    In January, I ordered flowers from this company, three days in advance, to be delivered to a funeral I won't going to be able to attend. Keep in mind that this is a same-day florist, but I placed my order three days before the delivery date. I was able to attend the funeral after all, but noticed that my flowers had not been delivered before the ceremony began. This was a funeral for a young man who suffered a traffic death, so I was understandably very upset.

    After some back & forth emails (they had confirmation that the order was delivered, but I had to refer them back to the time needed in my original order for them to see that it was delivered AFTER the funeral had ended), the company refunded my purchase and gave me a credit to motivate future purchases. I started to make a purchase today, but couldn't find my credit. I contacted the company. Not only was my credit gone (I learned that it EXPIRED last month), but they completely erased my January order from their system!

    I forwarded the email to them, the one that stated the "credit" had expired, and told them that this was poor business practices. I asked them to remove me from their email list, as I would not be doing business with them any longer. Of course, I proceeded to unsubscribe myself. They responded to the email that showed them taking my credit away by saying something to the effect of, "if you need help with the online unsubscribe button, let us know." I cannot believe the horrible way that this company treats its customers!

    Order flowers for my sister in law's funeral. The flowers never arrived. Called customer service who put me on hold for 15 then stated three attempts were made to deliver the flowers. No one there. Uh other florist delivered theirs. Told them wanted the flowers brought immediately. Placed back on hold another 15 minutes. No delivery today but could deliver tomorrow. Well no funeral tomorrow. Told would get get 30% off and delivery to another address. We will see if if they deliver tomorrow. If not I will be calling again.

    I ordered flowers for my mother who is in the hospital which she never received. When I called to inquire about it they said they were delivered and left at the nurses' station. I called the hospital and they told me flowers are not allowed in the hospital rooms and all the florist in the area know that but they fill the orders and deliver them anyway knowing the recipient will never receive them and that it's a big part of their business delivering undeliverable flowers to the hospital.

    I called Fromyouflowers and asked for a 50% refund because I did feel partially responsible although they are in the flower business and should know who they can and cannot deliver to. They only gave me a 20% discount and would not give any more than that. If I were a flower shop and an address came across my order knowing it's undeliverable I would stop and make contact with the purchaser or fromyouflowers not just fill the order and deliver it to a stranger and call it a day. So now I'm out $50 and my mother has no flowers. Do not use them.

    I agree. Do not use "fromyouflowers.com." Today, I ordered bouquet of flowers and a "small box of chocolate" (option provided by the website) for my bf. And he received a bouquet of flowers completely different from the image and a bag of Ghirardelli Square chocolates. I called their customer service as well and explained that my gift recipient received a completely different type of flower and not even a box of chocolate. I think that receiving a completely opposite order from what you paid for expecting something else is serious false advertising and quite frankly a fraud because in other stores, ordinary policy is that if you are not satisfied with your product they will give you a full refund. Instead, they gave me a 20% refund which was 7 dollars. By the way, I ordered pink and white roses. (How hard is that to match?)

    By any means possible, please don't go to this site. I mean I even gave them a chance to correct their mistake, even after they did a terrible job which is not delivering flowers on a year waited VALENTINE'S day. They care less as about their customers. Actually they are horrible on their customer service. Look, I will post the email that was written back and forth with them and you decide. Until you see it don't dare contact them on purchasing anything.

    I ordered a bouquet of flowers at a total of about $57 after everything was said and done. When the bouquet was delivered IT WAS NOTHING LIKE WHAT WAS DESCRIBED ON THE WEBSITE aside from the mason jar. They do have a substitution policy but the arrangement was absolutely nothing like what was pictured on the website. It was hideous and I was so embarrassed. I emailed the company with photos of what I ordered and what was delivered and they gave me a refund... of $7.70!!! That was it! The arrangement was garbage - I could have bought the same thing from a grocery store for $14.99, put it in a mason jar and it would have looked better than what was delivered.

    The arrangement, for which I paid extra for next day, was supposed to be delivered on March 8. They were not. Then on March 9. They were not. Then on March 10. They were not. I received an order confirmation on March 11. My hospitalized never received them. NOW they are going to use a different florist. That wonderful $20 gift card that they sent me... I don't think so! Use anyone else.

    I ordered same day delivery for a special event. They did not deliver in time on a Friday. They offered to deliver on the next Monday with the addition of an apology note and upgrade on the arrangement. I agreed. They did not do the apology or the upgrade. They do not stand by their word.

    Stay away from this bs "business". I'm sooooo mortified, embarrassed!! I ordered a gift basket to a family that had a recent loved one pass and I went with this so- called company because it guaranteed 100% satisfaction and same day delivery... They didn't even give me the courtesy of telling me it wasn't going to be delivered that day and they had to try to "find a florist" who would make the basket and deliver it. I ordered this last thursday, the 7th, and I find out today it wasn't delivered on time. Seriously?! It's totally useless now seeing as though the services have passed.

    The kicker... I just got off the phone and the woman offered me $7.00 back! Yeah, not 7% but $7!! I paid out over $80.00. This company does not in any way know how to run a business and has false advertisement written all over it! Beyond ridiculous and the owners should be ashamed. They still can't tell me if it was delivered or not and I'm certainly not going to bother the family to inquire about my gift being delivered!!

    I ordered the Perfectly Decadent gift basket for a Birthday gift. It showed chocolates and gourmet snacks. I ordered the medium range basket. 59.99, it arrived on time, and if you read the fine print, it does state that they might have to make substitutions. Ok I get that, but there is nothing gourmet about Heinz Yellow mustard, Pretzel crisps and Babybel cheese. Yes folks, a table size bottle of Heinz yellow mustard, there was a package of Ferrero Rocher chocolates. Everyone I show the picture to can't stop laughing. I was horrified, I spent over $80, I added some balloons. They offered a 20% rebate and then a coupon for my next order. They didn't understand that the damage was done!!! I do not recommend this company.

    Ordered a fruit basket a week ahead. Did not show up. Called and waited 15 min to talk to a person. Was told they would have to wait to check why it did not get delivered. Call again later that night and they said they can deliver it tomorrow. I said OK. The next day still no delivery. Called again. 10 min. wait to talk to a person. I wish I had checked the reviews on them before I ordered from them. Live and learn.

    Advertised as same day delivery. I paid extra for this. Waited 24 hrs no delivery. Tracking said order was “scheduled for delivery.” 48 hrs later... no delivery. Called 1-800 #. I was told that the local florist lost my order. I was given a free upgrade to make up for the mistake. Order arrived. It looked like a downgrade from the original. It was pitiful. I was so embarrassed. My mother’s bday gift was over 48hrs late and looked as if a child arranged it. It looked cheap!!! I called the 1-800# back. I was 1st offered a 20% discount. I asked to speak with a manager. I was then offered 30% off. I asked a 3rd time to speak w/ a manager... no manager ever took my call. I was finally given a full refund... Hopefully that actually happens. Awful experience!!! A botched bday gift... A special day ruined by giving my business to a poorly rated company. THIS IS THE UPGRADE!!!

    So, my boyfriend ordered my flowers that were sent to me Valentine’s weekend. They were Lilies, which are my favorite. I made sure I followed the care instructions and NONE OF THEM OPENED UP. I called them to complain and the lady I spoke with was very nonchalant and rude about sending out a replacement. But they did and guess what...THESE DIDNT OPEN EITHER!!! I called to complain about this one and asked if maybe they could use another company or send a different flower and they wanted my boyfriend to PAY for another arrangement. Like are you kidding me?!? I have received numerous bouquets in my lifetime and these flowers were by far THE WORST FLOWERS I HAVE EVER GOTTEN!!! Buyers beware. I will make sure everyone know about their horrible quality flowers and lackluster customer service!!!

Said they would send out an upgrade basket, with the balloon and everything. Well she got this tiny basket without even the balloon. Then when I called the last time the customer service rep, was like, when can refund $5.00 the cost of the balloon, it was totally lost on him it wasn't about the balloon 2 days after my daughter's birthday.     I was looking for an affordable arrangement for my aunt's birthday. This website popped up so I took a look. I thought the website was easy and virtually painless to get through. I liked it so much, and saved money, I went ahead and bought my mom one too. That one arrived today. It arrived at 8:30 this morning looking exactly like pictured (actually better) and she and I were very pleased. My aunt's comes in 2 wks so barring a total disaster. I can't wait!

    I ordered a $70 bouquet and paid extra for same-day delivery. They were unable to fulfill same day delivery so upgraded me to the "premium" bouquet. The bouquet arrived a day late and was smaller and missing flowers compared to the online representation. I called and they promised a repeat delivery which was never delivered. I can't believe you can charge so much for flowers and provide such poor service.

    I ordered a cute little smiley-face mug with a bouquet of daisies and roses in yellow and white for my sister to celebrate her last day of cancer treatment. Daisies are her favorite flower. What she received was an assortment of flowers that looked like the odd bunches of leftover flowers they sell in the supermarket for less than $10.00. I called and was told they would send out the correct bouquet the next day. Nothing arrived the next day. I called again and was offered a 30% refund. I insisted that their policy said I could have a full refund. They then issued a full refund to my credit card. I won't order flowers from this site again. This was my first and last time.

    My sister and brother in law ordered some flowers to be delivered to my house so that I can take it to my grandmother who turned 100 today. The flowers was ordered a day in advance. On grandma's birthday, I waited all morning by the kitchen window, but no one showed up. By noon, I texted my sister in law to see if there was a delivery time frame while I waited outside in the front yard. By 2:36 pm, she got back to me after calling customer service, and that someone is in the local area to deliver the flowers in the next hour. Waited over 2 hours and no one showed up.

    I called customer service and the automated system says that delivery is in progress. I waited some more. Then I spoke to a live person and they have the nerve to lie to me that someone delivered the flowers but no one was home so they took the flowers back to the local florist shop, and will attempt delivery again the following day. I was so upset and demanded to speak to a "manager". This "manager" comes on to say no one was home so they will attempt to deliver the next day. I refused to accept that because I was home all day waiting for the flowers and no one showed up, called, nor left any note at the door, I WAS HOME!

    I told the manager which local florist is it because no came by and I will pick it up myself. He refused to tell me which local florist it is and was firm about it being delivered the next day. I told him I need it for grandma's birthday today! He offered no solution and will not give me a delivery time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! IT'S EXACTLY WHAT OTHER REVIEWERS EXPERIENCED & MYSELF! Bad business!

    I ordered yesterday and paid for overnight delivery for a viewing today! I got an email that they were unable to fulfill the order but would be delivered possible tomorrow! When I called they offered to refund shipping! When I told them the viewing was today, the customer service agent said they would refund 30%, needless to say their lack of sympathy just upset me off so I demanded a refund! They said I would have refund in 2 to 3 business day! If I don't get it I will be back to write another comment! I have learned my lesson! Next time I will order directly from a florist!

    I ordered flowers for a birthday at 5. After 4 pm they inform me that the flowers I ordered could not be delivered. They couldn't tell me this morning so I could go with another company, no they call after after business is starting to close. So I missed the occasion. The last time I used them they forgot the balloons... What a bunch of unorganized idiots. It takes a minute to take your money and 3 days to give it back. This is unacceptable business behavior.     I ordered a beautiful light pink and white bouquet for my step mom’s birthday because this is her favorite colors. After 2 days and 2 phone calls to Fromyouflowers she finally got a dark pink rose bouquet with all kinds of colors in it VERY POORLY thrown together. I did get a 20% refund but still horrible service. Costco refunded the whole amount when I had a delivery mix up. I just waited too late to order from Costco to get it there on time. Live and learn from my mistake. I will include photo of what I received and what I ordered.

    Ok so my husband ordered these flowers and some chocolates for me which I got a day late but whatever... I wasn't in a hurry and in fact I didn't even know about them till I noticed 80 bucks out of our account. To start with, my husband is in the army and is currently on a deployment so he thought flowers would be nice. The reviews on the website sounded good to him so he ordered me some chocolate and this beautiful arrangement of flowers. They were, if I am correct, 2 days late. The flowers look NOTHING like the picture but to me it is the thought that counts. I know the chocolate brand so these are really good chocolates.

    Overall I am just disappointed at the flowers and the condition of them. The flowers are already wilting, but they do smell nice. The vase is a million times smaller than the picture. This website for the most part is a ripoff. You do not get the arrangement you pay for and that is the hugest let down. As far as trying to get a refund they said my husband would have to do it because he is the one that ordered it!! That is so stupid because I am his wife and if I want to cancel an order I should be allowed to and I told the guy about my husband being deployed and he said that he can't help and hung up on me without another word. The flowers the vehicle arrived in was extremely skeptical. The car was white and trashy looking a car which I have never seen before and it had some huge sticker on the side with a picture of flowers in it. Obviously not the UPS or FedEx guy.     I ordered flowers on Valentine's Day that never arrived and when I tried to talk to customer service about it, they kept saying "your flowers arrived". I paid for both flowers, medium chocolates, and even paid the expedited shipping cost since I bought it on Feb 13th. I waited until the 15th, thinking maybe it was just a busy day, and still no flowers. Don't even bother ordering from them.

    My wife ordered a bouquet to be sent to her friend for the friend's birthday. The scheduled delivery date was February 19th. After realizing her friend never received the flowers, my wife checked with customer service about the order. They said that the delivery was "successfully" made on February 14th. That was 5 days early (when her friend was out of town - she never saw them), so we did not consider that a "successful delivery". After asking for either a refund or a re-delivery, my wife was first offered a $15 gift card. When she rejected that and asked again for a refund or a re-delivery, they said that the same flowers were not available at the time, but they could offer a 50% refund. That was still not acceptable to us. The service we paid for was not done, and since they were still unable to do it, we expected a full refund.

    Next I called their customer service line. When I asked for a refund, I was first offered the opportunity to have a delivery of the same value made. When I turned that down and asked again for a refund, it was finally granted. Overall the issue was pretty easily taken care of once I called (as opposed to my wife's previous communication with them which had been over email). I have now seen the refund post to my credit card. I'm giving a low review because the delivery date was far off from what was scheduled, and it took a bit of a runaround to get my refund. I probably wouldn't do business with them again. However, I'm giving two stars instead of one because they did finally give the refund in the end, without too much of a fight.

    For my daughter's birthday, I paid a total of $47.68 for the "Be Happy" Bouquet, which features primarily yellow flowers in a Happy Face pot. The delivery my daughter received looked like a randomly-picked, thrown-together bunch of leftovers, in a plain glass vase. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, I was told that FromYouFlowers has the right to make a substitution if an item is not available. I can understand that at times, a substitution would have to be made, but the simple glass vase is in no way an equivalent "substitute" to the happy-face pot. At the very least, they should have substituted another novelty type of container. The flowers also do not seem like an equivalent substitute for the cheerful bouquet in the photo. So beware: You may not get what you order!

    Ordered this arrangement for a funeral. What arrived is nothing like photo. It lacks qualify and quantity of flowers. Rose is the first flower listed but there were NONE. Only pink carnations and white mums with greens. Even those flowers were minimal and I ordered the PREMIUM version by paying extra. It cost around $110 for flowers worth maybe $20 at the most. I was embarrassed that I sent this. Never use this company if you want something nice delivered to a function. The worst flower arrangement company I have ever deal with. Also, I tried to leave a review but this system seems to be rigged. Perhaps if you leave a bad review, you never get the confirming email thus the review never gets listed. What a scam.

    We should have read these reviews before ordering. We ordered a Cross arrangement for a family member out of state, paid extra for next day delivery by noon for the service. The flowers never arrived. We contacted customer service the next day after the service. We're not sure where the lady worked before customer service but she was like a robot reading something and constantly putting us on hold. At first she said the flowers didn't get delivered because they needed to make a substitution, after that we asked for a refund and she put us on hold again.

    She came back and wanted to know if they could send them to a family member's house and kept pushing a substitution (What?? The service is over lady!! What a joke!!). We kept insisting on a refund and she finally put us on hold again. After several minutes she came back and initiated a refund. What a nightmare! If you are needing flowers for a service and more importantly the flowers you ordered we strongly suggest you buy somewhere else. We know we will the next time. They need to change their name to FromyouNOflowers.com. We hope this helps.

    I will NEVER use this company again. Being 1000 miles away from my daughter (a nurse) on her bday, I wanted to surprise her. So I order her bday cake, flower arrangement with several balloons. Well my surprise went south and I got the surprise. The delivery driver left flowers that were broken AND smashed... with the candles all broken and only 1 balloon! When nurses questioned him he said florist sent it that way.

    I contacted the florist (which the day of delivery was too late to contact because weren't delivered until 4pm on her bday after she had left!!). The guy who answered phone apologized. Said would be corrected and resent and done that day by 1pm. 1pm No flowers... I contacted florist again... They promised say delivery guy had delivered but he had not! She promised to correct and Give refund for all the problems.

    2 days later my daughter receives her flowers and I get an email stating they are giving me a 20% disc on order refunded... after I was told I would receive full refund!!! As of today I have not received refund and I am sick of these companies taking peoples money and ruining surprises they entrust them with and pay them for ($100 order btw). Do not use this company. They will ruin surprises and then everyone else blamed and they dont keep their word and will only correct by sending pennies on your order for refund for their mistake and your ruined surprise!!!! Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with!!!

    I was very worried after seeing all of the negative reviews about this website. I did not see it until after I had placed my order. I ordered flowers for my mother who is in the hospital. The flowers arrived on time, and were very close to the photo that I chose and the size was correct. In addition, I had a box of chocolates delivered and they were delivered and sized accordingly. Since I was sending flowers to an area of the country that is very expensive, I shopped online for a long time to find something that was affordable. I am most pleased with the result. I think many people do not take the time to put a good report on these sites when it is warranted!

    I attempted to send flowers to a friend on the anniversary of her husband's death. I requested same day flowers. They did not get there the day before the anniversary when I knew she was having such a difficult time. They said they needed the delivery address. It was correctly submitted and they chose not to read. I submitted it again in an email and they responded to my concern. They would not be delivered at least the day of the actual anniversary. I even explained what they were for. I received an email stating they were sorry and the flowers would absolutely be delivered that day. At 10 pm Georgia time when I was speaking with her on the phone it was clear she never received them. Again another email stating they could not deliver them on time. I canceled the order.

    I am VERY disappointed with this company. They don't deserve not 1 damn star. I went online specifically looking for a company to deliver my mother a flower arrangement due to me being out of state for work. It was her birthday. I couldn't get my order number to be found to see the status of it and I waited on hold for a very long time for customer service. She found my order but since the local florists didn't take the delivery they rescheduled to whenever someone does have time tomorrow. No call to me, no email to me. And now my mother got absolutely nothing today. She spent her birthday alone and tomorrow they are to get 8 in of snow. So if they couldn't today it's definitely not happening the next day.

    This company is a joke. When a company specifically says "same day delivery"and it puts in your zip code and checks if it's available for that day then why wasn't it done? I didn't ask for someone to deliver her 40$ flowers and a big delivery fee costing 60$ for whenever they got to it, I asked for that day. And now it's entirely too late to have someone else deliver it not to mention she goes to bed at 9pm. If I wouldn't have called this company I would have never known she didn't get them. I'm highly disappointed and I feel bad that my mom got nothing today. She didn't deserve this. And if they don't refund or it doesn't go back into my account I'm going to go even further than this.

    I ordered my mom a bouquet for Valentine's Day and what was pictured is nothing like what she actual got. I paid almost $70 dollars and when I complained they said they would give me a 20% refund. I got $7.62. It's the worst quality and the customer service was a joke. Please don't buy flowers from them because it will be a bad experience for the buyer and their recipient.

    I ordered flowers for a dear friend's family funeral two weeks in advance of the funeral date. The company didn't let me know until THE DAY OF the funeral that they would not be able to fulfill the order & asked where else they could send my order. I was & am so completely disappointed & disgusted at their terrible service. I canceled the order & received a refund. I will NEVER use them again. How disgraceful!

    I am writing this review to let the next person know that they will not get what you order - not even close. You pay for a deluxe bouquet and get a much smaller version with a lot less flowers than described for a very large price. The flowers that were delivered were pretty but not what was expected even knowing that sometimes there are variations. They should not even of had a picture to start.

I called and tried to talk to someone about the mess up and all they could do was send me a $10.00 gift certificate that I will never use.

    BEWARE!!! I ordered a funeral spray for my grandpa's funeral three weeks in advance from this site and they email me the day of, telling me they can't deliver them. The lady I spoke to did not try to find a way to get them to me, basically said, "sorry, I will give you a refund." NOT good enough considering you should have given me ample notice so I could have gotten the flowers elsewhere. I will NEVER buy here again, NEITHER SHOULD YOU!

    Hi All: This is the first time that I’m driven to write a review. I ordered on 2/21/2019, the medium All FRUIT BASKET for my brother in law who had surgery. I paid a total of $72.97 which included delivery and same day svc. That evening my sister message me thank you and the picture of the basket. I called her and said this is not what I ordered. The basket contained 2 apples, 2 oranges, 2 pears a pineapple and 1 each payday, KitKat, crunch, and snickers. I immediately called Fromyouflowers, spoke to Atina who said this would be corrected the next day.

    Next day nothing, I called again. Spoke to supervisor Shene. He said as it was Friday could I wait until Monday, I said ok. On Monday called back. Spoke to supervisor Jason who said the original florist didn’t want to deliver so another one tried to deliver. Left a note on the door. That didn’t happen. I told him my sister found no note. He again took my sister’s cell and house #, said he would give it to the florist to call before delivery. Well, you guessed it. No basket still. Now tonight 2/26/2019 I called again. Spoke to supervisor Pearl. She said there was a note in the computer that the florist wanted my sister to call them. How was she suppose to know this when I was told the florist would call at the time of delivery.

    I explained to Pearl Florida has an abundance of fruit how difficult is it to deliver a basket of fresh fruits. After all this and being fed up I demanded a refund. She said she would give me 50%. Since I didn’t want this to continue I decided to take the “50%”. As I’m writing this I get an email for the refund of $26.00 not even 50%. I said all this to make aware of anyone using this site to first read this. This company has unreliable florist contracting their orders. IN MY OPINION THEY ARE FRAUDS... PS. I give 1 star since the site required it.

    I placed an order online to be delivered the same day just as they advertise. So day two comes and something told me to call this company and at 4:00 in the afternoon, my plant still hadn't been delivered...why because they claims did not have that particular plant. Really? So no one could have called me? So...she said, "I can give you a gift card." No ma'am because I will never use it with this company. Give me my damn money back and I would advise you to go somewhere else.

    I ordered a flower arrangement for a funeral. They didn't deliver. They kept giving me excuses. Every time a different person spoke to me. They could not transfer me to a supervisor. This company does not seem to exist in the US. They are talking from Philippines. Totally unreliable. I would never buy from them again. Try your local stores.

    If you are reading this before ordering from "Fromyouflowers", PLEASE don't waste your money, or you will be back here writing your own review. If you already ordered from this company, sorry for your loss! I wish I would have read these reviews before using them. If you do order from them, just remember two things... One, what you order and what you get are two different things. The florist will choose what they want to deliver, which will be old stock of whatever they can't seem to sell. This was the case with my order. I ordered a combination of pink and red flowers with a beautiful red vase wrapped with a ribbon. What my girlfriend received was some red carnations with a plain clear vase. That's it. It was nothing like what I paid for.

    When I complained, their solution was to refund $7 of my purchase. Which leads to the second thing you need to remember when using this company. They DO NOT stand behind their "guarantee"!! Which states a FULL refund or delivery of a new bouquet if not satisfied with your order. How is this company not being charged with fraud? If I sell you a BMW, but then give you a Pinto, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't get away with it. But that's what this company is repeatedly doing, from reading some of these reviews. It's totally disgusting. Everyone should also write to CNBC to find out if they know their name is being used by a company committing fraud!

    Apparently you can't leave a 1 star review on From You Flowers website as it kicks you out of the system. That is why they only have 4 and 5 star reviews next to their arrangements offered. The arrangement we ordered arrived 4 days late. It did not come in the purple vase. The flower colors and types were totally different. Grocery store quality at best at a much higher price point. I am embarrassed by how tacky the arrangement was as I don't want someone to think I would actually order something like that. Won't be ordering from this outfit again.

    I recently ordered my daughter some flowers. It was a very important moment and meant everything to me that she would get them on time. My order was placed February 13th to be delivered Feb 16. It is now Feb 25 and she still has not received the flowers! I have emailed them and spoke to 4 different people who answer their phone lines with all promising me they would re deliver the next day. I am beyond upset I could have drove flowers to her myself by now! So I still have not heard anything back no refund or anything! This place is a SCAM!

Lady talked me into having it delivered the next day and that she would give me 20 percent off and upgrade my arrangement. I actually received 7 flowers and what appears to be a .50 cent vase.     I ordered same day flower delivery. Even paid the upgrade fee of $10 on top of their ridiculous "handling fee" to get them there before noon. Chose an arrangement off their "same day" selection. It was for a death in the family. Imagine my dismay to find out flowers were never delivered. Contacted the company and they just said, "We will check on it and get back to you tomorrow." Well tomorrow is not same day delivery. Asked for my money back. Was flippantly offered a $20 credit to use on their site in the future for my inconvenience.

    Declined that flimsy offer since I will never order from them again. Said the credit will show up in three business days. I don't trust that either, so now will be wasting more of my time with this sham of an operation checking to see if I am indeed given my money back. They must spend the majority of their profit paying to get to the top of Google's search engine. Hope they are put out of business soon. Complete waste of time during bereavement. They should be ashamed.

    Do not order from this company. I ordered three gift baskets totaling 204.00 for a next day delivery. They delivered one basket at a time and I couldn't even tell which basket was which. They were all a lot smaller than what they seemed to be online. The baskets were supposed to have snacks and fruit. They had no fruit and the basket looked like it had rode on that back of a dirt bike. Clearly they outsource their customer service because out of all of the 5 that I spoke with only one of them I could understand. Two female reps hung up on me. One placed me on hold and didn't even ask me to hold and then hung up. Needless to say that this was a bad experience all around and I'm not the type to write review but this needed to be said. They had the audacity to offer me 30% off my next purchase AS IF!!! Don't use this company.

    I ordered a same day delivery gift basket and I did receive it in a timely manner, but it was not like the picture at all.     I called fromyouflowers.com on February 19. 2019 to have flowers delivered to my daughter in college for her 19th birthday which was special cause her birthday was 2/29/2019 and she turned 19 years old. The person guaranteed they will be delivered. Instead they sent them to me today which is the 21st. It looked like someone picked weeds out of their garden with a few flowers. I also request 3 balloons which were not blown up all the way. Their website is a straight up lie. There is no way 5 million people were satisfied with their service. This company messed up my daughter's surprise. They also kept giving me the runaround to refund my money so finally I said, "I dont want nothing from you." I am tired of being disappointed. They cant make this right cause they are just incompetent. So please try to spread the word and do not order from this company like my dumb butt did.     I purchased a birthday gift to be delivered on February 19th, the day after I placed the order going to a residence in Texas by 6:00 PM. It was not delivered so I contacted the company the night of the 19th, got an apology, was told that it was an issue with the local florist and promised that the Birthday Bear and cookies would be delivered the morning of the 20th. I have now gone online to check the status for today's delivery (February 20) and there is a "Delivery Exception" with the anticipated date now changed to February 21. I am disappointed since the birthday being celebrated was on the 19th. I should have checked online for reviews before using this company.

    I placed my order online at Fromyouflowers.com. The card says this is the florist they came from. The pic on the left is what was ordered. The pic on the right is what I received. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING!!! First, what was delivered looks NOTHING like the picture of what was ordered! Second, the flowers that were delivered are 1/2 dead!     I received flowers for Valentine’s Day. The roses were all frost bit. Got a tiny box of candy and a tiny box of chocolate and no bear which was supposed to be included. My boyfriend Paid to have the delivery at 12 noon. Did not get here till 330. I called the company. They said they would send me more flowers which were supposed to come today. Never received them. Would not refund my boyfriend the money. He paid extra to have them delivered early. I do not recommend this place.

    I don't even know where to start - except I should have read the BBB and other reviews/complaints on this company. Never imagined I'd have so much trouble with one Get Well Deluxe Fruit Basket. Looks like I wasn't alone in my experience though as I was appalled to see many others with almost the exact same issues. Basically, I ordered for and paid for a fruit basket for my mother in law who just returned home from surgery. The basket was "guaranteed to be delivered the next day" However, several hours after it was to arrive I received an email saying there would be a "delay" When I called the customer service person said not to worry they'd deliver it 2 days later. 2 days later, I received an email saying the basket was delivered at 1:01pm.

    I was surprised that my mother in law never called to say she received them so we called her that evening. Come to find out she never received anything. When I called, they said the basket was indeed delivered but balked when I asked for confirmation (signature, etc). They then called back 2 hours later and said they actually didn't deliver but could give me a credit. A credit?! I want the basket delivered that I paid for or a full refund. Run, don't walk, from this company. After reading reviews, I realize they do this to way too many people.

    I ordered the Cotton Candy Bouquet for my mother's 90th birthday. They had 3 levels of quality and I bought the top level. The picture showed a very full bouquet of beautiful pink flowers. The flowers that were delivered were not as good as the lowest level pictured online. It was a sparse bouquet and the colors didn't match like I was told they would. I called Customer Service to complain. They offered a refund of 25% plus a credit of $15 for a future purchase. I said that wasn't acceptable, and that I wanted the correct bouquet delivered instead. It was after store hours, so I had to call back the next day so the customer service rep could call the florist that made the flowers.

    After speaking with the florist, the CSR told me that the amount I paid only covered the smaller bouquet per the florist's guidelines. I said that if FromYouFlowers advertised something that the local florist wouldn't deliver then that was a problem they needed to resolve between themselves, but that I still wanted what I ordered and paid for. Nothing more was done. In addition, FYF refused to tell me the name of the florist that created the arrangement. I guess the florists they work with don't want to be saddled with problems created by FYF. I did get the discount, but I still paid more than the lowest level of bouquet was worth. I got the future credit too, but will not be using it. Don't use this company!

    I was expecting flowers on Valentine's day. Never received them, although it said they were delivered. Called several times and waited a lengthy time to talk to someone. When I finally did, they had the wrong address in which didn't exist (so I don't know who they delivered to) and I corrected the address. I was put on hold and he said they'd be delivered the following Monday and to have a good day. I caught him before he hung up on me and asked if he had the correct address. He said yes. I asked if he could tell me the address and he recited THE WRONG ADDRESS AGAIN. I corrected this again and once again he repeated it back, wrong. I finally got him to say it back to me correctly. Here it is Monday at 8pm. No flowers. Valentine's day was Thursday. Terrible business.

    I ordered a large bunch of Gerber daisies for my sister. She received a bouquet with reddish purple wilting roses, some other blue stem flowers that seemed to be wilting, too--it looked like it was a leftover Valentine bouquet that had been in the store for weeks. I couldn't believe it. If my sister hadn't sent me a picture I would not have known. Caveat emptor! Make sure your recipient lets you know what she/he received.

    The simple facts to my order is this. I ordered flowers on 2-07-2019 to be delivered to my fiancé on 2-14-2019 at a business address. The flowered were not delivered to that address before 5pm. As a matter of fact they were not delivered there at all. They delivered them to MY home address. Then the flowers that were delivered were pink and not purple. The flowers that were delivered were no better than flowers I could have went to a supermarket and bought.

    I ordered cheesecake bites from this place for my boyfriend's birthday because it is his favorite dessert. Well the first mistake was when instead of cheesecake bites they sent me brownies, and they were terrible. I could've made them better myself out of a box. I let the service know that they sent the wrong thing and all they offer me is 30% of my money back. So I told them that was not an acceptable return since they didn't even get me the item that I bought. I spent $60+ on brownies that were terrible. I am still 7 days later trying to get some type of response for their customer service that is not just copied and pasted. They say they are apologize, but they are just bottomless words and they are full of empty promises. I will NEVER use this site again after reading more of these reviews. I lost my money to crap and I hope that you don't make the same mistake that I did. I never leave bad reviews but this place has left a terrible taste in my mouth.

    The flowers that have been ordered and paid are nothing alike from their website. This service has been chosen as special and very emotional day for my daughter as I am not able to be next to her on her wedding day (which was advised in the mail correspondence). I even wrote a disclaimer about the delivery time not to be any past 3:00 pm due to duration of the venue.

    The delivery was done at 7:00 pm which is even past their advised time. My daughter had to stop with her celebration in order to go back to the restaurant that was hosting her venue to get the flowers that have been delivered after requested hours. Also, I have paid for 3 balloons and Daisy Delight bouquet, my daughter got ONE BALLOON and SMALL BOUQUET MADE ONLY OF DAISIES. I was fully charged for the order but got delivery nothing alike the order I made. Not only I was robbed for service that I paid but also I was emotionally robbed of the moment and the message I wanted to give to my daughter on her special day.

    This is the worst service in the world!!! I ordered flowers 2 days in advance for my sister's wedding anniversary on February 14. Paid for a bouquet of $ 64. On the day of delivery, I was informed that they cannot deliver flowers on February 14 and will deliver them on February 16. I asked to cancel the order and return the money. From $ 64 they returned to the card only $4.99. I asked them in an email why did they return money not in full, because I canceled the order, because they cannot deliver it on time. They answered me on February 16 that my order was delivered and the money will not be returned to me. At the same time the order, which I canceled, was not delivered even on February 16. I wrote them that their actions are fraud and deception and I will go to court. They took the money, did not deliver the flowers and do not want to return the money. Only after that I got my money back.

    I wish I had checked this site sooner! I had ordered flowers to be delivered 2/15 for something special. I ordered a week in advance, knowing it is a busy time of year. Here it is 3 days okay later and still no flowers. Tried calling, they state order number is invalid on automated system, no option to speak with a live person. What a waste of $75. I will shop local from now on. Google is a wonderful tool, you can find florists anywhere that are waiting for your business.

    Horrible experience with this company. I ordered what I thought was a beautiful, tasteful bouquet of flowers with vase and balloon for my daughter's birthday. Not only did they deliver it a day early, the flowers were wilted and looked very distressed! I took photos and sent it to this company explaining my disappointment and all they could offer is 20% back and a 10.00 coupon to use them again! I live out of town, and to me my daughter's birthday is a special day. I wasted 68.00 for cheap ** wilted flowers that weren't even delivered on the day I chose them to be! My option and opinion is to never use this company again! Total rip off!!! Giving them 1 star is being generous!

    Same story as everyone else. Ordered flowers 2 days in advance of Valentine's Day. Were not delivered. I tried calling them. No option to get a real person. They had an option to enter your order number to track the order. It gave an error. Tried it again, again an error. I emailed them. Response the next day said someone would call me. They never did.

    Called the next day. Pretended I was placing a new order which allowed me to talk to a real person. He wasn't helpful. Just talked matter of factly that the flowered would be delivered eventually. Tracking showed they were in Kentucky. I am in Wisconsin. Finally 2 days after Valentine's Day, at the very end of the day, they were delivered. They looked frozen from 3 days of cross country UPS shipping. Sure enough, they looked terrible and looked like week old flowers by Day 2.

    Bottom line, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They buy $10 flowers and make a $5 UPS shipment with no regards as to when it will be delivered. CANCEL ON YOUR CREDIT CARD OR METHOD OF PAYMENT ASAP. I was smart and did this after 1 day. The company said they would refund my money BUT I DOUBT THEY WILL. They are scammers. 2nd time in 25 years that my wife didn't get flowers on Valentines' Day. ZERO STARS!! NEGATIVE STARS!

    I ordered flowers for 2/14 & 2/13 so my wife would feel special. On the 13th they came via UPS in a box. Those died within 3 days. The Valentine's ones were delivered in a vase but already dying by the 16th. Requested a Valentine's card with message also but it was just a plain message card with no markings or acknowledgment of Valentine's Day. Don't waste your time.

    My boyfriend ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day that never arrived. Twice we called and they claimed it was out for delivery, yet never have come. They refused to give the name of the “local florist” they subcontract the order out to and offered a ** 30% off credit for your next order. They should be shut down, fined and put out of business.

    This was a Valentine’s Day gift for my girlfriend. Let’s just say that the only thing I was satisfied about was the timing that the flowers were delivered. They actually were delivered early in the morning. This is all negated by the fact that the flower package that I selectively picked out online looked NOTHING like what was actually delivered. What I bought was a beautiful selection of 30+ roses and carnations which looked perfectly accented together and were presented In a large red vase with a pink ribbon wrapped around it. What was actually delivered was 4 off color roses, 0 carnations and a bunch of green fern filler garbage in a tiny green vase.

    On top of this, the message that I had submitted to be delivered with this gift was handwritten by an employee of theirs and the person who wrote it messed up and instead of rewriting the message which was only 50 characters (the max) on a new card, they CROSSED OUT AND SCRIBBLED OVER THEIR MISTAKE. When my girlfriend opened the card the first thing she saw was this huge scribble right in the middle of it! When she sent me a picture of this I was so embarrassed. I mean is anything sacred anymore?! Crossing out “I Love You” and scribbling over it! Complete embarrassment.

    So of course I called the 800 number listed on the website to complain. The website btw, says 100 Percent Satisfaction Guarantee or a full refund will be given. I call and after telling the person on the phone all of this and her discussing with someone and asking to repeat myself over a dozen times explaining my dissatisfaction for OVER 40 minutes, the best that they offered was a 50% refund but never gave a documented case number when I asked. Clearly there’s no QMS system logging customer complaints of any kind so I was forced to take their word for it. By now you can guess that I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND OF ANY KIND and am left fuming over this joke of a company that took $113 from me and left me embarrassed on Valentine’s Day.

    My husband ordered flowers for me for Valentine's! I never received the delivery. We have emailed & called multiple times & response - they were delivered on 2/14 at 1 pm. No they weren't. I wouldn't be calling if they were delivered. I've asked for the name of who signed for the delivery. No response. This place is horrible. I would rate them a zero if I could! Horrible customer service! Now, they are bombarding my inbox with emails to buy more flowers. Why??? Why would I order from you again??? You didn't deliver the first ones!! Buyer beware!!!

Additionally it was scheduled for delivery on Valentine's day, but it came 1 day later. It also was delivered in a box without any water supply for the flowers. Total Scam.     I placed an order for a Sympathy Plant to be delivered for a family funeral. It was never delivered. I called to see what was going on and they had the nerve to tell me they closed at 8 and would deliver it tomorrow. Seriously... Tomorrow is too late!! It was for a wake. I was so upset. This was to let family know I was thinking of them during a difficult time and they took it upon themselves to pick a day THEY wanted to deliver. I don't believe it would have ever been delivered. They had the nerve to offer me .25 on $60.00 plant I paid for. This place is a joke. Save yourselves the trouble and do not do business with them.

    I place an order for flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day to my 12-year-old daughter. The flowers never made it. I called on the 15th and I could not get a human being on the phone. Finally, I called back at 10 pm on the 15th, was on hold for 30 minutes until finally, I heard a voice. This person tried to tell me that the flowers were delivered on the 14th between 9:30 pm and 10:30 pm. I told him that was impossible because my daughter doesn't have them. He then said the flowers were delivered on the 15th and again, I told him that's false information. He then tells me that they will deliver the flowers on the 16th. My response, give me my money back. I'm in China on business trying to deal with this company. I will never again do business with this company and would not recommend them. Horrible experience!!

    ** this damn website. To even get in contact with them you have to wait ** 20+ min. No call or anything saying they weren’t going to be delivered today. I called and waited and they said the florist wasn’t picking up and then they said someone was going to check and call me back and NEVER called me back. I’m currently on the phone right now and this guy telling me sorry they wasn’t delivered today with no ** explanation and want to offer me delivery tomorrow with a gift card. I said, "** the gift card! Why wasn’t my ** delivered and why wasn’t I notified if they weren’t getting there when they said there was?" So I asked to speak to a supervisor and she was telling me they sent her a message saying no one was at the location to deliver. Really!!?? I didn’t get notified of that!!?     My husband ordered a floral arrangement on 2/12/19 to be delivered to my place of employment on 2/14/19. Unfortunately, I received a call from husband and daughter an hour before my shift ended questioning about my surprised gift. I told them that I had not received anything. I contacted my receptionist who confirmed the same. Not only were they livid so was I. On 2/15/19, I finally received a plain medium vase stuffed with a bouquet of dead roses, no decorations and a card attached that excluded the contact information of the floral shop. I immediately took photos for proof and forwarded to my family.

    According to them, the flowers were unequalled to the arrangement they selected online. I proceeded to contact Fromyouflowers myself to seek answers on my husband's behalf. To my surprise neither was I able to speak to customer support nor leave a message. Instead we were instructed by the company's automated service to email our concerns to WeCare@FromYouFlowers.com. After several unsuccessful email attempts I decided to write a complaint against the company.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered flowers for my Daughter's birthday, which is also the anniversary of my husband's death. I not only wanted to say, "Happy Birthday my dear," but to cheer her up with a pretty bouquet. Flowers were never delivered, despite their website saying they were. No response to multiple phone calls. No responses to my email. Total scam artists. I have stopped payment thru my bank. Lesson learned. I will never do business with a co again without checking the reviews.

    I ordered flowers to be delivered at my wife's place of work. What time did they arrive? 7 pm on a Friday. Flowers sat in a reception desk all weekend.     I order a week in advance. They never showed up. The people that they was using to delivery her flowers said that place of business was closed down and that the phone number was disconnected. Where my wife works at is a 24-hour operation, a big ** sign on the front of the building and lit up all day and all night so there was no way he could ever miss it. With that being said my wife thought I forgot about her on Valentine's Day caused a big deal between us so I called the next morning they gave me a 40% discount and insured me that they will be there today with a sorry note saying that it was their fault so I accepted it. Guess what? It never came. This time they told me they delivered it. My wife stay there till 5 and she never received anything. They told me my wife number was disconnected which was false. I am very unhappy and it took me a lot of kissing but to make all this right with my wife.

    My boyfriend ordered me a nice arrangement for Valentine’s Day. This was done WEEKS in advance. They were supposed to be delivered to my job, anytime between 9 am - 5 pm (per the company, we didn’t get to pick a delivery time). It’s 4:30 pm on Valentine’s Day and we are both wondering where my flowers are. We call to see how much longer we have to wait and to make sure they arrive by 5. He is on hold for 30+ minutes when the delivery girl calls me to ask if I’m still at work. I was on my way out the door and she tells me she’s in some other city over 30 mins away, with 3 more deliveries which will each take at least 15 mins. So she expects me to wait at work another 1 and a half or longer until she gets there?!

    She offers to bring it to my home but when I tell her I live about an hour away, that’s out of the picture. She informs me that she can bring it right away in the morning tomorrow. I made sure she knew I would only be in until 4 pm the next day and she assures me that it will be there WAY before then. In the meantime my boyfriend had to call back multiple times JUST to talk to someone that could help him. They finally gave him a small amount back of 13 dollars for the Valentine’s Day delivery fee. We were both very disappointed and upset as we were told and paid extra for it to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. We tried our best to be understanding and let them know it was okay to deliver the next day. Seeing as the delivery girl was absolutely certain it would be there early.

    The next day comes and it’s 12:30 pm, I still did not receive the flowers. My boyfriend checks his email and they claim they were delivered yesterday. My boyfriend calls, and after waiting on hold again for a very extended period of time, they finally confirm and assure us it will absolutely be there by 4 pm. 3:30 pm no flowers, 4 pm no flowers. I left work at 4:15 pm and double checked to make sure they hadn’t arrived. At this point I told my job that if they end up arriving after I’m gone, to just send them back. Who wants flowers to sit at your job all weekend and get wilted?

    So my boyfriend FINALLY gets ahold of someone after having to wait on hold for another 15 mins. They agree to give us our money back, finally. And offer coupons to use on our next purchase. They also straight up told us they would ONLY give us the coupons if we didn’t write a bad review. It’s not like we even wanted the coupons seeing as we will never be using this company again. To top it all off the delivery guy calls me today at 5:30 and says my job told him I didn’t want the flowers. DO YOU EVEN COMMUNICATE?! That part really made me angry, after all the trouble they put us through, it was apparent they never even tried to accommodate us. They never let anyone know it was vital that it needed to arrive by 4 pm.

    I ordered 2 dozen flowers Feb.12, 2019 to be received on Valentine's Day for my Wife who was out of town with a family member that is gravely ill. When the flowers did not arrive by 6 pm I called customer service and waited 47 minutes till I spoke to someone. She was not very helpful. They told me they did not have a correct address. The address was the same and she said she would make a note that it was the correct address. I called again Feb 15, 2019 to check my order which was still not delivered. This time I waited 25 minutes to talk to someone. All she could do for me is call UPS and have it delivered maybe by Feb.19, 2019. This company does not care about their customers. Orders cannot be cancelled. It ruined my Valentine's Day. I will never order again from: FROM YOU FLOWERS. I have always used ProFlowers and never had a issue. A lesson learned.

    Nothing like ordering flowers a week and a half in advance for them to not show up on time. A day late may be ok when you sending flowers for no reason. But when it happens on a holiday that revolves around the sale of flowers it’s not right. When they delivered them a day later and they looked like they were from a gas station. I called the company and they said the best they could do is resend them another day later. I get mistakes are made but don’t promise things you can’t deliver. Period. I will never deal with this company again...

    First I would like to tell everyone to stay away from this site. I ordered flowers and it was suppose to be the deluxe one and I received a regular size order. At 6:00 the order said delivered but was not. After calling and waiting half an hour on the phone got no response. I emailed them and was told it was delivered. Finally at 9:30 I received the flowers only to get the wrong size. Don't order flowers from them. You will regret it.

    Order placed to have flowers delivered to a residence on Valentine's Day. Paid extra to have them delivered on time. I did not hear from my friend so I logged on to find that flowers were not delivered. I did not receive any notification of the delay. I contacted them on 2/15 and they could not guarantee that the flowers would be delivered at any given point. Stated the florist could not verify the address. (I entered the address exactly from the post office.) Offered me only 10% discount. Requested full refund. They made no attempt to provide me with good service. Will not use them again.

Finally was able to reach someone today. They were completely unsympathetic (by the way it's now 1 PM and still no delivery). All they said they would contact the local florist (would not give me their info) but could not guarantee anything. My mother just received her flowers, and what a sad bouquet they were. What was ordered: What was received a day late, left on the front steps, was a skimpy assortment and on their last leg that should have never been dropped considering that they had missed the occasion (Valentine’s day) and then with such a poor showing of what you offer on the website? Plus for them to not even make a fresh bouquet considering all that is completely unacceptable in my eyes and I hope yours also.     If I could give a 0 star, I would. I ordered flowers for my mom and they were not delivered on Valentine's Day but I received an email stating they were indeed delivered on Valentine's Day. She received them at lunchtime today. The flowers were not only smaller than what I had ordered but I had also ordered a box of chocolate to be delivered with it. No chocolate and a small bouquet. I paid a total of $75 which was the deluxe size of flowers which included an added $10 box of chocolate. I've been trying to call this place over and over and am on a never ending hold and I've emailed 2 times with no response. I plan on contacting the Ohio Attorney General to see what I can do, I am disputing the charge on my credit card and contacting the BBB. Think only once about ordering from these folks... And think NO.

    Unfortunately I had to choose at least one star when it should be none. I purchased a bouquet of flowers for Valentine’s Day. Let me begin with my order experience. They lady couldn’t speak English and could not understand a word I was saying. Most of the information was wrong. I emailed them and no response. I called and spoke with someone and explained the situation. She also could barely understand me. Still getting information wrong even after spelling it out for them (A as in alpha). Valentine’s Day comes and my girlfriend didn’t receive the flowers. Best part of this story is I received an email. Stating great news the flowers were delivered at 4:45PM and left with the recipient my girlfriend. Well she never got the flowers and this is a lie because she was working that day until 7PM. So how could the flowers have been delivered to her hands at her house when she was at work. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT'S A SCAM!

    This company overpromises and underdelivers. My mother in law did not get her Valentine’s Day flowers even though they gouge the pricing, and you have to pay an upcharge for Valentine’s delivery. When their customer care number was called, it was “I’m sorry we couldn’t find a florist to deliver”... If that was the case, WHY TAKE MY MONEY, and WHY NOT CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW? No, they deliver the day after and think that’s acceptable. Will not be doing business again.

    I feel like this is pointless. My husband ordered flowers for me 2/5 scheduled for 2/14. 2/14 has come and went. Still no flowers, I called and the operator says, "We cannot get them to you on 2/15, but the latest we can deliver is on Monday 2/18."     My fiancee was having a rough time so I ordered her favorite roses to her job to help cheer her up, the flowers she received looked more like a funeral arrangement. She sent me a picture of them saying thank you, and I contacted Fromyouflowers.com to tell them about the mistake and requested a refund. They offered me a 30% refund, which I declined because I did not get anything close to what I ordered, and said that I either need a full refund or the correct arrangement delivered. They said I would get the full refund. Fast forward a couple days... The local florist contacted my fiance demanding the flowers back... Whoever thinks this is appropriate needs to be fired. I contacted Fromyouflowers.com again expressing my feelings, they apologized and deflected the responsibility onto the florist, I just can't comprehend that level of unprofessionalism and inappropriateness.     I have ordered from FromYouFlowers three times. The first time, they delivered the flowers. The next two times (2 out of three) they promised delivery on x date (not a holiday). Flowers were never sent. I called, they told me there was a glitch and they ended up delivering flowers 5 days late. THIS TIME, to a sick child, and I am STILL waiting four days later.     I ordered my Boyfriend a basket for Valentine's Day. Yes he received the basket however the amount of money I paid for the basket was not satisfactory to me. He received in the basket 2 apples, 2 oranges, 2 large boxes of saltine crackers and a bottle of preserves. The cost escalated from 40 to 90 dollars, upon check out with PayPal. My wife received the flowers on the day they promised, which was 2-13-19. The problem is that the roses were DOA (dead on arrival). They were wilted, and looked horrible. What a disappointment. I called and complained and they refunded me $12.76, or what they claim to be 20 percent of the purchase. They also gave me a gift certificate for 15.00, which I would never use. They now are claiming that they will redeliver 24 new roses, but cannot deliver them prior to the 16th of this month. Upon calling the 1-800 number, I was on hold for over 10 minutes, then the rep could barely speak English. No way that I will ever order from them again.

    I was sceptical about using this company because of all the horrible reviews but my husband was out of town and didn’t have any other options. Of course I got scammed! I ordered a basket and it should of been to him before 5 and it was after 5 they called and wanted to deliver it but the business closes at 5. I got an email saying it was delivered at 6:20pm and that’s impossible because they were closed. Guaranteed delivery next day for an additional fee. 3 days later I final asked if she got them. Nope. Called customer service who proceed to tell me they returned my next day delivery so everything is fine. Fine? Asked for my money back and to cancel my order as it was too late for my sister to enjoy them since she was going away. Long long pushing to get them to return money. Final did that one.

    I ordered a beautiful succulent & rose bouquet in peach for a family member. What she got was yellow roses, pink carnations, and some leafy greens with no succulent. When I called they said sometimes they have to substitute flowers. This was not a small substitution. This was a whole different arrangement. They would only give me $20 back. I spent $70.     This company is a joke. Don't waste your time or money. I ordered 4 days in advance and I requested my flowers to be delivered by or before 1 pm on Valentine's Day to my mother from her boyfriend. The guy I spoke with was very nice and guaranteed I would get them no later than 1 pm on the 14th. They were getting delivered to my mom's job. 1:45 pm rolls around the day of and her boyfriend calls and says she hasn't got the flowers yet. What's going on? I called and was on hold for over 10 min. I understand they were busy with calls. Finally get a live person and I explain my situation. She states she is calling the florist. She gets back on the line and says, "Sorry. The florist is on the way." I said, "It is too late now. My mother is already getting off work as to why I said no later than 1 pm."

    She seriously asks me if I understand that it's Valentine's Day?! No crap man...? I am telling her I want a refund. She is trying to negotiate with me. First was, "We can give you 10% back but then sorry the flowers are being delivered." I was firm. 2nd one was, "Ma'am we can offer 20% and change address." I'm fuming at this point because they do not care at all. It was suppose to be a surprise for Valentine's Day and now it's a disaster.

    I finally am so upset at this point that I'm not letting her talk because she is not giving me my full refund. Finally she puts me on hold for about 10 min and comes back says, "Ma'am your refund has been submitted." It took me over an hour to finally get a refund. 4:45 pm. The flowers STILL get delivered to her job and they seriously look like **. Some of the flowers were dead and they weren't even the COLORS I PICKED! I will never ever use this company nor recommend them. Garbage. Flowers at Walmart or Kroger would have been nicer for the price I paid.

    I ordered from this company twice. They messed up my order last year but they gave me a small credit for the delivery delay in 2018 so I decided to give them a second chance this year. This time around I ordered two weeks in advance to make sure the flowers would be delivered in time and of course on Valentine's Day at 5pm my partner hadn't received her flowers.     I placed my order to surprise my fiancé 3 days before Valentine's Day. I received a few promotional emails from the company so I assumed I also received a confirmation email. Around 1 pm on Valentine's Day I started to get nervous so I went to look for my tracking number to see if I could get more info. The thing is, I never actually received a tracking number, only advertisements. I had to call twice to get my order number. At 3:30 I noticed my delivery still hadn't gotten to my fiancé and she was leaving at 4:30. I called and explained the situation and asked what would happen if they didn't get there.

    The guy on the phone said that they would be there within the hour but if not I would get a full refund. An hour later I called for the FOURTH time, explained what had happened and why I wanted a refund. The woman on the line gave me a hard time and tried to say try hard until 5 pm to deliver. I asked her to put her supervisor on, and she refused. I actually had to say that I would have to contact my attorney if they were going to continue to give me a hard time here. She then got the hint and connected me to her supervisor. I am getting the full refund (well I'll believe it when I see it) but I had an absolute nightmare experience with this company. They even charged me a Valentine's Day delivery fee yet still failed to deliver the flowers. What was supposed to be a fun and sweet surprise for my fiancé, on our only engaged Valentine's Day, turned into a huge disappointment. Will never do business with this company again.

The work day came and went with no flowers delivered, no emails, and no phone calls. I have yet to receive any type of confirmation email although they charged me right away.     I spent $110 to order what I thought was top of the line roses, what I got was grocery store roses, burnt, broken, wrapped in plastic and stuffed in a box. The note to be included was stuffed between a 15% off coupon and care instructions I'll never use. I paid $13 extra for a custom photo vase, but got the same clear vase with the photo printed and rolled up on a piece of paper to fit inside the vase. I could have bought the same two dozen roses, better quality at Kroger and put the same flower arrangement together myself. The ad says florist arranged, but if the box packer is a florist I guess I can't argue. I feel cheated and ripped off, would recommend buying a single rose from gas station with a snickers bar over this garbage. The photos are NOT in any way a representation of what you'll receive. I couldn't make what I received look like the picture if I was an expert florist. WASTE OF MONEY!!!

    I will not be using this service again and will let others know as well. The reasons are as follows: I ordered a custom vase with a picture to be printed on it, but instead got a separate card with a PLAIN vase, NOT custom. There is NO flexibility on the delivery dates if it needs to be changed even with plenty of notice given. I noticed that to ensure they got my money they made the UPS tracking number on February 9th so I wouldn't be able to make changes or cancel before the 14th. Also, they advertise cheap arrangements to lure you in and then charge you a fortune for shipping/handling. I paid extra money for this custom vase only to be given a regular one.     For my wife on Valentine's Day, I ordered nearly a $70 arrangement. The online image shows 10 or more Roses (not a 360° view - but I count 10 from front) and just a lot of other red flowers in a larger vase. What came in a small vase were 5 Roses, 8 Carnations, lots of Babies' Breath and some darker green fan type leaves. The entire bunch including up the vase is worth less than $25. What a rip off!     I ordered flowers off the Fromyouflowers.com website. The flowers were delivered in a box with the vase beside it. They never at any time said they would be delivered in a box. I would have used another company if I had known. The order was not complete either. The Balloon I paid for was not with the flowers and the card with the poem I had written especially for it did not arrive with the flowers either. Who orders a box of flowers sent to your loved one's office. You expect them in a vase especially when the product description shows them in a vase and says nothing about being in a box. Some of the items did show they came in a box I purposely avoided those items. Their customer service was less than helpful. They offered me a gift certificate for my next order from them. If I am dissatisfied with their product. Why would I want a gift card to order More of their crappy product. This place is awful. Use them at your own risk.

It wasn’t until I called him after I got off from work that he realized that they hadn’t been delivered within the time frame. They should have been delivered between 2-3pm.     I purchased flowers from them on 2-12-2019 to be delivered on 2-13-2019. The flowers never arrived. I called their customer support and after 20 minutes a male answered and I gave him my order number. He said let me check and hung up. I then emailed their support and they replied flowers were delivered. Their online tracking showed flowers as not delivered when I emailed them but amazingly it showed delivered when they received my email. They will not respond to further emails nor answer the phone.     I just received my flowers for Valentine's Day and they are just pitiful. All the leaves have fallen off and there is two small sprigs of baby's breath. A few of the rose petals are black. This is unacceptable for a $60.00 vase of a dozen roses. I received roses last year from this place and they were beautiful.     I recently made the mistake of purchasing the Premium Sized Super Sweet Snack Basket from FromYouFlowers. The photo looks like a basket straight from Wonka's Paradise. The reality however, came from The Dollar Store. Not ONE CANDY BAR!!! DO NOT BUY THIS and fall into the same "Substitution Trap" that snared my innocent nieces. The complete lack of customer service, as well as a terrible shipping and ordering process, should be a cautionary tale to anyone looking to make an order from this firm.     I ordered my Arrangement a week ago and waited for delivery for today. I am very understanding with the busy season of Valentine's Day so I wasn't upset when they hadn't arrived by 4 pm. I checked the website for a status update and to my surprise it said it's been delivered. So I immediately called the company and asked where my flowers are and they went back and forth with me and the local florist. Apparently they were still on the truck but someone updated my status to delivered so I had very little faith that it would be delivered to me.     Again I was told that they were scheduled for delivery, so I explained to the person that I knows they're to be delivered today but that website says they've been delivered and I need to know where my flowers are. Then they put me on hold for 15 minutes while they talked to the local florists who said that they will be delivered tomorrow because business hours are 9 to 5. That's when I lost my mind and I demanded to talk to a manager. I was put on hold again for 5 minutes and then when the guy came back he said before he sends me to a manager he wants to call the florist again to try to remedy the situation.

    So after a long 20-minute hold I was told that the florist is going to go deliver my flowers right now. My husband sent me a picture as soon as the flowers got to my house and I was completely disgusted. Not only was the arrangement completely different from the picture but the flowers were completely thrown together and it looks like they had been sitting in a hot car all day. Never again will I order from this company and I'm going to call my credit card company tomorrow and dispute the charge because I did not get what I paid for!!!

    I ordered my daughter premium huge bouquet of flowers, 3 balloons, a medium size teddy bear with a medium size box of chocolates. She just sent me a picture and I could tell immediately that they look like the flowers you buy at Walmart or some other grocery store in a plastic wrap for $6.99, and then shoved into a dollar store vase with dollar store balloons and they were so tiny and small and pitiful. The teddy bear was very tiny too and the chocolates. I could have bought all that myself for under $20. Yet I paid them $112. Totally a scam. I think they hire people to buy cheap flowers at stores and shove into vases and tell you local florist create them.

    I ordered a week prior to when I wanted my flowers delivered. Not only did it say $2.99 for delivery and then I was charged $14.99 service/handling fee and $4.99 expedited fee. I ordered a week in advance - how is that expedited. Then not only were my flowers not delivered, no one contacted me to let me know. I had to check and then contact FromYouFlowers to see why. They state they need a phone number in order to deliver. Well they have an address - did anyone try and deliver to the address. Guess we will never know because no one communicates. I will never use this company again. There is still no resolution even though I gave them a cell number and advised do not call the number as the person I am sending the flowers to is recovering from surgery and is not supposed to be on the phone. What has happened to customer service anymore - so sad that no one cares about the customer anymore.

    Why is it that all of the reviews are inflated on this site when a simple Google search shows .5/10 stars. That's right. Half a star out of a possible 10 stars. They took our money for a funeral arrangement, then told us the day of the funeral they couldn't be delivered. As a apology for our inconvenience they offered to send a complementary arrangement to the family. 2 days later they still have not arrived and they tell us that the flowers were delivered at 5pm! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They are more scam than cheap.

    They advertise on the search engines as "low cost" which is what I was shopping for. I just don't have the cash for an expensive arrangement. I picked out a reasonably priced bouquet which included a simple vase but when completing the order I was shocked that their delivery fees were almost more money than the flowers themselves! What upset me even more was that they ask for payment information before they show you all the charges, which is not right! It's shady that they ask you for your payment and then reveal the actual charges. I tried multiple times to clear my payment information without results and each time I went back to the site the order form was still there with all my information. There needs to be a cancel/clear information tab. I felt it necessary to advise my card holder not to honor any purchase as I didn't complete the sale. I wonder if others were able to obtain my information that I couldn't clear out.

    I ordered a 73 dollar bouquet. 40 for the flower set and an extra 33 dollars for a morning delivery and express shipping and handling. When the bouquet arrived it was nothing at all with what the original image promised and above all else it arrived late in the afternoon when I had paid extra for a really nice set instead I get a knockoff whatever they had in stock scam of a flower set. I immediately emailed and called to complain about it and at first all seemed to be good with them telling me they would send a replacement one with the bouquet I originally ordered on the day of the recipient's birthday.

    When the day came not only did the carrier that was supposed to come to replace not have the original one on his person but also he insisted and disrespectfully told the birthday recipient that they had to return the knockoff and wait an extra day or 2 or maybe a week for the original nice one. Of course we told them no and then the carrier got really nasty, cussing, being extremely volatile and physically upset with us telling to ** off at one point! After yet another lengthy call we managed to get a refund for our order but the birthday gift we had wanted to give ended up being spoiled and ruined by a terrible disservice by a scam of a company. If it were possible to give less than 1 star we definitely would. I do NOT recommend this shady company.

    I placed an order to deliver flowers and balloon 3 days in advance of the delivery date. On the day of delivery, when I did not receive any delivery notification till 3 pm I reached out to their customer service and they said, local florist is looking in their records and will update me by email when delivery is made. Then I reached out 2 more times at 5 pm, 6 pm and got the same response. Around 8 pm I reached out again and they gave me the same response. I asked till what time do they deliver as it's 8 pm already and if they can call the local florist to update me on status. They said local florist is not responding and asked me what I would like to do with order. I said, "Cancel it" and they refunded me the money in my PayPal account immediately.

    I went on their website to place a order for a funeral. The website only asked for date of delivery. I needed them delivered the next day before 11 am so I called it in. The rep put the wrong date and they were not delivered. They told me they could still send them the next day. Why would flowers go to a funeral home the next day? I told them to cancel the order. They didn't offer anything for their mess-up. Today they sent my husband a $12.00 credit. Really, you can't purchase anything from them for that amount and they are still missing the principle of their mistake.

    Absolutely the worst experience ever! I’ve been ordering from this company for years and as I do every year, I placed an order for a delivery for my grandmother days prior to her birthday. I didn’t bother to track this delivery because I’ve never had an issue in the past and never thought one would arise but after calling my grandmother the day after her birthday, she informed me that nothing was delivered. I was NEVER notified about a delay in delivery through, email or phone contact. When I called the customer service they weren’t sure what was the reason either but they ASSURED me at (8:30 am) that her flowers would definitely be delivered that day and she was more than certain about that.

    I didn’t cancel or ask for a refund based off of that guarantee. Otherwise I would’ve went to surprise my grandmother with flowers from another company for a cheaper price BUT solely based off of my experience with this company in the past, I was hoping this would help them redeem themselves for their first mistake. After speaking to my 80 year old grandmother again and asking if she received her flowers now she stated “no and just cancel it because my birthday already passed and it doesn’t matter anymore”. Do you know how terrible I felt?

    I called to cancel and request a refund and the representative told me that they could have it delivered with an upgrade tomorrow! How inconvenient is this? Two days after the day I needed it for? No! I will never use this company again! So inconsiderate and inconvenient. You debited my account INSTANTLY but can’t ensure that my delivery is made on time & then you can’t give me a valid reason of why the flowers are being delayed 1-2 days and THEN I have to wait 20 minutes for you to receive AN APPROVAL to give me my refund after YOUR MISTAKE???

    What’s the purpose of paying for delivery and fees? What’s the purpose of selecting a guaranteed delivery date if you are going to delay and deliver when YOU WANT to and not when the customer needs it? RIDICULOUS! I am taking my business elsewhere and I know that probably doesn’t affect you but you lost a loyal customer and I will make sure I share this experience with everyone I recommended your company to.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend's funeral. They ship from out of state. They then got held up in a processing center in Minnesota. I can just imagine what they would have looked like after sitting for three days. Then I get no guaranteed delivery after I was told they would arrive the day before the funeral! I literally had to make the phone calls myself to stop the package (and my embarrassment) from arriving after the funeral. This company is a joke! Just call a local florist to help you out!

    I purchased flowers for my mom's birthday-the website said the bouquet I chose was 39.99 and I ended up paying 65. I called the company to ask them why and they said there is a 15 dollar delivery fee... Still doesn’t add up right. I also checked the box that said they would be delivered by noon (which was more money) and they were not there until 3 pm when she almost left for work for the day anyways.     Do not buy from this company. I ordered premium, same day arrangement called Cotton Candy. Beautiful vase, snacking light pastel colors, perfect blend of flowers. $62.00 including a B.S. service charge. I received an email that my choice was not available and the florist would duplicate as best they could. Result? One third the size. Ugly vase. Not one color was the same! And they would not show a photo or tell me the florist. So the recipient sent me the photo. A dispute with my crap credit card takes 60 days. Google a florist close to your recipient. These companies are thieves.

    I ordered flowers to be delivered for my mom's b-day, ordering them 48 hours in advance from Vietnam. To be delivered in California/USA. I paid the expedite-fee and I included a note to driver that there are no dogs, so they would enter the gate and deliver to her door. I call at 1pm to California and... No flowers. I'd hoped to share that moment with her on the phone. But no. Expedite-service on the website said delivery would be "By noon".

    So then I call customer service and they tell me the driver left them at the edge of the property by the gate, which was unlocked and they were notified in my order that there were, "No dogs". And despite having my mom's phone number, never bothered to let her know. This is aside from the fact that they should have been delivered to her door. On top of all this, when I then checked the order online, it said delivery hadn't even been made yet. That it was still on 'scheduled' status. So either their online reporting system is not real-time or the flowers still hadn't been delivered yet. Ugh. Pitiful.

    I ordered flowers for my girlfriend. They had the option to have them delivered before noon so I paid for them before noon. They didn't arrive till almost 3 PM. When I called to ask about it they said, "Sorry the florist didn't open till 9 am and could not make the noon deadline." Then when my girlfriend text me the picture of them. They looked smaller than the regular one (I paid for the deluxe). Over $75.00 could have gotten better for cheaper at the grocery store. Will never use this RIP off company again.     Spent a significant amount of time deciding on bouquets for my daughter for Valentine's Day, and my sister for her birthday ON Valentine's Day. Went to place my order, (more than a week before Valentine's Day), and when I got to the very end of the order, they had added a $4.99 fee for "Same day/Weekend delivery" for EACH bouquet. They also added a $14.99 "Service/Handling" fee for EACH bouquet. So those fees tacked on an additional $40.00 to my order! And, it wasn't a "same day" or "weekend" order! Complete rip-off.     A childhood friend’s mother passed and I saw an arrangement on their site that I liked. The funeral was on Wednesday and the announcements were made on Monday, so I ordered them as soon as I found out so they could be delivered on time. My husband and I went to the viewing and I kept looking around for my flowers. I had seen this ugly arrangement (if you can call it that!) of these two stalks in water with no blooms on it. They were all very immature buds. I wanted to take a picture, but my friend’s father walked to the back of the room and I couldn’t manage one. I had paid for an upgraded size and honestly there were two stalks and no arrangement...hard to even make out what these were. Embarrassed doesn’t even begin to explain how I felt!

    I initially emailed and they offered me 30% off and I felt really cheated, so I called. Once I phoned, I found out the flowers were delivered UPS which they do not recommend for funerals. Basically they have to be arranged by whoever gets them. They recommend the same day delivery ones and as I said, I ordered for two days later, not knowing they would need to be arranged by the funeral home/deceased family. If I could have seen these were actually flowers, I might have been a little better. I really couldn’t tell if what types they even were and that had me even more upset! I ended up getting 50% and a gift certificate for a future purchase (which I will never use). I wish I would have known all this...I could have saved my money. I’ve seen better arrangements in my local grocery.

    My experience with Fromyouflowers.com was horrible and I’ll never be ordering from them again. They couldn’t find the correct address at approximately 12pm so they called and I gave them very specific directions on how to get there. At 6pm I called again and they said they didn’t deliver the flowers because they couldn’t find the address again after giving them directions and told me “even Google maps couldn’t find it”. Very unprofessional that they did not call the second time and I’ve never had a problem with other delivery services with that address. They offered to send them tomorrow but that isn’t same day delivery lol. Save yourself the money and order from somewhere else.

    I placed 3 orders in less than 1 month - NOT a 1 was delivered on time (on their stated delivery date) - as a matter of fact each was delivered as much as 3 days late (and it wasn't a weekend situation). This service isn't a service at all - when you call to complain - they are clueless in helping you!!     I ordered flowers for my sister and balloons for my niece's Birthday's from "fromyouflowers.com". I paid the extra $20.00 to get the fuller bouquet of flowers as well. The flowers were delivered on the expected day, but the balloons were never delivered. When I received a picture of the flowers from my sister I was so angry! The picture online showed a full bouquet with 7 roses and seeing that I paid extra for a fuller bouquet I was expecting at least 7! No; this bouquet had 3 roses in it and looked terrible! I called customer service and they said they would refund the balloon purchase (which doesn't help my niece get her 2 balloons for her 2nd Birthday) and they were going to give me a credit toward a next purchase. I will never use them again! Eventually they did agree to send me a 20% refund for the flowers, which I have not received yet. Use extreme caution if ever considering using this site to order flowers!

    I ordered flowers, a balloon and a teddy bear for my daughter in law when she gave birth. I picked this company because they deliver same day. I was in the hospital and received an email that the delivery was done but it was not there. I called and was told that she had accepted it! They were going to email me after contacting the local florist. I never received that email. The next day the order was delivered. Horrible bouquet, with wilting flowers, did not look like what I ordered either. The balloon was not the Baby Boy I requested and there was no teddy bear that I paid for. Once again I called. I requested a credit and was offered a gift certificate which I did not accept. Finally I was offered a 50% for the flowers and a credit for the balloon and bear.     My eight-year old nephew was in the hospital last week and I ordered a dozen balloons with a teddy bear. However, only three balloons and NO teddy bear were delivered. I was very upset and called the company. I will say that they offer 24 hour customer service so I was able to speak to a representative at 7 pm on a Saturday night. Initially, they offered me a 30% refund to which I responded that I didn’t even get 30% of the product. After a fifteen minute phone call they did give me a refund.     I originally ordered the "Regular" size of the Pretty Please arrangement as a surprise for my daughter that was supposed to be delivered the same day. I got a pop-up window saying that I had to order the deluxe size of that arrangement in order to be delivered to that area so, I upgraded to the Deluxe. The coupon I used advertised NO service/delivery fee and delivery the same day if I ordered before 3 PM in the zip code they were being delivered to (which I did). They weren't delivered until the following afternoon (and that was only after I called to check the status of my order). My PayPal account was also charged a $2.99 delivery fee!

    I called their toll free number and demanded a refund for false advertising for 1) charging me a same-day fee and 2) not delivery the same day as promised. They said it would take three days to get credited back to my account so we will see if they follow through. If not, I will definitely call PayPal to refute the charge and file a complaint with the BBB as well. Then (wait, there's more), when my daughter sent me a photo of the arrangement, it was less than the Regular size that was pictured on their site -- it looked like something you'd buy at a grocery store. I was so mad! Do not order from this company -- what a scam!

    I ordered a Magnificent Mixed Dozen Roses in a vase with 5 mylar balloons for an anniversary present for $182 total. What was delivered? A vase that looked like it had some crinkled gold paper inside, and only 2 mylar balloons. It looked like I had not spent much at all. Do not count on getting what you order!     I ordered a "Deluxe" bouquet for my parents and the arrangement they received was comparable to a $10 bouquet from Target. It was nowhere near what was ordered and half are already wilted and dying. I'm so extremely embarrassed by this. While delivery was on-time and their customer service response was timely, the offer to make this right was not enough. At first, I was offered a $10 credit towards a future purchase. Yeah, that won't be happening. When I emailed again, they immediately issued a 20% refund. I'm just so disappointed and embarrassed and wish I had read these reviews first.
