    My husband ordered me flowers for Valentine’s Day, he paid 80.00 for the upgraded version of these flowers which included 8 red roses and White Lilies with a red vase. It showed up with 4 roses and Lilies and a round clear vase! My husband tried to contact them to let them know he did not get the right arrangement however he could not reach anyone! Totally ruined the whole night as my husband spent next two hours trying to contact them and then was angry for having to pay so much and not receiving the right order. So not right!!!

    I ordered a bouquet of sunflower worth $62 for Valentine’s day instead they delivered 3 roses with bunch of fillers in the middle which looks really really cheap, it looks like those roses that they sell at 7/11, not really worth $62. Called customer service that night, put on hold for an hour. Talked to them they told me they didn’t have the item that I ordered so the florist went ahead and delivered the wrong flower without even notifying me. I ordered 2 weeks before V-day, that’s enough time for them to sort out everything but didn’t. They offered me credit and redeliver but told them no so they say they’re gonna refund me the full amount, we'll see.

    I ordered flowers for wife on Valentine’s Day. Paid extra for AM delivery. When she got home from work I asked her how she liked the flowers. “What flowers?” was her reply. They were NOT delivered. I called the company, selected option to check status on order. Was prompted to put in order number. When I looked at the receipt there was no order number. Called back and selected option 3. Got the voice message that order status could not be checked because of the volume of Valentine’s Day orders. As of now I feel like I've been robbed of 75.00 with no recourse. NEVER use this company for anything if it's important to you.

    Am very disappointed with the lack of service not to mention I can't get anyone on the phone. My wife LEFT work for the day and the flowers were not delivered as of 3:30pm Arizona time. When I call the number all it says is that the flowers are out for delivery! Well now she is not there and without flowers today. Long story short NO flowers for V-Day and it ALL YOUR Fault. I will make sure to use a more well established, better communicating, and transparent company going forward. How can you give a window of 9-5?!? Your company might want to think about its processes and customer services needs going forward to best serve your customer. I am sorry I gave your company a try. I will not be back.

    I used Fromyouflowers.com to order flowers for my in-laws for Thanksgiving. The flowers were due to arrive the Wednesday, prior to the holiday. Talked to in-laws, no delivery. Called customer service for the company who said address was incorrect (yet this had never been a problem prior to this) asked for refund for purchase. Customer service unable to fulfill my request. Said flowers would instead be delivered after the holiday! They did offer compensation for the issue in the form of credit. I used the credit for flowers to be delivered before Valentine's Day after the death of my father-in-law. On date of requested delivery - nothing. Tried calling, put on hold and never got through. This company has a poor track record and I will not be ordering from them again.

    I sent my mother in law flowers for Valentine's Day. I ordered them yesterday 2/13/18 and selected that they be delivered yesterday 2/13/18. About 6 pm I received an email from From You Flowers stating they had been delivered. Flash forward to today 2/14/18 I had not heard from my mother in law (as she ALWAYS texts a picture of them to say thank you). I contacted her and she never received her flowers. I called From You Flowers and waited on hold for 20 minutes only to be told that I have two choices. I can get a refund or they can RE-send them (they never did in the first place so really it's send them not resend). I was told by a FYF rep that they were delivered at 1 pm on 2/13/18. I explained again no flowers were delivered. So I asked what can be done to compensate me. They gave me 30% back on my order and are (RE) sending them but not until Friday the 16th.

    A couple hours go by and I got a text from my mother in law with a picture of flowers! Whatever. She proceeded to tell me that the "delivery man" said it was on the schedule for today 2/14/18 not yesterday which is incorrect according to the FYF rep, because as I said I received a confirmation email stating they were delivered and the FYF rep said it was delivered 1 pm the day before. So Long story long! I am NEVER using them again because it's not the first time this happened and I let it slide last time after calling and having them "resend" my order. I also obtained the florist name that was used and it's local so I will never use them either!!

    Completely messed up my order and could not get it there on time to fix it. Lied about calling me right back after they "reached out to florist". Had to call them back three hours later. Got partial refund. Never trusting them again, You shouldn't either. Custom vase image was also cut poorly and looks like a kindergartener with epilepsy did it.     I wish I could give them a -star rating but I can't... I ordered my wife 2 dozen long stem roses, a small stuffed bear, a custom vase and some chocolates for Valentine's Day. What arrived, 1dz long stem roses, in a short vase (she had to cut them down to fit), no stuffed bear and no chocolates. After waiting on hold for 1 hour they finally picked up. Their offer was to give me credit for the bear and chocolates. My offer was the order delivered today (Valentine's Day) with everything I ordered.

    I went on hold another 20 minutes and they offered to redelivery in 2 days... Again I made the same offer. They reoffered to redelivery in 2 days plus a 50% credit. I again made the same offer but included either take my offer or give me a refund. "If you are not willing to do so I will call my bank and claim this as a fraud charge and let you fight with the bank." They gave me my money. I have given up on online shopping.     This website was promoted in Google search, great selection of flowers although pricing and delivery charges were not so attractive. I went ahead and ordered two arrangements. The first was delivered 2/13. Looks nothing like the arrangement I ordered except in the number of roses. The local flower shop contracted are amateurs, even the base was different. So very disappointed and what's worse: have zero confidence the second arrangement will do justice to the arrangement as pictured. After I contacted customer service they referred me to the policymaking note that florists may substitute flowers depending on season, availability, etc. Besides the point and very frustrating. To FromYouFlowers, You are supposed to ensure the local flower shops are coming close to what YOU display on your website. It is your name and your reputation on the line. I can be understanding, not my first time ordering flowers online, first time I am dissatisfied.

    These people are a joke. Buy from real florists or do your due diligence when shopping for flowers. If you buy into their "same day delivery" good luck... just buy from them and experience for yourself. I would have rather be late but show up with a stunning flower arrangement than having to deal with so much incompetence from these people.     If I could leave 0 stars I would. My siblings and I went in on a half casket floral arrangement for our grandfather whom passed. We ordered on a Wednesday (day he passed) to be delivered Saturday (day of viewing). It never showed. They couldn't track the florist whom was to deliver and basically didn't care. First they offered 30% money back and finally a refund. We would of rather had the $300 arrangement than the money. Not like we can have this again for him. We got the red, white and blue premium package. Being a WW2, Korea and 2x Vietnam veteran he deserved the best. He definitely did not get it from fromyouflowers.com and I will be sure to voice my displeasure to all I know to make sure this company is not used to mess up anyone else's occasions.

    I placed an order for a same day flower delivery over 10 days ago and my flowers were never delivered. When I called they offered me a $15 credit. I told them to credit my account for the entire order and they told me it would take 1 to 3 days. They failed to deliver the flowers, and on top of that this is where the kicker of the story is: I called several hours later after they didn’t show up, and asked where the order was. After making up a BS excuse several times by multiple people that continued to “put me on hold” (yea RIGHT), they said that I couldn’t cancel my order stating it was at 1pm when my order was completed at 11am.     Ordered flowers and balloon to be delivered Friday, Feb 2, the day before recipient's birthday (paid EXTRA for same day delivery). Not delivered Friday, Saturday (the birthday) or Sunday. I was NOT notified of delivery failure until I spoke with recipient Sunday. I called fromyouflowers.com and was told they would upgrade from standard to deluxe, double the number of balloons, and deliver that same day (Monday). No delivery again. Called them Tuesday morning, and was told they would upgrade to premium and 2 balloons, and include a note of apology.

    The order was finally delivered at 6 PM Tuesday Feb 6. It was standard, not the promised Premium size. There was one balloon, not two. The note of apology said the order was originally scheduled for delivery on Sunday the 4th... a day AFTER the birthday. It was, of course originally scheduled for Friday the 2nd, the day BEFORE the birthday. The only thing they offered when I called back AGAIN, was to refund my original fee for the same day delivery! WORST FLOWER BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE INCOMPETENTS, OR YOU WILL BE SORRY YOU DID.

The florist then calls me wanting to go change the flowers after they’ve delivered to my mother in law. She got them already, you can’t take them back! I was charged an extra same day delivery fee. I confirmed with the florist that they did not get the order until 5 pm and were told to deliver next day. The florist wants to charge me more because they delivered a bigger arrangement and the company refuses to do anything about it. Was not worth paying $45. Do not ever use this company or the florists they partner with as no one seems to care about correct orders or customer service.

    I ordered flowers on Jan 25 to be delivered on Jan 27. First the price on their web site was not the price they gave to me. When asking for why the difference they said "delivery". So I agreed to price. They assured me flowers would be delivered that day. Operator Danique. It was to my 93 yr old mothers birthday, at a senior home. It was a Sat. I had my concerns at 4:30 and flowers not arriving. I called company. After being put on hold 2 times I was told people who they were using for delivery was closed and they would return my call when they could reach them. On Monday by noon I had heard nothing so once again I called them.

    Now I had a new sales rep whose name I forgot but it didn’t matter because after telling my problem and getting put on hold for 10min we were also disconnected.

    Calling back I reached Alexander. Explaining situation he puts me on hold for at least 10 minutes. Comes back to explain my order was cancelled because of $10.00 delivery fee from company they sent order to fulfill. I explained I had to agreed fee with them. Yet this is the "other company". I explained no one called me or ask to add fee. I ask to speak to manager. I was passed to Kodegran another sales person but not a manager... I had to once again explain situation. She again put me on hold for 10 min. Came back and explained flowers would be delivered Mon. She "assured" me once again it would be done with a 30% discount and a $10.00 discount coupon on next order (which I had no use for since I would never use them again). I agreed to continue, hoping my mother would receive her flowers. Tues. Flowers were not delivered on Monday.

    I called again talking to Lanna and being extremely upset. Once again asking for manager. I had to explain once again the complete ordeal. Also demanded I did not want to be put on hold but yet having to be. Meanwhile while waiting and seeing they charged my charge account even before delivery. After getting the supposed manager, whose name I could of cared less about that I wanted my order canceled and money back on charge. I also reported I will be giving them extremely bad reviews on any social media options I can find. I have already started. They need to be stopped and put out of business. I have read many reviews since I ordered. They are false advisers. Bait and switch business. Do not deliver on timely orders which they “assure you” they will. I hope there is something can be done.     These guys are terrible. I ordered an expensive gourmet gift basket of various cheeses, crackers, meats and nice chocolates. The basket that arrived was a junk food basket that had a Kit Kat, a Hershey Bar, some Oreos, peanuts and stale beef jerky. I called to complain and they offered me a 50% refund. I got a $32.00 refund for an $80.00 basket. I sent an email to complain and I was told that their website clearly states that there may be "slight substitutions". Seriously?     I ordered flowers for my son's daycare provider because it was her birthday. I paid the extra money to have a same day expedited delivery (within 4 hours on same day). I got the first email stating that the money would be refunded because they did not make it in the 4 hour time slot... I received another email stating that it would be the next day before delivery. I called the company to have them just cancel the order because they did not provide the service I requested. So the day of the service they call me 7 hours after the service was held and told me the funeral home told them that there was no service for that person!!!     I wish that I had read the reviews on this company prior to using their services. I choose to pay $5.00 extra to have my gift basket delivered within 4 hours - that never happened and it was delivered in 10 hours instead. What was more embarrassing than anything else was the gift basket I ordered and the gift basket that was delivered were two different things. The basket on the website looked very nice. What was delivered was a basket from an area grocery store that did not contain the items that it was supposed to.     I really wish I read these reviews before I ordered from this company. I took my chance on them (first time I've used them) and wish I hadn't. Flowers never got delivered - received email that it wouldn't get delivered until 4 days later. I had ordered same day and paid extra for weekend delivery for a friend's birthday. Before ordering, called Customer Service to verify that flowers could be delivered on Monday. Was assured that would happen. Ordered flowers. 24 HOURS LATER I received an e-mail, telling me that they were unable to deliver to that city by Monday. (The city is in Wisconsin, about 100,000 pop.) So sorry. So it was way too late to order flowers from another florist, and I had been assured that there was plenty of time. No flowers for the funeral. PS. Customer Service people were almost impossible to understand on the phone. Not sure if it was a language problem or just young kids who don't know how to speak clearly.

    I ordered flowers on Saturday for my friend who lost her mom and chose the weekend delivery option for the additional fee. Order was taken and confirmed. Flowers were never delivered and after calling and checking on the status I was casually informed that the flowers were not delivered but they can do so or I can cancel my order. It caused me several phone calls, waiting on hold, getting disconnected and still not able to talk to the supervisor. I was offered 10% discount (from only merchandise price, fees not included) for inconvenience. After all this aggravation I insisted a full refund and bonus delivery but 1 hour later got another message that because of the icy roads they have to postpone the delivery.     I ordered a basket of assorted candy such as Ferrero Rocher, Toblerone, Lindor truffles, and many many more items for my friend for her birthday. I paid extra for the same day delivery along with their ridiculous $14.99 shipping fee. When it finally got to our work, it was the completely wrong product. The basket they dropped off had potato chips, cookies, apple cider packets, olives, and a box of chocolates that looked like it was from the 50s. All in all my order was about $60. I'm not paying that much for dollar store items. When I called to complain they stated that they would come get the wrong basket and give me a $10 gift card... and that the correct basket would be there TOMORROW.

    I stated that that was unacceptable and that her birthday was today. After being on hold for 10 minutes, he came back and stated that the reason they gave me the wrong basket was because they were out of the basket I ordered and decided to give me that one instead. His new offer was that we could keep that basket and they would refund me 1/2 my money. Ummmm THE BASKET YOU GAVE ME SUCKED and I paid for a specific item. Whoever made the executive decision to switch it without consulting me is at fault. I stated that anything other than a full refund was unacceptable.     I tried to order flowers and have them delivered. The agent who took my information assured me that my order would be delivered same day, and within a specific time frame, after the delivery time I was promised had past I call back and spoke with another agent. This agent informed me that there is no set time, and gave me a wide delivery window from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The first agent told me my delivery would be delivered by noon that same day, and I informed him that if this time frame couldn't be met that I would order flowers elsewhere, he assured me my order would be delivered by noon. So after I spoke with the second agent, and he researched my order history, he apologized for any inconvenience and ask could they have some more time to make the delivery, and I agreed.

    The second time agreed upon came and passed, and my order was still not delivered, I placed my order at 7:00 am, it was then 1:30 pm. So I called back a third time, keeping in mind I'm being kept on hold for who knows how long each time, and canceled my order altogether. The customer service in this situation was below poor, they didn't care about me as a customer, all they were concerned about was making a sale, I needed my order to be at a specific place, at a specific time, for reason. But your customer service agents weren't concerned about that. My experience with this company leaves a lot to be desired, lesson learned I will never use, or should I say attempt to use this service again, and I would caution anyone wanting to send flowers or other gifts to choose a different route.

    Please NEVER order flowers from this company... I ordered flowers Saturday to be delivered to a funeral home in Albany Ga. for my Uncle’s funeral today which I am unable to attend... I was assured these flowers would get there the next day after they had me on hold talking with a florist for 4 min. I later received an email stating they were unable to deliver them until Monday but will have them there before 10.     Ordered flowers to be delivered with four days in advance paying $75.00 for them. Ordered a very specific arrangement of flowers they claim to have in a large variety of options on their site. This was a VERY important delivery/gift (as most are). To my surprise at the last minute they claim not to have those flowers and promised to match as close as possible my order. This info was sent on an email, not a call, that I missed the day before delivery. So the "matching" flowers that were sent were not AT ALL the quality, look and definitely not the value I paid for. It was an arrangement you can get at either Trade Joe's or Costco for $19.99 the most. Full of fillers and 3 flowers.

    This is a TOTAL scam of a business. No quality control at all. I called From You Flowers back, and canceled the basket, and asked for the money to be returned to my brother. I was facing an 11 hr drive, and could not wait any longer. It was a nice thought. The 21st, well 23rd to be fair, till the 29th, a gift basket that was supposedly delivered and charged for on the 21st, and lies about attempted deliveries, that weren't made (I was home), no tag on the door.

    It is 7:24 PM and the delivery person just came. He was of course rude, and blames From You Flowers for the issue, saying they just received the order today! They are a flower company. They carry thoughts, feeling, Holiday wishes, and sympathy from one person to another, through flowers and goodies. They should be more considerate of that, and contract with local florist that have the mission and values that From You Flowers claims to have.

    I had an ad pop up from For You Flowers; I liked the Christmas flowers they had so I decided to order my mom the Christmas tree - Oh Christmas Tree - I believe is the name. While I was placing the order, the question/statement popped up "want it delivered today? For an additional $2.99, we'll deliver today." I chose that option and believed everything was going as planned. The delivery fee of $14,99 was ridiculous because they supposedly use local florists but I went ahead and placed my order. I had an uneasy feeling that I had dealt with this company before but I was not positive. When I went home for lunch, I decided to call Customer Service and confirm my delivery. I was told that they couldn't deliver it until Tuesday, the day after Christmas. I asked why they had not called me and they said that I should have ordered sooner.

    I immediately asked for a Supervisor who tried to explain why they were not honoring their promise to deliver same day. She stated that they called different florists in the area and no one was able to do it. I asked why I had not been contacted and she stated they did send me an email. I work 8-5; I can't check my email during the day. I immediately told them to cancel the order and to refund my money; she stated that it would be 3-4 business days before I'd get my money back and I said that was unacceptable, they took my money out that day, they could return it same day. I will never use this company again.

Two weeks later, after talking with my friend, we found out that flowers were never delivered. Only after calling them they admitted that flowers were never delivered.     I ordered flowers for 2 friends for Christmas. When I called to order flowers I was told there was a $2.99 service charge for order. GREAT! During the order process I went over and over all the phone number and addresses used for the delivery- mine, and my two friends. Over and Over. Here's what I ended up with: A processing fee of almost $15.00 per order, not $2.99. When I asked why the $15 added I was told "to make sure the flowers are fresh and your arrangement arrives on time"!!! Really? Then I get an email telling me the florist could not fulfill my order so they were sending different flowers! Then one of the friends ends up getting 2 bouquets-neither of them looked anything like what I ordered, and the flowers did not look fresh!

    I then got an email telling me they could not deliver the flowers to my second friend. Please contact them. A email, which I may or may not read that day. Not a phone call where I could talk to them in person. When I finally got them on the phone they told me the reason they could not deliver the flowers was because my name was not on the credit card. It wasn't- my husband's name was on the card. I cleared all that up when I placed the order. The next reason they could not deliver the flowers was because the florist could not find the address and/or the phone number was incorrect. I had repeated the phone number and address at least 3 times when I ordered. Well, according to them, I gave them either the wrong address or phone number. Could I kindly give them the correct phone number or address? I informed them they already had the correct address and phone #. I was politely told my friend must have moved or changed her address!

    I then gave up and asked them to send the flowers to me and I would drive them over to my friend. They said they would try one more time, but it might be too late to deliver them that day. Gosh, a phone call instead of an email may have helped there! It turns out the florist had the wrong address! After repeating the address over and over both when I originally ordered the flowers and again when they said they could not deliver the flowers, the florist still had the wrong address! They were trying to send them to "Tailor" Street rather than "Tyler" in spite of me spelling it over and over and over for them. The flowers were finally delivered, but I have no idea what they looked like, or if they were fresh.

    I ordered a centerpiece-style floral display to be delivered to a relative out of state on Christmas Eve. At the center of the display as pictured was a large glass candle. The floral piece was delivered a day early, which was okay in this instance, but did not resemble the ad photo. For one thing, there was no candle at all! For another, it appeared much smaller than what I had ordered. I phoned the florist that had actually prepared and delivered the piece, and they said that their instructions had not mentioned a candle, and added that they had had to substitute some of the other items specified because they didn't have sufficient supplies.

    I then contacted the customer service people at FromYouFlowers. They were very respectful and polite, and eventually offered to have the florist redo and redeliver the original order. I told them that would be after Christmas and therefore unacceptable. I suggested instead at least a partial refund, and they have promised one of 20 percent. It seems to me that that was the very least they could've done, and that the exorbitant extra handling and delivery charge should have been waived as well; but at this point I will take what I can get. Having now read some of the reviews of this business, however, I am skeptical that I will see that refund, and would not be surprised to see it in the form of a credit on a future order, which I would never again place with this company. Bottom line: let the buyer beware!

    I've done business with this company before, throughout time my experience has gotten better. However on this occasion a very special occasion might I add the ball was dropped. I don't know if it was totally their fault, as we know they use local florist to deliver product. Upon arrival the flower vase that was sent to a very special friend during a time of sympathy was cracked. I used same day service, which means I paid for a same day fee. Although it was discounted, I still paid for it. Not only that but the bouquet I ordered was of the premium version which was extra as well. The recipient did receive the flowers on the day discussed, and yes the flowers were beautiful I was told as well. However once I was informed that the vase was cracked and was leaking small amounts of water I immediately contacted customer service. I decided to reach out to customer service via email as well as via telephone just to get a response that was expedited.

    I'll say this both departments have absolutely no idea what one another promises or what’s being communicated, meaning no notes are being taken for each customer and promises are being unfulfilled. One rep mentioned that the very next day a replacement would be delivered per our discussion via telephone. Then I receive an email stating that, my delivery will take place days later. At this point I'm totally over calling in or even dealing with the issue. I requested for a refund and I will see what this process is like during the next 5 business days. I didn't give them one star because like I stated earlier, the flowers were very pretty. I'd like to see the company do better with customer service, communication, tracking calls and complaints for each patron overall enhancing the ability to better serve and fix issues. I may or may not do business with them in the near future.

    I wanted to send flowers to my sister-in-law for her birthday and I chose this company to do so. I was leaving the country, but had arranged for the flowers to be delivered on her birthday (more than a week in advance I placed the order) and asked her husband to contact me if they were not delivered. On her birthday, I received a confirmation email from the company stating the flowers had been delivered and I thought all was well.     Terrible experience! Seriously, I cried. To start with the few positives, when the flowers finally arrived, they looked like the picture. In that respect, I got what I ordered. I can also say that the MANY times I called, I was always treated well—the customer service department must get a lot of practice talking to people who are upset—but as nice as they tried to be, they could not solve the problem.

    My husband and I have been coping with the loss of our teenage son, and it’s been a difficult journey. After a particularly depressing weekend, I had the unfortunate idea to send him flowers at work on Monday. I found THIS COMPANY, they served my area, and they promised express delivery within 4 hours for a nominal fee, which I happily paid. With that, the 4 hours would expire 45 minutes before the end of his work shift, which was a healthy cushion.

    In our many years together, we have often sent each other puzzles, and I thought this was a wonderful opportunity to send him a simple puzzle that would not only brighten his day and take his mind off of the struggles, it would remind him of all the joy we’ve shared through the years and all the joy we can still find together. I even called directly to ensure that everyone knew the weird note was not a mistake and to please make sure he gets it exactly as I typed it. I smiled all day knowing he would receive his flowers.

    Except that he didn’t. I called at the 4 1/2 hour mark to try to make sure the delivery happened in that last 15 minutes if at all possible. I was assured that the flowers were in the car, on the way. I called the office exactly 1 minute after the end of my husband’s shift and asked his coworker to quietly verify if he had received the flowers, just in case the website hadn’t been updated, and he confirmed that the flowers were not there. I then called and was offered a refund of the expedited fee and the opportunity to provide a new address for delivery.

    I told the representative that I appreciated the offer, but that wouldn’t solve the problem. He’s supposed to be surprised and honored in front of his coworkers, not in front of his dog. I would accept a discount and the promise to deliver in the morning, which we were able to schedule. I was told he would receive an apology note, and that the flowers would be delivered shortly after 9:00 in the morning. After that call, I spoke to a customer service manager to compliment the representative for his assistance—I try to be positive, I hate to complain, and if someone did a good job solving my problem I do try to make sure they get credit for it. I managed not to spill the beans that evening, and I started the next morning with a smile, thinking he would receive his flowers early and be able to enjoy his puzzle at lunch.

    By 10:30, I checked and he hadn’t received his flowers. I called and was assured that they were on the way and would arrive between 15 and 30 minutes. I checked back at noon and he still hadn’t received his flowers so I called again. This time I was offered an additional discount—we’re up to 50% off at this point, with no expedited fees—and the promise that they would follow up and make sure the flowers were delivered as soon as possible. I let them know that if he didn’t receive his flowers by the end of the day I would expect a full refund and they understood. Shortly thereafter, my husband texted a photo of himself with his flowers, smiling. Fine. I was so glad he was happy it didn’t matter that there was a battle to get there. I could finally stop.

    My husband worked on that puzzle, but instead of bringing him joy, it ruined his day. He was so frustrated. They had hand-written it so sloppily that he couldn’t read it, which makes it impossible to break a code. I had the puzzle in my purse when I came home so I could show it to him, and he agreed that he would have been able to solve it in about 15 minutes if it hadn’t been copied wrong. Ever try to solve a puzzle that’s printed incorrectly? It makes you feel stupid.

    I wanted to make my husband feel special, and remember the joy in life, and thanks to profoundly terrible service, it backfired completely. It ruined the day, and the flowers look a little less pretty when they are associated with frustration and constant calls to customer service. I reported to them one more time when the note was unreadable. The flowers were nice, but the puzzle was the gesture, and it wasn’t delivered, it was destroyed. I’ll be honest—I cried. I sincerely wish I hadn’t thought to order him flowers.

    Delivering flowers isn’t rocket science—right flowers, right message, right person, right place, right time. The right flowers arrived at the right place for the right person—without the promised apology note, I might add—but the message and the time were critical, and neither were accomplished. They posted that they were highly rated (4.4 out of 5 stars) or I wouldn’t have taken a chance in the first place. I can’t speak to their usual manner of business, which I have to assume is better than this for them to receive high ratings, but I will never use this service again and I urge others to consider carefully before choosing to do so. Seeing their rating on ConsumerAffairs, I now believe the prior rating was likely fictional.

He issued a 30% refund and said they would be delivered the following day. They were not. He then cancelled the order and issued a refund. My credit card information was taken and confirmation was sent to my email. 2 hours later, as I wait for the recipient to receive my flowers, considering I paid extra to have them delivered in 4 hours, I received an email stating my delivery would not be delivered today, no reason. I was very upset to read, after purchasing, that my flowers will not be delivered. Now the flowers weren't sent, the day is getting later, it was her birthday. I wanted my refund in full!!     I called Tuesday before Thanksgiving to have flowers delivered next day and paid extra (a surprise). The flowers weren't delivered and when I called the automated system it kept saying they were "out for delivery". When I spoke with a real person I was told they couldn't be delivered, will do so on Friday. I demanded a full refund (they weren't going to give it to me - only half until I pressed). Then on Friday they again weren't delivered - again I called, again told "there is no one in this area who can deliver (in PITTSBURG!!!)     DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered a large/premium arrangement in a BASKET. What was sent was a small/basic arrangement in a VASE. I understand there is leeway with the florist based on what’s “in stock”, however what was sent looked absolutely nothing like the picture. I brought this up to the company and they did respond very fast (the only thing they have going for them).     Fromyouflowers.com deserves ZERO stars. This business is comprised of PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS that need to be shut down!!! Originally I responded to an e-mail from MileagePlus Partner through United Airlines saying that I could earn extra miles if I ordered flowers through Teleflora. While my online payment was being processed, it seemed to be taking too long, so I escaped out of it. Next thing you know, I got an e-mail from fromyouflowers.com that said: "Urgent! You've received a [$12.03] credit." Thinking I could send the bouquets for less money (and not realizing that they were not the same company I had first ordered from and that I would not get my extra miles), I clicked on the fateful link, where I was soon to discover that they train their staff to lie and scam. I first ordered a bouquet, and then read all many terrible reviews (in that order, unfortunately).

    So I called them and said I had seen the negative reviews and wanted to be sure they were going to deliver my order. The first customer service rep was so kind and gentle, and confirmed it was to be delivered that day, but she sweetly offered to call the florist to confirm. She put me on hold and after a few minutes returned to say that it must be too early for the florist to answer the phone (9:30 am two days before Thanksgiving??), and to call again in an hour. I called again in an hour.

    Another rep put me on hold to call the florist and then told me that the bouquet was all ready, and the florist was just waiting for the delivery person to pick them up. It's been two days since then. They never arrived. They even sent me three e-mails, two to say it was scheduled to be delivered, and one to say that it had been delivered. LIARS. I WILL get my money back. Do the world a favor and GO OUT OF BUSINESS and find a respectable way to make a living. SHAME ON YOU.

We would be here for days If I was to go through the dance FromYouFlowers and I went through with calls and Emails--from me.     I purchased flowers for a friend from FYF. The day before they were to be delivered, I was informed my friend's office was to be closed on the delivery day due to Veterans day. I emailed FYF and requested an address change. at 722 PM. At 9 PM, I received the "Your items have shipped". Fifteen minutes after the shipment notification, I received an email saying the delivery address couldn't be changed as it already shipped. I contacted UPS and begged for them to help.     After reading this I see the same complaint as mine. My daughter paid $75.00 for flowers and what I got was about $20.00 dollars worth of flowers of that. It was for my 65th birthday. It came 2 days late. Awful flowers. Called them 5 different times. Always blame the florist that did the order. Offered to send pictures. They said no. They then said they would refund the money and send me a different bouquet, that didn't happen. No one takes any responsibility for the awful arrangements they send out. I have always use ProFlowers and never had a problem. I'm going to post their business practices on Facebook and tell all my friends to share. Hopefully no one else will use them.

    Let me preface this by saying I work in an industry which requires me to travel about 40% of the year, I've been traveling for work for over 15 years, and I do the majority of my shopping online, so I write reviews regularly for airlines, hotels, restaurants, and many online stores. This was, by far, my worst experience with online shopping for a gift in my entire history of online shopping.

    My girlfriend just moved 550 miles from her home of 30 years in Indiana to be with me in VA about 2 months ago. This was her first birthday away from all her friends and family, and our first together, so naturally I wanted to ensure that she had an amazing birthday and felt at home. Fromyouflowers.com ensured that did happen. I placed this order over a week in advance and I ordered flowers and chocolates to be delivered to my girlfriend's place of work on Friday, the day of her birthday.

    She sent me a picture of the flowers when she received them and thanked me for surprising her. The first thing I noticed in the picture was that the flowers seemed droopy and empty in the vase and there were no chocolates. She confirmed that chocolates were not delivered. So I called FYF to explain around 1 pm that day and was told that new flowers and the chocolates would redeliver same day. I made sure to say that if they did not deliver that day, they would need to go to a different address because she was working on her birthday, but then off for the weekend, wouldn't rerun until Monday, and we live an hour from her work.

    At 7 pm, my girlfriend texts me to say she did not receive a redelivery. I call again, this time I was told the florist couldn't deliver (within 6 hours?) on time and they would redeliver the next day, the day AFTER her birthday, but I told them she wasn't working and provided them a home address. That day, while continuing her birthday celebration at a local winery, I receive a call which appeared on my phone as No Caller ID and they left a message stating that they redelivered the flowers and chocolate and left them at the front desk AT HER WORK.

    I called again, completely furious at this point and they offered a small discount. Having dealt with all of that for 2 days, including 2 calls the day of her birthday, and knowing she wouldn't actually get the flowers or chocolate until 2 days after her birthday, I insisted a full refund. I was told my account would be credited back the full amount, it hasn't yet, but it's only been one day.

    That would normally satisfy me in an experience where I was not completely satisfied with a purchase, but getting my money back doesn't fix her first birthday experience in a new state and the 2 days, and 4 extremely stressful phone calls in the midst of all of it. There are only 2 online stores that have made my list of sites I will never use again because of a terrible experience, Fromyouflowers.com has now been added to that list.

    Flower order: 100 Bloom Peruvian lilies - I ordered this flower design and that is far from what arrived. It did not look anything like the picture on their site. It look like maybe 25 flowers and as though they just went in a field cut them all the same height and stuck them in the face. They offered to send them over again but by that time the surprise is already over. What am I supposed to do tell the recipient? Thank goodness I had somebody there to pick up the arrangement and they ran to Target and bought another Arrangement and switched them. I will never order flowers from this company again.

    I was on the phone 1 session for 45 minutes and another one for 20 minutes to resolve this order. I will add pictures of the two different flower arrangements and you would be able to see for yourself. In addition when you order flowers from this company they don't add the delivery charge, which they call an administrative charge not a delivery charge. And after you spend all your time you see a $14.95 charge when you finally check out but not in the FIRST subtotal! It's so misleading I don't know how they get away with it! They told me they would take that in consideration when they do updates.

    I think they should rename the business to "From the Trash Flowers." I have never been more embarrassed in my life. Absolutely horrendous. The flowers ordered were not what was delivered, ordered carnations and received roses. The picture on the site showed a very full bouquet, but only 8 flowers and tons of green in the bouquet, the vase received was pink.     Ordered the Deluxe 59.99 and three balloons and a box of chocolate (abysmal four pieces by the way) and it came out to 95.00. When she got the flowers they were not deluxe and definitely did not look like the picture. I called and complained and the refunded 29.99 because it was only half of the arrangement I was suppose to get. I asked for the florist who delivered it (local florist) they said it was policy that they could not give it out. Wife had the florist on the card so I called them. They recommend never order from 1800 online flowers always order local.

    The arrangement that they made was the cheaper one, basically fromyouflowers overcharge you and you are thinking you are getting the deluxe but they send out the order for the next lower flower selection.     I placed my order at 7am PST for my mom’s birthday. She leaves for work at 3pm her time. I paid the expedited fee and the same day fee. I ordered a bouquet of flowers and balloons. I then receive a call from this place regarding my order, that by the way, per the website and IVR, stated the order was out for delivery.     I am extremely disappointed in fromyouflowers.com. I placed my order for a Sympathy arrangement at 1:00 am October 17th for same day delivery. On that evening, I had not received a call from the recipient so I tracked the order on the website. Tracking still showed for delivery on October 17th. I spoke that night with one of the agents, and he was not able to contact the florist because they were closed. He assured me he would leave message with the florist to deliver early October 18. At 1:00 I called customer service again to check on my delivery, another agent tried calling the florist to confirm the delivery, and in the interim I called the recipient. No flowers were delivered yet. The agent told me she could not get an answer from the florist, but that she would continue checking and have then do the delivery by early afternoon.

    Well, long story short, the order was never delivered. I called again late afternoon and another agent (She could not get the agent that was helping me before) went through the same steps. Told me she could not get the florist to confirm on my order status. I was very upset at this time. I told them to cancel my order and refund my money. After waiting about 10 minutes, she got back to my call and said they would refund my money, or would I consider upgrading my arrangement for free. PLEASE, refund my money. This company will not have this customer. I await my refund. I suggest that this company look at the list of their vendors, their failure rate, the monies lost with unhappy customers and weed out those that don't meet standards. I eventually went to a local florist.

Upon learning this I called flower shop and was told it was just left. I could see this at a single family residence but not at a multifamily dwelling unless one of her neighbors agreed to be responsible for until she returned.     Hands down the worst flower experience I have ever had. I ordered flowers on Oct 11.2017 for a funeral on Oct 13.2017 at 3 pm. I bought 3 arrangement for over $300. On October 11, 2017 after placing the order I notice that I had enter my email address incorrect. So I called around 8:30 pm to confirm that it went through, have my email change and get the receipt sent to my email. After talking to a rep and confirming my correct email more than 3 times and they stated that in 30 min I should be receiving the receipt through my correct email. They also confirmed that the order will be at the funeral service at 3 pm. I waited till 9:45 pm to call again because I had not receive receipt through my email. Again, I had to say my correct email 3+ times and the rep stated that I should receive the email with my receipt in like 30minutes (yes another 30 mins!!!).

    Yes, I received an email regarding only one of my arrangement. I called again! And same thing! And till this day I have not received the other 2 receipt to my emails. On Oct 12 I called to confirmed that everything will be there at 3 pm on October 13, 2017 they stated that everything was good and flowers will be there.

    On October 13, I called at 10 am again (Yes I did! I had a bad feeling about this place after having to call them a few time to get my receipt to my correct email and still not receiving it) to confirmed that my flower will be there at 3 pm. The rep confirmed that the order will be there at 2 pm because they take funerals very seriously. I got to the funeral place at 3 pm to find out that one of the 3 arrangements were not there. I immediately called and they put me on hold to call the flower shop to see that status on the order.

    After been on hold for over 10 minutes they stated that they should be arriving from 3:30-4. 4 o'clock came by and no flowers. I called again and again. I was put on hold for 10minutes to receive that same answer. Now flower should make it by 4- 4:30 pm. 430 pm came along and still no flower. I called again. The rep had the audacity to tell me that they couldn't reach the flower shop yet that they had a note from the flower shop saying that the service ends at 9 pm and that it will be there before then. That is when I lost it. Why would I put 3 pm for the flowers to arrive and then tell me something else? What happened to arriving at 2 because we take funeral seriously? I ask to speak with a manager. Here I was at my aunt's funeral and had to be on the phone with them because my flower that I order to be there at 3 were not there!

    The manager got on the phone and I explained everything to her yet pretty much received the same answer. I asked her write down my phone and my husband phone and call me back as soon as they contact the flower shop. 5 o'clock came around and here comes some flowers that did not even look anything like the picture! At the same time we got a call from a rep stating that the flower shop confirmed that they dropped the flowers off over an hour ago. I told the rep “ohh really an hour ago? So why is it that I see him coming through the door right now?” Rep stood silence and then apologizes. Flower were half dead and completely different to what I wanted. The banner letters where not correctly glued. I could of bought flower from a store and paid $20 and gotten a better looking arrangement than this one. Honestly, here I was at my aunt's funeral having to deal with all of this. Awful experience.

    Unfortunately a single star rating is the lowest possible permitted. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered 10/09/17. It was to be a surprise. The saga begins when I received a call from the recipient on Tuesday 10/10/17 with no mention of the delivery. So the following day 10/11/17 I contacted the From You Flowers customer service and inquired as what was the issue with the delivery. I was told that they had made an attempt to deliver the flowers but because it was a school that they were not able to deliver the arrangement to a specific person. I explained to them that the address is in fact a private residence and just because the street address is old schoolhouse road does not in fact make it a school. That should have been my first inclination to cancel the order, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I was then assured that the flowers would be delivered on Thursday 10/12/17.

    I also explained to them that there is always someone present at the residence due to an elderly person receiving around the clock services and an aide is always available to receive a delivery. Well moving fast forward as of today 10/13/17 the flowers have still not been delivered and needless to say the surprise is ruined. When I reached the to the recipient about the delivery, I was told that the flowers had not yet been delivered. She went on to say that they even placed a note on the doors letting them know that someone in fact is home and to ring the front door bell or use the side door and ring the bell as well. Well, after reaching out again to the recipient I was informed that the flowers had still not been delivered. I contacted the florist again to express my dissatisfaction and inquire as to what happened with the delivery. I was then told that the flowers had been delivered!!! I then informed them that no they had not been delivered.

    So after further checking it was confirmed that in fact no delivery was made. They offered me a 35% discount off the order for which I vehemently declined. I then canceled the order because of my total dissatisfaction with from you flowers. The surprise was ruined which in itself was devastating. The customer service rep then canceled my order and inquired if there was anything else that they could assist me with?? What a farce!!! I replied, "No thank you. I think you've done enough already." Totally dissatisfied!!!

    On 10/9, I called to order flowers for delivery in Texas. When it came time to Review Order before placing it, I noticed a $2.99 charge for same day delivery. I requested delivery on 10/10, which would make it the FOLLOWING day. I called the number for "Help," and was told that since it would not be delivered today (10/9), it was "in the system" and so it qualified as a same-day delivery on 10/10! AND there was an additional charge of $3.98 for something else that I could not understand because the person I spoke to didn't speak English. I cancelled the order. However, when I spoke with the person I sent the flowers, the bear, and Mylar balloon to she informed me that she never got the balloon. So I asked for a picture of the arrangement and needless to say I was very upset with the arrangement sent.     I ordered the pretty please package one day before our anniversary, and spoke to one of the agents just to make sure the flowers would be delivery to my wife on time the next day in California. The agent assured me that there will be not a problem at all. 8 hours later I had placed the order they emailed me saying that they will not be able to deliver the order next day till the day after.     Three days and order STILL not delivered. Called Tuesday, the day after the scheduled delivery date and the company was very apologetic. Made excuses that the florist they sent the order to was busy and they were unable to reach them. They would reorder with another florist and upgrade the flowers. They guaranteed delivery that day. Called Wednesday and flowers were still on order. They apologized again and said they were sending the order out by the end of the day. They would reimburse my credit card $5.00 and issue a gift card for future purchase. This company is great at apologizing but terrible at delivering flowers!

    I'm really sorry that I didn't look up customer reviews before I ordered from this company. My daughter's husband is deployed overseas. They were having a 6th wedding anniversary and I was helping him send flowers to my daughter. A bouquet was picked out and paid for last week. When I opened up my email on Monday, I received an email saying the flowers had been delivered. I work in the same office as my daughter and knew that they weren't delivered so I called the company. They said a mistake had been made but that the flowers would be delivered on time. We received the flowers but they were NOTHING like what we had ordered. Don't get me wrong. The flowers were beautiful but NOT what we wanted. I called the company back to complain and they offered me a 20% refund or replacement of the flowers.

    I choose replacement flowers and they were to be delivered today. In the meantime, the first florist called me to say that From You Flowers said I was unhappy with the arrangement that she delivered. Come to find out, the picture that she received was nothing like the bouquet that we picked. She offered another arrangement for free but I assured her that it wasn't her fault and that From You Flowers was sending a replacement arrangement. Well, we received the replacement arrangement today and it is NOTHING like what we ordered! Are you kidding me? Even after I called about being unhappy with the first arrangement?!?

    I called the company again. They said they were sorry and offered me a 15% discount. I told them that this was an unacceptable offer and that I would NOT accept and that I will only accept a 100% refund. They put me on hold for about 5 minutes and then came back and said that they have refunded the money back to my credit card and it should show up in around 2-3 days. You bet your booties I'll be checking the bank statement. These people are dishonest at best. Never do business with them. Run, run far away!

    Oh wow, do I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering an arrangement through this company! I ordered a bouquet for my sister who had just undergone emergency surgery. I live in another state, so these flowers were my only way of showing my sister support since I couldn't be there in person. Upon checkout, I selected the option which guaranteed delivery during, "normal business hours." Maybe, "normal business hours" are different in, say, India where the customer service call center is located; but my definition of normal business hours is between 8 am-5 pm, 6pm tops. After not hearing anything from my sister on the day they were scheduled to arrive, I finally caved and asked if she had received her flowers- ruining the surprise factor, which is one of the best parts of both receiving and sending flowers. She had not received them- this was at 4 pm. I kid you not, someone knocked on her door at 8:00 pm to deliver the arrangement. This was nothing short of bizarre, and I would have only been moderately annoyed if this was the only issue. I purchased the, "Harvest MASON JAR," arrangement, clearly depicted in a mason jar vase; one of the primary reasons I selected that arrangement. Instead, the flowers arrived in a normal, clear vase, with a bow wrapped around it. I paid for yellow daisies, and what arrived instead were... yellow carnations. In addition, blades of wheat... WHEAT were added to the arrangement. When I saw a picture of it, I was so embarrassed. Not only was it not what I ordered, but the arrangement itself was very poorly done. I then looked up the flower company that FromYouFlowers had contracted with for production and delivery, and this company has a 1.8 star review on Google with not one single positive comment. When I called FromYouFlowers asking for a refund, their solution was for my sister to put the flower arrangement that she had just received on her front porch so that the florist could come pick it up at 10:00 at night, and they would then refund me my money. How awkward, weird, and rude is that? FromYouFlowers is responsible for contracting with a business that clearly provides extremely poor products and service. I ended up settling with not having the arrangement sent back, and receiving a 50% refund, which I am satisfied with. However, never again will I be using FromYouFlowers. It was like ordering a bouquet from AliExpress.com. Looks great in the picture, but you'll be disappointed when you receive it in "real life," if you ever receive it at all. You'd be better off to draw a picture of some flowers, put it in an envelope and send that instead.

    My fiancé ordered for flowers to be delivered to my apartment 6 days in advance of my birthday. When I didn't mention the flowers to him, he asked if I received them - I told him I didn't. We called the next day and they said the flowers were on the truck to be delivered and will be there in 5 minutes. Nothing arrived. We call back - turns out the flowers were delivered and left in the lobby (while I live in a high rise and apartment number was on the order). We ask to redelivery and they promise to do so. Nothing again. We call back and are now told there won't be a redelivery because apparently now they are saying I signed for the first bouquet. When I asked to see the signature, they put me on hold and never picked up again. So no flowers and no refund yet. Trying to call them again.

    I ordered a dozen long stem roses with a custom vase, a box of chocolates, and a teddy bear. The roses were beautiful! That I give them. The custom vase that I paid an extra $13 for was just a piece of paper in a dollar tree vase. The box of chocolates was melted, and the card looked like it was made in Microsoft word then printed on construction paper. Delivery was horrible! Got here late! And customer service is horrible! Save yourself some time and spend the extra money and go to a local florist!!!

    I ordered flowers for my mom to congratulate her on her new job. I shopped around for a place that could have them delivered the same day because my parents were headed out of town the next day. I paid extra for same day delivery, received my confirmation email, and assumed everything was taken care of. It wasn't until 3:45 pm that day that FromYouFlowers notified me that my flowers would not actually delivered. Of course they waited until too late in the day while I was at work and did not have enough time to find a new flower shop and get more flowers ordered.     Scheduled flowers to be delivered over a week ahead of time. My girlfriend’s first day at her new job. Wanted something there to help her not be so nervous. "Guaranteed delivery between 9-5". I wasn't allowed to select a time before that. They were delivered at 5:30. Guess what? That's right, they were already closed. You know what they offered? "We’ll see what happens when the driver gets back and give you a refund if you don't recognize who signed for them." Wow, now that's customer service. How about you say, "We'll get an arrangement out to your recipient as soon as possible"? Totally... Killed... The sentiment.

    I am French and I wanted offer flowers to my girlfriend who is in USA. I passed a first order who was not delivered on time as it was previous, with obligation to my girlfriend to call the delivery company to get the flowers. As I don't know the country, I decided for her Birthday to give a second order by the same website www.fromyouflowers.com. But nothing happened, no delivery and when I had contact with her, she told me that she received nothing, even I filled all the form that the website ask included my credit card information.

    I complained about the Customer service who send me a first message that I can give another order (why not...) and after a second complaint, that the supervisor will contact me... It's 3 days now and no contact. I think this website is really under the capacities to give a good service at their client. I was stupid to not see ConsumerAffairs before give this order where I see a lot of complain about this shit website.

    For a funeral... paid extra to have them there in the morning, and for next day expedited service. Of course, they didn't arrive - luckily my wife called to find out. Their excuse? "We couldn't find the person to receive them at that place, they weren't there." (the deceased, for crying out loud...) This happened not once, but twice.

    On the third try, their excuse was "The florist didn't have that arrangement available." So what were they going to do? Why, keep the money and not deliver the 'unavailable' arrangement. Nice. My wife was calling the funeral home, and fromyouflowers.com as well - they were finally delivered, but only after several phone calls made to this horrifically incompetent company, and telling them to 'cancel my order right now, or DELIVER the arrangement!!' For a funeral, people... a funeral!

    And all this mickey mouse outfit could offer up was excuses. I have no clue what the arrangement looked like, I live out of state... I'm almost afraid to find out. But guaranteed, I will NEVER use this company again. Do yourself a favor, take the time to look up and call a local florist near where you want to have something sent, and pay for it over the phone. Problem solved.
