The process was great, but I thought I was paying $1.00, but somehow on checkout, I did not see anything about a monthly service. You might want to check that out and make sure it is very clear to the customer what they are paying for. I saw $1.00 and thought that was what I was paying. Luckily, when I noticed the $36 charge, Anthony (chat service rep) took care of it for me. Super nice, super fast. Great work to Anthony.

This is not a legitimate service when you charge people's bank accounts without their knowledge. You obviously know what you’re doing and make money off of the people that don’t catch it or investigate how to get a refund. You would obviously not like to be treated this way, so why are you spending your energy scamming other people? $70 is a lot of money to the majority of the population and you are stealing from them and causing problems for countless people. You should be ashamed. You probably sleep fine because you state this in the fine print, but you’re one of the bad ones. Based on the restrictions around the reviews and how quickly AI resolves the issue means you’ve had a lot of angry people contact you. At least it was resolved quickly, but now I have to check myself into a retirement home because I’m officially old since I fell for this garbage. Lovely!

Easy website to use and customer service was prompt, polite, and able to assist. After receiving the info I needed from public records, I wanted to cancel my subscription. It took less than 20 minutes to do so and even received a cancellation date and confirmation number.

My advice is simple: do not do business with these people unless you're prepared to pay far more than the 1 dollar you think you're agreeing to. I visited their website and knowingly paid the 1 dollar fee to access the site. I understood and agreed to that. What I did not understand or knowingly agree to was an additional 35 dollar charge for a report. I have no objection to paying for a service, the problem was the unexpected charge. Consumers deserve clear pricing before handing over payment information. Read the terms carefully, look for extra charges, and don't assume the 1 dollar advertised is all you'll pay. Bottom line: you have been warned. If you use this service, make sure you know what you're agreeing to pay.

When I spent more time on chat with him, he tells me to call an 800 number. I have to go through all this again?!!? Not happy!
