrangement, the bouquet was not only small (like the size of the smaller valued arrangement), but the leaves and “bloomed” flowers were brown and wilted.

    I chose the higher-priced arrangement, hoping it would at least live up to the standards I’ve seen before from this company. It was to my utter shock and disappointment that I received a bouquet that looks like I picked it up from the local grocery store with this being the reject bouquet left on a Christmas weekend. I understand that the bouquets will not always look exactly like the picture, but I would have least expected that the bouquet look somewhat similar in size and elegance. I have attached pictures of what I ordered and what I received.

    A 50% refund was barely enough to cover the taxes and delivery fees, let alone the price of the arrangement. I beyond upset, and it makes me feel as if this website is a scam. Safeway and Costco has been looking arrangements than what I received, and half the price. But I chose to use this website because I had previous good experiences, but this has completely changed my perspective.

    I ordered flowers for my mother, 20 stems of tulips, and when she received them they were slimy and rotten. Only a few of the stems had blooms on them. The others were falling off already or rotten. I demanded a refund, I paid $72 for them and From You Flowers offered me $15. I told them that wouldn’t do so they offered me 50% of what I paid.     If I could give a zero I would. I ordered 3 Mothers Day Bouquets and paid for the deluxe version. The arrangements looked beautiful on the website. I paid $65+ for each bouquet. But what I ordered is not what was delivered. What was delivered was embarrassing! They were much smaller, a lot less stems than depicted in the website; the bouquets were awful. I, both, called and emailed. Over the phone, I was told they would redeliver by Mother's Day. However, via email, I was told they could not redeliver and I was only offered a $6.39 refund for one, $9.28 refund for another, and $13.93 refund for the third (15%, 20% and 30% respectively). I requested a full refund if they could not deliver what I paid for. I have not heard back photos of what was order vs received attached.

    I ordered an arrangement that was to be delivered to my boyfriend's mother at work on a Friday. Online, it says deliveries to businesses will be completed between 9AM and 5PM. Around 4:30, I got concerned that the online tracker was still showing that nothing had been delivered. I tried to call customer service to make sure that it would be delivered before 5PM, but all they said was it will be delivered as soon as possible. By 5:45PM, I was concerned that the item had not been delivered because the recipient's workplace closed at 5:30. I called back and customer service just told me it will be delivered the next day. I said that it could not be delivered at that time because the office would be closed and all she said was "oh." I asked for the florist's phone number to see if I could retrieve the item myself.

    Upon contacting them, they told me that they never received an order from From You Flowers.com. They said that sometimes From You Flowers will underprice items and expect the stores to fulfill orders for too low a price. They said that when this occurs, they will either decline the order or ask From You Flowers for a price adjustments. So the florist never processed my order. I was still charged for my order, but I have requested a refund. Stick to 1-800-Flowers or order from the florist directly to cut out the middle man.

    The worst experience trying to buy mother's day flowers ever!     Where do I start? I ordered 2 dozen red roses that was accompanied by a teddy bear and chocolates. I received 1 dozen of multicolored roses. This particular order was for my grandmother birthday and Mother’s Day.     Ordered a bouquet and a vase and stuffed teddy bear for my granddaughter who just got home from the hospital. The delivery proof pic was the UPS guy’s shoe on the ramp of his truck. No flowers in the photo. The flowers were dead and moldy. When I sent a photo that my family sent me, I forwarded it to the retailer. They offered me a 30% refund, then a 40% refund! I told them NO LESS THAN 100% since they were disgusting. They finally agreed after I said I’ll contact my CC company. I would not recommend them.     Ordering from this company is a real hassle. I went to the site and ordered, all pricing was shown upfront, right up until the "pay now" screen, where it suddenly was $18 more, with no explanation!     I paid extra to have the flowers delivered early next day, it took them 2 days and 3 attempts to deliver the flowers... so the flowers were not at the location that should have been for event. When I ask them why the followers couldn't be delivered to the 2nd location they said driver will not deliver and will give us no reason! wow Insult to injury the flowers looked HORRIBLE, nothing like the pictures... then they offered me 2 credits but will only honor 1 credit refusing to admit they offered 2 credit even though I have the emails. It was an emergency situation, and needed them delivered before 5pm. 4 hrs came and went, and no contact. I reached out and got an automated chat that only told me it's set to be delivered Friday. 5pm I get an email that my flowers will be delivered Saturday instead.     I was sent some tulips for my birthday by my son who is in the Army. The flowers were cut and bundled together and placed in a vase with no water. Needless to say, the flowers wilted and died within 3 days, even though I followed the enclosed instructions. I emailed the company with photos and they told me the sender has to initiate the complaint. I told them that I wanted to spare them the embarrassment, and from this response, I doubt this company wants to resolve any issues or provide any compensation. I have informed my son and he is extremely disappointed at such service: especially to the servicemen of this country!!

    Ordered a Christmas centerpiece and it was gorgeous. I then ordered one arrangement for Seattle and one for Henderson, NV just a few weeks ago. I was shocked at how cheap and ugly they were compared to my $80 price. I saw both delivered orders and I was embarrassed at how bad they looked. I complained about the second one, received a 30% discount and an apology from the florist. What I would have preferred is the name of the florist so I could avoid ever buying from them again and the online florist to do a better job of vetting their subcontractors.     I ordered a bouquet of light pink roses as a congratulations gift for my daughter. I paid expedited fee for next-day shipping on top of the service fee they already charge. Rather than being delivered by a local florist directly to my daughter they were shipped via UPS. UPS left them in the office of my daughter's apartment building, at 5:02 p.m. on a Friday.

    In other words, she was not able to retrieve the flowers due to her availability and the hours that the apartment office is open. I did reach out to for you flowers and they offered me a percentage of my order back for the inconvenience but that doesn't change the point that I spent almost $70 on flowers that, upon retrieval, were not the color of pink shown in the photo advertisement, had some broken flower heads making the dozen more like 10, and were just wilting away because they've sat in a UPS box for days. I do not recommend using this company. While my daughter was elated to have received them I feel like we should expect more from companies who promise us one thing yet deliver another.

    I was very disappointed and would have ordered flowers from a different company if I had known they wouldn't be arriving on the date I had chosen. The flowers were for a specific event on that specific date. They arrived a day late. I'm extremely disappointed with the flowers that were sent to my colleagues and friends. I spent over $100 on 2 orders. The picture displayed online didn't look anything like what they received. The flowers they received were mostly daisies. Some pink roses were fully opened and already browning on the edges. Other flowers had broken stems. As the sender of these flowers, I was embarrassed to see what they received. I was refunded for 1 of my orders and the 2 fees for arriving on the date I chose. However, it didn't change the fact that my friends/coworkers weren't recognized for their efforts on their special day.

    On April 12, 2024 I ordered flowers to my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my order was placed apparently with no problems. I requested flowers to be delivered on April 14 and the system accepted and charged my debit card. Until here no problem. On April 13 at night I received email from "Fromyouflowers.com" telling me that they WERE NOT able to deliver my order but they could do it on April 15 (after my anniversary). I can not understand how they WERE not able to deliver if date was still April 13! But anyway I did not need my flowers to be delivered on day after my anniversary!     Thanks to this company, my mom's birthday flowers did not get to her on time. I paid for a date for them to be delivered and they were not only one, but two days late. On the second day - after the delivery window of 9-6 p.m. - the flowers still had not arrived so it was going into day 3 of a delay. Customer service gave me the run around saying: "Please rest assured, your order is out for delivery and will be delivered soon." Maury said, "That was a lie." There were no other specific details as to why there was a delay or anything, so I asked for a full refund. I've ordered flowers from other companies for years and have never seen this before.     We ordered flowers for a funeral. I called to ensure they could deliver the flowers requested in the day requested and paid a expedited fee because it was the next day. They said they could deliver. I ordered the flowers online. However, 2 hours before the funeral, they called to say the flowers could not be delivered. It was a stand of flowers to be in the front of the church. They offered to deliver it to the deceased parents at a 20 % discount. We missed having flowers for the front of the church. Why would send the parents a standing arrangement of flowers? No offer to send a small bouquet to the family. They were only concerned about the only and preserving the order. I finally had them consent for a smaller bouquet for the family but we felt bad because the family was counting on it flowers. So we bought peace lilies on the way to the funeral. This did not bring peace in the day we needed it. I would not trust this service.

    This a PSA…. Buyer beware! DO NOT EVER ORDER FLOWERS FROM “Flowers for you”. I ordered flowers for my mom’s 70th birthday. Spent almost $100 and this is what was delivered. 1st pic is what I ordered and pic 2 is what was delivered! I call them and requested them send a new bouquet of what I ordered and the florist REFUSED to send a new arrangement. In all fairness I called them Flowers for you and requested a refund and they are supposed to refund my money. Ordering from online flower sites is not the people sending the flowers. They farm it out to a local florist who send crap. You are better off calling a reputable local florist in the recipient’s area. Just a little Buyer beware. FYI.

    I placed a order for a flowers to be delivered to my job for a coworker who grandmother had passed. I paid $62.00 for my order. I placed the order around 8:30AM. it arrived around 1:15pm. What arrived and what I order was completely different. Nothing about what was delivered was correct. The card was handwritten which I am not upset about but I am mad about is the fact the spelling was incorrect on the card. The arrangement that was received wasn't even worth half of what I paid for.

    The first lady I spoke with wanted to offer me 20% and then 30 percent and a gift card. Unacceptable. The next lady offered a full refund and stated I would receive a email. The only email I received was a email refunding me $12.89. When I called back I was informed only one email could be processed per day. I requested to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor informed me that the refund is processing and I would receive a email within the next couple hours. I told them I would give them a call back in a couple hours if I did not receive the email. I wished I would have looked at all the negative reviews prior to purchasing from this company. The fact that so many people are receiving flowers that look nothing like to photos should be illegal. I posted a picture of what I received vs what I ordered for reference.

    I would not recommend ordering from this place. I ordered flowers for my mother for Easter and they came in a box from UPS that she had to put together. My mother is old and has dementia and is not able to cut flowers and put them in the vase. On the website they make it seem like that's how flowers were delivered - in the vase already arranged. I have never had flowers that I paid for been delivered like this before and then when you go on their website you can't even leave an honest review because they monitor their reviews and only post the good reviews.     I accidentally placed an order with these people for my mother for Easter. I did not realize it was the same company that did this to my mother at Christmas. The big difference, she will NOT be receiving her Easter gift until after Easter. She at least got something, not what I ordered on Christmas Eve. Shame on me for not paying attention. But shame on them for knowingly taking my money and immediately coming back with the same day refund. And the information that said flowers (which were at florists discretion) will not arrive until Monday hopefully.

    I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by FromYouFlowers. I placed an order for flower delivery to celebrate a wedding anniversary and paid an expedite fee for morning delivery before noon. However, the flowers had not arrived by 1 pm, so prompting me to initiate an online chat to inquire about the delay. The customer service representative apologized for the delay and informed me that they had rescheduled the delivery for as soon as possible, aiming for before 2:30 pm. Additionally, they promised to refund the expedited fee as compensation for the delay.

    Despite this, when I checked the delivery status around 3 pm, the flowers still had not been delivered. Frustrated, I decided to call customer service to express my concerns. Once again, the rep apologized for the delay and attempted to reassure me by explaining that their usual schedule for residential areas extends until 6 pm. They assured me that they would request the local vendor to prioritize the delivery as early as possible.

    Ultimately, the flower was not delivered until 6:15 pm. This experience was particularly disappointing considering that FromYouFlowers charges a premium for their services compared to local stores, and they also impose additional fees for specific delivery times. It seems to me that FromYouFlowers should either adjust their pricing to reflect the added cost of guaranteed delivery times or refrain from accepting orders that they cannot fulfill on time. In my case, despite refunding the expedite fee, they prioritized my order last, effectively disregarding its importance. Since I was not in town and relied on online ordering, I regretfully conclude that I will never use this service again. Flowers ordered for special occasions or memorable days hold significant sentimental value, and the failure to deliver on time can profoundly impact the significance of the event.

Waited after 5 hours and I had no calls, no emails, called customer service and they apologized and promised to deliver the flowers and made a change of delivery address. Waited until 4:45pm. Again, no delivery no email. Waited for about 8 minutes to be switched to a supervisor to let me know they reached out to the local florist and delivery was going to be at 5 pm, it was 4:58pm, and they still had no contact with the local florist.     This is my 2nd terrible experience with them. 1st one, my flowers did not show up and it wasn't until 9pm I got refunded. Today flowers did not come as promised and I had to fight for my refund. I paid 75.00. Finally got refunded and they still delivered. I went to a flower shop on my own and ordered 58.00 worth and the bouquet is double the size of the one from fromyouflowers finally delivered! Extremely disappointing. If I wouldn't have gotten a refund, I certainly would be filing a complaint and on the phone with them. I got 3 roses, little vase, and 6 unopened lilies. TERRIBLE!

When the recipient sent me a picture of what she received, I was humiliated to have her think that is what I selected. It made me look cheap and uncaring.     I ordered the "serenity & bliss" flower arrangement for a loved one recovering from major surgery. I was ripped off. The delivery did not resemble the picture.     I ordered a premium bouquet for $69.00. My in-laws instead received the equivalent of a regular bouquet which was $20.00 cheaper. There were supposed to be at least one dozen white and pink roses, instead there were about three pink ones. Instead of a very full bouquet, they received a skimpy one. I wrote a lengthy complaint and sent a picture of what was received. They only reimbursed me $10.45. A similar thing happened at Christmas where a bouquet I sent was supposed to have red roses and had none which was embarrassing when I visited my hostess.     When the floral arrangements we pre-ordered for the public memorial service for our fallen trooper had not arrived by the time we specified, and no emails with any updates to our order had been received, customer service was contacted. After 8 minutes on hold while the employee contacted the local contracted florist, we were informed they would not be able to fill our order. We were offered the florals to be delivered the next day to the home of the deceased, which was not the reason the floral arrangements were ordered, and for security reasons, that was not an acceptable alternative. We requested an immediate refund and were assured it would happen, then had to scramble to have a local florist emergency-fill the order.

    The next day, we received an email from PayPal that our order was partially refunded and an email from FromYouFlowers that our order had been delivered (which it indeed had not, as we were at the arena packing out until 6pm). The same absolutely unfeeling and condescending customer service was offered when calling back to ensure a full refund. While it was refunded fully, it took explaining the situation another three times to the employee on the phone and twice again explaining the arrangements could not be delivered to the deceased residence. If you need your flowers on a certain date, do not order your flowers here.

    I would rate fromyouflowers.com minus 10 stars if that were an option. I placed the order for flowers yesterday morning for delivery today by 12:00 noon, for which I was charged an extra $7.99. The flowers were to be delivered to an office building that closes at 4:00 PM to someone who is having surgery tomorrow --- delivery today was a must. When the flowers still hadn't been delivered by 1:00 PM today, I called From You Flowers, provided my order# to the automated bot, was told no such order# exists. When I was connected to a customer service rep (Chad), I was told there's never a guarantee on the delivery date and time, he couldn't promise me the flowers would be delivered today, he couldn't tell me when they'd be delivered. So pretty much when they get there, they get there.

    This is totally unacceptable and inexcusable in a business where, 99% of the time, the date and time of delivery are of paramount importance --- especially when charging the customer an extra $7.99 for that guarantee, to boot. This is no way to operate a flower delivery service. Oh, and another thing --- I was also charged an extra $2.99 for weekend/same day delivery when neither was the case AND a $14.99 handling fee. A total of almost $26.00 in various delivery-related fees for flowers no one knows when they'll be delivered. I then called a local florist who, within 30 minutes of getting off the phone with me, was able to deliver the flowers, they're beautiful and fresh, and the delivery fee was less than half the almost $26.00 I was charged by From You Flowers. I canceled my order at From You Flowers and received a full credit to my credit card. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Instructions are to recut and arrange the dead flowers. Put them in water. THIS IS A FUNERAL HOME! We do not provide vases. We do not stock vases. We are not flower arrangers. We are not a florist, Call a real florist in the area. Your intended gift will be a true embarrassment to both you and this floral company.     Worst flower online service I have ever used. They butchered 3 of my 4 orders. The first one was to celebrate my girlfriend's first day at her new job. They didn't get there to around 7pm. The second. I order a peony arrangement at a premium. This was to surprise here the day before our vacation. They replaced them with roses. If I wanted roses, I would have ordered roses. They asked if they could delivered them the day after. I said, "Read the card, we would be on vacation the next day." The third time, they advertised peonies arrangements. They were shipped on a UPS truck. When they arrived, half of them were dead. They refunded me a portion of my payment and gave me a $15 gift card. I will never used this. This was a really important, time-sensitive delivery, and even after I explained this they didn't care. Every time I'd respond to customer service, I'd get spammed with a generic "we care" email, and then a response later... and after I replied to their "25%" offer they stopped responding to me completely and haven't resolved the issue at all.

    The flowers ordered online were in a smiley face yellow mug and upgraded flowers for one of my employees in the hospital. When he sent me a picture to thank me, I was shocked to see the 3 pink gerbera daisies in a plain glass vase with a pink ribbon in the picture texted to me. I contacted your customer service via email and sent pictures of pictures purchased versus picture of those delivered and was informed I was receiving $15 off and that local florists are allowed to makes substitutes.     I placed a first time order Thursday morning and paid for same day delivery for sympathy flowers. I received an email Thursday evening stating it wouldn’t be delivered same day. It came the next day. However, rather than protecting the package by leaning it against something out of the wind, the driver left the flowers in the driveway on a very windy day and the glass vase tipped over on the cement. The recipient sent me a photo along with a thank you message, and I was shocked to see that arrangement was half the size of the listing photo. The bouquet was roughly $45 excluding rush delivery and a $15 service fee. Upon contacting customer service, they offered me a $7 refund. I wish I could post comparison photos of the listing versus what was delivered. I will not be ordering again.

    I was trying to shop around for flower deliveries for my husband's birthday and when I went to just review the order, it pulled the money from my bank without me placing the order. Because of this, when I called to figure out what was going on and why it pulled already, they told me they couldn't find my information since there was no order number... since I didn't place the order yet. So now I just have to wait until my bank finalizes the charge so I can dispute it.     Ordered flowers but had to wait 2 weeks for the soonest delivery date. Received dead looking flowers. Mistakenly accepted what I thought was a 50% refund and new flowers. The refund was only $10 because they used the fact I used their site's discount code against me. 2nd flowers came and looked just as dead. Don’t waste your money. They are inconsistent with responses and don’t care that they ruined your day.

    I paid extra to have the flowers delivered to my fiancee on Valentine's Day. They were unable to do so even though I ordered them multiple weeks ahead of time. My fiancee cried because she did not receive them on Valentine's Day. They didn't deliver them until two days later. The flowers were beautiful, however, it wasn't as special for her because she was hoping to receive it on Valentine's Day. I was hoping that by ordering far in advance that my order would be prioritized. This was not the case. They gave me 10% off but I would have hoped it would have been a bigger discount given that I would have gone with a different flower service if I had known they would have not been able to deliver on Valentine's Day.

    I live in Arizona and ordered flowers for my grandma who lives in glenview Illinois for her birthday. I’ve never ordered flowers online so of course I googled and this website with beautiful flowers came up! So why not right. I chose one that looked like a garden literally, called soft splendor bouquet cost $51.99. I wanted them delivered before noon so of course cost more. I asked my grandma if they were delivered. She said no, yet I got an email saying they were.

    I call and they say wait until 6pm and they would refund me the expedite fee of $5. Later when it finally arrived I had my aunt take a pic and send it to me and I was very disappointed! Does not look like what is advertised online whatsoever. They were pretty. But some flowers looked smashed. To me not worth it at all. I spent $82 trying to surprise my grandmother with what I was hoping would be an elegant beautiful little garden of fresh flowers. I would not recommend at all! I will never order from here again. For what I paid I would’ve paid $20-$30 more and ordered from an actual flower shop where my grandma lives. At least she would’ve received a beautiful fresh bouquet. I guess that’s what I get for trying to save a few bucks!!! I would rate 0 stars.

    I placed an order for $180 in orchids on 2/15 to be delivered next day. It is 8 days later and it is still not there. I never received an email stating that it didn't get delivered on 2/16. I had to send an email, no one responded. Two days later I called, was on hold 23 min and talked to 3 different people who finally offered me 20% reimbursement and a promise to deliver today on 2/22. It's 8pm and I didn't get a confirmation. I had to send another email and finally got a response they were unable to deliver today. Neither failed attempted delivery ever sent me a follow up to let me know. I have done all the work. Crap service. Don't bother with them.

    I ordered flowers from From You Flowers for a dear friend/Client to be delivered on 2.21.24. My friend was closing on a home that I sold her. I was unable to be in town for the closing so I had a Realtor friend to be there with her and wanted to surprise her with flowers. I searched through flower arrangements for over an hour before deciding on the beautiful Rose and Lily Celebration bouquet. I was so embarrassed when I saw the flowers that were actually delivered! They looked nothing like I ordered. Most of the buds on the flowers were closed. I reached out to From You Flowers and sent them the photo. Without first speaking to me, they sent me an email and said they credited my card with $17.00. I emailed them back and told them that was unacceptable and I wanted more flowers sent out. After calling and speaking with them over the phone they said because I had been credited the $17, they could only give me a $20 gift certificate, which I will not use.

    They allowed their choice florist to ruin what should have been an awesome surprise. From You Flowers, I suggest instead of offering refunds- hold your florist accountable- if they mess up, make them fix the mistake and send out new flowers- if they don't have the correct flowers in stock, they should send out something that is in the same price range/comparable. How will the refund help my friend who I purchased them for? It's not about the money when you are trying to send flowers for a special occasion. You only have one shot to do that.

    I ordered flowers for a friend who received difficult health news to help lift her spirits. After putting the delivery zip code in, I was offered same day delivery - great!! I also ordered a premium arrangement. A few minutes after paying, I received an email saying not only couldn't they provide the same day delivery, but they couldn't deliver until two days later. (Why was I offered same day delivery?) Two days later I received another email saying that they couldn't create the arrangement I ordered, but they would create something to equal or greater value. I expressed my disappointment in the delivery delay and inability to deliver what I ordered, but agreed to the substitution.

    After waiting all day for the arrangement to be delivered, it arrived at 5 p.m.! (Seriously how was this not put on a rush after the delay and substitution?) The photo in the delivery confirmation was a very basic arrangement, nowhere near the premium I ordered. While I received a 50-percent discount, that was still paying more than what my friend received. I tried to explain this and continued to get the same cut and paste explanation. Order elsewhere and save yourself this frustration.

    I ordered the premium sized Valentine's Day bouquet to be DELIVERED ON Valentine's Day. It's the largest size bouquet they offer to buy. My flowers were never delivered on Valentine's Day. I called probably a dozen times trying to resolve the situation. I was assured the florist was contacted and told make the delivery. 5 days later the bouquet was finally delivered. 5 DAYS LATER. And what was delivered was 6 random flowers thrown in a vase that looked nothing like what I had ordered. To call that a premium size is a joke.     Don't do it people. This organization is a scam. Don't believe them. I placed an order for Valentine's Day 2 days before Valentine's. They charged me for same day delivery. My expectation was that this would be delivered on Valentine's Day, but it never happened. They didn't bother to call to inform me until I called in, the first person I spoke to hung up on me, finally I was able to talk to a nice lady. She apologized and promised that the flowers would be delivered next day.

    After the sad disappointment, the expectation would be that they would deliver the order as early as possible, guess what, they finally delivered something totally different from what I ordered.     I ordered Flowers for my BFF because she got promoted at her Job. Order went thru and 5 minutes later I received a Refund. Emailed them, got a response to call and I did. 1st Agent no understandable english. Transferred to Finance Department. Problem english also. I have no tolerance for that. I was born and raised in another country and had to learn the language to work here.     I ordered a pretty bouquet for a friend to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. I made all the arrangements, read all the fine print that I could find, and paid, confirming the order would be delivered on Valentine’s Day. Several days went by and Valentine’s Day eventually arrived. I hadn’t heard anything from the company so went through all the hoops to contact them and try to confirm that it would indeed be delivered on that day. I was eventually notified that it would not be delivered on Valentine’s Day after all (after specifically choose that day on the order & being confirmed that delivery would be available that day). They promised to deliver it on the sixteenth instead and said that they would provide a note of explanation for the late delivery & would even up the size of the bouquet.

    I was very frustrated but eventually agreed and hoped that they would do what they said this time. However, no one responded to my communication that I would like to proceed with the order…so I reached out again. Jumped through all the hoops, only to be disconnected before I could even speak to someone. Eventually, I got through and they assured me that the order was out for delivery and the florist would update me on what time the arrangement was delivered. Cool, great, that works.

    Hours later, I received another email. Hopeful, I opened it and expected to see that the flowers had been delivered. After all, we had just confirmed everything multiple times. Alas, it was not a proof of delivery email. Yet again, they said that they would be unable to fulfill the order but that they would schedule the order for delivery next week and that they would refund a delivery fee. (If I paid a fee, it was a maximum of $5…)

    I responded that, at this point, I would just rather have a refund as I’m tired of spending so much time trying to communicate with them, being told whatever I want to hear, and then them not following through. If you’re looking to buy flowers, I’d recommend going elsewhere and would have myself if I had seen all these reviews prior to ordering. They aren’t worth the headache and the potential hurt feelings of friends & loved ones. —will my friend understand? Absolutely. But that doesn’t take away from the fact that she felt a little forgotten. Very disappointed in this whole experience.

    I paid to have some flowers and a bear delivered to my girlfriend on the 15th of February. I had her waiting at the residence all day and no delivery came. At 6pm their supposed florist stated that they made the delivery to the residence. There is a ring camera at the front door, and what do you know no one showed up. They then proceeded to tell me they will get back to me the next day which was unacceptable. The customer service agent refused to release the florist info to me so I can check to see what happened, and possibly get this resolved the same night. I will never use this service again at all. You're better off going to DoorDash and placing an order there. At least you can track the driver yourself.

    I would be very wary of using this company. First, the price quoted is not the price you will pay – there is a $15 to $17 “handling” fee associated with the arrangements, plus tax. Most online companies reveal this prior to checkout or have it included in the price of the arrangement, but From You Flowers does not. Second, I paid for the “guaranteed” delivery by noon. At 1:30, no flowers so I contacted FYF. The most “help” they could offer was the flowers will be delivered as soon as possible – no explanation of why they were not delivered as agreed. There was no notification that the flowers were going to be late – I had to initiate contact. They are going to remove the guarantee fee. My wife and I were heading to a concert that afternoon and the flowers showed up just as we were leaving.

    Unfortunately, it was the wrong arrangement. Other than coral and white roses, none of the other flowers matched what was ordered. I paid for a “deluxe” arrangement and have no idea if what came was a regular or deluxe arrangement. Finally, the flowers only lasted about 4 days (Sat delivery, by Wed they were wilted). There was water in the vase provided the entire time - probably not a FYF issue (it appears they contract with local florists), but still, for a $95 arrangement I would expect at least a week of enjoyment. I’ve used other online flower deliveries before and have never had this issue with timeliness of delivery, arrangement or longevity of the flowers. Use FYF at your own risk.

    I made my purchase over two weeks before the occasion. Flowers did not show. There was no communication from the company regarding delays or problems.     Updated on 02/17/2024: I reviewed yesterday that this company did not follow through with delivering the flowers. After speaking to them over14 times trying to get the flowers delivered or refunded they offered a refund and complementary flowers of florist choice to be delivered today. However the complementary flowers also never arrived. The order number they gave me has no record attached to it when tracking the flowers. Then I got an email stating the complementary flowers were delivered. However they were never delivered. I have cameras surrounding the house with proof that they were never delivered.

    So this place just has shady business practices and is a complete scam and rip off. After they refunded my money I found another flower place and they had the flowers delivered within 1 hour of placing the order, which was placed at 7pm. So by 8pm they flowers were arriving, yet fromyouflowers.com couldn't couldn't deliver the originally paid for flowers at all, or the complementary flowers over a period of three days when I paid for same day delivery. Think twice before choosing this company. You will not get your flowers.

    Original: My dad asked me to help him order flowers for my Mom for Valentine's Day. I chose fromyouflowers because the price points were more reasonable than some other florists and I have never had flowers delivered before. They were supposed to be delivered on Valentine's day, but they never arrived. My dad just wanted something special. He ended up telling her that he ordered flowers so she wouldn't think that he didn't do anything, ruining the surprise. I called them and while they did apologize and offer a 20% discount and redelivery, I am still not satisfied. Why? Because they were not delivered the next day either. I contacted them again and they said they are investigating. Sounds like they are just blowing me off now. Don't order from them. You will not get your flowers. I will not be ordering from them again.

    I ordered my flowers for next day delivery. They were supposed to arrive on Valentine’s Day. They got delayed to the next day. I was then told several times they would arrive by 6pm the day after Valentine’s Day. At 6pm, when I asked customer service when the flowers would arrive, they just kept telling me “soon”. They really had no idea. I then asked for a refund which, of course, I now have to wait several days for. Horrible experience.

    Valentines order was placed with paid priority delivery options, before 11 am. At 3pm, the flowers weren't delivered and after 30+ minutes on hold, they had cancelled the order because the florist had run out of flowers. No call or email notification. Fromyouflowers.com assured me the flowers would be sent on 2/15, but it wasn't delivered. Again, I wasn't notified. I was assured the order will be delivered on 2/16 and the arrangement will be at the florists discretion. We'll see.

    I do not recommend this company.

    Fromyouflowers.com. I ordered the Scarlet Enchantment arrangement for my wife for Valentine’s Day. I had a horrible experience with them. Completely false advertising. The flowers I received were nothing like the arrangement pictured. The arrangement I purchased came in a red vase with 12 red roses, red and white carnations, white Lilies and the green filler. What they delivered had no roses, not even a single red rose, no Lilies, and maybe one or two carnations. Hopefully they allow me to upload the pictures of what I ordered and what they delivered. Even the red vase I ordered they sent a ugly cheap, gold painted, clay pot vase.

    I am asking for a refund. I will leave an update if they try something funny and don’t give me a refund. I know they are going to say something like oh we don’t guarantee the same arrangement but if you run out of red roses and carnations on Valentine’s Day you don’t belong in the floral industry. I don’t understand how people try scams like this. I really don’t. I sent the refund request email earlier. I’ll keep you posted. Thanks for reading.
