They advertise best value because they add a last minute $14.99 handling fee. If I wasn't in a hurry I would have ordered from elsewhere. If flowers aren't delivered tomorrow I'll be doing a chargeback with Visa.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. WILL BE VERY UNHAPPY! Ordered flowers for a funeral. They never showed up and can't ever get that day back. Was offered free bouquet for the family. Never showed up. They are very unreliable!

This company advertises they are low cost however they have hidden fees at the end charging a service and delivery fee for each arrangement. We were ordering flowers for my grandmother's funeral and they were going to charge us an additional $100.

I ordered flowers for mother's birthday as a surprised. I paid for expedited shipping so the flowers could be there by or before noon for her scheduling purposes. About half an hour before noon, I called Customer Service to make sure the order was properly placed and the delivery would be on time as it was not yet received, I was assured everything was fine and the flowers would be delivered on time. About half an hour past the delivery time, flowers were yet to be delivered, I again called Customer Service, the person I spoke with did not seem to know what to say and proceeded to tell me that this was likely due to the difference in time zones from the state they are located in to where I are.
I explained to her that the flowers were being delivered from a florist in my time zone, not hers and encouraged her to call the florist and find out the order status (website says nothing about time zone difference). After speaking to the florist, she stated that the flowers were on their way. Another hour goes by and no flowers. I called Customer Support once again and explained the situation to yet another representative, he placed me on a lengthily hold and got on the phone with the florist, he then proceeded to advise me that the flowers had already been delivered.
Because of all of the issues with this service, I asked him to please hold while I called my mother and verified (even though this was supposed to be a surprise and was blown). She said she had NOT received any flowers, when I inform the representative, he said he would have to find out why the florist lie to him, I then confirmed that he would call me once the issue was resolved and the flowers were delivered, he said he would.
About 15 minutes later, my mother informed me she received the flowers which were not gonna last long as they didn't look too alive, the representative never called me back. During this entire exchange with different representatives, not at any point was I even offered a reimbursement for at least the expedited delivery I had paid for, when the flowers were 2 hours late and underwhelming. Please note, I probably spent overall about an hour on the phone with the reps while I was at work. Also, the flowers were definitely NOT the ones I ordered even though they tried to make them look like it. I would not recommend this service.

Tried ordering "Get Well" flowers for my mother in law. I went through all of the steps including PayPal. And then the "real" total price was displayed: Added an additional $14.99 for handling etc. So, I canceled the order and then they sent me a code "191" for free handling etc. I went back to order and there was no place to enter the code. And believe or not the price was $12 more!! What a waste of time!

I ordered flowers for my son to send to his girlfriend and not only did they charge me more than $20 for rush and handling fees I also upgraded to a deluxe arrangement which was also more money. I then heard from a local florist 4 hours later that they had just got the job! So my rush charges were useless. Then the arrangement they delivered 7 hours later for 62.00 was a huge disappointment! When I reached out to receive a rightfully due credit they insulted me by offering me a $15.00 gift certificate on a future purchase. Since I will never use them again it was a useless disappointing gesture!! Do not use them I realize that they don't have control over the florist that creates your arrangement but they should know how to put the customer first!! Don't waste your money. They don't deserve your business! They don't even deserve one star and I wish I could share the what they sent versus what I ordered.

I should have reviewed this vendor before I placed any orders. I informed them the address 17 hours before the delivery and all they did is sending me a message saying they couldn't do it because the shipping has been processed. I made the phone call and the customer service said they are the third party, they can't do anything but asked me to call UPS to change the address by my own and see if they can do that for me. I don't understand the 15 dollars service charge were exactly for if they can't even provide any service so asked for a refund and of course was refused. Nothing said in the confirmation order that no changes before certain time can be made.
After talking to someone, Sherllie - claimed as everyone know who she is without providing her last name, she refused the refund and asked me to go to their website to search for the delivery policy. Which I did and still can't find any policy that says anything in regards to changes of the order. If they have already processed the shipping, I would have already received the UPS number as what Sherllie claimed on the phone. Until the delivery date today, no emails told me what shipping number is. How am I going to trust them if they did have that shipped or just don't bother to do any services? Terrible experience and looks like they aren't going to change what they are doing or improve their service. I was offered a gift card but refused to take it as I will never want to deal with this company ever!

Our floral arrangement to be delivered was confirmed by phone, otherwise we would have made other arrangements. There are no do-overs in the realm of funerals. FromYouFlowers advertised and took contract to deliver that which they did not possess without disclosing that fact. We are outraged.

They were a day late and looked nothing like the picture. I ordered pink and white, and red and yellow were delivered instead. I could have went to the store and bought some myself, it would have been cheaper and just as good, probably better. I will never use them again and I urge everyone else to do the same!

Flowers looked nothing like the picture. Not even the same kind of flowers even... I would not recommend. If you want the same quality, go to Walmart and pay $4.88 for a bundle of half dead cheap flowers.

Item gifted was nothing at all like what I ordered. Delivery was prompt but the flowers were dull, nothing but greenery, several cheap green button mums, and two weepy looking tulips. See images below of what I ordered vs what was received. I sent an apology and am embarrassed. I was ripped off for $50. For junk. My own Kroger’s and Whole Foods has sunflowers and gorgeous flowers, so I did not think this would be an issue. I have always used ProFlowers for 15 years and never ONCE were the flowers EVER not exactly as ordered. I took a chance, and it was a bad outcome.

Placed an order for my husband's birthday gift to be delivered by 6 pm March 04, 2018. Waited till 5:30 pm and called the company due to did not get the order yet. I was advised that they would not be able to deliver today. They would deliver tomorrow. I am so upset with this company and will never order from them again. BEWARE!!!! Stay away from this company.

My friend (Swati **) ordered (order no. **) an assortment of chocolates for me from 'Fromyouflowers.com'. She is from India. As per the picture, the basket was to have 3 Lindt chocolates, Ferrero Rocher, and some other chocolates. She paid $68 for it (including $15 for within 4 hours delivery, and the delivery took after more than 6 hours). The order that I received had small packs of M&Ms, Kit Kat, Hershey's, and some other chocolates I do not recognize. $68 for M&Ms? Also while ordering, she made sure that none of the chocolates should have eggs as an ingredient, as I am allergic to eggs. But, now some of the 'similar items' sent by them have eggs in them. My friend then asked them to return the order and refund her money. To this, the people at 'Fromyouflowers.com' replied that they offer their 'apologies' and '$15 dollar gift' for the next time we buy something from them.
Why would somebody deal with them again after such a bad experience. They also told us that their website 'clearly' mentions that the items in packet might be 'substituted' with 'similar' items. These people did not even mention anything about refund, let alone process it. My friend again asked them to refund the money, and she again received 'heartfelt apologies' as a reply. She is entitled to a refund as per '100% satisfaction guarantee' offered by "Fromyouflowers.com'. But these people have not even paid heed to her request. Maybe because they think that as the customer is from another country, he would not be able to do anything. They can 'substitute' whatever they want to with whatever they want to and nothing would happen to them. But, I am a student in US, and I am here for another 18 months, and I will surely seek legal help if the money is not refunded.

I ordered a same day arrangement at 10am for a friend out of town. It was a "I'm sorry" gift. Received an email saying "sorry we will try to deliver tomorrow". It did not arrive the next day either. Was giving half off and "upgraded" to a "fuller" basket. It arrived 3 days late. Not AT ALL as pictured (like I could have spent 8 bucks at the dollar store and made a better basket). Instead of "love you" balloon they included a "Happy Birthday". It was a candy and snack basket. See below for pictures. I didn't think it would be exactly alike but I thought similar... And mind you...they said "upgraded basket". I sent pictures to the company. They didn't even fight me. Full refund in 5 minutes. Like seriously? If you mess something up (like guaranteed same day delivery) at least WOW me with the basket. Made me feel like they didn't even care.

Terrible service. Ordered funeral arrangement 02/15 to be delivered same day. Received confirmation email that flowers were delivered 02/16, then received call from customer service (after the funeral) that flowers were not available and could not be delivered. After I initiated two more emails requesting status, I received a response on 02/26 (10 days after funeral) asking if I would like to send something else in place of my original order. Will never use or recommend them again. Joke.

Tried for first time because of specific arrangement. Ordered a week in advance. Wrong arrangement, smaller, carnations instead of roses, no balloons. So very disappointing. Two days waiting for replacement. Spent several hours on the phone - listening to hold music - "busy delivering Valentine's Day arrangements" - today is 2/26! My experience was deceitful. I wasn't given the entire total charge of my purchase and it was purposely not disclosed to me the total cost of the flower order. After I had repeatedly requested my total charge, I checked 2 minutes after I hung up with our call and to find that my credit card was charged an additional 14.99 fee. Very dishonest and to top it all off... my order was not delivered on "same day" delivery as I had requested. Nor has it been delivered the following day 6 hours into the day.

I paid extra for next-day delivery and I paid extra-extra for a delivery guarantee of 12pm. These clowns delivered her flowers at 4:49pm which was 3 hours AFTER her plane left. They verified that I paid for the guaranteed delivery time and they verified that they were almost 5 hours late. Then they informed me that the best they could do was to refund $12.00 of the $49.94 that I paid them. So basically, I paid $37.94 for the "privilege" of being embarrassed.

I ordered flowers on Friday to be delivered on Saturday. I even paid the 4.99 to guarantee a delivery by noon. I started calling "FromYouFlowers" at 1:00 pm at which time they told me my flowers have not been delivered. Fast forward to Sunday 9 am (no flowers) 1 pm (no flowers) after being on hold the agent stated that the florist said that there is a delivery problem and my flowers would not be delivered until Monday. What a crock!!! My friend's birthday was Saturday! Do not order from this place! It's unfortunate for "FromYouFlowers" because I'm sure the blame is the florist. Now I just have to make sure I get my refund. What a pain!

I was hesitant to use your flowers because of the reviews about late or no delivery and cheap or dead flowers, but with a limit budget I gave it a try. I ordered a stand spray of red roses and greenery. It was for a repast. It look exactly like the photo and it was set up by the time I got to the church. It was beautiful and I'm glad I gave them a chance. I am from Baton Rouge so the complaints may depend on the area and state but I was completely satisfied.

I ordered from the "Best Value-Our Freshest Flowers" category. This was a gift of encouragement for a recent diagnosis of late stage cancer. I am a teacher, and this was an expensive gift for me to purchase. I paid $73.96 for a bouquet as pictured in the ad on the website. My recipient got a vase of a half dozen red roses that were obviously left over from Valentine's Day. Nothing but a half dozen red roses like you could find at any grocery store for under $20 or less. This is fraud in my opinion, when you show a picture and then deliver what they did.

This online ordering site represents itself with Google ran ads, and is the worst customer experience of the modern century. They offer same day flower delivery and I gave them 48 hours to deliver and now four days later they still have not delivered, but they took my money. I am fighting to get a refund now, you cannot call them, they keep telling you your status of your order is out for delivery or been delivered, and there is no other repercussions.

Don’t order from this company! Paid high cost for same day 6 pm delivery. Ordered at 11 (8 am West Coast time) not delivered. Finally got hold of a rude customer service rep, who said they tried to deliver but no one came to door and they called the number but no one answered. Both lies! I wish negative ratings were allowed. My husband ordered flowers for Valentine's day since 2/3 and paid extra for guaranteed delivery. I received nothing. He called. Was told they would for sure be there by 2/16 with a 20% discount. He said fine since our anniversary was on 2/17. Once again no delivery arrived. He tried contacting customer service via email and phone and has no luck. He finally got a hold of someone and was told he would get a discount and an upgrade but asked him not to review them badly. What a joke. Requested full refund. We'll see if we get it.

Made arrangements to have correct order redelivered. Second delivery was not delivered and I received no notification. Local florist used by this company stated it didn't matter how I reviewed them. From You Flowers didn't care either. Requested full refund.

I placed an order for a Birthday Candy Basket to be delivered to a student away at college. I read the reviews and entrusted the description provided; however, the delivery was nothing like what was shown, or described, on the website. I not only purchased the basket advertised, but upgraded to "Deluxe" and the poor kid received less than the advertised "Regular Basket." The "Keepsake Basket" wasn't even a basket, it was a plastic bucket sold at the discount store, along with the smiley face cellophane bag it was in.

I was happy to be able to get an affordable flower arrangement for my mother in law, said the flowers were $29.99 then I got a 20% discount, very exciting, then they charged $2.99 for delivery. I thought ok that is fine. It is going to be there the same day, then they tacked on ANOTHER $14.99 so my flowers total was going to be $41.97 now, a far cry from the advertised value basket they bragged about. Also I had taken time to write the card info etc - double check the cost before you write all your love notes etc. That way you will know the exact cost BEFORE you take time to write your note and then realize that it is WAY more than you thought.

I gave 1 star because 0 or negative stars was not possible. I ordered beautiful gift basket filled with "gourmet sausage, gourmet cheeses, crackers, and pretzels." I sent this to a dear friend I have known my whole life, I know what he likes. His receptionist sent me a picture of what showed up. OMG!!! It was filled with green bananas, oranges, apples, some cheap pre-sliced salami and some baby bell cheese rounds that children eat, a box of crackers and a small pouch of Milano cookies!! Like I said, I know him well, and he hates fruit!!! I was so embarrassed I cried, I couldn't believe the deception of this website. And this is all after I paid extra to have it delivered the same day, and another upgrade to have it delivered in 4 hours.
When it wasn't delivered that day I called and they told me they were just about to send me an email explaining the person fulfilling the order did not have the "ingredients" to make the proper basket and that they would give me a $10 store credit for the inconvenience. Well, ok these things happen, but when I saw what showed up, I was outraged, it took a whole another day to put that fruit basket together? When I called back the next day about the wrong basket being delivered, they said they would go pick up the basket and redeliver a new one. What?? No, you cannot go pick up a gift basket that somebody has already received and take it back after they already think that it is their gift. That is flat out rude, and confusing to the person receiving the gift. So, I said, “No don't do that!” They offered to do 20% discount, which is not ok when I ordered an $85.00 meat lovers gift basket and a fruit basket was delivered.
You need to fully refund that and then apologize!!! They also kept offering store credit, I told them I don't need store credit because I am not shopping there anymore. I also told them that I upgraded to the deluxe basket which contains more items and that the one delivered did not have not more items than the standard one shown in the picture. Well, they informed me that the picture shown is the deluxe basket but that the standard basket price is what is listed by the picture on the home page and that next time I ordered I should take note of that. LOL. that is some messed up trickery that they are claiming as marketing. It's fraudulent is what it is.
When I saw the custom card I sent and what local company arranged it, I had to laugh. It's a small enough town, I know the businesses. It was a local florist shop that only does flowers. So apparently they sent somebody down to 7-11 and bought some convenient store crap and put a ribbon on it and charged me $85.00. Long story short, they sent my all-American, meat loving, hunting most weekends when he is not at his cabin in Montana, a fruit basket. I can't believe this happened.

Ordered flowers and balloon to be delivered same day as a birthday present and purchased the guaranteed delivery service and the flowers were never delivered. I called the company and after some pushing was told they would give me 20 off. And again a guarantee the flowers would be there by end of day. Guess what.... 2 days later the flowers never arrived and my credit card was not credited with the refund. I called to cancel and they initially refused any refund. After 15 mins I was able to get a full refund or at least they told me I would get a full refund and that the full refund won't post for at least 3 days... It's been 1 day so we shall see if it gets posted in the next few days. My advice... use a different company. DO NOT give this company your business, they are horrible. I decided to call a local florist in the area of my recipient and flowers were delivered as promised and are beautiful.

I order flower for Valentine’s Day - By 2 pm no flowers were delivered so I contacted them by email and explain to them I could not wait any longer so please deliver the flowers on 2-15-2018, when I got home on 2/15 the flower were sitting on the porch. The note said the delivery was made on 2-14 at 7:30. Fromyouflowers I received email stating the delivery was made at 6:20 pm on 2:14. My main complaint was the flowers didn't even look as nice as what shows on the website. I felt kind cheated. Then I wrote them a new email about my complaint and as of today 2-21-18 I have not received any reply from them. I’m not a happy customer and I will never make another purchase from them. I will not give them one star. They deserve no stars.

I ordered flowers on 2/3 for a birthday gift to be delivered on 2/19 and those flowers never arrived. I called early the next morning and spoke to a representative (Jesse) who assured me they would get delivered that day (2/20) with a free upgrade. Later on that day I got an email saying that they were sorry about the delay and they would arrived on 2/21 with an upgrade. I tried calling the number on the site but got no answer. Instead a message saying the florist were busy working on Valentine’s Day arrangements... This was 4 pm on 2/20... I emailed them asking to cancel my order immediately and asked for a full refund. My order was canceled but now I am waiting on my refund and had to spend more money on a birthday gift that unfortunately was already delayed. This was extremely unacceptable seeing how I placed my order almost three weeks in advanced. Would not recommend this to anyone!

Purchased a gift basket for my father to be sent after surgery. Was promised 100% guarantee that it would be delivered SAME DAY! An hour or so after my order I received an email stating it would arrive tomorrow sorry for the inconvenience. I called and cancelled my order and was told the money would not be put back in my account for 3 days! It is too late to find another florist and my funds are not available. I really counted on them to do what was promised and now I'm left with no options. I hope anyone reading this will reconsider putting your trust in this company! I'm sorry I did!

I ordered a bouquet of sympathy flowers to be sent to the funeral home at about 9:45am on 02/20/2018 and chose the option for same day delivery as the services were scheduled for that day at 5pm. I chose the same day delivery option for delivery by 5pm. The delivery did not make it that day. I called them and spoke with a rep who assured me that the flower arrangement would be delivered by 9am the following day 2/22/2018. The rep also refunded the same day delivery fee that I was charged. Fast forward to the following morning, the funeral along with my best friend’s mother (she was the one who passed) were scheduled to leave the funeral home at 11am and go to the church for services and burial. Well guess what! The flowers were not delivered by 9am as promised nor were they delivered by 11am.
They attempted to deliver the floral arrangement to the funeral home sometime after 12 noon and of course the funeral home informed the delivery person that they missed to services and the floral arrangement was refused. I find this out by checking my email for a delivery confirmation, which there was none. I go to the website to track the order, well the “order cannot be found”! I call once again to fromyouflowers and while on the phone, she is reading the comments on the order which indicate the services were missed. The rep offered to have them delivered to another address. I tell her, “No thank you, just cancel my order.” Which she did.
Although I don’t really have a complaint about their customer service, they were very nice in assisting as much as they could and did not have an issue with refunding me... (the refund is already showing on my PayPal), I do know I will not do business with this company again...you only get one chance from me. The delivery of the sympathy arrangement was pretty important to me as my best friend of 30 Plus years' mother had passed away. Pretty disappointed with this company.

I ordered two items from fromyouflowers.com to be delivered for my daughter's birthday. The chocolate covered strawberries were delivered by a chocolate vendor as requested and were on a separate order made at the same time as the flowers; however, the flowers never arrived. When I called about this the company said their records indicated they were delivered. I explained that the front door of my daughter's home had a 24 hr. camera and we could show they did not arrive. As soon as they heard about the camera, they said a new delivery would go out on Tuesday. It also never arrived yesterday, February 23, 2018. After a complaint call to them, I cancelled the order. Their ineptitude is outrageous!

This is the review I left on the From You Flowers website along with a picture. Here I included the European Dish Garden I ordered and what was actually received. I scoured the internet to find the perfect flowering plant basket to send to my mother in Florida. I knew she would love the design and the basket itself. I was assured by the gentleman on the phone that she would get what is pictured. It is nowhere close to the one pictured and looks much smaller than the size I paid for.
In fact, there is no arrangement that even resembles what she received. It's pretty but then what's the point of selection if you're just going to get a grab bag of a design?? I called customer service and they are going to redeliver but could not answer if the same local florist would be used or not. If From You Flowers comes through and sends an arrangement remotely close to the one pictured, I will gladly change my review. I gave 2 stars and not 1 because of the offer to resend.

Ordered two bouquets to be delivered to the same house, the same day. One for my mom, one for her caregiver. The caregiver got hers, my mom didn't. Mom's were delivered the next day - and when I called them to complain, this company offered to give me a $10.00 coupon on my next order. I then sent the company an email asking them how they thought THAT was a solution. I never get a response from them - but get a notification from Paypal that they have given me a credit of $7.24. I hope their lost business from me, my family and friends was worth the $7.24. Customer Service is definitely an all but lost art. What a joke!

I ordered flowers from this company to send to my grandmother on the 1 year anniversary of my grandfather’s death. 75 years they spent together – this last year has been horrible for her. I ordered the flowers 5 weeks early to ensure there was no confusion and expressed the importance of the order as I made my purchase. The flowers were never delivered. When I called to figure out what had happened, DEVASTATED that on the one day I needed these flowers to be there, they didn’t arrive, the agent I spoke to said that she had no idea where the flowers were and would “have to look into it.” The call ended. The afternoon on the following day, I still had yet to hear from the company so I called again.
The man I spoke with told me that he could deliver the flowers the NEXT day and quote “late flowers are better than never.” YES, he literally said this to me. And he still tried charging me for the flowers! The best he could do, he told me, was to offer me 20% off my next order. I demanded that my issue be sent to a manager immediately. Robyin, the supervisor, called me and apologized for the error. She refunded my money and sent the flowers that I ordered to my grandmother that day (a day late), free of charge. I called the following morning and Robyin confirmed they had been delivered. Again she apologized for the lack of organization and for the supervisor who did not call me when they should have. Two weeks later, I decided to use the credit to send my best friend flowers on the anniversary of her father’s death. It is an important day that we cherish and celebrate to remember the most important man in her life. I contacted Robyin personally and placed the order through her. I was paranoid about the order and attempted “tracking” it multiple times on the website, before being informed that the tracking wasn’t like UPS, etc. and that the tracking would only be updated once the order was delivered. I was assured by Robyin that the supervisor on staff would call as soon as my best friend’s flowers were delivered. I never received a call.
While being in touch with her all day, I knew my best had not received her flowers yet. So I started making calls, desperate to not end up in the same position as before. FromYouFlowers couldn’t locate the flowers, claimed they had been delivered and that there was nothing they could do until the following day. By this point, I was IRATE. I took the situation into my own hands and contacted the apartment complex where she lives and was notified that the delivery person REFUSED to take the flowers to the apartment and upon being notified that the front desk does not take deliveries, they STILL refused and left the flowers. I was able to track down the flowers through the handful of people I spoke to at the apartment complex and then BEGGED the front desk to deliver them to her. They had to send an employee of the apartment complex to my girlfriend’s apartment 4 buildings away and be short staffed while she did so.
When she finally received the flowers, she took pictures and sent them! And would you believe it? The flowers I ordered were NOT the flowers that were delivered. She didn’t know the difference and I wasn’t about to tell her, so I left well enough alone. I contacted FromYouFlowers and let them know what happened and they actually had the audacity to blame my flower recipient for not receiving the flowers because “she wasn’t home.” Unfortunately for them, I was on the phone texting and speaking all day and knew for a fact she had never left the apartment.
This company is incredibly disorganized and they have a heinous disregard for the clientele they serve. I'd like nothing more than to forget this entire ordeal ever happened. Two days of extreme importance - not just to me BUT TO OTHER HUMAN BEINGS - and this company managed to ruin both of them. Flowers a day late does not make sentiment - it makes forgetfulness and lack of caring. I am horrified by the treatment by this company and I will never do business with them again.

I feel like I need to counter some of the 1 & 2 star reviews. First, my experience: I needed an emergency "I'm sorry" bouquet. Found this company through a standard Google search. Read the endorsements on the homepage and saw the deals and figured I'd give 'em a shot. I ordered a same-day bouquet to be delivered to a local hospital. Price was reasonable for same-day delivery.
Then I read all the complaints. I was mortified. I had already spent the money and I didn't want to have to deal with customer service if I didn't have to. I decided to wait and see - give the benefit of the doubt. I'm glad I did. The bouquet was delivered well before the promised delivery time. The bouquet was beautiful. And my wife was appreciative and posted pics on all her social media accounts. What a lifesaver. I assume that this national company works with local florists. And I'm sure some of these florists get the short end of the stick. But whoever they work within the Cleveland area is on the ball, and I can't say enough about how great the product was and how great my experience was. Thanks, FYF.

I ordered my wife our 25th anniversary flowers with a bear and a box of chocolate on 02/17/2018 with a total of $98.46. 1st the delivery was late, second they did not deliver the bear and a box of chocolate and third the flowers does not look like the one on the advertise ad. The flowers look like **. If I just knew I'm not even going to buy this for 20 dollars. I call them asking for refund. They said they only can give me 30% back. I ordered a flower bouquet for my best friend to be delivered to her work for her birthday. The bouquet I ordered had red roses and a variety of purple flowers. What they sent her had pink daisies some filler flowers and some wilted orange flowers. My friend doesn’t like pink which is why I didn’t order and arrangement with pink. I expect to get what was shown in the picture and what I paid for not cheap half dead flowers. I called fromyouflowers and they said they would resend the correct bouquet today with a free “upgrade”.
Well it’s 7 pm Eastern time now, and she still hasn’t gotten the flowers. When I called fromyouflowers and spoke to a manager they said they “couldn’t reach the florist” and it was past the cutoff so they won’t be delivered. My friend was embarrassed in front of her co-workers as these flowers looked worse than anything you could buy in a grocery store. Also I told her she would receive her correct arrangement today and of course that did not happen. I wish I would have googled this company before I paid for this. It looks like there are hundreds of similar stories and I hope they will be shut down since they are scamming consumers. I don’t even know if I will receive the refund I requested and will likely have to dispute it with the credit card company.

Today was a special occasion, so I arranged to have flowers sent to my girlfriend at work. I paid for "same day" delivery in addition to an expedited delivery service fee to guarantee that they would arrive by noon at the latest. Needless to say, the flowers were never delivered and the surprise was ruined. That was irritating enough, but to add insult to injury, not only did they not call me to let me know (I had to call and was on hold for 25 minutes--completely wasting my lunch break), they tried to charge me an additional $80 to have the flowers delivered to an alternate address so that my girlfriend could receive the flowers at home. So basically they ruined the surprise, missed the delivery window which I paid extra to guarantee (the business closed at noon), and then asked for additional money to deliver the flowers to her home instead.

In a hurry, I placed an order with fromyouflowers.com. Like the rest here, I was less than satisfied with my experience. I placed my order at 9:30AM with a "GUARANTEED" delivery of 6PM. Had someone waiting for them. 6PM came around and they were not delivered. At this point I was extremely frustrated and called the customer service line. They were extremely helpful! I did have to hold but hey, that's a support line for you. I explained the situation, they placed me on a brief hold, and said they had processed the refund...and that I should have the money back in 1 to 3 business days (WILL be following up on this).
Around 7:30PM, the flowers FINALLY arrived to the recipient, but looked nothing like what I ordered...looked like the florist picked up the materials at the ** Dollar Tree and let their 2 year old arrange it. Pathetic. (The pictures I've attached shows the difference of what I ordered and what arrived...florist should be absolutely ashamed of themselves!!!) Thankfully I called an actual local Houston florist, who had a beautiful arrangement delivered in under 2 hours. She truly saved the day. Word of caution: BUY LOCAL! Do not use ANY flower ordering site. After looking online (which I should have done to begin with) they basically all have the same issues with their orders.

So I ordered flowers from this company today at 7 am. At 2 pm I called to confirm that they were going to be delivered on time... No answer from customer service. I emailed them... No answer. They were delivered at 3 pm. The flowers were wilted and it was not what I ordered. Called to see what happened. No answer. Emailed to see what happened. No answer. This customer is a scam from what I can tell. Not a good first experience. I will never do business with them again. I will continue to try and get my money back or cancel the charges on CC.

I ordered the higher priced flower arrangement to be sent and when I saw it in the picture of my nephew and his new bride (it having just been delivered today), the arrangement in the picture was half the flowers pictured online. Very poor quality for the money. Very deceived by the picture and what I thought would be delivered. I could have bought flowers at the store and a glass vase for $20.00 total and made a more spectacular arrangement had I not lived 400 miles away.

I ordered the "Rose & Lily Birthday Celebration Bouquet" for my mum's birthday, to be delivered on Feb 14th, with 10 days of anticipation (Feb 4), and when the day finally arrived, she received nothing! Next day Feb 15th, I sent them a complaint letter, asking for a refund, then they sent the flowers immediately, which arrived later that day. I ordered my wife's Valentines Day gift from FromYouFlowers - a week and a half ahead of time. I selected this company because they offered a guaranteed delivery before noon option and my wife leaves work at 2:00. I also looked at the satisfaction guarantee which states that if you are not 100% satisfied with your order you will get a complete refund. The flowers presented on their website looked great. That was enough security for me to pull the trigger and trust them with my wife's gift.
On Valentines Day, 12:00 passed and I began to get worried. I noticed I had been sent a shipping notification the day before in my inbox's SPAM folder. Wait, What? They used UPS to ship my order from 500 miles away? That wasn't clearly explained, but ok. I called the company and after 10 minutes on hold, I gave up. 2:00 passed and my wife left work for the day with no Valentines Day gift. I finally got a delivery notification from UPS at 4:01 PM (because I requested it directly from UPS) long after my wife left work. I had to scramble and pick up flowers from a picked over selection at a local grocery store to save face with my wife.
The next day my wife gets to work and finds out that one of her co workers found the flower box in the hall way addressed to her and kept it safe for her or it would have been thrown out by the cleaning staff. She opened the box to wilted flowers that she had to cut herself that looked nothing like the picture on the website. I've tried reaching out to this company to request a refund as I was not in any way shape or form satisfied. They refunded the "guaranteed" delivery fee and have ignored my requests for a full refund. I will never do business with this company again and suggest that anyone looking for a dependable flower provider look elsewhere.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience was so poor I hope to prevent others from having the same poor service. I ordered on 2/11 for 2/14 delivery. Delivery was attempted on 2/14, but was not successful for unknown reasons, nor did the contracted FromYouFlowers florist ever call the recipient (I thought that was the whole point in providing the recipient's #). Today is 2/15, no refund, no delivery. FromYouFlowers advised they could NOT issue a refund, so rather than lose my money and the flowers, I opted to attempt for re-delivery (two days late). I read prior reviews and they said refunds were a nightmare. If it wasn't for my constant follow up, I think it would have never been addressed. They are attempting to re-deliver today, but I have little faith that will be successful either.

I purchased two orders for same address, one for my girlfriend and one for my future Mother in Law. My girlfriend’s flowers showed up around 4:30pm IN A BOX!! Nowhere on site did it state that they are shipped in a box, I purchased an arrangement. Not something shoved in a box. My Mother in Law’s flowers on the other hand never came! I placed order a week prior for Valentine’s Day at an extra charge! No email was sent saying they were delayed so I contacted website and submitted an email about non delivery. The next day I still hadn’t heard from them by 10am.
I emailed again stating my dissatisfaction with yet no response. I called number on website and never got a hold of a person. I emailed a fourth time, by this time I was upset, bad customer service on top of poor delivery service. I stated how unhappy I was and how She had still not received my flowers! I finally got a response saying my order was CANCELED!!! No apology or explanation about delay just canceled by them. They never took the time to explain why just gave me the finger. I will never use this site again.

I ordered flowers for Valentine's, one order came on time but for the second arrangement I was told it will arrive a day after Valentine's and I only was told that after complaining that I never received the second arrangement. Today is the 15 of Feb so I am still waiting for her to receive the flowers according to their email stating a day late, no compensation, but an email. I understand they’re busy but not delivering at all and sending an email that you did receive is unacceptable and I may never order from them again, first experience and worst also.

On 2/11/18 I ordered a dozen white roses to be delivered on Valentine's day. It is now the day after, and still no flowers delivered or any type of communication from them. I've emailed them TWICE with no response and called probably 50x but cannot get anyone to answer. Just a robot that eventually hangs up on me. It's absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a Valentine arrangement for my girlfriend 4 days before Valentine's Day. The order was confirmed for guaranteed delivery on Valentine's Day. Valentine's Day came and went and no delivery was made. I attempted to contact FromYouFlowers numerous times by phone and email and got no answer at all. The delivery was made on February 15th in the afternoon one day late and it wasn't even the arrangement I had ordered. There was a note attached to the arrangement that was delivered stating sorry for the delay and said they upgraded the arrangement. However the arrangement was not upgraded and had no resemblance to what I had ordered. Soon after that I received an email from FromYouFlowers stating that my order was delivered on February 14th. This company is a big joke and I would never order from them again. The worst customer service I've ever experienced.

My husband ordered flowers for me for Valentines Day. He ordered them early on the 5th to be exact, they never showed up, he has tried to call them a good 50 times and never gotten ahold of anyone. He finally contacted his credit card company and they put a credit on his account. This company is absolutely HORRIBLE and does not deserve even one star. I wish I read the reviews before I did business with this company. I ordered online on 2/12/18 flowers, vase and other stuff to make sure it'll be at her workplace by Valentine's Day. Well it didn't and I paid for it to be delivered that day. Not only I was disappointed for not arriving so was my wife and not just that. Me and her are at Rocky terms and if this was delivered like it says it was it would've been perfect because out of the 15 yrs we were together, this would have been the first time I ever done this and I hope no one else will experience this.

He sent them to my place of business, these should have been priority as my place of business closes at 5 pm. My husband ordered me flowers for Valentine’s Day, he paid 80.00 for the upgraded version of these flowers which included 8 red roses and White Lilies with a red vase. It showed up with 4 roses and Lilies and a round clear vase! My husband tried to contact them to let them know he did not get the right arrangement however he could not reach anyone! I ordered a bouquet of sunflower worth $62 for Valentine’s day instead they delivered 3 roses with bunch of fillers in the middle which looks really really cheap, it looks like those roses that they sell at 7/11, not really worth $62. Called customer service that night, put on hold for an hour. Talked to them they told me they didn’t have the item that I ordered so the florist went ahead and delivered the wrong flower without even notifying me. I ordered 2 weeks before V-day, that’s enough time for them to sort out everything but didn’t. They offered me credit and redeliver but told them no so they say they’re gonna refund me the full amount, we'll see.

I ordered flowers for wife on Valentine’s Day. Paid extra for AM delivery. When she got home from work I asked her how she liked the flowers. “What flowers?” was her reply. They were NOT delivered. I called the company, selected option to check status on order. Was prompted to put in order number. When I looked at the receipt there was no order number. Called back and selected option 3. Got the voice message that order status could not be checked because of the volume of Valentine’s Day orders. As of now I feel like I've been robbed of 75.00 with no recourse. Am very disappointed with the lack of service not to mention I can't get anyone on the phone. My wife LEFT work for the day and the flowers were not delivered as of 3:30pm Arizona time. When I call the number all it says is that the flowers are out for delivery! Well now she is not there and without flowers today. Long story short NO flowers for V-Day and it ALL YOUR Fault. I will make sure to use a more well established, better communicating, and transparent company going forward. How can you give a window of 9-5?!? I used Fromyouflowers.com to order flowers for my in-laws for Thanksgiving. The flowers were due to arrive the Wednesday, prior to the holiday. Talked to in-laws, no delivery. Called customer service for the company who said address was incorrect (yet this had never been a problem prior to this) asked for refund for purchase. Customer service unable to fulfill my request. Said flowers would instead be delivered after the holiday! They did offer compensation for the issue in the form of credit. I used the credit for flowers to be delivered before Valentine's Day after the death of my father-in-law. On date of requested delivery - nothing. Tried calling, put on hold and never got through. I sent my mother in law flowers for Valentine's Day. I ordered them yesterday 2/13/18 and selected that they be delivered yesterday 2/13/18. About 6 pm I received an email from From You Flowers stating they had been delivered. Flash forward to today 2/14/18 I had not heard from my mother in law (as she ALWAYS texts a picture of them to say thank you). I contacted her and she never received her flowers. I called From You Flowers and waited on hold for 20 minutes only to be told that I have two choices. I can get a refund or they can RE-send them (they never did in the first place so really it's send them not resend). I was told by a FYF rep that they were delivered at 1 pm on 2/13/18. I explained again no flowers were delivered. So I asked what can be done to compensate me. They gave me 30% back on my order and are (RE) sending them but not until Friday the 16th.
A couple hours go by and I got a text from my mother in law with a picture of flowers! Whatever. She proceeded to tell me that the "delivery man" said it was on the schedule for today 2/14/18 not yesterday which is incorrect according to the FYF rep, because as I said I received a confirmation email stating they were delivered and the FYF rep said it was delivered 1 pm the day before. So Long story long! I am NEVER using them again because it's not the first time this happened and I let it slide last time after calling and having them "resend" my order. I also obtained the florist name that was used and it's local so I will never use them either!!

Completely messed up my order and could not get it there on time to fix it. Lied about calling me right back after they "reached out to florist". Had to call them back three hours later. Got partial refund. Never trusting them again, You shouldn't either. Custom vase image was also cut poorly and looks like a kindergartener with epilepsy did it. It's just a piece of waterproof paper in a glass vase. That's not a "custom vase" that's a vase with a piece of paper in it. Flowers arrived in a cardboard box.

What arrived, 1dz long stem roses, in a short vase (she had to cut them down to fit), no stuffed bear and no chocolates. After waiting on hold for 1 hour they finally picked up. Their offer was to give me credit for the bear and chocolates. My offer was the order delivered today (Valentine's Day) with everything I ordered.

I again made the same offer but included either take my offer or give me a refund. "If you are not willing to do so I will call my bank and claim this as a fraud charge and let you fight with the bank." They gave me my money. I have given up on online shopping. I miss talking to real humans, just left the florist with what I wanted my wife to receive and saved $10.00...

The pictures product grossly misrepresents what is delivered. I paid for mostly roses and got mostly cheap filler flowers. Also, the ribbon attached was mangled with visible wires jutting out. I wouldn't do this again. I will order flowers from a local shop and talk to them in person. This is a sham online business.

This website was promoted in Google search, great selection of flowers although pricing and delivery charges were not so attractive. I went ahead and ordered two arrangements. The first was delivered 2/13. Looks nothing like the arrangement I ordered except in the number of roses. The local flower shop contracted are amateurs, even the base was different. So very disappointed and what's worse: have zero confidence the second arrangement will do justice to the arrangement as pictured. After I contacted customer service they referred me to the policymaking note that florists may substitute flowers depending on season, availability, etc. Besides the point and very frustrating. To FromYouFlowers, You are supposed to ensure the local flower shops are coming close to what YOU display on your website. It is your name and your reputation on the line. I can be understanding, not my first time ordering flowers online, first time I am dissatisfied.

I received dozen roses from my daughter in college and the thought was amazing. However the roses were brown. The box was opened immediately upon receipt. When your daughter in college cares enough to send flowers the company sending should send a quality product. After being on the phone with customer service there is nothing they can do for me! I ordered my husband a meat, cheese and cracker basket for Valentine's Day. I ordered it 2-1 and what he received was a basket full of chocolates and candies. I called and at first they offered a 20% discount, I told them "no way, I want what I ordered". I paid close to $75 for this thing. They can't take back what they've delivered, which I understand. If you buy into their "same day delivery" good luck... just buy from them and experience for yourself. I would have rather be late but show up with a stunning flower arrangement than having to deal with so much incompetence from these people. If I could leave 0 stars I would. My siblings and I went in on a half casket floral arrangement for our grandfather whom passed. We ordered on a Wednesday (day he passed) to be delivered Saturday (day of viewing). It never showed. They couldn't track the florist whom was to deliver and basically didn't care. First they offered 30% money back and finally a refund. We would of rather had the $300 arrangement than the money. Not like we can have this again for him. We got the red, white and blue premium package. Being a WW2, Korea and 2x Vietnam veteran he deserved the best. He definitely did not get it from fromyouflowers.com and I will be sure to voice my displeasure to all I know to make sure this company is not used to mess up anyone else's occasions.

I placed an order for a same day flower delivery over 10 days ago and my flowers were never delivered. When I called they offered me a $15 credit. I told them to credit my account for the entire order and they told me it would take 1 to 3 days. After making up a BS excuse several times by multiple people that continued to “put me on hold” (yea RIGHT), they said that I couldn’t cancel my order stating it was at 1pm when my order was completed at 11am. Ordered flowers and balloon to be delivered Friday, Feb 2, the day before recipient's birthday (paid EXTRA for same day delivery). Not delivered Friday, Saturday (the birthday) or Sunday. I was NOT notified of delivery failure until I spoke with recipient Sunday. I called fromyouflowers.com and was told they would upgrade from standard to deluxe, double the number of balloons, and deliver that same day (Monday). No delivery again. Called them Tuesday morning, and was told they would upgrade to premium and 2 balloons, and include a note of apology.
The order was finally delivered at 6 PM Tuesday Feb 6. It was standard, not the promised Premium size. There was one balloon, not two. The note of apology said the order was originally scheduled for delivery on Sunday the 4th... a day AFTER the birthday. It was, of course originally scheduled for Friday the 2nd, the day BEFORE the birthday. The only thing they offered when I called back AGAIN, was to refund my original fee for the same day delivery! WORST FLOWER BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE INCOMPETENTS, OR YOU WILL BE SORRY YOU DID.

I was silly enough to order from these people on two occasions. The arrangements that arrived on both occasions were inconsistent from the pictures that were advertised. Very lackluster. The customer service was worse than the poor quality flowers. After I inquired for a refund, their customer service rep tried bargaining for another deal on 4 attempts. After he was unsuccessful, he put me on hold for over 15 minutes. Buyer beware. Go elsewhere.

The florist then calls me wanting to go change the flowers after they’ve delivered to my mother in law. She got them already, you can’t take them back! I was charged an extra same day delivery fee. I confirmed with the florist that they did not get the order until 5 pm and were told to deliver next day. The florist wants to charge me more because they delivered a bigger arrangement and the company refuses to do anything about it. Was not worth paying $45. Do not ever use this company or the florists they partner with as no one seems to care about correct orders or customer service.

I ordered a flower cake for a birthday and they promised same day delivery. After not receiving confirmation of the delivery time I called them (2 hrs after order)- they apologized and stated they could not find a florist who could do that arrangement. They promised me they would do an upgrade to "florist design" arrangement of the same value, and assured me it would be delivered no later than 3 pm - when the recipient left work for the day. At 3:15 p.m. I called again as arrangement had not been delivered, and was told the florist was not able to deliver that day, but it would be delivered next day (Saturday) when biz was closed. They were very polite, and canceled order and refunded without complaint but I would NEVER recommend using this company!

Now I had a new sales rep whose name I forgot but it didn’t matter because after telling my problem and getting put on hold for 10min we were also disconnected.
Calling back I reached Alexander. Explaining situation he puts me on hold for at least 10 minutes. Comes back to explain my order was cancelled because of $10.00 delivery fee from company they sent order to fulfill. I explained I had to agreed fee with them. Yet this is the "other company". I explained no one called me or ask to add fee. I ask to speak to manager. I was passed to Kodegran another sales person but not a manager... I had to once again explain situation. She again put me on hold for 10 min. Came back and explained flowers would be delivered Mon. She "assured" me once again it would be done with a 30% discount and a $10.00 discount coupon on next order (which I had no use for since I would never use them again). I agreed to continue, hoping my mother would receive her flowers. Tues. Flowers were not delivered on Monday.
I called again talking to Lanna and being extremely upset. Once again asking for manager. I had to explain once again the complete ordeal. Also demanded I did not want to be put on hold but yet having to be. Meanwhile while waiting and seeing they charged my charge account even before delivery. After getting the supposed manager, whose name I could of cared less about that I wanted my order canceled and money back on charge. I also reported I will be giving them extremely bad reviews on any social media options I can find. I have already started. They need to be stopped and put out of business. I have read many reviews since I ordered. They are false advisers. Bait and switch business. Do not deliver on timely orders which they “assure you” they will. I hope there is something can be done. These guys are terrible. I ordered an expensive gourmet gift basket of various cheeses, crackers, meats and nice chocolates. The basket that arrived was a junk food basket that had a Kit Kat, a Hershey Bar, some Oreos, peanuts and stale beef jerky. I called to complain and they offered me a 50% refund. I got a $32.00 refund for an $80.00 basket. I sent an email to complain and I was told that their website clearly states that there may be "slight substitutions". Seriously? A Kit Kat substitutes for gourmet cheese and crackers? The email response didn't even provide the name of the person that was writing, or an actual apology for screwing up. I was very wary of ordering flowers from a place I'd never heard of, so I spoke to a customer service rep about my order. It is my parents' 61st wedding anniversary. I ordered flowers for my son's daycare provider because it was her birthday. I paid the extra money to have a same day expedited delivery (within 4 hours on same day). I got the first email stating that the money would be refunded because they did not make it in the 4 hour time slot... I received another email stating that it would be the next day before delivery. I purchased flowers for a friend who just had surgery. It was scheduled for a Friday delivery. Timing was important to me - this was the day she just got home. The flowers didn't arrive. I contacted customer service Friday night and was assured the problem would be resolved immediately. It wasn't. I contacted them every subsequent day; every day I received the same assurance. So the day of the service they call me 7 hours after the service was held and told me the funeral home told them that there was no service for that person!!! I wish that I had read the reviews on this company prior to using their services. I choose to pay $5.00 extra to have my gift basket delivered within 4 hours - that never happened and it was delivered in 10 hours instead. What was more embarrassing than anything else was the gift basket I ordered and the gift basket that was delivered were two different things. The basket on the website looked very nice. What was delivered was a basket from an area grocery store that did not contain the items that it was supposed to. I could have bought that basket at the store for $30.00 instead of paying $75.00 for it. Never never never again.

Wish I had read the reviews first! The incompetence of this business is unbelievable! I order 2 gift fruit baskets to thank the staff at a hospital transplant unit. After placing the order and spending $150, I was contacted and told they would send flowers instead. I explained that flowers are not allowed. OK, not sure when we will be able to get the baskets delivered, probably in 2-3 additional days after the original date. I really wish I read these reviews before I ordered from this company. I took my chance on them (first time I've used them) and wish I hadn't. Flowers never got delivered - received email that it wouldn't get delivered until 4 days later. I had ordered same day and paid extra for weekend delivery for a friend's birthday. No, delivery 4 days late would not work. Not that it's the end of the world, but what was supposed to be a special birthday surprise for a dear friend of mine, got totally ruined.
Never had this happen before... and they were very unapologetic and said I could cancel and would get a refund or they would gladly send on Tuesday when the florist could fulfill the order, with an upgrade. I needed flowers delivered to a funeral on Monday 15 Jan. Went to website on Saturday, where FromYouFlowers claimed Same Day delivery. Before ordering, called Customer Service to verify that flowers could be delivered on Monday. Was assured that would happen. Ordered flowers. 24 HOURS LATER I received an e-mail, telling me that they were unable to deliver to that city by Monday. (The city is in Wisconsin, about 100,000 pop.) So sorry. So it was way too late to order flowers from another florist, and I had been assured that there was plenty of time. No flowers for the funeral. PS. Customer Service people were almost impossible to understand on the phone. Not sure if it was a language problem or just young kids who don't know how to speak clearly.

I ordered flowers on Saturday for my friend who lost her mom and chose the weekend delivery option for the additional fee. Order was taken and confirmed. Flowers were never delivered and after calling and checking on the status I was casually informed that the flowers were not delivered but they can do so or I can cancel my order. It caused me several phone calls, waiting on hold, getting disconnected and still not able to talk to the supervisor. I was offered 10% discount (from only merchandise price, fees not included) for inconvenience. After all this aggravation I insisted a full refund and bonus delivery but 1 hour later got another message that because of the icy roads they have to postpone the delivery. Bottom line, 3 days later flowers still not delivered and, reading the reviews, I know they will never be. I don't even care anymore. Next time I should read the reviews before. I ordered a basket of assorted candy such as Ferrero Rocher, Toblerone, Lindor truffles, and many many more items for my friend for her birthday. I paid extra for the same day delivery along with their ridiculous $14.99 shipping fee. When it finally got to our work, it was the completely wrong product. The basket they dropped off had potato chips, cookies, apple cider packets, olives, and a box of chocolates that looked like it was from the 50s. All in all my order was about $60. I'm not paying that much for dollar store items. When I called to complain they stated that they would come get the wrong basket and give me a $10 gift card... and that the correct basket would be there TOMORROW.
I stated that that was unacceptable and that her birthday was today. After being on hold for 10 minutes, he came back and stated that the reason they gave me the wrong basket was because they were out of the basket I ordered and decided to give me that one instead. His new offer was that we could keep that basket and they would refund me 1/2 my money. Ummmm THE BASKET YOU GAVE ME SUCKED and I paid for a specific item. Whoever made the executive decision to switch it without consulting me is at fault. I stated that anything other than a full refund was unacceptable. I tried to order flowers and have them delivered. The agent who took my information assured me that my order would be delivered same day, and within a specific time frame, after the delivery time I was promised had past I call back and spoke with another agent. This agent informed me that there is no set time, and gave me a wide delivery window from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The first agent told me my delivery would be delivered by noon that same day, and I informed him that if this time frame couldn't be met that I would order flowers elsewhere, he assured me my order would be delivered by noon. So after I spoke with the second agent, and he researched my order history, he apologized for any inconvenience and ask could they have some more time to make the delivery, and I agreed.
The second time agreed upon came and passed, and my order was still not delivered, I placed my order at 7:00 am, it was then 1:30 pm. So I called back a third time, keeping in mind I'm being kept on hold for who knows how long each time, and canceled my order altogether. The customer service in this situation was below poor, they didn't care about me as a customer, all they were concerned about was making a sale, I needed my order to be at a specific place, at a specific time, for reason. But your customer service agents weren't concerned about that. My experience with this company leaves a lot to be desired, lesson learned I will never use, or should I say attempt to use this service again, and I would caution anyone wanting to send flowers or other gifts to choose a different route.

Should have read here first. For starters they switched what I ordered to something cheaper but billed the higher one. 2ndly, I said 3 times deliver after 3 pm to ensure someone would be home. It was only 20 degrees out. They delivered @11:15. So, wrong time, wrong item, and higher price, AND paid extra for same day delivery. DON'T EVER USE THESE PEOPLE!!!

This website should be have a giant red flag next to it from ConsumerAffairs warning that it is a scam. I ordered flowers that were supposed to be delivered the next day. Their website reported them as delivered even though they were not. I called and after a long time on hold was told they were on the way. Again no flowers ever showed up. Still waiting here on day 3. Website still says flowers were delivered on original day even after I called and they know that is not the case. AVOID using this website.

Please NEVER order flowers from this company... I ordered flowers Saturday to be delivered to a funeral home in Albany Ga. for my Uncle’s funeral today which I am unable to attend... I was assured these flowers would get there the next day after they had me on hold talking with a florist for 4 min. I later received an email stating they were unable to deliver them until Monday but will have them there before 10. Later that day I received another email stating they couldn’t deliver them before 10 but did state they could deliver them before 11.
That was still ok because the funeral director said he’d be leaving the funeral home at 11:15. At 4:00 am I get an email stating they wouldn’t even be able to deliver the flowers until tomorrow. So you can imagine how disappointed and upset that I am. Each email started off with the similar apologetic statement of saying how sorry they were. Ok. I understand mistakes happen, but to tell me the 4 times I called back and was put on hold that you spoke with a florist and the flowers would be delivered is totally unacceptable customer service... So pretty much they lied...
I’m so upset right now and I’m not the one to vent on social media, but I DO want people to be aware of this company’s inexcusable and unprofessional customer service... Even though they offered to send a sympathy basket multiple times, they were still going to charge me $100 until I ** about it. They then again offered to send a sympathy basket and refund 1/2 my money back. (Who knows when that would have gotten there). Just refund me and I’ll NEVER deal with you guys again.

Flowers arrived the day they were asked. I had my sister send me a picture of the arrangement. I was SO UPSET with the arrangement. I asked for an upgraded arrangement. It was not even close to my order!!! There were no fillers on the arrangement. It was scrawny and so unattractive. This will definitely be the last order from me. Not a happy customer AT ALL!!!

I ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday. The flowers arrived & were not like the picture I ordered! It showed at least 12 roses. Hers had 5 mixed with carnations. Also the birthday wishes had my name & not hers. Plus final price was almost double as shown. Never again!

The price I selected online was $31.99 but it automatically charged me $39.99 when I placed the order at the end. They were late on delivery and it was delivered after their business hour. The flower arrangement was so UGLY AND SLOPPY. It looks like it was put together by a 4 years old child. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SHOP, I GUARANTEE YOU WILL BE DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED.

Ordered flowers to be delivered with four days in advance paying $75.00 for them. Ordered a very specific arrangement of flowers they claim to have in a large variety of options on their site. This was a VERY important delivery/gift (as most are). To my surprise at the last minute they claim not to have those flowers and promised to match as close as possible my order. This info was sent on an email, not a call, that I missed the day before delivery. So the "matching" flowers that were sent were not AT ALL the quality, look and definitely not the value I paid for. It was an arrangement you can get at either Trade Joe's or Costco for $19.99 the most. Full of fillers and 3 flowers.
This is a TOTAL scam of a business. No quality control at all. Yes, it's all in the fine print that if they don't have those flowers they will make an arrangement close to what you paid for but THIS IS NOT WHAT THEY DID. Called to complaint and was refunded 30%, $16.00. So basically I paid $60 for a really mediocre arrangement.

My co-worker and I ordered two flower arrangements from Fromyouflowers.com and paid $120.00 for them. We asked that they be delivered to a Memorial Service. We called more than 24 hours before we needed the flowers and asked if Fromyouflowers.com could deliver the flowers by 10:00am the next morning which was a Friday. The representative assured us that the flowers would be delivered by that time. The flowers were not delivered that day at all and did not arrive until Saturday afternoon. More than 28 hours after the promised delivery time. We both felt that this bad experience was a waste of our time and money as the family of the bereaved had already left town on Saturday morning after the Memorial by the time the flowers arrived and never knew of our intention to comfort them.

I placed an order 5 days in advance and paid extra to have the flowers delivered before 10:00 am the day of the funeral. They were 3 hours late. They arrived after the service began. The sympathy card was handwritten by what appears to be a toddler. Grammatically incorrect, names not capitalized, no punctuation and our signature was in lower case. The flowers themselves weren’t even remotely close to what I ordered. I could have and should have just went to Walmart and did it myself. When I called they offered me 10% back...apparently my embarrassment of what was delivered with my name on it to my children’s grandmothers funeral was worth $10. After a 20 min argument and demand for a manager they did finally refund my money. I would never order from this place again. Never.

The color of the flowers and the vase were the same as the picture but the arrangement was not even close. Looked like someone had cut the flowers and shoved them into the vase. Very disappointing. This was important. It was my mother's 85 birthday.

I was sent flowers for my birthday. When they arrived the leaves were wilted and borderline crispy. I have had them for 6 days now and they look pathetic! 3 flowers never even opened up. The best they looked was the day they arrived. I order flowers for my mother in law a lot. They always last for a minimum of 2 weeks. The only good thing about getting these awful flowers is I know never to use fromyouflowers.com. I would be so embarrassed to send their garbage as a way to say I love you! You would be better off just sending a card.

Ordered an arrangement to be delivered same day. Was given an option to pay more and have it delivered within 4 hours. Well... not delivered within the four hours. Was given a new time of by 6pm. Was actually delivered after 6:30 pm (we think as the bell was not rung, flowers just left out in the cold). Paid more for a "deluxe" arrangement. Well, not even close. Two of the four roses in the bunch were flopping over dead the next day. Customer service responded, after three emails, with a $15 gift credit (on a $80 order) that had to be used within like 10 days! Not impressed.

I placed an order with From You Flowers and not only did I pay extra for a weekend delivery but extra for expedited request to be delivered by noon. The flowers never arrived. I didn't get any email saying there was an issue. It was only after I contacted their customer service did they say it would be delayed. When I asked if they would be, I got an email saying they are investigating my order. That doesn't solve my issue. My niece was married and I sent flowers as a thinking of you from her because much of her family was unable to attend. Delivery now means nothing to me. I will never use this service again, ever.

While visiting family out of town, I ordered two centerpieces for Christmas tables. I upgraded one to the Premium size and when it was delivered, it was the size of the smallest one described. The other one was a "florist design" and turned out to be so ugly, I was embarrassed. 4 little carnations among a lot of pine branches and other greens. I expected Christmas colors with red, green, and possibly white, but this was really blah and very ugly!! I FINALLY got through to Customer Service today (a week later) and complained about these two orders.
I have been ordering flowers from this company for a while now and I assumed the deliveries must have been as described. However, I was actually present for these latest deliveries, so I got to see some very underhanded transactions. I won't ever order from "From You Flowers" again. I can't help but wonder what all the other arrangements have looked like - those that I never saw!! My advice: stay clear of this company! I don't feel they are reputable at all.

My brother sent me a gift basket for Christmas. He made the purchase online, and a day later he got an email saying it had been delivered. He called me, (I'm assuming because I didn't call and thank him), but to his surprise, I hadn't received anything. I spoke with From You Flowers on Dec 23, and they were going to attempt delivery again. Initially they had the wrong address (which didn't exist). The customer service rep said they were delivered to the other address, and she looked it up and there was a house. I live on the street which only has a couple of houses on it, googled, made sure there was no other street with the same name in my city, and took a drive to double check the house numbers. Still doesn't exist. I called again on the 28th, still no basket. The lady said the florist had to freshen it up (a basket of candy bars).
They guaranteed they would be delivered by 6pm. I was supposed to leave for a trip, but I waited. Nothing still. At 6:30 on the 29th, I got a call that they were out for delivery, and would be a bit longer. I called From You Flowers back, and canceled the basket, and asked for the money to be returned to my brother. I was facing an 11 hr drive, and could not wait any longer. It was a nice thought. The 21st, well 23rd to be fair, till the 29th, a gift basket that was supposedly delivered and charged for on the 21st, and lies about attempted deliveries, that weren't made (I was home), no tag on the door.
It is 7:24 PM and the delivery person just came. He was of course rude, and blames From You Flowers for the issue, saying they just received the order today! They are a flower company. They carry thoughts, feeling, Holiday wishes, and sympathy from one person to another, through flowers and goodies. They should be more considerate of that, and contract with local florist that have the mission and values that From You Flowers claims to have.

I had an ad pop up from For You Flowers; I liked the Christmas flowers they had so I decided to order my mom the Christmas tree - Oh Christmas Tree - I believe is the name. While I was placing the order, the question/statement popped up "want it delivered today? For an additional $2.99, we'll deliver today." I chose that option and believed everything was going as planned. The delivery fee of $14,99 was ridiculous because they supposedly use local florists but I went ahead and placed my order. I had an uneasy feeling that I had dealt with this company before but I was not positive. When I went home for lunch, I decided to call Customer Service and confirm my delivery. I was told that they couldn't deliver it until Tuesday, the day after Christmas. I asked why they had not called me and they said that I should have ordered sooner.
I immediately asked for a Supervisor who tried to explain why they were not honoring their promise to deliver same day. She stated that they called different florists in the area and no one was able to do it. I asked why I had not been contacted and she stated they did send me an email. I work 8-5; I can't check my email during the day. I immediately told them to cancel the order and to refund my money; she stated that it would be 3-4 business days before I'd get my money back and I said that was unacceptable, they took my money out that day, they could return it same day. I will never use this company again.

I ordered 2 sets of flowers on Dec 20. The second set was to be delivered on Friday the 22. They did not arrive and I was not able to contact the company by phone. Emails went unanswered. They arrived on the 25th and were left outside in 16 degree weather. They were ruined. I have had 3 emails since that only addresses the first set that was delivered on time. They are offering a 20 percent refund. I would like them replaced.

This was my 3rd time ordering from F.Y.F. and for the 3rd time my recipient raved over their beauty! On time delivery and very observant of potential risks to the customer: I sent flowers for a friend to his mom and signed the card from him. They got in touch with me right away to make sure this was my order and not some schmuck using my card. An extra step, yes, but glad someone is paying attention.

When I order the flowers for my daughter I asked for PINK ROSES with balloons. She received a mixed bouquet of flowers. I then emailed the company and they told me the florist chooses what they want to make. I think that is **. The company would only give me a 10.00 credit for my next order. Ya right. Ordered flowers to be delivered to our daughter and her husband for their first Christmas together as newlyweds, to be delivered on Christmas Eve. Received an email late in the afternoon on the 23rd telling me that they did not have all of the flowers for the arrangement and that they were going to have to substitute some of them, and then a while later I received another email stating they were unable to deliver it on the 24th and it would be delivered on the 26th. And if that was not ok, they would give me 10 percent off. I emailed them, and asked them to cancel my order of which they did. But now it is the evening of the 23rd and my daughter is not getting her annual Christmas arrangement that I always send her, because they screwed up.

I received an email stating that flowers had been delivered on 12/23/2017 at 7:07 pm. Below that was a second statement that the flowers would be delivered on 12/24/2017. I called the 800 number who said their stated the records indicated the flowers were delivered 12/23/2017 at 6:05 pm. I contacted the recipient who had not received the flowers. In less than an hour I received a text that the flowers were received with "I'm sorry" as an explanation. I would rate you a 0 if I could.

This company is one of the worst companies I have ever ordered baskets from... Order two baskets for Christmas for family. Both of them were delivered after Christmas (after guaranteed to be delivered Dec 22). Both of them were delivered the wrong baskets!!! (Cheaper) and the fresh fruit was rotting. I ordered the basket with the large handles and was sent the flat one. Ordered the Starbucks basket with 2 mugs and was sent the single cup one. Very unhappy!!! Stay away from this company!!!

We ordered online for a delivery to a funeral. Order was made three days in advanced and even paid extra fees to make sure flowers were delivered on time. Two weeks later, after talking with my friend, we found out that flowers were never delivered. Only after calling them they admitted that flowers were never delivered. If we never called, they would have just taken the money and would never let us know. The more disturbing thing is that it was for a very close friend and the flowers never made it to his last journey. Personally I feel cheated and it's like a fraud.

I ordered flowers for 2 friends for Christmas. When I called to order flowers I was told there was a $2.99 service charge for order. GREAT! During the order process I went over and over all the phone number and addresses used for the delivery- mine, and my two friends. Over and Over. Here's what I ended up with: A processing fee of almost $15.00 per order, not $2.99. When I asked why the $15 added I was told "to make sure the flowers are fresh and your arrangement arrives on time"!!! Really? Then I get an email telling me the florist could not fulfill my order so they were sending different flowers! Then one of the friends ends up getting 2 bouquets-neither of them looked anything like what I ordered, and the flowers did not look fresh!
I then got an email telling me they could not deliver the flowers to my second friend. Please contact them. A email, which I may or may not read that day. Not a phone call where I could talk to them in person. When I finally got them on the phone they told me the reason they could not deliver the flowers was because my name was not on the credit card. It wasn't- my husband's name was on the card. I cleared all that up when I placed the order. The next reason they could not deliver the flowers was because the florist could not find the address and/or the phone number was incorrect. I had repeated the phone number and address at least 3 times when I ordered. Well, according to them, I gave them either the wrong address or phone number. Could I kindly give them the correct phone number or address? I informed them they already had the correct address and phone #. I was politely told my friend must have moved or changed her address!
I then gave up and asked them to send the flowers to me and I would drive them over to my friend. They said they would try one more time, but it might be too late to deliver them that day. Gosh, a phone call instead of an email may have helped there! It turns out the florist had the wrong address! After repeating the address over and over both when I originally ordered the flowers and again when they said they could not deliver the flowers, the florist still had the wrong address! They were trying to send them to "Tailor" Street rather than "Tyler" in spite of me spelling it over and over and over for them. The flowers were finally delivered, but I have no idea what they looked like, or if they were fresh.

I ordered a centerpiece-style floral display to be delivered to a relative out of state on Christmas Eve. At the center of the display as pictured was a large glass candle. The floral piece was delivered a day early, which was okay in this instance, but did not resemble the ad photo. For one thing, there was no candle at all! For another, it appeared much smaller than what I had ordered. I phoned the florist that had actually prepared and delivered the piece, and they said that their instructions had not mentioned a candle, and added that they had had to substitute some of the other items specified because they didn't have sufficient supplies.
I then contacted the customer service people at FromYouFlowers. They were very respectful and polite, and eventually offered to have the florist redo and redeliver the original order. I told them that would be after Christmas and therefore unacceptable. I suggested instead at least a partial refund, and they have promised one of 20 percent. It seems to me that that was the very least they could've done, and that the exorbitant extra handling and delivery charge should have been waived as well; but at this point I will take what I can get. Having now read some of the reviews of this business, however, I am skeptical that I will see that refund, and would not be surprised to see it in the form of a credit on a future order, which I would never again place with this company. Bottom line: let the buyer beware!

I could write a very short review and tell you that they missed my delivery of flowers for a funeral and everyone would know that is the worst thing possible. They could not find a florist!!! The funeral was at 1 and I had paid extra to guarantee a noon delivery but at 7 pm that evening they emailed me and said they were sorry but they could not find a florist to make them!!! This is not my first bad experience with them but by far the worst! The time before they did the same thing, but it was a birthday they missed. Not as horrible but still horrible! When they did finally deliver the birthday flowers, they were nothing like what I ordered. They called it an upgrade but it was nowhere near an upgrade! I will never order from them again and I would suggest no one else order either!

I ordered an arrangement as a gift and it didn't look like anything in the picture. I filed a complaint with them and the local florist called my friend I sent the gift to and was rude to her. I called back the local florist and she was rude to me. I contacted fromyouflowers and they said they would refund my money and take care of it. I was appalled when the local florist showed up at my friend's house and took back the arrangement. I would never order from them again. Worst customer service and I am still waiting for my refund!

I started using FromYouFlowers about 3 years ago and have always had perfect deliveries and recipients always tell me the flowers were beautiful and fresh. I cannot give a 5 star because I haven't seen the flowers myself. I was especially grateful that I could send last minute flowers to a dear person December 23rd for delivery same day or Sunday (Christmas Eve) when local florists could not nothing until the 26th. I'm surprised at all of the poor reviews as I have had no problems.

Ordered this Christmas arrangement twice, since they couldn't fill order on requested date the first time, I changed the date and paid an extra delivery charge. On the promised delivery date, 12/23/2017 at 12:20, an alert was texted to me, advising that the order could not be fulfilled on that date. Offered to deliver no later than the day after Christmas. Not acceptable. This is not the first time, that I have been disappointed with their service. The bottom line is that they are not reliable. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Ordered Christmas gift for my mom in Daytona. Was to be delivered today between 9-6 12/22. They stayed home all day. Nothing. I called at 6. They said it would be delivered. Tracking said it was delivered but my mom never got anything. Had door open and light on at her address. When I called back at 9:30 customer service refused to give me their name or name of local company used so I could verify order and address. Person was foreign. Wouldn’t speak. Just odd answers. We told them we want an immediate refund or we would be filing a dispute and turning them into Better Business Bureau. He got very odd then and said, "Why you gonna do that man." So now my mom got nothing for Christmas and I’m out $100. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered 3 items for different people. The 1st item I got called several days after I ordered it, that they couldn't deliver it and were going to UPS it but substitute it for another. I said no and got a refund. Keep in mind they waited days to inform me. The 2nd items one got delivered the day of but only because I called both florist in that town and made sure. The 3rd item was ordered well in advance (December 19th) but never delivered. I had to call Friday December 22 at 7 pm to ask where is order? I got hung up on after waiting 15 or more minutes. I called back and waited again only to be told it would arrive AFTER Christmas.
When were they going to tell me that? I had to call them! Well, I got another refund started. Now here I am December 22nd with no gift for an elderly lady for Christmas. I will never ever use this horrible place again! If I had gone and bought something on the 19th and UPS it myself it would've arrived in time for Christmas but this place couldn't handle it. Pitiful! Too bad I had to give any stars to initiate a complaint. They don't deserve a star. Horrible horrible horrible service.

Giving a 1 only because you don’t have lower. Promised to have Anniversary flowers for parents 66th by the afternoon. I ordered in plenty of time 2 days before. Order left One city, flew to another city, was flown 3 states away. Then they tell me it won’t leave from there for another day so parents would receive 2 days possibly after the anniversary. Roses would be in poor condition by then. They didn’t even give me enough time to reorder. They let me know afternoon of Anniversary. Offered 30% off, then 50% off of dead flowers? No Don’t think so. I had them cancel order. They are supposed to refund money. We will see if they do.

I will say the flowers I ordered arrived in a timely fashion but they do not look anything like the picture on the website. I ordered the Christmas tree and it looks more like a clump of branches with some flowers shoved in. It was very disappointing, especially since it was a gift for my sister-in-law. WORSE SERVICE EVER!!! They guaranteed same day service and did not deliver. After I called, they said they couldn't find a florist for that day. They promised to upgrade the arrangement the next day and return my same day service fee. After much hesitation, I agreed, even though her birthday was NOT the next day. I called first thing this morning, and they said they had a florist and everything was set to be delivered today. I waited until 2:30 and decided to call just to follow-up. After speaking to them and then being placed on hold for a long time, I was told that the item was out of stock.
I asked to speak to a manager and was told she was too busy and would call me back when she was available. I said I would hold and after ten minutes (I had the timer on my phone) I was hung up on. I waited 30 minutes and called back and asked to speak to a Manager. After waiting a long time, a supposed manager came on the phone and apologized and said they could have an arrangement UPS to her by Thursday. Once again her birthday was Monday. Never did they call me to fix the problem. I only knew there was an issue because I called. I will NEVER use them nor recommend them.

I've done business with this company before, throughout time my experience has gotten better. However on this occasion a very special occasion might I add the ball was dropped. I don't know if it was totally their fault, as we know they use local florist to deliver product. Upon arrival the flower vase that was sent to a very special friend during a time of sympathy was cracked. I used same day service, which means I paid for a same day fee. Although it was discounted, I still paid for it. Not only that but the bouquet I ordered was of the premium version which was extra as well. The recipient did receive the flowers on the day discussed, and yes the flowers were beautiful I was told as well. However once I was informed that the vase was cracked and was leaking small amounts of water I immediately contacted customer service. I decided to reach out to customer service via email as well as via telephone just to get a response that was expedited.
I'll say this both departments have absolutely no idea what one another promises or what’s being communicated, meaning no notes are being taken for each customer and promises are being unfulfilled. One rep mentioned that the very next day a replacement would be delivered per our discussion via telephone. Then I receive an email stating that, my delivery will take place days later. At this point I'm totally over calling in or even dealing with the issue. I requested for a refund and I will see what this process is like during the next 5 business days. I didn't give them one star because like I stated earlier, the flowers were very pretty. I'd like to see the company do better with customer service, communication, tracking calls and complaints for each patron overall enhancing the ability to better serve and fix issues. I may or may not do business with them in the near future.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a person on their birthday. Delivery was supposed to be by noon. The flowers were not delivered at all on the day of the birthday which was a Friday, delivery is going to be on Monday, way after the birthday. If you need flowers delivered on time use another company.

Today was my wife's last day at her workplace. I ordered flowers to be delivered on the same day. At 4.30 PM they were still not delivered. When I checked I was told that delivery was not possible on that day but would be done the next day. This was unacceptable because she would not be there the next day. Pathetic and disappointing.

This has been the worst, THE WORST, experience EVER. I specifically ordered for a very special occasion and up to this point, while I'm writing, they STILL have not been delivered. It's been out for delivery for 2 days now. The reason each time I call is something different. Keep your lies straight. Then the service fee is ridiculously expensive. They offer a discount but then raise the price so it's still the same price. I'm so aggravated by this experience. I wouldn't recommend your crappy service to anyone. Thanks for screwing up my delivery and surprise.

I wanted to send flowers to my sister-in-law for her birthday and I chose this company to do so. I was leaving the country, but had arranged for the flowers to be delivered on her birthday (more than a week in advance I placed the order) and asked her husband to contact me if they were not delivered. On her birthday, I received a confirmation email from the company stating the flowers had been delivered and I thought all was well. The following day, I still hadn't heard from my sister-in-law to say, "awesome flowers! Thanks!" This was very unlike her so I asked her if the flowers were delivered and discovered they were not.
I immediately sent an email (I cannot call as I am out of the country) to the company letting them know my order hadn't been delivered. The company quickly responded with, "we're happy to let you know your order was delivered at 5pm today." I let them know, once more, that the order had not been delivered. After not receiving a response, I wrote them again the following day asking to be reimbursed the $50 I paid for the flowers. I received an email letting me know they would figure out the problem, then contact me. I never received any follow-up on this issue and the next day (now 3 days late) my sister-in-law let me know she received the flowers. I will not use this company again and am very disappointed in my experience with them.

What a scam here. They quoted me $25 for a bouquet with extra pricing and same day delivery. The bill came to $55.00. OK but they didn't make the same day delivery despite my ordering at 8 AM EST for delivery same day before 5 PM PST. That was a 12 hour window and they claimed they were only 10 miles away. Oh yeah then I get an email advising they will refund the extra charges for failing to make the same day delivery. Oh yeah then I get an email advising not a refund but a credit that I needed to use towards another purchase within 2 weeks. Save your money and stay away from these fools. My feeling... They should refund me $30 not $12.19... They failed to perform.

I was on a call to place one of two orders (**) for over 1 hour. All to no avail as I was disconnected from your overseas call center. I spent the better part of that call literally spelling every word I said! I only called back because after spending a lot of time choosing the arrangements during work & I no longer wished to take any more time as I needed to place a second order. This particular time I also placed a personal order (Order #**). The plant I purchased was listed on your website at $59.99 before a 20% discount was given if placed online. At checkout the $59.99 became the price after the “discount” was given & a $14.99 “service/handling” charge was applied which I found extremely deceitful & will be voicing this wherever I can! That same plant now listed at $74.99, “discounted” at $62.80 literally 5 mins after placing my order!

As for Premium, very short, like 15-17 inch, tall as bottle of wine, in fact I was embarrassed, $137.97, biggest bear, check the pictures, first picture is advertised product.

I ordered flowers 3 days in advance with a delivery by 12 noon, I had to call them up on the morning itself and they told me that the florist could not deliver them on time. They messed up my schedule for the day and I regret ordering from them. Customer service was excellent however do not order from these guys. Trash delivery management. I sincerely regret ordering from them and it totally messed up my day.

I ordered a boutonnière for a special event, same day delivery in LA ($35 for a single rose, but oh well). When I tried to track the delivery, the website AND phone tracker said it was scheduled for delivery today. Except its 11PM and it was supposed to arrive before 6. When I finally got a human being, she was polite but I was on hold forever and was told the shop didnt have the single red rose I had requested. -?!?!- They said it would be delivered Monday. Today is Friday, and the event will be over by midnight tonight. Eventually she said (after another endless wait on hold) that I'd be refunded. We'll see, huh?

After I ordered the flowers, I read the reviews and got really nervous. I called the cancel the order, but they couldn't get a hold of the florist that was doing the flowers. They took $10 off of my bill. I'm glad that they weren't canceled because the flowers showed up and were beautiful!

Terrible experience! Seriously, I cried. To start with the few positives, when the flowers finally arrived, they looked like the picture. In that respect, I got what I ordered. I can also say that the MANY times I called, I was always treated well—the customer service department must get a lot of practice talking to people who are upset—but as nice as they tried to be, they could not solve the problem.
My husband and I have been coping with the loss of our teenage son, and it’s been a difficult journey. After a particularly depressing weekend, I had the unfortunate idea to send him flowers at work on Monday. I found THIS COMPANY, they served my area, and they promised express delivery within 4 hours for a nominal fee, which I happily paid. With that, the 4 hours would expire 45 minutes before the end of his work shift, which was a healthy cushion.
In our many years together, we have often sent each other puzzles, and I thought this was a wonderful opportunity to send him a simple puzzle that would not only brighten his day and take his mind off of the struggles, it would remind him of all the joy we’ve shared through the years and all the joy we can still find together. I even called directly to ensure that everyone knew the weird note was not a mistake and to please make sure he gets it exactly as I typed it. I smiled all day knowing he would receive his flowers.
Except that he didn’t. I called at the 4 1/2 hour mark to try to make sure the delivery happened in that last 15 minutes if at all possible. I was assured that the flowers were in the car, on the way. I called the office exactly 1 minute after the end of my husband’s shift and asked his coworker to quietly verify if he had received the flowers, just in case the website hadn’t been updated, and he confirmed that the flowers were not there. I then called and was offered a refund of the expedited fee and the opportunity to provide a new address for delivery.
I told the representative that I appreciated the offer, but that wouldn’t solve the problem. He’s supposed to be surprised and honored in front of his coworkers, not in front of his dog. I would accept a discount and the promise to deliver in the morning, which we were able to schedule. I was told he would receive an apology note, and that the flowers would be delivered shortly after 9:00 in the morning. After that call, I spoke to a customer service manager to compliment the representative for his assistance—I try to be positive, I hate to complain, and if someone did a good job solving my problem I do try to make sure they get credit for it. I managed not to spill the beans that evening, and I started the next morning with a smile, thinking he would receive his flowers early and be able to enjoy his puzzle at lunch.
By 10:30, I checked and he hadn’t received his flowers. I called and was assured that they were on the way and would arrive between 15 and 30 minutes. I checked back at noon and he still hadn’t received his flowers so I called again. This time I was offered an additional discount—we’re up to 50% off at this point, with no expedited fees—and the promise that they would follow up and make sure the flowers were delivered as soon as possible. I let them know that if he didn’t receive his flowers by the end of the day I would expect a full refund and they understood. Shortly thereafter, my husband texted a photo of himself with his flowers, smiling. Fine. I was so glad he was happy it didn’t matter that there was a battle to get there. I could finally stop.
My husband worked on that puzzle, but instead of bringing him joy, it ruined his day. He was so frustrated. They had hand-written it so sloppily that he couldn’t read it, which makes it impossible to break a code. I had the puzzle in my purse when I came home so I could show it to him, and he agreed that he would have been able to solve it in about 15 minutes if it hadn’t been copied wrong. Ever try to solve a puzzle that’s printed incorrectly? It makes you feel stupid.
I wanted to make my husband feel special, and remember the joy in life, and thanks to profoundly terrible service, it backfired completely. It ruined the day, and the flowers look a little less pretty when they are associated with frustration and constant calls to customer service. I reported to them one more time when the note was unreadable. The flowers were nice, but the puzzle was the gesture, and it wasn’t delivered, it was destroyed. I’ll be honest—I cried. I sincerely wish I hadn’t thought to order him flowers.
Delivering flowers isn’t rocket science—right flowers, right message, right person, right place, right time. The right flowers arrived at the right place for the right person—without the promised apology note, I might add—but the message and the time were critical, and neither were accomplished. They posted that they were highly rated (4.4 out of 5 stars) or I wouldn’t have taken a chance in the first place. I can’t speak to their usual manner of business, which I have to assume is better than this for them to receive high ratings, but I will never use this service again and I urge others to consider carefully before choosing to do so. Seeing their rating on ConsumerAffairs, I now believe the prior rating was likely fictional.

They did not deliver my flowers on Valentine's day! Then did not call me. The first time they delivered to the wrong address. I gave them a second chance and they screwed that up too. They do not care. If they get more than they can handle they just do not make the deliveries.

I ordered flowers as a birthday gift and paid for the same day delivery. They were not delivered. I called and spoke to Lu. He issued a 30% refund and said they would be delivered the following day. They were not. He then cancelled the order and issued a refund. The result was no birthday flowers after 2 days and ZERO compensation to make up for the ruined day, waste of time and horrible experience. From You Flowers is a joke. STAY AWAY.

I ordered this beautiful arrangement to be delivered "same day". My credit card information was taken and confirmation was sent to my email. 2 hours later, as I wait for the recipient to receive my flowers, considering I paid extra to have them delivered in 4 hours, I received an email stating my delivery would not be delivered today, no reason. I was very upset to read, after purchasing, that my flowers will not be delivered. Now the flowers weren't sent, the day is getting later, it was her birthday. I wanted my refund in full!! Next day I yet to receive my refund. Regardless of how inexpensive their flowers are, I will not recommend this site to anyone. I was very disappointed and would rate this site 0 stars but that is not an option here. Good Luck!

If I could give negative stars I would do it. I ordered flowers for my mom and they were supposed to be delivered since yesterday even pay extra for that. Call today because It was already 7:00 pm and no flowers and they told me they will be delivered tomorrow. So my mom have her 50 birthday present 2 days later and they only offer to discount me $7 of the $40 I pay and write and apologize note to put on the flowers? REALLY???

I called Tuesday before Thanksgiving to have flowers delivered next day and paid extra (a surprise). The flowers weren't delivered and when I called the automated system it kept saying they were "out for delivery". When I spoke with a real person I was told they couldn't be delivered, will do so on Friday. I demanded a full refund (they weren't going to give it to me - only half until I pressed). Then on Friday they again weren't delivered - again I called, again told "there is no one in this area who can deliver (in PITTSBURG!!!) They delivered a "UPS" arrangement TUESDAY as it looked TERRIBLE!!! The supervisors could care less about customer service and when I wrote a letter to management it was ignored. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered flowers for my niece, after a presentation, company said the flowers would be delivered next day, never arrived. Called to check on order, did not get any answer, finally two days later RECEIVED an email that the flower shops were too far from the delivery address and would not deliver, only by UPS. Accepted the offer and one week later record an email saying the flowers were going to be delivered the next day, one week too late. No communication at all. Definitely not a reliable company, makes customers look bad, no respect for the special occasions of their customers. If I had read all the ** reviews this company has prior to ordering. I guess I have to do more research before buying something as simple as flowers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FROMYOUFLOWERS.

Long story short, I ordered a Thanksgiving centerpiece for a family table. It was never delivered. I was told that someone would get back to rectify the situation. On Monday, after Thanksgiving, I called because I got tired waiting. Never was able to talk to a supervisor (was told they were all busy). The phone rep offered an upgrade on a redelivery. A day late and a dollar short is the expression that comes to mind. I told her to refund the total amount to my charge card and that I was done with this company. I will try to express my total unhappiness with a supervisor, if I can find one who isn't too busy.
