Only needed history for one vehicle. I thought I had only paid for a one-time lookup fee and somehow ended up paying for an entire package. Luckily I was able to cancel it in time to not get charged again.

I was pleased to get the report I was looking for, that being said I don’t remember seeing anything that said it was a monthly subscription and that I would be charged every month. I was under the impression that I paid for the report and that was that. Apparently not, thankfully I did notice the charge on my credit card statement and was able to get a refund for the second month charge, Jack in customer support was helpful. It should be made very clear that this is a subscription purchase and not a one time purchase. You need to close your account also to not receive anymore charges.

I have been waiting since July 7th for them to issue a refund and keep getting the runaround, stated it was an issue with my bank, then it was "escalated to finance" then an issue with finance, then they were mailing a check. I get the same robo response from "Andy **" apologizing and saying it's been "escalated". 2+ months later and STILL waiting!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

When contacting to cancel subscription since I was getting charges I did not realize I was gonna be charged, Rebecca was great at cancelling quickly!

I wanted to cancel and it took two seconds to do so.

Accidentally subscribed or something. It said $1 for the report. I somehow subscribed and was charged $24. Sought assistance in Live Chat, and they were fantastic. Asked to be unsubscibed, and I was, immediately. Easiest time I have EVER had unsubscribing from anything.

I requested a property report on my property and the website stated it was a $1.00 charge for the report. I received a charge of $36.00. Your website is deceptive. Fortunately I chatted with Sharon on-line and she issued a full refund.

I was charged $36 + $7 for one property pull. I am sure this was made clear to me but I rushed through the "I Agree" Buttons to get the report then realized I was charged $42 dollars. My mistake. Not ConsumerAffairs' or PublicRecordsData.us. So easy to pull property report on any address I am assuming. Great use of big data technology!

Was able to get the records I needed quickly, they don't really describe that it is a subscription based purchase, after realizing I had been charged for a new month I was able to quickly unsubscribe and close my account by simply talking to the chat. Also a tip, the website is not activated past 5 or during the weekends so you have to time your visit just right.

I did not realize there would be a 35 fee after paying the one time fee to run a name. Probably a membership, not sure. I reached out to online chat and I received Daniel as my support. I explained the situation and he refunded me the money. I was very happy because it was the last of my ssdi money, and will not receive again until the 3rd. I wanted to get my property lines so I went through this site. First they said it would be $1.00, then after I gave all my info (card number) it said $7.00. So it "processed" and downloaded my report, however when I tried to open it, there was an error notice. So it said I could get on the help line. So I did, the person asked me what I needed, I said a full refund of what I THOUGHT was the $7.00, he did a great job of canceling my order and did give me a full refund. However, the ACTUAL charge was $45!!!
