    This flower delivery system is the worst on planet Earth. They delivered a sad looking funeral arrangement instead of a cute baby blue arrangement I had picked from their website. Customer service was terrible and only refuted me $10 and I had paid $60 for this miserable looking arrangement they delivered. I was so embarrassed when I learned what was sent instead. Their excuse was that they did not have similar looking arrangement. My answers to them is this: Then don't advertise! This is a fraudulent site with no professional staff or customer service. Stay away at all cost. I wish I could give them a subzero rating! They are horrible!

    I wish I had read these reviews prior to using this company. Don't order flowers from here. In my experience the flowers arrived 2 days late (for a special surprise) and were dead or dying when delivered.

    I tried to place an order for flowers that their site said were available for same-day delivery, but I needed them delivered tomorrow (Jan 25, not Valentines Day or any other holiday). She claimed they couldn’t deliver them at any time tomorrow, even though their site said they could. I called twice and both times spoke to women who barely knew English, so it’s anyone’s guess where these scammers live and work.

    I ordered a wreath of flowers for my sister's funeral. Since it is a morning funeral, I requested it be delivered the day before. Well it got there two days early, which means the flowers will be wilted and unusable the day of the funeral. I also requested a "sister" banner which was nowhere on the wreath. I will never use them again and will make sure that none of my friends do either.

    First you have to understand that this company is just a middle man. Your arrangements will come from a local florist. If the flowers suck it's on the part of the florist. It's up to them to decide how much the flowers are worth at the time of the order. Honestly, you're better off taking a few minutes to search for florists in the area you want them delivered and just calling them yourself. They will take your order over the phone and you can use your CC. If you need to use PayPal that won't work. From other reviews it appears delivery can go can be hit or miss, especially for same day delivery which they really push. But if FYF doesn't get the info the local florist on time, problems will arise.

    My own experience started in early December, 2018 when I tried to place an order for my new daughter-in-law's birthday which was on a Sunday. They said they could do that if I paid extra, which I thought was fine. I thought the price for the flowers was very reasonable and I didn't mind paying the little extra. This was the order: Peppermint Bouquet $34.99, Expedited Fee $4.99, Same Day/Weekend Fee $2.99, Sales Tax $3.44, Order Total $46.41.

    A few hours later I received an email saying my order couldn't be delivered until Monday, but they gave me the option of canceling my order, which I did, and my CC was never charged. This morning (Thursday- 1/24/19) I tried calling one of two of the local florist in the area where I needed to send an arrangement for a funeral on Saturday (1/26/19). One business is out-of-business and the other I just kept getting their voice mail, so I decided to try FYF again. I ordered a basket of live plants with a few lilies added. I had to pay extra to make sure it was delivered before noon, as the services are just the one day, Noon-3pm. That order was: Classic Dish Garden $34.99, Expedited Fee $4.99, Order Total $39.98.

    At this point I'm happy with the order and the cost. Now I'm just holding my breath they are delivered on time. I contacted my niece who will be at the funeral and she will be on the lookout for the arrangement. But here is where I got really upset. Moments after I placed my order I got an email saying I earned a $12.19 credit if I ordered before the offer expired (which just said "soon"). I thought I'd have a look and maybe order flowers for my hubby for Valentine's Day. I click on the link in the email and it took me to the site where they showed me flowers with the prices discounted by $12.19. I quickly found a cute little arrangement ("Pretty Please") priced at $17.80. I thought that would be perfect, and how can you beat $17.80, right?

    I fill out all the details and go to my cart: "Your discount has been applied. You Saved: $12.19. Order Subtotal: $17.80." Then I go to check out with my CC and review my order. It now says, "Pretty Please $29.99, Service/Handling: 14.99 FREE, Free Standard Shipping, Sales Tax: $2.10." I was confused, so I called customer service. I spoke to a very pleasant and helpful woman, and asked her why the cost of the flowers jumped back to $29.99. She asked for the code for the offer which I gave her and she mumbled around for a few minutes but really couldn't give me an answer as to why the increase.

    I decided to try placing the order again just to see what happens. It was the same as before, so I called customer service again to try to get a better explanation. I was told I couldn't use 2 discounts at the same time. Ok, that's a pretty standard business practice, but my point is I'm a "MEMBER" of FYF and as such I should receive free shipping, which they say saves you $14.99. I was transferred to a manager who again was very pleasant and helpful. He told me the same thing about not using 2 discounts at a time. I just think it's very misleading. The whole purpose of being a "member" is to receive free shipping, and I feel that should be regardless of whether you're purchasing at full price or with a discount. They took my complaint and apologized that I was unhappy with the situation, so that's where it ends.

    When I tried to order a $23.99 arrangement that the webpage said could be delivered, after putting in the zip code for St. Augustine, Florida, a red banner popped up that said there was minimum purchase of $39.99 required to send to this zip code. Nowhere on the original page or the product item page did it have any such disclaimers.

    I called, spoke to a customer service representative, then a supervisor who both apologized, but said that for that area there were high end florists that required a minimum purchase, whether it was same day delivery or not. This was like a bait and switch and I'm sorry I wasted my time. The company should have that information noted on the main page because I'm sure that "rule" applies to more than just St. Augustine, FL, locations.

    I ordered flowers for my sister's 50th birthday. I was called two days before delivery (on a Sunday at 8:30 am) to say the flowers I ordered were not available and was on the phone for over an hour to find an acceptable substitution. Then, on the day of delivery, I received an email from them saying the flowers were delivered, but the next morning I received another email saying "Sorry, but we did not deliver the order and will try again." I called the Customer Service and asked what was going on. They said they weren't delivered and won't be delivered until the following day (TWO DAYS after the scheduled date of her birthday).

    I told them this was unacceptable and they offered me a gift certificate on future order but told them I would never be using them again. She offered a full credit and no flowers, but I needed something at this point. She said they would refund me the shipping and partial amount of the order. So, now it is two days after her birthday and still NOTHING has been delivered. I found them on the United Airlines Mileage Plus partners and have already notified them of this. DO NOT USE this company! Horrible experience.

    I placed an order at 7:30 am online (1/23/2019) for a flower delivery to be sent to my daughter for her 24th birthday. Delivery was being sent to her job as a surprise (it's something she always wanted). I paid extra for expedited services to be delivered by 12 pm (my daughter leaves work at 4 pm), and guess what? At 4:10 pm no delivery was made. I called and advised them I want a full refund of my $59.00 dollars, they attempted to offer a 20% discount, of course I said no. I want a full refund. I am beyond upset, my daughter wanted something so simple and I could not make it happen for her because of the horrible services.

    I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my daughter in celebration of an event. I was so mad when she showed me a picture of what she received. It look nothing like what I had purchased. The grand total was over $57 and it looked like a bouquet I could buy in the grocery store. There were no roses and only about 1/3 of the flowers that were supposed to be in the bouquet. I called the company and they put me on hold and called the florist and said that is what the money value was that they sent. They gave me a 30% credit and I will never use this company again. Buyer beware! Very disappointed.

    I ordered flowers that were guaranteed same day delivery. They accepted my order and charged me a surcharge for the delivery - a 35 dollar bouquet cost 20 to have delivered same day. Fine, no problem. Flowers did not arrive. Charge went through anyhow. Had to call and spend 30 minutes on the phone getting a refund. They offered me an upgrade to have the flowers delivered the next day instead of refund and then had to talk to "the manager" to get a refund.

    I ordered flowers for my friend for her birthday from a beautiful arrangement online. While I was completely satisfied with the prompt and timely delivery, I was rather unhappy with the delivery itself. My friend sent me a picture of her arrangement to say thank you and there were a few things I wasn't satisfied with: 1. The reason I chose my arrangement was because of the burlap Mason jar -her flowers did not come with the Mason jar. 2. The daisies- there were few gerbera daisies in her arrangement. 3. The berries -there were holiday berries in the arrangement despite not being advertised on the website. 4. The card- I ordered a "happy birthday" card and delivered to her was a "thinking of you" card.

    The website says they will refund or redeliver if you're not 100% satisfied. I quoted this to the customer service rep (who was very polite) and all she did was apologize and increase the refund from 20% to 30% of the order total. No redelivery, no refund, just a partial refund and many apologies for the shop being out of the flowers. This was quite a disappointment for me to have a wonderful friend not receive the flowers she deserved nor great compensation for my dissatisfaction.

    Ordered and paid for same-day delivery for a last minute anniversary gift. About 40 minutes after placing the order I received an email saying that it would be delivered the following day. UNACCEPTABLE! I called and the representative was not at all pleasant to deal with. It was difficult to understand them, and they continued to pressure me into having the order delivered tomorrow...which is NOT what I ordered nor would the person be at the delivery point tomorrow.     Order placed 1/15 for 1/19 delivery. 8 am on the 19th site indicates scheduled for delivery. 11:07 am receive call from Yolanda over voicemail. Called right back & was informed flowers I ordered were out of stock. Indicated that if at least yellow roses weren't in bouquet to cancel my order & refund my money (this was after being on phone with them for 16 minutes). Checked their site again at 11:54 & it was indicated my flowers were already delivered, but confirmed by family they were not. Flowers finally delivered at 1:10 PM. I paid for deluxe bouquet & definitely did not get what I ordered. The yellow bouquet is what was ordered & other is what was delivered. Definitely disputing charges with credit card company & filing a complaint with the attorney general!

    I bought what was supposed to be a surprise bouquet for my mom’s birthday. I received a phone call the afternoon it was supposed to be delivered, and the caller said the floral shop couldn’t find the address. I confirmed that the address was correct, then didn’t hear anything else the rest of the day. I naively thought the arrangement was delivered, and decided to check. It still said the arrangement was set for delivery that day, which didn’t make any sense because it was almost 11:30 PM at this point. I contacted customer service, and they made me check to make sure it wasn’t delivered, and then they informed me that their partner floral shop was closed for the day.

    Both the surprise and the present were ruined. An offer was made to still deliver a slightly better bouquet tomorrow with an apology note. However, there was no offer of a monetary reimbursement. After reading other reviews, this seems to be on-par with other customer experiences, and I’m mad at myself for not reading reviews before I ordered. I’m hoping the slightly enhanced flowers arrive tomorrow, but I’m not terribly confident.

    Don't waste your money. They won't get it delivered anywhere close to when they promise (and you pay for) and chances are better than not that it won't look as advertised. I typically order from 1800flowers, but I needed same day delivery for my boyfriend's bday on Tuesday. He finally got it at home instead of at work Wednesday night. Their customer service is also an incredible joke. I was refunded 3.24 on a 55.00 purchase and received nothing but canned responses to my inquiries... Save your money. Go elsewhere. I regularly order gift baskets for various occasions and I had considered switching to fromyouflowers but after the absolute disaster that was my one attempt at using their company, I will stick with 1800flowers or local retailers. If I could give zero stars I would.

    I ordered two funeral arrangements that were delivered yesterday to Postell's Mortuary, for the service of Daniel **. When I arrived at the church today, I was not only disappointed, but thoroughly embarrassed. The dish garden was ok, though smaller than I expected for a medium dish. The peace lily almost made me cry. It was smaller than the medium I expected, the stems drooped, the flowers were turning brown and some of them were cut. Compared to the other peace lilies, as you can see in the photo, it looked like it was ready to be thrown out. Did you think I would never see it? I will never order or recommend 'you flowers' again.

    I am very disappointed in what I received in my order. The flowers picture and explanation on the website were completely different from what was received. This funeral was for my brother and this horrible arrangement was delivered. Horrible quality and what is described in your flower arrangements aren't even in the arrangement.     I got an email at 2:22 pm saying the surprise birthday flowers for my daughter were delivered at her workplace. So I was surprised when I spoke to her that she hadn't received them. Surprise ruined. After making phone inquiries they were finally delivered. But the arrangement was so sparse. Greenery looked wilted and not as many large flowers as shown. I will never use them again. The florist FromYouFlowers used is Facet in Austin, TX. Never again.

    I ordered 2 items and pay addition fees for each item for same day delivery as well as 4 hour expedited delivery. They were not delivered in 4 hours, they were not delivered the same day, and they lied by saying the driver attempted but the business was closed. The business is open all day and was open until midnight. There is also security guard. They made no attempt to contact the sender or the recipient. When I called they said the item would just be delivered the next day, put me on hold, and then hung up. The items were still not delivered by 1pm the next day. The company never responded to my calls or complaints.

    I purchased flowered on December 28, 2018 for a celebration of life service. They were not delivered so I disputed charges with Amazon. Amazon said to contact fromyouflowers and they send them a dispute letter and ccd me. It took a second dispute email to Amazon to help with this refund. Sheryl **. supervisor said to drop dispute and she will send upgrade arrangement to the home. She stated she can't issue a refund with a dispute on account. She repeatedly tried to get me to drop dispute. I have a charge but no flowers so I kept the dispute. She sent pictures the next day of flowers on a desk and a card with the deceased name on it. The photo was not time stamped. It just look like flowers taken on someone's desk.

    I ordered flowers at 11 am, they guarantee 4 hr delivery, it’s now 9 pm and they still haven’t managed to get the flowers there. You have to wait forever on hold before they anwser then have to wait forever for your refund!!! They try to confuse you into agreeing for partial refund but you have to insist on FULL REFUND! They have strong accents so it’s hard to understand them to begin with. Awful! Do not waste your time!

    I am currently mourning the death of my beloved grandmother. It is devastating using a loved one, especially one you are so close to. For her funeral service, I ordered an open heart standing funeral flower display one week in advance. The day before my grandmother's funeral I get a phone call at 3:30 pm saying that they did not have the standing flower display ready and they would not have it ready in time for her funeral at 10 am the following morning. This was the last thing I wanted to hear, especially when I ordered it one week in advance which is plenty of time to prepare. Instead they said they would have a basket ready that was equivalent. I am sorry but there is no equivalent flower basket to a standing heart display of flowers.

    Also, I asked if I would be compensated or discounted and was told no. I am sorry but I am pretty sure there is a price difference. To top it all off, I arrive 30 minutes prior to my grandmother's funeral and wanted to see the flower display as I set it up for 8 am-9 am delivery. I was shocked to find out nothing was delivered. I did not get any flowers for my grandmother at all. Are you kidding me?

    This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. So then I had to call the following day to complain and no one said sorry nor did they care in any way at all. I demanded a refund and they said I am sorry for the inconvenience but we can mail them to the family's home instead. UMMMM what is the point in that? No thanks they were for a funeral. I then was transferred and they said "sorry you are canceling your order." WHAT? I am not canceling the order, it was absolutely never fulfilled! Finally they said they would refund. I would never go here again nor would I recommend this company.

    I ordered the Southern Peach Bouquet for my daughter's birthday. This was to be delivered to her at work the following day. The flowers arrived and the process was simple. The issue is the flowers that she received were almost dead and they were not peach at all! Two very bright pink roses, some with white flowers that had more brown than white and were already falling off. All of the greenery was dry and crisp and almost dead. The succulent was not what it look like in the picture and that too is not healthy looking.

    When I called the company to complain and to get fresh flowers sent, all that was offered to me by the lady I could hardly understand it was a 20% refund. 20% to $50 is not worth my time. Call back the next day to talk to somebody that could speak English and was told there was nothing they could do because I accepted the 20%, even though I was never given an option other than 20% as the lady told me that was all she could do. After taxes and fees, I paid $65.67 for a bouquet that is ready to be thrown away the same night it was delivered! Worst quality and customer service after ordering is awful!

    I tried ordering two dozen red roses on 1/3/19 to be delivered on 1/5/19. The order online never went through and I had to call it in. Not a great customer experience because we couldn't understand one another and dictation was never able to be confirmed as correctly written. I never received an update the day of delivery and had to question to recipient whether they were received. Embarrassing! They, of course, did not receive them so I called customer service who said they tried delivering twice and no one was home to receive them. That's either a lie or they were at the wrong home because the recipient works from home and was there the entire day.

    So, I asked them to refund my order, which thankfully they did. But to save face they said they would deliver them anyway to make up for their bad service and hopefully I would try to use them again. Well, I just heard that there was no delivery again today. It's sad that I missed my best friend's birthday and had to involve her with all this mess because of this company's incompetence. I will never order from them again and want to save anyone else from this experience if at all possible!! DO NOT ORDER FROM FROMYOUFLOWERS.COM!!

    I ordered get well flowers for a friend. I paid $65.00 for the upgraded deluxe bouquet. It should have had at least 24 roses/flowers. When my friend sent me a thank you message she sent me an image of the bouquet. It was nowhere near to what I had ordered. It had 4 roses and a bunch of green leaves. I could have put that together for 20.00 bucks. I called and they wanted to offer me a 20% discount for next time. There won't be a next time, I insisted and got a full refund.

    If I could give this company zero stars I absolutely would. I ordered flowers on 1/7/19 for a birthday and paid the same day fee. I never heard from the person I sent them to as a surprise which I thought was strange. I called the birthday girl the next day to see if she had received anything from me and she said NO!! So I call the customer service number and spoke with someone who said they would try and contact the florist. Long story short they couldn’t get in touch with the florist via phone but said they would send them a message.

    After 5 different calls to them today they still haven’t been able to contact the florist!! So now me the customer suffers and my friend still doesn’t have her flowers. Also I asked for a refund of my money and they stated they had to get in touch with the florist before they could do that!! I told them, "You haven’t had luck with that all day so what is supposed to change." Needless to say I’m out of $50 plus and no flowers!! STAY AWAY!!!

    The same day claim is a myth. It was ok when more than one birthday arrangement arrived a day late...I could live with that small disappointment. But when it takes 3 days to let you know a funeral arrangement was not delivered and the 4th day being too late to correct this situation...it is just completely unacceptable. I've never been so heartbroken that a family I care deeply for will never know our family intended to share in their loss and offer our love and support.     DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY 1/7/2019!!! I ordered flowers for my parents for Christmas. They were supposed to be delivered on 12/21/18. My parents NEVER received them nor did the company contact me. I contacted them on 12/22 and they GUARANTEED delivery on 12/24/18. Again the flowers NEVER arrived and I was not contacted about the delivery. When I called for a refund they had to contact the florist, which no one ever got back to me and the flowers were delivered almost a week later. Again when I called for a refund the company told me all they could do was give me a $15 and some change refund on a $66 order. Oh yeah, and a $10 credit as if I would ever use them again.

    WORST COMPANY EVER, DO NOT USE THEM! I had planned on spending my sister birthday with her but I was not able to travel out of state to her so I decided to order and send her flowers, I did so early morning, Jan. 5th. 2019, her birthday, they were suppose to be delivered within 4 hours, yes paid extra for this service, her daughter made sure she stayed home all day so she would be there for her surprise, by 5 pm I called the company, they assured me they were out for delivery, by 7 pm still not there so I called again. The operator informed me she couldnt get in touch with the florist and would call me when she did. Well, it's almost 3 pm Jan. 6th the next day and still no call. This is so disappointing and heartbreaking. Not only could I not be with my sister on her birthday but this company ruined it completely!!! Please do not use this terrible company, they dont care!!!

    I ordered a premium funeral heart flower. Was assured over the phone it would be a large decent size. Paid close to $200 with discount. What came was a total embarrassment and lie. It was so small compared to the picture and details I was given. It was about the size of 8x11 inch paper. I was lied to, jipped. Fromyouflowers will only refund me 50% of my money. I told them what they sent me was a lie!!! Fraudulent advertising. Fraudulent sales. Fraudulent overall. I told them to come back and get their embarrassment of a lie and give me back my full refund.     My family and I decided to order a sympathy plant. Another family member’s who had an in-law pass away. I chose to use fromyouflowers.com because they offered same day delivery and expedited shipping. I almost didn’t order from them due to the $14.99 service fee/shipping fee but had received a coupon code for $14.99 off later that night and decided to go through with my order. I place my order at 7:30 AM Wednesday morning and paid for same day delivery and expedited delivery before 12:00 PM. As I’m awaiting my order to arrive which hadn’t arrived by 1:30 PM, I receive an email from them at that same time stating they couldn’t do the delivery before 12:00 PM so I was refunded my expedited delivery fee. I called to make sure that was my flower was still going to be delivered the same day and was initially told yes. It would arrive by 6:00 PM.

    I tracked my order at 5:00 PM on there only to find out they changed the delivery date to Thursday without notifying me. I call immediately and they apologized stating they were having problems finding a florist to make the delivery. Therefore to compensate for the delay, they will provide a free upgrade in the size of the plant and then the plant would be delivered by Thursday 6:00 PM. I agreed to this and continue to await my flower the next day. At 3:15 on Thursday the company called me to notify that the flower will be delayed for delivery until Friday. To compensate that delay they would offer 30% off of my purchase and give me a $10 gift certificate for the site. I agreed one last time to wait until Friday and stated if they could not be completed Friday then I would need to have the rest of my money refunded.

    I called the company around 3 PM to check on the status of my flower. The representative stated that they were still having trouble finding a florist to complete my order. At that point the funeral for my family members in law was already completed and I asked them to cancel my order because we had been waiting for this flower for two days. The company did refund all of my money back with no issues but the experience in dealing with them was not pleasant.The lack of communication between the customer and the company is horrible. I should have went with my gut and decided to go in person to a local florist rather than using a website florist.

    This is the third time I have ordered from this company. The first time I had problems as well but I let it slide. The second time they were delivered as ordered. The third time I am still waiting on delivery for the dish garden for the passing of my friend's grandmother. They were supposed to be delivered on December 30. Today is January 2nd and they are not delivered yet. Received a call, called right back and was on hold for over 5 minutes for them to tell me the issue. Will not order again and will demand my money back if they do not upgrade the garden like they said they would.

    These people are nothing but liars. I talked with 7 different people and 2 supervisors from 8 am till 4 pm. The day of my father's visitation I ordered over 450.00 worth of flowers to be delivered to the funeral home. I was running back and forth from the funeral home to my home because one rep would tell me they were delivered to my home, then the other would tell me they were delivered to the funeral home. This place is "WORTHLESS". Don't waste your time. You are dealing with overseas agents that have no clue what they are doing and will tell you what you want to hear just to get you off the phone. I ended up with NO flowers.

    I ordered a standing spray for my brother's funeral. I paid for the PREMIUM spray to ensure that the arrangement would be fuller and even more beautiful than the picture on their website. When I arrived to the funeral home, I was appalled to find that my arrangement was the smallest and most basic spray there. It had the most minimum amount of flowers and plenty of empty space mixed with hideous greenery. It was so underwhelming that I contacted them in the middle of the funeral because I was so disappointed and angry at what I received. I'm only giving a 2 star because they did respond apologetically and gave me a 30% refund. However, even with the 30% refund, I still overpaid for what they provided.     I purchased a arrangement for my sister for Christmas. I was appalled when I saw what she received! The white flowers (lilies) wilted within two days and the roses lasted three. The pines in the flowers were so dry they constantly fell onto the table. Although I couldn’t afford the premium, I went with the deluxe. Here is a breakdown of how I ended up paying $74.87. $64.99 with a $13.00 discount. 14.99 service fee. $2.99 same/day weekend fee. $4.90 sales tax which adds up to $74.87. I sent flowers to my son and his wife in Colorado for the same price and they were beautiful. I wish I knew what florist did this arrangement because I would never use them again.

    On Dec. 24, 2018 I placed an order with "FromYouFlowers.com" for a simple arrangement to be delivered on Dec. 26. On the 26th I received an email notifying me, because of my order, of a $12.19 credit for a future order. The 26th rolls around and a 1:30pm email states that the item I ordered was unavailable and THEY would choose a substitute item "in order to complete the delivery in a timely manner". An identical email was received but time-stamped 2:42pm.

    The 26th comes and goes, and no delivery. On the 27th I now receive a 9:28am email stating that they were unable to complete the delivery on the 26th and that delivery has been scheduled "as soon as possible" on the 27th, "to ensure your gift arrives and the occasion is not missed". On the 2th, at 5:19 is an email stating that the item had been delivered... when in fact it had not! When informed of this, they issued a 30% refund, to make amends. On the 28th, I receive an offer for membership to "FromYouFlowers" to facilitate free delivery for future orders. I doubt that I'll be interested in free delivery for substituted items to show up later than promised!

    On the 28th, with a 2:09 email, I'm told that the delivery, to an address inside a gated community, as attempted (note: not completed!). A little extra effort with a couple minute phone call to me or the recipient could have got the delivery thru the gate; or the item could have been left at the gatehouse for pickup. No such effort was made. [Usually, well-branded commercial vehicles sail thru the gatehouse... perhaps the vehicle was a personal car?] I was told that the item would be "held" pending my response. I told them that I'd forfeit the remaining 70% of my payment, and to cancel the order as I no longer wanted to deal with delays, excuses and more broken promises.

    I wish that I'd seen this forum prior to placing my order. I'll not be taking advantage of the $12.19 credit or their free delivery membership... Having them delivery something other than what i ordered, later than promised, is not so appealing to me. Today, the 29th, I've been told (by the recipient) that the item did indeed (somehow) get delivered. Although their communication was somewhat exemplary, I'm not impressed with the service; I am very disappointed.

    I ordered two floral arrangements on Dec. 17th to be delivered on Dec. 21st to her Assisted Living Facility (her first Christmas Not in her home in 83 years) and Dec. 21st was also my father's anniversary of his passing 12.21.16. I ordered my mother an arrangement and the staff a dozen red roses. The florals did not arrive on the 21st - nor the 22nd - nor the 23rd but on Dec. 24th and all dead but maybe one Lily and One Rose. The dozen red roses for the Staff were wilted horribly.

    I did not realize that the orders were not sub'd out to Local vendors in Northern Utah (not that it matters at this point) the florals originated from Southern California - two stops - held up with a flight - went to colder weather in Salt Lake City and then travelled again to even colder weather to Cache Valley. I wrote a letter via email on 12.27.18 and this company promised a re-delivery as I offered them a second chance and they said delivery would happen on 12.28.18 I received a call in late afternoon on 12.28.18 that they wouldn't be delivered til January 3rd, 2019. I asked for my full refund and money back on both orders - Let's see how that transaction flows. NEVER AGAIN.

    They had a better variety than many of the floral companies, but what I was looking for was something unique for my mother's 76th birthday & quite frankly, I was disappointed with what I was finding for the price. Also, I felt cheated with the cheesy little add-ons, that cost too much & seriously, should have been included!

    The service, punctuality & freshness, along with beauty of their floral design is what saved them! Otherwise, I would have found myself embarrassed for the lack of unique & creative thought that went into their art, because with such obvious talent, it seems to come off like laziness, especially offering the little overly expensive, dollar store add-ons at the end of ordering your floral arrangements! That almost seems like a red faced apology, while trying to steal unearned money from your wallet!

    In closing, better than some florists, but has the potential to be so much more, with the talent that their arrangements show, even though they are presently showing nothing unique! I hold out much hope for the future & know that, if they use what they are capable of, this floral design company is capable of outshining the competition! I'll be watching to see!

    I ordered flowers for same day delivery from Fromyouflowers.com, however, I got an email saying my flowers were delivered. My friend lives in a building with a doorman and nothing was logged in. So I called today (12/27/18) and they said that they will resend the order out. Fromyouflowers' website says delivery should arrive by 6 pm. I called around 7:30, still no flowers... Are you kidding me? So I just called a few minutes ago, it TOOK ME 20 MINUTES ON THE PHONE... Why? Seriously? The customer service agent kept calling me "Sweetie." I did not like it at all, but I ignored it. After being on hold for a long time, I finally just asked for my money back. I should not have to keep calling to find out where the hell my order is. It wasn't cheap!

    It was almost $70! Also, during the 1st call this morning, I did not get a email confirmation about the re-order. In total today, I've spent over 30 minutes on the phone trying to find my flowers. I just asked for my money back. As we were concluding the call the phone customer service agent continued to call me sweetie. He went on to tell me how much he liked my voice and to call back anytime. It is very unprofessional and felt uncomfortable. The way he kept talking to me and saying how much he liked it was weird. Do not comment on my voice and tell me how much you like it. Do not refer to me as “sweetie!” I don’t know you nor do I care for you to speak to me like that. Do your job and that's it! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

    On Dec. 12th, I ordered a dozen roses and box of Godiva chocolates as a Christmas present for my sister, to be deliver Dec. 21st. Dec.21st a box of dead flowers was delivered with no chocolates. I called (waited on hold for 56 minutes) and was given an apology and told that the best they could do was resend flowers and chocolates Dec. 27th but they would give me back a partial refund. When Dec. 27th came, I called to get a tracking number and was told there was no order scheduled. I asked to talk to supervisor (I got some nasty man named Kevin) who told me that the best that could be done was that two dozen flowers and the chocolates could be sent by Dec. 28th. I asked why wasn't my order resent Dec. 27th as was promised prior, he said he wasn't on the phone and didn't know but if I didn't want what he offered he was going to refund my money. He did get nasty on the phone.

    So not only did they mess up my Christmas surprise for my sister but they instead sent dead flowers, wanted to resend from same grower of dead flowers but never scheduled a delivery and to add insult to injury, wanted to extend their mistakes another day --- DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! Their flowers are dead, their website shows pictures of what you won't get, and their customer service is horrendous! They do not provide the service you pay for or the product either. BUYER BEWARE!

    Ordered a flower arrangement & Christmas goodie basket to be delivered to the same address. Had to call in to place the order because the website wouldn’t let me order the items together and their policy for delivery has to be at least $50 (which with both items the minimum was met) so they delivered 2 of the same flower arrangements with deflated balloons and no goodie basket!!! When I called to correct this (same day as delivery) their response was, "Sorry all we can do is refund 30% of the cost for the wrong item and send a $20 gift card."     I ordered flowers on Christmas for next day delivery in Philadelphia, PA. I even expedited the delivery for the morning time today! I called them at 11 am and asked if we are still on schedule for delivery before noon. I informed the woman that I read their disclosures and that I was supposed to expect a phone call if the delivery could not be met (since it was 11 am). I also asked her why I was charged for "same day/weekend delivery" when I ordered flowers for next-day delivery. She said that's their delivery fee - I also explained that it specifically says "same day/weekend delivery" and she said again, that's their delivery fee.

    So they collected a delivery fee on top of an extra $20 expedited delivery fee. I should have visited ConsumerAffairs.com to read the review on this site. Shame. Luckily, I received an email shortly after my phone conversation with her notifying me that my order was cancelled. I checked my credit card account and it shows the full amount being refunded as well. This floral arrangement was so beautiful on the website and I was looking forward to seeing it. Sadly, the other reviews show a ** arrangement or tell how bad the floral arrangement was. I'm happy it was cancelled.

    I paid 64 dollars for an arrangement shaped like a Christmas tree, with roses, fir boxwood etc. What was delivered was a widespread arrangement that looked thrown together with roses and fir branches, fake red berries and a couple of candy canes. I complained and they offered me 12.94 (20 percent). I emailed back stating I was extremely disappointed and understand there is a cost, but I am only willing to pay 32 dollars to cover that cost. I have not heard back yet. DO NOT order from them. They use poor quality florists but charge for high quality.

    I ordered a beautiful flower arrangement in a Christmas sleigh with a ribbon to be delivered on Christmas Eve to a family member who was hosting dinner. When I arrived I noticed some flowers on the table but dismissed them because they weren’t in a sleigh. When I looked closer I noticed the card on top was from me. I couldn’t believe I paid extra money for a sleigh and bow and they didn’t even get it. I emailed the company and asked for full refund. They ignored my first refund request and after a second request offered me 20% back. That is essentially the shipping cost or less. I’m furious.     Placed order 12/23/2018 for delivery before 12 noon on 12/24/2018. Even paid substantial amount for expedited delivery. Contacted company for first time on 12/23/2018 when my receipt did not have expedited delivery time as requested. Even offered to allow delivery on the 23rd instead if the 24th was problematic. Assured me delivery would be as ordered on the 24th before noon. By 12:30 pm no flowers. Again I notified them that they did not deliver or contact me. They were apologetic and said they were refunding the expedited fee but would deliver still on the 24th. By 5pm still no flowers.

    This time they said attempt to deliver was made. Untrue!!! Recipient is always home, even had multiple family members there with her. Furthermore the contact number I gave for the delivery was my own number and no one ever called me. Needless to say, my Mom never got the flowers I ordered for her for Christmas. I cancelled the order. I had asked for the name of the local florist they contracted with but they never provided it.

    I was in a hurry, so I only looked at the reviews on the company's website (stupid, I know). They said they could deliver for a rush charge, and then did not deliver. Check Consumer Affairs, BBB, and Yelp before using them. And then don't use them.

They called 11am to ask if we were going to be home from florist and I said yes. We had deliveries from Amazon, Walmart, Target today on Christmas eve from 8am as late as 3pm, we have both sat here all day long and no floral delivery. Called, they said the florist said "they attempted". They are liars. No one attempted, we did not even go outside to garage - nothing. They just lied. Never use them again. I should have known - saw crappy reviews, I will call American Express and dispute. Bad customer service also.

    Do not order from here. Company has over 600 negative reviews all for product to delivery service. Poor automated service and poor human customer service. I was given false expectations for delivery. I also received email responses that didn’t make sense to my questions I was asking. I should have read the other 600 reviews before ordering... lesson learned. DO NOT KNOW WHY THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS. To complete review I have to rate them 1 star but not worthy of that either.     I ordered a large funeral wreath 2 days in advance for $115.00. Online price jumped up 20 dollars after I signed up for "free" delivery, and I still had to add an extra 4.99 for morning delivery before 12 noon in time for visiting hours. Shady Business! On the day of funeral the flowers were nowhere to be found. My call at 130 pm to FromYouFlowers lead nowhere, as their local floral affiliate did not answer their phone and they would not tell me who the local affiliate company is. The online tracker showed that the flowers were on a truck somewhere, but the funeral visitation had already started. I sent an email to document my experience at 1:45 pm.

    As the day wore on I was sick to think that I did not attend the funeral and apparently, I did not have the decency to even send flowers. At 2:45 pm I personally contacted the funeral home, where a sweet employee went into the visiting hours to see if my arrangement was on site. It was there, but the online tracker said it was on a truck. At 6 pm I received a cheery canned response to my email of 1:45 to tell me that the arrangement was delivered before the deadline at 11:45 am. HA! I spent half a day worrying about this, and if I had not called the funeral home personally, I would not know if the flowers ever showed up.

    BUYER BEWARE! No-one takes responsibility for your experience with this company and the local affiliate is shielded for their actions and product by anonymity! I can only imagine that our local florists receive very little profit from their relationship with FromYouFlowers, and WE experience the result! Save yourself the stress and humiliation by going directly to a local florist. It may cost a few more dollars, but they will value your business and you will help your neighborhood! I learned my lesson! SHOP LOCAL!

    I ordered flowers for a birthday gift for my sister-in-law on a Thursday. They were supposed to be delivered on Friday (her birthday). I called on Friday evening to check on the delivery and I was told they were going to be delivered on Saturday. Well, it's Saturday evening and no flowers. I called again and have been on hold for 45 min. (So far). When someone did come on the line, they asked me if I would like to order a "re-delivery" for 5 days from now. So... They canceled my first delivery? They are keeping my money? I continue to wait while they look for a supervisor. Never again.

    There is false advertising on here. I gave them a week advance notice to deliver my product while they are here advertising next day delivery. My product was substituted because apparently it wasn't available but that is described very discreetly and the least they can do is notify you and see if you actually still want the gift that you are putting thought into for someone. Not only did it take 5 days after my mom's birthday to send the wrong flowers, but they haven't even offered to refund my money, even though I asked for a refund. They sent a $40 maximum prized bouquet of cheap wilted flowers to a 2nd address they requested. I'm disgusted and angry and I will NEVER use this broker again.     I wanted to do something very special for my daughter’s 25th birthday. I asked our family friends and relatives to send her flowers. We all live in different cities, so I sent them a link to this site, flowersfromyou.com. I wish I never did. We all ended up ordering a LOT from them. ALL flowers arrived late and they ALL looked very different (in a bad way) from the pictures. And, of course, they were ridiculously expensive. I am attaching here photos of those pathetic “flower arrangements”, next to a roll of paper towels, for size comparison. Each of them cost about 35-40 dollars! I feel embarrassed because I made my friends and relatives overpay for low-quality products. I will never, ever use this service again and I urge others not to get into the same mess as I did.

    I called early yesterday, December 20, 2018, to have a large funeral spray delivered to a funeral home in Long Island, New York. I paid the extra fee to have them delivered the same day. I also called to make sure that they had the order. Prior to the first viewing at 2:00 PM, the flowers had not arrived. I called again, and I was informed that the flowers were on the truck and they would arrive within an hour. At 4:30 PM, I received an email from the company stating that they could not find a vendor to fill the order. I was crushed since I knew there would not be too many flowers at the funeral home. No provisions were even attempted. Don't know how they stay in business.

    I ordered pink flowers in a pretty blue vase with a butterfly pick and when the flowers arrived for the recipient they were purple and white, a different vase and no butterfly.     When I viewed my order, it seems that it kept deleting the free shipping and added a Google discount, which was less than the free shipping. I kept hitting back to refresh and after that didn't work, I had to delete the item and re-order. The flowers were to be delivered 12-19-18, I called my parents at 6:30 pm and the flowers were not delivered yet, so I called you and the gentleman on the phone was rude, I felt like I was bothering him to check on my order. He placed me on hold to call the flower store. He then got back on the phone and told me he would email me when the driver got back to the store to confirm delivery.

    12-20-18 and I have yet to receive an email to let me know if the flowers were delivered. 12-20-18 I spoke to my parents and she did receive the flowers late on 12-19-18. The flowers that I ordered had a hurricane globe and there was no candle in the globe. My mom had to call your company to let you know that no candle was in the globe. 12-20-18 My mom received the candle from the florist. I will never use your company again to order flowers. This is not the way you conduct business with the public!!!

They cannot tell you what the actual status of your order is, or where it's even coming from. Customer service is atrocious. You are throwing your money away using them.     This company service has been the worse. You pay for same day delivery that they do not accomplish, items say delivered when no one received them! All they say is sorry when you call to see what happened and, "ew can send you a $20 gift certificate," like I told the representative is the principles of a company that counts not what they are offering for their bad service. I had to call about 4 times to get an answer and still nothing, you also cannot speak to anyone higher in management and the representatives would not disclosed their names for your reference!

    I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with what was sent compared to what I ordered. What was sent is not even close to what I order OR worth what I paid. I ordered the Holiday Splendor Deluxe. What was sent was a dinky little arrangement I could have made myself. I always liked that they offered different looking arrangements not the same old basic bouquet in a vase. I have ordered from them several times and have always been happy with what was sent but this was unacceptable. When I order floral arrangements I specifically choose arrangements that DO NOT include Gladiolas or Easter Lilies as I hate both since they are typically FUNERAL FLOWERS and they don't smell that good. All around the arrangement that was sent are Easter Lilies. This was for a birthday, "happy birthday! Here are some funeral flowers for you."

    The response I got from the company was that, "All items are subject to substitution according to local availability and season as stated in the product's delivery information on our website. This allows the florist to substitute with a similar container, flowers, color scheme or plant to ensure delivery is made in a timely manner." I am aware of and understand that HOWEVER my phone number was all over this order. All the fulfilling florist needed to do was call me and I would have worked out a floral arrangement with them based off of what I spent and I would have stated NO EASTER LILIES! They gave me a $20.00 gift card that will most likely never be used. What a waste!

    I placed my order Sunday, December 16, requesting same day delivery. I received an email stating that the flowers had been delivered. After having a family member confirm that the flowers were not delivered, I called customers service to be placed on hold the first time then disconnected then to call a second time. Speak with an associate and being told that my order would be delivered on the 17th. I asked why did I receive a confirmation email then? I was then told that the truck had already left before my order was placed, this still does not answer my question why I received the email later in the afternoon stating that my order had been delivered.

    The representative became irritated so then I asked to speak with a manager. I was then placed again on hold and then disconnected. I then called a 3rd time asking to speak to a manager. She requested my order number which was given to her. I was put on hold a 3rd time. Be on hold for over 15 minutes with no manager coming on the phone and being disconnected again. I requested a call back which I have not received yet. I will not order from this company ever again and I will tell others to not do the same. How do you know if your orders being delivered? Say you're out of state you place an order. You're expecting it to arrive and it doesn't. You wouldn't even know it. Awful way of doing business.

    I ordered flowers on Dec. 15 and chose the date for them to be delivered on Dec. 16, the day of my daughter-in-law's birthday. I heard from her on the 15th, thanking me for the flowers. This wouldn't have been so terrible, but it wasn't what I requested. Then she sent me a picture and I was horrified to see the amount of greenery spilling out from the poorly arranged flowers! It was so over-the-top with greenery, and looked nothing like the beautiful display on the website.     Delivered ‘Bouquet’ was only 12”x12” in size and listing states 25” x 22”. I paid extra for PREMIUM, what was received was worth MAYBE $20 and it cost me $69.     We ordered a bouquet of flowers for our granddaughter that had just had foot surgery. Because it was so close to Christmas, we ordered the Peppermint Bouquet and the bouquet looked nothing like the picture. The flowers were to be all red and white carnations with a pretty bright red vase, just a little splash of greenery, here and there, and a large red/white striped bow that looked like a candy cane type striped! The bouquet she received had 'lots and lots' of greenery, some pinkish and white carnations which may have been ok, if there had been more red and white flowers and less greenery. Then it did have a few red and white small carnations, and "a red plaid" bow. It certainly did not look like the picture you advertise as a Peppermint Bouquet!

    I sent an arrangement to a friend in the hospital yet she did not receive them. I emailed customer service yet no response. A week later I call customer service to resolve the issue and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes only for the customer service representative to question my claim of them not being delivered. He told me that I could go pick them up at the hospital 3600 miles away after they have been sitting for over a week. Eventually he agreed to email me a gift certificate. The flowers delivered looked nothing like the bouquet ordered and to top it off the flowers themselves looked days old and were actually drooping.     I ordered a flower package with chocolates and a bear. Nowhere on the website did it say that apostrophes do not show up and they put random characters in for them. The card was delivered to my girlfriend's house like that while I was away surprising her with them. I went back and forth with the customer service email for hours trying to get a new card. They emailed back with 30% off first then $10 off and finally told me they couldn't mail a new card.     I have ordered from this company twice. Once for my grandma in Georgia (I am in California) and once for the school I work at for 6th grade graduation ceremony. Both came on time, beautiful, and reasonably priced. They do not do custom orders, but it's ok because they have a large beautiful collection of flowers offered. They often have discounts. The flowers shown are the deluxe, so be aware of that when choosing. They have regular, deluxe, and premium options which offer a bigger better flower arrangement than the one shown. I waited all day the next day for the flowers. No show, no notification, nothing. I wait another day, thinking maybe they weren't able to get into my apartment complex. Nothing.     I was trying to order a nice Christmas bouquet for my mom's birthday. Ordered in plenty of time for delivery 2 days out and received an email at 3:45 pm the day of delivery to let me know my order will not be filled and the next business day (the day after her birthday) would be the soonest they deliver.     I ordered the flowers about 2 days before they were supposed to be delivered, and paid for expedited shipping so that my mother could receive them before 12 PM as I didn't know if she had anything planned. Day of her birthday, it was 12:30 and she hadn't said anything to me yet, so I checked the tracking and it stated that it wasn't delivered yet. So I called the 800 number and spoke to someone and they stated they were going to give me a refund for the expedited shipping, fine.

    Around 4:30 came around and I still didn't hear anything from my mother so I called her. I had to ruin the surprise because I didn't want her to think I forgot. She got the delivery while I was on the phone with her, and although she liked them, they were not even close to what I ordered. I asked her to send me a picture and it was clear that she said she liked them just to make me feel better. I paid $60.00 for these flowers. They only gave me a 20% refund. I took it because I didn't feel like arguing with the woman. I understand that availability can differ from florist to florist, but it was clear that the florist didn't even attempt to make it look like what I purchased. Do not purchase from this company.

    This company is horrible. I ordered flowers for my Fiancée’s birthday. I chose the one called cotton candy and I decided to go with the premium. The total cost said it was $ 47.99. They told me delivery charge was $2.99. As I was checking out they asked if I wanted expedited delivery for $4.99 and they guarantee delivery by noon. I thought it would be $4.99 they did not say the charge was additionally that price plus the $2.99. Then they charge a $14.99 handling fee. They bait you with what appears to be a better price than everyone else but at the end you pay just as much.

    At 2pm the flowers still didn’t come. I contacted the company and they refunded my 4.99. But I didn’t realize until I got the credit for $5.35 that they had also charged sales tax on the delivery. I am not sure if that is even legal. Finally the flowers came but no one had even knocked on the door they just left them on the doorstep. I was highly disappointed by the size and quality of the flowers. It looked like the basic version of the flowers I had ordered. The quality of the blooms was sad at best, not at all what you come to expect from a florist. The roses were substandard and wilting, peonies had brown on the edge of the petals and I was astounded at the overall quality and look and could not believe this is what I had ordered. I contacted the company 2x and sent photos the second time and still no word. I guess they have customer service as great as the flowers they send.

I ordered a plush bear with 6 colorful balloons for delivery to a child in the hospital and I got a stuffed DOG with three balloons that were all the same. Ripoff.     Flowers were ordered at approx 10pm the night before the desired delivery date with the options given for same day delivery AND expedited delivery to have the flowers delivered before noon on that day. Flowers were never delivered. Did not receive an email telling me that they couldn't meet the expedited delivery time with the option for me to cancel the order until 105 pm on the day of scheduled delivery. Too late for me to go with another company for the occasion. I was advised that the flowers would still be delivered that day if I decided to keep the order. I did. 515 pm the day of scheduled delivery, still no flowers. I called customer service who refunded half the total cost to include the expedited fee and was told they should be there by six. Occasion officially ruined. Thanks fromyouflowers.

    Spent over 40.00 initially for flowers that could not be delivered on the date they claimed or the time frame they claimed, and I do not even have a pic of the flowers because it was at the florists' discretion. Next day flowers never delivered and will be asking for full refund. I would rather endure a proctology exam than use them again. Use them at your own risk.

    I am absolutely unsatisfied with the delivery, product and customer service. My husband is overseas for work and ordered a "Golden Elegance Christmas Tree" to be delivered to my place of employment. What I received, is nowhere near close to what was shown in the advertisement. I received a clear glass vase (not golden vase as shown and described) with a flat bouquet of flowers just thrown together carelessly. My husband paid a lot of money for these flowers and what I received is absolutely unacceptable and nothing like what was advertised on the website.

    Then, I call the customer service number for assistance and refund, but then the lady states she cannot help unless she speaks to my husband since he is the one who placed the order. Did I mention my husband is overseas and the reason why I am calling to complain myself? She also states once she speaks to him, she will give him a percentage back for the order. This is completely unacceptable. They really don't care about their customers. On their website they say 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed but in reality they just want to take your money.

    Ordered a bouquet made to look like a Christmas tree last year because a regular tree wouldn't fit in the small apartment we moved to. When the order had not arrived after two days from scheduled delivery date of Dec 21, I called to see "what was happening". It took 4 calls and an hour's time to even speak to a service rep (call was repeatedly disconnected). Then I was told the subcontracted florist could not meet the order and that the rep had no idea why I wasn't contacted. Then he said he could get another florist to produce the order, but it would not be "as pictured" and would have to be in a plastic vase. He further indicated there would be no price reduction for either the late delivery or the more cheaply-made arrangement. I cancelled my order and will never place one with this company again.

    I ordered flowers for my best friend’s grandfather’s funeral. They sent an email stating that there was a slight substitution. The arrangement was completely different. It was suppose to have lilies and roses. It was a cheap arrangement with carnations and baby’s breath. Their customer service is saying that carnations are equal or greater value as roses. I’m greatly disappointed and do not plan on ever using that company again. I would be concerned that I would again receive poor quality.

    The delivery was a whole day early and that was also their excuse for the quality because they did not have the items. If the company sends orders to a florist that is unable to produce quality that is close to the order that is an issue the company should address. I think they thought the issue is about the cost, but it wasn’t it was about the quality and presentation. At a time of grief this is a representation of my sympathy and sentiment and a cheap arrangement is embarrassing. I would rather the florist contact me to make different arrangements than send what they did instead.

    I ordered flowers from this company a week in advance for my mother-in-law's birthday because my husband and I are going to be out of the country on a vacation to The Bahamas on her birthday. They delivered the flowers the very next day to my mother-in-law's work!!! I was devastated! She never would have thought she would ever receive flowers on her day from us, especially being in the Bahamas! We spent $80 for a Christmas tree shaped bouquet and balloon. I called them immediately. Here are the issues we had with this company...

    1. They delivered the flowers on the wrong day and the wrong time. 2. I could barely understand the customer representative because she had a strong foreign accent, but her tone was not friendly. 3. She initially offered to have another bouquet delivered on the day I specified. When I told her no, that the surprise was already ruined and I wanted my money back. She became more rude than I was! 4. She then said she could not do that because my mother-in-law signed for them (I found out the flowers were delivered before my mother-in-law even got to work.) 5. She offered to give me a 20% discount on a future order and again I told her no, I wanted my money back. 6. They totally misspelled my mother-in-law's name 7. They had the incorrect address of my mother-in-law's work (luckily I provided the name of her work).

    After repeating myself and demanding a refund, and being put on hold twice, the customer service representative came back and said they would fully refund our money. I waited to write this review until I actually seen the refund on our credit card. The only reason I gave this company 2 stars instead of 1 is because the flower arrangement is gorgeous and my mother-in-law loves the flowers. But, I will never use this company again. It totally ruined our surprise and that is something money cannot buy!

    I don't even know where to start with this company. I wish I would've seen this site/reviews BEFORE I purchased from them. I ordered a bouquet of flowers from them on a Sunday and they weren't 'delivered' until Tuesday. They were intended for my friend whom was in the hospital. Tuesday came and I received an email from the company saying they were delivered at 8:50 a.m. I checked with my friend's mother, the front desk, the security office and the charge nurse. There were no flowers delivered. Around 11:15 a.m. that same day I received a second email from UPS stating the flowers had been delivered to the FRONT desk and a person named 'Bunch' signed for them. I checked with them and all the aforementioned departments - I even checked if there was another patient by the same name. There was not and my friend still had no flowers (and a teddy bear).

    I called the company - they were very rude and hung up on me. On my second attempt the lady rudely told me to wait until 7 p.m. in a huff even though I had two delivery times. I felt something was off so my friend's mom spoke to the front desk again whom directed her to security. The head of security reviewed their security tapes for us from 7 a.m. until 12 p.m., covering both time slots. NOTHING WAS DELIVERED TO ANYONE. I called the company back and asked for a refund. I had called three times by then and was done with them! The first person to answer argued with me and put me on hold for ten minutes before they transferred me to a supervisor. This person also argued with me and they weren't wanting to refund me my money. I told them I would dispute the charges and they finally agreed to give me my money back. DO NOT USE THIS UTTERLY TERRIBLE COMPANY!

    I went on the website and selected same day delivery for flowers chocolates and a bear also a card. Within minutes I received an email telling me they could not be delivered the same day which they said they could. They said they will be delivered the very next day at the latest. 3 days later they still have not been delivered. They called the florist and said the florist was waiting to be told when to deliver them. The website clearly asks you multiple times when you want them delivered and charges you extra money for them to be delivered. It was over $100 and they had not been delivered. I was forced to ask if she had received anything and she said no. I was told they were delivered. I see. Good. Maybe they were taking or thrown out by her room. He doesn't like me lol.     They say they got same day delivery w/ extra fee, but that did not happen to my order. Instead, next day they said they couldn't do it. They offer to send it to alternative address since my relative will be discharge from the hospital and the delivery will not be on time by the time she would be discharged. They refunded the extra fee of same day delivery, but what is the point of doing it if the order wouldn't be on time? They will not meet your expectations.

    To say I am disappointed by this company is an understatement. I ordered flowers to be delivered same day for a friend’s daughter who had surgery. Two hours after submitting the order, I received an email that same day was not available and they would deliver the next day. For the next few days, I continued to check my order status and saw it was still pending. I called customer service and was told they were delivered but with no card. The customer service rep advised me to call and let them know they were from me (tacky). I asked why the website would allow me to order same day if it wasn’t available and was told their system was “not perfect”.

    I finally called to let them know the flowers were from me and was told they didn’t receive any. It turns out that the little girl's Aunt had also ordered flowers that day and they got one bouquet with a card from the Aunt with nothing from me. After 5 calls to customer service I have not received anything. No refund, no apology. Only an offer to deliver again two weeks after the surgery. Mistakes happen but the complete disregard for the customer is disgusting. This company should re-evaluate their customer service policies. I will never use them again and will advise all to steer clear.

    I purchased one of the candy baskets on Tuesday afternoon and it was to be delivered the next day, which cost extra. I also opted for the before Noon delivery, which costs extra. The package was not delivered until Wednesday around 5 pm, the recipient had already left for the day so he didn't receive the basket until Monday Morning due to the Thanksgiving holiday. On top of it all, the balloon I ordered was not sent. Thankfully the recipient loved the basket but the hassle and delays and lack of all I ordered has me not wanting to use this company again. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the recipient loved the basket.

    I ordered flowers and a balloon and paid extra to have it arrive by noon on my Mom's 70th birthday. After 8 phone calls throughout the day and eve- waiting on hold for 30-45 min each time only to be hung up on or the call get dropped and to have customer service continually talk over me every time I finally reached someone was frustrating. I asked if they were SURE the place they sent the order to was open but they refused to tell me which flower shop they sent it to.

    I called the ONLY flower shop in town and they never received the order. I was charged $70 and my Mom never got her present. They offered to give me 30% off and send it again TOMORROW to a florist that doesn't exist...seriously!!! Her bday was today not tomorrow!!! The Supervisors are no better than the Customer service reps. They are ignorant. I even gave them the correct florists info and they refused to correct it in their system.     We ordered 90th birthday flowers for my mother-in-law and got an order confirmation but got no confirmation of delivery. Called today - no record of the order. Reordered to be delivered by 6 pm. No delivery as of 6 pm and they "are looking in to it." They are not reliable and do not seem to have any concern for customer care. I would NEVER recommend them!     I ordered a Thanksgiving centerpiece for my friend, it was a centerpiece that was supposed include orange roses, red Daisy’s, yellow daisy poms, red hypericum and orange tapered candles. I splurged and ordered the premium centerpiece. I wish I could post pics of what was ordered and what arrived, but it was a completely different bouquet, in a vase instead of a centerpiece and filled mostly with greenery, only had about 5 yellow roses and 3 other flowers that I can’t tell what they are because they are still closed. I contacted Fromyouflowers, sent an email and pictures. They responded giving me a 12 dollar discount off of my 80$.     First of all I can’t understand anyone in that office! Everyone in there has a heavy accent. Talking to a girl on the phone - misunderstood pretty much our whole conversation - didn’t confirm anything to me. Wanted to surprise my wife with some flowers on our first anniversary being married. Didn’t happen because it got sent to the wrong place. And I didn’t get a call that something was wrong. Wrong location wrong email and apparently they don’t use cellphones because I couldn’t get a phone call to let me know something is wrong. They couldn’t provide a confirmation number for my return.

    To get a manager on the phone is like waiting in the DMV. Like 30 mins to speak with a manager. This is just flowers!!! This shouldn’t be such a headache but these people sure made it a headache. Their website only has good reviews that the people who actually work there wrote. Save yourself the headache talking to these people first of all. And save yourself the headache of doing business with them as well.

    Ordered for the first time for a family funeral. In order for delivery, I "HAD" to place an order $39.99 or more. I did and wish I had not. But, for the sake of getting the delivery in time, I went ahead with the order and even the extra fee it took for Same Day Delivery. With the item charge, the same day delivery fee, local taxes and a whopping $14.95 Service Charge, I spent just shy of $60.00. Being it was for family and the essence of time, I swallowed really hard and told myself not to worry. However, when I arrived at the funeral home and looked around for the plant(s), I could not believe my eyes.

    Before me sat the smallest dish garden with one white rosebud which had brown lines around the petals. Really? You charged me almost $60.00 for that? I was so embarrassed and disappointed. I wanted to pick it up and move it out of sight so no one could see it. To me, it was a disgrace to look at it. I am not happy with the dish garden and I will NEVER order from www.fromyouflowers.com ever again. I wish I could get a partial or full refund, but I'm sure that will never happen.

    Please do not order flowers or anything else from this company. I ordered flowers one day before delivery and paid about $50 for same day delivery the following day. Then, on the day that the bouquet was supposed to be delivered, I get an email message that it had been delivered. Cool. NO, not so fast; my friend tells me she never got the flowers and asks her coworkers the following day if someone had either seen or signed for the flowers. When I call the company, I asked for an explanation. All I get is that a local florist delivered them and that they will deliver flowers today. What gets me is that an email indicating delivery should not have occurred. Plus, the lack of an explanation for why this matter happened is UNACCEPTABLE.

    My friend's father passed away and I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered the next day, local delivery. That cost me $44.52. The delivery day they say, "Sorry, it could not be completed. We had no one to deliver it." They give me $10 coupon and promise to deliver next day, then next day after that and then they say, "Sorry we could find no one to deliver." What??!! This is local. By then the funeral etc is also over.

    I was so upset, other people who send flowers using other companies had no problems at all. Then they say, "Here is $20 coupon for you." I asked them, "For what? You obviously cannot do the job." I asked for refund. They said right away, no problem and send me an email to confirm that they have refunded but guess what that is another lie. The money is still not credited back to my credit card. These people are the low of lows, making money by robbing people who are trying to send flowers and cards to comfort their friends in times of loss. Terrible!

    I ordered same day flowers and chocolates for my niece's birthday. I received an email that they were delivered, but my niece never received them. Can't get ahold of anyone at the phone number. I emailed. They said in their email reply that they would look into it. Next day, finally received a phone call that they will be delivered today with an upgrade and will refund the delivery fee and give me a $10 coupon. I highly doubt I will ever use this company again since they can't get it right the first time and she didn't receive them on her actual birthday. You would think if delivering flowers is your business, it would happen. Guess I should have read the reviews first! I would give them zero stars if I could.     I ordered some flowers for a member of my church ministry who was out with a broken ankle. When I called her she told me she had received the flowers but the flowers were not fresh. The water in the vase was cloudy (meaning not fresh) and fresh flowers had been placed as a top overlay over the dead ones. The driver wasn't sure anyone was home so she took the liberty to attempt leave them at the front door, bad business practice. Had someone not opened the door all the flowers would have been dead due to the extreme heat outside.     I placed an order early in the afternoon to deliver flowers from my mom's birthday to her work. I waited patiently for them to be delivered and finally called around 4 o’clock to ask why the order was taking so long. The customer service lady put me on hold and said she’d be calling the florist to find out. She then tells me that she couldn’t get a hold of her and to wait until 5 since that’s when they stop delivering to businesses. Waited again still nothing.

    Then finally they call me at 5:59 to tell me that the florist they picked is closed and won’t be open until Saturday and they’ll deliver the flowers then!!! Her birthday was Thursday. That’s why I paid extra to have it delivered that day not 2 days from now. Horrible customer service. Said they couldn't do anything about it and it wasn't their problem. When we spoke to manager he gives us a ** excuse that the florist said she personally delivered the flowers and that my mom wasn’t there. My mom owns the business. She was there all day and had to close. So that was a lie again! They ruined her birthday. Never ordering from them again and telling every one of my experience.

    For two years straight I have used fromyouflowers.com to deliver flowers to my wife on her birthday. On both occasions they dropped the ball making it a horrible experience and robbing us of the joy of the moment. The first year the flowers was delivered to the wrong person. Because of that they ended up making a second delivery. Someone returned the following day demanding the first delivery back not knowing whether the flowers made it to my wife or not. The second time, I paid to have the flowers delivered early. The flowers was delivered at 4:45 pm. My wife gets off at 4:30 pm. Picture that.

    Simply put, you will not receive the floral arrangement you ordered. I ordered a large bouquet of flowers of $85 value + $15 = $100.00. In reality your ordered is only worth $70.00 total. What I received was a mid-sized bouquet of flowers worth $55. After speaking with the local florist that fulfilled the order, I learned that even though your receipt will itemize your purchase as $85 for the flowers, FromYouFlowers takes $30 cut for themselves before sending the order off to a local florist to fulfill. The florist told me they only had a budget of $70 with $15 for handling and delivery which only left them $55 of value for my order. NOWHERE in the receipt does it say FlowersFromYou is taking $30 as service fee which even if they did is absolute ripoff to just process an order. This is straight up a SCAM! NEVER AGAIN!

    A friend ordered a flower arrangement sent to my family for my father’s passing. It never arrived. My friend was very upset & called them. Then she sent a picture of what she ordered. They sent an arrangement days later that looked nothing like the picture. The picture also showed 2 candles in the arrangement. There were barely any flowers and no candles. Another week goes by and suddenly there’s another arrangement shows up on my doorstep. No one knocked. Total surprise of almost dead flowers in a vase with 2 candles laying next to it in a paper bag. Nothing in the arrangement to put the candles in. I haven’t got the heart to call my friend and tell her about all this but I will tell anyone who’ll read these to never use this company.     Last year I ordered a 'Rose Garden Bouquet' with a greeting card and a medium-sized stuffed teddy bear to my husband on our wedding anniversary day. The description said that it was a collection of six red roses in a background of wax-flowers, decorated beautifully. When the product arrived, it's a whole mess compared to the image on the website. Despite there are more roses (about 10 in total), the background flowers aren't wax-flowers but purple hydrangeas. The flowers were decorated very carelessly, the leaves aren't cut and organized made the whole bouquet not different from a tropical rainforest.

    The "greeting card" placed between the flowers is only a folded piece of paper with printed words like a student-to-student hand-message. Besides, the "teddy bear" is actually a stuffed ELEPHANT. Though my husband found it hilarious, I couldn't imagine they could make an elephant a present for a man. Too much disappointment for this shop.

    I placed 2 separate orders for the same recipient. One was for the same day delivery. The other was for the next day. Thursday and Friday respectfully. On Friday I called only to be told my Thursday I called only to be told that my Thursday order was not delivered yet at 4:45 pm then on Monday when I called I was told that my Thursday delivery was delivered on Monday. Today is Tuesday and my Friday delivery has not gotten there yet. Talk about horrible customer service. I called about 5 times within an hour and 1/2 time span could not speak to a supervisor. Then finally I got Shane the supervisor.     I placed this order on Wed and paid extra for a delivery by noon on Friday 11/9. At approximately 12:30 I called because it had not been delivered. They said it would be by 5 pm, sorry and would refund the expedited fee. Then at 5 pm they said, "Wait until 6 pm." Then at 5:55 pm they said it might take until 7 pm but florist was now closed so they cannot confirm but it could be delivered on Saturday. So the order finally arrives but 2 of the 5 balloons don’t float and the candy basket has lots of hard candy used as a filler, not all chocolate/bars as pictured online. Substitute candy is fine but it should be the same type as pictured/advertised. **Very disappointed in the service and the product.** NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

    They are unreliable with awful customer service. I paid extra to have flowers delivered day-of on my grandma’s 72nd birthday. I had to call them to check on the delivery status because their website was not displaying the order status (another failed promise on their end). They told me the $63 flower order I placed and paid extra to be delivered to my grandma, would not be delivered until tomorrow. Then, they tried to give me a $20 credit to reconcile their wrong. I said no thanks because I don’t ever want to work with them again. Don’t risk this flower service ruining a loved one’s special day like they did mine. I wish I could give them negative stars. I called customer service and sent a picture of the skimpy arrangement. I was offered a $15 coupon. I knew I wouldn't use this site again so then they offered to send a replacement bouquet. Unfortunately they never did sent a replacement bouquet. I've never written an online review before, but I feel I was ripped off. I would never recommend using Fromyouflowers.com.

    I was totally embarrassed when I saw the arrangement that had been sent by this company. It was the smallest arrangement I had ever seen at a funeral and this was for a family member. Don't be fooled by a coupon. They get you in the end regardless, they tack on a service fee. When I complained to Fromyouflowers.com, the company sent back a message saying I had to contact the florist that sent the arrangement. However, there was no way for me to know who they contracted with and they did not respond to that email when I asked. Word of advice. Call the local florist in the town that you need the flowers sent to. Such a scam.

    I live in Europe, and my mother lives in Ohio. I sent my mom flowers through this website. I paid a little extra to have them delivered before noon so I could see that she got them before I went to bed, since we have a six hour time difference! The flowers never showed so I gave the company a little time before I called. After 1:30, still no flowers. I called the company and they apologized and refunded the extra delivery charge. I waited and waited, still no flowers. I ended up calling this company 4 times, and they apologized with no empathy. I had to call my mom and let her know that I had ordered her flowers and now they would be delivered at her home.

    This company tells me over the phone that the flowers would be delivered at 4 different times. In the end, the surprise was a disaster and the whole mood was changed from a sweet thoughtful gift to a nightmare. The company did credit me 20% of my order, but not back on my credit card, but onto my online account. Which is a shame because I will never use this company again. Last but especially not least, I had written something to be put on a card, I had written the word “Christmas” and this company shorten it to “x-mas” which may not be a big deal to some people but for me it’s not what I ordered or what I had written. The greeting card was handwritten and sloppy. :(

    I spent over 60.00 for a bouquet for my daughter in the hospital. They were supposed to have sunflowers and bright colored roses (nice flowers). She received the cheapest flowers you can buy. I get prettier ones at Ralph’s. I’m so disappointed. She doesn’t know any different. The local florist will get a call and review also. Will NOT use this company again.

    My wife ordered me cookies and balloons to be delivered to my work on my birthday. She ordered a week early and paid extra to have it all delivered by noon. Only the cookies arrived on time. When my wife called they said that the balloons would be delivered by 5 but I would be gone by then. They only credited half of what she paid because they ordered from 2 different places. So my wife got stuck paying $50 for a small bag of Mrs. Fields cookies that you could buy for $10 at a store. They failed to deliver on all that was paid for when it should've been delivered and overcharge you for what you get. Do the legwork yourself and avoid this "company."

    My son ordered flowers from this company to be sent to his best friend's funeral. She hated roses so he deliberately chose a simple bouquet of white lilies in a glass vase. He ordered the deluxe version for $59.99. When we arrived at the calling I was horrified to see a VERY small glass vase with a handful of lily STEMS! Not one open lily... it was truly hideous and an embarrassment! Never again! Oh, and I posted a review on their website... of course, it was never added, only the glowing reviews make it on. Don't waste your money on this company.

    I ordered birthday flowers for my spouse when sleep deprived the night before her birthday. I read reviews only afterwards & thought this would never work out. But it did work out in my case. Spouse was very pleased. Flowers were on time (within a 9am-5pm window for a delivery to a workplace). They're gorgeous too and look only slightly different than the picture. I had decided to let the order ride due to being sick and sleep deprived once I saw the terrible reviews, but it also seemed there was no option to cancel via the website, which is not OK. I simply hoped for the best and got lucky. I did contact the company via email multiple times, and also via phone once, to check on the order. Maybe this helped.

    A human answered the phone when I called, and I received replies to both of my emails very quickly, assuring me the order was being processed. This company would not disclose the florist who would be fulfilling the order though when I asked; they said that is their policy. Perhaps that is what the problem is with this company... Seems there's no way to really track orders in any kind of detail, which I'm sure leads to accountability issues. The florist that did fulfill my order, I suppose, had integrity and did their job. Seems like this often does not happen when orders are placed through this company based on the other reviews.

    My friends and I bought another friend some flowers for the loss of her beloved pet. The $70 flowers we purchased were beautiful with yellow sunflowers, yellow roses and a custom-made vase with a picture of the pet. What she received was hideous! Half dead baby's breath with 2 red roses and 1 sunflower that has not yet opened...with a normal glass vase! We are absolutely embarrassed! Then they will not give a refund, they are going to "send more" tomorrow. I could have picked better flowers from the side of the road and threw them in a vase if that was the case! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! If they do not send the correct flowers tomorrow they can shove those flowers where the sun doesn’t shine!

    I ordered two arrangements to be sent to the same house, one for my daughter who lives there and the other for the other, who is visiting from out of state. I should also say step daughter from out of state to put this into perspective. For some reason I was made to make them two separate orders. So, I placed the orders with same day delivery, +$2.99. Later that day I got an apology email that said they would not be able to deliver that day, and that they would do so first thing the next. Well, finally about 2:30 pm they made the delivery, only when I checked, they had delivered one, but not the other.

    When I made the orders, since I had to go through the same process twice I ordered a slightly different arrangement for the second one. Same price, both simple, standard arrangements, but different. And this is probably how it happened. I don't know if the local florist couldn't fulfill one of them or if they just send each order to a different local vendor, but it caused me and the girls a little extra anguish. I felt like my step daughter would have felt slighted because her sister got hers and she got bupkis. They took it better than me. I won't ever use this service again.

    (Below is my actual letter to the company). “This is my first time ordering anything from your online site (to try something different) and I am truly disappointed with the following: 1. Faulty ordering process - I paid an extra $4.99 for the flowers to be sent before 12pm. I checked online status for delivery and it just showed it was not delivered. So I called customer service around 1:10pm to ask about the status. The representative was nice, she said she would call the flower shop... she came back on the phone and said the flower shop was not picking it up. I told her it was a high possibility that my family member would be discharged in the afternoon, so she said she would write a note for flowers to be sent by 2pm and refund me $4.99... I said ok.

    2. False advertisement - When shopping online, pictures are worth a thousand words. I selected this specific arrangement and paid “premium” so it reflected actual picture with lilies, the two toned roses and the picture looked beautiful (online). Then my brother sent me a picture of the arrangement and thought I was giving his wife a “funny” arrangement... the balloon says HAPPY BIRTHDAY not GET WELL SOON. Then the actual quality of the flower arrangement was underwhelming. There is more “greenery” than flowers, 3 roses and 1 lily on the top. Does NOT reflect the online picture AT ALL. So so so embarrassing on my part and I apologized to my sister in law. I called customer service and spoke with Greta about my dissatisfaction with the flower arrangement and service. She offered $5 refund for balloon and then 20% refund. She was really nice and accommodating.

    I told her I do NOT want anything to do with the company and I just wanted 100% of my refund back. I could have went to the store to buy cheap daisies and green leaves and stick them in a vase. This is so upsetting! I will be getting my refund back and Greta said they would send my sister another arrangement... I said no thank you. I cannot trust your services and complete lack of attention to detail. Please know I will post this review on Yelp and other online forums I submit reviews for. You need quality control of products that are sent out, this is bad for business. Thank you.”

    I ordered two LARGE floral bouquets from this company as a birthday present. When they arrived to my recipient, the flowers were clearly a small. Upon complaining to customer service they offer me a gift card for each order ($15.00 and $20.00) and a 20% refund on one of the orders. When I try to use the gift cards; they tell me that only one gift card at a time can be applied. That means the gift card will likely only cover the handling fees ($14.99)! So more money out of your pocket if you ever plan to used the "gift cards". When I asked why I was unable to apply both gift cards at once, they simply said it's what they are allowed (none of this is mentioned on their website). Every time I call to speak to a manager, they either hang up or leave me on hold until the system hangs up. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! Not only are they expensive; but the vendors clearly are charging excessive prices for basic floral arrangements.

    On Sunday I ordered a Get Well Chips, Candy & More Gift Basket to be delivered to a boy who just had surgery. I paid an extra $2.99 to have it delivered the next day. The basket was not delivered on Monday as promised. I called the company on Tues and spoke to a customer service rep and I explained the situation. He promised me an UPGRADED basket and he said it would be delivered on Wed. I asked the recipient if the basket was received on Wednesday, and it wasn’t! I then called the 1-800 number again on Thurs & the customer service rep called the local supplier who admitted that the basket was never delivered. The rep called a new supplier, and he took off a small amount of money for the trouble we experienced. The basket was finally delivered that afternoon.

    I received a picture of the basket from the recipient. The size and contents didn’t appear to be similar at all to the items in the picture from my original order. The delivered basket was small and quite unimpressive. After emailing the company to express my disappointment in the contents of the basket, and also how it arrived 3 days late, I was refunded a small amount of money. Not enough compensation for a terrible customer satisfaction experience, in addition to being embarrassed by the basket which finally arrived.

    I place an order for my mother's birthday and it was the WORST experience ever. My mom never got her flowers on her birthday. When the order was delivered I had to keep calling because I got no update through the website. First they said the car broke down so then I told them to have it delivered at her house which they didn’t. They just dropped them off at her job and it was on a Friday so she has flowers just sitting there that she’s doesn’t know about. They then guaranteed for a order to be delivered the next day BEFORE noon as I requested and it still never came. I wanted to surprise my mother with a gift and it just became a nightmare. Customer service was rude and didn’t sound like they cared at all. I’m disgusted with this experience and I will never use this site ever again and I will be sure to tell others as well.

    Flowers were ordered to be sent same day in hospital for the birth of my first grandchild, did not arrive. Called company, was told the order was not seen by florist, and was to be expedited for delivery next day. Again, flowers never arrived, children confirmed flowers never arrived despite being given a delivery confirmation email, customer service said confirmation was sent in error and flowers were scheduled for delivery(?). Customer 100% satisfaction guarantee listed on website was not honored, was substituted with a minor discount and an email containing a code for a $20 credit.

    I am livid because the window of opportunity for the flowers to impact the experience of the new baby has long since passed and cannot be brought back, this is being compounded by the unwillingness of the company to honor their website's promise and the less than congenial attitude of the staff. Was repeatedly put on hold for extended periods of time waiting to speak with appropriate parties. I would highly recommend anyone reading this to NOT order with this group, as I certainly will never do business with them again.

An employee from the company called me and informed me that they could not deliver them to the school because of the rules at the school. I then had them sent to the home address and she said the flowers would be delivered same day. Son calls at 6:00 pm no flowers. I called to find out what was going on and she said the florist was unable to deliver and that they would be there the next day. She was very rude and hung up on me. While they offered to refund me 30% and try again, I feel they didn't provide the guaranteed service they promised.     My 2 sweet college children ordered flowers for me for my birthday. I told them not to as moms do and to save your money. I noticed on their bank statement that they were charged $62 for a bouquet of flowers plus delivery so I knew they were coming. The flowers were pretty but quite small. After 2 1/2 days the flowers started to die and die fast. I called the local florist and she offered to replace them but said she couldn't refund them but that they had to be refunded through "fromyouflowers.com". My daughter called them with all the information needed and they told her they would only replace 30% of the price. What?? Do not order from them, they will not refund your money and they overcharge for the product. We will never use them again.

    I ordered a beautiful yellow bouquet of flowers in a smiley happy cup, chocolates and a teddy bear for my friend who was in the hospital. I paid extra to have it delivered the same day. The next day comes and they call me and tell me she was discharged (which she wasn’t). So I call again and they don’t answer. I call again and they say that she was there but they spelled her name wrong but that he already left. I call fromyouflowers.com and change her address to just have it go to her house and they say they will deliver the same day. 2 days later and I call her to see if she got her flowers and she tells me that she never got flowers. I call fromyouflowers.com again and they hang up on me twice.

    I call one more time and he tells me that he will contact the florist and call me back in 10 minutes. 24 hours go by and I didn’t get a callback. I called again this morning and the lady just kept repeating everything that I was saying to her and put me on hold for 20 minutes. She comes back and tells me that all she can do is have the flowers sent today and give me a 20% discount. I was so mad at this point that I told her that I won’t take the flowers and that I want a refund because I am tired with the way that they are treating me. She then puts me on hold for another 15 minutes and comes back with attitude and frustration in her voice telling me “You’ll get your refund. Just check your email” and then hung up. Never again am I using this company.

    When I purchased the flowers I also paid for the expedited delivery to ensure the flowers would arrive by 12 pm noon. The flowers arrived at 6:10 pm that night so we missed out on the whole day. To add insult to injury, the flowers I ordered looked nothing like the ones online. I ordered the premium flowers and received a horrible bouquet of flowers (so disappointed).     I ordered online a bouquet of beautiful flowers and nuts for my grandparents' 65th wedding anniversary. The first bouquet was carnations. I called to complain and the customer service rep I got told me that I shouldn’t have ordered online, but that I should have called in my order to see if it would look like the picture online. Are you kidding me! Then he offered me a gift certificate on my next order. I quickly informed him there won’t be another order. I requested to speak to a manager and this guy kept putting me on hold and then coming back with 10% back blah blah blah. I was getting very angry at this point. I told him I was not playing games with him and I wanted a manager NOW!

    He finally after 10-15 min transferred me. The manager offered to send another bouquet to my grandparents and give me 35% back. It’s been only 24 hrs and I have not received any money back. The florist showed up at my grandparents' and requested the first bouquet back and then gave them a bouquet that once again DOES NOT look anything like the picture I ordered from! I am so angry and would warn everyone to listen to these reviews because this company is 100% a complete joke!!!

    I placed an order for next day delivery. Not only was I charged the same-day fee (which of course I understand) but on top of that I was charged an expedited fee. Despite that, I received the delivery confirmation email 2 days late and when I contacted the person I sent them to, to verify they received they never got the order.     Order an autumn arrangement for my mother at the hospital and they delivered a hot pink and bright yellow “bouquet” that wasn’t arranged and just thrown into a vase. It looked terrible. I have contacted customer service who said another bouquet would be delivered the next day - it was never delivered. I contacted customer service AGAIN who said “they are verifying.” This was 5 days ago and I paid extra for same day delivery.     I ordered flower arrangement and upgraded to the premium along with a candy bouquet. I paid extra to have delivered before a certain time. The bouquet was not on time, was 2 hrs past the time I paid extra for. The flower arrangement that I ordered was unable to be delivered, although it was very frustrating I do understand that things happen. They at least sent me an email notifying me, and to contact them to discuss other arrangements. When I called them, not only was the lady I talked to extremely rude she hung up on me. After I called back, the gentleman I spoke with talked to me like I was completely stupid, therefore I requested to speak to supervisor who attempted to apologize while saying that he understood why the agents were rude. (By this time, I was extremely angry and probably being a little rude.)

    I was willing to work with them to get new arrangement ordered and sent out even though it was not going to be delivered on my desired day. However all the attitudes and rudeness that I encountered, I just simply wanted my money refunded along the extra that I paid for a specific time. That's when the supervisor stated he would not refund that because it's not his fault that I live in the middle of nowhere and not his problem that I paid it. Exact words were, "Sometimes you have to make a choice that cannot always be honored." Well if you're going to offer the deal, then your company better be willing to back it up. Company is horrible along with their product and customer service! Take my advice and spend your money elsewhere.

    Firstly, the price shown for this arrangement was 39.99. When all was said and done, it actually cost me nearly $55.00. They did deliver the arrangement on time, but it looked NOTHING like the photo to the point that when my husband told me those were the flowers I ordered, I told him it just couldn't be! Then I went over and read the card. I was so embarrassed! And I was in disbelief that they could possibly think I would be happy with this.     If I could give this company a zero rating I would. I will save you the hassle of a long story. Just don't do business with this company. Not only did they not deliver same day as promised, their system cut off the apartment number from a 3 digit apt. to one digit and claimed it was my error and refused to deliver to correct apt number. I'm out over 50 bucks on flowers delivered to wrong address. When I email all I get is a generated response. When I call... they can't speak English and have zero clue what they're doing. When I ask for a supervisor I get put on hold and no one ever comes back. GO ELSEWHERE!!! This company is HORRIBLE.

I already ordered the premium arrangement and was promised an additional upgrade for the lack of delivery, but the flowers that arrived were the regular arrangement AT BEST. Not only did it not arrive on the day of order, when I spoke with customer services I was told each time I called that it would be there within a set time, finally arrived and the product had cheap replacements for what was in the photo. I understand they do not guarantee it will match the photo, but come on, at least have the company you contract with have quality products, not Dollar Store looking crap.     I am new to this flower site and decide to give them a chance. I order some flowers for a special person in my life who was leaving out of town for the next two weeks. I had ordered them at 8:23 am and paid for the expedited services of 4.99$ in which the flowers would have been delivered by 12 pm, why guess what? The damn flowers never arrived.

    I had called the damn company over ten times today and when I asked them for the damn florist number they refused to give it to me and kept coming back online to say, "Oh I am sorry." That does nothing for me! And have been saying, "Oh they will be delivered before 5 pm!" And then send me to a supervisor mailbox and tells me To leave a message. Are they for real! Pissed off! Ask them for refund and going to tell me no. What the heck! No. I will be emailing their corporate office shortly. Makes no damn sense!

    I live outside U.S, and wanted to surprise my sister who is living in US for her birthday. I ordered white flower with blue, the name of the flower bouquet is "clear blues skies". However the flower sent is totally different colour, which is not in the catalog! I also paid the the expedition fee, but the delivery is not within 4 hours as promised. I'm so disappointed with the service, the outcome of the flowers. I regret that I didn't take my time to read reviews about the website before I ordered. I would not buy from this website again.

    On 10/14/18 I place a order for my Mom. Used the "Same Day Service". That never happen. She got them an day late. Really disappointed, I had high hope that she would to get them as wish they had. But a lesson learn! Never used this site again!

    I chose a beautiful arrangement from your site which consisted of White Roses for my mother's 88th birthday. What she received was “nothing at all” like I ordered. Personally what you state about substitutions fails because it is supposed to be similar. It wasn’t even close. You advertise what you can’t deliver; you might as well just tell people to pay a certain amount and you’ll send them whatever you please. Why give a choice? Your reviews say it all which I too plan in giving my opinion and your responses. I still plan on called your corporate; hopefully they have more integrity than whoever manages your department.

    Flower was ordered several days earlier for my gf for anniversary and paid extra expedited service and guaranteed no later than 12 PM delivery. But we didn't get it. My friends used this website one time and it was late by one day!!! It's awful. Please be careful, def not order here.

    I ordered a flower arrangement for an out-of-state friend who had recently had a stroke and was unable to talk. I received an email that the flowers had been delivered. I found out days later that later she had not received the flowers. I called the company immediately. The Customer Care lady I spoke to apologized and said they would deliver another arrangement and give me 30% refund. My friend did not receive that arrangement either and I did not get a refund, they charged me the full amount. I was so angry I called again and told them I wanted a full refund, they said they would but I have not received it. Then they had the nerve to send me an email something to the effect how they look forward to my business again. I sent them a very nasty email. This company is worst online company I have ever dealt with. They are defrauding people!

    I have ordered from nearly all of the major online flower sellers. Not all of them are perfect, but none of them can compete with From You Flowers for dysfunction and misrepresentation. They tout all over their site their ability to do next day orders and from local florists. On a Monday evening I placed an order for Tuesday, paying even more to ensure it would arrive by noon. 12 pm came and went with no delivery. I received an automated email with a small monetary credit with no real detail for what was next. I assumed this meant it was just because they wouldn’t make the extra early time I paid for but that it would still be same day. 3 pm came and the online status tracker went from delivery today to delivery exception.

    I called for more information and as other reviewers note, there was an odd air of attitude from the service rep. When I indicated that If the order couldn’t be delivered by 6 pm, I wanted a full refund and to just cancel the order. They put me on hold for 15 minutes and eventually disconnected or hung up with no callback. I decided to wait and see if they came first thing in the morning and by noon Wednesday, now well beyond the next day delivery that I sought in the first place, my wife still had no flowers.

    A third or fourth call to customer service yielded a promise it would be there before the end of the day and a measly $7 credit on a $55 bouquet. Finally by around 4 pm, the flowers arrived. The bouquet was so small, I could have made the same arrangement with one $5 bouquet from the grocery store. It also barely resembled the photo in terms of flower types. Overall this was a complete disaster and not even a full refund would honestly make me take a chance on this company again. Stay away and if you’re in a pinch the grocery store will do you better.

    My husband ordered a beautiful bouquet for my birthday for same day delivery. Unlike most of these reviews, we had no problem with the delivery. It came on time when they said it would. However, the bouquet was completely different. Instead of mini carnations and regular roses, it was mini roses and regular carnations plus extra flowers that were not in the description including Peruvian lilies which my husband is allergic to. And it was supposed to have a nice plaid ribbon tied on the vase and instead it's a mess of raffia.

    There's ripped up giant leaves that take up most of the bouquet. It wouldn't be so bad if this looked like what my husband ordered, but it's nothing like it. And the florist who delivered it had stapled their business card over the message card, so I couldn't even see what was written as it ripped it off when I tried to take the business card off. We are never using FromYouFlowers again. $60 would have been fine for the bouquet that was picture, but for this bouquet, we could have bought at the grocery store for $10-15, it's disappointing and terrible. And customer service is a joke. No response.

    Yesterday (10-9-18) I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law’s birthday. I ordered the "White and Yellow Birthday Cake" arrangement. The arrangement was supposed to be shaped and look like an actual birthday cake. Well, it was shaped like a volcano instead. I was SO embarrassed when my mother-in-law messaged us a picture of the mess of an arrangement. I will NEVER use this company again and I'm going to post about this mess all over social media.

    Customer service was a joke and then the flowers arrived and WOW what a even bigger disappointment! Ordered the deluxe to look like the photo on the website and they were absolutely terrible. Lots of gaps and ugly flowers. $60 down the drain. Thankfully my grandma appreciated the thought but I am disgusted by this company. My grandma is going through chemo and I wanted to surprise her during breast cancer awareness month. What a joke the company and flowers are. Stay far away from this place!

    I ordered same day flowers from fromyouflowers.com on 10/8/18. My ordering experience was easy as was paying. The trouble started when at the end of the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered, I checked the tracking and saw that there was a problem. I contacted customer service and they told me that they were unable to locate a florist in the city where I wanted the flowers delivered. They apologized and refunded my same day fee and said that the flowers would arrive the following day. On the following day, I called customer service and was told that the flowers would be delivered before 6 p.m. - no other details. I continued to track the delivery throughout the day and at 4 p.m. called customer service to see where the delivery was.

    At that point, I was told again that they couldn't find a florist in the town and would be able to send it UPS the following day. I said that if that was a possibility they should UPS it today! They said there was no way to get it there today so I cancelled my order. Do not believe this company when they say they will deliver flowers the same day - it's simply not true. I was trying to send flowers to Ft. Collins, CO - a normal size city that has lots of florists. They did refund my money (or said they would). I will never use this company again.

    I ordered flowers on the 10-5 to be delivered on 10-8, I had to call to find out they would not be delivered and was promised they instead would be delivered on the 9th, today is the 9th, tried to complain - was hung up on. Worse customer service ever. Was told that the delivery guy wasn't able to deliver on base... Mind you the base is the base for Arlington National Cemetery. WTH. Flowers get delivered there all the time. Don't waste your money on this company. Call a local florist instead.

    I ordered the Cotton Candy with Premium Option, not even Regular Option for my sister Birthday. From the delivery it came just the Balloon that I ordered for additional $5 was as the picture shown and the vase. The bouquet itself consist from 3 pink roses and few white chrysanthemums. The same bouquet you can buy for $10 or less in every store or groceries (the once that sell flowers). I never knew that a bouquet of FLOWERS can look so ugly. Very disappointed... Do not order from this people. I wish I can upload a picture, you will be shocked. Plus, I called them up and I had to stay for about an hour on hold for a manager and in the end they hanged up on me.

    I ordered orchids for my aunt's birthday but she received a completely different arrangement from what I ordered. I would never have known this unless she had sent the picture. It was not remotely close to what was advertised. They delivered lilies! The same thing also happened last month on Sept 5th when I sent my mother flowers after my stepfather passed away. The picture was not even close to what I had ordered, but my poor mom was so happy with the flowers that I did not bother to complain. Why bother having pictures on their website at all if they are just going to send whatever is convenient for them? This is not the way to do business. Online services require a greater amount of transparency and accuracy. Very disappointed that this is the way the company is conducting business. Do not buy from them because you will not get what you pay for.

    I wish I could add photos of what I originally ordered and what got delivered. I requested for same day delivery and that did not happen. Then I paid for next day delivery before 12 o'clock, submitted my order and got an email 30 minutes if not sooner email saying they could not deliver them next day. It was pushed out until Monday. Called in on Monday around 10 to get an update on when they'd be delivered and if I could refunded the money I spent on to get the flowers delivered same day and then the money I spent extra for next day delivery before 12. And all they wanted was to credit me 10 to buy more flowers not back on my card.

    But when the person I sent flowers to received the flowers and sent me a picture and it turned out to be a completely different purchase. I ordered "Special Moments Bouquet" I believe it was called. It was supposed to have purple and pink Roses but it came as only WHITE ROSES... Completely different order. Will never ever order from here again and I hope this saves many others from having a special moment ruined. Save your money and order elsewhere.

    I ordered the “Rose & Lily” bouquet on September 28th for a birthday gift & paid extra for guaranteed delivery before noon the next day. At nearly 5 pm I realized I had not heard from the recipient & when I called her, no surprise, she had NOT received the flowers. It took 2 separate phone calls & quite a bit of MY time to get information— lol. The 1st customer service rep told me that they HAD been delivered! I visited my friend a few days later & saw that the bouquet I ordered was not what she received- hers looked like a fall bouquet but I had chosen a bouquet that was mostly PINK. Since fromyouflowers.com had both my email & phone # I think it would have been appropriate if they checked with me before substituting other flowers.
