I was unaware that I was still being charged so I did a live chat with David and he was able to refund me my last $30 and close the account so I will no longer be charged. It was super easy and it was great.

After being accidentally charged $60, I was able to get a refund very quickly. I also found exactly the information I needed through this service and appreciated the PDF option. I also have heard students may get free Public Records access, although I'm not certain if that includes this site, but it would definitely be worth looking into.

The chat assistant was very prompt and helpful. I’m frustrated that I thought I was going to be charged $1 for my request, which turned out to be $7, but that was fine and reasonable. Then I was charged $31 that I clearly didn’t see or understand I would be charged when ordering my report. A confirmation of the total charges and an “accept” option would have been helpful, before I was actually charged.

Excellent site to get quick information about a property. It does cost $31 plus a report cost but if you need it quickly or need more detailed info it is available and fast. Customer service is good also!

Search is limited, unable to find anything I was looking for! Billed me $31 dollars when they claim to charge $1! Then they charged an additional $7 on top of that. SCAM! I will never use this service again and I have already cancelled the service.

I was definitely NOT happy about the initial charge as it was quoted as much less. Then I find out you had me in for a monthly charge of $30 per month. This made me really angry. Thankfully your online assistant made it easy to cancel. Still not happy about that really expensive initial charge I thought was only about $17.00 but was wayyyy more.

This website worked for exactly what I needed it for. It cost money, which is whatever, but the issue I encountered is that it tried to charge me again a month later. It's a subscription, not a one-time fee. The customer service is phenomenal - I was able to use the chatbot and get my account cancelled, but there was no way to do it myself through the website, which is absurd. The search feature is awesome, but the platform around it was made to charge you and it's not very clear how to stop it from doing so beyond. The website is not at all user friendly or intuitive. It's scammy in the way it keeps charging you. Make sure you know what you're signing up for.

First of all, I'd like to say that when I first went to Publicrecordsdata.us looking for a report on my own home, to get information that I was unable to find anywhere else, I selected options on the form that stated I did not want to upgrade to a paid account, and I did not want to pay for a hard copy version, I only wanted an email version of my report. So it was a surprise to me when I was charged $31.00 the following day. I was even more surprised today when I got a notification from my bank saying that a charge for $30.00 was declined today from PublicRecordsData.us.

I had a wonderul experience and highly recommend. A++. I was able to find what I was looking for in location an long lost relative. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to research information.

Great! I’m not sure if all names were tied to the allotted record wanted, but most of the time it did show. It was a bit confusing with the alignment/ display (with the matching of felonies or misdemeanors with specific dates). Customer service was impressive and did exactly what I needed done.

I'd give then NO stars if the app allowed it. I was "SLAMMED" for $40 in charges after agreeing to one $7 charge. Additionally the records were HORRIBLY out of date only showing a couple of traffic tickets dating back to 30 years ago. There were no other current records which are easily accessible on the REAL "publicrecords" website that this one is designed to mimic. Do not use this company.

I just reported this website to the Internet Crime Complaint Center and the Federal Trade Commission. They are a scam website. They say they're charging you $1 and then charge you $41. I called to ask why and they can't give you an answer. When pressed on what's written on their website, they say, "you're entitled to your opinion, sir." Like I can't read English or that the actual amount they say they're going to charge you doesn't matter and they can just charge you whatever they want, despite what is actually on the page. They don't list a Company or an address and they refuse to give it out. Don't give this website your information! They are trying to steal from you!

I found out this was a monthly subscription not a one time deal. Once my account was charged the next month I had it canceled.so when you use this service just make sure you don't have a subscription.

Company website said get a report for $1, but then when you do it, they sign you up for an account and charge you $31. Don't do it unless you need to get multiple reports. They charge $30 monthly as well.

While lengthy, the report I requested provided all the information I was expecting at a price I deemed satisfactory. My only recommendation in programming would be to be able to shrink sections to fit the information available in order to reduce the total number of printed pages required for a report. Thanks.
