I received my report and upgrade to PDF promptly. I was charged $36.00 for a membership I did not order. I spoke with Mary on Chat tonight. She was quickly up to date with my order. She advised that I had been credited for the $36.00 and it might take a couple of days for the credit to show up on my CC Statement. She Also provided a confirmation number for the transaction/detail. Very pleased with this customer support. Mary did a super job. The report was very helpful. I found someone listed on my title that doesn't belong there. I will take action immediately.

I have had a very confusing experience. In July, I utilized your service to look up some information. Tonight I did the same thing, utilized your service to research an issue. I inadvertently signed up for a monthly account. I followed the steps and cancelled my account and a refund was issued. I called my credit card to let them know and watch for the refund. At that time, they informed me that I had charges from July and August. I was having difficulty getting the email rep to understand the situation. I finally got Jerry in the chat window. I explained the situation, he researched and found my old data. He verified that the account was closed and he issued a refund. Jerry and all your staff did a super job helping me resolve my issue. I am especially thankful that Jerry took the extra time to dig into my issue and resolve the issue. Thanks Jerry!!!

The agent was very hopeful and assisted me with my request for a reimbursement. When I signed up for the site, I understood I would be hit with a one time and I emphasize that one time seven dollar fee. I was charged seven dollars and that is fine but then the system proceeded to charge me for three months worth of 35 or in one instance $36. I think that there is some kind of a snag with your system. If somebody needs to sign up on the regular for this service then I understand the monthly fees however it should be very clear at the beginning that you are only wanting to assign a one time fee of seven dollars to use the site once. Maybe I don’t know anything about your system and I didn’t read something carefully enough, but I think this room for improvement. Now to get back to the agent. The agent did a fantastic job of helping me and was very courteous. I interacted with this agent through their online chat system.

I looked up my parents' property on a whim and from what I read I thought it was only 1$ per request. I'll admit I didn't go over things as deeply as I would have and was surprised to find I was charged 36$. Turns out it's 35$ for a year of access and 1$ for reach request submitted. Unfortunately for me this was money I didn't have. I closed my account within minutes and support quickly refunded me and fixed everything.

I am so appreciative of the help I received today 7/31/26. I was helped to figure out an issue with locating my account to start. When I initially made the account on 7/23/26 I had wanted get report printed out. But after going through the process and realizing I really didn't need it, I just went on with my day. So today when checking my bank transactions I saw this payment come out. I was really confused. I decided to message the live chat agent. So I did not know when signing up that it's $30 a month and $1 per record, I really don't know how I missed that to be honest.

Their service is great!! They will help you even when you don't understand or make a mistake!

I used the live chat tonight and was assisted by Timothy. I was pretty distraught when I found charges on my bank account. I was given an explanation of why these charges occurred and requested a refund as I was under the impression I had only paid for a 1 time use of service. Timothy was very pleasant and assisted my request by issuing a refund of charges. He also assured me I would not be charged any other charges and my account had been closed.
