    The first time I used this business I was under the impression I was getting an awesome deal. Their website shows a nice picture of flowers, you order and when you get to the end after selecting the right flowers and writing a nice long message you get to the end and find out you have a $15 service fee which is not mentioned to include tax which you expect but when you get those together you have no choice but to complete your order and end up with 20-25 dollars more than what you started.

    The second time I ordered because I started getting emails for discounts which don't include the extra $20-$25 dollars but I thought it still seems like a good deal. I ruined the surprise because they promised to deliver by 5pm - next day I called the wife at 5:05 and asked about the flowers, her comment was "what flowers". I called fromyouflowers.com and the said for UPS deliveries it's 7pm which I must have missed. The problem was when the flowers got there by UPS the box was so hot and the flowers were in such bad shape that I could not believe they are not ordered through some local florist. I will never use fromyouflowers.com again!!!

    Not only did the flowers not get to the person on order date but three days later! Charged me 70$ for some ** flowers and not even close to how they promised they'd look. I'm so upset and they can't even give me my money back. All yellow flowers when it says white lilies and yellow roses. It's awful. Don't even want to give them to him now.

    I ordered a specific plant in a specific colored pot as a birthday gift. What was delivered was a completely difference plant and container. I chose the plant for the conditions it required. The plant that was delivered required completely different conditions (more water, etc). The company was very very responsive (they explained that the florist they used did not have those plants in stock, they called me every day to check in about the current status of the new delivery and did not charge me for the first wrong plant) and finally did deliver the correct plant but NOT the correct pot. This left me questioning, "How they can advertise specific things when they use other florists to supply the product???" I would have given them zero stars had they not been so attentive to fixing the problem.

    Ordered from FYF for same day delivery on Wed June 15. Received multiple emails indicating delivery right down to the minute. No delivery. Also claimed had spoken to recipient which the recipient knows nothing about. In fact they claim the recipients are still on vacation, they are not. It was a weekend getaway. It is now June 20th - a Monday. They have made an effort for a refund and credits but I have lost total faith. My issue are the "untruths" about delivery, about contacting the recipient, etc. If anyone from FYF wants to challenge me, I have full documentation. Yes, things happen but this was unacceptable as it was a situation based on untruths.

    I ordered a calla lily arrangement for my grandmother's funeral well in advance. I live across the country so I sent them to my mom to take to the funeral for me. The day they were supposed to arrive she called and said they hadn't shown up. I called From You Flowers and they said they would not be delivered that day due to a severe weather alert. Ok but they did not notify me, I had to call and find out. So the next day they arrived just before the funeral BUT they were not even arranged! I paid extra for a vase and the vase was even too small to hold the arrangement. The lilies were so tight they looked like pencils. They offered me 20% refund off of a $75 arrangement, finally I spoke to the manager and pushed to get a full refund, which I did, hence the 1 star. It was embarrassing and the sentiment to honor my grandmother with the flowers was ruined. I will NOT order from them again.

    I am so angry with this company. I ordered a stuffed toy with balloons to be send to my daughter after the news of her pregnancy! This was a Friday. I paid extra, as it was considered a 'weekend'. I was so excited and wanted to add to the festivities with a fun gift. They promised to deliver 'same day'. They failed to deliver and then offered to deliver the following Monday. The fun was spoiled by then. They offered to refund the $2.99 weekend charge... yeah, right! Wow, extremely poor customer service. I did get a full refund, but after terrible customer service. I wish I had read the reviews first.

    Paid extra to be delivered on Sunday and was not delivered. Was told that an attempt was made to deliver on Monday morning, but I sincerely doubt that is true.

    I have them 2 stars instead of 1 because I was treated quite nicely on the phone by the representative. They gave me a full refund. I suspect this wouldn't be a problem if you want your flowers delivered whenever, but if you have a deadline, like most people, expectations should be set low.

    I was looking forward to seeing the bouquet of flowers I sent, and boy, was I surprised, and NOT in a good way. Talk about "dinky". Downright embarrassing, in fact. I stood around making excuses to my family that I did not order such a puny delivery, but rather, paid for an upgrade. They said, "Well... You did not get an upgrade..." I have nothing more to say, except... I took a photo to send to FROM YOU FLOWERS when I complained and their response was that it was exactly what I ordered. WHATEVER. I will not be using them again.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is AWFUL. I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday. Instead of delivering on time, a delivery person called her and asked how to get to her work place. He couldn't find her for 1 and a half hour. It was almost 5pm and time for her to leave work. The surprise and good mood was ruined. She send me a picture of the flowers and I was shocked. They look absolutely different from the picture online. I could buy myself 12 roses with greens and put them in a vase. Never order from them again. Avoid.

    Dishonest site sends wrong orders at their discretion. I think customers don't check asking if recipient received the correct order and From You Flowers sends whatever is cheapest. Floral arrangement I selected was all white roses and tiger lilies with light and dark greens in a round contemporary vase. Fuchsia wilted freeway flowers in cheap glass vase with a horrible even brighter fuchsia ribbon is what was received representing my family name! Tribute was all white. Too late to make good on ceremony...awful site. DON'T SHOP AT "FROM YOU FLOWERS"! I should have read numerous bad reviews before shopping on this site.

    I recently ordered the "You're In My Heart" flowers from this company, which looked very nice and I thought my girlfriend would love it. It was our anniversary and I could not be with her because I was out of town. So I decided that I'll order this bouquet that is $59.99 and I got the second to highest upgrade for better flowers and it is supposed to look more full. I also spent an extra $15.00 to have 5 pink balloons come with the flowers. Well she finally received the "Flowers". This is a joke to something later on, and she called me excited and happy. I said "Well send me a photo of it, because I wanted to see what they looked like."

    I received the photo and I saw ONE rose in a box. One single rose in a box, with no balloons anywhere to be seen. My order total was 82 dollars and something cents, and all I got was a single rose in a box out of it. Highly recommend not using their services. If they mess up this bad as frequently as they do please do not waste your money. Mine is still in the question of if I'm going to get a refund or not.

    I live in England and my girlfriend lives in America. We're 3337 miles apart so yeah... I can't give her flowers myself. I did a quick search online to see if there was a way to send her flowers, and sure enlighten I found fromyouflowers.com. I ordered the bouquet 'rhapsody in red' on 27th May 2016, and thought that I'd give the florist about a week to get some good flowers in, so I placed the delivery day for June 3rd (the day I'm writing this review).

    I paid extra for the 'premium' bouquet which said online means they give you more quality flowers, arranged professionally and it's just bigger. I also added on the 'large' box of chocolates and 3 balloons, 2 normal and one of those shiny metallic-y ones, and the 'expedited delivery' which said on their website means 'guaranteed delivery before 12pm'... I'll come back to that later. The flowers plus these add ons cost me $115 (about £80). I thought that's so expensive for flowers, but hey my girlfriend will love them so it's worth it right. So a week soon past and June 3rd arrived... I was working until 5:20pm (12:20pm for my girlfriends time zone). And I ask her if anything arrived today for her... She said no... So then I get worried I got the delivery address/date wrong... But no I did it all right, so WHERE WERE THEY??

    I started to panic and went on this website where I was met by the tsunami of bad reviews saying fromyouflowers.com is a scam, etc etc... So now I tell my girlfriend that I tried to give her flowers but it fell through... Then at 7:20pm (her 2:20pm) the flowers arrive! She shows me them and wow they looked AMAZING! They looked better than in the picture, but were not in the 'ruby red vase' as promised online, but whatever. I don't care about that. It's just a red vase. They came in a clear circular one which is good enough for me!

    The reason I'm giving this service 4 stars, and not the full 5, is because as follows: 2 hour late delivery despite paying $4.99 extra for 'guaranteed before 12pm delivery'. 'Large' box of chocolates was just a small bag of 'ghirardelli milk & caramel squares' (paid $20 for it). Not in the vase as described. Bouquet did not contain dahlias like they said it would (my girlfriends favourite flower, main reason I chose that bouquet). Balloon was missing. Too expensive for what was delivered. But the good side is: Girlfriend adores them. Flowers are very healthy and bright. Although delivery was 2 hours late it was delivered the same day. No receipt so she didn't know I spent $115 (£80)...

    Overall... I would say that the service I had was good, but not great. If the delivery was on time, bouquet included dahlias and the chocolate wasn't pitifully small, I would have given 5 stars. Looking at the other reviews here maybe I'm just lucky as there was some real horror stories listed here... I will list pictures of the bouquet shown on the website, the bouquet my girlfriend received, the metallic balloon and the chocolate.

    Yesterday I ordered flower arrangement to be sent to my daughter-in-law who had been hurt at home. I had tried to order from several other more popular sites that I had used in the past and each arrangement I choose was not available in their area of Massachusetts. All they could offer were simple floral bouquets in a plain glass vase.     Recently my friend's mother passed away. The wake was on a Sunday and was planned very quickly. I had used FromYouFlowers in the past (as recently as a week before for another funeral) with satisfactory results. I placed my order online late Saturday evening. On Sunday morning, I missed a call from FYF saying that they needed to know the time of the service. I returned the call as asked and was given two options on the electronic message - press one to place an order or press two for customer service. I pressed two and the same message was repeated.

    After a few times of this I pressed one and explained the situation to the woman who answered the phone. She transferred me where I then Sat on hold listening to how my call was very important to them. My husband tried from another phone and had all of the same problems. He explained the situation to the order taker and was told all she could do was transfer him. He too was on extended hold.

    We finally gave up and I decided to e-mail when I got home. I sent an e-mail to their ironically named e-mail contact WeCare@FromYouFlowers.com. I explained the situation and told them the time of the service. When I got to the wake the flowers had not been delivered. I was embarrassed and upset. When I got home I tried calling again and got the same useless message. I sent another e-mail stating my dissatisfaction and saying that I would not order from them again. They did refund my money but they responded or tried to contact me. Apparently they DO NOT CARE!

    I ordered a bouquet for my husband and needed same-day delivery. The total cost was $60 after a $10 discount, which I thought was high, but I wanted the flowers rushed, so I paid it. He got the bouquet and called me to thank me, but when he brought it home I was shocked by how tiny it was. I felt completely lied to and ripped off; the bouquet was about the size of my fist, and only had a handful of flowers in it. For $60!! I could've bought a bouquet twice that size for $15 at the florist down the street, and I was instantly kicking myself for not doing that instead. When I told him how much I had spent, he was shocked and upset, and told me to call customer service.

    I called customer service and the woman who answered was friendly, but somewhat unprofessional. She did say she was sorry that I was disappointed, but then she told me that I should've expected that size, as it was standard for them. She offered me $8 off (a joke), or redelivery of the same bouquet. I was on the phone for a total of 30 minutes, wasn't even guaranteed that the redelivered bouquet would really come (much less told *when* it would come), and wasn't offered a full or more substantial refund, which is what I really wanted after feeling so ripped off. I buy flowers for people often, and thought I would try this company after it popped up in Google results. That was a total mistake! I will never, ever use this company again.

    I ordered a food basket for a girl that was hungry with PMS. Paid $80 for a basket to be delivered next day. NOWHERE DOES IT SAY IT WON'T BE LEFT AT THE DOORSTEP. She has to be home.     I placed an order with From You Flowers on Friday, May 20, 2016 for delivery to a funeral home on 5/21/16 in the Metroplex. I got a call Saturday morning that they were unable to find a florist to make a delivery on Saturday morning. I find that hard to believe in the Metroplex but ok, whatever. I was told the delivery would be made first thing Monday morning before my aunt's service this morning, the 23rd. I got an email at 5:28 pm today saying they were unable to find a florist to make the delivery. What a load of crap!!! Shame on me - this is the second time this place has done this. The first time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and believed their reason. NEVER AGAIN.

    I will never ever call this place again. On Friday May 13th, 2016, I placed an order to pick up on Monday for my mothers graveside services at 11 am that morning. The lady told me that would not be a problem and the florist would call me later that day to work out the pick up details. (I live in Mississippi and I was traveling to Illinois to bury mom). Never heard from anyone on Friday but they was quick to place a holding on the funds in my bank account. Called in Saturday at 10 am, to wait on customer service hold for 45 minutes. Hung up, called back and clicked to place an order and was connected in 1 minute. Was told that they could not access my order, therefore they could not help me. I asked to speak to a manager and was thrown into the customer service queue. I hung up and called the florist in the small town back home and none of them had the order (by this time its 1 pm).

    Called back into the customer service line and waited another 30 minutes to be told that they do not have a florist in the town now, that they said the previous day. That I would have to drive an additional hour to pick them up BUT there was some florist in a town closer but could not give me an address so I could choose a closer one. They said it was a privacy act violation. By this time I am upset that my mother will not have flowers at her funeral, so I told the lady to cancel the order and release the hold on my money. Was told it would happen in an hour - more like 2 days! (Talked to bank and they said it was on the From You Flowers side as they had not released it).

    Anyway, I was able to call the florist back home (the only one that was still open - for another 20 minutes) and she told me that From You Flowers had just called them to see if they could take the order. I was lied to on Friday!!! I was lied to on Saturday, I was furious, upset, everything. I am so thankful for the small florist back home that did a beautiful, better, cheaper bouquet of flowers for my mothers funeral. I will never ever call From You flowers again as all they do is lie to you, make promise that they cant keep, can't place an order when taken. PLUS customer service sucks... You have to wait so long just to speak to someone and the order takers can only take your order but can't tell you anything after the fact - plus you can't speak to a manager when you want to. Save your money and your time and go someplace else. From You Flowers is not worth it.

After a lengthy wait on the phone they reported that the florist didn't deliver to Concord but had accepted the order anyway and they would have to find another florist. I was furious to discover the site implied they delivered to Concord and that they had charged my card before the order was filled. I requested they refund the money and cancel the order.     I ordered 12 roses, a teddy bear, a box of chocolates and a balloon with a card for my wife on our 1 year anniversary. I was charged ~$80 for the order. When the order arrived to my wife she only received the roses and the balloon. I called to find out what happened and was placed on hold for 49 mins before I was able to speak to a rude non-compassionate customer service rep who reluctantly said she would refund me $20, which I still have not received, because she claimed they were not going to redeliver add-on items even though it was what I ordered and was charged for.

    So I basically paid $60 for a dozen roses a cheap balloon and horrible customer service. They didn't seem fazed at all that they ruined my one year anniversary gift to my wife. I am beyond upset and have never had this happened before. To add, my emails were never returned either.     I decided to surprise my girlfriend with a bouquet of flowers in traditional Broncos colors. She is a huge Broncos fan so I found an arrangement that was fitting in orange and purple. Set it up for delivery and paid the "expedited" fee for morning delivery to her office. Well come closing time and they still weren't delivered. I found their 24 hour phone number and called. I was on hold for roughly 22 minutes before it was answered. The gal on the phone was very apologetic and said that they were having problems with the orange lilies. I mean...did they take this arrangement from a tombstone at the local cemetery?! Did they send some reconstituted dried flowers and charge me in excess of $60+ dollars?!

    So I immediately call Customer Service to relay mine and hers displeasure, and who should answer the phone but the person who had one nerve left and I happened to be the lucky recipient of indifference and "sucks to be you" attitude! I finally asked for a supervisor and she was quite condescending herself UNTIL I sent her a picture of what was delivered. NOW she fully understands the issue and was extremely apologetic, and guaranteed that it would be redelivered the next day, and it would be the proper arrangement, AND she was going to refund the purchase price. I declined on the refund because being a business owner myself, it hurts everyone when you aren't paid for a service.

    So once we got that ironed out I felt pretty good that my girlfriend would get the arrangement that was picked for her. WELLL...not so fast there fella! I then get a phone call at 7:30 in the morning from them stating that they are having problems with the lilies and if I'd accept substitutions. I now had one nerve left and simply told them to "forget the order, refund my money, and take the arrangement off the website since you cannot seem to be able to fulfill it." I've now resorted to taking a flight to see her (yes, long distance relationship) and will spend the weekend making it up to her. I will NEVER use or recommend this establishment to even my worst enemies. Definite buyer beware.

    The ONE positive review this website shows IS A PAID FOR REVIEW. My story is similar to just about every other review posted on this site; I ordered the flowers well ahead of Mother's Day. They never showed up but the money is out of my account, and all attempts to contact the company have been ignored. I've emailed FOUR TIMES with no results. I've called several times and been on hold for over an hour (I took it as a challenge) each time, and while I DID get a human after an hour on one occasion, I was hung up on!!

    I just called again (for maybe the fourth time) and after twenty minutes on hold got a human (hint for anyone else fighting this fight: call after 10 PM, I finally figured that one out) who told me the same thing the person who hung up on me. Said; "okay, we just have to check with the florist first and get the story about why the flowers weren't delivered. We'll totally call you back." I will continue to call and email until they give up and refund my money or until the company disappears and the email and number disconnect, which I expect is more likely.

    Bottom line: 1.) DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM HERE FOR ANY REASON. Google a local florist and pay for real flowers from real people instead of paying for invisible flowers from the internet. 2.) If you, like me, are here because you've ALREADY been swindled by this company, call the help number after 10 PM for an increased chance at maybe getting a human.     I ordered the deluxe bouquet of orange roses and magenta flowers (pictured below) for my mom for Mother's Day. She received an arrangement (also pictured) that is sparse, ugly, and clearly not worth the money spent on the deluxe bouquet. It has a couple of roses, a couple of gerbera daisies, filler flowers, and a tacky bow.     I ordered 2 bouquets and chocolate covered strawberries. I spent a lot of time browsing all the pretty arrangements that all have names to pick the perfect one for each person. When they received them they sent me a picture. I was so disappointed! They were completely different than what was pictured online. The ones my mother received were so bad I was embarrassed. I paid $178 because I upgraded to the next size up but they looked like a very small bouquet, not as full as they picture online. I was also charged $14.99 shipping for each item that's about $45! The strawberries did not look as good as the picture online either.     Well sadly enough I guess I am in the same boat as everyone else that has placed a review on this company as I am seeing everyone saying the same thing and issues that I had. I placed an order for SAME DAY DELIVERY (even picked florists choice so I assumed would be same day for sure) since the company says they GUARANTEE same day delivery. I was delivering these flowers the day after mothers day as she didn't have such a good one and I wanted to make her feel better. Well thanks to this companies horrible customer service that didn't happen.

    I placed my order at 6:50AM and as I mentioned selected florists choice and SAME DAY DELIVERY (which yes you pay extra for). I spent the day waiting to hear my confirmation or hopefully a message from my friend that she was feeling better. NOTHING came!!! I used the "track my order" a number of times throughout the day and it kept telling me that the company had not received confirmation of delivery from the florist yet. However they have a line that states they can track internally and if I "click here" I can submit a form. ALL that did was submit my order number and email - then I get an automated reply email telling me that although they try to make within the business hours and on same day sometimes that isn't possible. YET THEY GUARANTEE SAME DAY DELIVERY!!!

    So as the day goes on we come up on 5:00pm and no delivery has been made and about 8 emails that I sent to their customer service email they inform you will be replied to within an hour - I received NO response. So the NEXT DAY I decided I would try to track again and see if maybe they went after 5:00pm and her office was closed. NOPE! So I called the 5 different phone numbers listed on the website and THEY ALL GO TO THE SAME RECORDING! And here comes the worst part...

    I WAS ON HOLD FOR 44 yes 44 minutes before SOMEONE finally decided to pick up the phone and say hello. The woman apologizes for the hold and asks me for my order number when I told her what the problem was. She then tells me that she will call the florist if she can just place me on hold for a moment. After hesitating as I was just on hold for almost an hour I agreed... I WAS ON HOLD FOR ANOTHER 15 Minutes before she came back. She again apologizes and tells me that the problem is that my order was never printed so the delivery person never received it!!!

    She then proceeds to tell me that she was sorry and that she will be printing it today and they promise they will deliver it today! I told her what gives me ANY comfort in believing that will actually happen. She assures me that they will deliver it today and of course no she doesn't say right away, no I get the - before end of business day hours as usual. So now I get to spend another day wondering if it is being delivered, and yes I am glad she will get her flowers but SO NOT THE POINT NOR the day I NEEDED them delivered.

    She informed me I would get a 50% refund which okay fine - but at this point are you kidding me!?! I was on hold for a total of 1 HOUR and 3 minutes and 39 seconds before I was actually helped. On top of that they have a GUARANTEE ALL OVER their website which is a total joke. And when you call for CUSTOMER SERVICE you have to wait FOREVER to even have a live person come on the phone. I have received bad service but never like this and I will NEVER EVER order from here again and will be SURE to pass this review around to EVERYONE I know.

    First, their website is missing right scripts, because it saved the wrong search for me therefore messed up my order in the first place for Mother's day. Next, after I ordered - they are emailing and saying they cannot deliver before or on my Mother's Day and would like to do it after the holiday with complementary and bla-bla. So overpriced delivery after the holiday. OK. They did not even coordinate with the recipient (as all florists do) and just dropped off flowers on a porch when nobody was home. I then searched the internet for information, and unfortunately found out too late that tons of people have been having horrible experiences with this company.     Beware - this site will put ANYTHING they want in your chosen flower arrangement except what YOU ordered. The photos totally lie. AND, you can bet it will be of lesser quality too. I ordered my mother a huge daisy arrangement for Mother's Day because she picked fresh daisies all the time when she was a child. What she got was 6 roses, 6 lilies and tons of leaves in a small vase. Drugstore stuff worth $10 or $12 when I paid $68.00. If you don't mind all that, then go ahead and order.

    My husband ordered me 2 dozen roses fromyouflowers for our 30th anniversary. The 2nd day the leaves on the roses started drying up and falling off. The 3rd day the roses started drying up. Not 1 of my roses fully opened. It has been the 5th day now and they look so horrible I am throwing them in the garbage.     I was online and placed an order with Fromyouflowers.com. Prior to ordering the flowers I searched the website for delivery times. I was not able to see the delivery times until after I placed my order. No more than 5 minutes passed and I attempted to call customer service to cancel my order. After being on hold for about 15 minutes I emailed the company and explained the situation and requested a callback. I called again and was on hold for 38 minutes until I had to end the call because I was at work. I’m currently on hold and I have been on hold for 26 minutes and counting.     This is a horrible business operating shady business practices. They cannot guarantee you delivery on the date you specify. I ordered flowers for mother's day and I had nothing delivered with no email or anything to alert me. I called them up and waited on their hotline for over 90 minutes before giving up. I received an email at 12 am saying they were unable to find a local florist to deliver to me and if I would be happy with a Tuesday delivery!

    This is not a florist - they cannot guarantee you delivery and they cannot guarantee you the same flowers you will order. What they do is they call up local florists and try to haggle an extremely cheap price on flowers so they can have fat margins after taking your order, if they cannot get any florist to accept their prices then they throw away the order and wait until prices come back down and offer delivery a few days later.

    Furthermore, when you place an order on the website you have no idea that you have to pay a hidden $15 service charge, $6 *SAME DAY DELIVERY* charge until AFTER you have placed the order. Do not pay attention to any positive reviews you see on their facebook or any review site either, they are paid SPAM reviews to try and drown out all the real reviews like my one.     Apparently people only bother to rate a company when they have something bad to say. I was so worried after I read the reviews... I ruined mom's surprise by apologizing if the flowers she received are crappy... I didn't have to and it would have been better if they were a surprise. They were great. I'm am so really not appreciating these ridiculously slanted reviews. Don't just rate a company when you have something bad to say. Rate it also when you have something good to say. Only rating negatively is not accurate or helpful. Of course you don't actually care about that, you just like to complain to get even.     I usually don't write reviews and I typically have my go to flower company that I use; but this time I decide, hey look at these prices for the same flowers; I figured why not. Well their prices were relatively decent and in some instances cheaper... until you check out and you're hit with fees and high shipping cost. I ordered roses and calla lilies. They arrived on time (I scheduled to have them arrive Wed before mother's day and before my wife traveled). When I took them out of the package, they looked dull and not as vibrant as they were pictured on the site. I arranged them as advised on the box i.e. cut the stems diagonally under running water, warm water in vase with flower food etc...

    Today is Saturday and TWO of the calla lilies (the most expensive of the flowers I bought) are DEAD! As in wilted and brown. The roses in the same vase for now are fine but the rest of the calla lilies aren't far behind. Now I have bought flowers for years, so this isn't the case of not knowing how to care for them. From Wed (May 4) night to Sat morning, these flowers haven't even made it to Mother's day (May 8). I just happen to be still on the phone waiting on customer service to pickup... It's been 52 MINS and counting. Unbelievable!! If this is any indication of how they value my business, I'll just go elsewhere. They have managed to leave a bitter taste in my mouth and from reading others reviews, I'm not alone.

    Delivered NEXT DAY and FLOWERS NOT SAME as arrangement I ordered... less pink roses. At 12 pm 5/4/16, I ordered the Pure Delight Bouquet 'deluxe', more money for same day delivery by 6 pm. When I checked delivery status online around 5:45 pm, it said they hadn't gotten confirmation of delivery yet from the florist. So I waited a bit longer... contacted the recipient, they hadn't received anything yet.

    So around 6:45 pm, I check the delivery status again online and it said the same thing... I called the number on the website and it took several times and long waits before I got thru to a person. They said it was delivered, but couldn't tell me to who and when... the online status still said the same, not delivered. Another customer service rep said he would call the florist in the morning to ask when/where it was delivered. I got NO call today! I tried calling their website number and finally got through after 2 hours of trying and explained everything and how upset i was. The lady said she would call the florist while I was on the line. She did and told me the florist apologizes and will make a special arrangement and deliver it himself today.

    Several hours later, at end of day the recipient finally received flowers - didn't look like what I ordered online and some of the flowers were different, not as many roses and they added yellow daisies - not impressed with this company... no refund or discount was offered to me for their mess up!! At delivery, they did apologize to the recipient for the delivery being a day late. I don't know if it was the florist himself or not.... won't be ordering from here again. The funny thing is, that last week I ordered flowers for same day delivery and they received them same day - don't know if the recipient got the same arrangement I ordered or not. They did come through with flying colors. While at the door of the recipient they made a phone call to learn the recipient was not home. Rather than leave the flowers at the front door, they took the initiative and delivered the flowers where the recipient was at the time. Not only am I wowed by the proactive steps taken to ensure that my sister received the delivery, but everyone who saw the floral arrangement thought they were absolutely beautiful, brightened the entire room and put a smile on everyone's face.     Because I did not get a response when I called 3x's while holding 30 mins each time; and because I also sent emails to get confirmation for delivery, and because the electronic response did not recognize the order number, it led me to believe I was dealing with one of those fly by night experiences. I finally called and was hold for 24 minutes before I got a customer service rep to provide me with a status on my order. Although the order was for same day delivery, the rep said I should receive a confirmation when delivered.

    I expressed how disappointed that I was not getting through on the Cust Svc Line, but was really concerned when submitting my order number and got a response that they did not recognize the order number. If they make good on the delivery, (between 9 and 5) or if they do not, I will definitely return to this site and submit the results and comments. I really want to give them a better score, but there is a huge need for improvement on their customer service line.

    I ordered a succulent arrangement for my husband because he received a promotion at work. I wanted to send him something for his first day in his new office. I selected a masculine arrangement that required very little care, that is why I picked the succulent garden. I chose it from the list of options that was available for the same day delivery. It was also advertised as hand delivery in under 4 hours. I waited all day and never heard anything. When 6 hours had passed since my order and my husband was to leave work soon I submitted an email to check on the status. It said I would receive a response within an hour. When I got home from work (about 7 and a half hours from when I placed the order) I got a message on my phone asking me to return the call.

    I called and spoke with someone in customer service that told me that the arrangement I picked was difficult to fill in this area. I asked why it was listed as same day delivery even after I entered the zip code. I was told that they tried 4 different florists, but they had 20 more to work within my area. I asked why I wasn't informed of the problem before they missed the delivery day entirely and they didn't really seem to have an answer for this. I was then asked if they removed the $2.99 same day fee and upgraded the order, and promised to have it delivered early the next day if that was acceptable. I said it would be okay as long as they didn't send a regular planter in place of what I had ordered. They said there may be some substitutions. I said I wanted what I ordered. They said it would be as close as possible and be delivered early the next day.

    After 1:00 in the afternoon the following day I received another call asking me if they could send a substitution planter. I told them I did not want a regular planter and already explained that to the customer service representative that I talked to the day before. I asked to be refunded. The person I was speaking to said they would refund it, but 2 days later it still shows as pending on my account. They never even apologized for the inconvenience. I was very disappointed with this company. They advertised something they couldn't get, never got anything even remotely close to what I ordered, delivered in 2 full days, were rude on the phone, and offered no apology. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. This experience not only ruined what should have been a nice gesture on a big day, but carried over into the next day.

    I ordered 2 separate flower arrangements (2 recipients) and paid the extra $2.99 for same day delivery as well as $4.99 to expedite delivery within a 4 hour time frame, for each bouquet. I ordered regular bouquets, thinking that is what was pictured; you have to click on the "?" to see that a deluxe bouquet is actually pictured. I placed the orders at 10:00 AM and received a call at 2:46 PM, saying one order was rejected because the florist was closed. As both were going to the same side of town, I questioned that and found that neither bouquet would be delivered because they did not have the correct flowers. I was going to cancel my entire order, but the employee said she would upgrade to deluxe bouquets, have them delivered first thing in the morning, refund the 2 earlier mentioned fees and send me 2 $15 gift cards. I reluctantly agreed.

    The next day, I received a picture from one of the recipients, a couple celebrating their anniversary, and was shocked at the skimpy looking bouquet with balloon. It was definitely not worth $64 (which included $15 delivery)!! I called them back and they explained they already upgraded, refunded same day fees and sent the gift cards and there was nothing else they could do. I told her they SHOULD refund the fees, since they were a day late and I will not use the gift cards because of this awful experience. And the upgrade? What upgrade??? The other bouquet was for a friend who lost her Father. :-( I will NEVER use this company again! They will not give me the name of the florist they used. During the whole process I thought this is a nice company and website, I was even satisfied with paying the $4.99 extra so the flowers would be received before 12 pm.     Ordered flowers for my mother's birthday on the 13th for her birthday on the 20th. Paid the additional $4.99 for "guaranteed delivery" before 10AM on top of the $15 delivery fee. It was not like my Mom not to call after receiving flowers, so I checked the tracking status on their website.     I ordered flowers with chocolate for my daughter's first wedding anniversary. The chocolate didn't arrive - I only found out about the non-delivery because I asked her if she had gotten it.     I really wish I had read reviews before using this company. I ordered some flowers for my mom's birthday and paid the same day service fee. The flowers didn't arrive on her birthday and I didn't receive any notification regarding the error, so she was searching everywhere for them. Each time I called the CS team I waited in the queue for 10 min on average and received very poor/non-energetic CSRs to help me. They said they would get flowers out to her the next day and upgraded me to a larger size, along with a $10 credit. THEY DIDN'T ARRIVE AGAIN and AGAIN no notice.

    I called CS once more and received another apology, $10 credit and 25% refund. I called the next day requesting a full refund and they said they couldn't give me my money back until they spoke to the florist to make sure the flowers didn't already go out. Given my horrible experience and history, the right thing to do (and to ensure they keep a customer) would have been to refund me in full and STILL SEND THE FLOWERS. I forced them to refund me immediately and of course all the rep said was "we're refunding you and we'll make sure your flowers don't go out." In my opinion, they should have sent those flowers anyway -- PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

    I am so upset. I didn't read these reviews before making an order through FromYouFlowers. I just drafted up an email to send to customer service and instead of retyping everything, I am just going to post what I wrote to explain my terrible experience: "I am beyond disappointed with my order. First, not only did I order "same day delivery", and it was delivered the next day AT NIGHT, but the order was not at all that was described. It looks nothing like the picture, and is nothing that the description says."

    "I ordered "green tea and roses", and in the picture it shows multiple yellow roses, but the one delivered had only TWO roses. The flowers look so unfresh as well. Also, in the description and picture it says that the flowers are put in a "teacup and saucer". The one delivered to my mother for her birthday was put into an ugly generic white coffee mug with no saucer. Next, I was supposed to be compensated with a "fuller bouquet" for it being a day late, but it in fact looks smaller than what's on the website. I also ordered a balloon and it was not included when delivered. I am a completely dissatisfied customer and want a FULL REFUND to my PayPal account so I can order else where. Thank you." Their customer service is also terrible. Every time I call, I am put on hold for 10-15 minutes minimum. I don't understand how this company is still in business!!

    I ordered a dozen colored roses and customized vase for my mom... a just because gift. It didn't look anything like the picture. She was so excited that I think she didn't mind that it looked shabby. I ended up paying $50 and they arrived on time, had no issues, but not $50 worth by far. The vase was "unique" in that the customization is a waterproof paper that is kept on the inside of the vase. Pretty cool. We will see how long it lasts.

    If I could put "0" stars I would! I placed an order with From You Flowers for a gift basket on March 23, 2016. The gift basket was to be delivered on March 25, 2016. On March 25, 2016, after normal business hours (so I could not contact another vendor to order a different basket), I received an email advising that they were unable to deliver the basket. I called From You Flower's Customer Service line the following day at approximately 8:00 a.m. I was assured that they would deliver the basket (with an apology) that date (March 26, 2016) and would upgrade my basket at no charge. Please note they had already charged my credit card at this point.

    A few hours later (approximately 11:30 a.m.), a customer service representative contacted me and told me that they were having difficulty finding a florist to create the gift basket and would only be able to deliver on Monday, March 28, 2016. I agreed, only after being promised that I would be charged 20% less for the basket (mind you, my credit card was still charged for the full amount). Today, Monday, March 28, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. I received yet another call from the customer service department stating that they finally found a florist to make the basket, but that florist would need 24 hours to obtain the materials and create the basket. WHY WAS THIS NOT DONE WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER ON THE 23rd? Their customer service is absolutely horrible - they do not deliver on their promises and I am now waiting for a full refund.     I wish I had read the reviews beforehand! I thought this would be a great way of sending my sister something as she lives in Florida and me in England.     I placed an order for a treat basket. What I ordered and what I received were two totally different things. After several e-mails I finally received a response today. The response stated that the local florist would be willing to re-deliver the basket only if the original basket was untouched. I find this appalling. I paid 65.97 for one basket and ordered the "premium" option and what I received was a basket full of cheap snacks. Instead of full boxes of candy like the advertisement showed for the "Everyone's Favorite Candy Basket" we received bite size candy bars, potato chips, popcorn, a few candy bars, and some small bags of prepackaged cookies.

    Beware of the statement "options may vary". What this means is "you will get what we send and as long as everything is intact we will work with you". My husband received the gift at work. Of course he opened it and shared it with his friends. I cannot believe this has happened. Not only can I not believe it, but now I question all of the 5-star reviews on their website! Please before you order do your homework. I didn't and what I got was a cheap basket at a premium price.

    The company does not honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee. I upgraded 2 orders which were to have larger arrangement of flowers. When it was delivered the base of the vase was larger in circumference than the head of the bouquets and the flowers barely stood over the rim of the vase. Now to be perfectly honest the people I sent them to liked and appreciated them. Of course they would not say otherwise and maybe they did meet with their standards, but having paid $50 each, half of which were fees, they did not meet my expectations and therefore the reason for my request.

    When contacting them about the disgraceful abomination they wanted details that no one could because they were delivered to a different location, like number of stems, blossoms, buds, etc. When I pressed them that their satisfaction guarantee does not require this they offered 30% off which I immediately told them was not sufficient. I am following up with my CC company to get a refund of the full purchase price based on their satisfaction policy. I would advise everyone to not buy anything from this vendor. You will in all likelihood regret your decision.

    My boyfriend got a new job and I wanted to surprise him on his second day with the Deluxe Junk Food gift basket. I paid the expedited fees for GUARANTEED same day delivery.     Ordered flowers for my best friend after her husband passed. They were supposed to be delivered same day. They were not. Was supposed to be sent an email with verification that was never sent. I called them and sat on hold for over an hour with them and was placed on hold multiple times, never able to talk to a supervisor. I should have read the reviews prior to ordering. That is my bad. I will never use a Third Party Florist as they do not care. They only care about money. It is sickening that these people are ripping off people in time of death, sickness and celebration and on days that are supposed to be special or honored.

    The flowers have yet to be delivered and I don't know if they will have the correct balloon and arrangement as I see the company doesn't always ship what is sold.     I ordered a bouquet for my granddaughter to receive prior to her piano recital.     I placed a same day order with this company on March 11, 2016, to deliver a gift to my daughter for her birthday. I paid the additional $2.99 for same day delivery. However, I was informed later that day on March 11, 2016, that the flowers could not be delivered due to the time the florist received the order. The person I spoke to from the company stated that the flowers could be delivered the next day on March 12, 2016. I informed the person that the flowers was for a Birthday and really did not care for them to be delivered the day after my daughter's birthday. I asked to cancel the order.

    I was offered an additional 10% off my existing order, an upgrade from the original bouquet, and a $10 coupon for a future order. I declined and for a 2nd time asked to cancel my order. I was then offered an additional 20% off of my existing order, an upgrade from the original bouquet, and a $10 coupon for my next order. I conceded and did not cancel my order agreeing on the last offer of an additional 20% off my existing order, an upgrade from the original bouquet, and a $10 coupon for my next order.

    The flowers were delivered on March 12, 2016. I was very disappointed to see that the order was not upgraded, it was the same bouquet of flowers (dead flowers) that I originally ordered. I was also very disappointed when I received confirmation from the Amazon credit card that my account was charged the original price of $49.00. I did receive the $10.00 coupon, however, that's really no consolation because, you get that anyway after you place an order.

    I only proceeded with the order because the person I spoke with appeared to be very genuine and concerned about satisfying a customer. However, I feel duped and fooled by the company. On top of not getting my original requested delivery on the date I asked, I then get overcharged and cheated. I made a complaint with the company and they replied that they were sorry and would take 10% off. REALLY... I never got the first discount!!! I wish I had done my homework and read these reviews.

    I've discovered that most florists don't deliver what they promise, but this florist in particular is extremely egregious. I purchased a money tree on their website that came with very specific accoutrements; it was the details that made me choose their money tree over other florists'. However, the one that was delivered to my sister did not have those special, more $ details, and when I wrote an email to complain I was put through a week of ridiculous runaround emails before another, proper Money tree was delivered. They sent me a discount coupon code as a means of apology for my troubles with them; against my better judgment, I went to use the code (which I've had for less than two months) to find it invalid.     I ordered flowers for a friend who had gone through a rough week. I ordered flowers on Friday for a Saturday delivery. Friday afternoon (3/4) I get an email confirming that my flowers had been delivered on Saturday, 3/5. The email was confirming a delivery in the future. I wasn't sure if that meant they were actually delivered on Friday or on Saturday, and since they were a surprise I waited until Sunday to check with my friend. She received nothing.

    I called customer service and waited 25 minutes for an answer (25 minutes!), to be told that the delivery was ATTEMPTED on Friday, but since she wasn't home, the florist left her a voicemail. (Apparently even if a delivery is just attempted, they will send out an email confirming that delivery has been completed.) If she returned the voicemail they would re-deliver. I asked my friend to check her voicemail... nothing.

    So today I called customer service again, and this time after a 10 minute wait I got an answer. The CSR put me on hold and contacted the florist, who said that they would re-contact my friend to arrange delivery. Luckily, this time they actually did call her so she will be receiving her flowers tomorrow- 3 days later than planned, and with all semblance of surprise completely ruined. I would never consider using this site again.

I called People magazine who directed me to Valuemags which informed me this company sold my information to them.     I ordered flowers for my grandmother's 90th birthday to arrive on a Wednesday. Friday rolls around and I finally ask if her flowers arrived. Nothing. I called From You Flowers - they had the florist recreate the bouquet, adding an apology note that they did not arrive on time and adding 12 roses to the rose bouquet. The bouquet arrived COMPLETELY different. Different colors, different flowers, only four roses, and a FELIZ CUMPLEANOS card with spelling mistakes in the message I'd asked them to deliver with the flowers. No apology note.

    I called From You Flowers again. They barely apologized and told me they needed to give the florist the 'opportunity to fix their mistake.' All next day I was wondering about the status of my order and I messaged fromyouflowers.com on Facebook. They wrote me back at about 2 pm and confirmed that my flowers were out for delivery. At 4 pm I get a voicemail from them. I call back and sit on hold for 30 minutes for them to tell me they were unable to find a florist in my area and no flowers were delivered (if they would have notified me earlier I would have had time to call a local florist and have the flowers delivered - at 4:30 pm it was way too late).

    I wrote back on Facebook about my disappointment and a supervisor called me that night - offered to take 50% off my order and have the flowers delivered the next day with a note from them saying it was their fault.     I googled "same day delivery" and FromYouFlowers came up top of the list. Placed an order at 11:00 a.m. for same-day delivery, opting to pay not only for same day delivery but additional fees to have it WITHIN A 4 HOUR WINDOW. At checkout, I discovered they also tacked on a $15 "handling" fee... So now my $35 arrangement was approaching $60. OK, I figured, it's a birthday surprise, and I made a last-minute decision, so I will suck that up.

    At nearly 5:00 p.m., I got an email stating that they were very sorry, but could not find a florist to handle my order. They offered a "complimentary upgrade" along with either a phone call or note of apology to the recipient, and they would "schedule" my order for delivery the next day. That's when I got online and found all the horrid reviews. At that point, I asked via email for the name of the local florist who would be handling the delivery. Their response was that they couldn't reveal the florist's name due to their "privacy agreements" with their vendors. DUH... I would know who the florist is once they delivered... So what is the big deal? At that point, and based on this feeling 100% like many other experiences I had read, I asked them to cancel. Fortunately I paid through PayPal, so getting a refund is pretty easy. As of today, they have refunded my PayPal account. Amen for that. BOTTOM LINE: If you want same day service -- go elsewhere.

    I ordered a rather expensive fruit basket with candy, a large teddy bear, Mylar balloons, and regular helium balloons for my sister who recently had double bypass surgery. I paid extra for next day delivery before noon. My basket never showed up, not by noon not at all. When I tried to contact them, three emails went unanswered. I called the Contact Us number and after waiting for a considerable amount of time I was informed they couldn't tell me when it would be delivered and would not give me the name of the local florist who was suppose to be doing the job.

They charge you out the wazoo in fees for "expedited delivery" and "same day costs" for their advertised "guaranteed delivery in 4 hours or less"... The delivery came about 8 hours later, and it wasn't even what I ordered from them!! The "premium" flower package looks like someone walked through a public park and picked whatever they could find and dropped it at my doorstep. I'm almost embarrassed to give this to my girlfriend.     I've ordered flowers online day before my friend's birthday. Paid for expedited delivery between 10 am-noon. I've called my friend with birthday wishes at 1 pm, thinking the flowers were delivered already. They were not delivered!!! I called customer service and they said they will be happy to refund my expedited delivery fee. I asked for the update on delivery. I was told they didn't find florist who would take order. I'm in Texas - flowers were going to Portland Oregon - the largest city in Oregon! They asked me to pick another set of flowers because they have difficulty finding florist who has correct flowers. I've ordered red roses and carnations. After being on the phone with customer service for 30 minutes, while they were calling around to find the florist, I got the answer that they can do order for tomorrow. What's the point? Birthday is today! I cancelled the order and called other service. Grrrrrr...NEVER AGAIN!

    I bought some flowers for Valentine's day on fromyouflowers.com and they send me a mini version of what is promised online. A ripoff. Also the balloon that came with it was deflated. I paid $83 dollars for a $10 dollar small bucket of flowers and a deflated balloon. Horrible. Donttt buyyy anything with themmm!!!

    The most dysfunctional company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with! Placed the order to send to my girlfriend three days before Valentine's Day to be delivered the day before Valentine's because apparently they charge more for delivering on the actual holiday (despicable). So I get a call on Friday the day before it was due to be delivered and they claim they have a problem locating the address. I tell them that it's a new build house but I assured them I just looked it up on Google Maps and it popped up no problem. She said she will let the florist know that it works through Google... fine... simple misunderstanding.

    So then I get a call the day it was supposed to be delivered (yesterday) at around 4pm by customer service once again. She was claiming the same thing the lady I just spoke to the day before was. I now tell this CSR that I had the same conversation the day before and she tells me there is nothing in the notes that that conversation ever took place. She was very apologetic and put me on hold while she called the florist to confirm they were aware of the address situation and that it would be able to be delivered by Sunday, Valentine's Day. She comes back on the line and lets me know she took care of it and for my troubles she was giving me a free upgrade to include flowers and chocolates, a 15% discount on my current order AND a $15 gift certificate. Woohoo! Awesome right?? NOPE! GUESS AGAIN!!

    It's now 3:30PM on Valentine's Day and I just received another phone call from their customer service saying the florist could not find the house and it will not be delivered. I told her to get me in contact with the florist themselves and I'll deal with them myself. She said she had tried calling them herself because she already had the right information but they would not answer or return her message. This is more a dig at the florist that's behind the scenes. But you gotta question the professional integrity of any broker who is willing to do business with these idiot florists. Needless to say, I cancelled my order and my girlfriend who is on the other side of the country will not be receiving flowers from her loving boyfriend on Valentine's Day. THANK YOU FROMYOUFLOWERS.COM AND UNKNOWN STUPID FLORISTS!!!

    I will never use this company again. I ordered flowers for my fiancee to be delivered ON Valentine's Day and they were delivered on Saturday Feb. 13th in the morning. My fiancee was out of town until the night of the 14th so the flowers just sat there for almost two days before she got them. I was even charged extra for them to be delivered on Valentine's Day and they were not. The Florist even called me on Saturday asking about the delivery and I told them they were to be delivered on the 14th and their response was "I have no idea. I'm just calling to confirm the delivery." So stupid. I would recommend not ever using this company EVER!!

    I pay $189.32 for two dozens of roses pink and red with on the moon vase and oreos with strawberries dipped chocolate. Well, I received the item on time but the roses are all red, sunburned, full of signs like scars and some almost dead, the vase is supposed to be a pink vase with love phrase but they send me a normal glass vase (that cost less that one that I paid for) with a piece of paper with the love phrase, with the flowers come a personalized Valentine Card that I believe was something more than a piece of paper printed with a printer and cut really bad. Pass to the chocolates, the oreos are the only good thing I think (the box is still closed), the dipped strawberries looks old, the strawberries' foliage look really bad and dried... The website report for flowers and chocolate all fresh etc... Is not fresh and is all in bad conditions.

    Don't trust this website for any purchase, at the checkout they charge me for extra 30 dollars (14.99 for each orders) as handling, so if you make an order of 20 item they will charge you 20 times 14.99 dollars... This is insane. I pay with paypal and open a claim for a full refund because they ruin my valentine gift for my wife and let me feel horrible 'cause she was really sad to see the conditions of the item. I try to go on my account on their website but guess, my account disappear and the website won't let me log in again with facebook, then I go to check the link for the item that I purchase to see if have any claim button etc... and guess? The item doesn't exist anymore. I WILL NEVER BUY SOMETHING ON THIS WEBSITE AND I HOPE THAT ANYBODY ELSE DO IT. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY.

    All I can say is OMG! I ordered 2 dozen roses "hand delivered". These things showed up in a box from UPS! Pretty much a flower kit. Do it yourself. At very best these things are grocery store or gas station roses. NEVER EVER EVER again. Do yourself a favor and go with a trusted knows florist. These are absolute garbage. $98.00 up in smoke. Worth $20 tops.

    I ordered 24 long-stem roses in a vase with a balloon - and was charged over $100. You can see what I got for this money below. When I complained CS took no responsibility, did not admit they did not send me one single red rose, and said "as a favor to me they will offer me a 50% discount on my order" - when I believe the flowers I did get are worth about 25 bucks. THE WORST.

    The company was very easy to work with and delivered flowers in a timely manner just a few hours after the order was placed. Several flowers died within the first 24 hours but the company kindly replaced the bouquet with a new one. There were supposed to be two additional balloons a 9 and a Three for my mother's 93rd birthday. They were not delivered apparently because the specific shop could not fill that part of the order. The company credited back that cost after contact and sent me a $15.00 gift credit. While the delivery was not perfect the company did stand behind their product. I do believe they have some system errors that could be worked on to prevent future problems but the company was very responsive and I would use them in the future.

    It's a sad story & this company does NOT care about their customers. I ordered flowers for my wife, who was filing for divorce from me, for Valentine's Day in hopes of winning her heart back. Around 3:00 pm, I sent my wife a text to ask how she liked her flowers only to receive a text back asking me what I was talking about? I had received a confirmation email at around 1:45 pm stating they had been delivered! I called and they stated it was en route. Why get a confirmation around this time when it actually hadn't been delivered? When I called again around 4:30 (my wife works until 6 pm) I was told the same thing. Waited and 5:30 came around... nothing! Called for the third time & on hold for over 20 minutes had to cancel my order. I asked for a supervisor & was told that they could not transfer me to one!

    After letting the rep know once AGAIN of the situation I got somewhere.... not! Get this, I got a $15 credit! Are you kidding me? After what I was put though? Luckily I got my money refunded. I asked if they can resend to her office even if Valentine's Day would pass, and I was told "unfortunately we cannot do that". Honestly, my frustration is that I really wanted it to be something special & the customer service that I received from this company is completely preposterous. I was truly disappointed. First and last time I order from this company. Not reliable at all! Please, please beware! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
