I called and explained the situation to the representative Michael and he was very knowledgeable and sincerely caring. I recently created a joint living trust. The quality of document is surprisingly great. The process of creating a legal document was very smooth and convenient. I forgot to cancel my free trial before my free trial ends. The customer service provided by Justina is very efficient and satisfying.

I chose to look at items from Rocket Lawyer that was free for 7 days, but had to input my credit card information. I decided not to join at a monthly fee of $39.95 and stated so. That being said I got a bill from my credit card company for the monthly fee of $39.95, which I called the company and was issued a credit. Should have been end of story. However, I got another bill this month showing a charge of $39.95. The credit company will not remove this charge and says it has to be taken off by Rocket Lawyer. The only way that I can get this settled is to have Rocket Lawyer talk to the Merrill Lynch credit card company to get these charges taken care of. I don't feel I owe anything as I had a 7day free window. Please help.

Your employee Justina was polite and very helpful. Just because she made these things easier I will recommend your site to others and use your site again for personal or business use in the future. I am still waiting on membership cancelation confirmation email but other than that service was great.

I must say that the customer service is great. No long wait time on the phone and the reps are not from overseas. I was surprised how much more that Rocket Lawyer can do from what I originally wanted. I would recommend it to a friend. You have to pick a plan that is right for your business tho. If you call they can share other options as my initial plan was way over budget. I would totally recommend them tho.

Kevin was a big help in resolving or explaining my problems and got my files visible again. I am hopeful that a few doc template errors will eventually be repaired in your templates. 1) duplicate witness signature blocks in Durable Power of Atty template and 2) no page numbers in Joint Living Trust. Both of these require the user to abandon the interview style and edit the docs in Word in order to provide a finished document.

The agent was amazing. She helped with my billing problem straightened out the account and refunded my overbilling. Throughout the process she kept me informed and made sure she understand what my concerns were. She made sure to ask if there was anything else I needed into. I utilized Rocket Lawyer to draft a last minute “Affidavit of Residency” about a week or two ago. I had the intention of completing this one document and then ending my trial membership, as I currently have no other use for the website. However, I have had a GREAT DEAL of “life” thrown at me recently, with personal issues, familial health issues, and deaths of folks I consider very close to me.

Great products, simply didn't have a specific form template we were looking for. Customer service provided quick responses to the cancellation of the trial period prior to subscription dues. Would recommend the Rocket Lawyer service for those looking for simple fillable forms.

I thought Rocket Lawyer was the best forms I have used, but I was a bit concerned when I cancelled the free trial, and only got a survey request, but no confirmation of cancelling. Even now, it is worded as a 'downgrade from Premium membership'. I stopped the free trial only because my lawyer said I would not need the form (bylaws) after all, for the close of a real estate deal. Concerns aside, RL made it very easy to customize a form and I will definitely consider using this easy tool to do a number of forms (with RL guidance) the next time around. Would've been a five star, except for the lack of confirmation and transparency on cancelling free trial.

Excellent experience. I found Rocket Lawyer online to help an older friend find a Real Estate contract in another State they were buying a house in. The seller and buyer did not need an agent because they had a agreement with each other. Another family member for the seller got involved and hired a realtor to do the contract. This would have been a quick and easy experience for them with no extra expense.

I went on Rocket Lawyer site to find out about codicils to wills; I played with the forms and learned what I needed to know. In the process I somehow inadvertently signed up for monthly use of the Rocket Lawyer site. I was charged for the first month, which I did not mind at all, because I had gotten what I needed. When I received a second charge on my credit card the next month I immediately went on Chat with Rocket Lawyer, and told them I did not intend to sign up for continuing use of the site. They immediately, and with great courtesy, removed the second charge from my account and thanked me for my business. EVERY company should be as accommodating as Rocket Lawyer. Should I need further information on legal forms I will certainly go back to them, and I salute them for their great customer service. I recommend them to anyone who needs the service.

Great place to create a Will if you don't have much of an estate. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the fact you have to give a cc # for a free service THEN you have to remember to cancel the "free" service or you will be charge $39.99 per month until you call and cancel. Well now with C! (and limited services you have to email or chat or go to your account to make sure you cancelled before the 7 day trial period....WHAT A HASSLE... Great service otherwise.

I purchase a Illinois HOA Proxy form for $5 which satisfied my needs. I didn’t know that I would automatically be upgraded to a premium account and was made aware when my account was debited. I immediately called and my account was downgraded and I was told that a refund would be made. I request a email confirmation on the refund and all I received was a confirmation of account downgrade. I phoned again today and finally got the refund process started and received a confirmation email so I’m satisfied. I will be an very very happy camper once my account credits.

I didn't realize that my 7 day free trial turned into a $40.00 per month charge, that I only needed to use once! However, thanks to Kevin P., I was refunded the last month charged, and downgraded to a free membership. I have no problem with the loss, and will be more careful with my finances in the future. Rocket Lawyer is such a convenient way to help with my legal needs. It's quick and easy and chat is responsive. I needed an Operating Agreement for my biz and Rocket Lawyer provided me with the form and only charged me a small fee. I didn't read the email thoroughly and didn't notice after 7 days they would charge me$39.99. Oops! They did refund it because I caught it quickly.

I called 5 minutes before this call and was contacted with a lawyer that did not have availability until the 14th of October. So I called back and was contacted with another attorney. I now have a consult with an attorney tomorrow at 1:00 pm to review the document. Great turnaround in a short time. In total I only spent 25 minutes scheduling the document review today. However, it took me about a week to actually get this document review on my own. I definitely recommend to everyone using Rocket Lawyer, call instead of using the website.

I am going to hire a contractor for a simple re-model. I thought it would be good to have a simple contract. Googled, found you and used it during trial. I would have gladly paid $5 - $10 - $15 for this contract but not $40 on going. When I called back you refunded very quickly and signed me up for $1 recurring - totally fair and quick to resolve.

As far as Rocket Lawyer, I wish they had a better more in depth commercial lease available. Perhaps an addendum page for when you need to add items that are not on their program.
