I found out I did not need one. I read and reviewed the information and found it to be helpful. I have never needed an attorney for anything. I just wanted to get some information. Thank you for your help during this trial period. If in the future I feel I need assistance, I will upgrade and revisit Rocket Lawyer.

I signed up for the service but had not used it in quite a while. The customer service representative was very understanding and worked with me too on a resolution that I ultimately was satisfied with. These things happen with online services and I have had less than ideal resolutions in the past. My experience today was just great!

My experience with the rep Linda was pleasant. Although I wish my refund would have been given in full or at least 3 months (due to me not receiving the cancelation confirmation email follow up). I was offered two months, it’s a shame I lost $80 in services not used due to a system glitch that I just noticed. Linda was pleasant.

Hello Rocket Lawyer, When using Rocket Lawyer, I and others have problems with the font color. The font color is a gray against a white, when it would be much better being in a black color with a bolder type font against a white background, so that it would be easier to see. The Save Button is too small. The font size is also too small in many cases.. Some of the time when I use a document and come to the end of my document the window closes, and then I have to search for my document not knowing if it was deleted, or what happened. I sometimes find the document way down the page, but usually people have problems finding where their document moved to. This should be easier, and more friendly to use. People should not have to search all over to find the document that they were working on. This needs to be improved also. Thank you for your time.

I understand once a document is signed, it's locked. But. Your system says "make a copy and change answers to questions" which I did. It still wouldn't let me make changes to the 'new unsigned copy" so I had to start over.

Ms. ** assisted me today in downgrading my RL membership from a free trial to a $1/month subscription under my membership # **. The letter of intent I produced at the RL site is appropriate for my immediate needs and I know I can access the RL site for future needs.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription. I only used the service for two days and canceled within my 7 day free trial. Sheree was great. Took care of the problem and canceled it. As for the the app I wasn't happy with at all.

I was unaware that I was being charged for Rocket Lawyer's forms usage. (I had just completed a loan/mortgage transaction with Rocket Loan when monthly fees began to be charges to my credit card.) I requested the Marly to void my membership and to return all fees charged over a four-month period.

I was trying to create a TOD deed, but could not find the parcel description within the 7 day trial period and did not need the $33/month membership. So, I had to cancel. I was getting ready to go in for my left hip replacement surgery and it was recommended to get the Durable Power of Attorney done before surgery. I went online and located what I needed very easily. It took me step by step through the process and it only took me about 40 minutes to complete everything. That included printing up my paperwork. I did the 7-day free trial which also allowed me to cancel before the 7 days were up so that I did not get billed a monthly charge for the membership as it was stated. This process was also very easy. I would recommend this to anyone needing quick help.

My issue was that I used your durable POA form but the lawyer responded that he was not sure that your form included the latest updates from New York State. Until I verify the form I'm hesitant to use it. I am now waiting for a follow-up question as to when or how I will know if the form is legal and up-to-date.

I used this site primarily for documents such as Power of attorney and sale of vehicles. It was user friendly and definitely cheaper than going to an attorney. It offers a variety of documents which was extremely useful to me personally.

I called for technical help because I couldn't find the document I had created. Anna helped me find the document and to solve a couple of glitches having to do with my screen size. She also helped walk me through some steps for editing. She was very helpful and persistent. The only suggestion I would make for flawless help would be for her microphone to be a higher volume. Because of her, I will look at the other programs that are not so expensive for limited use.

I did the trial membership and then canceled it the very same hour. A month later I get this charge for $40.00 on my credit card as if I didn't cancel but instead joined the service. I did not. If this charge is not put on my credit card (it is in pending charges) like you say then I will be satisfied that you made right something that you did that was very wrong. I will rate it when my money is returned to my charge card.
