    I ordered flowers for my daughter for Mother’s Day and when she received them they were in a box and not hand-delivered. Partly is because of the location where she lives and also because of the pandemic which I understand. However the flowers looked nothing like what I ordered. They were dead. Some of them they were wilted. They look like they were on their way out instead of fresh flowers. I did call and they’re sending more flowers and they gave me a $20 certificate so the customer service was quick to handle. We’ll see what they look like the next batch.

    I started my day at 8:30am by ordering an early Mother's Day gift. I paid for same day delivery and also paid extra for expedited delivery (delivery within 4hrs of your order.) 1pm rolls around, my mother still hasn't received her flowers. I contact customer support only to be given very awkward, scripted responses. The first member refuses to give me a refund on expedited shipping and claims they don't know the status of my arrangement but they assure me that they have contacted the vendor and it will be sent as soon as possible!

    I wait... It's now 4pm and no flowers. I contact customer support, this time they comply with giving me a refund on my expedited shipping but they don't acknowledge I want to cancel my order. Instead, they say that they've contacted the vendor and it's out for delivery! Whoo! We end it on a happy note. Two hours later, it's 6pm and my mom is still flowerless. It's not a problem for her because these were a surprise. My pocket is $120 lighter though and I'm not going down without a fight.

    It's round three with customer support. This time around they tell me they can't contact the vendor, it's past their working hours. I've seen other reviews, I know that some people have gotten their arrangements as late as 10pm. That is absurd for ordering it early in the morning AND with expedited shipping. I push for evidence they contacted the vendor at some point or if they're just feeding me lies. At this point I'm offered a 20% off coupon... what am I going to do with that. After this experience, they'll be lucky if I even look at their website again. After some griping on my part, the team member agrees to refund me my full amount. I wait an hour for a refund email only to be emailed my flowers were delivered... nice. The flowers were beautiful though and the florist gave me a deluxe upgrade for my troubles (thanks, you a real one.)

    From the 3 support members I have talked to today, each one had broken English and didn't seem to understand what I was asking of them. They responded paragraphs extremely fast and at one point gave me the wrong name as if they forgot to re-edit their response to fit my scenario. They do not go off script, don't expect them to empathize with your situation. They also don't tell you what florist or vendor is going to be fulfilling your order and they don't seem to have actual contact with them either.

    TLDR; Expedited shipping is a scam, don't pay for it. If you choose same day delivery expect them to be delivered past 6pm. Customer service is outsourced, your conversations will be copy and paste script responses. They will give you a refund if you keep trying, but they will want to offer discounts before anything else. Just keep denying them.

    Placed an order on 5/4 to have flowers delivered on 5/7. Received a phone call late afternoon that they needed to speak to me. Called the number they gave me to call back, which is 800-838-8853. All I got was an answering system. Couldn’t talk to anyone. Sent an email out at 4:45pst and got a response that someone would call me shortly. At 5:45, no call so I emailed again, got a response that they needed another address because they couldn’t find the place. I responded back with the address again with cross streets and my sister's phone number.

    Also asked if they were going to deliver tonight. I get another email from them at almost 7:00pst that they were delivered at noon to my sister. My sister has not received her flowers. I have asked for my complete refill, the name of the florist they used and a name and phone number to from you flowers. I just received an email from them at 7:35 that they have sent my complaint to a senior supervisor who is to be contacting me immediately. We’ll see. I have kept the emails from them.

    I ordered flowers from this company days in advance and they sent me an email confirmation saying the flowers were delivered to the address and on the date requested. In fact no flowers were delivered at all. I called the following day. Four phone calls it took and each time they promised me the flowers will be delivered the following day within a certain number of hours. None of those promises came true. The hours past. The day passed. No flowers were delivered the following day. On the fifth phone call they promised the flowers would then be sent the following day and an email confirmation will be sent telling me that the day of the new delivery. But that email confirmation never came either. No flowers ever arrived. Still waiting for an order to come true. At this point the flowers are being canceled.

    ZERO STAR IF POSSIBLE!!! This is the most horrible experience I have ever had with a Floral delivery. Do not order from this company!!!! I spent over $200.00 in an flower arrangement, balloons and teddy bear that never arrived to the destination. Called them to find out what was the problem and no answers were given because apparently the Floral location was closed. Why would I be able to place an order if the place is closed for that specific day!!! The only solution given was that the arrangement could be delivered 4days later like Why would I want that? I wanted the delivery to be in a specific day not whenever you decide it's possible to be delivered. What's the point of having it delivered 4days later when the Birthday has already passed.

    Asked for a full refund if this was not going to be available for the day I asked for and I only received a refund for $3.81 like WHAT?!!! Just because I didn't receive it the day I requested. This is ridiculous!! I will keep calling until I receive a full refund I no longer want the there service there is no point of it anymore after 4 days. Currently still waiting on a solution on the remaining refund but the disappointment for the service is just AWFUL!!!!

    I ordered flowers for Mother's Day on 04/27/2020. I wanted them delivered on 05/06/2020 but the date was somehow changed by the company for 05/07/2020 which was no big deal. I purchased the extra early delivery for one set of the flowers to arrive by 10am. They did not arrive until 12:30pm. And the balloons were missing. The second order was delivered to the wrong house, luckily this was subdivision and they knew my mom and called her to come down for a min so they could give them to her. The flowers are not what I ordered, the balloons were missing, the bow was not on the vase and the vase was the wrong color. I got on the chat, then emailed and no help. I finally called the 1-800 number and she said, "Well I am sorry and I will give you a $10.00 coupon off for your next order and a 10% refund." Do you realize how much money I spent. Seriously. I will NEVER use them again.

    Floral order with this company included the flowers and vase, delivery charge and card with text. It arrived on time and mom says it is pretty but it arrived with one stem broken and no message on a blank card. Given that mom is 96 years old and in a care home across the border, which is closed, I wanted this to be special for her Mother's Day 2020. She didn't even know who sent it (oh well, suspected me) but worse, the message was a huge part of the undertaking. Not the same saying it over the phone. Furthermore, when I tried to call the company I waited 10 minutes on hold (ok, we're in a pandemic, understood) before turning to email "Chat". After another frustrating exchange I was told that the employee couldn't access the "portal", that it was a "dropship" order, and suggested I call the company. Right. Unfortunately their website doesn't have a place for reviews so I've found this option for comment.

    My experience with FromYouFlowers.com for a past Mother's Day was disappointing. The company website "guaranteed" delivery by Mother's Day. Based on that promise, I made the purchase on the Thursday before Mother's Day....flowers to be delivered to my mother in her nursing home in Boston by Sunday. Within hours, I got an email from FromYouFlowers saying "Please accept our sincere apologies as we are unable to complete your delivery by Mother’s Day. We have scheduled your delivery to be made no later than May 15th..." A 10% discount was offered because they said the flowers could be delivered up to 2 days after Mother's Day.

    I checked the FromYouFlowers.com website. It continued to take orders, promising "Guaranteed Delivery", even after they knew and had communicated to me, privately, that was not possible, at least in Boston. A supervisor I spoke with disagreed that a disclaimer was in integrity, something as simple as "guaranteed delivery, where available" or "exceptions may apply due to high demand". Of course, that type of truth in advertising might have impacted sales. Deceptive selling practices!

    I ordered two premium arrangements. One for my wife for our anniversary. That arrangement was supposed to be red roses and red carnations. The arrangement that came was a horrible mix of what can only be described as cheap field flowers. The second arrangement I ordered was for my mother's birthday and Mother’s Day. That arrangement was supposed to be white, pink and purple roses with some other beautiful filler flowers. The arrangement that arrived was the ugliest assortment of cheap yellow flowers. Both arrangements were not even close to what I ordered and much less expensive then what I paid. The best they could do for me was to give me a small refund on both purchases. Totally unacceptable and after dealing with them on multiple occasions I will never deal with them again. Horrible business model and horrible outsourced customer service.

    I ordered chocolate covered strawberries to cheer a friend up after the sudden death of her brother. The delivery was on date promised but for $80 for 12 strawberries I expect more than a bent up, damaged box with broken chocolate pieces and mushed strawberries! I sent an email to their customer service and still haven’t gotten a reply. I called their customer service line and waited in queue for over 10 minutes before hanging up. I’m appalled and embarrassed by this delivery!

    Below is a copy of the email I sent to this company. I have yet to receive an answer to my previous email or this one, however, I felt the need to go ahead and post a review in order to help someone else who may be trying to honor a loved one through flowers. If and when I receive a response, I will be more than willing to update this, however, at this point, I am very disappointed and will not use this company at any point. I believe there needs to be some standards set, or if set, enforced. At this point, if I had not called, the flowers would not have been delivered, and even when delivered, they were substandard and as you will see, not at all what was advertised, promised or delivered on.

    Order #**. I appreciate your efforts to make right, the error of your affiliate florist. I can not understand or accept how you can believe that this is okay.... (I included photos which are not appearing in review.) The top is the photo of the flowers I ordered. The second is the actual delivered arrangement. Unacceptable! Except I believe I am being forced to accept it. There is zero resemblance to the original order. Not the appropriate vase to fit the design. No varied but coordinated selection of flowers. No real "arrangement" in the bouquet, just flowers grouped and slotted in the wring style vase. Nothing like the advertised description or promise. You don't need to be a florist to see the difference or the lack of talent or interest that went into this product.

    You spent time making the arrangements looking beautiful in the web pages, and very specific. I spent time selecting the most appropriate flowers. Why? If you allow the florist to put in any old substitute. This is not truthful advertising. This is bait and switch. It is fraud. On top of that you allow it to continue. I have now read reviews and it seems that I am not the only one that has been the subject of this behavior. Late delivery, poor offerings, limited options. And it will continue as long as you are willing to take no responsibility for what your contracted florists do.

    I think people are fairly generous of spirit and understanding about limitations in service. Be honest. Give people the facts and allow us to make reasonable choices. This is fraud. The arrangement was worse than amateurish. I am so disappointed in your company, the florist "who you will not name" and for our country, that this kind of thing has become the norm.

    I ordered an arrangement to be delivered today. When the recipient received the arrangement it was not the arrangement that I ordered. It looked nothing like it. The arrangement only had a couple of the same flowers, it was mostly leaves, it was not full and beautiful nor did I it look professionally arranged. I paid for the more expensive flowers in the bouquet as shown online and received mostly cheap filler. I even upgraded the size thinking it would be even a little nicer. It was not. This was for my daughter who is spending her first birthday away from home. I am thoroughly disappointed. I will not order from them again. They did offer a very small portion of the purchase price back.

    This company is a JOKE! I placed an online order on 5/2/2020 for delivery on 5/5/20. Then paid an “Expedited” fee to have the flowers delivered before noon. NO FLOWERS. This is for my 13th Wedding anniversary. Tried to chat with customer service, agent logs in and says “How can I help you” after putting a very clear description of the issue. After typing it again, no response from agent after 10 minutes. I will NEVER do business with this garbage company again. I had to show a picture of the $165 flower arrangement I ordered to the wife that never showed up, so she knows I didn’t forget. Absolutely inexcusable, hope they go bankrupt!

    I ordered a candy basket on the weekend to be delivered on Monday. I watched the tracking all day. At 6:38 pm I got an email saying it was delivered. At 10:15 pm the person I sent it said they never got it. They were home all day and has a ring bell. I called them since it was 24hr, they said they would schedule another delivery. I called today and got no update and they said they didn’t have a response from florist and could not give me their name. They says they couldn’t find the records. I sent another email and it’s saying the supervisor will contact me. I requested a refund. Not happy with them.

    I ordered a sympathy plant for a long time friend for the loss of her Mom. I placed an order for a PREMIUM dish garden with a nice planter. What was sent was a basic peace lily in a cheap basket. I called them and they said they'd give me a partial refund because they aren't currently doing exchanged due to COVID-19. I was so upset!!! How embarrassing that my friend received this! What they sent was 1/2 of the price on their website. If I had wanted that, it's what I would've ordered! Do yourself a favor and go with a reputable company for these precious moments.

    I ordered a beautiful large floral arrangement and chocolates to be delivered to my elderly grandmother from her great grandchildren to brighten her day while being quarantined alone in her home. Ordered the flowers on Monday evening for a delivery of Wednesday. Wednesday I received an email saying the arrangement was delivered so I contacted my Grandmother expecting her to be surprised by the flowers, however, she NEVER received them!

    I immediately called the company asking where the arrangement was. They requested I wait until 6pm to see if the delivery was just delayed. After 6pm, they still had not been delivered!! Called again and complained, was then assured they would be delivered the next day, Thursday. It is now 530 PM on Thursday and they have still NOT been delivered. I will NEVER use this company again and I will be sure to tell everyone that they should avoid this company at ALL costs! Now I'll need to battle them for a full refund of $100+!!

They told me they would call the florist, then said there was no answer. I think this is a standard excuse!     Husband bought me 50 long stem red roses for 50th anniversary Saturday April 25. Came in a big box. Opened, flowers in the middle had some kind of “mold” on the petals. Heads were falling off. Picked out 7-8 severely damaged roses and put the rest in vases with the water supplement included. Today is April 29. Anxiety pitched all but about 6 of them. I have pictures to verify the poor quality. The stems did not appear to be recently cut. They offered him 20% credit. Never again!

    Extremely disappointed with purchase of $70 arrangement vs what was delivered. None of the flowers in site picture were the same and cheap carnations replacing yellow daisies. Not one flower was same flower or color as on site picture. Arrangement was arranged as if an inexperienced florist did it and totally differently than shown on site as well.

    It is very upsetting that they don't reach out to the customer indicating that they don't have flowers/colors that were in arrangement you ordered and if you would like to cancel the order. I made 2 purchases in 1 month in the total amount of $140 and was offered $13.00 credit and we are sorry! This is false advertising, as the arrangement has less flowers, arranged very differently, and none of the exact flowers shown in picture. I wish I could show pictures of both ordered and received arrangements. It is disheartening that a large company does not care and take pride in their product...nor give a decent credit or another correct arrangement free.

    This company is ridiculous, I send my sister flowers for her birthday! I choose the “sweet Devotion”. What they delivered was nothing like the picture!! Not the same color or flowers. I was furious!! They offered me a 20% discount for my next order and a $10 gift card!!! After speaking to the supervisor and informing them I would stop payment. They agreed to redeliver. The second deliver was better but not at all what I ordered!! I will never use them again!!

    Good: Delivered on the day requested. Quick customer service response. Bad: Flowers were less than 1/2 of what was advertised. Quantity and quality were lacking. It looked like a joke and was rather embarrassing. Truly not even close. Customer service provided a 25% refund and a $10 gift certificate (which I will never use). These flowers were for my wife who was preparing to undergo cancer surgery. I upgraded to the best/most expensive option of "premium." Other flowers had been delivered and the Fromyouflowers were embarrassing and pathetic.

    I ordered flowers yesterday from "From you Flowers" for my grandmother because we had a death in the family. I received and email that the flowers were delivered but nothing was delivered. I called customer service and they said they called the florist and was advised that the flowers were out for delivery. After saying I wanted to speak with the florist the rep advised that the florist was closed and couldn't talk to me. I then spoke with a supervisor who said he spoke with the florist and they are to busy to talk to me. They rep and supervisor were very rude over the phone. They kept trying to give me a 15% discount after multiple times of me telling them to cancel my order. It's took me saying that I'm contacting the BBB and then they cancelled my order and said they would issue a refund. I had to contact my bank to advised that I was scammed to get my money back.

    I didn't read reviews before ordering. Don't use this website or company EVER!!!! I looked I more into their reviews on their website and shoppers approved and they have over 500 5star reviews just for today but compared them to reviews from 1800 flowers and they only had 7 reviews for today and not all were 5 stars. It seems that they are putting their own reviews in to get customers to order from them.

    I ordered flowers today at 1 pm to be delivered the same day, and they were delivered the same day, at 9 pm. I didn’t read the reviews before ordering, so I was really stressed when discovered the bad reviews and was preparing for a battle with the customer service. But my experience was good. The flowers were the same as I ordered. The bucket didn’t look 100% like in the photo, but it does look good and I am having a relief. I guess this type of business works with local flower shops, so they have no much control over the flowers that get delivered. I assume the florists use their website photo as a reference.

    The roses were not completely opened yet, but I guess they will open up in few days. Considering the quarantine time, I ordered the best seller flowers, thinking that since it’s the best seller they will most likely have those flowers during this difficult times for businesses. They also put a box of Ferrero chocolate. It is a good choice. I didn’t know what kind of chocolate they would put. And I’m happy with their choice. I’m glad my experience was good. Such a relief after all those complaints.

    I spent nearly $100 and my flowers never arrived and the company could not reach the florist or give me an answer besides “It will be delivered”. After three day’s of being told this, despite paying extra for expedited delivery, I cancelled my order and will never use this company again. Also, they have “5 stars” listed on their website but have no actual way to rate them. So that’s just them misleading you further.

    I can believe that I had such a bad experience with this company. So, with this COVID 19 pandemic going on, decided to have flowers delivered to my friend for her birthday. So I have placed the order at 9: 30 am in a Monday, no holiday or any other celebration, all business closed because of the virus. So I am thinking that it should not take too long for the flowers to be delivered, so my girlfriend can enjoy them and not be sad that she cannot celebrate her birthday with friends.

    So pretty much the whole day I am checking the status of my order up until 4 pm when I started being worried of why is taking so long. I chatted with one of the associates online and I was assured that my order will be delivered asap. It's 7 pm and still my order is not out for delivery. I just canceled the order, what's the point of getting flowers at the end of the your bday?     This is probably the worst customer service experiences that I've ever had. I ordered a birthday present for my dad (some cheesecake pops) and set the delivery date for 4/10, his birthday was on 4/12 so I was happy with it arriving a little early. On 4/12 I called my dad and wished him a happy birthday. I asked him if he received the order and he said no. I was a little angry but it was a Sunday so I figured I'd wait a few more days. Come Wednesday 4/15, it still hadn't arrived. Not only had it not arrived, no one from the company had emailed me or called me with any updates. I emailed customer support and they sent some generic apology along with a $10 coupon towards my next order. No mention of if or when the order would be delivered at all. Through some back and forth emailing, they finally agreed to send the order on 4/20, 10 days after my original date. Still no mention of a refund, just coupons towards a service I will never use again.

    I just wanted my dad to get his present so I decided to go with it. Then today, on 4/20, I get an email that they don't have the cheesecake pops in stock at all and that I need to call in to customer service. I wait a half an hour on the phone to speak with someone who puts me on hold four times and tells me that the order is cancelled but it's "not my fault".

    So, yeah, now my dad probably thinks I forgot to get him a present and it's way too late to get him anything else. Not only that but I don't think that they ever would have told me or refunded me if I didn't email and call them multiple times, they probably would have just kept my money with no services rendered. Moral of the story is don't use this company.

    I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to a hospitalized friend, to be delivered on Sat. I received an email stating that the flowers were delivered. My friend advised that they were not delivered. Sent an email advising non delivery. No response. Called and was told that they would contact the delivering florist and get back with me. No response. Made online chat and was told by the agent that they would resend the flowers through a different florist along with a note of apology and reimburse 30% of cost. I was assured that the flowers would be delivered the following day and...I would be notified by email of the delivery. No results!!!!

    Again contacted by Chat (agent "Chykie"). (After an inordinate wait) was told that they would contact the contracted florist, investigate and get back to me. I asked if a record of the previous chat (when I was assured of a delivery, an apology and a discount). Chykie replied in the affirmative and read the text back to me. She still insisted that they would have to investigate then get back to me. I advised her that I would have no alternative but to cancel payment through my credit card and start online review of their actions. She stated that she had brought the situation to her supervisor who would telephone me shortly. I still have heard nothing from the supervisor or anyone saying the flowers were delivered. It is my opinion, from the way I was treated and from the many other similar reviews, that fromyouflowers is at least shoddy and at most criminal. My next action will be a report to the Better Business Bureau.

    Ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my mom’s 79th birthday. She’s been shut in & alone from the covid quarantine so really looked forward to making her day special. 1. The flowers still weren’t there at 5:30 PM so I called. They said they had until 6:00. 2. They arrived at 5:50 & looked like a 5 yr old threw them together hastily.... They were clumped together sloppily not even attempting to arrange them. None of the same flowers ordered were in it. NEVER AGAIN!! Their attempt of rectifying it was to issue a 5.95 credit (cost over $50).

    We were having flowers delivered next day for someone who had surgery. I didn't get an email until the following day (the day after they were supposed to be delivered), that they did not get delivered b/c they could not find anyone in the area to deliver them. If you cannot deliver them next day, then you need to say that immediately on your website so I can find someone else who CAN deliver them. The situation was handled extremely poorly. I will never use this company again that is for sure. It's not about mistakes, it is about how you handle mistakes and this was not handled well at all.

    First off they don't send what arrangement you order. 2nd It was a 25 year old birthday. Spent almost 80 dollars. Sent balloon for 60 year old and not even vase I ordered.     I Ordered Flowers for a family member's birthday 6 days before their birthday. I paid and was assured it would arrive promptly on time and received tracking information as well. The day came and nothing ever showed yet I was billed. I contacted customer service which is a joke. The gentleman acted like it was my fault for contacting this company and only said he would contact the flower shop when it opened in the morning. Mind you this was 9:04 pm after waiting all day to see if this product would arrive. There was no reassurance from the scam company that this product would arrive first thing in the morning or stating that they would make there wrong right.     Horrific. Terrible customer service. Spent hundreds on orders with them. Placed an order a week in advance THIS TIME. Order never came. Calling in was a nightmare. On hold for an hour and then disconnected. Sent several emails, all of which I got a response "great news, your order was delivered 530pm to intended recipient." We were home. It never came. No response to other emails sent, another hour and a half on hold as we speak. 715pm as we speak and they're asking I call back if I havent received by 6pm as florist isn't answering phone. It's 715 pm. Of course they're not.

    And I'm being asked about tomorrow now? Then rep has audacity to get nasty with me. They wasted 3 hrs and counting now of a day that was supposed to be special and they put the nail and shoveled the dirt on top of a birthday whose coffin was already built by this pandemic. Do not order from them. Next hour will be me calling my bank and waiting on hold even more to dispute the charge for this pathetic excuse for a business!

    Sent a flower arrangement to my wife for our anniversary while I was out of town - was supposed to be "deluxe" arrangement with a grouping of balloons attached. When I saw what was sent I was greatly disappointed in what was supposed to be "deluxe" for almost $90. There was one sad red balloon attached to the flowers which I paid extra $15 for a grouping of balloons. I complained to the company and they refunded me the $3 per balloon for each missing balloon. I told them this is not what I want, they ruined the intended impression to be made upon delivery. So of course, it was an overcharge and some local florist jobber trying to keep a few extra bucks in their pocket, I get it. But as I explained to From You Flowers, they can't take back the shortfall in experience for the receiver of the intended arrangement.

    They obviously don't get customer service and don't understand the emotional impact of their failure to provide the promised product. They will probably say well we refunded your $3 per missing balloon - just sad how they are not in touch with the customer experience. Insufficient recompense for the failure to provide the experience they promised. Won't be using them again, I would recommend no one take chances on this florist, I wish I'd read the reviews on Consumer Affairs before I decided to use them, they obviously have a long history of failing and disingenuous customer treatment.

    I made an online purchase for flowers for a family member who is very ill. After ordering the flowers, I checked to find that the amount charged to my credit card was almost doubled. The flowers were delivered a day early from one location and a day late from another location. I had not ordered two of the same flower arrangements. I called to find out what happened, but was disconnected after a 15 minute wait. The second call found a very abrupt customer service representative who could do nothing. I sent an email to the company and explained the order number, the details, the calls, and described how the original order must have been mistakenly sent out to two different delivery services. I also informed her that the flowers coming from Southgate Michigan were very nice, but the flowers delivered from Allen Park Michigan look terrible and were an embarrassment.

    I explained that I only placed a single order and that apparently their online service sent the order to two different places for delivery. I received an email response telling me that they would need the order number and all of the same information that had been provided in my first email. I resent the email with the requested information adjusted to be in bold so they could see it. I have received about 20 emails talking about exciting upcoming discounts, but no response to my inquiry or bad experience. I would not recommend this company for sending flowers through an online service. It was not a good experience. They caused me a great deal of embarrassment and money.

    I was surprised that their email address was "wecare..." This description was not even close. I was hoping that the flowers would be beautiful and well received, but spent more time trying to get a response. I would recommend that if you want to send flowers, use the internet to find a specific store near the delivery location and work it out personally on the phone. Very disappointed.

    I ordered flowers at 12:30 pm to be delivered same day to my mother. I got an email confirmation at 7:06pm verifying delivery but my mother never received the flowers. I called the customer service line and spoke with a rep who told me they had until 8 pm to deliver to be consider same day and to call back after 8 if the flowers were not received. 8:20 pm and still no flowers and another phone call made where a rude rep told me everything the first person I spoke with said was wrong and they couldn’t do since the floral shop was closed. I asked for a cancellation and a refund which finally granted, after having to hear all sorts of condescending and rude remarks. The call ended by the rep telling me if they were lying or didn’t see the flowers to leave them outside and someone would be by to pick them up. FYI my mother has cameras and can provide proof that no flowers were ever delivered. DO NOT TO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I called that day and they said because it was a doctors office they could not deliver it there so I gave the home address to where these flowers needed to be delivered. They delivered them to the wrong house in the wrong town. Then they said because the flowers were delivered they couldn't send delivery to the correct address. I will never use this company again.     I placed an order for flowers and chocolate covered strawberries for my partner and our Anniversary. The strawberries came partially melted and sticking to the top of the box. We had to pry them off of the plastic to eat them. The roses were NOT like the picture at all. They looked sad, bare and the leaves were half gone and wilted. There was no additional foliage added, just the bare stems on the roses themselves. The blue vase was HUGE and not like the picture. There was no way to arrange the flowers and it looked more like something in a sad movie. I wish I could attach a picture. I contacted customer support and they said they would give a 2% refund. Don't order from this company... You will be highly disappointed and waste your money.

    Better off ordering from other floral companies. The arrangement I ordered was "Sweet Devotion," which should be mainly purple, but the actual flowers were pink/dark pink. Also as someone already described, the proportion of greens is high (there were only like 3 pink roses). My friend (recipient) laughed at how different the actual flowers look from the advertised product. DO NOT USE THEM! Also, they charge you $15 for handling fee in the end so don't be fooled by the 20% discount they offer. Not worth it.

    Although I dont live in Grass Lake, MI, I order flowers for the family and friends that I do have there. The shop doesn't look like much, and they mainly sell spring plants, but when my daughter has an occasion calling for flowers that is who I call. Her arrangements are always so fresh. She always does them exactly as I ask, regarding color, base, little additions here and there, and always a dragonfly. I have never ever been disappointed in anything she makes up. I only wish the price was lower for just roses or daisies, I know it's expensive to grow lilies, but normal flowers Should be cheaper. Plain red/white/yellow.     I would give ZERO stars if I could. My husband made this order to surprise me at work and was so excited to send me flowers and chocolates. He ordered the "same day delivery"... Two days later NOTHING! He called their customer service and they said the address was incomplete?? So that's it? If the address is incomplete they will just keep your money, keep their goods and never contact you? You fill out the contact information, but they don't use it? What kind of business is this? This was on 3/6/2020. That same day after they weren't delivered the company issues a $7 refund out of an almost $70 order. My husband have called several times to get the rest of the refund.

    Since we're all on quarantine I decided enough is enough and I want my money back from this awful company. I was on the phone for OVER 20 minutes on 3/20/2020 trying to get the CSR to refund my money. I told her exactly what I needed and my order #, everything. She said she would give us a $15 gift card and redeliver the flowers that day. I told her I didn't want their business ever again, I want my money back please process this refund. She put me on hold....and hung up. I called back and was hold for another 10 minutes before I finally hung up and called my bank to have them issue a fraud request to get my money back minus whatever $7 they refunded.

    This experience has been so frustrating. My husband is sad that all this happened when it was meant to be a appreciative and loving gesture. This is a terrible company from my experience. I DO NOT recommend this fromyouflowers.com company. Take your business to the local Walmart or Smiths and do a better job yourself with flowers you know will get delivered.

    Don't, I repeat, don't order from this company! They charge you an arm and a leg then don't actually get what you order, delivered to your recipient. I placed an order for two arrangements to be delivered the next day to the same person at same address. They charged an extra fee for each arrangement to be delivered next day. They then only sent an order for one arrangement to a florist and only paid $55 to the florist, of the $100 they charged me. I called and emailed and everybody told me they sent it and that the florist made the mistake but they would sort it out. I got in touch with the florist (shop owner) that delivered the one arrangement and she said she searched all her emails, faxes, and phone orders and only got the one arrangement order from this company and the $55 she had to struggle to get because they only wanted to pay her $35. Mind you, the company charged me $50 for this arrangement they wanted to pay $35 for.

    I have been on the phone with the company at least six times and they refuse to tell me where they sent the order for the other arrangement, claiming the florist info is private protected info. They also told me I shouldn't know the price they offered and paid the florist because that's between them and the florist. Since this was for a birthday surprise and was not delivered on the day and they don't know when (or if) it will be delivered, I told them to refund me for that second arrangement. They said they would but wouldn't tell me when or for how much. They steal your money, short the florists, and don't get the arrangements ordered actually made/delivered.

    I placed an order online for a Funeral, to be delivered to the Funeral Home. When I paid for the order I chose PayPal, I use it a lot. I was then directed to FROM YOU FLOWERS LLC and I did not realize this. The order was NOT delivered. I did not find out until the next day. They not only charged for the item but I had a tax (normal) a $5.00 charge for Expedited, and a whopping $15.00 for processing and handling fee. After calling several times I finally got a live person, unfortunately I could not understand the women and she could not tell me why the order was not delivered. This was a Funeral, I was so upset already and this added to it. I will never order from them again, nor will I suggest this company. And it took them 5-10 days to refund me. How insulting.     I paid for expedited delivery and they failed to deliver in the allotted time (AFTER I emailed to query I received a refund for this and an apology), this ruined the surprise as my friend was now out of office & I had to give the delivery person (the only good part of this experience- she was extremely courteous and professional) my friend's number. The flowers also DO NOT look as pictured, I could have gotten a more affordable and frankly nicer arrangement from the gas station. Finally my mom (she’s in AZ and I’m in Chicago) said they were delivered (this was at 4:30PM! from a 13 year old kid (wtf?)) and she sent me a picture of the arrangement. I was embarrassed as it looked NOTHING like the image online! It was mostly greenery! It’s bait and switch!!! I called and they offered me a $10 coupon. What?!? No way. After demanding more they agree to resend the flowers PLUS they agreed to refund the $4.99 fee for delivery before noon and the total delivery fee of $14.99. Let’s just see what shows up tomorrow... I’m so upset as this is my mom's 70th birthday and I’m away from her in Chicago.

    I ordered a premium southern peach bouquet for my niece in Las Vegas who just delivered her 1st child. I'm in California. Paid extra to get in to by noon. What I took my time and money to order for her was nothing like the pictures and so different from the items. The clear vase and stems showing and the flowers is why I ordered that particular one. I was completely embarrassed this. They offered me a 20%, and a $10.00 credit. Then I received a another email saying they are giving me an additional 20%. My order was 89.37. I expected a full refund. They say they reached out to the florist and let them know about my experience. Even the card I wrote and they rewrote was a mess. If I could show the pictures I would.

    Second time I placed an order with this company. BOTH times order was never delivered, despite receiving tracking order and confirmation of delivery. Called and they had no idea what happened. Gave me a new tracking order for new arrangement. Went online and checked that order. That tracking number does not exist. Family was home all day. No way they missed it. After receiving new arrangement DAYS later and a coupon, I thought I’d use the coupon and give them one more chance. Again, same exact situation. Now my ailing relative has no flowers for their birthday. Disgusted. Use another company. No idea what the new tracking order is. Asked person on phone to confirm it three times. This one also does not exist when I typed it in their website. No flowers, occasion has passed. Irate. Inexcusable.

    I ordered flowers on Feb. 11, 2020 to be delivered Feb. 13, 2020. I received a confirmation of the order and also a confirmation the flowers had been delivered on the 13th. But, no flowers were delivered. I made a total of 6 phone calls to the company and spoke with 6 different people regarding this issue. Each time an explanation was given it was different from the previous explanation.

    Additionally, during two of those phone calls I was told I would receive a call back - which never occurred. Eventually, I was told I would receive a 30% refund of my order and the flowers would be delivered. I received a refund of 17% and - again - confirmation the flowers were delivered, but no flowers. I called three more times. On the third time I was told they would give me a partial refund - which they did - and they would call me back about the flower delivery issue. I'm still waiting for that call. Sadly, my 88 year old mother never received her Valentine's Day flowers which she was so looking forward to.

    Very UNPROFESSIONAL. To begin, I paid additional money for guaranteed early delivery before 12pm. By noon, the flowers were not delivered. I received no call from the provider to let me know that they will be running late or having issues with my order. Nothing. I call the 1-800 number and after being on hold for 25 minutes they then tell me that delivery was rescheduled for 3 to 4pm. The surprise/window for the event has passed.. The service I paid for is now irrelevant/unneeded.

    In addition, when the flowers were finally delivered, it came to my attention that the product was missing a several of the flowers pictured and the flowers that were provided were wilted and disorganized. Now, not only was my gift delivered late, but I also paid $52.97 for a product that was never received. What was provided to me was NOT what I paid for. I request a full refund to my card. The incorrect product was delivered, and it arrived 3 hours late. Take your business elsewhere.

    Original Review: I ordered flowers and paid extra for same day delivery. They were for my daughter's birthday. At 2pm I received an email that they had been delivered to her, here at my house. However that was a lie. Nobody ever came to our door. I called customer service and after 15 minutes was told they would look into it. That's it. I asked if she would be receiving the flowers that day. If not, I would run out and pick some up myself. All they kept saying was that they needed to confirm with the florist that the flowers were delivered. I responded that getting confirmation wasnt going to change the fact that they weren't delivered to my daughter. I emailed customer service 8 times and got the same runaround. Same response each time -that they needed to confirm with the florist. (Not sure why they couldnt do that immediately.) It's now the day AFTER her birthday...and you guessed it...no flowers..I gave away $100 for nothing.

    This is the WORST company. Dont use them unless you want to disappoint the recipient of the flowers and give away money. I had to tell my daughter and apologize. These people ruined everything. I spent the day pretending not to notice her birthday, expecting the flowers and balloons to arrive, and THEN celebrating. Turns out we just spent the day ignoring her birthday. It was horrible.

    I received a candy bar bouquet when my mother died from my co-workers. I was appalled. They paid $50+ dollars for 12 fun sized candy bars surrounded by 6 pkgs of Skittles. I could not find anything that small on this website. The smallest I could find had over 24 candy bars in it and was $51.99. I am so upset that my co-workers were totally ripped off trying to do something nice. I will pass the word along as much as I can to not use this service again. When you see the candy bars on their website beware. The candy they show is hidden by cellophane. The Reese's candy bars are only half size and the others are fun-size and don't come as advertised. BUYER BEWARE!! Also, they had to pay $20 for overnight delivery; so, in the end it was over $70.00

    I saw an advertisement for this company and decided to place an order with them. I placed an order very early in the morning and paid extra for a delivery by noon that day. It was my daughter's birthday and she just started a new job at a school and I was excited to surprise her with flowers, balloons, etc and it needed to be there by 2pm. By 12:30 pm it wasn't there yet, I did an online chat and they told me it was out for delivery. I called at 1:15 and they tell me they're sorry they can't fulfill my order today but they can deliver it tomorrow. Only problem is, my daughter's birthday was today. I did get a refund but had to hold on the phone for 15 minutes while they get the approval to refund me. Not recommended if you're looking for the same day delivery!

    I originally ordered these Friday 2/7/20 to be delivered on 2/14/2020 Valentine's Day. I called around 8:45 AM on 2/14/2020 and made sure they were aware that my fiance's office closed at 4 and I needed to make sure they were delivered before that time. I was told they put a note and they would make sure they were delivered. I read reviews after and got very scared so I called again about a few hours later. I was told they couldn't give me an update and the website tracking gave me nothing. I asked if they could contact the florist or give me their info and this agent told me no. I called again about an hour later asked the same thing and I was told they would call the florist and call me back because the florist did not answer.

    I never received a call so I called a few hours later and got the same exact answer. This was at 2:30. After being on hold for about 30 min then again and again I asked for a supervisor. Asked for my order number yet again and said he would call the florist. He gets back on the line and tells me (at 3:30 PM) that the flowers were not out for delivery and they couldn't give me a time. I had to go buy flowers and leave work to deliver my own flowers. The supervisor only offered me a refund and canceled my order. I was so upset. This is not what I wanted then he offered to deliver flowers for the next day including the refund. He took down the new address and promised the original flowers the next day.

    My fiance received 3 calls at 7pm to try to deliver the original flowers. Seriously?? That means they did not communicate with the florist at all and they did not take her number off as I requested. I called the next day just to make sure they had the correct address and number for the free flowers and guess what, they didn't have the correct address, email address, or my phone number. I also received a nice attitude on the phone after all the issues I was having. The flowers were received 2/15/2020 and they looked nothing like the photo. Small and nothing close. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER. THEIR COMPANY IS HORRIBLE & WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

    Where do I start!!! I've ordered 3 times and sent to my girlfriend within 2 months. The first time was perfect. No problem with order. The second order was delivered not sure what time but we came home from dinner at 11:00 and found flowers SITTING on front porch in 7 degree weather. We left for dinner at 7:00 so have no idea how long they were sitting there. The 3rd and very last time was 2/14/20. I ordered a very nice display and paid for early delivery. At 11:00am I got a email confirmation that the flowers were delivered which they were not!!! I called and after a hour on hold got hold of C/S she told me they just say that when it is loaded on the truck which is crazy. She called the florist and they said it way on the way. We had a 7 pm dinner reservation and still no flowers.

    On the way home from dinner at 9:30pm I got a call and the delivery person said, "What do you want me to do with your flowers!!!" It was 22 degrees and she said, "I will just put them on the porch." What the hell. I was pissed. I paid all the money just a horrible place. 2 days later the roses were turning brown. I called C/S and told them. She offered me a 20 percent discount on my next order!!! I told her keep the discount. I will NEVER order flowers from this place again. Horrible place and I going write 100 reviews.

    They do not deliver the same day. I'm soo frustrated. I called 2 times because on the tracking app it said it was delivered when it was not true then I called to ask what was going on. They were unable to contact the florist but they said that she will get them today the latest 6 pm. It's 7:40 pm and yet nothing. I called again and kept waiting 20 min because the stupid florist does not answer. What kind of people are they working with then. He said, "I'll send a message to deliver tomorrow." Wtf ... this is unacceptable. I paid 65 dollars for the same day delivery and I was actually happy about it and nothing. I'm so mad.     If I could rate this company less than one star I would! Absolutely horrible experience with this company. I know Valentine's Day is a busy one but they made me look so stupid! My partner waited one hour AFTER their delivery time to see if they'd show up. They never did. They were supposed to deliver to her home the next day (Saturday), never showed up. Then AGAIN on Monday they were supposed to take them to her.... Here we are Tuesday 02/18/2020 and still no flowers!!!! Every time I asked for a supervisor one was never around.. Go figure.     Placed my Valentine’s Day order five days prior. On the 14th I waited for my wife’s excited text. Late I got nervous and emailed FromYouFlowers. They assured me the delivery would be there by 5pm. My wife even waited 20 extra min after she was to leave work because I told her to look for them. No flowers. After many emails I finally talked with a human the next day and they told me the earliest they could make the delivery would be on the 18th. So again on the 18th no delivery.     SO here is my story... Valentine's Day, we all know how important this is for the lady/partner in your life. I made a custom order to be delivered on Valentine's Day in "advance". They guaranteed delivery on this date and also charged up the wazoo for shipping and handling. Valentine's Day arrives and I'm starting to get panicky. My order recipient is getting off of work at 6pm and still no mention of a delivery. The time is 3pm CST. I called customer service and was told everything will be fine and delivery is scheduled for on time delivery before 6 because that is when deliveries stop according to rep.

    5:30 cst roll around and still no delivery. I call back was told I have to contact UPS because they were supposed to deliver. I was like UPS? Are you freaking kidding me!!! This was supposed to be handled by a local florist. I was not informed that this would be a UPS delivery. Had I known I would have not ordered thru them. The rep doesn't call UPS and offers 30 percent discount refund for the inconvenience. So after I hang up I call UPS.. UPS says they created a label but never dropped off the item!!

    Now as you can guess I am severely upset. I call them back. They have nothing to say besides an apology and offered an additional $10 gift certificate for the inconvenience and could not deliver that day. Not only did this company lie to me they made me look like a jack** on Valentine's Day.. I was livid. So now they said delivery will be on the 18th... Today the 18th I checked with UPS before calling. Still no package delivery!! Called customer service. They offer to deliver it the following day! The recipient doesn't work that day!!! I demanded an entire refund. Supposedly I have to call back the next business day because supposedly it may still go out today! This company is a scam!! Their reps are offshore and have no clue as to how deliveries are supposed to be handled. This company lost my business for good!! People do not continue to use them!

    I decided to use your company instead of doing my own arrangement as I normally do to send my mother flowers for Valentine's. This was very important to me to make her feel special as her husband is now in a long term care facility. The flower arrangement received was in no way, shape or form what I ordered. $60 for mostly greenery? What I ordered was flowers was a full bloom of flowers, no greenery. I was offered a redelivery but would not be delivered for another 2 days. Then they offered 30% refund... then finally 50%.     I have ordered some flowers online for my friend as a surprise. A couple days later I receive a call from the delivery man. He was at her door and didn’t find her home so he waited. He refused to leave them outside so that’s a good thing. He left a note on her door and then I gave him her number as it was a surprise. He left a voicemail and she called him back and got the flowers redelivered to her the same day. She was very happy and pleased. Although it was an overall positive experience and she was very happy, I was somewhat disappointed that the “walk in the sun“ flowers look like nothing as described in the photos. Of course, I didn’t mention this to her.

    I just find it to be very deceiving to order something and get something totally different. They’re more like dandelions rather the roses shown in the pic. Overall positive experience but not impressed with the bait and switch technique. I didn’t reach out to customer service as this is something they should learn on their own. Once you breach that trust with a customer there is no communication.

    Yes, I ordered $200 spray for a loved one’s funeral. I asked that they be delivered Monday by 10AM for the viewing. I ordered because the funeral was out of state. The day of the viewing I was informed by family our flowers were not there. I called fromyouflowers and I was told that the florist called the funeral home and they decided to wait until the following day to deliver flowers for the funeral! I demanded (you would think they would correct) they deliver them and I was told they would expedite the order. He would call me back with delivery time. I called back (no call hours later). They delivered them after the viewing 7 hours late and told me “well they did get delivered the same day”. I said it was like delivering wedding flowers at the reception! They did not seem to care. Gave me 30 percent off. "Oh well the florist needs their money or we will take the flowers back." Creeps!

The item I received was significantly different from the photo and description on the website. When I contacted customer service and requested a replacement with the actual item that was ordered I was met with a generic email template with their attempt to rectify the situation by offering a 25% discount. When I replied to that email signaling that a 25% discount is not sufficient since I didnt receive the item that was ordered i was greeted with another automatic response... But this time they reduced the discount they were offering from 25% down to 20%!!!! Poor attempts to correct a situation with an easy fix and avoid a claim of deceptive trade practices....     Disappointed and angry are no words to describe my feeling about this service. I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers 4 days in advance in order to have flowers for my girlfriend on Valentine's day. At 5pm the order still has not arrived so I start checking the status online, but there is no other information than "order in progress". At this point I still have the chance to go to a local shop to get flowers before my girlfriend comes home from work. However, there is no indication that the flowers won't arrive. At 6pm, I start checking the website on a 10 minute basis. My girlfriend is supposed to arrive home shortly after 7pm and I have everything else, dinner and candles prepared.

    At about 7pm, the website status now says "order delivered", but there are no flowers. I unsuccessfully run through the building to find the delivery. Eventually I call the hotline where I end up for almost 20 minutes in a waiting loop. At about 7:15pm I get connected and I inquire about my order. After another 5 minutes, the woman tells me that the order got cancelled by the local florist, "because they run out of the ordered item". You tell me this at 7:15pm on Valentine's Day after I pre-ordered 4 days in advance, and only after I was told that the order had been delivered and I called your hotline to inquire?

    This was so saddening, because I could have gotten another set of flowers from a local shop, but I decided that I preferred the beautiful arrangement shown on the website. Honestly, I have no idea what the point of this service is. I have really been so disappointed about a service. I know it's "just one mistake", but if you cannot rely on a flower service making sure that flowers get delivered on Valentine's day (the most important flower day of the year) or at least tell their customers that ordered 4 days in advance that they will not be able to satisfy their order, then what is the service good for? I recommend everyone to stay away and use flower services with better reputation.

    Horrible horrible customer service. I spend $90 for flowers and requested delivery on 2/16/20. Got confirmation and guess what? I called to find out what is going on and I was told, "Well your order will not be delivered today" ... Wow wow after paying all this extra fees nobody even bother to call and inform me that this will not be delivered today. Customer service told me pretty much too bad so sad.     I ordered a bouquet and chocolate online on 2/6/2020 to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. The next day(2/7) I called and asked for the flowers to be delivered the day before Valentine’s Day (2/13) because my girlfriend didn’t work on the 14th and the representative (a foreigner) said that would be fine. Fast forward to the 13th, I call and wait on hold for 30 minutes to ask when my flowers would be delivered and was told that they would arrive that day (2/13) by 5pm. I called back again closer to 5pm for an eta just to find out that they would not be delivered that day but on the 14th by 2pm. When I asked the representative (a foreigner) to cancel my order he offered me a 20% refund and for the flowers to be sent on the 14th. When I explained that this would not be helpful and I would like to cancel the order completely for a full refund, he hung up on me.

    I called back and waited on hold for another 30 minutes and when the representative (a foreigner) answered, I asked to speak to a supervisor. He instead insisted on helping me and told me that the representative that changed my delivery date made a mistake because it was never possible for them to change anything about my order after it was made. He then offer me the same 20% percent refund and the next day delivery, to which I declined and asked for a supervisor.

    The supervisor got on the phone explained again how the whole situation was their fault but this time I was offer a 30% refund and then a 50% refund. It wasn’t until I told the clown that the 2 representatives told me my order could and would be delivered on the 13th, one of which hung up on me, and demanded that I receive a full refund, then he caved and put it through. My refund arrived 2 days later and the flowers still arrived at the end of the day on Valentine’s Day. I am honestly glad I was refunded my $80 for this order because the bouquet looks ridiculous. It is absolutely embarrassing and looks nothing like the picture.

    I ordered flowers one week before Valentine's Day to be delivered on Valentine's day and they did not arrive. The message I got is that the flowers were "sorted incorrectly" and the delivery would be delayed. I came to find out that it would be three days after Valentine's day. I asked for a refund and they offered a $10 gift certificate. When I complained more they made the gift certificate $20 and a 30% refund. The flowers are late and I'm sure will be wilted by the time they show up. I should have been provided a 100% refund, they did not deliver with their service/product. Very bad customer service in my opinion. I will not be using them again.

I even paid extra like everyone else I’ve read in the comments, I know what a Valentine’s Day rush is, but if you have a business, you have to prepare yourselves to “make it on time” or “make it at all”. It was 8 pm, and I hadn’t gotten anything saying that my delivery was on its way or anything like that, I was checking constantly the website to see the status of the flowers. Nonetheless, I got an email like at 9pm saying that my flowers had been delivered, however, the flowers NEVER CAME!!!! I was like: how is this even possible?!!! They even sent me a confirmation email saying that they had delivered the flowers, but they never got to the recipient, which sucks.

    This place is a joke, I should’ve read all the comments before trying it, there are like a million people who had the same issue on Valentine’s Day, we are in America, everyone know how Valentine’s Day gets everywhere, but that’s not my problem, you should prepare and being proactive, and if you don’t think you’re capable of doing so many delivery, then DONT, stop taking orders!!!! But don’t make people pay for nothing and waste money. Also, I called today, after 20 min waiting, the lady on the phone told me they were trying to reach out the florist, to see what happened, I was like, look, I don’t want any flowers to be delivered, not at this time, they were supposed to get to its destination yesterday, so There is no point, I just want a refund. And then, I had to wait like 10 more min so the lady could issue a refund for me. HORRIBLE!!!! Just AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Flowers were to be delivered to her at her place of employment, but never arrived by closing time. Contacted them the next day and had to fight tooth and nail to get a refund. DO NOT USE THESE RIP OFFs! 1800flowers is much more reliable. After 5:00 pm and still no flowers, I called customer service and was told they're on the way. After 8:00 pm I was informed the truck broke down. I asked where it was so I could go pick them up so my little girl could have her Valentine's present and was informed the very foreign based customer service center actually couldn't get ahold of the delivery people. They did offer to deliver the day after, but I doubt they will and even if they do, why pay extra for guaranteed Valentine's delivery and be ok with it showing up late. Very bad customer service. The tracking number shows the flowers were never even provided to UPS. I just got off the phone with them and they said the earliest that the flowers could be delivered is in four days on February 18th. I paid almost 90 bucks for the most horrible flower arrangement ever. First of all, they said the flowers would be delivered by 5 pm. When I got home for work I found out they weren't there yet. They were delivered at 8 pm, but that wasn't the worst part. I was expecting to receive an arrangement, but what I got was a box, A BOX!!! And inside the box, the most horrible flowers I have ever seen in my life along with a cheap vase and a paper card, everything ready to be assembled.     This has been the worst experience I have had of ordering flowers online. Do not use this company. I ordered Valentine's Day flowers in advance to be delivered to my girlfriend. The site accepted my order and confirmed that they would be delivered on valentines day. It is not late at night, my girlfriend and I are leaving for drinks and we haven't received anything. The entire day has passed and I haven't received word from anyone regarding the delivery. The phone line is automated and does not allow you to talk to a human. I just keep getting messages that they have received my delivery and it is expected to be delivered today. The unless it arrives at midnight there is no chance I am getting these flowers today.

    The arrangement I ordered is listed as 40 dollars on the website, but when taken to the checkout it has increase to 71 dollars. 71 dollars for a small bouquet that did not arrive. I have no contact with the company, there is absolutely no customer service, no refund option, no delivery updates other than "delivery scheduled for today", which is clearly untrue. I will never shop here again and I urge you all to consider this before you ruin your special occasions. This company is a scam and has no customer service and is not reliable!

    Flowers didn’t look bad but I added a balloon to them and it was about 3 inches tall on a stick. Some of the flowers were bigger and there were some other issues that aren’t as big a deal but they start out with a price of 45$ and when all said and done were 79$ but the biggest issue that actually didn’t set well with me is they came in a box off the UPS truck. For women it’s important that everyone see the vase of flowers being delivered. It could have been anything in the box and it doesn’t matter because no one can see it. I will just get the local florist hand deliver next time. PS. this is the first time I’ve written a review without being asked to by the business.

    I received a floral order for Valentine’s Day from my husband while he was at work. I think “floral order” is misleading because I actually got an empty box. No flowers. The card was empty (although it did list the bouquet that he ordered) and the box had the cardboard bouquet holder with nothing else. You’d think whoever packed it would realize it was light, weight wise.

    Anyway, called to get a refund and they tried to avoid this. They offered 30% refund and a coupon. I received 0% of my gift, so that’s just unacceptable. I said, “no, I want a full refund.” Then they said okay. They approved it and put a note in the order. Then I got a call back from the CSR that I talked to stating my husband had to call in and there’s a note in the account to approve it right away. He does. There’s no note in the order, contrary to what was said to me before, and now he has to send picture proof. So, sweet hubby emails in the photos (of an empty box). If that was necessary why didn’t the CSR just tell me that when I called the first time? I could’ve done it then.

    Anyway he sends in the email and fast forward- they call and tell him that they’ll give him a 50% refund. 50% for receiving nothing. Basically still charging him for a cardboard box. What???? My husband calls back in AGAIN and finally gets it resolved, 100% refund. The CSR he talks to at the end states that she’ll also send a complimentary bouquet on Monday, which is nice (just the refund would suffice). I’m just so irritated that I didn’t get my Valentine’s Day gift and had to waste my time and my husband wasted his time calling multiple times to get this resolved. Ridiculous. I’m SHOCKED that this company has won awards for customer service based on what I have witnessed today.

    I placed an order 3 days ago for a Valentine's bouquet sent to my wife's work. I even called to get a delivery window on delivery so I could be sure she was there to receive them. It was a 8 hour window. 9am- 5pm...worse than the cable company gives. It was fine though with her hours. I even paid extra to have them delivered on Valentine's. I received an email at 9:40 stating they wouldn't be able to make it at all today and offered a 10% discount (not even enough to cover what the delivery charge was), so I cancelled. This was going to be my special gift sent to surprise her, now I have nothing. They totally ruined this day for me, and her. I will never use this service again.

    I gave plenty of time for this to be done and with 3 days, they still couldn't pull it off. Now there's no one who can get flowers out to her. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be their normal practices. I'll be sending review to the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs and Google as well. These people seem to be in the business of ruining special occasions for people. Hopefully our reviews deter others from using their "non-service".

    I used this company once before and the flowers were terrible, but I thought let try them one more time maybe just a bad day for whoever made them. So I place a order again for Valentine's day and it looks like a 5th grader arranged them. They are horrible so I called. After waiting like 30 min. a person answers and I told him my concerns on how bad they were. He offered $15.00 for a $80.00 purchase and I told him no I want to be refunded. I told him have the flower shop they used pick them up or I would return them. That is how bad they were. He said he couldn't and raised it to $25.00. I just laughed. My husband--who NEVER has flowers delivered--ordered me what appeared to be a breathtaking bouquet of one dozen long stem roses for Valentines day. He was under the assumption that they were being prepared by a local florist. They arrived in a box. From UPS. When I opened them, they were the TINIEST roses I have ever seen. I tried to arrange them in the vase that came with them and I lost a total of 47 petals and 19 leaves. Every time I touch them, more fall! There are holes in the petals that are remaining where you can see they are dying. My husband is livid to say the least!! He paid over $80 for these and they are hideous!!!!     This company has a very poor delivery service. Bought valentine bouquet for my 87 year old mother and they reported this item as being delivered but it has not been received. My mother informed me that someone had called her today saying they had a delivery but they were looking to deliver the flowers to my address and not the requested delivery address for my mother which is 30 miles away. No flowers have been delivered to either address! I called the company to address this issue but was put on hold for 10 minutes so I decided to email them instead. I have yet to receive an email from their 24 hour customer service team. Use at your own risk because I'll never buy from them again!

    I researched for an hour or so to find the right plant for my father-in-law memorial service and decided on one that was very fitting for him and the occasion. Got email that it had been delivered and was so happy with the delivery day and time. The problem was when I saw the plant! OMG it's not at all like the picture. The one I ordered was in a medal container (red), balanced in the dish on all sides,and had Peace lilies in it. What I got was a brown cheap wood basket!, red small Rose's (2), one sided very unbalanced, no Peace lillies (funeral).

    I am so upset and embarrassed with this arrangement. I have contacted them with no response from them so far. There should be some way that either this company or the person ordering should be able to see and approve their order before it is sent out since they obviously don't go by the picture on the order sight. I also paid for larger, fuller plant and what I got was less plants, the wrong plants/flowers and moss as a filler. Wish I knew how to add pictures so everyone could see what I ordered and what I actually received.. Unbelievable.

    No joke - combined time on hold awaiting customer service was over two hours!! With no results after 3 hours of my life that I will never get back. The CSRs kept hanging up. In short - no flowers, no answers, no way to file a complaint on their website. 100.00 arrangement, not delivered - not just “not delivered on time” just plain not delivered. Customer service is a joke - I was polite, they were a either inept, ignorant of the phone system, or just plain rude. Avoid this company, save yourself from more grief.

    I have a sister dying from ALS and we wanted to send her flowers. We picked a beautiful LARGE bouquet and paid expedited delivery to get it the next morning before 10AM. They were NOT delivered on time. In fact, they finally showed up around 3:30PM and they were NOT what we ordered. They were TINY. They would have cost us and looked like the crap bouquet you'd get from your local grocery store. It was horrible. Badly put together and cheap looking. The delivery driver didn't even have the decency to deliver it. He put it on our door step, rang the bell and rushed to his truck and sped off. When I contacted them they acted as if it wasn't a big deal and then said "We'll go ahead and give you the expedited fee back" (like it was a wonderful act of generosity on their part). I complained and complained and kept getting the "they were busy and couldn't do yours on time because there were others."

    Received an email with a credit (no doubt from ordering out of state funeral flowers for business). I used that to order for a work colleague and ordered at 9:00am from their "same day service" selections. Also paid an extra $4.99 to GUARANTEE delivery in next 4 hours. We are now at the 6th hour. When I phoned AND WAITED ON HOLD for 8 minutes, the 'customer service' rep, Jay, said he could not tell me anything about the delivery. I asked for the $4.99 to be refunded and he said he would but funny - they were able to do the initial charge IMMEDIATELY, but no refund yet.

    I had to insist that he phone the florist. He said "I can't give you any information about the delivery." Only after I raised my voice reminding him I was the customer WHO PAID and there had not been a delivery, was I put on hold and he said he phoned but got voicemail and that was all that was offered. NEVER use these people. Much easier to phone a local florist that is reliable. I will be phoning my bank to dispute the charge.

    I ordered a "deluxe" bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day 2020 (delivery set for the Monday prior). The flowers looked NOTHING like the arrangement pictured on the website. As a matter of fact, they looked nothing like the "regular" (fewer flowers) bouquet pictured on the website. The arrangement that arrived had the types and colors of flowers correct, but it wasn't anywhere close to the size of the bouquet pictured. I contacted the company using the chat feature. I was immediately told that I could have a 20% discount and asked how I wanted to proceed. When I asked if I had any other options, I was told I could have a new bouquet re-delivered. This must be fairly common for them because the discount was immediate with no questions asked. I explained that the whole reason I ordered the "deluxe" was that I wanted to make an impression, so a re-delivery of the flowers wouldn't replace the impression that was initially given.

    I asked for a 50% discount and was given it without question again. I was told I'd see the refund applied to my credit card in a few business days. While I was typing back to the person on the chat, she abruptly ended the chat. I see that the refund is processing today, but I still ended up paying over $35.00 (including the delivery fee) for an arrangement that wasn't even worth $20.00. I could've picked up a local arrangement of roses, bought a glass vase to put them in, and given them to my girlfriend for about $25.00! I will not use fromyouflowers.com again. I'll be surprised to see if this gets posted to the site. I would not recommend them.

    I'm Mr. **. My order number is #**. I really couldn't believe that on Saturday 2/8/20 which was 31 degrees Fahrenheit on that day by the way! The flowers that I ordered for $60 was left on my porch with no knock or doorbell rung. I have the RING app video to prove it. I had back surgery 5 weeks ago and I'm mobile but, can't drive yet. So, I was home all day awaiting my gift for my lovely wife. I called them and after explaining my situation they transferred me to a supervisor and I explained to them how disappointed and unsatisfied with the handling of my gift to my wife and how the flowers looked with the petals just falling off (I have the pictures to prove it) in the plastic bag it came in. That she said that she was going to send me another set of the same flowers and take 20% off my charges (she didn't). The last time I checked 20% off of $59.16 is $11.83. They refunded me $8.65 (I have the email to prove it.)

    I ask her twice when will she send them since, I was anticipating them on Saturday. She never gave me an answer and rushed me off the phone???? I'm sick of how people treat others and how people have no true customer loyalty to the consumer. Please "DON'T BUY FROM THEM". They are so deceptive they even sent an email to cover their tracks to say they came and knocked and there was no answer. So much hogwash!! Please check the phone record of my conversation with them and you'll hear the truth. Please correct this or you'll be another flower company going out of business.

    Do NOT order from this website. I ordered the deluxe blooms of alstroemeria. Cost 61.00 with delivery. The flowers my friend received is absolutely nothing like I ordered. 4 roses, 1 lily and some greenery. FAR FAR from the bouquet I ordered. I ordered no roses, and none of these lilies. Called from you flowers. The best they could do is offer me 30% off. This bouquet was 25.00 grocery store bouquet at its best!! Company would not give me the name of the delivering florist. The fact that they would not give me the name of the florist is a huge red flag! Told her I was disputing with my cc company.

    I’ve placed an order on a Wednesday to be delivered on a Friday. Right after I placed the order I had to change the recipient address. Not a big deal. I was able to do it by chat. Checked again I Thursday and Friday to make sure they have the right address, they said yes. Well, Friday by 6pm they went to the wrong place and of course didn’t find the recipient and not even bother to call me or the recipient to verify the address, I had to enter both number into the order form. I kept calling Friday because it had to be delivered on Friday. It didn’t. The flowers were delivered Saturday many hours after the celebration. What I didn’t want. I have a picture of what I’ve ordered and what I got. It is horrible. I wish I could share It here. A single flowers with 2 little branches of green. I feel so embarrassed when my friend sent me a picture of it. I’ve filed a complaint with PayPal and want my money back.

    This was my first (and last) experience with this company. I ordered flowers for my sister’s 60th birthday paying the upcharges for same day delivery within 4 hours. Flowers were to be delivered by 1:00 pm. At 7:00 pm no flowers... so I called the 800 phone number and spoke to a service rep. After more than 30 minutes the rep said she would call the florist to find out where the flowers were... AT 7:30 pm THE FLORIST IS GONE!! I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on an extended hold. The rep returned and told me the same thing again (insert eye roll). I asked once again for a supervisor and waited again. Finally a supervisor was on the call. She apologized again saying she would give a discount refund and add a box of chocolates and an apology letter to the delivery which would take place tomorrow. I agreed giving them a second chance.

    The next day my sister called at 7:00 pm to tell me no flowers were delivered. I called the 800 number once again and asked for a supervisor immediately. The rep said all supervisors were busy and one would have to call back (insert eye roll). I told her I would wait and, miraculously, I was connected within a minute or so. This supervisor offered a 50% discount on the flowers and a delivery on Monday because flowers are not delivered on Sunday. I laughed and said why would I pay even 50% for nothing but aggravation which is all I had received. I cancelled the order and will never do business with this shady organization again. And if you are smart, you will do the same.

    Please be careful when ordering from this site. They use local flower shops and there’s no way to know which shop they’re using. I ordered a main centerpiece to wrap around the urn and a large standing spray for my mother’s funeral 3 days in advance. When we showed up to the funeral, the flowers were not there. Instead of greeting guests and preparing, we spent the first 15 minutes of the funeral talking to customer service. We had to start the funeral 20 minutes late due to this.

    Customer service told me they were trying to locate the flowers, but didn’t know where they were and would give me a 20% discount off my order. I said absolutely not. I demanded a full refund. Who offers 20% off an order when the flowers aren’t even at the funeral and it’s 20 minutes after the service should have started? They finally offered a full refund. We got a call from the funeral home THREE hours after the service ended, letting us know flowers had finally been delivered. They were as astounded as we were. They asked the delivery driver what happened and the reply was: “I dunno. I just deliver.” It really ruined part of the service and we ended up with no flowers for the urn- no flowers at all except for one bouquet from a family member that used a different site to order from. Please don’t put faith in the delivery service. It could really ruin your event. You’re taking a gamble that’s not worth it.

    I will give fromyouflowers.com an "A" for customer service in this regard. As soon as I reported the issue, they refunded my money. I appreciate that very much. However, this was a special occasion and we didn't get the chance to surprise our daughter with a really special arrangement of flowers. We can't have that moment back. I hope the company takes measures to make sure that, in the future, others aren't as disappointed as we were.

    I ordered a vase of irises and pink tulips at a cost of about $75. That is not what was delivered. My daughter received a vase of some white tulips with two unopened irises. She could have bought what she received in a local bodega for $8. I feel FromYouFlowers.com should not offer arrangements that they know they cannot deliver. I am very upset. Flowers are about timing. It's too late to pick something different. The flowers were delivered on the day requested. However, it was very late in the day. I don't understand why the order took 20 hours to be fulfilled. If I had called a flower shop directly - which I will do next time - they would have probably delivered before 4 pm.

    I used this company because I had received a nice coupon with the roses I was given. It all seemed so simple then... First of all, do not believe the pictures shown depicting the product your recipient will receive. It will be underwhelming at any price level. Secondly, be sure to accurately repeat all information given regarding the date, address, and any gate or lobby codes necessary for delivery. Thirdly, you can expect 2 out of 3 of their phone customer service assistants to be friendly and helpful, even if their input of your information is not being communicated correctly to the next line of internal communication in their process.

    Lastly, just save your money and order directly from a local florist in the recipient’s town! At least that way, all the information you repeat over and over again, will have someone at the other end who will be slightly responsible for accuracy because maybe their family owns their shop and they can take pride in their work and the words they give to their customers. Obviously, I am incredibly unhappy with this company and my only recourse is to give it a fair review.

    I ordered flowers to be delivered on a birthday. I ordered over the phone to make sure I did not error when ordering. I gave a very clear account of the gate/lobby code and had the customer service rep repeat it to me twice. The flowers were not delivered on the birthday. I called that evening and customer service had no answer for me so they upgraded my order from deluxe to premium. I again had her repeat the gate/lobby code correctly. (Both reps were very friendly and helpful.) The flowers were not delivered the day after the birthday.

    I called that next afternoon and the customer service rep was all about making excuses for a system she was unsure about on the local florist end. She also misread the gate/lobby code and I corrected her at which point I was given a silent moment then she formally concluded the call. The next day I tracked down the local florist and found out the gate/lobby code they were given was indeed in error the entire time. Since the flowers were back out in the truck for the 3rd day, they HAD to be delivered and they were.

    May I just say, that if the arrangement they delivered was upgraded from my original $50 (deluxe) arrangement, I feel very badly for people who order the smaller or even the deluxe. One reviewer stated he could have bought the arrangement at the grocery store and it would have looked the same. I felt exactly the same way about this ‘deluxe’ arrangement when my daughter sent me her grateful video for the lovely flowers she finally received. I was heart sick!! Please support the local florists directly or look at reviews first. The chances of reliable customer satisfaction with fromyouflowers.com is highly unpredictable and not worth the time or money.

    First and last time I purchase flowers from this company. I have ordered a premium dozen bouquet and end up with only 9 roses and little tiny ones, it's a misery. Really disappointed. You are not getting what you paid for! Hate to be the one who’s going through this bad experience and a negative review in between a thousand 5 star rating ones. Buy local would be my advice. That way you know what you are buying. Bad service representative as well. Would never buy from this company again.

    What started out as a special thing for my mother in law, ended with frustration and disappointment. The customer service representative I worked with was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding but she was honestly the only good thing to come of this order. I placed the order before noon on a Wednesday to be delivered the next day, specifically after 11:00 am (when she gets to her office). I received a delivery confirmation around 9:00 am on Thursday morning immediately followed by an email saying the recipient's address (a public high school in a very large county) was "too rural" for the delivery to be made.

    I spoke with customer service again and changed the address to my office, so I could deliver them to her myself. Once the order arrived, I was crushed, I paid $50 for this and half of the flowers are brown and wilted, it is 10 times smaller than the photos depicted, and the card that I paid $4 for looks like a kindergartener wrote it, you can't even read it. I will NEVER do business with this company again.

    I'm not sure how they got such good customer satisfaction ratings. I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday and they were very underwhelming. I could have picked up a better arrangement at the grocery store for a third of the price. I've used online florists in the past and been happy with the results. Normally try to use a local florist as it's inexpensive but this time I was in a rush and the florist I'd been using was no longer in business. I ended up with a high price and low quality, will not make the mistake again.

    I ordered an anniversary bouquet. The picture has roses and a very full bouquet of nice flowers. My GF got an arrangement with a few carnations and daisies. A pretty low end and sparse assortment. Granted, it says florists choice but for $56, weak. Secondly, it wasn’t delivered until 4:30 in the afternoon, and only after I was on hold for 25 minutes to check on the status. Thirdly, the discount I had on the website disappeared when I submitted my payment. Summary- shady. Avoid this company.

    I ordered 2 premium sprays for my sisters funeral. Got Charged $361.45. Day of funeral received only 1 spray. Not the premium spray that I ordered. (It was embarrassing). After funeral services, I called company, was mostly put on hold for about an hour trying to resolve this. They would only talk to my husband, because his name was on credit card and not deal with me. Finally they agreed to a partial refund. I recommend DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

    Unable to delivers Funeral arrangement after 4 days of trying. Always said there wasn’t a local florist that could deliver. Funeral was last Friday, got notified today 02/03/20 that they still can’t. They are refunding my money. It’s heartbreaking that I wasn’t able to honor my Sister one final time.     I received a confirmation email stating my mother's birthday flower had been delivered. When I asked her about them, she had NO idea what I was talking about. I called customer service and they apologized, offered me a 10% refund and to deliver my flowers my next day. I, again, received a confirmation email stating my flowers had been delivered. My mother said she had not received anything!!!! I called and demanded a refund! They agreed, but I have yet to be reimbursed. I feel as though they stole $65 from me!

    On Thursday, I ordered a standing cross spray to be delivered for a 3pm funeral on Saturday. At 2.45 they called to say they could not deliver the spray and could they deliver it to the home later. I said no, I wanted a refund which they said they would give me of $92.54. However this does not relieve the damage and hurt of their unreliable service. They refused to give me the name of the florist. They don't deserve the rating advertised.

    This is horrible service. Their operators continue to disconnect me then claim an attempt to deliver was made. So I called my friend who said she was home all day. THEY ARE LIARS! I requested a refund and the operator couldn’t even give me a claim number over the for my refund and now I have to wait 2-3 business days for my refund. How can I trust this service.     My F-I-L was admitted to the hospital in NC for a possible heart attack today. We live several states away and wanted him to know we were thinking of him.     I placed an order at 8:30 am. Paid for the expedite delivery ($24 for delivery fees). By 1:30 the flowers had not been delivered, so I called them, waited on hold for 10 mins. They said it was on route. By 3:30 the flower had not been delivered, I called again, was placed on hold for 15 munites then got disconnected. Call them back was placed on hold again for 10 minutes, the lady said the flower shop didn't pick up, but they were showing the delivery was in route. I told them, the flowers were for my mom and she leaves work at 4, she said to call back after 4 and if it wasn't delivered by then I would get a full refund. By 4:05 the delivery was not made, I called them back and they only wanted to give me a partial refund, because they weren't able to contact the flower shop. TRULY THE WORST SERVICE.

    I ordered flowers on Monday for a Thursday delivery and paid extra for an expedited delivery before noon. I went to track the order online at 11:40 am and it was not even on the truck! No notification was sent to me, so I contacted customer service via chat. She just kept sending me the same scripted response of their sincere apology and my order will be sent as soon as possible...which means nothing! Will it be sent Fri, Sun, next Wed??? Who knows???? I kept requesting if I would be refunded and what day will the flowers be sent. Again....I received the exact same scripted “sincere” response that it will sent as soon as possible.

    I had to request confirmation 4 times if I would be refunded for the expedited delivery before she said I would. I also requested if the florist knows to upgrade the bouquet and add a Mylar balloon, since they didn’t know the delivery was supposed to be in the am. I was only given confirmation for a balloon. I gave up on the chat. Mind you...the responses would take 5-10 minutes. Do this chat lasted for 30 minutes. I did not receive any type of email confirming my partial refund.

    So I decided to call customer service. I had to wait about 15 minutes before someone picked up. I had the feeling it was someone working out of their home because I could hear screaming children in the background. This person may have been the same one I was chatting with because she gave me almost no information other than they will attempt to deliver the flowers today, but they will not leave them if my elderly parents don’t answer and they will attempt another day!!!!

    I told them to just leave them because if they are gone, they will be back within 2 hours. They said no, because the flowers will die. Why...because they are not even boxed. I told her I want a partial refund if they deliver another day because the flowers won’t be as fresh. She told me that she couldn’t refund because no one is there to accept the delivery. I reminded her that is THEIR fault and that is why I paid extra for a morning delivery! Then the florist calls me and she must have such outdated GPS because she confirms the address and tells me it’s an empty lot. Lol - my parents have lived in this subdivision for over 20 years. I will never ever order from them again!!!! So far, they haven’t issued me a partial refund either. They are horrible!

Things were crazy with the sudden death, and my other parent being hospitalized, that I really was not all with it when I was ordering. When I realized what I had done, I was scared to death that it was going to end badly. I called fromyouflowers.com, and they couldn't tell me what florist was fufilling my order, but assured me that they are very careful especially with funeral arrangements.     This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Wanted to send my mom a Get Well arrangement with next day delivery. Got an email the next morning stating that was not possible "Please accept our most sincere apologies as we were unable to locate a florist who could fulfill your order today." Then a few hours later I got an email- stating the arrangement I wanted- from their website could not be provided. "Unfortunately, a picture of the selected product is not available". The final straw was when they didn't even have a get well balloon to accompany my order. "The fulfilling florist has advised they do not have balloons to deliver with your order". What a joke.     I had contacted them to purchase a birthday flower bouquet, I paid an excessive $16 handling and processing fee. Then wanted them delivered same day and paid an extra $2.98 and an additional 4.98 for same day delivery (double charge for same service). Was supposed to be delivered same day but 2 days later still weren’t delivered. Did not deliver on their promises that they offer and the guaranteed is not a guideline they follow as they only offered me 10% return and another broken promise of delivery after the first day it wasn’t done.     Number 1: The candies that are advertised online were not the same as what I received.

    My friend had a death in the family so I sent some flowers. I ordered the deluxe arrangement. It had only 6 flowers in it and the rest was green leaves and some Baby's Breath for a full -- did not even fill the whole vase. I called to complain and told them they needed to send the right one -- the full case. This was for a wake for Pete sake looks like a grocery store bundle....so disappointed .     I ordered on their website, chose to have same day 4-hour delivery. There is a $14.99 service fee, a fee for same-day delivery and an expedited fee for the 4 hour delivery. This was going to be over $80 for a bouquet of flowers to someone who just got some bad news and I wanted to show love. Waited for the 4 hours and then tried to get answers. No response to my email so I called and sat on hold for a LONG time. They said they would not be able to get them delivered today and it would be tomorrow.

    They offered to refund the expedited fee. No, it was very important that they were delivered today. Someone sat at the house today waiting for those flowers that didn't come, I'm not having them do that tomorrow. At no point was I contacted when they saw that it wasn't going to be delivered on time. This is one of the worse examples of customer service I have ever seen. They took no responsibility for their problems. Reading other reviews here, it looks like this is a horrible business.

    We experienced a failure to deliver from another company within 48 hrs for a funeral due to the local vendor/florist was unable to commit, yet they guaranteed it. So, my wife called Fromyouflowers. We explained the situation to the consultant and she quickly reassured us they could deliver overnight (Sat) to the family home. We also paid $$ extra (total $170) to have it delivered Sat by 8:00pm. At 7:30pm we called to get a status of the order only to find out the basket was never delivered. No one called or sent email to us with this info. Again the local vendor/florist could not deliver within the time frame until 3 days later.

    The bottom line, after dealing with two internet florists is, they all commit to everything without getting verification from the local vendor. The other thing to keep in mind is most of these internet businesses use call centers offshore (Philippines, Malaysia, etc...) which complicates the order/escalation process. You're better off calling a local florist in the area directly to place your order when there is a time constraint.

    I order flowers for my mother's funeral. They send email day of visitation which I didn't see that no one could do the flowers... Call them. Left no phone number! I paid extra for delivery by noon that day and I arrived at visitation. No flowers! I was so upset. It was my mother!! I'm supposed to be getting a refund but really it's my mother's funeral!     Worst service. Ordered a sympathy spray for a memorial service that started at 4pm. I made the order two days before they needed to be there. Got a confirmation that it was going. Then about an hour before the service I get a call from a call center telling me that they are unable to fulfill the order but could send a basket to the house. It was a funeral spray.... The family all lived out of town in different places. So no flowers were delivered. I honestly think this is a scam to replace with cheaper flowers/arrangements. I will never make this mistake again.     A dear friend of my wife passed away and we could not travel to her service, we chose "From you flowers" my wife found online. We ordered on Friday for a Monday service and when I got the email confirmation is said it would be delivered on Monday between 9am and 5pm. We called them and told them we paid an extra $4.99 for expedited delivery to get there in time, the gentleman assured us that they would get there in time and he didn't know why the email said it would be between 9 and 5 but not to worry that he changed the time and everything is good to go.

    Well Monday gets here and at 12pm I get a call from them that they missed the service, like how do you miss getting funeral flowers to a funeral home with 3 days notice? The lady told me if I like she could give me a 15% discount and deliver them to her home? Explained that since she passed away she won't be at her home and to just give me my money back, the damage and mental anguish my wife endured is irreparable, I would not do business with this company again.

    I tried to place an order online, it wouldn't accept my credit card. Said I had to call customer service to place my order. My credit card didn't work when the rep on the phone tried to place the order. She put me on hold to speak to her financial department and returned to tell me that if I had just moved in the past 6 months, I have to use my old billing address. I'm thinking that's strange? I took this information and called their customer service back and asked to get the correct flowers sent. The rep says "since it's already been delivered there's nothing she can do except give me a discount on my next order."

    Why would I want a discount on my next order when you can get my first order correct?? I escalated to her supervisor who was also of no help. Best he could do is give me a 50% refund on my incorrect order.. are you serious??? Then what is all this crap about 100% satisfaction guaranteed??? Next day they waited until 3:00 pm and then emailed me saying they were delayed a second day!! Then on the third day after the same day delivery order I placed they sent me an email saying the flowers I had choose were not available to that area, even though they were the ones they had listed and told me that they chose different ones to send. Horrible business plan. If you aren't able to do same day don't even offer it! All they did was credit my account fo 13$ discount on a future order after I spent over 200$ on the flower orders, and now less than 2 weeks later I get an email saying if I don't use the 13$ credit by today it is expiring. Terrible.

    I have used this company three times and I have not had any issues. After my first order, they sent me an email and gave me lifetime free shipping. ($15 value per order). Every person that I sent flowers to, provided me a picture and the arrangement looked beautiful.     This was my first time using this company and their services, I placed an order for same day delivery and the Oder was never delivered. No one called and said anything regarding my order and when I called to track my order it kept saying delivery is scheduled to be delivered TODAY! By the time 7:00pm hit P/C time I knew that something wasn’t right so I called and spoke with a customer representative and was told that the Order will be delivered the following day before 6:00pm P/C time. I became extremely upset because this was for family who had just lost their mother and I find it highly disgusting and disrespectful for me to have to call customer care to find out why the Order had NEVER been delivered!     Ordered flowers for my mom’s funeral and halfway thru the service flowers still hasn’t been delivered. Website status says “out for delivery”. Finally called them to ask status and get resolution and decided to chat their customer service. Was told that order missed the shipment and that container for arrangement type was not available. I panicked and asked what can be done but Customer Service lady ended my chat. Called their customer service number and was told they will send a replacement flower another day to the home address and I instead requested for a refund since there will be no need for an arrangement any longer but had to wait on hold again for a supervisors approval to return my money back. I asked why the status read “out for delivery” when they knew they weren’t going to deliver but didn’t get any answer. I am still waiting for my refund. Don’t waste your time on this site. They caused me additional grief and stress on my time of grief.

    I have ordered flowers before online and had a good experience so I thought I would give Fromyouflowers.com a chance. The flowers I picked online were very pretty. I upgraded from the base package so my mom would get a dozen roses for her birthday. What she ended up with was 6 roses and TONS of leaves, 3 baby’s breath and flyers for house cleaning business. I paid 70$ for a premium bouquet and got something that looked like leaves stuffed in with a few roses. So disappointed with this website. Beware go somewhere else!!!!

    Delivery keeps delaying and missed my brother’s birthday. I paid extra though paid 2 days ahead to guarantee a delivery on Wed. No customer service staff reach me to notify the delay. I need to keep track my order. When chat with them on the phone, every staff said had called the recipient and left messages for apologies but the recipient had never received any. Wed delivery pushed back Thu. Thu again no sign and delayed again to Fri. Got an email said the basket is delivered on Fri but the recipient has no sign of it. I called the service hotline, they said it was left with the front desk but she answered without me waiting. How can she know where the deliver company left?

    And there’s actually no front desk at the deliver address. Then she blamed that due to security reason, they are not able to go upstairs and left with management or security staff (again, she never need to hold up my line to check) so she’s just giving excuses without checking. In fact the recipient’s office security staff are not allowed to accept items on behalf of residents but anybody can take lifts to any floor because it’s an open office building, so it’s a nonsense excuse. Finally she can only say will check with local vendor to confirm the details and get back to me. But I’ve never got a reply at all, of course. Until a Sat morning, my brother made his special trip to office and check again, it was put in front of his office door. To note he left very late Friday night and he even went back to the office and mail room late Friday night to check if the basket is around but of course in vain.

    So fromyouflowers.com is simply telling lies, faking us customers who ordered overseas. The worst and most ridiculous thing is, the basket is completely different! I ordered a Starbucks lovers’ gift basket. It came like a simply hamper with chocolates, olives, sparkling grapes, NO SIGN of coffee!! What for to someone who doesn’t eat chocolates at all? And no coffee for coffee lovers? It’s a ridiculous and frustrating experience that I really want to tell avoiding other people to get such disappointment spoiling a birthday idea for someone they love.     DO NOT USE THEM!!!! Worst place ever!!! I ordered an arrangement on Monday, and was told it would arrive on Tuesday...It did not! It then comes on Wednesday and is not what I ordered. Not only was it wrong, it was a piece of garbage-looked cheap and flowers were dead! I called again and they apologized and said it would be delivered on Thursday. Well Thursday came and went, and it never came. I then received a call on a Thursday night and was told the arrangement I ordered was not in stock. Why did all the people I spoke to the last few days didn’t tell me this??? No response. After all of this, my family member never received the arrangement and I was beyond aggravated! I told them to refund me the money and that I will never use them again. Sorry please anyone reading this, learn from my experience and do not use them!!     I ordered a 99.00 live plant arrangement on Friday for a Saturday morning delivery for a funeral. I received an email apologizing for the failure to deliver on time and that the delivery would be made on Monday! Also, the next day delivery fee would be refunded. Monday afternoon my arrangement still had not been delivered. However I received another email stated that my credit of 12.00 had been applied for a future purchase! I called and argued with customer service for over 30 minutes demanding a next day delivery fee refund not a credit which she was refusing to do. Finally, she agreed. Problem solved? No! The arrangement that was finally delivered was one of almost cut dead flowers with one tiny succulent in the front. This was supposed to be live plants! I basically paid 100 bucks for dead flowers. Do yourself a favor and use another service.

    It's one thing to run late with a delivery, it is something completely different to blatantly lie about a delivery attempt. In 2020 most people have cameras and to be told not once but twice that a delivery was attempted but unsuccessful is both ridiculous and unprofessional. This is the worst experience I've ever had and will NEVER support your business again. I will be posting feedback on every possible outlet, contacting the Better Business Bureau, and my attorney. I used the next day delivery to ensure that the flowers were going to be received by Saturday for the Monday funeral service and they were dead.     On 12-28-19 I placed a web order with your Warwick RI store with the claim/promise that it would be delivered on 12-31-19. This item was not shipped in a timely manner, in fact, it was not even shipped from Rhode Island. It was shipped on 12-30-19 from New York and not delivered until 1-3-2020. This is a poor business practice which shows a lack of customer service. This was to be for the birth of a child and due to your company's fraudulent practice of misleading customers on delivery times its late arrival caused more then inconvenience.     Although the customer liked my thank you fruit basket, Mylar balloon and chocolates, it was not delivered on the day requested. I did receive a credit back to PayPal account for the lack of delivery on the day requested, but there was another charge-back of a little over $10 which expired a few days after my initial order. The amount was not put back on the charge account, but had to be used as a credit toward another purchase. I had no intention of purchasing another item just to use the discount. I was very disappointed that the discount had to be used on another order or be lost within a few days of being notified of the charge-back.

    I ordered flowers for my mother as an early Christmas gift. They not only were late by 2 hours, they did not deliver what I ordered. In fact, what was delivered was quite disappointing...so much so that when I told my mom I emailed a complaint, she actually said, “To be honest, I was taken aback by how unattractive they were, which I didn’t think was possible because at the end of the day they’re flowers.” My father, upon seeing them stated that he hoped I had complained if I hadn’t already.

    I emailed customer service. They were prompt and professional, and said my order would be redelivered. I responded with the day for the redelivery, got confirmation, and pleaded that they relay my earnest wishes to the florist. They apologized and thanked me for the opportunity to make it right. We waited, but the flowers never came. I considered leaving it and considering it a lost cause, but thought they should know. I am writing this review after having emailed them about the non-delivery. I don’t know what they will say, but I am quite over it at this point. I have already spent too much time on this (including this review). It seems the florists they were working with were at fault, but the overall experience was not worth the extra time and disappointment experienced by both myself and the recipient. If you need reliable service, I wouldn’t recommend them-hope I was able to at least save someone else some time and money.

    I ordered, on FromYouFlower.com, their Winter Wonderland bouquet to be delivered to my mother on her birthday. Everything seemed to be set and I waited to surprise her. Her birthday comes around and no flowers are ever delivered. No calls were made to either my mother or I to attempt to deliver them. I let customer service know and they told me there was an “issue” with the delivery company. They apologized and offered to upgrade the bouquet and deliver it early the following morning. I was pleased with this response and gladly accepted, as I know sometimes things just go wrong.

    My mother finally received her flowers, a day late, and they were not at all what was described. They were poorly arranged, sparse and didn’t include some of the same flowers that were listed. It was also very small for having been “upgraded,” not at all close to the bouquet pictured online. I included the example photo on the website and a photo of what my mother received. I contacted customer services again and was told they would “refund” me 20% of the bouquet price, which comes out to less than $10. $10 doesn’t even cover the shipping and handling fee. Do not buy from From You Flowers!

    This was the most awful experience of ordering flowers. We ordered the bouquet we wanted, paid extra for same day and for 4 hour delivery. Both were missed even though I received emails saying they had been delivered. Then when I complained was told nothing they can do now and offered a 10$ off my next order. I complained more and was offered 30% refund. Never again. There was a reason it needed to be there today and they failed miserably and we're ok with just a 10 dollar coupon for next time.     I purchased a set of flowers to be delivered same day on 12.27.19. I paid the additional same day fee etc. Not only were the flowers not delivered on the same day as promised I kept getting the run around about when the order will be delivered. I then was promised delivery early morning on 12.30.19. But again no flowers have been delivered. These people are crooks. They dont have a network of florists they work with as they are based overseas. This has been a complete disaster.

    I put in my request description - Red Roses. Those were the lady’s favorite flowers. This beautiful display came up. I thought, nice!     I would have given 0 stars if possible. Worst flower delivery experience ever! Ordered flowers a few days ago to be delivered to a friend yesterday for one year anniversary of son’s death. I received an email confirmation that they were delivered that afternoon. I had not heard from my friend yet as of today so I called to make sure she got them. They were NOT delivered. Now the surprise was also ruined. I called From You Flowers and was told that delivery was attempted but nobody was home and that flowers were on way now. I asked why I received an email confirmation that they were delivered yesterday? They said "you know how computers are sometimes"… HUH??? I asked why I was not called and why they were not left at the door? They said due to weather being too hot or too cold... It was 55* perfect weather.

    MY FRIEND HAS DOOR BELL/PORCH VIDEO MONITORING AND NO DELIVERY ATTEMPT WAS MADE. I called them again and supposedly talked to a supervisor who couldn’t explain why they LIED TO ME IN EMAIL AND ON PHONE. I was then told again flowers are on the way now. That was a couple of hours ago... It’s now 4pm and still no flowers. I always read reviews before I order online and it figures this time I didn’t. Stay away from this place! After reading Yelp reviews it’s a total scam AND most people don’t get what they ordered and flowers look awful.

    Ordered flowers for my mom's 70th birthday. Paid all the extras for same day delivery. The day comes and goes no flowers. I call them to see why the flowers weren't delivered. Customer service informed me that they would reach out to the local florist to see what the problem is and get back with me. By this time I had already looked into the local florist where my mom lives out of state. Their website says closed Saturday and Sunday. So since the first lady wouldn't give me the name of the company they sent my order to I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Next day still no call or email from fromyouflowers.com so I called them back.

    This time spoke with a guy that just seemed annoyed. He places me on hold several time to come back and say no answer from the florist. That he would have them call me tomorrow... Wait what you mean the florist that's closed isn't answering your calls. Shocker! Then he informs me like he's doing me a favor that he can refund 10% back to me for the inconvenience. I laughed. That didn't even cover same day delivery fee. That was his big favor to me. I requested a full refund! 30 minutes later he processed it. When asked if there was anything else he could do for me. I said, "Maybe check with your florist in the area to see if they are even open before you send out an order." All of this could have been avoided if they would've sent the order to the next town over. His response 'ha yeah ok'. If they would have just owned up to it the first day I could have made other arrangements for flowers. I will never order from this company again!

    I ordered some flowers for my grandmother for her birthday since she’s out of town. I decided to use it for you flowers to be the one to deliver the flowers to her. When ordering online they make it seem like when putting in the zip code you get to pick a specific day to have them delivered and pick what products are available based on that zip code.

    Well that’s obviously not the case, because today about 2 PM they decide to tell me that they’re not actually going to deliver them tomorrow but on Monday morning which isn’t even her birthday. Then at eight O’clock at night they decide to email me and tell me that they don’t have a flower arrangement that I paid for and they’re just going to substitute it for whatever they have. But they don’t even tell you or show you what it’s going to look like!! Absolutely ridiculous, this was my first time ordering with them and it will definitely be my last. The customer service reps are so rude and don’t care that these are flowers for your loved ones. I 100% suggest that you don’t order from here.

    I hope after reading this you will change your mind and not use this service. It seems as though some people have had good fortune but I would not take the risk! To begin with, the order was to have been delivered by 5 o’clock the day that I ordered them. I learned later that they were not going to be delivered until three days later, three days after my mother’s 86th birthday! I paid over $90 to have a premium arrangement sent.

    When I finally saw the arrangement I had no idea how they could deliver such a product! There were three roses, one half dead Iris, and one Lily. The container Was glass and looked nothing like the container online. I sent pictures to the company of what the flowers look like and a picture of what they should’ve look like based on the website. They told me they would give me 30% off which is totally unacceptable! I have spent hours sending emails and making phone calls. Please, do yourself a favor and do not order from this company!

    I ordered a gift basket for my husband who was out of town for Christmas. Fromyouflowers.com said it would be delivered Christmas Eve. I was so excited for my husband to get this special gift since he couldn't be home for the holiday. Then, I got an email saying that they were sorry, but the gift basket would have to be delivered the day after Christmas, which is today, I was disappointed, but still glad he would receive it. I got a voice mail awhile ago saying I needed to call them. When I did, they told me the gift basket I wanted was not available, but they would substitute a different one. I was fine with that and asked if it would be delivered today in place of the other one. I was told no, it would have to wait until December 31st! So frustrating and disappointing.     Use caution if placing your order online. They quoted me a price of 39.99 at the beginning of the order for a medium range bouquet. I needed it sent the same day, they also show the delivery charge as 2.99 for same day delivery. By the end of the order I was charged 49.99 for the flowers, 14.99 for the delivery plus that 2.99 for same day delivery. I was in a hurry to get the order placed while at work. Quality of the flowers upon arrival very sub par: one dead flower and both the roses and the sunflowers were wilted - looked very disappointing. Will never use them again.
