I spoke to 2 different billing support people this evening and both of them were extremely helpful. One was Kevin who helped me update my email on life. Later I called back and spoke to another support person, she was very helpful in explaining the different plans and was going to move me back to the $1 promo plan since I mainly keep the account open in case I need to change one of the documents I created several years back due to a death in the family. Otherwise... I just want to have access to the files if that should occur. Both were extremely helpful.

The person I spoke to was very nice. Gave me my refund with no hesitation. I’m just happy I spoke to him. This website is very good am I recommended. I am a notary. I use it at with no hesitation. I really like it and I just cannot afford it at the moment but once I start working again I will get a monthly subscription because I love this this.

McKenzie was super helpful and kind. She was very detailed and addressed all of my concerns. I was calling to cancel my subscription. While the website helped me create a photo release form I did not need any future services. I was very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Rocket Lawyer to my friends.

to set up property management, I was left chasing the lawyer around and never got a response of any kind. Anyone can easily contact a any lawyer and get a free 30 min. Conclusion - so, I'm not understanding this premium service.

I used the company to print up a lease agreement and was charged $39.99 which I was happy to pay. However this charge reappeared for two months on my credit card. I called the company and Kevin was courteous, listened and gave me a credit for the extra charges, which he promised me would appear on my card within 10 days.

The Agent answered all of our questions promptly, for the time being, as we are just now tackling this process of inheritance and the legalities of Real Estate Transfer from Existing Parents to their remaining family members. Thank you so much.

I was concerned about my acct. due to being charged a subscription fee when I had cancelled during the trial. Randy helped so professionally and quickly to make things right! He was very respectful and helpful! I couldn’t have asked for a better representative on the phone. I was concerned with calling because usually you get people who are out of the US and barely speak English, this was not the case! He did his job and informed me that I could downgrade from the $39.99 but I advised him I only needed my one document. These people were TERRIFIC! I needed a home rental contract and found it on their website. As I was filling it out I came to the printing part and of course it would not work because I am computer stupid. I CALLED a real phone number and reached a REAL person in IT who kindly and effectively guided me thru it to the printing victory! Wow that has never happened before. I paid my $5 then because I am cheap and do not need the services of this great company very much I called the number so I would not be continually billed. The man on the phone was helpful in sharing info and cancelled my account with NO PRESSURE! Wow that has never happened before! I got a great deal. I got great service and I thank the people of this company for being diligent to make it happen for me. I am a real person and not in any way related to anyone in this company.

Kevin was extremely helpful. My previous request to downgrade was not confirmed with an email. It turns you had a very old email address on file, which he found with my Amex account. Everything is cleared up now and I appreciate Kevin's patience to get to the bottom of this.

The last tenant was what I thought was a friend. After she disappeared I realized she took the closet doors, shower knobs, stove, refrigerator, bathroom vanity sink and knobs, and even the toilet. Oh, and the floor tile. After all that our local sheriff's department in Morgan county would do nothing, even when the past tenant openly admitted to doing it. I found the website and documents to be very comprehensive and it was easy to find the one I needed. I was not expecting to also receive as part of the document, a list of key items that I will use for the walk-through, and to determine the amount of the security deposit to return to the renter. Wow Rocket lawyer is convenient and easy-to-use, their customer service is far above other corporations. Issue was never solved about my credit card not being able to purchase membership. But the operator was very friendly and polite. They tried to help to the best of their abilities. Tried to give me a 7 day trial which I was unable to use since a credit card is required.

I'd been charged 39.99 in October band again now that it's November, and when I realized this I was livid. I had no idea what Rocket Lawyer was, and now that I remember, I had attempted to make a sworn statement through them in order appease the Corona gods and make it into the venue that Deer Tick was playing, despite not having gotten tested or vaccinated, and the form I was able to come up with on their site was underwhelming and I opted to go a different, but show time was soon, and I meant to cancel trial after it was through, but story of my life... I forgot. Didn't notice the charges the first month, but I noticed em today, and went back looking for anything else, and found the other one. So, I call, and I'm obviously upset, but not swearing, or being mean to the poor rep who got my call.

I do think Rocket Lawyer should do a better job of reminding people who sign up for the 7 day trial, an email when it expires would be respectful, but I suppose the whole point is hoping people forget and you take them for all they are worth.

I signed up for a trial subscription which converted to a full ongoing subscription. It was for a premium service that I didn't need. When I logged on to cancel I was introduced to Justina in the chat room. She was extremely helpful - very understanding and super informative. She suggested I switch to a $1/mo service and let me know all of the benefits that would come with that. She even cancelled the premium subscription with a refund. I was duly impressed and signed up for it rather than cancel altogether. If I ever want to cancel in the future I can. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received.

Chris, the customer service rep, could not confirm any email accounts I provided with the account that I was being charged for. She was able to close the account and get me a refund for the charges. I signed up for a 7-day free trial. Upon creating the account, a popup confirmed that I was allowed one "Ask a Lawyer" question. I entered a question and got a pop-up saying I had to pay 39.99. I called customer service and after many minutes of problem "solving," the agent declared that if I wanted that option, I had to pay for a $5 premium trial. I did that and got the same message when I entered the question. When I called again, the rep kindly downgraded the free trial and gave me a free premium trial. The question went through, I got the name of the lawyer, and more than 48 hours after submission, I have yet to hear from that lawyer. I'm giving you 2, rather than 1 star only because Selena was very kind in giving me the premium trial but it's useless if I get nothing from it.
