Had a problem with extra charges to my credit card because the website is not clear about the exact amount you will be charged and that you will be charged monthly. Jack was extremely helpful with closing the account and refunding the charges.

I got my homes report through your webpage and agreed to a $1 charge (knowing a $35 charge was coming but the language seemed as if I could cancel it before the month ended and I would be only out a $1), well I chatted with Thomas who was an absolute delight! He was fast and efficient and I’ve truly never had better customer service! No one wants to wait on hold or transfer from bot to bot to finally chat with a human. Thomas solved my problem within I think truly less than a minutes time and was so helpful! From a webpage standpoint, I was looking for my homes floor plan and this report unfortunately didn’t have it so I’ll keep searching but all of the other details that the report had were helpful.

If you need to find out if you have a court date or anything in that nature you can do so through here. You will be charged $35 for it. I didn’t know that at the time and there will be reoccurring charges if you do decide to go this route. Very friendly and helpful customer service.
