I signed up for your service to get some specific information, which I quickly found. I don't expect to have a need for this information in the future, thus I requested cancellation of my account. Upon contacting support, to my surprise my account was cancelled almost immediately! The process was about as quick and painless as possible. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I seen there was a charge of $1 dollar so I proceeded with getting the record and then it charged me $30 dollars. And that’s when I reached out and a lovely lady named Sara helped me so much and she explained what the $30 was for and made it right by refunding me which is why I reached out to begin with so thank you so much and my apologies for not knowing it was going to charge the 30 or I wouldn’t have proceeded but it does give you the info you need. I was hoping to look up a property to see the specific size of the bedrooms. I made an account with PublicRecordsData.us thinking that $1 was a good deal. Once I made the account and went to pay, it became a $7 fee. I was tempted to cancel and log out, but we really needed to know the room measurements. I just assumed it would give those details. That was my fault. Either way, when I downloaded the info for the house it was basically the same info I already had from the listing of the property. Also, no big deal. I considered it a lost $7 dollars and didn’t think anything bad about the company. Today when I went to pay my credit card there was a $7 charge and a $30 charge. That was very frustrating.

I had an issue with a charge and it was immediately fixed and it was wonderful service.. The account was closed and I was refunded. I had some unauthorized charges but was handle very courtesy and fast.

To get the report you have to pay. Which is fine. But the report was for the totally wrong person. I never was able to get a report for the correct person. You should at least be able to verify you have the right person before paying the money. Then get the report after verifying it is the correct person.

I was able to find the information I was seeking because the site had detailed records. Even though there was a lot of information, it was easy to navigate because of the easy to follow layout and the direct links to the information. Also, the customer service team was prompt and friendly and they resolved my inquiry quickly and to my satisfaction.

Easy process to cancel on chat without annoying roadblocks. A better process would be to not have to sign up for a membership to use your service so people wouldn't have to remember to cancel later. Shady!! They will bill you for 24 months after the “one-time search”. You won’t even notice as they abuse the buyer by taking advantage of the one-time purchase and hide the message of recurring payments. Basically a scam!

Terribly designed website, confusing description of fees, but excellent support through chat. Support rep was very helpful, immediately available, best part of the service. The website is far too simple, lacks basic account management options like purchase/payment history, also appears to allow you to "remove info" for any name/phone number you wish, not merely your own, so whoever designed this service did the simplest, crudest job possible, but the support service provided was seriously top notch.

Somewhat irritating to access they report and then be charged $7 to print or download. It gave direct of what I need. I did not see the full charges on it or the outcome of things so I really didn't know how to work it. But I guess it work. I will know in a few days.

Nancy was very fast at responding and helped resolve my issue. She explained the charges to me and assisted with the refund of the unauthorized charges and agreement I was not aware I entered Into. The website was not very clear and I signed up for an MRC I was not aware of. She helped understand and resolve the issue

I got the report expecting it to be $1 as advertised but apparently it signs you up (there isn’t another option) for a reoccurring charge for 1 year of access for $20 a month! I don’t want or need access of any other report, just this one, and was not happy to see this added charge pop on my credit card. Not impressed, do not use this website. I will say that when I went on chat to dispute this charge Shirley was very kind and helpful.

Found what I needed, was checking for criminal charges and I have none. Have been getting numerous calls from unknown number stating I have charges against me and these people are getting rude and threatening me as well.

I just spoke to a representative. Unfortunately I don’t have the party's name however he was extremely helpful and understood my request and was also very polite and taken care of what I needed. He’s a great asset to the company. Just by that quick response via chat.
