I was being charged for a service I stopped using and the representative was very quick and efficient in helping me to solve my issue, as well as processing my refund. The service is great but was no longer needed.

Service allow record search of individuals. I never knew so many people had my same name. This service let me check other files under my name to verify it was not me personally. Thank God because one case was for murder! I did not like that the fees were confusing. I thought I was billed once $7.00. Then $39 monthly if I didn't cancel. They definitely use shady practices to get you to agree to pay more than just the dollar they say that your report will cost initially. And even after you decline all of their additional services and products they will still charge you for more than just the $1 report. However, there customer service rep was very helpful and I didn't have to wait at all to speak to them, and they immediately processed my refund when I requested it.

I did not understand how it works but I chose 1$ service but instead I was charged 36$ for the package. So I contacted the customer service and they solved it less than a minute. Though the package purchase was confusing, the customer service was fast and effective. I was impressed!

I went to get a report and the payment process is very misleading. I was told it would be 7 dollars. I could pay 9 dollars for a more comprehensive report. It charged me 7 dollars, 9 dollars and 36 dollars. First two for the report and 36 for a monthly fee. I went on the live chat and a worker Sharon helped me close it and said the 36 would be refunded. She was very helpful.

Do not use this service. Their charges are not what you sign up for. I entered PublicRecordsData.us to find out more about a car being considered for purchase. The site said the cost would be $1. When I was ready to pay to see the info, suddenly they were charging $7. No explanation. I decided to pay the $7 because I needed the information. When the credit card statement came, they had charged my card an additional $36! Total for the $1.00 information was $43!! Without authorization, I believe they signed me up for a recurring monthly charge for some sort of membership. I needed to cancel the account. This is a very unethical business. They provide information from public sites, then charge (in my case) 43 times the advertised price.

Raymond clearly explained what happened with my charge. I explained I was intending for one time access and asked for a refund since it was still under a month. He got it done quickly and was very professional, friendly and helpful!
