I ordered flowers to be delivered on 2/21/17 for my mother's birthday, charged me $70. A few days later I noticed on my checking account statement they had put back $37. I called to find out what was going on and they told me my order was cancelled. I told them I didn't cancel it and if it was cancelled how come I didn't get all my money back. The guy tried to convince me that I didn't pay that much. I offered to email him the receipt I was looking at. After 20 mins of arguing I asked to speak to a supervisor, he put me on hold and came back about 5 mins later and said they would issue the remaining $33 and that it would take 3-5 business days. That was on 2/16, it is now 2/24 and I still haven't gotten my money back.

I recently purchased the Floral Embrace - Medium for my mother's birthday along with a Mylar Happy Birthday balloon. The description of the arrangement: hot pink roses, orange Asiatic lilies, medium sunflowers, lavender stock, orange alstroemeria, and ethos poms. What was delivered looked nothing like what had been ordered. There is a disclaimer on their site stating, "so colors, varieties and basket may vary due to local availability." Almost every flower (90%) and even the balloon had been substituted.

I was told by an agent on the chat line the consumer would be contacted, if substitutions would be required and I did NOT receive any communication regarding it. I was also told my mother would have another bouquet sent to replace the one she had recently received. This is day 3 and my mother has yet to receive her replacement flowers. I paid $60 for those flowers/balloon. I don't know if the florists are automatically substituting cheaper flowers and pocketing the difference or subpar and don't have the necessary flowers to complete the order in which case they shouldn't take the order & perhaps close the shop.

We ordered 2 large standing flower arrangements for delivery to the visitation and funeral of a dear sister-in-law. They were ordered under my other sister-in-law's name, Jeannine **. We ordered on 2/17/2016 - When we got the confirmation e-mail, the message cards were incorrect. We had to call and speak to someone in a foreign country to correct it. On 2/20, the day of the visitation, no flowers were there. We called and were told there was an incorrect delivery date and the flowers would be redelivered. E-mail stated the correct date. On the following day, of the funeral, we called the funeral home just moments before we were to arrive there. Still no flowers. We called and cancelled the order and asked for a refund. We are waiting on that. So embarrassing and such a sad showing of respect for our loved one. I will never use them again and will pass the word to everyone I can to never trust them!!

I ordered flowers on a Friday afternoon, and did not get them on that day at night. Called them back on Saturday and was told they tried to deliver them but thru no fault of theirs. They would try again on Saturday of that same evening. Again no delivery to my house. Call that same day Saturday night to cancel order and was told it would take 5-10 business days for the refund. Asked them to confirm the cancellation by sending me a receipt by e-mail. Waiting until Monday morning. Called again for the receipt of the refund and cancellation. Again nothing.

I ordered a 49.99 worth of flowers and they charged me another 20.00 dollars on top of that. Then they charged a service fee of 17.99 and 7.50 tax. Came to 91.00 for the same flowers I cancelled. Still on Tuesday morning called 3 more time for the same receipt and they keep telling me they will send it. I don't think I'm going to get my money back. They told me it was already back in my account. Nothing. I think the whole company is fake and they are stewing a lot of people to come. Beware of them.

We called 1-800-Flowers and they said they would send out another arrangement on 2/20/17. IT NEVER ARRIVED! We called again on 2/20/17 and were told "Please give us another chance", another arrangement was to be delivered 2/21/17. AGAIN IT NEVER CAME. Contacted them and requested full refund and I will be contacting the BBB if this does not happen within 7 days!!! Horrible to deal with, and to communicate with! STAY CLEAR OF THIS "BUSINESS".

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my own house for my wife. To be delivered on Valentine's day, while I was at work. They delivered the flowers to a house up the road from my house. After I had sent an e-mail with specific instructions on how to find the house. Then when I called to complain about having to pick up the flowers and bring them home myself, I got someone from India to talk to who didn't care the slightest to help please an already unsatisfied customer. I will never use them again. They also didn't refund anything, not even the shipping.

Ultimately I received a partial refund to my credit card with the rest being refunded to me via US Mail in the form of a hard check in 45 days. 1-800-Flowers was paid by me immediately for a service and product I agreed upon, however when they fail to meet the agreed upon terms they expect me to wait 45 days for a full refund. I find this unacceptable and can only suggest others attempt to avoid this and shop locally. In the end I'm the one looking like a fool... No smile guaranteed for this first time (almost) customer.

After several calls from myself and restaurant, the flowers arrived at 2pm after all of the guest left. When I called customer service, they were unwilling to provide adequate service recovery. I spend $90 and they grudgingly offered $20. I would never use them again and would strongly recommend ProFlowers to anyone because they have great customer service and have never missed a delivery.

I ordered a Serene Green arrangement, expecting that my family member would receive a beautiful arrangement as pictured on the 1-800-Flowers.com website. Instead, she received bouquet of much poorer quality flowers, as well as less quantity (see comparison pictures attached). Make sure when you order flowers from 1-800-Flowers.com that you ask your recipient to take a picture of what they've received, as this has now happened to me more than once.

I ordered a sympathy flower Peach, White & Orange Sympathy Standing Spray for a friend's wake on behalf of my in-laws and my family. The picture on the 1-800-Flowers website looks beautiful and the price tag was $129.99 for a small one (42"H x 36"L), after service charge and tax came out to be about $165, it's pricey, but I thought he and his family are our dear friends, it's worth it. When we went to the wake searching for this beautiful flower arrangement, we found one kind of looked like the one I ordered except with only a few flowers, very plain looking, completely lacked the vibrant color on the picture because there were so few flowers, seemed much smaller than the size, I was very disappointed and I am sure my in-laws too because they already told me the flower was too expensive comparing to other florists. The picture and the real thing are not the same, this is deceiving and I will NEVER order from 1-800-Flowers again.

First of all, I paid for Valentine's Day, not the day after. Second, the flowers never showed up period. I asked for a refund through customer service multiple times, in every single one of my emails. Now they are saying that the flowers are going to be delivered tomorrow, which is absolutely the last thing I want. My efforts to communicate with them seems to fall on deaf ears and I feel helpless - needing to resort this measure. I do not want anyone to have to go through this. They are a large company and I did not expect such terrible service. This experience has caused a tremendous amount of stress.

Do NOT ever use this bogus company! Absolutely incompetent & staffed by a pack of professional liars! I ordered a child-appropriate Valentine's arrangement for my 5-year-old granddaughter in another state, placing the order 2 days early. At 8 pm on Valentine's evening, I called to speak with her before bedtime. When I asked how she liked her flowers, she looked blank & asked me "What flowers? Lala, you didn't get me anything." My heart sank! I immediately dialed 1-800-Flowers & waited 58 minutes for a service rep. After explaining the situation, I was put on hold; the rep came back & cheerfully announced they were on the truck & would be delivered by 7:30 pm. I pointed out that was highly unlikely since it was already 9:07 pm. "Well, not in the delivery time zone," came the reply.

I quickly explained we lived in different states but the same time zone: it was after 9 pm in the Central Time Zone, period. Back on hold I went. After about 10 minutes, the rep came back & told me the flowers had actually been delivered at 4:30 pm & signed for by Mrs. Lillian (**). Enraged, I pointed out my grandchild was barely 5 & couldn't have written that, was still quite single at her age, & was certainly not old enough to be answering doors & signing for deliveries - not to mention no one was even at their house till 5:15 pm. On hold again. She came back again, this time guaranteeing me my grandbaby's flowers would be delivered the next morning, & that she would personally call my daughter-in-law & explain 1-800-Flowers was to blame for the error. She also told me she had just finished issuing me a token apology refund of $20.

Only they weren't and she didn't! Valentine's was Tuesday; it is now the following Friday and I have just hung up from 1800-Flowers demanding a refund. No flowers were delivered on Tuesday as ordered; no flowers on Wednesday, no flowers on Thursday, & none Friday morning. And that phone call explaining to my daughter-in-law that it was their error? Surprise, that never happened either. And her $20 credit? Completely bogus as well. I was charged $91.18 for a non-existent flower delivery!!!

Supposedly, I will now receive a full refund in 5-7 business days. I'm not holding my breath. When I asked today's service rep what on earth happened, he stuttered & sputtered around and said, "well, sometimes we just get too busy." Bottom line, this is the most disreputable, dishonest, incompetent, & useless organization I have ever tried to do business with. STAY AWAY from 1-800-Flowers.com!!

THIS COMPANY WILL SCAM YOU! DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THEM! I ordered a $200 flower arrangement 12 days in advance for Valentine's Day. I got an email at 11am on Valentine's Day saying that my flowers were prepared and ready to be delivered. About 30 minutes later I got a phone call from a Vietnamese lady who represented the company asking for the phone number of my girlfriend. We waited all day for the flowers. Eventually I emailed them, tried to use their online customer service chat which doesn't work. Tried to call them but their customer service lines were offline. They didn't reply to my emails for 24 hours. Eventually they replied two days later apologizing and offering a 50% refund. This made me so angry. Why would I only want 50% of my money back if I ordered these flowers 12 days in advance for Valentine's Day and they didn't come on Valentine's Day?

I emailed them again saying that I demand a full refund and gave them my reason. They replied saying that they would look into it. Two days later they emailed me telling me that the flowers were actually delivered on Valentine's Day and apologized for not sending me a Delivery confirmation email (LOL?). I don't even know how to respond to that. I am going to my bank to make a claim form because I've literally been scammed by this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I hope everyone that considers ordering flowers finds this site before they use this company!! Not sure other than massive advertising how they can stay in business when there are so many complaints about quality and customer service. I received flowers described as "long-lasting" that were dead in one day. Customer service continually put me on hold to wear me down. After many unsatisfactory offers I spoke with a supervisor who said he could only offer a refund to the individual who ordered them. He called and the process started all over again with a customer service rep offering credits and partial refunds. A supervisor finally spoke to him and indicated that I had lied and that they could not do a full refund. So he accepted a partial refund.

I called back and was told that he would get his full refund, was put on hold again and then disconnected. I called back a third time to finally speak with another supervisor. Eventually I was told that since the actual customer had accepted the partial refund there was nothing they could do for me. It is quite apparent they have trained the customer service representative with these techniques so they do not have to provide refunds for unsatisfactory products. We are both busy working people and this took an hour and a half of my time as well as his time.

I ordered same day delivery for (2) Valentine's Day, (2/14/2017) floral arrangements. Guaranteed to be delivered that day. Received confirmation of delivery (8:08pm), but when I didn't hear anything from my mother or my aunt regarding the flowers I called them. Now it's about 9:30 pm. They never received anything. I called 1-800-flowers. First they couldn't find my order number and when they did they were telling me that they were delivered. I said, "No they weren't." I also said I don't know where they delivered them to, but they didn't deliver to my mother or my aunt. The lady apologized and put in a redelivery for the next day, (2/15/2017).

On 2/15/2017 my aunt received her delivery around 7:50 pm my mother still hasn't received anything. At 8:30 pm I called them again to tell them that my mother still hadn't received her flowers and once again they're telling me, "Yes, she did because she signed for them." I told them that the signature must be my aunt's because my mother hadn't received her flowers. And she was home both days and didn't go anywhere because my stepfather was ill. The lady then put me on hold and when she came back she said that they were still out for delivery and she should be getting them soon. Once again I had to call them. This time it was 10:30 pm to let them know that they weren't delivered. The lady who answered this time told me what the previous lady told me on the phone that my mother signed for them. Once again I had to explain that it wasn't my mother's signature, but my aunt's who received her flowers earlier.

Finally, I was asked. "Well what do you want me to do?" I said refund me my money. The lady said ok plus a savings pass of $20. I had at one point asked to speak to someone in the U.S., but was told that they couldn't connect me that I would have to call back, but no guarantee that I would be connected to someone in the U.S.

1-800-flowers needs to stop outsourcing work and hire within the U.S. because the language barrier is ridiculous. They also need to work more closely with or know something more about the florists that they choose to work with & monitor them. Your association with florists like the ones chosen for my orders will be the demise of this company.

My husband went to 1800Flowers.com and lovingly ordered me a bouquet of stargazer Lilies (what I carried in our wedding) along with chocolates for Valentine's Day. They charged him their standard shipping, plus a $7.99 Valentine's Day delivery surcharge. The bouquet was a total of $64.58. My flowers arrived jammed into a box and not arranged at all. As I removed them from the zip ties and plastic, I was incredibly disappointed to see that my flowers were wilting, limp, and severely damaged. The greenery that accompanied them was bug eaten! The Lilies weren't even stargazers... They were just white. (Stargazers should be a vibrant pink with dark pink to black dots).

When I contacted customer service, they simply replied, "Our Lilies come in bud form and will bloom in 1-3 days". I responded that bud form would be ok, however wilted and limp is not. I then provided them with several photos. Their response this time was "What can we do to make this right?" I replied, "A refund would be nice". They replied that "No changes, cancels, or refunds can be done at this time, please contact us at a later date". I asked them if there was nothing that could be done, why did they bother asking how they could make it right? This went back and forth until I was offered a 30% discount and a $20 savings pass. I declined. Then I was offered a 50% refund and a $20 savings pass for my next order.

As my husband had used PayPal to pay, I filed a claim with PayPal under "food or plants delivered in damaged condition". Only after I filed the claim did 1800Flowers contact me to offer a refund. I will give them 1 star for refunding me, but if you're looking for quality flowers and a gift that says "I love you", don't look here. The flowers are still limp and sad, even after I cut the stems, arranged them and gave them the provided plant food. You're so much better off going through your local florist. For $65, they can deliver an enormous bouquet, professionally and lovingly arranged, with that special touch.

If you're paying $65 for 8 Lilies, you shouldn't have to remove them from a box, held by zip ties, and arrange them yourself! Imagine if you were sending a bouquet to your loving granny, and she received that! Wouldn't you rather her open the door to a polite florist delivery, huge arrangement in hand and a nice smile? What was supposed to be a loving and thoughtful gesture from my husband (who is typically not a romantic man) turned into me assuring him that the thought and his sweet card meant more to me than the flowers. He felt so terrible, it really put a damper on the whole day.

When my wife went to work today, 2/15, there were no flowers. The flowers, again, were not delivered until 2/15 after 3pm, after she had already left work for the day. When I called to demand a FULL refund, I was offered 3 separate offers ($14.99 back, half my money back, then a $50 gift certificate) BEFORE the representative finally agreed to my full refund. Called customer service and spent one hour waiting on the phone to be told me will attempt re-delivery the next day and I will also receive a $20 gift certificate by email. Day Two: 4 PM - No email, no delivery still. I spend another 40 minutes on the phone with the offshore, basic-English speaking customer service rep, only to be told that the order was delivered the previous day and it was signed by the recipient. When I asked to be sent the proof of delivery and a picture of the signature, the rep started mumbling, saying that delivery was now somehow REFUSED because it was too late at night (7.50PM) - even though 1800 FLOWERS states that deliveries happen until 8 PM.

I asked to speak with a supervisor, and I was told the supervisor is busy. I said I would wait, and I waited another 10 minutes, after which the same person came on the phone slowly mumbling things and "checking my account" and saying that the flowers would be re-delivered today. I asked for money off and was told I would now get another email with $50 off. It is now 9 PM and the flowers still haven't been delivered.

But when you call back to ask them a question, they hang up on you after being on hold for 20 minutes... Literally the worst experience when it comes to ordering flowers. I highly suggest to anybody that they go through local companies, instead of 1-800 Flowers at least you're supporting a small business rather than a crappie Corporation. My husband was told to make up for the delivery not being sent in time (even though he ordered in enough time to get them for Valentine's day) that you guys would have a "local florist" from "my town" send over a display. Nothing ever came... So when he called to find out what was going on with the local display, he was put on hold for 20 minutes then hung up on.

After making several calls (and being on hold for over 30 minutes) I was given many different answers. The customer call center in is the Philippines!!!! I was told during one phone call they would contact the florist who was delivering the flowers, however, they couldn't get in touch with them. I was offered $20 credit to 1800 flowers, NO THANK YOU!! I want a full refund, however, they are not agreeing to that.

I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day on Feb 12 with a guaranteed delivery by Valentine's Day. Checked the tracking and at 1:40 PM on Valentine's Day they showed them in Memphis when they should be in Seattle. Got an email a little while later saying, "OOPS we aren't making delivery today, but will give you 50% off your next order." NOT GOOD ENOUGH! I called them and after waiting on hold for 23 minutes (Yes, I timed it) a guy tells me I have to call back on Friday. On Friday? These guys have one job - deliver flowers: and they cannot get it right on the one day a year that they really should have it down to perfection. Next time I'll call a local florist that is FTD certified! And then the next day when they said the flowers were delivered, I called my wife's office and they said nothing had been delivered!

Ordered flowers for Valentines Day. Not cheap by any means. Was supposed to come with an upgraded vase. Flowers arrived dead, stems were not wrapped to even try to keep them alive. Oh and they sent no vase. So I called, held 20 minutes, got lady on phone (not from around here if you get my drift) but we made it through. I said "I want credit back to my card." She said "how about we redeliver next week..." I said "no. I want credit." She said "how about 50% credit and we will deliver next week..." I say "OK." She says "I will send you confirmation email." Guess what... NO EMAIL. I call back hold 15 minutes... lady finally answers (not from around here) says nothing was entered and we start the dance all over but this one says "hold and I'll get right back to you." THAT RIGHT SHE HUNG UP ON ME... I have sent 5 emails and no response. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

It was not delivered to my job on time and in fact my husband came to my job and sat in the parking lot an hour after my company closed to meet the driver who never arrive to get my gift. The following morning we received a call from 1-800-Flowers wishing to redeliver the item… Let me say I have been married for 20 years and thanks to 1-800-Flowers this is the first time I have NEVER received a gift from my husband on Valentine’s Day!!! Your service SUCKS!!! If you are taking more business than you can provide quality service for then DON’T!!!

In addition, the customer service agent that I spoke with today was very matter of fact as if my concerns and your lack of service on a day that is very special to me was not of any concern. I will NEVER use your service again for business or personal reasons. Lastly, I would recommend to all of my family and friends that they NEVER use this service!!

He did not call. They were supposed to deliver to my job on 2-14. The 3rd party florist (DISTINCTIVE DESIGN) they used in my work area delivered at 7AM. Most people don't start until 8 am and they were informed that I arrive at 1 pm. They were not accepted at the front desk and not re-attempted. Now 1-800-Flowers near my home wants to deliver today at my home. No!!! I don't want them and there's a special feeling receiving them at work. He says "We give store credit only." If this was my wedding, do you accept them the day after at your house?

OK so it all started in January. I was going to order flowers to have them shipped for Valentine's if I remember correctly. I called the 23rd to get help with the order because I was looking on the site and just couldn't seem to locate sunflowers because that is my girlfriend's favorite flowers. They answer very quick and we start talking. I explain I would like some sunflowers and he asks, “What's the occasion?” and I tell him "Valentine's Day". Then he ask me my price range and I say 50-70$ dollars so he immediately goes for roses for 120$ and I said, "It can have roses in it. I would just like the main flowers to be sunflowers." He then tells me another arrangement he can do and again it was nothing but roses and again I said, “I am looking for something with sunflowers” and then I say, “I understand if you guys don't have them. I know they might not be in season. Just let me know and I can look at something else.”

He ensured me they have sunflowers and he then gives me the flowers called Lavender Dreams and it doesn't have sunflowers but it wasn't just roses and I was tired of getting the runaround and the flowers to me somewhat looked like sunflowers with me being colorblind so I agree to these. Seeing as there are multiple sizes I ask for the medium size as the large size was 70 dollars and I wanted to add some chocolate with it so he adds the chocolate. The price total comes out to be 102 and I was a little shocked and the gentleman said "It was for shipping" which I then agree to.

I give them my email and they say they will email me with the tracking number which I still haven't received to this day but nevertheless I call the Sunday before Valentine's Day to make sure it will be delivered Valentine's Day and the lady was nice and ensured me that it was all OK and I had told her I had not received an email and she apologized and said she would resend it. I said OK and received the flowers at 6:30 that night without the chocolates. Now the flowers are pretty but nonetheless I didn't get the chocolates I paid for.

I call as soon as they were delivered to see what has happened and am on hold for 30 minutes which is good time for Valentine's Day I think but the customer service representative told me he can deliver them next day and I told him "I paid for today." So I ask for a refund on the chocolate and ask why I had not received an email. Turns out there was a comma by my email instead of a dot. The first guy put my email in wrong. He offers a refund and I wait for the email to come expecting it within 5-10 minutes. It does not come so I call again another 30 minutes.

This time the guy was more helpful and he fixes my email and I thank him and then I ask about shipping because I paid 15 dollars on shipping for something that was not shipped almost as much as the chocolates themselves and I ordered 4 weeks in advance so I think he said he will refund me. This gentleman even though more helpful than the previous guy did not speak English very well so again I am waiting for an email that I am still waiting on to arrive and again I have to call not receiving the email. So another 30 minutes and this time I am like I'll wait for the email on the phone but the lady tells me it will take 24 to 48 hours to send the email. Now I'm not sure how email works but I believe it should be quicker than 24 to 48 hours so I am now currently waiting on that. Stay tuned as the rest of the event unfolds. I will try and add a receipt when they send me one. I will add a photograph of the flowers though.

On two separate occasions within the past year I was supposed to receive flowers from friends and loved ones and they never arrived. The first incident happened in April. My friends had it re-delivered and I still never received it. The last incident occurred on Valentine's Day. My boyfriend told me he was having something delivered. So I stayed home all day waiting for it to arrive. Around 4 pm I called customer service and was informed my delivery was on the way and it should arrive before 8 pm. I continued to wait and even turned the lights on outside to make sure the delivery would see my house number etc. They never showed.

I finally called customer service and wasn't able to get through until 2/15 at 1 am. I was told that allegedly a delivery attempt had been made at 1043. Which wasn't true. Because I had called around 4 pm and was told my items were pending delivery and someone should arrive before 8 pm. In fact when I checked the delivery well after 1 am it still was showing pending. I even offered to just pick the items up myself since I had to work the next day and would not be home if they attempted delivery then. I was told they could not disclose the name of the local florist therefore I could not pick up my items.

At that point we just decided to cancel the order and have them issue my boyfriend a full refund. Both situations were very disheartening especially since I was home waiting for my flowers to arrive and they never did. I've informed all my friends and loved ones to never use this company again and opt to use a reputable local florist instead. We will certainly monitor my boyfriend's account over the next 3-5 days to ensure he gets a full refund. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

My boyfriend had ordered flowers to be delivered to my workplace on Valentine's Day. He placed the order on the previous day. He was notified that they had been delivered at 7:08 in the evening but I never received anything. After nearly an hour on hold they told him they had been delivered to the wrong address and they would refund his credit card in 3-5 business days. My work address is impossible to make a mistake on. It's a large police department with an address of number 1 and the name of an officer who worked there years ago... no other resident or business uses the street name. I'm not sure how such an error could have been made. Unfortunately 1-800-Flowers refused to provide the name of the florists who were delivering so we couldn't straighten it out with them.

I'd tried to use them a few months ago to have birthday flowers delivered to my daughter who lives in a rural area. After spending about 15 minutes on the phone and not feeling very enthusiastic about their prices or selection, they said she was outside their delivery area. I called a local florist who put together something nice for less than half their price and got it to her in a timely manner. My advice... skip 1-800-Flowers altogether and just call a flower shop directly.

I understand that things happen but the way this business handled the situation was unethical. I was on hold for over an hour and they were not trying to cooperate nor apologize for what happened. I mean seriously if we got the flowers why the hell would we be making a complaint? They were not understanding and they weren't trying to fix the situation instead they said "there's nothing we can do."

I'm furious because my mom did not get her flowers and I was charged for it! The most horrible business I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I wish I would have read all the reviews on here before I decided to go to 1-800-Flowers. I'm sure this doesn't happen to everyone but it seems like there's a lot of people that's been in the same situation. If I were you, don't take the chance with this company. The flowers and chocolates were never delivered. Instead of enjoying a nice evening out with my husband, I sat on the phone with customer service for well over 45 mins waiting to talk to a representative. Trying to figure out how the flowers he order was not delivered. Also to get a refund for the poor serviced he was charged. Just to get offered a redelivery and 20% off a future order. No Thank you, I just wanted my refund because they already ruined a surprised.

Your mission statement by serving smiles is a false statement. The worst part of this incident is the florist is literally down the street from my workplace. Not even two minutes away. I understand that everyone is human and everyone makes mistakes but how can you log in a delivery as delivered if the flowers never made it to the recipient. The only thank you I have for this company is "thank you for ruining my surprised."

I came home from work yesterday and was very excited to see my flowers from 1-800-Flowers. Except they weren't my flowers. I was delivered Lauren's flowers (different tracking number than mine) along with a lovely note for Lauren from Mike and Jackson. Oh, and the roses were seriously discolored (esp. the lighter colors). I don't think Lauren would've liked them either.

I called the company to report these issues. The first rep I spoke with did not apologize a single time for this situation. Not once. No off-handed, "gee, sorry to hear you got someone else's gift and it was really nice of you to call so maybe her day won't be ruined too." I explained the situation. Calmly. Then I was put on hold for FIVE minutes. When she came back, she told me that I got someone else's flowers. It took her FIVE freaking minutes to parrot back what I had already explained. She put me on hold again. Another FIVE minutes.

Someone else got on the phone - didn't bother to give me their name. I guess they thought I wouldn't notice the change in voices. This person did apologize and told me that a mistake was made and I was indeed delivered someone else's flowers, but mine were coming tomorrow. I mentioned the emails I had received stating, "your flowers were delivered." She told me to ignore the emails - "Your flowers are definitely coming tomorrow. Don't worry." I got off the phone thinking the problem had been solved. I wished the mix-up hadn't happened of course, but at least my flowers would arrive tomorrow & Lauren ** wouldn't miss out on her surprise. Win, win.

Yeah... It's the next day (Valentine's Day) and it's 9:41 p.m. and I don't have my flowers. Happy Valentine's Day to me. I tried to call company again. The wait time is over 20 minutes. So I sent an email. I doubt anyone will read it. I thought writing this review would be productive and may save the time, money, and disappointment of someone else. I will never shop here again.

What's worse is that in the phone they seemed to expect it when I called and cancelled the order after my wife left work. It would be very embarrassing to deliver the flowers the day after Valentine's to my wife. And it seems like 1800flowers.com expects many similar cancellations from angry customers because they probably overbook to get the flower orders knowing that only a small percentage can be delivered. Beware of this company as they will destroy your expectation of delivering wonderful flowers to someone you love and I bet they know that they will in advance because they know they are overbooked and can't deliver. Go to your local florist and forget about ever doing business with this company because they won't deliver.

I selected 2/10 delivery to avoid the busy time 2/13 and 2/14. The plant was delivered on 2/10, however, the sweet treat was not. To make it worse, delivery was marked as complete via email.

Dealing with customer services were a nightmare. I called three times and exchanged emails in the past 50 hours. Some committed to re-deliver on 2/11, some committed to redeliver on 2/13, some said that it would be impossible to deliver before 2/16. Every time, they were polite but not helpful. Ironically, I continued to receive advertisement to encourage last minute order and guarantee delivery by 2/14, while I was told that they won't be able to correct their missed delivery. It seems that either their customer service representatives do not hold any responsibilities or their systems are broken. Neither of them makes 1-800-Flowers a reliable company.

I placed an order for delivery on Valentine's Day, but sometime during checkout it had changed the date to the day after Valentine's Day. I called customer service to correct it, and was placed on hold. While I sat there on hold, I tested checkout again, and was able to choose the 14th and watched it through checkout to make sure it stayed. When the agent came back on the line, I asked for the old order to be cancelled, but she refused saying that it was Valentine's policy that NO ORDERS COULD BE CANCELLED. I asked for the manager, and she told me the same thing.

They charged me 81.99 and 91.99 total of 170 bucks for flowers. Wow I could have just gone to a flower shop and spend less and same kind of quality. So when I called in they was rude about it and said nothing they can do. It was gonna take 5 business days for me to get my money back. Well thank you 1800 Flowers. That was suppose to be my gift money for my wife tomorrow. Now I have to wait 5 days to buy her a gift. I got ripped off hard. Don't ever make business with this company. I ordered flowers, and they were not delivered on the date they were supposed to be delivered. I called to check on the status of the order a day after the flowers were supposed to be delivered. After four phone calls to different representatives, we received no concrete answers, no set delivery date. The people we talked to barely spoke English, and seemed to not understand our problem. Anytime we brought up the idea of a refund they claimed to not be able to hear us. Finally, we got through to the billing department, who claimed we would get a refund. We are still waiting to receive it, but I am not sure if and when we ever will. I am doubtful.

I find it troubling that this company refuses to give confirmation numbers to account for the phone calls. There is no accountability. This seems to be a very dishonest and untrustworthy company. And after reading the other reviews, I see our experience is not exclusive to us. I will never use their services again. I encourage others to do the same.

Based upon the nightmare experience yesterday, this public company should get a new CEO and CIO. The technology on the website is inferior and deceptive as it does not include promo discounts but yet puts out a message that the discount has been added. Even though Chris McCann (current CEO) has only been in place for about a year he may want to view Yelp or any of the other review sites to see what a pathetic public company he has on his hands to turn around. Even though they couldn't resolve my issue, I was asked to give credit card to hold the order. I asked for a reference/confirmation number, the man said he didn't have one to give, only an order number.

After all those red flags I decide to check my credit card, it showed a pending charge, so they did put my order through. Called again and asked for a confirmation number, I was told he couldn't give me one. Gave the order number, said it didn't exist, 5 minutes later found it, and said I authorized the order. I couldn't get the order cancelled or refund back. I've read and personally seen posts from friends on social media the bad reviews. The best and guaranteed way to get your money back is to call the credit card company the order was placed. 1800flowers is the worst customer I've ever experienced.

Damn I wish I would have found this earlier. I wouldn't have ordered. I ordered $90 flower package for my wife at 8:30 AM today and needed it by 3 PM. I talked to 3 people, used the Facebook messenger and even used their website chat. I wanted to verify that it would get there by 3 because my wife was flying out for work and I wanted to surprise her. At 2:30 PM, the person over the chat said they were done at noon and were on their way. They haven't arrived yet, and my wife is on her flight and these flowers are absolutely useless now. I emailed the customer service to complain about my experience, and it just got worse. Here's a sample of their customer service skills.

"I'd really like some proof that they actually left. I don't believe they've even been made. SLC is very small. You say "out for delivery" to prevent people from canceling the order when they screw up. Literally, it's like lighting $90 on fire and throwing it away. SMILE Guarantee. Whatever..." RESPONSE. "Good Day! As of the moment we're still communicating the florist and as soon as they update us about this order you'll be automatically notified via email. Thank you for reaching out to us". I would expect a refund, but that's obviously not going to happen - so buyer beware - they ruined my weekend.

I am sorry to read all the negative reports on 1-800-Flowers. My experience, and the experience of several of my friends, has been quite different. My son ordered flowers from you while he was overseas. The flowers arrived on time but sat on my front porch for over 15 hours. There was no notification by the FedEx delivery person that they had arrived. No Email, no call, no note on door, no ringing of doorbell; nothing! When I discovered the box so much later I was disappointed with the contents in the box, and admittedly, quite angry. It had been out in the 20 degree weather for over a good 15 hours. Called 1800 and they immediately set up another delivery for the next day.

I was quite happy with their response to my issue. Thank you to the rep who assisted me. He was very professional. Sorry, I forgot his name. Now I would suggest that 1-800-Flowers work more closely with and monitor their delivery companies, FedEx and UPS, or whatever other means of delivery they use. I am willing to bet that a lot of the problems arise from these delivery companies. 1-800-Flowers, instead of passing the blame to their delivery companies, took full responsibility for the error and made good on their own. Thank you, 1-800-Flowers, for doing the right thing this time. I sincerely hope you can work out the other negative issues you seem to have because I want to use you for any flower orders I will need in the future.

I was given the run-around all day only to learn at 7pm that the order would not be delivered. They offered to try it again the next day at "no charge" for the inconvenience. It has been a nightmare to try and get a full refund as they charged me for the flowers even though they did not deliver. I would be happy to pay more if it meant hiring people who speak English and understand the first thing about customer service. Totally incompetent and no clue how to take care of customers. Not a happy customer! I ordered a sympathy arrangement for a funeral my bosses father's funeral to be exact. This order was placed on January 26 to be delivered on January 27 which was a day ahead giving your company plenty of time to deliver. I received the email stating unable to deliver on the 27th. Why would you not call? After lucky checking my email this morning I called to clear up problem and confirm delivery today at noon and told the customer service doing this to ensure that delivery was made on time.

I called an hour later to check on the status of delivery. The new customer service rep told me that the flowers will be delivered by 1 PM. So not understanding why delivery is 1 pm when I asked for delivery at 12 to ensure on-time delivery I was all of the sudden disconnected. I called back and asked for a customer service rep supervisor and the young lady was adamant that she is qualified to help me. By this time I am upset and trying to figure out how 1-800 flowers decides when delivery is. And demanded a discounted bill due to failure to deliver twice. Not one time did your reps say I'm sorry for the mess up!

This had happen before with your company, late delivery. The florist decided because they called funeral home and was ahead of schedule and they had time to deliver, thus waiting to last minute or ran into traffic or whatever. A delivery which could have been early was now late. This funeral was my father's. I was in attendance and witnessed the late delivery. But in the scheme of things I let it go. Things happen. I now understand why! Your company and or florist don't respect delivery time request. You decide and this is what happens. So I wanted compensation in the form of a discount since apologies are not part your very qualified customer service reps training.

The representative was hard to understand because she didn't speak American English. It was as though she was reading from a script and if I interjected with a question, it threw her off and she had to start all over. She guaranteed me that the flowers would be delivered in time for the service at the church. They never arrived and I was not notified until 3:30 that the 9 am delivery didn't happen.

I called the company and again had to speak with a very limited English speaking person. I asked for full reimbursement and he tried to tell me that of the $69.98 that I spent he could only reimburse the shipping fee of $14.95!! I explained that this was unacceptable because they did not deliver the product. They wanted to deliver the next day and I had to explain that the Funeral Service was over!! I no longer needed the delivery and I expected a full refund. Lavina (name given) kept saying she understood my upset and she would make sure I received a full refund. It never happened.

I contacted AMEX and asked them to hold payment, instead AMEX accepted a partial payment (1/2) from 1-800 FLOWERS and I was livid! AMEX reimbursed me the balance, but that wasn't fair. I paid for receiving nothing! AMEX assured me that they would go after 1-800 FLOWERS and keep me apprised of the outcome. NEVER AGAIN.

I found out when I called the intended recipient a week later and asked how she liked the basket. She replied "what Basket". So I called 1-800-Flowers to find out what happened. I'm going to make a long story short and just need to vent on this...

After 3 separate days, 1/2 dozen transfers and about 8 call reps I am hoping that today is the day it ends. My main complaint is that no one I spoke to spoke English as their main language. NOT one of them didn't have an accent too thick to decipher. I am used to dealing with businesses who use all types of people who come from different countries. But they at least require them to speak clearly. The whole experience made me dread having to call when things weren't corrected. Trust me there is so much I haven't typed here because I'm pretty exhausted over the whole fiasco. The sad thing is that their products are pretty good. Nice sizes, fresh sweet fruit... I saw the Roses and 1 of the baskets and was very pleased! Too bad the phone experience is such a headache.

Lilies are more expensive than chrysanthemums first so there should have been a price adjustment. Secondly for many including the recipient of these flowers chrysanthemums signify death. This was for a special occasion, not a funeral.

Also the day the arrangement was to be delivered I received a message from the local florist that executed this arrangement that it had not been delivered. When I received this message it was after hours. I contacted 1-800-Flowers about this as well as the local florist. No one followed up with me to let me know what was going on. Today I contacted the recipient of the arrangement and she sent me a photo which I have attached below. They charged me $180 shipping for a $300 order. When I noticed this and called them to sign up for their celebrations passport, such that the total shipping would have been $30, they first stated to call after 6pm ET.

When I did, they gave me a phone number to call the next day during business hours that turned out to be a promotional hotline that was not customer service at all. Then the next day, when I finally tracked down the right number myself, they told me I couldn't do it because too much time had passed. I still haven't even received an email confirmation for my second order, and the account doesn't accept the password I just set up yesterday. I will never use Harry and David, 1-800 Flowers, or any of their sister companies again. Was that worth $150 revenue to them? Apparently yes.

This would have to be the WORST scamming business ever. I wish I had read these reviews before spending nearly $300 on flowers worth about $10. I was shocked and disgusted with what was delivered to my in-laws and family. Then phone calls and e-mails fell on deaf ears until I took to Twitter. But even then it took about 10 negative tweets before someone contacted me. They at first offered no compensation, even though they themselves said the flowers were nothing like the picture, but a couple more tweets and they offered me half my money back, new flowers and a $20 1800flowers voucher. This company needs to be investigated and charged for false advertising. People don't waste your money!!!

From the point of sales I was lied to. As a visually impaired consumer I called thinking I will be able to get help giving all of the terms and conditions of ordering a edible arrangement for $69.98; instead my account was charged $69.98 twice. Per my Credit Union 1800flowers charged my card then did an additional authorization fee of another $69.98 totaling $139.98. I called to express my dissatisfaction and the first call I was on hold for more than 40 minutes and was hung up on. The second time we were on the phone for over an hour trying to resolve the issue with no luck we finally got a supervisor by the name of Mario who said he was out of Canada. He expressed how there was nothing that he could do.

I'm just so displeased and dissatisfied with the fact that nothing was done, my account was overdrawn and the language barrier each time I called I received a different country. First it was Pakistan, then Philippines, Canada, and the last call was India. I was guaranteed that the delivery would arrive to the recipient by 10 am. I was told to wait a couple of hours knowing that they close at seven. Whether the delivery arrives or not I'm seeking a full refund. Needless to say I will never order from them again and will tell others to safe clear of them.

WTF - no call or email or anything and so now my neighbors still have my flowers and I don't even know them.

This company should not be in business. Our family pet passed away recently and my mother has been taking it very hard. I live in another state, so I wasn't able to come by, but I wanted to send something as a gesture of my condolences and love, so I ordered a flower set "GEMSTONE PERUVIAN LILIES, 50 BLOOMS W/ CLEAR VASE." On the 1-800-flowers.com site the flowers looked lush and full (see picture below) and I was excited for her to receive them.

Two days after ordering her flowers showed up, and what she got was nothing near what I had expected (see below). Not only were there about 1/8th as many flowers as in the picture, but all of the flowers were dead on arrival. She sent me a photo, and I was so embarrassed I nearly cried. What was supposed to be a loving gesture just looked like a pathetic dead bunch of plants that she ended up having to just throw away. I feel swindled and completely helpless. I have reached out to customer service and have not received a reply, but even if I get a full refund that doesn't make up for the embarrassment.

I have placed an order that in their site showed as available but was not, the customer specialist agreed to send a different arrangement I picked: Fields of Europe. They offered to keep the lower prize of the first order. Since the moment the order was placed there have been issues... Order was placed in the morning and evening time was not still delivery so all I wanted to check was the status and why it wasn't delivered & had to call numerous times on Saturday 12/17/16 night and spent over 90 min trying to get an answer. I got from customer services who had no clue that the order was changed, to customer specialists that left me on hold multiple times when I requested a supervisor. On the last call Saturday around 8:00 pm, finally a customer specialist told me the order was delivered and I got an email. The recipient only got that order a few hours after they assured me it was delivered.

This was meant to be a surprise for her birthday and turned out to be a back and forth hassle with the recipient. In addition the item Fields of Europe as you will see in the attachment pics has a photo on your site with a brown basket and she got one in a white vase... I sent an email and finally a supervisor called me the next day. She said she will refund half of the cost and when I told her that in addition to all the aggravation the client didn't get the arrangements in the photo, the supervisor offered to resend the item or give a full refund in addition to extra credit in my account. I didn't want to create discomfort to the recipient so I decided I prefer the refund. She also said she will send emails confirming our talk, the full refund and additional bonus and so far all I see is 50% of the refund $16 and no email was sent to me.

Since yesterday I have sent approx 7 emails, same response. UNREAL. I think they must have an audio reply because all replies were identical and I could tell they didn't even read the email. It is hard to believe that such a company has such a discrepancy on customer service as well as on the arrangements... Also in my business have the experience that same order, same exact cost can have a nice, rich outlook and a much smaller size if done by some other local store and may be an idea that they try to follow the arrangements in the photos on your site...

I decided to try a chat and one rep Ryan ** was not willing to pass my request to a supervisor unless I explain the ordeal all over and then terminated the chat. Megan ** another rep said she will have a supervisor call me but I had to tell them we are closing the account to get that effectiveness... I am speechless how a company can run this way and for a sec I felt maybe they are too busy until I logged here and saw all the reviews, obviously many had same experience.

I received a call later stating they did not have the flowers. I asked for a refund they then said they had them and would send it that day plus I would receive a refund for the service fee. 1-800-Flowers did not follow through on any of this. Again I called, this time asking for a full refund. I was told that they really wanted to make me happy and would issue a full refund and redeliver the arrangement. Thinking they had followed though, I then got an email saying they have only issued a partial (1/2) refund and that's it! I will never use this service again and am thoroughly upset.

A box is delivered - not a flower arrangement - that needed assembly by a funeral director or a family member at a time when this is an insult. Acceptable flowers should be handled by local florists, not UPS or FedEx. With the internet available it's easy to find a local florist who can deliver fresh flowers, timely and at reasonable cost (no middleman cut in the price).

Another thing I liked about this site is it they also have gift sets, candies, and foods. Sometimes I'd have a client where a bouquet of flowers just did not seem right, and they were always happy with a food gift pack that I could buy right at the same site. Then without my knowledge or being provided any information, I was transferred to FedEx, who also had no idea why I was on the line. While the FedEx rep was kind enough to correct the address, she informed me that the flowers would not reach the recipient before 8pm the following day. I called 1-800-Flowers again and was received by the most rude representative who kept telling me that it was my fault bc addresses are never wrong and to call FedEx.

I asked for a full refund of both this order and order ** scheduled for delivery 11/18 because that address was also incorrect and due to her rude behavior. Eventually, this representative looked at both orders and acknowledged that there was clearly a glitch in the system. She then offered a 50% refund on my first order but told me that I would need to call back the next day to request a refund on the second order. She also stated that she could not change the address with FedEx, I had to, which is contrary to FedEx's policy. Order 2 has not been sent out by FedEx and the shipping label CAN be changed yet she refused to even investigate or attempt to make the situation right.

I am requesting a full refund for this order since it was not delivered as promised due to an error outside of my control. An open letter to 1800flowers.com. I gave you opportunities to make things right and you continued to fail miserably at trying to repair the horrific mistake and flat out lies you told me. When your staff member called me back on the 15th and straight lied to me that the flowers I ordered were delivered to my aunt's visitation at the funeral home and after the funeral I find out from my mom it was not delivered (like I would not find out you lied!), then you say you will deliver to my uncles house (two days after order) and claim that you sent it to the funeral home by mistake (REALLY LIKE THE FUNERAL HOME IS WHERE YOU DELIVER TWO DAYS AFTER THE SERVICE WHEN I GAVE YOU THE HOME ADDRESS???).

Then you finally deliver (THE 20TH!! 5 DAYS LATER!!!) and call me that morning to tell me there is a different vase you are using but it will look the same other than the vase (IT LOOKS VERY DIFFERENT! MUCH SMALLER THAN THE PICTURE!!!). I will be sharing this experience with everyone on the planet. Not to mention twice I was told that you would be sending me a coupon for $20 to use with your company - you did not do that either. I wanted to be very clear with you about the failings of your company and the absolute horrible experience you provided over a very difficult time in my life. You made a very lasting impression in the WORST possible way.

ALSO the florist that was delivering the bouquet thankfully called me. She was going to deliver the flowers with an envelope that said "to Aunt." My uncle just lost his wife of MANY years to a horrible battle with cancer. Had he gotten those flowers with the envelope addressed to my aunt he would have experienced unneeded heartache. How can you call yourself florists when you are so incapable of showing any empathy for another in such pain. The florist I spoke with offered to scratch through her name and write his, which would have been far worse! I asked her to throw away the envelope and just deliver the card in the flowers.

Why couldn't you have just delivered the plant to the funeral in the first place? You have created extra stress in an already stressful situation and if not for the fact that my family is suffering the loss of the family matriarch it almost seems like something from the three stooges, where it is just pure idiocy that is keeping you from behaving as regular people who are capable of delivering flowers within 5 days that were supposed to be same day! You replaced the sunflowers with decent flowers, but hardly any? At the price point of almost $90 I expected more. Maybe my expectations were a little high and I let myself down but damn.

I don't know if I'd shop with them again to be quite honest. They are really my only option for flower delivery especially where she is at so they have my hands tied behind my back. Sorta sucks they let me down on this one. If whomever you're getting flowers for isn't far away and is close by, you're better off going to Ralphs which has a great selection of flowers mind you, and taking her/him out for dinner. It'll cost you about the same if you were to buy from 1-800-Flowers.

I ordered flowers for my daughter to be delivered on a Monday. I received an email stating they were delivered. However, my daughter said she did not receive the flowers & no note was left on her door. She checked with neighbors and no flowers. I contacted 1-800-Flowers customer service & they today me they were not delivered because they needed a signature and no one answered the door.

The shop called her & told her she needed to pick up her flowers at their shop. The flowers were supposed to be a surprise and I spent over $100 & paid a delivery fee. I requested a refund and they told me no & they would try to redeliver when she would be home again (Saturday). I spoke to a 1-800-Flowers supervisor who promised the flowers would be redelivered before 11am Saturday. They assured me that if she did not receive them by 11am, they would refund my money.

11am came & went & no flowers. Once again, I called & was on the phone over 50 min. They refused to give me a refund and wanted to redeliver again. At this point, I wanted my money back. I had spent enough time on the phone trying to work this out. The surprise was ruined for my daughter and they were not delivered when promised. I would never use 1-800-Flowers again! They don't stand behind their promises! I am going to contact my credit card and have them cancel the charge. It is very sad that a company that specializes in providing happiness & surprises are so unpleasant to work with. There are many other companies that provide similar services. Use them instead of 1-800-Flowers!

During this terrible process I spoke with 4 representatives. The flowers were a day late, not the color choice as pictured, and the balloon I paid extra for was missing. I was given several different excuses from the representatives, and they were never the same. The last representative I spoke with informed me that she was a manager, but unfortunately I do not believe her. She was negative in her treatment of me, informed me that I would not receive the refund I requested nor the service charge amount credit that the 3rd representative offered. Very disappointed!!!

2 days prior to a FUNERAL I ordered flowers to be delivered to a church in London, England. I pointed out the service starts at 11:45 so to be sure the flowers are delivered PRIOR to the service. I was told absolutely no problem. The FIRST phone call I received was 8 hours AFTER the service was to start saying they couldn't deliver the flowers. I am so livid! And of course the customer service people (I had to speak to 2 because the 1st person disconnected me) repeat the same 'canned' apology - makes you want to scream! You just don't get a 2nd chance to send your respects for someone who died!!

This person simply said sorry it couldn't be delivered so is there somewhere else they could deliver them. I insisted they credit me in full and still send the flowers to the family home. The person checked with management (so she said) and they agreed but that they couldn't be delivered for 5 days. Whaaaat??? After arguing with them they assured me that someone would call me back the next day. Well... it's 9 pm the next day and no one called. Awful, awful, awful. I will NEVER deal with 1-800-Flowers again. Their job is to deliver flowers and what were they UNable to do? Deliver flowers.

I understand about substitutions, but this was a yellow mess. I did call 1-800-Flowers and they offered to do a re-delivery and give me a $20 credit towards my next order. The thing with flowers is that element of surprise and for the amount of money you spend, you want it to be right. I'm just really disappointed. They need to use florists that actually care about what they are putting together. ;((

I wish I could give 0 stars. This has been one of the worst online ordering experiences of my life. I have spent hours (no exaggeration) on the phone trying to rectify this company's incompetence and failure to deliver as promised. I ordered a large bouquet to surprise my daughter on her birthday. When she snapped a photo of the delivered bouquet, I immediately saw that she had received a smaller version of what I had ordered and paid for (a "large" bouquet). What was delivered looked more like what was described on the 1800 website as "small," with a 7" vase, not the 11.5" as per their own description.

I called and asked that the "large" size that I ordered be delivered as soon as possible, and perhaps to use another florist who could be counted on to deliver the large size I ordered. I was assured the correct bouquet would be delivered by 3 pm the same day. By 5 pm, it still hadn't been delivered. I called AGAIN, and after being put on hold again and again (48 minutes on the phone!), I was told that "something got miscommunicated" and now the flowers would not be delivered till the following day! After her birthday was over!

Several attempts to speak to a manager or supervisor were denied (I was told repeatedly, they're not available). They also attempted to tell me that my daughter was "satisfied" with the arrangement. Huh? Yes, the florist had called her, upset that she didn't "like" the arrangement, and then 1800 called and grilled her on why she didn't like the bouquet. This is to the RECIPIENT, who they should never be hassled and intimidated! To the point, I'M the one who paid for them, and was unhappy with what she received, because it clearly wasn't what I had paid for. Very unethical of them.

Where is their integrity? Their honesty? They did nothing to really rectify this problem or make it right. Telling me "you're sorry" is meaningless. Action speaks louder than empty words. Nope. Sorry. Don't want any coupon toward a future purchase. Don't want the flowers. Don't want to deal with you people anymore, ever. A terrible terrible business. They should be OUT of business. Do not use this company. Just not worth the hassle and they WILL rip you off!!!

My brother and sister-in-law were by her side all day. I provided the website my brother's cell so if they had any questions they could call him. She didn't get them the day I requested to have them delivered.

The actual day of her surgery I called in the morning and the rep assured me she would have them today. It is now almost 6pm and I had to call a second time only to be told by another rep that the florist could not find her hospital room number, nor was there a patient by her name. WTH!!! In addition to that the florist LIED saying they called my brother but they never did. 1-800-Flowers was quick to charge my credit card and even more quick to not deliver what I paid for. When the CEO of our company passed, the funeral home had a link to do Sympathy Flowers. I linked to the 1-800 Flowers site and made an order. I even chatted with the customer service person who assured me that the flowers would be delivered for a 10 AM service the next day. I checked at 10:30 AM on the next day as I had not received a confirmation of delivery and I was told that they were not able to fulfill the time request. I was then told that they could deliver to the home and I accepted that option, but they would have to get the address from the Funeral home. At about 1:00 PM I received a call that my order was not to be delivered until the next day as florists do not work in the afternoon. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and I finally got in touch with one and she ultimately said she could not get the information from the funeral director and that was it.

I was told that I would have to do an internet search for that address and there was nothing that they could do. The customer service was a ZERO. It was their mistake and they were not able to fix it. I do believe that the customer service was offshore, and it could have been in the Philippines (I am not 100% sure). I ended up asking for my money back and being embarrassed that my condolences were not properly expressed even though I had done my part to do it. I heartily recommend to go to any other vendor which you can find to do your flower business. This was a shoddy and poorly run customer service operation which had no power to fix any problem that was handed to them.

We have order from 1-800-Flowers for every occasion over the last 4 years. This is the last time. I will NEVER order from 1-800-Flowers again. I just received a photo of the flowers that were delivered. They were for 90 year old women whose son had just died. The flowers were NOT what I had ordered. The sympathy arrangement that I chose had beautiful colors of peach colored roses, yellow lilies, with alstroemerias, and poms in muted greens, blushes, and pops of plum colors throughout. I realize that they have to substitute flowers for what they have in stock, etc.

This substitution was completely inappropriate. For my sympathy arrangement they chose large electric lime green daisies, large white lilies, mauve pinkish lilies, and some other mismatched filler. No roses were in the arrangement. Not only were the colors inappropriate the arrangement was NOT the quality I expected. The colors did not blend at all. As common sense would tell any first time flower arranger lime green might pair well with hot pink, but not mauve. We spent $80.60. It was a complete waste of money. Never again!!!

My godmother has cancer and just got out of surgery this weekend. I didn't expect to be able deliver flowers to her today, but 1-800-Flowers says they offer same-day delivery as long as you order before 2:30 PM in the delivery time zone. That sounded great. I submitted my order before noon in the delivery time-zone. That's an extra 2.5 hours to make sure the order can be processed today. I'm at my office and saw a random 800 number calling, but I ignored it, just like every other 800 number call that I receive. I checked my voicemail and a lady said to call back regarding my flower order. I called at the number she provided (which is a different number than she called from, and a different number than is advertised on the website). After providing my order number, I was told that the local florists were unable to process my order today so they had cancelled the order completely. Are you kidding? Who cancels an order without consulting the customer?

They could have just pushed the order to tomorrow, instead of today and refunded me the $3 same-day delivery charge. The lady proceeds to tell me that since she left me a voicemail, she was allowed to cancel my order, even though the voicemail said nothing about cancelling my order or the florist's inability to deliver today. I eventually asked for a supervisor, and the supervisor told me that not only could the order not be delivered today, the local florists don't have the flowers for the full "recipe" of my bouquet. She offered me a "top line" bouquet instead, but I don't want another bouquet. I want the one I ordered, for very specific reasons. She put me on hold and then came back and said that actually they could fulfill the order tomorrow and that they would have to charge my card again for the same amount. I had to be the one to tell her that it shouldn't be the same amount because the original order included a $3 fee for same-day delivery.

She agreed to take this off and they offered me a $20 credit for my next order that would be delivered to my email next week. I don't need $20 next week. I pushed enough that she agreed to remove the entire delivery fee, but she would still have to charge my card the full purchase amount and then issue a refund for the discount later. To top it all off, she ended the call by asking me to fill out a survey and give her a "perfect" score. 1-800-Flowers needs to get their business in order. What a mess. Don't offer same-day delivery unless your local florists are able to facilitate same-day orders.

It looks dead on arrival. I called customer service, and the lady said it would take around 3 days for the roses to bloom. Ok, so I asked directions on how much and when to water this plant and followed directions for a week...THEY NEVER BLOOMED! NEVER!

They just got worse until the buds just hung and fell off. I called cust serv again and told them this. I was offered $20 on another purchase (ANOTHER?? ARE THEY KIDDING?!) I said I wanted a full refund. She said she can offer 50% refund but that would not include a replacement plant. She can send a replacement plant with no refund. I said I didn't want the SAME plant because it would be in the same condition. She insisted it would NOT be the same, although she admitted upon my questioning, that she does not personally see the plants before they go out. I asked to send me a DIFFERENT PLANT OR FLOWER, and she refused. So I had no choice but to receive the 2nd "Classic Budding Rose-Large ", and hope it would be better. But it wasn't. TOTAL $84.44. It arrived and looked as though a toddler put together this arrangement. The flowers were dead and looked like someone cut the petals and the bow was terribly tied. I called customer service and a woman assured me that I'd have a new bigger better fuller more beautiful bouquet by 5pm the same day...

Now @ 4:00pm I call customer service again demanding to know where my flowers are. They tell me the florist is closed. WTF?! They assure me by the next day I'll have them. I get a delivery email stating they were delivered and signed for. I arrive to work and ask security (who is at the front desk 24/7) if any flowers came. They stated nothing has come in. Outraged I call customer service for the 3rd time now. The lady said she was sorry and she'll take the shipping fee off ($17) and call the florist. After being on hold for 10 minutes the woman comes back and says the shop is not open yet and to wait.

So my flowers come at 1pm and they are even worse than the 1st bouquet. The lilies were dead and wilted. The roses were all the way open and looked like they were left in the hot car for hours and there was no water in the vase. I called customer service for the 4th time and the lady put me on hold for an hour while she apparently spoke with the florist and her supervisor and she said she'd give me $20 off my next purchase. I said there was not going to be another purchase with this company as I want my flowers fixed and a full refund. She said "ok $30 off your next purchase." I said that is not fixing my problem. She said the only way she'd be able to help me more would to be to email pictures in with a full complaint. So I did and I did get my full refund but it does not fix my flower problem.

On June 16, 2016 we ordered flowers for my step mother-in-law; who passed away last Sunday June 12, 2016. The 1-800-Flowers said they will be delivered by June 17, 2016 by 1900 hours or 7:00 P.M eastern time and they failed to do that. They said went today (June 18, 2016) and tried to delivered and failed. We will never again use 1-800-Flowers for anything in state or out of state. If I could go negative stars I would - that's how bad this company is run. I would give them (-5 stars).

Two days later, no flowers and NO WORD from them AT ALL. I had to call their "customer service" number to find out that the order couldn't be fulfilled for whatever reason. I asked for a refund and confirmation of a refund but they haven't sent me anything yet. Plus they said it would take at least a week to process the refund. NO FLOWERS, NO GIFT. I'm so upset that they ruined this special moment for my family and will never, ever use them again. Read the other reviews. Google this company. They are absolutely the worst. Total scam! I placed an order with 1800 Flowers for an immediate family member funeral I could not attend. The order form took the zip code of the funeral home and even offered me additional options for flowers. I paid extra to ensure the flowers were delivered the day before the funeral. On the day OF the funeral (after the funeral had occurred), I got a message to call one 1800 Flowers. They informed me they hadn't delivered the flowers because they had no florists in the area. The woman on the phone acted like she was doing me a favor by giving me a full refund. I am disgusted. Not only did I look like I didn't care, my loved ones did not receive my support. Despicable.

I place an order on their website at 9-10am for same day delivery. VERY clearly it states all orders must be placed by 1pm at the latest for same day delivery. I purchased $100 in flowers. At 4pm I receive an email stating that the florist rejected my order. I call the 800 number for 1-800-Flowers.com and am told the florist stated the driver had already left.

So let me get this straight. My order which was placed in the AM, missed a driver that has a 1pm deadline for same day deliveries because he left and I got notified at 4pm. Not only did this leave me scrambling to replace the flowers that were "rejected" but then I was told I would get a refund after the 1-800-Flowers rep trying to haggle me for discounts to keep my order and have it FedEx'd for 10 minutes. I finally had to firmly tell him no that I was at work and didn't have time for this. He instructed me I would receive my refund in 4-5 days. Here it is day 6. I still have not gotten my money, and I called to check the status of my refund and was told it takes 7-10 days.

So let's recap, order was placed at 9-10am...WELL before the 1pm cut off. At 4pm I'm told the order was rejected even after receiving confirmation of my order being placed. Then I'm LIED to about the time for the refund. To top it all off I get an email that is scripted simply saying "What can I say...sorry." 1-800-Flowers you really need to work on your handling of unhappy customers better. If I have an issue with an order, why are you trying to sell me more products instead of solving my issue?! I am beyond disgusted with this experience and I easily order from this site 2-3 a MONTH! I will NEVER use this site again and I strongly recommend that they drop whoever the florist was because honestly if that is who is representing your company, you should be ASHAMED!

I called the company on 6/11 and was assured that there would be a delivery that day. It never arrived.

I called the company later on 6/11 and they said they couldn't contact the first florist but found a second one that could deliver. Then they called to say that that florist couldn't make the arrangement. Each time I was offered a $20 credit toward my "next order." In frustration, I cancelled the order, only to receive an email a few hours later to say it was "delivered." It was not!! What has happened to this once great company. The arrangement and delivery were over $100 and they should be ashamed to send out an arrangement that looked so bad. I realize they use local florists to create the arrangement, but if they can't send out something that looks good they should say so and I would find another florist. I will never use them again.

The last arrangement did not even have the same balloon I ordered online and the flowers, while the same variety, had very few open blooms. It was disappointing. Called the next day. They informed me that the florist rejected the order. They don't offer Fruit Bouquets at that location. So the customer service order flowers to be delivered and advised it would be a more expensive arrangement for my inconvenience. That day still no delivery. Called customer service back and they again said the florist rejected the order. Again said they would order a floral arrangement to be delivered the next day. This time the order was the same cost as the 1st arrangement. At this point the occasion has passed and it no longer a surprise. My son ordered flowers for me for Mother's Day. The Saturday before he got an email confirming delivery, however, the flowers never came - after many emails and phone calls, a week later, no flowers and my son's account has not been credited. The Tuesday after Mother's Day I called and was told that the florist said the flowers were delivered. I told the specialist why would I be calling if I received them. I was told they would do a same day delivery. Flowers were not received on Tuesday. When I called the next day they put me on hold to call the florist and I was told the reason the flowers were not delivered was because they were so busy on the weekend because of the holiday - the florist closed the shop for two days and that the flowers would be delivered on Thursday.

Nothing was delivered on Thursday. I called Thursday night and was told the same story that flowers had been delivered, again I told them I had not received it. They put me on hold forever just to come back to tell me they could not get in touch with the florist but that they would resubmit the request so the flowers would be delivered on Friday - that never happened. I was given the same story on Friday, that the flowers were delivered and that they confirmed it was me. I told them if they had been at my apt. they would have seen a note at my door that said, "Leave flowers by the door," so they did not see that sign because they were never there. Again same story about trying to contact the florist to tell me again that they could not contact the florist.

I told them that what they were doing was fraud - they were taking money and not delivering the orders and that I was done with them and have my son called them. I was not happy! I would not recommend 1-800-Flowers to anybody. Worst company ever - I would give them a rating of minus zero. They are operating on borderline fraud. My son's emails were never replied to and a week later he has not received a refund. My understanding is that he will be calling them.

Like other customers, I would give you a 0 if I could. I ordered flowers to be delivered the day before Mother's Day. Well... Mother's Day came and went and no flowers arrived. They didn't even bother to tell me. I had to call my MIL to find out that she received nothing. When I call customer service on Monday, they assured me that a upgraded arrangement would arrive the next day and was extremely apologetic.... Well a bouquet did arrive the very next day... Only it looked like my 3 year old put it together. It literally looked like they "threw" it together, definitely not something worth the $100 I spent for a large arrangement. I called them back again and they were apologetic and said they would send out another arrangement and retrieve the one that was delivered tomorrow. In addition to issuing a 50% refund.

Well... they never showed up to retrieve their horrible arrangement, let alone drop off a new one the next day. So... it's nearly a week since they were suppose to deliver the original bouquet and I had to call them for the 3rd time to complain. Customer service again was apologetic and again said they would send another bouquet, to which I said forget it... I just want what I paid for or my money back but they insisted on sending another arrangement. I demanded to talk to a manager, but supposedly they were all "busy" so I asked for a callback. Another arrangement did arrive today, still not what I ordered (they filled it with greenery and less flowers), but definitely better than the first one. I will never order from this company again! The arrangements look beautiful on the website but don't let that fool you, I could have gone outside and picked out prettier weeds and arranged them better. I paid over $100 for my first order and I was so frustrated when my mother sent me the picture after she received them and the flowers never bloomed and died before they bloomed.

Same thing with the second one, the flowers never bloomed and the arrangement was as if they had just thrown a few skimpy flowers into a vase and sent it on its way. When I contacted customer support at 1800-716-4851, I "mysteriously" got disconnected after speaking with a representative for about 5 minutes. I called back and they could not connect me with the same representative and this second rep. just told me to email the pictures in and that she was sorry. I would give 1-800-Flowers a 0 rating if I could. On May 6th, I ordered my mom a pretty purple-themed bouquet to be delivered on Mother's Day May 9th. The bouquet itself was pretty pricing and then service fee charge was higher than I've seen other places. I thought I was going to get a really nice bundle of flowers - wrong. On May 9th (Mother's Day) I get an email from the company's rep at 1pm saying that they aren't able to deliver the flowers that day. The lady said that she's really sorry for the late notice and that she would upgrade my order if I chose to continue on with it. Since I really liked those flowers, I set up a different delivery date May 11th. While emailing the rep for this company, I noticed that the original greeting in the card had a spelling mistake that wasn't there before. Thankfully I was able to change it.

Customer service is not their company's asset as I was emailing the same lady back and forth, her emails starting becoming shorter and ruder as they went on. I had to confirm a few details and then that was it. No follow up, no apology, no wrap up - she just stopped emailing me. Luckily my mom got her flowers on the delivery date but they had the wrong address even after I confirmed it twice! My mom sent me a picture of her new flowers but they were not the flowers I ordered. My bouquet was supposed to be purple-y in a pretty vase with a purple ribbon and I got a standard vase, no ribbon and a mixture of random flowers that looked like a kid put together.

Even though I was told I would be getting an upgrade I doubt I actually got that. The flowers were a downgrade from what I originally ordered. Horrible experience and not worth the money. I didn't even get the flowers that I paid so much for - definitely was sent a cheaper bouquet. Save your money, time and a headache - order from any other site but this. Left: Purple bouquet that I had ordered. Right: Actual flowers delivered

They never called me back so I called again today. They told me that they couldn't access my order and that they would have to call me back again later.

Well it's 3 hours ahead on the east coast and I live in California. The florist will be closed again by the time they get back to me, which puts me in the same situation as yesterday. If my mom doesn't receive her flowers by tomorrow I would rather receive a full refund and buy her something else. What was supposed to be a nice surprise turned into something stressful for the both of us. I live on the west coast and my mom lives on the east. I get to see her once a year and I couldn't even surprise her on Mother's Day. I will never place an order with 1-800-Flowers again.

Ordered 2 sets of flowers to be delivered for Mother's day. They were late. However, what really bothered me was that what was received was a poor representation of what was in the picture selected from 1-800-Flowers. I selected an arrangement that had sunflowers, roses, lilies. However, the received flowers had much fewer stems than the medium size bouquet shown on the website. I understand that some substations need to be made by independent florist but the second image shows that the there are only a few stems of flowers. Not even close to the advertised arrangement. UNDERWHELMED.

I am really disappointed and extremely dissatisfied with 1-800-Flowers service and lack of communication. On Mother's Day last year they were suppose to deliver flowers to my son's mother-in-law. They were NEVER delivered. When I call their customer support and they told me they talked to the florist and they would be delivered by the end of that day. It was 9 pm and still no flowers, so I called on the following day and I was told by their customer support that the florist promised they would be delivered before the end that day and of course this is the following day and nothing. NEVER GOT THEM (RUINED THE DAY)! I called up their customer support and in broken English they told me the best they could do was give me $20 off my next order and they will email me the voucher. Never got it.

This year I gave 1-800-Flowers another chance and order flowers for my daughter's birthday. Since she was stationed in another state and this was the first time away from us, I thought if I send her flowers for her birthday she was going to be surprised & happy. But, of course, she never got them (Ruined the day again)! Now is Mother's Day this year and my daughter send me flowers with 1-800-Flowers without me knowing of course and imagine what happened - never got them (RUINED THE DAY AGAIN)! Thanks 1-800-Flowers for ruined every special occasion.

I wanted to take the time to share with you what I believe to be not only bad service, but also a Mother's Day memory that was stolen from me and my daughter due to the errors of your representatives at 1-800 Flowers. My daughter is on an Army base in Kentucky and this is our first year that we could not spend Mother's Day together so she decided to surprise me by sending flowers. Well, the surprise is that I never received the flowers, and my daughter was billed/charged for them as though I had them.

On Monday, May 9th my daughter contacted me and asked why I didn't call to thank her for the flowers, and I said, "What flowers?" This is where the confusion began. She then contacted one of your representatives Richard and they apologized and contacted me together by phone here at work and told me that the flowers would be sent to me here at work on May 10th by 4:00 pm EST. I waited here at the office until 4:30 pm and nothing ever arrived. I explained to the representative that I go to school after work and do not get home before 9:00 pm on weekdays, and he assured me that the flowers would be delivered to my company.

Today, it is May 11th and I still have not received the flowers. My daughter called me distraught this morning saying that your representatives told her the flowers were delivered to my home yesterday at 10:15 am EST which is NOT true because they were to be delivered to my employer, and we didn't even place the call to 1-800 Flowers until after 10:30 am. The bottom line is that your company has deceived my young daughter and this is not a 100% SMILE GUARANTEE! The time I have spent trying to assist me daughter with understanding the dishonesty of people, and trying to get her refund has not only been exhausting, but down right unfair!

Order mother's day flowers day before. Given confirmation that it would arrive on mother's day. Pretty much same rhetoric as other disappointed customers. Received email notice, no phone call of order delays. Scheduled to send next Tuesday. Still no delivery after being told it was "en route" by a non english speaking rep. 3rd time calling, 3rd time being lied to. Over $150 in orders and still no delivery. Mother's day surprise ruined and I am thoroughly disgusted with the service. Liars and cyber crooks. I want a full refund and I will put them on blast in FB, Twitter.

A few reviews up on here is just what happened to me also. Ordered flowers for my wife... anniversary. I actually had them sent a day early. Well in short they never delivered them - not even the next day after I reached out to them but refunded me and offered me a $20 credit towards my next purchase. I told them I wouldn't take free flowers from them now. They let me down on a big day.

My husband placed an order on May 6th five o'clock in the morning for his sister for Mother's Day. They said the flowers would be at her house after 4 pm that day. They were never delivered. We called customer service that night, waited twenty minutes for a customer rep. When one came on, we told her what the problem was. Put us on hold and cut us off. Called again, spoke to a supervisor. She apologized, took the shipping charges off the bill and she said she was going to take care of the problem the next day.

My husband called again on May 7th to find out the status of the order. She put him on hold for 20 minutes, came back on and claimed she called the florist and they told her our order was not processed and they don't care if the flowers were delivered or not. I called the corporate that same day, spoke to a Julie in executive services, told her what was going on. She said she was gonna see if another florist can fill the order. I gave her my house phone number, she said she was gonna call me back - never heard back from her.

Called back on Sunday customer service, got this girl Vivian on the phone. Went through the whole scenario again, put me on hold and came back on the phone. I called again, spoke to a supervisor. She put me on hold again, came back on. Claimed she tried to call the florist but they were not answering the phone. I called the corporate office on Monday, spoke to a Beebee, all she was doing was apologizing. I told her I did not want to hear it anymore, that I am never using 1-800-Flowers again and I am going on social media giving them a bad review, and my debit card better be refunded or I am calling the news on them. I also sent a letter to the CEO JAMES MCCANN.

I will never use 1-800-Flowers again. I had problems last year with my mother in-law. Mother day flowers not being delivered because they said they over booked the local flower shop, cancelled my order and didn't call me until I called them. I gave them another chance this year. I ordered my flowers for both my mother and my mother in-law April 21 two weeks before mother's day and again disappointed. My mother's flowers came the Monday after mother's day even though online it said delivered and when I called I spent 45 mins on the phone waiting for someone to answer to tell me that they can't get in contact with the flower shop because it was after 6 pm. So my mother's flowers got delivered the Monday after mother's day and the flowers weren't even close to what I ordered.

Then my mother in-law's flowers should be been delivered May 10 for Hispanic mother's day and nope today is May 11 and no delivery and when I called they gave me a FedEx tracking number and when I tracked it, it says promised by May 12 end of the day. What is wrong with this company. I vowed to never ever use 1-800-Flowers again and I don't recommend anyone using them. 1-800-Flowers is a huge let down.

After reading all of the other reviews on this site I am appalled that this company continues to do business. I ordered a very nice bouquet for my Mom to be delivered on the Monday after Mother's Day as the site indicated delivery was not available on Sunday. I received an email on Monday indicating they had attempted delivery but were not able to deliver. Nothing was needed to be done on my part, they would continue to try to deliver. I thought it was odd they wouldn't just leave the flowers on the porch but didn't think too much of it.

My mom stayed home all day today waiting for the flowers and they were never delivered!!! I called customer service and someone who spoke and understood English very poorly kept telling me he was sorry, was there anything else he could do for me. He finally said he would call the florist and call me back. Never got that call back. Looks like I'll have to spend 1/2 my day tomorrow trying to get my money back based upon all of the other reviews. What a scam these people have running!!!

After I ordered my flowers for a friend of mine, I was doing a bit of research to see what the process was like after ordering. As I was searching, I saw this Consumer Affairs page pop up with thousands of reviews and a 1-star rating. "Oh great", I thought. "Setting myself up for a bad experience". In reality, nothing could be further from the truth. The day before I called customer service to inform of a specific delivery time and they executed it perfectly, in fact down to the minute.

Later on, the person who I sent the flowers to posted a picture to her Facebook wall of the flowers and how surprised she was and thoughtful it was that I sent them to her during a difficult week she was having. Before you buy into all these negative reviews, just remember that when people have negative experiences they are several times more likely to post about it on forums like this, while many of the positive experiences are never shared. I would definitely purchase from them again and also would recommend for you to give them a try, you'll probably have an experience just as good as mine.

I was "supposed" to receive 2 dozen assorted roses on Friday BEFORE Mother's Day as a surprise. On Saturday I had to personally go pick them up from FedEx several countries over. The address was incorrect. I opened the box to wilted roses. So much for my "surprise". When I got home I called 1-800-flowers to complain and was told I'd receive a new order of roses on Tuesday AFTER Mother's Day. Well I've sat all day so I didn't miss the delivery only to call and be told the roses are in transit and set to arrive Wednesday, not today. The sad part is when I asked to confirm the delivery address, it's to the same "incorrect" address that got the first order delivered across town that I had to go pick up. What I don't get is how this company stays in business with this kind of service??

My husband ordered flowers for mothers day delivery (actually they promised to deliver on may 7th). The flowers were delivered today (may 10th) and as expensive as the arrangement was, at least 4 of the roses were dead. The box was left on my porch. I'm so disgusted because this was his hard earned money and he was trying to make me smile, and now I have an ugly frown. I do not recommend them nor will I ever use them again. I call to find out what happened to the flowers and I'm told they are out of those flower arrangements so I will receive a refund. I ordered flowers for my mother. I paid for a beautifully displayed arrangement of 24 lavender roses in a silver embossed vase. It cost me a considerable amount money! My mother emails me to send a picture of the flowers she received (grateful of course). To my dismay the arrangement appeared to be something you would buy at the grocery store. I was MAD. I called customer service, who like others state, was apologetic but I was now not going to get my corrected order for 3-4 days! So much for Mother's Day. Of course they offer me a $20 spend credit (to which I will never use and they know it).

They call my mother to explain, they give her a delivery date and email me a different delivery date. To top it off, the customer rep barely spoke English so it was near impossible to have a conversation. So 3 days later my mother gets a second delivery...AGAIN NOT WHAT I ORDERED!!! Another crap arrangement that's nowhere near what I ordered. And a third delivery which is closer to what I ordered but instead of a beautiful arrangement of lavender roses, she got half pink and half lavender.

I spent almost $200 for this arrangement and customer service was zero help. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL MAKE SURE THAT ANYONE I COMMUNICATE WITH KNOWS WHAT A CRAP COMPANY THEY ARE. Hey 1-800-Flowers, thanks for ruining a little old lady's Mother's Day and destroying what was supposed to be a beautiful surprise from her daughter who lives 2000 miles away! Never again, I'm calling corporate. You tell - does any of those photos look like $200 worth of flowers? NO.

My children ordered flowers for me for Mother's Day. They did arrive the day before, that was ok. When my children arrived, they were shocked at the arrangements, as they did not look anything like the pictures that they ordered the flowers from. I was very busy on Mother's Day, but not too busy to notice that the lilies in the arrangements were dying. By Monday they were completely dead. So I called 1800 flowers, and after 20 minutes I could not wait any longer. Called again today and they are going to refund half the money, after the customer service person told me, "You received the flowers, so we can't do anything." I asked to speak to a supervisor and then her tone changed. I will never order flowers from them again!!!
