I found the info I was looking for. And it was easy and fast.

I was unhappy to find out that I was being charged an ongoing monthly fee after ordering one report from your website. I do not recall anything indicating there would be ongoing fees when I ordered the one report. The agent handled my complaint this morning immediately and to my satisfaction. I do think your company needs to be more explicit about these ongoing fees!!! Agent was great, but I couldn’t recommend your company based on this experience.

When an unexpected charge was attempted, the representative quickly verified the attempt and VERY quickly closed my account at my request.

I needed access to my property records one time and inadvertently signed up for a recurring subscription. Customer service has multiple ways to contact them and I was able to take care of my issue via the chat feature. The customer service representative responded quickly, understood my request, cancelled my account and refunded the charge immediately. I am pleased with the service I received in both getting the information I needed and then resolving my account issues.

I needed to close my account. I can't afford it at this time. The matter was handled very quickly and that is one less payment I have to worry about.

I didn’t agree to a recurring charge. I texted over the chat a requested a reimbursement and closing of my account. They did it promptly.

The PublicRecordsData.us site provides a wealth of information. Be mindful of additional charges as you explore options to view and download multiple linked records. Otherwise, the service is useful and fairly comprehensive.

At first I was only supposed to buy $1.00. By the end I was charged $36 and they wanted more money for everything else. That’s zero stars. The additional stars are for the quit support to get my refund from a Livechat with Debra.

While the website worked as advertised they do not specify that they sign you up for "maintaining access to our database" to the tune of $30 dollars a month. Thankfully their customer support was very helpful on getting my a refund once I became aware of the reoccurring charge.

I only needed the one report. The agent quickly reverse the total charge and only billed me for the single report that I requested. It was very quick, very easy and I appreciate that it was done without any difficulty.

I wish that the site would have let me know if the specific record I was looking for existed before I purchased the report. It gave useful information about the house I was looking at possibly purchasing but it didn’t have the record I wanted and indicated when I purchased the report and now I’m out $35. The cancellation process was very helpful and quick. Donna was able to locate my account quickly and cancel the account from any further payments. Ultimately the only reason I am giving a 2/5 is because of Donna! If it wasn’t for her I would have given a 1/5. Donna gets a 5/5! Thank you Donna!

It stated that when I started to use your services, it would be a $1.00 charge, but the charge on my account was $36.00 dollars. When I started using your services, I was told there would be a $1.00 charge; however, my account was charged $36.00. This is unacceptable. It was unacceptable.

I used the website to look up some information and the information they were able to produce was helpful, though I couldn't see all the criminal records I was in search for. They charged me 24.00 when it said I should only be charged 1.00. I reached out to customer service and they refunded the money right away. No major complaints, happy with the customer service.

Was looking for my local central appraisal district. Did not notice it was PublicRecordsData. I ordered one report for a property we are interested in, and I was charged a membership fee the following month.

Thomas was very helpful.. However I am very misled by the information to receive reports. I was initially under the impression that I would be charged $1.. To my surprise I was charged $36... And I clicked no to any additional things from the site. Thankfully I reached out to Thomas and he was able to refund me. It should be laid out in much simpler wording that you will be charged x amount.. Very disappointing.. Typical government site.

I spent a while waiting for a bogus report that contained none of the information I asked. I specifically asked to find a person from Canton, Ohio and not one record provided mentioned Ohio. I lost a buck, not big deal. But this outfit is not reliable. They should have just fessed up. They couldn't help me.

I explained that when I authorized a one time charge, I was actually subscribing to your services and that the monthly charges were not required and/or needed as I don't use the service. She was very prompt in not only reimbursing me for the current month's charge, but also for the previous charge, which was inadvertently processed. She went above and beyond what I expected from your company.

The site is misleading. There's nothing that talks about a package 24$. They need to be more clear because you only see things that you want $9 one time for whatever and then, "Do you want $4," and you just say, "No, thank you," and so by the time you get to the end it should only be a dollar but they're saying that there was something there for $24. I just wanted a one time report.
