The website is great. It gives you all the specs of the car and where it was registered and pretty much everything about the car. And the customer service is absolutely amazing. If you have any issues, just use the live chat, very responsive and very helpful.

Easy live chat feature for refunds and closing accounts. I wanted to check if I had a public record related to a regrettable call I made to the police regarding my car during a marital disagreement. What I thought would be a simple phone call explaining marital rights for a car title owned under my name, turned into three cop cars showing up to my home for reasons I still don’t know why. The police told me I shouldn’t have gotten so emotional exacerbating and escalating a marital arguments when I could have emotional control and handle the simple issue.

Alexander help me so kindly, and fast. Very good person and excellent service. Have a gentle communication and it’s very helpful. It’s late at night and I receive answer very fast, and even on Sunday. I wrote and he answer very quickly, and help me with 2 different services, so the service was easy with his help.

I mistakenly set up an account and have been charged $35.00 a month for the subscription. I contacted customer service through the chat app, and asked to have the subscription cancelled. The response was immediate and the subscription cancelled with a confirmation number.

Purchased one report and paid 7.00. Then a 40.00 charge a month later for my "subscription" which I did not authorize.

It said I would only get charged 1 dollar for one single public record look up and got charged 31 dollars and they made it super easy for me to get a refund not only on the 30 but the extra dollar too, highly recommend.

Thanks to Scott for fairly assessing my situation and providing a refund. I explained that I specifically stated I needed marriage and divorce records. But the report had nothing about marriage or divorce. When I questioned this I was given a link for marriage and divorce records. The computer should have explained that marriage and divorce records were elsewhere in the first place.

Ease of use and accuracy of information is GREAT but your system of setting up an automatic charge of $30 when the customer just needs 1 report for supposedly $1.00 is really whacked out! You need to make this easier and seamless. It feels like fraud when you think you are buying something for $1.00 and a $30 or $31 charge shows up on your credit card. This should not be. Please fix this and I'll be happy to recommend your site to a lot more of my friends and contacts!

I have to say that I have mixed review of this site. I didn't realize that I was subscribing when I did but they made it very easy to cancel. I had googled FEMA floodplain and it gave me this site without me realizing it wasn't Fema site. I then got directed to this site and ended up subscribing without realizing. My fault but it's a bit deceptive the way you get redirected. I know it happens all the time and I should be more careful. They did make it easy to cancel. I appreciate that. It’s fraudulent! Said it was charging $1 for downloading a property document for Nassau County. Then wanted $7 to print it. I became suspicious and didn’t do it. My card was charged $31. I reported to the cc company and cancelled the transaction.

I looked up property information for my cousins whose father was born in a house in Boone, IA, in 1926. I created an account and got lots of information, and paid $1 plus a PDF fee of $7. I guess I didn’t understand I was paying for a package $31 and didn’t need it. On the website, George helped me is Chat and quickly refunded the $31 fee and cancelled my membership as requested. Because I did not authorize that I had to get a new card. Public records should be free but I was ok with paying $1. The Public Records site does not do a good job indicating that it is a subscription service. I thought I was only paying for a one time report. I contacted support regarding a charge I was not aware of. The customer support specialist, Maria, quickly found my account and indicated that my account would be closed and a refund of the $31 to my bank.

They are a fake company who has no address to serve legal papers which is mandated by state and federal laws. They pay people to say good things about them, but they are 100% fraudulent and facing legal action, be warned. Do not use them. They will steal your ID and monies.

I was misled when I originally signed up for these records and access to reports. When I realized I was being charged $30 per month on a regular basis I contacted the organization and they address the issue immediately and refunded by payments.

I did want an report and expected to pay $1.00 and it was really $31.00, which was correct immediately. In the future maybe give people the option for the 1 report or the subscription for additional reports. AND MAKE IT CLEAR..
