This is my first time using Angi- I am very pleased with the company I selected. I chose him based on the reviews shown in Angi. I agree with the positive reviews I found. The professionalism is noteworthy. I will use Angi in the future for other services.

Attempted to change appointment date via Angi/HomeAdvisor for some drywall repairs and paint. The day of the cancelled appointment the contractor texted and remarked that he arrived for appointment. I replied that I contacted Angi/HomeAdvisor two days earlier that I would be out of town. Contractor did not respond. My credit card was charged $425 the following month. I spent over an hour on the phone attempting to resolve the error with Angi/HomeAdvisor and was told to either reschedule or receive half of the $425 from a rather snarky fellow from India or Pakistan. I filed a claim with my credit card company later that day. I'm still in the process of trying to resolve the issue. Avoid Angi/HomeAdvisor at all cost, they will attempt to scam you.

BUYER BEWARE. This was my first time using the service therefore I'm not a member and never will be after my experience. PROS: Firstly, I would like to say that the person who provided cleaning services for me was wonderful! He was professional, kind, on time, and efficient. CONS: Miscommunication in scheduling. I called in and booked with an "Angie's List" customer service attendant, we discussed 2 people coming over to clean for 2 hrs. I also spoke with a second attendant who confirmed. I got a text to get the app for more details, and the info was incorrect: 1 person for 3 hrs. When the individual came over, he stayed for 4 hrs.

I couldn't even schedule someone to come quote the project I was trying to have done. The CSR would only ask about how many other quote I had already gotten and how much I wanted to spend. I told them the cost of my project doesn't depend on how many quotes I have, and that I'd be willing to talk about cost once I see a quote, and I just need someone to come give me a quote. After going back and forth on these points for a few minutes, they simply stopped responding to me. Couldn't have had a worse experience inside of 15 minutes. Never using Angi again, and will be telling anyone I can to look anywhere else.

8 hours of house cleaning. No lunch taken. Daughter is learning English and used cell phone voice translator to communicate in text form. Perfect translation. Ladies will be used monthly for keeping our large house with 16 foot ceilings clean. Definitely recommend these pleasant ladies with Star Cleaning.

Painted exterior of home and deck. Very professional. Can't say enough good things. Will use again in spring. Most definitely would highly recommend to anyone that needs his services. Larry (the owner) and crew went out of their way to make sure we were 100% satisfied.

As a small business we used Angie for almost 3 years. Not the greatest leads, but kept the traffic flowing. Occasionally we reached out to inquire why the leads are so poor. And their strategy was to prolong the investigation process as long as possible until the issue is forgotten and change the account representative every few month to kind of get a feeling of a new beginning. At some point it seemed like they were generating fake leads themselves. It was getting to a such a ridiculous level. When they would take a random name and just add a number at the end and @gmail.com. Totally random, not working number and abstract, not existing address that would not come up on maps.

On November 7, 2022 an Angi contractor, Darrion, came to my home to repair a patio umbrella. He charged me $160.00. Once at my home he stated the umbrella was off track. So, he closed it and I had it picked up by garbage. He stated that if I got another umbrella within 30 days, he would install it for free. On Nov. 19th, I contacted him that I had a new umbrella. Two days later, he text me, "what did we decide on the price." I responded, "You said you would install it for free if I got a new one within 30 days." Darrion never responded. So, I paid him $160 to tell me the umbrella was off track.

Do not use or work for Angi anything. They are a complete scam. The BBB has revoked their membership permanently. They carry a 1.9 out of 5 stars rating on every review companies site besides the ones they secretly fund. They target small biz as future victims of their scams. Same goes for the elderly in the customer/client side. Very evil business. DO NOT USE Angi Anything

The company was very professional and very punctual. Good team and equipment company. Was good to go over the work and told me what was to be expected and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend to anyone 10/10.

When I first became a member, your service was excellent. Now, it is tiring. The filters don't seem to work but when I request quotes, I don't get any. I get emails saying they were sent, but I don't get them. I'm not sure I'll continue using Angi in the future with the other available options. Even when I speak to your people on the phone, they're not that helpful and don't follow up.

Updated on 06/02/2023: After advertising for years with Angi, we decided to officially not renew our ad campaign with an email sent to our agent when she asked us if we wanted to renew the Ad. Angi kept collecting the monthly fee at the new campaign year. After 3 months and 11 phone calls and emails to request the refund and being promised to be refunded with some apologies, it took us another 2 months to finally make them stop collecting the fees. We ended up opposing our CC charges and we finally received an email from the finance department that they backtracked all fees and that they will not send any file to the collection department.

I booked a home cleaning through Angi on October 18, 2022 for today, November 22, 2022. We are having Thanksgiving at our home so we decided that it would be a great idea to get a deep cleaning before we had everyone over. I enrolled in the Angi app, spoke directly to a CSR and was assured that we were set, I even got a confirmation text and email on Sunday (48hrs prior to the actual cleaning). This afternoon at 1:30pm I reached out for their customer service to discuss the arrive time and parking arrangements.

I have typed a review for Permanent Floors at least 5 times and it says it went through but am unable to locate it. Quite frustrating! I have spent way too much time typing and I followed all of the questions.

Had a great moving experience with Stellar Moving Company. Very professional company. Great customer service! They were very careful packing my possessions that needed to be packed. They also were very clean. Didn’t track dirt into my new home. They also were very careful at my old home. You can’t beat this service for the price!

I contracted to have carpet cleans in two rooms with Angi for a fixed price of $237 (which included an Angi subscription). Contractor was supposed to begin carpet cleaning at 10:00 (on October 26, 2022). He called at 10:00 and said he had car trouble and he’d be here in “33 minutes”. Finally arrived at 11:45. Said he lost a "coupler" to his shampooer and asked if I had one. I didn’t. He headed off to buy one. His partner, who did not speak English, started to vacuum the two rooms (I had vacuumed them extensively prior to their arrival).

Guys were here on time and did what they came to do. They did very good. The work was complete. I was satisfied with the way everything went. Definitely will call again if needed in the future. My friend told me he would also like for the service. He can't do work because he is a office guy. Never used a tool in his life.

Easy and was provided reputable contractors. Replacement and installation was completed on schedule. Obtained contractors from Angie's for estimates, received 5 estimates to choose from. All were good and I picked the one I felt would be most convenient to our location.

I recently moved out of apartment in Philly into a house in Norristown. I paid for a membership and scheduled a cleaning for the Philly apartment. Since I am elderly and do not drive, I took an Uber to Philly to meet the cleaner. The cleaner never showed up. The cleaner did call and say she was going to be late, but then never showed. I contacted Angie who scheduled another cleaning crew for another day. Angie confirmed the cleaning 24 hours prior to the appointment. I took another Uber to Philly and 30 minutes prior to the appointment, I received an email stating that Angie could not find a cleaner for the job and cancelled AGAIN!. I emailed them again with no response. What a scam. My lease is up on and they tried to schedule again after the lease is up. I emailed them with no response. AWFUL. Do not use them.

AK Moving was great on my move. They're on time, quick, responsible, careful with my furniture and all household items. Their price was reasonable. They had all the materials they need for the move and they also keep everything protected with their covers from damaging or scratching. I will recommend to family and friends.

I am a General Contractor in the state of Alabama. Home Advisor constantly reaches out to contractors to sign them up to receive leads. Unfortunately whether you want the leads or not they will continue to charge your credit card numerous times a month when the leads are turned off. Our office reached out to them thinking this is an easy fix, knowing that we never ever have used the service. They enlighten me that they will not remove the charges and more charges are pending. They will charge your card multiple times from $13.00 at first to $200 if they see you don't respond, and even if you tell them to turn it off or you do not want the service they will wait 90 days and start charging you again. Be careful of this service.

Your app did not work properly, I couldn’t add photos or view any photos to my report.. I would like to repeat that this company was excellent. Having been a second level Manager in one of the largest companies in the USA and having worked with many Contractors, I have no hesitation in saying that this was good experience and I would consider them Triple A (AAA).

I googled for services I needed around the house and it is too much information that shows up. I do find Angi's a much better alternative to request help and I must say it is very easy to understand and navigate. You can communicate and all. Will be signing up with them soon as well to have more work done.

Only had one contact, but after meeting with them we were happy with the quote. Turns out we were very happy with the work. We are even getting additional quotes for other projects. Lawson, the project manager, contacted us almost daily to schedule next steps and make sure everything was going well. He addressed all concerns promptly.

I set up an appointment at our vacation home to get an estimate for a flooring job, which is a 3 hr. drive from where I live. The person never showed up. I called and texted my advisor and did not get any response back at all. I had requested to get the number of the person that I was meeting with, but was assured that the person would be given my number and would call me directly if there was a delay or anything. I waited all day for the person to arrive, but the person never showed up. In addition, I was charged $25 to get this estimate and should be refunded for that. I was told that Angi only deals with professionals, but that was a lie. It's not very professional to just not show up at all when you have an appointment.

We hired a local HVAC company for our new condominium!. Chose one from their list! Service was performed and I am happy with the job they performed! We will be using Angi for more many other work to be done on our new home!

He was on time and very professional. The job was done accurately and efficiently. I would recommend them to all my family and friends. I really liked the smell in my home when he was done. It was so fresh and clean. Just in time for the holidays.

I’ve only had work done by the Newman brothers and they did a wonderful job. I hope to hire them again soon for more interior paint work and then for our deck in the summer. Their prices are fair and they get the job done in such a timely manner. They’re polite and respectful. They are very informative and answered all the questions I had. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for any paint work such as cabinets, walls, outdoor paint with sheds and decks.

I have used Angie’s list in the past, as a homeowner. It’s nice to have a reputable source to go to in order to find reliable honest help. I would recommend to anyone looking for assistance to help upkeep a property or homes.

Horrible experience with Angi. Horrible experience with Angi. First off, none of their contractors ever respond to quote requests, so they offer their internal "Angi" service. I accepted only because they guaranteed no charges until job is finished and 100% satisfaction. I knew I was in trouble when a woman and her two teenage sons showed up for a yard cleaning. They finished about 30% of the project, then left and wouldn't respond to calls or texts. Then I waste 30 minutes trying to get it resolved on the phone, only to hear their over-seas, ** "customer service" person tell me that they're going to charge me the full price anyway today, and would schedule a follow up on Monday. Then they assign some guy in Texas (I'm in Colorado). What a joke!!!! So I cancel and they still insist on charging me. Angi is a total scam and dispatches totally unqualified people to do their work. Don't use them!!!! Everything stated here is 100% true.

The young woman that worked through Angi website did a wonderful job cleaning and I would recommend her and the Angis company to anyone who is looking for great quality performance and great personality from someone who loves clean. I will welcome her back anytime

Arrived early, very professional, and did a great job. He paid attention to detail and offered. I used him before for a kitchen ceiling job, he removed the popcorn and applied a slick finish on my ceilings in my kitchen. No mess. He cleans too.

They were extremely efficient, competent, and explicit about what will be done and how. They gave detailed quote. It was decided to install. The project was done expertly, and the trash and garbage were removed. The final outcome held fast to our initial goal. Thrilled with the outcomes.

Angi/Angie’s list/Home Advisor’s whole business is based around BAIT AND SWITCH. They will tell you that you will receive job leads from people who are interested in buying or using your products and or services. In my experience you will receive customer information for customers who have already booked with another company even though I made contact with the customer less than a minute of receiving their information from Angi on almost every contact (Every representative I told this to was perplexed how that could happen) or you will leave a message with the customer and never hear back.

Very helpful and time saving. As a Single mom I use the service often. It is helpful to locate professionals in the industry instead of taking a chance with a company or person that you don’t know or trust. Thank You.

I'll start with scheduling my project. Spoke with contact, described my needs as Move Out Cleaning, outlined my specific requirements for deep cleaning inside and outside areas, requesting more than one person, set a date, received a quoted price. Then received confirmation for one-person staff, for furniture dusting, etc. Then tried to reconnect with someone to dispute the obvious disconnect, which was futile. When I finally reached a person to speak with, was told that in order to have a second staff cleaner, we would need to submit a second request, which would result in a second cleaning date. On "cleaning" day, a sweet well-intentioned, under-equipped staff member arrived at our location and did her best. Unfortunately, I had to pick up more than half the slack, which was a huge burden. Angi, if you cannot deliver, do not advertise to the contrary.

We contracted with Element Drywall & Painting to prep for and install a soundproof wall that upon completion would divide an existing bedroom into two new in-home offices. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations. Gustavos ** and his team went beyond contract specifications to make sure we were fully satisfied with the work. Very competent, conscientious, and trustworthy. Highly, highly recommended.

A water leak resulted in damage to the ceiling in my garage and a wall in an upstairs closet. I calculated that the repair would require about seven sheets of drywall. I contacted Angi and subsequently entered into a agreement to have the repairs made at a cost of $643.12. I was informed that the contractor was to be at my home on Sunday morning at 7:00AM. I was also provided the identity and means of contacting the contractor, which I did. I spoke with the contractor a few days prior to the appointment and provided him photos of the damaged ceiling and my calculations. I was contacted by Angi on that Sunday morning and informed that contractor cancelled the appointment. I was also advised that a different contractor was being scheduled, and an appointment was made for Wednesday at 1:00PM.

Great job, great price, started out cleaning dryer vent but found that my vent tubing had broken and that dryer was pushing hot, moist air under my house so guy put in stiff tubing from dryer floor to outside of house all within record time. Even came on a Sunday. Great job and great price.

They will call you dozens of times a day until you sign up for their subscription. Once you do sign up the communication completely stops, they don’t answer the phone and don’t respond to calls or emails. They lie about the cost and quality of the leads to get you to sign up but after that nothing they say holds true. I would recommend anywhere else. I received 14 leads, all 14 were fake addresses and contact info. I recommend a quality lead company over this. This isn’t quality at all.

I have used Angi to find companies to do a variety of tasks at my home - plumbing, roofing, gutter work, landscaping. It is a good source of reviews from a variety of homeowners, to help make an informed decision, to select a company that is a good fit for my needs. --- Note that I prefer looking through ratings and reviews myself, as I use it - as opposed to the other mode where Angi suggests several companies to me (which is an unacceptable approach).

Yes I would recommend this group of professionals. It was a pleasant experience from the moment we were visited by the salesman to the final day of installation. I highly recommend this company. The installation crew were especially easy to deal with, stopping to answer any of our questions, explaining what each step entailed and why it is necessary.

I was able to find a contractor who came to my house and completed work that had been started and failed by a former contractor. I was given several options by Angi and did follow up with getting bids for my projects.

I’m an older gal so surveys are sometimes hard for me to navigate. I found the review process very easy to navigate and user-friendly. I was able to easily leave a review and quickly add 9 photos to support my results.

My experience was with this company was very professional. He did some landscaping for me and my yard was done very quickly and professionally. I would always use Jack of all Tradez for any of my lawn care needs. He had also did some hauling and moving for me. Very gentle on the furniture and moved quickly.

Everything was as advertised. Excellent at their craft and Thomas did in fact keep his word to a T just as he said. Trustworthy company so I’d highly recommend. My roof was damaged from the hurricane that came up from Florida so he came and inspected the roof and we filed a claim and it was really easy. They did all of the work.

Lou ** painting did a great job. They painted my dining room and kitchen. Lou did a great job with helping pick out colors and the satin finish. Lou also gave me a quote to wallpaper my hallway. The quote seems reasonable and we will have him complete the hallway after the holidays.

Marcel and his Team Friday Rustic Floors Inc. did an excellent job installing and staining my floors! I recently purchased a condo and the floors were very creaky and not the color I wanted. After contacting Marcel, he quickly came to my place to give a quote. Marcel and team quickly got to work and provided me with regular and clear updates. My floors were fully replaced and stained within a week. The Team had to put in extra work as there were electrical conduits under most of my floors. The floors now do not squeak at all and the stain looks great! I would definitely recommend Marcel to my family and friends and would hire again. Thank you, Marcel & Team!

I asked for 3 specific service providers to give me a quote and was inundated with phone calls from others. It was invasive and felt assaultive and a breach of my information. That said, the professional who I found through Angi was exceptional.

I reached out to a handyman listed on Angi, for some small projects. We selected a handyman from the list on Angi and we are very pleased with his work. It was a pleasure working with him. I felt that Angi's review process would give us workmen we could trust, and that certainly has been true. We will keep using Angi.

It was great. They really took care of the place and were such amazing professionals. It was always hard for ourselves hiring contractors that wouldn't meet our expectations and they really did. Professionals, reliable, responsive, responsible, easy to work with. They worked around my budget and met all our expectations.

Netty of Netty cleaning service is Professional and pays attention to detail...both my wife and I are very well pleased with the quality provided...Our home is spotless corners, mirrors, kitchen, under rugs, etc. etc...she is a keeper...Netty is always on time and stays until everything is done...no shortcuts are taken. Everything is done with care and professionalism...when Netty first arrives she always asks if there are any areas that need special attention ...5 stars all the way ...our home sparkles...Thank You Netty.

All this company does is call wanting my review and feedback. My phone screens spam calls. They wait till it goes to voicemail. Call them and they want my email, which they don't have, and that is the only way they can remove me from constant calls???? I have nothing good to say about people like this who misuse my personal phone for their business. I will never support or give feedback to a company like this. Stop calling and harrowing me!!!!

Contractor was very professional, courteous, and efficient in what they did. I'd recommend using this list since Angi has placed qualified contractors on it. The process in which contacts were provided was easy and efficient and reduced the amount of time needed for me obtain quotes and hire the contractor. This process is very efficient and saves the homeowner a lot of time.

Great directions. Great people. Hard working and very fast at what they do. I would do it again!!! Check them out and the app is great to use and very friendly! Price is great especially with everything going up like wood and the rebar they have to use for the work to be done. The app is super easy to use and when calling the people are nice and very helpful. Always at your disposal.

Great for homeowners. Nightmares for contractors. Lead fees are outrageous and credits for bogus leads are impossible to get. Would not recommend it for any contractor looking to increase sales. Avoid instant booking at all costs or you will lose money on every job. The app sucks and the company is worse.

The Angi concept is excellent however it sometimes fails in execution. As in the case of True Clean of Virginia the system worked perfectly. Other projects, not so much. Too many project managers get involved. The process becomes convoluted and confusing to the consumer.

Pavvi's work was carefully laid out, well organized and led to a great finished project. He finished on time and on budget. Pavvi took extra care with every measurement and cut that he made and was an extremely neat and organized worker (artist might be a more fitting description).

Affordable, clean, friendly, exceptional service! Called for an estimate and she came out that same day, loved the price, began services the following day!! She is very talented and works quick yet satisfactory. Rehire is a must for continued work!!

Oversee movers/repair furniture/maintenance of storage unit. Got Chores went above and beyond what was expected of the job. Unexpected delays, time changes, date changes delays with movers due to miscommunication between moving companies. My direct contact was with Kelley. She and Charlie went with the flow. NO complaints about the changes. Arrived early to the job location. Updates throughout the job kept the project moving where it would have stalled. A bookcase became unstable and they fixed it, no problem. The job ran several hours over and they stayed with me via text and phone calls the entire time. I was now in another state. They are conscientious, hardworking, reliable, honest, smart and prices are reasonable. Can read and understand instructions. If you have a handyman job that needs completed and not sure if they handle the work call them.

Ibn treated my home like it was his. He was very courteous. Job took longer than expected because I have an old house that needed additional work. If additional things needed to be fixed Ibn explained why and did the work.

I have known him for almost 30 years. He is great fellow. Honest, nice, good at most any thing. Nice person to boot. You will love him. He finishes what he starts. My ensuite went together better than I thought. I absolutely love it.. Rob's innovative work made a beautiful and working ensuite.

Todd ** was a plumber on Angi"s List. I never used this site before. My brother told me to use it, and I am so glad I did. If I need any plumbing job done, I know who I'll call. Solders Plumbing and Excavation Services.

Today on 10/28/2022, Quinones Landscape did an excellent job trimming my palm tree and maple tree. Antonio's price was fair and he did a professional job and hauled away the tree trimmings. His communication was excellent. He contacted me the day I requested service and was there the very next day.

Good follow up by customer service. I almost gave up on my project. The Angi system works as I was matched up to the correct type of company that would meet my needs. Riteway Electrical. Customer service did not bother me with phone calls. They called to try and help me get my project completed. Thanks.

CONTRACTORS STAY AWAY FROM PAID ADVERTISTING WITH ANGI.COM! After taking a break from advertising with Angi for a few years, I decided to try again to advertising to see if things have improved. The initial Angi folks were responsive and told me for $6000/year I should see about 39 leads per month. From August - October I have seen a total of 20 leads--which is nowhere close to 117. I was promised a customer success rep that would work with my account to make sure performance was expected-NOTHING! I have reached out multiple times over the past 2 months trying to reach my success manager and to the individuals who signed up my account--and NO RESPONSE! While Angi.com may have been good at one point in time, now they are a complete waste of time and money. I requested a meeting with ANGI management --and still no response. Save your advertising dollars and avoid ANGI!

I needed a recalled and outdated electrical panel replaced. I’m new to the area and went to Angie’s List hoping for the best but ready for the worst. Within minutes of posting the job I had a response, minutes! If I could say enough good about the contractor I got you wouldn’t believe half of it. The contractor said the work would be done on 10-05-22, that the price would be $**** and this is what they would do. 10-05-22 came, the contractor did the work for the stated price and I met some of the best people I’ve met in a very long time. There is one thing the folks at Angie’s List should know though. I no longer need to look for an electrical contractor because I found my go to electricians! Thank you Angie’s List and I could not be happier with ADS Electric LLC.

THis company sells their leads to more than 3 contractors all competing for a job. This means that one lead they are making more than $100 per lead. Their system to help you out as a client is terrible. The customer service are unable to do anything in the system to be able to help you out. I have taken a lost using this company since I started my business. It's a trap and do not recommend it to anyone starting a business. This company promises to be making you money but in reality they are taking your money. The company did not want to credit me back for 5 leads that came in and I did not want. Also phone numbers do not exist sometimes and they do not credit you back either. Their prices per lead have increased in the last year to insane cost for contractors. Their company makes money off of a small business and takes their money. They also have fake leads and sell them as real leads. I am not using Home Advisor after them stealing me $300 for fake leads!!!!

For my first appointment with Angi, the “pro” was a no-show. For the makeup, they sent me a fairly sketchy individual who ended up stealing $400 from me- took my check (“for parts”) & never returned. I was skeptical to write him a check but figured the consequences for him would outweigh $400 because Angi would make his life difficult. Instead, they seemed ambivalent, citing that I shouldn’t have paid him outside the platform though I was assured he was a vetted professional & even though they told me that I did have to pay for parts separately. Live & learn… Do not use them. You’d be better off arbitrarily choosing anyone else.

I decided to use Angi to contract with a roofing contractor in August of 2022. I paid the down payment and was told in one to two weeks the metal would be in and the job would start. September the first I called the contractor myself and asked when are you starting the job. He told me he did not realize it was a metal roof and it would have to be ordered, two weeks tops for it to come in and they would start. September 14, I called contractor again no answer, called and texted my Angi project manager. No response. September 21st finally got a text from my Angi project manager, it will be October 1st before job can start. October 1st comes and goes, I again call the contractor. He tells me he did not realize that the job was so far away (5 hours) and no one wanted to drive that far. He did say that the contract was signed and he would honor it.

She did a good job cleaning my house, organizing my kid's room, deep clean the bathroom, organized my basement, high dust, low dust, cleaned window, did an amazing job, cleaned up backyard for me as well. Swept, mopped, washed my carpets. Very detailed when cleaning. Has your house smelling fresh and clean for days.

I’m happy with the responsiveness of Angi and their ability to forward competent contractors. During the rebuilding of my home; I have depended on Angi to help me find various contractors along the way. I’m very happy with their help.

I scheduled a person to come to my house via Angi/Handy. The person came and did half of the work that I had prepaid for. When I contacted Angi for a refund they tried to get me to take 25%. Then after I pushed they offered 50%. The job was not completed and I had to hire someone else which cost me double the money. I have sent Angi multiple emails, chat requests (4) and several calls but they continue to tell me different things each time. I will never hire them again as this has been a terrible experience.

Very pleased with the several quick, reliable responses. Very easy to use the service and it's nice not to have to rely on word of mouth for quality services. Angi reduces the stress in making sure these individuals backgrounds are checked and that they are licensed contractors.

I needed some work done on my fence Angie’s list called me wanted to know what I wanted done. When I told her she said OK thank you and hung up. What kind of service is this. I told her the size and length of my fence, doesn’t seem like she knew what I was talking about. She gave me an estimate price of $210. I’m like what are you talking about, my fence 210 feet long 6 feet high. She said thank you and hung up.

I dislike that when doing the research a contractor has to be contacted to get pricing; then there is a slew of calls from them ask if they can come out and give a quote. I would rather be able to get a general idea of the cost before I decide to do the project.

This is a top-notch company. Arrived on time. Did an excellent job cleaning my roof. Cleaned up after the job was done. Made sure I was very happy with the job, even offering to come back if I noticed any imperfections. I highly, highly recommend this company for any of your needs. Very satisfied.

Use them. I promise you will be happy. On time and very professional. When I called they answered with a live agent and was very concerned about what was important to me concerning the cleaning I wanted done. Once they arrived they overlooked the place and went right to work. The work was done right.

Replaced Corian countertops in master bathroom and guest bathroom with granite. New faucets and bowls were installed as well. Contractor was very responsive and professional. They contacted us within an hour of requesting a quote and finished the job WAY before we expected.

Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, not pushy. Jacob let us know when he was coming, texted 30 min in advance of arriving. He inspected, showed us pictures, described the minor issues, told us we didn't have any safety issues. There were some issues with two other fireplaces (that couldn't be inspected during his visit), and he handled the follow-up.

First time visit to Angi on Sunday. Provider responded within minutes. Site visit and estimate on Monday. Repairs done on Tuesday. Excellent for Angi and for Provider. I will definitely use Angi for future work and would give the provider the strongest of recommendations to anyone considering wood flooring help.

Used Angi for finding Air duct cleaning vendors. 3 Vendors responded. None of them would respond through Angi app or post their quotes on the app. They call and give a verbal quote, nothing on paper. All 3 of them gave higher quotes. The same vendor when approached directly give a lower quote. If the quote through Angi is $700, then directly they give a quote less than $700. Angi does not find the deals or protect clients from price gouging. I assume the vendors are paying huge commission to Angi, so their quotes are far higher on Angi. And the Angi App is not user friendly and time consuming.

I have a cleaning business since 1987, and never been through a such horrific experience. The sales team called, and I asked to get into a month trial, they pressure you to sign a contract and then next thing I know what a $24.000 year contract that you cannot back out. The lads don't work and they charge you 35% of the contract, in order to cancel. It's the worse scam I have been submitted, and it's a shame that they still in business.

We recently contracted repair services for a grossly malfunctioning refrigerator. Bolstered by positive reviews here at Angi, I chose Service Pros to repair the unit--which was done to a high standard, and very quickly, besides! I have joined Angi to relate my experiences with local service providers.

Installed solar panel on roof of house. Very courteous and professional. All Season Home Pros thank you very much. Especially Matt and Steve for always returning my calls. We are very excited to see if we made the right decision to go this path. We should save quite a bit of money. Time will tell.

I have used Angie's List to find pros in the past with mixed results. Despite that I decided to use them to book a locksmith. The appointment was in mid August. The locksmith no showed despite texts from him the day before. Angi charged my credit card that day. I agreed to rebook for 10/15/22. Angi refused to refund me the charge while I waited for my service to be completed. The locksmith then canceled 55 minutes before my window. They claimed that there was a call out. That is unlikely to be true at 3 pm. With the cancellation they rescheduled to a window two days later that I am not available for. Conveniently for them the project now lists that I booked for 10/17 on August 17th making it appear that I chose this absurd timeframe.

Concept Flooring did an excellent job installing engineered hardwood flooring throughout my three story townhome. They also installed carpeting on my stairs. Very prompt, courteous service. Took the time to listen to help me achieve the look I was going for. Highly recommend!

Contractor called same day, arrived next day to give estimate. Arrived 5 days later with door and opener and performed installation in 2-3 hours, would hire again! Quality products and quality installation. If I have any issues in the future he is my go-to guy for garage doors.

I started to use the service, but no one showed up, so I informed this company about no call, no show so I hired someone else. Angi still kept taking money out of my account even when we informed them to stop!

We paid $500 dollars and sign a year contract and it's the worse experience I've ever had. It's a straight nightmare and we had several of our previous customers put up ratings for our company Tri Cities Contractors and they did and Angie's List won't even put them up on our business page and it's been going on for over 2 weeks and I've only ask to cancel our contract and get my money back because this ain't what I sign up for but they are ripping everyone they can off, from the customer they taking money from and the contractors they are ripping off also. So don't do business with them until you read all the bad ratings against them on their Angie's List home page. Check out their rating. They really are crooked and sorry ** hell.

It was very informative. Had great references and quality workers to choose from. They were very professional both on the phone and in person and finished the job before it was scheduled to be finished. Also very reasonable priced. Will definitely use this again for my next project around the house.

They are very dishonest and according to the business we had dealings with told us that they can't even get this company to put their ratings up on their business profile. I told them I wouldn't advertising with them If that's how they was doing and the company told me that they have ripped them off out of money twice. So far I don't think anyone should be dealing with these crooks. They are hurting the small businesses and taking them for money causing them to go under and they close the doors on small businesses. It has to be stopped somewhere down the line.

Great experience with Shawn. Can’t ask for a better professional. He has come to my house 4-5 times to fix dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine 2 of them. Gives a call a couple of days before coming and on the day of the fixing to give you a time frame. Something that I did not get from other companies…

I unsubscribed a million times from Angi, but I still get bombarded over 3 months after unsubscribing. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! I don't know how it's still in business.

You would think that "My projects" would take you to a project you started, but it does not, just to possible projects. The OLD site was much more functional and friendly. The OLD site has the project and vendors contacted. The new site is just a jumble.

I contacted Angi for someone to install a Ring Cam, 3 2 wire heater control and fix a ceiling light short. They sent two guys who arrived on time. 4 hours later, after getting shocked 3 or 4 times, they rushed out of my house leaving a hole in the ceiling, one bedroom and part of my living room with no power. I will be calling my bank and Angi in the morning to stop payment and demand they send some qualified personnel to repair the damage caused by the 'Qualified' repairmen they sent.

I had Jose finish a space in our kitchen cabinets for a microwave. He was very pleasant and professional and he did exactly what I asked him to do. I'll hire him again if I need help. He was very careful. He definitely knew what he was doing.

Full build from the studs 110,000 appliance included, roof house is about 4200 sq. foot with hardwood flooring plumbing and electrical, master bathroom. I would hire again. They are one of the most professional gentlemen I work with. They also did a few other small projects and they were done in a timely manner. Hire these guys for your job because they will get your job done.

They came to replace my heating and air conditioner system and job was excellent, professional, very responsible, came on time, clean, people how can trust and very nice customer service, they answered all my questions and explain to me all the process. Plus I was a little intimidated by the cost due to a prior quote and I was just hoping I could find something more affordable for later hire. Next morning different vendors showed up at my door. My husband answered since I was not ready for a visit. He got a good lump sum offer from one of them and they were able to complete the job that same day! Wow! I’m so relieved I don’t have to think about that tree anymore. I’m definitely going to use this website again and hire the same company for future services. So impressed. But I was caught a little off guard.

The crew with Millennial Construction based in New Castle, PA, was great! No complaints or dissatisfaction whatsoever with their work. The people organizing everything from Angi failed. We also wanted gutters done. We were told that a separate gutter crew would be coming that never did. The cost for gutters would be added to our contract with plywood replacement at the end of the work. We were supposed to be put in contact with someone to get the gutters done. Nothing ever happened.

We had a large double tree that had fallen onto a third large tree, all of which were close to our house and shed, and leaning toward the house. We quickly received many responses, but Ty met with us within a few days and the work was done in about a week for a reasonable price. He did a good job in a tight space without damaging anything around. We are planning two more projects with him. He's now our go to tree guy and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I have a good experience here and they give me an excellent concept and great job. I done it with the professional construction man ever in high quality and good price. I suggest to deal with this company to get a great job.

I contacted Angi List asking for a contractor to install new gutters on my house. This man called me right away and from start was very rude and unprofessional, and very pushy. I told him I was not interested in any bid from him or his company. Then he got more rude and nasty with me. Then 2 days later I get a very rude, nasty and very unprofessional email from him using language that no business should ever say or speak to any customers like he did including swear words, and saying how he feels I live my life but very rude and unprofessional. And I did not respond back to him. Made it clear the 1st call I wanted no bid at from from him.

I have used Angi for a number of years now, and each time I have been connected with a pretty good company to do the job I need done in a timely manner. My most recent job with Arias Tree Service in Tracy, CA was another good experience. All went smoothly. Glad I went through Angi to get it done right.

Excellent job of topping, pruning and tree debris removal. Prompt, courteous professional and knowledgeable. I had also used them earlier to remove a 25ft x 4ft patch of bamboo and roots. They obtained the required licenses and scheduled city review of underground utilities in the work area.

Liliana is a very good worker. She is very efficient in her work. She is very punctual. She is going to be 1 year old with us. They clean and I would recommend her because whenever the lemon tree looks very clean, the bathrooms, kitchen.

This is a terrible experience. Angi does not provide a service, they provide an inconvenience. Was sold a deep cleaning and was upcharged $120 on the bill for the 'deep cleaning' additions. None of the booking details came through in the confirmation and when I called Angi said they didn't know what happened and now it would cost $100 more than what I was quoted. Cancelled everything. Never doing business with a company that doesn't provide the service they quoted/invoiced the customer for.

Booked a pro for lawn services. The pro came out and pulled the weeds and claims that he sprayed the lawn to prevent regrowth of weeds. He tells me that this will last 6 months before any weeds return. He tells me if I have any issues, to contact him and he will address the issue. After not even 1 month, the weeds returned. After 2 months, the weeds are back as bad as before the job. I contacted the pro but he never answers. I called Angi who essentially says, "Not our problem. We won't do anything." SCAM company hiring SCAM pros. Don't use their service.

5-STAR Service: Joseph the owner of the company took my call and came to the work site within an hour to review the scope of work and make a recommendation to how to best solve the problem. We agreed to a fair price and scheduled a commitment to the calendar. When the day came for work Joseph was on time and took extra care to stay as needed to complete the work correctly. The Kitchen floor was restored to a smooth surface needed for the next step in the kitchen restoration. I would highly recommend Joseph and his team for work and I will hire him again in the future.

The first individual who contacted me was scary. He called me on Sunday (scheduled for Tuesday) asking questions. He showed up on Monday with two others telling me they were going to do the work on Monday but I would be paying him directly and the cost was double the initial estimate. Penado ** was the name on his card. It was a frightening experience for me since I am retired and living alone. I would be happy to talk to someone at Angi if questions arise.

I have used Angi twice now. First time I thought it was a coincidence. The second time confirmed it. Pretty much with an hour or so after using Angi, it started receiving the phishing or scammer emails. Telling me I won something or getting a reward, etc. But if you look at the email it's coming from, you can tell it's not legitimate. The first time this happened I was using a different email address. So I know it is Angi. Don't recommend using this site. They also have bad reviews from others. Just passing this on to you.

We ordered a white modern kitchen island, four barn doors and laundry shelves. We are very satisfied with the quality work and the price. The quality of the work was consistent and detailed in every project. Every penny spent was totally worth spending it. Will definitely hire again.

I've used Angie's list for services three times. I've been satisfied with all three experiences. The first was for a cleaning service. They did good work and I used their service for about 18 months. On three occasions they left a hard to remove residue on the floors so I discontinued the service. I used Angie's list to find someone to replace an entry door and remove some trees. Both services were flawless. I will use Angi again when looking for services.

IDF Drywall was able to react quickly with hanging drywall in my garage. They were punctual and fairly quick yet with quality. They were very thorough in their cleanup. This is my first experience with a drywall resource, and I was very pleased

I used Angi for the first time when considering construction on our 1925 Bungalow. The first contractor that messaged us and responded also happened to be our first choice. They were great contractors and deserve recognition for the job they did. That said Angi could improve its user experience a bit to differentiate itself from other service aggregates. I remember when first using the service that I was provided a unique link to interactions I had without contractors, instead of being asked to create an account where these interactions might be stored, they were instead related the aforementioned link. I had a heck of a time trying to finally sign up for an Angi account so that subsequent searches and interactions would be saved.

Angi gave me the ability to rectify a horrible experience that I had with a company, by giving my honest review. Shortly after posting a review, I received a call from the company to rectify the issue. Little did I know, they were not aware of the horrible customer service that employee was giving.

House painting, interior doors trim, basement. Design class and design were very professional. They did excellent work. They were courteous, on time and excellent in communication. After they finished each day they cleaned up promptly. I would highly recommend this company to do work for me again and definitely would refer them to any of my friends.

2 conifers, 1 maple, and 1 huge oak were cut down. 5 maples were trimmed due to their interference with the power lines. All the wood and branches were shredded and hauled away in their truck. It all went very well. Edwin **, owner, and his crew, Tom and Robin, arrived on time in the early morning, and worked through the middle afternoon, leaving the work sites exceptionally clean. Their skill, their friendliness, great customer service skills, and professionalism would prompt my wife and me to hire them again in a heartbeat.

I logged in to Angi.com, was asked to finish a review, but instead added a review for a company that serviced my AC. The process was easy and quick. There was just enough information requested to tell how the job went and how much it cost. I would have liked to tell what exactly was done, but didn't think to until after I'd submitted.

I loved leaving a Angi review. It was so easy and very self explanatory. It helped me out a lot to leave a great review for someone it really deserves it. The Angi site covers all bases to get everything out you want to say about the awesome jobs workers are doing out there and hopefully it makes it easier for others to choose from them when they need those types of services. I'm glad there is a service like Angi, it helps everyone chose and read up on workers and contractors as long as reviews are left. Reviews I feel are the most important part of choosing who you want working for you.

On 9-27-22 called to book their prepaid service for some home project. Gave them credit card info and approval. Never sent me confirmation. Called back on 9-28-22 and they had no record of booking or my account. Representative was argumentative and would not let me talk to a supervisor. A scam. Will never do business with Angie's again.

They did a very good job of renovating a room from drywall insulation to paint, installation of a fan lamp. They re-leveled the floor, installed insulation and finished with the installation of carpet. We are happy. We highly recommended. Easy for get job done.

I think your website was better before you became "Angi." It used to be easier to search for specific contractors and check their reviews and to just read reviews on various contractors without all the monkey business of entering your personal project info. I was INUNDATED with responses - way too much. I did, however, pick a contractor I found on Angi but not before I started using Google instead. There, you can read reviews without having to answer questions.

Dan was absolutely perfect. He was timely, efficient, kind, excellent etiquette, precise, knowledgeable, honest, well priced, excellent communicator. A true blessing from above & Amazing! The job was done impeccably, extremely efficiently, perfection. He removed our old door & frame & storm door, installed new frame, door, & storm. Love it!

Mr. **'s workmanship, professionalism and knowledge were excellent. His ingenuity in figuring an excellent way to install a range hood above an island range. What made it especially difficult was the slanted ceiling above the range and a wall parallel to the stove. The work was done perfectly and the cost was excellent. They also were very careful and covered the work area with a plastic covering to protect the counter. They also cleaned up and removed all the packing. We could not be happier. We will definitely hired them again.

My hubby signed with Angi Leads to do furniture repair. Soon afterwards he developed severe joint problems and has been unable to stand and work for very long. He called and cancelled with Angi Leads. IMAGINE OUR SHOCK when on July 7, 2022 ANGI LEADS TOOK $1,155.00 out of our checking account WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION OR NOTIFICATION. We were told this was a penalty for cancelling the contract early. One representative told us to get a doctor’s note. We did.

Mr. ** of GOAT is a true professional. He is prompt and conscience. He has provided excellent customer service. My roof is beautiful and no longer leaks. He also noticed that my basement was leaking and fixed a drainage system that saved my foundation.

Installed 50 amp circuit Breaker, Installed generator interlock kit on circuit breaker panel, installed exterior 50 amp receptacle, provided 50 amp generator cord. After work completed showed me how to use circuit interlock. The electrical company employees were very thorough, very prompt, very friendly, and very knowledgeable about the job they were performing. I would certainly use this electrical company for any additional electrical work I may need to be completed in the future.

Testing was done in my bathroom. Glad I was able to find out there was mold in my ceiling. It was fast and easy to get the results back. They explained what the report said and they were extremely helpful with every step of the way.

We set up a service with them through their professional for a "Move Out" cleaning service which was supposed to happen on a date we scheduled well in advance. The cleaner never showed up, responded or anything. Here's the really bad part.... It's the follow up customer service from Angi. Terrible. There's no zero star review option but this service would take the honors for that rating. The service rep was nice but clearly reading from a script and offered basically no help except to try and schedule something for a different day which does not work for a "Move Out" service. We are upset, really upset. They are supposed to vet their professionals but it is clear that a consumer is better off taking a chance with an online "free" resource because Angi offers nothing if they fall short. Nothing!

Installer never showed up. Angi deducted payment automatically. I reached out and they attempted to make things right by not charging me for another installation appointment. The installer ruined the first door. He went and got a second door and destroyed the second. I now have a destroyed door hanging by one hinge and severe damage to my home door jamb. Angi said they would not make things right. They also blocked me on the site so I couldn't leave a review. Stay away from Angi.

Replaced walkway to the sidewalk and added two steps. Prompt polite service. Went above and beyond expectations. Roped off walkway until it dried. Stacked removed bricks in a neat pile. The invoice was the same as what they quoted. Paid half upfront and the rest at completion.

I am not sure what Angi's list does but I guess I will find out. I have heard people talking about it before now. I have the rather vague idea that I can go to the "list" and find a review of a business or product.

Dan provides prompt profession service. Design was exactly what we wanted. High quality work. Easy to work with and responsive to calls, emails and texts. I Would recommend his services to anyone who needs design work on their house. Professional fees were reasonable.

He definitely knew what he was doing. Made my trees look beautiful. He came on time and made sure to ask what I wanted done before he started. I've always had trouble before when communicating but it was a breeze with him.

The most unreliable service I have ever used. They penalize customers when they cancel last minute but no penalties when it’s the other way around. Great job at scheduling the reservation but zero follow-up to commit to the appointment. I originally purchased the membership but decided to cancel everything when the rescheduled appointment didn’t reply to my check-in.

We purchased a Intex pool from Walmart and paid extra for Angi to send out professional installation because they guarantee if the job is not done right they have insurance to pay for the damages, they lied, they Sent over a single person to put together a large pool, he didn't know what he was doing and after filling it the pool came apart and broke the liner and bent the frame, we are unable to return it for a refund because it was past the return date because installation date was late due to Angie busy schedule, Angie refuses to honor their guarantees as it is a total scam. They claim that they don't have proof it was the installation because they do not want to take responsibility, if I knew they were such a scam I would of just paid someone from the block! Do not use this service. Their guaranteed service is a scam and I am out $2000 because of their lies!

I used a contractor recommended by Angi, this contractor was supposed to install new sod at my house. This contractor proceeded to take my money and never return, would not return calls or emails to myself or Angi. They said we had to use an arbitration service provided by them to get a refund, they neglected to mention that the contractor also had to be willing. So then they said we had to wait for management to convene to decide about our case. As of today it's been almost two months after we paid the contractor and they informed us that they are unable to give a refund for services and we need to contact the contractor directly for a refund...As if that had not already been tried by us and Angi's. Honestly it's not even that much money $1200 roughly, but it's the medical bills of my asthmatic wife that have piled up after having a dirt patch instead of a yard. Honestly use any other site.

They will keep calling you tell you go with them 8 month 70% form their lead. It's scam, you want to cancel or talk with client success manager (Jobe **), never answer your call or email and the normal agent they can't do anything for you, when you have the account they will till you will expect to receive 30-50 leads and it's will be send for 3-5 contractor but what you find out they send it for over 50 contractor, also when you want to cancel you ask when you start they will tell you you will pay 10% when it's really happened they will change their mind %30 and it's will take month to cancel. This people big scam. Big, big scam, Jobe ** so, so much rude even if you ask her to change anything at the account without asking to cancel. This people they charge me 10K without even one job

Despite multiple attempts to find a bathroom tile installer I was sent multiple connections to companies who did not do that type of work. For the dry wall company I was not able to even leave a review, the computer system would not allow it. I will not be using this again because Angi is to difficult to use and all the reviews are generic and "washed" of details about what job was preformed by the company.

They will promise you a lot of things but they won't keep them. I say this from my own experience. End of the day you will lose your money. Angi is smaller than what you think. Anyway if you have extra money and want to put it in trash can you are welcome to call Angi.

My cupola became dry-rotted - over the years - and blew off during a STRONG summer windstorm. Brian came over - at the allotted time, TOTALLY rebuilt the top, and SECURELY fastened it to the remaining (in good shape) structure. (That's all I asked for.)

Updated on 10/02/2022: Following up on our original complaint, the credit card company advised us that Angi is refusing to refund, even though we have written proof of cancelled services from their side, and chat transcripts showing they acknowledged not providing the service and had actually agreed to refund, although they never did the refund. We have now had to escalate the credit card complaint to stage 2, pre-arbitration step, wasting more of our time to get back our money from a company that took the money before attempting to provide any service, then cancelling the service and never providing it. Buyer beware!!!!

Very happy with company!! They were easy to deal with and showed up on time and did really exceptional work. I had landscaping work, such as tree removal, and various assorted plants and marble/rock. My entranceway looks like a new house now!! It really changes everything!!

Task Force came in very professional upfront honesty. Will hire again if I have any other pest issues. The cost was in my price range that he offer. He called and checked the status of my personal progress to he the home ready for his service.

I use Angi and like the reviews and comments. Sometimes when I forget to use Angi I realize and stop myself. It is important as it cuts down my work in half. Thank you Angi for giving consumers another place to look to hire professionals as needed. It is hard to keep up with all the things to do around a house you have lived in for over 25 years.

BEWARE! It took an enormous amount of effort to have 3 light fixtures removed and one new one put up. The first company that Angi HomeAdvisor sent out did not come prepared to finish the work and I had to hire an additional company to complete the work. For the first job Angi Homeadvisor wanted payment by credit card upfront, and would not have been an issue if the job would have been completed. Unfortunately, when I tried calling Angi Homeadvisor about the job not being done, I kept getting representatives in Asia that I could barely understand. I spent four hours one day on the phone just trying to first get another company out to finish the job. Being frustrated at this point I placed a dispute on my credit card, and asked Angi for a refund. Angi Homeadvisor did eventually send another company that could finish the job. I paid that company in full for their services that day and sent a check to the first company for the partial work that they did.

We found 3 companies to give us quotes on our landscaping job. We were looking for someone who would represent themselves well, answer questions, and have a reasonable price. We checked all the boxes with Bruce and his team at Panhandle Aquascapes.

I had a bad experience with JJ Pools of Prosper Tx, and question the recommendation of Angi. I will positively upgrade my experience with Angi (only) if they pull their JJ Pools recommendation. JJ Pools was on the Angi pool contractor list. I had always trusted Angi and Angie’s list. Bad tile work, a pool light left dangling in pool, unsat cleanup and a hole punched in a glass brick tile are in my Review. Read it in entirety under Bill L. Angi was helpful trying to get JJ out to fix their mess. I would normally be ok with that, EXCEPT JJ demanded I pay amount due (10%) BEFORE he did any work. After seeing his previous work, paying before it turned out acceptable is totally insane!! In fact during a second fix it visit, the tiler punched a whole in my glass brick. The second level Angi arbitrator totally agreed with me. I was sent a form to sign, however, saying I let both JJ Pools and Angi off the hook, no matter bad a third fix it attempt turned out.

Angi provided me with names of painting companies in my areas. I used one of the companies. Thanks to all the positive reviews on Angi site. The reviews were on target. Angi is a quick way to find reviews on companies. It helped me select a company which lived up to it reviews.

They also have awesome prices. They arrived on time and did a good job. I work a lot and don’t have a lot of time to clean my apartment but I’m happy to found this company, now my apartment keep clean and shine.

They made it much easier to find what I was looking for and to read their views. Also to get all the quotes that I needed for the job that needed to be done to picked from. The one thing I didn't like was the Angi person was more expensive. They need to look into that.

Hired a contractor Jason D. off of ANGI list to install a doggie door. He, Jason D. came the first time and cut the opening on the inside of the house but there was some electrical in the way. So he said he couldn't do that but once I got that done he would return. I got that done and he has not answered my calls, texts or emails to come and finish the job. I also tried to contact ANGI but they have no number to call and are also not responding to emails on their website. Do not use ANGI. If you have a problem you can't get ahold of them.

Chris has done many long overdue repairs that I have needed around the house since I bought it two years ago. Chris has made the entire experience of showing me what needs to be replaced. What will work good and upfront with all costs. I found it extremely helpful to go with him to a large hardware store and have him show me what he’s buying how he’s going to fix it if there’s anything I can do to assist with prep work. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, competent, honest, and hard-working.

I’ve worked with Mr. ** and I think that he has been doing a great job, he's always on time and he always makes sure that the customers are satisfied with his work and he's also a hard worker and an excellent businessman.

I was a little disappointed that no one actually called me - I had to call/contact vendors myself. Two appointments, that were automatically set up by Angi either canceled or didn't show up. Fortunately, one of the ones I did contact did show up and got the job done (for slightly more than I expected).

Was a great experience working with Breakout services. Went above and beyond what was expected. Very friendly and professional. I am planning on hiring them for more projects in the future. Great on pricing and wiring with Veterans thus was a family company working together.

I wanted to write a review for the inspection company I used back in 2013 when I bought my home, but it appears I may not have done so. It just so happens I needed to call them again yesterday for assistance on a matter that I thought was more serious. They came to my rescue on the same day and luckily the issue is not as serious as thought. If I ever move or purchase another piece of property Honor Construction and Inspection services will be the only inspection company I will ever use.

On my home icon screen I got two large One Drive Pop Ups. I called Geek Techs. Shawn at Geek Techs restarted my computer and we reset the Angi password. Everything is fixed and working fine. The Geeks are the best.

Angi was prompt and quickly had a technician call me the same day. Ronnie came out. Repaired broken spring and made sure door was safe and working right. Thank you Angi for everything. I'll use you guys in the future.

They don't even deserve one star. We are a full-service landscape company in business for 30 years. Thought we would try them. We contracted with them in January and cancelled them in June for failure to perform. Our vendor rep dropped the ball 3x first failing to respond to us for approx. 3 weeks, and then failed to give proper guidance to our office manager on how / what category to change our service offerings to from Winter to Spring so we could get the leads we wanted. We lost another 2 months of potential lawn care leads during the most opportune time of our season because the rep didn't know or understand the proper category to have us list under based on the categories they offer. We should have been under lawn maintenance, but he told our office there wasn't a category for what we wanted (Lawn Care).

That Bug Guy actually messaged us almost immediately after we placed our request. He was quick to show up and had availability. Really was able to help us feel more at home in our place now that the bugs are gone.

I haven't used Angie for a while now but the few times I have it's been a great experience. Finding the right people to do the work I need has been great every time. I will definitely use Angie in the future. It's like the yellow pages to the best options of professionals in the area.

For me to leave a long review like this, It means that I don't want anyone else to go through the frustration I did. I have used Angi leads service for my business for about a year. At first the leads service brought in for us some extra business, but it was not cheap per lead and you had to really chase down the customer in several ways, and need to be the first one to be notified on the app and to get them to pick up the phone...Every month I was calling the customer service because of the large amount of leads that had invalid phone numbers or didn't answer their phones, or the fact that my app was malfunctioning and I'm wasn't getting notified of the leads until a day after, Which I was being automatically charged for. Come to find out ...You are competing with over 6 different local companies for each lead, so the customer gets overwhelmed with all the calls and thinks you are a scam. (From conversation with many Angi customers.)

Wife did search and we are very pleased that we used Angie's List to hire our painter. John ** did an outstanding job of not only painting our house but also repaired and painted the surrounding backyard stucco walls. He reinstalled all screen windows and cleanup was exceptional.
