Everything on Amazon is subpar; consider buying elsewhere if possible. Shipping time is more than two weeks if they ever do ship the item. They are no longer relevant. Now it takes 30-days to complete returns, and refunds take forever. The last two refunds I filed for were never processed, and I had to contact my credit card bank to get my money back. Additionally, negative reviews are often removed. Amazon has turned into a hassle and cannot be trusted anymore. They charged me for Amazon Prime twice when I didn't order it. Their AI is destroying their platform. Layoffs out the Wahoo! Do not support a robot buying experience! You will get scammed for sure!

I uploaded a receipt for a purchase. One of the items had to be returned due to false advertising and listing; the other was never shipped out. They won't let me cancel the order either due to some special purchase clause that I was not aware of when I paid for the item. Don't waste your time and money on this incompetent website!

Amazon customer service is terrible. Hope everything goes tickety-boo with your order, because customer service is neither willing or able to assist you

I love everything about Amazon EXCEPT their recent change in delivery for my area. Two-day delivery BY AMAZON for Prime members was the norm until the last few weeks. Now it is lucky if items arrive within four to five days, and delivery is strictly by USPS, which is the worst package delivery service in my area. USPS has even left packages out in the open in pouring rain at my address. No notice of this change, and have been told by customer service in essence, take it or leave it. Okay, Amazon, I am definitely considering my options.

Customer service told me 2 weeks ago I would have my refund, I have yet to receive it. I bought a starter for my car 3 times and the first one was broken the second package was empty, and the 3rd starter said it fit my 2003 VW Jetta but it didn't.. now I'm having problems getting the refund back.

I am extremely unlikely to buy anything from Amazon these days. The products received are often shoddy. I cannot filter out sellers from overseas. Reading the details of where the sellers are is difficult. They are hidden or in small print. I recently bought an item made of a specific printed fabric. A different fabric was delivered. I requested a return. It was a 3d party seller. The seller did not send a return label for over a week. I had to call. Amazon forced the seller to send a return mailing label. But the label was in Chinese. I was told I had a limited time to return. I called Amazon again. They did not help.

I called my credit card company and opened a dispute. The dispute was denied with pages of “evidence” the seller provided. None of the “evidence” was relevant. As a retired attorney, I ignored the denial and appealed pointing out that the pages did not include an image of what I ordered and what I received nor did it include a copy of the mailing label. I told the credit card company that I could provide all of that real relevant evidence if they would tell me where to send it and how to copy the image of the item I ordered from Amazon which is still in my orders file on Amazon. The credit card took me at my word and reinstated a full refund.

Amazon started off being topnotch. Lately they are lacking that great service. Prime is no longer prime when packages are be delayed within the day that it’s supposed to be delivered to coming a week later than the delivery date. Service has started to be very poor.

Yesterday, I received an email stating that in order for me to continue using Kindle Direct Publishing services, I would have to verify my ID. After reading the email, I discovered that I had been locked out of my account. I had received absolutely NO prior indication or warning of this occurring. Furthermore, I feel this is a violation of my rights and privacy. How do I know they won't keep and/or sell/exploit my id? What about the possibility of my info being hacked, leaked, or stolen? I don't trust the idea of giving out my id. It all seems corrupt. Furthermore, the fact that they could not have the decency to warn me prior to this is rather unprofessional and scummy.

Yesterday, I did give them my ID, however, they are now asking for a selfie/biometric data, which I am highly against. This is where I draw the line, and I feel that this goes against my rights, views, and beliefs. Nowhere in the previous email did it state that I also needed to include a selfie. I don't feel comfortable doing that. I didn't feel comfortable giving a copy of my driver's license. I feel that requiring biometric data is going too far, and it's where I draw the line. Furthermore, the fact that they could not bother to send any kind of prior warning shows a lack of transparency and autonomy. I also find this to be highly unprofessional.

So, it appears Amazon is no longer offering the opportunity to actually speak to an Amazon customer service rep. They're saying I need a payment revision on an order and there are plenty of funds in that account, but when I click on payment revision, the system just cycles me back to the beginning without doing any revisions. This is highly frustrating and very disappointing. I've tried their chat format with no luck as well calling the phone number provided, but you cannot get anyone on the phone due to all of the roadblocks they've created.

Amazon like most companies are not getting customer service right. Two-day shipping is 7-10 days. Item ordered was supposed to arrive today, that has been delayed until the 28th of July. It hasn’t shipped or billed but they “sold and shipped by Amazon”; the seller won’t cancel. Well I can and did, I have already cancelled my Amazon Prime and my Amazon Ring account. Will be doing business with Amazon competitors. Also purging all Amazon apps and data from my devices. POED in Sherburne.
