    The flowers were upgraded to a bigger bouquet. I was not happy with what my friend received. I thought there would have been more flowers.     I accidentally placed a duplicate order and tried to cancel it a full 10 days before the scheduled delivery date. Despite providing what I thought was plenty of notice, I was told the order could not be canceled because it was supposedly already "in transit." That explanation makes no sense to me. In my experience, flower deliveries are typically fulfilled by a local florist and aren't actually prepared or shipped until the day before, or sometimes even the day of delivery. Claiming that an order is already too far along in the process to cancel more than a week in advance seems unreasonable and misleading.

    As a customer, I expected much more flexibility and understanding, especially given the significant amount of advance notice. Instead, I feel trapped into paying for an order I did not intend to place. The entire situation feels unnecessarily rigid and customer-unfriendly. What should have been a simple cancellation request turned into a frustrating experience that has seriously damaged my trust in the company. I am beyond disappointed and find this policy both illogical and unfair.

    I usually order flowers from a competitor, but chose fromyouflowers.com because they promise delivery within 4 dollars for a fee. Well my flowers did not arrive on time. When talking to the company, they "apologized" and promised to refund the expedited fee. Great. That does not change the fact that my surprise will now be ruined. The bottom line....Don't advertise what you can't deliver! I will be going back to the competition from now on.

    I ordered an beautiful orchid selection for same day delivery. At the end of the day I got a message saying they could not deliver that day but would the next. I assumed that meant no one was home so I didn't worry. The next day I get an email saying there was a problem with my order so I called only to be told that none of the florists could locate the products needed to put together the selection I made. If that was the case the florist should have CALLED me first thing in the morning on the day it should have been delivered and I could have selected something else. I was told they called me, however, I looked back at my call list and there were no calls from them.

    As it is because it was already late I agreed for the the florist to put something together and just get it delivered since it was already late for the birthday. I was originally under the impression that FromYouFlowers was the florist. I wanted someone local to where my friend lived. Very disappointed in the whole thing! Never use them again!

Sometimes, their website buffered, but I was able to click in and find what I needed to get. I picked the biggest arrangement and I added a teddy bear. The checkout process and delivery went fine.     From You Flowers was horrible. The arrangement was for my sister's funeral and they were dead when they were delivered. That was my oldest sister, and I wanted to give her such a beautiful bouquet. We thought it was gonna be beautiful, but nope, they weren't. I was gonna go with 1-800-Flowers but my sister-in-law said From You Flowers is fantastic. She also ordered flowers to go over my sister's casket. That, too, had small roses. Those, too, were dead.

    My daughter had specifically told them to deliver the day of the funeral early in the morning. We had to pay extra because it was done the day before. They promised that they could do it, but they didn't deliver. They delivered it the day before. They were supposed to be blue. But what was in the picture did not depict what we received. The bouquet was so small, and the flowers were so small. The carnations didn't even come to maturity. The ribbon was supposed to be big. But it was a ribbon that you tie around a package. I also had it personalized with “Love you. Gonna miss you, big sis.” But it was like they did it like arts and crafts for kids in the fourth grade. We spent $209 and I could not get my money back. My daughter was back and forth with them but they never gave us our money. I've never been so disappointed in my entire life.

    I also would give them a ZERO review if I could like many other reviews. Horrible products. Worse customer service. My mother in-law sent my wife what was supposed to be a beautiful bouquet of lilies and tulips. As you can see in the pictures, what we were suppose to get and what we actually got was completely different and after just a couple of days of water and care, they basically died. I will make sure that NO ONE I KNOW will EVER order from them again.

    This was a horrible experience. I sent flowers to a friend who lived states away who was mourning a tragedy. The company ended up charging me twice so the bouquet was about $200.00. When they arrived they were dead. Imagine the message she received, one tragedy and then dead flowers in the mail. I was mortified. I called them and it was in another country, could not understand anything and they kept repeating flowers in the mails. I then decided to communicate via email.... Then I asked for a refund, and they started to give 10% back. I told them nothing by 100% would do. Eventually after arguing and denying payment and sending them the picture, they said they would refund 100% in three days. Needless to say, I am not even at 50% refund for mailing dead flowers to a friend. Never ever use this company. It is a scam.
