This is my first time using this site and it was pretty easy to navigate and straightforward in customer service was very friendly and helpful. I'm taking the time to write this review and before submitting it it says there's an error that my review is too short. Well, I'm sorry that I don't have the time to detail every little experience with you. I looked up the five things I needed to look up. I printed out the reports.

I signed up expecting to purchase a $1 report, but the website's checkout flow made it very easy to unknowingly enroll in a recurring $31/month subscription. The subscription terms may technically be disclosed, but they were not presented clearly enough, and it felt like the design was intended to steer users into enrollment without fully realizing it.

The agent helped me to sort throught what I believed I had been erroneously charged in error for a requested report because I believed the charges were not clear from the outset. Upon making my feelings known the representative was very happy to issue me a partial credit for the amount that I had been charged. This made me very happy because the report I had requested had been done as a favor to a friend and I had not counted on being out that extra money so I am very pleased. I will be more pleased when the credit actually shows up on my credit card statement. Thank you very much!!

I had an issue with my account on a Sunday, therefore I and had access the chat feature on the site. I chatted with Timothy about my problem. Within just a minute or two he had my issue resolved. He was very helpful.

Susan was an amazing assistant with what I needed. I had a few questions and she helped with all of them. She was polite and very knowledgeable about what I needed. The professionalism was great also.
