I ordered my niece 12 rainbow roses for graduation. I paid for next day delivery. They were delivered on time but they were not at all what I expected or even what the picture looked like. They were supposed to be rainbow. All she got were pink and yellow half dead roses. Yes when she received them they were almost dead. Fifty dollars and a dozen dead roses later. I will never order flowers from this company again.

Flowers for my bro in law's service were confirmed delivered (3.5 hours late), and NEVER actually delivered. I was disgusted and outraged to say the least, especially because these flowers were a symbol for the obvious and because I wasn't physically there. The customer service person I initially spoke to was blah and unsympathetic. I was given a refund and a credit, but really NOTHING can replace the flowers being there on-time, as they promised me. I had even gone back and forth with them to ensure the flowers would arrive by 2 pm, at the start of the service. This service was in a small town for a well known family... There is absolutely no excuse, ESPECIALLY because there were not very many flowers sent over. I'm still extremely upset about it, as it can never be undone. PLEASE NEVER do business w/ this company. Call a local florist.

If only I had read these reviews before placing my order. Stupidly, I only read the reviews on the company's site, and assumed it was fine. It was not fine. The "bouquet" they sent was the saddest, most miserable little bunch of half-dead flowers that looked absolutely nothing like the picture. I was embarrassed because it look like I used the cheapest, crappiest company I could find (nope, I'm a broke college student, but I paid $60 because my mom is worth it). I can only imagine how humiliated I would be if I sent these to a coworker or client because it's bad enough with my own mother who knows I'm poor!!
Now the second issue. I ordered the bouquet to go to my mom's for Mother's Day. Then we found out that my grandmother has breast cancer, and my mom spent the day in the hospital helping her after her lumpectomy. So I ordered the flowers to go there instead with an added message of "get well soon". The company assured me that the address and message were changed and I could forget about it. Nope. It went to my parents' house, where my mom was no longer present, so my dad got to enjoy the world's crappiest flowers... not her.
In fact, he actually went out in the fields surrounding our house and picked some wildflowers to try to spruce it up before my mom got back. That's how bad it was. My dad is not a flower-picking guy, he's a mechanic/engineer/welder. To make him put down his machinery and GO OUT INTO THE FIELDS AND PICK FLOWERS HIMSELF, this bouquet must have been even worse than the photo they texted me.
Then of course when I called for my refund, the customer service girl sounded dead inside, because she gets screamed at by unhappy customers like me all day. I thanked her and she hung up on me, no "you're welcome" or anything, just "click". I pray she finds a job where she is happier, like Taco Bell. Do not use this company.

I ordered flowers for my parents and when the flowers were delivered nobody rang the doorbell. My niece found them on the front porch. I asked for a picture of them because I was excited to see what "The Florist's Bouquet" looked like and it was horrible. The flowers were dying, wilted, and they looked like they had been sitting for weeks. I paid for the arrangement, service charge, and delivery fee a total of $50. I didn't expect anything fancy, or huge, but something nice, like it had been put together with care. I paid $29.99 for the arrangement and I just looked at their website and it is $19.99. No way! I will never use this company again. What a waste! Total scam!

I ordered a bouquet to be delivered and the florist said they couldn't find my house. No other delivery has had an issue in 10 years of me living there. The driver did not call me to ask if I can come outside. I even saw the truck drive around the block and the driver did not stop at all. It didn't even look like he was looking for an address. I am very upset with this and I would not use them again.

Second time I ordered flowers from them and the website has beautiful arrangements, then they deliver whatever they find (Barely any actual flowers). First time contacted them and of course small prints says based on availability yet they don't try to get close to what you pay. Instead they offer you 15% off next order. This past weekend I decided to give them a second chance and once again my mother-in-law received nothing close to what I paid for. They offer to send actual flowers again or refund 50% of the arrangement, yet once again flowers they sent the second time. Look nothing like what I paid for. Look at these pictures. Will not use them again.

I placed three orders for next day service to the same address and paid the next day service fee from "From you flowers". The next day, no arrangements at all. Day after that, NO arrangements at all. After almost a week talking to so called customer service reps as managers I began to realize they were incompetent and had zero care for their customers because it was the same story over and over. They sent me an email for each order that stated I lived too remote to have my requested flowers delivered. That they were changing my order in order to accommodate my time frame (did not happen and how dare someone "change your order"). The email also stated if I could give a different address to where the flowers could be shipped they could accommodate my order the next day. Since they refused to release the location of the florists they were working with, how could I give any other address that would accommodate their shipping area???
I was promised a new florist to deliver my THREE orders "next day" for four more days and nothing. Each time I received the same email as the first time. Since I do not at all live in a remote area I contacted four florists in the area (gulf breeze) one in Pensacola and one in Navarre to see if they delivered to my address to which they all replied yes AND SAME DAY. A customer service rep even placed me on terminal hold while he "contacted" the florists who accepted my orders to confirm delivery, but alas, I received the exact same unaccountable and nonsense emails as before. So I demanded a refund and informed them of my disappointment and intentions to really inform others of their poor customer service, unacceptable and empty guarantees and poor choices in their contracted florists. They really receive zero stars.

Recently ordered flowers from "fromyouflowers.com" for my daughter who was having an art exhibit at a museum in Virginia. I had planned ahead and they were to deliver them the day before the opening which attracted several hundred people. I called to museum the day of the opening to see if they had been delivered. They had not. I then tried to reach "fromyouflowers.com" and spent several hours trying to get through with no results. Internet gave me conflicting reports that they were "scheduled for delivery" and later that there was "no record of this order." It took almost a week to get verification that they had not in fact been delivered. They did refund me my money, but I was VERY disappointed that on this special event, this company had not lived up to their promise. They also have a serious problem with customers being able to get in touch with them. I would NEVER do business with them again - they cannot be trusted!!!

I paid for a delivery before noon, but nothing happened at 2:30 pm. After a call to complain around 2:00 pm, I got a refund for the expedite delivery. I finally got my package at 6:10 pm, but two items out of three were missing. This company is a catastrophe. The delivery came six hours after the lunch. I do not know what to do with the flowers they delivered so late. Should I eat them as a salad?

This company specifically advertises "same-day delivery". I ordered birthday flowers for my mother in-law after reading their advertisement offering same-day delivery. Many hours after the estimated time of delivery, I received a message from fromyouflowers customer service lamenting the fact that they were unable to find a florist in their network to handle the order and that the order would be complete by no later than 5 days later with an apology letter. Of course I responded in anger and demanded a refund. They gave me 2 options, that either they can cancel the order altogether or complete it at half the cost of the flower price. At this point it is post-birthday and the surprise is already ruined. And while I accepted their pathetic offer, I then realized that while they cut the cost of the arrangement in half, they still charged me for the same day delivery fee.
All of this said it is obvious how this company operates. They never intend to send the flowers/arrangements the day of... They are advertising "same-day" and then negotiating with customers once the same-day doesn't go through, and I'm sure most people just deal with it and do nothing, and the people who do complain and get offered the "50% off" the company is still making out like bandits because their profits are in that delivery charge. It costs much less to deliver something during odd hours on a future date than it does for same day delivery. This is a fact among all flower shops.
This is an obvious scam company. They operate similarly as other 3rd party flower delivery services, but they are specializing in a specific market segment of consumers they can dupe their hyped up same day shipping that is a promise that doesn't exist. And worst case scenario the customer cancels and based on other consumer reviews, who knows how long it will take to receive that refund?
If you are reading these reviews, my advice to everyone would be stop using these 1-800 and online flower catalog companies. Google a local florist to the recipient, check the reviews, ensure they are legit. Call them and place your order by phone, and if they are professional they will be able to handle your order without you seeing a visual representation. Do not trust 3rd party middlemen scam artists like fromyouflowers who purposely mislead customers and whose salespeople and complaint department are 1 and the same.

I ordered this product for my son and family because the description said it was a cake. The picture was not very good, but it looked as if it might be a combination of real flowers and frosting flowers, and after all, it had been described as cake, which was not so unbelievable because they sell a variety of products. I emailed the birthday family that they did not have to bake a cake, Gramma had it covered. It was not a cake. It was a "cake." That's how they should have described it. There was no cake involved. Gramma became the Grinch who stole birthday. And From You Flowers could have cared less. They offered me a few bucks off my next order. Like that's going to happen.

We used this company last year and had absolutely no issues whatsoever so we decided to use them again. We decided to pay a little more this year than last and ordered the "Deluxe Bouquet" for my Mother in law and my Mother. They were scheduled to be delivered for either Saturday or Sunday. We received 2 separate emails on Saturday saying they had been delivered. My Mother called to thank us, I took her out to eat that Saturday and when we picked her up I looked at the bouquet and it was NOTHING compared to the description online plus several flowers were broken. We then drove to my Mother in law's house to give her her present and she had not even received her bouquet at all.
When we got home I called the number included in the emails for "24 Hour customer service", sat on hold for almost an hour and no one ever picked up. So I sent an email which was also included in the email and received verification that it was received and a customer service representative would call us or respond "within 4 hours". We never received any acknowledgement. So we tried calling again the following day and again after 40 minutes of waiting we hung up and sent yet another email. Still no response until 8:30 in the morning the following day.
We missed their call and this time we were not going to waste our time calling. So email number 3 was sent and like clock work they called us back at 8:30 the next morning. We explained what happened and they said they would contact the florist about the tiny, broken bouquet and redeliver a new bouquet but would need the others back. And they said they would schedule another delivery for the missing bouquet my Mother in law never received plus a 20% refund and $20 off on our next order. We said "ok, great." Well guess what? Again the flowers for my Mother in law never showed and the replacement flowers to my Mother were even a smaller bunch than the first set of sickly sticks she previously received AND our refund was never processed! Never, ever again. Their customer service is inexcusable and whatever flower shops they use are crooks!

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a hospital and learned within the hour that my daughter already ordered them. I called to cancel my order and was told that the flowers had been delivered one hour ago. I verified the time on my confirmation email which arrived within a minute of ordering and it was exactly 1 hour and 8 minutes (after being on hold for 9 minutes). I told him it was physically impossible to make the arrangement and deliver it in 8 minutes. The agent proceeded to assure me that it was made and delivered in 8 minutes. I called and they have not been delivered. This company is unethical and unprofessional. Interestingly, they charge an additional $4.99 to have them delivered within 4 hours which I DID NOT do. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered flowers, premium package with two balloons. They were delivered and when I saw the size I was shocked. Balloons never made it to their destination. Total order was over $71. I emailed about balloons and got credit for one balloon not two. Sent another email and no response. Will never order from this company again and urge you not to as well. Terrible service all around and cannot do anything right.

I ordered flowers for my daughter's first day of freedom from grad school - if you've been through the process you understand what a special day this is. I placed the order on a Monday to be delivered on Wednesday that same week. I paid extra to have the arrangement delivered before noon. Wednesday came, noon came and went - no contact from my daughter. At 3 I contacted her to see if she had received any deliveries. This was to be a surprise so I didn't want to give anything away but I also wanted to make sure she had received them. No, nothing delivered. I called From You Flowers. They're so sorry. They try calling the florist but are not getting an answer. They'll refund my expedited delivery fee and the flowers should be there by 5:00.
I checked with my daughter at 5:30. Nothing delivered. I called From You Flowers again. Again they're so sorry but since it's now after business hours at the florist they cannot contact them until morning to figure out what happened. They'll take 20% off my order. By now, the special day opportunity is over and I have to tell my daughter what's going on, so surprise ruined - and this is with a 2-day lead time. The next morning I call again. "What's going on?" It's too early to call the florist. They haven't opened yet. But as soon as they do they'll find out what's happening and call me right back. "In the meantime, we're sending you a $20 gift certificate" - like I will EVER be ordering from this site again.
At noon, when I still haven't received the call as promised, I call them AGAIN. Once again they're so sorry - whatever. I'm placed on hold while they now call the florist. After 10 minutes I'm told that the florist says their "system" was down on Wednesday and they didn't get my order until today. Really? When I placed the order on Monday? So now they will make the arrangement today and deliver by 5:00. Too little, too late, but at this point I'm too tired to argue so go ahead.
Oh, and they'll take an additional 20% off for all the trouble. OK. Fine. 5:00 comes and goes. No delivery. Finally, at 5:40 they show up. My daughter sends me a picture. Not even close to what I ordered. Even after they took a total of 40% off I still overpaid for what was delivered. I could have purchased flowers from my local grocery store and come up with a better arrangement. These weren't even in the same color scheme as the arrangement I ordered nor the same types of flowers. This experience was a disaster from start to finish and I will NEVER use this service again!

Recently bought my best friend flowers on Sunday for her birthday today but they never showed up. I looked at the track my order feature on the website throughout the day to see if they were close by. But when they didn't show up I called customer service just to be put on hold for a while only to find out that my order had been forgotten and wouldn't be delivered till the following day and to get an apology and a refund on the delivery fee which defeats the whole purpose of me paying for them to be delivered today just so I can get them a day after her birthday. Will never order from the shop again.

I ordered flowers on a Saturday for delivery on Sunday. They guaranteed delivery and charged me for it. Then I received an email saying they could not do it on Sunday a few hours later. Fine, it would still get there on Monday. They said they would refund the next-day delivery fee. Then I get another email on Monday (a day late and still no flowers) saying they could not complete the order because it was too remote an address, but that they had other options to the bouquet I had ordered if I called. [This "remote" address was within 30 minutes of Kansas City and several nearby towns with florists.] Fine.
FINALLY get a call through to customer service, at which point they did not offer an alternative to be sent, yet another day late, and no discount beyond the next day delivery fee. At that point I just asked for a full refund. Very disappointing, because this was for the graduation of a person very special to me. I've learned my lesson, just use FTD. Also, beware of recommendations on the web pages of local florists... That's where I found this link in the first place.

I would not recommend this terrible company to anyone. I ordered flowers from them specifically because they guaranteed delivery on a specific date. After receiving no confirmation from them, I called them to find out the flowers were not delivered and no explanation was even given except, "It's too late to confirm now because shop is closed but they can try again tomorrow." Obviously when flowers are ordered for a specific time and date, which they falsely guarantee, the following day is in no way acceptable and how can anyone believe that would ever happen anyway? They had an entire day to accomplish this and didn't even bother to update me that the flowers weren't going to be delivered. Thanks **. My GF thinks I didn't even try. Now awaiting a refund which hopefully will happen. NEVER use this awful service!

Ordered flowers and a box of chocolate for a Sweet 16 surprise birthday party, paid for expedited service as well as same day guarantee for a noon delivery. Here it is Sunday at 11:15 am and the flowers still have not been delivered. Called customer service only to be hung up on. Emailed asking for a response and still nothing. So upset and disappointed with this company. Wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering since it appears this is the norm for this company. Take people's money and don't follow through EVER. If they could not deliver on time they could of at least called as we had to provide both my and the receiver's phone number.

I ordered an arrangement for my grandmother for Mother's Day. The arrangement was not even close to the image they provided. It looked horrible. I emailed the company photos and received a call. The representative said she understood how disappointed I was and would email me a $15 off coupon and redeliver a larger and better looking arrangement the next day. That arrangement never came. After 4 days and no arrangement, I emailed them twice and received no reply. I then called and they offered me a 30% refund. I took the refund, which ended up being $7, I guess the delivery fee wasn't in that calculation. I am not wasting anymore time on this, except to provide this information in hopes that the next person avoids this company! I went to a local florist and purchased my grandmother another arrangement and delivered it myself. So disappointing.

We ordered flowers that were rated "best seller" on their website. Roses and Lily Celebration. We also paid $5 extra for a balloon. The flowers that were delivered were nothing like the picture on the website. The picture on their website was so pretty with lots of pink and purples... The flowers delivered were 3 red roses and some white flowers. They were shoved in a vase with a lot of green fillers. The balloon did not get delivered. When I called the 800 number to complain, it was clear that the company used a call service from another country. The rep said she would refund my money for the balloon, then hung up. Horrible experience!

A family member passed away and I was unable to attend the funeral across the country. I ordered a bouquet of flowers with a note to be sent to the funeral home for the service. Delivery was for the service at 12pm. At 1:15 they still hadn't made it... They asked what I wanted to do. Well, what good is a bouquet of flowers if they get delivered AFTER the funeral is over and everyone is gone?? I asked for a refund. They cancelled the order and said they are placing a refund. But it's not even about that, I don't have another chance to send flowers to his funeral with a note saying my goodbyes and that hurts. Thanks for nothing fromyouflowers... literally nothing!

I am very disappointed that my Aunt's flowers are not being delivered today 5/20/17 at her funeral, when I placed the order on 5/17/17 calling myself being proactive. How does a company wait until the last minute 5/19/17 to contact a customer to request the time for delivering the flowers; to only learn that flowers can't be delivered because the florist doesn't open until the time the service begins. Then I called to speak with management (John) only to be met with an unprofessional attitude, resulting in John a MANAGER hanging up the phone. I say to Fromyouflowers.com if this is the management you have guiding your firm...you might want to take another look at your management team. I have been a Customer Service Manager for more than 20 years and would have fired John on the spot for his actions today! No excuse. "Managers" should be trained enough to handle irate customers. This was a very poor experience.

Avoid ordering flowers here! I ordered Mother's Day flowers that were intended for a very special reason, to go to a mother who was spending her first Mother's Day after the death of her daughter and two sons who no longer have their mom. Words are inadequate to express my extreme disappointment that the ordered flowers were NEVER delivered! Attempts to resolve this error with customer service were met with delayed and rude responses. I was not able to speak to a supervisor. Errors happen. I get that. Is it too much to expect flowers to be delivered (even if days later than the special event) while also getting a refund? Apparently it is with fromyouflowers.com. Absolutely terrible customer service!

This company does not take responsibility for any of their flaws. They blame the local florists. Once the order is placed, I receive email confirming the flowers delivered. When I contact the person I send the flowers to - They do not have the flowers... The reason, when the driver leave the florist location, they send the emails. Supervisors are not authorized to handle any complaints and they never come on the phone. They keep apologizing and keep blaming others for their lack of responsibility. VERY BAD business ethics. I will never work with them again.

I placed an order on Monday, May 15th for delivery on Tuesday, May 16th. I never received delivery confirmation from them. Wednesday, May 17th I called to inquire about the delivery and they stated it had not been delivered because there was not enough stops. That explanation was by far the dumbest I had heard. If I place an order for a specific delivery date, you deliver on THAT date. They offered a 30% refund and stated the flowers would go out Thursday. Fast forward to today, Thursday... Still no delivery! I did get a full refund but the service/company is a complete joke!

I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday and wanted it delivered before the day. Paid to have it delivered on a Tuesday and by Wednesday it still was not delivered. In an email they said it was delivered on Tuesday. Called on Thursday morning and when I complained they said they would reimburse me the delivery charge for same day plus a 20%. They put me on hold to call the florist and I was hung up on. Called back and had to go over it again. They said I would get an email about the refund. Still after several hours called back and it was supposed to be out for delivery and I finally received an email about the refund. Crappy service. My daughter finally received the flowers around 1:30 and was suppose to get a written apology but she did not get one. They like to lie.

I ordered flowers for my elderly aunt expecting them to be delivered on the Saturday before Mother's Day. I called her on Mother's Day and when she never mentioned the flowers, I asked if she received a delivery and she had not. I called customer service and explained the situation. At first, I was told she received the flowers and that they were put on her porch. "My aunt was home all day and she has a doorbell. Why would the flowers be placed on a porch," I asked. I was put on hold for about 15 minutes and was then told that they would give me a 20% discount and increase her flower bouquet by adding more flowers but that the delivery would not be received until Tuesday, May 16. I agreed and thought that was the end of it.
I received an email in Monday afternoon, indicating the flowers were delivered on 5/13 at 2:20 p.m. I emailed back saying my aunt had not received the flowers. When I called her later, she said she did received flowers and again I thought that was the end of that. Yesterday, 5/17, my aunt called me saying she did get flowers but they were from her daughter who lives in Texas and that she got 12 roses. I ordered an arrangement.
This morning I called customer service again, livid! The worse... they said that since I stated she had received the flowers they would not reimburse my money. I told them, they stated the flowers were delivered so what is the difference? They agreed to reimburse me in 1-3 days. I really hope I do not have to call them about my money. By the way, I read in a previous review, that this company sells your name. You may receive magazines for free for 6 months and then your credit card will be charged when the free period ends without your notice.

I ordered two dozen flowers from fromyouflowers.com and paid them close to 70 dollars. I was there when they were delivered and immediately grabbed the box and took them into my mother for Mothers day. It was two days before Sunday but I had them delivered early and live adjacent to my Mother which is why I saw them delivered. There were only 13 roses in the box and they were in bad shape. I called fromyouflowers.com and both my mother and I wrote them an email, receiving a return email that they would contact me within 5 days. I was upset highly, however there wasn't anything I could do so I got her another dozen mixed roses at the area florist. This company hasn't called back and doesn't seem to care.

No delivery, no apology - I normally read reviews prior to using a new service but was in a hurry. I ordered a bouquet of flowers yesterday and paid the same day delivery fee. Nothing showed up at my friend's house for her birthday, so I had to break the surprise and tell her I bought her flowers but something went wrong. Today (Wednesday) I logged on to track my order, which says it is "scheduled to be delivered Tuesday, May 16th." Which was yesterday.
I call the 800 number, and after 10 minutes on hold I explain the issue and ask to know the status. The answer I get is something like "yes we see that it was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but we cannot do it until tomorrow." Not a great explanation. I say that I should not be responsible for paying the same day delivery fee, and they said they would take that off ($3 off a $55 order). They ask if there is anything else I need, and I ask if I am still going to have to pay the full price even though delivery three days after someone's birthday pretty much defeats the purpose. I am told that since I still want it delivered, I will still have to pay the full price, they can't deliver something without getting the money. In hindsight I should have cancelled the order out of principle. As a business, if YOU mess up, then you SHOULD lose money.
If the delivery arrives tomorrow and it looks nothing like the photo, I will be once again spending time out of my day to call back and complain. It's already an exorbitant price for a bouquet, but I was willing to pay for the quality and the value of same day delivery, which I can not do on my own when living in a different city.

I am reviewing FromYouFlowers as a result of their 3 failed attempts to correct the situation. I ordered Mother's Day flowers for my mom who lives out of state. Not only were the wrong flowers delivered but the add-ons I paid additionally for were not included with her order. They were sure to charge me, however. As soon as I realized the order was incorrect I contacted them. They offered to re-deliver on the following day and to upgrade the product. That delivery was never made! In fact, they emailed me I have a credit for 12.95 on their website. This came after I told the associate I had no desire to do business with them again. I called them again today wanting a full refund. They would not agree to a full refund but 30%. This came to about $11.
Mind you, I was told the only way they would give me a full refund was for them to go to my mom's house and pick up the flowers. That is ridiculous!!! I explained to them that this has been nothing but disappointment from the get go and that the errors have all been on them. I deserved more of a compensation. Mind you, I never asked for a refund until after they failed to resend the 2nd bouquet they promised. Anyhow, the associate eventually gave me a refund of 50%. This amount came to $20. Not wanting to waste any more of my time, I settled on that. I just received an email a little while later stating that my refund is for $16 not $20. This infuriated me.
I have NEVER dealt with such poor customer service. This company was not my first choice, as it popped up when I googled florists in my mom's area. However, I decided on them. BIG MISTAKE! I will never use this company again. I will also be very sure to read reviews more carefully next time. This company has a terrible reputation. I am disgusted by their lack of follow through in every step of this miserable process. They have never gotten the order right since day 1 and have NEVER attempted to rectify their mistakes. I will NEVER use this company again. Furthermore, I feel they deserve to be investigated, as they take customers' money without delivering the promised product. This fraud and blatant stealing on their part is repulsive and unethical.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on either the 13th or 14th of May for Mother's Day. The flowers were never delivered and I was not given any notification of the delay. Finally, 4 days after they were expected to arrive, my mother received the flowers and they look nothing like the bouquet I ordered. I was offered a 15% refund, which is unsatisfactory compensation for the product delivered and poor service.

I ordered some flowers for my mom for Mother's Day and I called today to make sure they got the right address. After holding for thirty minutes and being hung up on and the guy asking me how to spell my name which was fine. But then he proceeded to tell me how to spell my own name as if I were so stupid that I can't spell my own name. Very rude customer service and there is no corporate number as there should be. They need to get some new people and retraining badly. I will NEVER EVER order from this company again.

I placed an order for Mother's Day. They didn't deliver on time. They left next to the door the next day. And they didn't deliver what I ordered. I called to complain. They put me on hold for 15 minutes and hang up on me. I called again after 15 minutes, waiting on hold again. The customer service was rude and said "We are going to get the flowers back to return the money." He didn't even say sorry for the bad service.

TERRIBLE company. Not only did they NOT deliver my flowers on time (even though they say when you can have them delivered on the website). I settled for 1 of my arrangements to be delivered past Mother's Day (mind you what is the point of being a florist if you can't deliver before or on Mother's Day?!?). The flowers that were delivered were not only terrible & nothing like the picture but also DEAD. Unbelievable. I asked for a full refund on both my orders. DO NOT GO THROUGH THESE PEOPLE!!!. Side note--- during all this I was on hold for 2 hours on the phone trying to get a hold of someone to complain to and get my refund. Save your time & money with someone else.

I ordered flower a week in advance and was surprised to see they would deliver on Sunday. They took the order and had the scheduled date. Then the Saturday before Mother's Day sent me an email to tell me they wouldn't be able to deliver till the following Monday. I'd have rather chosen the Saturday before Mother's Day if they were going to do that. So I had to ruin my surprise to my Mom and tell her to expect them Monday. I had received an email for address verification that Saturday as well. Which I replied to.
Then on Monday I get an indiscernible message in my voicemail. I found the number on a previous email and called to find out they weren't delivering due to the address not being available on Google. "Came up on there for me!" Then when I expressed my discontent with their crappy service I was told they would have to get authorization to refund my money. No apologies... nothing. Completely disappointed and I would advise anyone who wants to get their loved ones flowers to steer clear of this company.

I paid $65 to treat my mom. They lied and said it was delivered, my mom never received the beautifully advertised bouquet and chocolates. The customer service was a joke. Shaniqua hung up on me after she told me the flowers were delivered. No resolution. I was One Hundred Percent RIPPED OFF!!! And my mom thinks I am a bad son. So do not use this company of thieves and liars!!!

I ordered flowers on May 9 for May 12 Mother's Day delivery. She did not receive the flowers. The payment cleared my bank. Numerous calls to customer service and hold time is a minimum of 20 minutes. I called on the 12th twice, 14 and 15 three times only to get a rep on the phone that acknowledges my order, apologizes and provided a 20% discount and an upgrade on order to be delivered on today at 9:00 a.m. No flowers have been delivered. I call them again today and another 20 minute wait. This rep offers 30% discount. I told her, "I do not want a discount. I want the flowers sent to my daughter now."
I asked her for the name of the florist so my daughter can go pick up her own flowers. The rep said, "We are restricted from providing the name of the florists we use". She further states she will email me and continue to reach the florist. Have I been ripped off and my daughter will not receive the flowers I sent her from Kansas to Florida? I just read reviews of this company for the first time and I cannot believe with so many complaints that appear to be valid that all consumer affairs does is take notes. What about the customer? What about brand and service? The rep said she would send me an email and call me and keep calling the florist. Should I dare hold my breath?

If I could've chosen zero stars I would have! I ordered a beautiful arrangement for the office - see picture of white lilies and roses. What I received was the orange supermarket mason jar already half wilted. I am still waiting on the replacement promised one week later! They did issue me a discount on my next bouquet so stupid me, I ordered again. This time with expedited shipping for same day. See cute little butterfly arrangement below I picked out for her. What I received at 5 pm (should've been delivered by 3 mind you) was a potted plant! I didn't even accept it from the driver. It was a hydrangea with three blooms that looked more pitiful than something I could've purchased from Costco for under $20. I am still waiting 6 days for the correct flowers. Do not be fooled by their flashy endorsements and pictures on the website.

I placed a Mother's Day order for Delivery either 5/13 or 5/14 going to my step mom. As of 11:30 pm EST on 5/14, I called because the flowers were being shown as not delivered. There was a glitch with the florist system and as a result the order did not go through. I accepted an upgrade to the bouquet as compensation with the guarantee the flowers would be delivered this morning between 8-9 am. It's now 4 pm in the recipient's time zone and still no flower delivery. I tried calling into the customer service line and was disconnected. I am past upset. I finally got someone on the phone and they say they can't talk to the florist, but they could last night at almost 9 p.m. I asked for my order to be canceled, but they couldn't give me a refund confirmation unless it came via email. At this point, this is beyond frustrating and I have zero recourse to even prove I asked for the cancellation.

I placed 2 separate orders for Mother's Day. The first arrived a day early, which is no big deal but not when I ordered it for. The second was not delivered at all. I got online and it could not find my order so I called in and the automated stated it was scheduled for delivery. I waited until today (day after Mother's Day) and still no delivery and the same results online and via phone. So I waited to talk to a person and was on hold for over a half an hour only to be told "Oh please hold while I check on your order." When they finally came back it was "We have no shops in the area so we will have to cancel your order and refund your money. We are sorry." Company is not ready to be on the internet if it can't do the basics and state not available for delivery in that area. Now I have to go with someone else and that is two days late. Company should not be in business.

I ordered my mom flowers for Mother's Day. Having just lost my dad, I really wanted to get her a beautiful arrangement to brighten her spirits. I ordered the "Day at the Beach" bouquet deluxe for $70. When my Mom texted me pictures of the DEAD flowers she received, I was mortified! They were definitely not the same flowers in the picture. The bouquet was more than 1/2 dead. I emailed the pictures of the dead flowers to the customer service email and was given a $15 credit?! Seriously?! I will never buy flowers from this company again! I ordered a floral arrangement for my mother for Mother's Day. The flowers were delivered on time but were not even close to what I ordered. I called the 800 number and after waiting for 45 minutes I finally hung up. I called the next day and this time I "only" had to wait 30 minutes to get a representative. She was polite but kept talking over me as I tried to explain my dissatisfaction with their service. I was offered a small refund and after some haggling I settled on a little less than half the cost.
I will never do business with this company again. The noise in the background while I was talking to their rep sounded like one of those "boiler room operations" where a bunch of people are scamming customers. People beware that your order from this company probably will not look like what you see on their website. I hope this helps someone from being disappointed. Update! While I was typing I received an email confirming the refund and it was half of what I was supposed to get. This company is terrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I waited on hold for 2 hours. I have done everything I can to contact fromyouflowers.com regarding this issue. You pay for one thing and get another. No one in their "customer service" department has attempted to get back to me. I have never been so frustrated and let down by a company in my life. They USED TO BE amazing. The flowers delivered looked similar to what you picked out. I understand not being able to always have the same exact flowers but this... this is taking advantage of customers.

I ordered the Stunning Surprise Bouquet for my daughter for Mother's Day. It definitely was a surprise. As other reviews, the product received wasn't close to what I paid for in the PREMIUM upgrade. Water had no vase, wilted flowers, broken stems, & insufficient flowers. Looks as if the flowers had been dumped out, picked up, & jammed into an empty vase. Then again, I guess should have paid more attention to the reviews. If I had, I wouldn't have even considered ordering through this website. Unable to attach pictures to validate my complaint. I was just informed by my daughter, the florist that delivered the bouquet is sending another on Wednesday after she contacted them. Will see if there is a definite improvement in that one to determine if a better review is warranted.

Ordered Mother's Day flowers 2 weeks ago for my mother. Paid nearly $15.00 for the flowers to be delivered Saturday or Sunday (Mother's Day). Found out last night the flowers were never delivered. Called this company and they said they would try today. When I advised them my mother was leaving to go out of town and would not be home, they offered to send them to me! Really. They said they were too busy to deliver the flowers. MY MOM DID NOT RECEIVE FLOWERS ORDERED FOR MOTHER'S DAY. Just terrible. Order was not delivered -0 stars. I placed my order with plenty of time for a Mother's Day bouquet to be delivered. I had even paid a delivery charge to be delivered on Friday May 12 or Saturday May 13. On Saturday I received an email that the flowers had been delivered, on Sunday May 14th I called my 94 YEAR OLD MOTHER to wish her a Happy Mothers and see what she thought of the arrangement, BUT lo and behold it NEVER ARRIVED!!! I even called the customer service number on Sunday and was on hold for 25 minutes to be told that the arrangement was rescheduled to be delivered for Sunday between 9 AM TO 6 PM. By 6 PM NOTHING!!!
You have no idea how upset and oh so disappointed I am in this company. My mom is 94 years old and since we live 3000 miles apart I thought by sending some flowers and putting my trust in this flower company they would follow though for her!!! I placed an order for Mother's Day and added a Mylar Mother's Day balloon to be included. The balloon was not included in the delivery. This is very disappointing as this is the first year my 90-year-old mother-in-law had not been in her home. She has mild dementia and special little touches mean a lot. Emailed "will respond within 4 hours, typically". Didn't happen. Called and was on hold for approx. 25 minutes, a simple "sorry about that was not enough". They wanted to give a refund but I decided at 90 she could use the balloon as a pick me up, had them deliver just the balloon. I just wanted to make her smile. This non-attention to detail is something that has ensured I WILL NOT be using this company again. Back to searching for a local florist and talking directly to them as I typically do.

I ordered what I thought to be a beautiful arrangement for Mother's Day only to be hugely disappointed and embarrassed to say the very least! I've attached photos of what I ordered to that which was sent to my mother. HUGE difference! I tried to call customer service and was placed on hold for 25 minutes and nobody picked up. Arrived with no water (which in the picture my coworkers were nice enough to add water to it before bringing it back to my office) and looks nothing like the picture. Flowers completely dead. Called customer service and was told it was delivered on time, again my ** it was never delivered. Also was on hold for about 2.5 hours till I finally got a live person. So I am a step mom of two beautiful children and their mom sent me flowers for Mother's Day. I was so happy and excited! Well I messaged her on Saturday to ask if she had an updated time for arrival on Sunday, I woke up the next morning to a message from her saying she received an email that they were delivered on Saturday (We were told by the company that email was sent in error, why the hell are you sending delivery confirmation emails when they haven't been delivered?). So we were told to give the florist until a little after 6 pm Sunday to get my flowers to me... 6:30 pm rolled around and my flowers hadn't arrived so I contacted the company again and was told to give the florist until a little after 7 pm... So I gave them until 7:30 pm... Flowers never arrived. It's a damn shame they can't keep to their word! They said they will follow up with the florist today... Huh? Today is Mother's Day! Flowers never got delivered to my mother. Yayy. So what now? I was charged for them and chocolates and balloons. I purchase flowers for a friend, she got them. But people do not pay for the bigger flowers. They have better flowers at the corners of the streets. Hopefully, I will get my money back. I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day. Saturday evening, I received an email saying that my flowers had been delivered. Imagine my disappointment when, in talking to her on Sunday, I discovered that my mother had never received the flowers. (I double checked the delivery address I'd given. It was correct.) When I attempted to call customer service, I was placed on hold, and gave up after waiting an hour. I then emailed the company, asking for the name of the local vendor so I could check up on delivery. "No," they replied, they could not do this because of privacy agreements with their vendors. I can see no reason for a privacy agreement other than to protect the reputation of defaulting or poorly-performing vendors.
I would not be upset if they had told me the order had been delayed, or if they had simply delivered it a day late. I understand that with large numbers of orders on a special occasion such as this, delays can occur. I am upset because they told me it was delivered when it was not. I have now asked for a refund, and will not use the company again.

WORST customer service ever. I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday and Mother's Day to be delivered this weekend. This never happened. Flowers were never delivered. I received an email from this company stating that the flowers were delivered on 5/13. My friend said no flowers were received. Embarrassing enough, I called to check on the delivery status and the customer rep. told me the flowers will definitely be delivered on 5/14 although she had no clue why I got the email confirmation about the delivery on 5/13.
I called to check with my friend on 5/14. STILL No flowers. I called customer rep again and I was then told that the flowers could not be delivered until 5/16 with no explanation. Is this a joke? I don't care even if they refund my account. The point is, these guys totally ruined my plan to celebrate my friend's birthday and Mother's Day. They are the worst. Never again will I order anything from this company. And for sure, I will share my negative experiences with every friend in my social circle to warn them about this company.

First time ordering From You Flowers. Ordered the perfect flowers/roses for my mom for Mother's Day thinking she will love it upon receiving it, but instead received dead flowers. I ordered a regular bouquet of Mother's Day flowers for a dear friend who is undergoing chemo and radiation for cancer and is having a terrible time. I ordered so it would be delivered by Mother's Day and I received a confirmation that they were delivered, yesterday. My friend never called me which is unusual. I called her this morning and she did not receive the flowers yesterday or today. I could not get through to customer service so I called the order line and of course they answered quickly. She first offered me 20% off, and a $10 gift certificate. Then told me it couldn't be guaranteed that delivery would even be today so may not be until tomorrow. Then she offered $20.00 off and a $10 gift certificate.
She put me on hold to contact the shop and came back telling me she messaged them to redeliver the flowers. But she could not guarantee delivery today. I told her that is not right, and then she offered me a different special, 20% off and a $20 gift certificate. I said no, that isn't acceptable. I don't want a gift certificate to buy more flowers. She was very rude. I will never buy from this company again. So why do I even want a gift certificate. I want a complete refund.

This company is a total SCAM! I got an email on Mother's Day stating that my flowers had already been delivered at 8:15 am. I was so glad that my daughter received her flowers early because this is her first Mother's Day as a new mom. Unfortunately it was just **! She never received anything. I am on hold for the third time now. I have been on the phone with them and getting the runaround for 31 minutes so far. I have been told that she will receive the flowers in "2 hours" for the the last 3 hours!!! They keep trying to offer a 20% discount instead of cancelling and refunding my money! I ordered flowers for Mother's Day to be delivered on, well Mother's Day. I received an email a day early confirming my order had been delivered. I tried to call to ask if this was a glitch but was on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally gave up and emailed instead. They apologized and offered me a refund on the delivery charge. I was furious because I paid for Mother's Day flowers, not flowers to be delivered on 5/13! I wish I would have read all the reviews on this company before ordering... I will definitely not order them again, especially since the product received was not the one I paid for. Ordered flowers for Mothers Day. Got confirmation, kept checking status all day. NO DELIVERY. Finally got them on the phone after many phone calls and emails. Can't tell me the florist that was to deliver flowers because they are already closed. Of course they are it is 9 pm. Said they would credit me delivery fees and try for tomorrow (Mothers Day) but could not guarantee because they could not get in touch with vendor. The website states guaranteed delivery. I told her to cancel the order and issue credit for full amount as website states. I ordered from another company. NEVER do business with this company. I am normally not the person to take time to write something like this, but today? I'm going out of my way to save anyone from going through the embarrassment I just experienced. I will let the photos speak for themselves. I just had these delivered to my Mother for Mother's Day. When she called me to thank me I was excited to see what they look like. I was mortified... My Mother sent me these 2 photos! We tried to call several times, and have been unable to get anyone to answer at all. I ordered Mother's Day flowers for my MIL, to be delivered on the Wednesday before Mother's Day. Order was placed on Monday, with Weds as the delivery day. On Wednesday I receive an email confirmation that the flowers have been delivered - great! I text my MIL to see how she liked them and she tells me no flowers have arrived. I call & email and eventually come to find out that the flowers were delivered to the WRONG PERSON, in a completely DIFFERENT TOWN. Well, that stinks but it's only Weds, plenty of time to work it out, right?! WRONG. From You Flowers informs me that they are going to use a different florist (in the correct town) and flowers will be delivered on Thursday - fine.
Here comes Thursday, lot's of emails back and forth, no flowers. FYF says, "We're sorry but we have it all set up for Friday delivery, we will upgrade the arrangement, apologies, etc." Fast forward to Friday evening. I receive an email saying my MIL finally received her flowers. YAY! I text her to ask and once again am informed that NO FLOWERS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED to her! After the first debacle, don't you think these imbeciles would have the sense to ASK THE NAME OF THE PERSON who they're delivering the flowers to?!!! I just cannot wrap my head around this!
Here we are on Saturday, Mother's Day is tomorrow and no flowers for my MIL. It was a $70 arrangement and now I have to waste more time trying to figure out where these flowers went and how the hell to get another arrangement to her on such short notice. I will NEVER use this company again - which is unfortunate because their Customer Service reps are very nice and tried to help as much as they could.

I was excited to try this flower company based upon a Hello Fresh referral and coupon. I ordered a bouquet for my Mother to be delivered 3 days prior to Mother's Day. She was sent the wrong bouquet. I have sent an email to the company, but based upon the other reviews, I doubt I'll get money back or a new bouquet sent. Only positive was bouquet was well packaged/protected in shipping. All I expected was a correct order delivered reasonably on time. The price wasn't even great. I will never use again.

I have been on hold for 20 minutes now. What a total ripoff! I would never ever recommend this to anyone. The "Deluxe" arrangements look like a $8 pick and go flower from the grocery store. Flowers plus delivery +$65!! Totally not worth it! I won't use this service again. I'll see how they respond to their 100% satisfaction guarantee, I should get a full refund! We'll see what happens.

Very bad experience. Ordered flowers for Mother's Day with the promise of delivery same day by 6pm. By 7pm I called to check order status online, response was 'Can't locate order'. Called, entered correct order number, still 'order can't be located'. Called again. Pressed number to place order hoping I would be able to speak with a human being. Did get to speak with someone, but after a long period of being on hold, they hung up on me. I called back, spoke with someone else, needless to say, after another long period of being on hold, I was told the flowers would be upgraded and would receive a gift card and flowers would be delivered by noon the following day.
Next day I receive a message stating the flowers have been delivered. Maybe so but not here. I called back asking about where the flowers were delivered, only to find out that I was given the wrong information the day before. I told them to cancel the order and refund the money, which was already taken from my account, only to be given to a supervisor. She was very apologetic (must be part of her job description). All she could do is put me on hold again, when she finally returns to phone she states the flowers will be delivered in 4 more days. By this time I'm extremely upset, so I canceled the order. After I checked the reviews, I am glad they did not deliver flowers because all the pictures that I saw on 'ordered' flowers and the 'delivered' flowers were horrible. Please do not order from this place, you will be wasting your time and money.

Quite simply, they never delivered at all, failed to answer the phone for days on several occasions, failed to refund money, and gave us a total runaround. My daughter is a doctor and spent THREE HOURS trying to fix their screwups, and they still failed to deliver or refund. HORRIBLE!

I ordered flowers for my mom for this Mother's Day. I selected Saturday/Sunday delivery, and they were delivered on Friday, but I'd rather them be early than late. The flowers didn't look exactly like the photo, but I believe they outsource the orders to local florists, and the bouquet was beautiful, so I didn't mind. My mom was super happy with the arrangement she received!

So totally upset with this place... ordered flowers for my mother in law for her birthday and it so happened to fall on mothers day. I paid extra to have it delivered since it was on Mother's Day but it was from my children for her birthday. 2 days after processing the order 2 days before the scheduled delivery I get an email stating they couldn't deliver on the day now. I was furious to say the least. I wanted to go ahead and refuse the 10% discount to demand delivery on my date... because if they couldn't deliver that day it shouldn't have been an option to deliver that day... and to top that off the new scheduled day was Tuesday instead. Lol. Yup not Monday. 2 days later. Just such awful service. So after reading the reviews... I went ahead and canceled. Would have been more mad if the flowers were awful.

I ordered flowers for mothers day for a friend and the price that I started with was not the price I ended up with AND more importantly the promised delivery date was off by 4 days. I didn't get the notification for over 4 hours when it is too late in the day to order for her to get them by tomorrow unless I pay express delivery from another company and still have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. I ordered just before 10 a.m. and chose to have delivered same day --that's their tag line "same day delivery"-- OK so can you guess what I'm going to say? They missed the same day delivery. They sent an apologetic email and promised following day. Well they missed that too. They lure you in with discounts but then they can't deliver (literally or figuratively). Never again.

I wanted to buy a plant for my mother for mothers day and was happy to see that they would deliver guarantee in 4 hours. But she didn't get it in even 5 hours. So I called their customer service number and had to wait 30 minutes on hold then got someone who said they would call the store and then my call was disconnected. So I called back again same thing after hold time again 30 minutes was disconnected again. Third time I called they did see why I was upset about the plant not being delivered it was oh they are busy. Will never order from this company again.

I ordered a plant (mini roses) for my mother for Mother's Day 2017. 43 hours after placing the order I received an email telling me that they could not fill the order and would I object to a substitution of a mini bonsai tree. The order was to be delivered in the next 24 hours. At the same time I also received 2 phone calls from a blocked number, one left a voice mail. It was fromyouflowers.com.
I called the number and was put on hold for at least 5 minutes, then the call was dropped. I called again and waited 15 minutes before I got a service rep to answer. She told me that they would substitute the bonsai tree for an additional $20 dollars. I told her the email said SUBSTITUTE, and if they wouldn't honor that then I wanted to cancel the order. She put me on hold for another 10 minutes or so and when she returned she said that they could fill the order and give me a $15 credit towards a future order, or I could cancel. I told her to cancel. This was not the experience I had hoped for.

I ordered an arrangement of flowers for my mother for Mother's Day around 8:30 am Tuesday, May 9, 2017 for delivery on Wednesday, May 10, 2017. My flowers were never delivered Wednesday and tracking stayed at "We have your order." I contacted customer service today only to wait for 15 minutes on hold until CSR Desire took my call. Her resolution was to call the florist to see where my order was and then assured me that the florist would deliver my order at some point today. That was it. I physically had to tell her that the company guarantees same day delivery and my order was not delivered as promised. I had to ask her what was going to be done to make the situation better? To make things better, she offered 15% off of the arrangement subtotal. A measly $3.88 off of a $25.00 arrangement. (That was originally $39.99 with my email "credit" that I "earned.")
I told her that her solution was not good enough and I wanted to speak to a supervisor. She placed me on hold and kept coming back and forth with percentages off. Who NEGOTIATES a resolution to a problem caused by the company?? I finally asked just to cancel my order and refund my money. On hold again. Tired of being on the phone for 45 minutes, I hung up the phone only to receive a phone call back from Desire telling me that she could give me 50% off or the florist had the right to pick up the arrangement and they would refund my order.
At this point, I was livid. Livid because if the same situation happened with ProFlowers or 1-800-Flowers, a full refund would have been credited back to my account with the arrangement still on schedule for delivery or my next order would have been fully comped. I have never seen a company who offers a guarantee only to not stand by it. I chose delivery on Wednesday because my mother was off Thursday and Friday and wanted to surprise her at work. Now, I have to go to her job to pick up her flowers to deliver them myself. Completely defeats the purpose.
I also received an email from customer service offering a 50% discount off of the arrangement subtotal along with a free upgrade to make the arrangement bigger. The free upgrade would have been nice, however, my mother's job received her flowers already by the time that email was sent. So that offer was out the window. Because of that, I was given a $20.00 voucher to use on a future order because they "would like the opportunity to prove to you that this incident is not indicative of our service." Considering I won't be ordering from this company ever again, the voucher is pointless. This is the type of customer service you will receive if you have an issue with your order! Beware! I am going back to ProFlowers!

I'm so disappointed with this service. I ordered flowers for my mom early in the morning yesterday (Mexican Mother's Day) to be delivered by 10 a.m. and they never got delivered. I called them a few times, they first told me the bouquet would get there at 10 a.m. as requested, then 1 p.m. and then 2 p.m. The first customer service representative seemed to not care and was trying to get me off the phone as soon as possible. She just told me that the Florist was backed up and that it wasn't their fault. They're a delivery service and they couldn't ensure an on-time delivery?
They should've just told me the truth from the start and said that they couldn't deliver at that time OR have better communication with their florists so that they could let their customers know ahead of time that certain times aren't available to deliver because the florist is backed up. It's called taking responsibility and this company didn't take any responsibility for their mistake. I could've understood if it was like 30-45 minutes late but they tell me that it would be a few hours and then it never got delivered. I will never order from this place again.

I made an order yesterday for my mother as a Mother's Day gift from me and my siblings. We paid extra to get it delivered by 12pm on May 10 2017. It is now 6pm and they just informed me that it will be delivered by 8pm which is very unacceptable since their business delivery hours is until 6pm. I was promised a full refund and the item delivered, so far I am still waiting on my item and hopefully the refund for almost $90.
I spoke to the manager Mark and assured this never happens yet I see all the reviews are similar, I guess they never read reviews and they sure not care for them. I always read reviews before I purchase anything online but I really wanted my mom to get this by today and I slipped (worst mistake). I really do hope we still get the delivery and refund. If I do I will update, if not I will be sure to let everyone know that this company is the worst. After being on hold the whole day, after 12 calls to them and after 5 reps and 3 managers, I am exhausted.

I wrote a review on flowers I ordered from the site listed above. I was very upset by the difference between the item I purchased and the one sent. I contacted their site and they promised to make the correction on the order. They did make the correction and sent the arrangement I had ordered. I am impressed with the swift correction but I may have never known the difference if I hadn't received a picture of the first order. I suspect quality control improvement is needed with their local contractors. In the end I was pleased with the result. Thank you.

I ordered a deluxe assortment in a smiley faced mug to be delivered today. When my daughter sent the picture I felt sick. It wasn't even close to the order I placed. I could go to any dollar store to get a mug and stuff some old flowers in it myself. I wanted a professional arrangement and this doesn't come close. How does this operation stay in business? I ordered from this website to send my grandmother a birthday gift, since I was unable to make it this year to see her. On Sunday *(05/07/207)* I placed an order for a "same day" delivery. Since the florist was not open on Sunday, it would arrive on *05/08/2017* which was the day of my grandmother's birthday. This was fine to me, because that was the day I needed them anyway. I paid for the "express" delivery, stating that it would be delivered early that morning. By *6:00 PM* my grandfather messaged me, saying the flowers had still not been delivered. I called and asked to speak with someone about this, and they didn't really seem to care. I told the lady that I had paid for them to be delivered today *(05/08/2017)* and she offered me a half-assed apology, saying that they would be delivered the next day. I ordered my sister birthday flowers on Friday to be delivered on Saturday. I called her on Sunday to see if she liked her flowers and guess what? She said, "What flowers?" I called fromyouflowers.com (after I saw they had already taken the money out of my bank account) and asked where the flowers were? I was told that the florist notified them late Saturday that they would not be able to deliver the flowers on Saturday but they could on Monday! I had not been notified of ANYTHING! So when I complained, the rep asked me if I would accept a small discount and I said absolutely not. The rep again offered me another discount and I said, "I WANT MY MONEY BACK, ALL OF IT." This gal has probably never received flowers in her life and we (her church) wanted to surprise her for her birthday! Well when his wife found she wasn't home she left the flowers on the porch behind a bush - right after she told me that in apartments it's very common for someone to steal them!!! I said, "That would not be acceptable, please do not leave them if she's not home!" I asked if they could possibly try to deliver on another day. I would have been so happy to pay another delivery fee.
She said, "I understand. I will text you and let you know if I got a hold of her." (I gave her the recipient's phone number.) The text says: "She did not answer but I left a message and I left the bouquet tucked away behind her bush!" Then I called the florist office and Mike starts yelling and screaming saying, "Hey, if they aren't home, we cannot deliver!"
I told him that I mentioned to his wife that it would be unacceptable to leave the flowers there and to please leave them in the office or take them back to the shop. He said, "Hey, you are the one that provided the wrong zipcode yesterday and I'm not going to do another thing!!!" I have NEVER been more disappointed. I ordered the assortment of happy birthday balloons and chocolate bouquet for same day delivery. The order said 8 balloons - I only received 4. The look on the website is NOT AT ALL what the product looks like. I paid $72.18 for a half-assed job that I could have done for HALF the price or LESS myself. The pricing is unbelievably unrealistic. It's a rip off. $43.99 plus $2.99 same day fee plus $4.99 for delivery before 12pm plus $14.99 handling and tax fee and so on - you get the point. I paid the additional $4.99; I ordered the product and called to confirm the address AND delivery at 6:40 am. I even advised if possible 11am would be best. The recipient did not receive until 1:30pm. I would NOT recommend, I was so disappointed and I will never purchase from this company again. Neither should you.

This is the second time I ordered from them. First time they didn't deliver the flowers on time for the funeral. The pastor found them on the steps of the church wind blown over and notified the family. So I get a $14 credit. Go to order again for another funeral and use my credit. Forget it! I ordered an Easter centerpiece to be delivered to my boyfriend's parent's house for Easter dinner. The flowers did not arrive on the day they were to be delivered (Friday), instead I received an email saying they would deliver as soon as possible on Saturday. By lunch on Saturday, they had still not arrived so I called to find out when to expect them since I needed them for Easter dinner on Saturday evening. I was told they would not be delivered until Monday, which was obviously too late for Easter. I was issued a refund by a very rude, unapologetic girl in customer service; but my first time meeting my boyfriend's parents was ruined by their inability to deliver. As you can imagine, it was impossible finding an acceptable replacement at the last minute on a Saturday afternoon. It's a first impression that I can never make again. I wish I had read the reviews on this site before choosing them for this special occasion.

So I received an email informing me that I had earned a $14.11 credit on my next purchase. So, I followed the link, added the flowers and noticed the price. My grandmother turned 85 today and I sent her flowers from this company. Although she loves them I am so disappointed because what she received is not what I was expecting. Some of the flowers are missing from her arrangement. All I see are red Carnations, yellow Daisies and green Button Poms??? Where are the purple Monte Casino flowers??? The arrangement was supposed to also include purple Monte Casino flowers. I am so disappointed. The flowers my grandmother received look nothing like what I ordered. I would like a partial refund.

Ordered my mother flowers and balloons to be delivered for her birthday. I did the order online and received a confirmation. Called my mother that evening to ask her how the flowers looked and found out they never came. I was beyond embarrassed that it looked like I forgot her birthday. I order flowers then it took forever for them to process them claiming for CC verification. Seriously for a $50. Anyway if that's the protocol to prevent fraud then fine. Now it was supposed to be delivered Sat. They even called to confirm - after 1 hour they called back to say it would be Sunday then come Monday, Tuesday. Since I was busy my cousin left the hospital Tuesday then they claimed that it was indeed delivered Wednesday (after they promised Sat then Sunday then it was really delivered Wed). What a bunch of liars - my cousin was discharged by then so who did they leave the flowers in the hospital with.... Very frustrating - better go to 1800 flowers instead or bigger flower shop. I ordered a basket full of goodies for a birthday. I paid extra to have it delivered before 12 pm. The recipient left at 12:15 pm. The basket wasn't delivered!!! Just awful. I will never use this horrible company again. They gave me some ** & bull story about couldn't get past security even though I gave them the recipient's cell number. I was scared and worried after ordering on that website and reading all these reviews, but I'm glad of what I got. I wanted the flowers to be delivered on Saturday, but florists in Orlando don't work on weekends so they delayed the deliver to today, but they wanted to apologize to me by giving me a $10 Gift card, a complimentary upgrade on the bouquet, a complimentary box of chocolates and an apology note (for the delay).
The recipient got the flowers at 2 pm today and they were beautiful (Not the same model that I ordered, but one even more expensive and bigger). So I'm very pleased with them because even when the order was late, they did everything on their power to make me feel comfortable and happy. The only thing I disliked was the fact that the vase didn't have the bow. That bow on the "example" picture was so pretty that I wanted it on the bouquet. I added a pic of the received bouquet and the one I ordered so you can compare.

If you order flowers from these people they sell your personal info to another company, "Partner Mags". You will begin to receive monthly magazines from them on a 6 month "free trial" subscription. Of course if you don't cancel before the 6 mo trial is over, you'll be charged on your CC for a subscription with an automatic renewal plan. This is not clearly displayed on their page when you order but is hidden at the bottom as an already checked box that states that you agree to the subscription and the subsequent charges. Beware.

We ordered flowers the day before my mother's birthday, a Friday. We paid an extra expedite fee. Two o'clock on Saturday rolls around, no flowers. So we called and they said the flower shop did not have anyone to deliver the flowers. So they dropped the expedite fee and they said the flowers would be there Sunday before noon. I sent flowers usingFromyouflowers.com online today. The flowers were never delivered. I called their number entered my order number and they said they were delivered. I called my parents who were home all day because my mom has cancer, and they never received any flowers and have not left the house all day. I finally after several attempts got a customer service person who barely spoke english who tried to tell me that the flower shop was looking for my order (I ordered at 7am) it was 5:00pm.
My parents little town and flower shops do not stay open late especially on the weekends. Then I told them to just cancel my order, and they tried to tell me then that the shop was making the order and would deliver within the hour. Another lie, all the shops are closed I have ordered directly from my parents local shops. This place is fraudulent. My friend so thoughtfully sent me roses for my birthday. Lucky me, I happened to be home the afternoon they arrived. Imagine my surprise when I saw they were half-dead. I have been on hold with "customer service" (if you can call it that) for 30 minutes; the gal can't find my friend's name, my name, the order, nothing. Exasperated, I asked for a supervisor at the 20 minute mark, and here I am, 10 minutes later, still on hold. Oh, wait -- finally the supervisor is on the phone. Very nice lady but after giving her the very same information again and again and again, she can't find the order number. Do not waste your time ordering any product from this company. The end result will not be what you ordered and it will not be delivered when promised. I ordered a lovely "Sunshine Garden" arrangement (pictured in a beautiful white scrolled decorative container) for my receptionist for Administrative Professionals Day and paid the expedited fee to guarantee delivery by noon. Long story short, she received the arrangement at 3:30 p.m. in a wood box that said "Home Sweet Home". When I called the 800 number to let them know, they apologized and first offered me a 10% discount then a 20% discount. The discount is not the issue, the end product is! I told them I would not be using them again as unfortunately, this was not the first time I have experienced an issue with an order.

Well to start off with, please note that this was my first time ordering from this company and I regret it! I ordered a candy basket for my sister's birthday and could not believe what she received. I paid $67.00 for the basket and it looked like it was put together by a 2-year old and looked nothing like I ordered. The disappointment was heartbreaking! They told me that they are going to redeliver a new one and said that I will get $10.00 refunded back to my account in 2-3 days. We shall see... although my sister has no idea what I actually ordered for her, she appreciated the thought, however she took a picture of the basket and posted it on Facebook - ugh! I ordered flowers from, Fromyouflowers, online on 04/20/2017. They were to be order on 04/21/2017 before noon (paid 4.99 extra) and they were not delivered until 1:30 pm. Also I ordered the "deluxe" flowers (eight roses and eight carnations), There were only six roses and 11 carnations, in a vase with dirty water. I felt this was unacceptable due to the 65.00 cost. They did refund some of the cost but this is not acceptable. It took me three calls and several call backs to get this somewhat resolved. This should have been a nice gift to the wife after 33 years, thanks for the flop "FROMYOUFLOWERS".

I decided to order same day flowers for my mom's Birthday. On the website it states business deliveries are from 9am until 5 pm which ensured me that my mom would receive her birthday flowers by 5 pm which is the time she gets off work. Same day means same day. She never received her flowers and she was still there after 5pm. I called in 3 times. 2 agents told me they would return my call. That never happened.
When I spoke with the third agent she researched and found that the delivery stayed 6:22 pm. That defeats my entire plan and purchase at 6:22 pm. Again your website states business deliveries by 5 pm. My mom Birthday is TODAY not tomorrow. How do you think that made me feel? HORRIBLE. My mom is a very special and fantastic lady whom should have received her gift as promised to me by your website. I'm very unhappy with this whole company. I got the runaround from the first two agents then the last agent asked me “what if your mom did get her flowers?” That pissed me off even more. I was offended. REFUND PLEASE.

I ordered flowers from you today and was disappointed. Flowers are not a need for people, they are a want. They are an extra effort to make someone else's day brighter. They offer flower arrangements like purple rain online for $43.99 for the deluxe option which already has a true cost of $73 when all is said and done, which is 63% more than the flowers alone. I knew this doing in. But then I get a picture of what was sent and it was a massive disappointment.
First off the arrangement is called Purple Rain according to your site because "This beautiful arrangement full of purple florals will make your recipient feel like they're walking through fields of lilacs." However, I see more cheap yellow and pink flowers than purple. It is supposed to contain Roses, Lavender Daisies, Purple Iris, Fuchsia Mini Carnations, Purple Gilly Flower, Bupleurum, Purple Glass Vase. There are no roses. The vase is pink and the yellow weeds are filling up most of the vase. This is a complete ripoff and the florists that delivered this should be banned from their service. This is the second time this has happened to me and it will be the last time I use their service. This needed to be a special message and you made it look like a grocery store bouquet.

I sent my friend flowers to commemorate the death of her mother. Once the flowers had not arrived by 2:30 PM EST, I contacted the company. The rep was very pleasant and offered her apologies plus a discount. Unfortunately, the day was almost over when the flowers finally arrived at close to 6:00 PM EST. What arrived was not even close to what was ordered. There were no lilies, no lemongrass, no cylindrical vase, and only THREE roses. It appeared that an elementary student threw some flowers in a cheap vase with no care or concern. I was mortified! When I called to detail what occurred, again, I was offered an apology. They promised to send a replacement bouquet the next day and an apology note.
Fast forward to 5:01 PM EST, still no flowers, but I did receive an email saying the flowers were delivered. That was a lie. I called, and after one "disconnection" and speaking to four different reps, I should be issued a full refund. They aren't going to send the apology flowers (that were never being sent anyway), but who cares. I don't know how this place is still in business. Actually, I do. It's because of people like me who didn't read the reviews until after the nightmare happens. Lesson learned!

EXPERIENCE. I thought I was buying a substantial funeral wreath. What came was an emaciated joke that was so small, I thank G-D it wasn't delivered until after the funeral was completely over. What an embarrassment it would have been to have this cheap piece of garbage, that looked nothing like the picture, displayed for all see at the church then at the cemetery. $103 for this? Are you kidding! I will NEVER order anything from this company again. And the sad part is, I left the funeral with everyone thinking I didn't contribute a darn thing. Odd that all of the reviews across the Internet are 1 star. Really, one star. And on the actual company site they are 5 stars. What a con. DELIVERY. The arrangement, if you can even call it that, was delivered as everyone was leaving the grave site. I told her it was no longer needed. She took it back. I called their third world outsourced customer service. She advised I would be getting a full refund. We'll see.

I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday on Tuesday morning for a Wednesday birthday. Well, Wednesday is over and no flowers. I called this evening and the very nice lady told me that the florist was closed for the day! My daughter is 9 months pregnant with 2 other kids. She needed to come home with her boys to find flowers on her porch!! Oh, they will deliver them early tomorrow morning. They even called my daughter and told her they were sorry. I just raised the score to 2 stars because I called early the next morning, canceled the order, and they gave my money back! Wow!

My daughter's birthday just passed this week and I supposedly ordered a lovely fruit basket (so it seemed) from their site. I was excited when she told me she received it, and told her to text me a photo just to confirm the order. I ordered the premium pack--my order in total nearly came up to $76. The image on their website presented a beautiful basket ENTIRELY filled with fruits (bananas, kiwis, grapes, oranges, etc.). The basket she got wasn't even the basket on the website, it was smaller and shaped differently. It was filled with 1/4 of what I was supposed to get. Also, when the order was delivered, it wasn't wrapped. It was exposed. From the many of bad reviews I've come across, the company should go out of business for deceiving people. I wish I would've looked up the reviews before ordering.

I ordered an arrangement for my mother's birthday. I paid for 4-hour delivery and also purchased a box of chocolates. The arrangement was delivered a day late. The box of chocolates had 4 pieces in it and to top it off they were expired. When I called to complain I was refused a refund and asked to send proof as if I would lie and waste my time for a refund. I emailed the pictures over and advised them I would never use their services again. The arrangement was delivered on 04/12/17 and the chocolate expired 01/2017. Gross!!! The only positive thing I experienced was the balloon. Thankfully it wasn't deflated!

On the positive side, I was able to change the delivery date although I was put on hold twice for a total of 15 minutes. The disappointment came when my daughter sent me a picture of the flowers... The only likeness was that it had daisies and a few pink roses. The florist overpowered the bouquet by adding those ugly lilies so popular this time of the year. Not what I wanted to commemorate an engagement.

I ordered an arrangement of vivid blue and white flowers in a clear blue vase to be delivered to a friend in the hospital. She emailed a picture of what she received - totally different. What she received was a vase of pink, green and white flowers. The arrangement was insipid and pale. I called FromYouFlowers and was told that sometimes the florist would have to make a substitution if the flowers weren't on hand. I was offered a 10.00 credit on a $62.00 arrangement. I asked for a supervisor and was offered a 50% refund and a discount voucher for a future purchase. This is really not acceptable. If the florist can't fulfill the order as pictured, you should at the very least get a phone call to discuss alternatives. I believe they are banking on people just not knowing what was delivered. I will never do business with them again.

I purchased flowers from this company for valentine's day 2016. I even upgraded to ensure to get a better arrangement. But I ended up very disappointed when the arrangement came. The flowers plus the vase was a dwarfed 12 inches total. And the arrangement was skimpy in appearance. I called customer support and they informed me that the arrangement had not fully bloomed and the height was correct. They offered me a $15.00 gift certificate to redeem on their website. But I will not purchase anything from them again. Just wanted to warn other consumers to beware.

I was searching for a local florist in Santa Maria, CA. I saw an Google ad for "fromyouflowers", prices seemed good. And received a free delivery offer, the flower price changed at that point, but it was still cheaper than the original discount. I went ahead and placed the order for delivery the following day. I had never heard of "fromyouflowers" before, so I decided to Google their reviews. Once I read all the negative comments, I regretted my decision to order. I also didn't want to hassle with canceling and whatnot so I let it be. The flowers were delivered today! My friend sent her thanks with a picture attached. I was pleasantly surprised and happy that it was very similar to what I ordered online. Due to so many bad reviews, I just wanted to be sure to leave a satisfied customer review.

Ordered flowers a day in advance for a birthday office delivery. Paid extra for a morning delivery. The flowers never arrived. At the end of the day they sent an email saying that they apologize for the inconvenience and the flowers would be delivered the following day. When I called to cancel they offered a discount instead of cancellation. When I said that I wanted to cancel since the flowers would not be there for the birthday they put me on hold and then dropped my call. I called customer service a second time and was again offered a discount instead. After making it clear that no other deal would be acceptable except to cancel the order they agreed to cancel it. Upgraded my order of "You're in my Heart" flowers to deluxe, paid expediting charges and everything else to get them there before 12 noon, total bill was approx. $76. After two phones calls and getting the "it's out for delivery response" they were delivered at 4 pm. This company's idea of deluxe is ridiculous! Received 4-roses, and six carnations... $76? If you are looking for your flowers to be delivered on time on the date that you wanted you might want to look for another place. I placed an order to be delivered to my mom for her birthday and chose this place because last year I had a bad experience with another floral delivery service not delivering on time and they had this bright shiny 100% guarantee thing. Well that was just a load of crap.
Not only was my mom's flowers not delivered but I had to fight tooth and nail to get them to give me any kind of refund/discount for the mess-up. They kept saying "well it isn't our fault, it was the florist's fault". Well it doesn't matter whose fault it is. If you can't back the guarantee then don't offer it. I don't get to see my mom often enough seeing how we are on different sides of the US so I wanted to do something real nice for her and ordered a real nice flower arrangement. If I would have read the reviews from the last few months on this place I would have NEVER ordered from them. Use this experience and check a company out before you order.

Ordered a spray of flowers 1 week before funeral and they never arrived. Got a call in the middle of the service stating that the delivery never made it out the day before as instructed and never received an explanation as to why. Were unable to ever give me any reason. Someone else called me a couple of hours later reiterating giving me my money back and $70 towards another order. Like I would ever order from this awful company again! Buyer beware. Don't ever order from this company. Avoid the heartache and headache. So upsetting as the flowers were for my niece's funeral.

Do not order your flowers here or you will be sorry. I ordered a very special floral cake arrangement for my daughter in law. I received notification two days ago that it would be delivered today. What a nightmare. First I received a very rude email yesterday stating that my delivery would be on Monday. I wrote back and said this was not acceptable and to cancel the order. Her birthday is tomorrow and they committed to today, one day delivery remember? Within an hour I received an anonymous phone call. There is no phone number so all contact must be thru their customer service email which is a joke unless they decide to call you. A customer service rep called me early evening and explained the flowers in the cake were not available. I picked another cake and was told that would work and delivery would be today. I might add she called the Seattle florist to make sure the flowers were available... on hold for 20 minutes.
Last night while at dinner I received a phone call saying the flowers for that floral cake were not available either. I explained the previous conversation and was again told it could not be done. At that point I asked what flowers I could get and we decided on the flowers that could be delivered today. I asked for confirmation which I never got. I sent multiple emails once I realized no flowers were going to be delivered, no response. Tonight I received two emails saying delivery was Monday. Not one person heard or read what I had said. I am embarrassed, there will be no flowers and this is excusable. It is all documented in the emails that each person wrote to me. This is the most unprofessional florist organization I have ever dealt with. They do not do what they say, they fail to communicate, they lie about the service they will provide and send generic emails that have nothing to do with the original problem. Horrible experience, they need to be stopped.

I wanted to brighten my mother's day by surprising her with a bouquet of flowers, paying (an albeit) small fee for same day guaranteed delivery. Instead, I received an email alerting me that the delivery would occur sometime within the next two days. I contacted customer service, was put on hold for almost ten minutes, then was told that two local florists had rejected my/their order and there was nothing that could be done. My boyfriend recently purchased a bouquet for me from this website. So, I went online to look at reviews and was met with some pretty terrible complaints. So the bar wasn't set very high to begin with. My bouquet didn't arrive till about 6-7 hours after it was purchased even though he paid extra for same day and 4 hour delivery. The bouquet definitely surprised me after I read all these terrible reviews. It was very sweet and pretty combinations. Granted, it didn't look exactly like the picture from online but they do state it will be similar with season flowers.

Pls. look at the arrangement I ordered. I then went even so far as to order the Premium (the highest quality) of that arrangement. The recipient went and posted it to her Facebook page along with the cards she received (she lives in Ohio and I live in NJ). There was 4 roses and a few tiny carnations (Not one Lily). If you don't believe me, look at the Facebook page of Jenny **, Hilliard OH. The arrangement that was delivered wasn't even what I consider the bare minimum that someone would order. It was worse than that.

Very displeased with this site. Order a simple set of flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend at work. I ordered them the day before but still got charged with same day prices. There was also a minimum purchase amount for the area in which they were to be delivered to. I thought that was kind of strange but I ordered them anyways. When I ordered received an email that they would be delivered between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Now come the next day the order never shows up. Do the order tracking on the site still says it will be delivered at almost 10:00 pm, 5 hours after the latest time it should have been there. Sent a email to them to try and cancel the order and get a refund, said that it would be reviewed and someone would get back to me, still haven't heard anything back yet. Got the flowers as a surprise because she was having a bad week and was trying to cheer her up. Not only did she not get them, but now I'm out $60 and she's still having a bad day and so am I now. Save yourself the trouble and don't order from this site, ever!

Have ordered from this company in the past. Order was messed up. Said I would get a refund and a credit on my account. Never happened. Thought I would try one more time. Ordered edible arrangement for birthday delivery. They delivered to UPS store instead of address given! Told the representative I did not request delivery to go to UPS and she told me there was nothing they could do! Gee, great customer service, NOT!!! Do not use fromyouflowers.com. Google.com should stop doing ads for them. See all the other reviews. They do not appear to be on Yelp. I am super stressed about this because the person whom I bought these for was expecting a tough day at work. The flowers were supposed to be delivered in the morning per the expedite fee. They were not. I got a refund for that but not for the rest. They said, "They should have been delivered but we do not have a confirmation." Uhh. Okay. They did not call me nor the recipient so I assume there were no problems delivering them. Unfortunately, I am sure many more people will fall victim to their poor business practices. Absolute worst customer service EVER! I WISH I had read reviews of this place BEFORE I placed my order! Sadly, I did not! I placed an order early this morning for flowers for my sister's birthday to be delivered within 4 hours, guaranteed delivery! In placing an order, it asks for your contact number in case there is ANY problem with the order, etc so that there is not a delay in processing your order and delivery! IT ACTUALLY STATED THIS AS THE REASON FOR THE CONTACT NUMBER!!! However, when I FINALLY got lunch today, 5 hours after placing the order, I had received an email 4 hrs previously asking for me to call them to confirm the order!!! THEY HAD MY NUMBER!!!
Now, it is too late, so I replied stating to cancel as it is too late in the day for her to receive them, as she leaves work in 2 hrs and the reply I received back was: "We will need to speak to you directly before we can proceed with any request regarding your order. If you are unable to speak directly to us, the pending transaction will take up to 48 hours to be voided. Please be advised that any further emails in regards to this order will be removed until we speak directly to you." Again, THEY HAVE MY NUMBER! I do not have time today to spend on the phone which is why I ordered them before work this morning!!! AND again, THEY HAD MY CONTACT NUMBER TO CALL ME!!! I will never order from these people as they have truly ruined my surprise for my sister on her birthday! P.S. I paid with a Paypal account that I have had for 15 years!!!

This place is the absolute worst place to order anything from. Who said, "Three strikes you are out?" Not going to happen, twice is enough - I'm out! I ordered purple roses (my spouse's favorite color); balloon; teddy bear; and chocolate candy to be delivered for my wedding anniversary. What did I get - dark pink roses; no balloon; no teddy bear; and certainly no chocolates! Besides that, UPS delivered the flowers which had to be placed in the accompanied vase. This was the worse experience, even from the time before this with fromyouflowers. Perhaps this is what I get from straying away from the florist that I've been doing business with for years to save a couple of bucks.
I'm getting refunded for the items that weren't delivered and I've demanded that my name be removed from their e-mail list. Gladly, my spouse has no idea that she missing items from the delivery or the flowers weren't the ones selected as it was a surprise. I'm just annoyed that this part of my anniversary didn't go as planned. What a disappointment! I would not have rated them any stars if not for this system requiring at least one star.

I wanted to order my sister-in-law flowers for her birthday on March 27. I am not in the same city so I googled Richland Center Wisconsin Florists. Of course a number of choices came up and unfortunately because I was pressed for time didn't bother to check reviews. I paid the expedited fee to have the delivery made within 4 hours. When I got back home and logged on to my computer I had an email from the florist explaining that because the address was a business and my sister-in-law was not in they would deliver it tomorrow. OMG the address was my sister-in-law's home residence and she was home all day. Needless to say, I cancelled the order and hope this never happens to anyone else!!!

I ordered flowers for my parents' 60th wedding anniversary. They delivered them on the wrong day. I called to complain and after 20 minutes of complaining they agreed to give my money back. Then, they wrote down that I had canceled the order. The next day, they made my 83 year old mother give back the order! I couldn't be more embarrassed. I got 5 flowers in a chipped vase with greenery making a bad attempt to fill in the holes in the arrangement. Not only is their website junk. Had to call in my order because their website was faulty and now it's saying I've never ordered from them, so can't leave review on their website. How convenient. Looking at the 1 star ratings here I can see it may be a ploy on their part to avoid bad reviews. I ordered get well flowers for my niece for next day delivery. Well flowers were delivered. Second, I respond to this email agreeing that the arrangement be delivered ASAP and agree to the upgrade and for them to call my mother. Imagine to my dissatisfaction that she was never called! I paid extra for expedited delivery within 4 hours and NO DELIVERY! Every time I called I was told, "It's out for delivery." The driver was 2 1/2 hours late so what was the purpose in being charged for 'Expedited Delivery'? I purchased from this company, and NEVER will I or should anyone else ever again. I wish I would've done my research on this company, and saved myself $55. We had a death in our family, and I wanted to send my grandmother who lives on the other side of town something to cheer her up. I paid for same day delivery, and not only did they never show up... When they finally did the next day, they weren't fresh, they were the wrong color AND it was a smaller version of the ones I ordered. They offered a $10 credit, 30% off my order, and shipping reimbursement. At this point, I didn't want anything but my money back. I didn't need a credit, because NEVER would I purchase from them again. After wasting my time, I demanded a full refund and fresh flowers sent to my grandmother. You've been warned!

I sent flowers to my girlfriend while she was at work to make her feel special and loved in front of her coworkers. They don't tell you when you order it's delivered by UPS. So it sat in the back room till she was off work and went to clock out. Complete waste of money in my opinion. Placed an order for same day delivery (at was guaranteed), however they failed to fulfill the order. I wasn't notified regarding this issue and instead I had to contact them to ask why my order wasn't delivered. Definitely trust this and the other negative reviews. This "middle-man" company isn't reliable, at least not if you expect a timely delivery - and for a florist this is utmost important to honor. Stick with ordering flowers from the local florist instead, you'll get way better service and most likely more flowers for your buck. I've also had better experiences with local florist regarding timely delivery.

I placed an order with fromyouflowers.com after seeing best value from CBS news. Best value does not total best anything else because they are awful and never even sent my order. I placed the order Saturday morning via phone because I wanted to be sure the flowers arrived first thing Monday morning. Mind you the flowers I ordered said same day delivery, hand to hand in four hours??? False. Not only did that not happen but at 12:38 pm Monday afternoon the flowers had not been delivered. I had placed them on Saturday and wanted them Monday for when my daughter returned back to work after a terrible accident.
I called several times to confirm and called them ten minutes to noon to confirm yet again. Every time I was told that they would be there. Then I get told that the communication between fromyouflowers.com and florist was the problem. The florist said they never got the order??? Not sure who, if not both parties is telling the truth but at the end of the day after all my follow-up my flowers were never delivered. Then I went online and read all the negative reviews. My sister ordered an arrangement (Open heart standing spray) for our aunt's funeral and she paid the Deluxe option. It is pitiful when the funeral home assistant asked where they were from, bc they were THAT bad! It barely had flowers and it was filled with greenery to take up space. Take a look at these pictures and no one can tell me this was worth $130. The daisies were wilting and the roses weren't any better. I ordered and paid for a flower arrangement on March 15, 2017. The flowers in the arrangement look nothing like the arrangement I ordered and they are unsatisfactory (I included pictures of the arrangement I ordered as well as what was delivered to the recipient). In addition, some of the flowers were a bit wilted and not as fresh as they should have been. This is very disappointing, especially since I am a first time customer. In addition, I purchased a premium arrangement which was not the arrangement they delivered. It was woefully missing enough flowers to justify the payment of a premium arrangement. The flowers ordered were going to a business serving special needs children and was brightly colored. The delivered flowers were more neutral in color and not as exciting. In response to my email, they sent me a $15 coupon towards my next purchase. Their website stated they would REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE or REPLACE THE ARRANGEMENT. They honored neither policy!! I don't trust another arrangement from them, and still want a refund rather than a coupon toward my next arrangement. Never again will I use this company!!! I do not recommend them!!!

I ordered for a dozen rose with teddy bear, chocolates and balloon. They only delivered the flowers which by the way doesn't even look as nice as the picture on their website. I called them to ask them to come back and deliver the rest of the items but they just refunded me for the items missing. I told them I don't want the refund. I just want the rest of the items delivered but they said they couldn't. Very disappointing!

My son was sent an gift basket from his aunts for his birthday from FromYouFlowers.com and what he received was an absolute joke. His aunts spent $75.00 for this gift for him and paid extra for floating balloons. A man came to the door with the basket, unwrapped, and basically just handed it to my husband. It's apparent that the florist stopped at the local Dollar General to make up this basket. My aunt was able to get her money refunded to her but not without hassle from them. She was first offered a 30% discount and a $20.00 gift certificate off her next purchase. She demanded a full refund and had to email pictures of what was delivered and had to wait 2 weeks for the refund. This is horrible misadvertisement and I would not recommend using this website for that special you wish to send to someone. If I hadn't have shown my aunt a picture of the messed up greeting on the card, she would never have known what her money was spent on.

I ordered flowers to be delivered same day to a relative in the hospital. Got an email saying they would be delivered next day and they weren't. Tuesday night I received a phone call apologizing and letting me know they would be delivered the next day and one upgrade. They were finally delivered on Wednesday. The same day my husband dropped by to visit his brother in the hospital and he said they were an embarrassment. They were not fresh. All roses were completely opened and it looked old and raggedy. I don't recommend using this site. Their customer service offered a 15% discount - I should have cancelled the order on Monday.

I WISH I HAD SEEN ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE MY ORDER! Paid expedite... nope. Even the second window they promised was missed. This was the first time my new girlfriend had ever received flowers at work and it was for a special occasion at work that day. They arrived at the last hour of her shift. She loved them, but I was HUGELY disappointed with how it went down. Nothing was offered to compensate me except the before noon guarantee that I originally paid for. I was on hold for very long wait times and was disconnected once having to call back for even a longer wait time. It sounded like an overseas based operation, or at least very poor phone service. First and last from this company.

I ordered a red rose and white calla lily bouquet for my sister for Valentine's Day. What arrived was a bouquet of red roses and red carnations. I understand most florists' substitution policy, but carnations are no substitute for calla lilies; in price or appearance. They couldn't even get the color right. I emailed From You Flowers customer service immediately. My email was acknowledged, but no one ever responded. I just got off the phone with them, and they told me they would only refund me 30% and then gave me a patronizing $10 coupon for my next order (which will never happen). They said too much time had passed for them to do anything more, even though I emailed them the evening of Valentine's Day. Shoddy business, shoddy customer service. Save yourselves the trouble and don't bother.

I placed a balloon order with FROMYOUFLOWERS on Friday at 4 pm. Birthday Party the next day Saturday at 1 pm. Paid $3 extra for Saturday delivery. Not to mention the $18 delivery charge they throw on you at the end of checkout!! Saturday 2 pm rolls around, an hour after the Birthday starts. NO BALLOONS. I call FROMYOUFLOWERS and they tell me they have until 5 pm to deliver. Great... Deliver the balloons after the Birthday is over. You can guess what happened. 5 pm comes and still no balloons. "Oh, we're sorry, do you want 30% off and we will deliver them tomorrow?" Stupid... They knew at 2 pm these balloons were never coming. Why not call the flower place at that time to confirm and tell me so I can make other arrangements? Why? Because its extra work and the customer means nothing to them.
NEVER, EVER deal with these middle-man companies. Deal DIRECTLY with the Florist. You can call the florist and they will tell you exactly when your item will be delivered. These middle-man dummy are half way across the country and will not contact the florist unless they dont show up. They dont do anything to confirm the status of your order. DEAL WITH THE SOURCE NOT A MIDDLE MAN!

I ordered a same-day, expedited fee, weekend-rate delivery (all features I paid for) to celebrate an anniversary. The price had hidden fees ("handling" and the aforementioned) so the total was about 150% of the stated price. The delivery never happened. The customer service was extremely hard to get ahold of. When they did the quality of the call was so bad that I hardly understood anything. The customer service representative was not even able to get ahold of the driver. I cannot think of anything more going wrong here. I discourage in the most categorical way possible anyone to use this company's services.

Order flowers for a funeral service and received an email from FromYouFlowers that was sent to me 5 hours after the service was to take place telling me that they were unable to complete my order as they couldn't find a florist to deliver in time for the service. The order was placed 2 days prior. Why could they not notify me sooner so I could use another vendor? Funerals and grief are hard enough. Shouldn't have to deal with something like this happening!

Horrible. You will be overcharged and disappointed. I work in Marketing and I know how hard we all work to get new customers. Fromyouflowers.com, your Google Ad worked, and you got me! I was a brand new customer. I clicked on your Ad when I searched for "Flowers in Scottsdale." I usually never click on the AD/Promoted when I do a Google search, but this company came up first and then I did a quick search of your company up and saw great reviews (on their website!!!) so I decided to order.
I placed my first order on Thursday, March 9th when I ordered an arrangement for my best friend's birthday. It was a same day delivery and I was totally fine paying a premium (for delivery) so she would get them by lunchtime. I spent a half an hour and went through your website and finally selected the Serenity arrangement (photo) and upgraded to the $49.99 arrangement. After I ordered I was sent an invoice which said the arrangement I picked was $59.99, not $49.99 - that was my first red flag. I ordered a simple, sophisticated arrangement in a low vase with light pink roses and white lilies.
My friend got an arrangement with dead daisies that were cheap and COLORED with flower dye (magenta!) and YELLOW lilies and cheap GREENERY/Filler in a $2 ugly case. Which cost me $76. I was happy paying $20+ for same day delivery. But I expected something worth $50 being delivered! Not dead flowers that aren't even the color of the flowers I ordered!
I understand that you sent my order to some independent florists in Scottsdale. I actually used to work at a Florist. But this is NOT a $50 arrangement, or a $60 arrangement and it certainly was not a $76 dollar arrangement. This looks like a sad $10 arrangement from a grocery store and nothing like I ordered. I am so disappointed and I feel like I look like a cheapskate on my friend's birthday, when the arrangement that I selected was subtle and sophisticated. This is not what I ordered. I ordered flowers for sweet 16 for my beautiful daughter's birthday. The bouquet I had purchased was not the bouquet they had delivered. The flowers delivered look like they were taken out of the garbage can and placed in a vase. I would have been better off going to my local grocery store and shipping them through the Postal Service! Nothing at all like what it was supposed to be, not even similar. Do not order from here at this place is a scam and a ripoff. Why are they still operating? This place needs to be shut down.

The picture listed for various flowers is for the most deluxe/premium version you can buy. However, when you click on the different size options, the picture doesn't change! The flowers I received looked NOTHING like the picture online. More like 1/4 of the size... They also sent a Happy Birthday balloon instead of an "I love you" balloon. After contacting customer service, they said they would reimburse for the balloon and 25% of the flowers. If they tell you this, they're just trying to see if you'll take it. If you say you want a full refund, they'll give it to you!! Do NOT be fooled by their manipulative customer service. Their "100% satisfaction guarantee" is definitely not true. After going back and forth via email, it was clear I was not getting anywhere. Whatever you do, do NOT use this company!

I ordered flowers for my MIL for her birthday and had them delivered to her home. I upgraded to premium (regular, deluxe, & premium were your options). She sent us a photo thanking us and I asked her to check if those were from us or someone else because they didn't look at all like I ordered. I showed my husband what I ordered and he agreed. We contacted customer service (got hung up on twice, had to call the order line to get someone). The lady was very nice and assured us that the flowers we ordered would be delivered the next day. I was happy with that.
Yesterday we get another photo from my MIL of the flowers. While these flowers were better, it's still so small and just not what we ordered. I loved the little embellishments in this arrangement and there were none in either. I understand having to substitute or get creative with what you have, but don't join sites like this if your company can't handle it because it's unbelievably disappointing. $61 later and still received 4 roses and some lilies for the premium option. In the photo on their site it shows at least 5 roses and I upgraded. I ordered the orange sorbet arrangement. I suggest not using this site. Waste of money.

I should've been more diligent and did my research on this company before ordering flowers for my mom's birthday. Someone who is so important to me. I was absolutely thrilled that the arrangement could be received next day. Indeed, she got the arrangement on time. But when she sent me a picture of what was sent, I was absolutely disappointed. On the left is what was pictured on the website and the right is what was sent. I will never order any other arrangements from this company or recommend them. This will be a lesson learned for this dissatisfied customer.

If you want to humiliate yourself order from this company. They are irresponsible, liars. I ordered two bouquets for Mother's Day on 3/8/17. One for my mom which was going to have a surgery the next day and the second one for my mother-in-law that had a party and I promised her I was going to bring flowers. Since I was busy at work I ordered them online. I called twice to confirm same day delivery. Flowers never reached the destinations. Very, Very disappointed. Tried to call them after I left work. I was on hold for 20 min and after that the line got disconnected.
Since I had paid already told them to deliver the flowers. I should have canceled and asked for my money back. Never had an experience like this before. Been dealing with Proflowers and other companies. Been very happy with them. I guess you get the service based on the money you pay. You pay less they don't care. I don't know how they stay in business. Oh well just be careful. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. YOU WILL BE VERY EMBARRASSED AND DISAPPOINTED.

I paid extra for the expedited delivery before 12 am and here it is almost 5 pm and still no flowers. Each time I call to check the status I'm told there is no answer from the florist. I did not place the order at the last minute. I made it a whole day in advance. This company has poor customer service and does not stick to their on time delivery policy. You place the order. They deliver it when they get around to it. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If there was a no star box I'd check that one. They aren't worth the one star I have them.

I was terribly dissatisfied with my flowers. I ordered the Sweetheart Rose bouquet and they delivered it with all carnations and an ugly paper cut out in a small square that contained my message instead of a card. I paid for same day delivery and they did not deliver the same day. I requested a refund of that fee. They offered to redeliver the flowers and they did 3 days later stating that it takes some time before the flowers have to be ordered for freshness, etc. However, the flowers looked HORRIBLE and again it did not look like the bouquet or remotely close. I understand there will be some variances but this was just ridiculous. I will NEVER order flowers from them again! Buyers beware. Go with a more reputable flower company... SMH.

Do not use this floral ordering and delivery service! 1st attempt at delivery: dead flowers falling off of the stem. Delivery person agrees with recipient and the delivery is denied. 2nd attempt: There wasn't one-after emailing pictures of the 1st attempt. The email that customer service sent was the delivery was made (it wasn't/total lie). Spoke to a representative (Stephanie) who assured me the delivery would be made the following day (already inconvenienced at this point) and the birthday delivery did not happen as promised. Spoke again to the recipient and the delivery was never made. Spoke to another customer service rep to express my displeasure with the 2nd delivery not being made. Supervisor said they would give me 20% off of my order... really?!?
The inconvenience alone was worth more than that and the rep agreed. She told me I'd get 50% OFF!!! HAHA funny-but we never received that order that was discounted so nicely... Today - I kindly asked for a refund. No order, no email or confirmation, no follow up and a lot of time wasted on hold waiting to speak to someone that knows what is going on... Please don't waste your hard earned money and time on this company!!! You've been warned. They simply DO NOT CARE. This company does not care about "fulfilling the customer request" - they are a sham and I will never use them for any transactions in the future.

Spent $70 on flowers for my aunt who is in the hospital, they did not even deliver the flowers per my aunt and the nurses on staff. When I kindly asked for a refund, they had the nerve to make a response stating the florist went into my aunt's room and read the card to her because she was unable to move. At no point was she unable to move, and there is no way unauthorized personnel would be allowed in a hospital room. Horrible service from a fraudulent company.

Shoppers should know that the flowers in the picture for the advertised price are not what they are getting. The advertised price buys a much smaller bouquet. If you want the bouquet you see in the picture, it will cost you an additional $10-$15 (for a regular bouquet. I'm sure larger bouquets have an even larger markup.). Also, after all your shopping and decision-making, you discover at check out that the cost is even more than you thought. There's a $15 "service charge" which I assume is for delivery. People buying flowers online are often short of time and under stress, and end up spending much more than they expected for less than they saw in the photo. I consider this deliberate deceptive advertising. Neither the photo nor the price that you see on the page are accurate. Your bouquet will be smaller, and your price will be higher.

Oh my goodness, I never do this, BUT DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM HERE!!! My mom ordered a beautiful arrangement for $70 to be sent to her sister in law in the hospital after open heart surgery. She also paid extra to have them there before 5:00, they got there after 6:30, even though she got the confirmation saying they were delivered. When they arrived she sent us a picture & we were APPALLED at what she received, it was EMBARRASSING! I think my 3 year old son could have put together a better bouquet together. So my mom called & was successful in getting someone to answer & they said they would send another bouquet. Well they did & they took the other flowers!!! How rude! So when my mom got the second picture she was still pissed & called & demanded a full refund. The lady didn't argue or anything, so we will see if she gets the refund. This place is a joke. Not only were the flowers 1/8 of the size they were pictured to be (yes I understand there will be differences between what's online and what will be delivered) but there were no roses only carnations, that by the way, were wilting. It took weeks for someone to get back to me and when I emailed pictured proof of their shockingly small bouquet she offered a refund. I went to check my bank statement and it was not the agreed refund. You must, I repeat MUST, find flowers somewhere else.

I place a funeral arrangement and was never received. I check with the people at the funeral home and they said they didn't received anything. They even let me look at the sign in sheet that the florist sign when they deliver. 3 family members placed orders only 1 was confirmed. Me and my sister in law's arrangements never arrived. Their respond was they were delivered on Feb/23/17 at 11:55 am. Am very disappointed that one of the last thing I would give my grandmother was not delivered. They kept giving me the same respond when I kept telling them they weren't delivered. 3 times they gave me same respond and not able to get thru on phone. I have screen shots of my online receipt. Will never order from this company again.

I was looking to send a congratulations basket to my boyfriend after finding out he passed a huge test in the fire academy this morning. He lives out of town so I wanted something available to him by the end of the day. After purchasing a gift basket for $70 I was notified 2 hours later that "They did not have the item in stock; however, had a cracker and cookie basket available instead." I initially ordered a basket with summer sausage, crackers, cheese, etc. I declined and asked when they could get my initial purchased item to him -- they responded they heard back from a florist that said they could get it to him tomorrow with a $10 extra charge that THEY would cover. That sounded great.
Not within 2 more hours I received an email and a call reporting that "because he lives in a remote location" they were unable to service my needs. WHAT! You saw the address three other times prior to then telling me services were not available. They then said "However, we can have an item to him by the 28th of February." It was my first time attempting to use this service and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THEM. Terrible customer service (I sat on the phone for over 20 minutes each time trying to reach someone) and I do not believe they truly are able to render services within the same day. Take your business elsewhere!

I ordered a dozen roses to be delivered for my wife's birthday on March 2, 2017. The price was $39.95 with free delivery - not bad. Then you start to go through the payment with your credit card process and they hit you up for another $25 worth of ** fees. By the time it's all over, your $39.95 flowers are now $65! I bit the bullet and just did it anyways. Now the fun part; today, a FULL WEEK before the scheduled delivery date, my wife texts me and tells me that she got a dozen roses today at work. They delivered the flowers on the wrong day!
When I called them to see how they could rectify the situation, instead of a refund, they tell me that the only thing they can do is cancel the order and go to my wife's job and pick up the flowers! So, their answer to my problem is to embarrass my wife in front of everyone at her job by basically repoing the flowers from her desk. Look, anyone can make a mistake but for God's sake, take responsibility and do the right thing! I WILL NEVER, EVER use this company again. The name of the company is FROMYOUFLOWERS. They are located in Connecticut and use local florists for the deliveries. They DO NOT stand behind their work!!!

I kept tracking the order, but it never arrived. First the florist said it was out for delivery. Then I called again, and I was told the florist had to go out and find flowers to fulfill the order. Don't be fooled by the 100% satisfaction. Ordered flowers and paid the additional expedited service fee. Flowers did not arrive within 4 hours as guaranteed, but closer to 8 hours. Tried to contact customer service but email advises 6 hour response so tried to call after being on hold for 19 and 23 seconds gave up trying to find out what happened and to cancel order. Finally received contact by email advising me that the flowers had been delivered. Not exactly 100% satisfaction requested a refund. Worst still the flowers that arrived were lacking in both quantity and quality. Despite the Company's guarantee I was offered a 40% refund plus the expedited fee. I will never use this Company again and would strongly discourage anyone from using them, their customer's service was more about the fact that something had been delivered than anything to do with my satisfaction.

I ordered get well flowers from my company for a coworker who had surgery due to a car accident while on a job. I ordered them over a week in advance to be delivered on a Friday. On Saturday, the DAY AFTER they were to be delivered I got an email saying they were not delivered and would deliver on the following Monday. Then on SUNDAY I get an email telling me that the area is too remote and they can't deliver. So I had to drive an hour away, go to the only place that has flowers on a Sunday and pick up whatever I could find and then hand deliver them. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - DO NOT USE THEM!! They offered me a full refund which I insisted be immediate and a gift card which I flatly refused.

Then I resort to email and I get a reply saying they are reviewing the information and I should get a response in 6 hrs. 48 hrs later, I get an email that they can't find the details of my order! I ordered a wreath for my father-in-law's visitation and funeral and they never came. The funeral home was on the phone with FromYouFlowers and all they could say was that they couldn't get hold of the florist. I was very sad and disappointed. I had ordered flowers on Feb 13 to be delivered to a friend on Valentine's Day. She never got them. When I contacted them the next morning, the woman at customer service apologized and said they would contact the local florist for delivery on the morning of the 15th, and was given a free upgrade. The delivery never happened. I called again the next day, the 16th. They set up a delivery for the morning of the 16th and refunded me 20%. The delivery never happened. I contacted them yet again on the 17th. They called the florist and arranged for delivery on the morning of the 17.
At last! The flowers were delivered on the 17th, three days after Valentine's Day! Except the recipient told me the flowers were wilted and half dead! A disgrace! I contacted them again to have them redeliver fresh flowers, which, at the time of this writing, is supposed to arrive sometime today. I won't even wait until I find out if she got the flowers and what shape they were in. This type of service is unacceptable.

FromYouFlowers.com Horrible Delivery and Bad Customer Service - Flowers ordered for Valentines Day delivery did not arrive! I called customer service and was on hold for 38 minutes before anyone answered. They claimed the flowers were delivered and gave me the tracking number. I told them that was impossible since the person that accepted all deliveries for the building was my sister, the same person who never got the flowers. I told them I wanted a refund. I was put on hold for about 2 minutes and then my call was dropped. As I was calling back, an email from customer service was sent to my cell phone, stating that the flowers were delivered.
I called customer service back. After a wait of 42 minutes, I finally talked to someone and told her I was hung up on. She said that there was a note that they tried to call me back-- which is not true. There was no message and nothing in my call log that says I missed a phone call-- not to mention that I was looking at my cell phone, watching the email they sent come in at the same time my call was dropped. I went on to explain the situation with my missing flowers and told them that I would not ask for a refund if they did not hang up on me and if they would make things right and re-send the flowers I ordered. The person admitted to me that they were receiving a lot of complaints and that she would "upgrade" the order and have a new arrangement sent. I told them to send to my sister's home instead of work.
The flowers finally did arrive, but they were NOT the red roses that I ordered. Also, my sister finally tracked down the original flowers I ordered, they were delivered to another building at her workplace. They were half-dead and wilting-- AND they also were NOT all red roses! They looked nothing like the picture on the fromyouflowers.com website. What a terrible experience. Bad customer service, the original delivery place and date was not met and definitely not what I paid for.

I ordered a bouquet of "rainbow" roses and a "custom" vase with my picture for my husband for our anniversary. He'd recently lost his dad and the funeral was for the next day. I was hoping to cheer him up with this special gift. I sent it to his job to surprise him and thankfully they arrived as scheduled. Although I might add that I ordered them 5 days in advance because of the "custom" vase. When he received them he called to thank me and I was so excited I asked for a picture. I'll just let them speak for themselves! The roses were SOLID colored, nothing "rainbow" about them! I could've bought the same ones in a supermarket. I couldn't see my picture in the vase so I asked hubby to turn it so I could see the pic and he sends me a cardboard with my picture printed on it! He was supposed to insert it in the vase?!? I paid extra for the vase. Completely unsatisfactory. I regret not reading the reviews. STAY AWAY!

Stay far far away from this company, I ordered Valentine's Day flowers way ahead of time and paid extra for delivery on Valentine's Day, the flowers never showed up at 6pm. I received an email from them telling me that they couldn't make the delivery and the flowers would be there on the 15th or 16th. They showed up on the 16th at 6:30 pm. And were definitely not the same as the ones they advertised. These people are nothing but a scam!
