    Ordered a funeral arrangement on Wednesday for Friday delivery. Paid extra for the early delivery time and confirmed via email that the flowers would arrive by 9 am for the service. On the day of the funeral I receive a call that the service already started and they did not deliver. Calling the company I found out that florists in the area refused my order. They finally found a company but was waiting for verification that the style could be changed. I never received any confirmation contact in that regard. By the time they decided to put something together and send it was too late, the service was over.

    Online ordered flower delivery for a friend who just lost her spouse. The person waited for 2 days and the delivery never appeared. I called Fromyouflowers, they apologized, refunded half of the costs and assured me that the flowers will be delivered the next day between 11 am and noon, and if something happens, they would call the person's cell phone. Once again, delivery never showed up, nor did my friend ever received a call. Will never order from this place again and will advise all my friends to stay away as well.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered a large/premium arrangement in a BASKET. What was sent was a small/basic arrangement in a VASE. I understand there is leeway with the florist based on what’s “in stock”, however what was sent looked absolutely nothing like the picture. I brought this up to the company and they did respond very fast (the only thing they have going for them). Later in the day I found out the delivery guy was rude and half the flowers were wilted (which explains why the picture I was sent from the recipient showed a small amount of flowers).

    I brought this up to the company. They then got defensive (yes, their CUSTOMER SERVICE department got DEFENSIVE) and stated that the flowers in the picture looked fresh. Of course the flowers looked fresh. The recipient isn’t going to put dead flowers in the vase and send a photo to me! Instead of making excuses, make your company better and actually deliver flowers that they paid good money for.

    Fromyouflowers.com deserves ZERO stars. This business is comprised of PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS that need to be shut down!!! Originally I responded to an e-mail from MileagePlus Partner through United Airlines saying that I could earn extra miles if I ordered flowers through Teleflora. While my online payment was being processed, it seemed to be taking too long, so I escaped out of it. Next thing you know, I got an e-mail from fromyouflowers.com that said: "Urgent! You've received a [$12.03] credit." Thinking I could send the bouquets for less money (and not realizing that they were not the same company I had first ordered from and that I would not get my extra miles), I clicked on the fateful link, where I was soon to discover that they train their staff to lie and scam. I first ordered a bouquet, and then read all many terrible reviews (in that order, unfortunately).

    So I called them and said I had seen the negative reviews and wanted to be sure they were going to deliver my order. The first customer service rep was so kind and gentle, and confirmed it was to be delivered that day, but she sweetly offered to call the florist to confirm. She put me on hold and after a few minutes returned to say that it must be too early for the florist to answer the phone (9:30 am two days before Thanksgiving??), and to call again in an hour. I called again in an hour.

    Another rep put me on hold to call the florist and then told me that the bouquet was all ready, and the florist was just waiting for the delivery person to pick them up. It's been two days since then. They never arrived. They even sent me three e-mails, two to say it was scheduled to be delivered, and one to say that it had been delivered. LIARS. I WILL get my money back. Do the world a favor and GO OUT OF BUSINESS and find a respectable way to make a living. SHAME ON YOU.

    I ordered same day flowers for a friend having surgery. I checked my tracking - it stated item delivered. My friend never received the flowers. Customer service refuses to refund my $57 for the flowers and I was told they would email me a confirmation in two days due to it being a holiday week.     I order from them this morning to send Birthday flowers to my mother-in-law to be delivered same day. I got a notice at 6:00pm that this delivery will not happen until 11/27/17 and I will get my same day fee of 2.99 back. Her birthday is today, not in five days from now. Not only can I not order from another service now because they emailed me at 6pm the day of, but I cannot go get her a gift because it's a national holiday tomorrow. I was refunded three dollars as an inconvenience. When I called they said "we can upgrade your delivery" as if bigger flowers mean it's okay. I'm five days late for her birthday. I called upset and they happily processed the refund with no care that I have been screwed over by their service. I will never use this service again, would not recommend that anyone I know use it. You might as well use one of the other big companies where you pay maybe five dollars more, but actually get the service you pay for.

    I placed an order and paid an extra delivery fee for flowers to be delivered to my daughter the same day (November 21st). By 6pm I called her to find they had not been delivered. I called FromYouFlowers and they put me on hold to call the florist and lo and behold, they were closed. They then told me the flowers would arrive the following morning. I asked for an upgrade and a refund of the $3 extra del. fee. And I asked they send an email to confirm. 15 minutes later, I received an email to say the flowers had been delivered... (wait for it) the following day! I then got on this website to find complaints - many with the same experience I had. I promptly called to cancel the order. I placed an order directly with the florist in my daughter neighborhood, which is what I should have done to begin with. NEVER AGAIN WITH FROMYOUFLOWERS!!

    I've ordered from this company twice now, and both times the day after I order I get a notification saying they can't deliver on the date requested. The flowers have been for funerals so it's been horrible timing. I put the order in 2 days prior and get the notice the day it's supposed to be delivered that it can't be delivered. Worst company. I will never use them again.

How dare they do that to me, I used a damn Amex credit card that should say enough.     I ordered a bouquet of flowers, for same day delivery, for my Daughters Birthday. We would be here for days If I was to go through the dance FromYouFlowers and I went through with calls and Emails--from me. The Only real Email I received from them was WITHIN FIVE MINUTES AFTER I ORDERED, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING THE BOUQUET WAS DELIVERED! WHAT? I called, was put on hold while "Malla" called the Florist to check on order. Of course Florist was unavailable. She would continue to try and contact the Florist and make sure there would be a delivery. Hours passed, no delivery, no contact. I called, spoke with Samantha, who said she would fix it. Hours later spoke with someone with a name like Tia, not certain. She said "Sorry, your delivery fee will be reimbursed", they will call another Florist and have an 'upgraded' bouquet sent the following day (today) with a note of apology.

    Well, 4:45 pm and no bouquet, no reimbursement of fee, just nothing. I Emailed them twice. Was upset. Said, "What is going on?" Second Email I said I want my money back. I called, spoke with Shaela, apologized for my last two Emails and asked what was being done. Put on hold a while and Shaela said "you cancelled your order in your last Email." What? She said that since I said I wanted my money back they cancelled my order and refunded me. This conversation took place over 36 hours AFTER I first placed my order. And if I want to reorder she would need my Credit Card Number again. They haven't returned the original nearly $50.00, just Said they would, and now they want more money. NO.

    I will be applying to be part of the Class Action Suit against FromYouFlowers. I will contact the Law Offices that Todd ** is with at ** or Email to **. I am tired of those of us that are being taken advantage of by companies like this. Just a Note: ALL of the young ladies I spoke with sounded like the same person. Just different names.

    I ordered flowers and a birthday balloon for my friend. I also upgraded to deluxe so that the flowers will be "as pictured". Good thing I checked with my friend to make sure she received them. She never got her balloon and when I asked her to send a picture of the flowers, they clearly were not upgraded to deluxe. I called the 800 number and told them what happened. They said they will not be able to deliver the balloon until the next day and they refused to admit that the flowers were not "deluxe". I asked them the name of the local florist and they refused to give it to me because it was against company policy. I became curious about this company's reputation so I started looking at reviews.     I purchased flowers for a friend from FYF. The day before they were to be delivered, I was informed my friend's office was to be closed on the delivery day due to Veterans day. I emailed FYF and requested an address change. at 722 PM. At 9 PM, I received the "Your items have shipped". Fifteen minutes after the shipment notification, I received an email saying the delivery address couldn't be changed as it already shipped. I contacted UPS and begged for them to help. They stated that since FromYouFlowers were the PHYSICAL shippers, I couldn't make any changes to the delivery, they had to do it. I emailed them again and told them what UPS said, they still refused. I tried UPS once more, begging, and still nothing. Waste $70, but the company doesn't care. They got their money, so what's it matter.

    After reading this I see the same complaint as mine. My daughter paid $75.00 for flowers and what I got was about $20.00 dollars worth of flowers of that. It was for my 65th birthday. It came 2 days late. Awful flowers. Called them 5 different times. Always blame the florist that did the order. Offered to send pictures. They said no. They then said they would refund the money and send me a different bouquet, that didn't happen. No one takes any responsibility for the awful arrangements they send out. I have always use ProFlowers and never had a problem. I'm going to post their business practices on Facebook and tell all my friends to share. Hopefully no one else will use them.

    Let me preface this by saying I work in an industry which requires me to travel about 40% of the year, I've been traveling for work for over 15 years, and I do the majority of my shopping online, so I write reviews regularly for airlines, hotels, restaurants, and many online stores. This was, by far, my worst experience with online shopping for a gift in my entire history of online shopping.

    My girlfriend just moved 550 miles from her home of 30 years in Indiana to be with me in VA about 2 months ago. This was her first birthday away from all her friends and family, and our first together, so naturally I wanted to ensure that she had an amazing birthday and felt at home. Fromyouflowers.com ensured that did happen. I placed this order over a week in advance and I ordered flowers and chocolates to be delivered to my girlfriend's place of work on Friday, the day of her birthday.

    She sent me a picture of the flowers when she received them and thanked me for surprising her. The first thing I noticed in the picture was that the flowers seemed droopy and empty in the vase and there were no chocolates. She confirmed that chocolates were not delivered. So I called FYF to explain around 1 pm that day and was told that new flowers and the chocolates would redeliver same day. I made sure to say that if they did not deliver that day, they would need to go to a different address because she was working on her birthday, but then off for the weekend, wouldn't rerun until Monday, and we live an hour from her work.

    At 7 pm, my girlfriend texts me to say she did not receive a redelivery. I call again, this time I was told the florist couldn't deliver (within 6 hours?) on time and they would redeliver the next day, the day AFTER her birthday, but I told them she wasn't working and provided them a home address. That day, while continuing her birthday celebration at a local winery, I receive a call which appeared on my phone as No Caller ID and they left a message stating that they redelivered the flowers and chocolate and left them at the front desk AT HER WORK.

    I called again, completely furious at this point and they offered a small discount. Having dealt with all of that for 2 days, including 2 calls the day of her birthday, and knowing she wouldn't actually get the flowers or chocolate until 2 days after her birthday, I insisted a full refund. I was told my account would be credited back the full amount, it hasn't yet, but it's only been one day.

    That would normally satisfy me in an experience where I was not completely satisfied with a purchase, but getting my money back doesn't fix her first birthday experience in a new state and the 2 days, and 4 extremely stressful phone calls in the midst of all of it. There are only 2 online stores that have made my list of sites I will never use again because of a terrible experience, Fromyouflowers.com has now been added to that list.

    Flower order: 100 Bloom Peruvian lilies - I ordered this flower design and that is far from what arrived. It did not look anything like the picture on their site. It look like maybe 25 flowers and as though they just went in a field cut them all the same height and stuck them in the face. They offered to send them over again but by that time the surprise is already over. What am I supposed to do tell the recipient? Thank goodness I had somebody there to pick up the arrangement and they ran to Target and bought another Arrangement and switched them. I will never order flowers from this company again.

    I was on the phone 1 session for 45 minutes and another one for 20 minutes to resolve this order. I will add pictures of the two different flower arrangements and you would be able to see for yourself. In addition when you order flowers from this company they don't add the delivery charge, which they call an administrative charge not a delivery charge. And after you spend all your time you see a $14.95 charge when you finally check out but not in the FIRST subtotal! It's so misleading I don't know how they get away with it! They told me they would take that in consideration when they do updates.

    I think they should rename the business to "From the Trash Flowers." I have never been more embarrassed in my life. Absolutely horrendous. The flowers ordered were not what was delivered, ordered carnations and received roses. The picture on the site showed a very full bouquet, but only 8 flowers and tons of green in the bouquet, the vase received was pink. Bought a helium balloon, but they delivered a deflated helium balloon. The strings they attached the balloons to the vase were HIDEOUS, all kinds of color. They misspelled every single word on the note as well. How do you completely mess something up? I wanted to die. They gave me a full refund for my $82.96, I did not want to risk a second embarrassment.

    Ordered the Deluxe 59.99 and three balloons and a box of chocolate (abysmal four pieces by the way) and it came out to 95.00. When she got the flowers they were not deluxe and definitely did not look like the picture. I called and complained and the refunded 29.99 because it was only half of the arrangement I was suppose to get. I asked for the florist who delivered it (local florist) they said it was policy that they could not give it out. Wife had the florist on the card so I called them. They recommend never order from 1800 online flowers always order local.

    The arrangement that they made was the cheaper one, basically fromyouflowers overcharge you and you are thinking you are getting the deluxe but they send out the order for the next lower flower selection. Had I not asked my wife to send me a picture I would never have know they cheated me. Please don't order from them. Always order local. The local florist said they get complaints all the time because of what they do.

    I placed my order at 7am PST for my mom’s birthday. She leaves for work at 3pm her time. I paid the expedited fee and the same day fee. I ordered a bouquet of flowers and balloons. I called them 4 hours later and nothing, all they said it’s out for delivery. Once I placed my order I noticed there was a 14.99 service fee for the balloons ouch. Which they tag on after you put in all your information and you place the order. In that case I would have just gotten a single balloon with the flowers. I ended up paying more for this order than expected. I was thinking 70.00 the most but nope it was 121.00. That’s crazy. Do not use this company. On my first call (2:30 pm) they said they'd called the florist and that they were "out on the truck". I don't believe they called anyone.     I ordered flowers as a gift and surprise for my wife's birthday. Placing the order and taking your credit card info was a piece of cake. I then receive a call from this place regarding my order, that by the way, per the website and IVR, stated the order was out for delivery. After three attempts to speak to a "specialist" due to constantly being hung up on, or waiting for 20 minutes, I finally speak to a "specialist" who says that she needs to speak to the recipient to verify the order. Why? What part of this is a birthday surprise gift was not clear? This was the first and definitely the last time using this service. I have never dealt with such incompetence in my 45 years.     FromYouFlowers' low ratings speaks for itself. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother-in-law in time for her birthday, which was a Saturday. Come to find out that they did not make because of an "incorrect address" on UPS' end (triple-checked the address, and it was correct). Then, they tried to deliver but she was not there to sign (because it was like, 9 PM). Had a talk with customer service to cancel the order, in which I was told I could get a 15% refund from $90.     I am extremely disappointed in fromyouflowers.com. I placed my order for a Sympathy arrangement at 1:00 am October 17th for same day delivery. On that evening, I had not received a call from the recipient so I tracked the order on the website. Tracking still showed for delivery on October 17th. I spoke that night with one of the agents, and he was not able to contact the florist because they were closed. He assured me he would leave message with the florist to deliver early October 18. At 1:00 I called customer service again to check on my delivery, another agent tried calling the florist to confirm the delivery, and in the interim I called the recipient. No flowers were delivered yet. The agent told me she could not get an answer from the florist, but that she would continue checking and have then do the delivery by early afternoon.

    Well, long story short, the order was never delivered. I called again late afternoon and another agent (She could not get the agent that was helping me before) went through the same steps. They offered to take the 1 bear and flowers back and deliver flowers with 2 bears. Really? Yes. Take away flowers from someone. They refused to give me a refund.     On Oct 16, 2017, I had flowers and a balloon delivered to my daughter’s complex. I learned later in day she was out of state for a few days. Upon learning this I called flower shop and was told it was just left. I could see this at a single family residence but not at a multifamily dwelling unless one of her neighbors agreed to be responsible for until she returned. The shop basically said, "Sorry about your luck, but maybe we could give you a $20 gift certificate to be used in the future." I declined because I WON’T be using their services EVER AGAIN.     Hands down the worst flower experience I have ever had. I ordered flowers on Oct 11.2017 for a funeral on Oct 13.2017 at 3 pm. I bought 3 arrangement for over $300. On October 11, 2017 after placing the order I notice that I had enter my email address incorrect. So I called around 8:30 pm to confirm that it went through, have my email change and get the receipt sent to my email. After talking to a rep and confirming my correct email more than 3 times and they stated that in 30 min I should be receiving the receipt through my correct email. They also confirmed that the order will be at the funeral service at 3 pm. I waited till 9:45 pm to call again because I had not receive receipt through my email. Again, I had to say my correct email 3+ times and the rep stated that I should receive the email with my receipt in like 30minutes (yes another 30 mins!!!).

    Yes, I received an email regarding only one of my arrangement. I called again! And same thing! And till this day I have not received the other 2 receipt to my emails. On Oct 12 I called to confirmed that everything will be there at 3 pm on October 13, 2017 they stated that everything was good and flowers will be there.

    On October 13, I called at 10 am again (Yes I did! I had a bad feeling about this place after having to call them a few time to get my receipt to my correct email and still not receiving it) to confirmed that my flower will be there at 3 pm. The rep confirmed that the order will be there at 2 pm because they take funerals very seriously. I got to the funeral place at 3 pm to find out that one of the 3 arrangements were not there. I immediately called and they put me on hold to call the flower shop to see that status on the order.

    After been on hold for over 10 minutes they stated that they should be arriving from 3:30-4. 4 o'clock came by and no flowers. I called again and again. I was put on hold for 10minutes to receive that same answer. Now flower should make it by 4- 4:30 pm. 430 pm came along and still no flower. I called again. The rep had the audacity to tell me that they couldn't reach the flower shop yet that they had a note from the flower shop saying that the service ends at 9 pm and that it will be there before then. That is when I lost it. Why would I put 3 pm for the flowers to arrive and then tell me something else? What happened to arriving at 2 because we take funeral seriously? I ask to speak with a manager. Here I was at my aunt's funeral and had to be on the phone with them because my flower that I order to be there at 3 were not there!

    The manager got on the phone and I explained everything to her yet pretty much received the same answer. I asked her write down my phone and my husband phone and call me back as soon as they contact the flower shop. 5 o'clock came around and here comes some flowers that did not even look anything like the picture! At the same time we got a call from a rep stating that the flower shop confirmed that they dropped the flowers off over an hour ago. I told the rep “ohh really an hour ago? So why is it that I see him coming through the door right now?” Rep stood silence and then apologizes. Flower were half dead and completely different to what I wanted. The banner letters where not correctly glued. I could of bought flower from a store and paid $20 and gotten a better looking arrangement than this one. Honestly, here I was at my aunt's funeral having to deal with all of this. Awful experience.

    Unfortunately a single star rating is the lowest possible permitted. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered 10/09/17. It was to be a surprise. The saga begins when I received a call from the recipient on Tuesday 10/10/17 with no mention of the delivery. So the following day 10/11/17 I contacted the From You Flowers customer service and inquired as what was the issue with the delivery. I was told that they had made an attempt to deliver the flowers but because it was a school that they were not able to deliver the arrangement to a specific person. I explained to them that the address is in fact a private residence and just because the street address is old schoolhouse road does not in fact make it a school. That should have been my first inclination to cancel the order, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I was then assured that the flowers would be delivered on Thursday 10/12/17.

    I also explained to them that there is always someone present at the residence due to an elderly person receiving around the clock services and an aide is always available to receive a delivery. Well moving fast forward as of today 10/13/17 the flowers have still not been delivered and needless to say the surprise is ruined. When I reached the to the recipient about the delivery, I was told that the flowers had not yet been delivered. She went on to say that they even placed a note on the doors letting them know that someone in fact is home and to ring the front door bell or use the side door and ring the bell as well. Well, after reaching out again to the recipient I was informed that the flowers had still not been delivered. I contacted the florist again to express my dissatisfaction and inquire as to what happened with the delivery. I was then told that the flowers had been delivered!!! I then informed them that no they had not been delivered.

    So after further checking it was confirmed that in fact no delivery was made. They offered me a 35% discount off the order for which I vehemently declined. I then canceled the order because of my total dissatisfaction with from you flowers. The surprise was ruined which in itself was devastating. The customer service rep then canceled my order and inquired if there was anything else that they could assist me with?? What a farce!!! I replied, "No thank you. I think you've done enough already." Totally dissatisfied!!!

They were not delivered Saturday, or today Monday, 10/9. I called twice today regarding the delivery. I was told this morning they would upgrade the delivery and said they spoke to the florist and it would be going out today and would arrive no later than 6 pm.     On 10/9, I called to order flowers for delivery in Texas. When it came time to Review Order before placing it, I noticed a $2.99 charge for same day delivery. I requested delivery on 10/10, which would make it the FOLLOWING day. I called the number for "Help," and was told that since it would not be delivered today (10/9), it was "in the system" and so it qualified as a same-day delivery on 10/10! AND there was an additional charge of $3.98 for something else that I could not understand because the person I spoke to didn't speak English. I cancelled the order. However, when I spoke with the person I sent the flowers, the bear, and Mylar balloon to she informed me that she never got the balloon. So I asked for a picture of the arrangement and needless to say I was very upset with the arrangement sent.     I ordered the pretty please package one day before our anniversary, and spoke to one of the agents just to make sure the flowers would be delivery to my wife on time the next day in California. The agent assured me that there will be not a problem at all. 8 hours later I had placed the order they emailed me saying that they will not be able to deliver the order next day till the day after.     I'm really sorry that I didn't look up customer reviews before I ordered from this company. My daughter's husband is deployed overseas. They were having a 6th wedding anniversary and I was helping him send flowers to my daughter. A bouquet was picked out and paid for last week. When I opened up my email on Monday, I received an email saying the flowers had been delivered. I work in the same office as my daughter and knew that they weren't delivered so I called the company.     Oh wow, do I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering an arrangement through this company! I ordered a bouquet for my sister who had just undergone emergency surgery. I live in another state, so these flowers were my only way of showing my sister support since I couldn't be there in person. Upon checkout, I selected the option which guaranteed delivery during, "normal business hours." Maybe, "normal business hours" are different in, say, India where the customer service call center is located; but my definition of normal business hours is between 8 am-5 pm, 6pm tops. After not hearing anything from my sister on the day they were scheduled to arrive, I finally caved and asked if she had received her flowers- ruining the surprise factor, which is one of the best parts of both receiving and sending flowers. She had not received them- this was at 4 pm. I kid you not, someone knocked on her door at 8:00 pm to deliver the arrangement. This was nothing short of bizarre, and I would have only been moderately annoyed if this was the only issue. I purchased the, "Harvest MASON JAR," arrangement, clearly depicted in a mason jar vase; one of the primary reasons I selected that arrangement. Instead, the flowers arrived in a normal, clear vase, with a bow wrapped around it. I paid for yellow daisies, and what arrived instead were... yellow carnations. In addition, blades of wheat... WHEAT were added to the arrangement. When I saw a picture of it, I was so embarrassed. Not only was it not what I ordered, but the arrangement itself was very poorly done. I then looked up the flower company that FromYouFlowers had contracted with for production and delivery, and this company has a 1.8 star review on Google with not one single positive comment. When I called FromYouFlowers asking for a refund, their solution was for my sister to put the flower arrangement that she had just received on her front porch so that the florist could come pick it up at 10:00 at night, and they would then refund me my money. How awkward, weird, and rude is that? FromYouFlowers is responsible for contracting with a business that clearly provides extremely poor products and service. I ended up settling with not having the arrangement sent back, and receiving a 50% refund, which I am satisfied with. However, never again will I be using FromYouFlowers. It was like ordering a bouquet from AliExpress.com. Looks great in the picture, but you'll be disappointed when you receive it in "real life," if you ever receive it at all. You'd be better off to draw a picture of some flowers, put it in an envelope and send that instead.

    I ordered a dozen long stem roses with a custom vase, a box of chocolates, and a teddy bear. The roses were beautiful! That I give them. The custom vase that I paid an extra $13 for was just a piece of paper in a dollar tree vase.     I am French and I wanted offer flowers to my girlfriend who is in USA.     For a funeral... paid extra to have them there in the morning, and for next day expedited service. Of course, they didn't arrive - luckily my wife called to find out. Their excuse? "We couldn't find the person to receive them at that place, they weren't there." (the deceased, for crying out loud...) This happened not once, but twice.

    On the third try, their excuse was "The florist didn't have that arrangement available." So what were they going to do? Why, keep the money and not deliver the 'unavailable' arrangement. Nice. My wife was calling the funeral home, and fromyouflowers.com as well - they were finally delivered, but only after several phone calls made to this horrifically incompetent company, and telling them to 'cancel my order right now, or DELIVER the arrangement!!' For a funeral, people... a funeral!

    And all this mickey mouse outfit could offer up was excuses. I have no clue what the arrangement looked like, I live out of state... I'm almost afraid to find out. But guaranteed, I will NEVER use this company again. Do yourself a favor, take the time to look up and call a local florist near where you want to have something sent, and pay for it over the phone. Problem solved.

    I ordered some flowers for a girl I've been dating for a long time, she loves flowers and I was going to make it official with the flower delivery. I paid for expedited delivery, which means it should have been delivered as early as 9 am. The flowers were never delivered. The estimated times say from 9 am-6 pm delivery. It's now 6:40 pm and the flowers have still not been delivered. How do I know? I had to call the girl and ask her if she had received any flowers, so there went the surprise factor. She hasn't gotten them still. I called to see if there was some sort of mistake and they said no it just hasn't been delivered yet... I asked for a refund on the expedited delivery and I got it.

    I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday to be delivered same day. I ordered at 9 am. I got an email with a refund for expedited delivery, stating that they could not deliver within four hours but would get there by the end of the business day. They never arrived. I called customer service the next day. They assured me that they would be delivered that day.

    Five minutes before the end of the business day, I called again, because the flowers were nowhere to be seen.     A family member passed away 5 months ago yesterday and my sister is having a very hard time dealing with it. This family member's favorite flower was a tulip. There was not a single tulip in the arrangement, it looked nothing like the arrangement pictured and I was astounded.     My fiancé wanted to surprise me with flowers. He ordered the flowers and paid extra to have them arrive the following day (Friday, Sept. 8) by noon. The flowers never showed up, but he received a text that they had been delivered. When I didn't mention the flowers that night, he asked if I had gotten anything at the office.     Having been burned twice, I will not be using this company again. On both occasions, From You Flowers failed to deliver 'same day' as offered. The information given was that there wasn't a florist that could fulfill the order and no florist had the right flowers. As you can see from the photo below, the florist does appear to have the right flowers (along with some that weren't in the offer) though some of them wilted appearing. While I appreciate that From You Flowers made an offer to discount the same day delivery fee and offer a percentage of the actual arrangement - by waiting on me to reply via email, the delivery was delayed another full day!

    Additionally, I am incredibly disappointed in the end result for one of the arrangements I actually received a photo of. I'm not sure what local florist was chosen for this arrangement, but in my opinion I could have shoved some stems into a glass vase with more skill and gotten a better result. After two failures to deliver on same day and the quality of this particular arrangement, I will not be using this service again -- and offering me a "gift certificate" for a future purchase is a waste of effort.

    I had to send flowers for someone's special day. Found this website online, they sent me a mail that same day delivery wasn't been able to process and it will be sent the next day. I am charged 15$ service charge and 3$ same day delivery charges, they said they will refund 3$ but charge 15$ for such an awesome service they provided that the flowers now are not relevant at all as the occasion has already passed. FromYouFlowers.com advertised their same day delivery service so I used them. IMMEDIATELY upon submitting my online order, I was notified via email the delivery wouldn't happen that day. So, obviously my recipient wouldn't get them since she would be out of town! I contact the company to voice my dissatisfaction and they offered me a $2.99 refund on a $50 order!     We had a death in the family and my husband used this company. He made two orders: First, flowers for me. We live in Alexandria, VA and the flowers came from CT. They arrived old and without water. The leaves were even yellow. They were so old. The flowers' colors were all washed out. I called to cancel the second order which was to be delivered four days later. The flowers ordered was for the funeral and I did not want any mishaps. Of course, I called their incompetent customer service and they would not cancel the order even though there was plenty of time to do so.

    I called a couple of times to talk to the supervisor of customer service but each time I was put on hold for a long period of time so I would just go "away." The flowers for the funeral were droopy, old and the arrangement was not what I ordered. We spent $225. That was a waste of money and awful flowers. I don't know how they stay in business.     I ordered flowers from YOU FLOWERS for an acquaintance. No problem with delivery. The two days after, I was told that there was a dead flower in the midst of the arrangement. It was not considered to be much of a problem at the time and was removed from the basket.     They rip you off and don't put out your order in the time frame indicated. You are better off calling the florist in the location you are sending directly. Most will give you a better deal and you are not going to have a delay in delivery of several days. Most florist will not fill this company's orders because they take so much money off the top and short change the florist for their service. LOOK UP A FLORIST IN THE LOCATION AND CALL THEM DIRECTLY!!! I ordered a basket for my daughter, who had moved out of town. This was her first birthday away from home. I ordered at 8:30 in the morning, received an email at 11:37 saying it was going to be delivered later that day instead of by 12:30 as the website indicated. At 4 pm I called Fromyouflowers and was told it would not be delivered until the following day. I was so mad that I cancelled the order and the guy hung up on me.

    I had to call PayPal and file a complaint to get my refund. I then called a florist in Reno where my daughter had moved at 4:30 in the afternoon and explained the situation. She was so accommodating and arranged to have a gift basket delivered to my daughter immediately and threw in some chocolate truffles to boot. She explained how Fromyouflowers and companies like them work selling things they cannot deliver on because they are not willing to pay the florist a fair price for their services. So no florist will accept the job and therefore Fromyouflowers can't deliver as promised. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND CALL YOUR FLORIST DIRECTLY! I CANNOT STIPULATE THIS ENOUGH!!!

I placed an order 8:30 in the morning, requested the 4 hour delivery option because my husband was due to get off work early and 30 minutes after the 4 hour grace period I hadn't received a call from my husband. I called customer service and they told me there was a problem with the payment which was a lie.     I made a total of 3 orders with this company. The first order came out great, looked like the picture and everything. So I decided to place two more orders, one delivery a week. The second delivery I paid to have delivered by noon. You guessed, not delivered by noon. My girlfriend gets off work at 3:30, I made a point to make sure they were delivered by that time. I find out that the lady who delivered the flowers ruined the surprise by calling her and asking if she really did get off at 3:30 as she had a doctor's appt she didn't want to miss and wanted to see if she could drop the flowers off after. THANKS SO MUCH FOR RUINING THE SURPRISE!!! My girlfriend said the flowers looked super dry and the arrangement looked rushed. Upon delivery she wasn't asked if she could put water in the vase as it didn't have any. Who delivers flowers without water in the vase?! Those flowers dried in two days.

    The third delivery, well it was worse... I bought a tulip arrangement, paid for almost 2 weeks in advance. My girlfriend loves tulips and she actually hates roses. Thinks they are cliche, which I can understand. I have never in the four years we have been together bought her roses. I always buy tulips. So once again I paid for a before noon delivery, flowers came at 3pm, 30 minutes before she got out of work. Here is the kicker, instead of a dozen colorful tulips, like displayed in the TULIP SKY BOUQUET on their website, she got 11 roses. Couldn't even give a full dozen?!? So I paid 80 bucks for 11 roses, grab that of the freeway for 20. But on top of that, my girlfriend thought for a while until I showed her what she was suppose to get, that I bought her roses, knowing she doesn't like them. Then they tried to say it was the florist who made the decision to change the flowers.

    So I called the florist, mildly upset being an understatement. I discovered that it was FROM YOU FLOWERS that said it was ok to change the flowers without even contacting me. I would have asked for them to look for a different florist, or told them if they change it, made sure it's not roses. Then I come to write a review and see almost 900 bad reviews on this site alone.     For Mother’s Day... I ordered the Roses and Lily bouquet to be delivered on the Saturday before the big day, even paid extra for the "Deluxe" upgrade with extra flowers added ($90 total). I made arrangement to be at my mother’s for the Delivery since she was going to be out and it was a surprise. I spent the day waiting and calling customer service and never got through... Literally spent a total of 3 hours trying to talk to ANYONE! Even sent an email to the "we care" customer support which was not returned until the following day at 4:30 pm! Continued to call Mother’s day morning, finally got someone on the phone who contacted the florist... "It’s on the truck to be delivered."

    Well...what they did deliver had nothing to do with the flowers I ordered. It’s called roses and lilies. There was 1 red rose and not a single lily. NOT ONE!! The colors ordered were pink, red and purple. They sent pink and blue flowers! And just the saddest looking flowers. I could have brought a better bouquet by the side of the highway! And it was definitely not the upgraded size I paid for.

    I called back to customer service to complain, customer service first offered to resend the bouquet on Monday (day after Mother’s day). No point to that. They then offered me 20% off my next order with free next day service. I explained to them I will NEVER use their service again and want a refund. Service rep initially said they don't offer refunds, but when I read their website to them she then says she can refund my money but the florist has to pick up the bouquet. I said no problem, they have one day to pick them up or they go in the garbage! The money WAS refunded fast. That’s the only thing that worked out!

    I placed an order for my brother's wife. He could not be there and it is a very special time for them, he asked me to send a nice card and flowers. They processed my card, charged extra for next day, then canceled saying they couldn't reach me. Blamed me for not answering my phone (there is no missed call) told me I should be bothered to answer!     I recently placed an order for delivery to be made to my girlfriend on Friday, paid for same day delivery. I got the email stating it was delivered, I asked her if she liked my gift she said she never got it. So I called and they said they would reship it and upgrade and guaranteed delivery before 2 pm. I go to her house at 6 to pick her up, still no flowers. So I called them yet again. Their response was it was delivered because the email says it was. After about 20 min of constantly explaining it was not delivered they said, "We will need to call to make sure they was not delivered." I said, "So the fact that I just told you that they're not here is not good enough," and he said yes.

Their online calendar showed delivery date available, I picked the date, paid extra for same day delivery, paid for the arrangement, and received a confirmation email showing my purchase as well as delivery date. Then later in the day I received an email stating the arrangement would not be delivered the same day but rather the next day. By this time it was too late to go with another florist. When I called to inform Flowers To You that the next day wouldn't work I was put on hold for 6 minutes while the customer service rep checked on canceling my order.

    When she came back on the line her exact words were "They won't be delivered today or tomorrow," and nothing more. I had to ask to ensure that the order was actually cancelled and that the arrangement would not be delivered at all as well as inquiring about my purchase being credited back. I felt like I was the service rep. Overall it was really easy to purchase the Flowers but unfortunately the rest of the sale and delivery Flowers To You couldn't fulfill as promised. As well they made it difficult to cancel my order and receive credit after they dropped the ball.

I placed an order yesterday, just to get a call in the evening that they failed to deliver and that it will be today. My delivery was time sensitive, so I did not want to do that. After offering a discount and a promise to deliver in the morning, I accepted. It is now 3:50 pm the next day. I just got a dry similar call as yesterday. They were not able to deliver today and it will be tomorrow. I asked for my money back. I now have to wait 6 days to get reimbursed, oh flowers were delivered and it's too late to find an alter vendor for today. This is absolutely ridiculous. Don't order from this place!

    Placed an order Saturday night. A calendar popped up to ask when I wanted the delivery to be made. It gave Saturday night was still open. I then received an email stating they could not place the order until Sunday. I accepted that because it was so late. Sunday came, received yet another email of apology stating the order would not be delivered until Monday. I called and asked what was up with the emails with no delivery?     For my wife's birthday, I ordered the "Sugar and Sweet" Premium arrangement consisting of 6 pink roses and at least a dozen white "lily like" Alstroemeria in a pink fluted vase with ribbon bow. Cost was over $65 for same day delivery. What arrived was totally substandard in every respect. The arrangement was the smallest "basic" version consisting of 3 roses and 5 small white flowers definitely not alstroemeria in a very small clear bulbous vase with a cheap ribbon tied around it. So failure on a number of counts: number of flowers, type of flowers, and size of arrangement. I would never order from them again.

    I wrote them through their "please rate your satisfaction" request and never saw a response. I then called. On the first call, they hung up on me mid-conversation. Second call they at least listened and looked up my account number, and after an extended conversation they said they would refund 30% of my total cost. I explained that anything less than a full refund would result in my complaints on several online sites. The rep said he would "talk to his manager". After a very long wait, they determined they would refund the total amount. We'll see.

Virtually NO customer support, very difficult to contact, poor service and mediocre (at best) product. My second adventure with From You Flowers.com (I know, stupid, right?). First one they delivered dried up poor flowers - I assumed related to local florist. Second order (different state) even worst experience. NEVER DEAL WITH THIS ORGANIZATION - they do not do what they say they will, and you cannot contact them to complain. $80 for a mediocre arrangement, arriving a day late and after numerous attempts to contact them.     Do not use this company! I will never again order from fromyouflowers.com EVER and will never forget the EMPLOYEE who VERBALLY ASSAULTED me on the day I buried my mother! Urn flowers ordered on July 17 for my mother's memorial services on July 22 with a requested delivery day of July 2. The flowers did not arrive on July 21. While at the funeral home on July 21 in the midst of final preparations, I spent TWO hours on the phone (most of the time on hold and passed around) to determine the whereabouts of the flowers. After speaking with several staff members I was assured that if the flowers did not arrive within the hour they could be re-sent for same day delivery. Since the flowers did not arrive within the hour I called back-more hold music, more call transfers and finally spoke with a representative for another hour. I requested the flowers be resent and at 3:04.

    The rep stated 3 pm was the cut off for same day delivery and therefore I had missed the window! At my request I was transferred to another supervisor who assured me that the flowers would be delivered in time for the service tomorrow at 10 am. Of course, no flowers arrived at 10 am. AND THIS IS WHERE THE CALL GETS REALLY INTERESTING. On the morning of my mother's services-July 22 10:15 am, I called back and spoke with the supervisor who guaranteed the 10 am delivery. He proceed to apathetically tell me that he had no idea why the order was never placed the evening before and he needed to know when what time the services were.

    I reminded him of the 10 am delivery time to which he committed just the day before. He proceeded to tell me that I needed to provide him with the correct information as he had called the funeral home and there were no services at 10 am so if I wanted his help I need to be honest and forthcoming with information.     The first day, I ordered by the deadline to have same day delivery and I asked the recipient if she was going to stay home and she said yes. So that inconvenienced the person I was trying to do something very special for. Then I got an email that they were unable to deliver that day, but it will get there tomorrow. So then I had to ask the recipient if she was going to be home the next day and she said yes. So that made TWO DAYS that I inconvenienced the recipient who I was TRYING to do something nice for!!!

    DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this company!!! I ordered this beautiful arrangement called the European floral garden that I saw on their website for my mother in law's bday. We live in Washington and she lives in Las Vegas. The arrangement was full of sunflowers and tulips and other pretty things which are her absolute favorite. Ugh!! When I got the picture of what it looked like after she received it I was so pissed and embarrassed. It had one sunflower that looked like it was dying. There were a few lilies, one rose and random other things. They also did not include the card. It literally looked like a 5 year old went and picked a bunch of random flowers.

    I am so livid I paid all the expedited fees etc to make sure she got this beautiful arrangement and then that!!! After calling and getting disconnected once I finally got through to someone who spoke better English than the first male. After explaining my story they offered me 30% of the price of the flowers, I said that was not acceptable at all. The last thing he told me was if they gave me a full refund then the florist would have to come and take the flowers back lmao... I said, "You mean you're going to repo the crappy flowers you guys sent?!" Ugh I'm so mad. Use proflowers.com. They're great and I should have used them again.     My name is Nadia and my birthday was on July 6th. My family lives in Moldova, Eastern Europe and they wanted to surprise me so my sister and my dad ordered two bouquets of flowers and a balloon to be delivered on July 6th to my address in Las Vegas. I have only received one bouquet that didn't even look like the one on the picture and the 2nd one was never delivered. I called customer service and I was transferred to Jaimie. I explained to her that my family lives in Europe and they don't speak English and that I have all the info that she needs to verify why my order was not delivered and she kept saying that "My system doesn't allow me to do it. I have to talk to your sister." I told her that it would be hard for her to communicate but she insisted. My sister called and she told her that she must speak with my dad now because he is the credit card holder. My dad doesn't speak English and he doesn't even know how to start a conversation.

    I just do not I understand why does she need to speak with my dad when they charged him the full amount. The money are not in his account. This created so much stress and inconvenience for us. All they wanted was to do something nice for me and it turned into a problem. For my parents $100 is a lot of money as they live in a place where average income per month is $200 plus it made them so sad to find out that I didn't receive the flowers nor they will get reimbursed as that lady wouldn't want to talk to anyone but him. I really don't understand what does she need him for, if the payment was proceeded. It is such a rip off and such a disappointment. I work myself for a big corporation and I deal with customers on a daily basis but I have never seen such a service in my life.

    This company has the worst service, Jaimie didn't even make an effort to help us. She just kept saying... "Unfortunately I have to talk to your sister... The system doesn't allow me"... Are you serious? The system doesn't allow you? Are you in charge of the system and your computer or is the computer actually controlling you? All I can say is that we forgot to be humans... We forget that a situation like this could happen to any of us and we hope to have someone help us and not just give us attitude and carelessness. I am so sad for my family as they cannot understand why can't they just deliver the flowers. I didn't call to complain or anything like that as I know that mistakes happen. All I wanted to know was what has happened to my flowers and if they can deliver them. :((( I would never recommend this company to anyone. I hope that people do some researches before they even place a order.

    I chose this arrangement and vase based on the picture provided for a funeral service. In addition I selected the "premium" (+20$) version. Not only was the result disappointing, I was thoroughly embarrassed by what was delivered. I actually found myself apologizing to the family for it. Forget the nice blue glass vertical vase in the picture. The vase used was short, squat, ceramic, solid light blue and appropriate only for a bathroom. The entire arrangement was no more than 10" tall and roughly the same in width. It had to be the smallest arrangement at the service. Avoid them like the plague. No refund or apology can make up for the embarrassment they have caused me. P.S. The only positive I gave them was for delivering on time to the right place.     I placed an order to be delivered to my sister in Indiana, for her birthday. I ordered several days in advance so there was plenty of time for the florist to process my order. I received a call from a man saying that they were unable to deliver the flowers because no one was home to accept them and he wanted more information about my sister. That sent up a flag for me, a call from someone with no identifying info on caller ID asking when my sister would be home. I told him I didn't know, I'm on the west coast, she's in the mid-west, just leave them on the porch. He replied that someone might steal them. I said just leave them anyway, it's just flowers.

    He said they might be damaged by the weather. "Just leave them, I'll take responsibility," I said. He then hung up.     My first order was to my Mother in Law when her husband died, I wanted to cheer her up with a beautiful bouquet. When I saw what was actually delivered it was in NO WAY comparable to the photo on the website. I reached to customer service and they did respond fairly quickly and offered a $150 credit. So, in combination with the "credit" I received for being a new customer (which was really a bait and switch for the handling fee, fine, that's a wash) and the $15 credit for the poor product, I decided to order a bouquet for me, yes me. And here's what I received (see pictures) and here is my email to the company...

    "Thank you for the credit. I wanted to share my 2nd experience with you. I used this credit and a $12.19 from my first order which I was aggressively prompted to use or lose, so I decided to order another bouquet, for myself, ORDER # **, and it was delivered on Friday 6/30. I cannot understand how this bouquet would have cost, without a total discount of $27.19, $88.99. It's a little bit taller than a candle (see attached photos). Furthermore, the roses (all 3 of them are RED not lavender), the flowers are already drooping (as of 7/3) and 1 of the roses is rotting (again, see pictures).

    Lastly, the bait and switch where you discount the item by about $14 and then charge a $14.99 handling fee did not go unnoticed, but I was willing to give your company 1 more try. I am not a thrifty person, but this is a luxury item, not a necessity, and I am thoroughly confused as to how this order can be justified? Please, help me understand. Tell me that this bouquet looks anything like the picture for the deluxe bouquet showing dozen lavender roses and at least 10 stems of lavender and pink stock???"

    I ordered this Sympathy Flower arrangement for my friend's father's funeral. Paid $43 for the arrangement. I looked for it at the funeral and couldn't find it. I finally noticed a VERY SMALL plant that had 2 small spring plants, maybe 6 inches high (neither looked anything like the plants in this picture) and the reddish spike plant that may have been 10 inches tall. The rest was basically filler of dried sphagnum moss. I have never been so embarrassed. This looked like something I would have bought at the dollar store. The sad part is that there is no way to fix this... the damage has been done. I have contacted the company regarding this and notified them that I will never do business with them again (which I'm sure they do not care) and hope everyone else will learn from these reviews that they are not to be trusted.

    Used this service to purchase flowers for my mother's funeral in March 2016. I live in another state, but when I arrived at the funeral home, I found an arrangement that was, frankly embarrassing! It looked as if I had picked up flowers along the side of the road. The arrangement was supposed to include reeds in the shape of a cross, and have blooms covering the reeds at several points. Most blooms were dying, as if they were several days old; the ones at the top of the cross had their blossoms chopped off. I called Customer Service when I got home from the funeral and I forwarded pictures of what was delivered. The supervisor agreed that the arrangement was below standard. She refunded my money and offered to provide another arrangement at no cost up to a certain value (I think $40, more or less).

    I asked to take advantage of the free arrangements to have flowers delivered to the gravesite for Mother's Day. Although I couldn't be there that day, my siblings would be, so I asked for pictures of what had been delivered. While I had asked for lilies or daffodils in shades of blue and yellow, the picture that I received was of about 5 - 8 blue and yellow carnations strung along the front of her headstone! No arrangement, no artistry, just strung together. I will NEVER use them again. They still send me emails advertising their services, but I've learned my lesson!

    My young cousin passed away unexpectedly. I could not attend the funeral in another state so I picked a beautiful flower arrangement to send. FromYouFlowers called me the day before the funeral to assure me that everything was in order. Five days later they sent an EMAIL (which I did not see until some time later) with the following message:

    "Thank you for your recent order. Unfortunately, we have been unsuccessful in locating a florist able to complete delivery in time for the funeral services of (my cousin). Please accept our most sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause and know that we made every attempt to find a vendor to deliver as requested. We understand the importance of sending flowers during a time of loss and we would be happy to reroute a delivery of a suitable arrangement to the family's home if you could provide us with the address. Please respond at your earliest convenience to let us know how you would like to proceed."

    How many florists are in business in Oklahoma City? How many did they contact to attempt to fulfill my order? There is absolutely NO EXCUSE for this horrendous lack of service.     I am sorry but I am thoroughly disappointed in the quality of my order. I paid $60 for a dozen rainbow roses and a custom picture vase with a mylar balloon. The end result was so unattractive and not even close to looking like the pictures online. Definitely not worth $60, not worth $5, in my opinion. The "balloon" is the size of an apple and was just stuck in the middle of the flowers, which had too-long stems for the vase size and brown spots and we're just haphazardly? placed in the vase. I was expecting a regular helium mylar balloon like the pictures of the balloons on the website. The custom picture vase was just a regular glass vase with a waterproof piece of paper printed with the online selections I chose.     I paid extra to have flowers delivered to my mom within 4 hours. Not only were they not delivered but when I called, they placed me on hold for 15 minutes while they "called" the flower shop. The first time they disconnected the call. The 2nd time, she verified me then placed me on hold for 10 minutes without letting me say anything else. When she came back on the line she was like, "sometimes they get busy. Let me give you a discount and we will set up a different time for delivery".     I ordered a flower arrangement which I paid extra to be delivered within a specific time frame. Not only did I have to call on various occasions to follow up with delivery but when the recipient received the arrangement it was nothing like what I had ordered. I specifically chose an arrangement that did not contain roses because the recipient that does not like roses. The entire arrangement was yellow and red roses which by the way were not even the colors of the original arrangement. The arrangement delivered looked cheap. I'm not a florist and I'm sure I could've done a better job myself. The ribbon on the base was nothing like what I ordered and was extremely tacky. I called to complain and they offered me a credit or 50% of my money back and to pick the arrangement up from the recipient. I asked for 100% refund and have yet to receive it.

    Never using this website ever again and I'm surely going to advise everyone that asks to not even think of ordering from this site. They have customer service for no reason because one representative tells you one thing and the next one tells you something completely different. Out of all the calls that I made to the actual flower shop who was making the arrangement and delivering it no one had the decency to tell me that they were substituting the flowers I chose with roses. Not once did they notify me that my arrangement was not the original arrangement I chose. I'm usually a pushover for these things but the fact that the roses saddened the recipient rather than brightening her day, as roses bring gloomy memories, has made me want to share with everyone how horrible their services are.     Firstly, the 20% off at the top of the page is not a real offer, they just tell you they're taking that much off your price, but if you choose the arrangement sans coupon, it's the exact same price. I ordered an arrangement for a funeral and the arrangement that arrived at the service was much smaller than the premium package I had paid for. I had to call and call and keep calling to get any sort of response which simply resulted in a 20% off coupon for future purchases.

    I used this coupon later thinking that I had just had a fluke experience the first go-around for an arrangement for my mother's birthday later, this was a month in advance, and SURPRISE, the arrangement never showed up. No call, email, or explanation. When I finally called to find out what happened and where my money went, they told me it would arrive the next day.     I sent an email to From You Flowers on Saturday, June 10, 2017, around 12:00 noon and ordered same day delivery service for an address in Santa Barbara (they deliver until 6:00 p.m). The picture of the flowers were posted on their website, and I assumed the recipient would receive flowers similar to what pictured. When ordering online customers depend on the pictures offered by the company to be a true representation of what they are ordering. The company never called or emailed me to say that the order would in fact not be delivered that day. I did not hear from them until June 12, 2017, when they sent a note saying they would deliver that afternoon!

    Once I arrived at my son's home on June 14, 2017, I saw the flowers that had been deliver (2 days late) and they do not look anything like the picture advertised by the company. I know that bouquets can have different varieties of flowers, but the delivered bouquet only had 3 flowers, which does not look anything like the flowers pictured in their ad. (Photos are attached) Not only did they not meet their advertised same day delivery service, their product does not look anything like they advertised. I think this is a huge misrepresentation of what this company is selling and the service they are advertising.

    BIG mistake using this company. I usually research so much better but their site was misleading with all their "positive publicity and reviews". I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered to my best friend on her last day of work before retiring after 25 years. I live in Florida and she is in New York so I wanted to her last to be extra special since I won't be there in person to celebrate with her. I ordered the flowers to be delivered on Friday, June 23rd (and yes I paid extra to have them delivered by 12pm). Today, Tuesday, June 20th, I got a text from her thanking me for the flowers. She was off last Friday and yesterday so walked into work this morning to the 5-day old bouquet!

    This was the first time ordering flowers from an online service and was very disappointed... well upset is more like it. If I could have I wouldn't have even given a 1 star rating, it's more like -10! I made my order the day before and paid for the expedited service, guaranteed delivery by noon, never heard anything from my Fiancee I knew they hadn't been delivered. She said, "I can't control how long it will take."     This was my first time sending a floral bouquet to a friend that just lost a pet. I signed up to send them the day that her furry friend passed away and had no problem checking out online. It was a Sunday so I was skeptical if they would actually be delivered but I went with it anyways. I received an email letting me know that they would not make it same day and I would have my same day fund returned. I was not completely happy by that as I paid for same day delivery.

    I was then called the next afternoon letting me know the flowers would not make it on Monday either and they would return some money. So finally the flowers were delivered on Tuesday!     I have ordered hundreds of dollars worth of flowers from this site, and was very happy with the service, and selections. Boy was I WRONG!! I received pictures of 2 orders I had sent, and was appalled at what the actual item sent to the receiver. They were not even close. I had received phone calls in the past about nonavailability, but nothing with these 2 orders (only orders I got picture back). I don't know if they have all local florists deliver, which is fine, but it should be noted in the description. Their selections are wonderful, which is why I used them in the first place (unique, different...), but the finished product is not even close.

    I ordered a beautiful hydrangea plant for my sister to be delivered to the hospital where she was recovering from surgery. She loves hydrangeas and I thought this would be appropriate so she could plant it in her garden upon leaving the hospital.     The first time I used fromyouflowers I have to say I was impressed. Flowers were exactly as the website described, they were delivered on time and price was very reasonable. So I used them again to send flowers to a friend who had just found out that her dad has cancer. Well they were never delivered! No email, no call... nothing. I called and they said they were re-delivering. Again they never arrived. After the second irate call they finally got delivered.

    06/01/2017 - I wanted some flowers delivered to someone that I know in the Opelika, AL area. I'm in NC. So after a quick search, I find several florist. After looking at their products, I choose fromyouflowers.com because they offered a Rose and Lily combination that I found appealing. So I place the order. After the order was placed, which included product and delivery fee, a hidden handling charge was added on of an additional $14. No problem, right? Well, as promised, the flowers were delivered the next day. Only problem, it was not the flower arrangement I ordered.

    A mild complaint was issued, with the promise that the following business day, the situation would be rectified. Well, today is that said day and it wasn't. Another delivery was made and again it was not the agreed upon arrangement. So placing a final call, what I was offered was a 50% refund and a $20 gift certificate that never expires. Like I'm going to use them again. I’ve submitted the images of what I ordered and of what was delivered. People, save yourself the hassle. Go elsewhere. I do not have the receipt but I did copy and paste the delivery message below:

    Worst experience sending flowers... EVER! I ordered flowers for Mothers Day, for my Aunt and my daughter. My aunt's were delivered late, and the arrangement looked as if someone went to a field and picked some weeds, threw in a few spray roses and stuck them in a vase. I was mortified when my Aunt put a picture up on social media. I complained several time without response from the company.

    My daughter's flowers were NEVER delivered. Despite the fact that I got a notification that the flowers were delivered. It was to be a special Mothers Day for my daughter and it was ruined. There is a lot of sentiment involved with sending flowers to someone who lives out of state, and if it is ruined, it cannot be recaptured. I understand that it is a busy time for flower delivery, and accidents happen. I could accept that if the issue was addressed and made right. IT WAS NOT. NOT EVEN ATTEMPTED. I will have to dispute charges with my credit card. IT has cost me more in time and effort to try to resolve than any bouquet is worth. DO yourself a favor, do NOT order flowers from this site!

    I paid the expedited fee and same day/weekend fee but flowers never received by the recipient. I called the customer service twice (11 am and 2 pm) and was told that the florist is not answering and possible that they are already out delivering the flowers... 8 pm I called again and customer service hung up on me!!! Last call I cancelled the order--NO APOLOGY!!!... I should have read the reviews of this business first.

    Promise same day delivery and did not comply. After reading all these reviews this site should be shut down. I should've read these reviews first. My bank has not been charged, but they told me that they will cancel this order, charge my bank and then credit me within 3-6 business days. That's not going to happen. I will pay whatever fee this entails to stop payment. How can they charge me for something that has not been processed?

    Looked up "same day flower delivery" and this company was advertised as such. Spent extra for "express delivery" which was advertised as morning delivery. The total for 24 roses in a bouquet was $150. Got no emails, no phone calls. Called at 7 pm only to be notified upon MY INQUIRY, that "they were having trouble locating a local florist" and that it would be delivered tomorrow when the person's birthday was the day I ordered the flowers. They wanted to give me a $2.99 refund so I put them in their place and demanded a full refund, vowing to never do business with these absolute morons again. I will tell everyone I know about my experience.

    Total disappointment! Made the order at 1130 am. They email me at 330 to tell me they were not going to be able to make the delivery! Not cool guys. Get your stuff together. Same day means the same day not the next day! Customer service seemed to be good and took my cancel request right away. Please read reviews before dropping $50+ on flowers!!
