    I was totally embarrassed when I saw the arrangement that had been sent by this company. It was the smallest arrangement I had ever seen at a funeral and this was for a family member. Don't be fooled by a coupon. They get you in the end regardless, they tack on a service fee. When I complained to Fromyouflowers.com, the company sent back a message saying I had to contact the florist that sent the arrangement. However, there was no way for me to know who they contracted with and they did not respond to that email when I asked. Word of advice. Call the local florist in the town that you need the flowers sent to. Such a scam.

    I ordered flowers for my boyfriend's father's funeral and also for a friend's birthday. What a ripoff. The flowers looks so terrible and I was embarrassed. It was not even close to what I ordered. Ripoff. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CO.

    I am absolutely livid with this stupid company. I paid 50 dollars for their “delivering florist” to just leave the flowers with some random person in the business I was having them delivered to. They were taken into security and I couldn’t get them back at all. I called to complain and they offered me a stupid 20% refund and a $10 voucher... WHY WOULD I WANT THAT $10 VOUCHER? I AM NEVER SHOPPING WITH YOU GUYS AGAIN!

    I live in Europe, and my mother lives in Ohio. I sent my mom flowers through this website. I paid a little extra to have them delivered before noon so I could see that she got them before I went to bed, since we have a six hour time difference! The flowers never showed so I gave the company a little time before I called. After 1:30, still no flowers. I called the company and they apologized and refunded the extra delivery charge. I waited and waited, still no flowers. I ended up calling this company 4 times, and they apologized with no empathy. I had to call my mom and let her know that I had ordered her flowers and now they would be delivered at her home.

    This company tells me over the phone that the flowers would be delivered at 4 different times. In the end, the surprise was a disaster and the whole mood was changed from a sweet thoughtful gift to a nightmare. The company did credit me 20% of my order, but not back on my credit card, but onto my online account. Which is a shame because I will never use this company again. Last but especially not least, I had written something to be put on a card, I had written the word “Christmas” and this company shorten it to “x-mas” which may not be a big deal to some people but for me it’s not what I ordered or what I had written. The greeting card was handwritten and sloppy. :(

    I spent over 60.00 for a bouquet for my daughter in the hospital. They were supposed to have sunflowers and bright colored roses (nice flowers). She received the cheapest flowers you can buy. I get prettier ones at Ralph’s. I’m so disappointed. She doesn’t know any different. The local florist will get a call and review also. Will NOT use this company again.

    My wife ordered me cookies and balloons to be delivered to my work on my birthday. She ordered a week early and paid extra to have it all delivered by noon. Only the cookies arrived on time. When my wife called they said that the balloons would be delivered by 5 but I would be gone by then. They only credited half of what she paid because they ordered from 2 different places. So my wife got stuck paying $50 for a small bag of Mrs. Fields cookies that you could buy for $10 at a store. They failed to deliver on all that was paid for when it should've been delivered and overcharge you for what you get. Do the legwork yourself and avoid this "company."

    My son ordered flowers from this company to be sent to his best friend's funeral. She hated roses so he deliberately chose a simple bouquet of white lilies in a glass vase. He ordered the deluxe version for $59.99. When we arrived at the calling I was horrified to see a VERY small glass vase with a handful of lily STEMS! Not one open lily... it was truly hideous and an embarrassment! Never again! Oh, and I posted a review on their website... of course, it was never added, only the glowing reviews make it on. Don't waste your money on this company.

    I ordered birthday flowers for my spouse when sleep deprived the night before her birthday. I read reviews only afterwards & thought this would never work out. But it did work out in my case. Spouse was very pleased. Flowers were on time (within a 9am-5pm window for a delivery to a workplace). They're gorgeous too and look only slightly different than the picture. I had decided to let the order ride due to being sick and sleep deprived once I saw the terrible reviews, but it also seemed there was no option to cancel via the website, which is not OK. I simply hoped for the best and got lucky. I did contact the company via email multiple times, and also via phone once, to check on the order. Maybe this helped.

    A human answered the phone when I called, and I received replies to both of my emails very quickly, assuring me the order was being processed. This company would not disclose the florist who would be fulfilling the order though when I asked; they said that is their policy. Perhaps that is what the problem is with this company... Seems there's no way to really track orders in any kind of detail, which I'm sure leads to accountability issues. The florist that did fulfill my order, I suppose, had integrity and did their job. Seems like this often does not happen when orders are placed through this company based on the other reviews.

    My friends and I bought another friend some flowers for the loss of her beloved pet. The $70 flowers we purchased were beautiful with yellow sunflowers, yellow roses and a custom-made vase with a picture of the pet. What she received was hideous! Half dead baby's breath with 2 red roses and 1 sunflower that has not yet opened...with a normal glass vase! We are absolutely embarrassed! Then they will not give a refund, they are going to "send more" tomorrow. I could have picked better flowers from the side of the road and threw them in a vase if that was the case! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! If they do not send the correct flowers tomorrow they can shove those flowers where the sun doesn’t shine!

    I ordered flowers several days in advance, for a birthday. The night before delivery, after paying an additional fee for the delivery, I received an email they would be unable to deliver and would deliver the following day. The following day came and went, no delivery. My card was charged 79.00 and no gift for the special day! Still waiting for a refund, red faced and humiliating! Don’t use this service!

    I ordered two arrangements to be sent to the same house, one for my daughter who lives there and the other for the other, who is visiting from out of state. I should also say step daughter from out of state to put this into perspective. For some reason I was made to make them two separate orders. So, I placed the orders with same day delivery, +$2.99. Later that day I got an apology email that said they would not be able to deliver that day, and that they would do so first thing the next. Well, finally about 2:30 pm they made the delivery, only when I checked, they had delivered one, but not the other.

    When I made the orders, since I had to go through the same process twice I ordered a slightly different arrangement for the second one. Same price, both simple, standard arrangements, but different. And this is probably how it happened. I don't know if the local florist couldn't fulfill one of them or if they just send each order to a different local vendor, but it caused me and the girls a little extra anguish. I felt like my step daughter would have felt slighted because her sister got hers and she got bupkis. They took it better than me. I won't ever use this service again.

    (Below is my actual letter to the company). “This is my first time ordering anything from your online site (to try something different) and I am truly disappointed with the following: 1. Faulty ordering process - I paid an extra $4.99 for the flowers to be sent before 12pm. I checked online status for delivery and it just showed it was not delivered. So I called customer service around 1:10pm to ask about the status. The representative was nice, she said she would call the flower shop... she came back on the phone and said the flower shop was not picking it up. I told her it was a high possibility that my family member would be discharged in the afternoon, so she said she would write a note for flowers to be sent by 2pm and refund me $4.99... I said ok.

    2. False advertisement - When shopping online, pictures are worth a thousand words. I selected this specific arrangement and paid “premium” so it reflected actual picture with lilies, the two toned roses and the picture looked beautiful (online). Then my brother sent me a picture of the arrangement and thought I was giving his wife a “funny” arrangement... the balloon says HAPPY BIRTHDAY not GET WELL SOON. Then the actual quality of the flower arrangement was underwhelming. There is more “greenery” than flowers, 3 roses and 1 lily on the top. Does NOT reflect the online picture AT ALL. So so so embarrassing on my part and I apologized to my sister in law. I called customer service and spoke with Greta about my dissatisfaction with the flower arrangement and service. She offered $5 refund for balloon and then 20% refund. She was really nice and accommodating.

    I told her I do NOT want anything to do with the company and I just wanted 100% of my refund back. I could have went to the store to buy cheap daisies and green leaves and stick them in a vase. This is so upsetting! I will be getting my refund back and Greta said they would send my sister another arrangement... I said no thank you. I cannot trust your services and complete lack of attention to detail. Please know I will post this review on Yelp and other online forums I submit reviews for. You need quality control of products that are sent out, this is bad for business. Thank you.”

    I ordered two LARGE floral bouquets from this company as a birthday present. When they arrived to my recipient, the flowers were clearly a small. Upon complaining to customer service they offer me a gift card for each order ($15.00 and $20.00) and a 20% refund on one of the orders. When I try to use the gift cards; they tell me that only one gift card at a time can be applied. That means the gift card will likely only cover the handling fees ($14.99)! So more money out of your pocket if you ever plan to used the "gift cards". When I asked why I was unable to apply both gift cards at once, they simply said it's what they are allowed (none of this is mentioned on their website). Every time I call to speak to a manager, they either hang up or leave me on hold until the system hangs up. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! Not only are they expensive; but the vendors clearly are charging excessive prices for basic floral arrangements.

    On Sunday I ordered a Get Well Chips, Candy & More Gift Basket to be delivered to a boy who just had surgery. I paid an extra $2.99 to have it delivered the next day. The basket was not delivered on Monday as promised. I called the company on Tues and spoke to a customer service rep and I explained the situation. He promised me an UPGRADED basket and he said it would be delivered on Wed. I asked the recipient if the basket was received on Wednesday, and it wasn’t! I then called the 1-800 number again on Thurs & the customer service rep called the local supplier who admitted that the basket was never delivered. The rep called a new supplier, and he took off a small amount of money for the trouble we experienced. The basket was finally delivered that afternoon.

    I received a picture of the basket from the recipient. The size and contents didn’t appear to be similar at all to the items in the picture from my original order. The delivered basket was small and quite unimpressive. After emailing the company to express my disappointment in the contents of the basket, and also how it arrived 3 days late, I was refunded a small amount of money. Not enough compensation for a terrible customer satisfaction experience, in addition to being embarrassed by the basket which finally arrived.

    I place an order for my mother's birthday and it was the WORST experience ever. My mom never got her flowers on her birthday. When the order was delivered I had to keep calling because I got no update through the website. First they said the car broke down so then I told them to have it delivered at her house which they didn’t. They just dropped them off at her job and it was on a Friday so she has flowers just sitting there that she’s doesn’t know about. They then guaranteed for a order to be delivered the next day BEFORE noon as I requested and it still never came. I wanted to surprise my mother with a gift and it just became a nightmare. Customer service was rude and didn’t sound like they cared at all. I’m disgusted with this experience and I will never use this site ever again and I will be sure to tell others as well.

    Flowers were ordered to be sent same day in hospital for the birth of my first grandchild, did not arrive. Called company, was told the order was not seen by florist, and was to be expedited for delivery next day. Again, flowers never arrived, children confirmed flowers never arrived despite being given a delivery confirmation email, customer service said confirmation was sent in error and flowers were scheduled for delivery(?). Customer 100% satisfaction guarantee listed on website was not honored, was substituted with a minor discount and an email containing a code for a $20 credit.

    I am livid because the window of opportunity for the flowers to impact the experience of the new baby has long since passed and cannot be brought back, this is being compounded by the unwillingness of the company to honor their website's promise and the less than congenial attitude of the staff. Was repeatedly put on hold for extended periods of time waiting to speak with appropriate parties. I would highly recommend anyone reading this to NOT order with this group, as I certainly will never do business with them again.

    I ordered a same day delivery and it didn't show up. The flowers were for my granddaughter's 13th birthday, was having them delivered to her school. An employee from the company called me and informed me that they could not deliver them to the school because of the rules at the school. I then had them sent to the home address and she said the flowers would be delivered same day. Son calls at 6:00 pm no flowers. I called to find out what was going on and she said the florist was unable to deliver and that they would be there the next day. She was very rude and hung up on me. I called back and canceled the order. I was very disappointed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

    I ordered a same day delivery and it didn't show up. I called and they told me they would refund the delivery charge and attempt to deliver it the next day. It still didn't show. While they offered to refund me 30% and try again, I feel they didn't provide the guaranteed service they promised. At that point I asked for a full refund because the occasion to receive the flowers had passed. I was very disappointed.

    My 2 sweet college children ordered flowers for me for my birthday. I told them not to as moms do and to save your money. I noticed on their bank statement that they were charged $62 for a bouquet of flowers plus delivery so I knew they were coming. The flowers were pretty but quite small. After 2 1/2 days the flowers started to die and die fast. I called the local florist and she offered to replace them but said she couldn't refund them but that they had to be refunded through "fromyouflowers.com". My daughter called them with all the information needed and they told her they would only replace 30% of the price. What?? Do not order from them, they will not refund your money and they overcharge for the product. We will never use them again.

    I ordered a beautiful yellow bouquet of flowers in a smiley happy cup, chocolates and a teddy bear for my friend who was in the hospital. I paid extra to have it delivered the same day. The next day comes and they call me and tell me she was discharged (which she wasn’t). So I call again and they don’t answer. I call again and they say that she was there but they spelled her name wrong but that he already left. I call fromyouflowers.com and change her address to just have it go to her house and they say they will deliver the same day. 2 days later and I call her to see if she got her flowers and she tells me that she never got flowers. I call fromyouflowers.com again and they hang up on me twice.

    I call one more time and he tells me that he will contact the florist and call me back in 10 minutes. 24 hours go by and I didn’t get a callback. I called again this morning and the lady just kept repeating everything that I was saying to her and put me on hold for 20 minutes. She comes back and tells me that all she can do is have the flowers sent today and give me a 20% discount. I was so mad at this point that I told her that I won’t take the flowers and that I want a refund because I am tired with the way that they are treating me. She then puts me on hold for another 15 minutes and comes back with attitude and frustration in her voice telling me “You’ll get your refund. Just check your email” and then hung up. Never again am I using this company.

    When I purchased the flowers I also paid for the expedited delivery to ensure the flowers would arrive by 12 pm noon. The flowers arrived at 6:10 pm that night so we missed out on the whole day. To add insult to injury, the flowers I ordered looked nothing like the ones online. I ordered the premium flowers and received a horrible bouquet of flowers (so disappointed). I will never order from this site again and will tell everyone about this bad experience.

    I ordered online a bouquet of beautiful flowers and nuts for my grandparents' 65th wedding anniversary. The first bouquet was carnations. I called to complain and the customer service rep I got told me that I shouldn’t have ordered online, but that I should have called in my order to see if it would look like the picture online. Are you kidding me! Then he offered me a gift certificate on my next order. I quickly informed him there won’t be another order. I requested to speak to a manager and this guy kept putting me on hold and then coming back with 10% back blah blah blah. I was getting very angry at this point. I told him I was not playing games with him and I wanted a manager NOW!

    He finally after 10-15 min transferred me. The manager offered to send another bouquet to my grandparents and give me 35% back. It’s been only 24 hrs and I have not received any money back. The florist showed up at my grandparents' and requested the first bouquet back and then gave them a bouquet that once again DOES NOT look anything like the picture I ordered from! I am so angry and would warn everyone to listen to these reviews because this company is 100% a complete joke!!!

    I placed an order for next day delivery. Not only was I charged the same-day fee (which of course I understand) but on top of that I was charged an expedited fee. Despite that, I received the delivery confirmation email 2 days late and when I contacted the person I sent them to, to verify they received they never got the order. I was trying to sort the issue for a whole day and I was given the runaround. Please don't waste your time with this company. THE WORST ONLINE FLOWER SHOP.

    Order an autumn arrangement for my mother at the hospital and they delivered a hot pink and bright yellow “bouquet” that wasn’t arranged and just thrown into a vase. It looked terrible. I have contacted customer service who said another bouquet would be delivered the next day - it was never delivered. I contacted customer service AGAIN who said “they are verifying.” This was 5 days ago and I paid extra for same day delivery. Never again will I order from them and I will post this review, including photos if I can, of what was delivered vs bought on every site I can find.

    I ordered a birthday bouquet for my friend's birthday. She sent a picture. There was not a mylar balloon and the arrangement looked nothing like the website picture. There was not a bow around the vase and it looked like they got a small bunch of flowers from the grocery store and stuck it in a vase from the dollar store. I expected more for my $51.00.

    I ordered a nice bundle of flowers to be sent the next day. I picked a medium bunch but very nice indeed. I was little surprised about a handling fee but I guess they got to make a profit, anyways they arrived on time and in great condition, they were beautiful!!!     I ordered flower arrangement and upgraded to the premium along with a candy bouquet. I paid extra to have delivered before a certain time. The bouquet was not on time, was 2 hrs past the time I paid extra for. The flower arrangement that I ordered was unable to be delivered, although it was very frustrating I do understand that things happen. They at least sent me an email notifying me, and to contact them to discuss other arrangements. When I called them, not only was the lady I talked to extremely rude she hung up on me. After I called back, the gentleman I spoke with talked to me like I was completely stupid, therefore I requested to speak to supervisor who attempted to apologize while saying that he understood why the agents were rude. (By this time, I was extremely angry and probably being a little rude.)

    I was willing to work with them to get new arrangement ordered and sent out even though it was not going to be delivered on my desired day. However all the attitudes and rudeness that I encountered, I just simply wanted my money refunded along the extra that I paid for a specific time. That's when the supervisor stated he would not refund that because it's not his fault that I live in the middle of nowhere and not his problem that I paid it. Exact words were, "Sometimes you have to make a choice that cannot always be honored." Well if you're going to offer the deal, then your company better be willing to back it up. Company is horrible along with their product and customer service! Take my advice and spend your money elsewhere.

    Do Not order from this company. Do your research. They offered a casket spray for $119. It was never placed or delivered. A local florist had to bail the family out. The flowers arrived right before the viewing. AWFUL. DISRESPECTFUL. DISGRACEFUL. NEVER AGAIN.

    Firstly, the price shown for this arrangement was 39.99. When all was said and done, it actually cost me nearly $55.00. They did deliver the arrangement on time, but it looked NOTHING like the photo to the point that when my husband told me those were the flowers I ordered, I told him it just couldn't be! Then I went over and read the card. I was so embarrassed! And I was in disbelief that they could possibly think I would be happy with this. Unfortunately I made the mistake of not coming to THIS site to read reviews. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

    If I could give this company a zero rating I would. I will save you the hassle of a long story. Just don't do business with this company. Not only did they not deliver same day as promised, their system cut off the apartment number from a 3 digit apt. to one digit and claimed it was my error and refused to deliver to correct apt number. I'm out over 50 bucks on flowers delivered to wrong address. When I email all I get is a generated response. When I call... they can't speak English and have zero clue what they're doing. When I ask for a supervisor I get put on hold and no one ever comes back. GO ELSEWHERE!!! This company is HORRIBLE.

    Same day delivery guarantee not honored. I already ordered the premium arrangement and was promised an additional upgrade for the lack of delivery, but the flowers that arrived were the regular arrangement AT BEST. I have no idea how this company stays in business with these reviews... Customer service offered a refund but even that was cumbersome. Just go somewhere else and avoid this headache.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered from this website because it said same day delivery. Not only did it not arrive on the day of order, when I spoke with customer services I was told each time I called that it would be there within a set time, finally arrived and the product had cheap replacements for what was in the photo. I understand they do not guarantee it will match the photo, but come on, at least have the company you contract with have quality products, not Dollar Store looking crap. Customer service was terrible. Will never order from here and will never recommend this crap fest of a company. I wish I had read the reviews first. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

    After reading a lot of negative reviews, I was regretting placing my order. I'm glad I did because the flowers were delivered on time and as ordered. I sent them to my daughter for her birthday and she loved them. The pic she sent me was exactly what I ordered. The price was great too. I did place the order three days ahead. The company also sent me an email when the item was delivered too. I'm glad I ordered from them after all.

    The flowers we ordered online looked nothing like the picture, they were an embarrassments. This will be the first and last time I use this company for my floral arrangements. We wanted to send something nice to our friend's funeral, well that didn't happen. The flowers were awful.

    I am new to this flower site and decide to give them a chance. I order some flowers for a special person in my life who was leaving out of town for the next two weeks. I had ordered them at 8:23 am and paid for the expedited services of 4.99$ in which the flowers would have been delivered by 12 pm, why guess what? The damn flowers never arrived.

    I had called the damn company over ten times today and when I asked them for the damn florist number they refused to give it to me and kept coming back online to say, "Oh I am sorry." That does nothing for me! And have been saying, "Oh they will be delivered before 5 pm!" And then send me to a supervisor mailbox and tells me To leave a message. Are they for real! Pissed off! Ask them for refund and going to tell me no. What the heck! No. I will be emailing their corporate office shortly. Makes no damn sense!

    I live outside U.S, and wanted to surprise my sister who is living in US for her birthday. I ordered white flower with blue, the name of the flower bouquet is "clear blues skies". However the flower sent is totally different colour, which is not in the catalog! I also paid the the expedition fee, but the delivery is not within 4 hours as promised. I'm so disappointed with the service, the outcome of the flowers. I regret that I didn't take my time to read reviews about the website before I ordered. I would not buy from this website again.

    On 10/14/18 I place a order for my Mom. Used the "Same Day Service". That never happen. She got them an day late. Really disappointed, I had high hope that she would to get them as wish they had. But a lesson learn! Never used this site again!

    I chose a beautiful arrangement from your site which consisted of White Roses for my mother's 88th birthday. What she received was “nothing at all” like I ordered. Personally what you state about substitutions fails because it is supposed to be similar. It wasn’t even close. You advertise what you can’t deliver; you might as well just tell people to pay a certain amount and you’ll send them whatever you please. Why give a choice? Your reviews say it all which I too plan in giving my opinion and your responses. I still plan on called your corporate; hopefully they have more integrity than whoever manages your department.

    I ordered a flower arrangement for an out-of-state friend who had recently had a stroke and was unable to talk. I received an email that the flowers had been delivered. I found out days later that later she had not received the flowers. I called the company immediately. The Customer Care lady I spoke to apologized and said they would deliver another arrangement and give me 30% refund. My friend did not receive that arrangement either and I did not get a refund, they charged me the full amount. I was so angry I called again and told them I wanted a full refund, they said they would but I have not received it. Then they had the nerve to send me an email something to the effect how they look forward to my business again. I sent them a very nasty email. This company is worst online company I have ever dealt with. They are defrauding people!

    I have ordered from nearly all of the major online flower sellers. Not all of them are perfect, but none of them can compete with From You Flowers for dysfunction and misrepresentation. They tout all over their site their ability to do next day orders and from local florists. On a Monday evening I placed an order for Tuesday, paying even more to ensure it would arrive by noon. 12 pm came and went with no delivery. I received an automated email with a small monetary credit with no real detail for what was next. I assumed this meant it was just because they wouldn’t make the extra early time I paid for but that it would still be same day. 3 pm came and the online status tracker went from delivery today to delivery exception.

    I called for more information and as other reviewers note, there was an odd air of attitude from the service rep. When I indicated that If the order couldn’t be delivered by 6 pm, I wanted a full refund and to just cancel the order. They put me on hold for 15 minutes and eventually disconnected or hung up with no callback. I decided to wait and see if they came first thing in the morning and by noon Wednesday, now well beyond the next day delivery that I sought in the first place, my wife still had no flowers.

    A third or fourth call to customer service yielded a promise it would be there before the end of the day and a measly $7 credit on a $55 bouquet. Finally by around 4 pm, the flowers arrived. The bouquet was so small, I could have made the same arrangement with one $5 bouquet from the grocery store. It also barely resembled the photo in terms of flower types. Overall this was a complete disaster and not even a full refund would honestly make me take a chance on this company again. Stay away and if you’re in a pinch the grocery store will do you better.

    My husband ordered a beautiful bouquet for my birthday for same day delivery. Unlike most of these reviews, we had no problem with the delivery. It came on time when they said it would. However, the bouquet was completely different. Instead of mini carnations and regular roses, it was mini roses and regular carnations plus extra flowers that were not in the description including Peruvian lilies which my husband is allergic to. And it was supposed to have a nice plaid ribbon tied on the vase and instead it's a mess of raffia.

    There's ripped up giant leaves that take up most of the bouquet. It wouldn't be so bad if this looked like what my husband ordered, but it's nothing like it. And the florist who delivered it had stapled their business card over the message card, so I couldn't even see what was written as it ripped it off when I tried to take the business card off. We are never using FromYouFlowers again. $60 would have been fine for the bouquet that was picture, but for this bouquet, we could have bought at the grocery store for $10-15, it's disappointing and terrible. And customer service is a joke. No response.

    Yesterday (10-9-18) I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law’s birthday. I ordered the "White and Yellow Birthday Cake" arrangement. The arrangement was supposed to be shaped and look like an actual birthday cake. Well, it was shaped like a volcano instead. I was SO embarrassed when my mother-in-law messaged us a picture of the mess of an arrangement. I will NEVER use this company again and I'm going to post about this mess all over social media.

    Customer service was a joke and then the flowers arrived and WOW what a even bigger disappointment! Ordered the deluxe to look like the photo on the website and they were absolutely terrible. Lots of gaps and ugly flowers. $60 down the drain. Thankfully my grandma appreciated the thought but I am disgusted by this company. My grandma is going through chemo and I wanted to surprise her during breast cancer awareness month. What a joke the company and flowers are. Stay far away from this place!

    I ordered same day flowers from fromyouflowers.com on 10/8/18. My ordering experience was easy as was paying. The trouble started when at the end of the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered, I checked the tracking and saw that there was a problem. I contacted customer service and they told me that they were unable to locate a florist in the city where I wanted the flowers delivered. They apologized and refunded my same day fee and said that the flowers would arrive the following day. On the following day, I called customer service and was told that the flowers would be delivered before 6 p.m. - no other details. I continued to track the delivery throughout the day and at 4 p.m. called customer service to see where the delivery was.

    At that point, I was told again that they couldn't find a florist in the town and would be able to send it UPS the following day. I said that if that was a possibility they should UPS it today! They said there was no way to get it there today so I cancelled my order. Do not believe this company when they say they will deliver flowers the same day - it's simply not true. I was trying to send flowers to Ft. Collins, CO - a normal size city that has lots of florists. They did refund my money (or said they would). I will never use this company again.

    I ordered flowers on the 10-5 to be delivered on 10-8, I had to call to find out they would not be delivered and was promised they instead would be delivered on the 9th, today is the 9th, tried to complain - was hung up on. Worse customer service ever. Was told that the delivery guy wasn't able to deliver on base... Mind you the base is the base for Arlington National Cemetery. WTH. Flowers get delivered there all the time. Don't waste your money on this company. Call a local florist instead.

    I ordered the Cotton Candy with Premium Option, not even Regular Option for my sister Birthday. From the delivery it came just the Balloon that I ordered for additional $5 was as the picture shown and the vase. The bouquet itself consist from 3 pink roses and few white chrysanthemums. The same bouquet you can buy for $10 or less in every store or groceries (the once that sell flowers). I never knew that a bouquet of FLOWERS can look so ugly. Very disappointed... Do not order from this people. I wish I can upload a picture, you will be shocked. Plus, I called them up and I had to stay for about an hour on hold for a manager and in the end they hanged up on me.

    I ordered orchids for my aunt's birthday but she received a completely different arrangement from what I ordered. I would never have known this unless she had sent the picture. It was not remotely close to what was advertised. They delivered lilies! The same thing also happened last month on Sept 5th when I sent my mother flowers after my stepfather passed away. The picture was not even close to what I had ordered, but my poor mom was so happy with the flowers that I did not bother to complain. Why bother having pictures on their website at all if they are just going to send whatever is convenient for them? This is not the way to do business. Online services require a greater amount of transparency and accuracy. Very disappointed that this is the way the company is conducting business. Do not buy from them because you will not get what you pay for.

    I wish I could add photos of what I originally ordered and what got delivered. I requested for same day delivery and that did not happen. Then I paid for next day delivery before 12 o'clock, submitted my order and got an email 30 minutes if not sooner email saying they could not deliver them next day. It was pushed out until Monday. Called in on Monday around 10 to get an update on when they'd be delivered and if I could refunded the money I spent on to get the flowers delivered same day and then the money I spent extra for next day delivery before 12. And all they wanted was to credit me 10 to buy more flowers not back on my card.

    But when the person I sent flowers to received the flowers and sent me a picture and it turned out to be a completely different purchase. I ordered "Special Moments Bouquet" I believe it was called. It was supposed to have purple and pink Roses but it came as only WHITE ROSES... Completely different order. Will never ever order from here again and I hope this saves many others from having a special moment ruined. Save your money and order elsewhere.

    I ordered the “Rose & Lily” bouquet on September 28th for a birthday gift & paid extra for guaranteed delivery before noon the next day. At nearly 5 pm I realized I had not heard from the recipient & when I called her, no surprise, she had NOT received the flowers. It took 2 separate phone calls & quite a bit of MY time to get information— lol. The 1st customer service rep told me that they HAD been delivered! I visited my friend a few days later & saw that the bouquet I ordered was not what she received- hers looked like a fall bouquet but I had chosen a bouquet that was mostly PINK. Since fromyouflowers.com had both my email & phone # I think it would have been appropriate if they checked with me before substituting other flowers.

    On September the 17th I was charged for flowers with fromyouflowers.com stating they would be delivering this on the 18th. Rang the support line the day the flowers didn't turn up and was told they had been delivered. A second call stated the florist didn't have flowers. (This was a florist choice bouquet, a florist without flowers is like a car without wheels). So I then asked for the payment to be refunded. Very rude girl (Toni?) stated that she would "love to give me a refund" but I'll have to wait till Monday when accounting comes back. Needless to say, I feel dizzy from running in all these circles and the sooner I can just get the money out of fromyouflowers.com's pollinated little hands!

    Irate and disappointed in Texas. Once again From You Flowers has missed the mark totally! The lure of waiving the $14.99 delivery fee was definitely not worth the hassles; and my daughter still does not have a Fall bouquet for her table!

    When I called and just said I would like my money back, their excuse was, "Well they'll be delivered on Monday." Really? You want to take the flowers that I bought on Thursday to sit with a UPS driver through Monday and then deliver them on Monday??? Without water? I see... so really what you're saying is you want to give my loved one dead (or at least very unfresh) flowers. When I said "no" their response was, "The best we can do is give you 50% off the price." That's a pretty bad customer experience if you ask me!

    Please stay away from this company, it is a total scam. I ordered some flowers for my mom's birthday, in the pictures they looked beautiful but once my mom got them they were completely different than depicted. They had no roses or sunflowers like in the pictures, only cheap flowers and very few of them, they were more leaves and stems than flowers. Never again buying from them, to total scam.

    In regards to my order I paid an extra fee for these flowers to be delivered to my daughter's job before 12 pm today, it's 3:30 and she has not received the flowers and she leaves work soon. This is so unfair and very upsetting and it ruined her birthday surprise. I called customer service and was put on hold for 23 minutes while the customer service rep tried to figure out the situation. All she did was say sorry and issue a refund for my rush fee, I could care less about a fee. I used this company so my daughter's birthday flowers be delivered before noon and the flowers are not even on the way. This company just ruined my daughter's birthday surprise, it's sad and upsetting.

    Caution people!!! Don't believe their false advertising. Their website says "Flowers with Same Day Delivery, We Guarantee the Florist Arranged Flowers will be Delivered Today!" I ordered flowers 3 DAYS before the delivery date!!! On the delivery day, when checking the status over the phone, my order was scheduled for delivery. At the end of the day I decided to CALL customer service for delivery status. What a surprise!!! My order was NOT delivered. To fix this problem, their customer representative said that my order can be delivered the next day and after checking their records/computers again, the best that they could do is deliver with UPS 2 days later and delivery hours to be between 8AM-6PM. 2 days later??! Do not even try to order with them, your order will be delivered with UPS 2-3 days later the requested day!

    I usually don't take the time to complain, but I want to help those out there that may get scammed into their false advertising. Their website states "Flowers with Same Day Delivery, We Guarantee the Florist Arranged Flowers will be Delivered Today!" As long as you order by 3 PM all over the site. And they charge extra for it, btw. You find out about that at the end of the transaction. I ordered at 10 AM. NO Flowers by 3:30 PM, so I inquired via email about my order just to make sure all was well. I was told they apologize but the flowers would not arrive until the next day. Huh, It's not even 5:00 PM yet?

    So, the next day comes and about 2 PM, no flowers. So I call and was told they would be delivered today for sure. About 3 PM the flowers finally show up. They were not even close to what I ordered. Supposed to be a fall flower arrangement with a fall plaid bow. What arrived was yellow, red, and brown flowers with a Christmas green bow! I did share with Fromyouflowers.com my experience. They apologized and gave me a $10 coupon. Nice to apologize, but looked like a canned response that they were used to sending out. And $10 doesn't really cover it. They got my $60 bucks for what looked like $10 worth of flowers. Don't let them get you! BUYER BEWARE!!!

    I ordered two bouquets for the funeral of a family member. A full vase of flowers for the welcoming guest-book table, and a large spray to be displayed on the speaker's stage. Despite leaving explicit instructions for the driver, he came early to the place of worship and delivered the bouquets to a wedding being held PRIOR to our funeral. WE then had the fun task of tracking down the bridal party who took the flowers to their reception. Second, the floral arrangements were so SCRAGGLY LOOKING, made with wilting flowers and looked pathetic! NOTHING like the pictures! WHAT SCAMMERS!!! I could have bought fresher, prettier flowers from Trader Joe's and done them myself!!! I spent $200 for these scraggly looking arrangements. NEVER AGAIN!!! I HIGHLY recommend ordering from a local florist who has a good reputation. These guys are scammers who HAD TO BUY their reviews!!!

    One of my good friends just had a major surgery and I live in Versailles, IN and her surgery is up in Cincinnati, OH. I wouldn't be able to go see her so I thought I would just find a florist there in Cinci to deliver some flowers to her. Stupid me, I didn't check reviews first. I spent almost 50 dollars for a next day delivery. It's 9 pm and no flowers. After reading these reviews I'm so nervous that if & when she receives them, they'll be nasty. I called customer service and they said they were returned. She's in ICU and that may be the reason but they could have let me know via email or phone call. I'll never use them again though and I will ALWAYS check reviews from now on!

    Yesterday my daughter received flowers for her birthday that looked nothing like what I ordered. What she received looked like a cheap bouquet picked up from a local grocery store. This morning I called customer service and was told that the person who answered the phone at the florist said they did not work on Sept 28th and someone from the florist would call Fromyouflowers on Monday, after which I could expect to receive a phone call from Fromyouflowers.

    Last year this time I had the exact same experience with Fromyouflowers. Fool me twice, shame on me. I emailed customer service and expressed my disappointment. I also sent them pictures of what my daughter received and what I ordered. Customer service replied that the florist could make slight substitutions and offered me a $10 gift certificate. This was not a slight substitution. It had less than half the flowers, which were not the ones advertised, and some were wilted. I am done with Fromyouflowers.

    I had a generous professional person send me a gift basket from NY to CA. It was supposed to be a Gourmet basket (almost $100.00 with delivery). What I ended up with was Dollar Store items (Not exaggerating. I Googled the items.). When I called, they basically said the receiving customer cannot make a complaint, it has to be the sender. I am not going to call the person who sent it to me and be unhappy of his generous gift. This is how they SCAM customers. When I asked if this was what was supposed to be in the basket (after naming off the items) the guy responds, when the customer orders it says, "gourmet" and fruit, varieties may vary depending on location.

    The original picture on their website had: hard salami, cheese, jams, mustard, toffee popcorn, fruit, etc... I received Vienna sausages, Dollar Store raisin granola bars, Skittles (small 6 pack like you get trick or treating), some random cookies also from the Dollar Store and some fruit (which was okay). Moving on to the delivery - I asked if they could deliver after 6:30 pm, which they obliged (great) however the woman shows up at 9:00 pm, I am not home yet (my teenage daughter just got home). This woman knocks three times and opens the doors like she lives there... Almost let out our indoor cats and scared the crap out of my daughter. If I could rate this company a big fat "0 stars" I would. Wonderful gesture from the sender, terrible business model and delivery.

    Terrible. The flowers were brown and wilted when they were delivered. By delivered I mean left in a box on the porch in the Arizona sun after spending the previous 24 hours in a hot UPS truck from California. Am I supposed to believe there are no florists in Phoenix? My wife was home, why didn't they at least ring the doorbell? Had I known they wouldn't be delivered by a local florist, I would have passed.

    I guess I was wrong to think that the flowers would be in some sort of presentation (as displayed on their website...bs) that looked nice instead of crammed and zip tied into a box more fitting of a Costco shelf than a florist. First and last time I'll order from these guys. Flowers are not something you return or replace as the event is past. I'll just never order from them again. Wilted and zero class presentation made me look like a jack-ass. I literally apologized to my wife on our anniversary. Lesson learned. I could have gotten better flowers way cheaper at my local supermarket. These flowers wouldn't have been worth it at half the price. Stay away!

    Customer service representative cut me off and talked over me when I told her my item wasn’t delivered to the correct location. It is my daughter’s 19th Birthday and she is 30” miles away. She didn’t apologize. I was hold for over 25 minutes when she returned she said her supervisor said they can redeliver the next day. Wow. It’s not my daughter's birthday. I ask for a refund and she said no because their system said it was delivered somewhere on campus. I said, "No one contacted me or my daughter for delivery." My daughter was devastated she didn’t receive anything for her birthday. I am livid. Customer Service is horrible. I am out of $63.97. Do not order from them.

    I ordered flowers for my girlfriend Sunday night to arrive on Monday. While the site could definitely use an update, the ordering process was fairly easy on my phone. I read the reviews on here Monday morning and got a bit nervous, but it ended up going smoothly. The flowers were delivered on Monday around 3 or 4 pm (I did not pay for morning delivery). The website did not reflect that the flowers were delivered until 8 pm; but when I called to check, the automated voicemail asked for my order number, then informed me that the flowers had indeed been delivered.

    I ordered her The Lovely Lavender Bouquet. I got the Deluxe version (middle tier) and it came out looking pretty darn good, though there are some gaps and definitely less flowers than in the pictures. My experience with FromYouFlowers was pretty good and I would probably order again. More than likely, I will try 1-800-Flowers next and see how the two compare, then choose the better of the 2. So far this is the only company I have used, so not much to compare it to on my end.

    Ordered flowers in Colorado going to a city in Colorado only to find that there was some sort of shipment from California and that these flowers were being delivered in a BOX!!! This wasn't made clear on their site and I am now angry and embarrassed that an elderly, ill friend will be receiving her flowers in a box that she has to "arrange" herself??? NOT HAPPY!!!

    My wife was in the hospital this past weekend and they guaranteed same-day delivery on a $60 bouquet of flowers. After taking my money, they sent an email stating they couldn’t deliver until Monday. Well, my wife wasn’t going to be in the hospital on Monday. So, I called and asked if they could deliver them to our home or refund my order. Of course, they changed the delivery address to my home address. Now, it’s 2 days later and they are saying they can’t find a florist and I would have to pay the extra shipping to get them delivered by UPS.

    They said that I live too far out in a rural area for flowers. They can only deliver non-flowering items. So, I called and spoke to their customer service again. I told them I wanted a full refund since they couldn’t get me my flowers. I told them it was THEIR fault they couldn’t deliver same day to the hospital. They were extremely rude and unhelpful. So, now I’m out $60 and they didn’t send anything!!!! Last I checked, that’s just robbery and getting scammed!!!! I wish I would have done my homework on this operation in disguise of a flower delivery service!!! Don’t get SCAMMED like I did!!!

    I had a terrible experience with fromyouflowers.com. First off. I paid a weekend delivery fee of $2.99. Order was delivered a day late. Chocolates I received were mint chocolate. Gross. The part that was even worse is once I opened said chocolates completely melted and old. Stinky too. Also I was told the $15.99 fee was a satisfaction guarantee fee. When the representative told me this I lost it. I could do nothing more than laugh, and ask her politely if she can see the irony in this fee? Anyways, do not ever use this service.

    This is a real review from a real consumer. I don't know if these others are fake or something. These guys killed it! Not only did they deliver before the deadline. The flowers are great! My Fiance lit up the second she saw them at work and all of her co-workers are jealous because the flowers are BETTER than they described!!! Don't hesitate!     My niece had a baby and I ordered an arrangement to be delivered between 1-2 pm next day. I was told I would get an email confirming it was delivered. I did not receive the email, went online to track the package and it still wasn't delivered. I called and the rep told me it would be delivered in 2 days!!! That is unacceptable!     I placed two orders from 'FromYouFlowers' this week and was extremely dissatisfied with both orders. Neither of the delivered orders appeared as they did on the website! I called 'FromYouFlowers' regarding the first delivery and they offered to do a re-delivery using a different florist. Later in the day, I received an email indicating that they were unable to find another florist in the area and that they could not provide a re-delivery but that they would offer me a 25% refund instead. I was furious and insisted on a full refund, which have agreed to and I am expecting within 1-3 business days. The second order was a little better but instead of arriving in a cute yellow flower pot, it arrived in an ugly yellow vase. I'm going to let that one slide but I will NEVER order from this company again. I strongly suggest ordering from another online vendor.

    I wish I would have visited this site prior to ordering Fromyouflowers. I ordered a casket pillow as advertised on the website two days prior to requested delivery date. I checked online past requested time and found it was not delivered. I called customer service and found there was a delay but was told they started the arrangement which was a few roses across a satin pillow and it would be delivered before first viewing. A few minutes later I received a call Fromyouflowers that a florist could not be found to deliver my order.

    This is two hours before my mother-in-laws only viewing. They were sorry and offered a refund. GREAT in my grief I had this to deal with. I found a local florist who quickly accommodated my request but charged me $15 additionally what I budgeted. I sent an email asked them to reimburse not only my order from them but also the extra $15.00 they caused me to spend with another florist. Horrible experience don't waste your time or money.

    I had a very similar experience as all the other negative reviewers. I ordered my floral delivery late night on Wednesday (09/19/18) paid an extra $4.99 for delivery before noon on Thursday (09/20/18)...and it never arrived. I called customer service when it did not arrive before noon & was told that the local florist said it had left that morning for delivery.

    Around 3:00 pm, still no delivery...so I called customer service again. This time I was told that the delivery was attempted, but because my mother was in surgery, they would not leave the flowers in her room...RIDICULOUS! Supposedly the driver took the arrangement all the way back to the shop, but the florist was going to have the driver return them to the hospital. At 5pm, still no delivery & the driver had left for the day, so a promise of delivery for Friday (09/21/18). I requested a full refund and received it. Funny thing...I called my brother who had been in my mother's hospital room for the entire day & NO ONE EVER CAME TO THE ROOM TRYING TO DELIVER FLOWERS!

    I am extremely upset with the service I have received. I paid $14.99 handling and $2.99 for “weekend” delivery (on a Monday) for flowers that were ordered Sunday afternoon. I called customer service at 9pm when I realized the flowers hadn’t been delivered even though I received an email at 6:30 saying they had been delivered. While I was on hold with customer service the flowers were delivered to my mother at 9pm. The delivery service said they “got lost”. Please explain to me how that happens with navigation in an urban neighborhood. When I told customer service what had happened, she said she was sorry for my inconvenience. My inconvenience? I paid for a service and it did not happen per the terms of your website. Personally, I feel I should be reimbursed for the incompetence.

    Aside from this disaster, I paid for the “medium” size bouquet and it was very small, nothing like the medium size claimed to be. After complaining to customer service, I was called the next morning at 7 am which is a mortal sin in the land of customer service. Who calls someone at 7 am?? No one left a message, I was sent an email with a $10 gift certificate for my inconvenience. Seriously? You want me to spend more money with you after my horrible experience?? I should be compensated, not made to spend more money! Horrible experience!

    A friend ordered a plant for my birthday (September 14, 2018). It was not delivered due to some technical glitch. It was promised to be delivered on Sunday. That did not happen. Nor did it arrive on Monday. It did, however, arrive today. And did a plant arrive? No. It was a flower arrangement that was so lopsided, it is comical. It has three birds of paradise flowers (all on the same side) and guess what they did? They shortened the stems with the flowers. They then took the cut stems and put them in the arrangement. Yea three sticks in the arrangement - looks bizarre. They threw in some wooden ladder thing. Most of the flowers are in the center or on the left side. Whoever made this has no concept of floral arrangements. Do yourself a favor as well as the person you're sending the gift to - GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO SOMEONE ELSE. This company and the florists they contract with have no clue about the flower business.

    Do NOT order from this company! Not only is there a high service fee for same day delivery, what was delivered wasn't what I ordered! I did get an email saying they needed to "substitute" some flowers based on availability (which is understandable) but what was delivered was a totally different arrangement!     They guaranteed same day delivery. My lifelong friend had her 60th birthday and she suffers with depression. Fresh flowers always cheer me up, so I told her to listen for the door. This situation made her birthday terribly disappointing. They offered to refund the same day fee that turns out to be 2.99. I insisted on a full refund. I am still waiting for it. This company needs to be shut down. They get everyone's money then sit on it earning interest. They don't deliver flowers just frustrating disappointment.

    Please please do not try to order flowers or gift from this website for anyone that you care about. They contract with 3rd party flower shop to do the service, they have no update or control whatsoever when your item will be delivered. I ordered for my best friend birthday flower and scheduled for delivery today by or before 5 pm and as of right now 5:06 and the flowers not yet delivered?

    I tried to call customer service, reached the one that could not speak clearly and he told me to wait until 5 to get update or else I could be able to call and cancel my order. He accused me to call too early to dispute, he said that a lot of people ordered gift just like me in the way he told me to hang up and wait for item to arrive... that was really helpful and I paid not cheap at all for 12 dozen of flowers total up 68.00.     My experience with Fromyouflowers.com was simply amazing! I must admit... I started reading reviews after ordering my same day delivery and began to get a little worried. I reached out to the company shortly after placing the order and within an hour I was contacted by a supervisor (shout out to Micheal). Micheal went above and beyond what I was expecting; while I was on the phone he diligently called around to local florist to ensure everything went perfect! You see my girlfriend surprised me with a special Italian inspired homemade candle-lit dinner and an amazing rose petal laden hotel room for our vacation. I was extremely surprised! I wanted to do something special to thank her and let her know how much it meant to me. Micheal helped make sure this went flawlessly.

    I received a second follow-up call from another supervisor after Michael to verify all information was correct. Those who had bad experiences must have been working with a different company because FromYouFlowers made sure my experience was personal and perfect! I couldn't ask for a better experience!!!     My boyfriend ordered flowers as a surprise for my bday. He ordered for delivery on the 18th which was a weekend and he paid more because of that. Here it is Sept 14th and no delivery was ever made.     I have had two poor experiences in using this company. My most recent one occurred today, on my mother's birthday. Long story short, I placed an order of flowers nearly two weeks ago as a birthday gift for my mother. Around 11 a.m., I reached out to the company to confirm the order would indeed be at her workplace by noon - and I paid extra for this service. She was working only a half day at her office, and I wanted to surprise her at work to brighten her day. I was originally told that the order was out for delivery and is expected to arrive on time.

    A short while later (about a quarter to 12 p.m.), I received an email stating that the order cannot be done on time, with a brief apology and some generic explanation. Again, my mother was only working a half day in the office, so I wanted this to be delivered as soon as possible, and I was originally told everything was going according to schedule. I was pretty upset at this turn of events, so I then called and spoke to a representative and she changed the delivery address to my mother's home address. I asked if my order was definitely going to be sent to my mother at the new address, and the representative said yes.

    An hour and a half later, I receive a text from my mom. The order was delivered to her office, and she had already left for the day. My mother had left work by the time the order was delivered, then she had to drive all the way back there to go pick up her birthday flowers - which defeated the whole purpose of this company's 'reliable delivery service.'

    I am incredibly disappointed and annoyed about this whole situation. As previously mentioned, this is the second time I've ordered from this company and there has been a delivery issue each time. There is no excuse as to why an order that was placed TWO WEEKS AGO should've been this much trouble AN HOUR BEFORE IT WAS SCHEDULED TO BE DELIVERED, especially since I was originally told it was right on schedule. This was an obnoxious inconvenience to both me and my mother - it was her birthday and your company made it way beyond difficult. I will never be ordering from this company again, and I don't think anyone else should, either. Next time, I'll be sure to order from a reputable local floral delivery service. It would save a lot more time and money.

When it was delivered, the arrangement was delivered in a blue/green vase. When I contacted the company, they reply was that their website says substitutions can be made and here's a $10 gift certificate for next time.     Placed an order online for September 12th 2018 at 11 am for same day delivery. Paid extra for same day delivery, then we waited all day and no delivery made. I called at 10 pm on the same day. Customer service representative told me that they weren't able to do same day delivery but will do delivery the next day, so I waited another day. Called them. Where my order is same answer. They weren't able to do same day delivery so they were going to do it the day after that and then I had to cancel my order. And they said I had to wait 4-5 business days to get my money back.     I like to order flowers for family and for special occasions. This company gouges your pocketbook fees for this fees for same day delivery which they have no control over and then the flowers do not arrive in time since they are the middle man that then sends the orders to be fulfilled to the local florists where you would like your flowers delivered.

    In my opinion a big rip off and a waste of my time and money. Stop sending me inviting and lovely floral bouquet discounts that in the end do. It add up to the discount you are offering. I will contact the local florist myself and save myself the headache of discovering your hidden extra fee discounts.     I ordered flowers and paid extra for expedited delivery by 2 PM. Emailed business to confirm they would be delivered by 2, which they confirmed via email they would be. They were not. While fromyouflowers.com DID refund my expedite fee, the flowers were delivered at 3:52 PM, which my daughter has not yet received because she is a school teacher and was gone by that time... hence the request for 2 PM delivery. Now she will not receive them until tomorrow. I will never use fromyouflowers.com again.

    I ordered a birthday flower bouquet with 3 balloons. The picture of the flowers was beautiful ONLINE. The flowers they were delivered were AWFUL!!! Looked absolutely nothing like the picture. The bouquet receive had a TON of green leaves and looked like some just grabbed a bunch of flowers and stuck them in a vase. I should’ve saved my $89.00 and went to a local florist.     OMG it's a total scam.     I ordered flowers for my fiancee. Also paid for expedited shipping which claims 4 hour guarantee delivery. Well 6 hours later still no flowers. Called. Waited at least 30 minutes for someone to answer. In the meantime sent 2 emails. Once someone answered they tried to say I had placed the order 3 hours later than when I had placed the ordering. Of course explained I had a confirmation email which of course has a timestamp and I promptly emailed a photo of said email. So they offered an upgrade and to deliver the next day. Not optimal but at least they're trying I thought. So next day around 4 pm mind you I had placed the order at 10:23 the day prior with a 4 hour guarantee and now we're at 4 pm the following day.

    I of course send another email (didn't want to be on hold for another 30 minutes). They called within 15 minutes of sending the email only to inform me they couldn't get them delivered on that day either and could maybe get them delivered the following day to which I said, "Forget it," and asked for a refund. I did ask them if flower delivery was actually what they did for a living to which I got a long silence before I mentioned it was a simple yes or no question. Never again will I use this company. Hands down their worst service I've ever dealt with. Can't speak to the quality of the product since it never showed up. Next time I'll just go directly to my local florist.

    I should have gone direct to a florist but I was trying to get flowers to my friend's father before he checked out of the hospital.     Called and order flowers not realizing there was a $14.99 handling fee and when I realized I called and asked the gentleman who I could barely hear and understand since his accent was so bad and I informed him I wanted to cancel the order since the total was too high. He assured me he would and I repeated myself just to make sure he understood that I wanted it cancelled and my money refunded and he said yes. My bad for not having checked my email that said I was being refunded $2.50 and not the full amount and so the next day I get an email stating the flowers were on their way and so I called them and they would not cancel and offered on $7.50 more discount. Even if it was their fault I felt I had no choice and it was closer the original fee than the added on fees. Will never order from them again.

    So about 1pm Mountain time I placed an order for same day delivery. Paid extra for it to happen. The email said they would have it delivered before 6pm Pacific time. No delivery by 7pm so I call. Wait on hold for almost 15 minutes. They look up the confirmation number and proceed to tell me that they tried to deliver it at noon, however nobody was there to accept it. Well, that sure is funny because it was noon Pacific time when I placed the order... so, they read my mind and had it delivered before I placed the order? LOL.

They gave me discount and told me it will be delivered the next day no problem.     At 9:30AM I ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered that same day to a place of work and chose to pay extra for expedited delivery. The ad promised delivery within 4 hours. 7 hours later - still not delivered even though I received an email saying it had been. A worker who stayed late at the office another hour said the flowers still had not arrived. I called twice and waited on hold both times for 15 minutes before talking to a sales rep who checked on the order but couldn't find out what had happened. Supposedly she talked to the florist. Finally I wanted a full refund after I was offered an upgraded arrangement and a 30% off discount. I turned that down and got the refund (which I will have to watch appear on my credit card account). I would recommend NOT using this company.

    My fiance was out of town for my birthday and tried to order me flowers on the day. He placed the order a week in advance, and day of at 2 pm he is told by email that they don't have his order in stock (Roses and carnations? Seriously?) And that they will just send whatever they have. He said no, he wants a refund. His card gets charged, and we are sent flowers on Tuesday, 3 days LATER. They look nothing like the picture. He ordered the deluxe bouquet and we received 5 roses and 7 carnations. He could have purchased those from a grocery store for $10, but they charged him $60. We called for our refund and they are sending someone to come get the flowers (again, really?). The worst part is, a local florist is the one who fulfilled the order, and the refund comes out of HER profit. She did wonderful and is at no fault but must eat the cost. The flowers are beautiful, but unfortunately not what we ordered and not $60 worth.

    I ordered a candy basket with a balloon and card on the 31st of August, 2018 for my daughter's birthday (which is very special one, her dad passed two days before her birthday last year.). So, I get an email saying what I ordered was out of stock and they, will replace with equal or greater value. So Saturday September 1st, I get a call from the delivery guy to get it sent and I let him know we won't be home for 2 more hours (during my daughter's birthday party). He says okay and hangs up.

    So today I wrote them and told them I wanted my order today or my money back. They tried telling me they tried to send on August 31st, which was crap. I have the emails. So I go back and forth all day today. I just got an email saying it's been delivered and it's not here at my address that clearly on my receipt. $60.00 later and I have nothing to show for it, and my daughter still hasn't gotten her birthday gift from me and her deceased father. First time ever using them. Never again will I do so. Horrible customer service and communication.

    I ordered flowers for my daughter to be delivered on a Saturday. On that afternoon a woman, who lived in a different city than my daughter, called me to say she had received the flowers. I called their customer service, and they promised to have another bouquet delivered on Monday. My daughter never received them. It was such a disappointment for both of us, as the flowers were for a very special occasion. Never again will I use this florist!

Upon visiting her, I discovered the $5.00 balloon I paid for, was an OLD VALENTINE'S DAY BALLOON, on which someone had the nerve to scribble, "Happy Birthday" in marker. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING PEOPLE!!! NOW I wonder what the flowers must have looked like! If I hadn't flown out to visit her, I would never have known what they did, and my name was on the card with that ridiculous balloon! THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!

    I ordered a bouquet for September 2 my cousin's birthday. I received the order confirmation with delivery date on September 2. However, they delivered the order on September 1 because they "had no staff". So my cousin found on September 2 a wilted flowers bouquet. They had to let me know that they can not make the delivery at the requested date and so I could order elsewhere. They knew how to take the money for a bad service.

    I ordered a flower delivery for my mother's birthday to be delivered on August 31st. The website states that residence orders will be delivered between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. At 5:30 p.m. I contacted the company and they said the order was out for delivery. I called again at 7 p.m. and the representative said it was still out for delivery. Ultimately the order was never delivered and they completely ruined the present I ordered for my mother.     I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday for arrival on the next day. I clicked on the option that’s says it’s a business which according to their details, Business means they guarantee arrival before 5 pm of delivery date. The day of Delivery, it was 4:45 pm and flowers had not arrived. I check on the UPS tracking website and it showed a message saying “The apartment number was missing/address was wrong and they were delayed because of such.” I immediately call FromYou Office and verified they had the correct number.

    To begin with the address I provided on their website did not even have an appt number because it’s a business location, no suite or apt number was applicable and the address was correct. The lady had me on hold for the longest, and tells me the UPS driver was going to call the recipient to verify the address which they just had verified with me. I said okay, hoping they were going to make it there before 5 pm. It’s 4:58 now and no delivery yet so I call again and another lady answered me, I advise her of what was going on, only for her to tell me with horrible attitude that “if the website says before 5 they were going to be there before 5”. Mind you, It’s already 4:59.

    The lady hangs up on me and I call back and request a supervisor which I was placed on hold for over 15 mins to be told the supervisor was on another call. At this point, after her denying to “check” with the UPS driver like the lady “did” I give up because my mom's office had already closed and I requested my money back. Now it’s been 2 days and I’m still waiting for the refund. Two days later also the flowers arrived, once my mother's birthday had passed more than 48 hrs ago. The flowers were left outside on the floor inside a box. Once my mom opened them, they were all going bad (they all died the next day) and looked nothing like the picture online they use to try to sell you the “beautiful” arrangement which looked nothing like. This place is a total rip off. Don’t buy from here, at least I’m not going to. See attached photos and you decide!

    First you call a phone center in the Philippines, where you can't understand them or they can't understand you and god forbid they have to do research because they will put you on hold then hang up on you. I paid to have flowers delivered yesterday before the funeral today and it was not delivered. The funeral starts at 9am it's now 8:45 and the funeral will start in 15 minutes and no flowers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE... This is a funeral and they can't even do the, this is like adding salt to the wound, and when you call they can care less and ask you what you want to do... Now we look like someone that did nothing to send a sympathy "sorry for your loss" flowers. I should have checked their reviews before ordering...     First of all the flowers showed delivered and weren’t; so I called customer service and they put me on hold. They got back on and said they could not reach the florist and it maybe dropped off with a neighbor; it’s a business not a residence. I had to clarify for them so they obviously do not look at your order when speaking to you. Second, it finally showed up an hour after it was “confirmed” delivered. It was not the right bouquet or vase and when I emailed them they gave me a $4 refund? Why not just fix it and have the florist do it again especially for my anniversary...

    I ordered flowers at 1 pm for same day delivery. They did not deliver the flowers on the same day. I called to make the flower delivery for before 11 am the next day. I called at 10:30 and the florist did not answer. I called at 11 Am and the flowers still had not been delivered. The representatives said they were not sure why the flowers had not been delivered. It's frustrating when you're trying to surprise someone with something nice and it turns into a hassle. The representatives on the phone did not seem to have knowledge of how to help.     I ordered flowers the day before I needed them sent for a very special occasion. The flowers were never sent, the delivery was not attempted, the customer service lady informed me they tried but can't see why they weren't delivered (lie!), and the person was home all day so if a delivery was attempted they would have gotten there. No phone call received, they just took my money and no delivery. They say they will try tomorrow, so we will see, but it doesn't matter anymore. I am so angry these people are allowed to even sell or have a website... such frauds! These flowers could have easily been purchased through any of the local florists as this was for someone in a nice area in CA. No excuse for no delivery!!!

    On 8/9/2018 10:00 a.m. CST, I ordered deluxe floral arrangement for the funeral of a very dear close relative to be delivered on 8/11 a.m. On 8/9 in the afternoon, rec'd. an email advising the flowers had been delivered & I immediately called, speaking to Julian. She put me on hold, came back saying she had called the delivering florist & said the email was sent in error & flowers were scheduled for the 8/11 a.m. delivery-this was an absolute lie as the flowers never arrived for the funeral.     Tried to contact management but company does not allow any info. to contact anyone in charge. This was a additional catastrophic event for me and the family. How could they just 'not' process the order even after I called back & spoke to several people, they charged my card on 8/10, the day before the flowers were even suppose to be delivered, and then blatantly lied about everything they told me?? What kind of management does this company have?? I cannot recreate my sincere plan to honor my dear relative. The people that I spoke with had absolutely no compassion, empathy, or understanding for the additional trauma & sadness that they caused me... They absolutely don't even care.

    I placed an order on the morning of Wednesday August 22nd for a funeral being held at 10:30 AM on Monday August 27th. It would seem to me that would be plenty of time for a delivery seeing as they offer "same day delivery". My order was not delivered to the church for the services and I instead received a call 3 HOURS after the funeral stating that they could not be delivered because the funeral was too early. My question is, why could no one have told me this BEFORE the funeral? We would have been more than happy to make other arrangements for the delivery, either having them delivered at a different location or on a different day. I am VERY dissatisfied with my experience and will not recommend this company nor use this services again.

    I bought flowers for a special birthday and had them sent to her work. Only the order address got messed up even though I filled it out twice. It showed that it was supposed to be delivered to the sender’s address! Didn’t show up at either place so I called about it. They showed it delivered at 2 pm at my house. I told them I had need home all day. Then while I was on the phone with them, I got an email saying they’d been delivered at 5:30. Nope. No flowers. Called Amazon because I used Amazon Pay. I knew they would hold them accountable. They sent an email right away to the company. Finally at 7:30 that night the flowers arrived. Wrong vase and missing some flowers but at least they got there finally. Quite honestly I don’t think they would have if I hadn’t gotten Amazon involved.

    Never received the flowers for a funeral. My children ordered flowers for their grandfather’s funeral. The flowers never arrived. Later that day I received an email from them saying that they could not find a florist they could fill the request. I had to call just to make sure that they would refund my credit card. So short story my kids' grandfather died they sent spray of flowers. Which Were never delivered. I would never use this company again. I thought they were florist.     I should have read the reviews, but surely I did not or I would not purchase from this From You Flowers. The first time the flowers were not delivered on the day, and I found out that the florist car broke down. I accepted to be delivered the next day. The b-day flowers I order for today delivered was not again delivered. When I called at 5 PM the customer service Kerryanne showed no empathy and kept on saying my order would be delivered at 6 PM. Then I asked her to call the florist to check, and obviously, she put me on hold for 10 minutes until she decided to come back and tell me that she talked to the Florist. Yeah, obviously, she did not. Her tone and attitude were very unfriendly and cold, to say the least. But, then I think it must be horrible to work for a company that all you get are frustrated customers. Save your money, do not order any flowers from these people.

    I never leave a review. However, the experience with this company was so horrific I needed to warn other people. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT order flowers or anything from this company. So what should have been delivered the next day, turned out to be NEVER.

    I ordered a deluxe $50 bouquet for my friend’s 21st birthday because I moved away and wasn’t able to make it to celebrate with her TODAY. I paid for the same day guarantee (morning delivery before 12pm) and it came out to $76 total which I did not mind paying as my love for her is priceless. I wanted to surprise her and From You Flowers ruined everything.

    I called this morning because there had been no updates and it was almost noon. I checked again at 3pm and the delivery date had changed to Monday! I called customer service and the guy hung up on me after putting me on hold for the second time. The second lady I talked to got me a full refund, but it doesn’t change the fact that their email said, “We rescheduled to Monday so you don’t miss the occasion.” Well a birthday is only for one day so the occasion is definitely missed. Why pay almost $80 for a bouquet to be delivered late when I can just go pick out some flowers at a local florist in a week when I go down to see her for a late birthday dinner.     I have attempted to use FromYouFlowers twice this year for family funerals. Both times the flowers were either extremely late or did not arrive. The customer service team offers nothing other than an apology for the inconvenience. This past weekend, I ordered expedite flowers from my father for his brother's funeral. I was promised the flowers would arrive early Saturday morning hours before the viewing. At two pm in the afternoon, literally when I was in the car driving to the funeral home, I get an email (not a phone call but an email) telling me that the company is sorry but that the flowers cannot be delivered. So immediately I go online to see if I can find a local flower show to fulfill the order and I realize that all the flower shops in the area closed over 2 hours before I received this email.

    I call up FromYouFlowers to see what can be done and the only thing the company could offer was for me to pick another cheaper arrangement to be send to the family's home a week later. This is unacceptable. This is my uncle's funeral and you are telling me that there will not be no flowers because of this screw up. Not only am I livid about this situation but the fact that the customer service team was completely rude to me over the situation and took no opportunity to understand where I was coming from is insane to me. Additionally, the fact that no one at the company could let me know before the flower shops closed that these flower orders could not be fulfilled is ridiculous. DON'T use this company for funeral flowers unless you don't want the flowers to actually show up when requested.

    Ordered flowers for my mother's birthday, which is on August 23rd. I placed the order 3 days ahead of time. I couldn't wait for her to get them! I finally got a delivery confirmation in my email around 5PM that day. I called my mother to see how she liked the flowers. She said nothing had ever arrived, she even took a walk around the neighborhood to see if they were on someone else's porch. They were nowhere to be found. I called the company, in which they told me the florist was now closed. They stated they would "upgrade" me a size up for the inconvenience. She didn't get her flowers until the next day. She liked them, though I was not impressed, especially considering this was an "upgrade". But I could not be more DISAPPOINTED that she did not get them on her birthday.

    I ordered the large spray on stand for my cousin's funeral services in Maryland, not only did they arrive 20 minutes before the services ended, they arrived late containing only 7 flowers and a wrinkle ribbon and too small to fit the stand it came on. I never been so embarrassed in my life. When I call the company, they refunded me ALL of my money, yet it did not erase the memory of disappointment of my love one service...     I ordered a special set of flowers for my wife. I received an email stating that the flowers were delivered. I called my wife's work and of course they did not get them. I wrote an email asking why they said they were delivered when they were not. Their response, "thank you for ordering from us. We have received notification that the flowers were delivered at 5:15 pm. We hope you enjoy the order and do business with us again." First of all! It was 4:34 pm when they replied.     If I can rate this company with no star I would. Today marks the second time I’ve purchased flowers from them and have not delivered on time. It’s now after 6:00pm. The florist is probably closed and I still have not received them. I called customer service who tried reaching the florist and no one picked up. Duh. They are closed. Website I ordered from states residence deliveries are from 9am-6pm. That’s **. Still haven’t got them both times. The first time they delivered the next day after ** on the phone. The customer service line sucks. They wouldn’t give me a refund. They tried to offer me a future discount. I tried tracking my order online and it wasn’t even displayed to track, but when I called they can see I placed one. I will never buy or recommend this company to anyone.     I ordered a teddy bear/balloon combo from this company to be delivered to my girlfriend for her birthday and am profoundly disappointed with the results. For some reason, the gift package was delivered in a Kate Spade shopping bag - even though nothing in the gift came from Kate Spade. My girlfriend, who is a public elementary school teacher, received the gift during a staff meeting. Seeing the shopping bag, she and all of her co-workers naturally assumed that I had gotten her a designer purse for her birthday. Of course, I had not. Nor had I ever heard of a Kate Spade purse. But, believing that was the contents of the shopping bag, when she opened it in front of her friends to find the tiny bear, half-deflated balloon, and pitiful box of drugstore-grade chocolates inside, everyone erupted in laughter. She was humiliated.

    She called me, embarrassed and upset and I, not understanding the source of the confusion, became irate as well. This turned into a fight and she nearly ended up dumping me... BECAUSE of the gift I tried to give her from YOUR company. I don't understand how or why this delivery was placed inside a Kate Spade shopping bag, but this outcome is not acceptable. For $60, I was not expecting the highest grade product, but the quality of these items was exceptionally poor. I feel beyond cheated. I would have been better off not getting her anything than giving her something from Fromyouflowers.com. I am deeply dissatisfied.

    I purchased one dozen long stem roses to be sent to my client and paid extra for Saturday delivery. I follow the tracking number for Saturday and found that they deliver the flowers to the wrong address in a completely different town. When I called Customer Service and explained the importance of it being there on Saturday they told me it would cost me $60 to have it delivered as same-day service on Saturday. I explained that I did everything I was supposed to on my end and the ball was dropped on your end, and I need to be made whole – it was a time sensitive delivery that’s why I paid more. After an hour on the phone with the supervisor they said they might be able to get out there on Sunday but at the latest on Monday – completely missing the important occasion.

    I ordered a regular size spray that cost $8 less than the deluxe spray. They only show the deluxe size spray on their website. There is no way to see the regular size spray. The deluxe spray had about 50 flowers on it. There were 16 flowers on the regular size spray that was delivered to the funeral home. When I called to let them know, they want to give me a 10% discount. Next time I will order from ProFlowers.

    I ordered a flower delivery to a sick friend in the hospital. She in return sent me a picture of the flowers that don't resemble the ones I paid for. I ordered the premium bouquet at $61.     This is literally the first bad review I've ever left, but I was disappointed enough to create an account to do so. I ordered a same-day delivery gift basket for my friend on his birthday because we both live in different states. It was literally a small basket with a few packaged cookies and one balloon. At the order page, the total was around $35-40. At checkout, it suddenly jumped to $70 with the added fee for delivery and handling. There was a message that ensured delivery within 4 hours of ordering, so I went ahead and placed it. They sent me an email later that day to let me know that the delivery could not be made.

    I called them and was told that delivery would be attempted again the next day and that they would upgrade the gift basket. She specifically stated that delivery would be made before 10am. I called again the morning of after 11am and inquired about the order, was put on hold for 10 minutes, and then told that the gift basket I had purchased was not available for the recipient's area. What?? What the hell did I order, then? Why tell me that they would attempt delivery a second time, if the 'gift basket' did not exist the first time? She insisted on changing the gift basket to a floral arrangement of the same value but I canceled it instead after being lied to. Extremely disappointed.     Just tried to place a order for my anniversary for tomorrow delivery. When I went to check out price jumped up with delivery charge of 15.00. But then have a click tab to say sign up and save with free shipping which navigated me to another website for free shipping. Had to start a trial of 14 days to get it. She gave me other ideas I could send but looking at the arrangements are ugly. I asked her where is the customer service and she began to tell me pick out an arrangement and SEE WHAT THEY CAN DO. I mean really. First tell me what you can do. Seriously no customer service at all. I wouldn't even trust them to get delivered tomorrow. Like I said horrible customer service... STAY AWAY! I normally don't write reviews but lack of problem solving and don't give a crap attitude is why I am writing this. I will go to another site and give them my money.

    I just sent some flowers today, 08/14/2018, to my wife for our anniversary. It's VERY DISAPPOINTING to see what was shown in the picture was NOT what was delivered. It had only two roses & a bunch of ugly white looking flowers. It wasn't colorful at all as I expected & was displayed on their website. Refrain from using them unless you wanted to be disappointed as me. I will never order from them again. I feel they scammed me.

    I have NEVER sent such a terrible company with such horrible service. No promise - and there were several - followed through on. They are great on taking your money immediately then you must wait 3 to 5 days for a refund on an order they could not deliver on to begin with. The funeral visitation was missed, then when they apologized by insisting they would send complimentary flowers to the service THAT DIDN’T happen EITHER. Beware and stay away!

    I ordered a peace lily floor plant for a funeral to be delivered the next day. Credit card was charged. Next day received a phone message that the fromyouflowers.com didn't have any peace lilies. All other websites did. They wanted to pick out their own vase of flowers without me seeing it and send it a day late. Couldn't get a supervisor to talk to me. Said they would call me back and they never did. Very indifferent about it and couldn't care less about the inconvenience to me. Canceling my account with them. Please do not use this on-line florist... you will be disappointed.

    I ordered a get well basket and get well balloon for same day delivery. After asking and figuring out the basket ordered was not delivered by that evening I called, but was assured it was on its way. Later I called again and was told I'd get a call back shortly, that never happened. The next morning I was told it would be there by noon but by 2 pm it was still not there. I called again and spoke to a supervisor who offered me a discount hence 2 stars instead of 1. The delivery was made about an two hours later.

    My mother was on a vacation for her 51st birthday and I wanted to surprise her with her favorite flowers (Sunflowers). I found a great bouquet and was happy with the discount ($10 coupon). I was happy to see that next day delivery was possible and began to place the order. 1st red flag: When it came time to pay I saw there were additional charges that were not advised to me initially and it took my total from $40 to $70 but I went with it because I was in a rush and completed the purchase. 2nd red flag: I could not locate any additional information about where the flowers were coming from and how they would be delivered. I searched all over the website. I wish I would have searched reviews!! I call the resort and have them prepare to receive the beautiful bouquet of Sunflowers and place them in my mothers room.

    To my shock and embarrassment there were no beautifully bloomed sunflowers in a vase waiting for my mother in her room. Instead there was a box and when opened there were 9 sad sunflowers (and no vase). My mom had to put the sad flowers in her hotel ice bucket. *See pictures. One is as advertised and one is what was received* SMH. I called the company about this to rectify it and was told the next possible delivery wasn't until 4 days later and that is all they could do. I requested they contact a local florist to get something closer to wait I paid $70 for and have it delivered in time for my mother's birthday but that is not something they do apparently. After 20 minutes, I requested a refund and vowed to never use their company. I contacted a local florist. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

    I ordered a simple arrangement of flowers since I just found out about my friend's loss. The whole point of this company is 'same day' delivery. I was told that my order would be delivered the next day because I had missed the time window. Well, it wasn't delivered the next day either because I was told that they were out of irises and roses. The customer service agent who called me wasn't articulate and I had trouble understanding her. The substitution flowers were not adequate either. So apparently the order will be delivered on Monday while no one is home. I'm leary that my friend will receive a crap arrangement which in turn will make her feel worse. I should have paid more with another company to have the peace of mind that the delivery would happen as expected and be just as beautiful as advertised.

    My daughter ordered flowers for my birthday. Apparently, the original flowers were delivered to the wrong address. When the company became aware of that, they sent me a $20 bouquet. My daughter paid $80. The company is a rip-off. They are hoping people will think they are part of 1800FLOWERS. They apparently are based in India. Scammers! Beware of this company.

    PLEASE READ!! I wish I had read the reviews before even considering to use this company. According to my order receipt, the flowers were supposed to be delivered by 6PM August 3. August 3, 2018 6PM: No flowers. 6:30PM: No flowers. 7PM: No flowers. I checked the status online and it said "scheduled to deliver." I called the customer service. They put me on hold to contact the flower shop. Came back on the line and said the shop is closed now. "So where are my flowers?" They said to give it a few more minutes--it might be delayed with traffic. Okay we are one hour late but I'll wait.

    8PM: No flowers. I called them again. "Where are my flowers?" Again, they called the flower shop. I told the agent not to even bother because they are already closed. Still he called. No answer (Of course!). He came back on the line and told me to wait until the end of the day. Ummmmm...it was already 8PM, sooo until when do I have to wait to reach "the end of the day?" He said he has to make some calls and call me back.

    9PM: No flowers. No callback. So I called them and cancelled the whole order and asked for a full refund. This agent processed it right away and apologized. Got an email right away saying that the refund will be made within 3 business days. I was livid after going through this whole emotional rollercoaster ride the whole evening, but okay I kept it under control. Went to bed.

    August 4, 2018 10AM: No flowers. Received an email from the company saying that the flowers were delivered as of August 3rd. Ummm...NO! I was so confused I called them AGAIN to ask what's going on because I had cancelled my order as of 9PM last night and now they're saying it was delivered. The agent said they were left on the porch at 4:45PM on August 3rd. I texted my friend (the recipient) just to make sure the flowers were on the porch as of August 4th morning. NOPE! NOTHING. NO FLOWERS.

    So here is the breakdown: Pros: Good customer service. No wait time to speak to a customer service agent and everyone I spoke to was very polite and apologetic. Cons: EVERYTHING ELSE! IF...IF I ever received those flowers by some miracle, I would like to burn them and send the CEO of the company the ashes. Even with the full refund (I have to wait until Wednesday to receive it...so here I am crossing my fingers), it's NOT WORTH YOUR TIME, YOUR ENERGY, YOUR EMOTIONAL WELL BEING. Please do yourself a favor and do not use this no flowers company!

    I wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering. Overall, very disappointing in terms of timely service and quality of product. Recently experienced some medical issues. Wanted to send my wife a small token of my gratitude and appreciation for all that she's done. Purchased the highest quality arrangement, I.e., good, better, best. Went online and ordered from fromyouflowers.com. It was important that the flowers be delivered before 12 noon so I willingly paid the up charge for expedited delivery as well as the up charge for next day delivery.

    Total order: $90 (It will be interesting to see if there is $70 worth of value). 12:00 PM: No flowers. 12:30 PM: No flowers. 12:35 PM: Called 800# Was able to speak to a human In very short order. Explained the situation and he put me on hold for a reasonable 3-5 minutes while he called the local florist. He came back on the line and confirmed that he had spoken with the florist, who apologized for the delay and assured me that the delivery person had left the shop and I should have the flowers shortly.

    I asked that I receive a credit for the upcharge and he assured me that he would take care of it. 2:35 PM: Called the 800# again and spoke with a different person (equally as polite). Went through the identical process as the previous call and received pretty much the same explanation. Asked the representative to confirm that the "upcharge" for the early delivery was credited. It turns out that it was not credited and when I asked why, the answer was "He must've forgotten to do it". I asked to stay on the line while she issued the credit and send me an email confirmation, which she did (It was only $5 but now were dealing with principal).

    She tried to explain to me that I was assured of delivery before 6 PM and I tried to explain to her that it should've been delivered by 12 noon. Needless to say, this part of the conversation didn't go anywhere. I asked for the name of the local florist and was told that it was company policy that the name of the local florist not be disclosed (understandably). Lastly, to try and make things right, she emailed a $20 credit towards my next purchase (Anyone want/need a $20 credit?). 3:10 PM: tick... tick... tick. 3:15 PM: Flowers finally arrived. Would rate the value as being exceptionally marginal and barely acceptable.

    I ordered flowers on Tuesday for my aunt's funeral on Fri at 3pm. They guarantee next day delivery... this was 3 days later so I thought def be there in time... Friday comes and it's 2:30 no flowers. 3pm, 3:30, 4 finally 4:30. I call customer service. The website kept saying delivery scheduled. Needless to say flowers never came. They said the florist accepted the order but never made it. They would be able to deliver tomorrow to the family's house, why the heck would I want that?? I got a full refund and a $20 gift card. Happy about the refund but could give a crap about the gift card because I will never order from them again! They should have still made my flowers and attempted to get them to the service. It wasn't until 6pm and there are literally 3 florists in my town all very close to the funeral parlor. I do not recommend these people and I will not ever be ordering from them again.

    I ordered flowers because they were advertised to be same day delivery within 4 hours. The receipt I was sending them to was only at her location for about 5 hours before leaving out of town. I placed the order and immediately following I had a customer service person call the florist to make sure the 4 hour window was valid. I was advised they would be delivered within 4 hours. After about 3 1/2 I called again and asked the status because the recipient would be leaving in about an hour and the whole point of these were for her to enjoy them for a little while before she left. I was told they were en route and should arrive any minute. Finally at about the 5th hour I found the recipient had left and no flowers still. So I simply call customer service back and request a refund.

    To my surprise the company had no issue with the payment method I used to pay them for these flowers but now they want to give me a hard time giving me a refund because the card is in my husband’s name. I informed them I am an authorized user on the account but the supervisor Jordan didn't seem to really care. He unfortunately made me feel like this is the only way the company can make money is by arguing over a $60 refund because they have vendors not holding up to their delivery promises. After seeing how many complaints this company gets I am not surprised by their behavior.

    I ordered flowers for my aunt's funeral on Wednesday to be delivered Friday before 5 pm. The flowers didn’t arrive until 7:30 pm. The company From You Flowers was very rude when I called customer service. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was hung up on. I called back and was told I couldn’t speak to a supervisor and that the flowers was returned because nobody was at the house. Now that was a lie! The driver never came to the house at all. When he did show up at 7:30 pm he was very rude to my grieving family. I will never use this company again. People please beware of this company. They are really terrible.

    I spoke with someone on 7/26/18 who said they guarantee the delivery of my funeral floral arrangement to Leaks Funeral Home on Cottage Grove in Chicago before the wake of G. ** 7/27/18. She went on to say they deliver an hour before the wake and verbally assured me that they would arrive between 9am and 9:30am. Since this was the only flowers been sent from my family, I asked several times "Will it arrive before the wake", each time I was told "We guarantee delivery before the wake." I placed the order around 8 or 9pm July 26th for delivery the next day after being reassured that everything would be taken care of. Called the funeral home at 9:30am July 27th was told me nothing had been delivered.

    Called customer service to find out if the flowers were on the way only to be told that my order was placed too late for delivery at 9am. I told the rep... No one said anything about it being too late. They kept telling me "We guarantee delivery before the wake." This is the worst flower delivery experience I've had and the saddest. Reps should give honest full disclosure of what can and cannot be delivered and not have grieving family members waiting for flowers to arrive -- that in fact won't. I would not recommend this company to anyone. This experience was very stressful and a total disappointment. Fromyouflowers.com needs to train their sales staff not to misplace the facts... People are vulnerable during funerals and trust vendors/businesses to do the right thing for them. Fromyouflowers.com failed!!!

    Ordered flowers to be delivered next day. They ran my credit card and called back at 2:58 P.M. to verify payment info. Called back after 3. They verified info and said delivery couldn't be made till 5 days later unless I wanted to pay 6.99 more for Sat delivery. No one could help and I said, "Well just cancel the order." and the lady already ran my credit card!!! How do you call to verify payment info to make sure it is the correct person before processing a transaction but you already processed the transaction???!!!

    I said, "Since it is processed you should be able to deliver the flowers since it was processed an hour before the cut off time which is 3 p.m." and they kept on and on with, "UNFORTUNATELY SIR WE CANNOT SEND THEM OUT TOM. DELIVERY CAN BE MADE ON TUES!!! Asked for a refund and now I gotta wait 1-3 business days to get back a payment that should never been processed!!! If there were no stars they would get them!!!     Ordered flowers to send to my girlfriend in California (I live in NC) back in May without any issues. Placed an order last night for flowers (To the same name and location) and received a missed call from the company stating the order was on hold and to contact them. Called and spoke to someone that transferred me to their "finance" department who asked me all of the normal verification questions but was then told that the "bank" would have to fax them card verification (And I explained that there was no bank attached to my card but whatever).

    Called Amex and he called them via 3 way conference to try to get the issue resolved. Was transferred again (only waited about 10 minutes this time) to the finance department and the lady there began to rudely overtalk me and the gentleman on the phone stating that she could not speak to me with a third party on the phone (which is complete ridiculousness) and promptly hung up on us. I called back to cancel the order but was told it will automatically cancel within 48 hours so we'll see about that. I rarely leave reviews but this was the definition of ridiculousness and poor customer service.

    This is the worst experience I have ever had sending flowers. FROMYOUFLOWERS IS TOTALLY UNRELIABLE AND HAS CAUSED OUR FAMILY EMOTIONAL DISTRESS.     If I could give this company a zero I would. First they never delivered the flowers I ordered to the funeral home. After countless times of talking with representatives they finally agreed to send to my loved ones home. So embarrassed that my flowers never made it. Then they tried to lie and say they were delivered. And to top that off after all this, I spent $80 and the flowers were so small. Nothing like the photo. I ordered the biggest one.     My dearest friend had to bury her daughter today. Two days ago I ordered a casket spray and a floral arrangement to go beside the casket. The funeral was at 2 pm today. I paid for expedited services to ensure delivery by 12 pm. At 1 pm, I called the online service through which I ordered the arrangements. I was told that the flowers were in the truck and were assured the flowers would be there before the service. At 1:45 pm, I called the service again and were told the local florist was not answering their phone to give an update. I asked that they try calling the florist again, but instead of doing this... the customer service rep hung up on me.

    The service started on time at 2 pm without any flowers to honor our loved one except for a small bouquet that I had gotten from Harris Teeter to put beside a basket of candles. -- When the casket spray arrived after the funeral service, the tag on the arrangement had 12 pm handwritten in bold colored letters. The casket spray that arrived was not the same color scheme as ordered. And, during the 1:45 pm call, I was told that the second arrangement would not be arriving. I ordered $800 of flowers on Saturday at 4 pm for a Monday at 12 pm delivery.

    A phone call Monday by noon would have helped me execute a backup plan. But, instead, I received an email 2.5 hrs after the service that your company had been unsuccessful locating a florist able to complete delivery in time for the funeral services. There is no excuse for this. Flowers provide a way to convey feelings during such a tragic event. It is not okay that we're not able to show our love and share our condolences.

    I will never order from this company again. I placed an order on Friday for same day service and paid the additional fees to have the order delivered. Since it was coming to a place of business the order should have arrived by 5:00pm. Well, the 5 o'clock hour came and went and no order was seen. I called their customer service and was given a discount and a coupon of $10 to have my order rescheduled for Monday. I agreed to this only if my order would be delivered Monday morning as this birthday gift would have passed at this point. Monday morning came and went and again still no deliver.

    I contact customer service and was informed that the florist stated the customer service representative would have to call back. I refused to hang up the line until she was able to get a hold of someone to inform me of when my order would be delivered. This is a waste of time, money and energy. If you are wanting to surprise someone or buy anyone a gift that may be time sensitive in nature. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This company gets 0 stars, but because this website requires a star I had to give them one star.

    Wanted to surprise my sister on her 40th birthday with a large floral arrangement. The flowers were never delivered and when I called the company 2 days after they were supposed to arrive they offered me a ten dollar coupon and 10% refund, and rescheduled the flowers to be delivered the next day. I thought I should get refunded at least 50% because they weren't delivered on the specified day and I had to call back to even get them to delivered at all. The most that would be offered was 30% so I cancelled the order to get a full refund. Very disappointed.

    I am very disappointed. I specifically paid for same day delivery and paid the expedited fee so the flowers would be to my sister before 1 pm. No communication on their end and terrible customer service when I called to ask where they were.     I ordered same day delivery to a friend who lives out of state. What she received & what I ordered were 2 very different items. I contacted the company upon which they immediately replied and gave me a small refund. ($9.00). I replied that although I appreciated their “generosity “, I had spent over $50 & this was not satisfactory. To their credit, they did offer to re-deliver. I hesitated as I did not want to use the same florist. But as I had already had spent $40 (after refund) & they didn’t offer me a credit, I agreed.

    The 2nd delivery WAS an improvement, but again, nothing like what was advertised on the company’s website. To be fair, after the 2nd delivery, they did offer me a $15 dollar credit bringing me close to 1/2 of what I originally spent. But only after much going back & forth. I wish I had just contacted a local florist to avoid this middleman mess.

The flowers were not delivered and fromyouflowers.com claimed they called the hospital twice and a room was not assigned. REALLY? Following surgery my relative was wheeled to the parking lot or coffee shop? No room assignment? They didn't contact me at all. Bad service, no delivery, no contact... No more business from me!     A friend ordered flowers online https://www.fromyouflowers.com. They choose this local florist shop (Mary Lu Fresh flowers). The guy that delivered the flowers. When no one answered the door to accept the flowers, he tried to open the front door, he then proceeded to open the open the side gate and went to the backyard. We caught him on camera looking around the yard and tried to open the sliding door. A neighbor car alarm went off and startled him, he walked fast back to the front, left the flower in front and drove off. Confronted the florist owner. At 1st, she was asking to describe the guy and his car and denied it was her employee. Told her we have him on camera. Not acceptable actions.

    I ordered from here 2 weeks in advance for what I wanted. I paid the EXTRA $5 for expedited service to get there before 12 so my flowers could be sent before my mother in law left work on her birthday. Well it was already 2:00 and the flowers still hadn't arrived and she leaves work at 3:00. If I knew they didn't commit to expedited delivery I would of just sent them to her home. But instead I got flowers sent to someone that was no longer at work. I am very disappointed with the service. I did receive a refund of my $5, but it was a complete waste of money to get flowers from this place at all because my flowers were delivered to someone that wasn't there to receive them. I will not be ordering from here again and I recommend you don't waste your time with the place as well.

    I ordered flowers on July 7th. It said same day delivery as of July 12th. They have never been received. I emailed and called. They continued to lie to me about it being delivered. They never contacted me until I emailed them. I called still. They kept saying they couldn’t deliver to a ICU. The hospital will accept them and give to family, they had the person's contact number to ask about delivery but never called them. They don't want to issue a refund but I am fighting that. Never buy from this place.

    I ordered a plant arrangement in a nice ceramic pot and paid extra charge for early delivery, instructed before 12 pm. The delivery did not made before 12 but rather it was about 4 pm. But worst they deliver wrong product, not what I paid. I have attached photos what I ordered and whats being delivered. The actual plant arrangements delivered was in a basket cheaper than what I paid. See the difference of the attached photos.

    My husband order me a Say it with love bundle. It was 3 days late. Our anniversary was the 7 of July not the 10 and the bundle was more like it said I hate you bundle. I will upload a photo of what I was suppose to get and what I got. I would of gave them no star but the chocolate was good but not 123.88 good. Never again. I could of made my own bundle and went to dinner for that price???

    After 1 week of an "overnight rushed order of flowers" my girlfriend never received them. I called the company and asked for a full refund! They kept sending emails saying they will be delivered on certain days and still no flowers! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION AND LETDOWN.

    I ordered a bouquet of flowers at 8:45am and paid for express delivery. Before completing the order I ensured that all information was correct because it was supposed to be a surprise. However, they printed the wrong information and when they attempted the delivery they called me and told me that no one by that name works there. This is BS because my wife has been there for the past 4 years, so that tells me that they didn't attempt to deliver them at all. So now the flowers will be delivered "later today" according to customer service. I am very very unhappy and this is the first and last time that I use this company.

    We ordered flowers for our daughter in law. We paid over 60.00 for a sunflower bouquet. When we saw the picture of what she got it was not even close to being what was pictured! Not only that they turned brown faster than any supermarket flowers! We emailed the company our complaint and a photo of what she received and they didn't have the decency to even respond! Never again.

    I have used From You Flowers in the past with generally good outcomes. My mother was diagnosed with cancer today, so I placed an order for same day delivery flowers to let her know I was thinking about her. I selected a florist designed arrangement, and, in the past, I have contacted their customer service email address to submit particular requests, which have always been passed along to the florist. This time, however, I received a generic response saying that they trust their florists to create a nice arrangement.

    About an hour later, I received a phone call from them, which I missed. There was no message, so I checked my email and logged on to check the order status, which looked to be in order. I called in, and they said that due to my special request, they could not deliver the flowers today. However, the email I received in response made it seem like they weren't going to pay attention to the special request, so I don't see why that would have delayed my delivery.

    I told the agent on the line that if they weren't going to be able to deliver the flowers today, I'd rather receive a refund as I particularly wanted them to arrive the same day she received her diagnosis. The agent kept offering me discounts and upgrades if I would accept the delivery tomorrow. I kept repeating that I wanted to cancel the order. Even after I explained the situation (and started crying on the phone as I did!), she said that she thought my mom would still appreciate the flowers tomorrow. Maybe that is so, but at this time the same day delivery aspect was very important to me and I don't think that is the correct way to treat a customer whose family has received very serious news. I urge FromYouFlowers to improve their customer service and reliability of same day delivery in the future.

    My husband sent me a dozen red roses for our 23 wedding anniversary, they showed up wrapped in paper. No water or refrigeration, instead of a dozen roses they sent 9 and added carnations! When my husband saw what was delivered he was not happy at all and I must say I was somewhat disappointed since he does not send flowers often. Supermarket roses are prettier than what was delivered and half the price. When he called they offered him a 20% discount! Are you kidding? Again most florist would redeliver or not charge. Save your money. They advertise 100% guarantee but it's not and sadly special occasions you do not get do overs!

    I ordered a birthday balloon arrangement from Fromyouflowers.com for my son's birthday. I placed the order on Saturday June 29 about 11:00 am. I received confirmation of order for delivery on Saturday June 30. Arrangement was never received Saturday or Sunday and I never received any communication that there was a delay. I called customer service Monday, and they checked with florist. They had no reason for the delay, but said item was probably out for delivery.

    Fromyouflowers told me it was too late to cancel order, but refunded $9.50. Item was finally delivered on Monday about 5 pm. I am sorry I didn't check with this site first. I will never use them again.

    I ordered a large arrangement of flowers late Saturday night to be delivered the next day, paying two additional fees to ensure it would be delivered on time (as it was guaranteed). The next day, I received an e-mail telling me my delivery had been delayed a day. This was an issue, because the person who I was having the arrangement delivered to works during the day Monday, and only Sunday delivery would have worked. I called them and told them that since it was delayed a day, the flowers either had to be delivered after 6 p.m. on Monday or during the next weekend. They told me over the phone that they left a note with the florist making sure the flowers would be delivered after 6. Also, they told me if she wasn't home they would bring the flowers back to the shop to be picked up after I specified they can't be left outside.

    Monday rolls around, and I get an e-mail telling me the flowers were delivered around 3 p.m. I knew that it wasn't possible they were delivered successfully, and if they were left out front, they got stolen (Self-evidently rough part of town. No excuse for the florist). To be sure, I asked the woman who I bought them for if she received them, and she didn't - effectively ruining the surprise of the gift and making myself look like an **. They left the flowers and vase out front on a busy downtown street. Do not give these people your business. To their credit, they gave me a full refund, but they still wasted my time. They're barely above the level of scammers with how many lies and false promises I was given. What I learned - contact your local florist directly. I'm shocked this website is still in business, and I'm almost inspired to start my own online business, seeing how complete incompetence is not a barrier to success.

    Can I give minus stars? Horrible! I was PROMISED the flowers would arrive for my Aunt’s funeral by 10:00 AM. The buffoons sent info to the local florist for a 10:00 PM delivery! Then when confronted after the flowers missed the funeral, they started the blame game! They will not let you contact the florist directly but because it was a small town, we were able to find the actual florist. We have documented proof of the mistakes sent to the florist. We then took control of the situation and directed the florist to deliver to the reception since the funeral was OVER! If we didn’t get involved, it would have been a bigger cluster than it was. Do yourself a favor and find a RESPONSIBLE COMPANY who can perform and keep promises made. These people are completely inept. BTW... they offered us a meager discount when they completely failed. Our rating: -3 stars!

    They promote free shipping but they charge a "service fee" that I didn't even see until I got the email receipt. Very shady. I will never use them again! I'm going straight to the local floral shop. Also, their Google reviews look false and I can't figure out how to review them on that platform.

    Please look at the pictures and then ask me why I'm in shock. $78.96 For this!!! It doesn't even kind of resemble what was supposed to be delivered. I am waiting to see if they respond to my email for a FULL REFUND! This is embarrassing and I can't even give this to the person it was intended for. WHAT A SCAM.

    I’m only leaving a review because I paid extra to have an arrangement sent to my mother that varied only slightly from the picture. The picture is night and day difference from the terrible bouquet she received. I’m so disappointed in the arrangement. I will never use this company again. And whoever the florist was that did the bouquet should be ashamed of themselves. I would suggest not wasting your money with this company. Teleflora was 300% better and worth the money.

    Ordered a plant Friday morning and paid extra for same day delivery. Friday evening at 7 pm I receive a call saying they couldn't deliver it today so they would be refunding my same-day delivery charge, an additional 20% off and promised to deliver it Saturday. Saturday evening comes and I receive an email stating that it has been delivered. I spoke to the recipient Sunday morning and they couldn't find the plant anywhere and even checked with neighbors. I call and they give me the same story and offer me another 10% off. At this point, I was done so I canceled the order. Upon telling their customer service lady that I wanted to cancel, her whole attitude changed and she was very unprofessional. All in all, I should have done some research on this company before placing an order as my story seems very common among others. Never again.

    This was my first time using this company. I purchased an arrangement for my father's funeral service. I even requested that it be delivered a day earlier just to make sure there were no mistakes. I order the flowers, received confirmation, money was deducted from my checking account. And I received an email that the flower had been delivered. When I arrived at the service I didn't see the flower. Something was telling me not to confront the funeral home but to wait and call the florist. The customer service rep checked and found out that there had been a problem and the arrangement had not been sent. They offered a thirty percent refund and another plant. Unfortunately, that was the last day for the service. They did refund my money. If they knew there was a problem why didn't they contact me? I just wanted to put another beautiful flower next to my dad. Never will I use them nor recommend them to anyone.

    FromYouFlowers.com charged a premium to deliver the gift I ordered same-day... No problem with that, though their charge was pretty pricey. They offered an extra charge to ensure delivery before noon, which I paid because the recipient was going to be away from 2pm onward (for the whole day and following weekend.) The gift didn't show up until 5pm and naturally the recipient was long gone. They still haven't responded to requests to remove the charge (both email and phone) with a "we're looking into it" placation.

    I ordered a floral arrangement for a co-worker that was leaving on Wednesday June 19 to be delivered to her job on June 20. The site guaranteed same day delivery between the hours of 9-5. The arrangement was not delivered. I called customer service after 5 pm June 20th and they apologized and stated they would send the arrangement to her house since the office closed at 5 pm and it was already after 5. They also offered 30% refund on the order and guaranteed the arrangement would be delivered to her home the following day. It's now Thursday after 6 pm and she still have not received the arrangement. I called customer service again and they apologized and said they would deliver them Friday. I canceled the order and requested a refund. I will never use this company again.

    I ordered a premium bouquet of the European floral for my sister's birthday. Although the bouquet appeared to be a standard and not premium size when delivered, the bouquet was beautifully arranged and arrived within the expedited timeframe and I was impressed. Considering, after I placed this $70 order for a premium bouquet and needed it delivered within a four-hour time frame, I read several negative reviews and became extremely skeptical. I feared that my sister's flowers might not arrive on time, but they did! This was all that I truly wanted was for her flowers to be delivered to her at work. She loved the arrangement and was very surprised and pleased. I am appreciative that I had such a positive experience with this company and I would definitely order again in the future.
