Scam, would not recommend. I ordered a $7 report then was charged an additional $30 fee "as part of the report package". Just another shady company trying to hit you with hidden fees. Never received a receipt for the additional charges. Very deceptive fee structure. Stay away!

Good service that disclosed real property information I hadn't seen or heard about before. I only needed it for a limited period of time for a specific real estate transaction. When I went to cancel my subscription, I could not find a way to do it online but was accomplished very quickly and efficiently through a chat session on their portal. I expect to use again.

Only gave 3 stars because I was charged more than I agreed to and signed up for a recurring subscription without my knowledge. But they did give me a refund and canceled my account to avoid any further charges in the future.

The site said I need to put my credit card in to receive the repost and it was going to charge me $1.00 but when I checked my bank, I was charged 21.00 saying it was for a package. That's not how I perceived it. I hate being misled. So I immediately closed my account. So I hope my card doesn't get charged again.
