    Easy live chat feature for refunds and closing accounts. I wanted to check if I had a public record related to a regrettable call I made to the police regarding my car during a marital disagreement. What I thought would be a simple phone call explaining marital rights for a car title owned under my name, turned into three cop cars showing up to my home for reasons I still don’t know why. The police told me I shouldn’t have gotten so emotional exacerbating and escalating a marital arguments when I could have emotional control and handle the simple issue.

    In this, I realized I wasted police time on more important matters they should have attended. In that regard he stated he will put my occurrence “on record”. I wanted to check the public record and I didn’t see anything. I was honest to the police and completely receptive to the harsh truth about my lack of emotional control, and this has triggered enough for me to do better. After checking the public record, I want to close the account and cancel payment plan before being charged for the remaining two year payment plan.

      This is my first time using this site and it was pretty easy to navigate and straightforward in customer service was very friendly and helpful. I'm taking the time to write this review and before submitting it it says there's an error that my review is too short. Well, I'm sorry that I don't have the time to detail every little experience with you. I looked up the five things I needed to look up. I printed out the reports.

      I talked to customer service and verified some stuff and that was it. I don't know what more you guys want me to say. I find this very intrusive and rude that you would tell me my review is too short when the customer service agents are asking if I would take the time to review it. I took that time and now you're saying it's not good enough?? Well that's just too damn bad. That makes me honestly want to leave a negative review. Don't harp on people when they're taking their time to do something that you ask them to do was a favor and tell them they're not doing it good enough. That's ridiculous
