Read all the reviews. Stay away from this site! The initial report looks to be $1 or whatever it’s shown as a data access cost but they immediately charged me $36.00. There’s no receipt, no verification of accepting a $36.00 charge. When I called customer service, they were polite in refunding the amount but avoidant on why and where I confirmed a $36.00 charge - based on that, it seems common practice the company fraudulently charged unsuspecting people. The customer service agent couldn’t explain why I’m charged $36.00, only saying it was a monthly charge to access the database and quickly switched to telling me the refund is processed. The final report, something you pull from the local municipality’s site and Zillow. Just don’t with this site, period!

Hi. It was a very easy and pleasant chat with Stephanie. I ordered a VIN search online but 1 car and my understanding is it cost just $1 per report but somehow I was charged $31 instead of $1. I chatted with Stephanie and she reviewed my account. She immediately refunded me the $31 due to miscommunication. Thanks for the quickest resolution ever!

I felt mislead on how much the charge was going to be on my credit card. I was under the impression that only $1.00 would be charged. Instead, I was charged $31.00. I had no idea I was signing up for a monthly service. Fortunately, through a chat with Donna, she was able to resolve my issue and cancelled my service and returned the $31.00.

I did not want my account to auto-renew, so I used the chat. My assistant was Donna. She responded quickly, efficiently, and proficiently. I thought this site was Alameda County California Public Records. It’s not. I did not find my father or sister’s death certificates.

Whenever I accessed the website I was doing a search for a court case and it came upon this Public Records website. I clicked on it. It said it would be a dollar but whenever I looked at my bank statement it ended up being $30 so I was like figuring that it was a one-time thing and I noticed a month later 30 more dollars was taken out. Contacted customer support live chat and the lady was very helpful. She canceled it immediately and even refunded my money back to me so they're very honest people there that aren't out just to get you. So thank you.

The site allowed me to research what I needed to, but scammed me. It stated it'd be $1 to download the information I requested, after typing in my card information it gave me a download link, after I clicked it you seen a download bar and in the background was something saying I'd be charged $34 TODAY, which was NOT specified. The site automatically has you buy the package deal without clicking it and makes you believe you're buying the $1 deal. I wouldn't recommend based off of that personally.
