I do not recommend. I ordered "same day delivery" for my mom's birthday, ordered at 9am, it was 2pm when I called for an update they said it should be there by 4, then I called again for an update, then they say it should be there by 5 , called again, by 6. I eventually just asked for a refund and they offered 20% refund, tried to send me $8... I told them no I need to cancel the order and have a full refund. I will be using another company next time. Mind you, the website even says it would be delivered within 4hrs after you order is placed.

I don’t know how their Google review is so high. What I ordered and what we received could have been bought at Sam’s club for a third of the price I spent. So dissatisfied with these. I get flowers can be different but the whole vase I ordered was different.

I ordered a funeral spray for a friend's mom's home going service, when the flowers were delivered I immediately contacted customer service to complain that it was not what was ordered, they apologized and said they would re deliver, when they did it was the same exact spray as the first one. Full of fake plastic berries and a bunch of wilted flowers. I tried calling the number that was on the card left with the flowers and it wasn't a working number, googled the address and it was an industrial warehouse and not a flower shop. I contacted customer service again to complain for them to offer me a 20% refund. This place is a scam.

My wife received her Valentine's flowers and they looked nothing like the picture. I called the florist and they said they didn't have the flowers in the order so they just used filler. Got $16 refunded from $75. They look pitiful, NOT happy.

A day late and the flowers were wilted. I bought a bouquet of sunflowers to cheer up my aging father who was in the hospital. The delivery was a day late and the flowers were severely wilted and too tall for the vase so that they looked like spider legs crawling out of the vase. Pathetic. Provided a picture. When I complained in their chat, it was like I was talking to dead air. Never again.

This is a horrible place to order from. Customer service did not call like they said. The flower arrangement was so skimpy and poorly looking. The card was not a card but a literal strip of paper that was typed or printed on. This is an embarrassing flower arrangement!!!!

Ordered flowers from Fromyouflowers.com. Paid extra for the order to be delivered on Valentine's Day and it was delivered early, that's not a huge deal but also what I ordered is not near what I received. I could have gone to the store and bought a dozen roses for probably half of what I spent here and are something nicer myself, reached out to the company and all I received back was, "Sorry. We couldn't find someone to deliver on Valentine's Day so we had them delivered today" not even acknowledging the fact that the delivery isn't even close to what I ordered. I won't be ordering online again.

I wish there was an option for ZERO stars! I ordered flowers for a Memorial service and thankfully had them sent to my own home. To my dismay, instead of the beautiful arrangement that I ordered, I received bruised pink and reddish roses with wilted petals. It's like a deranged Valentine's gift for someone you don't even like!
Of course I called customer service and explained that the flowers were for a MEMORIAL that was the NEXT DAY. All I got was a measly 30% refund (14 bucks, woo hoo!) And the promise to have the CORRECT flowers delivered. This is not good enough. The funeral is TODAY and UPS has informed me that the flowers will not be here in time. I'm very discouraged as Google rated them #1 for online flowers. JOKE IS ON ME! I sent them an angry email with attached photos of the monstrosity that I received. Am so glad they weren't sent directly to the funeral home. Now I'm wondering how many people get the wrong item without even knowing it?!

Absolutely awful. Do not use this company. I ordered on a Wednesday for Thursday delivery. By Thursday evening it had not arrived. I tried to contact by email, chat, phone, and all I got was “sorry, it is on its way.” By Friday noon, I got a person who told me “the florist never called us back. I can use a new florist for tomorrow. Is that okay?” I cancelled the order. Still waiting to get my money back.

I have used From You Flowers a few times and never really had a problem. It was my mom's funeral and I recommended them to my sister. I also used them. I ordered a casket cover and my sister ordered a large spray. The wake was on a Sun and the flowers were supposed to be delivered on Sat. My casket spray was there, minus the banner I paid extra for. I also had ordered the deluxe version which has more flowers in it and paid extra for that and it was pitiful looking. My sister's order was never delivered. She called and they could not do anything because it was a Sunday. They did refund her money without a problem and 20 percent of mine without a problem, but there was a problem, this was my mom's funeral and could not be redone. So what I'm saying is don't use them for important occasions without risking disappointment. They are not reliable.

I ordered a stunning arrangement of pink flowers displayed on a stand, adorned with a ribbon that read “SISTER.” This was intended for my sister’s funeral. Upon arriving at the funeral home, we searched for our flowers but discovered that they had sent a very small vase containing white flowers that were nearly wilted. The funeral director informed us that the flowers originated from a grocery store called Shaws, which sells flowers but does not operate as a traditional florist. He explained that the flowers had been left outside in freezing temperatures for two days instead of being placed in a ‘warming room,’ a practice that any reputable florist would have followed.
The director noted that some of the flowers were dead, and he attempted to arrange them better before the wake began. This situation was heartbreaking for me and incredibly embarrassing, as it felt inappropriate for her sister to send such an inadequate tribute. I will never use ‘From You Flowers’ again. Although they offered a full refund, it is too late to amend the poor service or send another arrangement.

This flower shop is horrible! They were to deliver flowers to a FUNERAL!! They failed. They did not notify me until 2 days later! Then asked to give me a 20% discount?!?! For what? No call, no email, nothing until the AFTER the FUNERAL!!! These company is incredibly horrible!

3 dozen roses delivered to my wife's job (a warehouse) in a cardboard box. It looked like a car part. The picture clearly had a vase on it. I would have paid for the vase. She ended up leaving it at working thinking it was a promo gift from a distributor.

DO NOT USE THEM. I ordered an apology bouquet of roses. It was a very important message. I specifically asked for delivery confirmation to the person I sent the flowers to. They left it on the front porch, no confirmation they were received because the person I sent them to is not talking to me... hence the flowers. They did not do any picture confirm or call the person it was to be delivered to. Customer service did not offer a refund. Never again and I advise everyone to use somebody more reliable.

I ordered flowers for a funeral from a special guest of the child of the deceased. I got three calls about trouble delivering flowers to the church. On the third call, right as the funeral started, they admitted that they did not have the specific flowers I had ordered. They offered a 30% discount, different flowers, delivered to a different address. When a business makes a mistake the correct thing to do is a FULL refund, a FREE delivery, an apology and extra service.

I ordered the dozen "Rainbow Roses" bouquet for my mom's 82nd birthday. She received a dozen "plain red" roses. I wanted colorful. The bouquet was not put together. My 82 year-old mom had no idea how to put the customized vase picture in, so she taped it on. :( "From You Flowers" offered a $10 Gift Certificate. WHY would I want a $10 Gift Certificate to them, when I was totally unhappy with the order? Switch and Bait all the way.

Was pleased to find a funeral arrangement very similar to what the funeral home florist offered for about $100 less on Fromyouflowers. Paid extra $5 to ensure delivery before service started at noon. Called customer service at 11:55 and was told flowers were on the way. They never came. Thankfully they gave a full refund, but what a disappointment not to have the flowers at the service and an unneeded stress to be dealing with the day of my FIL's memorial Service.

I ordered a vase with 24 roses, a teddy bear, and chocolate. The delivery did arrive on the appropriate day, however the roses were short of 24 and several were drooping over the side of the vase. I contacted customer service and was connected with an Indian call center. The individual did not seem to understand the problem and stated that they would refund 20% of the base price of the arrangement. I told them to keep it, because when I went to process the order the total had more than doubled with additional fees. They were dismissive and flippant. They kept trying to end the conversation abruptly with "is there anything else I can help you with"? This is a trash company.

I was promised by a customer service representative BEFORE placing my order that I would be sent a picture of the plant I was sending to a relative whose son has died, that way I would know exactly what was received. He made it sound like it was a standard operating procedure, and I wanted the actual plant (peace lily to be specific) to look as much like the picture as possible - that is after all what I was paying for, not to mention $20 additional for delivery. The relative lives out of state so there is no other way I would see what was delivered if the From You Flowers florist did not provide a pic. Well, all I got from From You Flowers was a basic email saying it was delivered (not even if anyone was home). And NO picture and NO physcial description!
I am hugely disappointed in the service and that the act that I hoped would bring comfort to my relative may have did anything but. What are they hiding that they could not send a simple picture or describe what was delivered. Very unsympathetic way for a florist to handle sending a sympathy plant. Are we not already under enough stress in a time like this! If you are not going to do it or you can’t guarantee, then state that rather than deceive. I will never order again from this company.

THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED... Horrible, awful customer service. 2 DAYS late.... and still not delivered. When I called customer service rep said (with dogs barking in the background like it was someone's home).... "Well that happens sometimes." But the website states: "guaranteed same day delivery." So what is the guarantee if your reps can't even offer a solution but wait another day and it will probably show up today. They couldn't give me florist name so I could call myself to check on the order. You're not even just ONE day late... You're 2 DAYS late AND non apologetic about it. Put these guys out of business. NEVER again.

DO NOT buy flowers from this site! I ordered flowers several days in advance of a funeral and three days later the flowers still have not been delivered. When I called to ask about the delivery, I was told the flowers were not delivered because they did not have any blue flowers, but no one contacted me to tell me of this issue! If I had known my color choice for only 10% of the full arrangement was not available, I would have told them to substitute for another color and deliver the flowers for the event. you cannot make up the loss of flowers for a funeral. Horrible customer service! They offered me a $10 coupon for a future purchase - which I will not be using. My arrangement cost over $100 and still has not been delivered!

I ordered flowers Sunday after a loved one of a friend passed. I paid extra to have them delivered the next day because she’s not home Tuesdays or Wednesdays. The flowers never came on Monday even though I got an email saying they were delivered. I called customer service and they bet nonchalantly said they will send them out again the next day. But she’s not even home the next 2 days during the day. I also didn’t get refunded on my expedite fee. Will never use them again.

Placed order for birthday. Chose "Cotton Candy" bouquet, with premium upgrade from the website. What was delivered was not close to what I ordered. Customer service rep immediately offered several partial refunds.. like he was reading from script. Finally agreed on having the flowers redone and delivered following day. Never arrived. Called again to demand refund...got the same treatment. Rep agreed to refund delivery fee, and, again, to have correct arrangement delivered. This time they did deliver another bouquet..but again, not what was ordered. See pics. Definitely will never order from them again. Third time I tried them, and was never satisfied..but this was the worst.

I made an order for same day. They accepted the order and charged my credit card immediately. They contacted me hours later and told me they could not fulfill my order until 2 days later. Not only did I pay to expedite the order they were keeping that money and sending my package two days later. I do not recommend this company at all. I'm still waiting for my refund. Not the way to do business.

The roses were not in good shape when they arrived, the leaves were starting to curl from being dry, except for two red roses the other 10 were dead the next day. They were sent to me as a gift and I don't know how much was paid for them, but whatever it was it was too much.

I will never use this company again. The Sympathy Standing Spray I ordered for a funeral was never delivered. They were expected by the deceased's family and this was very disappointing and embarrassing. I even provided the room for deliver to at the church on the address. I also called customer service one day prior to confirm the delivery and 'From You Flowers" wouldn't provide me the florist to contact. I did get a full refund, but that still doesn't make it right.

Zero stars, website says prioritize funerals and nothing arrived. They offered a refund or sending it somewhere else but they were suppose to show up the funeral and be buried with the deceased. So incredibly disappointed especially since the site specified they prioritize funerals.

The website stated if I ordered the flowers within 2 hours they would be delivered in 4 hours. I ordered the flowers at 10:00 AM, I received an email 30 minutes later that the flowers would not be delivered until the next day. I wish I had read reviews because I recieved the wrong type of flowers and a different color. My wife likes Stargazer lilies but I guess they were out so they substituted a lower cost different color lily in its place. Will not order from here again, given you can not expect to get what you paid for when you order. Also I paid extra for next day delivery which I can not complain to much as 8 PM is still part of the day.

Absolutely frustrating and horrible experience. I ordered a Christmas arrangement for next day delivery. Paid extra for it. Was told over and over and OVER that my arrangement was out for delivery. Then someone from a call center would call and say "We apologize. We will make sure the flowers get delivered." IT NEVER HAPPENED.
I don't need apology after apology. I didn't even get upset at the people over the phone. I simply stated I was frustrated and have lost trust in this company. If I hear one more time that it is out for delivery I will scream. Then I get another call saying the florist ok'd the order. Then I get another email saying the local florist did not pick up the order. Seriously do NOT use this company. Worst experience I have ever had with a company. AND I still have been charged. There are far better TRUSTED flower companies. The sad part of this is the importance of the flowers. It has now been over a week and the meaning behind them is lost.

NEVER again will I use the online service of "From You Flowers" or another online service for that matter. Bottom line the arrangement that I sought after online, flower types/colors/style, the upgrade on the arrangement, looked NOTHING like what was delivered. The delivery was on time. Call a florist local in the area that you want delivery and give them a couple days. Don't wait until the last minute, either. They know their inventory and more willing to help directly over the phone. You'll be happy you did!

I googled for florists near where I live, and somehow their website camp coming up early in my searches. Because it was the weekend, I thought I would order the flowers and wouldn't have to deal with this during the week. Are erroneously assumed that all online florists are comparable, you placed the order and they wire it to a local nursery. I ordered flowers on a Sunday at 6pm and paid extra for Monday delivery to hospital patient. When they were not delivered on Monday, they gave me a 20% credit and said they would request an early delivery on Tuesday. When they never arrived on Tuesday, I requested a total refund.
They offered to deliver to a different address and said they could upgrade the item, but I wanted them at a certain location and on a certain day for a reason, and they could not deliver, literally. This was very frustrating, disappointing and stressful because the flowers were not there for the special surprise I wanted; I had to spend a lot of time with various customer service agents; I had all kinds of people at the hospital, looking all over for flowers; and then had to accept the disappointment that my flowers were not going to make it there during the patient's stay. Do yourself a favor and look at the other reviews and you will see other people had similar experiences. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered -- I would've just gone to a florist and taken them in person.

I hesitate to give this company 1 star. The service was great, however, imagine my embarrassment as my box of fruit ordered from "fromyouflowers" was received not once, but TWICE and the box was filled with ROTTEN fruit. I wanted to send a dear friend who had major surgery and was recuperating at home a nice gift she could use, and to my dismay and shock, when she opened the box the fruit was bruised, skinned and rancid. I wish I could post the pictures. What a way to end a long friendship--send them a box of rancid rotten fruit! UUGGH. I ordered the largest floral arrangement for my 96 yr old mom. On the picture it was elegantly beautiful. It was $72+. They were delivered on Dec 23 rather than 24th which was fine. What was delivered was about the size of my 2 fists or let. There was 2 branches of greenery and 5 very miniature red flowers. So tiny not very beautiful and very dinky. I am a floral arranger. With time and product and inflation this was not worth more than $8.00. So sad and disappointing. Will never order from this place again. I am sorry to have to report this but it is the truth. I have patronized this floral service for several years because of its value and free shipping. Flower arrangements have been delivered late previously; I continued to utilize the service because it would issue a refund and in some cases, still deliver the arrangement. This was not the case for this most-recent arrangement scheduled to be delivered yesterday to Mom in time for Christmas. There was no delivery, and all that was offered was an apology and $10 gift certificate. I trusted this service to deliver to my Mother for Christmas, and she received nothing. This was the last straw. I will no longer be using this service, and I would not recommend it to my friends or family.

I had flowers set to be delivered to my 80 year old mother at a cost of $186.77 on December 24th. Now it is 6pm and they have not been delivered, and I just received an email saying the address is too remote. However they have delivered to this address several times before. Now they’ve replied saying they can deliver on 12/31. Apparently it’s not too remote for New Year's Eve. I’m filing a chargeback and never using this company again after being a long time repeat customer. It’s sad to see a business destroyed overnight but that’s what happens when they let thousands of people down on a holiday and understaff with phone reps from foreign countries.

Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered a Christmas arrangement for same day delivery. I was well within the time frame to qualify for same day. I paid an additional fee for expedited same day. The arrangement was meant to be delivered on 12/22/2024. I paid $14.99 delivery, $4.99 expedite fee, and $2.99 for same day/weekend delivery. I called customer service today, 12/23/2024 and was told it was out for delivery. Despite me repeatedly telling the representative that I paid for same day delivery YESTERDAY, I was ignored and they just kept telling me it was out for delivery. THEN the guy added that the arrangement may look different than what I ordered. WHAT?!?! I finally asked for a supervisor and I was told no supervisor is available. It is now 7pm on 12/23/2024. There has been no delivery of flowers. This company is a joke. Customer service completely ignored what I said and refused to escalate.

INDIA CALL CENTER. DO NOT order from this site. Representatives are outsourced and DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR FLOWERS. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister and paid the 4.99 expedited shipping to get there before noon on top of all the other extra charges they add. It did not come so by 1pm my sister’s time I called. They said they “sent a messaged to the florist to send it asap” and said they refunded me the 4.99 and that it will take 1-3 business to show up. (That was today, we’ll see how that goes.) Called them back at 4pm 3 hours later. They told me to wait until 6pm. I told them to send the florist another message. They “put me on hold” and came back and said they did.
I read reviews saying that when it finally did show up the flowers were terrible and looked nothing like the picture. In hopes of getting a refund I called back right away and asked for a refund.
I read reviews of people saying they only offered 10%… 30% with next day delivery. No. I knew they were going to push that and they did. They offered me so many things and I kept interrupting the girl that answered me and continued to politely tell her I want a full refund. She “got permission” from her boss for a full refund. Said it will take 1-3 business days… We’ll see if they send it.

When I called in the evening they told me the flowers are out for delivery. It was not. It was really late and since the recipient is sick and goes to bed early, I finally cancelled the order. You will waste your money on flowers that never get delivered. I ordered flowers for my friend whose mother just passed. I ordered a day prior and payed extra for “expedited delivery” which guaranteed it’d be delivered by noon. By 12:30pm, they were not delivered. I reached out and customer service said it would be out “ASAP.” 5pm rolls around, still not delivered. I reached out again via email and have STILL yet to hear back. I called their number, because at this point, I was over it. I requested to cancel my order because the bouquet wasn’t even sent out for delivery yet at 5pm, and the woman I spoke with wouldn’t do it. Still have heard nothing back and they were not delivered. Do not waste your money. This company “guarantees” things they cannot do which is completely unacceptable.

I am extremely disappointed with the arrangement that was delivered to my sister. It is nowhere near what I had ordered from the website. I purchased the Premium version of The Most Appealing Autumn with Sunflowers, Mums, Poms and lots of Roses (this is why I went with the Premium option) with a nice orange cube vase. Instead she received a small bouquet with 1 sunflower and about 3 roses. I don't even know what the fake ornamental things that were added, looks like a plastic steak and acorn with cattails. The container was a copper looking bowl. Attached are 2 photos, 1 of what the website shows and the other is what was received.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering flowers from this company. They affiliate with florists and then take no responsibility with real time issues, delays or customer service needs. They will never divulge the florist that is causing you problems. Ultimately leaving you to have additional future issues if you order from them again. In my case, the flowers were late and after multiple phone calls and time spent additional promises were unmet and still no flowers. But don’t worry. They left the florist a message! Please do your business with another online service. The other reviews from customers are correct. The price starts off small and then inflates rapidly.

My Son-In-Law was in the hospital for open heart surgery and I ordered the Smile bouquet for him. I got the largest one because, well, he is worth it to me. He was in ICU when I placed the order that was on a Thursday. My daughter said he should be in a room by Saturday so I ordered for a Saturday delivery. So come Friday evening, my daughter said he was still not in a room so I called The office of fromyouflowers and asked that the delivery be pushed to Monday as he was still in ICU. The gentleman on the other end of the line told me that there would be no problem, that the delivery date was changed to Monday instead of Saturday. Well Saturday came and they delivered the flowers to the hospital and since patients cannot have flowers in the ICU ward, they had to be taken home which meant he didn't even get to see them. I was so angry that they had already delivered them since I had called and asked for a later delivery.
When I called the From You Flowers office again and told them how angry I was and that they were not supposed to have delivered them until Monday, the very nice gentleman on the other line said not to worry, that they would deliver a fresh bouquet on Monday as well. Well, it is Monday and I just want to say THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH. He was moved out of the ICU ward and into a room at the very same time From You Flowers was delivering the flowers to him. Just perfect timing and they were even more beautiful than the first ones. I am so over joyed with his flowers and what the Company did in making everything right and I am so sorry for getting mad. I ordered a deluxe floral arrangement to celebrate the birth of my first grandchild. I also ordered mylar balloons, a teddy bear, and a box of chocolates. Sadly, the order arrived with NO balloons, NO teddy bear, and NO chocolates (even though these items were WRITTEN on the delivery envelope as being part of the order). Also, the floral arrangement was standard, at best, nowhere near the DELUXE arrangement I ordered. It looked paltry and some of the flowers were starting to wither. I was so embarrassed that this was what my grandchild got from me to welcome her home! (Photos of what I ordered versus what I got are included in this review.)
I wrote to customer service, and to their credit, they responded quickly. However, their 'solve' for the situation was to refund me the cost of the balloons, teddy bear, and chocolate and they said they spoke to the florist who delivered the flowers who 'regretted' the situation. Wait, WHAT? That is it? I get refunded for items I paid for but DID NOT RECEIVE? And NOTHING for the paltry arrangement that they sent in place of the deluxe I ordered? I wrote back to tell them that I found this response to be unacceptable. I waited a couple of days to give them time to do right by me (either send what I actually ordered or refund me the entire order), but alas, they have not responded. I had a previous unpleasant experience with them (though nowhere this bad), so I am done with this shop. DO BETTER!!!

I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recently purchased flower arrangement. I had high expectations, but unfortunately, the quality of the arrangement has fallen short. Firstly, the roses in the bouquet are sagging, which is not the fresh, vibrant look I was hoping for. Additionally, several petals have dark spots, which makes the flowers appear wilted and unhealthy. Finally, I was expecting a fuller arrangement, but there are only two small stems of baby’s breath, which leaves the bouquet looking sparse and underwhelming. (Not as the picture shown on your webpage.) Due to the poor quality of this product, I would not like a replacement. This is not what I expected for an arrangement of more than $100.00 dollars.

This is embarrassing for me and the recipient. I placed an order on Nov.12th for delivery on Nov.14th. It was not delivered and I called a customer rep to see what happen, she told me it would be delivered on Nov. 15th. It was not delivered on said date. I sent an email sharing this information and was told a representative would contact me. They suppose to have 24 hr customer service and no one contacted me about this. I called Nov. 16th and talked to a Supervisor (Jane) and was told she would give me a discount on this order, however no one knows why my delivery has not been made.
Jane would check and make sure I received delivery on Nov.16. Talked to Art, said I would get a call when delivery was made by 6pm for residents. It is 6:14pm and NO DELIVERY. Your policy says it is to fulfill the customer request and to do whatever it takes to satisfy them and exceed their service expectations. All I wanted was the Bursting with Joy Bouquet and I still have not heard from your company. I'M NOT SATISFIED!!!

Absolutely terrible experience! I ordered a same-day deluxe flower arrangement with a birthday balloon for my mother, only to be completely let down. First, I received no confirmation of delivery, so I called the company seven times over two days to get an update on the order. I was assured it would be taken care of, but what arrived was an embarrassing, disappointing mess.
The flowers looked nothing like the deluxe arrangement I carefully selected. Instead, my mother received a small, poorly arranged bouquet that looked as if a toddler had thrown it together—topped off with a tacky black balloon for her birthday. The entire presentation was insulting, unprofessional, and far from what I paid for. This experience caused me immense stress and embarrassment. I demanded a full refund for the pathetic service but am now left warning others: save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

We placed an order for flowers to be delivered to a patient and family who just had a baby. We ordered the flowers many days before the expected delivery date which would be over a weekend. FromYouFlowers attempted to contact us (a business) over the weekend to verify the address because the address wasn't showing up on their maps. The home is new and I asked what level of effort they put into verifying the address and was told it didn't show up on the maps.
During this conversation, I typed the address into Google and in literal seconds, 115,000 results came up with the address of this home indicating it was a new build in 2024. Again, I asked what efforts were made to try to contact the recipient and there weren't any. I also asked what they expect when they attempt to verify the address the same day of the expected delivery. I was offered a $20 discount to replace the order but she continued to state they can't verify the address. So, I'd highly discourage using this flower delivery service if you're attempting to deliver to a new build home.

Purchased flowers to announce my pregnancy to my grandmother. Promised by Saturday. Didn’t arrive and got an email they’re scheduled first thing Monday AND they don’t have the flowers I chose, so they’re sending different ones. It’s 6pm on Monday so I email them stating I feel I’m entitled to a full refund since none of their promises were achieved. They responded saying “Per your request, we canceled your order and refunded you.” I never said I wanted my order cancelled. What a waste of time. I would’ve kept the order if there was no other option. They didn’t even confirm that was my decision.

You should be cautious and not expect your flowers to be delivered when using this 3rd part service, fromyouflowers.com. fromyouflowers.com seems to be a scam. I googled flowers near Henderson, NV 89015 and was directed to fromyouflowers.com - After reviewing the google rating of 4.4, I felt it would be reliable. I ordered on 10/09/2024 for delivery on 10/16/2024, received a confirmation email 10/16/2024"From You Flowers order #** was delivered". I called the mortuary 10/17/2024 am, they were not in receipt of the flowers. I called From You Flowers at 800-838-8853. spoke with Victor who confirmed delivery address and made up an excuse why the flowers were not delivered because of xyz, they would be delivered by 4 pm on 10/17/24.
I called back, spoke with Byron at 2pm to confirm the flowers would be delivered, was advised, yes by 4 pm same day and I would receive another email to confirm. At 4:30 pm, I called recipients they were not in receipt of "sacred duty spray". I called fromyouflowers.com, spoke to Michelle, after being on hold yet another 30 min. was advised, flowers were delivered at 3 pm signed for by James. I advised, I would like to call mortuary to confirm. After, calling mortuary, and confirming address for both, the flowers were not delivered and they had NO James that worked there. The experience is beyond disappointing during this difficult time of not being in person with Family, to not have the Group effort of our condolences expressed as intended as a tribute to honor our Family member is unacceptable service..

Wish I can give this company zero stars. Order a funeral arrangement for my best friend's mother's funeral and they failed to deliver on time which I paid extra for. No communication from them, it was only after contacting them via the chat function that they admitted they were late, and could not confirm when the arrangement would be delivered. This was two hours before the funeral began, and is a huge service failure. DO NOT ever use them, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE stay away. They only provided a refund after asking several times, as they had already messed up this day of sorrow for me and the family.

Emailed them 10/15/2024 (1 day after they were supposed to arrive), and they didn't give a reason why they weren't delivered, but gave a refund 10/16/2024. This was nice to get my money back, but does not give my sick Mother her flowers on her birthday, which is what they were for. Really wish I would have found these reviews before ordering! Never again will I order from these guys. I ordered maybe Thursday for a morning delivery in Saturday (paid extra). It is 2:00 Saturday and the flowers are not there. The recipient is trying to leave (she’s at college) town go home to see her parents on her 21st birthday! If it can’t be done a call or email before Saturday would have been great, I would have called another florist! I am so disappointed right now!

I paid for expedient time before 9:00 a.m. I paid extra for it it did not arrive by that time and when I called the person said that they wouldn't refund me the extra charge for the expedited time because it was going to be delivered before noon. here it is now noon and still no delivery and no refund coming for the expedited delivery that I paid for. The guy was rude about it also. I would never recommend this to anyone else because of how awful it is when you pay for something and you don't receive it and don't get a refund for it

At midnight I realized that I did like the artificial arrangement that I made for my dad’s memorial to hold his urn. I knew what I wanted, but at the funeral home it was over 400. I found the exact same arrangement on your site, ordered and they were delivered by mid afternoon. I paid under 200 though your site and pleased with the arrangement and quality of the flowers.

I elected to use fromyouflowers.com because of the guaranteed same day delivery. I placed my order on Monday 9/30 to send my mother flowers for her 80th birthday. She waited at home till 5pm, no flowers. Stayed by the door till 6:30pm, no flowers. I called and emailed customer service and was assured that the flowers would be delivered. No flowers on Monday. I called and emailed customer service again on Tuesday and was assured that the flowers would be delivered on Tuesday. For my inconvenience I was refunded $4.25. Again, my elderly mother waited till 6:30pm on Tuesday and again, no flowers. It is now Wednesday morning nearly 10:30 and still no flowers have been delivered. I will neither use this service nor recommend them to anyone who has a reasonable expectation of paying for flowers and actually having them delivered. Lesson learned. Stay away from fromyouflowers.com. Total scam.

Paid for flowers to be delivered to my wife for our anniversary. After, a local flower shop called my wife (not me). Then they texted my wife (not me) asking for me to call. The flower shop rep did hardly spoke English. They told me they could not complete my order for the price that I paid through Fromyouflowers.com and demanded more money. I told the flower shop not to complete the order. I then contacted Fromyouflowers. The service rep told me the flower shop was not supposed to contact me directly and was supposed to contact Fromyouflowers.
I asked to cancel the order, but they ensured me that they would use another vendor and the order would be completed as requested. I allowed them to redeem themselves and begrudgingly accepted. The next flower shop again texted my wife (not me). Not that it mattered because the surprise had already been ruined to begin with. The flowers arrived and I was less than impressed. I could have gone to my local grocery store and bought better flowers at a way cheaper price. I will NEVER use Fromyouflowers again. Horrible experience.

Flowers From You did fix the issue. They gave me a refund and a upgraded bouquet. I truly appreciate that they did that. However, this company really needs to ensure they vet their local florists. Somehow all these different florists across the country seem to follow the same practices. It is not fair for the Company to allow their florists to deliver substandard floral arrangements and expect the customer complaint department to deal with the aftermath. Nothing I say can be any worse than what many others are saying. Guess I should have checked reviews before ordering from them for the first time. Not only were they a day late, but they sent me a confirmation they had been delivered when they had not. Then when they were finally delivered the next morning, missing my sister's birthday, today, 5 DAYS later, I received a resolution to my complaint STILL claiming they were delivered on the correct day! Not only that, they claim 24/7 service. Yeah, if you want to talk to a clearly overseas call center who doesn't even know what time zone your delivery is in and you still have to wait until the shop opens the next day. I would not even give them 1 star! DO NOT use this service! Oh, and I not only contacted then twice by phone, but by email and chat as well!

I would NEVER buy flowers from this site again. They just delivered them to the Hospital loading dock in a box that took forever to arrive at the correct floor of the hospital, and probably wouldn't have arrived at all without a friend's intervention. Literally if I could put 0 stars I would. It was complete false advertisement. I ordered $54 bouquet because it looked like it was exploding with flowers, no empty gaps, just full and beautiful all around…. Total lie. It was delivered in a skinny box and the flowers were netted like they were suffocated…. Literally looked like someone just pulled weeds out of a field, not pretty at all. So sad and pitiful to have said the grand total ended up being $88. FAKE NEWS. Beware and the delivery wasn't dropped to my mom like it should have been. They just handed it to a supervisor at Kroger and I ended up going to the store myself and demanding it be found. UPS was great at helping me verify it was at Kroger but the flower company said all they can do is reship it and it wouldn’t be until Tuesday delivery and couldn’t refund me anything unless it went missing again. But lo and behold I found it and boy I’m devastated and embarrassed.

This company is horrible! I ordered a premium arrangement, and this is what my mother received! Pictures are below. I was absolutely appalled at the bait and switch they pulled. This cost me $76 after delivery. I contacted them immediately and they offered a partial refund or a redelivery. I opted for the redelivery so that my mother could receive what she was supposed to. They assured me that she would receive a redelivery in the morning. By 3pm the next day, nothing had been sent. I contacted them again and they stated that it the redelivery was never processed because they "had an issue with the previous flower company" and needed to use a different company. But had I not reached out to them again, the redelivery wouldn't have been processed or done at all. I am very disappointed in this company. My first interaction with them was great but I realize now that was because I ordered a premade gift basket. Their flower side? Forget it!

I found this company online and used them because they offered next day expedited service. I was traveling and wanted my wife to receive her flowers at work before she left, thus the expedited fee. The flowers did not arrive and I asked for the company to contact the florist with my wife’s number so she could pick them up locally. They said they would and either they did not or the local florist did not fulfill the request. The chat with customer service just stopped responding when I ask them to contact my wife since the delivery address would need to be changed over the phone. I spent at least an hour trying to resolve this with chat and then just got ignored! Do yourself a favor and use a local florist. This guys are awful. Should have looked at the abundance of 1 star reviews before I relied on this joke of a flower delivery service.

Awful customer service! Paid for expedited service and same day delivery. They ended up doing UPS SHIPPING the flowers instead and they will now take 4 days - didn’t even ask if we wanted them shipped after paying for same day! They won’t even reimburse the fees for same day delivery and expedited fees. Their website even lies and says it’s out for delivery until you click on the ups tracking number which then shows the Monday delivery!!!

I live in Washington, DC. I found From You Flowers online (google). On a Wednesday (8/7), I ordered flowers for a loved one, which were to be delivered to a funeral home on Friday (8/9). I also paid for expedited shipping. This guaranteed that the flowers will be to the funeral home before 12 p.m. The flowers did not arrive to the funeral home before 12 p.m.; they were not delivered at all, and the family had already left the facility. I was given the option of redelivering the flowers the next day to an alternative address and offered a 20% refund. This is completely unacceptable, disappointing, and unbelievable! Disappointed is an understatement!

Updated on 07/30/2024: The company did refund my order in full and insisted on sending a 3rd arrangement. While I appreciated the refund and the suggestion to send another arrangement, I begged the supervisor I spoke with on the phone to communicate with the new florist, stressing that their arrangement needed to be truly remarkable to rectify this fiasco. Otherwise, sending another replacement that didn’t far exceed the previous poor deliveries would be pointless, and I would prefer to just accept the refund instead. However, the florist-designed arrangement did nothing to restore the situation or alleviate my embarrassment. The family sent me a picture of the bouquet, and while it was decent and an improvement from the two other poor deliveries, it lacked the elegance and sophistication I had originally paid for and did not reflect the price I paid.
Original Review: This has been an incredibly disappointing and embarrassing experience. I sent an elegant bouquet of orchids to my aunt, an interior designer, in sympathy for the loss of our uncle. Instead, they received a cheap, tired-looking arrangement that bore no resemblance to what I had chosen from their site. The embarrassing part was when her son sent me a photo to show the poor quality—half the flowers were missing—and mentioned how it did not represent our family at all.
To make matters worse, the replacement they sent was even more unacceptable, with wilted flowers and nothing like what I had requested. This only added to the embarrassment. Instead of being able to grieve, my family had to deal with this issue, urging me not to accept such poor service. It’s awful to think that I will forever be associated with these terrible flowers at such a significant time.

I called & complained about it so they sent her a small—poor cheap quality flower arrangement—not even half the amount of flowers—looked like something picked from their garden—no buds—all opened poor quality flowers—not even arranged nicely!!! I would not have a service charge. I understood that $2.99 was a fee for ensuring that the flowers would be delivered the next day. When I reviewed my account I saw that the $14.99 was not removed. I phoned 7/15/24, at 0800, and spoke with 'Sheena' (sp?). This person told me that I should have entered a code for free shipping. She went on to say that the $14.99 was a charge to ensure that I received the best flowers possible from the best florist!
I am upset beyond words! Seriously? I am paying $50.00 for a relatively small arrangement of simple flowers and I have to pay an extra $14.99 to be certain they are decent and from a good florist?? I was not asked if I wanted to be sure they were good--I would think that for nearly $50.00 you would in fact get fresh flowers from a reputable florist. So if you did not charge the extra fee I might get a vase full of wilted flowers? Do I pay an extra $14.99 at the grocery store to be sure I get fresh food? It makes no sense.
I understand that everything is expensive, I understand that services are not free. I knew that ordering flowers would be expensive but I did not believe that I would have to pay extra to be sure that they were even good. It is stated that the phone calls are recorded, listen to her explanation! Is this truly the way you run your service? I was told the charge will not be removed. How I wish that it was explained to me when ordering exactly what I was paying for. I would have found another florist or sent my son in law $50.00 to buy her a HUGE arrangement from a local store that morning. I am terribly disappointed.

If I could give a negative star review I would! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered an “arrangement” of flowers to be delivered to my wife at her office for our anniversary, I added chocolates and a stuffed animal to the order and paid for next day delivery. NOWHERE on their website did it say what the delivery method was so I assumed they contracted with local flower shops for their orders. I was wrong to assume. The “arrangement“ was delivered via UPS and was shipped from Kentucky to Georgia!!
It did arrive on time but the flowers were wrapped up in bundles and NOT arranged in the vase!! No water in vase and obviously looked like flowers that had been bundled up and shipped via UPS! The chocolates were completely melted! The only thing closely resembling what I ordered was the stuffed animal. I contacted them and they refunded a 20% discount for my “troubles” but that doesn’t atone for the misrepresentation of their product/services! Do yourself a favor and just go with a local flower shop and stay far away from fromyouflowers.com!!

I should have read the reviews before purchasing through this business. I paid for expedited shipping as it appears many people do just to be told "well sorry we can't make it happen". Had I known they were going to just discard my delivery timeline I paid extra money for I would never have purchased with this company as the delivery was time sensitive. They offer next day delivery before 12:00pm to pull people in for the sale and just massively fail to deliver. This just seems like very manipulative sales techniques on their end.

If I could give a negative star I would, I placed a same day delivery order (placed it the night before) for my daughter's birthday. I paid for expedited delivery as well. The delivery time came with no delivery, and no notification. I called to find out what happened and was told that they could not deliver today, that they would deliver tomorrow. This really ruined a very important birthday gift for my daughter. When I asked for a full refund, the operator continually told me that it would be delivered the next day. Finally after several very insistent statements she agreed to a refund. The whole point is the lack of communication, and the refusal at first to issue the refund. Really poor service. Will never use them again.

On 6/11/2024 I ordered flowers for my mom. Her birthday is 6/16. I never received any tracking information from fromyouflowers.com. When I called my mom on her birthday, I was shocked that she had not received her flowers. I called fromyouflowers.com only to find out that they were scheduled to be delivered on 6/17, when I had scheduled them to be delivered on 6/14. I told the young man that I wanted my money back and he wanted to haggle how much money he would refund to me. After going back and forth with him for several minutes, and my evil wicked side finally making an appearance, the young man was happy to give me a full refund. My mother ended up getting her flowers on 6/17, however they were completely dead... Go figure. I will not be ordering from this company any time soon!

I ordered flowers for Father's Day to be delivered yesterday and they were not delivered. It was the only thing that could have uplifted the recipient and you RUINED Father's Day. Why would take orders you cannot fulfill. You are destroying plans and memories. It is so unfair for you to fail to keep a guarantee delivery expectation. This is the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. You should not be in business. I wish I read reviews before trusting this site. I need a full refund. You really RUINED someone's surprise.

I’m very disappointed with the flower spray that has been delivered to the funeral of my friend. I ordered the Premium size but what we received was barely half the size. The composition was scarce. Nothing like the photo in the order. This is very disrespectful to the deceased and his grieving family. They proposed a 20% refund!!! The funeral was done. A refund can’t do anything for our emotional distress.

Yesterday I ordered a beautiful floral arrangement From You Flowers. I paid extra for the delivery to be this morning for a birthday surprise. When the order never showed up for my daughter, I chatted to inquire about no delivery. They said they would refund the extra money I paid for the early delivery. Later this afternoon the delivery arrived and looked nothing like what I order. A few flowers were in a small box delivered from a grocery store. I called and had to demand my money be refunded. My surprise and excitement for my daughter was a total flop.
The order was to be pink carnations and roses with white daises advertised as the "Pastel Daisy & Rose Delight". What was delivered was a little brown box with a few white daises and carnations and a red rose. Now let's see if my credit card is actually refunded $64.84 within the week. In the future, I will always order from a local florist.

Please do not waste your time and money with this company. I ordered flowers for an important birthday and they did not arrive on time. I tried to contact them through phone and chat online and they could only ever say, “We will update you when we hear from the florist.” Of course, I never got an update. Still waiting… They offered to refund $3.25 for the inconvenience. Then with no other answers said that I could order another arrangement to another address for 20% off.

I purchased a Premium flower arrangement for my daughter's 50 Birthday which also included chocolates. It arrived at the end of the day, no chocolates, the flowers were the wrong color, the wrong types and the vase was totally different that the one in the photo and looked like it came from a thrift store. I paid $99.38 for the the flowers/chocolate and what they delivered like it was whatever the florist had left at the end of the day and they stuck them in a tacky vase without any arranging. They offered a refund for the chocolates and a 20% credit for the flowers. I'm insulted that they would try to pass such an inferior arrangement off for the stunning one I ordered and then offer me a 20% credit. I will never order from an online floral company again. I will go through a local florist who will make the the situation right. The first photo is the arrangement I ordered. The second is the order that was received. Pathetic!!

Very disappointing experience. I purchased flowers in advance for my daughter to receive on her birthday & they were never delivered; however I’ve been charged in full, no refund. I was never even notified that they wouldn’t arrive. This is the first year I’ve been away from my daughter on her birthday & I really wanted her to receive roses (which I always give her). A tradition is now broken. If I had been notified, I would have made alternate plans. I cannot recommend this site for any important events.

My wife order the roses and lily celebration to deliver to her mom for mother's day. The picture shows a full arrangement of flowers with about a dozen flowers and garnishments. We paid $61 for this expecting to receive what the picture showed. However, what arrived was 3 roses and a SINGLE lily for SIXTY DOLLARS. You could walk to Walmart and get a better arrangement for $10. On top of that the roses were drooping on arrival. I tried calling them twice and got no answer and when I disputed the charge they committed fraud by saying I got what I order because I didn't order the deluxe choice and I never contacted them. There is no indication that the picture is for the deluxe choice.
The picture on my invoice is still a full arrangement of flowers. So they are sending you pictures of what you will get if you order the most premium choice and invoicing you that despite you not selecting that choice because they know their product would not sell if they do not mislead you. No one would buy 3 roses for $61 dollars which is why they don't show that is what you are selecting. This is intentionally misleading people to think they are purchasing a full arrangement of flowers and then showing their invoice a full arrangement of flowers so you won't cancel than stealing your money and running when you receive 2 or 3 flowers. Shady business do not buy from them. Go to a local business or heck even just going to Walmart getting $10 arrangement and a $5 vase from Walmart will be higher class than this fraud company.

Flowers for Mother's Day cost $84 and died the next day. Petals were falling off roses when it was removed from the box. My Paypal account was hacked shortly after making payment to them as well. It was a nightmare to deal with. I 100% blame FromYouFlowers. Not an honest company.

I had a terrible experience, do not use them!!! I ordered Mother’s Day flowers with plenty of time and paid extra for them to be delivered over the weekend. On Saturday I received an email that delivery would be delayed until Tuesday. I received an email in Tuesday that they were delivered but they were not. On Wednesday I called and was told they would send another arrangement. No timeline was given and I was told I would not receive a confirmation email. These also were never delivered.

I had a bad experience with 1-800-flowers so I thought I will try FromYouFlowers.com. For starters I went through my order selection and it even let me know what was not available in the area. So I was shocked when the order confirmation came and it was being shipped via UPS not a local florist delivery. UPS was delayed in 84 degree weather and the order was not even close to what I ordered. I ordered seasonal bouquet flowers and they delivered red roses. It’s for a birthday not Valentine's!!!! This company is not worth your time or money.

I ordered a PREMIUM plant arrangement for my father-in-law's funeral. The PICTURE was a lovely saucer bowl full of beautiful green plants. It was serene and peaceful. I paid $58 for it. When we arrived at the funeral home I was disappointed and disgusted to see a 3 inch tall faux tree stump with 4 squished up little plants. I was mortified. When I called to make a complaint I was offered a partial refund. They refunded $8.06! That is an insult. They offered their apologies and they said the delivering florist also apologized. Do NOT use this company.

After this, I will take my complaint to the Better Business Bureau and other entities that will start looking at your business practices. This is not the first time I've had issues with your company. Order # **. I ordered a Fields of gold Mason Jar arrangement for my daughter's birthday to be delivered to school. I am very disappointed with what she received. It looks nothing like what I choose including no Mason Jar. The flowers are already wilting and the flowers came wrapped in a prefab cellophane flower wrapper. There are seriously about 10 flowers in the bouquet and they’re bloomed out. I could have bought the same thing at a grocery store for $25. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mom's birthday, and everything arrived on time. But when I saw them, I was shocked; they looked nothing like the photo! There were far fewer flowers, much fewer. Note, I paid almost $100 for this bouquet, and they look like a bouquet worth $30 at most. This is terrible, I am very upset. Today is my mom's special day, and I will have to absurdly explain to her that this is not what I ordered for her. I do not recommend this store to anyone. And yes, they offered me a 30% refund to my card. That's nothing.

I used to Order flowers from here with no issues. But today what was delivered was awful, in horrible condition. I called and the lady, who was hard to understand said they could deliver new flowers in 2 days. Then I decided to chat with someone via the website to ask if they can deliver in the morning. It said it was a live person but she kept typing the same sentence over and over and had me waiting for 10 minutes. So I ended the chat and called again. I got a guy who was hard to understand and he said they couldn't ensure it would be a morning delivery (even though on the website you can pay extra for morning delivery). So I've yet to see what gets delivered on Friday. Now the other strange thing is that I initially ordered the flowers 2 days ago and today I received a fraud alert from my bank. Now I can't help but to think this may be connected. I will never order from here again.

Ordered 2 bunches of flowers to be delivered 5/4 and 5/11. The 5/4 were for a birthday on that day, but weren't delivered because it was a "rural area" but found it no problem on the 6th. Second order placed for delivery 5/11- since it was supposed to be a gift, nobody was home to receive it, so instead of leaving the item, they "didn't deem it safe to do so". To rectify it the COMPANY offered to have them re delivered 5/14- got a message 5/14 to tell me the florist wasn't available. Oh and I should mention this was not a last minute order. The orders were placed 4/13. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau where they fibbed and said I wanted no contact- I said no calls, not no contact! The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because they refunded the costs for both deliveries and orders. But Never again!

I wish I could choose zero stars. They Mother’s Day flowers 5 days late. I paid for a deluxe $160 arrangement but she received what looks like a $20 bouquet from Whole Foods. Customer service sucks. I called and used their chat bots at least 8 times, investing at least 5 hours. They lie. They wanted my mom to stay home for delivery during their window of 8-6 for all five days. Altogether horrible experience.

False advertising, poor quality and customer service. What they advertise on their website and what they deliver are completely different. I ordered 2 bouquets for Mother's Day, and they looked so sad, disappointing, and different from what I purchased. You reach out to them about your order and they just give you a small credit to "fix" it. First picture is what was advertised and second one is what was received. Total scam! Horrible overall!

I strongly recommend using a different online florist. We paid for flowers to be delivered on May 11, the day BEFORE Mother's Day. We received emails that they were coming, but they were not delivered until the day AFTER Mother's Day. Two days late. And when they came, they were left on our porch in the 90+ degree weather. They were not packaged with anything to keep them cool or wet. The stems were dried out, with nothing to keep them moist at all. I wouldn't call them a bouquet. I will include a photo of what they were supposed to be and what they were. We asked for a refund and they were only willing to give a 30% discount. This is a crime. And really spoiled Mother's Day. If I could, I would have given them ZERO stars.

I live in another state from my mom and for Mother’s Day I thought it would be a good idea to surprise my mother with flowers being delivered to her. I was in a rush but now I know I won’t make the same mistake with buying from this company. I had put the date to be delivered by May 11 which I understand Mother’s Day weekend is a hassle but they still haven’t arrived and it is a couple days after. Next time I know to read the reviews before I buy from a scam place. I did call and they told me they would have them delivered the same day I called but I guess not. Don’t waste your time.

I've been experiencing so many issues with this service in my last few orders. The below is all from my most recent order: 1. They failed to deliver on the date I specified, again. 2. I reached out to them, and the tier-1 support used a random name (the chat window says I was chatting with **, but she introduced herself as YYY). Excuse me? 3. I asked for a supervisor. He promised a redelivery the next day and offered a 50% partial refund. I received an email confirmation with the refund amount and it was only $18.20 for the $49.99 product I ordered (fees and taxes excluded). 4. I was not happy with how what they told me and what they actually did were different, so I asked them just to cancel it for a full refund. They said it's now canceled and also they'd sent me an email confirmation, but I never received it.
5. I kept asking just to resend the confirmation email for the second refund for my record. They kept saying they'd sent it to whatever email address I used to place the order and it takes 1-3 business days to see it in my bank account, so just wait. I kept asking just to resend email for my record, again and again. They finally admitted that they can't issue a full refund as they've already issued a 50% partial refund, yes, after canceling the order, and yes, they just told me it's all done just a few minutes ago. What a smart way to steal customer's money... 6. I had some credit which I applied to this order, which is gone now (well, I don't think I need that any more anyway for obvious reasons).

This company claims they do same day delivery, but they actually cannot guarantee that when you order! they reach out to local florists and if no one can fill your order for that date, they don't tell you until you call them. I ordered on a Sunday for Monday delivery. When my order was not delivered by 4:30, I called and they told me that no local florist could fill it that day. It's a good concept but the website, communication, and support are absolutely terrible. I was trying to avoid using a big service like Amazon, but for reliability I'll have to next time.

This was the worst flower company I ever ordered from. What I ordered for $72 was worth $30. It came in a small box. I have sent to emails to this company along with photos and no response at all. I will never order from this company ever again. Wherever I can leave a review or not recommend this company I will. This was something special for my daughter. Horrible floral delivery and product! I ordered flowers for Mother's Day for my mom who lives out of state. Flowers arrived a day late. I overlooked that but my sister sent me photos of the flowers. They were wilted and you couldn't even tell what flowers they were from photo. The size was 1/2 the arrangement. I am embarrassed and shocked this company is still in business. When I called to complain they offered 20% discount. I said, "No, these flowers look like someone dug them out of the trash 2 weeks ago." They offered 30% discount.
I said, "I have photos I can send you and ask yourself is this what you'd send a loved one and pay $70." Then I got the excuse it was Mother's Day, they had a lot of orders. I said that's not my problem. A florist should know that is the busiest time of year for flowers and be prepared. Now I am sending flowers late and reordering elsewhere. NEVER AGAIN will I buy flowers from this company! WARNING, DO NOT USE FOR FLOWERS!

They were to be delivered the Saturday before. They didn't arrive-I called and was told different excuses (no weekend delivery-really?). I understand that this is a high volume holiday but a courtesy email should have been sent if there was going to be a delay. And trying to get a refund back? Absolutely impossible. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day. I was told the arrangement I first chose was not available, so I assumed local florists were used, as I had had this issue on other sites. The day I ordered was May 4, and asked for delivery on May 10. I was charged a weekend delivery charge, even though Friday is a standard working day. So, on Friday, after not hearing from my mom that she received the flowers, I checked the delivery status, and found they were actually coming by UPS, not a local. Then, there was a delay notice, caused by weather, and a new date of delivery for May 13. The tracking info showed they had been received May 10 in early am hours at OKC, the final destination hub.
Now, since I had paid for weekend delivery, they should have been going out on the weekend, so I waited, and hoped, but no luck. Instead they are out for delivery today. So, I contacted customer service, and there was only an email or chat option, and it went to a third party site. When I finally had the human, Steve, I was given an answer of it is on the truck and we won’t confirm delivery until the driver checks in… no addressing of the true problem of the delay, the weekend charge, or the non-local delivery. Then he disconnected the chat, without asking if I had a response. This company is deceitful. Do not use them.

Terrible. Just dreadful. Ordered Mother's Day flowers a week in advance. On Mother's day I checked the status of the delivery at 3PM...No delivery. 5pm...No delivery. Contacted support. They said wait til 6pm. Well, 7PM..No delivery. This was a special day for me and it was important for them to deliver these flowers to my mom. It's now 10pm and no delivery and I don't think they will get delivered at all. Their contact support was quick to get ahold of but are clearly outsourced to another country so all I got were generic copy and pasted answers rather than a sympathetic person. Oh yeah...the day after I ordered the flowers my emails were FLOODED with spam messages from them. Search "flowers" in your email and you'll see probably 50 emails from them. Terrible cheap website and marketing. They did offer a full refund, but that won't solve the ruined day. Will never use again.

I recently ordered flowers from this website with high hopes of delighting a loved one, but unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. Upon receiving the bouquet, it was immediately apparent that the flowers were of subpar quality. The blooms were wilted, discolored, and appeared to be past their prime. Not only did the flowers fail to meet my expectations, but they also fell short of the standards one would expect from a reputable floral service. There was no disclosure that Mother's Day flowers that I sent to my MIL were to be boxed. They were advertised as though they were florist arranged and delivered. I purchased a mylar balloon as well, and again, no where did it indicate that it was not a standard balloon. It was a small balloon on a stick in the same box delivered by UPS. Flowers were shorter than pictured, half the quantity and the vase had to be arranged by the recipient. I also sent Mother's Day flowers to my mother and scheduled a day earlier, by 4pm on Mother's Day (day after scheduled delivery date), they still were not delivered. I was refunded only 15% of my original purchase price and there was still no guarantee they would be delivered on Mother's Day. Stopping the delivery or getting a full refund was not resonating with the customer service rep and was not entertained. Still waiting on the delivery of the second order. Very dissatisfied and extremely disappointed.

I thought I was ordering from a local florist. Got slammed into this site. The flowers were very below standard. Delivered from UPS.. They were warm to the touch as I took them out of a box and put the bouquet together. Petals were coming off in the box, and as I put them into the vase, more came off. The organization is an absolute scam. I ordered a 115 dollar arrangement for Mother's Day. It was initially marked as delivered when nothing was received. I contacted customer service and threatened to report them for wire fraud. They subsequently delivered an arrangement that was several days old based in the appearance of the flowers, no candy or balloons and gave me a $35 credit. Total scam and a huge disappointment for my wife and daughter. Save your heartache and don't use them.

I am very pissed off. I ordered flowers earlier today and they said that they would be delivered either today which is the 13th or tomorrow which is Mother’s Day. I checked my email and around 8 PM it said that they were delivered and I am at work this weekend which is why I couldn’t pick them up and give them to my mom locally. It said they had been delivered and I had my mom go check. She could not find them anywhere so I called customer service and this guy said they could deliver them on Monday a day past Mother’s Day. I wished I could have read these reviews before ordering flowers for Mother's Day. I wouldn't have ordered and definitely would not order again from them. I see the resolution to all complaints is the same and nothing is done to improve their service. I requested a new arrangement be sent to my Mom to make-up for the missing and dead flowers, but their excuse was "your arrangement is no longer available to deliver." I asked what is available and they repeated their sincere apology and did not agree to re-send new flowers. Therefore, I requested a full refund. So, on Mother's Day, Mom got dead and missing flowers and I have to wait 1 to 3 business days for a refund. Embarrassing!!! (Look around the arrangement received, if you can call that arrangement vs the bouquet I paid for.)

My wife ordered, she def can't call but they won't help us get a refund as I'm just her husband. Transferred to supervisor, they never answered the line. Left on hold after being told I'm being transferred over. Go with a different company that doesn't use an Indian call center with no customer service skills. Beyond disappointed. I had great experiences before but this time was as if I received the reject bouquet from the grocery store that no one wanted. Flowers were wilted and the leaves were diseased and browning. The lilies will bloom after all the other flowers have died within the first 24 hours I received the bouquet. I have previously ordered from “FromYouFlowers” many times, and this is the first time I have been beyond disappointed with the arrangement and the delivery of bouquet I ordered.
The first disappointment was the delivery timing and incorrect notification shown through the website and initial “inquiry” I had about the delivery time. I was fully aware that my delivery may be delayed and delivered later in the evening (even beyond the “cut-off delivery time of 6:00 pm PST). My initial inquiry was just to understand the status of my flower arrangement delivery, which was made AFTER 5:00 pm PST. I was more than understanding if the arrangement would arrive a day later than my expected delivery timeframe.
However, what was frustrating and disappointing was shortly after my inquiry, the status of my arrangement had been changed to “Delivered”. Of course, that seemed to be a false statement and it made it appear as an attempt to “give false hope and assurances”, my flowers were delivered. I paid for same day delivery, and even with my attempts to be understanding, the attempt to falsely claim the arrangements arrived on time was borderline seditious and misleading.
After I called the customer service line, they assured me the arrangement would be delivered the next day. When I woke up this morning around 8:30 am, the arrangement had just been carelessly put on my front porch in a place that would invite anyone to steal the bouquet. After I thought the initial frustration of the delivery had passed, when I looked at the arrangement, the bouquet was not only small (like the size of the smaller valued arrangement), but the leaves and “bloomed” flowers were brown and wilted.
I chose the higher-priced arrangement, hoping it would at least live up to the standards I’ve seen before from this company. It was to my utter shock and disappointment that I received a bouquet that looks like I picked it up from the local grocery store with this being the reject bouquet left on a Christmas weekend. I understand that the bouquets will not always look exactly like the picture, but I would have least expected that the bouquet look somewhat similar in size and elegance. I have attached pictures of what I ordered and what I received.
A 50% refund was barely enough to cover the taxes and delivery fees, let alone the price of the arrangement. I beyond upset, and it makes me feel as if this website is a scam. Safeway and Costco has been looking arrangements than what I received, and half the price. But I chose to use this website because I had previous good experiences, but this has completely changed my perspective.

I ordered flowers for my mother, 20 stems of tulips, and when she received them they were slimy and rotten. Only a few of the stems had blooms on them. The others were falling off already or rotten. I demanded a refund, I paid $72 for them and From You Flowers offered me $15. I told them that wouldn’t do so they offered me 50% of what I paid. I will never use this company again. I buy flowers for my mom, who lives 2000 miles away and I expect to get what I paid for. This company is a fraud.

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered 3 Mothers Day Bouquets and paid for the deluxe version. The arrangements looked beautiful on the website. I paid $65+ for each bouquet. But what I ordered is not what was delivered. What was delivered was embarrassing! They were much smaller, a lot less stems than depicted in the website; the bouquets were awful. I, both, called and emailed. Over the phone, I was told they would redeliver by Mother's Day. However, via email, I was told they could not redeliver and I was only offered a $6.39 refund for one, $9.28 refund for another, and $13.93 refund for the third (15%, 20% and 30% respectively). I requested a full refund if they could not deliver what I paid for. I have not heard back photos of what was order vs received attached.

I ordered an arrangement that was to be delivered to my boyfriend's mother at work on a Friday. Online, it says deliveries to businesses will be completed between 9AM and 5PM. Around 4:30, I got concerned that the online tracker was still showing that nothing had been delivered. I tried to call customer service to make sure that it would be delivered before 5PM, but all they said was it will be delivered as soon as possible. By 5:45PM, I was concerned that the item had not been delivered because the recipient's workplace closed at 5:30. I called back and customer service just told me it will be delivered the next day. I said that it could not be delivered at that time because the office would be closed and all she said was "oh." I asked for the florist's phone number to see if I could retrieve the item myself.
Upon contacting them, they told me that they never received an order from From You Flowers.com. They said that sometimes From You Flowers will underprice items and expect the stores to fulfill orders for too low a price. They said that when this occurs, they will either decline the order or ask From You Flowers for a price adjustments. So the florist never processed my order. I was still charged for my order, but I have requested a refund. Stick to 1-800-Flowers or order from the florist directly to cut out the middle man.

I ordered flowers to surprise my best friend in another state for her very first mother's day. I paid for it to be delivered same day and made sure that she would be home to receive these flowers. I then got a message stating they were delivered and I checked with my best friend and she had received nothing at all. I called to see what was going on, customer service was absolutely horrid. No one could get ahold of this so called delivery driver because it was outside of their regular hours of service. Nobody knew a time the flowers would be delivered, it was absolutely horrible and now I have to figure out how to surprise my best friend for her first mother's day with something else quickly. Unfortunately, the flowers have still not arrived after 3 days even though I ordered a same day delivery. I was emailed the next day, after the the delivery date, and notified that the company was not able to deliver, with an apology. I was promised a delivery for the next day. Again, an email was sent the next day asking for the address again. Day 4 and the flowers have still not arrived nor was I reimbursed for the same day delivery charge as promised. Phone calls, emails, etc. did not support me. Terrible service!

The worst experience trying to buy mother's day flowers ever! I tried to review and change an online order on their clumsy website and my $50 order was tripled and deducted from my linked PayPal account WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION! Where do I start? I ordered 2 dozen red roses that was accompanied by a teddy bear and chocolates. I received 1 dozen of multicolored roses. This particular order was for my grandmother birthday and Mother’s Day. I reached out to customer service to see what happened to the other dozen of roses, and not only that why were they multicolored. They refunded me $12.00 as if that isn’t the taxes and delivery fee. I was also given a coupon, and promised a replacement order that never made it to my grandmother. I will never order from this site again.

Flowers are usually time-critical… now our kids don’t have flowers for prom, and they’re 2 days LATE, and won’t be here for prom! From you flowers offered 10% off, of flowers AFTER the event. What good is ordering flowers with TWO DAYS before an event if we still don’t have them. My boyfriend also used them for flowers for me, and in 24 hours a $75 bouquet was dead. Poor customer service that barely spoke English. I’m going viral with this. All around, horrendous. And the other reviews show it too.

Ordered a bouquet and a vase and stuffed teddy bear for my granddaughter who just got home from the hospital. The delivery proof pic was the UPS guy’s shoe on the ramp of his truck. No flowers in the photo. The flowers were dead and moldy. When I sent a photo that my family sent me, I forwarded it to the retailer. They offered me a 30% refund, then a 40% refund! I told them NO LESS THAN 100% since they were disgusting. They finally agreed after I said I’ll contact my CC company. I would not recommend them. Ordering from this company is a real hassle. I went to the site and ordered, all pricing was shown upfront, right up until the "pay now" screen, where it suddenly was $18 more, with no explanation! I've had this happen a few times, until I got sick of dealing with the bait and switch mode of business. My experience has been that the price you are quoted will never be honored at the end, and it's very hard to compare prices. They are not at all transparent.

I paid extra to have the flowers delivered early next day, it took them 2 days and 3 attempts to deliver the flowers... so the flowers were not at the location that should have been for event. When I ask them why the followers couldn't be delivered to the 2nd location they said driver will not deliver and will give us no reason! wow Insult to injury the flowers looked HORRIBLE, nothing like the pictures... then they offered me 2 credits but will only honor 1 credit refusing to admit they offered 2 credit even though I have the emails. NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

It was an emergency situation, and needed them delivered before 5pm. 4 hrs came and went, and no contact. I reached out and got an automated chat that only told me it's set to be delivered Friday. 5pm I get an email that my flowers will be delivered Saturday instead. Saturday came and another email....Monday they'll be delivered. Sunday I get an email saying the bouquet I bought is unavailable so they'll be making some substitutions. So 3 days late and a random bouquet.

I was sent some tulips for my birthday by my son who is in the Army. The flowers were cut and bundled together and placed in a vase with no water. Needless to say, the flowers wilted and died within 3 days, even though I followed the enclosed instructions. I emailed the company with photos and they told me the sender has to initiate the complaint. I told them that I wanted to spare them the embarrassment, and from this response, I doubt this company wants to resolve any issues or provide any compensation. Ordered a Christmas centerpiece and it was gorgeous. I then ordered one arrangement for Seattle and one for Henderson, NV just a few weeks ago. I was shocked at how cheap and ugly they were compared to my $80 price. I saw both delivered orders and I was embarrassed at how bad they looked. I complained about the second one, received a 30% discount and an apology from the florist. What I would have preferred is the name of the florist so I could avoid ever buying from them again and the online florist to do a better job of vetting their subcontractors. Will never use them again!

I ordered a bouquet of light pink roses as a congratulations gift for my daughter. I paid expedited fee for next-day shipping on top of the service fee they already charge. Rather than being delivered by a local florist directly to my daughter they were shipped via UPS. UPS left them in the office of my daughter's apartment building, at 5:02 p.m. on a Friday.
In other words, she was not able to retrieve the flowers due to her availability and the hours that the apartment office is open. I did reach out to for you flowers and they offered me a percentage of my order back for the inconvenience but that doesn't change the point that I spent almost $70 on flowers that, upon retrieval, were not the color of pink shown in the photo advertisement, had some broken flower heads making the dozen more like 10, and were just wilting away because they've sat in a UPS box for days. I do not recommend using this company. While my daughter was elated to have received them I feel like we should expect more from companies who promise us one thing yet deliver another.

That did not occur and I contacted them and they acknowledged they would; obviously they did not. No new flowers, just the dead ones, no refund to my account. $71 for dead flowers.

On April 12, 2024 I ordered flowers to my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my order was placed apparently with no problems. I requested flowers to be delivered on April 14 and the system accepted and charged my debit card. Until here no problem. On April 13 at night I received email from "Fromyouflowers.com" telling me that they WERE NOT able to deliver my order but they could do it on April 15 (after my anniversary). I can not understand how they WERE not able to deliver if date was still April 13! But anyway I did not need my flowers to be delivered on day after my anniversary! So I did not receive the service they promised and charged me. I requested full refund and they did. I am very disappointed with this service.

The arrangement was delivered late and was much smaller than what I ordered and paid for. I PAID EXTRA $$ for a larger arrangement, and the one that was delivered was barely as big as the smallest example photo. Extremely disappointed in the site and the local florist. I'll add reviews on both sites where I can. Photos attached. Their example was full - couldn't see ANY flower stalks.

Thanks to this company, my mom's birthday flowers did not get to her on time. I paid for a date for them to be delivered and they were not only one, but two days late. On the second day - after the delivery window of 9-6 p.m. - the flowers still had not arrived so it was going into day 3 of a delay. Customer service gave me the run around saying: "Please rest assured, your order is out for delivery and will be delivered soon." Maury said, "That was a lie." There were no other specific details as to why there was a delay or anything, so I asked for a full refund. I've ordered flowers from other companies for years and have never seen this before. I would not recommend them, especially for a specific occasion.

One-star for delivering on time but the quality and size of the flowers were well below expectations. I couldn't believe it was a "Large" bouquet; it was about the size of a small bouquet from Trader Joe's for 10x the cost. Then they started wilting after just two days. There are plenty of other flower delivery services. Avoid this one.

I ordered a $90 arrangement and paid extra to ensure that it was delivered within 4 hours. 4 hours later I received an email saying it had been delivered. An hour after that I called the recipient and they HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED. When I called they told me that it would be rescheduled for tomorrow. I live in the 6th largest city in the USA so it had nothing to do with a "rural area".

The roses I received looked nothing close to the bouquet I received. Additionally when I emailed to speak with someone I never received correspondence back. This shows me they do not care enough to even respond to my inquiry asking about the discrepancy between the picture and what I received.

Paid more money for flowers to go to the office of the where the recipient would be on Valentine's Day. They sent the wrong flowers a day early when the recipient wasn't even there. When I complained they said that was when they could get the flowers there and offered no compensation for the situation or the wrong flowers.

We ordered flowers for a funeral. I called to ensure they could deliver the flowers requested in the day requested and paid a expedited fee because it was the next day. They said they could deliver. I ordered the flowers online. However, 2 hours before the funeral, they called to say the flowers could not be delivered. It was a stand of flowers to be in the front of the church. They offered to deliver it to the deceased parents at a 20 % discount. We missed having flowers for the front of the church. Why would send the parents a standing arrangement of flowers? No offer to send a small bouquet to the family. They were only concerned about the only and preserving the order. I finally had them consent for a smaller bouquet for the family but we felt bad because the family was counting on it flowers. So we bought peace lilies on the way to the funeral. This did not bring peace in the day we needed it. I would not trust this service.

I ordered flowers that were never delivered. The customer service rep refunded $3 of a $19 delivery fee. I ordered flowers that had to be delivered today because my niece's senior oboe recital is being held tomorrow in another city and I wanted her parents to bring the flowers to her. This was the most unprofessional and disappointing experience. My flowers were never delivered. I had the most disappointing experience with FromYouFlowers. I placed an order for flowers to be delivered on April 10th, but they were never delivered. Not only was I left without the arrangement I had ordered, but the lack of communication from the company was incredibly frustrating. I reached out multiple times to inquire about the status of my order but received no response. I strongly advise against using From You Flowers for any floral needs. Their lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future and will make sure to share my negative experience with others to prevent them from going through the same ordeal.
