I called in today because it has been a while since I visited this app. I am getting together a nonprofit organization to cater to battered women, children, and those suffering from economic injustices. I felt out of sorts because non of the document information was familiar, and I was concerned about making mistakes and being unable to edit the information. Kerri walked me through the steps of editing and assured me I could do it at any time. She was very helpful and courteous.

I am really struggling with the fact that I have to do the "longhand" editing on all leases. Then, when I try to copy and adjust them I am getting errors that prevent me from getting the documents signed. And I have to start all over. I was told a work around (download to pdf, then upload and add signatures again and can sign without error) but that doesn't allow me to make any future edits. Other than that it's been good.

Quickly and kindly helped cancel my free trial. She went over some other options (monthly, $1 option) with me that also sounded good and I will look into in the future. Ultimately I still decided to cancel and she helped me out.

A week ago, I signed up for Rocket Lawyer. I only needed one document, I rarely have a need for legal documents, so a yearly subscription wasn't an extra expense that I wanted to incur so I wanted to cancel my subscription. I was able to set a chat up pretty quickly to cancel the subscription. I found the representative was very helpful, which left me feeling like I had an overall experience was a positive one.

Prompt answer, articulate, and understanding. Companies emails route to spam folder, even about monthly subscriptions so I had no idea about my continued membership. Even automatically upped the charge from what I had signed up for. Great service, shady company.

I looked to Rocket when I was told by a life insurance company that I would need to get a Small Estate Affidavit in order to process a check after my mom passed away. This is done when an amount is under $50,000 and there is no estate, so I was told. The company told me rather than involving attorneys, which would cost more than her payout, they recommended I look for this form on line. After some research I decided on Rocket sand am so glad I did. I found the form I was instructed to get, filled out the info, and with a minimal payment - was able to print my legal document. All that is left to do now is Notarize, mail to the insurance company and I am all set! Would highly recommend to any and everyone!

The site was easy to use and I received what I was looking for. I was able to create and add things and names to my documents.. I was able to download and print my forms. When I called and needed assistance I received it from a nice representative.

I signed up for a 1 week trial membership to create a loan agreement with my son. I then called to cancel before the full membership was initiated. Unfortunately the trial membership did not get canceled and new billing showed up on my CC. I called to explain what had happened and they reversed the membership fees immediately. James, the gentleman I was speaking with prior to Sherri, Did the opposite of what we spoke about .. Honestly I originally signed on the trial and forgot to cancel. I used it for a couple POAs and it was great. When I realized I was still paying and went to cancel. I thought I would be hounded to push me to stay on. Sheri was very pleasant and understood That I had no value in it, but she did offer me a 1.00 a month subscription, that works for me for now. Due to nice treatment by Shiri **, when I need to upgrade again; I will do so.

Please fix this for other consumers. Tucker was great though, he was quick and very responsive and apologetic toward my concerns. He deserves a raise -- I can only imagine the crap he deals with.

Connecting to Rocket Lawyer was easy. Details as a forms I was looking for were convenient. So able to ask several questions at time of using form and were answered so that I knew what to do later. The only question, I had was if I could print document at larger font. Cancelled service with Consumer Services without a problem and was informed that with a $1.00 per week could access all other forms under the service. Representative was very polite and informative.

I’ve been a customer for 3yrs. I’ve used the service to formulate documents for my rental property & tenants. My previous laptop crashed. Had to get a new one. Signed into my Rocket Lawyer acct but couldn’t access previous info. Kerri explained that l was using the wrong acct sign in so she found the correct one using my billing info and reset my password then patiently waited until l access the correct acct.

After taking several calls to RocketLawyer automated services attempting to cancel my service (after retirement) I finally got a real person (two real persons) and they worked with me to cancel the service. They were both competent and courteous.

I needed to have a idea of what was needed to put into a Will. The experience was positive, it was easy to follow entering information to the questions that were incorporate into the Document. It didn't answer all my needs but it did give me questions to ask my VA assigned attorney. This is a free service provided to me as I am a 100% disabled veteran and fully retired on a fixed income.

The document I submitted to the Erie County [Ohio] Recorder's Office did not meet their margin requirements. There needed to be at least 3" on the top margin. Because of that, I was charged an additional $20.00 from them to adjust the document so that it met their requirements. The good news is that they complimented me on the accuracy and thoroughness of the document's wording. Although I was not happy about paying an additional $20.00, their fee is not your doing. However, the "miss" on the top margin is the reason I am rating you a "4".
