I went on FromYouFlowers website yesterday, 01/19/2017, around 12:00 pm to order flowers for my sister's birthday which was yesterday. The website said, "Guaranteed delivery in 4 hours." My sister lives in Edgewater, Florida. I also gave them my sister's cell phone number. Then around 3:30 pm I recd an email stating the flowers couldn't be delivered that day but I would be getting a refund for the service that I paid for & that the flowers would be delivered today. Well now it's 2:45 pm & still haven't been delivered. I will never order from them again.

I ordered a $79 plant to be delivered for a dear friend that passed away. Delivery was to be 2 days after I placed the order. I kept checking the tracking on the order and it was not delivered on the selected day. I called fromyouflowers and they said they couldn't get anyone on the line that they would send a text message. I never heard back from them.
I called again the next day and received the same response and was told maybe they are not open yet at 10am in the morning that they would send a text. I told them that was not acceptable and the plant should have been delivered yesterday. I was on the phone for 30 minutes until they told me that the florist got the order mixed up with a different customer with the same last name and it would be delivered sometime today. I told them that was not acceptable since the funeral was at 1pm today. They put me on hold again and they said the florist got the date wrong on the order. It was delivered after all this drama. Never will use fromyouflowers again.

I ordered my wife what I thought was a beautiful bouquet of flowers. The flowers did arrive and she sent me a picture of them and thought to myself. "Is this the same arrangement I purchased online." The picture she sent me looked like half of what the picture showed online. I was embarrassed for my wife to receive such a pathetic bouquet of flowers. Her coworkers probably think I'm some kind of cheapskate. I could've purchased a nicer bouquet of flowers from the local grocery store. Not to mention the flowers started dying the day after she received them. I will never use this company again in my lifetime!
PLEASE be aware and use a local flower shop of your choice not one that uses whatever shop is the least expensive. This way you will not receive a arrangement that looks terrible! They did refund me 20% (whoop dee doo). Sounds like from other reviews that normal protocol. Offered me 10 dollar gift certificate to use next time. Well there will never be a next time so you can take that 10 dollar gift certificate and keep it.

I ordered and upgraded my order from this company and they delivered my mom the most disrespectful looking bouquet I have ever seen. I am highly upset. First thing tomorrow I am making phone calls. I do not know what they are going to do but I am not hanging up until I am satisfied. I attached what I ordered and what I actually received.

Ordered a floral arrangement for Sister’s birthday. Delivery was in a timely manner however was absolutely disappointed that the florist substituted white roses that was in the floral description and photo with white chrysanthemums. Certainly a cost difference and savings for them. Called For You Flowers and they offered an exchange which I accepted.

I was looking to order flowers to send to my mother. I am a teacher and on a tight budget so when I saw a special deal on a beautiful bouquet of flowers for $31.99, I was very pleased. I was very surprised to find at the end of the ordering process that the price had gone from 31.99 to 54.00 due to this company adding on multiple fees that were not disclosed at the beginning of the ordering process. I find this to be extremely dishonest and I will not do business with this company again because of their dishonesty.

I chose the same day option to send a floral arrangement to my next door neighbor who had just given birth to her first child. Not only did they false advertise same day delivery but I received a notice the following day that the delivery would be further delayed!! My neighbor is being released tomorrow and now I'm completely embarrassed and more than $60.00! I spoke to a man named Lenny in Connecticut when I called the hotline and while he said my money would be returned in two to three business days this does not satisfy the missed opportunity to congratulate my neighbor. I should have read the reviews first and I usually do but I made the mistake of trusting humanity. FromYouFlowers, thanks for nothing. I'll be pursuing legal consumer action effective immediately. I'm a former business owner and corporate executive who takes customer service and ethics very seriously. I'll be checking my account daily for my credit.

If you purchase flowers from this company BEWARE. You will start to receive magazines in the mail like People, Times, Instill etc. They give you information away to a company called VALUEMAGS which sends you so many unwanted subscriptions!!! ValueMags is a scam of a company. They put you on hold for a very long time and the problem doesn't get resolved!! I am very worried they will charge my credit card for these magazines. When I called ValueMags they said it was a "free" gift fromyouflowers.com. I don't want this junk!!! BEWARE OF ORDERING FLOWERS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Paid extra to have these delivered same day at 11:00 a.m. Get an email at 3:00 p.m. saying they cannot be delivered until the next day. Next day at 1:00 p.m. get a phone call they cannot be delivered until Monday. I call customer service and cancel and they could care less. DO NOT ORDER FROM this COMPANY.

I ordered "same day" flowers on Wednesday. At time of checkout, I was notified that the earliest the flowers could be delivered was the next day anyway, but the same day fee would still apply... or else I would get them two days later. The fee for delivery was outrageous as it was. Didn't receive the delivery Thursday. Friday AM I sent an email to customer service. I was told I'd be refunded the same day fee and 20% of the entire order. By Friday evening I still hadn't received the delivery.
I called and waited for 15 minutes on hold (yes, I timed it). The gal who answered was ABSOLUTELY RUDE and had the WORST Midwest accent I have ever heard. "Ohhhh yah yah lemme looook aht dhat oodah fer yah." She told me that there still wasn't delivery confirmation, but the vendor was probably still out on delivery and would update the status when they return to the shop. I said, "Okay..." But before I could say anything else she said, "Okay you hee-ave yoooself a great dee," and hung up. What a hag!
It's January 13. It's not like this is Valentine's Day. I can't imagine what is taking them so long. Their website clearly states that residential deliveries will be made by 6 PM. It's now 6:12. I sent an email back to their customer service site and requested a full refund. I shouldn't have to pay anything for this crap. In fact, they should pay me for having to tolerate that customer service rep on the phone. They better give me a full refund or a free large bouquet to make up for this. Regardless, I'll never order flowers from this crapfest again.

I was really nervous about my best friend's 40th birthday present. I had no idea what to get her. But I went with flowers. I was scared because I had never ordered before, but they were so beautiful! Ordered flowers for good friend. 4 days after expected delivery date, I knew I would hear from friend that she received flowers so I called and was told that delivery had been attempted and homeowner was unavailable. This went on for many days until finally, I called friend who said no note, no call, no notice of any kind that delivery was attempted. I cancelled the order. The only good experience was a quick refund. Unfortunately it was too late to resend from another vendor!

WHEN ORDERING FLOWERS ONLINE MAKE SURE THE FLORIST YOU USE IS IN THE CITY OR AREA WHERE FLOWERS ARE TO BE DELIVERED. FromYouFlowers is based in NY. If you're shipping flowers anywhere else in the country, they farm your order to a local florist and take a cut of what you pay. The fact that sending flowers is almost always time-sensitive and related to an event (holidays, birthdays, illnesses, deaths, etc.) means that TIMELY delivery is of utmost importance. In this FYF is a complete failure as a flower delivery service.
As I'm writing this it is nearly 48 hours from the time I placed my order. Flowers still have not been delivered (in Seattle), and this after paying extra for Same Day Delivery service. There's an 800 number where operators are on hand 24/7 to make excuses for their lousy service and make promises that (so far) they haven't kept, but they have no way of actually seeing that your order gets the attention it deserves. Had I realized that FYF was not Seattle-based, I'd never have employed them. Don't do what I did: USE LOCAL FLORISTS, not Fromyouflowers!

I ordered a holiday gift basket for my pastor and his family to be delivered on Dec. 14. I was informed today by my pastor that it was never received even though I received an email confirming delivery from From You Flowers. I called them and told them that this was never delivered and all they said was, "We can offer you a 20% refund." No you will not! They are already charged my credit card and I have already paid the bill unaware that the basket was never received. Will never do business with this company again. Please beware!!!

Orders flowers for wife's birthday. At 8 am email that it was out for delivery. At 2 pm nothing. Called them. Told it was out for delivery by 6 pm. 5:30 Nothing. Called again. Told they couldn't reach the florist, but would give me a 15% discount if I would accept delivery in 2 days. Um...no not happening. Told them to cancel and refund. Say they can't do anything till they talk to the florist. I call ** and a scam. Looks to me like they subcontract a flower shop for the cheapest bidder. Will not ever use again!!!

Our friend passed away and we wanted to have flowers delivered to the funeral. The funeral was on a Wed at 11a.m. Around 2 pm on that Wednesday I received a call from this company saying that they couldn't make the delivery because it was out of their delivery zone (something my husband had asked right upfront and was told could be done). When I questioned them saying that the funeral was ending when they called, he told me we had ordered for Thursday, which was not true. Even adding that there was no change to his order for the Thursday delivery!
The conversation was so dysfunctional I finally just hung up on him. About ten minutes later he called back. Insisting on talking to the credit card holder, NOT me. The credit card holder is my husband. The flowers were finally delivered the next day. The whole process and customer service was awful. I have no idea if the arrangement was bad and given the situation am not going to ask the gal I had them sent to. I gave the company feedback and as of this day have heard nothing. They are horrible to do business with! Unprofessional and not as promised.

Decided to order online flowers for the ease of it all. Found that this is the worst site as they can never get flowers where they are supposed to be when they say they will deliver. Sent me an email 4 hours after I ordered for same day delivery to tell me they can't make it. Found another FTD florist online from the same search page and had them delivered in less than an hour. DO NOT ALLOW THIS COMPANY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR FLOWERS YOU EXPECT THEM TO DELIVER!!! I ordered "You're in my heart" Bouquet for my friend who lost her brother. She send me a picture and a Thank you when she received them. OMG!!! Just a few roses and carnations in a very small vase for $60.00. Nothing like the picture I ordered. When I called to complain they said it isn't their fault the wrong bouquet was delivered. They DID admit some of the pictures of the bouquet are not what is delivered. (admission of fault) Such horrible business practice. I ordered it through their company. They took my money and I have a receipt with the picture of this big luscious bouquet filled with roses and carnation. What a scam!!!
After supervisors realized I was not going to accept this. They told me they could send her a new arrangement in a few day, but she would have to give the other one back (What week old, dead flowers!) that they are going to throw away anyway!! My poor friend is distraught and planning her brother's funeral and now has to worry about exchanging her flowers. NO WAY!! That's not how I roll. I told them!!! This is how this will work!! You will send her the FLOWERS I ORDERED FOR HER, THAT I PAID FOR. And she will not exchange the wrong dead flowers. It's not her fault that I ordered flowers from such incompetent company!!! The reason you send people flowers is to give some joy, peace and love during that time in their life. I ordered a large butterfly arrangement with 5 blue balloons and one Thinking of you mylar balloon with a sympathy message. Only thing correct was card message, delivery date and 5 blue balloons. I was embarrassed by what was delivered and spent over $100. Only offered 20% refund and $15 online gift card to ensure 100% satisfaction. So tell me does a hand written sympathy message and 5 regular balloons worth 70% of $100. The $15 gift certificate is laughable since their items are well over that price plus have to pay extra for delivery and taxes requiring me to spend more money with them after I have told them I will not order anything ever again from them!

I ordered some flowers at 11:45 am to be delivered to someone I love very much. I even paid extra for them to be delivered within 4 hours! I got home at 5:45 expecting him to have them... not! I called the company and they tried to get in touch with the flower company to find out where they were... The florist was not answering the phone. 9:45 comes... and I call again and am told they were delivered... NOPE! I demanded a full refund... and If that doesn't happen, we'll be going to court.

One star is too much credit. My daughter ordered me flowers for Christmas to be delivered on 12/26. I have never received them. We have an email confirming the order was received and would be delivered. Calling customer service did not resolve the issue. They claimed they couldn't find the order. They could however find her account and charge her 55.97 for flowers that were never delivered. I also have zero tolerance for thieves.

Normally don't have negative feedback to say but with fromyouflowers.com I would not recommend to anyone. In the last year I have had 3 orders that my mother placed for the holidays to have a centerpiece for our holiday dinners and each time something went wrong. First of all it's sad when you can't surprise someone with beautiful flowers because you get asked if they came and you're like, "What flowers?" And it's disappointing. First order was last year I never received the flowers. I ended up getting a call from a nice women who said she had gotten flowers to her house and she believes it's the wrong address as ours is Sycamore St and hers is Sagamore St. I ended up driving to the lady's house and getting my arrangement.
2nd time was this thanksgiving. Never received the order my mother placed and was told that they were delivered and someone signed for them. When asked what name signed for them it was no one in the house. Got delivery the following day but no centerpiece for our thanksgiving dinner. 3rd time was just this Christmas suppose to have received my flowers the 23rd did not. My mother called the 24th they were resending them. Never got them. Was told a lady named sue signed for them. Christmas they were closed and the following day. My mother called back the 27th they said they were sent and delivered they would not give the name this time of who had signed for them and wanted us to pay for the arrangement that I never received.
Now it's the 30th and was told they would be here before 11. It's 1:11pm now and still yet to receive my arrangement my mother paid for, for our Christmas dinner. I am very upset with this and will go elsewhere for flower arrangements for the holidays. The company should be more strict when it comes to who signs and stuff because each day that the delivery was suppose to come I have been home and no one has come but customer service claims they claim. If you order from the same site and the same florist shop delivery they would know the right house by then.

I ordered from FromYouFlowers after Teleflora cancelled an order because they couldn't find a florist to deliver to my friend's address. She is in a rural area. I got an email saying delivery was made. My friend says, no delivery! I emailed customer service explaining the discrepancy. The next day I was called and assured delivery would be made that day. It was! The bouquet was beautiful. Delivery driver apologetic to my friend about snafu and refused tip. FromYouFlowers put a 20$ voucher to be used for future order in my email and refunded 20% of my order back to my credit card. I will use them again and give them another chance to get it right the first time. I'm not giving 5 star rating because of the initial problem.

Company advertised delivery before noon. I paid for the expedited service, an additional $25 over the cost of the product. Delivery was NOT MADE. I called asked why? "Too many deliveries... Will be delivered before 5 p.m." That is NOT what I paid for, nor wanted; nor expected. It is totally UNACCEPTABLE service. CANNOT TRUST THIS ONE.

I ordered an arrangement for my parents who live out of state in a senior community with gated security. On the date of the promised delivery I received an email stating that the arrangement had been delivered. Two days later I arrived at their home and did not see an arrangement. I asked if they had received any deliveries-- they had not. I checked with the security company to see if any delivery attempt had been made-- they had no record. I called the customer service number at from you flowers. It took more than 15 minutes of being on hold before a customer service rep answered. The service rep was courteous and arranged to have the florist deliver the following day.
But buyers beware. I paid extra for a "premium" arrangement which promised more blooms than the deluxe version shown in the photo on the website. The photo had four large roses on the visible side of the arrangement (my assumption is that there would be at least two or three additional large flowers on the side facing away). The arrangement delivered to my parents had only three large roses total. I'm also very disturbed that they lied about delivery. I don't typically press people to tell what they think about gifts I send--I wait for them to acknowledge. If I hadn't been there in person I would never have known that my parents hadn't received the gift and I would have paid for something never sent.

I ordered same day delivery for my sick daughter. Days later they sent email that it was delivered, and it was NOT. I live 3 blocks away and checked. I called them several times. They insisted they were delivered. (Their delivery person lied to them). I had my bank reverse the charges. FIVE days later they finally delivered them... withered, brown, and smaller than what the picture showed I ordered. She was better, flowers, were too late. NOW they have the nerve to bill my credit card again. I will be going to the bank in the morning, and THEN to an attorney. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Their same day guarantee is a LIE, as so many, so many people said in the reviews. Their flowers are less quality than what their pictures show, as so many people said in their reviews.

I ordered a Christmas table arrangement for my niece who hosted dinner, and was very embarrassed by what I saw. The flowers were sparse, not as pictured, and half of them were dead. The article was not cheap & I will never use this vendor again. Don't waste your money on this merchant!

I ordered the serenity and bliss bouquet to be delivered to my mother next day for the passing of my grandmother. My mother sent me a thank you text with a picture of the flowers she received. I was livid! The flowers looked NOTHING like the flowers I ordered and were half if not less than the amount of flowers that should have been in the bouquet! I am completely embarrassed and thankful I did not have them sent to the service! I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I wish I would have read the reviews before choosing fromyouflowers.com.

I ordered 2 (2 receipts) arrangements for my relatives out of state for Christmas. What I ordered and what they received were ridiculous! I emailed and complained to them that I was very disappointed and they should really be aware of their out of state vendors. I received $9 and $12 back... should have been more. We ordered the "Deluxe Belgian Chocolate Covered Gift Tower" which is described on their website as "Treats are doused in rich Milk, Decadent Dark, and White Belgian Chocolates. Gift Includes: One-Dozen decorated Belgian Mixed Chocolate Covered OREO® Cookies, Twenty-One Ultimate Toppings mixed Chocolate Dipped Mini-Pretzel Sticks, approx. 3 ounces Milk Belgian Chocolate Toffee Crunch bark, Six Ultimate Toppings Belgian Chocolate Covered Marshmallow Pops" for our daughter's birthday whom lives in another state. She received the package 2 days later than the promised delivery time and the contents were Large chocolate pretzels, small chocolate pretzels and an over-sized cookies and cream candy bar. NEVER AGAIN.

Ordered flowers for same day delivery. AFTER ordering, read reviews published on this site. Reviews were terrible. Resigned myself to expecting a harrowing experience and chalking it up to stupidity. Imagine my surprise when I learned my order was not only delivered AT ALL, but delivered ON TIME as well. In addition, I received pics from the recipient showing how beautiful the arrangement was and, of all things, exactly as ordered. Moral of story - don't believe EVERYTHING you read.

The first time I ordered flowers for the fiance, they did not show up on the scheduled time. The day after they said they will deliver the next day (2 days late) and give me a $20 gift certificate for next time. Well, I ordered flowers the day before yesterday to be delivered today and they just now tell me they won't be here today. Not to mention they jacked the price up when I put in my gift certificate... Just stay away from this company. I just went to 1800flowers and they are delivering some for me today.

I ordered early for a centerpiece to be delivered before Christmas, and they called me AFTER the order was to be delivered saying they cannot deliver it until AFTER Christmas. How can a company stay in business with these practices? At the very last minute, backing out of their agreement, then they put me on hold an unbelievable amount of time! I'm still pursuing a refund, after I found a florist local to my recipient to deliver on time!

I ordered same day flower delivery for Monday paying the extra fee for same day order. The flowers never arrived. I called Tuesday morning for a status update and was told the florist was not open so they would call in 15 minutes and get back to me. I explained how important Monday delivery was and that the once in a lifetime event only occurred on Monday. They never called back so a few hours later I tried calling again and keep getting disconnected when it seemed an agent would pick up. So I sent an e-mail inquiry and received an auto response that they respond within four hours. I never received a response to my e-mail. Finally at 3 pm I called back and got through. I was told the flowers would be delivered Wed and was offered a $15 gift card which I refused since I would never order from them again. They then tried to offer an additional 15% off. I told them I expected the flowers to be delivered for free since they had failed so much.
The manager agreed to do a comp order (essentially different flowers) and I agreed. I was told they would be delivered Thursday. They never arrived Thursday and when I called back today was told the comp order was never placed because I needed to call back to initiate it. Such BS. Now it's Friday, the comp order has been placed and my fingers are crossed for delivery today. I also took the manager up on his offer to call my recipient explaining that it is their error the flowers did not arrive Monday. We will see if that happens. During the entire process they kept putting me on hold to call the florist who never answered. They ensured me the florist was still in business. Not sure how this company is still in business. I am definitely going to stick to the well known online flower delivery sites from now on and not the first result in my Google search. I feel bad for their employees who have to deal with grumpy customers all day long.

I ordered the Christmas tree shaped arrangement & upgraded to the premium. Arrangement was sent to my parents who are "snowbirds" in FL. It meant the world for me for them to have something beautiful & a something that resembled a Christmas tree for the RV. Normally, they would decorate but my Dad was just diagnosed with an aggressive cancer & is not in the holiday spirit. (None of us are.) After the "tree" was delivered I asked for a photo of the arrangement. I could not believe what was sent!!!!
For the sake of my parents I held my tone & my tongue til we hung up. I called customer service & was offered a $15 credit to use on next order.. NOPE! You can keep that! Asked for our $ back & she said (she was very nice & very sorry) my parents would have to return what they had & go & pick it up themselves! WHAT?!!! I was refunded 25% of the order. What makes me even more disgusted is reading the reviews of loved ones passing & what was sent or NOT sent to the service. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I'm a busy person & have a life... but I swear to write a review EVERYDAY until I just can't anymore!!! I'm sorry to everyone who was "taken" from this company!!! FROM YOU FLOWERS is a load of crap & you're a company of thieves!!!

I sent an arrangement to a close long time friend for Christmas. She sent me a picture and I am so embarrassed... The ugliest arrangement I've ever seen! And I like all flowers so I'm not picky... and it looked tiny and cheap! Used to be a good company but terrible now... Ordered other recently and some took forever to get delivered!

Very unacceptable for a 6:30 p.m. delivery time. I should've read these other reviews before I ordered. I'm sick of these websites not giving you a final price until you fill it all out. Only to find processing or other fees. They can't even throw in a clear cheap vase for free? Go local - it's tricky to find - online places like this make you think it's from a local florist but if you look at their address you'll see most get shipped from other states. I'm not sure how they can still come up when I purposely do a search for a LOCAL florist.

I placed my order the day before expecting the flowers. I also paid the rush delivery fee to be guaranteed by 12 pm. At 1:40 the flowers still had not arrived, when I called the company the florist could not be reached and was informed it would take up to two hours for a response. At 3:15 there were still no flowers and I called the company back. At this time they called the florist again, who could not be reached, offering to check on the order every half hour and personally call me with an update.
After an hour I had not received a callback, so I called back. At this time they called the florist for the third time, who could still not be reached, they then offered me a discount, a reimbursement for my rush fee, and to be delivered the next day. The next day would not work since the recipient would be away, I was then asked for the new address and when informed the recipient would be out of the country then I was offered to hold for approval on cancellation. My order was canceled and I will be awaiting my refund. I am very disappointed with this experience and will not be recommending this company ever.

Used them for the first time this week... Two ugly things... Guarantee delivery in 4 hours (extra charge for that), actual delivery was 7 hours. This was a sympathy floral arrangement for a dear friend. It's arrive a couple hours after that friend had left, so they did not get to see them for two days. The bigger issue is with the wording on the sympathy card. I typed in a certain message and what they actually transcribed onto the card left words out, and spelled two words wrong, to the point the message did not make any sense when trying to read it; it was like a 3-year old was asked to fill in the card.
They offered me a $20 credit for the wrecked ridiculous experience. They have no quality control. I sense this may be some sort of garage based broker who enlists local florists for fulfillment. Buyer beware, they will most certainly ruin your special occasion (or in the case make a mockery of a Sympathy sentiment card meant for a friend). I paid about $30 above the price of the arrangement for processing, delivery, expedited delivery, and same day delivery then they want me to try them again with the $20 credit. HAHAHA... They absolutely suck. Color me furious.

I typically ONLY give reviews if I am extremely satisfied or extremely dissatisfied. I should have read the reviews prior to ordering from this company. Had I read the reviews, a very special occasion would not have been ruined. I am a traveling nurse and I ordered flowers for my mother for her birthday and they were not delivered, even though I paid for expedited delivery. The flowers were suppose to be delivered by 12 noon on 12/20 and that did not happen. It's 12/22 and flowers still haven't been delivered. What's the point of ordering flowers to be delivered on a specific day if they are not going to be delivered?? Receiving flowers days after your birthday has NO relevance!! I am extremely upset, my dad died this past March and my parents were married for 50 years!!
Please don't order from this company as your special day WILL be ruined. Also, when I called to ask for a refund, I was on hold for 13 minutes only to get an unsympathetic representative who tried to sway me into still having the flowers delivered and when I declined, I was placed on hold for another 5 minutes! I placed an order on Dec. 5 to be delivered on Dec. 15 for my family in Pennsylvania. In fact, when I did a Google search, it came up and was ranked "best value florist" by CBS News. I assumed that my order was delivered, since I never heard a word from the company. Today I received a call (a week after the scheduled delivery) to tell me that they couldn't deliver. It sure would have been nice to know that a week ago, or when I placed the order. It's too late now to order anything else without paying expedited shipping. Will NEVER use this company again!

I've just had surgery and thought a pretty bouquet would cheer me up a little, so I ordered from From You Flowers. I've ordered flowers from other websites before and have always been very happy as the arrangements usually exceed the picture posted online. That was not the case this time. The arrangement was small, and delivered in an ugly white china container instead of the happy yellow pot it was supposed to have been delivered in. I contacted the company about my dissatisfaction and was offered a 25% refund. Do yourself a favor and take a pass on From You Flowers.

I used this service about 2 weeks ago with fine results, so for my daughter's birthday on 12/20 I used a coupon and ordered more flowers. By 8:00 PM the flowers never arrived and after being on hold the first time for 45 minutes, Nicole hung up on me. I then called back and was hold for 38 minutes and Nicole hung up on me again. I was emailing the entire time also. Dennis answered one email and told me he would investigate why the order was never delivered. This morning I received one from Chris stating the order was canceled and a refund will be issued. No apology for TERRIBLE customer service. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. IT IS HORRIBLE. Ordered flowers for funeral. Paid extra to have delivered on same day. Next day at funeral I could not find flowers. Called 800 number from funeral home. CSR stated flowers were substituted from what I ordered. Could not understand why they would not send flowers ordered because they were listed as those available for same day delivery. Rude CSR stated delivered on day before. Searched for flowers described by CSR. No flowers. Funeral home attendants searched records. Never delivered. I was totally Embarrassed! I ordered flowers to be delivered to a funeral home and paid an additional cost to have the flowers delivered before 12 noon. At 3:45 I tried to track the delivery and they were still not delivered yet. I called customer service and I was on hold for almost 20 minutes. I finally spoke with someone who stated the flowers were not yet delivered and they were in route. She said they did not know they were going to a funeral home, even though the NAME OF THE FUNERAL home was included in the address. The customer service rep then told me I ordered the flowers incorrectly because I did not select it was for a funeral and designate the service time. I went through the steps with her to order flowers and the area she was talking about does not exist. She said it must just be on her end. This is the absolute LAST time I will be ordering from this company. They are a complete joke.

I placed an online order with this company for a bouquet with a box of chocolates and a teddy bear for my daughter-in-law's birthday, and only the flowers arrived. I called the company who assured me they would have the florist send out the entire order again the next day. I had paid extra for a morning delivery, but by 4:30, no chocolates or teddy bear had arrived. Another call to the company. The employee put me on hold while she phoned the florist. Apparently the chocolates and teddy bear were on a truck and would be delivered shortly. But not with the bouquet as promised, despite it being company policy to resend the original order.
No amount of talking could change the situation, but in the end I was offered a 30% refund. While waiting for the assistant to call the florist, I came across your website and was horrified to see how many complaints there were about this company! The reviews on their website were outstanding, and I never thought to question them. All very embarrassing, I will send my daughter in law a gift card to try to make up for the ** present. My girlfriend lives in Northern Michigan and I live in lower Michigan. Because of the recent snow storm, we were unable to see each other on our anniversary. She went online and found this company that promised same day delivery. She ordered a mix of red roses and white lilies with a balloon. They told her it would arrive at 2:30. At 3 there was still nothing so she called and they said at 3:30. By 4 still nothing. This time when she called they said no later than 6. Well still nothing. She called them and they gave her a refund for the "same day" delivery charge and said they would call her back when they found out what happened. I called the company this morning and they said they would deliver today and give her 50% back. I said, “No, we don't want the flowers and we want a full refund.” The lady said okay and started the refund process. So hopefully they don't mess that up too. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE.

I ordered 3 flower arrangements for a funeral. I paid more than $400 for these and the items looked like trash. Their red standing spray had just about 16 carnations and 4 roses. The site doesn't give much explanations and according to the photo it should have at least 50 to 52 flowers. Again the wreath had about 20 flowers and it is so small and you have to come very close to see. Looks like they buy the flowers from a secondary market or use left over flowers. I feel sorry that I ordered from them. They don't post bad reviews and run a shady business. Please don't order anything from them.

I was very concerned about using fromyouflowers.com after ordering same day delivery, and checking my order status throughout the day only to see "delivery scheduled". I came here to check reviews and my stomach immediately began to turn. I had placed an order to be delivered to my wife at her job before the end of the business day. The order was placed at 9:00 AM. I contacted fromyouflowers at around 2:00 PM to see if I could get any updates. Was on hold twice: once to get in touch with a customer service rep, and a second time while the CSR contacted the florist. The CSR told me that the flowers had been delivered at 1:15 PM, but my order status online still said "delivery scheduled".
I contacted my wife to see if she had received anything and she had not. Finally, she contacts me at around 4:45 PM, informing me that she had received the flowers and sent me an image. Despite what I was expecting, everything went relatively well. The arrangement was actually quite nice, and my wife received it the same day, which is really all that I wanted. I was a bit disappointed that there were hidden fees, and that the site did not seem to be actually updating the status of the order, but it all worked out okay for me.

When From You Flowers had told me that they would not be able to complete my order in time, after several frantic phone calls I was able to find a local florist who would be able to deliver in time. However, BOTH bouquets were delivered!
So I called From You Flowers, fully expecting a hard time - but to my pleasant surprise, the person was very gracious, assumed full responsibility, and assured me that the money would be refunded immediately. Granted, I won't know that until I get my next credit card bill, but I believe her. Even though they messed up the first time around, they showed excellent business ethics in this second situation.
They gained my respect, and I might consider giving them my business in the future.

Although I had placed my order before the cut-off time for same-day delivery, they called telling me there had been a problem with the order, and I could not re-order for the same day. So I got online to find local florists and found one that could deliver on time for me. I had to call several, but thankfully I found one. Had I not, my special occasion would have been flowerless! I received an email from the company stating a confirmation that my order was delivered. It was not delivered. Their website says to wait 24-48 hours before contacting Customer Service! I called and was told they would try reaching the florist. It's 9 PM in the delivery area, and the flowers have still not been delivered and I've heard nothing back from the company. Apologies and $10 gift cards offered as consolation do not do it for me. I will not be a repeat customer. Flakes.

Get well without using Fromyouflowers site! I bought flowers twice in two weeks for two different people. Both times the flowers never made it. They gave me $10.00 gift certificate to use on my next order so I tried again and same thing happened. They lied to me and said they were sent out that morning and never made it. I ordered Eternal Love arrangement to send to my friend when her grandmother died. I was embarrassed to see the picture of what arrived at her home. I even upgraded to Deluxe. These flowers couldn't even qualify for the ones they sell as Regular. It looks like someone just bought a bunch of flowers and stuck them in a vase. All the greenery was at the bottom. "Deluxe" on their page shows many roses, I see 2? Even their "Regular" shows more roses than this. It wasn't arranged, it wasn't full. Very disappointed and embarrassed I sent these. I wrote to them and asked about their satisfaction guarantee and sent pictures. They offered my 15% of product refunded. I told them I wasn't satisfied with that so they offered me 35% refund. They will never see any of my money again. I included picture of Deluxe Eternal Love from their site and the "professionally arranged" unimpressive flowers that were sent to my grieving friend.

Look at all the NEGATIVE ONE STAR REVIEWS! How is this site still in business?! How do we get it shut down so others don't suffer like we have!? This was most embarrassing. A good friend of the family passed away and we sent the large beautiful stand flowers to the funeral home. I guess the florist decided that since we opted for such a large stand bouquet that we were not going to be at the funeral. So neither was the floral arrangement!!! Nowhere to be found either.
The funeral home was quite small and we all looked everywhere for the arrangement and asked the funeral directors. No one saw the flowers ever arrive. Called Fromyouflowers, they said "they were left in the flower room." Well there is no flower room! LIARS! THIEVES! How horrible, such a terrible experience to go thru on such an awful day. It took a few days but we received a refund and a very RED face, how sad. They are so very dishonest! Don't ever use this place. Save yourself the extra grief. GO elsewhere!

My company decided to order from "FromYouFlowers.com" because a co-worker recently lost her mother. We order flowers to be delivered same day delivery before 5 pm but at 5 pm there were no flowers. I called the company and the customer service woman was very rude. She informed me that the flowers would not be delivered until the next day before noon. Then the next by 1 pm there still was no flowers! I called the company again and the customer service lady told me that the flowers won't be ready until the end of the day! What is the point of ordering same day delivery if the flowers won't be delivered on that day! Do not order from this company! Spend the extra money and order from 1800-Flowers. I have never had any problems with them. This is what we get for trying to save a little bit of money.

This company should get a negative stars rating. NEVER USE THEM! I used them 2 times, and both times within a few days of placing my online orders, my credit card # was stolen and used fraudulently. Maybe their site got hacked or a dishonest employee, but either way, it is too coincidental it happened both times right after a purchase with them. Also, what they advertised I was getting was not what I actually got, the bouquet was about half the size of the advertisement, thank goodness my mom didn't know any better, however, this is pathetic!

I paid extra$ for expedited delivery time (before noon). At 12:30 pm my wife had not received flowers and was leaving work (her birthday) so I call Fromyouflowers and they said it was overlooked and they could get them delivered by tomorrow. I said absolutely not that is not an option. I said "we only have two options. Either you can deliver them to my home address or he can immediately refund my money." At which time they said that they would have them delivered to my home address by 5 p.m. 5 p.m. rolls around you guessed it still no flowers. So another call to track my flowers down and was put on hold for 20 minutes and finally was informed that the flowers were in route and would be delivered sometime between 6 and 6:30 p.m. Flowers did finally show up but very disappointed with service.

My review is based on my experience of receiving flowers last week. My husband surprised me with a flower arrangement that was sent to my place of employment. The flower arrangement was extremely small but I thought it was very sweet and thoughtful of my husband. I immediately took out my cell phone and took a photo of the arrangement. I texted the photo to my husband to let him know I had received his surprise.
He called me immediately upset saying the arrangement looked nothing like what he had ordered online. The arrangement he had selected was the You're In My Heart arrangement that featured many roses. The flowers that arrived were woefully smaller and different than what was pictured in the order image. One thing is for sure the arrangement was lacking roses!
My husband contacted customer service to complain about the arrangement. This was not the arrangement he had selected and paid! They apologized and said they would send the correct arrangement. They told my husband the correct arrangement would be delivered on Friday. On Friday nothing arrived! It was not until Monday that a new arrangement was delivered to my place of employment. This upset me even more because the arrangement was late and once again the arrangement looked nothing like the photo for the You're In My Heart online arrangement. This arrangement was very small and only had two roses! I do not recommend anyone ordering from this company. They will take your money and send you a cheap arrangement. This was supposed to be a happy surprise for me and instead turned into something horrible that I will always remember.

I ordered a floral arrangement for my new baby nephew. I asked my sister in law to send me a picture of the arrangement. It looked nothing like what the picture described. The flowers were cheap and were delivered wilted. The flowers looked like they had been haphazardly thrown into the vase. I ordered a balloon which was missing from the order. I am sooo embarrassed!! I should call my credit card company to dispute the whole charge.

My uncle passed away on Thanksgiving Day. Due to the holiday the local florist was closed for the weekend. On Friday, 11/26/2016, I placed an order for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to the funeral home on Saturday 11/27/2016. I paid the expedite fee and verified that the flowers were available for "Same Day Delivery".
My dad sent me multiple texts saying that the flowers were not there on Saturday. I was sure they would arrive on Sunday for the funeral. THEY DID NOT. I received notification today - 11/28 (2 days after the order was placed) that the flowers were delivered to the funeral home. The day AFTER the funeral. Do not order from this place!

I ordered a Thanksgiving arrangement on November 23, 2016. What was advertised is not what I received. I wish I had looked for reviews beforehand. I never would have ordered through them. Deceptive advertising adding a $10 shipping and handling fee at the very end of the order. I called to find out what it was for and was told it was a guarantee for freshness for 8 days. Shipping and handling? When flowers arrived later in the day, they looked awful - not even close to what was advertised. I contacted customer service and was told "All items are subject to slight substitution according to local availability and season as stated in the product's delivery information." I did not see that message. I want a complete refund. They emailed a 10% gift certificate. I will never order through them again.

They said "sorry our delivery driver left the area and forgot to drop off your order". This was on the second day of the same day delivery. Usually I don't write bad reviews however my experience with the company was so terrible I feel as if I have to warn others. First, although this company claims CNBC gives them a great rating for value and quality I received neither. On top of my regular charges I was surprised at checkout with a $13 "service/handling" fee. I figured since it was for my grandma's 81st birthday it was worth it. So, around 6:30pm I checked the tracker to see if the flowers had been delivered. Nope. Called customer service. The lady apologized, saying something about a funeral being the reason. She told me the flowers would arrive to my grandma within an hour. I called my grandma and chatted for over an hour, still no flowers. At 9 pm I called customer service again. The man I spoke to said he wasn't sure what happened, and offered to email me a 20% discount off my next order (that won't be happening). The flowers never arrived that night.
In the morning while getting the newspaper my grandpa finds flowers left in the rain, wilted. The florist didn't knock or ring the doorbell- just left the flowers in the rain. My grandma sent me pics of the arrangement. It was horrible, looked nothing like what I had ordered. I called customer service asking for a refund. I told them they could have the flowers and that they were completely ruined. Please save yourself the same terrible experience myself and all these other people experienced and use a different company to order flowers.

Ordered a gift basket for my wife's anniversary through fromyouflowers.com that was sent through this company. Not only was it delivered late despite charging me an expedited fee, not only was it delivered after I called to cancel it (my wife had already gone home at 3:00pm), not only did they not issue me a refund, they didn't even give me the right basket.
Her coworker felt bad so she went twenty minutes out of her way after work to try and deliver it herself to my house, and when she got there: 1) they didn't include ANY of the extras I paid for. 2) IT WAS THE WRONG BASKET. Instead of the expensive chocolates I had ordered, they delivered (I KID YOU NOT) a basket filled with MUSTARD, and DELI MEATS, and CRACKER JACKS! Apparently nothing says happy anniversary like freaking mustard and deli meat! My wife was totally embarrassed and cried for an hour because her coworkers all saw that tacky basket! You RUINED my 7 year anniversary. And you will NEVER get ANY of my business or anyone else I know.

This being my 1st time sending flowers, I was so excited to send them for my niece's birth. The company took my order and made sure the card was word for word. Called me back to say they can't deliver that day and would the next day. I let them know she checks out late in the day (3:30) they said that is fine. Once again they call to say they can't deliver to the hospital because she is checking out that day. Fine had them delivered to her house and I picked the flowers (roses and lilies). When the flowers finally arrived they were perfect but the card said "congratulations Shanon and Will", not Lo And Shanon. I called to see if they can fix this for the baby book what a joke. I got the delivery fee back on a gift card and 30% back. I talked to a manager and finally was able to get a full refund. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY NOR WILL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

I placed an order for my mothers B-Day flowers on Nov 1st for the delivery date being Nov 15th. Not only did they NOT show up, the employee lied and said the flowers & balloons were on their way and still never showed up. Very disappointing, they said they would deliver the order the next day with an upgrade and refund me 30% of what I paid. That was another lie, flowers still never showed up and I have yet to receive any of my money back, just a $20 gift card. Like I'd EVER use their company again. I feel very bad that I had my mother, who lives 12 hours away from me and her grand kids, waiting around for her flowers that NEVER CAME!

Two days late for birthday flowers delivery is not acceptable. The worst part is that they never informed us that the flowers were not going to be delivered that day (due to computer problems at the local flower shop). We had to call and email them our-selves and by the end of the day we finally got someone on the phone with this cheeky excuse of computer problems.
We paid 5 dollar extra to have it delivered before noon - nope not delivered on time. Do not think you can 'just' call or email for more questions! They put you on hold for over 30 minutes, and they are not good in responding their emails in an acceptable time. If you are short staff: Please hire more people or do not give the phone number or email address for further questions. Very disappointed. Do not order from this company! There are other and better options! It is not that they are cheap!

Every review I have read mirrors my experience in its entirety. First off I ordered flowers for my wife at 145 in the afternoon a little over an hour before their deadline for same day delivery. Received a phone call at work that I was unable to take, and when I call back waiting well over 20 min off of the sales floor to reach someone only to have it eventually ring then disconnect. Literally (not figuratively) did this two other times at work to only have the same thing happen. Finally called them at home later in the evening once I realized my wife hadn't gotten the flowers, balloon, and chocolates I ordered for her only to be told they couldn't do the delivery that day so I asked to have a refund on the delivery charges and handling which they refused and gave me back only 2.99 for same day delivery and a supposed upgrade in flowers with an apology letter.
First off I took the special so have no idea if it was an upgrade or not. I am writing this while awaiting to speak with a customer service rep as I was charged 3 times for my order rather than once and just waited 20 min only to be disconnected on once again. Am calling them back once again! Do not do business with these people!!!

What a terrible experience to buy flowers from here! What was delivered was nothing like what was on the picture. All the flowers are wilted and the Mylar balloon was not even properly inflated! This is worse than one of those Chinese online shopping experience that you see on the internet! Highly recommended to not buy flowers from here!

Two days late for birthday flowers is not acceptable. First day late I received a phone call apologizing for the late delivery and that I would receive the flowers that afternoon. Did not receive the delivery until the following day, late afternoon. These were a gift from my son and his family. They advertise 'same day delivery' but that is only a hoax. How does a company get repeat business when it doesn't serve the customer? If you want to send flowers to someone, I would suggest using a different company.

I ordered flowers for a family member on the first anniversary of the death of her husband. The main reason I ordered from this company was the guarantee of quick delivery. Over 24 hours after the promise for delivery, I received a call from the company on my answering machine asking me to return a call. After waiting on hold for over 21 minutes, I was told the flowers were not delivered yesterday as promised. I was told I could receive a 2.99 credit of the shipping (which was $17.98, outrageous to begin with). I requested the entire shipping amount and was denied. She offered me the 2.99 and an upgraded bouquet. I told her fine.
However, then I found out it could not even be delivered a day late. It would have to wait until they could find an area florist who could create and deliver it. And, it would not be the same bouquet as I ordered as the area florists don't carry those flowers. What!?! Why wouldn't I just order from the area florist, then, to begin with!?! No way. Cancelled the order. Demanded to be taken off email list after she told me she would send a coupon for future use to my email on file. We will see if I ever see my refund. So upset that my sweet family member did not get her flowers!!! :-(

I had ordered flowers for my sister's 14th birthday to be sent to her at school. I paid over $50 for these flowers that NEVER got delivered. They were same day delivery and my sister didn't get them that day. I called the company and got put on hold (15 minutes) and all they told me no they were not delivered and I would receive 20% back and hung up on me. The next day my sister still had not gotten her flowers so I called again. I was put on hold (15 minutes) and when I finally gave the lady my order number she put me back on hold and hung up on me again. I called back and waited another 15 minutes on hold. Gave my information and was put on hold for yet again for almost 20 minutes to be told they have been delivered, even though they were nowhere to be found at the school.

I should have known better than to use this company again. I used them once a few years ago to send Valentine's Day flowers and the flowers never arrived. I wasn't told until the next day that they didn't and at that point cancelled the order after being on hold with them for over 30 minutes. But, I believe in second chances so I tried them again. I selected a simple bouquet and box of chocolates to be delivered to my boyfriend on his 18 month sobriety date. I placed the order in the early afternoon and selected same day delivery. After over an hour on hold in the late afternoon, I was told they cannot make the same day delivery. They offered me a 40% discount on the order, an upgrade to the flowers and assured me the flowers would be delivered the next day with an apology note from the florist advising it was their fault the flowers were not delivered the day before.
The flowers were delivered the next day, however, there was no upgrade and no apology note. I called again and after being on hold for 30 minutes, was told that they can offer me a full refund and have the florist go pick up the flowers. As if this wasn't embarrassing enough already!!! I refused to allow the florist to pick up the flowers and just asked for them to tell me why there was no apology note included and why there was no upgrade as promised. I was placed on hold for another fifteen minutes and was then told I would receive a full refund with no answer to my question. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is the fact that I am at least to receive a full refund, however, I am skeptical this will happen without yet another follow up call. I will never use this company again and I urge the rest of you to look elsewhere for your floral service. The hassle they put you through is ridiculous.

The reason to order fromyouflowers was that they accept same day delivery. I ordered Premium rose & lily arrangement with birthday vase, 3 Mylar balloons for my daughter's birthday. The delivery commitment was to deliver by 12:00 pm today (within the same day) positively for that they charged additional amount as well. My total order cost was $85.96. Now it's 4:30 pm and my order still not delivered. I am out of United States and sending these flowers to my daughter as my only wish for her 16th birthday which is very special to her. I made two long distance international calls to them one at 1:30 pm. After holding for 8 minutes I got the reply that "florist is on the way and you will get delivery at any time".
But at 3:00 pm I called them again long distance international call, after holding more than 10 minutes I got the reply to wait until 6:00 pm. I got very frustrated and asked the attendant that at 1:30 pm I was promised to deliver within next few minutes and now why you are giving me other three more hours to wait for delivery, I asked her to cancel my order and refund my full money which she refused to do so and asked me to call again at 6:00 pm and she will see what to do with my money if delivery not made by then.
The country I am living now is 10 hours ahead of US. To call them at 6:00 pm means I have to wake up until 3:00am while on the other hand my daughter is waiting for her Father's birthday wish for which she is so eager that she is delaying her birthday dinner just to receive flowers. It's too much frustrating and embracing for me that I could not wish my daughter her 16th birthday wish on time because of this great company. Let's see what would happen at 6:00 pm.

I recently ordered a the Trick or Treat Halloween Candy basket for my boyfriend. Spent 49.99 + 14.99 Sh/H. I will say it was delivered on time but was a huge embarrassment. It in no way resembled anything for halloween. It came in a cheap red Easter Basket, and had the 1.00 store boxed candies (juju bees, starbursts etc in it). No chocolate, nothing Halloween. Was wrapped in cheap clear plastic and tied with string. Funny thing is, the local florist who did this order is a couple doors up from the dollar store. I went there and found all the exact items!!! I could have done this myself for 12.00!! Will never order from them again.

Do Not Use This Company!!! You will not save money, plus they will deliver the most disappointing mess and embarrass you, just call a local florist that has delivery. When you go to the website it seems like such a bargain but you will get something horrific and there are hidden fees they don't add until the end. There will be a $2.99 same day delivery fee and a $15.00 handling fee on top. The only reason I paid it was because I needed same day delivery and I didn't have time to search for a local florist. At this point I don't even believe they have same day service, they just take your money and hope you don't cancel.
I paid for Same Day delivery and for the premium arrangement. I called at 6 pm (15 min hold time) to find out why my flowers were never delivered. I was told they would be delivered the next day. This created a huge problem because I didn't know what time my new grandbaby and daughter-in-law would be getting released from the hospital, so I gave them the address to their apartment and told them leave the flowers at the complex office. I was offer a 15% refund and balloon.
The hospital decided to keep the mother and baby an extra day so we sent someone to get the flowers from the apartment office, no flower were there. I had to call the company again (10 min hold time). I was told the flowers were left on the open wide community porch outside by the apartment door. Now my son is annoyed I keep calling him about these stupid flowers when he is worried about his new baby. We sent someone again to hunt for them. There was no balloon as promised, of course. My son sent me a picture of the flowers I was mortified, it wasn't even close. No professional florist would ever send this out, yet I paid professional arrangement prices plus upgraded to the premium bouquet. Ultimately I send Flowers For You an email and they offered to refund 50% off the product which I'm certain means the published price on the site and not what I paid in full. Never again.

Ordered flowers for an early delivery (paid for that) for a surprise birthday on Saturday. Called and spoke with a person so they will have the request on time. That day the person never receive the flowers on time, of course they delivered the flowers really late when there were not people in the house (they knew because I emphasized that).
Called that morning being every time for almost than 20 minutes, sent emails and they replied later. Last but not least they never deliver the flowers that day and the person who was supposed to get the flowers got an email "in how to take care of the flowers" which ruin not only the surprise because never arrived the day of the celebration. Birthdays are once a year, not the next day or the following so we were expecting to have those flowers to be delivered that day as it was shown on the website and advertisement. Not using this website to send flowers. They need to be more reliable especially in this kind of services. Very dissatisfied experience, not recommending this website to anyone.

My husband and I ordered flowers to be delivered on the same day. We are in Florida and sent the flowers to a family member up in Massachusetts. We received an email stating the flowers would be delivered within four hours. However, shortly after placing the order we received another email confirming the flowers were out for delivery. Shortly after that we received a phone call stating our family member was not home and, due to inclement weather, they didn't want to leave the flowers outside on the doorstep. The man on the line was very polite and helpful. In the end it all worked out. We could not have asked for a more pleasant transaction.

I sent my aunt a bouquet for $29.99 plus two mylar balloons for $10 plus shipping and handling and tax. The bouquet arrived with about 6 or 7 flowers and one balloon. It was so embarrassing. It looked like I was cheap when I spent $50! When you email, you get a gift certificate for $10 for more of their cheap, crappy, sparse bouquets. When you want to get something more addressed, they direct you to call Customer Service. When you do, you're met with a recording trying to sign you up for T-mobile. I will never buy from this place again. They don't know what they're doing.

I received a call from an upset friend Saturday morning. Apparently he had sent me flowers Friday, but I didn't call to say "Thank you." Unfortunately, I had never received them. He called in to find out what had happened and after awhile was told I would receive them today. Well, today has come and gone, and no flowers. This time I called. After being on hold for over 20 minutes someone finally answered and said they couldn't reach the florist.
Frustrated I asked to speak to a supervisor. That person said they would guarantee I would receive my "surprise" flowers the next day. The problem is they won't give you the name of the florist and when I asked about mine, I was told they were in the same ZIP code as where I work. Well, unfortunately, there are NO FLORISTS in the ZIP code of my job. I then asked for her manager and after holding over 40 minutes, she transferred me to another supervisor in another office. This person said she could only upgrade my flowers and resend them with a different florist. At least this supervisor gave me accurate information on where the florist was located. I will make sure no one I know ever uses this service.

I clicked on their link thinking it was for my local florist. I placed an order for a same day delivery of an arrangement. The flowers were never delivered and received a call from them after 6 PM advising they couldn't make the delivery that day. Offered to refund the same day delivery fee plus a $20 gift certificate. I said OK if they could make the delivery the next MORNING.
Shortly after noon, I began trying to call them, checked the order status on their website and it said: first no confirmation from florist, then couldn't find the order. Unable to reach them by phone and left on extended hold. Sent them multiple e-mails without satisfaction. By about 2 PM, sent them a note to cancel the order and refund my credit card. I then went to my local florist and purchased the arrangement directly. No acceptable responses from them. After multiple notices to refund my order, finally got a response after 10 days that they would process the refund. They claimed the order had been delivered even though I finally refused the delivery attempt late afternoon a day late. My florist confirmed they have many problems with fromyouflowers and generally refuse to process the orders.

I have used FromYouFlowers 3 times. The 1st time I sent 3 plants to tn. I split the difference on being satisfied since 1 of the 3 I gave an old address, which they contacted me about right away. Unfortunately 1 of the 3 I realized they didn't deliver & I had to find that out on my own. They never contacted me & when I got a hold of them they then told me they couldn't deliver to the area, which their website said they could. The 2nd time the flowers were delivered as promised & pretty much looked like they did on the website. The 3rd & final time they were supposed to deliver on Tuesday, 10/11. I didn't find out until that Friday, 10/14 that they didn't deliver again on my own. It took 4 emails between Saturday, 10/15 - Monday, 10/17 to have the flowers delivered a week later with no apology to the recipient or a reason why they weren't delivered as promised.
Then what my friend received & what the picture on their website looks like were way different. My friend received more green leaves which were already turning brown then the mainly white flowers on their website that was supposed to be in the clear blue skies bouquet. Never again. Beware. Their follow-up on their orders & communications stink big time.

My daughter ordered flowers from my birthday. My favorite are calla lilies, so that is what she ordered, but I got roses and regular lilies that were not even opened. Then I spent 22 minutes on their phone number waiting for somebody and spoke to Davis who said they could send a new delivery, but not until next Tuesday. Today is Saturday, my birthday. Very fraudulent practice. You pay for one thing and get another one.

I ordered a sympathy bouquet for a friend whose mother died via this company online. Not even an hour later I was told the address I had for my friend was incorrect. I emailed From You Flowers immediately and asked them to change the address so my friend would get the flowers. I got the canned response "Sorry you're order already went out and cannot be changed." Unbelievable. No one even tried to help me. I had to go out of my way to call my friend (whose mother just DIED) to let her know what happened and she assured me that she was friends with the neighbor and was sure they would bring her the flowers. I will never, ever use this company again (I wish I had read the reviews on here prior to my own order) and will be sure to tell friends not to use them either. What a terrible situation I was put in. Just pathetic customer service.

This site is one of the most deceptive sites I have ever used. Like most people you order what the picture shows. This is what I did. Well, I did not get what the picture showed. The picture shows baby's breath mixed in the arrangement. But as pointed out by their representative "if you read the listing of what is included there are no baby's breath." Next, nowhere does it show you that if you order next day you get the flowers in a box and you have to arrange them yourself (Happy Anniversary, now arrange your own flowers). Nowhere does it tell you without a customer representative that you will have to arrange yourself. I was informed that I ordered from the growth collection and that is how they are delivered.
Also since I ordered from this collection that the flowers would come in bud form and then would eventually bloom. Without knowing how to find this information you "DO NOT" get what you are ordering. Like most people you click on the occasion tab, find the correct occasion and select from there. This was for our 24th wedding anniversary. It was to be a beautiful 2 dozen long stem rose arrangement. What she got was a box full of roses that were not bloomed and she had to put together herself. This is all happening at her work in front of her co-workers. How embarrassing that her husband must have been too cheap to pay for the pre-arranged version. I will not no would not recommend this site to anyone out there unless you don't care about the quality or representation of the gift you are giving. Order # **. I seriously have to say wow when it comes to this company. I placed an order for my manager for Boss's Day. After placing my order I decided to google fromyouflowers to read their reviews. Of course the reviews were terrible!!! I immediately called them to cancel my order. I was also told that they are like a website that has contracts with local florists and some of the bad reviews were from florists in a "bad area". I was reassured/guaranteed/promised that all would be ok for my flower arrangement and delivery. I was told that they called the florist and everything would be in order and set for delivery. Am completely embarrassed to say the least that the arrangement that my manager received looked NOTHING like what I selected and paid for! Very disappointed.

I called on Saturday afternoon, Oct 15. 2016 to have flowers delivered to a hospital the next day, Sunday Oct 16. Remind you they had plenty of time to do this and I still was charged a 2.99 guarantee same day delivery before noon. But today is Saturday? Anyway, I called at 1 pm and my ill loved one had not got the flowers. I called customer service at From you flowers and was told they cannot reach the florist. Red flag! The florist that accepts the orders should have a darn cell phone on them for customers sake!
I called 2 more times Sunday and it was way after 6 pm. So much for paying a before noon price. I was told the same thing. Now I'm pissed because when you have a ill loved one waiting on the one thing that can make them feel better, get better, and smile and a company with so many low scores, it just makes you feel so angry. Money and time was wasted. Then they want me to set up another delivery date and address. I told them "no. Give me full refund and I'll pay someone else that cares."

I attempt to use different companies to support new businesses, hence I tried FromYouFlowers.com instead of FTD or 1800 Flowers... Bad move on my part. I choose my arrangement, filled out the billing form and submitted the online order. American Express sent me an email showing that my credit card was just used for an online transaction for $68.15; great credit card monitoring in places... All good. 10 minutes later I miss a call from For You Flowers, so return the call. I am in a waiting queue for approximately 16 minutes listening to elevator music.
Finally a rep. answers and I give her my order number. She puts me on hold for 2 minutes and returns stating she needs to transfer me to someone who can better help me. I tell her I've been on hold approximately 18 minutes and I don't know what the problem is but to just cancel the order. She says she can't cancel the order and abruptly transfers me. I'm transferred to the finance department where the man tells me he needs to confirm information for the order. He needs to know who I'm sending the flowers to, my address and the issuing bank of the credit card. I answer his questions and tell him I have no idea of the issuing bank, from my knowledge American Express isn't associated with a bank.
I ask again what is this about? He says my order was flagged because the name in the closing I signed is the same as on the credit card i.e. "Joe." He asked who I am, I tell him I'm Joe. So, your company processed my credit card i.e. charged my American Express and now are telling me you won't deliver the flowers because I didn't sign the card with the name on my credit card. That is the most ridiculous thing!
I tell him to just cancel the order and he tells me they can't and I will have to wait 24 to 48 hours for the charge to be taken off my credit card. So let me understand: American Express had no issue with the charge, your company charged my credit card and now you have had wasted 20 minutes of my time because I signed the card with love Joe versus with love {the name that appears on the card}. FromYouFlowers.com couldn't give me free flowers to compensate the headache and wasted time and they can't go out of business soon enough for me. I'll stick with FTD or 1800 flowers in the future. Someone should be fired.

I ordered flowers for my elderly mum and paid extra for it to be delivered before lunch. I live in London, so it's always a bit sad that I'm not able to spend her birthday with her. So, her receiving my gifts and flowers on time is really important to me. These guys are a joke. The flowers did not turn up on time and all the numbers provided on their website did not work.
Their email response was interesting and stated the following: "Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, we would need to speak with you directly before we can proceed with any request in regards to your order. If you are unable to contact us directly, the transaction will be voided and the pending authorization will drop off within 24 to 48 hours. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."
I'm not sure if these guys get the principal of online trading - evident in the fact that they felt they needed to speak to me and couldn't simply email me with any issues - knowing that I live on a different continent altogether. My mum lives in the middle of a large town and I had sufficient funds to cover the order, so I honestly cannot imagine what the issue would be. Other deliveries arrived fine. Anyway, I email to ensure that I officially cancel my order so that I don't end up paying for something we have not received. Very bad experience. Will never use again.

My brother died suddenly and unexpectedly on October 5, 2016. I placed an order for $109.00 on behalf of my 87 y/o mother on October 10th. My credit card was billed. I also paid for expedited delivery. On the morning of his funeral, October 12th, our family showed up to the church for services only to find there were no flowers. A call was then placed to "fromyouflowers.com" and after a 15 minute wait, someone finally answered and I was notified "they" could not reach the florist. This was devastating to my mother who was already in a depressed mental state due to the loss of her son. Had I not called "fromyouflowers.com" I would not have known what was going on.
I called again on October 13th and after another 15 minute wait I was finally able to speak with someone. I demanded to speak with a Supervisor. I was then placed on hold for another 10 minutes. When I was connected to Supervisor, Mike **, I was informed the vendor just did not fulfill the order. When I asked who would be held accountable I was told, "We will just place this vendor further down on our list." The supervisor offered to send me a "complimentary" order. WHY??? My brother was buried!! This was horrible and will leave an emotional scar on my family. I felt the need to place my review because I do not want another family to go through the pain my family had to endure on the day of the funeral. DO NOT USE "FROMYOUFLOWERS.COM".

Just horrible horrible service. Didn't get delivered the first day, when product clearly said same day delivery. Said it was because they didn't have enough time to deliver due to high volume of deliveries. Didn't get delivered the second day. Said it was because it's a difficult basket and would get delivered first thing tomorrow. Didn't get delivered the third day. Said they were still having difficulties with the basket.
And then finally after the weekend passed; now being 5 days later. The basket got delivered Monday. Not only was it a basket completely different from what I ordered. It wasn't hand delivered like I was told and it had a fat pineapple In the middle of the basket that was used as a space filler. Which my girlfriend is allergic to and the basket was suppose to be upgraded due to being late. It actually came with less stuff. I can't even began to express how frustrated I am with this company. Got offered a $15 coupon for their site after all was said and done. Also FYI, you'll be sitting on the line with customer service for at least 20mins before someone answers every time you call! ]=

I ordered flowers for next day delivery. Heard nothing from the recipient so I checked the status. Status indicated the flowers were being delivered. Found out the next day, the flowers could not be delivered. It is now a week later and I am finally told the address is too remote and they cannot locate anyone locally that can make the delivery. This company is a scam! I tried calling them and kept going in circles while trying to connect to Customer Service. I hope the word gets out to NOT do business with them. Don't like companies that prey on people's emotions (flowers are tied to emotions). Thanks but no thanks!

Please see the attached photos. One is the stock photo, found on the From You Flowers website. The others are photos of what my friend received. I called the florist first. The owner had an attitude that I did not appreciate. He told me they are permitted to substitute. I understand a flower, but the whole bouquet??! He asked me what I paid. I told him I did not see why that mattered. The fact is, I paid for the bouquet shown and did not get anything close to it. He said, "I answered your questions. Now you answer mine!" So I did.
He explained that what I got was a certain amount of dollars bouquet, and what I didn't understand is that they don't get the entire amount I paid From You Flowers, there are fees attached. I told him I understood that but did not feel it mattered what I paid, regardless of the amount, I ordered what the picture had shown. I told him if he had an issue with what they gave him, that he should take that up with them, but I deserved to receive what I paid for. He told me he never said that, and that I was hearing what I wanted to hear??
This makes me wonder why he cared what I paid, and went on to explain (what I already knew anyway) that he did not get that amount. When I said the photo my friend sent me did not show large sunflowers, he told me he knew they were in there. He told me to check my facts and call back the next year. I did check with my friend. There were 2 small sunflowers sort of hidden among the yellow daisies. The bouquet description said it included sunflowers, pink tulips, red alstroemeria, purple monte casino asters, sunflower, green poms, clear glass vase with raffia.
We did get a clear vase, with a small piece of raffia and 2 very small sunflowers. We got nothing else liked, rather we got yellow daisies, 2 red roses and 2 half dollar sized carnations. Very disappointed. I contacted From You Flowers, they replied that they apologized of course, but did not answer any of my questions, such as "What is the point of looking online and ordering something if they can substitute 4 of the 5 flowers??" They gave a 30% refund. I will never order from From You Flowers again. I recommend anyone thinking of ordering to reconsider! The florist told me this is why I should order at a local florist and not online. So that might be something you want to consider.

I hardly ever order flowers for anyone (once a year, maximum), so whenever I DO, I absolutely expect that the order be correct and successful. And you'd think this kind of company has the same mindset, right? My first order was screwed up because they didn't get the type and number of balloons correct. They offered me a 10% refund. Next year I give it another try, for the same person, same birthday. This time was even worse. They delivered the flowers a DAY EARLY (not on their birthday). To make a long story short, I was accused over the phone of making a mistake on my order, and I had to prove to them via forwarding my order confirmation email that I DID NOT make a mistake. The explanation I got was that there was no available florist to deliver the flowers on a Sunday, so it was expedited to same-day delivery instead (I ordered the day before, on a Saturday morning).
I was only offered a 10% refund, even after telling them that this was the SECOND time they have made a mistake, and that I would never order from them again, AND write a bad review. I am making it a point to tell everyone to never order from this company. I don't know how they're still in business. I mean, the ONE THING they should guarantee is that deliveries are ON TIME and CORRECT, since special occasions are rare and celebratory. It's REALLY SIMPLE.

On Sept 28th we lost our best friend's husband whom was 30 years old to a motorcycle wreck. My husband and I were in Nassau Bahamas so I decided to order flowers via this site. I ordered the LARGE butterfly garden dish at a cost of $66.98 to be delivered on Oct 2nd Sunday which would be the day for visitation. I received a confirmation and later that day I received an email saying the flowers had been delivered on Saturday Oct 1 - a day early. We arrived back to St. Louis on Oct 2 and went straight to the funeral home. We checked all flowers for ours and there was none there with our names. And we checked all types of them thinking they couldn't do the garden dish. I ask the funeral home and they had two people who searched all flowers after I showed them the emails and the arrangement was not there.
While there I called the 800 number and after 23 minutes a phone service answered and told me because it was Sunday they could do nothing but send a message that would be answered on Monday morning. I said the flowers must be delivered by 8:00 am as the closing of the casket ceremony would begin then. Next day, still no flowers were delivered. I called after the funeral and after waiting over 20 minutes I hung up and emailed. I received an email back stating they would send the flowers and give me a $10 gift certificate. To think a young person dies and you order flowers for a funeral and they now want to send them disturbed me.
The purpose is to show love and respect during this funeral. This was not a satisfactory option and they had not even credited my account until I told them to. The moral to the story - even if they email you saying they have delivered flowers - doesn't mean anything. Seems to be a scam when they think you aren't going to be there to check for them.

I wish I had read reviews before I used this company for flowers, so I hope others will heed my advice. I spent over $60 for a bouquet for my brother in law who had just undergone open heart surgery. (Over $20 in handling, etc. fees; that should have been my first clue that something was amiss). Luckily, my sis sent a pic of the bouquet and I was so disappointed. I ordered the mid-priced bouquet. The flowers looked like they had literally been thrown in the vase-clusters of yellow mums that weren't even separated, 4 red carnations, a few small purple daisies, uneven presentation. Looked nothing like the company's photo where the flowers were evenly spaced, lots of red carnations, lush rounded mound of flowers.
I used to work in a floral shop in my younger days, so know how a bouquet SHOULD look like; I think they take us all to be fools! Maybe the quality depends on the local florist, but company should not use local florists that are not proving good quality... Anyhow they offered to make it right, sent the $10.00 gift certificate to use on the next order (there will be NO next order!), but I hung tough and requested a FULL refund, which the latest email said they would honor. I would recommend that you find a reputable local florist and do NOT use this company. It will save you some grief in the end!

I wanted special tulips delivered to my wife. She is having sad times since we lost our teenage son. So I send "just because" tulips. They did not arrive until almost 6 pm, the tulips were already fully bloomed, half of them were ready to die, half of them were falling off the vase. The personalized vase family photo was torn and crooked meaning not aligned properly around the vase. On top of it all, if they had done this project right and accurately the very first time, they would not offer me discounts, re-deliver a set of fresh flowers. I have told them "No, I don't want anything and do not touch my credit card account." They did against my will. This company can go burn in hell and no one should order anything no matter how cheap their rates are. Basically, you get what you pay for. Stay far away from this bastard company, period!!

First of all advertised free delivery, then when I placed the order 3 dollar fee for next day delivery. Then paid for expedited delivery before noon for another 5 dollars and they weren't on time. I paid an extra 10 dollars for premium bouquet. Contacted about late delivery and they said they would refund the expedited fee. But next morning actually saw the delivered arrangement and it was nothing more than a Publix type bouquet on a Dollar Store vase. Putrid little arrangement for 50 dollars. After several email conversations they gave me a whopping 15 dollar gift card toward another purchase. There is no way I would order from them again even with their gift card. Horrible, cheap, phoney arrangement. Sneaky tactics for add-on costs. My advice, steer clear, don't bother. Go to grocery store yourself, as that's what it looked like they did. Thumbs down all the way.

All I wanted was for my sister, who just had a double mastectomy, was to wake up from surgery to some colorful flowers in her hospital room. I paid extra for next day delivery but after 3 days, still no flowers. When calling fromyouflowers.com to inquire about this problem, I had to wait on hold for 25 minutes each time I called. They offered me a $2.99 credit and a $10 gift card to use on my next order then didn't even give it to me. I had to demand a complete refund and then was told it could take a few days to process so I haven't really received it yet. After demanding the refund, then they sent the $10 off coupon to my email. I responded to them I didn't want the coupon and to issue me a complete refund. I will never order anything through this company again. Poor business ethics, poor customer service. I should have read the reviews on this company first. My bad... Pretty sad!

I ordered funeral flowers from this site. There were options that would not be available for next day delivery so I chose from the options that were available for next day. Well, next day I received a phone call from a very insensitive CSR saying my flowers were not able to be delivered but they would try to get them delivered the next day. I told the CSR the funeral service was at 11 am the next day and she assured me that they would be there. It did not happen. They were delivered after the service was over and they had left the funeral home. I complained and did get a refund.
I decided to give them another try by ordering a birthday basket for my daughter in law. Again I chose from the options available and the basket never made it. It has been 3 days and it has not been delivered. I sent an email saying that I was expecting a refund since nothing has been delivered yet. They sent me a reply asking to call them so we could satisfactorily resolve the issue. I just want my money back and will NEVER use this site again...NOT EVER. Don't waste your time.

I ordered anniversary flowers a MONTH IN ADVANCE!! You know, flowers on an anniversary is kind of a BIG DEAL as to be delivered on the specific DATE requested. It was such a hassle and upset when you have to play a 2 hour long game of phone tag just for them to tell you they are "too far away" to deliver too, after a change in the address because they couldn't find the first address the first time... If zero stars were a choice, that's what this company would get. For a bereaved family, I sent a gift basket that was guaranteed to arrive by noon. I spoke to three company representatives, beginning at 1:30 PM, and was assured that the delivery would take place very soon. At 5 PM, I cancelled the order, because it is now useless, as the people are leaving for the wake and will be at the funeral tomorrow.

I ordered flowers to be delivered for a special birthday on October 2, 2016. I paid extra for larger bouquet, weekend, delivery, and handling fee. As of 5:30 pm on October 2, 2016 the flowers were not delivered or attempted. I called fromyouflowers.com, was on hold for over 39 minutes. Finally spoke to a representative, then held for another 21 minutes for a supervisor. The supervisor promised the flowers to the home by 9 am October 3, 2016. She then called the person that was to receive the flowers and said they would arrive this morning at 9 am. Well it is now October 3, 2016 4:14 pm eastern time. I have called 5 times, on hold for close to 3 hours total and still NO FLOWERS!!!

I am literally on hold as I am typing this and just got an answer back that it should be there by noon today??!! Why? I've asked several times to speak to a supervisor or even get in contact with the florist and one of the many reps I've spoken to told me, "Um No." No sympathy just like I was a number not a customer. These were going to a little girl who just went through BRAIN SURGERY!! Initially I was told fromyouflowers.com did not have the product I wanted in stock. I agreed on a substitute item that their customer service rep chose and ASSURED ME WAS IN STOCK AND WOULD BE DELIVERED TODAY. This evening I discovered they did not have the item they chose for me and guaranteed would be delivered. To make matters worse, they never called to tell me. I ordered a very special arrangement to be delivered to my daughter at work for her wedding anniversary, what a huge mistake! We recently lost my 37 year old son in law to sepsis and this was her 1st anniversary without him so I really wanted to do something special for her. I spent an hour going thru the different arrangements that I could choose from and lo and behold I found a really pretty one that had the exact orchids from their wedding, I even called to speak with a rep to say no substitutions were to be made, if the orchids aren't available call me 1st.
I talked to a young woman who assured me that she had put the notes in, they were to be delivered the next day and I paid extra for an am delivery and they did do that. My daughter called and said they were nice and of course she was crying so I didn't want to push it by asking a million questions. Well today I saw what they sent and guess what, NO PURPLE ORCHIDS!!! White, bigger ones with a small purple center which is not what the order was for.
Reading other reviews this company should be put out of business for screwing up special occasions for all of us! I do realize that different flowers are available at different times of the year but 9/22 is the same year after year and when you put in specials notes about no changes a caring company would pay attention. Now I have to go thru the hassle of disputing the charge on my credit card.

Ordered from this company. They promised same day delivery, guaranteed. Order placed at 8:15 am, confirmation given by email. Did not have order by 5 pm, and nobody attempted to contact me. Held on the line for over 20 minutes to talk to someone, nothing. Started firing off emails that they claim to respond to within an hour, no response. Finally got an email the next day offering to deliver on a future day, and give me a $10 coupon off a future purchase. Not going to happen. Bait and switch website followed by extremely poor customer service. I'm guessing it's going to be a chore to get refunded as well. Should have just called a local flower shop.

I ordered the flowers on 9/25/2016 for the following day 9/26/2016 - waited all day and finally text her because she was getting ready to leave work and she did not get flowers. Called the phone number they told me they were delivered. Called my daughter, she said she did not receive any flowers. Called the phone number back and they then could not get in touch with the florist because they were closed. They claimed they were going to get to the bottom. Well I called 9/27/2016 and they still did not know anything.
My daughter finally send me a pic that flowers were delivered on 9/27/2016. Someone finally called me back to tell me the flower shop could not get a hold of the driver. I told them I want a refund and she told me they will come pick up the flowers - I said "Go right ahead. They will be at her front desk." # 1 did not really want them for free but after your mistake for $50.00 flowers you are going to come back and get them. Wow! This has been the most terrible customer service ever!! I ordered for same day delivery at 11 am. They took the money out right away without a problem. By 5 pm I had no confirmation, sent 2 emails with no reply. I called customer service 3 times with a wait time of at least 20 minutes every time. Was told since my delivery wasn't delivered that day I would receive a free upgrade on my bouquet and a $15 gift card, which were never even input into the computer!!! The 2nd time I called the customer service rep told me that my local florist wasn't able to be contacted but to "just wait it out." Finally at 7 pm I called to cancel the order, was not allowed to talk to a supervisor, and was told it would take at least 5 days to be refunded. Do not waste your time or money with fromyouflowers!!

I ordered these flowers a month ago from fromyouflowers. After seeing the terrible reviews I thought I'd leave my thoughts on this. They arrived on time (with email confirmation), as described, with the balloon. It is my mom's 70th birthday so I wanted them extra special and bought the upgraded Flowers. This is where I'd say they were exactly like the image shown; however, it was close just not perfect. Nothing is perfect and I'm grateful they were not horrible looking.
Next time I will not waste my money on the upgrade. I don't see a big difference as the website claims "they will look more like the picture shown." Not really but my mom loved them and that's what really matters! Just know the flowers come from the local shops (not specifically fromyouflowers) so watch what you order during certain seasons. It being fall right now, it probably wasn't going to be the best arrangement ordering spring flowers. Sooo, will I use them again? YES. Will I upgrade? No. I don't think upgrading makes a difference.

I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday at 9 am and paid extra for the guarantee that they be delivered within 4 hours. They weren't delivered by 1 pm and still weren't delivered by 5 pm when my friend got off work. I sent three different emails and they didn't respond within 1 hour as promised on their website. I also spent 20 minutes on hold in between classes but couldn't reach anyone. Finally I sent an email asking for a refund in accordance with their 100% satisfaction guarantee. I finally heard back from them at about 9 pm. They apologized for the problem and immediately issued a refund to my PayPal account (which is how I paid).
The next afternoon, the flowers were actually delivered, and they were beautiful, even though they didn't come on her actual birthday. I know that this company has been getting a lot of negative reviews lately but I really think they're trying to improve their reputation and make things right for the customer. I still think they're not able to honor their 4-hour guarantee so you probably shouldn't pay extra for that. But they do have very competitive prices, so if the time frame isn't as important, this could be a good choice for you.

I had ordered for flowers with a card on 16th September, 2016. I had ordered one of the famous Mother's day special, regular size which had pink oriental lilies and other roses. The order was delivered the same day but without the lilies. The main purpose of ordering the lilies was because my mother-in-law loves it and this bouquet was for her special 70th birthday. I do understand that some flowers are available only at a particular season, but the final bouquet that was sent hardly looked like it was substituted with other flowers and was surely not worth $90. If certain flowers are not available, it should be mentioned in the website. Having a website for order means that it has to be up to date. I would be happy if they refund at least half the amount.

The company misrepresents what they are selling. I purchased a Premium Fruit Basket costing $76.73. The company they assigned the purchase to delivered cookie, spiced snacks, brie cheese and crackers. Definitely not what I ordered and not worth $76.73. When I called the company and told them they made contact with the company they assigned the order with they stated there was some fruit in the bottom of the basket and they filled the rest of the basket with items to make it worth the cost. If I wanted cookies, cheese and crackers I would have ordered a basket with those contents. I wanted a fruit basket!

It was past the time deadline so it was pushed to the next day where again no delivery was made and I was promised 20% off every time I call which totals to 40% off, and I still did not receive flowers nor discount. But I did receive a email stating that the flowers were delivered which wasn't the case after talking to the company. And they have such a bad communication with florist that it was almost Impossible to get them on the phone to see what's the hold up.They are ripping people off. I ordered flowers this morning for my fiance birthday. I used the PayPal option because I have a credit on PayPal for appox $70.00 that I haven't used. Went thru the steps for the order and also showed $58.42 being deducted from my PayPal account. I double checked the PayPal activity and it had no activity or deductions. I tried to call the fromyouflowers.com number 855.373.7383, pressed option 2 for orders in process. Waited on the line for 93 mins before my cell phone died. I called back and stayed on the line for 47 mins from my office line. Spoke to customer service which was professional and honest. Ordered did not go thru. I ask if I ordered now would they be delivered? He said fromyouflowers.com couldn't guarantee delivery since it so late now. Your website needs help and your phone lines really need help. I am out of state working and cannot deliver them myself. Now she will not get flowers thanks to fromyouflowers.com.

I ordered flowers because I was going to be out of town on my wife's B'Day. They collected my money without a problem. On the day of delivery I was on a flight and they called my wife stating that the delivery guy wouldn't make the delivery because he couldn't read the address (they confirmed during set up). If you ask me he/she was late and opted not to deliver. My wife had to pick up her own flowers at the location after she was called which ruined the surprise!!! To add injury to insult, they provided us some half dead flowers without an apology of their shortcomings. I decided to follow up on this company only to find that they have a horrible reputation for this type of action and lack of quality in their products.
I didn't want to put my information (required to write a review warning others) because I don't want them sending me anything. The customer service and quality is horrible which aligns with their reputation with many customers. I should have done more research on flower delivery, but it's not like I'm purchasing a house or something... Very disappointed and I didn't get what I paid for.

I placed an order for a fruit gift basket for the ladies that recently helped with the refinancing of my home. I also paid extra for Express Guaranteed Delivery. Total charge ended up being $68.00. I placed this order on September 14 and it has yet to be delivered over 72 hours later. From You Flowers has a section on their website to track your order, stating a 1 hour answer. I have filled out that form twice to no avail. I have called their Customer Service phone number half a dozen times only to wait on hold for over 30 minutes and yet to talk to anyone.
I have emailed their Customer Service email with no return correspondence. Email address for Customer Service is "WeCare@FromYouFlowers.com". Exactly opposite what it should be. I had paid for my order with American Express and I am trying to have them refund the charge but not having much success. I'm afraid I have just thrown away $68. If anyone has suggestions on how to contact these people to have my money refunded please advise. Readers, please do not use this company.

Not only there was no email or any indication that it won't be delivered, but fromyouflowers has charged my credit card, not answering the phone (continuous voicemail, and not responding to the past three emails - This is my fourth since yesterday). Website says one hour to reply. My only question is when you know you can't deliver, why do you take the order and ruin the moment.

I ordered a flower and gift arrangement totaling $93 for my wife's birthday to be same day delivered to the hospital she works at. I was notified while placing the order online that same day delivery requires 4hrs advance notice. I placed my order 6 hours in advance. I received a call 35 minutes before the scheduled delivery time and notified by fromyouflowers that they could not complete the delivery.
The representative told me they would deliver the flowers the next day with 40% off my order. I explained that birthday flowers and gifts through a delivery service are pointless if they are not delivered to the recipient on their birthday, and that I wanted a full refund. The representative then tried to tell me they could not refund me in full. I told them I demand a full refund because I have not received the services or products I purchased. She said I would be getting a full refund. It's been 5 days and nothing.
I called their customer service line 30 minutes before starting this review and I am still CURRENTLY on hold as I am writing it. So, as of this sentence, it's been 45 minutes. Despicable! This isn't a customer service number, it's a customer deflection number. Thanks for the crappy music and the horrible homemade phone messages. Oh God, they just answered. I am on the phone with them now. Welp, placed on hold so they can better assist me. 10 more minutes on hold. I wonder if I can hit the 50,000 characters before they come back. She's back... finally. Okay, now they removed the charge from the system. That was lot of work, should I send them an invoice and bill them for my time? Anyhow, calling the bank now to block them from charging me. This online florist should be avoided at all cost. They promise the earth and fail delivery on the basics of customer service. The contact telephone number appears to be a scam as you are placed on hold for up to 25 mins whilst you 'ARE IMPORTANT'... I dread to think how long an unimportant caller has to wait... I have bought flowers online for deliveries to friends and family all over the world and this company has to be the least capable of handling the basics. The email response time of one hour is also a joke as is the online tracking of orders which conveniently they divert blame to the delivery agent who has not updated the system... NOT ONE TO BE TRUSTED OR VISITED EVER!!!

I ordered flowers for a work friend that was going to have a rough day. I ordered my flowers a day in advance, even though the site claims same day delivery. I checked the box that said deliver before 12 PM since the office is only open until 5 PM and emailed back and forth with the people 3 times before someone confirmed that they would make a note on the order to deliver after 8 AM. When it hit about 3 PM and the flowers had STILL not been delivered, I called their so-called customer service number.
After waiting on hold for over 30 minutes, I finally got on the line with someone. She claimed they had called me but got no answer, which is crazy since I checked my phone and had no missed calls or voicemails. Apparently, the flowers I ordered online, that they said I could purchase and that were available, were not sold anywhere in my area. I then asked for a refund of my money. The woman placed me on hold for another 10 minutes. When she returned she said she has to first offer their apologies. I paused for about 30 seconds and said, "Okay, I just want a full refund."
She asked me my address so they could send me more flowers. I said, "No, I don't want more flowers. The person I ordered them from lives far from me. They would do no good. I want a full refund." She tells me how sorry they are and again tries to offer me replacements. I tell her 'no' and that I want the refund AGAIN. Finally she said that they will refund the full amount and send me a coupon like I will ever use this company again. Thanks for the awful service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BACK DOWN WHEN TRYING TO GET YOUR REFUND. They will try to persuade you into taking other flowers. Don't do it. According to everyone else they will not be what you ordered anyway. I ordered flowers for my girlfriend's birthday 10 days before her birthday. Flowers, not a huge deal. The site originally said $30. That was too good to be true. After a service fee for $15 and another $5 fee which guaranteed that the flowers would arrive before noon on her birthday, I racked up a $50 bill. Whatever. Pay it, and wait for my girlfriend to get her flowers. Her birthday comes by, and it's not delivered by 11:30. I'm getting pretty antsy, call them from work and get put on hold for 20 minutes. Someone picks up and puts me back on hold, wait another 10 minutes at work. She says she couldn't get a hold of the florist and that they're probably en route. Well my girlfriend won't be there past noon, that's why I paid extra for it to be delivered AT THE TIME I ASKED FOR. She says they will send the flowers tomorrow.
Well, happy birthday flowers don't mean so much the day after a birthday. How can this big of a company have this incredibly poor service? So then the call drops. Honestly, don't use this company. Please, no matter what you do, he'll call me and I have a better chance of delivering your flowers. Just don't let this company continue. They deserve to crash and burn.

First they waited 48 hours to contact me. They couldn't make nor deliver my flowers for a funeral, only to deliver them 2 days later after the funeral. Then I waited on hold for 20 minutes to talk to someone to be told they would refund my money then to have to call back, only to have to call back and them tell me even though they were delivered two day late and they didn't look like anything like I ordered I can't get a refund unless they go to repo the pathetic flowers that they did deliver. Tiffany the woman I spoke with twice has terrible customer service, on top of the company being a ripoff.

For my daughter’s birthday, I ordered flowers from what I thought was a local florist, but I was wrong, so that part is my fault. I paid an extra $14.99 for guaranteed delivery before 12 noon since she was going to be going to work. They weren't delivered until 5:30 and came from a town 45 minutes away. I requested a refund on the $14.99 which they refused. They instead offered me a refund of $4.99 which means they told away the $10.00 online order discount. This is not a good company to do business with. Just look up the phone number of a local florist and call them direct. Then you might get good customer service.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to the hospital and paid extra for guaranteed delivery which was stated to be delivered before 12 noon. It is now 3 pm and NO FLOWERS!!! I have tried tracking my order and NOTHING on the website. I have placed SEVERAL CALLS to this supposed number and hear the same recording over and over. After being on hold for over 10 minutes each time, I hung up. I sent e-mails and NO RESPONSE FOR HOURS despite the e-mail message stating they would respond to me within one hour. Placed my order on Monday for funeral to be delivered at the funeral home on Wednesday. They called me on Saturday (after the funeral) to tell me the flowers did not get delivered but could deliver them this week. If there was a no star rate your experience I would have selected that. Buy flowers elsewhere! I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this company. I live in Phoenix AZ, nowhere on the site did it let me know that my flowers would be riding in the back of a truck that's probably 150° for half the day IN A BOX!! I thought I had paid for a fresh flower arrangement! I got them trimmed and into water ASAP, but this morning, more than half are bent over at the head, and the outer petals on all of them are already dried! I'll be lucky to get 2 days out of them. For what I paid, shameful!!

They sent my mother dead flowers and made her cry. Truly horrible ordering interface on the website was just the beginning. A birthday delivery, with date confirmed when placing my order and obviously time-sensitive, was a full day late in arriving. Order two dozen roses and a bear from this people for $103.96 and never got delivered. Then they won't stand up for their mistakes and when you call customer service the woman hangs up on you then you call back and they have an attitude with you. They ruin my anniversary and then the manager is gonna tell me that she has no control over the people. Will never do business again with them.

I have used many other flower delivery services in the past and decided to try this service in early August. This is the only service that did not deliver my flowers to my intended recipient. I notified the customer service department and they indicated that the local flower company had talked to the recipient and that they signed off on the delivery of the flowers. My friend never received a phone call nor did she sign off on anything.
I talked to several people in the customer service department in person and via email and asked them to send proof of her signature and they failed to submit this. They then indicated that another flower arrangement would be sent and I thanked them, but this arrangement never arrived either (I had confirmed several times that they had the correct address and phone number as well). I notified them that this arrangement never arrived and they indicated that I would receive a refund - they only refunded me $8.95 on a $65 order. I promptly ordered from another flower delivery service and my friend received her flowers the next day without a problem. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE ORDER FLOWERS FROM "FROM YOU FLOWERS".

I had ordered the plant, chocolate & card from India to be delivered in Austin. The plant was delivered (not that great to look at), but rest of the things were missing. Moreover there is no apology for missing stuff. They don't take complaint from mail & expect to do more running around to raise this complaint. I would not suggest this to anyone.

On Friday August 19, 2016 I ordered a sympathy plant for same day delivery. However, the plant that my friends received looks completely different from the one I ordered. I called on the same day and was asked to email them a picture of the plant that was delivered. Later on, I received an email from the company stating "All items are subject to slight substitution according to local availability and season as stated in the product's delivery information on our website." This allows the florist to substitute with a similar container, flowers, color scheme or plant to ensure delivery is made in a timely manner.
"We sincerely apologize for your disappointment. I understand that the florist can substitute some things to make delivery on timely manner." However, in my case the arrangements is completely different, the basket is completely different and the size is different. I'm very disappointed and apology is not accepted. The first picture is what I ordered and the second picture is what was delivered. Definitely WRONG PRODUCT.

I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to a funeral on Friday Aug 12. They were not delivered. When I reviewed the order online, I saw that the delivery date was down as Friday Aug 19. Granted, it could have been my mistake, but I really don't think so. So I sent an email to the vendor requesting information, and got no response even though a response is promised within one hour. I just sent a second email and am waiting to see if this one will be answered. I also called the number given on the website, and was on hold for so long that I had to hang up....not to mention the extremely annoying, oft-repeated message by someone who sounds like a wanna-be DJ. This vendor is just awful, and I'll never use them again.

I ordered a special birthday gift to my wife for a same day delivery. I ordered at 8am in the morning. At 4:45pm I called the company to try and find out why it was not delivered. The response I got was just down right rude. "We are so sorry, but we have no one in that area that delivers for us," and "Your delivery will not be able to be there today." Then she goes on to say that "But we can deliver it tomorrow with an apology for being late"... Well who the heck is going to deliver it? To spend the whole day expecting a surprised and excited wife to call and thank me... and then find out that I ordered from a absolutely incompetent and horrible company... just was a major let down. The recipient person has to leave and never received the present. I called an I request full refund but I can't do anything because the birthday is ending. I have been home sick for several days and was unable to leave my house to pick up some flowers for my wife on our anniversary. I placed the order with a guaranteed delivery of 130 pm. At 3 I sent an email request and never heard back. At 5, I called. They said the florist couldn't make the requested time so the cancelled the order for Today and we're going to reschedule for the next day. I requested a cancellation which the person said they needed special approval for. 20 minutes I hold. Later, I was refunded. Today. I'm still sick. And my wife never got the flowers.

I used fromyouflowers for the first time. I should have read the reviews and would have seen that my experience wasn't that different from many others. I ordered flowers for my granddaughter who was graduating pre-school. I received a call around 5 pm that they couldn't get a local florist to do the arrangement. They offered to deliver it the next day and upgrade me to the next size. I said ok but wasn't really satisfied. Then I went back to the website and it said the flowers were guaranteed for delivery. I called to ask what the guarantee actually was and the customer service rep didn't have an answer. Finally after being put on hold a couple of times I was finally told that I would get refunded in 1-3 days. I am glad I got my money back but feel very sad I didn't have a surprise for my granddaughter on this special night.

My daughter ordered flowers for my birthday and I was also home recuperating from surgery. They were supposed to be delivered yesterday. After several calls wondering where the flowers were, we were told that they would be here by 6. Never happened. Then they said they would be here Sunday before 6 PM. Never happened. First of all, you will be on hold FOREVER before you can actually talk to someone. They will screw up the order in every way possible, and then when you cancel, they charge you and deliver the flowers that they said they couldn't deliver in the first place, and then not respond to emails asking for a refund. I ordered two arrangements to be sent to friend's house because his mother passed away. It was to be delivered August 6. Only one was delivered supposedly! I called to get a refund. They tell me that they haven't had from the florist and it will take 1-3 days to get a refund. If the flowers are delivered in that time while I am waiting for my refund and they see you have a refund the florist will go back to your friend's houses to pick up the arrangement! What! I told them "You have no record of it being delivered on Saturday. You only have one record of one arrangement not two being delivered on Saturday. So why would you put poor customer service on a family that is going through a difficult time?"
If the flowers were not recorded as being delivered on Saturday that is their mistake not mine. OH AND THE COMPANY'S GUARANTEE IS 100% satisfaction and for any reason you're not satisfied they will refund or make another flower arrangement...but they forgot to tell you they will make your life and people involved miserable! I ordered flowers for my sister in law. It was for next day delivery. I contacted company, due to it being 5:30 p.m and still no delivery. When I spoke to the customer service rep, she was extremely rude and stated they didn't have a florist in charlotte, nc and that there was a note in the system to contact me. I stated, "It's 5:30 p.m. I had to contact you." And now it's too late for me to make any other arrangements for delivery. I received no apology, all the representative stated "we should have called you." Wow I'm so frustrated with the horrible service. This place is awful!! Do not go there! We ordered flower for a co-worker's funeral. Their website comes up saying they do same day delivery. The item I ordered said same day delivery, and the person I talked to said they could do it. They called me 1 1/2 hour before the funeral and said they didn't have time to do it. Really! You can't get that done with another 1.5 hrs left! No integrity, no customer service! All they had to do was say they couldn't do it and I could have gotten another business but now there are no flower at the funeral.

I wish I would've looked at the numerous complaints about this company before I placed my order. Lesson learned and now I will be researching every company from here on out. I ordered same day delivery to my sister in the hospital. They were not delivered. The next morning I called and was on hold for 15 minutes and finally got someone on the line and I was put on hold again or so I thought but I was hung up on.
Called back waited another 15 minutes and was told my order was going to be priority. Priority to them meant 1:30 pm. This whole time I was never notified by email or phone and they had my information to do so. I have never experienced such horrible service or customer service. I could've bought something at the grocery store way better and from here on out that's what I am going to do. Please don't fall victim like all the rest of us.

Called to order arrangement to send some cheer to a friend whose family member had died. Saw it was the cheapest place and close to her residence. I was promised the flowers would be delivered that day and part of it was that is to say she got the card that was supposed to be with the flowers but not the flowers themselves. Five days and many phone discussions later I finally got them to raise my refund from 15% to 100%, the only way this happened was I having to threaten to charge them with fraud. Best part of the experience was when I received an email saying they promised to deliver the flowers a week later without any charge but there was still no delivery and they decided to recharge me anyway. PLEASE, don't ever use fromyouflowers.com. I purchased a fruit basket to send to my friend. The basket received by my friend is not the same basket showed on picture at all. I can't imagine that a company can provide a service like that. 5 apples, 3 bananas, 1 kiwi, $2 plant and a bill of $75. I ordered 5 balloons and they only include 1. Probably they think that their provide a service of excellence to deny the refund of my money. Terrible experience.

I think I mistook this company for another and placed an order without reading the reviews. The arrangement my niece received was sad and pathetic and looked nothing like what I ordered. The arrangement I ordered included roses and lilies but the arrangement that was delivered included none. It was also delivered a day late. I am now in the process of trying to get a refund. Please see my pics for what was ordered and what was received. My sweet niece has been through a lot and deserves the best. Someone could care less. :(

Flowers that were received were nothing like what I ordered. I upgraded to deluxe and for the fuller bouquet and it got filled with green fillers not additional flowers. The flowers that I did get looked depleted and sagging. I was embarrassed with the arrangement that got sent to my girlfriend for her birthday. I paid a lot of money for something I could have picked up at my local grocery store for a fraction of the price and it would have looked a lot better. Lesson learned. I definitely DO NOT recommend this company.

I used their website to order an arrangement of flowers for $35.99. They have a button for "Pay with PayPal". When I used PayPal, the price changed to $53.99. They added $20 without telling me. If you try to order flowers with a credit card, you cannot find out about their shipping charges until AFTER you have entered all of your personal and payment information. There should be a law against this kind of shady and misleading practice. Please someone investigate this deplorable retailer.

I ordered sympathy flowers, paid extra for them to be delivered. I requested that the flowers be delivered between the hours of 1:00 p.m and 4:00 p.m, the flowers were attempted to be delivered at 11:00 a.m.. I contacted Fromyouflowers and was told that they would redelivery the flower. The flowers were delivered after business hours and 1 hour and half later. This is a unprofessional, unorganized and not considerate of customer's time, money spent, and professionalism. I will not do business with this company again. Horrible experience.

I order my husband a gift monthly and thought I would try this new service. I regret my decision. I would not recommend using this company. I wanted to send flowers to my daughter who was leaving town on Saturday so I paid an "expedite" fee to ensure they were delivered by Friday morning. I asked her on Saturday how she liked her flowers and she responded, "What flowers?" I went back into the FromYouFlowers website to track it and there had supposedly been severe weather on both Thursday and Friday that held them up their delivery. I was never notified and their intent became delivery the next business day--Monday. She was no longer there to receive them!
There was no communication with me or rectification outside of refunding only my expedite fee and a half-hearted offer of a $15 certificate toward my next order (which there will never be). I was told I should call UPS and see if I can re-route the flowers, and the UPS fee was cost-prohibitive, and the flowers weren't going to be worth much by the time they got finally shipped. It was a significant amount of money for absolutely nothing, and no refund. I encourage you to take your business elsewhere.

I purchased flowers to send to my son and daughter-in-law for their anniversary on 7/23. I received an e-mail saying the flowers had been delivered so I called them to see what their plans were for the day and was astounded to find no flowers had been delivered. I phoned the company 7/23 and after a quick check was told the delivering shop was closed but they would check it out in the morning and call me. No call so I called them again 7/24. Now I was told they would deliver tomorrow 7/25. I told the representative they should deliver them for free and she offered me an upgrade. I told her to keep her upgrade, keep her flowers and credit my account. I will never use this company again and I would recommend to you to use another source for your flower purchases.

I ordered flowers for a funeral for a friend's grandmother's funeral. I paid the extra fee to have the flowers delivered in time for the funeral. Needless to say the flowers were never delivered. A fews after the funeral I asked my friend about the flowers she said she never received the flowers. I called "From you Flowers" and was told that the flowers were delivered at 5:25 pm. I who they were delivered to because the family and the mortuary are both saying they never received the flowers. I was told they would get me a copy of who signed for the flowers and that I should have that within a couple hours. A week goes by I call again and again was told that the flowers were delivered. Again I explained that the flowers were not delivered, they have had a week to get me the signature and haven't and that I want a refund. They refused to give me a refund and said again that they would get me the signed acceptance within a few hours.
I was very unhappy with this and told them several times I want a refund if not I will dispute the charges on my credit card. They refused the refund and said they would get me the card by end of day. Friday goes by nothing, Saturday goes by nothing, finally Sunday comes and I get an email stating how sorry they were that the flowers were not delivered. Not only did the flowers not get delivered, I was lied to twice that the flowers were delivered and had to demand the refund. This company would have gladly kept my $130.00's and lied about if I had not kept pushing them. By the way I still haven't seen the refund on my credit card. I will give that a couple more days also, then there will be more conversations. Don't ever do business with this company. By the way, I would give it 0 stars but I am forced to give it at least one.

I ordered a dozen roses for my Grandma for her birthday along with ordering a customized vase that placed a picture of your choice. I chose to put a picture of me & my brothers for her since we don't get to see her much. When she received the flowers & vase I was so excited cause I knew she would love the vase with our picture on it. So of course I asked her to send me a picture. I was immediately upset when I seen the picture she sent me because the vase was nothing like what I ordered. It was just a regular clear vase and a printed picture of me & my brothers.
I called the company right away and tell them that's not what I ordered. They apologize and tell me they are sorry that I am confused that my grandma is supposed to put the picture inside the vase and then put the flowers and water in. I told them no that's not what I paid for that they are very specific on the website & talk about how amazing this would be as a gift & even gives you a preview of how it's going to look. Not only that, but this vase is not a clear vase like a fish bowl clear. It was thick and had thick clear designs so even with their "bright idea" you still wouldn't be able to see the picture. Then for them to tell me "sorry you're confused", ugh no I'm not confused. I know what I ordered!!!
Why would I pay EXTRA money to them to basically print a picture out to get ruined inside the vase with water anyways? The fact that they are selling items claiming that's how they look that to send something completely different is just insane!!! It makes no sense whatsoever and still instead of realizing how ridiculous their excuse is as to why my item looks nothing like I ordered, they kept telling me we apologize but all they can do is offer me a $10 discount next time I shop with them!!! Never again will I shop through them & I will let everyone I know not to shop there as well. I still can't wrap my head around this. We ordered a teddy bear and a birthday balloon for our 6 year old granddaughter several states away. Her birthday fell on a Sunday so I asked to have it delivered on Saturday. They assured me it wouldn't be a problem. I called to make sure prior to the online order. No delivery on Saturday. Nothing on her birthday, July 17, 2016. So that evening I called customer service and they told me they didn't know what happened but they would refund the weekend delivery charge and upgrade the delivery which doesn't mean anything to a little girl that thinks her Grandma and Papa forgot her birthday. I thought about just cancelling it then and transferring money and sending my son out to get something special for her but they assured me it would be delivered in the morning.
At 11 am Texas time Monday morning I called fromyouflowers.com after confirming with my son that the delivery had not yet arrived. The representative I spoke with put me on hold after listening to my concerns about my Saturday delivery not being delivered as promised. Again first thing Monday morning, she then came back on and said that she is going with a new florist in the area because the original florist never responded. I asked “What is the time frame?” She assured me that they were working on it right then. I said “When will it be delivered?” She said they have until 6 pm. I said “On Saturday they did!”
Now she gives me 50% off the arrangement. I asked for the mysterious $14.99 fee back that shows up right when you are all finished checking out, writing the card, etc. She said they can take that fee off but they can take 50% off the arrangement? And we wonder why florists are not delivering or are delivering substandard goods...
They sent me a $10 certificate, yeah. No, I am not using you ever again even if you do ever get this bear and balloon to our granddaughter. But I was so desperate at this point. I mean they were working on the teddy bear arrangement. She had just spoken to them personally. I said send it, by 6 pm tonight. Then I went to the website and signed up for an email delivery status and of course about 5:45 pm Texas time I received an email that said that my granddaughter isn't going to get her birthday gift again today. Then they did call and leave a generic voicemail to call them which I did.
They made all the same offers. “We will call and apologize to her personally”, upgrade from my first upgrade which I asked now, what is this upgrade? To which was replied a bigger bear. I said I was already supposed to get an upgrade on the bear. “How big is the bear?” Her reply ~ 10". I thought $50 was a little much for one mylar balloon and a less than 10" bear that was MIA... I was a little shocked at that and she couldn't tell me the size of my original bear. Strange to say the least and it has disappeared from their webpage as offered in the package bought which is as pictured. And of course they offered a discount on a future purchase. She did offer to upgrade to add chocolates to the order to which I said thank you but no, that was enough. I almost felt bad for her but at that point I realized I had been dealing with several different customer service professionals who dodge bullets on a daily basis for this company.
First of all you have to have a product to upgrade. I didn't. Second, discounts are only useful on products you will use. They burned that bridge. Third, apologies don't mean much from a stranger on a phone to a six year old. SAVE YOURSELF A HUGE HEADACHE AND STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. It seems like it's a numbers game to them. When I asked for the names of the two florists they had contacted in the Kyle Texas area I was told that for privacy reasons they could not divulge that information. She said she certainly wished she could tell me. I blame myself for this as much as I blame them. I should have done my research and if that hadn't stopped me from ordering in the first place I should have stopped the madness after the second phone call. Happy Birthday Jackie! Daddy and Mommy helped Grandma and Papa get this mess cleaned up... Praying for a full refund!

Spent lots extra for expedited delivery that did not happen. Had to follow up on both orders - 1 arrived day late, other order never arrived so just sent them a complaint now. When the first order didn't arrive on time they said they upgraded my rose order - um no. I ordered 18 pink roses, they delivered 12 pink roses - so much for the upgrade! I asked my daughter in law about the 2nd bouquet - what 2nd bouquet?? Looked online - no confirmation from their florist - whoever their florist in Minot, ND is - they are not doing a good job. We are 0 for 2. 1 order we got cheated out of 6 flowers and paid for fast delivery that never happened. Order #2 still not filled, and my daughter in law is out of the hospital so - so much for the thought that counts! So frustrated - the website looks so good, thought they were a professional company. I contacted customer service, he kindly told me it's still early and may show up anytime soon. I told him we were leaving for dinner. He rescheduled for 7:30pm arrival. It finally arrived at 9:30pm. Terrible service and overpriced. If you are not sending flowers out of town, I recommend picking up from a flowers shop locally.

I purchased a fruit basket yesterday and paid for expedited delivery so the item would arrive before noon. Well, it didn't and now it is 8:02pm and the item has still not been delivered. I sent a message to customer service and was suppose to receive an answer within 1 hour. I never received a response. I then called and was told they we would remove the expedition fee and assured me the item would be delivered today. I called at 6:30pm and was told they would look into it and get back to me tonight and the business closes at 7:30. It's now 8:07 and I still have not received a call and the item has not been delivered. I will never use this company again and will go back to using FTD.

I ordered a dozen rainbow roses for my wife just because. What she received was a dozen wilted already dying pathetic excuse for flowers. I felt so bad because I was trying to be romantic and it was ruined. The best part was the vase and that was because miraculously it wasn't broken. I spent over 50$ for one dozen roses. I could've bought 2-3 dozen roses from the store for that amount and had them last at least 2-4 days. They said they'll send another bouquet. They did and it was worse than the first one. Finally I called them up for the 3rd time and demanded a refund which would only be for the floral cost, not shipping or tax. Ridiculous. Never again will I use this company. They can take their 12$ credit and shove it. Take your business elsewhere.

Laurel ** From the customer service stated that they would be refunding me. She stated it would take 1-3 business days. Today was business day #3 and still no refund. If they follow through with their promise then they have wonderful customer service.

I ordered flowers in the evening for the next day. Most online flower services state "same day if ordered by noon." First off. I ordered the night before, and they charged me $2.99. Then while shopping I noticed the "florist designer special" for $19.99. After I was done I went to check out and it was a $14.99 delivery fee plus sales tax plus the $2.99 for same day. So I went to use a coupon for free shipping. The price then automatically jumped the arrangement to $29.99 because I used a coupon. Their response was "We only honor one discount." I was only using ONE coupon. So why advertise $19.99 special and claim that in itself is a coupon? So if I don't use their coupon for free delivery then I get it at $19.99 but if I use the coupon I'm paying $29.99??
Then talk about delivery. They state delivery to a business is till 5pm. I've been ordering flowers for many years and no place ever delivers them to a business later than 3pm. What's the point if the recipient can't show them off and feel special for most of the day? Well by 2:42pm I contacted them to ask where they were as my mother leaves for work around 3:30-4pm. Their response, they get notification once delivered and they try their best to get them there before they leave for work. Guess what happened?! The flowers didn't arrive till after 4:15pm and my mother was gone by then! After I told them to cancel and refund me. That's ridiculous. No one wants flowers delivered to them at work right before they leave or after they leave! Yes, they stated delivery till 5pm but I let them know that my mother leaves between 3:30-4pm!
I'm sure I won't get a refund and the bouquet was def not a $29.99 bouquet! Her coworker took a picture and sent it to her. I will stick with a local florist from now on. I will never use this company again. They deceive you with pricing, coupons, delivery and product. If a company can't put their customers first, they shouldn't be in business. Save your money and go elsewhere. I had to ask my mom if she got her flowers which ruined the surprise. Horrible experience!

Paid for an express/expedited delivery before 12pm which never happened. Delivery came 5pm and the flowers were wilted, rose stems were broken, the filler flowers were wilted and some broken. While my wife was surprised for our first anniversary, we both were very disappointed with the floral arrangements. Partial refund was issued but ruining first-anniversary surprise cannot be replaced.

I ordered the "Delightfully Pink" "regular" arrangement to send to my girlfriend's office. The picture on the website was lovely, showing 6-8 roses, several lilies and accents. The description provided for: Pink Spray Roses, White Lilies, Pink Waxflower, White Monte Casino, Hand Tied Pink Bow, Keepsake Pink Vase. I understand the presentation is supposed to be smaller when you don't upgrade, but what my girlfriend got was pitiful. Two roses, two purple carnations, an unbloomed lily and some leafy looking plants in a cheap plastic vase. There was no pink bow, wax flowers, or any of the nice accents. It looked pathetic, small and cheap, like the florist just cut up a few reject flowers and dumped them in a vase without any thought. And there was certainly no "pink" theme.
When I called to complain and demand a refund, they told me they could only offer a refund if my girlfriend GAVE THE FLOWERS BACK. Uhm, okay. Obviously no one is going to choose that option when someone has had the flowers delivered to their work. The other option was having an upgraded version redelivered and being credited the same day and expedite fee. I thought they meant refund me the money, instead it is a credit to their crappy shop THAT EXPIRES IN TWO WEEKS. It's not worth it to me to fight them over the 15 bucks. I will just never shop with them again.

I am beyond pissed about my order! It was a day late and the basket sent was nothing like the picture. Worst experience I have ever had. I will never use your company again and I plan to tell everyone I know and post many reviews.

I ordered a "Red, White and Blue" arrangement for a friend as it looked perfect for sending for July 4th weekend. When my friend sent me a photo of what she received, I was really disappointed. There was NO blue whatsoever and they didn't even use the same type of flowers that were indicated. It looked nothing like the arrangement that was supposed to be sent. I should have checked the reviews first and I'd have seen that a lot of people are unhappy with them. Lesson learned. I complained and they offered a 20% refund but that wasn't the point.

This was the first and last time that I will use this company. I ordered flower arrangement for my 11 year wedding anniversary at 12pm Saturday July 2. The website says same day delivery no later than 4 hours. Well 4 hours came and gone and no flowers! I called the phone number and was on hold for 15min. This was an important day for us and I couldn't hang up, finally someone answered and gave me the run around saying that I ordered too late.
WTF! Nowhere did it say there was a cut off time and since it was 4th of July weekend that many flower shops were closed. B/S. I passed like 3 flower shops that were open on the way home from work that I could've stopped and bought some flowers but I didn't because I wanted them to be delivered. Finally she put me on hold for another ten minutes and said a flower company was coming to my house. Well they came but with the wrong, smaller, cheaper arrangement. Long story short, it was ALL BAD. Please do yourself a favor and don't use this company. I should have read the reviews first.

So it was a very important day for my fiancé and I. I sent her flowers and even sent her mom flowers. I mean what could go wrong right? I've used their service before. They have my info on file, was satisfied... what do you know... playing phone tag, emails and ** from their live service reps. Here is what I was told: “Don't know what to tell you. Can't do anything to help. All we can suggest is you buy the flowers again.” I asked where are the flowers and where is the refund. What I was told was so ** vague and stupid... I was told, there was no reason as to why the order was cancelled (one was cancelled) one was charged but never processed by anyone there.
All in all ** THIS service. The customer service reps are **, their web team never got back to me. I've called and contacted them today and still no answer. Not only did I have to file a dispute on PayPal to get my money back – they never even answered any of those requests either. ** service I've ever used, especially by one being flaunted by CBS and Google. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE!!!

Even though I was very disappointed about the late delivery of my flowers, "From You Flowers" online service responded to my claim in an efficient and professional manner. I believe the actual culprit is the local flower shops who are probably trying to sabotage this company to persuade their customers to deal directly with their local shops instead of utilizing a middle man. Nonetheless, I am pleased with the way the online flower service settled my claim.

I placed an order for online flower delivery on Monday, June 27, 2016 for a loved one's birthday to be delivered on Friday, 07/01/2016. I checked my bank and learned that my card was charged $64.97 for this service. I was confident that since I placed my order early, the service transaction would be expedited smoothly. When I learned from the recipient that she had not received the flowers by her lunch break at 12 noon on Friday, July 1st, I called From You Flowers (1-855-381-7891) to inquire about the order. They said that they would contact the florist and ask me to check the website to track my order as if I was bothering them by contacting them by telephone. The flowers were delivered later that afternoon. I had paid an additional fee for the delivery to be expedited during morning hours.
Needless to say that the surprise was spoiled as I had to question the recipient about the delivery (she work at the local post office and I wanted to assure that she received the flowers early so that she could enjoy throughout the day). The flowers are not actual to the display online--it seems much smaller in comparison. When I attempted to track my order online, it stated that my order number could not be found. This company is very incompetent and I advise anyone to seek another flower online service. I think that at least half my money should be refunded since I received only half the service. Why should this company be compensated full price for providing poor service? Maybe if "From You Flowers" are held accountable for their service and required to partially or completely issue refunds to consumers, they would greatly improve their service. Ordered on a Saturday for a Monday funeral service at 5pm. At 4:45 I started getting conflicting email alerts that led me to call the funeral home and found that they had not been delivered. Called customer service and was put on hold while they called their local vendor and was told they were on their way. The service had already started. Waited until after the service and there were no flowers. Shame on people who would steal from a funeral. What kind of business is this? 2 days later I got an email demanding I call them with no company name, no title or job description from the writer, no reference to the issue. I reported to BBB and the FTC and Consumer Affairs and disputed the charges on my credit card so they cannot collect until the investigation is over.
