Fromyouflowers told me it was too late to cancel order, but refunded $9.50. Item was finally delivered on Monday about 5 pm. I am sorry I didn't check with this site first. I will never use them again.

I ordered a large arrangement of flowers late Saturday night to be delivered the next day, paying two additional fees to ensure it would be delivered on time (as it was guaranteed). The next day, I received an e-mail telling me my delivery had been delayed a day. This was an issue, because the person who I was having the arrangement delivered to works during the day Monday, and only Sunday delivery would have worked. I called them and told them that since it was delayed a day, the flowers either had to be delivered after 6 p.m. on Monday or during the next weekend. They told me over the phone that they left a note with the florist making sure the flowers would be delivered after 6. Also, they told me if she wasn't home they would bring the flowers back to the shop to be picked up after I specified they can't be left outside.
Monday rolls around, and I get an e-mail telling me the flowers were delivered around 3 p.m. I knew that it wasn't possible they were delivered successfully, and if they were left out front, they got stolen (Self-evidently rough part of town. No excuse for the florist). To be sure, I asked the woman who I bought them for if she received them, and she didn't - effectively ruining the surprise of the gift and making myself look like an **. They left the flowers and vase out front on a busy downtown street. Do not give these people your business. To their credit, they gave me a full refund, but they still wasted my time. They're barely above the level of scammers with how many lies and false promises I was given. What I learned - contact your local florist directly. I'm shocked this website is still in business, and I'm almost inspired to start my own online business, seeing how complete incompetence is not a barrier to success.

Can I give minus stars? Horrible! I was PROMISED the flowers would arrive for my Aunt’s funeral by 10:00 AM. The buffoons sent info to the local florist for a 10:00 PM delivery! Then when confronted after the flowers missed the funeral, they started the blame game! They will not let you contact the florist directly but because it was a small town, we were able to find the actual florist. We have documented proof of the mistakes sent to the florist. We then took control of the situation and directed the florist to deliver to the reception since the funeral was OVER! If we didn’t get involved, it would have been a bigger cluster than it was. Do yourself a favor and find a RESPONSIBLE COMPANY who can perform and keep promises made. These people are completely inept. BTW... they offered us a meager discount when they completely failed. Our rating: -3 stars!

They promote free shipping but they charge a "service fee" that I didn't even see until I got the email receipt. Very shady. I will never use them again! I'm going straight to the local floral shop. Also, their Google reviews look false and I can't figure out how to review them on that platform.

I am waiting to see if they respond to my email for a FULL REFUND! This is embarrassing and I can't even give this to the person it was intended for. WHAT A SCAM.

I’m only leaving a review because I paid extra to have an arrangement sent to my mother that varied only slightly from the picture. The picture is night and day difference from the terrible bouquet she received. I’m so disappointed in the arrangement. I will never use this company again. And whoever the florist was that did the bouquet should be ashamed of themselves. I would suggest not wasting your money with this company. Teleflora was 300% better and worth the money.

Ordered a plant Friday morning and paid extra for same day delivery. Friday evening at 7 pm I receive a call saying they couldn't deliver it today so they would be refunding my same-day delivery charge, an additional 20% off and promised to deliver it Saturday. Saturday evening comes and I receive an email stating that it has been delivered. I spoke to the recipient Sunday morning and they couldn't find the plant anywhere and even checked with neighbors. I call and they give me the same story and offer me another 10% off. At this point, I was done so I canceled the order. Upon telling their customer service lady that I wanted to cancel, her whole attitude changed and she was very unprofessional. All in all, I should have done some research on this company before placing an order as my story seems very common among others. Never again.

This was my first time using this company. I purchased an arrangement for my father's funeral service. I even requested that it be delivered a day earlier just to make sure there were no mistakes. I order the flowers, received confirmation, money was deducted from my checking account. And I received an email that the flower had been delivered. When I arrived at the service I didn't see the flower. Something was telling me not to confront the funeral home but to wait and call the florist. The customer service rep checked and found out that there had been a problem and the arrangement had not been sent. They offered a thirty percent refund and another plant. Unfortunately, that was the last day for the service. They did refund my money. If they knew there was a problem why didn't they contact me? I just wanted to put another beautiful flower next to my dad. Never will I use them nor recommend them to anyone.

FromYouFlowers.com charged a premium to deliver the gift I ordered same-day... No problem with that, though their charge was pretty pricey. They offered an extra charge to ensure delivery before noon, which I paid because the recipient was going to be away from 2pm onward (for the whole day and following weekend.) The gift didn't show up until 5pm and naturally the recipient was long gone. They still haven't responded to requests to remove the charge (both email and phone) with a "we're looking into it" placation.

I ordered a floral arrangement for a co-worker that was leaving on Wednesday June 19 to be delivered to her job on June 20. The site guaranteed same day delivery between the hours of 9-5. The arrangement was not delivered. I called customer service after 5 pm June 20th and they apologized and stated they would send the arrangement to her house since the office closed at 5 pm and it was already after 5. They also offered 30% refund on the order and guaranteed the arrangement would be delivered to her home the following day. It's now Thursday after 6 pm and she still have not received the arrangement. I called customer service again and they apologized and said they would deliver them Friday. I canceled the order and requested a refund. I will never use this company again.

I ordered a premium bouquet of the European floral for my sister's birthday. Although the bouquet appeared to be a standard and not premium size when delivered, the bouquet was beautifully arranged and arrived within the expedited timeframe and I was impressed. Considering, after I placed this $70 order for a premium bouquet and needed it delivered within a four-hour time frame, I read several negative reviews and became extremely skeptical. I feared that my sister's flowers might not arrive on time, but they did! This was all that I truly wanted was for her flowers to be delivered to her at work. She loved the arrangement and was very surprised and pleased. I am appreciative that I had such a positive experience with this company and I would definitely order again in the future.

I had placed an order ON Friday 6/15, to be delivered THAT DAY before 5:00 pm as an opening night gift for a friend. I was of course charged for shipping/handling. They were NOT delivered on 6/15 as they were supposed to be. After stalking Fromyouflowers.com for 3 days, they were incredibly rude - and escalating several times to a manager. The order was FINALLY delivered on Monday 6/18 and NOT to the recipient. They just left them with a random stranger (they had the stranger sign for them).
Thankfully I was able to track the flowers down and get them to my friend. On top of that, I requested a refund since this was all handled so poorly on THEIR end and they had the nerve to rudely tell me that if they granted me a refund, they would have to send someone to pick up the flowers. What the heck? I opted to not go through with the refund. It's not my friend's fault that these rude, incompetent flower people screwed up - he shouldn't have his flowers taken away because they don't know how to do business. I will never use them again!

My mom had surgery on Saturday and I wanted to send her flowers. They had me pay extra for speedy delivery and same day delivery. On Saturday I got an email that my order was delivered. This was not the case. No flowers were delivered. Today is Monday 6/18/18 and still I had to call them 3 times before I was able to get an answer. They wanted to give me $5.00 off coupon. Really??? No. I had them refund all of my money. After 45 min on the phone they stated that my credit card would be refunded 1-3 business days. I have no words on the amount of stress they added to this very difficult time for me with my Mom being so far away. Terrible and disgusting customer service. There are plenty of reputable companies out there but this is not one of them.

Please do not order from this company ever. They are liars and their orders are not what it appears online. Here is my story. I have ordered from this company many times. They played me couple times but I was never more mad than this last time 6/15/18. I have ordered a fruit/chocolate basket for my mom as a holiday gift and to congratulate her on becoming a citizen. My order was placed Wednesday 6/13/18 to be delivered on 6/15/18 and I paid $60 because I didn’t care. It was my MOM.
That Friday it supposed to be delivered to her so I waited because I thought they might be busy and it’s hot bla bla. Around 5 pm I texted my sister to asked her if my mom got anything. She said no not yet. I called company. They said they will call and it will be taken care of. I waited another hour. Called again. They said it’s out for delivery. I was like cool. Well 7 pm my mom still didn’t get anything??? Boy was I mad. I called. The lady put me on the hold for 7 min to tell me they can’t get ahold of anyone and that they are closed for today. She states she will take care of it tomorrow bla bla... I was boiling inside my body. Was so mad I told her that I don’t want to wait until tomorrow and that I gave them enough time to get this order ready and delivered for freaking $15 on time.
I told her I want to cancel my order and that I was very disappointed at their service especially because this was the 2nd time. Supposed she didn’t care. She said she will return money and told me to have a good day??? After you freaking screwed me over liars. So my mom never got her fruit/ chocolate basket. Very disappointed, orders look so messed up and never look like the same from what you order online. If you purchase a chocolate box for $10, $15 or $20 they put whatever kind chocolate. Not even equal to that amount of money. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. PLEASE DO NOT GET EMBARRASSED LIKE I DID. This place is done with me forever. Keep your damn emails with credit and coupons for garbage because that’s what your service is like?

I paid almost $60 for a sympathy bouquet for my friend when her mother passed away. I made sure to pick an arrangement that WASN'T colorful because I thought it would be distasteful. The picture of the one I picked was beautiful and full. When my friend received the flowers I asked her to send me a picture because I'd never used this flower company before and I wanted to make sure she received what I ordered. When she sent me the picture I was so embarrassed. The arrangement looked like something my 2 yr old daughter could put together. The few flowers that used were bright colored and not what I ordered. I'm very disappointed and will NEVER use this company again.

I ordered a gift basket that was to contain various cheese items, pepperoni, and snacks that go along with that. The picture showed Cabot cheese. I got KROGER brand cheese and a basket that was 1/2 the size of what was depicted as well as horribly wrapped. Not as many items received either. I paid $70 for something that looks as though it cost them $25 to make. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I've now had two separate instances with this company where they FAILED to delivered as promised. The first was for my step-mother's funeral where I ordered two standing arrangements and the spray for the casket. I only received 2 of the 3 items ordered. When I called to follow up on the missing item, they responded that they were not able to complete the order as promised and would I be satisfied if having the missing item delivered to the deceased member's spouse!? What is my father going to do with an standing spray of FUNERAL flowers at his house. After several rounds of going back and forth about the credit, they finally issued a refund with apology.
The second time placing an order is totally my fault for trying to give a business a second chance. I ordered an arrangement for a retirement celebration (at the person's place of business) and requested it be delivered before noon, AND PAID FOR THAT too! The item was never delivered. The florist that accepted the order does not do weekend deliveries and moved delivery to the first business day. The customer service rep requested that I get the person's home address and they would make the delivery. I don't even know the person I sent the flowers well enough to where I can provide a home address (or ask for one). Buyer beware! I am genuinely disappointed and will not make this mistake ever again!

I wanted to send flowers for my mother's birthday and by happenstance I came across From You Flowers. My mother’s birthday was on a Sunday and they claimed they could be delivered on Sunday. The day of her birthday I kept waiting for a notification from them or my mother that they were delivered. After speaking with my mother at 7 pm with no mention of flowers I decided to check my email. They sent an email that evening letting me know they could not deliver the flowers that but could as soon as Monday which was clearly too late. So on top of the additional $14.99 charge they added to the bill for delivery that was not stated in the pricing they couldn’t even get the flowers there on time. Very unhappy! Clearly I should have checked their reviews before choosing them. Looks like very few were happy with their choice using them! I’d advise not to use From You Flowers if you want your flowers delivered on a specific day.

I ordered a Peace Lily for my future daughter in-law's grandmother's funeral. I was shocked when I saw the actual plant they received, it looks nothing like what's pictured on the website. It show a large plant in a basket sitting on the floor, what they received was a very small peace lily in about a 5" round plastic throw away pot, wrapped in foil paper. I am very disappointed with the plant for the money. I will not use them again. I could have purchased this at Wal-Mart and saved my money.

Placed an order over phone to “Fromyouflowers” for a spray for my aunts funeral. She had no children and it was up to us to pay for funeral. I was trying to cut another run to do since, I had so many other things to prepare for the funeral. I went online and saw that they would deliver same day and Sundays. I called instead to avoid miscommunication. I asked the customer rep that I needed by 2 pm tomorrow (Sunday). Was willing to pay extra. She told me she would put in the request with placing the order. I checked online. The order status-delivery was scheduled Monday from 9-6.
I called them and again asked the rep - "Please help me." He tells me coldly “the shops are closed today - it’s Sunday”. I of course asked him why they didn’t tell me that they couldn’t do it??? I would have gone to a florist and placed the order. He tells me to hold on to see what he could do. Comes back on and says, "I gave you a refund." What the heck??? It’s the day of the funeral and I do not have flowers. Don’t know what to do. My aunt is not going to have any flowers whatsoever. Worst and insensitive customer service. Never again. I order everything online and have never had issues. These people absolutely don’t care.

I ordered flowers for my sister that was having surgery. The flowers she received looked nothing like the flowers I ordered online. They used a lot of ferns where the arrangement online was mostly flowers. I was very disappointed. Also, I ordered a Get Well Soon balloon and she received a Best Wishes balloon. When I complained to the company and asked for a refund, they offered a $10 gift certificate and a $5 credit for the wrong balloon. I would have preferred some type of credit because I will not be wasting any more money ordering flowers from them.
They also apologized which was good, but they said that they contacted the local florist and they too extend their apology. The problem is that I sent my email at night and received the response at 1 am in the morning. There is no way that the local florist was open and extended their apologies. Apologies are great but only when they are sincere/accurate vs. a rubber stamp. I show the online picture vs. the picture of what was received below.

I ordered the florist designed bouquet and scheduled delivery for a Saturday. However UPS failed to find the address saying it was incorrect. I had to speak with UPS and verified the address was correct, but the driver failed to find the house for some unknown reason. Therefore, delivery was delayed until Monday. When the flowers did arrive they were on the dry side, but the person still enjoyed them. I contacted FromYouFlowers and they offered to provide either a full refund and $10 certificate or a partial refund, certificate, and reship new flowers. I went with the latter option but they never sent new flowers. So I had to call back several days later to complain. However at that time they still honored the full refund. Although I had issues with UPS, overall it worked out fine.

Ordered flowers for mom's birthday. Was suppose to be delivered on Wednesday. Was notified around 330 that day they could not get the flowers. No local florists had them. Then was promised they be delivered by noon the next day with an upgrade, it was going on 2 pm. No delivery. Finally at 4 pm Thursday they were delivered. This place is totally unacceptable. There is no excuse for not delivering your order when they are suppose to. You order flowers for special occasions and the date you pick is when they should be there. No excuses.

I ordered flowers for my daughter in law on Tuesday. They were not delivered on Tuesday not, were they delivered on Wednesday. I called the company the first thing Thursday morning and was assured me they would be delivered today. Thursday afternoon called again to confirm and the sales reps tells me they will not be delivered until Friday. I requested to speak with the supervisor and all he can say is I am sorry. I run my own business and know this is not acceptable. If he worked for me or my company he would have been fired immediately. It must not take much to be a manager or supervisor there. Please beware from ordering from this company. I have NEVER HAD FLOWERS THAT TAKE 4 DAYS TO DELIVER and order flowers quite a bit. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE JOKE. I went online early in the morning to order birthday flowers for same day delivery to a family member with balloon and gift card. Paid extra for delivery. Received an email at noon advising they were delivered. Called family member at 2 pm to ask if she received them and she advised nothing was ever delivered and she was home the whole time. Emailed company and received an auto generated response of "we'll check into it". Called 30 minutes later and customer service male advise it was delivered and he had to check with the florist to see who signed for them.
Called back later and no answer. Emailed again and received the same auto generated response. Received an email later advising there was a $12 coupon attached for future orders - Are they kidding!!! Anyway, I contacted my bank once the transaction processed and I am disputing the charge. No one has ever gotten back to me on any results but they were quick to charge my card. It is a fraudulent company and I expect my bank will determine the same thing.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother for mother’s day. They were NEVER delivered, so I had to call them. The girl on the phone lied and told me they were out for delivery. After 15 phone calls and 3 days later, yes THREE days later the manager promised me they would upgrade my order and double the amount of flowers. They finally delivered the very old, puny little five flowers they put together in a vase, and called them an arrangement. Every single one of the customer service people I spoke with lied to me, they never apologized, and when they finally were delivered they were the most pathetic arrangement I have ever seen. Do yourself a favor and order from another company! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a Dish Plant on 6/1/2018 to be delivered on 6/2 to a friend in the hospital. I filled out the information online, typing in the correct recipient's name. I received an email confirmation with the wrong recipient name. I called immediately to correct the error and they assured me it was corrected. I asked for an email confirming that and they said they couldn't do that. It was not corrected, so I called a second time and was assured again it was corrected. This time she offered to send me an email showing the correct name. I did receive that email. The next day I received an email saying it was delivered to the correct name. Got suspicious because my friend never said anything.
I called the hospital on 6/5 to check if she got a plant. She said, "We have a plant here for someone that is not in this hospital." I questioned the name and sure enough it was the plant with the wrong name. They even called FromYouFlowers.com and told them, but they never came or corrected the error. I have since talked to their customer service supervisor and was offered 50% of the cost of the plant, which was $44.98, refund would be $22.50. They credited my credit card $18. They couldn't even get that right! I have no plans of ever using their service again and would caution anyone who is buying flowers to pass this company up.

When my wife posted a picture the flowers she received from FYF saying thank you to me, my jaw dropped and I got hot and itchy immediately!!! I was embarrassed she received an arrangement that my five year old could have created better and much prettier!! I contacted customer service and they said they would make it right and would re-deliver yesterday. They never showed up. I spoke to a Deon today and said he would make sure they would be out today! We will see!!!

Ordered a bouquet at about 9 am. Paid 50.00 for it (pretty normal). It was a spur of the moment thing, a just because it's Saturday thing, I had realized that I hadn't done it in a while for my wife. They said it would be there by 4 pm, it was, but not where I had sent it. The flowers never made it to my wife's work though it said they were delivered. My wife (after the surprise was ruined) went to every coworker and no one had seen any flowers that had been delivered. Customer service was polite and courteous and refunded my money. I wont use them again ProFlowers wasn't any different the last two times I've used them either so maybe I will just start picking them up and bringing them myself from now on from the local florist.

Charged me extra for delivery before 12. Didn’t deliver before 12! Then when they delivered they delivered someone else’s package which wasn’t even flowers. It was a balloon and a card for a man. So they messed up my whole anniversary surprise. And when they finally brought the right thing back it was nothing like the picture which I also paid extra for . Deluxe and it was weak as hell!!! My Mother passed away on May 16, 2018. I called "Fromyouflowers.com" on Wednesday, May 23rd and purchased a casket spray and two standing sprays (One with a ribbon that read "Momma" and another with a ribbon from my children that read "Gramma") - which came to a total of 620.92. All were to be delivered to Ullrey Memorial Chapel in Yuba City, CA by 05/24/2018. The funeral was to take place at 1:00 pm on 05/25/2018. As I was driving down from Idaho on Thursday night after work, I got to the funeral home at 12:30 pm on Friday May 25th. I spoke with "Randy" the Manager of the FH and signed documents. Then, with the rest of the family - I went to visit with my Mother.
You can imagine my shock when I saw all of the beautiful flowers - BUT mine and my children's! NO Casket Spray! NO Flowers from her Daughter or her Grandchildren! Flowers I had paid for 48 hours prior. Randy (the manager) was very angry and called the florist. Tears streaming down my face, *I* called "Fromyouflowers" as well. They called their local florist who told them they were shutting down the shop and getting my flowers to me immediately. The representative from "Fromyouflowers.com" said "The funeral isn't until 1:00 pm." I told her "It's now 1:30 pm and the Casket is being taken to the gravesite to be buried." I was sick to my stomach. I only had ONE shot to make my Mother's funeral beautiful. These people destroyed it!
Not only did my family think I had not gotten my Mother flowers, neither had my grown children nor did I get her a Casket spray! I was devastated! By the time the flowers finally got to the Chapel most of the people had already left. Not ONE ribbon had "Momma" or "Gramma" on it. They had been thrown together - last minute! I cannot tell you how hurt I was over this! PLEASE, do NOT use this company if you are buying flowers for a funeral OR a wedding! You only get one shot to get it right. =( Completely - disgusted!

Placed order for a funeral arrangement to be delivered to funeral home. The day of the funeral after the funeral had started I get a email followed by a call telling me they can’t provide the arrangement! They offered to send the arrangement somewhere else at a later date...ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Why would I want to send a funeral wreath to someone! Save yourself a lot of embarrassment & shame & use someone else. Prices were no cheaper than anywhere else & they certainly are not dependable. A fail on my part for not reading reviews beforehand & an epic fail on their part for making promises they had no intention of fulfilling.

Prices are deceiving, service charge is way too high! Won’t be using them again. Rather see just one fee for delivery & handling fee. Actually why even have a handling fee, that’s what they get paid for. I’m sure they’re handling flowers all day long! Maybe try and find people who speak English more understandable.

I called FYF because I have used them in the past with just minor problems (delivery time later than expected). I had an unexpected death in the family and the funeral had to be put together very quickly. This company advertises same day service, this was service for the next morning and I knew it may be a challenge to get flowers delivered. I did NOT order online because I needed to ensure that the flowers were delivered at 9:00 for the service at 10:00 and I reiterated this several times to the customer service rep on the phone while ordering. She assured me multiple times that the flowers would arrive on time and because she assured me I did not go with plan B to buy my own flowers and make arrangements myself. 9:00 came and went, no flowers arrived.
I called FYF customer service and was on the phone with them for at least 35 min while trying to greet guests that were arriving and directing to the appropriate room. 15 min into being on hold I magically get a call from the actual florist that was supposed to deliver the flowers. She told me that they hadn't been able to find any contact numbers. Got that??? SHE CALLED ME to tell me they couldn't find any contact numbers. She had no other explanation... that was it. I had given the customer service person ALL my contact info because I was so worried about the flowers making it on time. Needless to say, there were no flowers that day. We were able to buy some flowering plants from the store, but there were no flowers to keep from the service... no mementos to press in the family book. It was very disappointing. They did NOT deliver the service they said they would provide.

Please stay away from this company! I ordered a PREMIUM PINK CHAMPAGNE BOUQUET with balloons last Sunday (May 27, 2018) for my friend’s 30th birthday with the same day delivery (as it says on their site) with expedited & weekend fee but they delivered it Tuesday. I understand they couldn’t deliver it since it’s Sunday then holiday the next day.
Tuesday, they delivered the flowers! But waay too far from the flowers that I ordered, not even close. A lousy flowers! I am very disappointed with flowers and feel ashamed! I wasted my money for such an awful flowers! Please stay away from this company. It’s a Scam! My mistake was I didn’t check the reviews first. Better to buy flowers from your local groceries than this company! And never recommend this company to anybody!

I have never been treated so poorly by customer service. I have attempted to use your company a few times and every time it ends up being worse than the first. I had a credit from a previous error on the companies part and sent birthday flowers to my children’s grandmother. When I learned they were delivered to an unknown name. Talk about mistake. Ok no biggie. Let me have them sent to a different address or I want a refund. No more credits because I will not be using the company anymore. The agent just literally kept saying the same 4 things over and over. When I finally asked to speak to a supervisor I was on hold for over 10 minutes for her to return and say no one is available.
I decided I would just contact corporate since I made sure to get the agents information. She then placed me back on hold. I attached the phone log... 44 minutes and she hangs up... after waiting on hold! Think anyone called me back?! No. It takes a lot for me to be upset but this is unacceptable and should have been easily resolved at the beginning. Not only am I notifying corporate but this matter needs to be resolved and my credit card needs to be refunded in full. I’m beyond frustrated.

I ordered a beautifully depicted deluxe sunflower arrangement for my mother’s hospital stay. What was received was a few sloppy roses and carnations. When I notified customer service they apologized and said it would be rectified the next day. Grossly they had an employee grab the flowers from my sick mother's room stating, “These are not for you”. Never replacing with the ordered or any flowers. Gross.

I ordered a bouquet from Fromyouflowers for my mother, to be delivered on or just before Mother’s Day (May 13, 2018). I received email notification on Saturday, May 12, that the order had been successfully delivered that evening. This was untrue — my mother never received her flowers and, accordingly, my Mother’s Day gift to her did not happen. I spoke to a Customer Service reps on Monday, May 14 (I didn’t record the name) and was told the delivery would happen. It did not. I called back on May 18 and spoke with Stacey, who told me the flowers would deliver by Monday, May 21 — they did not. I called that afternoon and spoke with Analdo in Customer Service. He told me that they would deliver yesterday, May 22. They did not, confirmed by both conversation with my mother and your online order tracking record.
I spoke to Stacey again today and she assured me that the deliver would happen today. I finally got Stacey to escalate this to a supervisor today (after asking 3 times), was put on hold for another 9 minutes, and spoke with Rusty. Rusty assured me that he’d personally handle this and that it would be delivered today, as well as processing a 50% credit vs. the order. Rusty, Stacey and Analdo have all been very polite, apologetic and professional in handling my calls — but I have no results and this has been a remarkable debacle for something as simple as delivering a Mother’s Day arrangement. I have never had such a consistently bad experience with any company in my life. It feels to me like FromYouFlowers.com is extremely incompetent, or a scam operation, or both. At this point, Monday 23, 8:37 AM PST, my mother has no flowers and I am beyond dissatisfied, unimpressed and upset with FromYouFlowers.com.

For Mother's Day I ordered a PREMIUM boutique, which is an upgrade from the Deluxe that is shown. The 1st delivery looked nothing like what I ordered. The color scheme was completely different. The vase, which was supposed to be clear, was a box wrapped in floral paper. The floral arrangement was smaller than the one in the picture. From the picture online I could count at least 8 small roses of one color and 4 large of another. What was delivered had 2 small roses of one color and 3 small roses of another... But to them it was an upgrade. They first offered $10 off of my next order. When I said that was unacceptable they offered to re-deliver the arrangement after the florist received a new shipment of flowers. I didn't know that this meant it would come after Mother's Day.
A week went by and no re-delivery. So I emailed them again and they said that the home address I gave was too rural for the florist. They originally delivered to her workplace. But no one told me this until I emailed them. The rep offered a 20% refund and I gave them another office to deliver it to which was on the other side of town from the original office so I thought I would have better luck with a different florist. NOT!!! When my mother received the 2nd delivery she actually laughed at it because I had shown her the picture of what I ordered. How embarrassing! This one was at least larger but PACKED with greenery but it had 4 roses and a bunch of carnations that I did not want. I've sent another email requesting a full refund because they do say it is satisfaction guarantee on their site. I'm now waiting on a response.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I decided to give them a try because of the beautiful pictures of flower arrangements on their web site, their low advertised prices, and guaranteed same day delivery. NOTHING COULD BE FARTHER FROM THE TRUTH! I ordered this for someone who just had surgery. I ordered it to be delivered Monday. I had to call Tuesday night to see what was going on. I was told that they tried to deliver Tuesday, but were unsuccessful. On Wed. they called me to say they didn't have the right flowers for the arrangement and needed to substitute. So they did not even make the arrangement when they claimed to have tried to deliver.
It was delivered Wed. evening. I ordered the Enchanted Cottage arrangement. In the picture It shows 6 big white roses, 10 small white roses, 6 big purple stocks, and lots of wax flowers. And that is only on the front side that we see. What was received was an arrangement with 6 roses total, some astralomeria, and a lot of filler greenery that looked like dill. NO SMALL ROSES! NO WAX FLOWERS! VERY DISAPPOINTING!
I paid extra for the premium bouquet, but I probably could've got something similar at Home Depot. The advertised price is not what you pay. They tack on a whole bunch of extra fees. The $55 bouquet was actually $81. I will not use this company again. P.S.- the roses were completely drooping 3 days after delivery. Very poor quality.

I ordered Mother’s Day flowers from this business. The picture on their website was 12 beautiful flowers in a vase. I understood the case cost extra and was fine with that. What I wasn’t fine with is that the roses were delivered in a UPS truck and in a box. My mom had to cut the long stems off each one to put them in the vase. The color wasn’t even accurate. I was so embarrassed. They were on sale for $24.99 and by the time I paid for the vase, tax, and “delivery”, it was over $51.97. So 12 roses in a box with a DIY vase kit and UPS delivery? Wished I would have done further research. Do NOT trust this company unless you want to be embarrassed.

I will never use FROMYOUFLOWERS again, and I recommend you stay away from this company. They missed the scheduled delivery of flowers to a funeral and did not even tell me they were unable to find someone to fill my order until after the fact. Called customer service, was continually put on hold and even had their automated system say my order was scheduled for delivery and hung up on me. I was eventually able to get a full refund, but I strongly recommend you find someone else for your flower delivery needs.

I normally do my due diligence when considering a company with which I lack experience. Caveat emptor!! The website looked so inviting, the product pictures so impressive, same day delivery "guaranteed" on so many items with relative fair pricing... If only I had taken a moment to do some research, I would have saved myself time, energy, money, and embarrassment.
I've noticed some common issues after reading many of the terrible reviews here. The received products don't match the descriptions. There's much more going on here than simple florist substitution (as customer service belittled my detailed explanation and description of my issue by claiming on reply to my first email to them). It simply isn't possible that so many unrelated orders coming from so many different florists, in so many different states can incur the same issues by random mistake. As others have mentioned, it seems as if they do not carefully or fully read inquiries - rather respond generically to keywords.
Additionally, upgrades in sizing don't seem to convey to the finished product. Recipients lucky enough to have received orders don't even loosely resemble website pictures. Status indicators on the website are for the most part, meaningless. Customer service is non U.S. based and operators are terribly difficult to understand. Long periods of "on hold" are endured while representatives do... who knows what, and certainly not what one would intuitively assume (such as calling the florist to check order status).
My particular problem started at approximately 6 am local time. I incorrectly assumed such an early order placed for same day early delivery would not be a challenge. I selected a "guaranteed same day delivery" product, paid the premium, and selected early delivery as well (an extra fee of course). I didn't mind paying for those conveniences, but I expected to receive those services. As noon rapidly approached local-time I began to get concerned as the website status indicator lacked movement.
I called customer disservice, reached them after about ten minutes and explained my issue. I had to take a leap of faith it was understood - because I could hardly understand the operator. After a long hold period, the rep. came back on the line and said she would call the local florist to verify the status (WHY wasn't she already doing that?).
Eventually my order arrived two hours past the guaranteed early-delivery time of noon, a service for which I paid extra. My wife isn't critical - she was happy and sent pictures to me, her friends, and family. Well, I had purchased something far more impressive looking and I was far from pleased. Before passing judgment on the modest looking arrangement I confidentially sought the opinion of three of my sisters in law. All agreed with me, while the arrangement was "OK for an inexpensive grocery store item" it didn't look professional and certainly did not resemble the impressive website arrangement picture.
I was livid and immediately sent a polite but direct email, citing their satisfaction guarantee, and requesting a full refund. They countered with a future emailed $10 gift certificate for a future order. I replied with a more direct and curt email containing an ultimatum - again quoting their guarantee, including the Web address of the guarantee and describing the issues with the order. I gave them the choice of either refunding the order themselves as cheerfully offered in the guarantee - or a forced chargeback from my credit card company. Sometime later I received a canned form-based response stating they were issuing a refund, and when I should expect to see it. You can bet I'll be closely monitoring my account.
Potential buyers - don't make the mistakes of 500+ and myself (just a fraction of total dissatisfied customers represented here). Call directly a local florist and save yourself the aggravation!!! For reference, I ordered "Special Moments Bouquet", which my wife would have adored as its website pictures contain her favorite colored flowers.

I ordered 2 dozen yellow roses for my mother-in-law, she loves them. I was anxious to hear from her about the flowers. She was kind enough to "thank me", however, she told me that some of the flowers were wilted and the petals falling off - this happened the same day the flowers were delivered. I was so embarrassed. The response I received from the company was very disappointing. They could have offered to deliver fresh flowers, but instead they're giving me a 20% discount. I also have to agree with the other reviews I just read - when you're purchasing the flowers, it does not tell you that they have a separate fee for the vase, the shipping and handling fees are outrageous. Extremely disappointed - DO NOT recommend, will NOT use them again.

Flowers not delivered four days after they were due (for Mother's Day). Communication by phone was not possible. Emails chasing were responded to fairly quickly but with very little care or regard for the situation. Promises were made to upgrade the flowers and deliver on a different day but this never occurred and I had to chase and request a refund. I would never ever give this company my custom again.

No Star, Unreliable. Ordered birthday flowers on May 7 to be delivered on May 16. On tracking it noted that my order was due to be delivered but IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED. I called at about 10 pm and asked for a full refund but that hardly compensated for the fact that my birthday thoughts and present were not delivered. I was told by the telephone rep that an order was sent out to a florist but no confirmation was received. If a company cannot follow up on confirmations it's a badly run company.

I ordered flowers for my friend that lost her baby and it took them a week to deliver and when they did deliver it wasn't even the flowers that we asked for and I called back three days in a row and they said they would have them next day ship. Never did I get them until a week later. After the fact made me very upset and they still weren't as pretty as a picture. Not sure really why there's people still have a company. Unprofessional people's hung up on me but rude attitudes. I would even give them a star. I hope other people see this and go to different place. Not only did the delivery not include the balloon, the bouquet looked like flowers you could pick up at a grocery store for $9.99 shoved into a vase (no arranging). When I emailed them about the missing balloon - they gave me a $5.00 refund (the price of the balloon). I also sent a photo of the sorry looking bouquet. No offer to make it good. They suck - and their half-hearted apology (blaming the florist) was a joke. WORST FLORIST EXPERIENCE EVER.

They don't even deserve a 1 star --- I placed my order on 5/8 for a delivery for my 5/10 (my sister's birthday). I then received an email on 5/11 mid day saying, "We are sorry. Your order will be delivered on 5/15." I called them on 5/11 after received the email and sat on the phone for 55 mins before the manager said, "We will refund you your money and send a complimentary arrangement to your sister before 5/15 with a note of apology and we are sorry."
It's now 5/16 and I called back to see what's going on and the rep tells me, "Your order has been canceled and your money has been issued back." He wanted to hang up on me and I told him to get a manager on the phone 'cause I am not happy. After holding for 10 mins he says, "I'm sorry. My manager said your flowers were to be delivered on 5/15." And I said, "And what's today date... 5/16." He said he was calling the florist to see what's going on and that they were going to upgrade the arrangement but no answer. I asked for a call back to see WHEN they will get delivered - NOT A HAPPY CAMPER. They also messed my mom's order up on 4/25 for her birthday. Why I gave them another shot is beyond me but I WILL NEVER USE them - I will use someone else as I used "From You Flowers" for work - NEVER AGAIN.

I, like many others, ordered flowers for my mother on Mother's Day. I had no issue with delivery - I paid extra for Sunday delivery and they were delivered on Sunday - my issue was with the product itself. I ordered the Sunrise Bouquet. I also upgraded the bouquet from "Regular" to "Deluxe" which was $10 more. Unfortunately, the only thing "Deluxe" about this mess was the overabundance of greenery they STUFFED into a ridiculously small vase strangling the actual flowers in order to make the bouquet appear larger! I added pictures of the wilted and sad flowers after only two days, as well as the greenery, which is their idea of "Deluxe". In light of the non-existent customer service, the disrespect toward their customers and their sub-par product, Fromyouflowers should be forced to shut its doors.

I ordered flowers for mother’s day and selected the flex shipping option so the delivery could be made Saturday or Sunday. The first order of flowers arrived Saturday afternoon, but were almost dead. I decided to call the customer service number and request a new bouquet of flowers to replace the almost dead ones. The customer service call was pleasant and they said they would send a new bouquet of tulips two days later. Two days later the new flowers were sent and they were BEAUTIFUL. I know that ideally the flowers would have been beautiful the first time, but with the heat and the Mother’s Day rush, it was understandable that they were to be desired. What matters is that the customer service was great and I was able to get a new bouquet sent ASAP with no questions asked. I would order from this company again in the future!

I ordered flowers on Tuesday, May 7 for my Uncle's funeral on Friday, May 11. The flowers were supposed to be delivered on Thursday, May 10. I received a call Thursday afternoon at 4:30 (6:30 pm where the flowers should have been delivered) letting me know that the local florists were no longer accepting orders for that delivery date. The flowers should have already been delivered by the time they contacted me. I argued for 45 minutes with the customer service rep who wouldn't let me speak with a manager. Several times I was put on hold. They offered to deliver the arrangement to the house. (Who wants a funeral spray on a stand in their living room?) They also offered to send a basket to the funeral parlor after telling me that the local florists ran out of flowers because of Mother's Day.
By the end of that conversation they decided to reimburse me 50% for my inconvenience and deliver my original arrangement to the funeral parlor the next morning before the 10:00 am funeral start time. I tracked the order all morning waiting for it to show that it was delivered and it was never done. They finally called about an hour after the funeral started to let me know that they were unable to fulfill the order because the location was in too rural of an area. If that is the case, they never shouldn't have accepted my order based on the zip code. So, I am thoroughly heartbroken that I wasn't able to have the funeral arrangement that I ordered and paid for delivered to my uncle's funeral. That can't be fixed. I did receive email replies from the company but you can tell that they didn't really read my original email complaint. And they have refunded my money in full. But I am incredibly disappointed at their lack of customer service or accountability.

I ordered two arrangements on the Friday before Mother's Day, paying the additional fee for the Saturday or Mother's Day delivery. My order was guaranteed to arrive on either Saturday or Sunday. I checked the status of my order on Sunday morning- both arrangements were still scheduled to arrive that day. I rechecked the status again around 10:00 am. One of the arrangements changed to a delivery date of Tuesday (3 days after!!). Are you kidding me? The other arrangement made it on time, looking nothing like the display in the picture I ordered.
Nonetheless, I could have tried to make alternate arrangements for Mother's Day if I knew the company was not going to deliver as promised. The customer service representative was a joke. I asked for my refund on this arrangement. All they could offer was an apology, I assume because they mess up so many orders that they would be bankrupt now, if they aren't already. This company sucks! I ordered my mother in law flowers for Mother’s Day over a month in advance and they NEVER showed up. After 6pm I called them since it was guaranteed delivery by 6pm. I was on hold for over 20 minutes to wait to speak to a supervisor who was apparently too busy to pick up the phone. They told me the delivery would take place by 12am, meaning my mother in law would have to answer the door in the middle of the night for her LATE Mother’s Day flowers. I gave my number to the idiot I was talking to, to have the supervisor call me back. I was promised a call within 15 minutes. No call ever came through. The next morning I called them to let them know I want a refund.
The woman on the phone put me on hold again. She said she was 100% sure the flowers would be delivered today and I would have a 20% refund. I checked the status of the delivery online and what does it say? “Delivery scheduled for TUESDAY”, two days after Mother’s Day. So, today, being the Monday after Mother’s Day and being promised delivery today by 6pm, I’m beyond pissed. I want my money back. I will purchase flowers from a gas station before I use this company again. I can’t even begin to describe how unintelligent and rude the employees are and how much they suck overall as a business.

At the risk of redundancy, 1 star is being way too generous. Ordered Mother's Day flowers online on May 10, 2018 and paid extra for "guaranteed" delivery on Saturday, May 12. My email order confirmation had said residential delivery time window was 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. When the flowers hadn't arrived by noon on Saturday, I logged onto vendor's site to track my order. It showed the status as "Delivery Scheduled" and "Waiting for Delivery Confirmation." When the order hadn't arrived by 5:30 PM, I called toll free number. Completely automated--no opportunity to speak to live person. After entering my order number, the system repeated the "Delivery Scheduled" message.
At 11:50 PM on Saturday evening, I sent an email saying flowers had not arrived. Response, ironically from "wecare@fromyouflowers.com" said, "Thank you for your recent order. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. We will thoroughly investigate this situation and will get back to you as soon as possible with our findings. Thank you for contacting us and rest assured, we will get back to you as soon as we have more information. Thank you." No additional contact info in the message, and I haven't heard back from them since.
I'm kicking myself for not doing my due diligence. If you think the reviews here are bad, you should see the reviews on Yelp (Search Old Saybrook, CT). 49 1-star reviews and one 2-star. Judging from the frequency of cases where wrong, inferior, or damaged flowers were received, I guess I'm lucky that I didn't get any at all. Do not use these creepy scammers, and tell everyone you know not to use them. The sooner they are out of business, the better.

Ordered flowers for mom. Delivery date was supposed to be on 5/12. I received an email that the local florist didn't have what I ordered, so they made a comparable substitution. (I have no idea what the substitution is). Delivery date rescheduled for Sunday 5/13. Mom never received her flowers. I called this morning and was asked if I wanted them to put in a re-delivery order. What??? Yes!!! I was told she would get them first thing this morning. I said I wanted a refund of the $15 handling charge. Nope. Only $7.50 is authorized via store credit. I told them that a store credit is unacceptable because I will NEVER use them again. It is the second time this has happened. They did refund my credit card, but as of this writing, she still hasn't received them. I will stick with ProFlowers.

Ordered the "Stunning Pink & White Lilies" for a Mother's Day Gift. What she received was anything but stunning. The flowers comes boxed. The glass vase was cracked. The pink lilies were skinny and more of a small filler type lily, but there were already wilted and dead looking. The white lilies were already turning brown and several stems were broken. There were also two orange tiger lilies in this ugly skimpy bouquet. The orange lilies made the half dead pink lilies even more noticeable. So embarrassing. I would never use this company again. I placed a $50 order on 05/08 for delivery on 05/11. The flowers were received however they were wilted with brown petals. My mom tried to call the company to fix it, as she didn't want me to know the flowers were dying. However, since she didn't place the order I had to call. I called on 05/11, the girl was foreign and VERY hard to understand. She said a re-delivery would be made on Saturday 05/12. Well, Saturday passed and nothing - I decide to let it go until Sunday - Sunday passes and nothing. I called this morning, spoke with yet another foreign woman (she was a bit easier to understand) and she said re-delivery isn't until Tuesday. Are you ** kidding me!? TUESDAY - these were for Mother's Day. I cancelled the order and am waiting for my refund. If I could give 0 stars I would, this place ALL AROUND SUCKS!!!

I ordered a $75 delivery of flowers to my Mom for Mother's Day. I placed the order online on 5/10 for delivery on 5/12/18. I paid online and all the details of my order were accepted and confirmed. I couldn't wait for my Mom to receive these flowers. Never happened. I actually got a confirming email late in the afternoon of the 12th SAYING THAT THE DELIVERY HAD BEEN MADE!! That was a lie. There was no note at my Mom's house. She checked out back, just in case. No delivery. They tell me my refund is in the works.

I ordered same day delivery flowers for Mother's Day 5/12/2018. Within 2 hours I received an email that the flowers were delivered. I was amazed and felt confident that things were good and slept well last night. Today, Mother's Day... I spoke to my mom and she was raving about other flowers she received from other siblings via PRO FLOWERS and 1800FLOWERS.... and no mention of my order. Finally... it was revealed that there was no delivery!!! They lied.
I immediately called their 1-800 number and was met by their automated system... No option to connect to a live person. I feel duped... and ripped off. I am pretty embarrassed that I did not do my homework before ordering from their site. My order was $58 which is not the end of the world... but it's the principle that matters... I will never get that day back and judging from all of the bad reviews I just read from other people... they are making a killing financially by offering bad service. I may call my credit card company and see if there is anything I can do.

I ordered the cotton candy arrangement for my daughter for Mother's Day. I chose either 12 or 13th as delivery dates. My daughter texted me yesterday thanking me for the flowers along with a picture. My kids ordered Mother's Day flowers, they arrived Friday. In a box via UPS on a hot south Florida day. The flowers were boiling hot. They lasted less than 24 hours before they wilted and died. Who sends flowers by UPS??? They were also the wrong flowers, my kids ordered sunflowers in a bespoke vase with their picture on it. I got roses and white lilies in a plain vase. Ordered a MODERN clean arrangement to be delivered Friday. Called at 4:15 Friday, told the florist got lost. But it would be delivered Friday, to a business. The street name is the same as the town! Email confirmed delivery was made Friday. They lied. Delivered Saturday with a bunch of cheap carnations and two roses in a purple vase! I was embarrassed that it looked the way it did. Terrible arrangement. What was presented on their site, ordered and paid for by me was not what the recipient received. I paid 44.98 for the Rose & Lily Celebration. Emailed customer service and received a stock email with 20% refund...what a joke. Not even that would justify such poor quality of their so called arrangement. I actually placed 2 orders and I am contacting my recipient to find out if she even received her order. I ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day on Friday May 11th for same day delivery... They were not delivered so I called and was told they would be delivered Saturday May 12th... As of 8:00 pm Saturday night they were still not delivered... The Supervisor said they should be there just that deliveries were running late due to the holiday. As of Sunday morning May 13th STILL NOT THERE!!! I have called and was told that I was mistaken... that the order was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday May 15th!!! Gosh... Never have I experience such service! I order flowers from this vendor. The flowers were suppose to arrive at 6:00 pm that did not happen. I check the tracker and it stated at 6:20 pm delivered. I wrote an email and call customer service, finally got through. I explained no flowers arrived here and I have been home all day. Then magically someone knocked on the door with an attitude and flowers that were dead, tucked under his armpit, damaged in a plastic wrapper!!! This not what I order. Please see the picture of what I am suppose to received. It was not even close to my order. I told the person that is not my flowers and he just said you not taking them and then walked away with no apologies are nothing... You really had to see these flowers... As if they came from someone's garbage and decided to give them to me!!

I wrote a negative review about my experience with the flowers I purchased for Mother’s Day. I was able to reach out to them via Facebook messenger and was surprised someone immediately responded. They asked for pics which I provided. A supervisor immediately contacted me via telephone and agreed the flowers I ordered were not the correct order and it was also not of the value I ordered. He offered me options and immediately refunded my full purchase price. While I wish the correct flowers would have been sent in the first place, I do very much appreciate that fromyouflowers.com immediately acknowledged the issue and rectified it with appropriate options. FromYouFlowers.com used to have very good, dependable service. I started ordering arrangements from them about eight years ago. This Mother’s Day, I received so many emails from them that I said I’ll send my mother and close friend flowers. The close family friend received her order as planned and they were a beautiful arrangement.
However, I’d received an email confirming delivery of my mother’s flowers, so when I called to ask if she’d seen her order, she stated they never arrived. I emailed the company, because no one answered the phone and they suggested that customers send an email. They responded that they would investigate, apologized and reassured me that they would investigate the matter to get back with me. The flowers were supposed to arrive on Friday, two days before the holiday. I was glad that I’d planned for extra time. So I waited until after 3 pm on Saturday to send another email after my mom confirmed that the flowers didn’t arrive. I cancelled the order via email, since no one answered the phone again, and they responded within a couple of hours that they would credit my account. No explanation was given.
After reading the other reviews, I think this was a large-scale failure that impacted many people. This company is in the business of making positive memories for people. I live two hours away from my parents, and with a baby, it’s not always easy to travel. The next best choice is calling and sending a gift of love that I feel describes my mother in some way. Unfortunately, I was left with no choice but to find a florist that was open until 6 pm and pick from what they had left of their selection.
Additionally, I paid a higher price for the arrangement and plan to drive to my parents' house to personally deliver them. Since I live in a major metropolitan area, there’s a high likelihood that I’ll get stuck in traffic. What a big disappointment and inconvenience. Will not order from this company again. I agree with the other reviews that FromYouFlowers.com used to be one of the best online floral businesses, but it appears to have changed for the worst. I certainly hope that they can rectify whatever happened and do better for their remaining customers in the future.

This is the email I sent to From You Flowers describing my horrible experience: "My order (Order Number: **) was not fulfilled correctly. I paid extra to have the flowers delivered on Mother's Day, Sunday May 13 and the flowers were delivered today, Saturday May 12. If I had wanted the flowers delivered today I could've paid less and chosen that option instead. Also, my mother sent me a photo of the flowers and they are not the flowers I ordered. I ordered the Rose & Lily Celebration. This is my first time ordering from From You Flowers and I've never had a problem like this from other online florists I've ordered from. I called the customer service number at 800-838-8853 and waited 18 minutes before Shanice answered the call.
"I spoke with her politely and when I realized that she was being short with me, sighing as if doing her job and taking care of my issue was a hassle, and speaking to me with an extremely unpleasant attitude I asked her if I could speak with her supervisor. She told me that that wasn't possible because there was only one supervisor on the floor. Also, when I mentioned that the delivery date was supposed to be on Sunday, May 13 and that the flowers had been delivered today May 12, she said that that wasn't possible. If it wasn't possible why was I charged extra to have them delivered on Sunday, May 12, which it states clearly on my order? I asked for her name and ended the call at 6:57 p.m MST. I tried to call again to speak with someone else or the supervisor and waited on the phone to speak with Ryan the supervisor.
"The best Ryan could do is offer me 50% off of the order, a refund on the delivery fee, a $15 gift card and a free order I can use in the future. I did not want these, I wanted the correct order of flowers delivered to my mother on the correct date I paid for, but that is the best Ryan could offer me. I feel scammed. When I asked him about having the correct order sent he mentioned some disclaimer which was not applicable to my order but that he stated was recently added to your company's policies about how orders delivered might be different from what the customer ordered. What??? I am extremely unhappy with the sloppy order processing and the poor customer service I received when trying to resolve your company's mistakes on my order. I would like to know how you are going to resolve this in a manner that is fair. So far my experience of From You Flowers has been horrible."
Like others have said, I should've checked reviews online instead of believing the reviews that the company's website advertises. If I had looked closer reviewers state they hide a $16 processing / handling fee until the end of the checkout process which I was aware of when I checked out but by then was too lazy to cancel the order, which is how they get you. Sneaky, unethical, manipulative. I'm amazed at how many negative reviews are popping up for Mother's Day orders. People are paying to send a special gift on Mother's Day and this is what we get in return. This company should be ashamed of their business practices.

I ordered Mother's Day flowers for my mother and sister on May 4th to be delivered May 11th. No flowers have been delivered! I emailed this company and they acted like they were delivered and offered to redeliver them and that I should contact their customer service. The automated phone service doesn't actually go to a person. It's just a recording saying they has my order. I also ordered a second set of flowers for a coworker. They were delivered but half of the flowers looked practically melted they were so wilted. What a shame. Each set of flowers were over $50. I will never use this horrible service again.

Ordered flowers that were to be delivered to my mother on May 11th 2018. The tracking status claimed the flowers were delivered however my mother (who was home all day waiting for a delivery) never received them. I initially emailed customer service regarding the issue and requested that someone contact me. However, I only received a generic response stating that the flowers were delivered at 5 pm on May 11, 2018.
When I was able to speak to someone via the company’s customer service/contact phone number, I was placed on hold for a total of 15 minutes in between being placed on hold, after which I was offered a “redelivery” for May 15th, with 30% taken off the order total and a gift card. Since my initial delivery was never delivered, I refused the company’s offer for a “redelivery,” discount, and gift card and insisted on a full refund. I strongly advise all consumers to read the reviews for this company when considering making a purchase.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a flower delivery service. From now on I will use 1-800-Flowers.com because I have had way more positive experiences with them. I paid $51.97 for long stem roses, a vase, and the delivery fee. Granted, this was after a discount had been applied but I still paid a significant amount to have no resolution. These people don't care about their customers in the least! They delivered the wrong flowers to my mother and all they offered me was a 20% refund and a $10 gift card after I told them I would no longer be using their services.
When I stated I would leave negative reviews I was put on hold and he came back to say he'd give me a 30% refund instead of 20%. Only, it turns out this was only for the price of the flowers, not for the add-ons I paid for or the shipping. Out of $51.97 I ended up getting a refund of $9. WHAT. A. JOKE. The service, quality, and customer service was terrible. I’m still waiting on the delivery of the flowers I ordered. I have been trying to contact customer service about it, but apparently they’re not staffed appropriately to handle call volumes. The site notes a same day guaranteed and I paid extra for a before noon guarantee. Not to mention, I ordered from a time zone that is 4 hours earlier than the location of the delivery and so this request should have been attainable. If not, they should not advertise nor charge customers for the service. They refunded the 5$ same day and 5$ before noon fee. However, the flowers are still not delivered. The flowers are advertised in the 40$ range, yet somehow after hidden fees and service fees my total is in the 70$ range. I’d be willing to pay this price to receive the services I paid for and for quality flowers, but I have received neither.

So I bought the best of the best, or so I thought. Their personally designed (by local florists), Mother's Day flower bouquet and received a vase filled with very ugly flowers, mostly dead/wilted and not a single rose. What kind of mother's day bouquet has no roses? I paid for the top of the line, I'd hate to see what the regular option was like. I'd say that was the worst offense, but I will go on to mention the rest.
I purchased this on 5/10 with an extra fee to deliver on 5/12. If I had chosen 5/11, there would be no fee. Of course, they deliver it on 5/11 at noon just minutes before I'm about to leave the house- totally unexpected. I called and had to wait exactly 45 minutes on hold before getting with customer service (dial their customer service number and hit 3 when connected, then be patient). The customer service rep on the other line has attempted to send out for a "redelivery" with an "upgrade". I told her, "Upgrade anything, sure whatever as long as it !*!Looks!*! like a Mother's Day bouquet and isn't dead on arrival." I've found out our local supplier was floridaflowerstogo.com - they are positioned on Okeechobee/Military Rd in West Palm Beach and obviously are suffering some trouble with good help. If this next bouquet arrives with further issues I will be requesting a full refund. Can't wait to see this "upgrade".

I placed an ordered from this site the day of. I should've just called a local shop instead. Instantly regretted not doing so. In the process of making my ordered I paid extra to make sure it arrived on time. As the day went by and I kept tracking my order I noticed there wasn't much movement and decided to call customer service. IT TOOK 30 MINUTES for an answer and when they finally did I confirmed that my order would be there before 5. 5 comes around and the person had yet to receive my flowers. Ended up having to call and wait 20 minutes this time for an answer only to end up canceling and being on the phone a total of 50 minutes because they kept telling me to wait for it to arrive which made no sense since the person had left the location. Word of advice just look for local florists when placing flower delivery orders. So sad and upset.

With regret I have to say this was a mistake ordering from this company. First I went online to place my order and there was some glitch with the system. So I was forced to call in. Placing the order was fast. After the order was placed I received an email stating that I needed to call customer service to verify my order. I called in immediately. I wanted to make sure my fiancé received the order today! I called in and was put on hold for over 45 mins. After realizing no one was going to answer I called back in. I did this for a good hour and a half. After being transferred and put on hold about 6 times I broke down.
I called back in one last time. Finally after 20 mins I got someone and broke down crying. The gentleman said, "I will make sure to get you to the right person." The lady was very nice and sympathetic but she informed me that because they did not get to talk to me in enough time that my order would not be able to be shipped today. I broke down crying even harder. I felt so hurt. I felt like no one cared or understood to make an effort for me. The order will be shipped Saturday but after all the mess I went through. I had to break down crying for someone to be kind and help me. I will never order here again.

Can I give them less than a star? This is the worst company to order flowers from. Let me tell you about what happened to me. I got online to order my sister flowers yesterday (she is pregnant and is having some issues) to make her smile and let her know that even if I can’t be there right now, I am thinking about her. This was at 10 am. I knew since I wanted same day delivery that it would cost me extra but I was ok with that. I picked out my flowers, and placed the order. I got the confirmed email and was set. The email said it would be there by 6 PM. All good right? Nope. At 7 PM I got an email that said it was delivered. So I sent her a message to ask her what she thought. She had no idea what I was talking about. So I called the 800 number.
I sat on hold for 28 min before I could talk to someone. I got the whole, “I’m sorry, it was a mix up with the flower shop they were using for this delivery” line and I bought it. I know how it works and I understood. They said they were going to refund the same day charge and give me a 15% off discount on the order. I was happy with that and asked them to have them sent as early as possible. I was ensured that it would be an early delivery. So here I am today, it was 12 pm and I sent my sister a message asking her if she got a delivery today. She still didn’t know what I was talking about. So I call again. I looked funny walking around my work counting items with an earbud in but They had my money and I had no goods to show for it. I sit on hold for 29 min before someone finally picks up my call.
They need to look into the flower shop so they put me on hold again to call them. There is yet another mix up. She offered me another discount, this time 30% off my order. I still didn’t receive a refund off from yesterday. I tell them to just cancel the order. I get a line about what they can do for me and I just tell them to cancel and refund all my money. Guess what; it’s going to take 3 days to process it back into my account. What a Crock of a company. Thieves are what they are. Holding my money for 3 days but took less than a second for them to get it when I paid. DO NOT USE this company. Spend a few extra dollars and get what you pay for or go to the grocery store and pick up some from there. This place is not worth the headache and waste of time they caused.

Warning. This company had all one star ratings. They have consistent bad service. I ordered flowers a few days ago and they were never delivered. I paid for same day and for rush delivery. Two days later, I get a call from the flower shop that the order was sent to and they said that they had not delivered them yet. I told them that I had paid for same day and rush delivery. They said "oh yeah, well we don't have time to do those". I then called fromyouflowers.com who wanted to give me a $10.00 credit that I could use on my next purchase. Silly. Well, that wrecked the surprise birthday flowers that I was trying to send on the day of the birthday.

I ordered an arrangement from this service and when it arrived some of the flowers looked wilted as if they'd been sitting in a hot van or car all day (the flowers delivered after 4 PM). Some of the stems were also broken. I reached out to customer service and was sent an email reply apologizing and I was asked to reach out to customer service to arrange for a second delivery. I called and spoke with 2 different representatives and was assured that they'd have a new arrangement delivered. The delivery date came and went and nothing ever showed. I don't have experience ordering flowers online and this, my first experience, was terrible and has completely put me off to ordering flowers from any online services in the future.

I ordered my daughter the Blue Sublime Bouquet for her 18th birthday and had them sent to her as she was out of town on her birthday for an athletic event. They sent something close but was not near the picture that I ordered and then said that they would kindly re-do the bouquet for her and when it was delivered it was even worse than the first one. If I could give zero stars I would. They ruined a perfectly day for her. I am so disappointed. The delivery man even asked for the old flowers back and followed my daughter back up to the room to retrieve them. THAT WAS NOT OK!! I asked for a full refund, we will see what happens. My first buying experience from this business, in general, was nothing but a positive one. I purchased an arrangement yesterday from said domain, in the amount of $114, and I chose same day delivery. My order arrived a few hours later, after I ordered, before my girlfriend got home. Her reaction was a satisfying surprised one entirely. I ordered gerberas galore, a box of candy, a huge bear, a card and balloon. The flowers arrived in amazing shape, looking perfectly healthy, along with the rest of my order. My only complaint, in general, would be, that there wasn’t a lot of gerberas as seen in the display picture. (Not a huge con.) But I completely understand that, as I only ordered the standard arrangement. So I won't complain about that, nor will I knock off any stars for that. I’m satisfied more with the quality of the order overall, and speedy delivery service. I’ll just order more gerberas for her if I have to! :)

I ordered the super sweet snack basket from fromyouflowers for 59.99 for my daughter's birthday in another state. She sent me a thank you when it arrived with a picture of her gift basket, instead of sending the super sweet gift basket that showed a picture of at least 20 different items that was portrayed on their website, she received a small basket of a few potato chips nuts and a couple candy bars, that particular basket is on their website for 43.99, that is not what I ordered! I called the company and the rep told me they have the right to substitute items, that would be fine if they substituted with the same amount and like items for the same value. If I wanted the chip basket I would have ordered it!
After the rep informed me 3 times their right to substitute, she finally told me she would refund 30%, thankfully they followed through with that. I will not use this company again, this was the first time and the last time. I think it is very deceptive for them to accept my money for a certain item and then replace it with a less valued product.

I paid $140 for a funeral flowers arrangement for my friend's mother. Which suppose to included lilies, roses and some other fancy flowers. What my friend got was an arrangement with just cheap carnations. Was not anywhere near what I had paid for and the picture looked completely different. I was very very disappointed! Will never order from them again!

I ordered bouquet of flowers for my goddaughter's communion. The flowers that were delivered were nothing like I ordered. The bouquet she received looked like a get well bouquet you would send to someone in the hospital. I'm embarrassed that she thinks those were the flowers I picked out for you. Called customer service... They said I could only get a refund if the flowers that were delivered were returned. They wanted to take back flowers from a 7 year old. This was not a mistake. It's a scam and they should be stopped. I looked at the other reviews. In the just the last two weeks, there were 9 other reviews with the same story. They received flowers that looked nothing like they ordered. They need to be stopped.

I have attempted to use this company twice in the last 2 weeks. First was for my granddaughter's 18th birthday. Delivery was attempted at the wrong address and company offered next day delivery which I refused and canceled my order. On Monday, I placed an online order to be delivered by Noon on Friday to be delivered to my granddaughter's school in honor of her graduation. At 11:30 AM, still no delivery. I called customer service and was assured the flowers would arrive by Noon. Noon came and went, NO FLOWERS. My granddaughter was dismissed at Noon for the end of the year. When I contacted the company again, I was only offered the refund of $4.99 which was the "by Noon" delivery fee. I have canceled this order and am awaiting for this company to refund my credit card. I will never use this company again and would recommend that anyone reading this review avoid this company at all cost. Terrible customer service!!!

I made an online purchase April 28th, to be delivered on May 1st, for my daughter's birthday as a surprise, to her place of employment, which she has only been there for two weeks. After receiving a text from my daughter of what was delivered, I was speechless. What I ordered (Sunny and Bright Birthday Bouquet) and what was received (Dreadful and Depressing) was like night and day (see images attached). Basically it looked thrown together, at the last minute. Even the balloon was not the same, nothing resembled or came close to my online order.
Frustrated as I was, I called to let someone know the mistake that occurred. As I explained the situation and gave the representative my order number, she checked to see what I ordered and then asked me to describe what was received and I did. I was then told to send an email of the picture that my daughter received and she would get the correct order out to her on May 2nd, which I explained her birthday is today not tomorrow. She again apologized, so considering a mistake was made, I agreed to another delivery.
May 2nd, 2:59 pm, I called to confirm that the delivery would be made today. I was assured that the delivery would be made today and I will receive an email when the delivery is made. Needless to say, the delivery never made it. The delivery address was to a place of business, which was indicated during the order. I called again, this time to cancel the order. Again the representative apologized. And tells me that they will have it delivered the next day, which was May 3rd. I then reminded her that my daughter's birthday was May 1st and you want to deliver her birthday bouquet two days after. I asked for a refund, but she wanted to give me 30% of a refund and offered me a discount on my next order with them. "WHAT THE HELL"!! I then told her that I wanted my refund and wanted nothing to do with them again. I received a full refund today.

First order, delivered 4 days late. 2nd order 3 days late. Totally do not believe when they say they will deliver. Orders are substandard. Do not even resemble what you order... They say substitutions. I say scam. Also they will tell you that the order was delivered when in fact the order was not delivered. Only plus is someone does answer your complaint -- you just get nothing but worthless credit to spend more money and substandard late deliveries.

I have had a HORRIBLE time with this company. I ordered flowers last Wednesday for Admin Day - paid for same day delivery and they arrived FRIDAY!!! I asked to be reimbursed just for the additional same day delivery charge and they refused but gave me a $15 credit for my next purchase! The next gets even better. Also last Wednesday I ordered 2 doz roses for opening night to give to my daughter who has the lead role in her high school show. They arrived on Friday - WITHOUT floral water tubs so the flowers looked terrible and all shriveled. I called and spoke with the nicest rep, Sam, and was PROMISED they would have another 2 dozen delivered to my house on Saturday before the show... and they STILL have not arrived. I promise, my first 9 contacts I was VERY polite - now I am clearly upset. I just want to be reimbursed for the two dozen roses that I still not received - am I being unreasonable??? I ordered flowers/balloon Sat 4/28, for a Monday 4/30 delivery in MI (for my brand new baby nephew). They have never come! I spent $49 on the arrangement. I contacted them via email saying it never arrived and they said it did at 4:15 pm but no proof of delivery. Scam, scam, scam. I'm calling them again. DON'T EVER BUY FROM THEM! You may think so because they are little less $ than the other big florist, don't do it!

I ordered clear blue sky bouquet for my cousin's birthday on 4/27 to be delivered on 4/28. They never showed! So I called and was guaranteed delivery on 4/29 with an upgrade so ok I will wait... the flowers get delivered and it is so ok not what I ordered! It looked nothing like the picture let alone no upgrade! I call them back and was told no refund. Only thing they could do was give me 25% back of 60.00! Such BS. Do not order from this company ever.. I know I won't!

I ordered flowers for my sister's 86 birthday Friday April 27. They were to be delivered Saturday April 28 for her birthday party... On Saturday morning I get a v/m and email that the arrangement I had chosen was not available. I called the company and they said that they would get a "designed arrangement" created by a local florist and delivered without fail Saturday. I get an email around 5 or 6 pm stating that the delivery WOULD NOT take place on Saturday but they would get it delivered on Monday the 30th of April... This is the worst service I have encountered ever with a florist... The arrangement was delivered today Monday April 30. AND the FromYouFlowers company is going to credit my credit card for $12 on a $60 bouquet. I mean how many chances do we have to get it right for an 86 year old's birthday party? This is customer service? In what fantasy land?

I placed my order at 11:56 AM on Monday for same day delivery and am not notified until over 3 hours later that they couldn't find a florist to do the delivery. I could have found another florist myself in that time span. They essentially ruined the occasion.

I placed my order with this company at 9:30 am on a Sunday. Nowhere on the website could I find any indication that they would not be able to fulfill a same day delivery of flowers. This order, although not a life or death situation, was very important to me that it arrive same day. At noon I received an email that they were unable to process my order and that the flowers would arrive on Monday. For my troubles they would credit me back $8.00. Seriously??? By the time the message arrived to me, it was too late to place an order at other companies where the deadline is 11:30. At best this company is incompetent, at worst it is false advertising. If you can't deliver on Sunday, just say so for Pete's sake. And if you mess up, make it right - $8.00 is ridiculous.

I ordered a flower arrangement 4 days in advance for a funeral head table. Delivery was supposed to be on 27th April. Their so call tracking system showed it was delivered. Recipient waited whole day for the flowers but did not arrived. Informed the company and they insisted it delivered... but no proof of delivery. After the funeral service is over, they delivered the flowers on 28th April!!! Wtf. They don't understand timeline and disrespect your needs. In addition the flowers delivered was nothing like what I ordered. It looks cheap and totally out of shape arrangement... and imagine I ordered a premium arrangement and paid extra for it!!!
Is there a channel we can take recourse action? I have high respect for US consumer rights and assume merchants has the integrity... but this incident totally changed my views... unless actions are taken by the authorities. We ordered a beautiful arrangement (per the picture online) for the funeral services of my 6 wk old infant cousin. We paid extra money so that they would arrive in time for the service. Not only did they NOT arrive, they are now giving us a hard time about doing the refund. Like don't you get it... you dropped the ball. SO now they want to deliver the arrangement to the parents' house, a day late. Like how dare you... no sensitivity, no care. I wish I would have read these reviews prior to ordering from them. My husband is out of town so I bought the fruit and chocolate basket to be delivered for his birthday. I am highly upset because the picture they show on their website looks nothing like what they delivered. The basket had hardly anything in it and what they did put in there wasn't even arranged nicely. It looked like it was just thrown in there. Will never use them again!! What a waste of $55!! On April 19th, 2018 my husband ordered me a bouquet of flowers through an online site called fromyouflowers.com. From You Flowers uses the local florist in our area which on this day was a flower shop called Flowers by Chi located in Federal Way, Washington where we live. I did not know that my husband was going to be sending me flowers at work. It was supposed to be a surprise AND what a surprise it was! When I opened and read the card. The card read: "I think of you with desire. I end hot passionate kisses from Francisco." Well, since I do not know any Francisco and my husband's name is Mike, I became a little concerned. I became even more concerned when I thought about this a little more.
This person knew how to spell my first and last name correctly which most people that don't know me misspell both my first and last name because they are not common spellings AND the sender (Francisco) also knew where I worked. I went from being a little concerned to a little scared at that point. When it was time for me to leave work, I was really nervous about maybe someone was following or watching me. When I got home, I found out from my husband that he had sent me flowers at work that day which was a relief to hear. Now, we wanted to figure out why the card with the flowers was the wrong message from the wrong person. So, my husband called the number on the card which was the number for Flowers by Chi and spoke with the owner/preparer of the flower arrangement.
She didn't have much sympathy for the whole situation but did figure out that my card ended up getting mixed up with another flower arrangement and so my husband's card went to a different person with their flowers. Okay, the mystery of "Who's Francisco" was now solved but my husband was not a happy customer and hoped that Flowers by Chi would compensate him with some kind of refund on the flowers. The owner refused to do anything for my husband and advised him to call the 800 number for From You Flowers. When he called From You Flowers, the representative told him that it was the mistake of Fowers by Chi not them. He then asked to speak with a supervisor and in the end, after explaining his story twice and 45 minutes on the phone, From You Flowers gave him a 20% ($10) credit back on his debit card. Flowers by Chi did nothing.
The most frustrating part of this whole experience was that neither From You Flowers or the florist Flowers by Chi wanted to take responsibility for the mistake because neither business wanted to give my husband a refund for the inconvenience the mistake caused. Receiving flowers at work it's supposed to be and happy moment and that's not what I felt when receiving flowers from a stranger. In the end, I think that Flowers by Chi was responsible for mixing up the cards and should have compensated my husband by giving him a free bouquet for the next time he orders flowers but they did nothing. I would not recommend ordering flowers from either of these businesses because they obviously care more about the money than their customers being happy with their services.

I had a very poor experience with this company. I ordered several arrangements for my mother’s funeral service from their site. The wreath and the tabletop bouquet came from one florist- All Seasons- and they were absolutely perfect. The vase with the cross came from another local florist- Mount Vernon Florist and it was great too. The issue lies with the standing pink spray that was delivered last and by who, I do not know. I had the arrangements sent to my home the day before my mother’s service because no one delivers on Sunday.
At 4:00 Sat April 21, a young girl came up to my door with the spray. When she handed it to me it was very warm, like it had been in her hot car all day (she was not in a delivery vehicle). I asked her what florist she was from and she said, “I dunno. My sister just said, here go deliver these.” I asked if there was a stand and she said, “Oh, yeah.” Went back to her car and brought me the stand. The one pictured on the website shows a metal stand. She gave me a very flimsy wooden stand that was broken. I called customer service and talked to Dale, who assured me he had contacted the florist and that they would be bringing me a new stand that evening. Please understand that my mother’s service was the next day in the morning. I waited until 9:30 pm Saturday night and no one ever came by my house.
My husband had to try to repair the stand using different nails, glue, and some tape. Because the stand was broken, we never lifted the actual arrangement upright. When we did many of the flowers fell off, and all of the roses were wilted and the Gerber daisies drooped to the floor. My mother’s service was in a few hours. I went to call the site again and noticed that an email had been sent to me at 1:33 am, my time stating that “Thank you for your reply. Once again, please accept our most sincere apologies for your disappointment with your order. Your order is scheduled to be re-delivered on April 22nd."
At this point we were already traveling to my mother’s service. We have security cameras all around our home, they record and save footage 24 hours a day. No one made or even attempted a “re-delivery” yesterday. It was too little too late. The service was in a few hours. I placed the arrangement off to the side hoping no one would notice that it was completely wilted and falling apart. I prayed that the pieced together stand wouldn’t come crashing down during the service.
As the service went on I noticed that flowers and leaves were falling off of it. I feel like for 175.00, the stand should not be broken, the flowers and leaves should not be wilted and falling off. I was very embarrassed and upset that something that was supposed to honor my mother was so bad. I called their customer service again the next morning to see what could be done, and also let the company know what had happened and that no one ever came out to replace anything. I was placed on hold by Camille for 10 minutes (I have a screen shot of the time). When she got back on the line she said, “Ok, I can guarantee you that you will receive a replacement arrangement today.” Really? It’s too late for that!
I again told her that my mother’s funeral was yesterday, and that at this point I do not want a replacement. So she said “So you're refusing the replacement?” as if I were refusing to take what little customer service I was being offered. She placed me on hold again and I was immediately disconnected. I called right back and asked to speak with Camille again and I was told “No, she’s with another customer (which I suppose was me??)."
I was told that she would call me right back. I waited quite a while and called again. This time I got Cindy who again told me that Camille was busy and that she could help me. So I went through the entire story again, and at the end she said, “So you want to be compensated?” I am not sure that “being compensated” is the correct term to use because it implies that I am being paid for a service I did, which is clearly not the case. I said I would like a refund, so she put me on hold. When she got back on the line she told me that she could offer me a 30% refund. I told her that was unacceptable and reminded her that the website states right under the picture of the arrangement that “100% Satisfaction is Guaranteed.”
I asked to speak with a supervisor. I did tell her that I couldn’t believe that her company wasn’t even willing to refund 50%, which she took as I was willing to settle for 50%. She put me on hold again and told me that she had gotten an ok to give me the 50%. I told her that was not an acceptable amount. She told me that was all she could do. I told her how very dissatisfied I was, and how embarrassed I was at my mother’s service. She said “ Well ok, is there anything else I can do?”
So I decided the next best thing to do would be to contact them in writing, and post several reviews so I could maybe save others of the embarrassment, and humiliation this company has caused me, at a very difficult time for me and my family. I am a very dissatisfied customer. On one of the most difficult days of my life and while in grieving, I was treated very poorly by this company. I suggest you call a local florist, they have just as good of deals, and you know exactly who you are dealing with.

I ordered Christmas flowers for a friend back in December that did not get delivered. I was offered a later delivery at a reduced cost but they were intended to be a Christmas gift. My money was refunded but the Christmas gift went undelivered. Friday, 4/20/2018, I ordered flowers to be delivered for a friend’s memorial service on Saturday 4/21 at 2:00.
I called Customer Service Saturday morning to ensure they would be delivered prior to the service and was assured they would be. The flowers were delivered at approximately 3:10 AFTER the service was over. When I spoke to the delivery driver, he said that the 2:00 delivery requirement was not communicated to him. Today (4/23) I get an e-mail stating that a vendor could not be located to deliver the flowers at my requested time and that they would deliver per my further instructions. Apparently, they were unaware that the flowers were delivered at all! I will not be using this service again! TERRIBLE customer service!

They missed the service and the burial. The guy on the phone was useless and seemed unable to grasp the gravity of the situation. They refunded the money, but it doesn't compensate for missing the service.

Purple Morning Melody - So on the plus side, the flowers were delivered within the day and time frame that I designated for them to be delivered. I waited until the last minute to get my mom flowers and I should have known that it would not meet my expectations. The two cons: 1) The individual who delivered the flowers decided that if I didn't answer my door within 30 seconds, they would just go about their merry way and deliver other orders. Luckily, I had my sister place a call and they still managed to meet the 2 PM (THEIR) deadline. 2) The flowers I received were not up-to-par with what I expected. Instead of receiving a bouquet that was beautifully arranged. These flowers were tossed together with absolutely no care. I've attached two photos for clarity. Basically - review ANY and ALL sites before you place an order. Don't be like me and wait last minute and especially don't do it with a middle-man website.

The prices on this site are unclear until you actually are ready to pay for the order! They advertise a certain discount, and then apply them all back in the form of "handing and service fees". Will NOT order again from them, unless they can be a bit more upfront with their charges.

I ordered a peace lily to be delivered to my brother in law. I specified the flower to be sent to the address I specifically put on delivery address. I called my sister because it showed the flowers was delivered but only to find out the flower was sent to the funeral home. I didn't put the funeral home name or address nowhere on my order but this company took it upon themselves to do whatever they wanted. I will never ever order from this company again and also I think the vase as shown to be included wasn't included. Just horrible.

I paid the extra fee for next day morning expedited delivery before 12 and it never came. I recently had surgery and called to tell them since they missed the window of delivery I won't be able to give them access. They said, "Due to rain." That was their excuse but Edible Arrangements made their delivery by 11am. I then told them to hold the order till after 2.30pm and they delivered by 1.30pm. Luckily my mother in law came to help me and received the flowers but it was suppose to be a surprise for my wife. Furthermore the flowers I picked looked nothing like what was shown what I ordered. Please do not give this company your business.

My husband and I ordered 2 standing spray premium size for my grandma funeral. First of all my flowers showed up late when I specified time in which service was open. Second we ordered premium sprays and we received standard size. I called customer service and was only reimbursed $30 (15% for one and 10% for the 2nd one). Service rep was hard to hear due to language barrier as well. I was still upset that I called again and management was worse. Offered me another 15% reimbursement back on both on top of my first reimbursement and that only added up to 60 bucks back. They were not all allowed to tell us who their vendors were because I was going to return the flowers to them. We did not spend $300 only to get $60 back. First time AND LAST TIME I ORDER FROM THEM!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I ordered Garden Romance. Everything about it was perfect for my fiance including the Roses. I also paid extra for four hour delivery. The arrangement was delivered 7 hours later, contained no roses and was clearly inferior to what I had ordered. I was given a $15 gift certificate when I complained but since I said I did not plan to use their service again that didn't mean much. I would not recommend using this company. It was about a $10 arrangement. I ended up paying $62 for and not getting the service or the arrangement I wanted.

This was a very special occasion to my kids. They were staying at their dad's house for the first time. So on Thursday 4/12 I ordered a package (deluxe junk food basket) to be delivered on Saturday 4/14 by 12:30pm. Of course I tracked the package and nothing at 12:30 so I read it could be at 6pm so I was like okay. I called at 5 and they said it was out for delivery, I called at 5:57 and then of course the flower shop was closed so they said for sure delivered Sunday Morning. Of course I didn't believe this. Called Sunday and NOPE they won't deliver until Monday! Well my kiddos are home Sunday by 6 sooo that doesn't work. I was so sad, disappointed and mad. Yes they will refund me, but that wasn't the point. It was a special occasion and they ruined it.

I had made an order for flowers at fromyouflowers.com and got an email confirmation that it was to be sent on 4/13/18. This was a very special occasion and I was counting on these flowers to be delivered. The next day I contacted the recipient to see if the flowers had been delivered. She didn’t receive them, So I contacted the site and informed them I was very disappointed. They said they called the florist near the recipient's area to confirm and they said it was delivered. That was obviously not the Case. If you want to be disappointed just order from these guys. HORRIBLE customer service.

Tried to send flowers to my fiancé when she didn’t get into a school program. Couldn’t make same day delivery that I had already paid for, then changed the flowers from what I ordered. Of course I don’t know of the quality of the product since I never saw it. I called customer service when time was getting close to closing on the second day when they had already said it would arrive in that day and they assured me that they would have it delivered by that day. Here we come to 9 pm on the delivery date, I’ve been stalling so my fiancé would be there when they arrived.
I call customer service and they tell me that the order was cancelled by an agent... I received no email, no notification whatsoever. The agent I spoke to told me that they could reopen the order and have it there by the next business day. No thanks, give me my money back. One thing they’re great at is processing refunds, which is probably a red flag in and of itself. A waste of time, money and sanity! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

I usually order direct from the florist but because I live out of state from my daughter I thought I would try fromyouflowers.com. I ordered the Southern Peach Bouquet with the Deluxe upgrade and balloons for my daughter's 30th Birthday to be delivered. A beautiful arrangement with all the class and charm I wanted to send for her special occasion. However, when my daughter sent a picture of her arrangement that surprisingly got delivered at the end of the day. My heart sank! Even though she appreciated her flowers I sent I had to tell her how disappointed I was because they were 1. Not at all what I ordered, not even similar and 2. They looked like someone took a bunch of leftover stock and dumped them in a jar and called it an arrangement.
They were wilted and smashed like it had fallen over and got crushed. Mind you this arrangement cost me over $80. I contacted customer service about the delivery and got a $15 gift card for my future arrangement. Are you kidding!!! The moment is ruined. The flowers can't be undone. Where is my refund they advertise on their website for not being 100% satisfied or a replacement? No. No such thing. Total lie!!! If you cherish your loved ones absolutely NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY! They will disappoint you. You will be embarrassed by what they send from you! And it can never be undone.

First was notified that the delivery couldn't be made same day... Annoying but understandable even though the same day delivery is something they pride themselves on. Then once flowers were delivered my mother sent me a picture of them and literally said "I hope you didn't spend a lot of money on these." The picture is not what I ordered and looks like someone just dumped random flowers into a Mason jar. I submitted a picture of what I selected, and a picture of what was delivered. Will never use again.

I ordered a sympathy spray of flowers on 4/4/18 to be sent to the family of a very close friend's mother who recently passed. The order was placed on 4/4/18 with a requested delivery date of 4/5/18 to the funeral home. The funeral was scheduled for 4/7/18 so I assumed that this arrangement would arrive in plenty of time prior to the services. In fact I received a confirmatory email stating that the flowers were indeed delivered on 4/5/18. I attended the funeral which was several hours away from my home and did not notice any arrangement that looked similar to what I had ordered.
But given the sadness of the day, I just chalked it up as me not paying close attention to all flowers present. The red flag went up however near the end of the service when the funeral home director read off the cards delivered with all flowers and my family's name was never called. Again I convinced myself that there had to be a good explanation; that perhaps the flowers were so large that they were not delivered to the church and were left either at the funeral home or already at the grave site. I would later find out this was not the case.
Trying to be respectful of the family's grief, I waited a couple of days after the funeral to check with both my friend and the funeral home to verify whether they received these flowers. I was quite disappointed to learn there was no record of the card or the flowers. On 4/10/18 I contacted From You Flowers via their 1-800 number and was told that the flowers were reported as being delivered. When I disputed this, the customer service representative called the florist and she was told that the florist was out at that time and that I would be contacted once they had reached the florist. I called the company again on 4/11/18 since I hadn't received a return call and again the representative called the florist.
The most shocking part of the story is that the rep came back to the phone apologizing for the non-delivery, only to say that the florist admitted she had never delivered the flowers because she had too many orders to fill on that day. When I asked why not A) contact me to let me know this, B) why was an email sent to me confirming delivery and C) with a requested delivery date 2 days prior to the funeral service, was there not enough time to at least deliver the flowers on either 4/6 or 4/7, the only response I received was so would you like us to deliver the flowers now?
I was livid and my immediate reply was "I don't think that's going to do a whole lot of good at this point given that the lady is dead and in her grave and the family has departed!" ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for any of your needs. Perhaps they are in the wrong business, given that the nature and timeliness of flower delivery is everything. I was offered a full refund (after I demanded it), but the sad part of this experience is that despite my family's presence at the service, my friend's family will never know the thoughts and prayers that were extended to them prior to that ever-so important day.

The flowers were advertised for $39.99 and the final order was $59.00 which included shipping and a $14.00 service fee that showed up just before the final button-press to make the purchase. In addition to that they wanted another fee to guarantee delivery to a business before 5pm. The delivery was to Rochester NY and the flowers shipped 24 hours earlier from New Jersey to Philadelphia to Buffalo and then to Rochester in a box in the back of a truck. I can't think of a single reason to use their services again.

Ordered same day service for wife our anniversary. Several hours later tracking order it said delivery exception. Then at bottom said delivered. But on top said will be tomorrow and will get out asap. Called and after looong wait got refund for same day and order discounted. They said called florist and they said driver went to that area without order. Next day tracked order and by 1115 still not out for delivery. Called again and after very looong wait said they contacted florist at least that is what they said, order should be no later than 500 pma so I cancelled order which seem to be the one thing they did well refunding quickly. Went to local florist and bought in person, they were not surprised at what happen. Nice thing is they were able to let me know who local florist was for this company. So that I can also do local review and notify BBB.

I ordered flowers (the local florist special) online on Friday 4/6 for delivery on Saturday 4/7. The payment was accepted, confirmation was received, and I was fully expecting for the flowers to be delivered as promised on Saturday. No communication on Saturday all at. No communication on Sunday either until I called the vendor and they said that "they were unable to identify a local florist that was able to deliver the flowers as requested on Saturday and that they would try to deliver on Monday". First - the "tentative" nature of the agreement should be clear to the consumer before placing the order. Second - some type of communication should be sent to the consumer that the date of delivery was not going to be met. Horrific customer experience.

Ordered flowers on 4/1 to be delivered on 4/3 for my best friend who had just lost her father. Flowers were not delivered. Contacted customer service on 4/5, who promised to upgrade the order, resend, and have them delivered the next day (4/6). Once again, flowers were not delivered, and by this time, would even miss the memorial service.
Called customer service again on 4/7. First call dropped after over 15 minutes on hold. Second call finally went through, we explained the situation, and asked for a refund. After over 5 minutes on hold again, she offered us an upgrade and re-delivery. I denied this, saying I had already asked for a refund, and the previous promise of an upgrade and delivery had failed. Since a refund was my original request, I asked why she came back with the 'upgrade' offer, and not my refund.
She said that she would not be able to offer a refund, since it was the weekend, and the florist with whom the order had placed was closed. I pushed back, and she changed her story, and would be able to give the refund after all, but would need to clear it with a supervisor... Which is where she should have started in the first place. We'll see if the money goes back into my account as promised, or if I will have to pursue further action. She did finish the call with a very scripted 'Thank you for choosing From You Flowers'. A mistake which I won't make a second time.

I see a lot of negative reviews but I have to say I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this website. I ordered flowers for my best friend when she graduated college and the rainbow roses she received were gorgeous. I used the company for mother’s day when I was in Australia and unable to buy flowers myself. The bouquet that was delivered was gorgeous. My husband has ordered flowers several times from them for me and they’re always beautiful and timely. I think it comes down to the florist who’s actually making the bouquets since the website is a bit of a middleman.

I ordered on March 29th "You're in My Heart" (Deluxe) Red Flower Bouquet in Vase for a 70th Birthday. Requested delivery on March 31st. Order was delivered on time, however Fromyouflowers.com did not deliver what I paid for. A small vase with 3 flowers and baby breath. Called on April 1st spoke to Customer Service Krystie, promised to upgrade and send out the right one on the next day, (Monday). Nothing. No delivery at all. Called again on Monday, spoke to Customer Service Kayon, stated the best he could do is give back 50%. 3 days later "NOTHING". This is the 2nd time I have ordered from this company. Ordered an arrangement to be delivered for a funeral. NEVER made it. I'm done. NEVER will I use Fromyouflowers.com - this company is a rip-off.

I placed an order online at 2 pm yesterday for same day delivery. Cost was $60.00 in total. The flowers have yet to be delivered. Yesterday I spent two hours on hold trying to reach a customer service rep. Today I called and the company put me on hold to contact the florist. I had ordered a bouquet for my parents for Easter and after they didn't receive them during regular business hours I called their support and they said they couldn't contact the local florist because, surprise, it was after business hours and they were closed. They said they would refund 20% of the charge. Well the next day wasn't Easter which is when I wanted them delivered. The display was a center piece and because it was Easter so I chose this display because it included candles which I thought would add a religious quality to it. Well the candles didn't arrive with the late bouquet. I had also ordered another flower arrangement for my Mom's birthday that vaguely resembled the image online. I understand that contracted florists might not have slightly different products but really? Sorry last time for me, family and friends.

I ordered two items to be delivered to my husband at work for our anniversary and I paid an additional fee to ensure they would be delivered by noon, knowing he may come home early. Only one item was delivered and I was given the run around on the other item all afternoon, being offered a $5 then $15 refund for the trouble. I spent almost 2 hours total on the phone with this company mostly on hold. I had to call back three separate times trying to get my money refunded and receiving shady emails saying I would receive my refund in a few days. I ordered 4 flower arrangements for a funeral on 4/5. They were delivered today. Apparently they split my order between two florists. Two of the arrangements were supposed to be identical, but arrived in different colored and shaped baskets from two different florists??? They were supposed to go on the church steps. One other arrangement came in the wrong vase and I paid for the premium version and was sent the basic. The last arrangement was to be the deluxe and they sent only the basic. So to recap... Two arrangements missing a large amount of flowers, one in the wrong vase... AND two identical basics sent to two different florists and came looking different in different color/style/size baskets.
I paid over $325 and they are offering me a $88 refund... Not happy! I now have to go buy two matching arrangements for the church steps and a shorter vase arrangement for the urn table (probably costing at least another $300.) Some bargain... I asked for the florist's name several times and they will not give to you before delivery so there is no way of checking on your order with the local florist.
DO NOT USE... I should not be dealing with this the night before a funeral. They will not treat you right when they make a mistake. I sent a picture of what I received (all four arrangements together). The first two are supposed to be identical, but as you can see were sent to separate florists, they do not match. The second two were not the arrangements I paid for and one was even in the wrong vase... They were supposed to have two to three times the flowers. One is even supposed to have daises and they are missing altogether.

I ordered my $50 flower arrangement 4 days ago for my mother's anniversary since she is always doing nice things for me and my sister. The flowers never arrived and when I called to ask why they said, "Oh we don't have someone that can deliver in that area." I said, "Well I never got a phone call or a voicemail or an email stating that." They just were gonna take my money and never deliver them I guess. They had 4 days to inform me. Instead they let my mom's special surprise that I told her was waiting at home for her never happened. Upon googling Fromyouflowers reviews they have a 1 star not 5 stars as the site states. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. We shall see if I even get my money back. I should have googled them first. Lesson learned.

I ordered from this company TWICE and both times I was disappointed. My first experience with this company was when I ordered flowers on Monday to be delivered on before Friday, Note: I wrote and called the company on Monday and told them that they can deliver them any time that week just before Friday. The women on the phone was so happy that we had all this time to figure out a delivery date that works for them. My friend was fired from her job and was packing up and leaving by Friday. A whole week went by and she did not mention anything about flowers. So I called on Friday (final delivery day) to figure out this issue and they told me it was not possible for them to be delivered by the day. Once again they had the whole week to be delivered. I made sure the customer service rep made notes of it.
Second time I (accidentally) ordered from this company (I forgot the issues the first time.) I ordered Mother's Day flowers early, in March to be exact. I obviously wanted them delivered on Mother's Day in the morning. They contacted me the day after I placed my order and told me that it is not possible to deliver them on Mother's Day. They can get them to her the week before or week after. That was all the information or options I received. They did not offer to refund me some money or a discount or coupon for next time (as if I'm coming back). Nothing. MY emails were passed along to multiple representative and they have not solved the issue. I ordered MONTHS in advance and they still cannot figure out a solution for this problem. I am very disappointed and I will never use this company again. I encourage you all not to buy flowers from them, steep shipping prices for continuously wrong delivery dates and times. Horrible.

I order two arrangements on March 26 for Red Roses and Calla Lilies, One arrangement to be sent to my daughter and one to my home. I was on the Phone for over and over with a customer service who hardly spoke English, but somehow we managed to Place Orders. Come Saturday afternoon I came home to find out flowers had been delivered, but not what I had ordered. I got 2 arrangements of Red Roses, No Calla Lilies! I called My daughter later on that afternoon and she Just got a Sunflower arrangement! I called and emailed the company and they were apologetic, but still not good enough.
I am on a fixed Income and wanted these flowers before Easter. On Saturday I called customer service, they told me they would send replacement Calla Lilies. I am still waiting! I just got through emailing them and I Should receive the Lilies before 7pm Tonight! That is unacceptable. Also the Roses I got have started fading and turning very dark to boot! I will never order from this company again!

But at least they resend after two sending me last Saturday 2 bunches of Red Roses, which by the way are not doing good after just a few days. I followed the instructions to the T and they still are drooping! I took matters into my own hands today and called my Credit Card company so I can get a full refund. For two orders I was charged $113.00. Also they did NOT apologize for sending Sunflowers to my daughter, I ordered her the same thing. I am a Cancer Patient and have limited funds... I, being an idiot, made a mistake in the delivery address and the message on the card attached to the flowers. I realized these mistakes at separate times and sent two emails to have these errors addressed. Both emails were sent after regular business hours at around 10 pm and both emails were responded to and the errors fixed within 5 minutes. I placed an Rose and Lily full bouquet order to be expedited - the arrangement was supposed to be delivered before 12 noon and it wasn’t delivered until 4:37 pm and then it was not the arrangement I asked for. There were no roses or lilies; they replaced them with carnations and daisies which is unacceptable. I was then told by several customer service reps through email and telephone that they would redeliver a new arrangement the following business day. I was called at 8 am from the florist saying they would only redeliver my new arrangement if I returned the old one.
That was never mentioned to me and I am as well as the recipient are highly disappointed. After almost a half an hour of being on hold I was told I would receive a full refund for my arrangement so we’ll see if I receive it in 1-3 business days. I will never order from this company again. Please beware of the fees and poor customer service of this company! Never order from them!

Paid extra for 3/27 delivery and was told they would redeliver 3/28, still not delivered and cannot get in contact with anyone. I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday, and paid extra for expedited handling. Around 2:30 I received a call that the flowers were out for delivery...no issues reported. By early evening, I checked with my daughter who said they had not been delivered...they had been out. Ok...but, they could have been left on their sheltered porch. I then received an email later that they could not be delivered as the address was not correct. Wrong, I rechecked what was provided with the original order. So, which is it. They simply did not try or they were totally inept as far as delivery service. The total for the order was nearly $60.

I ordered these flowers 2 days in advance for my mother's birthday and paid an extra $4.99 for expedited delivery before noon because I didn't want her to have to sit around the house all day waiting for them to arrive. However, the flowers were not delivered until 3 pm and on top of that they didn't wait for her to answer the door, they just left the flowers outside the door on our welcome mat. I went back and forth with customer service multiple times and all they would do was refund the $4.99 for expedited delivery. To make matters worse when I arrived home and saw the flowers, they looked EXTREMELY different from the bouquet I had ordered. Oh, and the card that comes with the flowers? A folded piece of paper that also served as a receipt. I think at the very least a partial refund is owed to me for the horrible service I received.

So, first time, they delivered to a wrong address at a huge hospital and offered me a $20 gift certificate. Second time, they missed a day. This time, I paid for before noon delivery to wife about to have surgery. They missed the noon deliver and at this time (6:00 PM) indicates it is "out for delivery." Offered a refund for the $4.99 early delivery and another $20 gift card. I am done. They can't even spell "custamer survase."

I ordered Pretty Please bouquet on March 17, 2018 to be delivered on March 22, 2018, one day before my friend's birthday of March 23, 2018. It was not delivered that day. It was rescheduled & supposed to be delivered today. As 51st, I have not received confirmation of delivery. I had ordered from them three times before with good results.

6 years ago I ordered flowers from, From You Flowers. My friend had in home hospice care. I wanted to brighten her day with flowers. They never arrived when they were supposed to. I had to call numerous times. I told customer service and had emailed about the poor service. They were nasty on the phone. Now 6 years later I get a customer comment card. Unbelievable. I also emailed them. They are sending me a $20 gift card. Went on their site nothing for $20 so the gift card is a trick for you to spend more money there. Very poor customer service. Waiting 6 years to address a problem. They must be hurting for business.

I paid an extra fee for next day delivery, an additional fee for delivery by noon, and added a LARGE box of chocolates to my order. The delivery was to a residential address - with normal access. The delivery did not arrive until after 4PM (that fee was credited back), and the flowers were left by the garage door. The LARGE box of chocolates were 3 small packages taped together around the vase.

I placed an order for chocolate covered strawberries and Oreos for my husband’s birthday. I also paid extra to have daytime delivery. It’s now the next day and the order still hasn’t been delivered. I called the company today to request a refund since this order was specifically for a birthday and it hadn’t been delivered on time. I spoke with someone who was obviously reading from a script trying to place the blame on UPS. I insisted that it was the company’s fault as I placed an order for a specific date and they failed to provide that service. The woman told me I would be fully refunded. I’m hesitant to believe it as I’ve just read other reviews and some never received a refund. I will absolutely be fighting this charge with my credit card company if the refund isn’t issued. I wish I had read reviews before placing my order.

I ordered the Pink Floral Display Deluxe for my great aunt's funeral. What was delivered was sparsely prepared mess of flowers in which most were already wilted or dead. Looked NOTHING like the picture on the website. The ribbon that was attached was written by hand in marker. Who does that? Everyone in attendance remarked that I should get my money back. I am embarrassed and very upset, as I could not be in attendance in person since I live across the country. I wanted to order flowers for the first time for my aunt. I had never ordered flowers so I found fromyouflowers. I ordered and went about my business. Kept tracking making sure what was going on as I do when I order things from anywhere else. I started getting anxious so I googled reviews, I read 25 of them and saw pictures and they were horrible! I went and called them and asked when would they arrive. They explained in detail everything that happens when you order flowers from them. (David) also told me to hold that he will contact the flower store they send my order to, and ask exactly when would they deliver them. He was super kind and he helped me so much!
My aunt called me an hour later after they told me the flowers would arrive, and she told me they called her and let her know they had to leave them outside (it was a surprise so I was kind of disappointed that they called her) but she doesn’t speak much English so she really didn’t understand them. So it’s all good. When she FaceTimes me and shows me the flowers didn’t look like the picture, she loves flowers so she knows so much about them. She tells me these flowers are so fresh!!! I am so excited to see what they will come out to be. When she shows me the roses are white and she goes “I can’t wait for them to open”. I freaked a little then she said, "Wait two days and I will send you a picture of how they look."
Sure enough she sent me a picture today. It looks even more beautiful than they looked in the picture when I ordered them! These flowers that are sent are so fresh some haven’t even bloomed!! I love the fact that it leaves you with the excitement of what they are going to look like! I am so happy of the way it came out, but I’m more happy that my aunt is loving every minute of her flowers! Thank you so much FROMYOUFLOWERS! I will order again for my mother for Mother’s Day!! The Spring bouquet online had bright spring colors and the bouquet was a nice full size. I counted six yellow roses on the photo. The roses delivered only had 4 roses, and the bouquet used different colors of other flowers, red instead of pink flowers. It looked to be half of the size of the image displayed on the website. I was disappointed and will never order from this company again. I did not receive what I thought I was paying for. I consider their website to be false advertising.

I'm not a super picky person but feel I should speak up when wrong is wrong. I sent this flower arrangement to my mother to cheer her up on what would have been hers and my late father's anniversary. First off they didn't give the proper discount (15% not 20% that was posted) on the arrangement which I was willing to overlook because I needed a next day delivery and was in a hurry to get the order processed.
When my mom received the flowers she sent me a picture, wow was I shocked! Not only was the arrangement a pathetic amount of flowers that didn't fill the vase but all the wrong color (white and pink, not yellow, orange and purple as pictured) and in a cheap clear vase with a pathetic little ribbon bow tied on it, not the orange vase with raffia bow. NOT AT ALL what I paid over $60 for!
I contacted FromYouFlowers to express my disappointment with the order and they offered me a whopping 20% off the product as a refund (read with complete sarcasm), which they had already cheated me out of 5% discount on the original order. I gave them the opportunity to rectify this order before writing a negative review and would have given them zero stars if that was an option. I will go back to using 1-800-flowers from now on, I always get exactly what I pay for with their service.

I received an email that I had $12.19 credit, so decided to use it and order flowers delivered to my address. I upgraded to the premium for $49.99, thinking I would get a beautiful bouquet, as described, but received the lowest priced with very few flowers and nothing like the photo. Not only was I charged the $2.99 for same day delivery, but an additional $14.99 service charge, which brought the total charged to over $60. When I complained to From You Flowers, they sent me a $15 credit. I will not use their service again and certainly would not recommend them to anyone. Don't waste your time or money.

They delivered a shabby basket of flowers WITHOUT the get well balloon. When I called to complain the girl on the phone was very rude and would not give me any of the information I requested. NEVER USE THIS PLACE!!! RIP OFF!!!

Ordered a batch of tulips to be delivered to my girlfriend's work on her birthday. Even paid the expedited fee to get them there in the AM when she'll be the least busy. Not only did they not show up, but they haven't responded to calls or email. DON'T USE THEM.

I ordered a flower bouquet to resemble a birthday cake. Paid $78 for this and what arrived at my aunt's house look nothing like picture. When I called to complain they said they did not offer refunds. One picture attached is what it should have looked like the other is what we received. Looks like a Pinterest FAIL.

I’ve ordered a few times from fromyouflowers with no issues and were happy with the service and promptness. This last order, however, the roses I ordered for my wife’s birthday never arrives. I went from hero to zero pretty quickly. The worst part is that when I contacted fromyouflowers by email and phone, I never heard back and was hanged up on twice. So, yeah, there’s that, if you want to take a chance, you may have better luck or you may end up getting robbed to celebrate your wife’s birthday. Good luck.

Two times I tried with this online florist service - don't bother. The worst ever. Local "discount" florists apparently become members of this service, but they could give a crap on producing the order, and products are a joke - I learned the hard way. Delivery half baked - not on time, wrong colors, wrong items, and 2 days ago I attempted to send my staff an appreciation bouquet and it got screwed up AGAIN. The email said "sorry, delivery was delayed due to bad weather" - and let me tell you, Houston is having the best weather ever - it's bogus, a ripoff and stay away. Stay far far away. I''m so angry right now - their "800" customer service stinks - they are a complete ripoff. I'm calling my credit card servicer and will contest the charges. Like I said - STAY AWAY.

Ordered flowers on 3/12 for delivery on 3/13. When they were not delivered we called and was told we gave bad information on the delivery, it was a major hospital in Baton Rouge. We told them to deliver them to a home address so they could not mess it up. Got a message on the 14th that the flowers were being shipped by UPS from Gainesville, Florida... really. From Gainesville, Florida to Baton Rouge, Louisiana!!!! A dozen roses at 70 bucks a pop, they are a sham!!!

I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday a day prior to the delivery date. I went through the online process and made payment which was charged to my credit card. I paid extra to have them delivered before noon so she could enjoy them while at work. At 12:30 I called and the flowers hadn't been delivered. I called my wife's office and asked the receptionist if the flowers had been delivered. They had not. I called the customer service number and was told that they had no record of my order however when I called my credit card company I had already been charged. I went to my local florist and was able to purchase flowers and have them delivered for less than what Fromyouflowers was able to offer. I also learned that this company is overseas and doesn't know the first thing about flowers or customer service. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. BUY LOCAL AND SAVE MONEY. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! I don’t know how they’re even running a business still. I ordered flowers to be delivered for my anniversary at a workplace and they were late. When my gf gets home I’m looking at the flowers that look NOTHING like in the picture. Dead flowers that looked like they had been picked by a 5 year old from my backyard. Save your money and time. Stater Bros has better flowers!

I ordered and paid for flowers and a balloon. The flowers were less than what I expected, cheaper kind of flowers than I was led to believe (the delivered product is different from the depiction) and the vase was totally different than what I expected. Also paid for a balloon but the receiver didn’t receive it. Didn’t receive any notification prior to delivery nor informed that the balloon was not delivered. Sent a complaint afterwards. They reply with an apology and gave me a 30% off including refund for a balloon. The bottom line is I didn’t get what I wanted and it seems they are being sneaky about it. Was expecting a quality flowers but replaced by a cheaper kinds without informing me before and after delivery. The previous posts are true re additional 14.99 for delivery charges + 2.99 for expedited services.
