The document I submitted to the Erie County [Ohio] Recorder's Office did not meet their margin requirements. There needed to be at least 3" on the top margin. Because of that, I was charged an additional $20.00 from them to adjust the document so that it met their requirements. The good news is that they complimented me on the accuracy and thoroughness of the document's wording. Although I was not happy about paying an additional $20.00, their fee is not your doing. However, the "miss" on the top margin is the reason I am rating you a "4".

Your platform was easy to use and thorough. I loved that it wasn't just a fill in the blank print out, but rather an official document that communicated a professional transaction. I feel protected and secure in the sales agreement and clear in the business transaction made with a friend.

I do not need the service and I was billed mistakenly so I came to solve that issue. Justina was quick, responsive and very helpful. Far better experience than most companies. I was able to solve the issue and get the resolution I needed with in a matter of minutes. Thank you.

The questionnaire was well formulated. After finishing, there was no instructions about what I should do to send the Will to my computer so that I could make a copy. It took several tries and lots of time to finally get that task accomplished. But, in the end, I do have a hard copy of my new Will.

I think I needed a legal document to help me lease a room in my home and found it easily on Rocket Lawyer. But I don't need this service all the time, so I liked the fact that I could pay to use it occasionally as I need to and then easily cancel it until I need to use it again.

I needed a few documents and they had exactly what I needed. I had a question for an attorney and he got back to me within about a day with the answer to my question. I accidentally signed up for a premium membership and I didn't notice for a couple months. I called and the very helpful and very nice customer service person got me a full refund and helped me get the membership that I needed for the long term. Great company. Would highly recommend if you need certain help with family planning documents like Power of Attorney and Wills and many other documents. I used this service to quickly print up a bill of sale for a car. I never intended to pay $39.99 a month for four months. The rep was quickly and easily able to refund 3 of the 4 months, which feels fair. Thank you.

I was reviewing my credit card statements and noticed that Rocket Lawyer continued to bill me. I signed up for a trial in January. I had thought I had canceled, but to be fair, I don't remember and I don't see any emails in my inbox saying that I did (so: I probably didn't...). I called in to cancel and see if I could get a refund. The agent, Linda, was polite, and initially went with a one month refund. I pressed and asked for 3 months. Perhaps I could have asked for the full five months that I had been billed... but 3 felt like a win. She gave it to me, clearly walked me through the proof I would see (including emails she sent me while on the call). I appreciated that Rocket Lawyer didn't hold the line and try to keep all of my money for a service I didn't end up needing.

I downgraded my account and was given a refund. Justina was very helpful. It was a very quick and easy process. I was also given the option to renew my account for $1 per month which is a really good deal.

I was told I will not be charged going forward, but that the file I created will be available in my account. I ended up not needing the document, but if I have a similar need in the future, I’ll just log back in and employ RL services again.

Hello, I used your services to create an "as-is" agreement for selling a car, however, I had forgotten to cancel the 7 day trial. I was very pleased with the Download of Forms, Filling out of the Forms, however, the printing out of the forms left a lot to be desired! The Completed Document inserted lines that were not visible in the forms and were not able to be erased on the completed document. I was Not happy with this. I tried to go into your site and download another document to Word so that I could erase those lines but your site would only allow me to download PDF file. The PDF file would not erase as it was suppose to (I do not know why) so I was left with a legal document that I had to use white-out on and copy the page and replace the affected pages. I wasn't happy with this process.

After many times sent email to the lawyer, finally in 2 months times I able to get back my money from the lawyer, with no helped from Rocket Lawyer. Stressful but finally done. Very bad experience.

I signed up for the service but had not used it in quite a while. The customer service representative was very understanding and worked with me too on a resolution that I ultimately was satisfied with. These things happen with online services and I have had less than ideal resolutions in the past. My experience today was just great!

My experience with the rep Linda was pleasant. Although I wish my refund would have been given in full or at least 3 months (due to me not receiving the cancelation confirmation email follow up). Hello Rocket Lawyer, When using Rocket Lawyer, I and others have problems with the font color. The font color is a gray against a white, when it would be much better being in a black color with a bolder type font against a white background, so that it would be easier to see. The Save Button is too small. The font size is also too small in many cases.. Some of the time when I use a document and come to the end of my document the window closes, and then I have to search for my document not knowing if it was deleted, or what happened. I sometimes find the document way down the page, but usually people have problems finding where their document moved to. This should be easier, and more friendly to use. People should not have to search all over to find the document that they were working on. This needs to be improved also. Thank you for your time.

I understand once a document is signed, it's locked. But. Your system says "make a copy and change answers to questions" which I did. It still wouldn't let me make changes to the 'new unsigned copy" so I had to start over.

Ms. ** assisted me today in downgrading my RL membership from a free trial to a $1/month subscription under my membership # **. The letter of intent I produced at the RL site is appropriate for my immediate needs and I know I can access the RL site for future needs.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription. I only used the service for two days and canceled within my 7 day free trial. Sheree was great. Took care of the problem and canceled it. As for the the app I wasn't happy with at all.

I was unaware that I was being charged for Rocket Lawyer's forms usage. (I had just completed a loan/mortgage transaction with Rocket Loan when monthly fees began to be charges to my credit card.) I requested the Marly to void my membership and to return all fees charged over a four-month period.
