I purchased what I thought would be a beautiful Christmas flower arrangement that included red and white carnations as well as pine cones and winter greens. What was delivered as a gift was a pathetic and unprofessional combination of a couple of red and white carnations that bore absolutely no resemblance to the image on the website. I was thoroughly embarrassed. I wish I could have left 0 stars. The worst part is that I sent fromyouflowers a letter showing the flowers my friends received, and I was refunded $7.99, which doesn't even cover the cost of delivery ($14.99). Dissatisfied is an understatement.

Online there was this wonderful picture of a Christmas tree bouquet which looked great. I thought my mother would love it for Christmas. So I spent $75 and had it delivered. She thanked me and sent me a picture... What a colossal ** these people did. Nothing like the image. Not even close. I don't think they even looked at the image of what it was supposed to be. Thankfully my mother had no clue as to what it was supposed to be and is legally blind!

For the second time Fromyouflowers has missed delivering my flowers however, I was charged (both times) at the time of my order for the flowers. Both times, I needed to contact Fromyouflowers to inform them my flowers were never delivered and my payment needed to be refunded. They do not have an accurate way to track delivery or non-delivery of flower orders. Unfortunately, unless you find out the intended recipient that the flowers were never delivered, you have no way of knowing. Since flowers usually recognize an event (this time they were needed for a Christmas celebration and were ordered 10 days in advance) it is very embarrassing when they do not arrive. I will no longer use From You Flowers.

Ordered here for a family member who was celebrating her birthday. They charged shipping and handling, weekend fees etc. and then ended up delivering a day late with a flat balloon and with a plant that was sitting somewhere for a long time and clearly wilted... Their systems are a mess and sent an email incorrectly that this was delivered when it wasn't creating some additional confusion...When I called to ask about this, they offered to pay back $10 as a gift certificate which I have no intention of using ever. They also put me on hold instead of listening to me so this tells me how cheap and rude they are...Please don't waste your money with this company, try someone else.

My boyfriend as a surprise ordered flower arrangement of 24 pink roses/baby's breath which was "in stock". Then ordered was changed to "out of stock" and they were sending a substitute. My boyfriend asked for picture but wasn't sent one. Arrangement was far from a substitute. They sent it through another party: Perfect Petals Florist & Decor. There weren't 24 roses! What I got was: 11 red roses (wrong color) and a lot of carnations, chrysanthemums, pine twigs, a few twigs of baby breath, some ranunculus. My mother received delivery. If I knew what was suppose to come, I would have told her to refuse delivery. My boyfriend and I would have been happy if 24 assorted colored roses or same colored roses were sent.

I ordered a brilliant bouquet with same day delivery option for my aunt’s birthday but NEVER ARRIVED. I tried to track the order and it said “We've got your order! Delivery scheduled”, but never arrived. I tried calling their phone (800-838-8853) but they never answered. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.

I ordered a small live Christmas tree for my Mom for Christmas. It was supposed to be delivered on Dec. 11. I called on Dec. 16 when it had not been delivered and they said they would issue a 20% discount and deliver it that day. On Dec. 23 I called again saying it still had not been delivered. They said they could deliver it on Dec. 31. I told them this was totally unsatisfactory since it was a Christmas tree I wanted her to enjoy before and up to Christmas. They then wanted to give me a discount and credit. They finally agreed to a refund. I will never do business with them again, and will never recommend them to anyone. Terrible Service!!!!

Ordered funeral flowers 2 days prior to the funeral service online only to get email/voicemails saying they cannot find a local florist to make the arrangement in time for the service. How is that possible coming from a site saying they can deliver same day? Will never order from them again. Will call florist myself and avoid ordering from a 3rd party. Also will not order again online.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to 3 neighbors on Sunday when everyone would be home. The delivery fee was $15 for each house even though they were only steps apart. By 9:00 pm that night they had not arrived. When I called the lady could not reach the florist and suggested I wait until Monday. That would have been awful, flowers sitting outside all day while people were at work. I cancelled the $180 order and will do the job myself at a MUCH reduced rate. This is an awful and expensive company. STAY AWAY. NOTE: this was not a next day or rush order.

I ordered a surprise Christmas arrangement for my daughter to be delivered to her at her work. I ordered it the week before Christmas and was told it would be delivered to her on the eve of Christmas Eve. The day before the anticipated delivery, I was notified that they could not delivery it on the date requested ... but would deliver it the day AFTER Christmas!!! What good is a Christmas arrangement being delivered the day after Christmas. They did offer a 10% on the order for the disappointment which was nice of them to offer but I elected to cancel the order.

A PREMIUM arrangement was not delivered on time. After two phone calls, the same day fee was waived and a 20% discount was offered. It was eventually delivered but very late AND horribly disappointing. The recipients were told that the arrangement had been upgraded because it was late. Not sure how that could be since I ordered the best arrangement available. I ordered a “Christmas Tree’ arrangement. Instead of the greens, beautiful flowers, ornaments and ribbons and bows pictured, they got greens, six tiny roses, and a few sprigs of baby’s breath with a tacky cardboard snowman sticking out of the top. And that was supposed to be an upgrade of a premium arrangement?
I contacted the company by email and included pictures. An apology and another discount - no option to redeliver or refund. Having flowers delivered is supposed to be easy and impressive. This was neither. I had work past the original order; it looked like I forgot an important event because nothing showed up and I looked cheap. Not a happy customer.

My daughter could not be home for Christmas this year so I ordered what was supposed to be a beautiful floral Christmas tree. What arrived looked nothing like the photo. It had almost no flowers and was basically just a bunch of hastily thrown together greens with a few bulbs and flowers. I called and they offered me a $20 credit toward a future purchase (something I will NEVER use) and told me they would send a new arrangement. This did not happen. Lesson learned. I will never use them again and plan to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

I paid almost 90 dollars for a arrangement. My sister liked it but it was nothing like the picture. It looked like a 20 dollar arrangement. How embarrassing. She had a foot amputated. I place an order a week before the delivery date. It was a birthday flower to my gf. On the website stated resident delivery between 9 am to 6 pm business 9 am to 5 pm. It was not demand as it stated on the ads.

Horrible!!! Needed flowers for my bestfriends son's funeral a specific color and vase color. Ordered them to be delivered at his funeral. His service was only one day and being cremated. Paid for the flowers and 5 min before the service I see a email from this site. They don't have what I wanted but they made something comparable. I asked for a picture and they did not have one to show me. Why didn't someone call me?? So I told them if I don't see a picture of what is being delivered I will dispute the charges. They canceled my order and refunded my money.... yay! But never sent flowers. I don't even think they where going to! Devastated is mild and humiliated. My heart broken as I can never get that moment back for my friend to have the colors her son loved. Will never Recommend or use this company again!! Just Heartbroken.

I will never order any flowers again fromyouflowers.com. Very disappointed I never get what I order, They don't know how to fix a flower arrangement, I always order something and end up getting something else not even similar to what I ordered. Very unprofessional, Order for a date and flowers arrived the next day. Paid so much for nothing, Paid extra for same-day delivery, paid a lot for the biggest arrangement and got some ugly little vase and different flowers. Also, order flowers for a funeral and spent all day at the funeral service waiting for it, it never arrived, an email was sent later saying that they apologized but could not be delivered, money was refunded but that's not what I wanted. Anyway, I will never order from them again. Very dissatisfied.

Customer service has since credited me for the $12.31 discount proving that they do "care" and can provide great customer service. Just persist and email them to explain the situation. I was given wrong info from a phone representative when placing my order that was confusing. I am so happy to report they took care of business with great care.

If it was possible they would receive NO stars! I ordered flowers for my sister who was hospitalized on Dec 13 to be delivered on Dec 14 and paid the extra fee for the delivery. The flowers were not delivered. I contacted the company via live chat and was assured they would be delivered as soon as possible and that they would upgrade the arrangement free of charge. But no flowers were delivered on the 15th or by 2pm on the 16th. At that point I spoke via phone to person who assured me that they would be delivered by 6pm that day. As of 10 pm she still had no flowers. I have cancelled that order as well as one for delivery on the 20th to a friend who lost her husband. I am still waiting to see if my money will be refunded.

I can't believe everyone here is like me just out their money and jipped by this company. My 70 year old coworker who already used a Walker was hit by a car breaking her hips and almost didn't make it. She's in a care facility now so I wanted to send her a floral arrangement... It's almost Christmas so I thought a Christmas tree was a better idea. This tree I could buy from Fred Meyer's for 20 dollars was 76.00 after delivery charge through fromyouflowers. I thought let's do it.. It never arrived and then they wanted to offer me only 10 bucks for my trouble.
I had to contact them twice and in 2 weeks still NO TREE... you promise a date twice and fail to meet the date BOTH TIMES, you offer more than a 10 credit towards a future purchase. What's frustrating is none of this matters. The review doesn't get her the tree and definitely doesn't give me warm fuzzies being out time and money yet I feel the need to make sure that Consumer Affairs knows this place is terrible. Maybe somehow this business can be shut down for false advertising and horrible customer service!

I ordered flowers online from 'fromyouflowers.com and found out months later that the person never received them. I not only received a confirmation email that they were delivered and was charged and then was never made aware that they didn't actually deliver. The email I received after emailing them that flowers were never delivered stated that they were trying to confirm the availability of the recipient. I found out about this almost 3 months after they were ordered (assuming they had been delivered) and they are just now telling me AFTER contacting them they were never delivered? This company is fraudulent....do not order from them!

I placed an order for same day delivery (paid extra for guaranteed delivery under 4 hours) and it was supposed to be a special surprise for my wife, well so freaking much for that!!!! Because your delivery florist or driver not never actually delivered anything!!!! And it was marked as delivered, after the time frame but they never even delivered it and I had to call my wife and ruin what was supposed to be a surprise to see where her flowers were!!!! After making her walk around the entire building where she works at and check the security cameras for NOTHING!!!!
On top of that I'm challenged to find someone who can help me figure this fiasco out over the phone until I finally get someone who, just like the others, proceeds to tell me they can't get ahold of the driver or whatever and then finally offers a full refund which, guess what? Takes 5 days to be reflected on my account. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE! I WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER use this company ever again. I ordered a birthday bouquet to be delivered to a friend while she was at work. Although we work in the same office, I thought she would really enjoy the surprise. She is going through a rough time right now. Even though it is listed that this order was going to a business and same day delivery requested, the order has still not been delivered. The website is a joke for checking the status. It gives minimal information. The only thing I know according to the status on the website is that they have my order and it is scheduled for delivery today. Well delivery to where exactly. It is after 6:00 and she is gone for the day and not in the office tomorrow.
I have a late day and don't get off until 6:30 so I have called customer service several times hoping maybe I can get them if they are still coming and drop them off directly to her home. Well that is useless as well. Once I was told delivery had been attempted, not true, the next time I called I was hung up on. 3rd phone call I sat on hold for 20 minutes after giving the order number and was hung up on AGAIN. I am now on hold for the 4th time for now...11 minutes and 44 seconds thus far. $50 spent, no flowers, no idea where they are. At this point I would just prefer a refund. Her birthday is tomorrow and it looks like she wont receive them. I should have went with a more well known company instead of the company that paid the most for a Google search result.

So I placed an order for my gf bday and called to make sure that it would be delivered at a certain time. I let the lady know if you guys can't provide that time pls let me know and I will cancel my order and go somewhere else. She let me know it's no problem and it will get there before 330. When I called today to see my status UPS not only let me know that they okayed for end of day delivery but also okayed for the flowers to be left at the worksite even if the place is closed lol.
What kind of horrible service is this. I'm so upset and not only did they give me the run around it took me 35min on the phone for them to finally cancel my order and refund my cash. If you deal with this company just know that they will lie to you to get your cash and your flowers will not be delivered until the day end. That's Fromyouflowers for giving me my first horrible experience ordering flowers. And thank you also for ruining my gf surprise. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU.

I wish I would have seen all the negative reviews here before using this awful ripoff site. Please do not believe them when they advertise SAME DAY delivery. I placed my order for my girlfriend's birthday the night before and paid extra to have it delivered to her office in the morning and when I called them at 3 PM to see where it was, they kept me on hold forever and then tried to give me my $5 expedite fee back because it turns out, it hadn't even been made yet and the earliest it May be delivered would be over 2 hours. Well, she would have left by then. We won't be celebrating until together until the weekend. So in short, thanks to this awful service, I had nothing for my girlfriend on her birthday. Please avoid this "discount" online florist and go with a reputable, established company!

I ordered a basket of candy and a balloon for a birthday for the next day to be delivered to an office building in Chicago. I read these reviews after the fact and thought the worse, especially as the tracker didn't seem to indicate any movement. I called the next morning and they assured me the package was out for delivery, but as it got later in the day, I began to worry. Just before 4 pm, I received word from the birthday girl they received the package, though the tracker still showed no progress. So, while it it's pricier than I would usually pay and the tracker needs an update, the package was delivered in time and as expected.

This is the first time I have used this company. I am very disappointed. I ordered a medium (upgraded) bouquet of flowers. The arrangement I ordered was full of flowers that were orange and pink with small accents of neon green. The bouquet delivered was a small arrangement of dark green greenery with a few yellowish orange and maroon flowers. This arrangement in no way depicts the flowers they advertised. When I complained they offered a 20% refund. This discount does not equal the amount I overpaid for the much smaller arrangement of flowers that they set.

Ordered flowers on Friday and requested delivery on Sunday. As of Monday 9 AM Eastern time had not been delivered. Called customer support and they apologized and said will give me 10% discount however can not tell me when it will be delivered. Disappointed as they have only one business to do and that is to deliver flowers unlike Amazon which delivers thousandths of products and they fail at that what good is 10% discount to me when I missed an important milestone because of them.

I ordered online in Louisiana on 11/25/2019. The birthday flowers and balloon were to be delivered on the 27th in Arkansas. Today is 12/05/2019. As of this date, they have NOT been delivered. I have called the company 3 times and "for my inconvenience" they have credited my $50.98 charge on my credit card a WHOLE $6.20!!!! WOW!!! Is not even the word! I will NEVER use this company again and IF someone asks me about them and their service I will tell everyone that listens HOW MUCH THEY SUCK, THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, AND LIE! LIE! LIE! Please don’t use this company. Please use 1800 Flowers. They are a rip off. They charged me a delivery fee for same day delivery... I didn’t want same day delivery nor did I order that. I ordered next day delivery of flowers. Ordered flowers to be delivered on Nov. 25th, 2019. They were not delivered on the 25th. Received a message they would be delivered on the 26th and that they'd refund the delivery fee. They were not delivered. I received a message from the company that they HAD been delivered at 2 PM on the 27th. And yet, my mom still had NOT received the flowers. I contacted the company via email. After multiple emails, they finally agreed on Nov. 30th that the flowers had not been delivered and promised to deliver them on December 2nd. Not only did they promise to deliver them on the 2nd, but they also said they would refund 20% of the cost and upgrade the delivery. No flowers have been received, no refunds have been received. The last contact (response) from the company was on Dec 1st and now it's Dec. 3rd.This was a birthday present for my mother whose birthday was Nov. 25, 2019.

It is my first time to order from this website - fromyouflowers.com... I have actually placed it outside US but requested it to be delivered for my Aunt who's in California. At first I was nervous after purchasing online and then reading the negative reviews. I was a bit sceptical if the orchids would really make it to her, so I kept tracking it since it was advised that it would only arrive after three days. To my dismay, according to delivery remarks - It was left the Front Door!...I thought that must be so silly, leaving the plant outside and not having it properly signed and received by anyone...
I became so paranoid and tried to call fromyouflowers, could not reach them but then a chat agent assisted me and promised to send a redelivery if ever it was lost. But then I checked again with my aunt (which is so embarrassing since supposed to be this is a surprise). She confirmed that they would receive it nevertheless. But after 12hrs of waiting she have received the yellow orchid. :)
Anyway, she is so delighted and happy...and by checking the pictures it was exactly as shown in the website. I must say I got disappointed with the delivery procedures at first (but probably it was with the courier company) but then it was summed up with a satisfied and very happy recipient...Anyway, I just want to say it takes a lot probably to arrange it, but keep it up according to the customer's wishes and I think we can get back for your future services. I was guaranteed a delivery on a Friday but it is now Tuesday of the following week and it has STILL not been delivered. I have been in contact with the staff multiple times. They first apologized and offered a free upgrade and a written apology which was nice and said it would be delivered on the 25th. It was again not delivered. They said they would tell me what was going on and have not gotten in contact with me again.

So I tried to order flowers for my mom and they stole my money and I have to wait days to weeks to get money credited back to my account from them. They said my card was declined but it was right there on my statement a charge from "fromyouflowers". So if my card was declined how could you have my money on hold. They ruined a surprise for a lonely women on Thanksgiving. NEVER GO WITH THEM. THIS MAKES THE 2 TIME WITH THEM. I suggest to go pick your own flowers and hand deliver them. This company is very unprofessional. And I will let everyone know. All social media, by mouth and in every review I can that is linked to them. Garbage foreigners can't even understand you, more less tell explain something to me about my country and ways.

I ordered an expensive arrangement of flowers for a viewing/funeral. An hour into the viewing the flowers has not arrived. I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with Fromyouflowers and they didn’t know where the flowers were. Flowers were never delivered and company didn’t seem to care. I will never use them again and highly recommend others don’t either.

I ordered a flower arrangement on Friday for a funeral on Monday. I even paid for expedited delivery to guarantee the flowers would be there for a 1:30 pm funeral. It is now 2:45 pm and the flowers still have not arrived. Instead of mourning the departed, I spent the entire funeral trying to track down where the flower arrangement was. I will NEVER use fromyouflowers.com again. Heartbroken!!

I ordered a 34 in h x 36 in w x 36 in d peace lily for a funeral. It was a custom order and I paid almost $120 with tax. What they sent to the church was a peace lily plant worth $20 which I could buy at a grocery store. It was 10-12 in tall and about 6 in wide. No one had called me ahead of time to let me know there was a problem. I called to complain and they offered 30% off my next order. I said no and told them to deliver what I paid for to my friend's home. Next day at 430 pm they left a msg saying the florist only has 10 in blooming peace lilies not 12. Unbelievable! I had ordered a plant 34 in tall not 12. When I called again to talk to a supervisor he transferred me to another dept. I was on hold for so long I got disconnected. And the supervisor I spoke to did not apologize and would not give me his last name. So now I sent an email to the company asking for what I ordered or $120 worth of yellow roses or my $ back. I will let you know what happens.

They simply can not deliver at all! I ordered and paid for delivery before 12:00 and they simply called me back (after I sent message via Facebook) and said, "Sorry we can not deliver today. We will do it tomorrow." Really?! I told them - shame! Do not order flowers from fromyouflowers.com if you actually want them to be delivered! Unfortunately I can not use less than one star, they don't deserve even one!

While they may have decent pricing, you will not get what is in the photo. I ordered and upgraded the Classic Garden Dish and received nothing like the picture portrayed on the website. There was no woven basket and it was about 1/3 of the size of what was shown. How embarrassing. This was for a funeral and Realize now I should have ordered from a local company.

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my sister in the hospital. First of all I was charged a same day delivery fee despite the arrangement being delivered the next day. Then my sister sent me a picture of the arrangement she received which is a joke compared to what I ordered. Not only is it way smaller and less full, it doesn’t even have the flowers it’s supposed to (orange roses for example). Also, I paid an extra $5 for a get well balloon which was not sent. Called customer service which was a joke. Barely speak English, wanting to give me a 20% refund which is still not enough to cover the amount I was overcharged. Supervisor wouldn’t make it right either, but gave me a slightly larger refund. I spent 40 minutes on the phone to get about $25 back. I’m happy for the refund, but wasted so much time to get it, and my sister ended up with shitty flowers. Will not order from them again!

Terrible service. Birthday cupcakes were not delivered because they had the wrong street #. I thought this was a local Lexington store- not true. When I called You Flowers to correct the address they would not help. I am not sure why you Flowers has you put a phone # on the order because no one ever called to let us know the street # was wrong. I had to track it myself then got no help at all from You Flowers to correct the mistake. Very angry.

Do not use this company if you actually want your flowers delivered. I placed an order #** four days ago for flowers to be delivered to a restaurant for my daughter's 50th birthday Party on 11/17. This was supposed to be the centerpiece. However, the flowers were NEVER delivered. When I got home I reported this to From You Flowers and they offered to "send the flowers today." Since the Party was YESTERDAY and not today NO Party Today....this was a really stupid suggestion. They did go ahead and give me a full refund, but no explanation of WHY the flowers did not arrive. Since it was after hours, I asked that they follow up the florist today.... (Something you would think they'd be anxious to do too). But they didn't appear to be interested.
I offered to follow up with the florist myself, but they refused to give me the information (no surprise there). Now, today, they have been blowing up my phone since 8:30 am (an ungodly hour), with the exact same offer of re-delivery which I had already said NO to twice. All I wanted from them was an explanation. They now claim the Vendor "never received the order in the 1st place". When I ordered, I got a CONFIRMATION... Now they are expecting me believe they wouldn't require a confirmation from the vendor as well. Totally Unbelievable. A complete lie. Their AD says "BEST in Customer Service".... NO Customer Service here!!!

I tried ordering a gift basket on 11/1/19. I entered the order online, and was told it would be shipped the next day. I didn't hear anything from them so followed up, and they apologized and said it would be shipped the next day. This literally went on for 7 days, until I finally cancelled the order. My biggest issue was that no one reached out to me to tell me it wasn't going to be shipped, I had to keep following up with them. TERRIBLE.

We purchased a Saturday flower delivery for my parents 35th Wedding Anniversary 4 days in advance. This order included a card wishing them a happy anniversary. FromYouFlowers failed to deliver the flowers on Saturday, and did not notify us that they failed to do so. Their website did not allow checking status of delivery.
Finally, Wed (4 days late) I was able to get ahold of customer service and confirm the flowers had not been delivered for an unknown reason. This was a standard residential single family home, with no difficulties in the address. This failure meant a missed celebration of significant event in our family, both for flowers and not even a card delivered. Customer service offered only to complete the delivery and offer a 10$ off coupon for our next order. Absolutely unacceptable. I cannot warn against this company enough.

I ordered a basket for a coworker who was injured at work. I first assumed that he was too ill to send a thank you response so I went to the site and tracked my order. It was showing that it was still in process with no information if there was a failed delivery? I sent an email and after 5hrs with no answer I called and after being on hold for 17 minutes was told they were looking into it and there was a "processing error". It was very embarrassing to our business that our coworker was not acknowledged. I cancelled the order. Although it was stated I would get a full refund I will not trust them with an important delivery again.

Extremely disappointed in this site. Ordered flowers for my Grandma who was rushed to the hospital and we found out she would be spending her 92nd birthday in the hospital. So, I get online to find flowers for her and I was so excited to see I could pay extra to have same day delivery. Paid extra. I'm out of state and have no choice.
6:00pm my time (7:00pm her time) rolls around and she still hadn't received her flowers and I checked online. It was still showing she was supposed to receive them...but the time frame had ended. So, I called. The person who answered tells me "there was a problem finding that florist and the order could not be and so we could not get the order -" I'm sorry... What? First of all, I have to call you to find this out? Second of all, now I really don't have any time to order anything else, or at best, I'm paying a ton to have something sent on Sunday.
They refunded my money (after I demanded it) but they initially wanted to tell me it would be delivered Monday. No. You don't do that to customers. I think this is a scam. A lot of people would just be ok with this because they think they have to be. Horrible communications. Text the person. Call the person. Email the person. They had a location, a phone number and an email. I even checked my spam folder just to make sure. I will never order from this website again.

I ordered flowers on Friday to be delivered to a funeral home on Saturday. I paid extra to get a before 11:00 delivery. I received an email that night at 9:00 pm stating “As the family has requested no flowers or plant for the deceased.” This is 100% a lie! I spoke with the brother of the deceased and confirmed that this was not true! What a thing to have to deal with during such a difficult time.
I called the company and tried to talk to the lady on the customer service line but we had a serious communication gap. I asked to speak to a manager and explained that the previous message was 100% incorrect. I wanted to know whom they spoke to but all he would say was that they didn’t say. The manager told me they could have them delivered the next day. I told him the funeral was not actually until Monday at 11:00. I then received a call that said they could not get a local florist to deliver in time. I was furious!! It was too late to have something else delivered in time.
They did offer to refund my money and send an arrangement to the house. I did not have the home address nor was I going to bother them again during this difficult time. I am so embarrassed by all of this. I was unable to attend the service and was not able to even send flowers. I would not recommend this company EVER. I would strongly recommend ordering from somewhere else and save yourself a headache and embarrassment! How this is not considered fraud and/or false advertisement I don’t know.

On Nov 7th, I ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend who was in the hospital. I scheduled for her to receive flowers on Nov. 8th - the day after her surgery, when she would be home. At this time (Monday, Nov 11, 2019, 7 pm EST), the flowers have not been delivered, I have spent 30 minutes on hold trying to reach the company and the call was disconnected. The ball has totally been dropped. When I look to see the status of the delivery, it shows they were to be delivered on the 8th, and that they are 'scheduled'. I no longer want the flowers delivered. They were supposed to be there on Friday. As a flower delivery service, it's pretty sad when they take your money and don't deliver. I want my money back and I will never do business with them again. I hope this doesn't happen to you. Beware.

I placed an order about 7:45 am on Thursday November 7 for a fruit and cheese basket to be delivered on Friday (it was advertised as "Next Day Delivery") and the customer rep assured me that it would be delivered on Friday between 9 to 5. I waited all day Thursday for the promised confirmation email and finally called in the evening to enquire about the email. Well, the customer rep (different person than the one with whom I placed the order) pulled up my order and realized that the email was not delivered because the rep who took the order in the morning wrote my email address as "**". I should have viewed it as a red flag because they would have received some notification to the effect that the email is undeliverable and should have taken action to correct the situation. Anyway today, Friday November 8, I waited until after 5:00 pm (5:15 pm to be exact) to check the status of the order.
The automated message said "scheduled for delivery" which made no sense to me given that the delivery was supposed to be between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. I then waited to speak to a customer rep who nonchalantly said the order would be delivered on Tuesday November 12 by UPS because there were no florists in that area (for goodness sake, this is Manhattan NY where there are flower shops on every corner !!). Huh???? At first, she offered to refund the $5.00 fee. Totally unacceptable. This firm obviously engaged in false advertising. They certainly did not find out at 5:15 pm on the promised delivery date that they were unable to do the delivery. How can you change the delivery date and not contact the customer!!!
The delivery date of Friday November 8 is crucial because it is when my friend is in Manhattan sitting shiva. They then offered me 50% off the price and still deliver on Tuesday. They seemed incapable of understanding that any date, other than Friday November 8, is not acceptable. I then requested that the order be cancelled and a full refund be given. I ordered the Gourmet and Fruit Basket for my 86 year old father on Oct. 26th for a Nov. 2nd delivery. His birthday was the 3rd. Their first "network" shop lost the order - twice. The 2nd didn't have any fresh fruit. So the order was passed to a third shop and we'll see how they do today. The staff at Fromyouflowers.com have been very nice, but if they can't depend on their network, I can't either. They failed at their number one job: getting the item to the recipient on time. It could be the greatest gift in the history of gifts, but nothing else matters. As of right now it is four days late. Let's hope that today is the end of this misadventure.

This whole journey has been horrible. I ordered flowers on Monday to be delivered to my mother on Tuesday. Guaranteed delivery. My mother was having a procedure done on Wednesday so I wanted to the flowers to her before that. Nada. I called 2x on Tuesday evening asking where the flowers were and got 2 different answers. 1st time they would be delivered by 6:00 p.m. Called back at 7:30 and they said they couldn't get ahold of the florist, they were still out doing delivers. Now I'm upset. I called back this morning and waited on hold for 15 minutes for them to come back and tell me that they couldn't find a florist in the area yesterday that could do that arrangement, but they would be delivered tonight. I had chosen this website because they deliver flowers, gifts and cards within 4 hours or less same day and decided to spend $110 on roses, chocolates and a teddy bear to make my lady hopefully feel better because of hard times she is currently going through medically. Once the order was confirmed and I had paid I had been keeping up with the shipment delivery to make sure that it made it to her in time because she had to leave work at a certain time. Come to find out I was given a phone call to confirm everything first and then the flowers were to be sent out meaning she would not have gotten them in time so I had to cancel my order, go through an entire process and now I have to wait 2 to 3 business days to receive my money back. I am very disgruntled about the whole ordeal.

I ordered from this company to have an arrangement delivered for a funeral. They advertise same-day delivery and next-day delivery. I ordered flowers Sunday to be delivered Monday. I have contacted the merchant to make sure my order would be received on Monday and they had confirmed it would be. The next day I never received an email confirming the delivery so I reached out again to track my order. The customer service representative Ian had told me that they could not find a florist. Why would they not contact me and tell me that my arrangement wouldn't be delivered on time??
On top of that, he first offered me to upgrade my arrangement to be delivered at the family's home. As I was trying to get an address to be sent to, since everyone was at the funeral it was hard to contact my family. I replied in 6 minutes and he had told me he had already canceled my order because I hadn't reply. He would take 5 minutes to reply to me so I don't understand why 6 minutes would mean it's ok to cancel your order. So in all, I guess my arrangement wasn't important enough for them to communicate that with me or to at least notify me so I can try to find another way to get the gift to the funeral. But no effort at all. 0/5 stars, I would not recommend.

I purchased 3 arrangements from you flowers for a funeral. All 3 arrangements I purchased at base rate. They were beautiful & full. They had no bare spots & didn’t look cheap. I got so many compliments on the flowers. On 2 of the arrangements I paid for banners. The banners were very nice & could be seen easily. I was very pleased. Also, I had to call several times to change the order/delivery. The staff was very professional and accommodating. I ordered my flowers a week ahead of time. I did not need same day service. I will definitely use From You Flowers again. From you Flowers must have used the best florists locally because I have no complaints with the floral arrangements or service at From You Flowers.

It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered premium flowers for my fiance birthday and a plan to be delivered on the same date. The flowers in the picture looks great as they posted and promised that delivery on the same day, they have options to request, I choose premium and to make it special I requested balloon and card message but it never happen. The flowers arrived late, my fiance did not receive on the delivery date and time I requested.
While my fiancé ended up finally getting the flowers 3 days from the date of my request delivery date... And to make matters worse they did not look like the bouquet I selected, the arrangement that was delivered was significantly different from what I ordered. It wasn't worth the time and headache. You should never do this just to attract more customers. Not only did they ruin my surprise. They do not care about their customer making sure you get what you pay for. I would not recommend this place. BEWARE with these online floral provider because they make UNREALISTIC promises about QUALITY, TIMING and PRICING.!!!

I ordered flowers 2 days ago for delivery today. The total order came to $55 and I asked that the recipient be called PRIOR to delivery and told the flowers were going to be delivered. I did not realize that UPS would be making the delivery and they did not call as I requested and just delivered the flowers at 9:02 PM tonight. As a result, the person for whom the flowers were ordered did not know the flowers had been delivered until I called and asked them to check outside their front door. That is a VERY POOR way for this company to handle this type of order. If they could not comply with my request, I should have been contacted immediately after I placed the order and told that. This is the first time I ordered from this company and it will be my LAST TIME. I am one unhappy customer. I suggest you always deal with a local florist, even though it might cost a few more $$$.

Updated on 11/05/2019: I previously posted that my "guaranteed by noon" delivery had not been delivered by 2:30pm. It finally arrived at 4pm. I had ordered a gift basket with an assortment of meat, cheese, and other snacks. The basket delivered was all chocolates (small sample size bits) probably worth no more than half of what I had paid. Long story short.... they agreed to deliver the proper one the next day but wanted to pick up the first one they dropped off. I said it was too late because it had already been opened. When I brought up the false advertising and the fact that they had wrecked the occasion they agreed to deliver the correct one the next day.
Two days later, they did deliver one that was similar to the one that I had ordered. They also refunded my $5 for "before noon" delivery and gave me a $10 coupon and refunded the handling fee of $14 which gave me back most of the 20% discount that they advertise on the site (before adding costs to the final bill to get it back from us!). The final correct basket was worth what I paid for it, I think, but the hassle and lack of apology and missing the important moment delivery time.... I'll never give them another shot, especially after reading so many reviews that are similar issues to what I experienced.
Original review: I needed the gift basket delivered before noon so was happy to pay the extra fee for the morning delivery. It is now almost 2:30pm and no sign of the basket... The moment is mostly missed. I guess IF the basket arrives and it is full of good stuff... It at least will be salvaged, but based on these reviews, I don't have much hope. They claim a 20% off for coming to them but when they tally your invoice they add "handling fees" that take back your 20% off. I have called, and they did refund my "early delivery fee" but still no sign of the basket. :( Very disappointing.

We ordered the Box full of fun fun fun for girls expecting the items as per your website photo. However what my niece received was nothing like your photo. She received a small toy and skipping rope and some Skittles. It did not match what was on the website. So where is the pink plush teddy bear? And where is the sunglasses, the Go Fish card game, the Hello Kitty brush, the rhinestone tiara and wand, the ice cream truck? I am not sure why you advertise something and then deliver something else?
I wanted this in time for my beloved niece’s third birthday and your different gift box was very disappointing. What you have provided is a joke and not coming to the value I have paid for. I ordered a bouquet from the website and the website said if I want flowers that look like the website picture I need to pay extra $10 (otherwise a smaller bunch will be sent). I elected to pay the extra $10. The recipient emailed me a photo of what she received and I was shocked and embarrassed. What she received look nothing like what was in the picture and it was less than half the size of what was in the picture. I feel completely ripped off. I will never trust this site again. I do not recommend this webstore at all. The only good thing is that I got same day delivery, but to be honest I would have rather sent nothing than the pathetic, sad looking bunch that my friend received. Flowers were to be delivered to a friend after finding out the night before her grandpa whom raised her passed away. Paid extra for a 12 pm delivery to arrive before funeral. Called 12:30 pm not delivered. Promised latest would be 2 pm. Called 2:35 pm as they were leaving at 3 pm. Said they would leave flowers if they were not home. Decided to cancel and not chance it. Within 10 minutes of me canceling the order they delivered the flowers. Then the driver came back a few minutes with the nerve to ask for the sympathy flowers back as they were leaving for the funeral!!! The amount of unprofessionalism and utter incompetence is beyond me.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. THEY ARE A SCAM. They are quick to take your money and not follow through with the order.. My fiance orders flowers on Oct 23rd to be delivered to me at work the next day for my birthday. He paid the extra fee to have them delivered by noon. At 11:30 a half hour before they were supposed to be delivered they contacted saying that they couldn't complete the order because the florist didn't have it in stock, they offered to upgrade to a bigger arrangement of a florist choice. He agreed as long as it was delivered by 3pm. They promised to would be.. 3:10 pm it was never delivered. When contacted they gave a story about how the delivery driver had already left with deliveries before the invoice was sent to the shop so it would be the next day.
Asked for a refund several times. They kept trying to come up with an alternative until they were told off, they claim the money was refunded in full and it would take 1-3 business days. Today is Friday. Money still wasn't refunded however they had withdrawn the amount from our account not once but twice. I then contacted them and my bank.. My bank has no record of a refund. The company claims it's my bank's fault. After fighting with them all day and asking for a reference number which they wouldn't give me I finally told them either my money is out back into my account today or we will be handling this the legal way.
At 8pm I check my bank account and what do you know. There's my money but that's not all. Literally not even 2 seconds after I checked my account I had a voicemail from company telling me that my money was refunded in full and was put back into my account and they left me a reference number but yet they couldn't give me one earlier and it had already been refunded into my account. It was my bank's fault remember... THE PLACE IS A JOKE! They don't deserve 1 star.

I placed a simple flower delivery order that had to be there before 12:00/noon. It was of great importance that it be delivered on or before 1200. The additional charge was only $5.45 which was of no relevance. The flowers were delivered 4 and a half hours late. That tells me that they had no intention or lacked the ability to ever get it there at the time promised. The recipient is now gone and will be gone for several days. She will return home to a wilted and dried out arrangement. Had the company been honest about their abilities I would have selected someone else.

I ordered flowers, picked the bouquet I wanted online, and paid $4.99 for expedited delivery (within 4 hours of payment which was at 8 am so delivered by noon). The flowers that arrived were nothing like the arrangement I selected. They were just flowers I could have bought at a grocery store, placed in old green tissue paper and tied with an old pink ribbon just tied like a shoe lace. Nothing pretty or magical about the flowers or the way they were presented at all. Was terribly disappointed!
I called the florist and they told me what was ordered by fromyouflowers.com and that is what they sent. Was NOT what I ordered/picked online so what you pick is not what they send to the florist! Plus delivered NOT within the 4 hours so the expedited delivery $4.99 waste of time! I called fromyouflowers.com and they offered to send another larger arrangement that same day from the same florist. No. Why would she need another arrangement? Why couldn't the first one be right? I had to fight but I have been promised $38.43 refund. Have not gotten an email regarding the credit or the credit back yet. I'll stick with FTD or just call the local florist!

Not only did my order not get delivered on time (I picked a delivery date of Friday, called on Saturday to find out what was going on, and they told me there was a delay and the flowers would be delivered on Monday), the flowers that were delivered looked NOTHING like what I had picked out online. I ordered the stunning pink and white lilies bouquet and it ended up being about 5 flowers, all wilted, and two of them were yellow. And lots of long ugly stems. They are apparently delivered by UPS, so I would imagine that if they are sent out on Thursday and not delivered until Monday, they're not going to be in very good shape. Whoever is in charge here should be fired.

Flowers delivered looked nothing like ordered. Very cheaply done. After calling to complain, a 1/3 refund was given. When I mentioned not being satisfied with that, I was blown off and told that’s all I would get. I submitted pictures of the awful product received and still nothing. I am not a review writer but I could not let this experience go without saying something. It was that bad. My opinion is go elsewhere.

Extremely frustrated! Ordered same day flowers at ~ noon. Followed up with a call at 2pm to leave on porch if person not home, was told ok. Flowers were out for delivery but she talked to the florist and they got a message to the delivery person. Will be left. At 4pm noticed on site still not delivered, sent an email and got a Sorry response. They couldn't find a florist in the area and they will deliver first thing the following day, at 10:30 still not delivered and did their instant chat and get a copy paste of the sorry note can't be delivered today, so I call and then get told it's scheduled to be delivered today by 6pm. Which I was like huh? So the guy tries to call and he comes back and tells me it went to the florist answering machine.
Anyhow, by now I don't trust anything they say and ask for the manager. Get put on hold for 3 mins, so hang up. The guy calls me back and says he's transferring me. I'm on hold this time for 5 mins. Sooo upset, I call back and ask to just cancel the dang thing. I'm a day late already, and I have no confidence they can deliver or will uphold their promise, their guarantee on the website. She calls the florist and whoever it is says they will deliver by 3pm. But they already lied to me 2 times now. Anyhow I ask, just cancelled it, I don't got the time, confidence that they will deliver and after 3pm is too late for me to get another same day order in, thankfully, she did even after I hung up because I was put back on hold! Do yourself a favor and save yourself from frustration and just call a local florist- local number, local address, which I did and now can rest that they are delivering it and they are legit. No more middlemen companies for me!

I ordered sympathy flowers for my sister when her fur baby passed away. I paid extra for same day delivery. Flowers were never delivered. I called the next day and was assured flowers would be delivered. No flowers!! I called yet again and now they want to credit me 30% which is still “pending“. I paid $50+ for sympathy flowers and they have yet to be delivered. I got a confirmation email today that they were delivered but No Flowers!! Now my account shows I have no past or present orders but my Paypal account shows the change. Never have I seen such poor customer service. Buyer beware on this company!!

I was supposed to be the receipt of said flowers... The sender received an email saying they were delivered @5:54 PM on 10/11/2019. I had already left the office. There was an office that was still open in our building until 6 PM. Nothing was dropped off there either. I called. Got it rescheduled for the following day to my home and was told the sender would be partially refunded for the inconvenience. They told me it would be there by 6 PM. I was home until a little after 7PM. Still nothing. I called back and was told the driver was not answering his phone but that someone would be calling me back once they got a response. Still nothing.
I called back on Monday and asked to have the sender refunded, but now all of a sudden they "could not discuss the refund" with me because I was not the account/credit card holder. Okay. The sender calls them that afternoon and was told they could not refund him the full amount but could get 25% back & they asked if he wanted to have them delivered again. He was reluctant but since he wasn't going to be fully refunded, he said sure. I was supposed have them delivered yesterday 10/16/2019. Guess what, still nothing and he hasn't been refunded the 25% either. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

I ordered flowers for next day delivery as a anniversary surprise for my wife. I paid extra for the am delivery and at 3 pm I called to ask where the delivery was, they called the local flower shop and said that nobody answered so all they can do is try again tomorrow and give me 30 percent back. After explaining to the rep on the phone that the point of the order was for the anniversary and I don't want them delivered tommorow she hung up on me and now I'm having to file a claim with my credit card company.

Bought and Ordered a sympathy flowers for a funeral, spent over $65 dollars, had them sent a day prior to make sure of being there for the services. THERE WAS NO FLOWERS THERE AT THE SERVICES, NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. Funeral Home had said they never received it nor had any records of it being delivered. Florist said it was delivered as promised... I ordered flowers for my Aunt’s 90th birthday and made sure someone was home. The day of delivery the order never came. I called and customer service found order but no notes on order for delivery so I was given upgrade on order and assured delivery next day and 30 percent discount. The next day again no notes noted on order flowers delivered. Again I called as never received notification of delivery or not know. I ordered this arrangement 2 weeks in advance and the flowers were not delivered on time. They were delivered a day late in a vase, not in the Hyacinth basket. Also the arrangement was missing the Blue Delphinium and Green Hypericum flowers. I would not suggest ordering fromyouflowers based from this experience. There was no attempt to resolve the issues and will be asking for a refund. I did not get what I ordered nor did I get it on time.

Stay away from this company! I have been ordering flowers bouquets from this company for about 8 months now. I have placed at least one order per month. First of all, the quality of the bouquets are very poor, most of them are very bare and look nothing like what is advertised and upon receipts the flowers look unhappy, and die within a day even with good care. They have also messed up on a few orders, stated they have delivered but it was found out that they never did, or were supposed to deliver on the same day even though order was placed before cut off time but they delivered the next day, and it’s worth mentioning that a few of these were for special and sensitive occasions.
Additionally, they continue to false advertise their offers. A few months back I received an email that if I join, I will get free delivery for life, so I joined. But this is a trick as it is applied as a code to the account and not a membership privilege, so regardless of how many other offers, including credits accumulated from previous purchases, you receive and want to use, you can’t because only one code can be applied and the free delivery is already applied as a code when you log in and cannot use any other code.
I have called and complained about this to them on my previous orders, and today I wanted to purchase another bouquets so after being on the phone with them for 2 hours and finally placing my order, I receive a call from their customer service so called “liaison”, who was extremely rude and they threaten that if I don’t stop my complaints they will block me from future purchases, and they did. I have never seen such unacceptable poor customer service. I am gladly moving on to other vendors as there are plenty out there with better customer service. No wonder why FromYouFlowers has such poor reviews and only 2.5 stars! Beware of this vendor and don’t fall for their disingenuous and false advertising. Trust me I learned it the hard way.

Doesn’t deserve even one star!!! Ordered flowers for my aunt's funeral. The flowers were not delivered until the next day! Told them service was only one day and even gave them the chance to deliver at 1 pm before the mass starts— told them service starts at 11am. I even paid extra to get it delivered in the morning. I was on the phone with them when they told me and reassured me that the deliverer was on his way. We waited til the very last minute and did not get any calls nothing from them.
Called the next day to ask for refund. They told me I couldn’t ask for refund because I’m not the card holder—I was the one they’ve been talking to all day and they had no problem refunding me 20% but now all of a sudden they can’t do it. Oh but now when I wanted to talk to the manager all of a sudden she got the approval to do it. This company is very unprofessional and inconsiderate of people that are mourning. Please DO NOT ORDER from here. What heartaches it has caused our family. They did not call or anything to help with the matter we had to be the one doing it—on the day of my aunt’s funeral service!!! The flowers were from the deceased son. He’s mourning. The last thing he needed was not to see the flowers he ordered for his mom.

I ordered the deluxe lavender spray as the focal point behind urn for my father's funeral. Horrible! The flowers looked about a week old, sagging/wilting, turning brown in color. Placed order around 730am. Flowers were delivered to my friend for her birthday at around 4 pm to her office. They look nothing at all like what I ordered. I called to complain and was told, "Well we can redeliver tomorrow". I said, "Don’t want another delivered to her the day after her birthday. That’s why I paid extra for same day." I ordered two cookie baskets for delivery in the Annapolis, MD area. Only one was delivered on the scheduled day. The other was supposed to be delivered on a Friday. The basket was not delivered even though I received an email stating the basket was delivered on Friday. The order tracking system also said the package was delivered on Friday.
When I called Saturday morning to inquire about the delivery, I was told an attempt was made Friday, but no one was home to sign. When I asked why I wasn't called (they had my cell number as the contact number for any delivery problems), they said another delivery attempt was going to be made later in the day Friday. However, no information was provided about a second attempt that Friday. They said the basket was going out for delivery again that Saturday.
When I called for an update Saturday afternoon, a supervisor at the 1-800 number could not reach the local Annapolis provider. They would not answer their phone. The basket was never delivered that Saturday. The basket was finally delivered on Monday, two business days late. Unfortunately, I have to say the Annapolis, MD provider for this company is very unreliable. If anyone needs a delivery on a particular day in the Annapolis, MD area, I suggest using a different company. The Annapolis, MD provider is simply not reliable.

Lest there be any concerns this is not a real post I will include the order number. **. I ordered these flowers and two balloons on 9/30/2019 with a delivery date expected for 10/1/2019. On 10/1/2019 at about 1:30 in the afternoon I received an email stating they did not have the flowers and were substituting them for other ones. Ok I understand that happens.
My wife received them at about 4:30. She was happy with the flowers but told me there was only one balloon. Finding that out I and starting to wonder what the substituted flowers looked like I asked to send me a pic and they weren't at all what I thought they would be. They had advertised a price of $31 for a small bouquet but I upgraded to the next size up for an extra $10. That's an extra 30% if my math is correct. It looked like what the small bouquet was suppose to be.
I contacted their customer service and they said they were sorry and would credit me 25% back and the balloon that did not get delivered. Even then I would be paying more since it was 30% more than the small ones. When I brought this to their attention they went up to 30%. Thank you for offering to let me pay what I would have if you didn't screw the order up. Unbelievable. Does this company understand I have about 100 choices when it comes to ordering flowers? Apparently not. If this sounds like a reasonable company to work with then by all means use them but I would highly recommend you don't.

I ordered an arrangement guaranteed to be delivered by 6 p.m. It was for death and it was very important that it arrived. There was no tracking by 5:30 p.m. so I contact a customer service to make sure it was on its way. Customer service associate told me it was coming. At 7:30 p.m. still no delivery I contacted again and associate told me they couldn't deliver because no one answered the phone and no one was home. Were both lies. No one is called and no one tries to deliver anything.
I eventually ask to speak to a manager because the customer service associate offered me nothing and didn't try to help me in any way the associate disconnected on me after refusing twice to transfer me to a manager. I then emailed the company explaining my situation and they told me they were forwarding it to a supervisor. The email I got back from the supervisor said nothing, addressed not a single concern, and didn't even bother to apologize about the fact that my arrangement did not arrive. All they did was sent me an email saying my order has been cancelled and they were issuing a refund. Do not use the service.

NEVER EVER use Fromyouflowers.com. They are a SCAM that will STEAL your MONEY and hold it. THEY CHARGED ME, NEVER DELIVERED the order, even a day later, and HELD MY MONEY. Never use this SCAM of a company. On Thursday, I purchased flowers and balloons and a card for my significant other. The items were supposed to be delivered Saturday, September 28th. I called twice on Saturday to insure that they would be delivered and was told Yes they would and that I would receive an email confirmation when they did. I waited patiently until Sunday. When I called their supposedly 24 customer service number on Sunday morning, I was told that I couldn't receive any information because the florist that they were using wasn't open yet. Another 20 minutes wasted.
The second time I called on Sunday, I was assured that they would be delivered Sunday MORNING and that they would give me a 20% discount for my troubles. I said ok. I called back Sunday afternoon at 1:30 when the flowers weren't delivered. It was then that they told me that my flowers were taken to someone who doesn't deliver on Sundays and that they could take an additional 30% off and deliver on Monday! When I told them that my girl was traveling and this is unacceptable because it was a birthday delivery, they said "What do you want us to do?"
After demanding my refund, they finally said that it would be refunded to my card in 3 business days. So, my card has been charged, my girl doesn't have flowers, and you're holding my money. These people are TERRIBLE. NEVER ever ever use them. Use a more reputable company that isn't going to SCAM you to hold your money for a few days and not do what you paid them to do. The flowers arrived 45 minutes late. The Open wreath spray I received barely resembled the one I ordered. I ordered the Serene Peace Plant on 9/23/19 for a funeral service on 9/26/19 and even gave the specific time of the service which was 10:00 AM. The website misleads you into thinking they are working with a local florist and that the plant will be delivered in time for the service by the local florist. That was NOT the case! The plant was shipped UPS, it came the day AFTER the service, and how anybody would pay $59.99 PLUS $15.00 delivery, PLUS tax on a peace lily that is so TINY you could probably find the same thing at WalMart for $5!! I swear it took so long to get there and was so tiny because it was just a seed when I ordered it and it needed time to grow! I wish I could upload a picture! I am so angry and hurt and disappointed! I've ordered a few times and was always pleased with the flowers delivered. This time, though, my experience was so awful that I will NEVER do business with "From You Flowers" ever again. I ordered an arrangement on Thursday, September 12th to be delivered to a funeral home for a coworker as his grandmother had just passed. The day the flowers were to be delivered I received an email that due to the "remoteness" of the funeral home, the flowers would not be delivered. This was Saturday, September 14th.
I called Monday morning to get it straightened out and get an arrangement sent out ASAP. At this point I had to change plans and have it sent to my coworkers home. They informed me that the original arrangement I selected could not be delivered and I'd have to have the flowers and vase come in a box for him to set up - not ideal, but okay. The box was delivered the next day and my coworker and his wife open it to discover dead, rotten flowers that had mold on them!!
I called customer service again and was told they would resend new flowers the next day and give me 20% off my next order. I told her that is not acceptable. The lady put me on hold and came back to say she could do 30% off my next order instead of 20%. Absolutely not. They should have delivered new flowers ASAP AND refunded us at this point. I canceled everything and bought his family an edible arrangement instead and they did not disappoint.

I guess I should have read the recent reviews before ordering from this website. As with others I ordered flowers for delivery the next day (yesterday). I received an email "confirming" that the flowers had been delivered, only to learn they were never actually delivered or received. I confirmed that my card had been charged and reached out to the company. I was told they are "sincerely sorry for the inconvenience" and will "thoroughly investigate". I will not be satisfied with anything less than a full refund - but shame on me for not looking into the company before placing what seemed like a very simple order.

If I could give a negative star, I would. This company has no business being in the flower delivery business. I had a terrible experience ordering flowers for my wedding anniversary from fromyouflowers.com on 09/19/19. The ordering went smooth. I paid extra handling charges so that my flowers can be delivered before noon. I called their customer care number 1 800-838-8853 at noon and I was told the dispatcher is at the receiving address at the moment.
I called again around 4 pm and I was told they could not find the address. How could not you find the address that your dispatcher was at when I called earlier. The lady on the phone said all she can do is offer me a 20% discount on my next order because she's not authorized to give me a full refund on a service that was not RENDERED!! This is absolutely awful. After arguing for a while, she agreed to give me a full refund and canceled my order. I should get a refund in 1-3 days. Later in the evening, I got an email saying they have rescheduled delivery for the next day. I replied that I have canceled my order. Bottom line is the flowers I ordered were not delivered and I haven't gotten my refund. It's been 3 working days.

I ordered flowers on 9/19/19 and it said same day delivery but I wanted them delivered the next day! So I choose 9/20/19 and per the website they should be delivered between 9-6. I waited and waited, even checked the tracking on the app and they were never delivered. I spoke with one lady who said she couldn’t get ahold to the florist but when they do they’ll call me back. Never got a call back so at 8 pm I called again and said I need to know what’s going on. The next lady said, "The florist shop is closed it’ll be tomorrow before we find out what’s going on." So it’s now 9/21/19 and I waited until 11am and then called again to see if the flowers were still being delivered or not. The man said he left a message for the florist and will let me know when they hear back.
So at this time I’m angry because the money has already come out of my account and there have been no flowers delivered. I told the man, "No that’s what the woman last night said and I never got a call back." He put me on hold and came back and said, "We will send to another florist." So it’s absolutely awful to work with this company and your flowers won’t be delivered on time. Much better idea to go through local florist and save the pain of them never being able to get in touch with the florist. Also still no flowers. I’m disputing the charge with my bank.

My coworkers and I ordered the Bushel Full of Sunshine flower arrangement for another coworker of ours who is on sick leave. We thought the bright yellow flower container and the brightly colored flowers would cheer her up. We placed the order on 9/19 paying for the premium arrangement with expedited delivery guaranteeing by noon the next day. The flowers showed up around 12:45 the next day and what was delivered was not what we had ordered and paid $79 for! The flowers were not cheerful and there was some kind of green ferns foliage in the mix that was not in the picture online and the cute bright yellow planter they were suppose to come in had now been replaced with an ugly terra cotta colored planter that had no bottom to it so when our friend received them, she had to quickly put paper towels under the bottom of the arrange so water wouldn’t get all over!
I called fromyouflowers and told them that we did not get what we paid for and after waiting on hold for almost 20 minutes, I was told they would refund me the $5.00 expedited fee plus 20% of the cost of the arrangement. There was no apology from them but at least I did get a little money back. I am very disappointed that our friend didn’t receive the big pick me up as we had planned. I will not be using fromyouflowers again and from now on, I will be paying more attention to reviews when dealing with businesses I have never used. I can now see why this company has so many negative reviews!

"4 hours delivery guaranteed" is not accurate. I've placed my order online at approximately 7:30am on 09/18/2019. My order was finally delivered on 09/19/2019 at 8:00pm. Prior, I've contacted/chatted with 4 different representatives at 4 different times during these 2 days period with promises after promises from each one of them. They seemed like real nice people but I believe they just have some really bad Florists whom they work with that do not have the urgency of making accurate deliveries on time (as promised). At this point, my surprise gift has become meaningless regardless. I would not recommend relying on their service promises if you want accuracy and on time delivery to your special someone.

I was drawn to the site because of their guarantee of next-day delivery (ordered on a Saturday for Monday delivery, since my usual sites couldn't deliver till Tuesday and it was for a birthday. When the order failed to deliver on Monday. I emailed the website and got a prompt reply that they would investigate the failed delivery, which was great. Tuesday came and went and... no delivery. Sent another email with the same response. Wednesday came and went with no delivery and no response. Thursday is here and again... no delivery and no response. I finally requested a refund, which they said they'd give me.
I understand they're essentially a website that farms out orders to local florists for a fee, but they should have the ability to contact the florist and find out why the order wasn't either received or filled and delivered. This was my experience and they haven't exactly bent over backward to retain me as a customer. I won't ever use them again.

Today was the most mortified day I have ever had. On Sunday September 15th at 10:39 am I ordered a funeral spray for my Aunt's funeral on Tuesday the 17th. I paid the expedited fee to have them delivered to the funeral home on Monday the 16th. On Monday the 16th fromyouflowers called at 12:30 pm to tell me that the first florist could not fill this order but they had another florist that guaranteed delivery on Tuesday the 17th by 10am. The customer service lady told me to call on the 17th by 7am to verify the delivery. So this morning at 7:15 am I called fromyouflowers and was told delivery of flowers would be there by 10am.
Imagine my horror when our family walked in to the funeral home and there were NO flowers for my Aunt! Instead of mourning my Aunt I am out in the parking lot calling fromyouflowers. Now the second florist couldn't fill this order and they were sorry for the inconvenience and they would refund my money. Needless to say I was not pleasant on the phone. I have contacted PayPal and lodged a complaint against the company. My rating for this company is a negative 100!!!

I ordered sunflowers in a galvanized tin container and they were delivered in an ugly green plastic vase. This was especially an issue because the tin was a special thing to the person I sent it to and really the only reason I ordered that arrangement. I read a few reviews unfortunately after I placed the order and read that many others had this same experience. I contacted fromyouflowers immediately and was GUARANTEED they would be delivered in with tin container. They were not. Very disappointing and I will not use their service again.

I placed an online order for a funeral arrangement ("Sunshine Garden"), chose a delivery date from the available options, and even paid the extra fee for next day delivery. After ordering, I decided to read the posted reviews which stated that the arrangement was not delivered in the very attractive container pictured, but in a simple basket. This prompted me to call customer service to discuss container options.
Prior to calling, I also tracked my order & noted that it was indeed scheduled for delivery as ordered. Imagine my dismay when the rep told me that there is no florist in my area & my order would NOT be delivered until the day AFTER the funeral!! Had I not called customer service, I wouldn't have known about the delayed delivery until I arrived at the funeral home & discovered my arrangement was not there!! Obviously, this would have been embarrassing, disappointing and completely unacceptable. So, again, do not order from this company if you expect your arrangement to be delivered as ordered!!!

I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday (9/13). The day before her birthday at 3:30 p.m. I receive an e-mail from them stating that they will not be delivered, and that delivery will not occur until 9/17. This was in their e-mail "We have scheduled your delivery for as soon as possible on 2019-09-17 to ensure your gift arrives and the occasion is not missed." Wanting to surprise my wife, I hopped online and found Fromyouflowers.com. Happy to see that they offered same-day, expedited (before noon) delivery, I found a lovely bouquet of yellow roses and white lilies that I just knew my wife would love. However, online is where the quality ended. The delivery was two-hours late, and what I received was absolutely not what was advertised. I was shorted flowers and what was in the bouquet was not even in bloom, putting the entire bouquet out of sequence. For paying nearly $70 for a bouquet, you would reasonably expect far greater service and product, but you most certainly get neither in the realm of quality. I absolutely would not recommend them, and I would point out that there's a reason their reviews are so low. I just wish I had looked them up beforehand.

This is the third time I ordered fromyouflowers.com. I tried giving them another chance and again the same old thing. I order the flowers to be delivered the same day and a beautiful bouquet. Every time after I pay for the item that I picked out online they do not have it. I get an email that they will send something else. Cheap dead flowers or carnations when I ordered roses. Terrible flowers. I ordered premium flowers and they arrived dying and sloppy. I ordered butterfly arrangement. Neither had the butterfly in them and all of the arrangements were ugly and had none of the flowers or additions as advertised. They promised me new flowers and the new ones looked even worse. Today the florist left a butterfly stick outside of the recipient's house. Do not order from this company. It is a scam. I have pictures and they are posted all over social media. Pity for a flower company. I work in a grocery store and we throw out nicer flowers. I could have done better myself.

It’s not the flowers. I know usually local florists get the job and I am NOT reviewing the arrangements. As a matter of fact the arrangements were never sent. I ordered flowers to be delivered and got a phone call from the company the morning of the supposed delivery. They had already denied one order because of billing issues on my credit card. All of my cards were correct and up to date and I had not ever had any trouble ordering anything from anywhere else. So I ordered another arrangement. They also Denied this one! Even though I used a different card. I answered all of their questions correctly and it was obvious they knew it was me and not a flower- ordering imposter! However they STILL DENIED THE ORDER and said they needed MORE information! When I asked why - all the customer service rep would tell me was that they needed to make sure that I really was the authorized user on the card that was used.
I am the ONLY user on that card!! And they would decide within 24-48 hours. I told them to forget it. This is twice that flowers should have been delivered and now were not going to show up on time. And to refund my money. I also mentioned that it was for Flowers!! Not a car! Or a vacation! Obviously I understand the importance of identity theft and taking measures to be sure that everything is on the up and up but I answered ALL OF THEIR QUESTIONS CORRECTLY. Following knee surgery on Thursday, my mother sent me flowers and candy - which arrived Friday early evening. Upon arrival, the flowers look tired and old, and candy was melted (the teddy bear was fine). I understand delivery flowers need to be trimmed and water, and typically come back - these did not. This morning (just over 48 hours later) they still look tired and old, and won't last much longer. I called this morning, to provide the feedback, and did not share the experience with my mom, as she would be disappointed. Following a 33 minute call, I am more disappointed than ever. While they are sending new flowers and candy, and the reps said what they are scripted to say, there was certainly a lack of empathy and listening.
When I asked to share the experience with a supervisor, she also was kind, but then said I would need to hold again in order to provide the feedback and escalate! This was incredible to me - I didn't ask for anything more, I only wanted to provide the feedback, and I was not going to waste any more of my time. While I see others have had a good experience, this was not, and while I understand mistakes happen, there was no wow on recovery... Which in my opinion is worse than the bad experience in the first place.

I ordered the braided Zen plant for my husband a week before his birthday because I knew it was not a common plant. The USPS tracking number they gave me did not work so I emailed and got automated responses. I called and customer service could not tell me why. I email Mrs ** who handles orders that are in need of assistance. She called me the day before the plant was due to be delivered and fixed everything wrong and added a second plant. Beware to never order from this scam site. I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday and I was told they would be delivered next day. NOT ONLY DID SHE NEVER GET THE FLOWERS BUT THEY CONTINUED TO LIE TO ME ABOUT THE DELIVERY STATUS. I called and 3 times to inquire when they would deliver and the first time I was told they would be there no later than 3:30pm. I called back to demand refund and they had the nerve to say, "Well we can deliver to her tomorrow." I was like that's not what I paid for. No! Then they said, "Well we can deliver to her house." No thanks. You couldn't do what you were paid for the first time. Why would I set my mother up for another letdown and have more of her time wasted. Total BS. I called and the lady that “helped” me kept asking if there was an issue and I kept telling her I don’t know I am returning a phone call. She didn’t once ask me for my name or order number until I asked to speak to someone else. Then I was on hold for ten minutes before I asked her to please just look up my order number and tell me why someone called!!! It was super frustrating. I called at 730am PST on 9/3/19 to order a funeral spray to be delivered by 11am no later than 1130am. I stated this is very important and she put me on hold to call the florist to make sure they would be able to make the delivery on such short notice. The lady from FromYouFlowers said the florist stated they could manage it and it would be delivered no later than 11:30am. Guess what? It didn't happen, I didn't receive a phone call or anything! No email confirmation no nothing. There were no other flowers for the funeral, and I find this truly disappointing. What I truly don't understand is how much time was necessary to make a simple spray and deliver it. They had 4 hours to make it happen.
I called as soon as I arrived home just to hear that, the florist stated they couldn't do it on such short notice. Poor customer service, lack of communication between company and the sub-contracting florist, in addition to what I consider a lack of compassion. Fromyouflowers asked me if I still wanted it delivered. HMMMM. No I don't think so!! I asked if I could get the name of the florist that contracted this order and they told me no? I wonder why they would not divulge that information? Still having a hard time understanding why the florist couldn't manage to get this done in 4 hours??? My best guess is they didn't have the materials, flowers, or delivery personnel in place necessary to make the flower spray. I am supposed to get a refund in 1-3 business days!!! Yippee! This is my 1st year teaching and after my 1st week my best friend sent me this basket. It was the absolute best part of my day because every part of my body ached. I quickly had my dinner then poured a glass of wine to soak in a orchid scented bath. Well, the first disappointed was the meager scent. The bubble bath, shower gel, bath bomb and lotion all have little to no fragrance. None of the items have pump or squeeze tops so you basically get globs. I have a huge tub, typically I can use 2 capfuls of a really good bubble bath and I’m in heaven. After using about a quarter of the bottle of the Hawaiian Orchid bubble bath there were barely any bubbles.
Still determined to enjoy my bath I added the bath bombs. I’m not sure what these were intended to do but there was no fizz, fragrance or softening of the water as I have experienced with higher quality product. I used the shower gel to cleanse and there was no lather. Disappointed, I got out of the bath and opened the lotion. Again, little fragrance and nothing special. My husband asked me how my bath was and I shared my disappointment. He suggested that maybe I received an old shipment. He checked the bubble bath and found little specks of mold growing inside the lid! He went out the next morning and purchased a higher quality spa set for my enjoyment.

I ordered premium bouquet of pretty in pink flowers and added on 3 balloons that say “I love you”. I paid extra for the premium upgrade and got the cheapest option available. I also paid extra for three balloons and only got one. Even my heartfelt card was messed up! How can they misspell names when I type it out for them?! After contacting them, they offered to resend it. I agreed and gave them times and dates since this was a $90 surprise for my mom (my brother just passed away and she deserved something special). They said they couldn’t deliver those days and would give me a 30% refund. These flowers are awful. I could’ve gone to Walmart and made my own bouquet cheaper and sooo much prettier. I ordered a dozen red roses for my husband for our anniversary. The order was delivered on time, however, the roses looked awful! They looked burned on the edges, there was one single sprig of baby's breath and there was NO scent to the roses. I emailed the company along with 5 photos of the flowers. After getting NO response, for a few days, I called and was given a 20% refund as well as another shipment. The second shipment took a few days, oh well. When that one arrived, my husband texted me to let me know they were there. The text read: Is 11 the new dozen? I didn't know what he was referring to, but then he explained there were only ELEVEN roses in that order! Once I got home from work, I inspected the flowers, immediately took more pictures in case I needed to send them again. In the meantime, I called my bank and explained what had happened.
I was instructed to call the company one more time and if I did not get COMPLETE satisfaction, in the form of a FULL refund, they would file a dispute of the charges. This morning, I called the company and finally DID get the full refund. I have an email confirmation of it. I will NEVER order from them again! This was NOT what I expected to have to deal with for over a week for my anniversary!!

I said I wanted her to get what I ordered, so we agreed to Mon delivery, this was Sat. Mon eve I got an email that it would be delivered Tues. Tues right at 5pm she got the order which in no way was the size of the deluxe basket I ordered. I just ordered flowers for my aunt's birthday from Fromyouflowers.com. They looked good and the prices were very reasonable. BUT...I saw the same day delivery charge of $2.99 and also thought it was reasonable. Not until I went to pay and submitted did I see an extra charge for "shipping and handling" for $14.99, bringing the price over what other florists charged. I wrote to them and they said they don't put this fee in until the end because it varies from state to state and day of delivery but this is just a ploy. They also said - get this - "the service fee is mentioned on our Company Information page under Taxes and Pricing." Who is looking at your company information page? People need to know this before they buy the flowers. Will not buy from them again.

I have ordered from here twice in the last few weeks. The first order I Paid extra for expedited delivery time (before noon). I had to call them 3 times that morning to track the flowers and they were not delivered until after 3:00. I was sending them to my sister in law at work and she was leaving as they were delivered. Thankfully she did get them before her day was over. I was told I would be refunded my extra delivery fee, however was not.
The next week I set arrangement to be delivered to my mother in law's home on her birthday. This day I was very busy and could not call to check on my delivery and unfortunately they were not delivered until after 6 pm and she did not get them. They were left on her porch due to her going out to dinner. (Her husband kept her there til 6 pm trying to wait on flowers as these were supposed to been surprise.) I ordered these flowers a week in advance and felt that they should have been delivered much earlier in the day. I asked for the name of the florist they used only to be told that they could not tell me this information. I spent almost $100 in 2 weeks and very dissatisfied. If using them I would call them multiple times to get a decent delivery time.

First of all, I have used this site before and been satisfied. However, I ordered a European Dish garden plant arrangement for $55 and my sister received a half dead plant that must have cost $15 at best when it was living. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!

I ordered a “premium” flower” arrangement for a funeral. I paid extra to have delivered, on time, a half hour earlier than ceremony. Flowers did not arrive. I kept calling and was put on hold forever. After ceremony, out in hallway, the ugliest, saddest arrangement of flowers sat. All flowers were wilting, leaves were yellowing and falling off the arrangement. The flowers were sparse with a purple bow. It was depressing. This arrangement was NOTHING like advertised. I felt ripped off and taken advantage of. It felt like since it was for a funeral they used old dying flowers. It made me upset. I contacted them right away. They were only willing to give me 50% off. I wish I could’ve returned them. I would never use them again.

I submitted my request for same day delivery of their tier 2 special at 9am, it was 29.99 rather than the 19.99 that I was originally sold on. After getting to the check out and there was 14.00 for the delivery fee, 2.99 for the same day fee, and xx amount in taxes. I figured hey since it was same day and the special second tier it would be worth it just to pay for the nice gift and surprise.
5:30 pm rolls around and still no “thank you for the flowers” or anything from my girlfriend. The tracking app still hasn't moved all day. So I call customer service to see what the issue was and the guy was nice and called the florist to get an ETA. They provide him with one and I explain she was leaving work soon, so let's hope it arrived on time.
So now I am a little irritated they waited, but hey maybe it was worth the wait. Now 5:45 rolls around and I figured I would call her and chit chat. She says thanks for the flowers, they were pretty. She said it sucked because she knew they were coming. I am thrown off by this one, how could she have known? Yep the florist looked up her work number, called and asked for her specifically, then let her know it was the florist and asked how long she would be at work. So now I'm upset and call back the customer service line. I explain to the new lady what happened and she suggested I put in my phone number instead. This is where the joke starts, I told her I did. She said "oh no, well it's still our policy to check. Have a nice day".
So fast forward a few hours and I get home to see my girl, in front of her sits the flowers and the card that was supposed to be a heartfelt “I love you” card. Let's start with the flowers, they were pretty but lacking and I mean for 29.99 upgrade and 59.00 out the door we got maybe 6 flowers and some filler. Now move to the card (remember the heartfelt “I love you” card) is printed in a tri fold manner with nothing but the address of the florist on the front of the card, my note in the middle, and then again more florist advertisement on the final section.
So let's sum up why you should never use this service and why I'll never even consider it again. They called the recipient and told them about the surprise, they upcharged for a tier two product and gave something that Walmart would have done better, then advertised all over the “I love you” card which in all actuality didn't say I love you at all. All in all, now instead of a surprise I'm arguing with my girlfriend about how I don't put any thought into anything. Thanks for nothing fromyouflowers!!!

I ordered flowers specifically to be delivered and paid for same-day delivery. The website states that they guarantee same-day delivery. My flowers did not get delivered the same day. They made it for the very next day. When I called and spoke with the representative all they can do is say, "I'm sorry." That means their guarantee of same-day delivery means nothing.

I receive the flowers from a friend. When I opened the box, the flowers were hot and wilted. I revived them somewhat and enjoyed them for a few days (3) before they were entirely done. Most flower arrangements I have received have lasted 10 days to two weeks. I contacted customer service this week and got responses not related to my questions and requesting information I already provided. They said they could not help me because I didn't have the credit card of my friend who sent them. I certainly didn't want my friend to know how awful these flowers were. Apparently some people in the company understand customer service, just not the one that took my complaint. After reading other responses here, I would like to think I got an inexperienced customer service person. However, I would not do business with these folks in the future.

Ordered flowers Friday night and paid for next day ship, left my number "in case of issues". Flowers never showed up and no contact. I called, was fed a lame story and apology and offered a discount and assured they would be there Monday. Monday comes and I call at 630 local time (430pm where they were to be delivered) to see why they aren't there as promised and fed another story (different this time at least) about a computer malfunction. They offered to upgrade my bouquet size but I already purchased the largest size.. Great way to ruin a surprise when I have to ask if shes received one yet! Not to mention letting her know after partially ruining it, that something would be showing up and then never actually showing up.
Thank you "FromYouFlowers" for making me look like a dick instead of making a nice gesture towards a relationship I've been stressing over! Honestly, what's the point of asking for my number "in case of issues" if you fail to let me know there's an issue twice and wait for me to figure it out myself? I'm really mostly upset at myself for not demanding a refund the first time you let me down and choosing a more reliable company, or just driving the 1100 miles and delivering them myself. That "guarantee" is garbage. If you are having a wedding or funeral definitely would not risk it! Better off shipping your own from a local shop with FedEx, at least they are accountable.

I placed an order for a delivery, paid extra for weekend and expedited delivery. They emailed me hours after the promised delivery time saying they couldn't fulfill the order and needed an alternate address. I provided the alternate address and they promised it would be delivered 2 days later. Two days passed, delivery was not confirmed so I contacted them, only to find out that they had not delivered the order yet again. This time, they didn't even extend the courtesy of letting me know the delivery was not made. This was the worst service ever and they were so nonchalant about the whole thing. They didn't seem to care that the arrangement was going to a grieving family. I cancelled the order and a future order I had placed. Lesson learned... Fromyouflowers means the intended recipient will never get the "flowers from you".

I ordered Birthday flowers for a friend in another part of the state. In addition, I paid an additional service fee for early delivery (prior to 12 noon). When the flowers didn’t arrive, I called Fromyouflowers.com and spoke to a service rep. She put me on hold while she contacted the local florist. She came back on and advised me the florist said they they would go out “later.” When I advised her I paid extra for early delivery, she said she would refund that charge. I don’t know if that will happen. The website says regular delivery hours are 9-6pm. When they still had not been delivered at 5:30 pm I called back.
After being put on hold again, the rep said that they were out for delivery and the driver was “in the area.” When I asked if he would deliver before 6 she said it could be up to 8pm. She also told me it was against policy to give me the name of the local florist they used because it could dangerous. Supposedly they are ranked Best in customer satisfaction by JD Powers. I’m afraid to see what they will look like after seeing all these reviews. If they ever get delivered!

I ordered a midsize bouquet for $50. What got delivered looked like it was picked up at Walmart. Description said roses, mini roses and carnation spray plus daisies. Pic online was gorgeous. What arrived was 2 roses, a few white mums and one spray of mini carnations. When customer service did a re-send it was one rose with a few purple mums. Poor representation as to the online picture. I’m done with FromYouFlowers. Just can’t get it right!!

After working with me for 10 years, my daughter was headed off to school and we had a celebration here at work. I ordered flowers the day before to be delivered at work for her. They never showed up. When I called, I was offered a 30% discount. A discount??!! On flowers I paid for that NEVER came?? What idiot came up with that? You want me to pay 70% of something I didnt get?? Trust me... Just call your neighborhood florist. These guys are a joke.

The flowers my mom received really didn’t look like what I ordered; they were pretty, but not as pretty as the photo. I’m not sure what I paid was worth what I got. They did deliver on the correct day, so that’s a plus; when I tried Rita’s Florist online they didn’t show up, couldn’t be contacted, and then refunded me with no explanation.

JUST SHARING. Plan to post this review everywhere. I ordered flowers for a special, honoring ceremony for someone dear in my life on 7/24/19. I expected the flowers to be delivered on 7/27 to the location of the event. For some reason, the florist attempted to deliver the flowers (really early in the day) but couldn't locate the person and left without trying to contact me by phone. Turns out, FromYouFlowers sent an email to me with instructions on how to proceed. UNFORTUNATELY, after responding the florist nor FromYouFlowers made any attempt to redeliver the flowers by close of business that day.
This event was a BIG DEAL. I sent an angry email asking for a refund and called customer service. The agent PROMISED... GUARANTEED to fix this by sending the flowers early the next morning. So, after charging my card a second time to place another order... I thought the problem was resolved. Plus, I figured I could give the flowers to the person I bought them for before they left that location that morning (even though it was after the fact).
Well, I got an email that morning saying NOPE... NO ONE AVAILABLE to deliver. NO FLOWERS. In the email, they asked if they could deliver the next day (MONDAY, 7/29/19). I wrote UNACCEPTABLE... And never received a reply. WELL, it is TUESDAY 7/30/19 and guess what. I just got a message that the flowers were delivered to a location we are no longer at AND it looks like my refund was never made. I plan to post this everywhere and upload images of the conversations with the specialists wherever possible. Those flowers are sitting there and hopefully the florist will come back and pick them up. I sure won't. FIND A LOCAL FLORIST. Don't use this company. This is my second time having problems with them and this is the worst. Their internal communication with the florists is either HORRIBLE or the florist they used in my situation just didn't care.

I was lied to (multiple times), hung up on (multiple times), and yanked around for an entire weekend while I figured this out... then when I demanded my money back for my trouble they cancelled my order outright... AFTER the delivery service had left a note on the recipient's door telling her to call to schedule a delivery. A breakdown of what happened to me starting on a Saturday morning.
Day 1, Part 1: A friend of mine in TX was having a birthday... So I do a quick web search for same-day-delivery flowers and up pops From You Flowers with decent reviews and all kinds of little logos on their page. And it says SAME DAY DELIVERY GUARANTEED all over it. So I poke around real quick and place an order
Day 1, Part 2: About 10 minutes later, still basking in the glow of my easy success and patting myself on the back, I get a phone call from some random 800 number. "Did you place an order with eFlowers?" the lady says. "Maybe," says I intelligently. Honestly I couldn't remember the name immediately. "Why?", I ask. "You've been randomly selected by our system for verification of your information. I need to verify all the details of the transaction". Well shortly enough I realized this was NOT the place I ordered from, and now I'm suspicious. I say "Wait. You randomly call me from a place I didn't order from, then ask me for all the information you're supposed to already have, and expect me to just give you all my credit card info and everything? That sounds a little suspicious to me." This goes on for about 5 minutes and eventually she says "Well we'll just hold the order until you call us back" and hangs up.
That's hangup number one. So I go look up the contact phone number for FlowersFromYou and lo and behold, it's the same number eFlowers just called from. Interesting. So I decide fine, it's really at least the same people, even if they don't know it. So I call back and deal with them verifying everything, and when she says "Is there anything else we can do?" I say "Well you could make a note of all the places you represent, so when you call someone you can tell them you represent the place they actually ordered from." "No", she says, "You're verified, we'll never call you like this again". I'm about to say "Not me, anyone else," and I figure she doesn't actually care, obviously so I say fine and we're done.
Day 1, Part 3: Later that day, as it's getting towards 5pm my time, I call them. I know nothing has arrived yet, so I check on it and they say they're going to check into it and they go away for awhile then come back and say "Sir, we tried to call the delivery people but they aren't answering, they may be closed for the day". I say "Well what are we going to do about that?" So they give me back the extra rush fee and 20% discount on the order and promise to deliver the next morning. And I'm pissed, but what can I really do, I still want it delivered. So that's the end of Day 1.
Day 2, Part 1: In the morning Sunday I check the FlowersFromYou delivery webpage. It says "Out for delivery". I figure that's a good sign. But Day 2, Part 2: Sometime around 11am Sunday I realize I haven't heard anything so I know it hasn't been delivered yet and I check the delivery status webpage again. It says "Out for delivery". Hmmm. I decide to call. They says they will "Look into that". So they go away for awhile and come back and say "The delivery service isn't answering the phone".
Now I'm pretty sure they're not open on Sunday's but they are NOT telling me that and I don't know who the delivery people are so I say "What are we going to do about that," probably not in my nice-guy voice, because now I'm getting grumpy. The guy says "Well, let me ask" and goes away for awhile. See a pattern yet? He comes back and says there's nothing he can do right now, and I say "Realistically, what choice do I have? And by the way, are you eFlowers or FlowersForYou?" He tells me FlowersForYou and I say "Good because I'm a 5-star Google review Guide and when I post this review I want to be sure about who I'm posting it against." He says, wait for it, "Wait Sir. Let me ask again," and goes away for awhile. He comes back and says "I can give you a 20% discount, and put a free offer in your online account," and I say "Fine, we'll see how this goes." And so ends Day 2.
Day 3, Part 1: Monday in the morning I check the website again. It says "Out for delivery". See a pattern THERE? So I wait because I realize when I put the phone number in the order, I put MY phone number. And I realize my friend won't be home for delivery today, she works. That was the whole point, I KNEW she was there over the weekend. So I know when they can't deliver it, the DELIVERY florist will call ME.
So Day 3, Part 2: Sometime around 1pm my time I get a call. It's the florist looking for my friend. They can't deliver, no-one is home. I get the name of the place, and tell her I'm not terribly happy. She says she will leave a delivery slip on the door and my friend can call later and set a delivery time. And then I look up the main line and call their office. Turns out, here's the fun part, they close early on Saturday, at noon. They didn't get the delivery request until AFTER noon and could NEVER have delivered it in the first place. So everything after that was irrelevant until RIGHT NOW. Day 3, Part 3: I call FromYouFlowers and get someone on the line. I tell her I'm upset (and honestly I was using my quiet voice) and I had been yanked around all weekend on this, and wanted to know what was going to be done about it. *CLICK* Instant Hangup. That's hangup number 2.
Day 3, Part 4: I call back and start with "I've had a long problem with an order all weekend and tried to speak to someone about it a minute ago, and got hung up on, and I'm wondering if that's how you normally deal with these things". She of course says No, and off we go. I won't bore you with the details of how she called the florist, lied to me about delivery times, lied to me about having DELIVERED the flowers at 10:15am (when I knew for a fact that a note was left). Had to call back multiple times and "verify information with the florist". In the end, she offers me, wait for it, 20% off my order. I say "No, not even close, what I want is my money back. After 2 days of dealing with this, anything else is unacceptable". So she says, wait for, she has to go away for awhile and talk to someone. She comes back and says she's removed the charges. Fine, says I. And that's that, kind of.
Day 3, Part 5: I call the florist back, because I know how this is gonna end and I tell them "I know you left a slip on the door already. If FromYouFlowers outright cancels my order, please call me at this number and I will place it directly through you." "Ok," she says, "but it all looks fine from here, it's set for delivery". I say Thanks and hang up and wait. 15 minutes later I get a call from the florist. FromYouFlowers cancelled the order. I tell the nice lady "Here's the price I was going to give them. I'll pay you the same amount, this way you get the full fee (not split with FromYouFlowers) and you can wing it. Give me the same basic colors, and make it great, and I'll trust you to do it right," and she;s more than happy to help. Which is cool, doesn't even charge me delivery fee at this point. Nice people. I feel a little better.
So, Day 4 tomorrow, let's see what actually gets delivered. In the meanwhile, I'm going online and posting a few more extra-special reviews for FromYouFlowers and if you got this far, I'm gonna end with a very civil note: I very strongly recommend AGAINST FromYouFlowers for anything, anything at all.

We ordered flowers for my father's funeral to be delivered by 9:30 am, with service at 11. They showed up at 11:30 looking like a bunch of sticks. Only 2 of the 20 flowers had bloomed. Their customer service only gave 20% credit and a $10 gift certificate which will go to waste.

I ordered flowers for a seriously ill friend. They were supposed to be delivered the next day. My friend was not at home when they tried to to deliver them at 2pm but they didn't bother to try & contact her even though they had her cellphone number or try again to deliver later in the day. I was told they would be delivered the next day but by 2.30pm she still hadn't received them. I cancelled the order & will try with another company. I am utterly disgusted with these people who don't seem to give a damn about their customers.

I've tried to use this company many times. The flowers are almost always pretty but they never deliver on time. I've been late for funerals, weddings and birthdays. Birthdays ok but nothing like someone getting a funeral arrangement the day after they have buried the deceased. I've paid the extra fee for nothing. 7 times now, 7 times I've been refunded the expedited fee cause they can't keep their end of the deal. I would rather pay a higher cost for decent customer service and a company who gave a crap. Spending a small fortune on Flowers only to have them show up late makes me look bad.

First, I will say their website is fairly easy to use. And they do have a lot of automatic savings but you do not get the same level as 1800FLOWERS. My deluxe arrangement had 4 carnations a 8 roses, but look up the picture for "You are in my heart". And I upgraded from the regular to deluxe and regular picture looks better than what my recipient received.

Ordered the Eternal Garden Casket Spray. Per the website it measured 30"H x 90"W x 32D. When it was delivered it was half that size. When I called to complain I was told they would redeliver the item but it was never fixed.

Ordered a 19.99 bouquet for my 10 year old granddaughter and added balloons for her birthday. Flowers died within two days and balloons deflating also. Wrote an email and was told the florist was very sorry about the order. (Big deal)... I was told I would get a 25% credit for my order. Turns out I only got a 5.00 credit on a 46.00 and change order. When I questioned this I was told the credit is only for the 19.99 flowers and nothing on the add ons. Is not what the email originally said. I could have bought a better bouquet for my granddaughter at our local supermarket and the balloons wouldn't have deflated so fast. Buyer beware! Never Again! This was my granddaughters first flower delivery. So sad it turned out this way!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers and chocolate to be sent to my mother at her retirement home for Mother's Day 5/2019. They were not delivered the day I specified, which they acknowledged after I complained. They offered to send a "better" bouquet which never arrived by the date specified. When I tried to contact company about this failed delivery they completely stopped responding. A credit card dispute was denied because they presented a phony statement "showing" it was delivered. If they had only communicated that they believed it was delivered I could have followed up with the retirement facility myself, but it's now been too long. Stay away!

The bouquet that was delivered to my mom looked nothing like what was pictured online. Not even vaguely similar. Cheaper flowers, of completely different colors, carnations and green leaves, were used and were arranged in a haphazard, unattractive way. When I wrote to the company, with side by side images of what was received and what was shown online, they refunded $6. The reviews on their site are fake. When you write a review, you cannot leave stars, yet they claim “5 star” reviews. Disgusted. Total waste of money, internet fraud. Spend your money with a better company. -Lindsay

They said they didn't deliver to that zip code. However I had received an email confirmation and the moneys were taken from my account. This was the complimentary arrangement... three Iris.

Picture showed four Stargazer lilies. Arrangement had one and a bud sticking up high. Mostly daisies. Cost of almost $75 after expedited delivery. Son sent me picture. VERY disappointed. Delivery did happen as expected.
