    Received flowers as a gift. Some roses were dead; greenery dead; petals falling off roses. Wrote to customer service; answered all the questions. They responded gift giver needed to make request. Flowers should have just been replaced versus having to involve the gift giver.

    I went on to Discount Flowers, then I got a coupon from them and I've been using fromyouflowers ever since. But every time I order from them, they always miss something. Either the balloons or the card or something else. Also, they don't show you the different sizes so you know exactly what you're getting for the money that they're spending. They only show you one size and you only see what they're offering. But I still order from them and I recently ordered a birthday arrangement with red roses for my niece. My experience was okay and the check-out was pretty easy because all my information are already saved into the website, so they just pulled up my last purchase credit card information. But they sent the wrong flowers and they didn't send the two balloons that says Happy Birthday that I paid for or the birthday card. Aside from that, it's kind of hard to get to customer service. All in all, they are unreliable.

    The advertisement for FromYouFlowers came up on my phone, which was how I came to know about it.     I’ve used fromyouflowers.com a few times. The last arrangement was a bit off compared to what it was on the website versus what they got. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn't as pictured. The flowers were different. It was roses, but there were only a few and a ton of carnation. I noticed that when the person that got them sent a picture. However, that wasn’t big of a deal.     I ordered a Deluce spray funeral flowers on a Thursday for a Saturday funeral. They wanted me there an hour prior to the start time to accept the flowers. I had been there 30 mins. NO FLOWERS. I called. They told me, "Oh they are on their way." End of service NO FLOWERS. Called at 1500. They just said they couldn't deliver the flowers and I would get a full refund in 1- 3 business days. We will see. Very disappointed in this company!!! 😡😡

    Flowers for a funeral service wasn't delivered and they lied three times about them being delivered before the service. I ordered the flowers to be delivered the day before the service so they would be there for the wake. There was no signs the flowers were in process of being delivered so I reached out around 1p. They stated the flowers would be delivered by 5p local time. They were not delivered. I reached out late in the evening to find out what happened with the flowers, I was told they couldn't deliver them that day but they would be delivered before the service the next day. I was reassured multiple times.

    The next day, the flowers were not delivered by 1030a and service was at 11a. I reached out to them again and was originally dismissed saying they would send me an email with an update. I told them that was unacceptable and was transferred to a supervisor. The supervisor assured me they were being delivered and I would get proof of delivery shortly. I was unable to attend the funeral but watched it from live stream. My flowers weren't there. Family and friends stated they weren't delivered. I reached out for a fourth time and they kept pushing to deliver them tomorrow. Such a joke. Took about 40 minutes to get a refund. No real apology or explanation. Avoid at all costs.

However, on my most recent purchase, the flowers that my mom received did not look like the flowers in the picture. There were supposed to be succulents in there but my mom was happy with it, so I was okay. Also, it was easy to go through, choosing the colors and the type of flowers I wanted on the website.

    fromyouflowers.com is a good website for anybody looking for flower delivery. I've ordered from them a couple of times. I've had a couple of issues here and there, but nothing too big of a deal. The pictures took a minute to load, but I eventually got to it. The most recent arrangement was a birthday. It had different types of roses and flowers you usually don't see around. The checkout was fine. However, I've ordered three times where I paid extra to get the arrangement earlier, but I still didn't get them earlier. That was the only concern.

    I had used fromyouflowers before. They are easy to use. I can place the order if we have employees that have death in the family. It just makes it so much easier.     Ordered flowers 9 days ahead of my wife's 70th birthday. I even paid an expedite fee to have them delivered before noon on her birthday. They didn't show up until 2:30 in the afternoon. They had no resemblance to the picture I ordered from. Looked like no thought putting them together. Looked just thrown in a vise. Very poor service. Would never recommend them to anyone. Not worth what I paid.

    I've placed orders previously. Placed one for a funeral 13Mar26. Never been so reluctant to place an order. I explained to the Manager M, who took my order, my previous delivery was late w/0 refund for late delivery. She repeatedly "guaranteed" & "assured" me this delivery would be on time. You guessed it, it wasn't. Offered home delivery like I was giving them another chance to disappoint me. They even had the wrong person! Angrily demanded a refund. They refunded me the next day. They're 3 party, so it's a gamble as they seemingly have no control of the actual delivery.

    Do not use this company. They don't do what they say they can do. I ordered flowers for my wife to say I was sorry, and they said that they could get it to her that day. They were not able to give me a percentage off the next day that was satisfactory. Do not use them if you want flowers delivered to the day you ask for.

    My daughter showed me a picture of the flower arrangement she paid for…classy, with lilies and an added balloon. A vase of mostly carnations arrived two days late. There was no resemblance to the arrangement she had selected and paid for.     BEWARE. Bait switch. Unreliable. Don't deliver on time and then the flowers you ordered look nothing like the picture. Nothing like what you ordered small, wheezy, droopy, cheap looking flowers. Like what you buy in a grocery store. I was so embarrassed when they arrived. Stay far away from this site. They really shouldn't be in business. I spent over $120 on a bouquet what I received looked like a $15 pot from ShopRite sad looking. Cheap.

    Updated on 03/03/2026: After my review about my order being substituted with an arrangement that was not close to what I ordered, I was given full credit. I appreciate the company taking responsibility in regards to the situation. I feel the vendor should have reached out and given me the option to pick a substitution.

    I ordered the mini rose bush plant. The roses did not bloom and it immediately started to drop its leaves. The flowers all perished within 2 weeks. A terrible plant and choice.     Ordered flowers on a Friday to be delivered the following Monday. Paid to have the flowers delivered before 12 PM. As of 3 Pm no delivery yet. The delivery is going to a school which closes at 4 PM. Called customer service and all they could tell me is that it's out for delivery. Unacceptable! Paid for a service that they could not honor. So, I started a chat got an AI bot and all it could tell me it was out for delivery. Why offer a service that you can't honor it. So instead of the flowers sitting on her desk all day and making the other women jealous, I spent all afternoon tracking down the flowers, making phone calls and writing emails. DO NOT use this company! there are plenty of other florist you can use.

    The flowers my boyfriend had delivered for Valentine's Day were not like the picture at all. The roses were dead at the base of the petals, or wilted, or eaten by bugs. It was mostly green filler with hardly any flowers at all. He totally got ripped off.

    I had a dear friend pass away and ordered flowers for her funeral. Her funeral was at 10:00 and the flowers did not arrive until after the funeral and everyone was headed to the grave site. I had received an email from "Fromyouflowers" that stated I had a $15.07 credit. I have since learned that is really a bait and switch. I thought I had a credit from past orders and that I could get discount with promo code and then deduct my credit. It's not a credit! I couldn't be more unhappy with this company.

    I will not recommend fromyouflowers.com to anybody. I ordered flowers for a funeral service in Texas. I’m from California. I couldn’t attend the service so I trust them to deliver my flowers for the funeral service, and my flowers were not delivered. Hour and a half after the funeral service I called customer service and they apologize saying, "Oh we didn’t had the flowers you choose. Would you like to send any other arrangement?" I keep on repeating myself the funeral was hour and a half ago, funeral is over where would you be sending the arrangement. There was no place to leave a review on their website and I chose to leave a review here, do not order your flowers. If it’s a small town specific day time is not gonna make it. They could have called me or email me a day or two before the funeral and I could choose another arrangement, but they contact me an hour after the funeral, I will never order flowers from them again.

    The worst .. I’m greatly disappointed to say that not only we pay extra for flowers to be delivered the same day, but the arrangement didn’t look like the one in a picture. The flowers were also half dead and already in full bloom so they’re not gonna last long.. I was sending these flowers to my boss whose father just died and I pay $70 this is pretty gross … They promised new flower but nothing came ..

    I ordered One Dozen Assorted Sweetheart Roses, with a custom vase. $70 when you add taxes and shipping. I'm extremely disappointed with this business. Roses are wilted, especially the white ones. On top of that I paid an extra $15 for the custom vase they advertise, thinking they would print my photo on it only to realize all they do is to print the photo on a "water proof" piece of paper that you need to insert into the vase. On the website they make it seem like you will be getting the photo printed on the vase. I went back and double check their wording on the website and it's clear they went to great lengths to trick customers into thinking the photo is printed on the vase.

    To add insult to injury I contacted them via the chat on their website and a CSR named Hassan said several times that she/he would be happy to assist me, but that's all she/he said, no real help. She/he did not take the time to read my chat and after 10-15 minutes waiting replied with a generic message indicating how to track my order. I then proceeded to email them. I got a reply from them stating they would refund the delivery fee. Once again they did not even take the time to read my complain. It's infuriating, to say the least. Never again!

    Run! Run! Run! Scammers! You won’t get your delivery! Instead, you will get a complementary bouquet, which is complete bullshit! They have even tried to make it right and lied about a delivery to our residence after they had already delivered a complementary bouquet! This has to be the worst florist EVER! Do your homework people and read the reviews and save yourself a lot of headache by going to one 800 flowers or FTD flowers! I will be counting every social media platform to let people know to stay far away from this company!

    I do not recommend getting your flowers delivered to any special occasions. I ordered flowers to my mom who works at the hospital and put in the delivery date for February 14,2026... After checking for the status, it showed "delivered" but my mother never received them. So I called the customer service to inform them of the same and they offered a different delivery date. So I asked them to deliver the following day at her address. As a result, she still never received them. As of 02/16/2026 my mother was scheduled to work and she later texted me this day that she received the flowers and told me the flowers were sent to medical records.!

    When and How did it get sent to medical records when I specifically put the address with the department floor my mother works at and her contact number. I wished the florist would have contacted my mothers contact number prior to just dropping it off elsewhere. In addition, when my mother received the flowers it was not what it looked on the pictured for the price I paid for? I definitely called the customer service and got my refund.

    From You Flowers does a great job for me at work. I've had a whole slew of sympathy arrangements, sadly, for work. They really do a nice job. They have a great variety. I get an email that my order has been received, and I get a nice email that it’s been delivered. If there have been any delivery issues where the recipient was not there, they've been super great about being proactive to let me know. And the one time I had required the same-day delivery, and there was something that couldn't happen at that local end, they reached out to me proactively to let me know they were gonna refund the little surcharge for how you have to pay a little bit if you want it the same day. They took care of all that. I really enjoy their company.

    Their website is really easy to use. When people get their arrangements, they're very pleased. A lot of times, the employees actually take a picture to show you what they got. For me, being the admin that's doing it on their behalf, it's nice to know what it was gonna be in the catalog, the look of what took expect. I know sometimes it's a little different, because someone might be living in Texas and something might not be in bloom in their local floral shop, because they usually use a local florist to fulfill things. But I'm very pleased with them. I've been using them for three years now.

    I have sent 10 emails back and forth to the supposed customer service, but they keep requesting information that I've already given them. They say they can't find an order, yet I've sent photos of the box, the shipping labels, and the dead drooping frost bitten flowers! Evidently their game is to wear me down so that I will stop trying to get them to make this right. They owe my son a refund. I haven't told him about all of this, because I don't want to hurt his feelings but it's not his fault and this is a terrible company to order flowers from. They were a Valentine's Day arrangement, and it arrived the day before, 5:30 PM, in a cold damp box and inside were frost bitten drooping dead flowers.

    The rose petals were falling off, blackened, and the carnations were shriveled as well as a little purple flowers. The greenery was shriveled and dead. Nothing was going to revive them. They had been left in a too-cold environment for too long and it wasn't because of where I am, in OR, because we are having mild 50o weather. I will keep up with these silly back and forth emails to their "customer service" but at this point, it's a joke. They send me emails, yet keep asking my name! Absolutely insane. They either have a 5 year old responding to their emails, or, it's some AI generated nonsense that simply goes into a loop of asking for the same info over and over.

    I would give zero Stars if I could, three out of three times I've used them they have not delivered on time, even when they are paid extra to do so, with two weeks advance notice, one of these times being today Valentine's Day. The worst part about it is when I tried to get it resolved I got mysteriously disconnected four times. And on top of that not one time that I get an email of any kind updating me anything. No emails no texts nothin g. Just no communication at all. The funny thing is I used 1-800-Flowers for another order for my mother zero issues and arrived even earlier than expected. I will not be using this people again. I'm happy to give people a chance because I know things happen, but three times is ridiculous especially when you pay extra for something to be there on a specific day and they have two weeks advance notice, that reeks of inadequacy.

    Worst company ever, purchased Flowers and paid extra for a specific date, after texting back and forth promising still would be delivered. I got an email at end of day saying that they could not be delivered since they had nobody to deliver them. They said that they would send out another day, but that day came and went and still no deliver. Buyers be aware to scam of a company. Hope it does not happen to you like it did for me.     Worst experience of online shopping ever!!! After struggling to place the order with someone I had to spell every word to, I was expecting to see “rainbow spring bulbs”. It looked glorious on the website. I got to the funeral home for the first of three visitations and it was not there! The afternoon went by, and it wasn’t there for evening visitation either. I called the next morning and got an apology and an offer of 30% back. I made a special trip the next afternoon to make sure it had arrived. It was a POT OF DIRT! You could see a few little green sprouts coming up, but not one blossom, or even bud! DIRT! Scroll past this website and shop elsewhere!

    On Jan 20, 2026 I ordered a bouquet for Valentine's Day. I ordered a bouquet of 24 red roses for $85.00. What I got was 3 red roses and the rest were wilting pink mini roses. Also stuffed in there were flowers? picked from a field. What I got was not even close to what I ordered. They gave me a 30% credit but it should have been 100%.

    I ordered a Deluxe Valentine’s bouquet for $79.99 and was disappointed with the overall experience. I was charged $79 for what appeared to be a standard one-dozen rose arrangement. The bouquet delivered looked significantly smaller and less full than the photos shown on the website for the Deluxe option. The marketing images show a much fuller arrangement, but the actual product looked closer to a basic one-dozen bouquet. For $79, I expected something much closer to what was advertised. I order chocolate also and they didn't deliver. Overall, the product did not match the expectations set by the website, especially for the price paid.

    They can tell you mixed reviews but I can tell you they might be good and if you deal with them I hope you don’t go through what I did because there is nothing they can do to fix it and when I called them they acted like it was not a big deal. They thought giving my money back and sending free roses would fix it but that won't fix it.

    You all know when you have rose delivered it is a special thing more special on Valentine’s Day but when it tells you it was delivered but you don’t hear anything from the woman that was suppose to get them and you call her and ask her if she got a delivery and she tells you no, the special day is not there anymore. The surprise is ruined and it is the only address in this town and they had her first and last name and still delivered it to the wrong person and address. It is averaging when you have this happen with other things but very hurtful when it happens on a special day and to special person so if you are trying to surprise someone and it is someone special I would not use them because they can care less if they hurt people.

    Have ordered from this company many times. Usually very dependable delivery and good quality flowers. Once again this year, I ordered another 3 dozen roses plus bear and chocolates for my wife. Order delivered on time and flowers were beautiful. However, the chocolates sent had an expiration date on the box that stated “best by 12/2025”. Obviously not edible. I understand mistakes happen, but very underwhelming help through their chat. Waited 10 minutes between answers from rep. Did refund cost of chocolates, but really diminished the overall quality and impact of gift.

    This is the WORST company. Do not use them! Send flowers and Chocolate-Covered Strawberries to a friend in Florida. Flowers arrived in OK condition. Chocolate-covered strawberries had all the chocolate melted off. The strawberries were all mushy and warm. Totally disgusting. She had to throw them all out. I asked them to resend to my friend, packed in dry ice, but the company refused. Tried to refund me 20.00 out of the 130.00 I paid. Yelled at them so much that they gave me a 40.00 refund. I should have been refunded the whole amount for the embarrassment and hassle. Save yourself the aggravation and find another company when sending flowers or food. See phone below. However, the flowers were not fresh and damaged; many leaves were wilted. We expected a imprint photo on the plastic vase or something like other websites did with imprint photo vase or cup. Unfortunately! We just got a print photo paper of our uploaded picture separately. It was not worth it paying for extra custom photo vase. I would not recommend this place if you really wanted something done right.

    They’re alright. Been using them for years. I love the convenience, speed, and delivery, but I don’t like the fact you might not get what you ordered. From what I have experienced, it seems they use third party florists to fulfill the orders. These florists may or may not have the flowers you ordered in stock. They try, but out of the 50+ orders I’ve made over the years, at least 10 of them were not remotely similar to what I ordered (different flowers, different vase, different colors). Beautiful and high quality still; just not what I ordered. I take time to order exactly what I want so, it is disheartening when different flowers are delivered, but I also understand they prioritize the delivery over strict order accuracy.

    If I could give 0, I would. Bad communication. I ordered a sympathy arrangement to be delivered to a church 1 week before the event. The company emailed me the day of the event that it could not be delivered. I don't check my email every single day. If it's a birthday, they'll give you specific birthday ones. They have this flower arrangement that looks like a birthday cake and it's flowers. They have one that looks like a bear.     There's a nice arrangement even for deaths. The fuchsia vase was pretty. It was for a birthday. I usually add balloons and a card. Sometimes I get flowers for myself.     Honestly, I am very disappointed. I ordered a flower arrangement for my mother’s birthday, and throughout the entire day she never mentioned receiving anything, which I found odd. Later that evening, I reached out to ask if she had received a delivery. She told me that when she arrived home from work, there were flowers left on a bench outside the house near the public sidewalk. There was no note included indicating who the flowers were for or who they were from, which left her confused and unsure whether they even belonged to her.

    To make matters worse, the flowers looked nothing like what I had ordered. I contacted customer service to ask why the arrangement was left on a bench and why no card was included. I was told that the flowers may have been left there because no one was home, but I know this is not true. My grandmother lives at the house, does not drive, and does not leave the home. She was aware there would be a delivery and waited all day.

    Instead of bringing joy and excitement to my mom on her birthday, this delivery caused confusion and disappointment. When I reached out to customer service, I felt they focused more on justifying the situation rather than understanding my frustration, and nothing was resolved. I wasn’t even asking for a refund—I just wanted the situation to be made right in some way. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen.

    I bought the Premium Festival of Flowers from this company for my wife. The pictured bouquet I ordered was full of colorful flowers. I paid over $70 for the Premium bouquet. What I got was a a vase with about 6 flowers that was filled at my local Shaws with the price tag of $10 still in the arrangement.     I ordered a bouquet from here for a friend who abruptly lost a parent. I ordered a gorgeous bouquet with irises in it. Paid $71 dollars for it. She sent me a picture today thanking me for her flowers. They were TOTALLY different! No irises at all anywhere.     Floral arrangement ordered and the one delivered was not even close. I upgrade to the largest arrangement for the effect. Very few red roses and more daisies added in place of them. They apologized and said that they would be redelivered the next day (Friday I think). I received an email stating they were waiting on a fresh shipment of flowers and it would be late. I called on Monday and they said they would redeliver that day which they did. Attached are pictures of the three bouquets. The first one is what it is supposed to look like. Would you pay $93.21 for what she received? I won't again!

    I ordered four floral deliveries from FromYouFlowers.com on Tuesday. Today, I received an email stating that one of the deliveries could not be completed because they do not have a local florist in the delivery area. This should have been identified before accepting the order and charging my card—not days later. More concerning was the Christmas tree–shaped arrangement I ordered. The product listing showed and described a clearly defined Christmas tree shape, made with lush greenery, red roses, white baby’s breath, silver ornaments, and a decorative red ribbon, intended to resemble a festive holiday tree.

    What was delivered looks nothing like the advertised product. Instead of a tree-shaped arrangement, I received a low, round centerpiece with scattered greenery and flowers. There is no tree shape, no structured design, and no resemblance to what was shown online. This goes far beyond normal “floral substitution” and feels misleading.

    When customers order a premium holiday arrangement—especially for time-sensitive occasions—they expect the product to reasonably match the description and photos. Between accepting orders they cannot fulfill and delivering arrangements that are fundamentally different from what was advertised, this experience was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend FromYouFlowers for important events or holiday orders unless reliability and product accuracy improve significantly

    My order from From You Flowers was substandard, it didn't have the number or type of flowers as featured on their website, so they resent my original request via a different florist. The second arrangement was worse than the first! I requested a full refund and it took several emails and at least 2 phone calls to get that refund. I know that From You Flowers assigns a local florist to fill their orders, however, if the local florist cannot fulfill the order accurately with minimal substitutions, then either From You Flowers should remove that specific arrangement from their website or the local florist should be honest and say that they cannot fulfill the order. And then someone should let the consumer know! It was a hassle to order flowers online, not sure I'll ever do it again. At least From You Flowers gave me a full refund, but I really had to work for it.

    I ordered a Christmas Wreath to be delivered to my daughter at the end of November. I received an email from From You Flowers saying the wreath had been delivered on the 4th. I called my daughter to ask how she liked it. She said she hadn't received it. I emailed FYF and asked for a refund and was told it was delivered on 5th. I called my daughter to verify, it had not been delivered. I let FYF know that the wreath had never been delivered and I would like a refund. Now FYF admits the wreath had not been delivered. I'm disturbed that FYF insisted the wreath had been delivered when it had not. They were happy to take my money but not fulfill my order. Now FYF says they will deliver the wreath. That remains to be seen. I have used FYF for quite some years but will not be using them again.

    Extremely disappointed with this company. I paid $165 for a bouquet and a birthday tower that looked beautiful online, but what my mother in-law actually received looked nothing like the advertised arrangement, not even close.     Ripped Off... I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday while I was out of the country. When I saw the pictures of the bouquet I realized that it was not the same arrangement that I ordered. They were cheaper flowers (carnations and others plus a lot of greenery, instead of roses and white alstroemeria) not the flowers in the description from the website. Plus the vase was not the one in the description. I was really disappointed and angry. I sent 5 emails over the next 3 weeks and they couldn't be bothered to answer any of them. In the end I had to ask my mother to deal with it and call their customer help # since I was still out of town.

    Finally she was able to speak to someone to leave the complaint. WeCare@fromyouflowers.com must be a joke. Attached are pictures of the flowers that arrived and a photo from the website of the arrangement that I ordered, so all can see. The only good thing that I can say is that they came on time, not like most of the other reviews that I have read here.

    I really tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt, but they have failed me twice now. The first time, I paid extra to have flowers delivered on a specific date, they didn’t show up. Everyone has bad days, so I figured it was just a fluke. The flowers finally arrived days later, and their only resolution was to refund me $2.99 for the rush fee. Not exactly what I’d call service recovery.

    Fast forward to today… I decided to give them another chance. Big mistake. My order was supposed to be delivered by 5pm. At almost 4pm, the order is still “processing.” I reached out to their chat support, and the representative said they would “reach out to the florist” and let me know when they hear something, then they ended the chat without any solution, Sayli and Anthony were zero help. I opened another chat and got the same copy-and-paste responses: “We will ask the florist to deliver as soon as possible.” No accountability. No urgency. No solutions.

    Business hours end in an hour, and I still have ZERO information, zero flowers, and zero customer service. This company has wasted my money and my time twice now. The owners seriously need to reevaluate how they treat their customers and do a complete overhaul of their customer service department and delivery process. Absolutely awful experience from top to bottom. Do not use them.

    I usually use the commissary because I'm a veteran, but I saw the arrangements from From You Flowers on the internet, and I decided to order one from them. I send two cousins of mine every year a Christmas arrangement, and I sent one and they delivered something that wasn't anything remotely close to a holiday arrangement. It was 12 roses that were multi colored and a box of chocolates. I had to go to another floral shop and order a different arrangement. But I received a refund of 50% from From You Flowers, so I am happy about that.

    The service with both of them is very good. It's just that I wish whoever sent the roses had given me more options along the lines of a holiday arrangement. None of the suggestions that were given to me were holiday arrangements, and I was totally disappointed. I could have just asked for a complete refund, but it's better to send something than nothing at all. Another thing I didn't like was that after what I paid for it, there was no vase. They just sent the flowers and the chocolate. So my cousin had to search for a vase to put the flowers in.

    But it is what it is. I wasn't angry or upset. They handled it professionally and apologized. I wanted to just reorder the order right then and there, and then give me something that was more of a holiday arrangement. But they told me I had to call back and talk to a sales rep, which was way too much work, so I used the other florist. And the other florist did an amazing job. I would recommend From You Flowers, but I don't want to give them a 5-star rating because I don't feel like I received 5-star treatment. Still, it was a good experience and I would use them again because of their willingness to make sure I was happy after the confusion.

    Purchasing from From You Flowers was the easiest way to order flowers but the flower companies that they use occasionally are crappy. I’ve gotten stuff that was supposed to be delivered by a certain time, and it wasn't. I usually reach out and let them know this isn't what I ordered, and they just want to give me 20% off. And that's not okay to do. But for the most part, I don't have any issues. It depends on which part of town. In some parts of town, I know that I'm going to get exactly what I ordered, and in other parts of town, it's hit or miss because of the florists that they use. The cards don't indicate which florist does which arrangements, so I can’t tell them not to use a florist.

    I have recommended From You Flowers to people, and I'm not the only one at the company who uses them. Every year during Advent week, we have nine girls who work in the office. And I have flowers delivered. Last year, it was fine. But this year, I had nine arrangements come into our office, and they were from five different places. The first four arrangements came from the same place, and they were gorgeous. They got here on time. The other ones staggered in throughout the day and some of them look like they just picked flowers out of their front yard and threw them in a vase.

    I ordered two arrangements in the pumpkin vases, and they came from two different florists. So, they didn't look alike. I didn't initially understand why they were coming from two different florists, because I ordered them at the same time. Apparently, the way it works is when they put the order in, somebody will snatch it up, so two different florists got it. From You Flowers sent a replacement that didn't look like either one of them, and I ended up having to go to a local florist and have them made up. I don't know if the third florist was somebody new or if it was the second one, but the order was all screwed up. I wasted my money. So, I am not gonna use From You Flowers anymore. It was terrible service from them.

    A couple of years ago, I ordered what was supposed to look like a Christmas tree. But when I got it, it was not what I ordered. I got pictures, and they weren’t similar. I told them the colors need to be the same as what I originally saw. I even sent pictures of it. I ended up with, ultimately, five arrangements because I needed two. They were going on our church altar and I needed them to look the same, so I ended up not using the first three I received and used the ones from the local florist, who did a beautiful job. The customer service seems like they tried, but ordering online is just impersonal, and that was a lesson that I learned.

    I was in a long-distance relationship and I was always intrigued to want to get my girlfriend flowers. It’s hard for me to get her flowers if it's at a distance. Her favorite flowers were tulips, lilies and roses, and I liked how there was a holiday theme where I was able to get her autumn flowers, orange flowers and brown flowers. I also like the amount of time that they last, because there have been times where I got her the flowers and they lasted for a whole month or a whole two months because they haven't bloomed yet. That adds a nice touch to be able to see the flower bloom into something beautiful.

    The website is nice but an option for Apple Pay when you go into checkout would be much easier and quicker. It would probably make people want to just buy it, because you would just put your address in the shipping address, and most people have their wallets on Apple Pay. From You Flowers is a good way for people to get their significant other or someone flowers that are easy to access and it would be a nice way to put a smile on someone's face.

    The flowers delivered by fromyouflowers was completely not what I ordered. I spent well over $100 and they sent the wrong bouquet/vase. In addition, there were like 10 flowers in there. It was completely embarrassing that my family member received these flowers that did not look professionally done at all. I will say I called the company to complain. They offered to refund me 25% but I really wanted her to receive the flowers I ordered. It was for a special person and a special birthday. After requesting it a few times they agreed to send a new bouquet with what I ordered. I confirmed that she saw the order and would ensure that this specific bouquet would get delivered.     My mother owned a flower shop for 30 years so I know how to treat customers and what things cost. I ordered flowers for a funeral that never showed up. I found out through the family and called the business. They said they had no florists available. I asked why they didn't call me so I could make other arrangements and they didn't have an answer! Nor did they offer a refund! I said will you please find someone in Salt Lake & deliver to the family residence. They said yes took the address but delivered it to the funeral home at 7pm! Funeral home closed of course!

    The deceased was already in another town cemetery! I said, "Why didn't you go to the residence?" - no answer! I said I think you should comp that arrangement and deliver to the residence. They said they would, took the new address but I got a message from my card co saying a $10 refund was being processed. They said they were refunding my money, that included weird fees total was $60 for an arrangement that would have cost $20 to make. (I know my mother is a florist!) So they lie, they don't call if there is an issue, their call center folks don't speak English and they could care less about a grieving family.

    My mom's shop was part of the Teleflora Network but at least they had standards! I am mortified and don't know how they stay in business! I get a delivery fee, but what's the service fee? And they say they prioritize funerals so no fee for that- but there was! Horrible business taking advantage of folks who are grieving! Edit: after I sent them an email they decided to refund 20% they are still making a profit.

    One of the worst experiences. I would recommend everyone to find another place to order flowers, even if it costs a little more. I ordered flowers to be delivered on Nov 11 (anniversary), weeks ahead of time. I was notified the day of the delivery that they cannot fulfill my order because they do not have the flowers available. To make the long story short, the delivery was delayed 4 times for whatever reasons such as “florist could not make the delivery today”.

    Finally got a confirmation that the flowers were delivered on Nov 17, but when I checked, they delivered to the wrong address. By this point, I had already wasted hours on the phone with them because of all the delays. I had to speak with multiple people today to finally have someone from a higher department call me only to tell me that all they can do is redeliver the next day, but only if the recipient could sign off on the delivery (even after specifics of our house and directions were given). Not only has the order now been delayed a week, wasted hours, but they are now not willing to even deliver the flowers without inconveniencing us further. I will never be ordering from here again and recommending everyone to avoid this business.

    Choosing this company was a horrible decision. I chose a beautiful fall bouquet for my daughter's birthday with the great expectation that the florist would follow through on their end of the deal. They failed miserably. The first text I received was that has to "sub" some flowers out because they didn't have all of them readily available. I thought, well that's ok, assuming the bouquet would be comparable to what they advertised. Again, not the case. The arrangement that was delivered was absolutely substandard and nothing close to what I ordered. I contacted customer service and spoke with someone that I could barely understand. He offered me a $10 credit. After much back and forth, and a long conversation due to a language barrier, he offered me $10 and another flower delivery the next day. I agreed as long as the arrangement was COMPARABLE to what I had originally ordered. Of course, he assured me that it would be.

    Fast forward two days: the flowers were still not delivered. Mind you, these folks are getting continuous emails from me throughout these days wanting to know what was happening and when they would follow through. When the flowers were finally delivered, they were as awful as the first delivery. It was beyond ridiculous. When I contacted them after that delivery, they offered a measly additional credit, to which I pitched a fit (and I'm not a person who pitches fits, lol) and demanded a full refund. They finally conceded and did refund it all. It is disappointing and maddening that you pay a lot of money for a service and have an expectation that you will get pay for but instead you are hooked with false advertising and a complete rip off and waste of time. I am glad and grateful to have gotten the entire thing refunded, but they should not be in business.

    The purchase that I made in April was a bunch of BS. What I paid for is not what was sent for my sister's funeral. It had no purple in it. When I got sent the picture of it compared to what I ordered, I was thoroughly pissed off. When From You Flowers replaced them, it was already over with so it didn't even matter after that. I had several conversations and emails that went back and forth. They were very apologetic, not that at that point it even mattered because what was done was done. But they did replace them and sent a much more beautiful arrangement as I purchased.

    My order in October was above and beyond, great service. That delivery person had to drive a long ways to deliver that bouquet, and it was absolutely above and beyond what I ordered. From You Flowers has a lot of good varieties to choose from. As long as everybody sticks to trying to keep them made to what the pictures look like that you're selling, then so far, so good.

    The flower arrangement was delivered to my parents' house, and it was for a memorial service the next day. My parents sent me photos, and the photos didn't look exactly like what was on the website, but I was okay with it. They were pretty from the photos my parents gave me. The next morning, my mom said that some of the flower petals had broken off. It also had some taller flowers, and they had wilted, like were leaning over. So I suggested that she took them out and stick them in water. She said that the foam that they were in was still wet.

    There was another arrangement from somewhere else that I had looked at, and it was standing really well. But mine from From You Flowers was sort of leaning on the wall. From You Flowers had a similar arrangement as I've seen on other websites, but theirs was half the price. It was my first time using them. They said something about charging what it's worth instead of like inflating the price, and the other websites were inflating the price. So, that was why I went with them, but I learned my lesson.

    I wanted an alternative to 1800 Flowers, and Googled the "top 5" flower delivery services. Fromyouflowers.com came up first, so I chose them without doing any other research. I picked a beautiful arrangement displayed for about 109.00 for the "deluxe" arrangement and small box of chocolates. The pricing totaled over 144.00+ dollars including various fees. It was for my sister's graduation and I was excited. She got her flowers- next day as requested--but the picture she sent me almost embarrassed me because it looked rather cheap. The selection of the majority of the flowers were corner-store quality and noticeably NOT what was displayed online. Really cheap and somewhat sloppy assembly/presentation including vase. Not the elegant and classy online presentation.

    I feel I did not get the product ordered and am disappointed. My sister has good tasted and although she seemed pleased I am sure she noticed the low quality of the floral selection. Edwin **.     Horrible, horrible, horrible in every way. I ordered flowers once again from From You Flowers thinking things were different. Paid extra to have the flowers guaranteed to be delivered to my fiance's job by noon as she got off at 3. Well, lo and behold at 2pm I notice it's still not delivered. No call, no email, no customer care reaching out to inform me about the delay. So I call at 2pm as well they say the delivery is en route. Come 3pm, no delivery still and my fiance is leaving work, so it won't be possible to receive the delivery I paid extra to be delivered by noon.

    I call and they say they'll now have it delivered to my house. That deletes the whole damn purpose. I could have gone to the store bought flowers for half the price and had them waiting at home. No partial refund, nothing. They say it'll be at my house by 6pm. It went from delivery to her job by noon to now it'll be 6pm at my house. I asked to have the florist company's name so I could review them but they won't give that info out because it's such a big secret because they know they have crappy companies working with them and if people knew who the companies were they'd be showing up to the storefront itself. I'm extremely disappointed and I will be leaving this on all review platforms. Awful.

    Scam!! Do not purchase. Paid for same-day delivery, got run around for 5 days, they said they would deliver flower just for inconvenience and refund me. I even got an email saying delivered and THEY WERE NEVER DELIVERED!! Called them and the guy was acting clueless and then says, "We don't have florists in your area." I said then, "Why would one, you accept my order and 2, give me the run around acting like they would be delivered for 5 days and 3, more importantly, SAY THEY WERE DELIVERED when you couldn't even get flowers to deliver???"

I then called customer service, they acknowledged the mistake and told me they would give me a refund of 30%. I thought this fair...However the refund was nowhere near 30%. Not sure how you can stay in business when you don't provide the customer what they paid for.

    I recently ordered a dozen rainbow roses for an event I had. I ordered them on a Tuesday and needed them on Friday and they were promised to arrive by then. When Friday came I went to view the tracking and saw that it said delivery would be made Saturday afternoon. So I called to see what could be done and was told I could get a refund so I agreed to do that. Then I got an email saying they were going to refund $10.80 of the $70 I spent to not receive my flowers when they were needed. So I called the next day to see about my refund and was just repeatedly told the flowers were being delivered today even though I made it clear I no longer needed them. And then to top it off, when the flowers did arrive they looked nothing like they did in the picture and were slightly brown on the outside petals. I highly recommend finding another business to use.
