How Public Records Data works

Public Records Data is available nationwide and provides public records, such as contact info, property records, criminal records and court records upon request.

It licenses data from organizations that aggregate original public records from thousands of sources. It then organizes, standardizes and removes duplicates to provide its customers with easy-to-read reports.

It reports the information provided in the public records and does not verify accuracy. It is not governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and the information received cannot be used to make credit, employment or housing decisions.

You can get started by searching a name and selecting the state from which you’d like to receive records. After agreeing to the terms and conditions, you can make a selection as to which level of service you want to receive.
