I used a free document from Rocket Lawyer that proved my identification for notarization with the Secretary of State Department, for an apostille signature and certificate. That was a crucial document for an international transaction. Hannah was very helpful and answered all my questions.

Delivered what was requested. Chat service helpful. I asked for reimbursement since I wasn’t aware I was being charged and they removed the fee. Might be helpful to have an email reminder so don’t run into this again. Thank you.

Afton was able to cancel or rather downgrade my membership and assured that there were additional benefits available to me even after the downgrade was complete. For example, docs are available until 12/20 and I am able to return to request assistance at a discount if not free for the time that my account was active.

The rating was more for the customer service on my phone call. The service rep was very friendly and helpful. I have no complaints about the product, I just don't have a need for it. I was interested in the "Free" document that was advertised. I was able to use the service for that one document, but was unhappy to see that I had then been charged for a full month after that. Finally caught it on the second monthly charge.

There are those rare occasions when a customer service associate provides the most outstanding service and makes me feel like they truly care about your situation. I want to thank McKenzie, a member of the Rocket Lawyer Support Team, for excellent customer service support in helping me identify and correct a billing problem concerning my Rocket Lawyer account in a quick and professionally manner. She was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.

In my process of starting a business, I needed to obtain a IRS Employer Identification Number. The website I selected represented itself as the IRS gov. and that I could secure the document which cost me $250.00. I paid it to get started. I never received the documentation I requested. Once I learn that Rocket lawyer was the IRS I attempted to get my money back. Then later I learned I was being billed 39.95 per month for service which I did not request.

The website is easy to navigate, documents were simple to procure and their customer service was exceptional! I was going to cancel my subscription after my free trial ended, but decided to remain. I plan on I taking legal advice in the near future. Absolutely no complaints with this company; they’re great!

Great experience. Tried to resolve my problem but had to refer me to another person that would not be available until Monday. The problem centered around me trying to pay for services. I tried to use 2 of my credit cards and neither one would be accepted.

Perhaps if I looked further I could have found the document however a sophisticated document was available on the internet for free and I am a lawyer and will be able to adapt that one for my purposes.

My Rocket Lawyer subscription is auto-drafted through my debit card which was compromised. I needed to change my banking information. CSR "Sabrina" was sympathetic, outgoing and professional in her responses and actions on my behalf. I feel like Rocket Lawyer is on MY side.

Justina quickly refunded my account and provided some great promotional options. While I have a small business, I'm not in the financial position to pay $40 per month right now. She was professional, patient and very helpful. I appreciate her patience and understanding.

Taylor was very helpful- the reason for cancellation was that I could not alter some of the narrative in the contract- example... Your contract states that the client is responsible for obtaining permits- that is not allowable in NC unless it is a home that will the homeowner obtains permits- even then, it gets dicey! I would believe that since I was unable to print or access any files, I should be reimbursed the $39.99 you drafted from my account. Thank you.

Spoke with Kevin today to cancel my membership. He made suggestions that I was not aware of and because of this I kept my membership. Very polite and pleasant person to talk with. Need more people like him who is really interested in the customer service part of the business and not just push you along to get you off the phone.

Great to accesses to forms, but don't need them as often. Only once in a while, so didn't need monthly subscription. They were great for just about any and all forms one could need. Would refer them if you need forms online.

When I first accessed your website to help complete a Living Will I mistakenly requested Premier membership and have been charged $39.99 monthly for the past 5 months - OUCH! I called in and spoke with Taylor. He was VERY helpful and understanding and was able to process a partial refund of the fees I had paid as well as recommending I convert my account to the $1/month Personal Plan, which I did. It was a pleasure working with him!!

When I saw my Credit card charged by Rocket Lawyer, So I called your the number listed on the Credit card transaction, So I called your customer service, opt #3 and your rep. answer my phone. She hear me said there was mischarged on my cc. She handed off my phone. So I called back and choose "Opt' #4, Your rep. Page answered the phone and she was patiently listening what I have to say. She understood it was wrong on your end. She told me she is going to credit the mischarge back to my Credit card.

I got online to review various documents to use with some business ventures. The site was very easy to use and self-explanatory. My business plans didn't go as planned and I found that I didn't need the service. Customer service was EXCELLENT!

I opened a chat with Justina ** and requested to cancel my account. No issues, I had started the monthly account in order to create a print a few documents, which I did. Not needing anything further, I wanted to cancel my account but Justina offered a $1 monthly that allows access to my docs. Great value so I accepted. I actually thought I would get pushback and have to struggle to cancel. This was quick and I have access for low cost.

I called to cancel trial period as the document was not what I needed for an Ohio purchase contract. It called for seller to pay costs and provide docs that are not normally done. One particular item was for seller to provide a title search which is normally done by a title company at buyer’s expense, not seller’s as is stated on the document.

The instruction was straight to the point and understanding and instruction were in simply to understand to the point and there was no missed communication of what is expected by each party that are involved. It was clear and concise to the point.

I inadvertently signed up for this subscription - which I DID NOT INTEND TO DO! Jacob immediately understood my issue and refunded the subscription amount. He was thoughtful, respectful and very helpful. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I used this to draft a few documents and cancelled at the end of August. I’ve been charged for September, October and now November. My account has been downgraded to the free account since the end of August. The September and October charge they removed right away after I emailed about it. I’ve gone without a response from them for over two weeks now regarding the November charge. I removed my credit card information from the website after the October charge. I’m extremely concerned because since they’re charging my account without a card on file they must be saving my account information to their server which puts me at risk of identity theft. Do not use this site unless you want to be subscribed to it unwilling for months after.

I called to cancel and was surprised at the short wait. The woman answered all my questions and was very sweet. I decided to sign up, but for a cheaper plan. Her salary should come out of the marketing budget. A very positive experience.

Description above is self explanatory. Revocation of a previous POA, & creation of a new POA. I also needed an attorney to review changes I made to the standard format provided of the POA revocation. The standard format did not meet my unusual circumstances. There is an opportunity to submit your documents to an attorney to review, which I did. He was very prompt in his reply.

Today's service by your representative was excellent in cancelling my account. I would note that the online instructions for cancelling the account say to go to the "Account" tab and then click on "downgrade". But that is not an option. Only an "upgrade" button is available. As far as the service itself, I find that Rocket Lawyer offers a good array of documents, simple but in most cases adequate to get the job done. As a lawyer, I have found it to be useful to either start with a Rocket Lawyer document as a base from which to draft; or to use its documents as a double check on my own custom drafted documents to check for anything I might have missed.
