    The website tells you same day delivery but when we ordered it, I received an email telling they don't deliver on Sundays but it didn't tell you that anywhere before making it for that day. They also don't tell you there's a $15.00 service fee until you put all your credit card information in at the end which are both deceptive.

    Our friend liked her flowers but when seeing the picture she sent, it was small and not that great for $70.00. Will never order through them again but that's how you learn.

    I got the Delightfully Gourmet where the gourmet basket was supposed to have good cheese and the meat was more high priced. I could made this horrible basket myself. It was a joke. It nothing like it shows on the basket. The chocolate was about to expire. I was ashamed of this basket. It made me look like a fool giving my fiancé this expensive basket for him on his birthday. It was just horrible. I can't tell you how much I will never suggest this place to anyone. I will tell them never to order from this place.

    This basket looked like it was put together like it was in a rush & they didn't have the stuff that was meant to be in the basket I truly order so they picked random crap to go in. This is a joke. I would give you no stars cause this place was just horrible. The tracking system is horrible itself - it don't track. Worth nothing. When you are paying for something that is out of your money you want to know when it is leaving the place and it's on the way to the location you picked. Why you would have a track your order if you're not able to do that. I should of got my money back when the site was having issues. I should took that hint. This was a bad idea ordering from them..

    Very poor quality. My bouquet did not look like what I ordered. The flowers were small and of poor quality. I called to file a complain and was told my order would be redelivered. It has been five days and it has not been delivered. The note that was sent with the delivery was also of poor quality and had misspelled words. I will never use them again. Do not use.

    I am very disappointed with what transpired today. My order was placed two weeks ago. Two weeks. I paid expedited delivery before 12 PM. Today, at 11:45 AM, I noticed the flowers still hadn't been delivered. I called customer service and they told me the flowers were out for delivery and if it did not make it there by 12 PM, I could call back to request a refund for the expedited delivery fee.

    Ok... 12:45 PM rolls around. Still nothing. I call back customer service and inquire about the status of my order. They issue a refund for the delivery fee and tell me the order is in transit, but they do not provide a time. We hang up and I call back at 1:00 PM to explain that today is my mother's birthday. She will not be at the delivery address past 2 PM and I need them to confirm the time of delivery. The customer service rep calls the florist back to confirm the delivery time. After holding for 30 minutes, they tell me the florist estimates delivery around 4 PM, but they cannot guarantee a time. They canceled the order, refunded the total cost and sent me on my way, as if it was just another day and another delivery.

    Here's the deal. Today was NOT just another day. This was NOT just another delivery. Today is my mother's birthday and it has been RUINED because of you. Before my brother died, he would bring her flowers at work on her birthday. I could not physically be there to deliver myself, and instead relied on your services. Do you understand why this was so important?

    I had to call customer service several times to get updates on this delivery that I placed two weeks ago. NOBODY CALLED TO TELL ME MY ORDER WOULD BE DELAYED FOUR HOURS. I originally wanted to order from Farmgirl Flowers or Bouqs, but decided to order from From You Flowers because you use a local florist. Well, that was a HUGE mistake! Thanks, guys! You're really top notch. This is the last time I am ever using From You Flowers personally or for work. You continue to be a letdown with subpar flower quality, terrible customer service and even more horrendous communication problems. Thanks again for ruining my moms birthday!

    I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday and paid the next day delivery fee. I received an email on her birthday stating that they would not have the flowers delivered that day and would refund me the extra delivery charge. Three days later the flowers still had not arrived so I sent another email. FromYouFlowers responded and said that they would have an upgraded arrangement delivered the next day. It never arrived. I requested a refund, which they stated they are issuing; however, they did nothing to solve the problem. So I am still out flowers for my mother.

    I have placed orders on two different occasions. One for my grandfather's funeral the other for my sister's birthday. Neither arrived on the day I was told that they would arrive and even though I was assured that they would arrive on time. The item I ordered for my grandfather they waited until the last minute to tell me that it was unavailable but assured me that they would replace it with something similar which what they sent was nothing close to what I ordered. And on top of that I had to go back and forth with on the phone for 2 days because each day they told me it would be delivered. It was not until the morning of his funeral. What I ordered for my sister was supposed to be delivered on 4/13/19. I received an email stating that it will be delayed until 4/14/19, it is now 4/15/19 and it has yet to be delivered.

    I decided to use FromYouFlowers for my Mom's 88th birthday who lives in another state, I should have called a local flower shop instead. Somehow her $39 Birthday flowers turned out to be $65 because of delivery fees, handling, etc... This price included a Birthday Balloon since I wanted to make it special for my Mom but for some reason they decided to forget the Birthday balloon and just deliver the flowers. FromYouFlowers refunded the $5 for the Balloon but the special occasion already happened so in my opinion they sort of blew it and wasn't as Special as it could have been. I won't use them again.

Later in the day they sent an email saying they could not deliver it until the next day so I canceled but by then it was too late to get it done same day. My daughter's surprise was ruined.

    I ordered this arrangement for a funeral of a family member that recently passed as I was not able to attend the services. I paid for the upgrade from Regular size to Deluxe size (1 size up). When the arrangement arrived I received a Thank You text with the picture of the arrangement BUT it didn't look anything like the picture. The website says Includes:

    • Pink Lilies* substituted for Bright Pink Roses

    • Green Gladiolus* substituted for Bright Purple Gladiolus

    It looked like a birthday or mother's day arrangement, not suitable for a funeral. AND the size of it looked like the Regular size not the upgraded Deluxe size. Pretty arrangement but not what I ordered.

    This is second chance I have given to them. First time they delivered wrong flowers and it was arrived late night. I ordered again yesterday for another set of one day shipping. I received an email saying that they delivered but flowers not delivered yet. This morning I was asking my GF about flowers. She said not delivered anything. Don't ever use this service.     I had put in a very large order to be delivered next day to a loved one that is dying. In the afternoon saw my emails... they had canceled order due to one name difference in billing and I used my PayPal which paid them! They did refund. The family was on alert for the delivery for that afternoon! So I called another local florist and they are getting the flowers to them. What I found out is the FromYouFlowers is not a florist. They go to other florists to send out. Bottom line do not buy from them!

    I place an order of a fruit and snack basket on April 3, 2019 at 6 Am and paid for same day delivery. My 9 years daughter had her FSA test and I wanted to say good luck to her with a cute basket. Around 3 Pm that same day I called to find out when this basket will arrive, they told me they can't deliver it because they don't have it available but they will do it next day. Next day, I waited and waited. Still nothing and when I called them, they told me same thing. I received emails after emails, phone calls after phone from different people who did not even know what is going on with my order. Finally I told them to refund me my $57.97 back which they agreed and send email for confirmation but today it is April 10 and I still did not get my money back.

    My questions to you. Why you guys advertising things that you don't have? Why you stealing from people? This company is a big scam. People work for their money. I never been scammed before. This thing hurt me. I never got to surprise my daughter before her test and and I need my money back. I can't have them taking my money and never deliver the product. This is just not right. Wish I had read reviews before placing an order with Fromyouflowers. It was my first and worst experience with them. I would not recommend this company. Not to even my worst enemy!

    I order a arrangement for my aunt who was in the hospital. My aunt just had a major procedure done and I wanted to send her beautiful flowers. What she got was not worth the 80.00 I was charged. I called the company and requested a refund. They told me they would take the flowers from her hospital room. I told them no, they are not going to walk in the hospital to take her flowers. They offered me 25% off my order, I declined and asked for them to resend them. They stated they don't do refunds. They only give you a refund of a certain percentage of the cost.

    My niece had surgery Friday afternoon so I ordered flowers online Friday at 7pm for Saturday delivery and paid the "same day fee". At 5pm Saturday I got an email that said: "Thank you for your recent order. Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in delivery of your floral gift. Unfortunately, we were unable to complete your delivery on 2019-04-06. We have scheduled your delivery for as soon as possible on 2019-04-08 to ensure your gift arrives and the occasion is not missed. Additionally, if applicable, we have refunded your same day fee to make up for the error." I called and told them that this was unacceptable. If I'd wanted them delivered on Monday I would have selected Monday. After much attempted negotiation they finally agreed to refund the full amount. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want to be disappointed.

    I ordered a planter on 4/5/2019 to be delivered to my nephew's new Ace Hardware store. They had their grand opening on 4/6/2019 and when I called to see how the day was going and how they liked the office planter I ordered, was told that no planter was delivered. When I called I spoke to a very nice lady who said she was refunding my 2.99 weekend extra delivery fee. I told them if they could not get it there by Monday 4/8/2019 to cancel the order and give me a full refund.

    Every state has a consumer complaint form you can submit to the State's Attorney General's Office. I intend on doing that because there is too many similar complaints for this to be random. People work hard for their money and when they're spending those dollars to either celebrate, comfort, cheer up, or whatever the situation is, they don't deserve to be treated like this. Google should be ashamed of themselves for promoting such a company. Stay tuned to what gets delivered to my nephew!! Probably a frog on a rock that they will tell me will soon be a Prince.

    I tried this new unheard of company bc they advertised same day flower delivery and I was placing an order at 2 pm for that day. The company’s website and business model seemed similar to 1800 Flowers or Teleflora (come to realize after the fact the reason why is they ripped off the exact pictures from Teleflora and slightly changed the names of the arrangements). They processed my order and emailed confirmation. I went about my evening plans and discovered later in the night that they emailed saying the delivery would not be delivered Friday, but instead on the following Monday, in their exact words, “So as not to miss the occasion.” Well, the recipient had checked into a hotel for the weekend and would be checking out Monday, so that date didn’t work.

    I called Customer service immediately to see if they could either deliver the next day, Saturday, or else cancel and refund. They tried talking me into having them delivered Monday for a 20% discount, or to have them delivered Monday at another address, and I said no over and over. Finally they agreed to refund me after putting me on hold for 10 minutes. Hopefully I will receive the refund, otherwise I will have to take it up with Chase, my credit card company. I then went online to Teleflora and ordered the exact same bouquet for the same price and with Saturday delivery. Should have just started with a reputable company in the first place and not been lured in by these frauds. Don’t make my mistake!!!

    Not pleased at all. Ordered flowers 3 days ago to be delivered yesterday. I ordered the mix deluxe and had to call them within an hour of ordering saying to ship to home instead of work. They took down all info and still delivered to work when nobody was there so she got 12 half dead roses. And as much as I paid I don’t see how 12 roses is deluxe mix. So they did send her a new batch but didn’t receive until tonight and now left on porch when it was only 30 degrees out all day and still just 12 half dead roses.

    I ordered flowers as a birthday surprise and am extremely disappointed and embarrassed at what was received vs. what I thought I was ordering (see photos). The flowers that were delivered look NOTHING like what I ordered - two roses and three lilies for $53.34. They are cheap and ugly looking. I called customer service and the lack of care was appalling. They offered to refund 25% and redeliver flowers. The refund I received wasn't even the promised 25%! Very disappointed. Would not recommend them.

    My son is in California right now spending his 18th birthday with friends. I ordered for him the Chips, Candy & More Gift Basket: $59.99. He received a crappy little basket filled with garbage candy bars. NO picture of what my son actually received was even ON the website. It was thrown together so quickly and wrapped up so poorly. I am so upset! The company offered me a 30% reduction, but I paid much more for the basket I ordered. So NEVER EVER trust this company to provide you with a basket put together by God knows who. Total misrepresentation of what was supposed to be beautiful gift for my son.

    I've ordered several Bouquets from this Company with such outstanding results. Beautiful Roses, Mixed flowers, just gorgeous. My last order failed to Wow me! I saw right off the disappoint me in my Wife's eyes. When I saw a picture of it I was so disappointed. Immediately I emailed them and told them of my dissatisfaction. At first they offered a 30% discount. I wrote back and told them that this was my Wife, the one I love that the flowers were sent to. They sent my complaint to Elvira, a Supervisor. She gave me the option of flowers from a different florist or a refund. I told her it was the flowers that were my choice. I took a chance again. It paid off, the New flowers were immediately delivered and the WOW was back in the Flowers. They didn't charge me and I told them they could pick up the other flowers but they didn't.     A tad disappointed. I saw all of the awesome reviews and did not think twice about ordering from here. I ordered a beautiful birthday bouquet and ended up paying nearly $70 which is fine because it would have been worth it. Our team member sent a picture thanking us for the gift when she received it. Service was excellent, but the arrangement looked nothing like the picture. Had more greenery than flowers which is nothing like the picture depicted. Did not use the same flowers as in the picture either. Some of them were wilted. I hate this happened, I dont like leaving less than perfect reviews, but honesty is a must. I will not be ordering from here again. I have pictures of the one she was supposed to get and the one she got.

    Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Flowers were supposed to be sent to my daughter in Chicago for a procedure she was having. I gave explicit instructions... Even had the moron repeat my words back to me. They were supposed to come 2:00 and later. They were also supposed to call me first. Nothing. At 4:00 they said they tried...but no one was home. That is a lie. She was home from 12:00 on. They offered me 30% and have them sent the next day. I said, "No way." I demanded a full refund. I might get in touch with my attorney about this awful cheating company. Do not use fromyouflowers. Ever. Unhappy in Louisville, Ky.

    Two arrangements of like size and style were ordered to be delivered on the same day (paid extra charge) to two young girls for a death in the family. Only one arrangement was delivered! When I called to inquire where the other arrangement was, I was told the florist didn't have time to get to it. They had no idea the flowers weren't delivered or why. I was then told possibly tomorrow and they could give me 30% off on my next order! Totally unacceptable. Horrible customer service! Never use this company! Pay the extra couple dollars and be sure your flowers and sentiments are delivered when they are supposed to be.

    I used this company for the first time to deliver flowers to my best friend for her birthday. I ordered them on March 31 for April 1 delivery. FYF notified me at 3:00 pm they couldn’t deliver on the 1st. After speaking to a supervisor, I was assured they would refund my money and deliver them first thing this morning. At 1:30 today, they notified me that she is “too remote” so they aren’t sending flowers again today. She lives on a main road less than 2 miles from the state capital of NH!!! Unbelievable they call that remote!!! I’ve sent her flowers before and Edible Arrangements with no issues. Now you “promise" to send flowers by UPS to her tomorrow!!?? Are you serious??? You still haven’t refunded my money, she STILL doesn’t have flowers and you think I trust you to send flowers tomorrow??? Unreliable and unprofessional in every way.

    I ordered a very pretty stargazer flower with roses and some Happy Anniversary balloons to be sent to my lady at her job. I got the confirmation and thought everything was set. To my surprise, I received an email stating the local florist didn't have the specific flowers I picked so they would send something equivalent, without indicating which type. So I call customer service to explain it would've been nice if I received a phone call to let me know the type of flowers that were being replace and whether or not I could give them my consent. So they said they would UPS the flowers, which seemed sort of impersonal versus a delivery but I said Ok.

    So I received another order confirmation later that evening with add-ons I never requested. I'm a little annoyed at this point but whatever. Then I check the date and it's set to be delivered 1 day after the day I chose. I chose the date I chose because it's was our anniversary date. I called and explained they can't just change dates because there is significance to the flowers I choose and the date. They kept giving my excuses on why they do what they do so I immediately cancelled the order and requested a full-refund. This company needs to get its act together.

    I ordered an arrangement for my fiance for same day delivery March 25th 2019. I was charged for same day delivery. I all of a sudden get an email saying I had a new delivery day. The next day the flowers that came were dead and nothing like the arrangement I picked online. Long story short on April first I received another arrangement that wasn't the right one either. I was told that they would fix it that day and I still haven't received my flowers. It became such a headache it went from "awwww honey flowers" to "damn why'd you get me flowers!!?"

    I recently purchased flowers for the retirement of a colleague. At the time of purchase the website said I would receive them the next day before noon. I thought this was perfect because they would be delivered to my office for me to present them as a gift at the party. They did not arrive on time because although my name was listed as the purchaser and the recipient, this apparently confused the company and they chose not to deliver until I called them back.

    I did not receive the flowers at all that day although I called to clarify that the name on the card was correct and I wanted to receive the flowers on behalf of the person. When I called customer service by the end of the day to cancel my order they were very pushy not really accepting the fact that I wanted to cancel my order but instead offering other options. They offered a 20% discount on the flowers I purchased and promised the flowers could be delivered to me on Monday before noon. I accepted.

    Later in the day I received an email confirming that I had a credit of 20% but it had to be used towards another purchase (basically forcing me to buy from them again if I want to use it. Monday came around and of course the flowers were not delivered before noon. By 2:15 I called to cancel my order. I must of said it at least 3 times and the person on telephone kept avoiding my request and kept offering to check on the order that she would call the florist. They are very pushy, do not listen and misinform you of what they are actually doing. I will never purchase from them again. The customer service is appalling. Purchase

    I ordered a floral get-well arrangement on March 26, 2019. to be delivered to my cousins, who were both very ill at the same time. I received a confirmation email; I did not request same-day delivery because it was later in the day when I placed my order online. I received an email from them the next day saying the delivery place they used could not find the address of my cousins, so I responded that I would double-check it with my sister, who gave it to me prior to placing my order. Once I got the correct address, I emailed that to them, and requested that they let me know when the flowers had been delivered.

    Instead of an email saying my order had been delivered, I received yet another email stating that because their delivery company hadn't been able to deliver my order due to the incorrect address, my order had been cancelled and a refund had been issued to the credit card I used to pay for the flowers! I was LIVID, and sent them another email, with all the previous emails still attached, asking them if they were flipping kidding me; that I would never use them again and would also tell all my family and friends not to use them; and thanks a lot.

    I received a response a couple of hours later apologizing for the "error", and that my order would be delivered as soon as it could be. I also received another email from a different person, basically the same thing, apologizing for the error, and she reassured me that the flowers would be delivered that day (this was Saturday, March 30th). I responded to that email thanking them and asking that they email just as soon as my ordered had been delivered.

    Today (April 1st...very appropriate), I emailed them in the morning asking for the status of my order. I didn't receive a response, so I emailed them AGAIN early this afternoon, and received an email from them saying my order had been successfully delivered on March 28th. Unbelievable. I will never, EVER, use this useless company again. It is only a rare occurrence that I encounter problems like this when I order online. Save your money, or spend an extra dollar or two, and order your flowers from somewhere else.

    I ordered a lavender tea cup bouquet for my mother for her birthday to be sent on Sunday. They charged me for the same day and weekend fee then emailed me to tell me it couldn’t be delivered until Monday morning then when it was delivered it wasn’t what I ordered. It was an UGLY smile face cup with flowers in it. When I called they contacted the florist and they told they they didn’t have what I ordered so they did the best they could. When I asked why they didn’t contact me before they delivered something I didn’t ordered she said, "I don’t know. We can offer you a 25% discount for the mistake and I apologize," but that don’t fix the problem. They need to get their company together and get orders right before they charge someone almost 60 dollars and deliver some you can buy at the Dollar Tree.

    I ordered fromyouflowers.com for the first time on March 7, 2019. I paid extra to have the arrangement delivered on March 8, 2019. I am writing this review after no short of SEVEN CALLS to this company. It is APRIL 1, 2019 and my order has STILL NOT BEEN DELIVERED! They continue to promise me that it will be delivered and that I will get a personal callback to confirm delivered. I've been promised a callback THREE times and not once had I received one.     I ordered a deluxe bouquet of flowers from this company for my granddaughter. When the bouquet arrived it looked nothing like that which was pictured. It had 5 roses, a few mums and A touch of freesia. The lilies were missing and another flowered pictured that I do not know the name of. It looked like a bouquet I could have purchased on the street for $10. I contacted customer service and they offered me a 20% refund or redelivery. I choose redelivery. They have now scheduled redelivery 2 times and no one has shown up. I called them again to speak to a supervisor and was kept on hold for 30 minutes and finally just hung up. Having a flowers delivered by them can prove to be extremely disappointing or embarrassing. They are not a dependable company.

    Just wanted to share my experience since I saw all the bad reviews. Once my wife got her anniversary flowers (did not really match the photo) and no balloon. Within about 5 minutes of sending e-mail issue was resolved with a personal phone call to myself from Robyin ** to resolve the issue.     I ordered flowers for my girlfriend on 03/26/19 and paid a same day delivery fee as well. It was worth 50 dollars and they did not deliver my package. I spoke with my girlfriend and she said she didn't receive her package and that none of her neighbors saw the bouquet that she was supposed to receive delivered. I have been waiting for a "florist" to contact the company to confirm a non delivery but I believe that I have been deceived. I have requested a refund on multiple occasions and yet I am still receiving a run around. I will personally make sure that no one orders from this scam of a website.     I normally am not one to complain, but seeing as these were both over 40 each, I wanted to say something. I order (2) bouquets of anniversary balloons. The balloons were super low quality and the ribbons holding them were frayed. A few of them weren’t even full of helium. I also got a birthday balloon in my anniversary bundle of balloons. It bums me out that I spent over 80$ on droopy and ratty balloons. They were extremely unhelpful - I don’t want a refund, but I believe they should acknowledge they messed up. ???‍♀️

    My Mistake - I didn't go through these reviews before placing an order with these guys as I was desperate to send her a gift on the same day. The address I gave first was wrong though I had shared her contact number to confirm before delivery. Not just that they didn't deliver the gift on same day, they also wrongly claimed that she received it the next day. My friend took the pain to go to her old address only to find that no one delivered anything there. After 3 days of chasing them on live chat (I was in another country), my friend received a fruit basket from them. The basket was wrapped beautifully but whatever was in it, didn't come anywhere close to what I ordered. My order was "Perfectly Decadent" and not to mention I was perfectly fooled.

    I ordered the flowers online. Thought it would be a great surprise for my mom. But after 2 days of hearing nothing, I had to tell her what the surprise was to see if she had got it. I call back to track the order and they tell me it'll be delivered the next day. The next day I get an email from the company saying that the delivery driver left the flowers with my mom's neighbor because she wasn't home 2 days prior. Who does that? Not even knowing if the neighbor knew my mom. So needless to say I called for a refund. They can't refund it and ask me why the neighbors didn't give my mom her flowers?     I went with this flower place because I have used in the past all the other flower places and they were horrible - so I tried this place. So the first thing I do is order a bouquet of flowers for myself to make sure they are beautiful before I send them to a good friend or family member because I have learned my lesson how they change the orders on you. This flower place is awesome. The flowers I ordered myself were beautiful. Then I ordered for my close friend for her birthday in a birthday cake shape of flowers. She said they were so beautiful. She could not believe what a good job the flower shop did, then I placed another order for my other friend for fall and she sent me the picture. It was horrible.

    I called the flower shop that evening and complained that is not what I ordered and the florist made it very cheap looking and there was hardly and flowers in the pumpkin arrangement. They called the florist and had the florist do another arrangement the following day and delivered to her that day as well. I think their service is great compared to any other that I have used in the past. And I hope they continue the good work that they provided for me and everyone I sent the flowers to, because I think getting a bouquet flowers makes everyone feel good.

    I ordered a candy basket for my granddaughter's birthday at least a week early and scheduled it to arrive on her birthday.     I ordered two bouquets to be sent to two different people. The flowers arrived promptly the next day but the bouquets were NOTHING like they were pictured on the website. I understand substitutions have to be made sometimes, but these were totally different flowers not even in the same color scheme. The bouquets looked really cheap too -- just a few random flowers thrown together with some green filler. Very disappointed. I reached out to them hoping they would honor their 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, but they would only refund $27 of the $125 I spent on the two bouquets and the responses I received were obviously auto-replies.     Pissed off. No one order flowers ever from Fromyouflowers.com. Ordered yesterday morning, gave me the option to have my flowers delivered today on my anniversary and I have been up since 9am waiting for them to be delivered. Just called them and they told me when I ordered no local florists were open to accept the order and they would be delivered tomorrow instead. Well I went off. I told them if they couldn't deliver on the date why did they offer the date to be delivered.

    They offered me 20% off and the flowers delivered Monday. I told them Mon is not my anniversary. My anniversary is right now. I told them thanks for ** up my anniversary and to refund me completely. I didn't want them any longer since my anniversary is over.     Was told in the evening of the requested delivery that no info is available from the "local florist" and as soon as they heard back, they would contact me. When I requested to get an update by tomorrow, the customer service agent became rude and hang up on the phone on me!     I ordered a plant to be delivered to a funeral home. The plant was never delivered. They called three times the day before the arrangement was to be delivered to confirm the location. I said all three times to take it to the funeral home. The apparently is not the usual way they do things but this is what I wanted done. I called the funeral home and told them that the flower would be coming to them and not the church. They said ok because the service was far away. The flower should have been delivered Wednesday.

    I called the funeral home when I got home around five in the evening. They said no one ever came with the flower and they were there all day. I called FromYouFlowers and they claimed they tried to deliver and the funeral home refused to accept. I put the funeral home on the line with them. The funeral home said no one came. FromYouFlowers then said they called and the funeral home said not to deliver there. I went back and forth and the flower was never delivered. The family never got the flower and the funeral was the next morning at ten. I was furious and I now have to wait on a refund and still send another flower that will not be delivered until days later.

    I went online this morning and ordered a single red rose for my girlfriend. I paid the extra $4.99 for delivery within 4 hours. It's been 4.5 hours and still no delivery.     Our company ordered an arrangement to be delivered the day after a coworker's child was born. They never received them. This order was for March 14th, it is now March 20th and no one has let us know the order was not delivered. When I called I got every excuse under the sun. I actually thought about checking with my coworker when I responded to an email with a new customer credit and ordered my mother Just Because flowers.     I have had the worst experience with this online website. Went through the process and made an order, paid extra to have it expedited the next morning, used the "pay through Amazon Pay" option, received confirmation from Amazon Pay that the charge was completed and successful. My family member did not receive the delivery so I called From You Flowers. The phone representative as well as a manager went on to tell me they have no record of my order and it never went through. This was the most depressing thing to receive. I lost my only child and I was sent dead flowers? What a cruel thing to do. I am waiting to see what they will bring next. I was offered a replacement arrangement from the same florist. There are many florist shops in our city, yet they only used a place 45 minutes away.     In January, I ordered flowers from this company, three days in advance, to be delivered to a funeral I won't going to be able to attend. Keep in mind that this is a same-day florist, but I placed my order three days before the delivery date. I was able to attend the funeral after all, but noticed that my flowers had not been delivered before the ceremony began. This was a funeral for a young man who suffered a traffic death, so I was understandably very upset.

    After some back & forth emails (they had confirmation that the order was delivered, but I had to refer them back to the time needed in my original order for them to see that it was delivered AFTER the funeral had ended), the company refunded my purchase and gave me a credit to motivate future purchases. I started to make a purchase today, but couldn't find my credit. I contacted the company. Not only was my credit gone (I learned that it EXPIRED last month), but they completely erased my January order from their system!

    I forwarded the email to them, the one that stated the "credit" had expired, and told them that this was poor business practices. I asked them to remove me from their email list, as I would not be doing business with them any longer. Of course, I proceeded to unsubscribe myself. They responded to the email that showed them taking my credit away by saying something to the effect of, "if you need help with the online unsubscribe button, let us know." I cannot believe the horrible way that this company treats its customers!

    I ordered flowers for my mother who is in the hospital which she never received. When I called to inquire about it they said they were delivered and left at the nurses' station. I called the hospital and they told me flowers are not allowed in the hospital rooms and all the florist in the area know that but they fill the orders and deliver them anyway knowing the recipient will never receive them and that it's a big part of their business delivering undeliverable flowers to the hospital.

    I called Fromyouflowers and asked for a 50% refund because I did feel partially responsible although they are in the flower business and should know who they can and cannot deliver to. They only gave me a 20% discount and would not give any more than that. If I were a flower shop and an address came across my order knowing it's undeliverable I would stop and make contact with the purchaser or fromyouflowers not just fill the order and deliver it to a stranger and call it a day. So now I'm out $50 and my mother has no flowers. Do not use them.

    I agree. Do not use "fromyouflowers.com." Today, I ordered bouquet of flowers and a "small box of chocolate" (option provided by the website) for my bf. And he received a bouquet of flowers completely different from the image and a bag of Ghirardelli Square chocolates. I called their customer service as well and explained that my gift recipient received a completely different type of flower and not even a box of chocolate. I think that receiving a completely opposite order from what you paid for expecting something else is serious false advertising and quite frankly a fraud because in other stores, ordinary policy is that if you are not satisfied with your product they will give you a full refund. Instead, they gave me a 20% refund which was 7 dollars. By the way, I ordered pink and white roses. (How hard is that to match?)

    I ordered a bouquet of flowers at a total of about $57 after everything was said and done. When the bouquet was delivered IT WAS NOTHING LIKE WHAT WAS DESCRIBED ON THE WEBSITE aside from the mason jar. They do have a substitution policy but the arrangement was absolutely nothing like what was pictured on the website. It was hideous and I was so embarrassed. I emailed the company with photos of what I ordered and what was delivered and they gave me a refund... of $7.70!!! That was it! The arrangement was garbage - I could have bought the same thing from a grocery store for $14.99, put it in a mason jar and it would have looked better than what was delivered.

    I ordered the Perfectly Decadent gift basket for a Birthday gift. It showed chocolates and gourmet snacks. I ordered the medium range basket. 59.99, it arrived on time, and if you read the fine print, it does state that they might have to make substitutions. Ok I get that, but there is nothing gourmet about Heinz Yellow mustard, Pretzel crisps and Babybel cheese. I was horrified, I spent over $80, I added some balloons. They offered a 20% rebate and then a coupon for my next order. They didn't understand that the damage was done!!!     Ordered a fruit basket a week ahead. Did not show up. Called and waited 15 min to talk to a person. Was told they would have to wait to check why it did not get delivered. Call again later that night and they said they can deliver it tomorrow. I said OK. The next day still no delivery. Called again. 10 min. wait to talk to a person.     Advertised as same day delivery. I paid extra for this. Waited 24 hrs no delivery. Tracking said order was “scheduled for delivery.” 48 hrs later... no delivery. Called 1-800 #. I was told that the local florist lost my order. I was given a free upgrade to make up for the mistake. Order arrived. It looked like a downgrade from the original. It was pitiful. I was so embarrassed. My mother’s bday gift was over 48hrs late and looked as if a child arranged it. It looked cheap!!! I called the 1-800# back. I was 1st offered a 20% discount. I asked to speak with a manager. I was then offered 30% off. I asked a 3rd time to speak w/ a manager... no manager ever took my call. I was finally given a full refund... Hopefully that actually happens. Awful experience!!! A botched bday gift... A special day ruined by giving my business to a poorly rated company. THIS IS THE UPGRADE!!!

    So, my boyfriend ordered my flowers that were sent to me Valentine’s weekend. They were Lilies, which are my favorite. I made sure I followed the care instructions and NONE OF THEM OPENED UP. I called them to complain and the lady I spoke with was very nonchalant and rude about sending out a replacement. But they did and guess what...THESE DIDNT OPEN EITHER!!! I called to complain about this one and asked if maybe they could use another company or send a different flower and they wanted my boyfriend to PAY for another arrangement. Like are you kidding me?!? I have received numerous bouquets in my lifetime and these flowers were by far THE WORST FLOWERS I HAVE EVER GOTTEN!!! Buyers beware. The bouquet arrived a day late and was smaller and missing flowers compared to the online representation. I called and they promised a repeat delivery which was never delivered.     I ordered a cute little smiley-face mug with a bouquet of daisies and roses in yellow and white for my sister to celebrate her last day of cancer treatment. Daisies are her favorite flower. What she received was an assortment of flowers that looked like the odd bunches of leftover flowers they sell in the supermarket for less than $10.00. I called and was told they would send out the correct bouquet the next day. Nothing arrived the next day. I called again and was offered a 30% refund.     My sister and brother in law ordered some flowers to be delivered to my house so that I can take it to my grandmother who turned 100 today. The flowers was ordered a day in advance. On grandma's birthday, I waited all morning by the kitchen window, but no one showed up. By noon, I texted my sister in law to see if there was a delivery time frame while I waited outside in the front yard. By 2:36 pm, she got back to me after calling customer service, and that someone is in the local area to deliver the flowers in the next hour. Waited over 2 hours and no one showed up.

    I called customer service and the automated system says that delivery is in progress. I waited some more. Then I spoke to a live person and they have the nerve to lie to me that someone delivered the flowers but no one was home so they took the flowers back to the local florist shop, and will attempt delivery again the following day. I was so upset and demanded to speak to a "manager". This "manager" comes on to say no one was home so they will attempt to deliver the next day. I refused to accept that because I was home all day waiting for the flowers and no one showed up, called, nor left any note at the door, I WAS HOME!

    I told the manager which local florist is it because no came by and I will pick it up myself. He refused to tell me which local florist it is and was firm about it being delivered the next day. I told him I need it for grandma's birthday today! He offered no solution and will not give me a delivery time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! IT'S EXACTLY WHAT OTHER REVIEWERS EXPERIENCED & MYSELF! Bad business!

    I ordered yesterday and paid for overnight delivery for a viewing today! I got an email that they were unable to fulfill the order but would be delivered possible tomorrow! When I called they offered to refund shipping! When I told them the viewing was today, the customer service agent said they would refund 30%, needless to say their lack of sympathy just upset me off so I demanded a refund! They couldn't tell me this morning so I could go with another company, no they call after after business is starting to close. So I missed the occasion.     I ordered a beautiful light pink and white bouquet for my step mom’s birthday because this is her favorite colors. After 2 days and 2 phone calls to Fromyouflowers she finally got a dark pink rose bouquet with all kinds of colors in it VERY POORLY thrown together. I did get a 20% refund but still horrible service. Costco refunded the whole amount when I had a delivery mix up. I just waited too late to order from Costco to get it there on time.     Ok so my husband ordered these flowers and some chocolates for me which I got a day late but whatever... I wasn't in a hurry and in fact I didn't even know about them till I noticed 80 bucks out of our account. To start with, my husband is in the army and is currently on a deployment so he thought flowers would be nice. The reviews on the website sounded good to him so he ordered me some chocolate and this beautiful arrangement of flowers. They were, if I am correct, 2 days late. The flowers look NOTHING like the picture but to me it is the thought that counts. I know the chocolate brand so these are really good chocolates.

    Overall I am just disappointed at the flowers and the condition of them. The flowers are already wilting, but they do smell nice. The vase is a million times smaller than the picture. This website for the most part is a ripoff. You do not get the arrangement you pay for and that is the hugest let down. As far as trying to get a refund they said my husband would have to do it because he is the one that ordered it!! That is so stupid because I am his wife and if I want to cancel an order I should be allowed to and I told the guy about my husband being deployed and he said that he can't help and hung up on me without another word. The flowers the vehicle arrived in was extremely skeptical. The car was white and trashy looking a car which I have never seen before and it had some huge sticker on the side with a picture of flowers in it. Obviously not the UPS or FedEx guy.     My wife ordered a bouquet to be sent to her friend for the friend's birthday. The scheduled delivery date was February 19th. After realizing her friend never received the flowers, my wife checked with customer service about the order. They said that the delivery was "successfully" made on February 14th. That was 5 days early (when her friend was out of town - she never saw them), so we did not consider that a "successful delivery". After asking for either a refund or a re-delivery, my wife was first offered a $15 gift card. When she rejected that and asked again for a refund or a re-delivery, they said that the same flowers were not available at the time, but they could offer a 50% refund. That was still not acceptable to us. The service we paid for was not done, and since they were still unable to do it, we expected a full refund.

    Next I called their customer service line. When I asked for a refund, I was first offered the opportunity to have a delivery of the same value made. When I turned that down and asked again for a refund, it was finally granted. Overall the issue was pretty easily taken care of once I called (as opposed to my wife's previous communication with them which had been over email). I have now seen the refund post to my credit card. I'm giving a low review because the delivery date was far off from what was scheduled, and it took a bit of a runaround to get my refund. I probably wouldn't do business with them again. However, I'm giving two stars instead of one because they did finally give the refund in the end, without too much of a fight.

    For my daughter's birthday, I paid a total of $47.68 for the "Be Happy" Bouquet, which features primarily yellow flowers in a Happy Face pot. The delivery my daughter received looked like a randomly-picked, thrown-together bunch of leftovers, in a plain glass vase. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, I was told that FromYouFlowers has the right to make a substitution if an item is not available. I can understand that at times, a substitution would have to be made, but the simple glass vase is in no way an equivalent "substitute" to the happy-face pot. At the very least, they should have substituted another novelty type of container. The flowers also do not seem like an equivalent substitute for the cheerful bouquet in the photo. So beware: You may not get what you order!

    Ordered this arrangement for a funeral. What arrived is nothing like photo. It lacks qualify and quantity of flowers. Rose is the first flower listed but there were NONE. Only pink carnations and white mums with greens. Even those flowers were minimal and I ordered the PREMIUM version by paying extra. It cost around $110 for flowers worth maybe $20 at the most. I was embarrassed that I sent this. Never use this company if you want something nice delivered to a function. The worst flower arrangement company I have ever deal with. Also, I tried to leave a review but this system seems to be rigged. Perhaps if you leave a bad review, you never get the confirming email thus the review never gets listed. What a scam.

    We should have read these reviews before ordering. We ordered a Cross arrangement for a family member out of state, paid extra for next day delivery by noon for the service. The flowers never arrived. We contacted customer service the next day after the service. We're not sure where the lady worked before customer service but she was like a robot reading something and constantly putting us on hold. At first she said the flowers didn't get delivered because they needed to make a substitution, after that we asked for a refund and she put us on hold again.

    She came back and wanted to know if they could send them to a family member's house and kept pushing a substitution (What?? The service is over lady!! What a joke!!). We kept insisting on a refund and she finally put us on hold again. After several minutes she came back and initiated a refund. What a nightmare! If you are needing flowers for a service and more importantly the flowers you ordered we strongly suggest you buy somewhere else. We know we will the next time.     I will NEVER use this company again. Being 1000 miles away from my daughter (a nurse) on her bday, I wanted to surprise her. So I order her bday cake, flower arrangement with several balloons. Well my surprise went south and I got the surprise. The delivery driver left flowers that were broken AND smashed... with the candles all broken and only 1 balloon! When nurses questioned him he said florist sent it that way.

    I contacted the florist (which the day of delivery was too late to contact because weren't delivered until 4pm on her bday after she had left!!). The guy who answered phone apologized. Said would be corrected and resent and done that day by 1pm. 1pm No flowers... I contacted florist again... They promised say delivery guy had delivered but he had not! She promised to correct and Give refund for all the problems.

    2 days later my daughter receives her flowers and I get an email stating they are giving me a 20% disc on order refunded... after I was told I would receive full refund!!! As of today I have not received refund and I am sick of these companies taking peoples money and ruining surprises they entrust them with and pay them for ($100 order btw). Do not use this company. They will ruin surprises and then everyone else blamed and they dont keep their word and will only correct by sending pennies on your order for refund for their mistake and your ruined surprise!!!! Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with!!!

    I was very worried after seeing all of the negative reviews about this website. I did not see it until after I had placed my order. I ordered flowers for my mother who is in the hospital. The flowers arrived on time, and were very close to the photo that I chose and the size was correct. In addition, I had a box of chocolates delivered and they were delivered and sized accordingly.     I attempted to send flowers to a friend on the anniversary of her husband's death. I requested same day flowers. They did not get there the day before the anniversary when I knew she was having such a difficult time. They said they needed the delivery address. It was correctly submitted and they chose not to read. I submitted it again in an email and they responded to my concern. They would not be delivered at least the day of the actual anniversary. I even explained what they were for. I received an email stating they were sorry and the flowers would absolutely be delivered that day. At 10 pm Georgia time when I was speaking with her on the phone it was clear she never received them. Again another email stating they could not deliver them on time. I canceled the order.

    I am VERY disappointed with this company. They don't deserve not 1 damn star. I went online specifically looking for a company to deliver my mother a flower arrangement due to me being out of state for work. It was her birthday. I couldn't get my order number to be found to see the status of it and I waited on hold for a very long time for customer service. She found my order but since the local florists didn't take the delivery they rescheduled to whenever someone does have time tomorrow. No call to me, no email to me. And now my mother got absolutely nothing today. She spent her birthday alone and tomorrow they are to get 8 in of snow. So if they couldn't today it's definitely not happening the next day.

    This company is a joke. When a company specifically says "same day delivery"and it puts in your zip code and checks if it's available for that day then why wasn't it done? I didn't ask for someone to deliver her 40$ flowers and a big delivery fee costing 60$ for whenever they got to it, I asked for that day. And now it's entirely too late to have someone else deliver it not to mention she goes to bed at 9pm. If I wouldn't have called this company I would have never known she didn't get them. I'm highly disappointed and I feel bad that my mom got nothing today. She didn't deserve this. And if they don't refund or it doesn't go back into my account I'm going to go even further than this.

    Hi All: This is the first time that I’m driven to write a review. I ordered on 2/21/2019, the medium All FRUIT BASKET for my brother in law who had surgery. I paid a total of $72.97 which included delivery and same day svc. That evening my sister message me thank you and the picture of the basket. I called her and said this is not what I ordered. The basket contained 2 apples, 2 oranges, 2 pears a pineapple and 1 each payday, KitKat, crunch, and snickers. I immediately called Fromyouflowers, spoke to Atina who said this would be corrected the next day.

    Next day nothing, I called again. Spoke to supervisor Shene. He said as it was Friday could I wait until Monday, I said ok. On Monday called back. Spoke to supervisor Jason who said the original florist didn’t want to deliver so another one tried to deliver. Left a note on the door. That didn’t happen. I told him my sister found no note. He again took my sister’s cell and house #, said he would give it to the florist to call before delivery. Well, you guessed it. No basket still. Now tonight 2/26/2019 I called again. Spoke to supervisor Pearl. She said there was a note in the computer that the florist wanted my sister to call them. How was she suppose to know this when I was told the florist would call at the time of delivery.

    I explained to Pearl Florida has an abundance of fruit how difficult is it to deliver a basket of fresh fruits. After all this and being fed up I demanded a refund. She said she would give me 50%. Since I didn’t want this to continue I decided to take the “50%”. As I’m writing this I get an email for the refund of $26.00 not even 50%. I said all this to make aware of anyone using this site to first read this. This company has unreliable florist contracting their orders. IN MY OPINION THEY ARE FRAUDS... PS. I give 1 star since the site required it.

    If you are reading this before ordering from "Fromyouflowers", PLEASE don't waste your money, or you will be back here writing your own review. If you already ordered from this company, sorry for your loss! I wish I would have read these reviews before using them. If you do order from them, just remember two things... One, what you order and what you get are two different things. The florist will choose what they want to deliver, which will be old stock of whatever they can't seem to sell. This was the case with my order. I ordered a combination of pink and red flowers with a beautiful red vase wrapped with a ribbon. What my girlfriend received was some red carnations with a plain clear vase. That's it. It was nothing like what I paid for.

    When I complained, their solution was to refund $7 of my purchase. Which leads to the second thing you need to remember when using this company. They DO NOT stand behind their "guarantee"!! Which states a FULL refund or delivery of a new bouquet if not satisfied with your order. How is this company not being charged with fraud? If I sell you a BMW, but then give you a Pinto, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't get away with it. But that's what this company is repeatedly doing, from reading some of these reviews. It's totally disgusting. Everyone should also write to CNBC to find out if they know their name is being used by a company committing fraud!

    Apparently you can't leave a 1 star review on From You Flowers website as it kicks you out of the system. That is why they only have 4 and 5 star reviews next to their arrangements offered. The arrangement we ordered arrived 4 days late. It did not come in the purple vase. The flower colors and types were totally different. Grocery store quality at best at a much higher price point. It is now Feb 25 and she still has not received the flowers! I have emailed them and spoke to 4 different people who answer their phone lines with all promising me they would re deliver the next day.     I ordered same day flower delivery. Even paid the upgrade fee of $10 on top of their ridiculous "handling fee" to get them there before noon. Chose an arrangement off their "same day" selection. It was for a death in the family. Imagine my dismay to find out flowers were never delivered. Contacted the company and they just said, "We will check on it and get back to you tomorrow." Well tomorrow is not same day delivery. Asked for my money back. Was flippantly offered a $20 credit to use on their site in the future for my inconvenience.

    Declined that flimsy offer since I will never order from them again. Said the credit will show up in three business days. I don't trust that either, so now will be wasting more of my time with this sham of an operation checking to see if I am indeed given my money back. They must spend the majority of their profit paying to get to the top of Google's search engine. Hope they are put out of business soon. Complete waste of time during bereavement. They should be ashamed.

    Do not order from this company. I ordered three gift baskets totaling 204.00 for a next day delivery. They delivered one basket at a time and I couldn't even tell which basket was which. They were all a lot smaller than what they seemed to be online. The baskets were supposed to have snacks and fruit. They had no fruit and the basket looked like it had rode on that back of a dirt bike. Clearly they outsource their customer service because out of all of the 5 that I spoke with only one of them I could understand. Two female reps hung up on me. One placed me on hold and didn't even ask me to hold and then hung up. Needless to say that this was a bad experience all around and I'm not the type to write review but this needed to be said. They had the audacity to offer me 30% off my next purchase AS IF!!! Don't use this company.

    I called fromyouflowers.com on February 19. 2019 to have flowers delivered to my daughter in college for her 19th birthday which was special cause her birthday was 2/29/2019 and she turned 19 years old. The person guaranteed they will be delivered. Instead they sent them to me today which is the 21st. It looked like someone picked weeds out of their garden with a few flowers. I also request 3 balloons which were not blown up all the way. Their website is a straight up lie. There is no way 5 million people were satisfied with their service. This company messed up my daughter's surprise. They also kept giving me the runaround to refund my money so finally I said, "I dont want nothing from you." I am tired of being disappointed. They cant make this right cause they are just incompetent. So please try to spread the word and do not order from this company like my dumb butt did.     I purchased a birthday gift to be delivered on February 19th, the day after I placed the order going to a residence in Texas by 6:00 PM. It was not delivered so I contacted the company the night of the 19th, got an apology, was told that it was an issue with the local florist and promised that the Birthday Bear and cookies would be delivered the morning of the 20th. I have now gone online to check the status for today's delivery (February 20) and there is a "Delivery Exception" with the anticipated date now changed to February 21.     I received flowers for Valentine’s Day. The roses were all frost bit. Got a tiny box of candy and a tiny box of chocolate and no bear which was supposed to be included. My boyfriend Paid to have the delivery at 12 noon. Did not get here till 330. I called the company. They said they would send me more flowers which were supposed to come today. Never received them.     I don't even know where to start - except I should have read the BBB and other reviews/complaints on this company. Never imagined I'd have so much trouble with one Get Well Deluxe Fruit Basket. Looks like I wasn't alone in my experience though as I was appalled to see many others with almost the exact same issues. Basically, I ordered for and paid for a fruit basket for my mother in law who just returned home from surgery. The basket was "guaranteed to be delivered the next day" However, several hours after it was to arrive I received an email saying there would be a "delay" When I called the customer service person said not to worry they'd deliver it 2 days later. 2 days later, I received an email saying the basket was delivered at 1:01pm.

    I was surprised that my mother in law never called to say she received them so we called her that evening. Come to find out she never received anything. When I called, they said the basket was indeed delivered but balked when I asked for confirmation (signature, etc). They then called back 2 hours later and said they actually didn't deliver but could give me a credit. A credit?! I want the basket delivered that I paid for or a full refund. Run, don't walk, from this company. After reading reviews, I realize they do this to way too many people.

    I ordered the Cotton Candy Bouquet for my mother's 90th birthday. They had 3 levels of quality and I bought the top level. The picture showed a very full bouquet of beautiful pink flowers. The flowers that were delivered were not as good as the lowest level pictured online. It was a sparse bouquet and the colors didn't match like I was told they would. I called Customer Service to complain. They offered a refund of 25% plus a credit of $15 for a future purchase. I said that wasn't acceptable, and that I wanted the correct bouquet delivered instead. It was after store hours, so I had to call back the next day so the customer service rep could call the florist that made the flowers.

    After speaking with the florist, the CSR told me that the amount I paid only covered the smaller bouquet per the florist's guidelines. I said that if FromYouFlowers advertised something that the local florist wouldn't deliver then that was a problem they needed to resolve between themselves, but that I still wanted what I ordered and paid for. Nothing more was done. In addition, FYF refused to tell me the name of the florist that created the arrangement. I guess the florists they work with don't want to be saddled with problems created by FYF. I did get the discount, but I still paid more than the lowest level of bouquet was worth. I got the future credit too, but will not be using it. Don't use this company!

    I was expecting flowers on Valentine's day. Never received them, although it said they were delivered. Called several times and waited a lengthy time to talk to someone. When I finally did, they had the wrong address in which didn't exist (so I don't know who they delivered to) and I corrected the address. I was put on hold and he said they'd be delivered the following Monday and to have a good day. I caught him before he hung up on me and asked if he had the correct address. He said yes. I asked if he could tell me the address and he recited THE WRONG ADDRESS AGAIN. I corrected this again and once again he repeated it back, wrong. I finally got him to say it back to me correctly. Here it is Monday at 8pm. No flowers. Valentine's day was Thursday. Terrible business.

    I ordered a large bunch of Gerber daisies for my sister. She received a bouquet with reddish purple wilting roses, some other blue stem flowers that seemed to be wilting, too--it looked like it was a leftover Valentine bouquet that had been in the store for weeks.     I ordered cheesecake bites from this place for my boyfriend's birthday because it is his favorite dessert. Well the first mistake was when instead of cheesecake bites they sent me brownies, and they were terrible. I could've made them better myself out of a box. I let the service know that they sent the wrong thing and all they offer me is 30% of my money back. So I told them that was not an acceptable return since they didn't even get me the item that I bought. I spent $60+ on brownies that were terrible. I am still 7 days later trying to get some type of response for their customer service that is not just copied and pasted.     The flowers that have been ordered and paid are nothing alike from their website. This service has been chosen as special and very emotional day for my daughter as I am not able to be next to her on her wedding day (which was advised in the mail correspondence). I even wrote a disclaimer about the delivery time not to be any past 3:00 pm due to duration of the venue.

    The delivery was done at 7:00 pm which is even past their advised time. My daughter had to stop with her celebration in order to go back to the restaurant that was hosting her venue to get the flowers that have been delivered after requested hours. Also, I have paid for 3 balloons and Daisy Delight bouquet, my daughter got ONE BALLOON and SMALL BOUQUET MADE ONLY OF DAISIES. I was fully charged for the order but got delivery nothing alike the order I made.     I wish I had checked this site sooner! I had ordered flowers to be delivered 2/15 for something special. I ordered a week in advance, knowing it is a busy time of year.     Same story as everyone else. Ordered flowers 2 days in advance of Valentine's Day. Were not delivered. I tried calling them. No option to get a real person. They had an option to enter your order number to track the order. It gave an error. Tried it again, again an error. I emailed them. Response the next day said someone would call me. They never did.

    Called the next day. Pretended I was placing a new order which allowed me to talk to a real person. He wasn't helpful. Just talked matter of factly that the flowered would be delivered eventually. Tracking showed they were in Kentucky. I am in Wisconsin. Finally 2 days after Valentine's Day, at the very end of the day, they were delivered. They looked frozen from 3 days of cross country UPS shipping. Sure enough, they looked terrible and looked like week old flowers by Day 2.

    Bottom line, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They buy $10 flowers and make a $5 UPS shipment with no regards as to when it will be delivered. CANCEL ON YOUR CREDIT CARD OR METHOD OF PAYMENT ASAP. I was smart and did this after 1 day. The company said they would refund my money BUT I DOUBT THEY WILL. They are scammers. 2nd time in 25 years that my wife didn't get flowers on Valentines' Day. ZERO STARS!! NEGATIVE STARS!

    This was a Valentine’s Day gift for my girlfriend. Let’s just say that the only thing I was satisfied about was the timing that the flowers were delivered. They actually were delivered early in the morning. This is all negated by the fact that the flower package that I selectively picked out online looked NOTHING like what was actually delivered. What I bought was a beautiful selection of 30+ roses and carnations which looked perfectly accented together and were presented In a large red vase with a pink ribbon wrapped around it. What was actually delivered was 4 off color roses, 0 carnations and a bunch of green fern filler garbage in a tiny green vase.

    On top of this, the message that I had submitted to be delivered with this gift was handwritten by an employee of theirs and the person who wrote it messed up and instead of rewriting the message which was only 50 characters (the max) on a new card, they CROSSED OUT AND SCRIBBLED OVER THEIR MISTAKE. When my girlfriend opened the card the first thing she saw was this huge scribble right in the middle of it! When she sent me a picture of this I was so embarrassed. I mean is anything sacred anymore?! Crossing out “I Love You” and scribbling over it! Complete embarrassment.

    So of course I called the 800 number listed on the website to complain. The website btw, says 100 Percent Satisfaction Guarantee or a full refund will be given. I call and after telling the person on the phone all of this and her discussing with someone and asking to repeat myself over a dozen times explaining my dissatisfaction for OVER 40 minutes, the best that they offered was a 50% refund but never gave a documented case number when I asked. Clearly there’s no QMS system logging customer complaints of any kind so I was forced to take their word for it. By now you can guess that I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND OF ANY KIND and am left fuming over this joke of a company that took $113 from me and left me embarrassed on Valentine’s Day.

    I place an order for flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day to my 12-year-old daughter. The flowers never made it. I called on the 15th and I could not get a human being on the phone. Finally, I called back at 10 pm on the 15th, was on hold for 30 minutes until finally, I heard a voice. This person tried to tell me that the flowers were delivered on the 14th between 9:30 pm and 10:30 pm. I told him that was impossible because my daughter doesn't have them.     My husband ordered a floral arrangement on 2/12/19 to be delivered to my place of employment on 2/14/19. Unfortunately, I received a call from husband and daughter an hour before my shift ended questioning about my surprised gift. I told them that I had not received anything. I contacted my receptionist who confirmed the same. Not only were they livid so was I. On 2/15/19, I finally received a plain medium vase stuffed with a bouquet of dead roses, no decorations and a card attached that excluded the contact information of the floral shop. I immediately took photos for proof and forwarded to my family.

    According to them, the flowers were unequalled to the arrangement they selected online. I proceeded to contact Fromyouflowers myself to seek answers on my husband's behalf. To my surprise neither was I able to speak to customer support nor leave a message. Instead we were instructed by the company's automated service to email our concerns to WeCare@FromYouFlowers.com. After several unsuccessful email attempts I decided to write a complaint against the company.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered flowers for my Daughter's birthday, which is also the anniversary of my husband's death. I not only wanted to say, "Happy Birthday my dear," but to cheer her up with a pretty bouquet. Flowers were never delivered, despite their website saying they were.     I order a week in advance. They never showed up. The people that they was using to delivery her flowers said that place of business was closed down and that the phone number was disconnected. Where my wife works at is a 24-hour operation, a big ** sign on the front of the building and lit up all day and all night so there was no way he could ever miss it. With that being said my wife thought I forgot about her on Valentine's Day caused a big deal between us so I called the next morning they gave me a 40% discount and insured me that they will be there today with a sorry note saying that it was their fault so I accepted it.     My boyfriend ordered me a nice arrangement for Valentine’s Day. This was done WEEKS in advance. They were supposed to be delivered to my job, anytime between 9 am - 5 pm (per the company, we didn’t get to pick a delivery time). It’s 4:30 pm on Valentine’s Day and we are both wondering where my flowers are. We call to see how much longer we have to wait and to make sure they arrive by 5. He is on hold for 30+ minutes when the delivery girl calls me to ask if I’m still at work. I was on my way out the door and she tells me she’s in some other city over 30 mins away, with 3 more deliveries which will each take at least 15 mins. So she expects me to wait at work another 1 and a half or longer until she gets there?!

    She offers to bring it to my home but when I tell her I live about an hour away, that’s out of the picture. She informs me that she can bring it right away in the morning tomorrow. I made sure she knew I would only be in until 4 pm the next day and she assures me that it will be there WAY before then. In the meantime my boyfriend had to call back multiple times JUST to talk to someone that could help him. They finally gave him a small amount back of 13 dollars for the Valentine’s Day delivery fee. We were both very disappointed and upset as we were told and paid extra for it to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. We tried our best to be understanding and let them know it was okay to deliver the next day. Seeing as the delivery girl was absolutely certain it would be there early.

    The next day comes and it’s 12:30 pm, I still did not receive the flowers. My boyfriend checks his email and they claim they were delivered yesterday. My boyfriend calls, and after waiting on hold again for a very extended period of time, they finally confirm and assure us it will absolutely be there by 4 pm. 3:30 pm no flowers, 4 pm no flowers. I left work at 4:15 pm and double checked to make sure they hadn’t arrived. At this point I told my job that if they end up arriving after I’m gone, to just send them back. Who wants flowers to sit at your job all weekend and get wilted?

    So my boyfriend FINALLY gets ahold of someone after having to wait on hold for another 15 mins. They agree to give us our money back, finally. And offer coupons to use on our next purchase. They also straight up told us they would ONLY give us the coupons if we didn’t write a bad review. It’s not like we even wanted the coupons seeing as we will never be using this company again. To top it all off the delivery guy calls me today at 5:30 and says my job told him I didn’t want the flowers. DO YOU EVEN COMMUNICATE?! That part really made me angry, after all the trouble they put us through, it was apparent they never even tried to accommodate us. They never let anyone know it was vital that it needed to arrive by 4 pm.

    I ordered 2 dozen flowers Feb.12, 2019 to be received on Valentine's Day for my Wife who was out of town with a family member that is gravely ill. When the flowers did not arrive by 6 pm I called customer service and waited 47 minutes till I spoke to someone. She was not very helpful. They told me they did not have a correct address. The address was the same and she said she would make a note that it was the correct address. I called again Feb 15, 2019 to check my order which was still not delivered. This time I waited 25 minutes to talk to someone. All she could do for me is call UPS and have it delivered maybe by Feb.19, 2019. This company does not care about their customers.     Nothing like ordering flowers a week and a half in advance for them to not show up on time. A day late may be ok when you sending flowers for no reason. But when it happens on a holiday that revolves around the sale of flowers it’s not right. When they delivered them a day later and they looked like they were from a gas station. I called the company and they said the best they could do is resend them another day later. I get mistakes are made but don’t promise things you can’t deliver. Period. I will never deal with this company again...

    First I would like to tell everyone to stay away from this site. I ordered flowers and it was suppose to be the deluxe one and I received a regular size order. At 6:00 the order said delivered but was not. After calling and waiting half an hour on the phone got no response. I emailed them and was told it was delivered.     If I could give a 0 star, I would. I ordered flowers for my mom and they were not delivered on Valentine's Day but I received an email stating they were indeed delivered on Valentine's Day. She received them at lunchtime today. The flowers were not only smaller than what I had ordered but I had also ordered a box of chocolate to be delivered with it. No chocolate and a small bouquet. I paid a total of $75 which was the deluxe size of flowers which included an added $10 box of chocolate. I've been trying to call this place over and over and am on a never ending hold and I've emailed 2 times with no response. I plan on contacting the Ohio Attorney General to see what I can do, I am disputing the charge on my credit card and contacting the BBB. Think only once about ordering from these folks...     My fiancee was having a rough time so I ordered her favorite roses to her job to help cheer her up, the flowers she received looked more like a funeral arrangement. She sent me a picture of them saying thank you, and I contacted Fromyouflowers.com to tell them about the mistake and requested a refund. They offered me a 30% refund, which I declined because I did not get anything close to what I ordered, and said that I either need a full refund or the correct arrangement delivered. They said I would get the full refund. Fast forward a couple days... The local florist contacted my fiance demanding the flowers back... Whoever thinks this is appropriate needs to be fired.     I beg you not to order from this company. Horrible, I will be reporting them to our Connecticut Attorney General. I ordered 24 Rainbow Roses for my wife for Valentine's Day. The cost escalated from 40 to 90 dollars, upon check out with PayPal. My wife received the flowers on the day they promised, which was 2-13-19. The problem is that the roses were DOA (dead on arrival). They were wilted, and looked horrible. What a disappointment. I called and complained and they refunded me $12.76, or what they claim to be 20 percent of the purchase. They also gave me a gift certificate for 15.00, which I would never use. They now are claiming that they will redeliver 24 new roses, but cannot deliver them prior to the 16th of this month. Upon calling the 1-800 number, I was on hold for over 10 minutes, then the rep could barely speak English. No way that I will ever order from them again.

    I ordered a beautiful succulent & rose bouquet in peach for a family member. What she got was yellow roses, pink carnations, and some leafy greens with no succulent. They were getting delivered to my mom's job. 1:45 pm rolls around the day of and her boyfriend calls and says she hasn't got the flowers yet. What's going on? I called and was on hold for over 10 min. I understand they were busy with calls. Finally get a live person and I explain my situation. She states she is calling the florist. She gets back on the line and says, "Sorry. The florist is on the way." I said, "It is too late now. My mother is already getting off work as to why I said no later than 1 pm."

    She seriously asks me if I understand that it's Valentine's Day?! No crap man...? I am telling her I want a refund. She is trying to negotiate with me. First was, "We can give you 10% back but then sorry the flowers are being delivered." I was firm. 2nd one was, "Ma'am we can offer 20% and change address." I'm fuming at this point because they do not care at all. It was suppose to be a surprise for Valentine's Day and now it's a disaster.

    I finally am so upset at this point that I'm not letting her talk because she is not giving me my full refund. Finally she puts me on hold for about 10 min and comes back says, "Ma'am your refund has been submitted." It took me over an hour to finally get a refund. 4:45 pm. The flowers STILL get delivered to her job and they seriously look like **. Some of the flowers were dead and they weren't even the COLORS I PICKED! I will never ever use this company nor recommend them. Garbage. Flowers at Walmart or Kroger would have been nicer for the price I paid.
