It would be 0 stars if it wasn't for the prompt courteous, no nonsense service I received from the wonderful company agent. I looked up several people one with a very extensive criminal background and no data was available.

Everything was great and the assistance that I received was exceptional. The only thing that I think could be changed is that when you sign up the $20.00 for 30 days should come before the $1.00 per record or something like that. I thought that I was just purchasing my record and did not realize that I would be hit with a $20.00 charge.

Be careful because you may be signing up for multiple recurring charges just trying to get a one time report. But their customer service is super helpful getting that canceled if you do so by mistake.

Be careful on the pricing structure. Read all info very carefully on charges. Also, watch your credit card statements for possible duplicate billings. Some of the info I was looking for can be found in public records but these folks simplify it.

I ordered one report and was expecting to pay $1.00. Checking my bank I was charged $1.00 and additional charge of $20. I ask chat what was that and apparently they gave me my report for $1. Then charged me for a package which I did not want. Bottom line. My $20 was refunded! Thank You!

I had a good experience with customer service but I was signed up for a $20 account that I did not want. Really actually annoying. My $7 purchase was made clear and I was provided receipts. However they seem kind of predatory. If I wanted a monthly subscription I would have done that but I did not want or need that.

I only needed to check a couple of numbers so I cancelled my account shortly after I signed up. Cancelling was an easy process and I appreciate that. I never dreamed it would only take a few minutes to cancel.

Your site was not clear on its charges and I only agreed to a $1 charge to view a report and then refused additional charges. I then checked my bank account and was charged $20! If you had not refunded me that charge I would have reported this has a fraudulent service charge with Bank of America.

It says 1.00 then extra fees are charged. If this is public records which are free I don't feel you should be charging all this money to get it. I think these actions are wrong. You should not be charging all this money.

Easy to navigate but watch out for unexpected charges. If you are only using this one time and we're drawn in by the one-dollar thing, make sure at the end of your search, you contact customer support to get refunded for the hidden charges and for your account to be removed so no further charges are incurred.

Fast replies and done amazing on explaining and helping with things. Done an excellent job. Timely manner. And was super understanding when I explained I don’t understand the charge on my bank account.
