I ordered a arrangement for my granddaughter's 21st birthday. The flowers delivered looked brown and dead. The vase was different and the balloon was not delivered. It was very embarrassing to say the least. I was given a partial refund until I sent a photo of the awful flowers to customer service. Then I was given the remainder of the refund. Flowers like those should NEVER have been delivered in the first place. Apparently the local florist (?) has no idea what is ordered from your company and just grabs whatever is in the trash dumpster.

I understand that the delivery was confirmed by your local flower shop. But the recipient never seen it delivered. Delivered to a wrong house? Stolen at delivery? Those can happen I understand. But I have not heard back from the supervisor to whom my inquiry was escalated to. No flowers no response. I have to say “dissatisfied with the customer service.” Giving two stars not one because the service in the past was good.

The flowers and the chocolate covered strawberries arrived in a skinny box and it was obvious they had been in the delivery truck all day. The flowers were squished and looked awful. The chocolate on the strawberries had melted and were not edible. These were for my Mother’s 90th birthday. Was so disappointing.

The flowers delivered looked nothing at all like the photo I selected for my favorite uncle's funeral. They were a wilted mess lacking many of the flowers I expected to see in the vase. I will never use Fromyouflowers again. Forget about the cost - this was a total embarrassment for me.

I was notified at 6:10pm that the flowers had been delivered, though they had not been. This was for delivery to a business that closes at 5pm. Because of an unusual event I happened to still be on site. The Uber delivery man arrived at 7:50pm. No apology was offered.

I ordered flowers from them this morning and paid an extra fee for same day delivery by 6pm. 6:30 no flowers. I called customer service and was told “I assure you it will be delivered today, even though the tracking doesn’t show out for delivery. I didn’t pay for your assurances. I paid to have the flowers delivered by 6pm. I asked to cancel the order and a refund. The CSR offered to refund me 30% of my money. In what world does that make sense???!! Absolutely not. After speaking with a supervisor the CSR agreed to a 100% refund. You’re much better off using door dash or anyone other than this company. Save yourself the potential aggravation. Shop elsewhere. Lesson learned.

Flowers I ordered were supposed to be a spray in a vase. What they received was a round bouquet. Also, the vase was supposed to be silver with a cross, and it was a plain clear glass vase. Roses were also wilted on the second day.

We send fromyouflowers to family members when they have new babies. We’ve been doing it for a couple of years. We usually get the cheapest one and we haven’t had any issues and no complaints. We haven't really seen the pictures of them from the families, but they let us know that they got them and that they like them.

We weren't happy with the current place that we were using for Littler. I was in the market, and somebody told me about fromyouflowers.com. We've been using them for a couple of years now. I talked to someone, and we've been doing business ever since. We set up an online account, and we order at least once a week, if not more, from fromyouflowers.com.
I ordered one arrangement today for someone. He broke his hand. It's a gift basket full of candy bars to cheer him up. It's supposed to be delivered on Saturday. The handling fee and service charge are a bit. I can select 499 to have my order guaranteed to get there by noon, but I never do that because I've done it a couple of times and it never happened, and I still get charged the 499. But the pricing of the product itself is good.

I wanted to send flowers for my granddaughter and due to many scams online, I'm thankful for reviews to avoid problems, but I want to make note that prior to looking at reviews I called the company and asked if I could have their business license number to make sure the company was valid, when I asked for it the guy on phone and he said he cannot give me that information so I told him, "This is public information and you are to have it posted within your business facility for public to see or within your place of business," and he still refused. I really don't think they are operating legally because he would not give me this information.

I ordered a flower arrangement based on the beautiful photo advertised on the website, but what was delivered looked nothing like it. The bouquet was sparse, poorly arranged, and lacked the vibrant colors and fullness shown online. It honestly looked like something thrown together last minute. Not only was the quality disappointing, but the entire experience felt misleading. If you're going to advertise a premium product, you should deliver something that at least resembles it. I reached out to customer service, but the response was slow and unhelpful. This was meant to be a special gift, and instead it turned into a frustrating and embarrassing situation. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I’d caution others to think twice before trusting the photos on their site. I have attached a picture, 1-Website picture. 2-1 delivery. 3-2 attempt to fix the 1st mistake.

The only issue that I have had with ordering online with your company is that the zip code isn't available for the order and I have to choose again. Otherwise the ordering process is very simple and your prices very fair. My recipient was pleased with the flowers and they arrived on date requested.

I was not impressed with either the product or promptness of service. I wanted to send some flowers to a friend to cheer her up after going through some challenges. The arrangement was supposed to be delivered on Fri 8/22/25 but never arrived until 8/26. They arrived half dead as the florist never put any water caps on the ends of the stems. I sent the pictures to FYF and to their credit they immediately responded, had the order resent and gave me a partial credit. I discovered they contracted with a florist in IL and my friend lives in coastal OR. 2k+ miles away? Again no water to the flowers and they again arrived wilted. I sent them a picture of the replacement order and have received a full refund. But the aggravation is not worth it. So order if you so choose but be aware of what I and others have experienced.

The flowers were to have been delivered the morning of 9/11/2025, but were delivered the afternoon of September 4. No one was home to receive them, so it was left by the front door. Fortunately the recipient saw them as they were entering the garage. They were beautiful, and the recipient appreciated them, even though they preceded her birthday by a week!

First time customer and have to say the order did not meet my expectations due to most of the items not arriving. I initially ordered the bouquet, a balloon, a teddy bear & small box of chocolates with a personalized card. The only thing to arrive was the bouquet. Sadly disappointed and expressed my frustration with their team. They not only emailed me back promptly but also called to ensure my order could re-delivered and extended their deepest apologies. I was very pleased by the quick response & thanked them for showing compassion. The new delivery came the following morning and all was good. It's never easy receiving negative feedback but I'm glad I spoke up because they were pleasant & professional about it.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers and a teddy bear to be delivered to my daughter in law in the hospital to congratulate them on the birth of my grandson. I did specify that the occasion was "a new birth". But there was no option to specify which gender. My son and daughter in law recieved the correct flowers, but in pink wrapping, with an It's A Girl ornament and a lamb holding a pink blanket. This is not what I ordered. I contacted From You Flowers and was told they'd refund me 20% of my cost (which I still have not seen), and a coupon for a future order (to be used in 5 days). 🙄 I asked them to correct the order, by at very least switching out the stuffed animal and ornament, as the flowers thermals were beautiful. They agreed that they would reschedule a delivery and make it right. They never did.

Shop ANYWHERE else. My brother-in-law passed away so we sent flowers right away. We paid extra to have the flowers delivered the same day. We waited all day and the flowers had not been delivered. This was on a Saturday. I called customer service and the woman said the flowers had not been delivered because they were "busy" because of the Labor Day holiday. I ordered the flowers at 9:00am. They did not call, text or email me that they would not be delivering the flowers. I could have gone somewhere else. She told me the best they could do was have them delivered on Tuesday, after the holiday.
I cancelled the order and went to a local florist which I should have done in the first place. I am so sick of professional companies acting so incompetent with no regard for their customers. I will never, let me repeat that, I WILL NEVER shop at fromyouflowers again. Fromyouflowers dropped the ball big time and did not really seem to care.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER – DO NOT USE FROMYOUFLOWERS. If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a $200 standing spray for a dear friend’s funeral service. The flowers were supposed to be delivered to the funeral home before the service. I checked on the order multiple times—three times Friday, four times today—and each time I was assured the flowers would arrive on time. At 6:15 pm tonight, less than 24 hours before the funeral, I was told the florist never delivered them. To make matters worse, I was informed the florist is closed on Sundays and the “best they could do” is deliver to my friend’s home on TUESDAY. A standing spray meant for a funeral home is completely inappropriate for home delivery.
This is beyond unacceptable. Not only did they take my money and fail to deliver, but they also caused additional stress during a time of grief. A funeral is a one-time event—you cannot just “deliver later.” Their false assurances, lack of accountability, and inability to resolve the situation are appalling. fromyouflowers is unreliable, unprofessional, and downright heartless. If you are considering ordering flowers for an important life event, especially something as sacred as a funeral, look elsewhere. This company cannot be trusted with life’s most meaningful moments.

I ordered flowers from this website to be delivered to my wife, who is currently in the hospital. I paid extra for same-day delivery, thinking this would be the fastest and most reliable way to surprise her during a very difficult time. Unfortunately, the flowers never arrived that day. When I called that evening, the representative assured me the order would be delivered before 11am the following morning. Once again, nothing showed up. I called back a second time, and they promised delivery before 5 pm that day. And guess what? Still nothing. At this point, I had wasted two entire days waiting and calling, stressing over something that should have been simple. Instead of making things right, the company kept making empty promises until I had no choice but to cancel the order altogether.
This is not just poor service — it’s completely unacceptable. They failed to deliver on every promise, wasted my time, and caused unnecessary frustration while my wife is in the hospital. A flower delivery service should provide reliability, care, and professionalism, especially when people are ordering for meaningful occasions. This company did the exact opposite. If you value your time, your money, and the special moments you’re trying to celebrate or support, do yourself a favor and avoid this business entirely. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and in my experience, completely untrustworthy.

Awful company and customer service. Will never use again. Placed an order for a sympathy floral arrangement to be delivered to a verified address. Received delivery confirmation email, but recipient never received the arrangement. Called company. Customer service rep apologized and said redelivery will happen and I'll receive an email shortly. Neither ever happened. Called again and got the same run around. After hearing the same song and dance, I demanded a full refund. I'll take my business elsewhere. I’ve used this company many times and they never get it right. Nickel and dimed to death for delivery fees, expedited delivery only for them to not deliver when they say they will. They’ve now ruined multiple occasions with only a “please accept our apologies…” and still keeping the money. My bad for allowing myself to be here again today. Never again.

I order 2 dozen red roses, a bear and a chocolate box for my nanny who is on her deathbed. I paid express shipping. The flowers were not delivered and no one contacted me. I had to call 3 times. They wanted to refund me then charge me again but wait 3-5 business days to receive their refund. My nanny will not be on this earth in 3 days. Do not use this service. It is a scam

I have used this service before with mixed results. Generally my complaint is that the flowers never resemble what the picture says it will. This time however I experienced a total non delivery when they said the flowers were delivered. I sent flowers to celebrate my Aunt's 90th birthday. I don't know if FYF figured one or both of us were senile and I wouldn't check, but no flowers arrived. I was charged almost a month before the desired day. I got no response from customer service by email and when I called they said they were waiting on a response from the florist, since it was a holiday weekend it would be delayed. After another week went by, I filed for a credit card dispute.
When I finally got someone they said I would have to remove the dispute for them to research the issue. We are a month out and no response. I explained I was not paying for something I didn't receive. So I guess we are at a stalemate and my Aunt never received one posie. Please think twice about using these scam artists. A reputable business would have sent the flowers and not given a song and dance.

I ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered on my anniversary which happened to be on a Sunday. I paid extra for the Sunday delivery. Sunday I got an email saying they wouldn't be delivered but they would deliver them on Monday. They refunded my extra pay for Sunday delivery. I told them that wouldn't do. My anniversary was Sunday, NOT Monday. I had to contact them again and they did give me a full refund however, DON'T promise a delivery on a certain day and then back out ON that day. I will find a different flower delivery service.

Original Review: I’ve used this service twice now with issues. Once for my father in law's funeral. I paid extra for a banner and the words were handwritten with a Sharpie pen and looked very ugly. I paid for an upgrade and the arrangement was still sparse. I was very embarrassed. A few days ago I had a Teddy Bear and balloon sent to the hospital. They never arrived. The florist told the company that it WAS delivered and even the time it was delivered. Now a few days later I’m told it was not delivered because there was no room number. So the florist lied!!!!

I had a difficult time getting flowers ordered online from this florist, so I called the order in. The man taking the order had me repeat "everything" ...and it took about 25 minutes to take a 5 minute order, awful. My instructions were very clear: deliver to Epps Funeral Home, the deceased was named, at 10a.m. Friday 7/18/25. I was disappointed that my cousins didn't receive flowers for their Mother's funeral.😔 So today Sunday 7/20/25 I was sent a message from the florist stating my order was cancelled due to instructions not completed? The actual reason was because they did not have a valid florist in Lake Wales as advertised. Then they offered to deliver too late on 7/22/25? (See their email attached).
This vendor claimed in email that they tried to make contact several times, although I just saw the emails today, they were at fault of not having a florist, as well wasn't able to deliver on time. (See attached cancellation dated today 7/20/25), and attached inability to deliver as shown on attached receipt... No excuse for poor customer service. I would not recommend this florist to anyone, this incident is unacceptable -aka- bad business. I wouldn't have rated one star; but not an option for zero stars.

I will never order from this company again. I ordered flowers to be delivered on a Friday as a surprise to my friend for opening day of her show. I thought it was odd that around 3:40pm I had not received a text from her or any communication from FYF. So I tracked the order to see that there was no movement. I called customer service who then decided they wanted let me know that they could not find a florist to complete the order. Why was I not contacted previously? Why did no one let me know what was going on? After some conversation they refunded my same day delivery fee of $2.99 (yay :/), upgraded the arrangement, and promised they would be delivered the next day. I was mad but ok that was fine.
Next day rolls around and again, crickets. So I reach out AGAIN to find out the SAME THING HAPPENED WITH NO COMMUNICATION. Of course they are “so sorry and apologize for the inconvenience”. At my wits' end I explained firmly that I wanted a refund, I would not be ordering from them again, and an arrangement still needed to be sent due to their negligence. Their solution was to give me a $20 gift card and send a $50 arrangement which was way less than the original arrangement paid for. Absolutely not. I got the refund and was again promised the same upgraded arrangement would be sent on Monday along with an apology from the company to my friend.
Monday comes along and I receive a call stating that the florist they used could not deliver that day and it would be the next day. I lost it. How incompetent is this company? I paid for a delivery on Friday that got cancelled and moved to Saturday. Saturday's delivery gets cancelled and moved to Monday. And you want to cancel it again?! This is absurd.
After going back and forth and being offered pennies for my inconvenience, I had to threaten a bad review, contact to the BBB, and give them the bright idea of finding another florist who could deliver that day and that nothing other than that would be acceptable. They took that idea and ran with it. Flowers got delivered finally, but the quality was nowhere near what should have been sent for the trouble that was ensued. I stand by my statement of I will never order from them again and I will tell everyone else not to do so as well.

Well, my experience so far has not been good, and the flowers haven't even been delivered yet. I have never heard of ordering flowers online and having them come in a box by UPS. I thought I was ordering from a website and using a local florist. I live in NC and these flowers are coming from Ohio. Good grief! They say they come in a gift box. Well, maybe they should show that on their website. I googled the box, and it looks like a brown box just like any other shipment. How very impersonal. I will certainly not use these guys again, regardless of how the flowers look. It loses its personal touch of flower delivery. Awful! Oh, of course they say if you order same day it will be delivered by a local florist. Seriously! I thought giving them more time they would be able to use a local florist. I feel like I made a big mistake, and it cost over $120.00.

Horrible service. My order wasn't delivered on time. It was my best friend Birthday. I called, chatted - they were blaming UPS. But UPS didn't even get my package. They offered me 20% reimbursement. My order was $117.55, but they reimbursed $7.62. They exclude add-ons, delivery fee, taxes. OK. My bouquet was $79.99 (flowers and strawberries), they said that they also exclude strawberries. But bouquet and strawberries was one deal! My whole order wasn't delivered on time, why they break it apart! Horrible, horrible.

This company has a nice website and will communicate with you when things go wrong; but, they just didn't come through for me whether it was getting the flowers on time, getting the quality of flowers ordered, or even getting a replacement order of flowers delivered. One mistake after another--they talked nicely but didn't produce ... and the brownies are just store bought and lacking quality as well. But, when they sent my granddaughter 8 flowers based on a picture showing 18, that is a sad commentary.

I recently placed an order and when I was tracking it, I discovered the flowers were sitting on a truck for 3 days and then I find out they will be delivered a day late so that is 4 days of flowers sitting on a truck. These are the WORST flowers (yellow roses) I have ever ordered, EVER! They were delivered late afternoon on 6/6/25 and put in water about 20 minutes after delivery. They didn't look that great in the box but I figured they would perk up. Wrong. By this morning, 6/8/25, they're ALREADY DYING! The petals are falling off, they're drooping, and have zero signs of opening and blooming. I emailed From You Flowers and they did respond promptly, apologized, provided a 30% refund, and said they notified the local florist. I usually order from 1-800-Flowers but they were offering a special on roses so I tried them. First--and last--order.
UPDATE: I replied to their email to thank them for the 30% discount and told them they're not worth the 70% I paid. They just offered an additional 20% discount for a total of 50%. Appreciated, but they're still not worth it. Worse, the special occasion (81st birthday) these flowers were intended to celebrate is ruined and I need to buy more flowers.

I placed a order on Wednesday, May 28th at 10:30 p.m. to be delivered on May 30th, 25. The funeral was scheduled to start at 10:00 a.m. sharp and it did without the flower that I ordered in faith that they would make it there. Well, they arrived at "10:52 a.m." Almost one hour behind schedule so the FAMILY NEVER SEEN THEM!!!!! The usher couldn't bring them so they were set in the hallway until it was time to go to the cemetery!!!!! This was a group effort to show support for a ex co-worker who lost their MOTHER! IT was a total of "6" of us that put in on the flower and my ex co-worker of 32 years didn't even see the Banner showing support or the Darn Flower. I'm so upset about this customer service!!!!

My 3 children sent me irises & tulips + vase for Mother's Day ordered from you. The box arrived Thursday, May 8. There was no message card included in the box--only an empty card holder--, so I asked my daughter to screenshot her order (pic 1) so I could see what the message said. The thumbnail in the screenshot of the order is very misleading; it appears to show 10 tulips & 20 irises, in full bloom and beautiful--I received 10 tulips & 10 irises. When I got the flowers, I followed the instructions on the packet to mix the solution, clip the stems and arrange them in the vase that came. I have received irises and tulips for many years, and they have all bloomed.
Intending to send my kids a thank you on Mother's Day, I waited until May 11th to take a pic, expecting the tulips and irises to be fully bloomed and opened by then. Needless to say, I was very disappointed because only 3 of the 10 irises opened (pic 2)--the rest of the irises have never opened and withered on the stalks (pic 3)--one was broken and DOA in the box. I have let my children know these issues so they will use a different flower company the next time they order flowers for me.

My daughter loves lilies so I figured for her 8th grade graduation, I would get her some. I will say, delivery was top notch. They came in super fast. Great packaging. They looked fantastic! I did have them delivered 3 days early because the description said that they can take 1-3 days to bloom and obviously I don't want to hand her flowers that aren't bloomed. Well today is day 10. 3 flowers out of, I don't even know how many, are bloomed, 2 of which look beautiful. Sadly, the others are still in buds and dying. It's actually so sad and disappointing. I paid wayyyyy too much money for that to happen so I reached out on the chat option on their website. I was offered a 30% refund. Uh....no? Are you kidding me? They then up it to 50%. Uh....No...That's still absolutely ridiculous. These flowers should be blooming and gorgeous by now! They get an attitude and ask how I want to proceed.

I ordered flowers for my sons kindergarten graduation and got exactly what I wanted. They arrived a few hours late (good thing I set the delivery date for two days before the event) although I paid for expedited shipping but I was promptly refunded for that fee. Customer service was very helpful within just a few minutes. The first picture is a larger version of what I ordered and the second picture is what I received. I paid about $55 altogether.

Ordered flowers three weeks in advance for Mother’s Day. Paid extra for the Sunday delivery. Flowers didn’t arrive until Monday after 5pm. I ordered the premium Utopian Sunflower Garden and got what looked to me like a bunch of whatever was left over. This looks more like a bait and switch scam than an actual legitimate business. You’ll be better off going to the local grocery store and florist and doing your own arrangement. If that’s not an option, look elsewhere.

I ordered the premium version and got a pathetic arrangement. The site states there may be substitutions, but it definitely did not match the theme of “rainbow” nor was it to par for a premium set. This was located in Sacramento, CA.

The flowers they sent didn’t even come close to what I paid for. They burned me before but I reluctantly gave them another chance. 2nd time they did this! Apparently this is how they operate. Shame on whomever is responsible. To me their name is mud.

Absolutely disappointed. I ordered roses and chocolate-covered strawberries for Mother’s Day and what arrived was unacceptable — the strawberries were completely melted, and the flowers were wilted and lifeless. I reached out to customer service with photos and got no response at all. Not only was the gift ruined, but the lack of communication made it even worse. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Total waste of money and a ruined special occasion.

I made 2 orders for Mother's Day and paid 9.99 for each order to ensure on time delivery. One was made on time, the other is scheduled to be delivered today, 2 days late. I chatted with someone at From You. They use overseas support. They told me the delay was because of the carrier and that they would check into it. Here's my problem. I purchased the Flowers from From You, not the carrier. From You chose the carrier. They don't get to defer blame to the carrier when deliveries aren't met. They picked the carrier. Also, when I asked for the delivery charge to be credited, they offered me a coupon instead. Now why would I want a coupon for a future purchase when I had problems with this one. I told the agent I preferred the credit. We'll see what happens. I am not at all impressed.

Awful! Ugly. Cheap! I spent close to $85 for a boutique they had on their website but what they delivered was horrible with full of twigs and it looked like a gardener tossed a bunch of yard clippings in a pickle jar and tossed it on the front porch. My mom and I received flowers for Mother's Day. Mine came on the Friday before and the Roses were brown on the edges while the other flowers were wilted. I had to throw some of the greenery away and cut the long stem roses that came with a very short vase. My mom's flowers stayed they were delivered but never came. When I looked on my ring, the man put them down and then took them back. We received her flowers today. The man never rang the bell, there were 6 roses, 1 carnation and some baby's breathes. The 6 roses were mismatched in length and brown. The pink plastic vase was cracked so by the end of dinner the water was all over the table. Furthermore, the font on the card was so small my mom couldn't read it. We were extremely disappointed.

Horrible, paid for premium and got an economical version of some crazy color scheme that was not even close to the online picture and with one sunflower. There should have been at least 6 sunflowers. Beware of these online businesses that justify their craziness with fine print.. Substitutions may be needed sure, but at least come close to the product that was advertised and bought! Buy in person if possible to guarantee satisfaction. The picture with 3 sunflowers is the economical version of the premium product I purchased. The other picture is what was received.

Horrible!!! Run!!! I order 2 bouquets for Mother’s Day. One for my mother and one for my daughter that was to be from her kids. The one from for my mom, she had to put the bouquet together herself and wasn’t anything like it was suppose to be. Same for my daughter but hers at least came put together. Spend over $100 on my mom’s and when I contacted customer service, they offered 20% refund but then only refunded $13. Customer service offered refund for my daughter’s bouquet of 20% of $65 and but got $28. Apparently math isn’t their forte either. Very very unhappy!! Never will use this company again.

You probably won’t post this but I ordered Mothers Day Flowers, a dozen roses and a Mother's Day Vase to be delivered Saturday 5/10/2025 for an extra fee. It went from 42.99 plus 12.00 for the vase. The total fee was 87.80. I didn’t get the Mother's Day Vase and they only refunded me $9.42 which is less than the costs of the vase. That’s ridiculous. It states 100% satisfaction. The customer service Rep said that it’s because it’s Mother’s Day and it’s busy. That’s no excuse. If you can’t deliver on your promise and then don’t refund me the right amount, your business has no business being in the flower business. I will never recommend you. And not only did you not refund me $9.42, you took it out of my card instead of giving me credit. Do Better!

2nd time my order was not delivered - for a Mother’s Day order! Do not use this company, it is the last time I will use them after being a long-time customer. I ordered a week in advance only for the customer service rep I called to tell me the vendor rejected the order the day of… not only should they have never used such an unprofessional vendor that had a week to notify them they will reject the order, but I had to investing this myself- no call from From You Flowers to notify me, not update on my online order status (it just said ‘delivery scheduled’ - totally unacceptable.) And then they only offered me a $20 credit with my refund. What a joke, it was a $70 order, if they wanted to keep my business, they should have offered me a full $70 credit in addition to my refund. $20 credit doesn’t make up for my mom not receiving ANYTHING from me now on Mother’s Day. Shame on this service - DO NOT USE. They probably won’t even publish this review.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. I've used fromyouflowers.com in the past and hadn't had any issues until now, Mother's Day. I paid a premium for a very special bouquet for my mother. I even paid the extra delivery fee in order for her to receive them the Friday before Mother's Day. She was delivered her bouquet two days early (so why did I pay the extra delivery fee???) AND they weren't even the flowers I ordered! They weren't even the same color! They looked like an 8 year child put them together with grocery store flowers and used a ton of green filler that buried the flowers. I was assured that my flowers were still with the florist and my bouquet would be delivered. Then I received an email saying my flowers were delivered and gave the correct date - May 9. This email came on May 8. Oh? You can deliver in the future now?
Called again and after escalating my issue to a manager I was assured that we would get the correct flowers on Friday. We did not. Saturday now and I was basically told that I'm out of luck and if I wanted flowers they would have to wait until the 15th. I was offered a measly 30% back, and not even the extra fee I paid for a certain day delivery. I will never use this company again.

Original Review: I received these flowers from my daughter for Mother's Day. I opened the package to brown tipped flowers. The stems were not in any kind of water so they were all brown and hard. As I separated the flowers to salvage what I could, the stems were breaking. As you can see by the picture, some of the flowers were already molding. I'm hoping they will be honest enough to refund my daughter for terrible flowers that were already dying.

Instead, I received a cheap bouquet of yellow tulips worth maybe $30? They arrived in a garish red vase. YELLOW flowers signify friendship, not love! And my husband knows I hate yellow. I have ordered from here multiple times and never an issue. I ordered a mother's day package of roses, vase and a dozen chocolate covered strawberries. The flowers arrived wilted and choc. berries melted and mushed. I was on chat with customer service or almost 2 hours and multiple people. They said they could refund me 50% and resend the package. Well, when I received my refund, it was NOT 50%. When I brought this to their attention, they told me it was 50% of the arrangement. Which also did not make sense as it still didn't add up right. Waste of time. Horrible customer service and will NEVER use them again.

I am completely horrified with the terrible condition of my order! I have never seen anything so disappointing especially as a gift for my fiance. I wrongfully assumed they would come from a local florist, not from Dallas Tx. two days prior to delivery. They look like they were dragged behind the truck all the way from Tx. to Ark. One rose bloom was broken off, another had mold on it. The "spray" was in complete disarray. It looks like someone grabbed a handful of flowers and stuffed them in a box. I could easily have jerked some from my neighbor's alley and had a better result. What an embarrassment to have sent such junk to my girl.

Ordered Cotton Candy arrangement. What was delivered looked nothing like the picture online. Customer service first offered 20% refund, then 30% more. When I contacted this business they have no record of my purchase or transaction but they were paid in full through my PayPal account. Do not use this business. I spoke with 4 individuals who could barely speak English or understand English. Not a trustworthy business for purchasing flower arrangements. I never received a receipt or email confirmation.

I have tried them in the past for special occasions, and it seems as if it is a repeated cycle. I paid early that morning. They took the money off the card immediately and I tracked it throughout the day and it did say processing, and the website states that during home deliveries would be between 96 and business deliveries are between nine and five. The same thing happened. Last time was not there on time, kept getting apologies then they told me they would contact the florist and here it is after 7 o’clock at night. I tried to be a repeat customer, but the same thing keeps happening, poor service.

The agent tells me they are now going to be there before 6! Then I see tons of other people tagging them with horrible reviews in terms of service and quality of flowers! This is my first time using them and I will never make that mistake again! Also noteworthy, their FB reviews are turned off, so that should be your red flag

I have never posted a negative review, but I believe a business should stand by its product and have good customer service. I received flowers from this company, which were shipped UPS ground and took 6 days to arrive. Clearly fresh flowers would not survive, and after multiple emails and photos, I received automated emails stating they would resolve the issue. Eight days later, I didn't hear back. It's not worth my time or effort to continue reaching out to this company. If you cannot stand by your products, customers should know in advance and shop elsewhere.

Buyer Beware. Ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday and you can see the sad little Temu version bouquet she was sent. To make matters worse they’re all of their customer service agents are in India and difficult to understand. I hung up and was called back by someone who spoke more clearly. He offered to refund me $9.50 since I’m a “valued customer”. Lol This doesn’t even cover the delivery fee. What an insult. Then he offered to have the flowers re-delivered to which I agreed. We’ll see how that goes but I’m really disappointed because these florist know better.

Flowers were nothing like the picture. The few roses that they gave me in the mix were already dying on the day of delivery. It's so upsetting when it looks nothing like what you ordered. Even upgraded to the premium, ha it's far from premium. They were terrible and embarrassing. It's been a week, and I submitted feedback that day 3/12. Only wanted to offer a small percentage back. I told them that, that was not good enough. I paid just about $100! They claimed it would be redelivered when they received a "fresh" shipment. It's been a week 3/19 still nothing. Absolutely ridiculous. I wish that I would have read reviews before ordering, I would of RAN.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have ordered from them several times and each time was worse than the other. Ordered and paid extra first for "guaranteed delivery today" then paid another service charge for "guaranteed delivery within 4 hours". It's been over 5 hours and I called in and the overseas call center told me they could only refund the "delivery within 4 hours" fee. This company is unreliable and their customer service is poor. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with an online floral delivery service. Ordered flowers for a teacher that was feeling a little overwhelmed. Sent them to her school, and I made a mistake with the address (transposed some numbers), but the name of the school was in the first line of the delivery information. I never heard back from the teacher, and I got a message that the delivery was completed. When I asked her husband if she got the flowers, her response was no. I called the FYF help line, and since I made the mistake on the address (in my opinion, between the name of the school, my phone number, and the recipient phone number could have been corrected) the best they could do was a 20% discount.
I told them no thanks and went to a local supermarket to order a next day delivery. When I got home there was an email from FYF offering to re-deliver the flowers, so I went back to the supermarket and cancelled their order. The next day the order was still not delivered. In the end, I did get a refund from FYF and bought my own arrangement at a supermarket and delivered them myself. So much for a surprise! Also, they would not reveal the name of the local florist so I could get them from the shop and deliver them myself.

Scam company. Delivery man stole flowers and marked them as delivered. Then company refused to offer a refund until I literally threatened to take them to court over a week later. Have footage of them never being delivered and voicemail from delivery man stating “he could not find our apartment and was leaving the area” - reporting the delivery driver to local authorities based off his phone number

On the 13th of February I ordered **. They were an expedited order for which was supposed to be delivered by noon on Feb 14th I was charged 95 for long stem roses a vase and a Mylar balloon. When they did not arrive by 3 pm I contacted customer service, was given the expedited order refund and assured they were out for delivery and would arrive by 6 pm. At 10:30 pm I called back and was told they were a drop ship order coming from California and would arrive by 12 noon on Monday the seventh. After arguing with phone rep I told him I did not want them he to refund. My order he canceled them in the system. I Received an email stating I Would be refunded entire order.
I Ordered flowers from a local Florist that came Saturday with a Mylar balloon. The package did arrive on Monday I am glad I canceled the order. Flowers were in box with no water for 4 days, were black at tips, no water capsules, a vase was included and a Mylar balloon the size of what come with a teddy bear was in packaging, the roses were not long stem, they looked like a 15 dollar set from Shop Rite. I was pathetic and a total waste of money and time. They didn’t even compare to a local florist and price was the same. I will never use your service

I ordered a large flower arrangement for Valentine's day. Their website advertises same day delivery. When I placed the order it guaranteed same day delivery but then indicated delivery on 14th-15th. I was fine with the flowers arriving 1 day late. In reality the flowers arrived 4 days late! I had also paid for an upgrade for a larger flower arrangement. The arrangement that arrived was beautiful, but very small and very underwhelming. I will NOT be ordering flowers from this company in the future and would recommend you order flowers from a different company.

Customer service folks have NO way to contact the local florist who is handling the order and hence, they have no idea where the flowers are. At no point in the afternoon was I given an update on my order. Completely unacceptable. So much stress for the customer to have to track down the order. Very disappointing.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine’s Day 2025. They did not show and was told that they would be delivered on February 15, 2025 end of day. I received email confirmation that they were delivered but my recipient did not receive any flowers. I contacted customer service and they told me that they will connect back. I took the initiative to connect back because as of Wednesday there were still no delivery. However, I received an email on Sunday saying they had been delivered at zero hours. Reached out to customer service chat again and was told rest assured the flowers were delivered on February 16, 2025. This was even after telling them my recipient did not receive any flowers to date.
When I reminded them of that they informed me that the flower delivery shop will send them a confirmation once the delivery has been completed. I asked them to clarify as they just told me the delivery had been completed and then now they’re telling me it’s not completed. They ignored my questions and informed me they would give me a 20% discount which does not even cover the same day delivery fee that never happened. What I asked for was for it to be delivered to the address that I put on the receipt and I wanted a bigger bouquet…. To resolve keep in mind this is a pleasant conversation and I’m not being rude as I work in a Call Center as a manager and I understand it can be rough, especially when things go wrong.
The response that I got back was a full refund has been processed. What does that mean? I didn’t ask for a full refund? I gave the opportunity to make it right with me and they flat out canceled my order and I have zero explanation as to what happened, Etc… But now I have to wait up to three days to get my money back. Re-order flowers to be sent even though the surprise has been ruined.

Made a purchase for Valentine's Day. The bouquet was priced right and had guaranteed delivery window. These were all great things. The big problem was the flowers were of very poor quality...wilting within a day. Looked pathetic after 2 days (in appropriate temperature water and ambient temperature). I've had consistently better quality from Walmart. Upon calling was originally told I could get 20% credit refunded. After discussing it, I was told I could get a replacement arrangement. The replacement was a sad looking, tiny arrangement. I wish I had known the reviews prior to ordering. Stay away or press your luck.

A phone support agent offered a partial refund with guaranteed delivery two days after the missed delivery. That delivery never happened. HORRIBLE! Ordered flowers for my wife on Valentine’s Day since I would be out of town in Washington. Tracked the delivery and notified my daughter who was home to be in the lookout. Talked with my daughter at 4:45 PM, no flowers. Checked tracking. Still in route. Attempted calling sat on hold for 15 minutes. Checked frequently asked questions and one said delivery to residences by 6 PM. Checked tracking at 6:10 said delivered. Called daughter and she said no. I had her check outside and she said only fresh snow and no prints anywhere. I tried calling again. No luck. Tried the AI assistant and no luck. Waited on the phone for 20 minutes. Nothing but crickets. Sent email viewing my disappointment and requesting answers and a refund. Received an email showing the timeline of my conversation.
You can see the silence for 28 minutes and then allegedly someone said hello then chat ended. I had photos of my chat with time stamps so I called their bluff. They then sent an email stating I’d get a full refund. Big effen deal! When I returned from Washington I had to convince my wife I tried. We are still working things out. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

The experience we had with fromyouflowers.com was extremely poor. My wife was supposed to get a package of a dozen beautiful roses, a teddy bear, chocolates and a card with a personalized message from me. We got the flowers (five hours late), they were buds, a couple of which were drooping when we got them, the next morning (after my wife cut off the bottoms and put them in fresh water the night before), nine were bent at the necks and drooping). We were supposed to get the bear, chocolates and a personalized card as well, only the chocolates made the trip.
I got the advertisement for a promotional bundle (with a 20% discount and free shipping) through my VA services newsletter, I ordered without doing due diligence. I didn’t get the discount or free shipping (there was no shipping cost on the invoice, but a “delivery fee” [rrrrrgghh!!]). When we called to complain, we were offered 20% refunded to our account. I accepted the minuscule recompense and the life lesson with aplomb.

Absolutely horrible!!! My husband is the type who always orders the biggest and the best. Well, boy, oh boy did he get scammed this time. He ordered 2 dozen red roses with a little bear and a little box of candy. His order came to $122 with shipping. When the flowers arrived, he was embarrassed to give them to me because they looked nothing like the way they were advertised. When I eventually saw the flowers, my eyes dropped because I knew that he was embarrassed by them. I could not even hide my disappointment and all I could say is, “At least you tried.” However, every time I looked at those flowers, all I could think was, “ I can’t wait until it’s time for me to throw them away.” Then it dawned on me, The time is now because they’re already dead!”
The roses were extremely small, dry, and the tops were turned black. All of the green leaves were crumbling. As I keep looking at them, and realizing that my husband got beat, I called the company to complain. Well, that’s another story within itself. The representative spoke with me a very heavy accent and I could barely understand her. She did offer to send me another set of flowers at no charge but I declined that offer as Valentine's Day was now over and I also did not expect a new batch to be any better than the previous. Then the receptionist offered me $20 as a refund as if she was doing me a favor. How dare she!!! I was soooo offended and hit the ceiling!!!
Why should I accept $20 when $122 was paid. She would not budge until I told her that I was going to go on social media and give this company a bad review on every site there is. That’s when she suddenly offered me a full refund. After I got the refund, I went online to read the reviews of others. Not to my surprise, they all basically gave this company one star, the same as me, and their experience was almost identical. Know that I would post a picture along with this review but the site is conveniently having a problem in letting me upload. In closing, save yourself a headache and scroll right past this site. They are HORRIBLE!!!!

I was completely disappointed with the quality of the order, I understand the flowers are sent in early blooming (bud) form and will blossom within a day or two to ensure freshness and appearance upon arrival. But, after opening the box to prepare for presenting them to my wife the roses are droopy and soft and sagging over, the leaves are falling off and the flower buds are EXTREMELY FLAT and matted together. The teddy bear is terrible, the scarf around its neck is torn and looks like it is burnt on one end, and the ears are pressed flat and look like it is so poorly manufactured. The joke of a balloon is barely 2-3 inches big and looks nothing like it was advertised. Nothing and I mean absolutely nothing about this order is appealing or pleasing other than the fact that it arrived on time. I will never be shopping here again and will never recommend this place again after spending $200+ dollars on this mess.

I ordered a gift box containing assorted candies, but when my wife received it, there was no gift box. The candy was thrown into a shipping box and packed with shipping material. It is advertised as the Super Sweet Candy Box. Beware, there is no box. I contacted the company, and after some back and forth, they offered me a twenty percent refund. I requested a forty percent refund due to false advertising. They couldn't comply, but they did offer a thirty percent refund. When I asked about the missing box, they couldn't provide an answer. However, they stated that they hope it doesn't happen again. Additionally, they couldn't send a copy of our text conversation to my email, so I copied it and sent it to myself. The first two pictures show what was received, and the third picture shows what was advertised. I paid for 40 pieces of candy and only received 17 pieces.

The flowers arrived yesterday in the night and they didn’t look at all as it was advertised and the price was really high about $85. Later I realize that I couldn’t give this to my wife so I leave early in the morning to a grocery store nearby. I got a much better and more beautiful arrangement for just $40. I ordered "same day delivery" for my mom's birthday, ordered at 9am, it was 2pm when I called for an update they said it should be there by 4, then I called again for an update, then they say it should be there by 5 , called again, by 6. I eventually just asked for a refund and they offered 20% refund, tried to send me $8... I told them no I need to cancel the order and have a full refund. I will be using another company next time. Mind you, the website even says it would be delivered within 4hrs after you order is placed.

I ordered a funeral spray for a friend's mom's home going service, when the flowers were delivered I immediately contacted customer service to complain that it was not what was ordered, they apologized and said they would re deliver, when they did it was the same exact spray as the first one. I tried calling the number that was on the card left with the flowers and it wasn't a working number, googled the address and it was an industrial warehouse and not a flower shop. I could have gone to the store and bought a dozen roses for probably half of what I spent here and are something nicer myself, reached out to the company and all I received back was, "Sorry. We couldn't find someone to deliver on Valentine's Day so we had them delivered today" not even acknowledging the fact that the delivery isn't even close to what I ordered. I won't be ordering online again.

I wish there was an option for ZERO stars! I ordered flowers for a Memorial service and thankfully had them sent to my own home. To my dismay, instead of the beautiful arrangement that I ordered, I received bruised pink and reddish roses with wilted petals. It's like a deranged Valentine's gift for someone you don't even like!
Of course I called customer service and explained that the flowers were for a MEMORIAL that was the NEXT DAY. All I got was a measly 30% refund (14 bucks, woo hoo!) And the promise to have the CORRECT flowers delivered. This is not good enough. The funeral is TODAY and UPS has informed me that the flowers will not be here in time. I'm very discouraged as Google rated them #1 for online flowers. JOKE IS ON ME! I sent them an angry email with attached photos of the monstrosity that I received. Am so glad they weren't sent directly to the funeral home. Now I'm wondering how many people get the wrong item without even knowing it?!

I have used From You Flowers a few times and never really had a problem. It was my mom's funeral and I recommended them to my sister. I also used them. I ordered a casket cover and my sister ordered a large spray. The wake was on a Sun and the flowers were supposed to be delivered on Sat. My casket spray was there, minus the banner I paid extra for. I also had ordered the deluxe version which has more flowers in it and paid extra for that and it was pitiful looking. My sister's order was never delivered. She called and they could not do anything because it was a Sunday. They did refund her money without a problem and 20 percent of mine without a problem, but there was a problem, this was my mom's funeral and could not be redone. So what I'm saying is don't use them for important occasions without risking disappointment. They are not reliable.

The funeral director informed us that the flowers originated from a grocery store called Shaws, which sells flowers but does not operate as a traditional florist. He explained that the flowers had been left outside in freezing temperatures for two days instead of being placed in a ‘warming room,’ a practice that any reputable florist would have followed.
The director noted that some of the flowers were dead, and he attempted to arrange them better before the wake began. This situation was heartbreaking for me and incredibly embarrassing, as it felt inappropriate for her sister to send such an inadequate tribute. I will never use ‘From You Flowers’ again. Although they offered a full refund, it is too late to amend the poor service or send another arrangement.

3 dozen roses delivered to my wife's job (a warehouse) in a cardboard box. It looked like a car part. The picture clearly had a vase on it. I would have paid for the vase. She ended up leaving it at working thinking it was a promo gift from a distributor.

DO NOT USE THEM. I ordered an apology bouquet of roses. It was a very important message. I specifically asked for delivery confirmation to the person I sent the flowers to. They left it on the front porch, no confirmation they were received because the person I sent them to is not talking to me... hence the flowers. They did not do any picture confirm or call the person it was to be delivered to. Customer service did not offer a refund. Never again and I advise everyone to use somebody more reliable.

I ordered flowers for a funeral from a special guest of the child of the deceased. I got three calls about trouble delivering flowers to the church. On the third call, right as the funeral started, they admitted that they did not have the specific flowers I had ordered. They offered a 30% discount, different flowers, delivered to a different address. When a business makes a mistake the correct thing to do is a FULL refund, a FREE delivery, an apology and extra service.

Thankfully they gave a full refund, but what a disappointment not to have the flowers at the service and an unneeded stress to be dealing with the day of my FIL's memorial Service.

I ordered a vase with 24 roses, a teddy bear, and chocolate. The delivery did arrive on the appropriate day, however the roses were short of 24 and several were drooping over the side of the vase. I contacted customer service and was connected with an Indian call center. The individual did not seem to understand the problem and stated that they would refund 20% of the base price of the arrangement. I told them to keep it, because when I went to process the order the total had more than doubled with additional fees. They were dismissive and flippant. They kept trying to end the conversation abruptly with "is there anything else I can help you with"? This is a trash company.

I was promised by a customer service representative BEFORE placing my order that I would be sent a picture of the plant I was sending to a relative whose son has died, that way I would know exactly what was received. He made it sound like it was a standard operating procedure, and I wanted the actual plant (peace lily to be specific) to look as much like the picture as possible - that is after all what I was paying for, not to mention $20 additional for delivery. The relative lives out of state so there is no other way I would see what was delivered if the From You Flowers florist did not provide a pic. Well, all I got from From You Flowers was a basic email saying it was delivered (not even if anyone was home). And NO picture and NO physcial description!
I am hugely disappointed in the service and that the act that I hoped would bring comfort to my relative may have did anything but. What are they hiding that they could not send a simple picture or describe what was delivered. Very unsympathetic way for a florist to handle sending a sympathy plant. Are we not already under enough stress in a time like this! If you are not going to do it or you can’t guarantee, then state that rather than deceive. I will never order again from this company.

THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED... Horrible, awful customer service. 2 DAYS late.... and still not delivered. When I called customer service rep said (with dogs barking in the background like it was someone's home).... "Well that happens sometimes." But the website states: "guaranteed same day delivery." So what is the guarantee if your reps can't even offer a solution but wait another day and it will probably show up today. They couldn't give me florist name so I could call myself to check on the order. You're not even just ONE day late... You're 2 DAYS late AND non apologetic about it. Put these guys out of business. NEVER again.

DO NOT buy flowers from this site! I ordered flowers several days in advance of a funeral and three days later the flowers still have not been delivered. When I called to ask about the delivery, I was told the flowers were not delivered because they did not have any blue flowers, but no one contacted me to tell me of this issue! If I had known my color choice for only 10% of the full arrangement was not available, I would have told them to substitute for another color and deliver the flowers for the event. you cannot make up the loss of flowers for a funeral. Horrible customer service! They offered me a $10 coupon for a future purchase - which I will not be using. My arrangement cost over $100 and still has not been delivered!

I ordered flowers Sunday after a loved one of a friend passed. I paid extra to have them delivered the next day because she’s not home Tuesdays or Wednesdays. The flowers never came on Monday even though I got an email saying they were delivered. I called customer service and they bet nonchalantly said they will send them out again the next day. But she’s not even home the next 2 days during the day. I also didn’t get refunded on my expedite fee. Will never use them again.

Customer service rep immediately offered several partial refunds.. like he was reading from script. Finally agreed on having the flowers redone and delivered following day. Never arrived. Called again to demand refund...got the same treatment. Rep agreed to refund delivery fee, and, again, to have correct arrangement delivered. This time they did deliver another bouquet..but again, not what was ordered. See pics. Definitely will never order from them again. I made an order for same day. They accepted the order and charged my credit card immediately. They contacted me hours later and told me they could not fulfill my order until 2 days later. Not only did I pay to expedite the order they were keeping that money and sending my package two days later. I do not recommend this company at all. I'm still waiting for my refund. I will never use this company again. The Sympathy Standing Spray I ordered for a funeral was never delivered. They were expected by the deceased's family and this was very disappointing and embarrassing. I even provided the room for deliver to at the church on the address. I also called customer service one day prior to confirm the delivery and 'From You Flowers" wouldn't provide me the florist to contact. I did get a full refund, but that still doesn't make it right.

I wish I had read reviews because I recieved the wrong type of flowers and a different color. My wife likes Stargazer lilies but I guess they were out so they substituted a lower cost different color lily in its place. Will not order from here again, given you can not expect to get what you paid for when you order. Absolutely frustrating and horrible experience. I ordered a Christmas arrangement for next day delivery. Paid extra for it. Was told over and over and OVER that my arrangement was out for delivery. Then someone from a call center would call and say "We apologize. We will make sure the flowers get delivered." IT NEVER HAPPENED.
I don't need apology after apology. I didn't even get upset at the people over the phone. I simply stated I was frustrated and have lost trust in this company. If I hear one more time that it is out for delivery I will scream. Then I get another call saying the florist ok'd the order. Then I get another email saying the local florist did not pick up the order. Seriously do NOT use this company. Worst experience I have ever had with a company. AND I still have been charged. There are far better TRUSTED flower companies. The sad part of this is the importance of the flowers. It has now been over a week and the meaning behind them is lost.

NEVER again will I use the online service of "From You Flowers" or another online service for that matter. Bottom line the arrangement that I sought after online, flower types/colors/style, the upgrade on the arrangement, looked NOTHING like what was delivered. The delivery was on time. Call a florist local in the area that you want delivery and give them a couple days. Don't wait until the last minute, either. They know their inventory and more willing to help directly over the phone. You'll be happy you did!

I googled for florists near where I live, and somehow their website camp coming up early in my searches. Because it was the weekend, I thought I would order the flowers and wouldn't have to deal with this during the week. Are erroneously assumed that all online florists are comparable, you placed the order and they wire it to a local nursery. I ordered flowers on a Sunday at 6pm and paid extra for Monday delivery to hospital patient. When they were not delivered on Monday, they gave me a 20% credit and said they would request an early delivery on Tuesday. When they never arrived on Tuesday, I requested a total refund.
They offered to deliver to a different address and said they could upgrade the item, but I wanted them at a certain location and on a certain day for a reason, and they could not deliver, literally. This was very frustrating, disappointing and stressful because the flowers were not there for the special surprise I wanted; I had to spend a lot of time with various customer service agents; I had all kinds of people at the hospital, looking all over for flowers; and then had to accept the disappointment that my flowers were not going to make it there during the patient's stay. Do yourself a favor and look at the other reviews and you will see other people had similar experiences. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered -- I would've just gone to a florist and taken them in person.

I hesitate to give this company 1 star. The service was great, however, imagine my embarrassment as my box of fruit ordered from "fromyouflowers" was received not once, but TWICE and the box was filled with ROTTEN fruit. I wanted to send a dear friend who had major surgery and was recuperating at home a nice gift she could use, and to my dismay and shock, when she opened the box the fruit was bruised, skinned and rancid. I wish I could post the pictures. What a way to end a long friendship--send them a box of rancid rotten fruit! UUGGH. When I complained, they were quick to respond, however the second box too was rotten!! This was a humiliating lesson learned by this retailer. One lesson I would not wish on my worst enemy.

I ordered the largest floral arrangement for my 96 yr old mom. On the picture it was elegantly beautiful. It was $72+. They were delivered on Dec 23 rather than 24th which was fine. What was delivered was about the size of my 2 fists or let. There was 2 branches of greenery and 5 very miniature red flowers. So tiny not very beautiful and very dinky. I am a floral arranger. With time and product and inflation this was not worth more than $8.00. So sad and disappointing. Will never order from this place again. I am sorry to have to report this but it is the truth. I have patronized this floral service for several years because of its value and free shipping. Flower arrangements have been delivered late previously; I continued to utilize the service because it would issue a refund and in some cases, still deliver the arrangement. This was not the case for this most-recent arrangement scheduled to be delivered yesterday to Mom in time for Christmas. There was no delivery, and all that was offered was an apology and $10 gift certificate. I trusted this service to deliver to my Mother for Christmas, and she received nothing. This was the last straw. I will no longer be using this service, and I would not recommend it to my friends or family.

I had flowers set to be delivered to my 80 year old mother at a cost of $186.77 on December 24th. Now it is 6pm and they have not been delivered, and I just received an email saying the address is too remote. However they have delivered to this address several times before. Now they’ve replied saying they can deliver on 12/31. Apparently it’s not too remote for New Year's Eve. I’m filing a chargeback and never using this company again after being a long time repeat customer. It’s sad to see a business destroyed overnight but that’s what happens when they let thousands of people down on a holiday and understaff with phone reps from foreign countries.

Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered a Christmas arrangement for same day delivery. I was well within the time frame to qualify for same day. I paid an additional fee for expedited same day. The arrangement was meant to be delivered on 12/22/2024. I paid $14.99 delivery, $4.99 expedite fee, and $2.99 for same day/weekend delivery. I called customer service today, 12/23/2024 and was told it was out for delivery. Despite me repeatedly telling the representative that I paid for same day delivery YESTERDAY, I was ignored and they just kept telling me it was out for delivery. THEN the guy added that the arrangement may look different than what I ordered. WHAT?!?! I finally asked for a supervisor and I was told no supervisor is available. It is now 7pm on 12/23/2024. There has been no delivery of flowers. This company is a joke. Customer service completely ignored what I said and refused to escalate.

INDIA CALL CENTER. DO NOT order from this site. Representatives are outsourced and DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR FLOWERS. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister and paid the 4.99 expedited shipping to get there before noon on top of all the other extra charges they add. It did not come so by 1pm my sister’s time I called. They said they “sent a messaged to the florist to send it asap” and said they refunded me the 4.99 and that it will take 1-3 business to show up. (That was today, we’ll see how that goes.) Called them back at 4pm 3 hours later. They told me to wait until 6pm. I told them to send the florist another message. They “put me on hold” and came back and said they did.
I read reviews saying that when it finally did show up the flowers were terrible and looked nothing like the picture. In hopes of getting a refund I called back right away and asked for a refund.
I read reviews of people saying they only offered 10%… 30% with next day delivery. No. I knew they were going to push that and they did. They offered me so many things and I kept interrupting the girl that answered me and continued to politely tell her I want a full refund. She “got permission” from her boss for a full refund. Said it will take 1-3 business days… We’ll see if they send it.

Worst online, bait and switch ever. I ordered something and got something completely different. Adding images to show the beautiful wreath (pic with boots/legs in it) I wanted. The other picture is the actual product my MIL received. I am embarrassed. It is sad and pathetic. Horrible.

Very disappointed in the flowers that arrived for my friend whose uncle just passed away. Was not like what was advertised at all. Shipping was expensive, but did arrive on time. Do not recommend this business, very scammy. Photos attached below of what was advertised vs what arrived.

You will waste your money on flowers that never get delivered. I ordered flowers for my friend whose mother just passed. I ordered a day prior and payed extra for “expedited delivery” which guaranteed it’d be delivered by noon. By 12:30pm, they were not delivered. I reached out and customer service said it would be out “ASAP.” 5pm rolls around, still not delivered. I reached out again via email and have STILL yet to hear back. I called their number, because at this point, I was over it. I requested to cancel my order because the bouquet wasn’t even sent out for delivery yet at 5pm, and the woman I spoke with wouldn’t do it. Still have heard nothing back and they were not delivered. Do not waste your money. This company “guarantees” things they cannot do which is completely unacceptable.

I am extremely disappointed with the arrangement that was delivered to my sister. It is nowhere near what I had ordered from the website. I purchased the Premium version of The Most Appealing Autumn with Sunflowers, Mums, Poms and lots of Roses (this is why I went with the Premium option) with a nice orange cube vase. Instead she received a small bouquet with 1 sunflower and about 3 roses. I don't even know what the fake ornamental things that were added, looks like a plastic steak and acorn with cattails. The container was a copper looking bowl. Attached are 2 photos, 1 of what the website shows and the other is what was received.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering flowers from this company. They affiliate with florists and then take no responsibility with real time issues, delays or customer service needs. They will never divulge the florist that is causing you problems. Ultimately leaving you to have additional future issues if you order from them again. In my case, the flowers were late and after multiple phone calls and time spent additional promises were unmet and still no flowers. But don’t worry. They left the florist a message! Please do your business with another online service. The other reviews from customers are correct. The price starts off small and then inflates rapidly.

My Son-In-Law was in the hospital for open heart surgery and I ordered the Smile bouquet for him. I got the largest one because, well, he is worth it to me. He was in ICU when I placed the order that was on a Thursday. My daughter said he should be in a room by Saturday so I ordered for a Saturday delivery. So come Friday evening, my daughter said he was still not in a room so I called The office of fromyouflowers and asked that the delivery be pushed to Monday as he was still in ICU. The gentleman on the other end of the line told me that there would be no problem, that the delivery date was changed to Monday instead of Saturday. Well Saturday came and they delivered the flowers to the hospital and since patients cannot have flowers in the ICU ward, they had to be taken home which meant he didn't even get to see them. I was so angry that they had already delivered them since I had called and asked for a later delivery.
When I called the From You Flowers office again and told them how angry I was and that they were not supposed to have delivered them until Monday, the very nice gentleman on the other line said not to worry, that they would deliver a fresh bouquet on Monday as well. Well, it is Monday and I just want to say THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH. He was moved out of the ICU ward and into a room at the very same time From You Flowers was delivering the flowers to him. Just perfect timing and they were even more beautiful than the first ones. I am so over joyed with his flowers and what the Company did in making everything right and I am so sorry for getting mad. I ordered a deluxe floral arrangement to celebrate the birth of my first grandchild. I also ordered mylar balloons, a teddy bear, and a box of chocolates. Sadly, the order arrived with NO balloons, NO teddy bear, and NO chocolates (even though these items were WRITTEN on the delivery envelope as being part of the order). Also, the floral arrangement was standard, at best, nowhere near the DELUXE arrangement I ordered. It looked paltry and some of the flowers were starting to wither. I was so embarrassed that this was what my grandchild got from me to welcome her home! (Photos of what I ordered versus what I got are included in this review.)
I wrote to customer service, and to their credit, they responded quickly. However, their 'solve' for the situation was to refund me the cost of the balloons, teddy bear, and chocolate and they said they spoke to the florist who delivered the flowers who 'regretted' the situation. Wait, WHAT? That is it? I get refunded for items I paid for but DID NOT RECEIVE? And NOTHING for the paltry arrangement that they sent in place of the deluxe I ordered? I wrote back to tell them that I found this response to be unacceptable. I waited a couple of days to give them time to do right by me (either send what I actually ordered or refund me the entire order), but alas, they have not responded. I had a previous unpleasant experience with them (though nowhere this bad), so I am done with this shop. DO BETTER!!!

I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recently purchased flower arrangement. I had high expectations, but unfortunately, the quality of the arrangement has fallen short. Firstly, the roses in the bouquet are sagging, which is not the fresh, vibrant look I was hoping for. Additionally, several petals have dark spots, which makes the flowers appear wilted and unhealthy. Finally, I was expecting a fuller arrangement, but there are only two small stems of baby’s breath, which leaves the bouquet looking sparse and underwhelming. (Not as the picture shown on your webpage.) Due to the poor quality of this product, I would not like a replacement. This is not what I expected for an arrangement of more than $100.00 dollars.

This is embarrassing for me and the recipient. I placed an order on Nov.12th for delivery on Nov.14th. It was not delivered and I called a customer rep to see what happen, she told me it would be delivered on Nov. 15th. It was not delivered on said date. I sent an email sharing this information and was told a representative would contact me. They suppose to have 24 hr customer service and no one contacted me about this. I called Nov. 16th and talked to a Supervisor (Jane) and was told she would give me a discount on this order, however no one knows why my delivery has not been made.
Jane would check and make sure I received delivery on Nov.16. Talked to Art, said I would get a call when delivery was made by 6pm for residents. It is 6:14pm and NO DELIVERY. Your policy says it is to fulfill the customer request and to do whatever it takes to satisfy them and exceed their service expectations. All I wanted was the Bursting with Joy Bouquet and I still have not heard from your company. I'M NOT SATISFIED!!!

Absolutely terrible experience! I ordered a same-day deluxe flower arrangement with a birthday balloon for my mother, only to be completely let down. First, I received no confirmation of delivery, so I called the company seven times over two days to get an update on the order. I was assured it would be taken care of, but what arrived was an embarrassing, disappointing mess.
The flowers looked nothing like the deluxe arrangement I carefully selected. Instead, my mother received a small, poorly arranged bouquet that looked as if a toddler had thrown it together—topped off with a tacky black balloon for her birthday. The entire presentation was insulting, unprofessional, and far from what I paid for. This experience caused me immense stress and embarrassment. I demanded a full refund for the pathetic service but am now left warning others: save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Paid for expedited 4hr window and same day, both up charges, 5hrs later tracked and no delivery, started a chat off their website, they were like sorry couldn’t do the 4hr, did refund my money for the expedited but if you offer the service and I pay for it then you can’t do it, why didn’t you contact me? DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I ordered the rose and lily celebration. The order came just before noon as paid for, however, it did not come with the balloon and the roses. Looked to be weathered and dehydrated. Why charge for a balloon if it was not going to be delivered?

We placed an order for flowers to be delivered to a patient and family who just had a baby. We ordered the flowers many days before the expected delivery date which would be over a weekend. FromYouFlowers attempted to contact us (a business) over the weekend to verify the address because the address wasn't showing up on their maps. The home is new and I asked what level of effort they put into verifying the address and was told it didn't show up on the maps.
During this conversation, I typed the address into Google and in literal seconds, 115,000 results came up with the address of this home indicating it was a new build in 2024. Again, I asked what efforts were made to try to contact the recipient and there weren't any. I also asked what they expect when they attempt to verify the address the same day of the expected delivery. I was offered a $20 discount to replace the order but she continued to state they can't verify the address. So, I'd highly discourage using this flower delivery service if you're attempting to deliver to a new build home.

Purchased flowers to announce my pregnancy to my grandmother. Promised by Saturday. Didn’t arrive and got an email they’re scheduled first thing Monday AND they don’t have the flowers I chose, so they’re sending different ones. It’s 6pm on Monday so I email them stating I feel I’m entitled to a full refund since none of their promises were achieved. They responded saying “Per your request, we canceled your order and refunded you.” I never said I wanted my order cancelled. What a waste of time. I would’ve kept the order if there was no other option. They didn’t even confirm that was my decision.
A supervisor did call, left a voicemail, and sent an email. We have processed a full refund for your order and have also noted it with a $75 complimentary florist designed bouquet for the future. Our apologies once again for the issue with this order. Sincerely, From You Flowers.
