    I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday on 9/19 in the evening to be delivered on 9/20 between 9 am and 6 pm, and paid for same day delivery. The order could not be tracked online. The customer service took 40 min to pick up and was not helpful. They offered to deliver flower the next day that was not acceptable to me.

    I am extremely disappointed. Will never use this site for flowers.

    I ordered flowers this morning for my fiance birthday. I used the PayPal option because I have a credit on PayPal for appox $70.00 that I haven't used. Went thru the steps for the order and also showed $58.42 being deducted from my PayPal account. I double checked the PayPal activity and it had no activity or deductions. I tried to call the fromyouflowers.com number 855.373.7383, pressed option 2 for orders in process. Waited on the line for 93 mins before my cell phone died. I called back and stayed on the line for 47 mins from my office line. Spoke to customer service which was professional and honest. Ordered did not go thru. I ask if I ordered now would they be delivered? He said fromyouflowers.com couldn't guarantee delivery since it so late now. Your website needs help and your phone lines really need help. I am out of state working and cannot deliver them myself. Now she will not get flowers thanks to fromyouflowers.com.

    I ordered flowers because I was going to be out of town on my wife's B'Day. They collected my money without a problem. On the day of delivery I was on a flight and they called my wife stating that the delivery guy wouldn't make the delivery because he couldn't read the address (they confirmed during set up). If you ask me he/she was late and opted not to deliver. My wife had to pick up her own flowers at the location after she was called which ruined the surprise!!! To add injury to insult, they provided us some half dead flowers without an apology of their shortcomings. I decided to follow up on this company only to find that they have a horrible reputation for this type of action and lack of quality in their products.

    I didn't want to put my information (required to write a review warning others) because I don't want them sending me anything. The customer service and quality is horrible which aligns with their reputation with many customers. I should have done more research on flower delivery, but it's not like I'm purchasing a house or something... Very disappointed and I didn't get what I paid for.

    I placed an order for a fruit gift basket for the ladies that recently helped with the refinancing of my home. I also paid extra for Express Guaranteed Delivery. Total charge ended up being $68.00. I placed this order on September 14 and it has yet to be delivered over 72 hours later. From You Flowers has a section on their website to track your order, stating a 1 hour answer. I have filled out that form twice to no avail. I have called their Customer Service phone number half a dozen times only to wait on hold for over 30 minutes and yet to talk to anyone.

    I have emailed their Customer Service email with no return correspondence. Email address for Customer Service is "WeCare@FromYouFlowers.com". Exactly opposite what it should be. I had paid for my order with American Express and I am trying to have them refund the charge but not having much success. I'm afraid I have just thrown away $68. If anyone has suggestions on how to contact these people to have my money refunded please advise. Readers, please do not use this company.

    I paid extra for the same day delivery that was supposed to take place yesterday. Not only there was no email or any indication that it won't be delivered, but fromyouflowers has charged my credit card, not answering the phone (continuous voicemail, and not responding to the past three emails - This is my fourth since yesterday). Website says one hour to reply. My only question is when you know you can't deliver, why do you take the order and ruin the moment.

    I ordered a flower and gift arrangement totaling $93 for my wife's birthday to be same day delivered to the hospital she works at. I was notified while placing the order online that same day delivery requires 4hrs advance notice. I placed my order 6 hours in advance. I received a call 35 minutes before the scheduled delivery time and notified by fromyouflowers that they could not complete the delivery.

    The representative told me they would deliver the flowers the next day with 40% off my order. I explained that birthday flowers and gifts through a delivery service are pointless if they are not delivered to the recipient on their birthday, and that I wanted a full refund. The representative then tried to tell me they could not refund me in full. I told them I demand a full refund because I have not received the services or products I purchased. She said I would be getting a full refund. It's been 5 days and nothing.

    I called their customer service line 30 minutes before starting this review and I am still CURRENTLY on hold as I am writing it. So, as of this sentence, it's been 45 minutes. Despicable! This isn't a customer service number, it's a customer deflection number. Thanks for the crappy music and the horrible homemade phone messages. Oh God, they just answered. I am on the phone with them now. Welp, placed on hold so they can better assist me. 10 more minutes on hold. I wonder if I can hit the 50,000 characters before they come back. She's back... finally. Okay, now they removed the charge from the system. That was lot of work, should I send them an invoice and bill them for my time? Anyhow, calling the bank now to block them from charging me. Hope this helps. Don't use this service. The service and customer service is a joke.

    This online florist should be avoided at all cost. They promise the earth and fail delivery on the basics of customer service. The contact telephone number appears to be a scam as you are placed on hold for up to 25 mins whilst you 'ARE IMPORTANT'... I dread to think how long an unimportant caller has to wait... I have bought flowers online for deliveries to friends and family all over the world and this company has to be the least capable of handling the basics. The email response time of one hour is also a joke as is the online tracking of orders which conveniently they divert blame to the delivery agent who has not updated the system... NOT ONE TO BE TRUSTED OR VISITED EVER!!!

    I ordered flowers for a work friend that was going to have a rough day. I ordered my flowers a day in advance, even though the site claims same day delivery. I checked the box that said deliver before 12 PM since the office is only open until 5 PM and emailed back and forth with the people 3 times before someone confirmed that they would make a note on the order to deliver after 8 AM. When it hit about 3 PM and the flowers had STILL not been delivered, I called their so-called customer service number.

    After waiting on hold for over 30 minutes, I finally got on the line with someone. She claimed they had called me but got no answer, which is crazy since I checked my phone and had no missed calls or voicemails. Apparently, the flowers I ordered online, that they said I could purchase and that were available, were not sold anywhere in my area. I then asked for a refund of my money. The woman placed me on hold for another 10 minutes. When she returned she said she has to first offer their apologies. I paused for about 30 seconds and said, "Okay, I just want a full refund."

    She asked me my address so they could send me more flowers. I said, "No, I don't want more flowers. The person I ordered them from lives far from me. They would do no good. I want a full refund." She tells me how sorry they are and again tries to offer me replacements. I tell her 'no' and that I want the refund AGAIN. Finally she said that they will refund the full amount and send me a coupon like I will ever use this company again. Thanks for the awful service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BACK DOWN WHEN TRYING TO GET YOUR REFUND. They will try to persuade you into taking other flowers. Don't do it. According to everyone else they will not be what you ordered anyway.     I ordered flowers for my girlfriend's birthday 10 days before her birthday. Flowers, not a huge deal. The site originally said $30. That was too good to be true. After a service fee for $15 and another $5 fee which guaranteed that the flowers would arrive before noon on her birthday, I racked up a $50 bill. Whatever. Pay it, and wait for my girlfriend to get her flowers. Her birthday comes by, and it's not delivered by 11:30. I'm getting pretty antsy, call them from work and get put on hold for 20 minutes. Someone picks up and puts me back on hold, wait another 10 minutes at work. She says she couldn't get a hold of the florist and that they're probably en route. Then I waited on hold for 20 minutes to talk to someone to be told they would refund my money then to have to call back, only to have to call back and them tell me even though they were delivered two day late and they didn't look like anything like I ordered I can't get a refund unless they go to repo the pathetic flowers that they did deliver. I paid an extra $14.99 for guaranteed delivery before 12 noon since she was going to be going to work. They weren't delivered until 5:30 and came from a town 45 minutes away. I live in Phoenix AZ, nowhere on the site did it let me know that my flowers would be riding in the back of a truck that's probably 150° for half the day IN A BOX!!     I have used many other flower delivery services in the past and decided to try this service in early August. This is the only service that did not deliver my flowers to my intended recipient. I notified the customer service department and they indicated that the local flower company had talked to the recipient and that they signed off on the delivery of the flowers. My friend never received a phone call nor did she sign off on anything.

    I talked to several people in the customer service department in person and via email and asked them to send proof of her signature and they failed to submit this. They then indicated that another flower arrangement would be sent and I thanked them, but this arrangement never arrived either (I had confirmed several times that they had the correct address and phone number as well). I notified them that this arrangement never arrived and they indicated that I would receive a refund - they only refunded me $8.95 on a $65 order. I promptly ordered from another flower delivery service and my friend received her flowers the next day without a problem. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE ORDER FLOWERS FROM "FROM YOU FLOWERS".

    On Friday August 19, 2016 I ordered a sympathy plant for same day delivery. However, the plant that my friends received looks completely different from the one I ordered. I called on the same day and was asked to email them a picture of the plant that was delivered. Later on, I received an email from the company stating "All items are subject to slight substitution according to local availability and season as stated in the product's delivery information on our website." This allows the florist to substitute with a similar container, flowers, color scheme or plant to ensure delivery is made in a timely manner.

    "We sincerely apologize for your disappointment. I understand that the florist can substitute some things to make delivery on timely manner." However, in my case the arrangements is completely different, the basket is completely different and the size is different. I'm very disappointed and apology is not accepted. The first picture is what I ordered and the second picture is what was delivered. Definitely WRONG PRODUCT.

Granted, it could have been my mistake, but I really don't think so. So I sent an email to the vendor requesting information, and got no response even though a response is promised within one hour. I just sent a second email and am waiting to see if this one will be answered. At 3 I sent an email request and never heard back. At 5, I called.     I used fromyouflowers for the first time. I should have read the reviews and would have seen that my experience wasn't that different from many others. I ordered flowers for my granddaughter who was graduating pre-school. I received a call around 5 pm that they couldn't get a local florist to do the arrangement. They offered to deliver it the next day and upgrade me to the next size. I said ok but wasn't really satisfied. Then I went back to the website and it said the flowers were guaranteed for delivery. I called to ask what the guarantee actually was and the customer service rep didn't have an answer. Finally after being put on hold a couple of times I was finally told that I would get refunded in 1-3 days. I paid the extra fee to ship next day plus extra fee to be delivered in the morning before 12:00 p.m. - to find out that nothing was delivered to the residence.     I ordered two arrangements to be sent to friend's house because his mother passed away. It was to be delivered August 6. Only one was delivered supposedly! I called to get a refund. They tell me that they haven't had from the florist and it will take 1-3 days to get a refund. If the flowers are delivered in that time while I am waiting for my refund and they see you have a refund the florist will go back to your friend's houses to pick up the arrangement! What! I told them "You have no record of it being delivered on Saturday. You only have one record of one arrangement not two being delivered on Saturday. So why would you put poor customer service on a family that is going through a difficult time?"

    If the flowers were not recorded as being delivered on Saturday that is their mistake not mine. OH AND THE COMPANY'S GUARANTEE IS 100% satisfaction and for any reason you're not satisfied they will refund or make another flower arrangement...but they forgot to tell you they will make your life and people involved miserable! Don't use them ever!

When I spoke to the customer service rep, she was extremely rude and stated they didn't have a florist in charlotte, nc and that there was a note in the system to contact me. I stated, "It's 5:30 p.m. I had to contact you." And now it's too late for me to make any other arrangements for delivery.     This place is awful!! Do not go there! We ordered flower for a co-worker's funeral. Their website comes up saying they do same day delivery. The item I ordered said same day delivery, and the person I talked to said they could do it. They called me 1 1/2 hour before the funeral and said they didn't have time to do it. Really! You can't get that done with another 1.5 hrs left! No integrity, no customer service!     I wish I would've looked at the numerous complaints about this company before I placed my order. Lesson learned and now I will be researching every company from here on out. I ordered same day delivery to my sister in the hospital. They were not delivered. The next morning I called and was on hold for 15 minutes and finally got someone on the line and I was put on hold again or so I thought but I was hung up on.

    Called back waited another 15 minutes and was told my order was going to be priority. Priority to them meant 1:30 pm. This whole time I was never notified by email or phone and they had my information to do so. I have never experienced such horrible service or customer service. I could've bought something at the grocery store way better and from here on out that's what I am going to do. Please don't fall victim like all the rest of us.

    Called to order arrangement to send some cheer to a friend whose family member had died. Saw it was the cheapest place and close to her residence. I was promised the flowers would be delivered that day and part of it was that is to say she got the card that was supposed to be with the flowers but not the flowers themselves. Five days and many phone discussions later I finally got them to raise my refund from 15% to 100%, the only way this happened was I having to threaten to charge them with fraud. Best part of the experience was when I received an email saying they promised to deliver the flowers a week later without any charge but there was still no delivery and they decided to recharge me anyway.     Flowers that were received were nothing like what I ordered. I upgraded to deluxe and for the fuller bouquet and it got filled with green fillers not additional flowers. The flowers that I did get looked depleted and sagging. I was embarrassed with the arrangement that got sent to my girlfriend for her birthday.     I used their website to order an arrangement of flowers for $35.99. They have a button for "Pay with PayPal". When I used PayPal, the price changed to $53.99. They added $20 without telling me. If you try to order flowers with a credit card, you cannot find out about their shipping charges until AFTER you have entered all of your personal and payment information. There should be a law against this kind of shady and misleading practice. Please someone investigate this deplorable retailer.

    I wanted to send flowers to my daughter who was leaving town on Saturday so I paid an "expedite" fee to ensure they were delivered by Friday morning. I asked her on Saturday how she liked her flowers and she responded, "What flowers?" I went back into the FromYouFlowers website to track it and there had supposedly been severe weather on both Thursday and Friday that held them up their delivery. I was never notified and their intent became delivery the next business day--Monday. She was no longer there to receive them!

    There was no communication with me or rectification outside of refunding only my expedite fee and a half-hearted offer of a $15 certificate toward my next order (which there will never be). I was told I should call UPS and see if I can re-route the flowers, and the UPS fee was cost-prohibitive, and the flowers weren't going to be worth much by the time they got finally shipped. It was a significant amount of money for absolutely nothing, and no refund. I encourage you to take your business elsewhere.

    I ordered flowers for a funeral for a friend's grandmother's funeral. I paid the extra fee to have the flowers delivered in time for the funeral. Needless to say the flowers were never delivered. A fews after the funeral I asked my friend about the flowers she said she never received the flowers. I called "From you Flowers" and was told that the flowers were delivered at 5:25 pm. I who they were delivered to because the family and the mortuary are both saying they never received the flowers. I was told they would get me a copy of who signed for the flowers and that I should have that within a couple hours. A week goes by I call again and again was told that the flowers were delivered. Again I explained that the flowers were not delivered, they have had a week to get me the signature and haven't and that I want a refund. They refused to give me a refund and said again that they would get me the signed acceptance within a few hours.

    I was very unhappy with this and told them several times I want a refund if not I will dispute the charges on my credit card. They refused the refund and said they would get me the card by end of day. Friday goes by nothing, Saturday goes by nothing, finally Sunday comes and I get an email stating how sorry they were that the flowers were not delivered. Not only did the flowers not get delivered, I was lied to twice that the flowers were delivered and had to demand the refund. This company would have gladly kept my $130.00's and lied about if I had not kept pushing them. By the way I still haven't seen the refund on my credit card. I will give that a couple more days also, then there will be more conversations. Don't ever do business with this company. By the way, I would give it 0 stars but I am forced to give it at least one.

    I ordered a dozen roses for my Grandma for her birthday along with ordering a customized vase that placed a picture of your choice. I chose to put a picture of me & my brothers for her since we don't get to see her much. When she received the flowers & vase I was so excited cause I knew she would love the vase with our picture on it. So of course I asked her to send me a picture.     We ordered a teddy bear and a birthday balloon for our 6 year old granddaughter several states away. Her birthday fell on a Sunday so I asked to have it delivered on Saturday. They assured me it wouldn't be a problem. I called to make sure prior to the online order. No delivery on Saturday. Nothing on her birthday, July 17, 2016. So that evening I called customer service and they told me they didn't know what happened but they would refund the weekend delivery charge and upgrade the delivery which doesn't mean anything to a little girl that thinks her Grandma and Papa forgot her birthday. I thought about just cancelling it then and transferring money and sending my son out to get something special for her but they assured me it would be delivered in the morning.

    At 11 am Texas time Monday morning I called fromyouflowers.com after confirming with my son that the delivery had not yet arrived. The representative I spoke with put me on hold after listening to my concerns about my Saturday delivery not being delivered as promised. Again first thing Monday morning, she then came back on and said that she is going with a new florist in the area because the original florist never responded. I asked “What is the time frame?” She assured me that they were working on it right then. I said “When will it be delivered?” She said they have until 6 pm. I said “On Saturday they did!”

    Now she gives me 50% off the arrangement. I asked for the mysterious $14.99 fee back that shows up right when you are all finished checking out, writing the card, etc. She said they can take that fee off but they can take 50% off the arrangement? And we wonder why florists are not delivering or are delivering substandard goods...

    They sent me a $10 certificate, yeah. No, I am not using you ever again even if you do ever get this bear and balloon to our granddaughter. But I was so desperate at this point. I mean they were working on the teddy bear arrangement. She had just spoken to them personally. I said send it, by 6 pm tonight. Then I went to the website and signed up for an email delivery status and of course about 5:45 pm Texas time I received an email that said that my granddaughter isn't going to get her birthday gift again today. Then they did call and leave a generic voicemail to call them which I did.

    They made all the same offers. “We will call and apologize to her personally”, upgrade from my first upgrade which I asked now, what is this upgrade? To which was replied a bigger bear. I said I was already supposed to get an upgrade on the bear. “How big is the bear?” Her reply ~ 10". I thought $50 was a little much for one mylar balloon and a less than 10" bear that was MIA... I was a little shocked at that and she couldn't tell me the size of my original bear. Strange to say the least and it has disappeared from their webpage as offered in the package bought which is as pictured. And of course they offered a discount on a future purchase. She did offer to upgrade to add chocolates to the order to which I said thank you but no, that was enough. I almost felt bad for her but at that point I realized I had been dealing with several different customer service professionals who dodge bullets on a daily basis for this company.

    First of all you have to have a product to upgrade. I didn't. Second, discounts are only useful on products you will use. They burned that bridge. Third, apologies don't mean much from a stranger on a phone to a six year old. SAVE YOURSELF A HUGE HEADACHE AND STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. It seems like it's a numbers game to them. When I asked for the names of the two florists they had contacted in the Kyle Texas area I was told that for privacy reasons they could not divulge that information. She said she certainly wished she could tell me. I blame myself for this as much as I blame them. I should have done my research and if that hadn't stopped me from ordering in the first place I should have stopped the madness after the second phone call. Happy Birthday Jackie!     I ordered a dozen rainbow roses for my wife just because. What she received was a dozen wilted already dying pathetic excuse for flowers. I felt so bad because I was trying to be romantic and it was ruined. The best part was the vase and that was because miraculously it wasn't broken. I spent over 50$ for one dozen roses. I could've bought 2-3 dozen roses from the store for that amount and had them last at least 2-4 days. They said they'll send another bouquet. They did and it was worse than the first one.     I ordered flowers in the evening for the next day. Most online flower services state "same day if ordered by noon." First off. I ordered the night before, and they charged me $2.99. Then while shopping I noticed the "florist designer special" for $19.99. After I was done I went to check out and it was a $14.99 delivery fee plus sales tax plus the $2.99 for same day. So I went to use a coupon for free shipping. The price then automatically jumped the arrangement to $29.99 because I used a coupon. Their response was "We only honor one discount." I was only using ONE coupon. So why advertise $19.99 special and claim that in itself is a coupon? So if I don't use their coupon for free delivery then I get it at $19.99 but if I use the coupon I'm paying $29.99??

    Then talk about delivery. They state delivery to a business is till 5pm. I've been ordering flowers for many years and no place ever delivers them to a business later than 3pm. What's the point if the recipient can't show them off and feel special for most of the day? Well by 2:42pm I contacted them to ask where they were as my mother leaves for work around 3:30-4pm. Their response, they get notification once delivered and they try their best to get them there before they leave for work. Guess what happened?! The flowers didn't arrive till after 4:15pm and my mother was gone by then! After I told them to cancel and refund me. That's ridiculous. No one wants flowers delivered to them at work right before they leave or after they leave! Yes, they stated delivery till 5pm but I let them know that my mother leaves between 3:30-4pm!

    I'm sure I won't get a refund and the bouquet was def not a $29.99 bouquet! Her coworker took a picture and sent it to her. I will stick with a local florist from now on.     I ordered the "Delightfully Pink" "regular" arrangement to send to my girlfriend's office. The picture on the website was lovely, showing 6-8 roses, several lilies and accents. The description provided for: Pink Spray Roses, White Lilies, Pink Waxflower, White Monte Casino, Hand Tied Pink Bow, Keepsake Pink Vase. I understand the presentation is supposed to be smaller when you don't upgrade, but what my girlfriend got was pitiful. Two roses, two purple carnations, an unbloomed lily and some leafy looking plants in a cheap plastic vase. There was no pink bow, wax flowers, or any of the nice accents. It looked pathetic, small and cheap, like the florist just cut up a few reject flowers and dumped them in a vase without any thought. And there was certainly no "pink" theme.

    When I called to complain and demand a refund, they told me they could only offer a refund if my girlfriend GAVE THE FLOWERS BACK. Uhm, okay. Obviously no one is going to choose that option when someone has had the flowers delivered to their work. The other option was having an upgraded version redelivered and being credited the same day and expedite fee. I thought they meant refund me the money, instead it is a credit to their crappy shop THAT EXPIRES IN TWO WEEKS. It's not worth it to me to fight them over the 15 bucks.     I placed an order for online flower delivery on Monday, June 27, 2016 for a loved one's birthday to be delivered on Friday, 07/01/2016. I checked my bank and learned that my card was charged $64.97 for this service. I was confident that since I placed my order early, the service transaction would be expedited smoothly. When I learned from the recipient that she had not received the flowers by her lunch break at 12 noon on Friday, July 1st, I called From You Flowers (1-855-381-7891) to inquire about the order. They said that they would contact the florist and ask me to check the website to track my order as if I was bothering them by contacting them by telephone. The flowers were delivered later that afternoon. I had paid an additional fee for the delivery to be expedited during morning hours.

    Needless to say that the surprise was spoiled as I had to question the recipient about the delivery (she work at the local post office and I wanted to assure that she received the flowers early so that she could enjoy throughout the day). The flowers are not actual to the display online--it seems much smaller in comparison. When I attempted to track my order online, it stated that my order number could not be found. This company is very incompetent and I advise anyone to seek another flower online service. I think that at least half my money should be refunded since I received only half the service. Why should this company be compensated full price for providing poor service? Maybe if "From You Flowers" are held accountable for their service and required to partially or completely issue refunds to consumers, they would greatly improve their service.     Ordered on a Saturday for a Monday funeral service at 5pm. At 4:45 I started getting conflicting email alerts that led me to call the funeral home and found that they had not been delivered. Called customer service and was put on hold while they called their local vendor and was told they were on their way. The service had already started. Waited until after the service and there were no flowers. Shame on people who would steal from a funeral. What kind of business is this? 2 days later I got an email demanding I call them with no company name, no title or job description from the writer, no reference to the issue. I reported to BBB and the FTC and Consumer Affairs and disputed the charges on my credit card so they cannot collect until the investigation is over.

    The first time I used this business I was under the impression I was getting an awesome deal. Their website shows a nice picture of flowers, you order and when you get to the end after selecting the right flowers and writing a nice long message you get to the end and find out you have a $15 service fee which is not mentioned to include tax which you expect but when you get those together you have no choice but to complete your order and end up with 20-25 dollars more than what you started.

    The second time I ordered because I started getting emails for discounts which don't include the extra $20-$25 dollars but I thought it still seems like a good deal. I ruined the surprise because they promised to deliver by 5pm - next day I called the wife at 5:05 and asked about the flowers, her comment was "what flowers". I called fromyouflowers.com and the said for UPS deliveries it's 7pm which I must have missed. The problem was when the flowers got there by UPS the box was so hot and the flowers were in such bad shape that I could not believe they are not ordered through some local florist.     I ordered a specific plant in a specific colored pot as a birthday gift. What was delivered was a completely difference plant and container. I chose the plant for the conditions it required. The plant that was delivered required completely different conditions (more water, etc). The company was very very responsive (they explained that the florist they used did not have those plants in stock, they called me every day to check in about the current status of the new delivery and did not charge me for the first wrong plant) and finally did deliver the correct plant but NOT the correct pot. This left me questioning, "How they can advertise specific things when they use other florists to supply the product???"     I ordered a calla lily arrangement for my grandmother's funeral well in advance. I live across the country so I sent them to my mom to take to the funeral for me.     Dishonest site sends wrong orders at their discretion. I think customers don't check asking if recipient received the correct order and From You Flowers sends whatever is cheapest. Floral arrangement I selected was all white roses and tiger lilies with light and dark greens in a round contemporary vase. Fuchsia wilted freeway flowers in cheap glass vase with a horrible even brighter fuchsia ribbon is what was received representing my family name! Tribute was all white.     I recently ordered the "You're In My Heart" flowers from this company, which looked very nice and I thought my girlfriend would love it. It was our anniversary and I could not be with her because I was out of town. So I decided that I'll order this bouquet that is $59.99 and I got the second to highest upgrade for better flowers and it is supposed to look more full.     I live in England and my girlfriend lives in America. We're 3337 miles apart so yeah... I can't give her flowers myself. I did a quick search online to see if there was a way to send her flowers, and sure enlighten I found fromyouflowers.com. I ordered the bouquet 'rhapsody in red' on 27th May 2016, and thought that I'd give the florist about a week to get some good flowers in, so I placed the delivery day for June 3rd (the day I'm writing this review).

    I paid extra for the 'premium' bouquet which said online means they give you more quality flowers, arranged professionally and it's just bigger. I also added on the 'large' box of chocolates and 3 balloons, 2 normal and one of those shiny metallic-y ones, and the 'expedited delivery' which said on their website means 'guaranteed delivery before 12pm'... I'll come back to that later. The flowers plus these add ons cost me $115 (about £80). I thought that's so expensive for flowers, but hey my girlfriend will love them so it's worth it right. So a week soon past and June 3rd arrived... I was working until 5:20pm (12:20pm for my girlfriends time zone). And I ask her if anything arrived today for her... She said no... So then I get worried I got the delivery address/date wrong... But no I did it all right, so WHERE WERE THEY??

    I started to panic and went on this website where I was met by the tsunami of bad reviews saying fromyouflowers.com is a scam, etc etc... So now I tell my girlfriend that I tried to give her flowers but it fell through... Then at 7:20pm (her 2:20pm) the flowers arrive! She shows me them and wow they looked AMAZING! They looked better than in the picture, but were not in the 'ruby red vase' as promised online, but whatever. I don't care about that. It's just a red vase. They came in a clear circular one which is good enough for me!

    The reason I'm giving this service 4 stars, and not the full 5, is because as follows: 2 hour late delivery despite paying $4.99 extra for 'guaranteed before 12pm delivery'. 'Large' box of chocolates was just a small bag of 'ghirardelli milk & caramel squares' (paid $20 for it). Not in the vase as described. Bouquet did not contain dahlias like they said it would (my girlfriends favourite flower, main reason I chose that bouquet). Balloon was missing. Too expensive for what was delivered. But the good side is: Girlfriend adores them. Flowers are very healthy and bright. Although delivery was 2 hours late it was delivered the same day. No receipt so she didn't know I spent $115 (£80)...

    Overall... I would say that the service I had was good, but not great. If the delivery was on time, bouquet included dahlias and the chocolate wasn't pitifully small, I would have given 5 stars. Looking at the other reviews here maybe I'm just lucky as there was some real horror stories listed here... I will list pictures of the bouquet shown on the website, the bouquet my girlfriend received, the metallic balloon and the chocolate.

    Recently my friend's mother passed away. The wake was on a Sunday and was planned very quickly. I had used FromYouFlowers in the past (as recently as a week before for another funeral) with satisfactory results. I placed my order online late Saturday evening. On Sunday morning, I missed a call from FYF saying that they needed to know the time of the service. I returned the call as asked and was given two options on the electronic message - press one to place an order or press two for customer service. I pressed two and the same message was repeated.

    After a few times of this I pressed one and explained the situation to the woman who answered the phone. She transferred me where I then Sat on hold listening to how my call was very important to them. My husband tried from another phone and had all of the same problems. He explained the situation to the order taker and was told all she could do was transfer him. He too was on extended hold.

    We finally gave up and I decided to e-mail when I got home. I sent an e-mail to their ironically named e-mail contact WeCare@FromYouFlowers.com. I explained the situation and told them the time of the service. When I got to the wake the flowers had not been delivered. I was embarrassed and upset. When I got home I tried calling again and got the same useless message. I sent another e-mail stating my dissatisfaction and saying that I would not order from them again.     I ordered a bouquet for my husband and needed same-day delivery. The total cost was $60 after a $10 discount, which I thought was high, but I wanted the flowers rushed, so I paid it. He got the bouquet and called me to thank me, but when he brought it home I was shocked by how tiny it was. I felt completely lied to and ripped off; the bouquet was about the size of my fist, and only had a handful of flowers in it. For $60!!     I will never ever call this place again. On Friday May 13th, 2016, I placed an order to pick up on Monday for my mothers graveside services at 11 am that morning. The lady told me that would not be a problem and the florist would call me later that day to work out the pick up details. (I live in Mississippi and I was traveling to Illinois to bury mom). Never heard from anyone on Friday but they was quick to place a holding on the funds in my bank account. Called in Saturday at 10 am, to wait on customer service hold for 45 minutes. That I would have to drive an additional hour to pick them up BUT there was some florist in a town closer but could not give me an address so I could choose a closer one. They said it was a privacy act violation. By this time I am upset that my mother will not have flowers at her funeral, so I told the lady to cancel the order and release the hold on my money. Was told it would happen in an hour - more like 2 days! (Talked to bank and they said it was on the From You Flowers side as they had not released it).

    Anyway, I was able to call the florist back home (the only one that was still open - for another 20 minutes) and she told me that From You Flowers had just called them to see if they could take the order. I was lied to on Friday!!! I was lied to on Saturday, I was furious, upset, everything. I am so thankful for the small florist back home that did a beautiful, better, cheaper bouquet of flowers for my mothers funeral. I will never ever call From You flowers again as all they do is lie to you, make promise that they cant keep, can't place an order when taken. PLUS customer service sucks... You have to wait so long just to speak to someone and the order takers can only take your order but can't tell you anything after the fact - plus you can't speak to a manager when you want to.     I decided to surprise my girlfriend with a bouquet of flowers in traditional Broncos colors. She is a huge Broncos fan so I found an arrangement that was fitting in orange and purple. Set it up for delivery and paid the "expedited" fee for morning delivery to her office. Well come closing time and they still weren't delivered. I found their 24 hour phone number and called. I was on hold for roughly 22 minutes before it was answered. The gal on the phone was very apologetic and said that they were having problems with the orange lilies. I said that I can understand but that I should have gotten an email or call stating this so I could either order from someone else or find a replacement bouquet. I declined on the refund because being a business owner myself, it hurts everyone when you aren't paid for a service.

    Stepdaughter sent flowers to her mother on Mother's Day. Spent $75 plus an extra $10 to deliver on Mother's Day. Never got the flowers until Thursday. Had to call and complain. When we got the flowers they had a happy birthday sticker in them. Would only refund half the money back although they have a guarantee. It's a big rip off. Do not use them.

    The ONE positive review this website shows IS A PAID FOR REVIEW. My story is similar to just about every other review posted on this site; I ordered the flowers well ahead of Mother's Day. They never showed up but the money is out of my account, and all attempts to contact the company have been ignored. I've emailed FOUR TIMES with no results. I've called several times and been on hold for over an hour (I took it as a challenge) each time, and while I DID get a human after an hour on one occasion, I was hung up on!!

    I just called again (for maybe the fourth time) and after twenty minutes on hold got a human (hint for anyone else fighting this fight: call after 10 PM, I finally figured that one out) who told me the same thing the person who hung up on me. Said; "okay, we just have to check with the florist first and get the story about why the flowers weren't delivered. We'll totally call you back." I will continue to call and email until they give up and refund my money or until the company disappears and the email and number disconnect, which I expect is more likely.

    Bottom line: 1.) DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM HERE FOR ANY REASON. Google a local florist and pay for real flowers from real people instead of paying for invisible flowers from the internet. 2.) If you, like me, are here because you've ALREADY been swindled by this company, call the help number after 10 PM for an increased chance at maybe getting a human. But know that nobody is going to help you, anyway.

    I ordered the deluxe bouquet of orange roses and magenta flowers (pictured below) for my mom for Mother's Day. She received an arrangement (also pictured) that is sparse, ugly, and clearly not worth the money spent on the deluxe bouquet. It has a couple of roses, a couple of gerbera daisies, filler flowers, and a tacky bow. I would never order something like that for my mom and felt so disappointed that this is what she received from me. Totally unacceptable. I sent an email to From You Flowers requesting a refund or that the correct bouquet be sent. A representative called back in the middle of the work day on Monday, from a suspicious looking number, leaving a message asking me to call the customer service line. I tried calling back twice and waited on hold for over 15 minutes each time. This company wasted my money and is now wasting my time. Also unacceptable.

    After my attempted calls, I sent a follow up email to customer service asking to resolve this matter by email and received no response. I understand that orders get mixed up and mistakes happen, but after seeing the reviews on Consumer Affairs, it's clear that my experience is part of their business practices. My child could of picked random flowers and put them in a vase and that would of been better.     I ordered 2 bouquets and chocolate covered strawberries. I spent a lot of time browsing all the pretty arrangements that all have names to pick the perfect one for each person. When they received them they sent me a picture. I was so disappointed! They were completely different than what was pictured online. The ones my mother received were so bad I was embarrassed. I paid $178 because I upgraded to the next size up but they looked like a very small bouquet, not as full as they picture online. I was also charged $14.99 shipping for each item that's about $45! The strawberries did not look as good as the picture online either. When I called to complain the woman was very nice but she only gave me $12 back and she said that she would send me two $10 gift cards, I only got one. I will never use this company again. After shopping around, there wasn't another option that was as beautiful as the photo displayed online, so I decided to try them. I spoke with a nice representative that did ultimately take care of the situation and had the flowers re-sent with an apology to my friend. She said there were beautiful! However, due to the not delivering initially and without contact I would not have known along with the difficulty contacting or reaching customer service I still would likely not use this company again.

    I ordered flowers on 5/5 to be delivered on 5/6. I received an email that they were delivered at 9:02pm. I hadn't heard a response from my friend about them which seemed very odd. I finally checked in with her on 5/10. She had never received them and was home all day since she just had surgery! I then proceeded to call the customer service line and was on hold for over 25-27 minutes before I finally hung up with no answer. Just a message that kept telling me my call was important. Not if you leave customers on hold that long! I have since emailed and have not heard a response. The picture below is what she was supposed to have received... It's horrifying when you are trying to do something special for someone as a surprise then have to ask only to find out they NEVER GOT!!!     I ordered two beautiful arrangements to be delivered to my mom and mother-in-law for Mother's Day. The flowers were wilted and did not look like what I ordered. I also bought the premium arrangement because it was beautiful! The picture I requested from my mom was just not what I expected to see at all. It was small and not the same. The balloons were not full and floating. They looked like they had been at least a week old! I will NEVER use this company again!

    Well sadly enough I guess I am in the same boat as everyone else that has placed a review on this company as I am seeing everyone saying the same thing and issues that I had. I placed an order for SAME DAY DELIVERY (even picked florists choice so I assumed would be same day for sure) since the company says they GUARANTEE same day delivery. I was delivering these flowers the day after mothers day as she didn't have such a good one and I wanted to make her feel better. Well thanks to this companies horrible customer service that didn't happen.

    I placed my order at 6:50AM and as I mentioned selected florists choice and SAME DAY DELIVERY (which yes you pay extra for). I spent the day waiting to hear my confirmation or hopefully a message from my friend that she was feeling better. NOTHING came!!! I used the "track my order" a number of times throughout the day and it kept telling me that the company had not received confirmation of delivery from the florist yet. However they have a line that states they can track internally and if I "click here" I can submit a form. ALL that did was submit my order number and email - then I get an automated reply email telling me that although they try to make within the business hours and on same day sometimes that isn't possible. YET THEY GUARANTEE SAME DAY DELIVERY!!!

    So as the day goes on we come up on 5:00pm and no delivery has been made and about 8 emails that I sent to their customer service email they inform you will be replied to within an hour - I received NO response. So the NEXT DAY I decided I would try to track again and see if maybe they went after 5:00pm and her office was closed. NOPE! So I called the 5 different phone numbers listed on the website and THEY ALL GO TO THE SAME RECORDING! And here comes the worst part...

    I WAS ON HOLD FOR 44 yes 44 minutes before SOMEONE finally decided to pick up the phone and say hello. The woman apologizes for the hold and asks me for my order number when I told her what the problem was. She then tells me that she will call the florist if she can just place me on hold for a moment. After hesitating as I was just on hold for almost an hour I agreed... I WAS ON HOLD FOR ANOTHER 15 Minutes before she came back. She again apologizes and tells me that the problem is that my order was never printed so the delivery person never received it!!!

    She then proceeds to tell me that she was sorry and that she will be printing it today and they promise they will deliver it today! I told her what gives me ANY comfort in believing that will actually happen. She assures me that they will deliver it today and of course no she doesn't say right away, no I get the - before end of business day hours as usual. So now I get to spend another day wondering if it is being delivered, and yes I am glad she will get her flowers but SO NOT THE POINT NOR the day I NEEDED them delivered.

    She informed me I would get a 50% refund which okay fine - but at this point are you kidding me!?! I was on hold for a total of 1 HOUR and 3 minutes and 39 seconds before I was actually helped. On top of that they have a GUARANTEE ALL OVER their website which is a total joke. And when you call for CUSTOMER SERVICE you have to wait FOREVER to even have a live person come on the phone. I have received bad service but never like this and I will NEVER EVER order from here again and will be SURE to pass this review around to EVERYONE I know.

DO NOT, DO NOT EVER USE THIS FLOWER SERVICE. It's an absolute scam. If they can't handle the volume then they should NOT take your order. I've used Proflowers in the past and never had any issues. Fromyouflowers are the ABSOLUTE WORST. Avoid them!!

When you track the order online and email... you get a reply that says you will hear from them within the hour. I have emailed 3 times in the last 30 hours, and have yet to get a reply. When you finally find and try the 800 number, customer service will not answer. By pressing 1, to place an order, someone will eventually answer, but then tell you they cannot help you. Next day I emailed them again, no response. I then called their 1-800-838-8853 number and waited 1 hour, 53 minutes, and 23 seconds. A woman named Leslie assured me that she would call me back.     First, their website is missing right scripts, because it saved the wrong search for me therefore messed up my order in the first place for Mother's day. Next, after I ordered - they are emailing and saying they cannot deliver before or on my Mother's Day and would like to do it after the holiday with complementary and bla-bla. So overpriced delivery after the holiday. OK. They did not even coordinate with the recipient (as all florists do) and just dropped off flowers on a porch when nobody was home. Their customer service is never answering their phone and now after such fiasco, they do not reply emails. NEVER use them again and DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

    I was online and placed an order with Fromyouflowers.com. Prior to ordering the flowers I searched the website for delivery times. I was not able to see the delivery times until after I placed my order. No more than 5 minutes passed and I attempted to call customer service to cancel my order. After being on hold for about 15 minutes I emailed the company and explained the situation and requested a callback. I called again and was on hold for 38 minutes until I had to end the call because I was at work. I’m currently on hold and I have been on hold for 26 minutes and counting.     As EVERYONE stated, wished I had read the reviews before I used this company. I used them because they say they are located in Simi Valley, but I still paid a large delivery fee. I ordered the flowers on Friday for a Sunday (Mother's Day) delivery. They STILL have not been delivered, it's Monday morning 10:30 am. I have sent them 2 emails (can't find a phone number).     This is a horrible business operating shady business practices. They cannot guarantee you delivery on the date you specify. I ordered flowers for mother's day and I had nothing delivered with no email or anything to alert me. I called them up and waited on their hotline for over 90 minutes before giving up. I received an email at 12 am saying they were unable to find a local florist to deliver to me and if I would be happy with a Tuesday delivery!

    This is not a florist - they cannot guarantee you delivery and they cannot guarantee you the same flowers you will order. What they do is they call up local florists and try to haggle an extremely cheap price on flowers so they can have fat margins after taking your order, if they cannot get any florist to accept their prices then they throw away the order and wait until prices come back down and offer delivery a few days later.

    Furthermore, when you place an order on the website you have no idea that you have to pay a hidden $15 service charge, $6 *SAME DAY DELIVERY* charge until AFTER you have placed the order. Do not pay attention to any positive reviews you see on their facebook or any review site either, they are paid SPAM reviews to try and drown out all the real reviews like my one. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, YOU WILL BE DISSATISFIED AND YOUR LOVED ONES WILL BE LEFT UPSET.

I think a 5 year old could pick prettier flowers. I was told by customer service that this selection is at the discretion of the florist so they could not help me.     Apparently people only bother to rate a company when they have something bad to say. I was so worried after I read the reviews... I ruined mom's surprise by apologizing if the flowers she received are crappy... I didn't have to and it would have been better if they were a surprise. They were great. I'm am so really not appreciating these ridiculously slanted reviews. Don't just rate a company when you have something bad to say. Rate it also when you have something good to say. Only rating negatively is not accurate or helpful. Of course you don't actually care about that, you just like to complain to get even.     I usually don't write reviews and I typically have my go to flower company that I use; but this time I decide, hey look at these prices for the same flowers; I figured why not. Well their prices were relatively decent and in some instances cheaper... until you check out and you're hit with fees and high shipping cost. I ordered roses and calla lilies. They arrived on time (I scheduled to have them arrive Wed before mother's day and before my wife traveled). When I took them out of the package, they looked dull and not as vibrant as they were pictured on the site. I arranged them as advised on the box i.e. cut the stems diagonally under running water, warm water in vase with flower food etc...

    Today is Saturday and TWO of the calla lilies (the most expensive of the flowers I bought) are DEAD! As in wilted and brown. The roses in the same vase for now are fine but the rest of the calla lilies aren't far behind. Now I have bought flowers for years, so this isn't the case of not knowing how to care for them. From Wed (May 4) night to Sat morning, these flowers haven't even made it to Mother's day (May 8). I just happen to be still on the phone waiting on customer service to pickup... It's been 52 MINS and counting. Unbelievable!! If this is any indication of how they value my business, I'll just go elsewhere. They have managed to leave a bitter taste in my mouth and from reading others reviews, I'm not alone.

    Delivered NEXT DAY and FLOWERS NOT SAME as arrangement I ordered... less pink roses. At 12 pm 5/4/16, I ordered the Pure Delight Bouquet 'deluxe', more money for same day delivery by 6 pm. When I checked delivery status online around 5:45 pm, it said they hadn't gotten confirmation of delivery yet from the florist. So I waited a bit longer... contacted the recipient, they hadn't received anything yet.

    So around 6:45 pm, I check the delivery status again online and it said the same thing... I called the number on the website and it took several times and long waits before I got thru to a person. They said it was delivered, but couldn't tell me to who and when... the online status still said the same, not delivered. Another customer service rep said he would call the florist in the morning to ask when/where it was delivered. I got NO call today! I tried calling their website number and finally got through after 2 hours of trying and explained everything and how upset i was. The lady said she would call the florist while I was on the line. She did and told me the florist apologizes and will make a special arrangement and deliver it himself today.

    Several hours later, at end of day the recipient finally received flowers - didn't look like what I ordered online and some of the flowers were different, not as many roses and they added yellow daisies - not impressed with this company... no refund or discount was offered to me for their mess up!! At delivery, they did apologize to the recipient for the delivery being a day late. I don't know if it was the florist himself or not.... won't be ordering from here again. The funny thing is, that last week I ordered flowers for same day delivery and they received them same day - don't know if the recipient got the same arrangement I ordered or not. Not only am I wowed by the proactive steps taken to ensure that my sister received the delivery, but everyone who saw the floral arrangement thought they were absolutely beautiful, brightened the entire room and put a smile on everyone's face.     Because I did not get a response when I called 3x's while holding 30 mins each time; and because I also sent emails to get confirmation for delivery, and because the electronic response did not recognize the order number, it led me to believe I was dealing with one of those fly by night experiences. I finally called and was hold for 24 minutes before I got a customer service rep to provide me with a status on my order. Although the order was for same day delivery, the rep said I should receive a confirmation when delivered.

    I expressed how disappointed that I was not getting through on the Cust Svc Line, but was really concerned when submitting my order number and got a response that they did not recognize the order number. If they make good on the delivery, (between 9 and 5) or if they do not, I will definitely return to this site and submit the results and comments. I really want to give them a better score, but there is a huge need for improvement on their customer service line.

    I ordered a succulent arrangement for my husband because he received a promotion at work. I wanted to send him something for his first day in his new office. I selected a masculine arrangement that required very little care, that is why I picked the succulent garden. I chose it from the list of options that was available for the same day delivery. It was also advertised as hand delivery in under 4 hours. I waited all day and never heard anything. When 6 hours had passed since my order and my husband was to leave work soon I submitted an email to check on the status. It said I would receive a response within an hour. When I got home from work (about 7 and a half hours from when I placed the order) I got a message on my phone asking me to return the call.

    I called and spoke with someone in customer service that told me that the arrangement I picked was difficult to fill in this area. I asked why it was listed as same day delivery even after I entered the zip code. I was told that they tried 4 different florists, but they had 20 more to work within my area. I asked why I wasn't informed of the problem before they missed the delivery day entirely and they didn't really seem to have an answer for this. I was then asked if they removed the $2.99 same day fee and upgraded the order, and promised to have it delivered early the next day if that was acceptable. I said it would be okay as long as they didn't send a regular planter in place of what I had ordered. They said there may be some substitutions. I said I wanted what I ordered. They said it would be as close as possible and be delivered early the next day.

    After 1:00 in the afternoon the following day I received another call asking me if they could send a substitution planter. I told them I did not want a regular planter and already explained that to the customer service representative that I talked to the day before. I asked to be refunded. The person I was speaking to said they would refund it, but 2 days later it still shows as pending on my account. They never even apologized for the inconvenience. I was very disappointed with this company. They advertised something they couldn't get, never got anything even remotely close to what I ordered, delivered in 2 full days, were rude on the phone, and offered no apology. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. This experience not only ruined what should have been a nice gesture on a big day, but carried over into the next day.

    I ordered 2 separate flower arrangements (2 recipients) and paid the extra $2.99 for same day delivery as well as $4.99 to expedite delivery within a 4 hour time frame, for each bouquet. I ordered regular bouquets, thinking that is what was pictured; you have to click on the "?" to see that a deluxe bouquet is actually pictured. I placed the orders at 10:00 AM and received a call at 2:46 PM, saying one order was rejected because the florist was closed. As both were going to the same side of town, I questioned that and found that neither bouquet would be delivered because they did not have the correct flowers. I was going to cancel my entire order, but the employee said she would upgrade to deluxe bouquets, have them delivered first thing in the morning, refund the 2 earlier mentioned fees and send me 2 $15 gift cards. I reluctantly agreed.

    The next day, I received a picture from one of the recipients, a couple celebrating their anniversary, and was shocked at the skimpy looking bouquet with balloon. It was definitely not worth $64 (which included $15 delivery)!! I called them back and they explained they already upgraded, refunded same day fees and sent the gift cards and there was nothing else they could do. I told her they SHOULD refund the fees, since they were a day late and I will not use the gift cards because of this awful experience. And the upgrade? What upgrade??? The other bouquet was for a friend who lost her Father. :-( I will NEVER use this company again! They will not give me the name of the florist they used. I wish I would have read the reviews before using this company. Don't make the same mistake that so many of us did!

    First off, your outfit is a pure sham. I placed this order Sunday afternoon for next day delivery, and the earliest "next day" was Tuesday. My grandmother's birthday was Monday, so not only did they get there a day late, she got them at almost 5PM central time, in a box, via UPS.     Ordered same day delivery. Paid extra to have it early. Then they said, "Sorry, can't deliver it. We will upgrade you at no charge and deliver the next day." Well when it still wasn't delivered the next day I emailed which said they would respond in 1 hr. That was a joke. I had to call and was on hold for 20 min then finally they answered and said for whatever reason something internal they couldn't deliver that day either! They offered half refund and delivery of the next AM. At this point I am pissed and say, "No, I want a full refund!" I mean, what's the point here? Birthday was days ago!     I was trying surprise my grandma for her birthday with flowers so I put in my order for flowers on Monday for Friday. During the whole process I thought this is a nice company and website, I was even satisfied with paying the $4.99 extra so the flowers would be received before 12 pm. Sadly I never received the flowers. I called them like 6 times throughout Friday and they kept giving me the runaround about the florist is backup and they are running late. No one would give me an answer on what was going on with my flowers. It was 5 pm and I called again and they said, "Well ma'am the florist is busy and the flowers will be ready at 6 pm." The business closes at 5 pm so how would anyone be able to receive the flowers? That's the reason why I paid extra so they would come early. I will never buy flowers again from them.     Ordered flowers for my mother's birthday on the 13th for her birthday on the 20th. Paid the additional $4.99 for "guaranteed delivery" before 10AM on top of the $15 delivery fee. It was not like my Mom not to call after receiving flowers, so I checked the tracking status on their website. I called, waited for 10+ minutes for someone to answer, only to find out they had not been delivered... with over a weeks notice!

    They offered me a 25% discount, letter of apology from the florist, larger flower arrangement and guaranteed delivery before noon the next day, so I gave them another chance. No delivery confirmation again today, so I called them at 4PM. Flowers had not been delivered, florist did not have the flowers I ordered and they offered to use alternative flowers... How did they just figure this out if the order had been placed over a week ago??? I told them to refund my entire order. Never again! Run, don't walk, run from this company.

At 12:30 PM on that same day, I received a confirmation email that the flowers were delivered to "my friend" (her name was there, not that they were order thru a local florist or anything). Wednesday, today April 20, messaged friend on Facebook. She never received a darn thing. I'm on the phone with them currently trying to get my friend's flowers delivered. I'm ticked. This was listed on "life care" thru my company, which is a worldwide Fortune 500 company, LTL, trucking company. Trust me the words going to get out there to not use them. The Better Business Bureau is being called as well.

    I ordered a $19.99 arrangement with a add on 4.99 shipping fee and a 2.99 same day fee...thought perfect flower company. When it came to the review page it asked for me to sign in either via them or my Amazon account. I used my Amazon account, after I signed it it confirmed my order. 3 hrs later I get charged almost $43! I called the company and in very explicit detail explain how signing into Amazon didn't allow me a review anything just a straight charge as I am on the 1 click pay system and was CALLED A LIAR AND HUNG UP ON. This place is deceptive, has zero customer service and the lady was horrible. I was very nice about it even though I was very upset. Using a local place would have cost me $15 less.     I wish I had read all of the reviews before I ordered an flower arrangement for my wife on our anniversary. Everyone was correct in their reviews. They charged $15 for service (to contact someone in your local to deliver the flowers). They tagged on $3 for same day/weekend delivery that you don't know about until your order is processed. Also with that $3 fee they claim that your order will be delivered by noon. Wrong again. The BBB needs to shut this company down!!!

    I ordered flowers with chocolate for my daughter's first wedding anniversary. The chocolate didn't arrive - I only found out about the non-delivery because I asked her if she had gotten it. When I complained, I was offered a $5.00 refund. Since I had paid $10.00 for the chocolate, I complained again and then was offered a $10.00 refund. I asked about actually getting the chocolate without a charge, but they refused to do that. They did offer a $10 coupon for my next purchase, but buying anything else from them would be a bad idea given my first experience.

    I don't know who delivered it as they didn't bring it to my door, but took it to apt office. My friend called to see if I had received it. No notice was given to as where they had left. Walked into office and saw the smallest vase and flowers I have ever seen. So short it had to be brought to my attention. What do you do when someone has sent you something? And they think it is normal, beautiful vase of flowers?

    I figured I would try this company for my mom's 64th birthday. I paid for guaranteed delivery by noon because she leaves at 2. The flowers did not get there until 5:26 p.m. per the email from customer care. Then a follow up email said they were left outside the door at 4 p.m., which one is it? Regardless? I paid for delivery to be at her work by noon and it did not happen. In addition, the flowers were not up to the price I paid. I paid $75 for these flowers, delivery, and balloons. See the photo. Not only did I have to ruin the surprise and ask her if she received anything from work, but they came broken. Do not use this company!

    This website is a total scam. DO NOT use them. They charge an extra fee for getting flowers delivered on time "guaranteed" and they don't go by it, then you aren't allowed to know which shop they are in so you can pick them up yourself. My flowers didn't make it... it was an absolute waste of time and money. I should've used a local florist. I called several times and the reps were extremely rude and not helpful at all.     I really wish I had read reviews before using this company. I ordered some flowers for my mom's birthday and paid the same day service fee. The flowers didn't arrive on her birthday and I didn't receive any notification regarding the error, so she was searching everywhere for them. Each time I called the CS team I waited in the queue for 10 min on average and received very poor/non-energetic CSRs to help me. They said they would get flowers out to her the next day and upgraded me to a larger size, along with a $10 credit. THEY DIDN'T ARRIVE AGAIN and AGAIN no notice.

    I called CS once more and received another apology, $10 credit and 25% refund. I called the next day requesting a full refund and they said they couldn't give me my money back until they spoke to the florist to make sure the flowers didn't already go out. Given my horrible experience and history, the right thing to do (and to ensure they keep a customer) would have been to refund me in full and STILL SEND THE FLOWERS. I forced them to refund me immediately and of course all the rep said was "we're refunding you and we'll make sure your flowers don't go out." In my opinion, they should have sent those flowers anyway -- PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

    I am so upset. I didn't read these reviews before making an order through FromYouFlowers. I just drafted up an email to send to customer service and instead of retyping everything, I am just going to post what I wrote to explain my terrible experience: "I am beyond disappointed with my order. First, not only did I order "same day delivery", and it was delivered the next day AT NIGHT, but the order was not at all that was described. It looks nothing like the picture, and is nothing that the description says."

    "I ordered "green tea and roses", and in the picture it shows multiple yellow roses, but the one delivered had only TWO roses. The flowers look so unfresh as well. Also, in the description and picture it says that the flowers are put in a "teacup and saucer". The one delivered to my mother for her birthday was put into an ugly generic white coffee mug with no saucer. Next, I was supposed to be compensated with a "fuller bouquet" for it being a day late, but it in fact looks smaller than what's on the website. I also ordered a balloon and it was not included when delivered. I am a completely dissatisfied customer and want a FULL REFUND to my PayPal account so I can order else where. Thank you." Their customer service is also terrible. Every time I call, I am put on hold for 10-15 minutes minimum. I don't understand how this company is still in business!!

    Ordered flowers at 10pm the night before and they actually arrive on time the next day. Just like others on here nothing like the picture but they were still a great arrangement. Based on what I read after I ordered I worried but feel like I lucked out that everything work out. I guess it all depends on the florist and their available product. I read other feedback from other sites - looks to be the same issue across all brokers. Guess it's a crap shoot when ordering this product online.

    I ordered a dozen colored roses and customized vase for my mom... a just because gift. It didn't look anything like the picture. She was so excited that I think she didn't mind that it looked shabby. I ended up paying $50 and they arrived on time, had no issues, but not $50 worth by far. The vase was "unique" in that the customization is a waterproof paper that is kept on the inside of the vase. Pretty cool. We will see how long it lasts.
