I was able to navigate through the site very easily and had the support I needed through their Customer Service live chat with Ruth. The whole process went very smoothly and this is the kind of service everyone should experience from place to place. Very happy with the results!!

Noticed an unexpected and unauthorized charge to my account. Spoke with Timothy via the Live chat. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and able to resolve everything by issuing me a refund I had asked for and assisting in closing my account.

I am writing this review on the basis of the chat customer service rep stating that I would receive a refund of $31 within 5-7 business days. If this refund goes through, I am satisfied with the assistance I received. If not, I will file a complaint with my credit card company. I was a little alarmed when I saw a charge of $31 when I thought it was only $1. I contacted customer support for a refund and they did that. I appreciate the quick response. They gave me a full refund.

The site was easy to access and find the reports section, but I was not given a choice to opt out of the "report package" and was charged 31.00. Then, after being charged that, I was charged 7.00 to download the report I was already charged for. That was not nice. Scott, the representative in the live chat did help me and made everything OK. I just hope I get the ONE certificate I needed.

Tried service for first time today on the net from California. Information delivered in report form was excellent but I had mistakenly set up an account and made the wrong choice thinking I was ordering only one report and was set up for 70 reports at a great price. I am not in the car business and do not need 70 reports, so I went back to "chat" and asked for help. They could not have been nicer!

While the process to obtain aggregated information about the property I was researching felt efficient, my credit card charges showed much more than what I thought I was required to pay so I cancelled immediately. As proof I have 2 receipts on Day that show $7 each but the two charges are $7 and then $30, which was not the amount I agreed to pay for the first month. The cancellation process appeared to be easy, and I will be disputing the larger amount.

I accidentally signed up with Public Records Data while attempting to sign up with VitalChek for the State of Maine. In the process, I provided all the requested personal and credit card information, and was charged $38 to proceed with a search. When my search resulted in records from Florida instead of Maine, I realized I was not on the right website. I sent an email to the Support email address for Public Records Data thinking this is probably a waste of time. However, I immediately received a very courteous reply that my subscription would be cancelled, that my data would be removed, and that my payment would be reimbursed within 5 to 7 business days. Then I received subsequent emails confirming these actions. All I can say is WOW!!!

I got all the information that I needed, BUT, in a sneaky way, (Very typical of internet companies) I was expecting to pay ONE DOLLAR for my search results as per the statement on the site, BUT I was charged $7.00 for the search, and then $36.. MORE!! THEN... I noticed on my credit card bill I was charged AGAIN three weeks later for $35.!!!!! Sneaky BASTARDS!!! Shame on you!!!! I used the live chat you cancel any charges going forward. I used the precise name of the individual. Your search returned several "results," none of which was the person I was researching. I was very disappointed to pay $36 or $37 to attempt to retrieve a record that does exist but which your company could not/did not locate.

The young man (David) was very helpful and resolved my problem in under 3 minutes. I appreciate the breakdown of the charges expensed against my bank account, the timeliness in which it was explained and overall ability to resolve the matter.

Good service that disclosed real property information I hadn't seen or heard about before. I only needed it for a limited period of time for a specific real estate transaction. When I went to cancel my subscription, I could not find a way to do it online but was accomplished very quickly and efficiently through a chat session on their portal. I expect to use again.

Only gave 3 stars because I was charged more than I agreed to and signed up for a recurring subscription without my knowledge. But they did give me a refund and canceled my account to avoid any further charges in the future.

The site said I need to put my credit card in to receive the repost and it was going to charge me $1.00 but when I checked my bank, I was charged 21.00 saying it was for a package. That's not how I perceived it. I hate being misled. So I immediately closed my account. So I hope my card doesn't get charged again.

Customer service was great. Mary was her name. They tried to charge me an extra 30 dollars though, so I wouldn't trust this site. The site clearly said it would charge only one dollar, but instead they charged me 31 dollars. I did receive a refund though after closing my account. I still would not trust this site.

I was looking for a report on a car. I thought the report was $1. When I paid I was charged $31. I chat with Stephanie and she explain I had signed up for a report package. She was very helpful. She closed my account and issue a refund of $31. I am supposed to see the refund in 3 to 5 days. I am happy this is resolved.

The chat system worked very well. I was charged a monthly fee which I didn't sign up for. Sharon in the chat was able to locate my information and stopped the recurring charges and reimburse me for the most recent charge. Happy with the outcome!

It was relatively easy to sign in and find who I was looking for. To get to the detailed information I wanted, I had to sign up for a subscription. Not a problem, however. You can cancel anytime, and the cancellation was the easiest part of the process. I only needed the service for one search.

The representative (or the AI) I spoke with was helpful, however, the fee and subscription was misrepresented from the get-go. The amount listed was $1 for the report, and I was charged $31! Very shady business practice!

The site doesn’t clarify very well on a one-time fee compared to a subscription. Should probably get that fixed. The person I spoke to was able to fix that for me but not get my money back. Make sure you read the fine print and don’t add the extras unless you want everything.
