It stated that when I started to use your services, it would be a $1.00 charge, but the charge on my account was $36.00 dollars. When I started using your services, I was told there would be a $1.00 charge; however, my account was charged $36.00. This is unacceptable. It was unacceptable.

I used the website to look up some information and the information they were able to produce was helpful, though I couldn't see all the criminal records I was in search for. They charged me 24.00 when it said I should only be charged 1.00. I reached out to customer service and they refunded the money right away. No major complaints, happy with the customer service.
