    The ease of having everything delivered to my doorstep, no-questions-asked return policy, and competent and responsive customer service via chat for the very few cases something was not right, is a fantastic enablement for all who are not able to shop in person. I particularly like the option to buy refurbished or returned for slightly reduced price.

      Shows me it isn’t the big hype that Amazon is making it out to be. It is also always important to price check. I have found that yes Amazon is very convenient but it doesn’t always have the best prices. You must check around. Coupons are good and I must think if I’m really going to use the product just because it’s a good buy.

      I had a recent food product purchase. The item delivered was different than what I ordered. I knew there could be no return because of food products but went to a chat experience and was immediately refunded. So satisfied with Customer Service. I'm a happy shopper.

      Amazon customer service is the pits!! All from foreign countries and don't understand English half the time. Their products most of the time are broke, not complete orders, they don't deliver certain products like Trump coins, they refuse to post truthful reviews about the customers that sell on Amazon... They have no phone numbers to make complaints about their crappy service... And I'm sure this one won't get posted, so I'm going to start an Amazon complaint review site where people can say whatever they want... My reason for this review... I ordered 4 tires and got 2... When I complained, they sent 1 more... How is a van supposed to run on 3 tires... Needless to say I canceled that order... Bad, bad service!!!!

      Never would I have thought that I would have to go through something so wrong in dealing with Amazon.com. I order headphones. Amazon lied and said that they had been delivered. After checking the delivery information Amazon said that the item was being held at the delivery facility. I ask for a refund- It was past the delivery date. Amazon said no- wait for my item. I ask when the item would be sent. Amazon ask me to fill out an incident report. WHAT!!!!! I CAN NOT GET AMAZON TO DELIVER MY ITEM OR REFUND MY MONEY. AMAZON HAS TO BE STOPPED- ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

      Careful on this purchase, they will automatically put you on a "Subscription" after they figure out your CC timeline... The Story: I have ordered this product from Amazon maybe 2 other times (in over 20+years) before this last time I made a purchase about being of April ??.... # Amazon's game is to put the customer on a 'Subscription' every 4 weeks, (my monthly statement goes 27th round) so they charged my CC on the 29th, then shipped on the 30th (my previous order took about 16 to 20 days or more days to arrive/not a prime member/it sat at a mid-way postoffice for 5+ days 😡) anyway....

      I received a package, maybe on May 20th? I didn't order or expect anything, so I threw it in my back seat and opened it up after my day's errands/work. I was surprised to see another bottle of what I ordered the previous month. I checked for a bill inside the box, None?.... I thought if no bill, No Charge, thinking it was probably shipped by accident, not knowing what to do with it (didn't even open the previous bottle that I did order. So my new CC statement was mailed out between 30th/3rd of NEW MONTH.... received CC bill sat. I opened it today to see a charge. 😡

      Well I looked up #Amazon's phone number only to get brought to their homepage. I could not contact any operator but did notice there was a subscription on this I did not sign up for, it was for every 4 weeks 🥵, as I said earlier, I maybe ordered 3 bottles over a 25yr time-frame.... I was pussed seeing this, called my CC and made sure no more orders were placed, it was coming up on 8 weeks soon, didn't want another bottle coming... CC girl did give me Amazon's number as it was not on my statement. Long story short, they said it's over 30 days and can not issue any refund.... but I bet ⅔'s of that was in shipment 😡. Not Happy With Amazon...

      Had to share this, they send an item, there's always a receipt in the box, but not if they want to hook you on a purchase... they hope you think it was a free gift... per the No Receipt explanation of shipment.... DON'T TRUST AMAZON.... Check your last order to confirm they did not add you to a SUBSCRIPTION to be safe....

      Amazon.com, perhaps due to the asinine removal of consumer protection by the orange moron administration, should not be trusted. I had some fraud (several thousand bucks in one day) and reported it to Amazon. Basically, Amazon lied to me and did nothing to help. A complete failure of customer service. I simply suggest using anyone else to make purchases from, rather than Amazon, as they are corrupted to the point of treating the scammer BETTER than the consumer.

      Amazon Prime Member means nothing anymore! You order a item and it is mostly delayed and you get it around the same time of USPS mailing! I am still waiting on an item that has been sitting near me here in NC for 2 days and still delayed. I talked with a driver, and they told me the process when late night deliveries happen, if it is late they return their truck to the warehouse until the next day, delaying your item arrival. This has occurred many times for me and I am cancelling my Prime membership and ordering from TEMU which has the same junk with better customer service. Just try to talk to a live person at AMAZON, not happening!
