I looked up my parents' property on a whim and from what I read I thought it was only 1$ per request. I'll admit I didn't go over things as deeply as I would have and was surprised to find I was charged 36$. Turns out it's 35$ for a year of access and 1$ for reach request submitted. Unfortunately for me this was money I didn't have. I closed my account within minutes and support quickly refunded me and fixed everything.

I saw news about many property fraud in the recent years so I was just checking information about my own property. It was my first time using the website and I was doing this in a hurry. I thought there was only a $1 charge for checking my own information and the $30 charge is for real estate professional to check multiple properties when I requested the information. I quickly realized that was a mistake after seeing the $31 fee. I am not a real estate professional, and I don't need to check hundreds of properties information. I decided to use "Live Chat" to ask help. The support representative was great and patient. She helped to resolve my mistake and misunderstanding quickly. I apologize for any inconveniences. Really appreciate everything she did.

I am so appreciative of the help I received today 7/31/26. I was helped to figure out an issue with locating my account to start. When I initially made the account on 7/23/26 I had wanted get report printed out. But after going through the process and realizing I really didn't need it, I just went on with my day. So today when checking my bank transactions I saw this payment come out. I was really confused. I decided to message the live chat agent. So I did not know when signing up that it's $30 a month and $1 per record, I really don't know how I missed that to be honest.

Easy live chat feature for refunds and closing accounts. I wanted to check if I had a public record related to a regrettable call I made to the police regarding my car during a marital disagreement. What I thought would be a simple phone call explaining marital rights for a car title owned under my name, turned into three cop cars showing up to my home for reasons I still don’t know why. The police told me I shouldn’t have gotten so emotional exacerbating and escalating a marital arguments when I could have emotional control and handle the simple issue.

Quick turn around, communication was thorough. The process was effectively completed.

While the website worked as advertised they do not specify that they sign you up for "maintaining access to our database" to the tune of $30 dollars a month. Thankfully their customer support was very helpful on getting my a refund once I became aware of the reoccurring charge.

I only needed the one report. The agent quickly reverse the total charge and only billed me for the single report that I requested. It was very quick, very easy and I appreciate that it was done without any difficulty.

I wish that the site would have let me know if the specific record I was looking for existed before I purchased the report. It gave useful information about the house I was looking at possibly purchasing but it didn’t have the record I wanted and indicated when I purchased the report and now I’m out $35. The cancellation process was very helpful and quick. Donna was able to locate my account quickly and cancel the account from any further payments. Ultimately the only reason I am giving a 2/5 is because of Donna! If it wasn’t for her I would have given a 1/5. Donna gets a 5/5! Thank you Donna!

I admit. I felt misled when I first used the service and had no intention of paying for a monthly membership but once I figured out that I was being charged, I logged on and spoke to somebody through the chat box named Paul. I explained my situation and it was immediately resolved without any complications. I really appreciate this simplicity.
