I ordered 2 separate flower deliveries and they were delivered when expected and both people I sent them to were very happy with them. The only problem was the 2nd order said it was on sale from $59.99 marked down to $47.99, but when I went to check out it was back up to the original price. I think your website needs maintenance!

I ordered same day delivery for Mother's Day spending 85 dollars and what was delivered was a standard bouquet from Safeway. When I reached out I was offered 25% refund which was 16.00. Like another customer, the flowers that were received were worth the refund and not the remaining 60.00 I spent. I reached out again 10 days later as that refund had not been received. After my email, the refund appeared immediately. I have included a picture of what was ordered and paid for and what was received.

Still waiting on Mother's Day flowers from last week. They said they were delivered and they were not, so they said they would replace them and make them a little better with a thank you note. This never happened either four days later.

I ordered mother's day flowers for my mother in law and while I was at it my husband said to order some for myself. I ordered myself the Prismatic Glow bouquet, 3rd upgrade in size, to be delivered Tuesday after mother's day. Then something came up and I had to change delivery date to Wednesday. I chatted with Sadiya on FromYouFlowers.com site and she assured me the delivery would be on Wednesday. However, Tuesday early a.m. I started getting emails from UPS and From You Flowers stating my flowers were on the way. So I contacted UPS thru their email and requested for the delivery to go to a neighbor. I completely filled out their form and submitted it. I came home on Tuesday to see a sticky note on my door from UPS saying I missed my delivery. The note also said my flowers were in transit to a Michael's store for holding and that I'd be notified when they were available for pick up.
I received an email from them on Wednesday that the flowers were available for pick up at Michael's so my husband picked them up on his way home from work. I opened the box to an order that was maybe a third of the bunch I was supposed to receive and it was dead. No one had refrigerated them for I don't know how long. They were on a shelf at Michael's. I contacted From You Flowers and told them about the messages never going thru, us having to retrieve the flowers and the fact that they were dead. They wanted to send me replacement flowers but I declined due to experience. I told them I wanted a refund. So far, out of an order for $72.06 with delivery, they're giving me a refund for $16.54. This is outrageous and I am very disappointed to say the least.
I won't be giving them any more of my business. They also shorted me on my MILs order (see other review) and they're giving me $11.02 back for that. So for orders over $147. I'm getting back $27.56. Very bad business. I won't be back. There ought to be more one can do for their return of funds. Below are photos of what I ordered (1) and what I received (2).

If somebody needs to send flowers to somebody in the US, and says they don't know who to use, I would send them the link and say, “I use fromyouflowers.com.” I only use them when I'm trying to send flowers that my home florist can't deliver to. I use them when I send something into the US. I recently sent something to my admin for admin day. I liked the arrangement's types of flowers and colors.

I’m pissed the flowers that I ordered were not the flowers that was delivered. They sent a cheaper bouquet than what I ordered and paid for, the chocolates that I ordered were melted and the order was brought inside immediately so that wasn’t the issue. The card was empty, did not include the beautiful message I had written to my friend for her birthday, and to make things worse, she didn’t even know who had sent them!!! This site is horrible, and I will never use their services again terrible experience!!!

Mother's Day and she gets rotten flowers. So how do they address it, 20% off. Please lord help me I lost it. After being hung up on twice, I told them I wanted a full refund. I suggest never using their service.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered Mother’s Day flowers for my mum in the USA from Australia through FromYouFlowers, and the experience was absolutely terrible. The flowers delivered looked NOTHING like the photo advertised online. The arrangement was much smaller, had far fewer flowers, and looked cheap and poorly put together. What made it even worse was that more than half of the flowers were already dead on arrival. The edges of the pink roses were turning green, many flowers were wilted, and the entire arrangement looked old and poorly handled. It was honestly embarrassing to send something in that condition to my mum on Mother’s Day.
This was supposed to be a special gift to make my mum feel loved and appreciated, but instead, it completely ruined the occasion and left her disappointed. Companies like this should understand that they are part of important life moments, and poor quality flowers and terrible service can genuinely ruin someone’s day when it should be making their day special.
To make matters worse, my mum called the customer service number on the card and was promised a replacement arrangement would be delivered that same day. Nothing arrived. No follow-up, no apology, no communication. I also emailed the company directly and received no reply at all. I wish Trustpilot allowed photo attachments because the difference between what was advertised and what was delivered is shocking. Very disappointing product, terrible customer service, and completely unreliable. I would never order from this company again and would strongly warn others to avoid them if you care about sending quality flowers for a special occasion.

The last time I ordered from them, the day they said it was gonna be delivered, that's not the day it was delivered. It was delivered the day after the actual delivery date. Also, I never received an email. Nobody ever contacted me. It was also kind of expensive, compared to what I usually pay for. I would not refer somebody to them.

I sent my mother flowers from this site and they were the worst flowers I have ever seen. I send a lot of flowers to people and these were the worst ones I ever saw. The arrangement had dead flowers in it and there was no Baby's breath or any type of organization to them. It looked like someone just threw flowers in a vase and sent them. The flowers were almost dead. Some of the flowers were already dead. I was so embarrassed for sending them. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

When I order my mother flowers for Mother’s Day, I’m paying to have them delivered during daylight hours. By 10 pm, the flowers still had not arrived. I complained and asked about a refund. They cancelled my order entirely which isn’t exactly what I asked for. So now it’s the day after Mother’s Day, my mother still did not receive anything from me, and I’ll be researching smaller flower business I can use going forward to deliver her delayed flowers along with an apology. Very disappointed in this flower delivery service all around! Notice on my receipt it says 10 pm on my phone and the flowers have yet to be put for delivery. Kinda shocked at how bad this experience was!

I used this service a few times. Somewhat reasonable pricing and delivery schedule. Unfortunately my recent order for Mother's Day was ruined by delivery of flowers that look nothing like what I had ordered. I ordered a deluxe set of pink and white flowers. What was delivered was a cheap arrangement of multicolored flowers in a completely different style vase. I reached out to their customer service and they offered to refund me 25% of the item value. Not even 25% of what I had paid to get it delivered. So of the $80ish I spent, they refunded me $14 and ruined a gift for my mother-in-law. I am appalled at the lack of accountability. Never using this service again.

I ordered $340 worth flowers, 3 sets and they looked nothing like the photos! I should have looked at the reviews before I ordered. They tried to offer me $52 refund lol. This business needs to be shut down for false advertising!!

I wouldn't even give them 1 star, but I have to give something. I ordered my mother a special bouquet for Mother's day, with a custom vase, balloons, and large teddy bear. I paid extra for same day delivery. Not only were they not delivered same day, nothing about the order was correct. A completely different bouquet was delivered, and they did not include the balloons, teddy bear, or custom vase, all of which was an extra $100. expense. The bouquet that was delivered wasn't worth anywhere near what I paid for the bouquet that was ordered. Looking at their choices online, the bouquet they delivered was half the price of what I ordered.
I spent 4 hours on the phone speaking to different reps concerning this issue, and they only wanted to give me a 20% refund! Are you kidding?! I paid almost $225 for something that according to their website was a $50 bouquet, not including the other items that weren't delivered. The bouquet I ordered was $125 alone! I will never use this service again, and I highly recommend no one spend their money with them! This is my mother's first Mother's day since my sister passed away a couple of months ago, and this delivery was supposed to be special, and CORRECT!

I made 3 orders for Mother's Day. The order for one was premium dreamy rose bouquet. It looked nothing like the picture and somecflowers arrived wilted and dying. I offered to have a re-delivery which they said they didn't have product anymore. The cost was 126.33 including cost of vase which was 16.99. They only wanted to refund 29.19?. I disagreed. The two photos is how flowers arrived. Not like shown with flowers on right in vase.

My husband ordered a bouquet of flowers to be sent to my work. The order never arrived. I called and the person on the other end said they were delivered. They were not. I called back two more times and was told both times there was a delay and would be delivered next day despite my husband paying for same day delivery. I called the next day and was told they would be delivered. I called a 5th time and was told they were delivered yesterday. At this point I am so frustrated and not ever sure they will come. Now I am being told they will come tomorrow to my house. We will see! This has been a terrible experience for my wedding anniversary!

Whatever you do “DO NOT ORDER” from FromYourFlowers.com look at my pictures attached. They took $231 dollars from account for $138 worth of flowers then cancelled my order and said it didn’t go through.

I ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday to be delivered to her middle school and was assured they would arrive before 5:00 PM. As you know, middle schools are not typically open after that time. My wife stayed and waited until after 5:00, and the flowers were never delivered. What’s most disappointing is that there was no phone call, email, or any communication letting me know there was an issue with the delivery. Thank you, but no thank you.

I will never buy from this company again. Twice I've had a negative experience and there is no customer service. They have an overseas call center and the representatives are hard to understand due to accent and find it hard to hear you. First time I ordered, I paid extra to have the flowers delivered the next day because I knew the recipient would be away after that. The flowers did not arrive until after the date. I complained and they gave me $18 credit. As I had the credit, I decided to try and use it for a Mother's Day bunch of flowers. The flowers were all reduced in price, but the credit was applying to the original flower price which was not what was being charged that day. I called. The first person could barely hear me and then gave me the wrong information.
I called again. The woman said she could help me make the order through the phone. I said okay. Then either the call dropped or she hung up. The third time I called, the representative couldn't hear me at all. I then tried the online chat. Typed everything out and then the rep just disappeared. After about 10 mins, another rep came on the chat. Made me retell everything and then told me they couldn't help me and I'd have to call!!

The customer service is awful. I have been waiting for my delivery all day and the customer service hasn't given me any answers. I spent a lot of money on these flowers and none of the workers seem to care about my order or the fact that it's not delivered yet. I wouldn't recommend this company at all. Go to a local florist instead where they actually care about your flowers.

I haven't had the best of luck with FromYouFlowers. I've had to get several returns because the flowers did not come the way they were supposed to come. When fromyouflowers.com delivers the flowers, they refuse to tell you what actual company is the one that made the flowers so I could talk to them to let them know if something wasn't done correctly or to have it reshipped. I ordered an arrangement for my mom's birthday in December. I ordered a bear with it. The bear was $25, but it said on their site that it was a $5 bear, and it was a Christmas bear.

I like their selection and I love the website. But I've been disappointed with the quality. When I look at the picture on the website and order, especially with the upgrades, and then the recipient sends me a picture of what they received, it's completely different. The arrangement, the colors and the selection of the flowers were different. The last two arrangements were really disappointing. They looked cheap. One of those was the best from the selection. It was the best upgrade. When I looked at those, I thought, “I could do that.” I don't know if it was because they're in different states. One was the East Coast and one was Southern California, but the arrangements weren't close to what I had chosen. It looked like it was downgraded.
I love the fact that you can choose next day deliveries in the website. But maybe that's the issue, because my last two orders were kind of short notice. Maybe the florists in those areas just didn't have the flowers that I saw in the pictures. But overall, I would still recommend FromYouFlowers. It's real easy to use and the prices are really good.

Some of the flowers I received were not fresh & dying. They did not last long as pedals started falling off after day one. I wasn't impressed with the overall quality of these flowers. Delivery & packaging was fine but the fact that they only lasted a few days was frustrating. Flowers are not cheap. I definitely expected more.

I was looking to order some flowers for a funeral. I ordered flowers a couple of years ago from 1-800-Flowers, and they were horrible. So, I decided that I was gonna go through my Capital One credit card. That way, if I had an issue, the credit card and I can get involved. I found fromyouflowers.com through Capital One advertising. I ordered an arrangement for my brother-in-law, and my sister said they were gorgeous. I was very glad to hear that because I was really nervous about not being able to see them.

Do not purchase flowers from here! The guarantee means nothing. I ordered flowers for my daughter-in-law on 30 April for her birthday. They guarantee me they would be there on her birthday, which was May 1. When they didn’t arrive, I called them and they said they would be there the next day. They called me on May 2 and said that the florist didn’t have the proper flowers and they wouldn’t be delivered until May 4 then they told me I had to pick out another arrangement or get a full refund, which means she would never get her flowers at all. I picked out another arrangement and now it won’t be delivered until Tuesday the fifth. They never offered any type of compensation and they do not honor any type of guarantee and they certainly do not care about what they do plenty competition out there so please go elsewhere. It’s getting there on time is important.

So, I ordered some flowers through fromyouflowers.com for my mom's birthday, the website states the contract with actual florists to make these - nope, my mother got her flowers, and they were nothing like what I had ordered, so I sent pictures of my receipt (upgraded bouquet) and what she received. They said (on the phone and email) they would reach out and have them redone and resent the next day. Per customer service, if the florist takes the order, they are supposed to send what the pic looks like with minor tweaks if something isn't in season; not everything.
Two days later, my mother received another set of flowers, still not what I ordered or paid for; they were a duplicate of what they already sent with a couple extra flowers and a different colored vase. I asked my mother the name of the florist on the card - ALBERTSON FLORAL DEPARTMENT - NOT AN ACTUAL FLORIST! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I could have just gotten those myself. Albertsons I'm literally 3 blocks from my mom's house and I paid 20 bucks for delivery.

I ordered flowers for my mom while she is in the hospital and I am beyond displeased! When the flowers arrived on Monday it looked like a "Love Bundle" that you would get from the grocery store and shoved in a vase without any care to arranging the flowers. I let the driver know that this was NOT what I ordered, she said that they would deliver the correct arrangement the next day. The flowers were not delivered. And the arrangement did not last 4 days!
I called customer service on Wednesday to let them know that my mom did not receive what I ordered and I asked they deliver the correct arrangement. They said they would have it delivered by next day on Thursday. They did not get delivered. I called customer service again late Thursday to let them know the flowers had not been delivered. I requested the flowers be delivered and a refund. They refunded $12.99 of the $63.84 I paid.
On Friday I received notification that the florist could not deliver the flowers because they could not find the hospital. I called customer service and asked that they ensure the flowers were delivered I also asked if the picture the florist sent to them was what I ordered and he said it was. When the flowers arrived, the arrangement was STILL NOT CORRECT! This time the arrangement was a small regular arrangement.
I called customer service for the FOURTH TIME and Peter decided it would be best practice to argue with me on the phone. He told me that the florist has the option to "substitute" when needed. I told him that substitutions does not mean they can downgrade the entire arrangement! I requested a full refund. He told me that he could only give me a refund of $25. I told him that I wanted a FULL REFUND. He told me that he would give me an additional $20 credit. I told him that I wanted all of my money refunded and that there was NO WAY I WOULD EVER USE THEIR COMPANY AGAIN.
I only knew that my mom did not receive what I ordered because I have been staying with my mom in the hospital, so I was there when the flowers were delivered. I am beyond angry. First, when I order something, I EXPECT what I order to be delivered. Second, do not argue with your customer. Third, I should not have had to ask for a refund. Fourth, I should never have been expected to accept a "credit" from a company I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL NOT SEND WHAT YOU ORDERED.

Whenever I order online, I don't like to go too crazy on the extra details. FromYouFlowers.com’s website was easy to use and very straightforward. I compared it to other flower websites, and it was about the same thing. It just showcases the flowers, but it was prettier. If it's simple and direct, then I'm able to order through it more. FromYouFlowers.com's rep gave me a call before they delivered the flowers. I usually deliver flowers for my friend who’s across the country, so it was very helpful, and the flowers still came in good condition. The receiver loved it. There are a good number of options on FromYouFlowers.com. If you need some sort of flower service, I would probably recommend them again.

I'm very upset. I got a notification on the 27th flowers were delivered. No they didn't. Called. Was told Tuesday definitely. Again no flowers. Wednesday was told they could track where they were and should be believed in next 30 minutes. No flowers. I canceled order. They said completely flowers would be there Thursday. They looked like crap. I'm never using this company again. I was lied to and they just B S me.

The plant that came in wasn't the one I ordered for my wife's birthday gift. It was much smaller and the flowers were wilted and petals dropped when I opened the package. Was so disappointed in the spray that arrived at church. Looked nothing like the picture. Some flowers were drooping. Paid 10.00 extra for a banner and it was put on ribbon with a straight pin that showed! Was honestly the saddest looking flowers there and it was for my daughter. Extremely disappointed. She liked the flowers very much, but the box which was clearly marked “this side up” was lying on its side. I’d highly recommend fromyouflowers.com. They have beautiful and affordable flowers, and they're very convenient. I like how the website has everything categorized, depending on birthday or occasion. It was very easy to navigate. Also, fromyouflowers had same-day delivery on a Sunday, which was great. It was for my mother's birthday. I didn't get to see it because she lives in a different state. But she sent me a picture. They're very beautiful flowers. They were big and have a different variety of color purple. She was very happy.

Total scam! Paid 98.00 for flowers that looked like they got them at the local Walmart, they were wilted and died before the week was up. Sticker I found on the bottom of the flower pot pretty much backs that up!! Paid extra to have them delivered by noon, they were delivered by 6:30 that evening! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I went on to Discount Flowers, then I got a coupon from them and I've been using fromyouflowers ever since. But every time I order from them, they always miss something. Either the balloons or the card or something else. Also, they don't show you the different sizes so you know exactly what you're getting for the money that they're spending. They only show you one size and you only see what they're offering. But I still order from them and I recently ordered a birthday arrangement with red roses for my niece. My experience was okay and the check-out was pretty easy because all my information are already saved into the website, so they just pulled up my last purchase credit card information. But they sent the wrong flowers and they didn't send the two balloons that says Happy Birthday that I paid for or the birthday card. Aside from that, it's kind of hard to get to customer service. All in all, they are unreliable.

I like that fromyouflowers had a collection that included my mom's favorite flower. Purchasing from them was easy. It was nice just to go through a ton of different options that were available fairly quickly. I chose them because they had my mom's favorite flower available to buy, but it didn't end up getting included in the set. It’s for her birthday, and I got one with a blue arrangement with hydrangeas, roses and carnations in it.
The delivery was great. I was out of state, so I had it delivered to where my mom worked, and it went off without a hitch. It was good to know that it got there before the end of the day. If you don't have time to go pick arrangements yourself or go somewhere in person, I definitely would recommend to try fromyouflowers out or look at it.

I ordered a Deluce spray funeral flowers on a Thursday for a Saturday funeral. They wanted me there an hour prior to the start time to accept the flowers. I had been there 30 mins. NO FLOWERS. I called. They told me, "Oh they are on their way." End of service NO FLOWERS. Called at 1500. They just said they couldn't deliver the flowers and I would get a full refund in 1- 3 business days. Flowers for a funeral service wasn't delivered and they lied three times about them being delivered before the service. I ordered the flowers to be delivered the day before the service so they would be there for the wake. There was no signs the flowers were in process of being delivered so I reached out around 1p. They stated the flowers would be delivered by 5p local time. They were not delivered. I reached out late in the evening to find out what happened with the flowers, I was told they couldn't deliver them that day but they would be delivered before the service the next day. I was reassured multiple times.
The next day, the flowers were not delivered by 1030a and service was at 11a. I reached out to them again and was originally dismissed saying they would send me an email with an update. I told them that was unacceptable and was transferred to a supervisor. The supervisor assured me they were being delivered and I would get proof of delivery shortly. I was unable to attend the funeral but watched it from live stream. My flowers weren't there. Family and friends stated they weren't delivered. I reached out for a fourth time and they kept pushing to deliver them tomorrow. Such a joke. Took about 40 minutes to get a refund. No real apology or explanation. Avoid at all costs.

I tell people if they want to stay married, fromyouflowers.com is a good service to have. You won't forget anniversaries, birthdays, anything. They have good range of flowers and my order depends on who was getting it. I always add something like the little bear and chocolates. Checking out the order has been good as well. I've been using Apple Pay.

It was our first time ordering from fromyouflowers and I thought that the pricing and everything were really good. The only problem that I had was that one of the arrangements didn't show up in time. It was for a funeral mass for my mom and my brother. My mom had her standing flower arrangement, but my brother’s didn't get there on time. We ordered two smaller arrangements and then two of the standing wreaths. My brother's standing wreath was found at the back of the church after the ceremony. They did refund for that, but it was a bummer that it wasn't up there. Other than that, what we ordered were all really nice.

Fromyouflowers said that they can have the arrangement there the next day. The first time, I did a rose and lily deal. I was upset with that one, but they ended up helping me out. They said that it could be delivered, and then it couldn't be delivered for another four days. It was my fault, but it was right around Valentine's Day. I didn't even realize it. I wouldn't send them for Valentine's. They gave me a credit towards my next order. They made it work.
Their website was really easy to use. Everything looked good. It was easy to find whatever you wanted. Having a search bar to just put certain flowers in and showing you whatever arrangements was awesome. The ease of being able to do it online is very well worth whatever money I had to pay for them to do it. I would recommend fromyouflowers.com.

I explained to the Manager M, who took my order, my previous delivery was late w/0 refund for late delivery. She repeatedly "guaranteed" & "assured" me this delivery would be on time. My daughter showed me a picture of the flower arrangement she paid for…classy, with lilies and an added balloon. A vase of mostly carnations arrived two days late. There was no resemblance to the arrangement she had selected and paid for. I was glad to get flowers but she was disgusted with them switching to a cheaper arrangement and not even delivering on time as advertised.

I paid $88 for a premium bouquet of crème roses, white alstroemeria, red leucadendron, Soft peach carnations, & miniature carnations, burgundy button spray chrysanthemums in a stylish white vase with a wooden stand. Got the roses, no alstroemeria, no leucadendron, got carnations, some weird colored chrysanthemums in plain glass vase.

Like what you buy in a grocery store. I was so embarrassed when they arrived. Stay far away from this site. They really shouldn't be in business. I spent over $120 on a bouquet what I received looked like a $15 pot from ShopRite sad looking. Cheap.

I ordered the mini rose bush plant. The roses did not bloom and it immediately started to drop its leaves. The flowers all perished within 2 weeks. A terrible plant and choice. Ordered flowers on a Friday to be delivered the following Monday. Paid to have the flowers delivered before 12 PM. As of 3 Pm no delivery yet. The delivery is going to a school which closes at 4 PM. Called customer service and all they could tell me is that it's out for delivery. Unacceptable! Paid for a service that they could not honor. So, I started a chat got an AI bot and all it could tell me it was out for delivery. Why offer a service that you can't honor it. So instead of the flowers sitting on her desk all day and making the other women jealous, I spent all afternoon tracking down the flowers, making phone calls and writing emails. DO NOT use this company! there are plenty of other florist you can use.

The flowers my boyfriend had delivered for Valentine's Day were not like the picture at all. The roses were dead at the base of the petals, or wilted, or eaten by bugs. It was mostly green filler with hardly any flowers at all. He totally got ripped off.

I thought I had a credit from past orders and that I could get discount with promo code and then deduct my credit. It's not a credit! I couldn't be more unhappy with this company.

I will not recommend fromyouflowers.com to anybody. I ordered flowers for a funeral service in Texas. I’m from California. I couldn’t attend the service so I trust them to deliver my flowers for the funeral service, and my flowers were not delivered. Hour and a half after the funeral service I called customer service and they apologize saying, "Oh we didn’t had the flowers you choose. Would you like to send any other arrangement?" I keep on repeating myself the funeral was hour and a half ago, funeral is over where would you be sending the arrangement. There was no place to leave a review on their website and I chose to leave a review here, do not order your flowers. If it’s a small town specific day time is not gonna make it. They could have called me or email me a day or two before the funeral and I could choose another arrangement, but they contact me an hour after the funeral, I will never order flowers from them again.

I ordered One Dozen Assorted Sweetheart Roses, with a custom vase. $70 when you add taxes and shipping. I'm extremely disappointed with this business. Roses are wilted, especially the white ones. On top of that I paid an extra $15 for the custom vase they advertise, thinking they would print my photo on it only to realize all they do is to print the photo on a "water proof" piece of paper that you need to insert into the vase. On the website they make it seem like you will be getting the photo printed on the vase. I went back and double check their wording on the website and it's clear they went to great lengths to trick customers into thinking the photo is printed on the vase.
To add insult to injury I contacted them via the chat on their website and a CSR named Hassan said several times that she/he would be happy to assist me, but that's all she/he said, no real help. She/he did not take the time to read my chat and after 10-15 minutes waiting replied with a generic message indicating how to track my order. I then proceeded to email them. I got a reply from them stating they would refund the delivery fee. Once again they did not even take the time to read my complain. It's infuriating, to say the least. Never again!

I am so impressed with FromYouFlowers. This is my third or fourth order with them, and the bouquets have been amazing. One time, there was a slight question of whether or not the right flowers were received, but customer service made it right, swiftly and kindly. I am such a fan now (sustained great work) of FromYouFlowers that I think I'm fully making the switch for any and all future flower needs. They'll be seeing my name pop up frequently on orders, and my friends and family are going to have a lot more flowers in their future. :) Most recently, I got exactly the bouquet I'd hoped for, for my friend's mother!

From You Flowers cost a bit more than another site, but at that time, they were the only site that could deliver on a Sunday. I ordered a bouquet out of the website, and the pictures were better. The picture showed a full bouquet but what I received had more green leaf than it did rose. I'd tell people to make sure that they're getting exactly what they ordered.

I do not recommend getting your flowers delivered to any special occasions. I ordered flowers to my mom who works at the hospital and put in the delivery date for February 14,2026... After checking for the status, it showed "delivered" but my mother never received them. So I called the customer service to inform them of the same and they offered a different delivery date. So I asked them to deliver the following day at her address. As a result, she still never received them. As of 02/16/2026 my mother was scheduled to work and she later texted me this day that she received the flowers and told me the flowers were sent to medical records.!
When and How did it get sent to medical records when I specifically put the address with the department floor my mother works at and her contact number. I wished the florist would have contacted my mothers contact number prior to just dropping it off elsewhere. In addition, when my mother received the flowers it was not what it looked on the pictured for the price I paid for? I definitely called the customer service and got my refund.

From You Flowers does a great job for me at work. I've had a whole slew of sympathy arrangements, sadly, for work. They really do a nice job. They have a great variety. I get an email that my order has been received, and I get a nice email that it’s been delivered. If there have been any delivery issues where the recipient was not there, they've been super great about being proactive to let me know. And the one time I had required the same-day delivery, and there was something that couldn't happen at that local end, they reached out to me proactively to let me know they were gonna refund the little surcharge for how you have to pay a little bit if you want it the same day. They took care of all that. I really enjoy their company.
Their website is really easy to use. When people get their arrangements, they're very pleased. A lot of times, the employees actually take a picture to show you what they got. For me, being the admin that's doing it on their behalf, it's nice to know what it was gonna be in the catalog, the look of what took expect. I know sometimes it's a little different, because someone might be living in Texas and something might not be in bloom in their local floral shop, because they usually use a local florist to fulfill things. But I'm very pleased with them. I've been using them for three years now.

I have sent 10 emails back and forth to the supposed customer service, but they keep requesting information that I've already given them. They say they can't find an order, yet I've sent photos of the box, the shipping labels, and the dead drooping frost bitten flowers! Evidently their game is to wear me down so that I will stop trying to get them to make this right. They owe my son a refund. I haven't told him about all of this, because I don't want to hurt his feelings but it's not his fault and this is a terrible company to order flowers from. They were a Valentine's Day arrangement, and it arrived the day before, 5:30 PM, in a cold damp box and inside were frost bitten drooping dead flowers.
The rose petals were falling off, blackened, and the carnations were shriveled as well as a little purple flowers. The greenery was shriveled and dead. Nothing was going to revive them. They had been left in a too-cold environment for too long and it wasn't because of where I am, in OR, because we are having mild 50o weather. I will keep up with these silly back and forth emails to their "customer service" but at this point, it's a joke. They send me emails, yet keep asking my name! Absolutely insane. They either have a 5 year old responding to their emails, or, it's some AI generated nonsense that simply goes into a loop of asking for the same info over and over.

I would give zero Stars if I could, three out of three times I've used them they have not delivered on time, even when they are paid extra to do so, with two weeks advance notice, one of these times being today Valentine's Day. The worst part about it is when I tried to get it resolved I got mysteriously disconnected four times. And on top of that not one time that I get an email of any kind updating me anything. No emails no texts nothin g. Just no communication at all. The funny thing is I used 1-800-Flowers for another order for my mother zero issues and arrived even earlier than expected. I will not be using this people again. I'm happy to give people a chance because I know things happen, but three times is ridiculous especially when you pay extra for something to be there on a specific day and they have two weeks advance notice, that reeks of inadequacy.

Worst experience of online shopping ever!!! After struggling to place the order with someone I had to spell every word to, I was expecting to see “rainbow spring bulbs”. It looked glorious on the website. I got to the funeral home for the first of three visitations and it was not there! The afternoon went by, and it wasn’t there for evening visitation either. I called the next morning and got an apology and an offer of 30% back. I made a special trip the next afternoon to make sure it had arrived. It was a POT OF DIRT! You could see a few little green sprouts coming up, but not one blossom, or even bud! DIRT! Scroll past this website and shop elsewhere!

I ordered a Deluxe Valentine’s bouquet for $79.99 and was disappointed with the overall experience. I was charged $79 for what appeared to be a standard one-dozen rose arrangement. The bouquet delivered looked significantly smaller and less full than the photos shown on the website for the Deluxe option. The marketing images show a much fuller arrangement, but the actual product looked closer to a basic one-dozen bouquet. For $79, I expected something much closer to what was advertised. I order chocolate also and they didn't deliver. Overall, the product did not match the expectations set by the website, especially for the price paid.

They can tell you mixed reviews but I can tell you they might be good and if you deal with them I hope you don’t go through what I did because there is nothing they can do to fix it and when I called them they acted like it was not a big deal. They thought giving my money back and sending free roses would fix it but that won't fix it.
You all know when you have rose delivered it is a special thing more special on Valentine’s Day but when it tells you it was delivered but you don’t hear anything from the woman that was suppose to get them and you call her and ask her if she got a delivery and she tells you no, the special day is not there anymore. The surprise is ruined and it is the only address in this town and they had her first and last name and still delivered it to the wrong person and address. It is averaging when you have this happen with other things but very hurtful when it happens on a special day and to special person so if you are trying to surprise someone and it is someone special I would not use them because they can care less if they hurt people.

Order delivered on time and flowers were beautiful. However, the chocolates sent had an expiration date on the box that stated “best by 12/2025”. Obviously not edible. I understand mistakes happen, but very underwhelming help through their chat. Waited 10 minutes between answers from rep. Did refund cost of chocolates, but really diminished the overall quality and impact of gift.

This is the WORST company. Do not use them! Send flowers and Chocolate-Covered Strawberries to a friend in Florida. Flowers arrived in OK condition. Chocolate-covered strawberries had all the chocolate melted off. The strawberries were all mushy and warm. Totally disgusting. She had to throw them all out. I asked them to resend to my friend, packed in dry ice, but the company refused. Tried to refund me 20.00 out of the 130.00 I paid. Yelled at them so much that they gave me a 40.00 refund. I should have been refunded the whole amount for the embarrassment and hassle. Save yourself the aggravation and find another company when sending flowers or food. See phone below. We ordered one of the valentine's packages that they had a promotion on. We also ordered a custom photo vase ($14.99) as well. We received the package delivered today. However, the flowers were not fresh and damaged; many leaves were wilted. We expected a imprint photo on the plastic vase or something like other websites did with imprint photo vase or cup. Unfortunately! We just got a print photo paper of our uploaded picture separately. It was not worth it paying for extra custom photo vase. I would not recommend this place if you really wanted something done right.

They’re alright. Been using them for years. I love the convenience, speed, and delivery, but I don’t like the fact you might not get what you ordered. From what I have experienced, it seems they use third party florists to fulfill the orders. These florists may or may not have the flowers you ordered in stock. They try, but out of the 50+ orders I’ve made over the years, at least 10 of them were not remotely similar to what I ordered (different flowers, different vase, different colors). Beautiful and high quality still; just not what I ordered. I take time to order exactly what I want so, it is disheartening when different flowers are delivered, but I also understand they prioritize the delivery over strict order accuracy.

Ordered the Pastel Floral Sympathy Standing Spray on February 1, 2026, for a funeral on February 5, 2026, for 9:30AM. Their reply was "we delivered the arrangement!!!' It was delivered 48 minutes late. The funeral had already started so arrangement was not delivered in time to be displayed at the funeral. It was embarrassing and hurtful. Do not order from these people ever!!!!

My sister's memorial service took place on a Sunday and we ordered flowers well in advance. The flowers were never delivered and no phone call was given to let us know. We paid fees for everything from delivery on a Sunday to expedited service fees. When we called to complain they wouldn’t connect us to a manager or supervisor, then they kept asking what our relationship to the person we wanted flowers delivered for even was. I guess my dead sister wasn’t a response they thought was acceptable. This service sucks.

I ordered the beautiful Lily & Rose Celebration for my aunt which was Pink Asiatic Lilies, Pink and Red Roses, Purple Waxflowers and Alstroemeria and I picked the Premium version which was supposed to be 14"H by 12"L. What she received had 3 red roses, 2 red and white carnations and 1 sprig of lilies with some baby's breath. I understand that there could be some substitution, but this was not in any way the arrangement I ordered. The local florist you use does not do quality work, and I paid for the premium version which I could have gotten grocery store flowers for less than half the price that would have been nicer. As a result, you have lost me as a customer.

Corporate fraud, their entire website is fraud. They dont have anything that's pictured, they don't even know if the florists do. They send some crap that looks nothing like the picture at all. And if you order a huge arrangement. They enjoy screwing you and send something tiny, they offer rush delivery you pay extra for but still deliver when they feel like it. This corporate owned is nothing but fraud, it's disgusting they are allowed to do this and aren't shutdown, I'm not the only one they've screwed, it's all over online. They've taken thousands of customers' money to only keep screwing them over.
None of their flowers are fresh, they are crap quality, they have sent flowers that died next day or are broken, they say they will send replacements, still none look like the picture they advertise. Corporate fraud. That's called misleading and false advertising. This corporate fraud company has literally ruined people's lives.

I picked out a beautiful flower arrangement and paid a good price for it, but what showed up for my Aunt's birthday was a bouquet that I could have sent from Stop N Shop for $40 less. There was no happy birthday sign or banner or bow. The vase was ugly it would have been better if it was in a glass. There was not one flower that matched any of the flowers that were in the original bouquet that was picked out and ordered. If my original bouquet was not available I should have been called or emailed not just given a supermarket bouquet. I should have only been charged for simple basic bouquet. Totally dissatisfied.

The experience is always pretty good. The only thing is that it costs 299 or 199, where you get it delivered before 12 o'clock for whoever you're sending your flowers to, and a lot of the times, it doesn't do that. But overall, I would definitely recommend them. They are very quick, efficient, convenient, and they have beautiful flowers.

I've used From You Flowers before. This time, I ordered a wreath. They've done it right in the past, but this time, they left off the ribbon. I would use them again, even though they send short stands. There's also no way you can put a comment or ask for a larger one on their website. I would think if I chose the largest flower or wreath arrangement, they would use a larger stand instead of the short stand. But the arrangements are beautiful. Everything else is fine. That's why I use them.

I got two different arrangements from FromYouFlowers, which was my first experience ordering from them. I was in rehab at the time and decided to buy myself and my roommate flowers. I got two dozen roses on one and a dozen and a half on the purple ones, and they're absolutely gorgeous. They were delivered on time as well, and they lasted for quite a long time. If I could give 0, I would. Bad communication. I ordered a sympathy arrangement to be delivered to a church 1 week before the event. The company emailed me the day of the event that it could not be delivered. I don't check my email every single day. By the time I get to it, it was 3 days late and the company sent another email that the flowers had been delivered to the same address, which is the church. The company could easily call or text me since I provided my cell #. I don't even know if the church will contact the family or not. Don't order from this company!!!!

I Googled how to order flowers for someone last-minute out in California. I liked FromYouFlowers' variety of flowers and colors. I did everything online, and everything was fine. I've been ordering from FromYouFlowers.com for a year. Easy web navigation, easy checkout process, and helpful staff. I work for a large nonprofit organization and if a family member of one of our staff passes away, we send flowers. We have a standard arrangement that we send. It runs just under $100. The color palette of that particular arrangement, which was lavenders and purples, seemed to be the most calming and conveying of condolence that our organization tries to put forth. I regularly take advantage of the free card message card that comes with it. When I needed to change the location of a delivery, they were very helpful and took care of everything I needed.

The flowers that were delivered to my Mother In Law looked nothing like the bouquet I ordered. The one I ordered was sophisticated, modern with pinks and green. The one delivered was old fashioned with dark purples and no cactus. I upgraded to the premium bouquet and I do not feel like that is what I received. I've been ordering from FromYouFlowers.com for years. They're my go-to preferred flower place. I have many addresses in there. I use them for everyone. There are flowers for every occasion. If it's a birthday, they'll give you specific birthday ones. They have this flower arrangement that looks like a birthday cake and it's flowers. They have one that looks like a bear. They also have those flowers that last three years. I bought them for my mom, and I have one too.
There's a nice arrangement even for deaths. The fuchsia vase was pretty. It was for a birthday. I usually add balloons and a card. Sometimes I get flowers for myself. They're so nice, they're quick and easy. My vase is never broken. With other companies, they got it, opened the box and the vase was completely shattered. I never had an issue with FromYouFlowers. Everyone always loves their arrangement. They made the day a bit better for everybody.

Honestly, I am very disappointed. I ordered a flower arrangement for my mother’s birthday, and throughout the entire day she never mentioned receiving anything, which I found odd. Later that evening, I reached out to ask if she had received a delivery. She told me that when she arrived home from work, there were flowers left on a bench outside the house near the public sidewalk. There was no note included indicating who the flowers were for or who they were from, which left her confused and unsure whether they even belonged to her.
To make matters worse, the flowers looked nothing like what I had ordered. I contacted customer service to ask why the arrangement was left on a bench and why no card was included. I was told that the flowers may have been left there because no one was home, but I know this is not true. My grandmother lives at the house, does not drive, and does not leave the home. She was aware there would be a delivery and waited all day.
Instead of bringing joy and excitement to my mom on her birthday, this delivery caused confusion and disappointment. When I reached out to customer service, I felt they focused more on justifying the situation rather than understanding my frustration, and nothing was resolved. I wasn’t even asking for a refund—I just wanted the situation to be made right in some way. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen.

I bought the Premium Festival of Flowers from this company for my wife. The pictured bouquet I ordered was full of colorful flowers. I paid over $70 for the Premium bouquet. What I got was a a vase with about 6 flowers that was filled at my local Shaws with the price tag of $10 still in the arrangement. I was in shock at the fact I paid 7 times the price of what I could have picked up myself. Do not buy flowers from this business as what you order and what you get a starkly different! Buyer beware!

I ordered a bouquet from here for a friend who abruptly lost a parent. I ordered a gorgeous bouquet with irises in it. Paid $71 dollars for it. She sent me a picture today thanking me for her flowers. They were TOTALLY different! No irises at all anywhere. Instead they used the tiny little crunchy purple looking flowers and some little red ones. Not happy with the bouquet at all. Picture with irises is what I ordered. I sent 2 of the same arrangements, "Radiant Golden Holiday Tree," one to LA and one to Philly. The arrangement in LA was outstanding, while the one to Philly was way below par. I sent pics of the 2 arrangements to FYF, and they refunded 100% of my cost for the Philly arrangement within an hour. THAT is outstanding customer service! I am a customer for life now!!

Floral arrangement ordered and the one delivered was not even close. I upgrade to the largest arrangement for the effect. Very few red roses and more daisies added in place of them. In the website picture, I could see 10 red roses. In the picture of what was sent I could only see 5 red roses. A crystal angel was suppose to be in the center of the arrangement, but a cross was substituted. Would not recommend or use FromYouFlowers.com again.

I ordered the flowers in a pitcher that was suppose to have red cardinals on it. The pitcher with the cardinals was the whole theme of the order for me. It was delivered in an ordinary red vase and the flowers looked half spent. It was disappointing.

I ordered a centerpiece for Christmas that was described as silver elegance with white flowers and 3 silver candlesticks. It costs $85. When it was delivered it had 4 white flowers that were half dead and greens off of a pine tree. Candles were gold and ribbon was red and green. They refunded it...but very disappointed!

I ordered my friend flowers from this company and I was so disappointed. The flowers did not look like the flowers on the website. The flowers were a harsh color, no fillers were included, wrong color vase, and no bow. The flowers look like I could have done it by taking a bunch of flowers and shoving them in a cheap vase. I called the customer service and they said they were going to refund me $16. But the damage was done. I wanted my friend to receive the flowers that had ordered. I will stick with ordering flowers from a local small business. No more online flower shopping.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! I paid almost $90 for an arrangement to be delivered the same day, within 4hours, with balloons. It was delivered two days later (on a weekend), dead flowers, and no balloons. When I called to complain, they offered a refund of the expedited fee only ($4.99) and a re-delivery. 24 hours later, still no flowers. I called for a refund, and they once again offered a re-delivery. NO THANK YOU! They offered a 30% refund. WHAT A JOKE! I demanded a full refunded and told them I would be reporting them. Worst customer service ever.

The arrangement arrived on time and was beautiful - bigger than we expected. The shop called prior to delivery to make sure someone was home - it was very cold that day. The recipient was very happy. We would order again this way and not be worried about when it delivers or how it would look.

I am very impressed on how they handled my order as, it was not the arrangement I ordered and the company that was delivering it were very rude ... I contacted From You Flowers and they stepped up and fixed the problem and even refunded me some of the money .. I will always order from them. A arrangement was sent but not as your pic described... One red candle in center not two... missing pine cones and red carnations and white flowers. Very Disappointed... Had used your service for brownies that we liked... but this one was a big failure... I've included the photos of the actual delivery vs what I thought I bought.

I got the information from your website and via phone call saying flowers would be delivered no later than 6 pm. They were not delivered until almost 9pm. They were for my grandmother's birthday, and she had to stay up later waiting for them to be delivered. Don't say they would be delivered by 6 pm if that isn't the truth.

They did give me a $36.38 credit which was half of the cost of the flowers which was very kind. I wasn't asking for a credit but I thank you for it. The second delivery of flowers was much better than the first. It just didn't look like what I had ordered.

I ordered the Regal Romance bouquet for my daughter. They delivered it and it was lacking carnations, there were very few roses and the lillies were just buds mostly. I spent $93.21 total with taxes and delivery fees. Since I didn't feel she got what she should have I called the company. They apologized and said that they would be redelivered the next day (Friday I think). I received an email stating they were waiting on a fresh shipment of flowers and it would be late. I called on Monday and they said they would redeliver that day which they did. Attached are pictures of the three bouquets. The first one is what it is supposed to look like. Would you pay $93.21 for what she received? I won't again!

I decided to send flowers to a friend who is admitted to the Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston. I liked this website for its ease of use, lots of nice arrangement options, and customizable additions like balloons or chocolates. I ordered the flowers at 11:31am and at 3:14pm I got a message from my friend that they had arrived, and they had made his day! He sent a photo and they looked great too. I had sent a "small" box of chocolates as well and what arrived was a very nice looking 8-piece Russell Stover "Dubai Style" heart-shaped box of chocolates. Perfect!

I ordered four floral deliveries from FromYouFlowers.com on Tuesday. Today, I received an email stating that one of the deliveries could not be completed because they do not have a local florist in the delivery area. This should have been identified before accepting the order and charging my card—not days later. More concerning was the Christmas tree–shaped arrangement I ordered. The product listing showed and described a clearly defined Christmas tree shape, made with lush greenery, red roses, white baby’s breath, silver ornaments, and a decorative red ribbon, intended to resemble a festive holiday tree.
What was delivered looks nothing like the advertised product. Instead of a tree-shaped arrangement, I received a low, round centerpiece with scattered greenery and flowers. There is no tree shape, no structured design, and no resemblance to what was shown online. This goes far beyond normal “floral substitution” and feels misleading.
When customers order a premium holiday arrangement—especially for time-sensitive occasions—they expect the product to reasonably match the description and photos. Between accepting orders they cannot fulfill and delivering arrangements that are fundamentally different from what was advertised, this experience was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend FromYouFlowers for important events or holiday orders unless reliability and product accuracy improve significantly

I ordered a Christmas arrangement for a friend. It was a good price and was delivered on time. But it looked nothing like the picture. I was very disappointed. And within 2 days some of the flowers had wilted. I sent them an email letting them know that what was delivered looked nothing like what was ordered and I got an automated response that said they were sorry and refunded me 25% of the cost of the flowers. That does not make up for the experience.

Do not do business with this site. The flowers delivered were nothing like the picture. Not even an attempt to approximate. Smaller in size and ugly as heck. For a Christmas arrangement it looked brown in tone. They offered a $10 gift certificate in exchange for the experience. What an insult. Spend more $50 more for an ugly arrangement. I won't get burned again.

I chose the florist arrangement choice package with balloons. The flowers chosen were perfect for the birthday of the family member that I sent them to. There were pink, white, purple and yellow flowers-no I don’t know all of the names of the flowers chosen. I was happy that the balloons were remembered, because unfortunately sometimes the extras are forgotten. The family member could not remember a time when they had received balloons-and now they can.
