I was trying a 7 day free trial and was charged $36 and I immediately canceled because there would be another charge for what I needed. The person on the live chat cancelled my subscription and issued a refund. The best experience was the live chat, as the person responded and did the cancellation and refund immediately without the usual BS you get with most sites for this
