I ordered some sympathy flowers for my boyfriend while I was working out of town. Bought a nice mid-price flower bundle ($28 with the $7 "preferred customer" discount since they were on sale). The flowers, even with discount, came out to about $50 due to the delivery fees and charges. First, I called the customer service line to request that if for whatever reason my boyfriend did not answer his phone, to absolutely NOT leave the flowers in our apartment lobby. The agent confirmed with the florist that this would be noted. A few hours later, I receive an email saying the delivery was completed.
Excited to hear his reaction, I contact my boyfriend to ask about the "package". He is completely clueless as he has neither been called, nor found any packages/flowers in the lobby. In a panic, I call back FromYouFlowers customer service line to see what happened. It was then I was told the email was sent "erroneously" and that the flowers were still on route. Okay. So the surprise was ruined, but at least I know the flowers weren't stolen.
A few hours pass by, and my boyfriend still hasn't received a call or flowers. It is about an hour past when the florist stops delivering, so I'm starting to become concerned that they were delivered, but delivered to the wrong recipient. Again, I call customer service to ask what's going on, and have the absolute worst agent I've ever spoken to. When I call to explain my problem (flowers haven't been delivered yet, my recipient has received zero calls or updates, etc), I am given a parroted response of "Yes ma'am, your order has been delivered successfully. May I get a confirmation of the delivery?" This is repeated FOUR TIMES while I am telling her that my issue is it has not been delivered and I don't know where to go from here, but I keep receiving the same response. I ask to speak to a manager, and am put on hold so that she can call the florist.
After being on hold for 10 minutes, she gets back on the phone and claims that the delivery driver cannot be contacted and that the order was delivered. In the meantime, my boyfriend receives a call from a panicked florist asking if he has received the order, to which he tells her no and that he hasn't received a call from the driver. The customer service agent then gets back to me and states "I'm sorry for the inconveniences ma'am, we will refund you 25% off your order for the difficulties." None of this is documented or emailed to me, so I hang up with her still feeling frustrated and lied to.
Eventually, my boyfriend ends up walking around the block to see if he can find the florist delivery driver. Instead, he sees a covered floral arrangement in the lobby of our neighboring apartment. Having ruined the surprise and knowing they're for him, he grabs them and is eventually called by the florist again (not the delivery driver). After asking if he received them, he said yes but that it was placed in the WRONG apartment complex, and had absolutely no communication with the delivery driver at any point. The florist does not apologize, but hastily exclaims she's happy he received his flowers, "have a wonderful day", then hangs up. To add salt to the wound, the card that had my sentiments in it not only looked horrible, but there was a typo on the most important name. The font was barely able to be read, and all the words had a capital letter followed by lowercase making it look strange and inauthentic.
When I called the FromYouFlowers customer service line again to tell them of all my issues, no reassurance was given, nor any mention of that 25% off. I finally emailed their department so that my concerns had a paper trail. I received a phone call almost immediately from a rep staying that he would be refunding the delivery fee of my order, and would be including an e-mail receipt to prove that. After I get off the phone with him, I do receive an email.... for a refund of $7. Where did this number come from?? I bring up the issue with their customer service messaging again, and have yet to receive an answer. I've already come to terms with losing my money and time over this ordeal, but they literally make EVERYTHING so difficult for you. It is not worth the headache.
These people will take your money and run. The customer service agents will tell you whatever you want to hear without confirmation or email receipts showing the changes. They work with mediocre florists who will literally just leave your $50 flowers at someone else's address, and there is NO back-up plan or refund options for if your flowers are stolen or received by a stranger. STAY AWAY. Worst experience in customer service I have ever had to date. :(

I had order some flowers for my wife bday. I was so excited I even upgraded to a deluxe to make it a special day. The issue was that once she received the flowers it was nothing like the website had showed. That why I give them 1 stars rating. They ruined a special day for us.

I am incredibly disappointed in this site!! It has to be a SCAM! I ordered a basket for my nephew in Florida, I am in NC. I paid for same day delivery that morning, so he would have a surprise from his NC family once he returned home from his stay in the hospital. Late that afternoon I got an email that they couldn’t make same day happen but guaranteed delivery the next. We are still waiting on that delivery 3 days later. They claim they attempted to make the delivery. We have had no calls and several people have been at the address all day 24/7 taking care of my nephew. Liars, thieves!!!! AVOID! AVOID!

I wish I can give Zero stars, I spoke to 7 reps today and all was no help and did not care. Today is my Grandmother Irene ** Birthday and I ordered an sunshine and Tulips and we got something totally different. Her favorite flower is Tulips and we got a substitute yellow roses. We got a substitute even though the site doesn’t say substitute. None of the reps cared. And was no help, I spoke to a supervisor and he was telling me that it wasn’t a big deal and that I shouldn’t over react. I need to speak to someone from corporate directly ASAP.
I am very upset her birthday gift was ruined and no seemed to care. Then on top of that FromYouFlowers tell me the ordered was delivered at 5:32pm but I got an email saying it was delivered at 6:32pm but in reality the wrong flowers were delivered at 7:09pm and I have proof. I need a direct contact to corporate, every number I called is giving me a sales rep. So unhappy, false advertisement and lying is unnecessary. I need a resolution. All phone calls are recorded so they should be reviewed. Worst experience.

I ordered purple roses bouquet for my aunt’s birthday. She received them on time and they are fresh, stunning and beautiful. Just like I was hoping for. She was very happy and made me happy. They weren’t cheap, but was worth it to make someone happy.

At first they promise for same day delivery but it doesn't happen, they are not on time and they don't even let you know in time to make other arrangements. If you need same day delivery don't use this site.

My elderly uncle ordered flowers from here and paid expedited shipping for my father’s funeral. The flowers never arrived. 2 days later they still hadn’t arrived. The online status said delivered. 2 hours later the florist called and said they just got the order - 2 days later. Stacey answered the order line and the florist partner line. I told her my father died and she was rude. Refused to help me. And refused to pass me on to a manager. The customer service rep - another worker- hunt up on me. What’s the point of paying for flowers and paying extra when they don’t show up on time - or at all- and the representatives Refuse to help you and are rude to Bereaving customers?

I placed an order on 6/30 for my daughter's big birthday and new home on 7/1. When I checked the delivery status on 7/1 @ 2PM, it showed that delivery was scheduled. I had a busy day and when I checked again at 10PM, nothing had arrived, and I had received no call or email from From You Flowers. I called and reached customer service, and the person offered to refund my same-day delivery fee and deliver the following day - seriously?? The important day is today!! How could I not send my daughter someone on her actual birthday?
I asked to speak with a supervisor to find out what they could do to deliver something THAT DAY. The supervisor said it was not possible and offered to give me a 50% refund and have someone deliver it the next morning, and he assured me someone would contact me and that I wouldn't have to do anything to follow up. I said that I have no faith in that company, but the supervisor requested that I allow them to make things right. OK, I gave them that chance, and then I went online to Postmates and got a bottle of champagne delivered within 30 minutes - so at least my daughter received something from us to celebrate her new home on that day. I'm not in the delivery business, but I can come up with a solution within minutes - why can't a company whose business is logistics figure out a solution to a logistical problem?
Forward to 2:00PM on 7/2. No flowers were delivered, no refund processed, and nobody contacted me. So I called and waited on hold for 15 mins and spoke again to the same supervisor, who told that the company could not reach the shop (that had accepted the order on 6/30), that nobody contacted me because there was nothing to report, and since the order was accepted by a shop, they couldn't assign the order to another shop. WHAT?!?! The shop failed to make the delivery or reply and FromYouFlowers can't cancel the order with them and find someone else? And nobody bothered to contact me? I hung up, dumbfounded, while the supervisor assured me he would look into it.
The supervisor called me back at 3PM to tell me that they could find NO SHOP in San Diego to deliver flowers today!?!? How is that possible? He assured me a full refund PLUS a $50 credit for any arrangement anywhere. While I appreciated the gesture, I respectfully declined the credit, as I would not want to rely on them for any occasion in the future at any price, as they have zero credibility with me, and I don't need the headache. The only delivery I want is the one I ordered. We'll see if that happens tomorrow.... My lesson is to only order directly from local florists from this point on.

Needed a flower arrangement for a dinner at our house tonight. Googled florists near me. These bozos said 'same day service', so I place my order this morning. This afternoon I check on the delivery status... Am told.. 'delivery was attempted...but no one at home.' Well, here we have a problem. I have been housebound since April 29 for back surgery..
My office looks onto the front door. The only people coming to our house today was Amazon and the post office. I check and they tell me they can deliver tomorrow with a $10 gift certificate. Oh wow...!!!! I am so overwhelmed....NOT. I don't want it tomorrow. I paid for today and I wanted it today. You people are a joke and should be listed in the Google section for clowns. Oh. And if you are calling for a refund or customer service or want to get on their chat line, grab a beer or two or some wine. Go ahead and cook dinner. Be prepared to wait a long, long time for one of their 'talented and trained" service personnel to take your call.

Have NEVER had a company of any kind mess up THIS BAD. Ordered flowers for bff whose dad just passed away. Found out she was with family for couple days so called & changed delivery date. Was told no problem & rec’d confirming email. Flowers STILL delivered on original date to address where my friend wouldn’t be for 2 days. Called & was told they’d be redelivered for free (Wow! That’ll make it all better. That should be a given & FREE UPGRADE!). So they redeliver that same evening; a HIDEOUS bouquet that doesn’t even remotely look like what I ordered. Am escalating this to the top. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Ok I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday. They did get delivered on time however it was nothing even close to what I ordered. Long story short that was on a Thursday and today is Monday -- a promised delivery Saturday that never happened nor did it today. I hope they fire that florist. Plus the arrangement they did send died in a day. After several attempts I just asked for a full refund. So my daughter's birthday flowers never happened. So disappointed!! Customer service was very nice and did their job. I don’t blame them, but don’t advertise something that can’t be fulfilled.

I placed an order on Sunday for flowers to be delivered for a Birthday on Monday in Meyersdale, PA. They said they could not deliver to this address and tried to switch the flowers in a vase, to flowers in a box from UPS, delivered for Tuesday. I spent more than 50 dollars on the flowers in the picture and they are trying to switch it to a different product. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Not only did she not get flowers on her birthday, but the company is trying to squeeze a profit by sending different flowers.

- customer service was unapologetic and arrogant, and first explained a ridiculous substitution policy and then offered a $10 credit and then offered 20% credit;

Thursday - ordered a premium fruit basket (online) to be delivered on Friday. Friday - FromYouFlowers called me and said the flower shop had no fruit and said the fruit basket would delivered on Saturday. Friday afternoon - I receive an email from FromYouFlowers that my order has been delivered. I call my friend to see if she received the fruit basket - she said no. I call FromYouFlowers to see what happened. They said there were an email error and assured me it would be delivered on Saturday.
Saturday evening - no delivery has been made. I call FromYouFlowers again and they said it has been delivered. They will call the flower shop tomorrow and get back with me. This is my first experience with this company, I will never use them again. On another note, the people who assist me on the phone have a strong accent and it is very difficult to understand them. Not sure if they use a calling service in the Philippines.

I have received a bouquet looking different than what I ordered. I have paid for a bouquet with elegant lilies and they put Gerbera which is much cheaper, the bouquet had no ribbon as in the picture and the message was written disordered. In the middle of the message they left 2 words on one row and a letter from another word and continued on the second row with the other letters from the word..separated the letters from the words in a way that the message looked awful. Paid 50$ and they offered to return 3$...

They provide you an option to pay for expedited shipping for morning delivery before 12 pm. Which was important for me, but they failed. I write to customer support at 1 pm and they just said to me that they cannot guarantee curtain time for delivery. Why they doesn't put this information when you make an order? They agree to return expedited shipping fee, but that not the point, I really need to my order be delivered before 12 pm. If I know that earlier I could've choose different company. So be careful with that company. Also, I'm still waiting for my order to be deliver. And I hope that the recipient will be at home.

I ordered a plant for my cousin on Saturday (6/22). My aunt passed away. I arranged for delivery on Monday. Monday evening I get an email stating it hasnt been delivered and they wanted more phone numbers to contact my cousin. I provided, and on Tuesday afternoon - no updates, no delivery.... They sure as heck took my money within 5 seconds... Never, never have I had an issue with other florists. I contacted them and said if they couldnt deliver it today (no mind you I have already paid for them to be delivered yesterday), then cancel the order and refund my money.... Within 3 minutes I receive an email stating it can take up to 3 days for a refund. I will NEVER recommend this place and when asked, I will be honest. I have been ripped off (as far as I am concerned because I dont have my money back yet, AND I had to order from another company and pay extra for delivery to get it there today).

Short and sweet version-I ordered flowers online for Matt fiancé. Paid for them to be delivered that day. Got a call couple hours later that they needed to verify some information. I returned call, verified Name, put on hold for four minutes, verified recipient name, put on hold for four minutes, verified address, put on hold for four minutes, verified card contents, put on hold for four minutes... Got a little annoyed because I was at work and he could only verify one piece of information at a time. I finally stated I was at work and ask what this was about because I needed to go back to work. He got annoyed and said everything was fine that the flowers will be delivered.
I tracked him a few hours later. It said they were out for delivery. End of the day came, he had received nothing. Checked back, order was canceled. Called again, verified all the information again. Was told I would need to be transferred to the finance department. Verified the information again, put me on hold for 15 minutes, I hung up. I called back. I’ll skip a few steps. Lady says my call was never recorded from that morning. She said they would be delivered the next day. I declined as his birthday was the day I ordered them. The gentleman that morning said it was a suspected fraudulent charge on the card. Never heard another word about a fraudulent charge. What a sham. I would suggest no one ever do business with them if you actually expect to get what you pay for.

They didn't give me items that I had ordered with my credit card. They tried to over talk me and that wasn't going to work out well at all after I spent 83 dollars! I asked to speak to someone in charge twice and they kept putting me on hold. Never did speak to someone in charge! They were ill-mannered and not very bright whatsoever. These illegals are anything but professionals, they are scam artists. I've seen more professionals working at Walmart! They should be arrested for fraud!!

There are many very good floral services but THIS IS NOT ONE! After paying an additional charge for same day delivery, the arrangement was not delivered, yet the website tracking and a company rep said they were delivered. The rep even said delivery was confirmed by recipient, which it was not. The recipient was not phoned, and although at home, no one rang the bell. Security cameras did not show any delivery persons. The worst is that when I called to find out what happened, the representative offered me a 20% credit and a 15$ gift certificate for a future order! I thought I was hearing things when he said there would not be a full refund despite the fact that I told him I did not want the order the next day since the day and the surprise had now passed. What a rip-off --- they keep 80% of an invoice and don't provide the service! STAY AWAY! I should have used Teleflora!

!!!! Please be careful if you are thinking about using FromYouFlowers. I spent $72.07 USD on a floral bouquet for a close friend many miles away back in April. I used FromYouFlowers because they advertised same day delivery. My friend was very sick and I just felt I needed to get her flowers that very day. However FromYouFlowers did not send my flowers that day, they refunded me $3.28 USD as they could not deliver them that day. (Big deal!!) My friend took a very bad turn that night and I was so disappointed that she had not received the flowers on the day I requested. I never heard from her or her family that they had received the flowers and she was not in good health from that day on for over a month so I could not contact her to find out if she did receive the flowers.
When I finally could get in touch with her she informed me that she had not received the flowers. I reported this to FromYouFlowers, they did an inquiry and informed me that the flowers were delivered, but the problem with that is that she never received them. I am from Canada and this was over $100 CDN for absolutely nothing!! FromYouFlowers did not even respond to my last message on June 7 asking them what they plan to do to resolve this situation. VERY BAD SERVICE!! I am so disappointed.

I ordered the deluxe gourmet party basket for 69.99 + 14.99 delivery. I am embarrassed by what was delivered. It was discount grocery store (Adli) items that can be bought anywhere. The cheese was a block of regular cheddar cheese, a plastic bottle of mustard, a bag of pretzels, a box of crackers to name a few. There was nothing special or gourmet about it. Definitely not worth $70. I contacted the company because they have a satisfaction 'guarantee'. They replied quickly but would only issue a 20% refund on the product, not a full refund like their website states. This was the first time I ordered something to be delivered and I will never use this site again. Save your money! You'll be disappointed in what is delivered. It'll look nothing like what they portray on their website for what you are buying.

I ordered a gift basket for same day delivery. At night, I got an email saying they could not deliver the gift until tomorrow and offered a paltry $2.99 refund. I had to hold for 22 minutes to get a live person on the phone. The man proceeded to lecture me and argue with me to the point where I had to hang up the call. He refused to apologize for their mistake. I asked about their 100 percent guarantee, and he said that he had to follow "policy" which is why they could only offer the $2.99 refund. I asked to cancel the entire order, but no one has emailed me to confirm that this has happened. Do not use this website!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed a $70 order on May 10th. They took the money out of my account but I never got a confirmation or tracking number. I tried emailing the company when my mother-in-law didn't get her flowers. No response. I tried calling multiple times with no answer. I made another attempt and when I finally got a hold of someone they gave me a $13 refund and promised she would get her flowers the next day. Over a week went by... Nothing. It's now been over a month and I'm still fighting to get my money back. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

Gm this is unacceptable once again. I have been turned around with ever doing business with you ever again. I will not tell a single soul about your company with anything positive. First off I ordered a gift for my daughter who is away in college in her birthday. The company never delivered nor did they ever have the decency to contact me to let me know they couldn’t complete the job. So I called customer service and get the runaround and they are not concerned in the beginning but the next time I called a better rep made me feel a little better by reasonably understanding the situation and offered me a gift certificate and would send the order to another florist. But as kind as she was the company failed me once again.
Yet again today I called to make sure if the delivery and once again it it jacked up. I have been promised to speak to a supervisor. This has never happened. Now without further conversations I want my money back. Too unfortunately for you and other customers because you lost a lot of customer from this tragedy. I have not received my kid's order yet. It’s a birthday present and your company ruined it. Why take my money if you couldn’t provide the service. I stayed on the phone all day with no feeling of remorse. I will tell my friends family and coworkers never to order from your company. This company not only had me feeling ashamed for not getting my daughter her birthday gift but it had me questioning if I should ever trust online ordering.

Ordered a same day product 6/13, received a false delivery notification then was told item would be delivered 6/14. Which is not the same day. On 6/14 was notified that product would be delivered 6/17. The only thing I can say for them is that they quickly granted my request for an order cancellation and full refund.

What I purchased on the site was not what was delivered. I had three choices, REGULAR, DELUXE AND PREMIUM. I chose premium at a premium price. When I called several times I was repeatedly hung up on. I spoke to the main office and after hanging up on them I received a full refund. Their explanation was that “the recipe was fulfilled”. She said there was 12 roses in the recipe. The picture clearly shows 30 roses.

I ordered a gift basket for my daughter and her family who are enjoying time in Disney since her husband and the kid's father is being deployed Father's day for a year. So I thought a little sweet basket would be great. Very disappointed. They could not do same day service i ordered so they credit me $2.99 for that. Then when they got the basket it was not what it was suppose to be. It looked like someone put it together from the dollar store. Then they give me $10 gift card for their site. My wife and I, we're celebrating 3 year anniversary and I decided to send her a nice flower arrangement from this company. Bad idea. I should have checked the reviews before buying from here. Long story short, she didn't get what I paid for, instead they sent the cheapest thing they can find with lots of greens, 3 roses 3 lilies not even open. That thing it's not even close. If I could upload a picture that would save me time to explain it all. The poor customer service they have it's really bad. I called to track my order, I was advice to go online which was a dead end. I called back and spoke to someone who didn't even had a way to contact the person who was making the delivery. Till now I am waiting for an answer if the arrangement was delivered, and for the hell of it, I was advised to call my wife and asked if she received it.

Exceptionally poor service. I had to call 4 times today and still the delivery is not made and I keep getting false assurances that the florist is near my home and would be delivered in just a few minutes. It has been hours and delivery is not made. I now also have an email saying falsely that delivery has been made. First they refund expedited fees then offer additional $15 credit but do not have the ability to ensure delivery. Exceptional poor service and I want both orders cancelled and money refunded. I ordered flowers for my nephew's death and at 8pm day of funeral was told the flowers were not available! So no flowers from us! They wanted to deliver next NIGHT but he would be buried by then so useless! So after going crazy on them offered me a candy basket for a funeral really!?!?! So agreed to having fruit basket sent to home and next day still waiting. No basket as of yet! Save yourself the headache order from local florist. DON'T use them. Obviously cannot fulfill orders they take.... Oh forgot to mention paid extra for early delivery! RUN. DON'T DO IT!

I ordered flowers that had roses in them (called cotton candy) and the flowers delivered were nowhere near what I ordered. No roses at all, but with daisies, baby's breath and some other cheap looking flowers. This was delivered to a sweet friend of mine that is going into hospice and I've never been so disappointed in my life. I do not recommend ordering online!

I should’ve read the reviews on the company first. I ordered a flower gift combo (red roses and carnation combo with a teddy bear and chocolates). I paid a lot of extra money for the delivery. Like someone else mentioned, this company gives your order to a local florist to complete. The purchase was received an hour before the latest time the next day (between 9am and 6pm-delivered at 5pm). The flowers were half the number (about 10-15) versus 30 in the picture. I called the company and they agreed to discount some money I paid.

I ordered an arrangement as a gift. Paid same day delivery fee and expediting fee. Was guaranteed before noon delivery. It is now 1:30 pm and I have called twice and was told twice my order was “out for delivery.” Liars! It doesn’t take 2.00 hrs to deliver (even if the shop was 80 miles away). LAST time I order from them!

I've used them several times over the past couple years and what was delivered was always almost identical to what was ordered. That was not the case this time. I ordered a spring arrangement for my Mom's birthday and she received an ugly fall colored arrangement. They refunded 30%, I told them I would prefer they have them replaced, the new flowers aren't as ugly but they look nothing like what I ordered. They sent me a $15 gift certificate. That's useless, I certainly won't be using them again if they can't get it right after 2 tries.

The funeral wreath received barely resembled the advertised picture. Not the same vibrant colors, only a few of the same bloom varieties, very poor design, and they added black spray painted dried baby's breath for my aunt’s funeral. Awful and embarrassing!!!! One star for delivery on time, with a five day notice. Do NOT purchase flowers from fromyouflowers.com! They blew it!

Delivery failure and poor customer service! Very unhappy! This order was for our 1st year Wedding Anniversary and was never delivered. I ordered a same day delivery arrangement and added expedited shipping so it could get there before noon the next day. This delivery was going to my wife’s place of work and was never received. I called customer service at 4:15 and explained my concern and after being on hold 10 minutes they finally said they couldn’t get ahold of the florist and only offered me a $4.99 refund for my expedited shipping fee and troubles. I said, "You can’t do anything more than that? I would just like a full refund." In which they did. Very bad business in my opinion!

My daughter was in the hospital, in a major city, for a serious surgery. I ordered a bouquet from 'Fromyouflowers.com' to be delivered when she was out of surgery. I paid over $70, but when a mother is out of state and not able to be there, you want her to know she's in your thoughts and prayers. Needless to say, I repeatedly had to contact the company to report the flowers were not there, even as she was about to be discharged. She did not receive the flowers while in the hospital. I did not want them after she went home, but when she was alone in the hospital. I will NEVER order from them again, but will go with a RELIABLE florist next time. Shame, shame!!!

I ordered the Designer's Mixed Bouquet for delivery to my mom. They were delivered by the requested time, but were dropped at the door without a knocking or ringing the doorbell. There's no way to know how long they sat outside. Upon opening the box, they were all tulips which doesn't seem like a mixed bouquet to me, but could have been fine, except they were they looked "old" and less than fresh. The tulips had bent stems, curled brown leaves, and banged up flower tips. As my mom said, they look like they'd been riding around in a truck for a few days.
I emailed customer service who suggested I CALL customer service for re-delivery. Customer Service agreed to re-delivery on Friday, before Memorial Day. They were actually delivered on Wednesday, May 29, 5 days later. Same experience with delivery, just dropped at the door. Upon opening the box, the flowers were sunflowers. The stems were straight and the flower tops were wrapped in a netting to keep them "safe." Upon removal of the netting, one flower was moldy, and 3 sunflowers had broken/bent stems. Three (3) of the 7 flowers were in good shape. I checked the tracking and flowers were sent from NJ through PA to upstate NY. It took 2 full days in the back of a truck to get there!! I will not EVER order from this company again.

I have used several of these type of services to order flowers. Ordered them to be delivered to a friend on the day she was working from home after a family member passed. Long story short, I keep following up. They claim to have also tried with a second florist. Still no flowers Tuesday night.. Scheduled originally for the previous Friday. Worst part is you sit on hold forever. The rep is nice and promises to email a follow up. Not one of the 4 I spoke to did. No even reasonable explanation even on the fifth day. Just useless apologies... Had to cancel them. Horrible service!

I made 2 separate orders and one wasn't even what I ordered and the flowers were dead, the second was 2 dozen roses and 1/2 were DEAD!!! When I spoke to Customer Service I could barely understand what she was saying she was talking so fast! So I wrote customer service and they offered to give me a $15 gift certificate towards my next purchase? When I spent $140.00 on two orders alone? I didn't ruin them!! I ordered Mother’s Day flowers from this website because I was led to believe that by paying the extra $15-$16 for delivery on the date I was allowed to select, the flowers would be delivered on May 12th, 2019 which was Mother’s Day. They arrived a day EARLY. I am extremely dissatisfied with this false advertising. Not only this, the roses were open and in full bloom while the lilies were closed tight and would not bloom for DAYS after when the roses were nearly dead. I just cannot believe the incompetence of a florist to behave so unprofessionally. If they do not have the flowers as advertised on the website, then CALL me and SPEAK to me so we can decide on something else, don’t just slap anything in a vase and call it a day.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and was told that they would be delivered Friday May 10th. I got an email notice at 6:59 pm that they have been delivered to my Mom. I was at her house at 7:00 pm and no delivery. I could not get anyone on the phone and could only communicate thru email. I continued to get response that they have been delivered. I finally talked with someone on Saturday May 11th and was assured that they would be delivered that day. By 6:00 pm, no delivery. I was never given a good excuse except that they were having trouble with their local source. I didn't care, because they kept telling me that they were delivered on Friday instead of coming clean. It was a total BUST of a Mother's Day order and I will NEVER use these people again. Don't be fooled by any JD Power award. I was refunded my money, but I missed an opportunity with my Mom that weekend that they can't replace. Awful company to order from.

I’ve ordered arrangements through this website four times and each delivery was equally unimpressive. In my final order, the flowers were hastily thrown together, full stems poking up where dying rosebuds had obviously been clipped off post-arrangement, and the vase was a dollar store knock-off of what the website had promised. As a bonus, you’ll be impressed by the surly delivery driver’s 4:50pm arrival, despite requests for a morning delivery time. And, if you act now, FromYouFlowers will throw in about $35 in hidden fees that aren’t disclosed until you complete your order!! Trust me — you don’t want “FromYouFlowers” coming from you.

I ordered flowers for a friend. The photo of the flowers on the website was very pretty. Ordered the flowers and paid $61.00 for arranged flowers in a vase. To be very honest I could have gone to any supermarket and brought prettier flowers for $15.00. The flowers were not arranged at all. They came in a box with a separate vase. On the receipt it clearly said Florist Arranged. When we called to complain about what we received we were told they would credit us 30%. After seeing a J.D. Power customer satisfaction statement on this company's website, I decided to have them deliver a high-end 10th anniversary flower arrangement to my wife's business office. The difference in size, quality and value between the photos of what I purchased from their website and the photos that I sent them of what was delivered would be extremely difficult to overstate. My wife seemed thankful but a bit embarrassed by the delivery because it looked very similar to a $15 small arrangement from a grocery store. What I purchased was a $130 large size, professionally arranged bouquet.
I've never complained about a floral delivery before but this was so egregious that it warranted the time to express my dissatisfaction and try to warn others. I gave the company an opportunity to address the issue and their response was to send a form letter email offering me a $20 savings on a future purchase. There will never be a future purchase from me.

I ordered a succulent garden for my sister in law who has been in the hospital from a pretty serious car accident. I ordered the deluxe version of the succulents and paid extra for same day delivery. I will say that I was very nervous after reading reviews that the succulents wouldn’t be delivered on time, but they were! The arrangement itself looks slightly different from the online picture. The plants look healthy enough but I was hoping for more variety like in the online picture. I also paid much more than what I think it is worth, but my sister loved them regardless and that’s what matters to me!

I ordered flowers well in advance for Mother's Day and haf them delivered two days early to make sure she received them, but when they were delivered after 5 p.m. in the afternoon they were very wilted. I called back and sent pictures in of my complaint and at that time they set up a redelivery date of the following week and then the flowers were never delivered. I was so upset with dealing with it and my mom complaining to me that I gave her the number to call and complain. My mom was told she would get them in two days and at this point I am hoping she does because she sent Consumer Affairs website for me to write review.
Personally yes I am upset with flower company but I do think there are more important things to be worried about than some flowers and the money I spent on them. After all this is just another holiday created that was created for people to make money. I would not recommend using this company to send flowers and FTD flowers is better and usually same pricing. My boyfriend sent me a bouquet of pink and purple tulips last week and I was very excited when they had arrived--tulips are my favorite. I opened them up and saw that all of the tulips were hunched over and pointed down, not to mention some of the leaves were starting to turn yellow. I put them in water and hoped for the best. On the day I received them, I had two people come up and tell me that they were "very sad flowers." I was still hopeful that they would take a turn for the best. Sadly they did not. They all died within a few days and only (maybe) 3 of the tulips actually opened. The tulips that did open were pink and none of the purple tulips got even close to opening. I am VERY disappointed and so is my boyfriend. We will not be ordering from this company ever again.

The flowers were hot and wilting, I still did what directions said. The flowers died within two days. My sister and I selected a bouquet online for next day delivery to my cousin, who had just had surgery. I thought the range of choices was impressive. Prices were a little high, but it looked like quality arrangements so I was willing to pay. The day of delivery I received an email stating the florist did not have the necessary flowers to do the design I had selected and so the most comparable possible substitute would be delivered instead. I was not sent a picture of this substitute so I had no idea what the flowers sent to my cousin were supposed to look like. Thankfully my cousin liked them, but she sent me a picture and it was fairly different from what my sister and I had ordered. I do not think I will be using this company again, due to the difference in what was ordered versus what was delivered.

I ordered flowers at 7:30 a.m. I paid for guaranteed 4 hour delivery. I wanted my wife to get them at work. She had text me telling me how much she loved me. I assumed she had received them. Later at 5:30 p.m. a co-worker of hers texted her a picture of the flowers that had just been delivered, as we were lying in bed watching t.v.. I had no idea she hadn't got them. The flowers didn’t look anything like the picture. The arrangement was much smaller than pictured, had NONE of the correct colors and was missing the three key elements. I ordered an arrangement that was supposed to be peach colored roses and baby carnations, with a green succulent. What was delivered was all white – no peach, no green, no peach roses, no baby carnations, no succulent. It was supposed to be a centerpiece for my friend’s birthday party. When I arrived at the party and saw the tiny all white arrangement I was so embarrassed. I called Fromyouflowers thinking the wrong flowers had been delivered, but as it turns out the floral shop in Silver Spring MD they’d given the job to just substituted the key elements with whatever they had on hand. The size issue was never addressed.
I’d placed the order days in advance so they could have gotten what was in the photo, but they didn’t. Fromyouflowers offered me a 25% credit, which I declined. That’s hardly enough for the embarrassment they caused me! Instead I asked them to deliver the correct flower even though it was too late for the party. The customer service rep spoke to the florist who said they’d need to substitute everything again. The florist also wanted me to return the first arrangement. This was a bait and switch. They have lots of pretty pictures, but then you get whatever the actual florist has on hand. I’ll never use them again.

My daughter ordered lilies for me for Mother's day. What I received was dead pink roses (didn't order roses) and no vase. She paid extra for a vase. They even smelled rotten. My daughter contacted the company and was given a 20% discount and assurance that they would be delivered on Monday. No flowers were delivered. She contacted the company and they reassured her that they would be there by 7 pm. They just kept telling her over and over that they would be there by 7pm. She paid extra for delivery by noon.
She asked for a supervisor - the supervisor said he would write an apology note and put it with the flowers - so evidently the flowers would not be there by 7pm because they had not been shipped yet. The first customer service representative was not being honest with her as to when they would arrive. The supervisor was still not willing to refund her money. Finally the supervisor contacted me and after a discussion about the situation - he agreed to refund her in full and send the flowers. It has been seven days and still no flowers. So if you want a reliable company this is not the one for you!

I ordered flowers for my sister for her college graduation. I placed my order several days in advance of my desired delivery date because I wanted everything to go smoothly. Two days after I placed my order I received an email AND a phone call to advise me that the flowers I ordered were not available and I needed to approve a substitution, which I did, in writing and verbally on the phone. The next day I received yet another phone call, requesting my approval of a substitution, which I again approved verbally. Despite being contacted 3 times regarding this matter, the flowers were not delivered. When I called to inquire about my order, I was told it was because I had not approved a substitution. Each customer service rep I spoke to was very polite and professional but I will never do business with this company again. Very, very disappointed.

I ordered a Mother's Day arrangement for delivery on Friday 5/10/19. They were not delivered on that day and I called to find out what happened. A prerecorded message directed me to the e-mail site. I sent an e-mail on Friday night. With no reply. Still no delivery on Sat or Sunday (Mother's Day). I sent a second e-mail as there was no way to contact them by phone. Still no response until Monday, May 13th. 3 days after my scheduled delivery. I was told that they would be unable to deliver my order on Friday May 10th. Really. That was already obvious since it was the 13th! They offered to deliver on Wednesday the 15th. I agreed as I live 1200 miles away and no way to get something there sooner.
When this arrangement did not arrive on the 15th I called to cancel my order and report them to the Better Business Bureau. I received several phone calls and e-mails indicating that they would cancel and send out a complimentary arrangement the next day. That arrangement did arrive. I just don't understand why they didn't contact me BEFORE my scheduled delivery date of 5/10/19. I could have made other arrangements to get flowers there on time. Very, very disappointed. Lynne

My husband is traveling and ordered flowers from their website to deliver to me yesterday, which was the day of our wedding anniversary. The day passed and I did not receive anything. I confess I was waiting for a surprise but I didn’t say anything. Today at the end of the day I receive a delivery of flowers. I called my husband to thank him and asked him why he sent it just today and not yesterday that would be our special date. Then he told me that he had made the order to be delivered yesterday, so the delivery should have been made yesterday, NOT TODAY!!! I found this an absurd and a disrespect! Worse Service and Company ever ever in the history of service. My husband ordered this bouquet to be delivered as a surprise to my office on Friday 05/17 and was guaranteed they would be there by 5pm. They never did the attempt and when he called at 5:30 when my company was already closing down at that point they told him they would reschedule delivery to the next day, - (today.. a Saturday when my office is closed or Monday).. Nice?.. Gets worse.. My husband is disappointed and tells me about my surprise and asks me to call.
The Rep was the worst representative that I have ever talked to of any company in my entire life. She was scripted and was reading an apology script and insisted on reading the entire script and if you interrupted her, she would start all over again until she was able to read through the entire thing and she didn't want to refund the purchase.. She told me she didn't have the ability to send an email confirmation and I didn't trust it was completed. An hour on the phone and a supervisor later I got them to refund my husband. Do not buy from this company ever. You get what you pay for. The supervisor was and the agent were not interested in the customer experience only on delivering a product late that was not what was paid for.

I ordered flowers at 8 PM on 5/14/19 to be delivered on 5/15/19. I paid the extra fee to have them delivered within 4 hours-i.e., before noon on 5/15/19. They were finally delivered late afternoon on 5/16/19! Late by 1-1/2 days! They finally refunded the early delivery fee. I wanted my flowers to be delivered on time and when they promised. Then I called asking where my flowers were, they had one excuse after another, even saying they couldn't find the address. I had given it to them 3 times. These people can't be trusted to do anything honestly and correctly. The order-takers are off-shore and don't speak English.

First of all they delivered the flowers on April 18th, which was not the delivery date! 3 weeks too early! So there went the surprise for my Mom! I ordered flowers for my mother early Monday morning. It was supposed to be same day delivery. I called my Mother Tuesday afternoon around 2 p.m. to see if she received the flowers. She had not. I called the customer service number and had to listen to a recording for over an hour before talking to a live agent. They apologized for the inconvenience and asked would I be satisfied with them delivering the flowers THAT day and refunding 20% of my payment. I agreed. Again I called my Mother and no flowers had been delivered. I called customer service again. This time, they asked if they could deliver the flowers on Wednesday and refund 50% of my payment. Of course...this was unacceptable. I canceled the order and they did refund all of my money.

Updated on 05/16/2019: So... after making several phone calls, my husband finally got Fromyouflowers to give him the name of the "local florist" that was supposedly delivering my flowers and they agreed that he could pick up the flowers on Thursday that they were unable to deliver. That was 5 pm Wednesday. At 6:30 my doorbell rings and there is a young person with a floral delivery. No ID on the person or on the car.
The flowers look like leftovers from the local German owned chain grocery stuffed in a glass vase. The color is the only resemblance to the photograph of the bouquet I was to receive. The card accompanying the flowers is the sentiment that my son had dictated -- the envelope was a cut off end from a regular letter envelope. Then I google-mapped the theoretical florist -- not a storefront, but rather an old wood frame rental house in the center of the city. Really glad I didn't need to go there. So... to summarize... they are using the cheapest of the cheap suppliers that can't actually do what they are hired to do. I recommend that no one ever order from these people. (They may use better florists in other cities -- which would account for some good experiences. Not here.)

I ordered 3 different floral arrangements, 2 for my daughters who are both brand new moms and for my sons stepmom. These were for Mother’s Day and were to be delivered no later than Sunday. One daughter got hers on Saturday and it wasn’t even close to what I ordered. They were wilted and broken. My other daughter received hers on Sunday and they again didn’t look even close to what I ordered.
I received an email saying the last arrangement was to be delivered no later than Monday. Big surprise. They never showed up. I sent several emails to the company along with pictures and just got auto emails. Finally someone emails me back and said it was the florist fault and they would refund me 100% for the one not delivered and 30% for the one with broken flowers. Then another email saying I would get 50% back and how sorry they were. I checked my bank and I got $12 less on the one never received and $9 back on the other. Absolutely ridiculous!! I will NEVER order from them again and I am spreading the word not to order from them!

I ordered 3 bouquets a week before Mother’s Day. I had 2 delivered on Friday before, and 1 on flex option for Saturday or Sunday. They were quite expensive. When the 1st bouquet arrived, the leaves had black spots all over them, and the baby’s breath was drooping. The delivery person was not dressed well, and in a very beat up, run down vehicle. When the recipient asked where these were from, she refused to answer. She said call FromYouFlowers. I tried to call customer service, but no luck. So I emailed with an offering of pics of the bouquet. They apologized and said it would be replaced. It never arrived.
I emailed again. They apologized, said it would be upgraded and replaced. It never arrived. I finally spoke with a live person today, whom said the florist isn’t responding. She assures me it will be replaced, and sent me a 20% refund of the original order. To me, this is simply too little too late - an insult at best. All I ever wanted was for the original bouquet I ordered to be delivered in great condition, and on time. Whether it arrives at all at this point is a mystery, but it is no mystery that I will not be using this service again. They’ve definitely lost a customer.

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day on 5/12 and paid for next day delivery for 5/13. Flowers never arrived, called that evening and they said they would follow up with the florist, two days later I call back and they delivered to the wrong address when the address was correct on the order. I immediately requested a refund since my card had already been charged $70. Poor customer service and no follow up whatsoever, do NOT order flowers from them. Extremely unreliable and very poor follow up.

I ordered flowers for my best friend who is in a nursing home 1200 miles from me. Since I can't visit her on special occasions I send flowers. I ordered an arrangement for Mother's Day for her. When we talked on that day she didn't mention her flowers so I assumed she had not received them yet. When I spoke with her today I asked her about them and she told me she had not received any flowers. I checked my bank account and it showed payment was received. When I called about this situation I was offered a 30% refund. This order was over $60. I refused and told them I wanted a full refund. They did comply and issued it to me immediately. That can't fix my disappointment of not being able to make my friend of over 50 years have a special surprise on her special day.

I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day on a Wednesday, being promised flowers would be delivered on Saturday or Sunday the latest. On Saturday I called the rep. Advised me the flowers will be delivered between 8am to 6pm. I called on Sunday no flowers delivered on Saturday nor it will be delivered on Sunday, the rep advised me that they were too busy. It will be delivered on Monday.
Monday came, about 8pm still no flowers. When I called Monday afternoon the customer service rep advised me that the supervisor is unable to take a call because they are all busy, and they have other work to do. This is far most response I ever received from a retail company. I sent them an email to cancel my order and please refund. I get an email stating they will deliver on Tuesday - told them never mind. The special day is gone. This was the first and last time I will ever order from these people. Lies, lies, lies! Do NOT trust these people.

Upon messaging customer service via email, I keep getting the same email over reply and over again, telling me they are waiting to confirm non-delivery from the local florist before doing anything about it. It has now been two days since the flowers I was charged $55 for are nowhere to be seen and there is no accountability to be found from anyone at this company. Consumer Review for "From You Flowers". Terrible experience getting flowers to my mother for Mother's Day. I placed the order Tuesday for a Flexible delivery option for either Sat or Sun. They never made it to her. It took 2 unanswered calls and 3 emails and then finally my third call to them was picked up after a 10 min hold time on Tuesday after Mothers Day.
They told me the florist wasn't available to deliver and asked if I still wanted the flowers sent. Are you kidding? This should have been addressed as soon as the florist said they couldn't deliver. They wouldn't give the name of the local florist to me. They offered to cancel the order or have them delivered today. My mom is now looking for this delivery to arrive so please follow through with the order. However this should still be reimbursed for the hassle. Oh... They still haven't arrived but are due to be there today. All in all a terrible experience. I bought 4 different arrangements 2 for stepmoms and 1 for a MIL. They received theirs the day before. I received flowers that was shipped UPS from them. It was 6 PM at night and the flowers were wilted and Hot. Did what instructions said and they never opened up. Think they need to use FedEx or some other way. Received flowers from another company and they were ok. Doesn't need to sit on Hot UPS truck in 90 degree weather for hours! I placed an order for both my mother and stepmother to receive flowers for Mother's Day. I selected a delivery date of May 10th (Friday before the holiday). This was both to get the flowers there early, as well as to brighten my stepmother's day as the 11th is the anniversary of my father's passing. It was important they arrive on the 10th and thus I made sure to select that an order early. On May 10th the flowers for my mother arrived and were absolutely beautiful. The delivery for my stepmother, however, reflected that it was scheduled for delivery through to the next morning. As such, I called their customer service for assistance.
I was informed that because no one was home to accept the delivery Friday, it would be attempted again Saturday. This was interesting as, the delivery for my mother had been left on her front porch. Further, she was home when the delivery was made and they hadn't knocked or rang the bell. As the two situations were completely opposite experiences, I explained that it was extremely important the flowers were delivered and could be left if no one was home. I was promised a note had been left and delivery would be complete by the end of the day. Sunday (Mother's Day) had came and the flowers were yet to be delivered. At this point, brightening the aforementioned anniversary date for her had come to pass so I was already upset but, to not have the flowers for Mother's Day was unacceptable.
Upon calling the customer service I was informed that they could not help over the phone with delivery inquiries due to the holiday and I would have to email. I spent the day Sunday, the day Monday, and the morning Tuesday emailing this company, receiving the same response over and over again (that the delivery had not yet been confirmed with the local florist and once it had been they'd reach out). I asked for compensation, I asked for someone to call the florist rather than waiting for confirmation... All requests were ignored.
Finally Tuesday I received an email apologizing, offering to deliver the flowers today, and to increase the size of the bouquet as an apology. I replied that I did not wish to increase the size but rather wanted the delivery completed AND for the cost to be refunded due to the horrific experience. Did this company oblige? No. Instead I received a confirmation that my order had been canceled and the amount would be refunded in 1-3 days. Note, I never asked the order be canceled. In short, between the delivery to my mother being left despite her being home, and the absolute useless customer service when it came to the order that was never delivered for my stepmother, I will never use this company again and recommend no one else does as well.

I ordered flowers back in April to be delivered on Mother’s Day. I received an email that they were delivered. When we called our mom, she said she never received it. I emailed several times only to be told they were delivered and it had a date and time. They refused to give me the name of the actual florist that supposedly delivered them. It wasn’t until we called that they said the florist rejected the order because they wanted $10 more for delivery. So instead of contacting us or refunding our money, they said it was delivered. We demanded our money back, which we did get but only after refusing to place another order the rep was trying to have us do. I did receive a follow up call from a supervisor who was very nice and apologized, but it still doesn’t help with the fact that they told us it was delivered when they weren’t.

What happened is actually unbelievable. Like most people, I deeply regret not reading reviews before going with this flower delivery service for mother’s day and a condolence bouquet. Unfortunately, i ordered two different bouquets, which left me deeply disappointed twice.
1) I ordered a $58 Mother’s Day bouquet and chose the flex option of the bouquet arriving Saturday or Sunday (mother’s day). I received an email Saturday night stating that the bouquet was delivered. I reached out to my best friend’s husband who said they weren’t home but their building concierge would have the flowers if they were delivered and they would bring them to their apartment. The bouquet was actually never delivered. I called yesterday (mother’s day), but FromYouFlowers wouldn’t take calls (because they were so busy lying to their customers and stealing money from them). I emailed as the phone message instructed me to so I could confirm the flowers had been delivered, at least to the concierge. I received an email back confirming the flowers had been received. The tracking on the web site also said the flowers had been delivered. They were not.
I called from you flowers this morning (Monday), told them all of this, and they said they were so sorry the flowers weren’t delivered, but they would definitely be delivered today, and they would provide me with a 20% refund (not enough btw). Their delivery window is 9am-6pm. I asked them to let me know when the flowers were delivered, continuously checking with my friend’s husband to see if they received them. It was 5:30pm when I called again. No flowers. I spoke with a supervisor who said she “checked with the florist” and the flowers were on their way. I asked what time they would arrive as it was almost 6pm at this point and my friend has a small child. She guaranteed the flowers would arrive before 8pm. At 8:32, I called, and a very nice customer service rep in the Philippines told me the flowers were not going to be delivered today, but they would come tomorrow. I asked for a full refund. We will see how long that takes..
2) Repeat all of the above, except for an additional $115 condolence bouquet I ordered for my sister in law’s family. I received an email last night (Sunday) that the bouquet was delivered. It was not. Repeat most of the above, had same guarantee the bouquet would arrive by 6pm California time. It is now 6:48pm California time. One hour ago, I received an additional email that this bouquet was delivered. It was not.
This company should go out of business. It is so egregious. Not only the lies and manipulation, but the fact that my dear friend did not receive the flowers I got her for mother’s day, and my sister in law and her family were going through a death in the family with my SIL being away from her new baby on her first mother’s day, and did not receive the bouquet my family so thoughtfully sent them. I have never been so tricked and lied to by any business. I still have no explanation as to why they tell people their flowers were delivered when this is not true. This is probably the worst part, besides the flowers actually not being delivered at all. I would welcome someone from this “company” responding to this. Not a robot or automated message, but whoever backs this poor excuse for a flower delivery service.

I recently ordered from this company for the first time and will not do it again. I placed my order on a Wednesday wanting flowers delivered to my mom on Friday for Mother’s Day and they were never delivered. I even called to confirm they’d be delivered and was assured they would be. I went back and forth via email with this company all Friday night and the next morning trying to figure out what happened. I never got a straight answer. They first only offered me a 10% discount and they’d be delivered the following Monday. I didn’t think this was acceptable as they claim they can deliver Sundays, so I asked if they could and they said no. Then they offered a 20% discount. After going back and forth with them I just got annoyed and gave up. They essentially were delivered Monday afternoon, but didn’t look as I’d hoped they would. My mom still liked them, but I was very disappointed with everything.

I should have done my homework before ordering from this company, and then maybe one of the THREE recipients would have actually received their flowers. Me and my husband ordered arrangements for my mother, mother-in-law, and stepmother-in-law, and not one of them received a thing. When I called customer service, and waited 20+ minutes, to see what was going on, she proceeded to tell me that they were unable to deliver any of my orders today (my guaranteed delivery date) but they could tomorrow. She had no answer for me as to why this was, or to why nobody tried to contact me to let me know this. Needless to say I told her to cancel my orders, and refund my money. Would have been nice for my mother to receive her Mother’s Day flowers today, seeing as today was also her birthday. If I would have read all the reviews first, I would have never ordered to begin with.

Ordered birthday flowers for same day delivery on May 12 to be delivered on May 13. Found out at 430 pm that they could not do it. They said they CHANGED the date to 14th. Well that does not help so my sister thinks I missed her birthday. At 430 pm there is nothing I can do now. Everything closes at 5 pm. They made no attempt to contact me earlier the morning to let me know that they could not meet the SAME DAY ORDER that they had a day prior! Terrible customer service and it's 80.00.

This past 2 years of mother's day, I order flowers to be delivered to my mom. I live 1000 miles away from her so I ask her to take a picture with the flowers and send it to me. The flowers she got is not the same as what I see in the website when I order... I am pretty disappointed to be paying such a high price for some cheap flowers that's been deliver when it's not what I order... I don't recommend anybody ordering from this website unless you are actually visually seeing that you are going to get what you order... this is more of a fraud.

I ordered from the above company because there were so many advertisements about highest quality in customer service, etc. from JD Power. I decided to give them a try. I ordered the flowers with a flexible day - Saturday (prior) or Sunday (Mother's Day) as was open on their calendar for delivery. A little while later, I was contacted via phone by the company to tell me the flowers I ordered were 'sold out' and they could not send what I ordered. They explained it would be 'florist choice' on the flowers and they took eight dollars off my eighty dollar bill. Later on in the evening, I then got an email (lucky I checked my email) from them saying it could not be delivered on Saturday OR Sunday (Mother's Day) - that it would be at least Monday before it was delivered.
This is the first time I have ever ordered flowers from FROMYOUFLOWERS.COM. I do not believe I can recommend this company for flowers in the future. Bottom line - I paid for flowers I am not getting for a delivery schedule that didn't occur. I am aware it is a busy flower holiday, but I was working within their calendar parameters and only agreed to buy the flowers from there because of the availability.

I ordered the flowers online, used flex delivery schedule. all day 5/12/19 the delivery tracker indicated the flowers were out for delivery and would be delivered by end of the day. this was okay with me as long as the flowers arrived. THEY NEVER ARRIVED. But, I received an email telling me that the flowers were delivered the day before. Then, when I emailed customer service and explained the situation, I was told they would investigate and get back to me. Within an hour, I received another email telling me the flowers had just been delivered that evening at that time. Still, though, NO FLOWERS WERE EVER DELIVERED.
When I called today to find out the situation with my order, and I entered the Order number, the automated voice proclaimed, falsely, "Your flowers have been delivered." And the call was then disconnected. I have now sent an email demanding my refund. The promise of flowers being delivered timely for Mother's Day never was satisfied. And, the repeated emails telling me they were, will be proof of WIRE FRAUD, if the refund is not repaid. How many others have been scammed by this organization?

I ordered a $40 Mother's Day bouquet from this company and selected delivery for Mother's Day (May 12). At check out, the company charged a hidden $15 fee on top of their advertised price. When I called my mother to wish her a happy Mother's Day, I learned that the flowers never arrived. Checking the company website, I saw that a new delivery date had been quietly assigned: Monday May 13th. No update or explanation was sent to me, the company simply quietly failed to deliver the Mother's Day flowers on Mother's Day (clearly the only thing expected of them), and offered no notification, apology, explanation, or refund. As of now, From You Flowers has made no attempt to make things right. Very disappointing service.

But mother's day is over and my mother did not get any flowers yet. They are horrible at customer services and timelines as it is. I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day that we’re supposed to be delivered on 5/11/2019. They sent me a confirmation email stating they had been delivered as promised. I called my Mother today, 5/12/2019, to wish her a happy Mother’s Day and asked if she received the flowers. She stated she had been home all day and they were never delivered.
I contacted the company via email and they claimed that the flowers had been delivered. I emailed again stating that they didn’t deliver and what they were doing was fraud. I immediately was called by customer service and they put me on hold after telling me they were going to contact the flower shop they subcontracted from. After being on hold they came back on the line and said the flower shop that was supposed to deliver the flowers wasn’t answering. The customer service rep told me they would refund HALF of what I paid for the flowers they never sent! I chewed her out and she agreed to refund my money in FULL. Do not do business with this company! They offer discounts for military and first responders through idme.com. That is an insult to those of us who are serving and cannot be home to celebrate holidays with family and rely on companies like this to send flowers and gifts home.

Paid extra for it to be delivered on Mother's Day. They were delivered a day early on Saturday. My mother didn't even get the flowers I ordered. She got something totally different just a few roses thrown in a vase. My wife's order was kind of what I ordered and she wasn't home so they left them with the neighbor and we just moved in that neighborhood don't even know the people. I ordered two bouquets to be sent to my mom for Mother’s Day and my grandmother’s birthday. I received an email yesterday stating they were delivered. I thought it was odd that my mom didn’t call me to thank me. I called her this morning to wish her Happy Mother’s Day and ask her if she received them. Of course, she didn’t. I emailed them and received an automated response for the one order and a totally different one for my other order that wasn’t even relevant to my email. I called them and had to repeat my problem twice and they offered a redeliver two days later. I had to ask what else they can do for me for my trouble to try and correct the situation and I received a whole 10% discount. After reading the reviews I am now afraid of what they are going to receive. I tried to order flowers for my mother at work, for Mother's day, same day delivery. I ordered the flowers around 10am, well before their 3pm deadline. I sent multiple emails asking if the flowers will be able to be delivered before 5 as my mother leaves work at 5. No answers. I tried to call, was consistently put on hold for over 15 minutes. It wasn't until after 6:30pm that they replied, stating that nobody was there to pick up the flowers. Probably because, as I attempted to notify them, my mother left at 5. I tried to change the delivery address to her home address, this took 3 different email exchanges before confirmation of the delivery address change. I kept missing calls, being told to call back, and every time I called back I was again put on hold for over 15 minutes. I finally got an email stating they will deliver the flowers on Monday to her home, 3 days later than ordered, after Mother's day.
When my mother will be back at work, unable to receive them. Not only did I have to ruin the surprise for my mother to attempt to plan this but who knows when she'll actually get them, or if they'll still be fresh when she does. I just tried to do something nice for my mother and this company made it the most stressful, upsetting experience. For how much money I spent, I expected much better customer service. I still did not get a reply if I will get my same day delivery rate refunded.

I purchase flowers with a balloon last Tue 7th to be delivered to relatives in Portsmouth NH yesterday, Sat 11th May for Mother’s Day and was absolutely shocked to receive a pictures of what they received. I paid $67.96 for an awful, sparse and wilted/DEAD handful of flowers in a jar. It’s a disgrace, I would not have sent a “bunch of flowers” like that to my worst enemy.
It looks as though they were made the day I purchased them and sat in a dark room since then with no fresh water, dying. Some flowers had lost more than half their petals, had tears down the petals or the petals/leaves were completely wilted/dead. They were not “fresh flowers” in any shape of the word and it is appalling that as a business you think this is ok to charge someone any amount, even $5 to send out what my recipient received. Utterly shocking and absolutely disgusted with you. You have ruined their Mother’s Day gift. It’s false advertising and by taking money and not delivering what was paid for you’re officially operating a scam in this regard. Do not order from them!!

It was supposed to be delivered tomorrow, it was delivered today. It looked nothing like I ordered, which was supposed to be "cotton candy flowers" it had purple flowers, hot pink no light pink. The flowers didn't even look like the same kind. It was overall horrible. When I told them about it 25% refund and it wasn't even a full 25%!!! I wanted my mom to have the flowers I ordered not something a homeless person stole, they didn't even put a bow around the vase and yes I'm nitpicking because what I paid for I did not receive. They get one star because flowers were delivered... however the bouquet was sloppy, small, and looked nothing at all like what I ordered. I was embarrassed when my mom posted a picture and tagged me.... what a tacky daughter I looked like. Don’t pay the difference to get a deluxe bouquet.... what gets delivered looks dreadful and tiny. Never again.

Ordered Mother’s Day flowers on 5/8 to be delivered on 5/10, two days before Mother’s Day - to give a buffer as I know this is a busy time of the year for florists. The site was appealing as they use local florists to hand-deliver arrangements. On 5/11, the arrangement was still showing as not delivered. I called customer service and after 15 minutes on the phone the agent finally realized that the arrangement was sent UPS and was still waiting to be shipped.
I expressed my frustration that they wouldn’t be delivered by Mother’s Day and the agent sat on the phone silent and then hung up. I called back and received another agent who reiterated that the soonest the arrangement would be delivered was 5/14, two days after Mother’s Day. Again, I expressed my frustration and he offered to upgrade the arrangement and refund 30% of the cost. I asked if he could also refund the $16 delivery charge considering they were not really being hand-delivered. He said no. Will NEVER use this site again.

I ordered my Mother’s Day flowers late this year because I was disappointed with the wrong flowers every year. Being that I can’t go hug my mom on this day I convinced myself that I had to at least send a bouquet. I was so upset when I saw a picture of what my mom had received. While I understand there’s a high demand on Mother’s Day, these did not in any way reflect the item I thought I purchased. The flowers weren’t even close & they absolutely were not worth the money I paid. My mother deserves much better. I don’t Ever leave reviews but this one hurt. So disappointed.

So I wanted to send my mother flowers so picked out what I wanted and paid. When the flowers were delivered it had no card and it looked nothing like the photo on the website. When I called it took over 25 mins to get anyone on the phone. Was promised money back but was only a small amount. Spent $60 and only got $12.99 back and $20 gift certificate that I will never use. It’s sad what was delivered looks like what you can buy at a market for half. Will never order flowers online anymore.

Customer service is not helpful. You may receive some flowers that were not what you ordered; even if you ask them to then cancel. This is very stressful and disappointing for events such as funerals.

THREE DAYS AFTER they were supposed to be delivered this horrible company tells me I can call them and they'll USPS a random replacement bouquet, again, already three days late. While it doesn't look like the picture of what I ordered, my mother in law was thrilled. Happy to report that my added balloon and teddy bear were both included, as I see some reviews saying otherwise. Delivery was made on time and I received a confirmation email as well of the delivery. The only thing bad I can point out, other than the flowers aren't exactly as pictured, is that since placing my order I've received non stop emails from the company wanting me to place another order (spam). This was for Mother's Day and I placed the order a little over a week in advance. Overall I'm happy with my first experience using this company and I will use them again in the future.

I would rate less than 1 star if I could -- long story short, I placed an order for a Mother's Day delivery a couple weeks ago, with the desired delivery date today, 5/11 (the day before Mother's Day). I received an email the next day saying the delivery had been fulfilled - this was obviously incorrect, as I had set the delivery date to 5/11 and I confirmed with my mother and she had not received anything. I emailed their customer service department immediately, asking them to look into the matter - they assured me they would contact the florist and have an answer for me soon. Two days go by, no answer. So I follow up again with another email, asking if they'd found out what had happened. Again, they assured me they'd look into it and get back to me as soon as they knew.
Another two days go by and still no answer. So I follow up AGAIN with ANOTHER email, please asking them to follow up ASAP since Mother's Day was quickly approaching. Once again, the same generic assurance email was sent that they're "looking into it." Then, I decide to call since clearly email isn't getting me anywhere.
Call 1: Basically I was told that despite the initial email I received detailing that the order had been delivered, my original delivery date of 5/11 will be fulfilled and I should be receiving a confirmation email with written proof of such promise. I hang up, and no email. (By the way, I was put on hold a handful of times during this entire process, each of which was anywhere from 1-5 minutes long).
Call 2: I call again, having to provide context of the entire situation thus far, and this representative tells me that a confirmation email will surely be sent this time, as well as an email AFTER the delivery is made on 5/11. I deem this as the most satisfactory answer I will receive at this point, and hang up. Surprisingly, I get a confirmation email that my delivery to my mother will occur on 5/11. (Similar to Call 1, I was also put on hold several times, making a conversation that should have taken a total of 5 minutes, actually take 15-20 minutes).
Fast forward to today, 5/11, and the delivery has not happened. I call ONCE MORE only to be told that they are not sure what happened and that the best they can do is submit a new order for Monday, 5/13. (Again, this is after they put me on hold a ridiculous amount of times). After all this, I tell them I cannot rely on them as I was assured of a guaranteed delivery once before, and I request a refund. Their extreme incompetence and inability to follow through on their promises alone makes them by far one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Do not order from them unless you love speaking with customer service reps everyday, to end up with no satisfactory answers and a lousy refund in the end.

I ordered flowers from FromYouFlowers.com on Thursday, May 9th, 2019 with having the flowers to be delivered on Friday, May 10, 2019. Upon checking their website after 6 pm on Friday, May 10, 2019, the flowers had not been delivered. I called the company 800 number. Once I called the 800 number I couldn't talk to a customer representative. The prompt instructed me to contact customer service using the email address wecare@fromyouflowers.com.
I wrote an email to customer service inquiring about my order. I received an email 45 minutes later apologizing for the inconvenience and they would refund my money. So I thinking that they were going to deliver the flowers anyway. When I question if they would continue with my order, I received an email stating that my order was canceled by my request. I didn't ask this company to cancel my order. I wanted to know when will the flowers be delivered and if they couldn't deliver the flowers by May 10, 2019, then I would like a full refund.
I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission about this business practice. Please, Please take your business elsewhere. I started to use Amazon or Pro-Flowers. I thought since "FromYouFlowers.com" promise same day delivery I would take a chance with this company. They have ruined my daughter's Mother's Day surprise. I will never use this company again but I will take the time to warn others, please check Yelp and BBB before using companies like this one.

We ordered a flower arrangement yesterday… Confirmation was sent. Our daughter, who just had a baby girl was to receive PINK FLOWERS ("Stunning Pink and White Lilies - Premium") for her FIRST MOTHER'S DAY. We are disappointed the arrangement sent was a multi-color (NO PINK at all) down-grade, without any notice or request for authorization.
We understand Mother's Day Weekend is probably the busiest of the year for any florist. However, this is a deal-breaker. We do not reorder from companies that don't deliver what they promise or at least inform the customer of action needed. While there is a 20% return of funds to ease a dissatisfied customer's situation, it does NOT rectify the situation. We were NOT after money, but satisfaction. We will look elsewhere for flower delivery in the future.

Bouquet was messy and literally looked nothing like they show online. I also ordered two balloons to be delivered with the flowers and guess what no balloons were delivered. Never order fromyouflowers.com. My first order was changed completely from my online order & my 2nd has been delayed causing my 80 year old grandma to not receive her mother’s day flowers until the day after. Purchased over a week ago, delivery was guaranteed and paid for (quite expensively) for today, May 10... What are you supposed to do this close to Mother’s Day?! So sad that the one thing we can do to make someone smile from two thousand miles away because they can’t do what they promise.

Thought it would be easy and quick, but if you need to change anything or contact customer service don’t waste your time here. They will refer you to UPS who can’t do anything because you aren’t the sender, Fromyouflowers is. Trying to reach customer service was a joke (1-800 number) and the email replies were basically auto generated and said they would contact shortly every time, but guess what? No return calls or help. Will not go through them again. When I told them this they replied by saying as previously stated they can’t do anything once it reaches UPS. Guess what? I contacted them before it made it to UPS and had a tracking number.

I had ordered 2 bouquets of flowers a for my girlfriend for her birthday and mothers day A WEEK IN ADVANCE!!! I ordered 1 bouquet to be delivered the same day, did it? Nope. Sure didn't. I called the customer service line and talked to a customer service rep that apologized and made sure they were delivered the first thing next day, in which they were.
I ordered the other bouquet to be delivered on 5/9/19 for mothers day as she is not going to be in town and wanted to make sure that she got them before she left. Well, guess what. I had ordered two Florist Designed Bouquets. After looking at the pictures they provided of the different levels, Regular, Deluxe, or Premium, I decided the Regular was close to perfect for what I wanted. I ordered one for my own mother, and one for my grandmother-in-law. The one for my mother was just the flowers, the one for my grandmother-in-law was the flowers, and I paid an extra $15 for a small teddy bear to be included. I expected that they would be close in size, since I did pay so much extra for the teddy bear. Had I not paid extra for the teddy bear, I would completely understand less flowers. But my mother's came in gorgeous, with 12 flowers, and my grandmother-in-law's came in with a sad three flowers. I was very upset.
I called From You Flowers and I asked them if it was supposed to be that way, and they said it should not be, they agreed I was right to be upset. They refunded my money, and placed a new order for just hers to be delivered next day, and charged me for the new order. Fast forward to next day, I get a call at 8:30 AM, and they were stating that there is only the one flower shop in my area, and asked if it was okay if they still worked on the order, or if I would prefer to choose something on their website that they mail to me. I stated as long as the flower shop made sure that there was a sufficient amount of flowers, it was okay that they worked on it. They stated she would receive them by end of the day.
Fast forward to 11:00 AM same day, I get an email that my flowers were NOT going to be delivered that day after all, but not for another 4 days. I was even more upset. We had come to a solution, I was reassured twice that she would receive them this day, and now I get an email that they were going to be put off for FOUR days? No! Unacceptable!
So I call customer service, explain the situation and ask what is going on and what I need to do to fix it, and the gentleman states he will give me a full refund, and places me on hold for a few minutes. He comes back on and says that he has given me a full refund and is sending me a $10 gift certificate for my "next purchase" (as if I will use them again). I let him know that doesn't answer my question or resolve the issue. I asked three more times, and his response every time was that he has given me a refund. I finally asked if there was a phone number I could call for the shop in town so I could find out from them what's going on with the flowers, and let him know that if I have to go in to the shop, it will not be a good situation. He gives me a phone number, just to realize he gave me a wrong number.
I find the right number, and contact the shop. The lady takes down the information and puts me on hold to find the order to see what is going on. The owner of the shop comes on the line and she explained everything to me. Turned out, From You Flowers was not sending the shop the correct amount of money, that was why there were only 3 flowers in the delivery. The second time, with the order for this day, the same thing was happening. From You Flowers hadn't even fully sent the order to the shop. They sent some of the information and only part of the money I paid, and the shop denied it saying they couldn't make the bouquet and everything with that amount of money. So, instead of From You Flowers sending them the amount I paid, or informing me of this issue, they had sent that email telling me it's delayed and later just given me a refund rather than telling me what was going on.
Bottom line, I ended up really liking the shop itself, and ordered directly with them and was pleased. I spoke with a supervisor with From You Flowers and let her know how displeased I was with everything, let her know how uninformed her reps were and how they misguided me and refused to answer my questions, etc. and she was speechless. She didn't have much to say to me, except asked if I wanted to replace the order. Of course I told her no, I will not be coming back.
So to anyone who may brave buying from From You Flowers, if you have an issue, good luck getting any accurate information from them, but please know that it is more than likely their fault that the order is messed up, not the flower shop's fault. (The flower shops are their own separate company, and From You Flowers pays the shop to do their work for them).
One last thing, not a single person I spoke to spoke very good English. I'm all for employing anyone who wants to work and can work, I think that is great, but please make sure they can speak English well enough for them to understand you, and for you to understand them. All in all, I WILL NOT order from From You Flowers Again, but will just order from the shop themselves.

I would leave 0 stars if it was an option. I ordered flowers for my great grandma's FUNERAL and had a custom vase made with it and chose the premium option in order to get the fullest bouquet. The vase was a picture of my grandma that wasn't able to attend the funeral due to health issues and living on the West Coast and my great grandmother together. It was meant to be a sentiment similar to I'm not here in person but I am in spirit. I was under the impression that a local florist would make and deliver the bouquet and I was nervous about the order and emailed multiple times because i knew not all florist would have the equipment to make the customized vase with the picture and I wanted to make sure the order would be fulfilled exactly as ordered and delivered by 2 pm today, the day of her funeral.
The order shipped from NJ and i was a little confused because the package was only 2 lb so I assumed FromYouFlowers made the vase themselves and that was being shipped separately from the flowers the local florist would do. NO MAM that wasn't the case. I was basically sent what looked like STEMS of flowers that haven't even bloomed yet. And it was only about 6 flower stems that i paid almost $100 for. It looked absolutely ridiculous and these flowers were shipped to the funeral home. The customer service rep asked if i knew they were coming in a box and those ship out as bulbs, NO I DIDN'T KNOW THAT. I wouldn't have stressed out about local florists being able to create the custom vase if I knew that, I wouldn't have emailed multiple times to make sure the florist would deliver them on time and asked to make sure the florist knew I paid the extra for premium bouquet and that it was for a FUNERAL.
I was offered a refund of 20% and a 30% off coupon for future orders (like I'd really use this place again, I've learned my lesson), I turned that offer down and then was offered the choice to have them redelivered. These were for a FUNERAL, my great grandma can only pass away once, she's only having 1 FUNERAL so what in the world would reshipping the order do??? NOWHERE on the site did it say these flowers wouldn't be bloomed when delivered, nowhere in the multiple emails back and forth was it ever mentioned that the flowers weren't bloomed and it was ALWAYS made known these were for a funeral service.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I wish I could add photos of what I was expecting and what I received. I knew it wouldn't be EXACTLY like the photo and that a few flowers might be used as a substitute to what was pictured but I literally got stems basically. After arguing with them I was finally given a full refund and I'd be more than happy to ship these back to fromyouflowers. I will never order from this company again.

I was specifically looking for a fast service that could provide delivery the same day. I chose FromYouFlowers because of their claim that they could do expedited (4 hour) same day delivery. I paid extra for expedited same day delivery and not only did they not deliver in time, it took them 4+ hours just to call me to confirm my information! Mistakes happen, but solid customer-oriented companies who can rectify problems keep customers. This is not the experience I had with Fromyouflowers.com. I placed an order on March 26th for a friend's birthday, requesting delivery on March 27. I received delivery confirmation of my order on March 27 and the cost was charged to my account as expected. On May 2, I learn from my friend that I had 'forgot' her birthday. I call Fromyouflowers.com, and they confirm that no order was delivered as previously confirmed. They indicated the confirmation delivery was a mistake. The service representative offered me an "upgraded" basket to be delivered to my friend the next day.
Still trying to understand the fact that my money was taken, no services were rendered, and nothing would've even been noticed hadn't I called to inquire on if the delivery had actually occurred or not, I explain that the upgrade and nearly 2 month old delivery is not acceptable. They offered a 20% discount on a second attempt at delivery. 20% did not apply to the full $67 I was charged, it only applied to the price of the basket itself, not the $14.99 delivery fee or the $5 balloon I had also purchased to be delivered with the basket. I requested a full refund and delivery of the intended basket with an apology note of responsibility on Fromyouflowers.com to my friend. While a reasonable request, it was denied.
I asked for my case to be escalated, in which they could not do at that time and told me someone would be calling me back. 5 days later, no phone call. I had to call them back again. I was given a full refund, but only a $20 gift certificate for my inconvenience. The cost of doing business with this company was far greater than the service they are able to offer. Again, mistakes happen, but if you can't effectively recover from mistakes, customers are not your priority.

Rather than flowers and colors featured (lovely feminine Spring flowers), sent a gawdy gold and red carnation monstrosity! Pink tulips described on website were replaced by cheap red (!!) carnations. I spent $65.53 on the Chips, candy and more gift basket as a surprise for my son's 21st birthday at college. The picture they advertise looks ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE THE BASKET MY SON RECEIVED. I put a ton of thought and attention to detail when ordering this basket and he didn’t get anything like the basket I ordered. False advertisement of $19 bouquets with same day delivery. Turns out that isn’t available in “my area”. Ordered and paid for more expensive arrangement. They processed payment then sent email that they could not deliver same day in my area. I called for refund and they said they would process full refund. They only refunded $14.99. Had to call back, wait on hold for a customer service and she said they couldn’t process a full refund because they refunded $14.99?? Eventually she told me they processed the refund and will be giving me a $10 credit for a future order. (This is a calling center in another country.) I will never order from them again. Want to have a special occasion ruined? Then order from FromYouFlowers. Ordered roses for my 25th anniversary (5 days in advance) and paid for guaranteed delivery before noon. No flowers and when I call their customer service agent in the Philippines (who was actually nice) she informs me that they can't deliver before noon because they ship them UPS??!! What. So is it a scam then? They don't contract with local florists, yet they guarantee a delivery before noon with UPS. What a joke. Stay away far away from this company.

Biggest mistake using this company. The white flowers were brownish and tilting like they were a week old. The blue flowers were the same. The flowers were less than half the size listed online. I ordered a bouquet of flowers, balloon, and a card for our one year anniversary with same day delivery. The order never arrived and the tracker was updated for two days later. When I called the help number I kept getting the stupid automated loop and it kept hanging up on me when I tried for an operator. The rep that answered of course barely spoke English and informed me that there wasn’t a florist in my area. I asked why the website would still let me make a purchase even after entering my address if there are no known florists available? She deflected the question and said that they could be at the home next day and she would refund the $3 same day charge. My response was to cancel the order which she said they cannot do. Wtf? She I offered a 15% refund when I pressed about cancelling again which I accepted since I still wanted the flowers.
Two days later the flowers don’t show up and I get a phone call from the same operator. She explains that yet again there are no florists in the area which really doesn’t make any sense! Does that mean they have their own drivers that are failing to bring them or do they outsource they damn deliver to their party shop too?!? This time I was more than pissed and pressed for a full refund. She kept placing me on a hold and coming back stupid discounts and a free bouquet of flowers. My question was simple, “If you couldn’t deliver the original order in 4 days then how the hell am I supposed get anything else that you're promising me?" She also failed to explain.

The delivery person left them sitting on a noncovered porch instead of the covered. Flowers blew all over neighbors' yard and were brown. Customer service told me they would not reimburse. 23 mins he put me on hold. No bows or pretty flowers were delivered they sat in a glass vase with water. Will never use again. Very this customer service as well. Will use 1-800-flowers like I always have instead of this company. 57.00 is too much money to spend on flowers and not get what you ordered.

I ordered flowers and had them sent to a hospital, the phone rep on the other line had a hard time understanding anything. I spelled out every letter for everything I said, even asked to speak to someone else because he kept repeating the information incorrectly. He finally repeated the correct address. I gave him the card information (the only thing on the order that was done right). I called 2 days later requesting status. It was like pulling teeth. No one had any information on the address it was sent to. The only reason I got any information is because the hospital in Illinois called the recipient 6 days after the purchase!!! ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!

I spent over an hour online and on the phone trying to get a simple order of flowers sent out. I had a discount code. It wouldn't work on the website. I called in and was transferred to three people - none of whom spoke English very well - and no one could get the order, card and discount correct. 5/1/19, placed 2 online orders for flowers. “Pushing Daisy Bouquet” & “How Sweet It Is”. Neither arrangement had ANY of the flowers the advertised bouquets showed. The Pushing Daisy Bouquet was suppose to have only daisies. There were only 5 (small and hidden) daisies throughout the entire arrangement. The remaining flowers were mums and carnations. The second arrangement, How Sweet It is - had NONE of the flowers or color variations in the advertised bouquet. I am really wish I could share images on Consumer Affairs to show how inaccurate my orders were.
I called to complain. There was little offered to resolve this issue. The Customer Service Rep offered a $15 gift card to use through their company. I explained I would NEVER order flowers through them again. At this point, she hesitated, but offered a 20% refund. This is by far the worse experience I have ever had. I usually just shrug off bad shopping experiences or customer service. But FromYouFlowers.com is on an entirely new level of bad. I would NOT ever recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered an arrangement last minute. They stated it can be delivered. Got emails saying the local florist did not have it. Then got another saying they couldnt deliver until the following Tues?. I compromised and sent to a different location. They said it would be delivered by 6 pm. On the phone with customer service at 620 pm and they say... "Hold on while we contact the florist." Then he gets back on the phone and states, "We cant contact anyone!!!! We will try again at 6 pm." I said, "It's 630 already!!!" Just wanted my refund and that was all. I called them back to make sure I was refunded but someone said they ended up finding a florist. I could barely understand her but I decided to trust her. Ordered a same day delivery for bro in law, in hospital in Fayetteville Arkansas on Saturday morning. Ordered large bouquet, fingers crossed they would be nice. Not delivered same day despite paying premium for the service. Tried contacting company but their FAQs recommended waiting 24-48 hours before calling. After more than 48 hours, on Monday afternoon, I called to check on status (approx 2:30 pm Arkansas time).
Customer service rep checked with florist (name unknown) and said that florist was just starting on the order, promising it would be sent out for delivery in about an hour (3:30 pm?). I expressed my dissatisfaction and rep said she would remove same day premium, offered a $10 coupon on my next order. I was livid!!! Asked what made them think I’d make another order. Also sent email to the customer service dept to complain.
Next morning I got a call from supervisor who offered great regret for bad experience, said the florist they used would be monitored closely to see if they qualified as vendor. Also reduced charge for the flowers by 40%. Apologized profusely, indicated that they expected better service than was received. This meant a lot to me, as a former supervisor used to handling customer service issues myself. Not sure I’ll use them again — might do better to look up florists for myself and place order directly - cut out middleman. Flowers did arrive later that afternoon/evening and my bro said they were beautiful.

Paid for same day delivery and received a confirmation it was delivered via an email from fromyouflowers.com and it was NEVER delivered. These were for my sister in law on her anniversary to my brother who just died a month ago. It was important they get in on that day especially when I paid 60 for a small arrangement. I called and the customer service said they left a message at the place and would call me back once they heard back. Well I never received a call back.
So today I called and was told the flower shop didn’t deliver yesterday but would today. I explained that I no longer wanted my order as it was pointless at this point and my sister in law wouldn’t even be home today. I was offered 20% off. I stated I wanted a full refund and they got confirmation from a supervisor to do that. I have an email stating I’ll be fully refunded within 3 business days...but we shall see.

Reviews on their site are positive. Yet, you look elsewhere and they are all HORRIBLE. My scenario was absolutely horrible as well. I ordered flowers for my dad's birthday, they never arrived. His birthday came and went and I called customer service 3 times. They were very dry and unemotional. A robot would have been friendlier to talk with. Offered a discount for future order, why would I ever order form this company again?! I had to demand my money back after they lied and told me the flowers delivered.

Ordered a It’s A Boy flower arrangement for my daughter in law, paid for fast delivery, did not get there till the following day late afternoon. I was shocked and beyond mad when I saw what was delivered. Totally different arrangement, not a single blue flower in sight, even the ribbon around the vase was white, not blue, The colors of the flowers where yellowish and one was white, one of the tulips was so old it was totally opened and dropping.
Nothing about this said “it’s a boy.” I was embarrassed to sent this to a new Mom, called them, complaint got told they will deliver a new one. Called again the next day, nothing has happened yet. I already checked into small claims court. I will take them there because of what they are doing. It’s about time someone will, unbelievable to me that JDPowers gave them an award for outstanding service and value that will make me think if they know what they are doing.

Nobody likes to feel like they were taken advantage of. Sending a beautiful floral arrangement to commemorate a life milestone should bring both the recipient and the customer joy. This was not my recent experience with From You Flowers. The arrangement delivered was a poorly crafted, cheap facsimile of the arrangement From You Flowers promised to deliver; the arrangement I ordered and paid for. The arrangement that was delivered was not a quality, deluxe arrangement. My From You Flowers order left me feeling both disappointed and taken advantage of.
I do see that all the reviews on their site are 4 or 5 star. I would encourage you, before placing an order, please do a FromYouFlowers.com complaint search. I've used them twice and both times I upgraded to the most expensive flower set. Both times I recieved a sad, pathetic, thinned out joke of a representation of the photo on the site. I will never use them again after trying them twice. Avoid this company at all costs. The flowers that show up as gifts are an embarrassment and sad.

I live out of state and thought it would be a nice gesture to order a bouquet of flowers with a balloon for my bestfriend's birthday. Beware..the description given on the website is not what was delivered. I ordered the Sunshine bouquet. Not only did they send a bouquet arrangement I didn't request, the colors was completely different. I paid for same day delivery. I thought the purpose of delivery was to make sure the recipient recieved the product in hand. Well I guess not! The delivery driver didn't even have the decency to wait for the door to be answered. Instead the flowers were left on the porch.
This was my first and last time ordering from this website. When I called to complain the representative made sure to point out they have a substitution policy. In my opinion it's not ok to offer a product you can't provide. To add insult to injury not only did you substitute the flowers but the color of the flowers as well. One thing you can't substitute is my disappointment! I will never order from this company again!

I ordered the Sunflower Delight Bouquet; sunflowers & roses, for my daughter’s birthday. $60 with expedited delivery. It was delivered late, no sunflowers, no roses. It consisted of Orange Gerber Daisies, yellow lilies and baby's breath. Very disappointing. The description was: "A brightly colored bouquet for a brightly colored person! The Sunflower Delight bouquet is sure to brighten up any room, with its bright yellow sunflowers, red roses, purple statice and orange alstroemeria.
"The lovely arrangement comes displayed in a clear glass vase, guaranteed to be a delight in anyone's day! When I called to complain I dealt with someone who barely spoke English and I was only offered a refund of $4.99, the amount I paid for the expedited delivery. I paid for the expedited service by noon, and they didn't get there until 4 pm. They credited back the expedited fee, but the flowers don't look like the picture at all. The flowers are disproportionate from one another and the vase is a different shape. The ribbons are different sizes and dragging on the ground. There was also several green leaves sticking out of the flowers that don't look good. All of this was not in the picture and the vase is much shorter than shown.

I ordered flowers delivered to my friend’s place of work for her birthday. I ordered them 4 days in advance. They were not delivered and the tracking said they were. I could not reach anyone yesterday on their 27/7 help line. Today I was placed on hold for 10 minutes, then was told that the florist (who they keep anonymous) could not find the address Of an established 10 year old restaurant because it was a "new business". Supposedly the same flowers are out for delivery today. The service rep could not explain why they did not attempt delivery yesterday "Maybe they were closed" is what I was told (The florist, not the place they were delivering to).
I was not called when they could not locate the restaurant, even though I left a phone number in the form that was just for that occasion. The representative only offered me a 20% discount on their failure to literally deliver the flowers. I would not recommend this service at all. The entire point of flower delivery is timing and occasion. At this time I don't even know if she will receive her day's old flower arrangement.

I ordered flowers online for delivery for my mother's 78 Birthday. The website accepted my money. Said the flowers would be delivered on that day. I ordered the flowers days in advance. I later get an email saying the flowers will be delayed and won't be delivered until the next day. I am beyond pissed off. I live out of state and now frantically trying to find someone to get the flowers to my mom on her Birthday at the last minute. Unacceptable and deplorable!!! I will NEVER use this company again!!! I have placed an order for wreath of flowers to be delivered to my out of town friend's father's FUNERAL and even paid extra fee to have it delivered in the morning for the service at 10 am. On the day of the service, at 2:07 pm, I received an email stating that they cannot fulfill my order. Really? Ok, even with expedited shipping, the arrangement for my wife's birthday arrived... the next day... the day AFTER they were supposed to be delivered. I had to call them to check the status, and their only offer was to credit the before noon delivery fee. So for $68.71 what I was supposed to get, looked NOTHING like the photo on their website. Spend a large amount of money on a lush deep purple and white arrangement for my mother in law's funeral. The item I ordered had a dozen and a half white roses, a few large lilies, a dozen purple flowers, greenery and filler in a square purple vase. Ya know what was delivered? 3 sunflowers, 2 small wilted purple flowers, 1 mangled pink carnation with about 5 sprigs of greenery...in a tiny ugly clear vase. I am livid. Contacted them and they are of no help.

I ordered two Easter baskets for two children at the same address on Saturday before Easter using the same day delivery guarantee. One Easter basket was delivered on the Monday following Easter. On Tuesday a flower arrangement arrived, which I did not even order. I called customer service and had to talk with someone whom I could not even understand. I stumbled across fromyouflowers.com when looking for cheaper arrangements when looking for a special arrangement to be delivered to my sister's funeral. First of all they emailed me and told me that the address I provided (The funeral home's address) was in too "remote" of an area and they would not deliver. They told me to choose a different address or a different arrangement. I changed the address to a family members address that lived 25 minutes away from the funeral. They kept confusing me with their numerous emails. I told them I wanted to cancel the order at that point and the emails stopped.
On the day of the funeral my family member arrived late because they were waiting on my arrangement. When I saw my arrangement I was so heartbroken. I ordered the most expensive one (deluxe) and it was the smaller arrangement at the funeral. It was in a small Easter basket. To top it off the special angel with the saying they showed on the website that was the whole reason I ordered the arrangement, was not what was shown on their page. It defeated the whole entire purpose of me going out of my way to order something special that had more meaning for my mom, sister, and nieces and nephew.
I was so sad I cried about my arrangement. I was heartbroken and embarrassed. Other people at the funeral went through the funeral home. And paid the same price, if not less than I did, and got a way better arrangement that looked more beautifully put together and all were way larger. Even the people who said they bought the basic flowers. To top it off, I requested that there be a card placed in the arrangement that had a message written on it to say my condolences to my mother and nieces and nephews, and it was not added. Worst experience of my life. It made me feel even worst at my sisters funeral. Please save yourself from ordering from here. :(

This was a flower purchase for a employee who is taking leave for a family death. I paid extra for both next day and before noon delivery. The company did not deliver flowers at all and had the nerve to send me a email stating they confirmed it was delivered 4/24/19. Today is 4/23/19... How can you confirm a future delivery happened? When I contacted them both by phone and email for a service they can not provide now... Their response was to give me a 5 dollar refund on a 77 dollar purchase. The flowers can't set at the office for a person who is gone the rest of the week. They fabricated a delivery confirmation... Seriously it's not even the day they claimed confirmed delivery. I ordered deluxe bouquet of something called a Bright Sunflower Bouquet which came with sunflowers, roses, carnations and some other bright flowers as a gift for the east coast. What was delivered was not deluxe, not brightly colored and contained no sunflowers... I complained. I should have been consulted if what I ordered wasn't available. They said they would deliver the sunflowers after they spoke with the supplier which made me think they were out of stock - so they should have contacted me in the first place.
Meanwhile, I'm looking at a massive bunch of sunflowers that was delivered to my house from another vendor. Maybe I got all the sunflowers in the US! They sent another bouquet and STILL NOT A SINGLE SUNFLOWER! Together both bouquets probably made it to deluxe but that's about it. If you are happy to pay money for item A and be happy with whatever they decide to deliver, go ahead.

I paid expedited fees to have flowers delivered to my mom on Easter. Not only were they not delivered as promised but also... they never told me that the flowers would not get there on Sat, the day before Easter, or on Sunday Easter day, but not until Monday... the day AFTER the holiday. Had they left me KNOW on Saturday I could have refunded and called a local florist and remedied the situation. It wasn't until I called them that I heard the flowers would come on Monday... They refunded 205 and so what... that doesn't make up for mom being without flowers on Easter... Do not buy from here, and do not believe their expedited or same day delivery! Worst service ever... not to have given me a chance to get flowers there on time! Shame on them.

I wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order, expecting same-day delivery. Imagine my surprise when I found out the flower arrangement had been shipped by UPS from San Marcos, California, to La Conner, Washington. How could it possibly still be nice after being transported that distance by UPS?!! And... my order still hasn't been delivered after four days in transit. I was offered a $10 gift certificate for the inconvenience. In prior experience with other online florists, the company placed the order with a local florist so that FRESH flowers would be delivered. Ordered a sympathy arrangement on Friday to be delivered on Saturday, with the $2.99 extra charge. Get an email saying they were delivered late Saturday--except they weren't! Contacted FromYouFlowers on Sunday. They show that it was delivered but didn't get a signature. They promised to send a fresh bunch on Monday & gave me a 20% refund, as well as the weekend surcharge. My mom is in assisted living. I thought the flowers would be hand delivered to her but instead they were sent UPS. UPS tracking said "Receiver not available" which is a lie because the facility has a receptionist at the front door 24/7. Plus how does a UPS driver deliver a mylar balloon? Stupid and ridiculous. I ordered the Deluxe Pretty Please bouquet for Easter and was highly disappointed with the contents. Additionally, the local florist substituted a pack of Skittles for the $5 Easter balloon that was to be included with the delivery. Arrangement Should have included or equivalent substitutions: Pink Spray Roses, White Daisies, Green Button Spray Chrysanthemums, Purple Monte Cassino Asters, Limonium. Actual deliver only included primarily White Daisies and a few pink roses. Not a colorful easter spring bouquet as expected from the website. I can now see why they have a 1.5 average star rating.

I ordered the peace lily plant for my SO as a sympathy gift. I intentionally picked a plant, something that could be left on her porch, due to work she is generally gone from her house 9 am-9 pm Mon-Sat. It didn’t deliver on promised day so I called the CS line. The CSR did not speak English as a first language, and had a really hard time understanding anything I said.
The CSR asked me for the recipient’s phone number so they could make a hand delivery. I explained it wasn’t possible and I wanted the plant left on her porch and understood and accepted the associated implications. She said the florist refused to leave the plant on her porch and they continued to ask for the recipient’s phone number so they could coordinate with her and I repeatedly explained it was not possible. I asked them to cancel my order and refund me and they refused. I basically threw $50 out the window and my SO didn’t get a sympathy delivery from me as a result. Worst online ordering experience ever.

Sympathy basket ordered. Confident because only good reviews are revealed. Immediately charged and promptly got a call the order needed substitution. Before agreeing I asked for a picture by text or email of the ornament. Refused. This carried on an entire day by emails and phone calls. I offered 3 solutions. I had picked another florist & arrangement, they could give me a florist to pick an arrangement, or they should allow me to go to another vendor.
Fast forward 10:30 p.m. & no word as to what was happening. I call to cancel as services were next day. Chesca offers 20% refund and a commitment (I questioned 3 times) that the order elderly arrive EXACT and on time. Flowers were delivered on time. Family arrives & is nothing like what I had ordered. Another call needed to be placed. Keep in mind these service representatives are some that are not easy to understand but I reach JP this time. She 1st tells me there is no immediate supervisor then after checking reference material while I hold she returns to say protocol is to have the supervisor call you back. She will "lay it in a supervisor's chair." How would I like to proceed? Now I await a refund 3 days from now if that is even true and grandmother's funeral will be but a memory. Total fiasco when you need it least. Those lucky ones that get the arrangement they order are lucky. For service alone, I will never be a repeat buyer. Buyer beware.

My daughter ordered a floral arrangement from this company to go to my wife. We found out about this present from a person living in another section of our city who said their friend received our fruit basket. We called my daughter to let her know and for three days she has tried to get them to send the gift she ordered to the correct address. No success … "They are investigating". I told my daughter to cancel the order, call her credit card company and have the charge reversed. This is the worst experience we have ever had with an online gift company. I'm sorry we couldn't give it a lower rating than 1.
