    After canceling my order they told me it would take up to 45 business days to refund. With 5 business days in a week that would take upwards of 9 weeks or literally over 2 months. What? Are they walking the refund to my bank from the resolution center in India? That is absurd!

    My mother passed away unexpectedly. I ordered a half casket floral arrangement the morning of June 10th for June 12. I called 1-800-Flowers to place the order because I wanted to make sure they would be able to have the flowers at the funeral home by noon. The viewing was at 1245 for family with a graveside funeral service at 2pm. The morning of Friday June 12th came and my family went to the funeral home. My family went in to view my mom. My mom's casket did not have any flowers on it. After I visited my mom, I asked the funeral attendant if they had received any flowers for the 1/2 casket. I told her they should be white and purple. She looked and told me no.

    I walked outside and called 1-800-Flowers. I asked where the flowers were. I was put on hold and when he finally came back on the phone he told me that unfortunately they were unable to fulfill that order. He said he was sorry I would not be able to have the flowers there to send condolences to my mom's family. I informed him that this was my mother. He said he was sorry and offered to refund half of my money and they would send a beautiful arrangement to either my house or a family house. I told him no, he was going to refund all of my money.

    The 1/2 casket flowers was supposed to go on the grave site after they had lowered the casket. I was never informed that they were unable to have it delivered. They did not call me or email me. I should not have had to call in the middle of my mom's funeral to try to figure this out. I would never recommend them for something as important as this. They failed. There is no communication.

    I have never experienced a situation like this and am honestly at a loss for how to handle it at this point. I ordered flowers and balloons to be delivered. Thet did not arrive on the date intended. I called to find out what was going on and they told me they would be delivered first thing the next morning. They were not delivered on that day. I called again and they told me they would come the following day. At this point I’m more than annoyed so I tell them nevermind. Please refund my money. They say okay.

    A week later I still have not received my refund so I call to find out when I will receive it. At this point they tell me they will attempt to process it. I stop them and ask why it is only just now being processed. They can’t answer directly and start talking about what processing will look like. I ask to speak to a supervisor. They put me on hold. After 24 minutes on hold they hang up on me. I call back. I have now been on the phone for 26 minutes and have asked for a supervisor no less than 10 times and still have not gotten one. At this point I feel like I am in the middle of a $140 prank.

    I had ordered a large bouquet of flowers, a congratulations balloon and a box of chocolates for my daughter's graduation. I got a message saying that my order was delivered but there wasn't anything outside. I contacted 1 800 Flowers immediately and talked to 2 representatives and was on the phone for more than 30 mins. Then someone delivered a bouquet of flowers (much smaller than the original size), a plain balloon and no chocolates. There was no email or call from 1 800 flowers. I called them again and a customer service representative told me that my order will be redelivered at no charge the next day. After waiting for a day, I called again to find out that they don't have the box of chocolates and did not have the balloon I wanted and they replaced my order with a small bouquet of flowers. They did refund the money for the chocolates but it was such a bad experience and a waste of time for me.

    Horrible experience. I ordered a beautiful Easter lily in a ceramic vase for my parents (who have been basically shut it from COVID-19). The box arrived crushed, with inadequate packaging, with a broken ceramic vase in several pieces, and with a droopy sick looking Lily. No gift at all. I immediately contacted 1-800-Flowers, and sent pictures. Instead of refunding my money and making it right, they "apologized" and gave me 1/2 credit. They kept the other 1/2 of the money, which I view as theft and conversion. They didn't deliver the product they promised to deliver. They didn't offer to send a replacement.

    The worst part is when I challenged the charge with my credit card company, 1-800 Flowers wrote back saying they were entitled to "substitute" flowers, so I have no claim. (What?) Substitution of flowers was not the issue. Horrible experience, and I will never purchase anything from this company again. Not because they got it wrong and messed up----but because they refused to fix their mistake, to my detriment. Despicable.

    I ordered a flower basket for graduation in Las Vegas few days ago, first attempt they damaged it and second time they didn't have the same item to replace and they offer me a different style and gave me delivery time frame and after receiving many emails they couldn't deliver and lie about it (NOBODY WAS AT THE PLACE). I contacted them and they were home and waiting. 1800 flower is a big scam stay away, I paid for flowers and delivery service and now I am on hold waiting for supervisor. NEVER BUY AGAIN.

    I ordered a arrangement for a funeral service on 6/3/20 and paid the same day fee for delivery yesterday and asked about delivery later that evening and was advised that they did not deliver to funeral home and they spoke to funeral home and found out when the service was supposed to be on 6/4/20, and was supposed to deliver to church and it still has not been delivered today 6/4/20. I reached out to them about the delivery status and they could not advise why it was not delivered at all.

    Ordered item off of 1800 Flowers to be delivered for sympathy. I have ordered from them many times in the past with minimal issues. Re I ever sent me a photo to thank us and item was a cheap version of item shown in picture. Will never order from them again. I was not looking for a refund but a partial. Almost 100.00 for 29.99 basket. Also took two weeks to get there. Had other orders went through Pro Flowers. Item delivered in two days and items were just as described. I will make it my mission to let people know so they do not get robbed by 1800 flowers.

    I ordered a $70.00 arrangement one week in advance for my Fiance's B-day. They sent an email that it was delivered on the correct day. It was not delivered to my confirmed address nor to any of my neighbors. 1-800 Flowers sent out another order which was delivered the next day. It was not close to size or colors I selected at all. I called 1-800 Flowers again for a refund which they declined to do. With delivery my order was over $96.00 for what I could have bought at grocery store for $20.00. They are sending us another arrangement which won't be here until 3 days after her Birthday. I will never use 1-800 Flowers again.

    Ordered Flowers for my mother. The irises were half-dead and sub-par quality. Sparsely bunched. 5 irises, two tulips and one carnation total... I paid for a medium bouquet, and got what appears to be the smallest bunch of pitiful leftovers with wilted flowers. I am not satisfied with this Mother's Day bouquet of flowers for the price I was charged! Caveat Emptor! They only issued a 50% refund. Not good enough. I will never use this company again!

    I ordered flowers to be delivered to my niece upon the death of her grandmother (my mother). I ordered online for the flowers to be delivered next day from one big city to another. Days turned into weeks, with many phone calls daily wondering where the flowers were. Excuse after scripted excuse but no flowers. They had no problem accepting the payment though. They even asked if I knew anyone in the US where I could have the flowers delivered to - an alternative to Kamloops, BC! What!?! Was I was expected to walk down there and pick up the flowers to deliver them myself? Long story short - the flowers NEVER arrived. After many many phone calls, I was finally able to get reimbursed but it took more calls to convince them that I should get ALL my money back - not just a portion! It is not worth the aggravation to order from this company!!!

    I ordered the Pink & White Sympathy Standing Spray (Item#148716S). This order was supposed to arrive on Saturday. Had to call several times; my order was placed on hold; because they could not find the recipient. Had to call the funeral home so many times that I even know the manager's name (Sarah). She even called the 1-800-Flowers to see if she could help me. They lied about delivering the flowers on Saturday afternoon; when they did not. The flowers were just delivered today and the flower arrangement does not look like the one that I ordered. I am beyond disappointed to say the least. I am not ordering from them again.

    I ordered a large size bouquet for my mom’s birthday and when I saw it I was shocked—it literally consisted of a bunch of green leaves and a few little flowers in the middle. It looked nothing like the picture. I can’t believe I paid $70 for this. It was so tiny and the flowers looked very sad, way far from fresh... Birthday surprise is ruined...

    I ordered flowers at 1800Flowers on Sunday, May 24th and was told they would be delivered on Tuesday May 26th. The flowers were not delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday. So I called and they said the flowers would be delivered Thursday and they still weren't delivered on Thursday. So once again I called 1800Flowers and spoke to someone out of the country. They apologized and said they would send me a $20.00 voucher to use on another order. Well I got the voucher but it was to the name of the person I sent the flowers to which means I can't use it and to tell you the truth I wouldn't go through 1800Flowers if they gave them to me for free. The flowers cost me $80.00 but I'm only getting a $59.00 bouquet because the rest was their handling free which they don't give the florists. They are a rip off. Do yourself a favor Google a florist if it is out of state and read their reviews.

    It has been a terrible experience! I ordered a get well bouquet to be delivered May 20th. It was not delivered that day due to not having a driver to deliver it. I was told they would be attempting delivery the next day. It was not delivered then either. When I talked to the representative in customer service we canceled the first order and put in a new order. I was told it would be delivered the next day. It was not. This was the 3rd time trying to get it delivered! When I called customer service for a 3rd time I was given hard time when trying to cancel the order and get a refund.

    I was offered to still send the flowers with a 50% refund. I had already tried to get them delivered 3 times. I didn’t want to go through this a 4th time! I understand these are hard times, but each time there was no delivery I was not notified. I had to reach out to the company to see what was going on with my order. I am very disappointed in this company, and I will never order from here again, I will just call the local florist and talk to them directly.

    I ordered a fruit bouquet for my daughter’s birthday. It was supposed to be delivered on 26 May. It is now 28 May and still have not received it. Not to mention customer service never reached out by phone or email to indicate the order would be late. I called customer service only to be on hold for 30 minutes for them to guarantee it would be delivered no later than 8pm today 28 May. Still not delivered. I emailed and requested a full refund and to cancel the order. This was over a $100 item. It is just ridiculous. My daughter was so excited to have her fruit bouquet delivered just for her on her birthday only to be continually disappointed with it still not being delivered. I will never order anything from this company again.

    I ordered a birthday cake and chocolate strawberries. Everything had fallen apart. Strawberries arrived full of mold. Needless to say, my grandma was scared to eat it.     I ordered on April 20 to be delivered May 4. I called everyday, they kept telling me it would be delivered. I wanted to call CEO, there's no # so I emailed. Someone from Executive office called was suppose to follow thru, that was May 12, it is now May 21 it has not been delivered. I called today, they said they didn't have strawberries. I told them I go to Restaurant depot they had plenty of strawberries. I asked the woman "You didn't do any fruit bouquets since May 4th?" I can't believe they've been out of strawberries since then. I asked to speak to CEO since I've spoken to at least 3 managers, they said they can't. I even said I would leave my # for him to call, they said they can't.

    This is totally UNACCEPTABLE - 3 WEEKS. If they would have said they were out of strawberries prior to May 4 (if that was the real reason) why didn't they say anything then. It seems the CEO doesn't want to be bothered, just wants money, especially I did email him, I couldn't call - there isn't any phone #. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

    On April 23rd I ordered a plant and it was to be delivered on Saturday, April 25. Late that night I received an email saying that particular order number was not available. The next day I called and a replacement was selected. I was then told it wouldn't be delivered until Wednesday, April 29th, which was later than the original order delivery date. This was disappointing because a family member had passed away and I wanted to let my relative know I was thinking about them and now the delivery was being pushed back by 4 more says. Sadly to say, it was not delivered on the new scheduled delivery date.

    Because of the coronavirus the funeral is limited to only 10 people and I am not able to go. All I wanted was to send a little something to say I cared and now it took over a week since to have the order delivered. I contacted customer service and they said they "Were fully committed to our 100% Smile Guarantee, and have scheduled a redelivery on 05/20/2020, at no additional cost to you." Of course, they did not honor their word and nothing was delivered on 5/20/2020. This is the worst service I've ever had from a flower delivery company. I will never order from them again and I suggest you do the same unless you want to risk something similar happening to you.

    I have now had 2 orders that were first late, then in transit and then cancelled and a new order created the day of delivery. So then the new order wasn't the flowers I ordered, but something entirely different which further delayed delivery. When asked I was told they couldn't find a florist in the area. I went online and found three, ordered my flowers and they even delivered the same day. I will never use 1-800-Flowers again and recommend others don't either.

    I ordered a bouquet for my mom for Mother’s Day, but the arrangement she received was nothing like what I ordered. The arrangement consisted of wilted roses and some greenery. Definitely not worth what I paid. I submitted a complaint but still haven’t heard a peep out of them 10+ days later. There wasn’t even any identifier for the florist that made the delivery.     I am the mom. My daughter and son-in-law ordered me flowers for Mother's Day 2020. When the box arrived the Saturday before Mother's Day, I was thrilled, until I opened the box. Much to my surprise it contained NO FLOWERS! I immediately took a picture of the empty box and sent it to my daughter. She was disappointed and felt bad. These are the details that followed: She emailed 1800-flowers immediately, Saturday night. Never received a response. Called 1800-flowers Monday night and was told it would be a 2 hour wait, she waited as long as possible, no customer service representative answered. She wasn't able to call again until the Saturday after Mother's Day, because she works in Healthcare and her days are draining!

    On Saturday morning she spoke with a representative from 1800-Flowers who proceeded to intimidate her: Firstly, they told her that I must have been mistaken and that there were flowers in the box! Like I am a senile old woman! Then they told her she was too late in calling them to mention their error. Then they offered to give her a 50% refund? What's that all about? Not even a full refund! And lastly, the offer my daughter accepted, they said they would send not what she ordered because they were out of pink & cream roses (aren't they a floral company?) and would send red roses to arrive the next day, Sunday.

    Well no flowers arrived Sunday! I know my daughter has more important things to do than deal with non-caring customer service people at 1800-Flowers. I am appalled at the customer service my daughter received from them and will tell everyone what a poorly run organization 1800-Flowers is! Unemployment is widespread, 1800-Flowers should hire people that want to work and get rid of the dead weight or they will lose even more patrons! A business is only as good as its staff!

    Sometimes, as consumers, we expect the same quality of product or customer service that we received through previous transactions with the company. I'm sorry to say that my most recent 2 transactions with 1800flowers.com have not been what they were 10 years ago. In fact, I would say the experience below is more indicative lately of the company being able to deliver on it promises than my memory serves.

    I placed my order for Mother's Day the Wednesday prior. I set up two arrangements to deliver, one to my aunt and one to my mom. I'm happy to report that the delivery for my aunt arrived on time and in reported good condition. This was a delivery that was shipped. My mom's arrangement, on the other hand, was a major problem. This delivery simply failed to move from the confirmed stage, as it was sent out to a local florist, as opposed to being shipped. I get it, things happen... and in our current environment, things are not happening as they were planned for reasons that are obviously out of any one person's control. But this is where customer service should fill the gap.

    The order was to have arrived on May 9 at the latest. I provided a flexible date for delivery to accommodate any hiccups that may happen during this very busy time for florists. I tracked the shipment on the 8th. The order had not yet moved out of the confirmed stage. I reached out to customer service via the online chat to ensure the order was on schedule, as my aunt's delivery had arrived that day. I received an affirmative response that the order would be delivered that day and before 7 PM. I thought it was fabulous!

    However, Friday and Saturday came and went, and no call from my mom. On Saturday afternoon, I, again, contacted customer service through the online chat. I was assured, once more, that the delivery would be made before 7 PM. On Sunday, I called mom, as it was Mother's Day. I asked about the flower arrangement ~ which she did not receive. Once again, I reached out to customer service. This time, my communication was through the customer service email address. I received an auto reply, which is understandable; however there was no follow up email. A total of three emails were sent by me over consecutive days with no response beyond the autoresponse.

    After attempting to contact customer service through online chat, via the email address, and then finally through Facebook–I was able to reach a responsive customer service representative. After looking into the order, they were willing to provide me with first a 20% refund and re-delivery. I explained that at this point, redelivery was an insult to my mom and asked that my transaction simply be refunded. After a short while, the customer service agent returned, and again, offered me a refund at 50% (although it wasn't clear if that included a re-delivery). In either case, that option was not acceptable to me and I restated that I would like a full purchase refunded, and that I understood that may not be possible, however I could go to my PayPal account and challenge the charge. After the statement, they informed me that I would be receiving the full refund.

    Again, the service was great many years ago. Admittedly, the floral service may be better in a scenario where we are not restricted by "Shelter in Place" orders and business is more able to run as usual. But even in this environment, I expect that customer service, which is provided remotely and via a telework arrangement, to be much more responsive to its customers and more aware of the potential impacts our "new world order" may have on its business. Indeed, I might even expect them to anticipate, plan for, and possibly even evade the scenarios that would result in a poor customer experience. To not do that is to assure a loss of business. Would you give them your business if you had this experience? I will not again.

    I ordered flowers for my mother this past Monday 11 May 2020. I ordered them Sunday for Monday Delivery. (And paid extra for it.) Got an email on Monday stating that the order was placed too late and could not be delivered that day. Why they didn’t tell me that right away, I don’t know but ok. They send me an email on Wednesday the 13th apologizing. I still need the flowers delivered. It’s now Saturday morning the 16th, and she still haven’t receive the flowers. This is the worst service ever. Customer service was indifferent to my needs.

    I ordered the Fields of Europe Extra Large flowers from this company for Mother's Day, but my mother-in-law only received a sad, little bouquet of a few flowers that bore no resemblance to my $100+ flower order. I was then told that they would re-deliver the correct flowers 3 times: on May 12, on May 14, and again on May 15 - to no avail - no flowers arrived.

    Finally, I was told that the correct flowers were delivered to my mother-in-law on the 15th, and she looked for them all day, but she never received them. Now this company won't even respond to me. This was a $100+ embarrassment for my family, and also very sad for my mother-in-law, who is currently living in a senior facility. And especially right now, when money is the hardest to come by to everyone, it is very disheartening to be scammed out of it by a company like this. Please save your own hard-earned money and do not do business with this type of unethical company!

    My husband ordered flower and a box of chocolate candy for Mother's day for me. He ordered on the May 9th. We really were not expecting to get them that day. However, he did pay extra. He said for quick delivery. He was told I would get the on Tuesday May 12th. No delivery, no call, and no email. On the 13th we call, we will get in the 14th. Something went wrong with the order. The flowers did arrive on the 14th. My husband came home and was upset that one the flowers were not the ones he ordered and where are the chocolates. He was very upset at this point.

Their response was the flowers he ordered were no longer in season and what they delivered was close to the same order. And they no longer had the chocolate candy (WHAT). We can have 50% refund. Wow! As a company you should notify customers if you no longer have the product they ordered right away (so the customer can make a choice if they want money back or another arrangement.) If the order is going to be delayed you should also let the customer know right away so they don't sit at home waiting for the delivery. Giving a different and/ or incomplete order thinking all will be well and customers should be happy is just not ok. This is our 1st time and last time to order from this company.

    I subscribed to the passport delivery option while I was using their services for a Southwest airline promotion. 1500 points per order. I ordered 5 bouquets for Valentine’s Day. I only received points for one. When I called customer service they assured me they would make adjustments. By the time 1 year passed, I knew they were stalling. I called to let them know I did not want to renew the service. I spoke with a guy in India or of that area. He assured me he was cancelling my subscription. I requested a manager because I did not believe him. He told me the manager was in a meeting. I then asked for the managers contact information. He told me he couldn’t give that to me because he didn’t know who the manager was. I asked so how do you know they’re in a meeting. He had no response and then ended the call.

    I ordered 3 sets from here on 5/5/20. 2 were supposed to be delivered on the 5/13/20 (one was my mother's birthday). Well, one was "delivered" on the 11th to the wrong house, so that surprise was ruined since I had to call and ask if she had received them. I called the company and they had another one delivered on the 12th to the correct address, yay. Ok, well I said specifically the ones NEED to be delivered for her birthday, guess what..     The company advertised that a $15 credit would be given for all purchases made using PayPal for payment; however, the company refused to provide it, claiming that the offer was already redeemed, despite the transaction being cancelled then the order duplicated as instructed by their representative for the exact same flowers! The delivery was also not made due to the driver claiming the door couldn't be accessed, so the package needed to be picked up by the sender, who lives over an hour away from her elderly mother, the recipient, to hand deliver during the safer-at-home orders, which completely defeated the purpose of ordering. The attempt by FedEx was made so late that the facility closed and the package couldn't be picked up until the following day; therefore, flowers were beginning to wilt because they had absolutely no water for 36+ hours, after originally being sent from Miami, FL, NOT a local florist as they state!

    I ordered flowers for Mother's Day 2020 and chose Saturday delivery. My mother's flowers were delivered on time, but unfortunately, they looked NOTHING like the picture. My mother made sure to add the plant food and water, but the flowers were already starting to die when she received them. I tried to reach out to 1-800-FLOWERS to request a refund, but kept getting the run around.

    The normal customer service number had over an hour hold time. The chat is just a robot. But someone on this site posted the Executive customer service number (866-257-7779) and it was so helpful! I received a 100% refund, a $20 gift card, and the representative offered to call my mother personally and apologize for the horrible flowers she received. After reading the reviews on people only receiving 50% refunds and dealing with horrible outsourced agents, I'm so glad I found the other number. If you want your problem resolved call the Executive dept phone# that I listed above!

    It has been a terrible experience. I ordered, it was confirmed and my PayPal account was immediately charged. After 6 phone calls (on perpetual hold or lost signal and never calling me back) and 6 email, I still don't have the flowers. I even received a delivery notification but when the flowers never arrived I called. Their representative confirmed no flowers had been sent since they still hadn't found a florist.     I ordered flowers from 1 800 Flowers. They said it would be delivered on May 6th. I had gotten an email with the tracking information. The tracking says it was in Grove City Fedex warehouse on the 5th. I never got a call from my mom saying she got flowers from me. So I checked the tracking again and it was still sitting at FedEx on the 10th. I called 1 800 flowers and talk to someone. They called FedEx and they told him I would get an email when delivered. I never got an email and checked the tracking again. They were still sitting at the warehouse. My mom received flowers on the 13th. Unfortunately they were the wrong flowers and they were half dead.     Ordered the spring tulip and iris arrangement. The actual flowers look about 10% as good as the website's picture. The irises quickly died despite following the instructions of trimming the stems and leaves and adding the plant food mix to the vase. The tin vase is extremely cheap.     ABSOLUTELY NEVER will I do business with this company again. I placed an order for flowers upon learning that my childhood best friend had died. The next morning, I got a voicemail about an issue with my order. I spent the next hour talking to outsourced CS agents from India who were barely understandable, and had no apparent training whatsoever. Each one was slower and more irresponsible than the last. The first lady hung up on me. The second talked like he was high on mushrooms. And the third exemplified everything wrong with telephone customer service (robotic, inhuman communication... abusing the mute button instead of applying proper holds... and massive periods of dead air while on mute). By the end of this call I was absolutely LIVID.

    This final agent claimed that she had processed a refund on my order. But she was so incompetent that I didnt even believe her. So I called back and spoke to a 4th agent just to confirm she had actually done what she claimed to do. I always thought this was a respectable company. How wrong I was! It would be better to have no customer service at all than to have customer service like this.

    I placed an order May 6th chocolate covered strawberries (Shari’s Berries) to be delivered May 8th. It never arrived on time. It arrived May 11th. The strawberries were melted and molds were growing all over the strawberries. I called their customer service and was placed in hold for over an hour and finally gave up. Instead I sent several emails with pictures for proof. To add insult to injury, they refused to give me a full refund and only gave me 50 percent refund. My mother said they came from another city but she was polite and said they were beautiful however the picture she sent looked nothing like what I ordered.     I ordered Mother’s Day Assorted Roses with chocolate to be delivered to my sister. I requested it to arrive on Thursday, May 7th, 2020. Not only was the delivery delayed 4 days, when the flowers were delivered, it looked as if it was already dying before getting the chance to bloom. Not fresh at all! The flowers were dry and wrinkled. The leaves had already turned brown. Stems were bent. 4 days later, only 2 of the surviving dozen of roses bloomed while all the other roses died away. Not to mention that the chocolate were ALL melted! I called customer service for a full refund but per the lady I spoke with, she was only able to give me 50% refund back.     Beware of either incompetent or purposely deceitful service. Two Mother's Day orders were placed with the option of Friday thru Sunday delivery. One order was delivered on Friday, confirmed by email and confirmed on the 1-800-flowers website. The other order was NEVER delivered, was NOT confirmed by email and is still showing on the website as NOT delivered. However, over four phone calls (following 2 hour waits), 1-800-flowers agents, including a supervisor insisted the order was delivered, first on Friday then on Sunday with no explanation of why their system showed no delivery information. They could not provide any actual evidence that the delivery had been made. Video recordings confirmed that no delivery or attempted delivery has ever been made. The supervisor did not want to process a refund but wanted to resend the order within "2-3" days.

    It took immense pressure on my part to force an escalation to get approval for a refund. A $20 inconvenience payment was also promised in an earlier call but then denied by the supervisor. This company has no concept or intent of providing sincere customer service. They will not receive any future business from me and I encourage others to avoid them as well.

    Warning!! Think twice before ordering from 1-800-FLOWERS! I’ve had nothing but problems!! I ordered a Mother’s Day 2020 gift on May 4th to be delivered on May 8th. I paid extra to have it delivered 2 days BEFORE Mother’s Day. Unfortunately, the 1800Flowers staff placed a FEDEX GROUND shipping on the package instead of Express label. The package left Olive Branch, MS on May 6th, but hasn’t been seen from since.

    The 1-800-Flowers representatives keep saying it will be delivered the next day.... but FedEx has no clue where the package is located. I’ve asked for it to be traced, but they refuse to return my call. This evening I found out the caseworker for the trace has had the account for five days (since the 9th), but has done NOTHING with it!

    I’ve called in everyday (several times most days) trying to find the package. They track the package and tell me it’s scheduled for delivery before 8pm it the next day. They are clueless! I’ve argued with the reps everyday waiting HOURS to speak with them. Saturday I was on hold 5 hours before finally giving up! They offered to resend the package, but my item isn’t available now and flowers wouldn’t get there till the 19th.

    I demanded they compensate me for the troubles. They offered me a $20 saving on my next order, but I declined that and asked for a refund. They stated they can only do 50% of my cost because the package COULD still get there. I asked what happens if it doesn’t. They said they only do 50% refunds. So, if it doesn’t arrive, I paid 50% for nothing! Completely unacceptable!! They say they are “delivering smiles,” but all I’ve experienced are frustrations, disappointments and lies. Please don’t use this service! Call a local florist and have them deliver! 1-800-Flowers doesn’t care!!!

    I do not suggest ordering from 1-800-flowers ESPECIALLY on holidays. They will accept all orders even if they can't handle the volume and can't give you a quality product. I bought my sister and mother bouquets for Mother's Day that were supposed to be delivered on Saturday or Sunday. Instead, my mother's bouquet was delivered on Friday and was a completely different bouquet than I ordered. I was not told that they would substitute let alone the whole thing. I spent three hours trying to get in touch with customer service and succeeded online. They told me they would send her another bouquet free of charge but she still has not received her order. This was $150 order, I expected way more than we received.

    My fiancé also ordered his mother a bouquet and spent $100 on a large. They were delivered on time but instead, received a bouquet in a cheap looking pink vase (was supposed to be clear glass), two lilies that hadn't bloomed, three roses, a few purple daisies (which was not on the bouquet we originally ordered) and a ton of green leaves to fill it up. This is not $100 worth of flowers.. We could have gone to Walmart, purchased a $15 bouquet and received more bang for our buck. Customer service is crap and now the online portal isn't available so you have no choice but to call.     I put in an order for flowers a week and a half before Mother's Day, and I believe I just barely made the cut off to get my flowers delivered the Saturday before. Anyway, I realized that I didn't use the credit card that I get points for this purchase. I called and waited about 15 min and it took the gal another 40 min to call her boss to figure it out. Come the Saturday before Mother's Day, nothing was delivered. Sunday, nothing (obviously mail doesn't run, but sometimes they work w/ a local florist). No phone call to tell me it was never going to be delivered. My mom received nothing for mother's day and this woman from India acted like it was for no special occasion. I asked for her supervisor who was an American, and she said the same thing. I wanted to talk to someone else and I was disconnected after waiting about 10 min. I am disgusted w/ the lack of customer service I received unlike in the past. So, I am the daughter who got nothing for her mother on Mother's Day. The c/s gals couldn't have cared less.

    I placed an order via their app on 5/6/2020. At the time the order was placed, it did not allow for selection of Mother's Day (5/10/2020) for delivery, but gave a Friday, 5/8/2020 delivery with a window through Mother's Day for the delivery. At the same time, I placed an order for my mother-in-law, in a different state, for a different arrangement. Both orders processed and showed up in the app as separate orders for the correct addresses. Payment was processed on 5/6/2020 by my credit card. My mother-in-law's order went through successfully, and she received the intended arrangement.

    My mother's order, however, was not delivered, nor did the app's status indicate it was "in transit" much less delivered. On 5/11/2020, I used the app's feature to submit a query based on the order status. I didn't receive a response from the company, but later in the day, noticed that a new order for a different arrangement had been submitted for delivery to my mother, on 5/12/2020. It's not what I ordered, it will be two days late and I still can't get an answer from customer service as to what happened with the original order or even an apology for messing up this big day. So their success rate for two orders was 50% and, in every school I have ever attended, 50% is an F.

I received an email at 6:57pm that they had been delivered. No knock or ring. There were no flowers and my cam footage proves it. There was a 2 hour wait to contact customer service so I was unsuccessful in reaching them, although I waited as long as I could. I then initiated a chat with a robot, there was an apology and I was told an agent would contact me via email. I then received an email that my message was received and that I would receive a reply. 3 days later, nobody has reached out.

    I ordered a beautiful arrangement for my mom who lives out of state. The arrangement was was a large bouquet of stargazer lilies and roses. What she received looked like the leftover scrapping with a bow slapped on a mason jar! The arrangement was NOT like the picture and was most definitely not $80 worth of flowers! What makes this worse is that this is the SECOND time this has happened! In fact it was last Mother's Day! I know I probably should've learned my lesson there but they did give me a partial refund and sent my mother a new arrangement...the CORRECT arrangement.     I ordered flowers for my mom for Mothers' Day. I ordered the large, 'Mother's Embrace", which cost me $98.42 (including service charge and tax). Instead of my mom receiving the vibrant flowers I had ordered, she received wilted, dull flowers. They look absolutely nothing like what I ordered. I am so disappointed.     Find a better place to get your flowers. I ordered flowers for my mom and my mother in law for mother's day. I selected the large bouquet for each. My mom's came and was absolutely pitiful!! I can't believe I paid for a large bouquet and got that! My mother in law's bouquet arrived dead and the delivery guy broke her door!! He decided it would be a good idea to shove it between her door and storm door. Well, he bent the frame on the door because it did not fit and he shoved it in anyway. To make matters even worse I live in NY, my husband ordered me a dozen roses for mother's day. For whatever reason they shipped from Cali and also arrived completely dead and all the petals had fallen off. That is three orders out of three that were AWFUL!     If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered a bouquet for Mother's day to be delivered on Saturday 5-9-20 but I would except a delivery on Sunday 5-10-20. There was no delivery made on either day. I call and email their customer service and no one is getting back to me about when or where my order is at. For my unpleasant surprise, the product was delivered on Friday (05/08), absolutely nothing related to the advertised picture and without the balloon, i.e., a total disaster purchase.     Since I’m stuck at home I decided to order flowers for my mom, and have them delivered to her house. A few days later, she sent me a picture of the flowers, and I was extremely disappointed. I ordered “Mom’s Special - Large.” First of all, on the website picture there are many pink roses in the arrangement. However, in my mom’s delivery there was ONE white rose and a BUNCH pink daisies. The water in the vase was very murky. It looked like the flowers had been in the vase for a week. The arrangement my mom received DID NOT look anything like the one I ordered.     A Redbox ad appeared in my email offering 2 free rentals plus a discount at 1800flowers. So I picked my flowers and told my daughter to use the Redbox code to order them. My flowers arrived on time, wilted, some partially dying and much smaller than the 85.00 (extra large) set that I chose. After many emails 1800flowers offered to redeliver another set on May 20th. 10 days after Mother’s Day. They also never sent the code for the 2 free rentals. We have emailed multiple times asking for the Redbox code and they never respond with the code. I also contacted Redbox who basically said not our responsibility, contact 1800flowers.     Within two months, I have ordered flowers for my wife from 1-800-Flowers.com and have been dissatisfied with their service. The first time in March for her birthday I ordered what was advertised as potted, blooming tulips. When they arrived on the day scheduled for delivery, none of the tulips were blooming. In fact, the stems were hardly even beginning to come out of the soil and did not bloom for more than a week after arriving. The second time was this week for Mother's Day. I ordered two dozen roses in a vase a week ahead of time and was charged over $95, at least $29 of which was for delivery.

    The roses did not arrive as scheduled the day before Mother's Day, nor did they arrive on Mother's Day. Instead, they are now supposed to arrive on Tuesday after Mother's Day. Most likely, if they are the same flowers supposedly sent by FedEx two days before the scheduled delivery, they will arrive after five days and will most likely be dried out. I tried to cancel the order when I received notice of the second delayed delivery date. However, customer service is by robot reply. I am requesting my entire payment back and will never use this company again.

    I had an original order for a Mother’s Day bouquet in a glass vase for my mother in law two days prior to Mother’s Day so there wouldn’t be any confusion over the weekend. Well, I receive an email on Friday night stating that it was delivered....There were NO flowers delivered to her! So after spending all of Friday night and Saturday on the phone trying to get in touch with a representive they told me I couldn’t have my original order because the option for that piece expired on the May 6th....Well now they told me this was the only piece they could have delivered on Mother’s Day so I chose it to have something delivered....well the piece was delivered but it looked like flowers that were picked out of the garden and stuck in a glass cup!

    I wish I could attach a picture to this review because I am VERY unhappy with the service that I had spending my entire weekend trying to resolve this! Well now they tell me the best they can do is send an arrangement to her on May 19th....9 days after Mother’s Day?? They don’t seem to care about pleasing their customers! I will be writing another review on every website I can find and may even be calling the Better Business Bureau for the awful service this weekend!!

They have turned off their customer service phone line, I contacted them via a robotic chat, it said I would hear from them soon, that was 4 hours ago and I still haven't heard from them, it's Sunday, May 10th 5:45 PM and the order still hasnt been delivered, Fed Ex is the way they are sending the flowers in a box and their status of the package is no delivery date set.     Terrible experience. Impossible to speak to a customer service agent. The customer service hub is handled by bots that won't provide accurate information.     If you like to take risks and gamble 60 dollars or more to not get flowers then this is the business for you. You'll have no clue when you'll receive them (if you receive them). There's plenty of horror stories where people have to make multiple calls to get a new arrangement because the original one was never delivered. So far, I've been told 3 different dates when my arrangement was supposed to be delivered. Today, I was told it has been delivered and guess what? It hasn't! My cameras on my porch also confirmed no one has ever shown up. I'm currently waiting to hear back about a refund. You're much better off just calling a retail store if an arrangement can be made and picking it up yourself. Since I can't get out of the house, I assumed (wrongly) that the high delivery fee would better insure the flowers arrived on time. Well, Mother's Day is now almost over and still no flowers. So here I am facing my faithful wife and mother of my child with nothing in my hand. Excuses don't cut it and blaming the vendor still leaves me with a disappointed wife. By the way, normal deliveries aren't a problem where we live so that isn't the issue. I can assure you I regret using this company and will never use them again for any reason.     I ordered an extra-large arrangement of Mother’s Embrace along with two Mylar balloons, however, what came was nothing that I asked for. I received a small sized vase that held literally three roses and several carnations. The Mylar balloons never came with the delivery either. I contacted customer service and explained that I wanted a full refund because what arrived isn’t what I paid for. I understand flower substitutions are allowed but this was not a substitution, it was a complete deduction.     Pink and white carnations with roses. My son sent me flowers. He's never done that. I was super excited. "How thoughtful." I opened the box in great anticipation, they were tightly bound and wrapped with rubber bands and cellophane wrapper The box is very sturdy and well made I was impressed.     To begin, my phone number was recorded wrong and the delivery date was wrong when I checked on the day they were supposed to be delivered. It said the flowers were to be delivered yesterday which I found odd, and I immediately started up chat to get them to change my phone number since I asked to be called when the delivery arrived. The girl said she changed my phone number and it never appeared changed but I went with it. I spent all day waiting at home for these flowers to arrive and then it was past 8pm and still nothing, but I kept waiting and looking out my window to see if anything came.     I ordered flowers for Mother's Day that did not arrive (2 days after scheduled delivery). The 1-800 number had me on hold for over an hour and no one ever did pick up. The website offers no other way to contact consumer service, but through Google found a website that allowed me to "chat" with consumer service. This is just a robot. The chat just kept looping with "how can I help", " someone will contact you via email". Even when you ask specific questions it loops back to "how can I help". If your order goes through as ordered I am sure they are beautiful flowers, but if the order is undelivered then you are out of luck to find anyone to find out what happened. I would never use this service again.

    My boyfriend placed an order ONE MONTH IN ADVANCE. It is my first Mother’s Day so he wanted to make it special. Not only did they NEVER deliver the flowers and my boyfriend had to pick them up but the card that he wrote for me ARRIVED blank!! Totally unacceptable!!! Made my boyfriend super upset.     I received an arrangement yesterday from 1800 Flowers which was totally unacceptable.. The vase contained at least 6 dead or damaged flowers, what a disappointment, I told the driver that a flower was broken and he went to his trunk and gave me a carnation to replace it. But when I brought the flowers inside and examined them more closely I immediately called the number listed and was told they would be replaced... I’m still waiting. I realize this is difficult times but I would rather you inform the person placing the order that orders are not acceptable.

    Mother’s Day order was to arrive 5/8/20 by 8pm according to the 1-800 number. Website tracking did not match and online chat delivery had minimal information. Order DID NOT ARRIVE. No updates on the Web tracking and the 1-800 number says I need to speak to a representative about my order. Called 10 times. Left call back 3 times. Over an hour on hold and yes the charge has been debited from my account. First time user and last time user. Use another carrier so you do not experience the same issues as I have and risk the chance of disappointing someone special. I would give a Zero star if I could.

    Please do not order from here for any special occasion! Orders the roses and Peruvian lilies for $51 and a Teddy for my mom. I received SEVEN roses and the Teddy never showed. I even paid extra for it to come on the 8th and still nothing for the bear. 3 hours later I get a call back for a refund, lady was nice, but after her saying I would receive a $60 refund I only got $30 back!! And I’m not even interested in the $20 credit either. I was extremely heartbroken to find out what my mother had received. I’m so upset, they ruined Mother’s Day! Will never order from them again.     On May 4th 2020 I called to place an order with 1800 Flowers. The customer rep was very helpful in assisting me with my purchase. I order the floral embrace medium arrangement and asked could it be delivered on the 9th which they couldn't due for me because of mother's day and she asked if I will accept an earlier delivery which I accept and the date was set for May 7th with a open time frame up until 8pm.

    So earlier that afternoon I proceed to track my order only to learn my order wasn't in the system to be track nor with the any info pertaining to my in 1800 flowers system so I began to call but due to the high call volume I choose to have them call me back which they did around 7:30 pm and the rep stated my order should be there by 8pm and hung up on me.

    I waited a little while and called back which I was on hold for 30 mins before I someone answered. I explained my issue and was told I have a swing date which was a lie and I immediately asked for a supervisor. I was place on hold again for 15mins. Once the supervisor came on name Javon I explained the issue. We came to an agreement that the order would be delivered by 12pm on May 8th if not I would get a full refund. That never happened.

    I began to call and waited another 30mins before someone answer. I explained the issue and never got an supervisor and then the flowers was delivered which was not what I order in size nor was it my order of flowers. I am beyond disappointed with 1800 flowers and the arrangements I received. It's worth the monies I paid.

For over 2 hrs I robot states the order did not exist. I tee trees and a statement came up to Kate to change order that up to that time, did not exist. Then I called again was told the order is already being prepared. How can that be! I call cs again and co tiniest to wait. I’m on telephone now for over two hours waiting for someone to pick up. It’s now 8:31. I’ve been trying to correct this error since 3:00 pm. No response. The order cost $95.00. I would prefer a refund.

    Originally I paid with a Groupon.. and the amount came out of my PayPal with the total (accounting for the groupon). I checked the next day and it had been changed, meaning they manually changed it ON TOP of the fact that I paid for the groupon. I contacted the customer service and they brushed it off like “oh maybe you didn’t put in the groupon” ok. Then I paid extra for delivery for the flowers to be here today, and they didn’t come. FedEx says they’re in Indiana (it’s 8pm here in MICHIGAN) Ugh. I will never make this mistake again.

    Had flowers delivered for Mother's Day. Flowers were left on front porch in 93 degree weather. Driver did not knock or ring bell. Was checking porch every 2 hours or so. Was home all day waiting. When finally found them they were wilted. Tried calling. Was on hold for over a hour. Finally left email to complain. Received email following morning at 8:30am saying flowers had been delivered. Later got email saying they credited me for 50% of purchase. Said they were sorry. in Afternoon received email asking to rate customer service rep. Questions were posed as if I had spoken to someone on phone. Will never use this company again!

    For Mother's Day, their website showed which flowers/plants would be delivered by specific dates. I purposely chose one with an early date. They did not deliver by that date. So unprofessional. Why bother to list these dates on the website if you have no intention of actually delivering by then?

    I ordered flowers for my Mother in Law for Mother's day (which lives in a different state than me) on April 27th 2020 for a delivery on May 7th 2020. They were suppose to be delivered to a church, which would fall under a business. My father in law waited all day and still were not delivered by 6pm. I started calling a little after 5pm her time (I started calling because I had a bad feeling) and waited on hold for over a hour and a half, I am not exaggerating (I have the phone records), before someone picked up. He kept apologizing and tried to reach the florist twice to see about getting them delivered the next day since the church was already closed. After being placed on hold and many apologies, he said the earliest they could be redelivered was May 15th.

    This is totally unacceptable! I ordered 10 days in advance. They would not give me the name of the local florist, which is odd, if my order would of been delivered, I would of known who the florist was. He said he was applying a refund for my order and offered a $20 coupon or something. I will be watching my credit card for the refund, he said it takes 3-5 business days. I got a email saying my order was delivered after this 1 hour, 52 minutes and 30 second phone call. The gates to the church were locked up and there were no flowers anywhere around, not sure where they "delivered". Not sure if this email was sent out because my order is canceled, but NO FLOWERS were delivered. Do not do business with this company! No product and horrible phone time!

    Wish I had seen all the poor, recent reviews on here before choosing to order mom's Mother's Day flowers! I normally order from Urban Stems but all the arrangements I liked were sold out for Mother's Day delivery. Mom's a nurse and has been really stressed, and it broke my heart that she wouldn't even get flowers on Sunday. I don't trust a couple of her neighbors, packages go missing all the time. If a signature isn't required, FedEx and UPS will just leave the box in the entrance of the building, and the front door is usually propped open. So I was apprehensive about the contactless, no-signature delivery that's understandably necessary in these times, but since 1-800-Flowers indicated that they would send text notifications for all updates, including delivery, I pulled the trigger. I'm self-quarantining in her apartment to help with grandpa so I'm always here. I figured A Lot has to go wrong for me not to get this delivery. Well, it did.

    I got an email in the afternoon saying a local florist was preparing my delivery for today. I spent the next few hours refreshing my inbox and on the lookout for a text. When I hadn't heard anything by 8pm, I checked the tracking and it said Delivered?! I went downstairs and didn't see the flowers. Asked my neighbors, including the sketchy ones, no one saw anything, of course. Called customer service. After being on hold for 20 min, I got the text message from them saying my flowers had been delivered... Ran back downstairs, just in case, but of course still no flowers.

    So, not only did I Not get the delivery text until at least half hour after delivery, and who knows if it had been Hours, but the deliveryman from this "local florist" could not be bothered to walk up a couple flights and leave the large $80 arrangement in front of the apartment door, maybe even go above and beyond and knock a few times. And he could not even be bothered to ring my door bell downstairs to at least alert us! All this is assuming he even got the correct address.

    I was eventually connected to a customer service rep who first offered redelivery and assured me that I would receive them. I said, "No, thank you." I am certain there is no way she can make sure that the same thing won't happen again or that my flowers be arranged by a different florist. I asked for a full refund. She put me on hold for a few minutes and offered a partial refund and redelivery for 2 days after Mother's Day... After saying No a second time, refund processed. It's too late to order any other gift or flowers for Sunday. I Really regret putting all my eggs in 1-800-Flowers' basket. And I'm almost as furious at the fact that some thief gets away with a free arrangement because of sheer incompetence.

    Updated on 05/08/2020: I had put a negative review on here a couple of days ago. The story has gotten even more ridiculous. Finally got a hold of supervisor after spending 5 hrs on the phone. (Real time). After many attempts that get my order delivered on the day and time that I had originally picked and talking to multiple "customer service people" their solution was to refund me and have a nice day. I was promised by the supervisor last night that it would be delivered today. Lies, Lies on top of lies. This company needs to be put out of business. And I will help in any way I can to make sure everyone I know to not use this company. TERRIBLE!!!!

    Original Review: I had ordered flowers for mothers on Monday May 5th. Apparently they were out of stock. Instead of calling me and telling me they just pushed delivery date to the following Friday May 15th, That was the beginning. When I noticed the pushed delivery date I called customer service. I was on hold for over 1 hour and when they did come back on the line they just repeated what I could read on website. What a poor job. I'm glad you got my money but a phone call would have been better to let me know I need to order from someplace else. Thanks for a poor experience and I will tell as many people possible about how bad your company acted and failed.

    Two things: I placed an order with the wrong recipient name (mine instead of my wife’s). Literary MOMENTS after I placed the order that would be sent the next day I realized the error. Once the order showed on my account about 5 minutes later, it wouldn’t let me modify it. I called and after 28 minutes, they told me I couldn’t modify or cancel my order because it was already sent to the vendor. (Mind you, we’re literally talking about a matter of a couple minutes). Then customer service put me on eternal hold only to hang up on me after 20 minutes. In addition to this, I was offered $5 deliver fee for flexible delivery, or $15 for Saturday delivery - when I checked out, I was charged $20 delivery. I will not do business with this company again, and would recommend you the same. Call your local florist, they’re the ones filling it anyway.

    I ordered a flowers shaped like a birthday cake for my mom on May 1st for delivery on May 3rd. Not only did the flowers not arrive until May 6th, but what I originally ordered was not delivered and tulips were substituted. To make matters worse, the petals on the tulips were falling off and the leaves were yellow. The company called me prior to delivery to discuss, I missed the call but called them back the next day.     Do not order from this company! Their service is unacceptable. For the 2nd year in a row, they have completely messed up one of my Mother's Day orders! They'll blame it on the local florist, I'm sure - but *they* are responsible for making sure that what they have on their website is available in the first place! And if not - they should contact me and get my approval for any replacement, which they did *not* do. They actually replaced a floral selection with a "Friendship Comfort Candle". For my mother-in-law! This is awful. Then they say the order "cannot be modified." I can tolerate minor mishaps, but this is definitely a trend. Stay far away!

    The delivery was never made. I got a delivery confirmation that it did. Next day got a call from them to please call bc there was an issue with my order. First they tried to blame me for incorrect address. Mind you the email I received confirming my order has the correct and complete address with house#. The delivery confirmation email did not. Pretty sure someone forgot to add it but it was not me!!!!

    After being on hold for 2 and half hours finally got an amazing rep that actually was trying to help me. She saw where on my part the info I sent was complete and correct. She offered me a credit and re-delivery. At this point this was great news. She came back to say that my arrangement was no longer available and re-delivery would take up to a week. This delivery was a birthday and mother's day gift. How the hell can you not offer my same arrangement and then tell me I have to wait another week. Mind you her birthday was May 4. I will never place an order with you again. Neither will my entire family. I will make it my mission to tell everyone how awful this company is.

    I ordered from their website before checking the reviews. After I checked the reviews I decided I wanted to cancel my order. I called 5 HOURS after the order was placed to cancel. The women on the phone was kind and told me she canceled the order and I will receive an email to confirm. Cool. I decided to call back the next day to make sure the order was canceled because I ordered from a local florist instead. I was on hold for 20 minutes and opted to be called back. When I got a callback, this man on the phone was so weird and making me uncomfortable. He was asking why I wanted to cancel, I told him I decided I wanted something else (to not be rude and mention the reviews). He then asked why. And kept pushing. I felt so uncomfortable that I told him the reviews were bad and it made me change my mind. His reply? "Oh ** that's not good."

    He then started to make comments about my name and how I remind him of Angelina Jolie. I spent 15 minutes on the phone with him only for him to tell me he doesn't have authority to cancel my order. Okay? Why am I talking to you then? Very unprofessional! I then told him he can transfer me to someone who could help me better. He transferred me and left me on hold for 25 minutes! So I hung up and hoped that my order was canceled.

    It's 2:04 am now and I got a text that my order was out for delivery! So I called the customer service line again, and told them that I called two days ago to cancel but it wasn't processed. The women on the phone told me she couldn't cancel it since it has been shipped out but could offer me 30% in credit. Um. No. I want my full refund. She then offered me 50% of my refund. No I would like to speak to a supervisor. Finally got a supervisor on the phone and he basically was calling me a liar about not canceling my order since there was no order notes and that he could only offer me 50% CREDIT.

    It was NOT my fault your HORRIBLE customer service team did NOT cancel my order when I first called! There should be NO reason that I had to defend my self to someone questioning my character. He gave me his boss's number because he cannot issue a full refund and I am going to call in the morning to get my refund. I will NEVER order from these people again! This was the worst experience I've ever had. I work in customer service as a food server and bartender. I am always respectful to people who are providing a service. But this service was so horrible I am furious! Do NOT order from them!

    I have been a “Passport” member for years and rarely had a problem. If I did have a problem, they were great at fixing it and making it right. That’s no longer the case. In mid March I was diagnosed with Covid19 immediately after returning from overseas. Thankfully my neighbor had done extra grocery shopping and kept me fed. To thank him, I ordered a gift basket to be sent on March 22, 2020, arriving March 25th. That didn’t show up so I called and they apologized and reordered it for March 30, of course that didn’t show up. I called back and reordered a total of 8 more times when the $99 basket didn’t arrive on May 1st, I called again and the operator verbally promised a delivery on May 4th and, as compensation, they promised a $20 coupon for my next order and they would refund 50% of my purchase price. Of course neither the package or the $20 coupon ever showed up and my credit card received a whopping $2.09 credit. (Hardly 50%).

    So today I called and once again asked for a supervisor. They always say the supervisor is busy... so this time I said I’d would hold for hours until the supervisor is available. Then they hung up on me. I understand that this is a crazy time right now but this company has clearly had to resort to deception rather than just tell me they’re unable to deliver and give me a full refund. My business relationship with this company is now over.

    The reason for writing this review is because this is the second time this has occurred with this company. I am so disappointed that I gave them a second chance. Bottom line, sympathy orders were placed, credit cards debited, email confirmations received, yet the products were never delivered!! This is so unethical! Crediting back my account in no way repairs for the sensitive, upsetting results of my products not being received. BEWARE!! Do not use this company, research for a local florist in the area you desire, check their ratings and check and recheck for delivery confirmations.

    Ordered the flower in the morning, according to the website it would arrive same day before 8 pm. The flowers never arrived. When checked the website it just said "delivered by local florist" None of the delivery notification was sent to my email as the order originally said that would be sent.     This just happened this afternoon so this might be okay but I'm not pleased with how this transaction was handled. I placed this afternoon. Soon after I placed it I had to cancel it. I called customer service to cancel it. I tried doing a video chat but before I could get an answer I was asked to pay some money to get a answer right away. I didn't want to pay it so I waited on hold. After waiting over 30 minutes I was connected to a rep who said she would be happy to cancel my order. I think I canceled my order but I'm not sure. I asked for a confirmation order but she told me it wasn't necessary. I asked for her name. She didn't give it to me. Nor did I get a number for my cancelation.

    Rep told me I would receive information via e-mail. That was 3 hours ago. I still don't have any confirmation regarding my cancelation. I have searched my e-mails and spam accounts. Nothing. I know sometimes this takes a while to get a confirmation but I'm upset that I didn't get a number or the name of the rep over the phone. My complaint is that the rep would not give me a phone confirmation or her name or ID number. I don't care what her name was and I really don't want to get anyone in trouble. I know they were probably very busy but all I wanted some assurance that my order was actually canceled! Why is this so hard?

    I ordered flowers and a picture frame for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day. I was excited because both items appeared to be gorgeous. The payment was taken immediately, which was fine. About 3 or 4 days later, I received an email saying the flowers couldn't be delivered. A florist couldn't be found in my area. No big deal, I just ordered from another site and asked I be refunded for the flowers that I couldn't receive. I still wanted the frame even if I couldn't get the flowers. Their response back requested delivery details for flowers they said they couldn't deliver.

    At this point I have already ordered new flowers from another company. So I again ask for a refund for only the flowers. So a few days later I get a rude reply informing me I won't get my money back unless I give them the information requested. I replied stating they don't need a desired delivery date and optional card message to refund me so I need to know what information they need. Today (a few days later) I received an email stating my frame can no longer be delivered. They now have my $150+ and I will get nothing I ordered and have been given an attitude for simply ask for a refund because they can't complete my order. I am a virtual assistant so I know for a fact that my name and order number (both in every email) are sufficient to issue the refund. I shouldn't have to fight to get my money back or receive threats. I have never had such lousy customer service.

    Considerable shipping cost escaped my notice until order confirmed. Could not find how to cancel online. Called 800 number and was online for 30 minutes with an agent before being disconnected while on hold! Called again and went through same rigmarole with another agent apparently working at the same location (I hear roosters crowing in the background--what the heck?!). Just as with previous agent I explain "I simply need to cancel my order." Sounds simple enough, but she has to "get approval from her supervisor." Puts me on hold while I wait...again...finally, comes back to negotiate a better deal. I have to say several times, "I simply need to cancel my order." Finally, she says she can do that. I am sure this company makes a killing on volume. What a waste of my time; one hour of my life I will never get back.

    I had trouble placing an order online, thus called to place order (wait time was very long). Representative took all the info and placed order. When I reviewed confirmation, there was an error. Called back; again wait time very long. The order was cancelled and she placed replacement order. Gift was scheduled to be delivered April 28. Was not delivered! I was not able to view tracking info online thus had to call. Again very long hold time! Was told it would be delivered the following day. At 5pm EST when I called I was told it would be delivered "tonight"! It was never delivered! When I called at 9pm the representative was rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She stated no one was available and someone would call me back. I never received a call. Today I have called 2x; both times very long hold time. Each time the representative placed me on hold to look into the situation and both times the call was disconnected!

    I ordered flowers for my anniversary and they were simply never delivered. No notification about a delay, no "Sorry there is problem with your order." Just a status that still says delivery date of yesterday. I wrote them a note on the website asking where my flowers were and asking for a refund. They responded that they would deliver them in a week and give me $20 off my next order!!! Why would I want them in a week? Why would I need a credit from a company I will NEVER use again? I called customer service and explained the issue. Twice I was disconnected. Twice!!! I called a third time and just asked for a supervisor. They said someone would call me back.     I used 1-800-flowers for the first time and it was a mistake. I ordered and paid for same day delivery. They have a two hour time window count down thing so you know when you order you are in the same day delivery zone. Which I clearly was. Do not count on them for important events. My order sat around all day until the next. The fruit was punctured and brown from sitting around! 1-800-flowers doesn’t reveal who is locally putting your order together so I had no option to reach out to them about where my order was.

    1-800-flowers “customer service” is just a bot sending copy and paste emails unrelated to the problem. I asked them to flat out cancel my order since I wasn’t deliver the day I needed it to be. They did not. They had over 8 hours to deliver my order (fruitboquets.com). My recipient finally got the order around 3:00pm the next day. I was charged not only same day shipping still but an extra 17.98$ service charge. For what service? Paying extra for browning fruit that’s clearly been laying around Unrefrigerated for hours? I had no idea that the company “fruit bouquets “ was the one doing my order until three days later when they emailed me asking me to rate my experience. This all cost me 90.00$. Both of these companies suck. Do NOT order from them for important occasions. They will ignore you and charge you every penny. Truly disgusted.

    My experience happened just last week, during the pandemic. And as everyone can imagine, it's been hard all around. Regardless of the crisis, this is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable behavior!!! A friend ordered flowers for my mother's funeral. I specifically wanted the rosary made of roses. I had them for my father's funeral, so I'm familiar with this product. About two hours after we got off the phone, she ordered them, and they were delivered! A day earlier than needed, but I thought that would be fine. As I opened them, I realized they were fake roses with real baby's breath. I mentioned it to my friend, as I know how expensive this item is, $180. She flipped out and called to see what happened.

    About an hour later she calls to tell relay the story. She called both the local florist who delivered the flowers and 1-800-Flowers. Apparently, the local florist who covered the order didn't have real roses and called 1-800-Flowers and asked if they could substitute silk flowers. 1-800-Flowers, without calling my friend and asking her permission, made the decision and gave the local florist the okay AND told them they could delivery it early. $180 decision, with someone else's money! They didn't call to ask if it was ok, they didn't call to ask if maybe she would like to order something else. And since it was already delivered, 1-800-Flowers' policy is that the money can't be refunded! WHAT?!?! And they have to remedy an exact exchange amount. So, their solution (after their mistake) was to send another set of rosary beads AFTER the funeral! Despicable!!!

    In regular circumstances, this is disgusting, but during a crisis, where people are losing their loved ones, they don't need the added pressure of this kind of obnoxiousness!!! I happen to order from a sister company, Harry and David often. I called to explain what happened, and they said they can't do anything about it and I would have to complain to 1-800-Flowers directly. So I had Harry and David take me off their mailing list. I will NEVER order from any of these companies again!!! ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE BEHAVIOR!!! Blessings, Julia

    I placed an order on 4/18 to be delivered on 4/24. It is now 4/28 and still no delivery. Customer service is horrible. On hold for 20 minutes, then finally getting a human who told me it's FedEx's fault. I'm not the one who picked FedEx, they did, so it is their fault. They have a "100% smile guarantee" but only offered a shipping refund, not a complete refund, even though the flowers will be dead at this point. I asked to speak to a supervisor. On hold for another half hour and then told the supervisor was too busy and would call me back. Big surprise, I never got that callback. So I'm going to have my credit card do a chargeback for failure to provide paid product and never use 1-800-Flowers again.

    I place a order online several days in advance for my anniversary. It is 7:30 pm and still no flowers. I would never encourage anyone to order flowers from this company.     I placed an order for flowers and a balloon 4 days before my sister's birthday. I received a confirmation e-mail immediately. On the day of her birthday, they sent me an e-mail stating they would be delivered soon. They never were. When I called the 1-800 number, I was told they tried to deliver, but no one answered the door. When I entered the order number online, it said they were delivered. My sister works from home and no one ever came to the door. The flowers were finally delivered the next day at 6:00 PM. The flowers were pretty, but there was no balloon, which I paid for. The whole reason I ordered flowers was to surprise her on her birthday. Overall, not a good experience.

    I have frequently used 1800Flowers for nearly 20 years and have had adequate service, until my last order. I never received the notification the flowers were delivered, nor received the paid invoice. The website showed nothing and referred me to the customer service number. The rep that answered was horrible; could not type; I could hear her "hunt and peck" on the keyboard. I had to spell EVERYTHING; and she clearly was not invested in helping determine whether the flowers were delivered or assisting me with obtaining my receipt. After 15 minutes (yes, I timed it) she found they were delivered and said she would email me my receipt and I would get it in 24 hours. TWENTY-FOUR HOURS???? For an email??? All this with screaming kids in the background. This whole experience was an experiment in torture and I will never use this company again.

    I ordered my EMT daughter flowers and cake pops for her Tuesday, April 21st birthday on Saturday. Paid extra to have it delivered Tuesday. Cake pops arrived Wednesday, flowers Thursday.     I ordered flowers two (2) days in advanced and send a note they can deliver flowers for my anniversary. It was supposed to be a surprise, so they sent her a text message at 5:30pm saying they had a flower delivery... Messing up the surprise, but by that time she was out of work. The person called at 5:48 pm saying they don't find the place, but by that time the school was closed. I received an email yesterday saying it was delivered when it was not. This never happened before. I will not use this service again if I need a special occasion. Not a reliable service.

    I placed an order which was not an easy task. Slow pages and confusing descriptions. I used a coupon code sent to me via my email address. All looked good, items and price. I clicked to order and I was charged for the order then shared again within 1 minute for the same order at the full price amount. I look in my cart and only see 1 order for the larger amount.

    I called and spoke with a rude, condescending snarky associate. I said to just cancel my order, she said, "So you want to cancel the order?" I said, "Cancel the order, I don't have anymore time to spend on this". She then decided to lecture and scold me on how she was trying to talk.?? Talk about what?     I placed an order on April 5th, 2020. My order consisted of 2 floral arrangements, one for my sister's birthday to be delivered on April 21st, and the second for my mother's birthday to be delivered April 25th. I also signed up for their "passport program" which grants free and discounted shipping for future orders, that I had anticipated for Mother's day and my sister's graduation date.

    On the 21st, I checked my status of my order at around 10am and saw that it was "confirmed by the shop" and was preparing to be delivered; seems like it's all in order. I finished my workday and got to my home and checked in on the app to see if it had been delivered, it had the same status. At around 4:30 pm I sent an email trying to check in on the detail of when my order would be delivered and got no response. All of the wait times were over 18 minutes and I would get hung up on each time I was placed on hold. They ended up rescheduling the arrangement to be delivered on the 22nd (the day after my sister's birthday) and it never was delivered again.

    I called them back and it took 6 representatives for one to finally realize that the floral shop they were placing orders to was out of business (even though they were claiming that the floral shop was confirming orders) and that was why the deliveries were not getting completed. They offered me a $20 voucher to make it right for my next order, WITHOUT offering a refund for the bouquets my mother and sister would never get. I had to fight tooth and nail to explain why I deserved my money back. My total spent on the two arrangements with shipping and taxes included was $120.50 and they only issued $50.99 originally as my refund.

    I called back when reading the email that I was sent and they explained that it was out of their control and that the other price of the arrangement I cancelled for Saturday (because we found out finally that the flower shop was closed) was ineligible for refund. I asked for a supervisor and they finally gave me the refund for the arrangement but my $21 remaining paid for shipping and taxes was still in limbo, after another 3 agonizing hours I finally got ahold of their "loyalty" department who had the authorization I needed to issue the refund. I found out later that this shop they had placed my order with on April 5th had actually been closed since March and they were unaware until TODAY because one of their staff took the time to actually look into my issue and found this information out via Google.

    Do not spend your money on these arrangements, their customer service is mediocre if you even have the patience to wait long enough to get one on the phone, and when they are talking to you be ready for them to use scripted responses and when they really hit a wall, they will even start to talk down to you. Instead, call your local florist directly and support them that way. This will avoid you the same 48 hours of frustration I had, for no bouquets to ever get delivered. This way your local florist will get the entire sum of your payment instead of 1800-flowers taking a chunk of their income. I am still deeply disturbed with how they were trying to scam me out of my money and how they even can continue operating this way. It's unethical.

    Ordered flowers on the 17th to be delivered to a friend for her birthday on the 19th. Flowers never arrived. We called and they botched everything. We did receive an email from them once then they continued to blame us and stated my wife entered her email wrong and stated we chose the 25th as a delivery date. We argued and told them we were looking at the email and to just admit they screwed up but they wouldn't. It took my wife cussing at this lady to get us our refund. Terrible experience and they will never receive our business again. You'll be better off locating a local florist close to the person who's receiving them and give a local business your money.     The order was placed 4/6 and charged to our credit card. Since then emails have gone back and forth. Delivery made, can’t deliver what was ordered. Emails to customer service were ignored or I was given short, terse responses. I suggest you not use 1800Flowers. I know I won’t. When you call in to any number associated with your account you are placed on hold. First time a few days ago was over 45 minutes. It is heading in the direction again. This morning I was given the option of leaving a phone number to receive a return call. I did get that call. First the associate said the order had been delivered and then that the choice I made was not longer available le. When I said I wanted a refund to my credit card I was hung on. Good news is that just now (after more than 30 minutes on hold) I was able to talk with someone who will issue a full refund. This However does not negate the poor customer service. Don’t use them.

I was never contacted to say they couldn’t fill my original order, the replacement order was actually below the value of my original order and I have yet to see a credit.     In the past two months, I ordered flowers from them, and had problems with both orders. Yesterday, it was my sister's birthday, so I ordered flowers to be delivered the same day. They were never delivered. So I phoned them and the agent said a delivery attempt was made but no one was there to accept them. No one attempted a delivery. I was home all day waiting for them to arrive. I also have a RING app installed that alerts me to anyone approaching our door and takes a video. No florist ever approached my door. So she said she would removed the $17.99 service fee and that I would receive an email confirmation and the flowers would be delivered the next day. I never received an email confirmation and as of now, the flowers still have not been delivered. When tracking the order, the status has never changed. All it says is "Confirmed." I will never order flowers from them again.

I reached out via email, and got vague and non helpful responses Time After Time. Finally this morning I searched through a list of emails and found a customer service number that actually worked, when I called and spoke to a customer service representative Joe, he was rude and accused me of being fraudulent. When I told him this was unprofessional and that I should have received a notification that they had rejected my order, his demeanor only got worse.     I made an order online for delivery Friday 4/10/20. I was promptly notified CONFIRMED DELIVERY 4/10/20 by 8 pm.     I stopped using 1-800-Flowers three years ago after they screwed up three orders in two years, the last one being for my best friend who was going through chemotherapy. My boss, the CEO of a multi billion dollar company, and the HR department wanted to send me a housewarming/Easter arrangement. What I received from this scam of a company was a box of broken glass, an Easter Lily that was in pieces and dirt all over the box. A mess. I had to throw everything out. I cut my finger on the glass!

    I called their customer service department and was on hold for a total of 184 minutes over three calls. The reps do not speak English well, so they are very hard to understand. The reps are rude and not very smart. I was told a new arrangement would arrive YESTERDAY. I received nothing. I made several more calls, wasted a ton of time, and sent an email. I received an email from someone named Janelle who promised me that a new arrangement would arrive TODAY. I received nothing.

    I'm not in social media, so my sister has been message with Janelle all day on Facebook through private messaging. Janelle promised she would call me in 15 minutes. THAT WAS FOUR HOURS AGO. I sit here with nothing...no calls...no arrangements. THIS IS A SCAM OF A COMPANY. They took my boss's money and delivered a box of broken glass and a shredded plant. They broke every promise they made over the last 72 hours. My next move is to take this to every local consumer affairs TV segment in Nassau County. This is unacceptable and inexcusable. I will never use this scam company and I'm about to take this to social media through a dozen friends. Thanks for ruining this for so many. Shame on you, 1-800-flowers.

    I received some flowers as a gift from 1800Flowers. No telling how long they were in the FedEx truck, but there was NO water tube attached to the stems. The flowers were wilted. Some perked up a little after putting in water, but many leaves were all creased. What idiot florist doesn't put a water tube on the stems, knowing that they are going to sit in a truck for probably most of the day? These were a gift. I have already had my nightmare ordering from 1800 Flowers years ago and never went back. I don't want my friend, the sender, to know, so will try to salvage what few flowers were left not wilted and creased.

    I ordered flowers for a friend during this current pandemic. The flowers died early, and they double authorized my CC. Instead of 107 being held, they took 214. Called them, they did. Nothing to fix! They apologized but didn’t reverse the second charge, didn’t compensate me (that extra cash was to be my grocery budget for the week). All they said was “sorry”. They did nothing to make it right. I have never been double billed like that and they say it’s “normal”. Think I’m switching back to FTD. They are more pricey, but much less hassle!

    I placed and order 3 days ago. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday 4/3/2020. I noticed at 6pm that the product was not in transit. After 50 mins of holding, spoke to 3 different agents.     This was my 25th anniversary - The flowers never came - Spoke to 3 representatives after I received the message the flowers were delivered - The first 2 said that the message meant they are on the truck out for delivery. The 3rd representative that I called after 8 PM finally told me that they were unable to deliver the flowers.     I called 1800-Flowers (vendor) in the morning to request a bouquet delivery ON THE CONDITION that the delivery could be made by 1:00 EST. The person I spoke to on the phone for more than 25 min assured me it could be done. I instructed the phone person to have the flowers delivered to my sister having a party at a RESTAURANT in NYC, and gave the vendor the name and address of the restaurant. I stressed multiple times that the delivery had to be made before 1:00 PM or I did not want it. However, by 2:00 the flowers still had not been delivered and I received an email that they would be delivered by 8:00 PM.

    I called vendor and said I wanted to cancel the delivery and receive a refund. They agreed and said I would be issued a refund; I requested a cancellation number or receipt and was told I would receive it via email. I never did. We later found out the flowers were delivered around 3:15 to an apartment building, NOT the restaurant. We never got flowers. I called the company again, and, again, they agreed to issue refund and send email confirmation. Again, THEY LIED and NEVER DID. I will never use them again!

    This is the second time I have used 1800Flowers. Both times I have been terribly disappointed. I ordered flowers for a friend who was experiencing a tough time. She lives several hours away, so finding a local store that I could trust was difficult. I was ok with spending a little more money hoping the arrangement would be nice. I spent $72.16 and the arrangement was sparse at best. It looked as though the florist grabbed the flowers and shoved them in the jar. There was no "arrangement". Even as I am not trained or even have a crafty eye, I could have done better. I tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt, but will not use them again. I will try ProFlowers or anyone other than this company.

    Don't use this service, I ordered from them, they charged my credit card but nearly a week later nothing had been delivered. The tracking on their website showed that the florist had my order and was waiting to deliver it though so I called them and was told "they only deliver in major cities", I live in a city of 6.5 million people and their website not only took my order but charged my card and let me to believe it was being delivered. I was then told "that is a bug on their website" so if I hadn't have called they would have never delivered anything and kept my money, they even had the gall to try to up-sell me to something else on their site to be delivered to the same place even though they just told me they don't deliver in my city. Scammers.

    Well the variety of flowers was amazing. The designs that y'all put together so breathtakingly gorgeous. I wouldn't change anything, but maybe an easier way to navigate through all of the awesome arrangements you guys put together. The one I received was for my uncle. They fit him so good.

    It’s a bait and switch and then they slip in a 50 dollar shipping plan. It’s some yearly plan that won’t charge you for shipping costs for the rest of the year. I don’t need that and it was not clearly visible as to what I was paying for.

    I sent flowers to my daughter on her birthday in LA. It is now 4 days after the time of my order. I am not hearing back from 1-800 Flowers. She didn't get her bouquet. I am out $37.00. I am very sorry I ever considered this company. They are still taking orders in a shelter in place time with NO WAY TO DELIVER. Every year my daughter gets daffodils because she was born on the first day of spring. How could any company let this go like this? AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We don't do repeat business with those who are not responsible to do the right thing by their customers. They took the money and gave us no flowers. Other reviews on Yelp Alhambra confirm that they do not give refunds for poor quality or late delivery. NO Quality Control, their promises are worthless.

    Many options to choose from and delivery times are reasonable. The quality of the bouquet was good, just not spectacular! It seems that it is very difficult for flower delivery companies to get good smelling, quality roses. Recommend that you choose other types of flowers.

    I received flowers that were purchased from 1-800-flowers. They were arranged perfectly. The colors were brilliant and the flowers were healthy. I liked the package of powder supplied by the florist. My flowers arrived on January 28 and today is March 18. Some have wilted and and hadn’t lost all their color. I’m still enjoying them and they’re not all wilted. Quality of flowers were outstanding.

    Just make sure to smile when the customers should be able to get the arrangements that are looking for at the right price. They make sure your order gets there that's what I like. There always fresh flowers and the flowers don't die 2 days later. They sat for a week or 2. And if you have something extra to add they will include it, In your delivery. Always nice when they approach your door.

    Received flowers that we sent when my husband passed away. They were ordered in Oklahoma City area. For the price my family paid the plant arrangement was very skimpy and did not last very long. It was not attractive or as full as it should have been. The colors were not what they asked for and not enough greens to fill it up. Disappointed.

    I use to use 1-800-Flowers but after they screwed up my deliveries and and the flowers I sent were half dead and especially the last time I paid a lot for a beautiful arrangement what I got was a vase and the Roses and extras were bundled up together I gave up on them totally.

    I received a flowering plant from my daughter for Mother’s Day and it was very small. It had a few flowers on it but the plant itself was more Walmart quality than florist quality. Having worked in the greenhouse and florist industry for a long time, I know what these things should look like and this was very disappointing. Also, the container had a design on it that literally slid off the side and disappeared after a few waterings. Really a bummer. Now, let me tell you about my fresh cut flower experience. I got a bunch of tulips the year before and they were just lovely! I was afraid they would be gone after twenty four hours, but we put them in the fridge at night and they lasted almost a week. Super good!

    I ordered flowers for my girlfriend to be sent to her office on Valentine's Day. Prior to making the order online, I noticed the description did not show what the transit packaging looked like, if any. Instead, it showed the beautiful bouquet positioned in the vase. Before clicking on "make purchase", I called customer service to verify it was not going to be delivered in a closed box. After all, this was meant to be a positive surprise as she picked them up at the front desk of her office.

    The customer service rep had troubles understanding my question and articulating a clear answer, so I clarified "So it comes in a box package but it is assembled upon delivery, correct?" She said yes. I even asked her 2 or 3 different ways so that I would be certain it would be presentable. So the package did arrive on Valentines day, before noon. (Good). The flowers were in good shape and fresh. (Good). HOWEVER, they were in a closed box that screamed "1800 FLOWERS.COM"!

    My GF was kind enough to not say anything, but she revealed this when I asked. I was utterly embarrassed - for me and for her. Imagine walking up to the front desk, picking that up, and having to walk it to her cube! And then assemble it before she is seen? So I emailed them asking for a refund, and they sent a quick reply saying they were sorry and were sending another set out the next day. Oh no! So I had to reply and say STOP!!! Luckily I saved myself and my girlfriend from further humiliation.

    So customer service said they would send a refund for the amount minus shipping. I said okay. Well a month later, they still had not given me a refund. Luckily I checked my statement that month. After the second request, they refunded me in full, within 2 days. I will never order from them again, nor recommend them to anyone. Had they communicated clearly and presented the flowers in the vase as described, I would have given them 5 stars.

    Purchased a bouquet of flowers for my wife. They were unable to deliver these, not only on the date promised, but ever. I called to request a refund, which they eventually agreed to. No refund was ever given. I'm guessing most people would not be happy with such an experience.
